- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, the Root, The Root, the Roots on Fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 1: It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:39Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Allen Roots.
- 0:57Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allen Root, The Root, The Root, the
- 1:00Speaker 1: Roots on Fire.
- 1:00Speaker 3: The Warrior is here with you, Wayne, stream media, no
- 1:05Speaker 3: more mainstream media.
- 1:07Speaker 1: All right. So things are.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Getting unhinged, There's no question about it. Get out of
- 1:12Speaker 3: our fing neighborhood. I hope you die. Unhinged mob in
- 1:16Speaker 3: Minneapolis threatens five white tech workers eating lunch after a
- 1:21Speaker 3: deli owner tells the liberal protesters.
- 1:25Speaker 1: That the men are Ice agents.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I mean, this is really out of control, Minnesota Democrat
- 1:32Speaker 3: Congresswoman Angie Craig says, local cities telling business owners are
- 1:38Speaker 3: telling business owners to call nine to one one on
- 1:41Speaker 3: ICE so local police can de escalate federal agents.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Doctor Oz flipped off.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Followed, threatened, and had car surrounded while investigating child welfare.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Fraud in Minneapolis.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Minneapolis police face mass exodus as new paid leave program
- 2:03Speaker 3: hits amidst riots. Nobody wants to be a cop in
- 2:06Speaker 3: Minneapolis anymore. Trump says fake congresswoman Elan Omar should be
- 2:10Speaker 3: in jail or sent back to Somalia, one of.
- 2:13Speaker 1: The worst countries in the world. And one more headline
- 2:17Speaker 1: for you.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Political prisoner Tina Peters put in solitary confinement, reportedly to
- 2:23Speaker 3: be charged with felony assault. They couldn't hold her anymore
- 2:27Speaker 3: on her nine year sentence because they knew she did
- 2:29Speaker 3: nothing wrong, and Trump pardoner and Trump was about to
- 2:32Speaker 3: send people to get her out.
- 2:33Speaker 1: So they had an inmate attacker. This was all you
- 2:36Speaker 1: could tell.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Orchestrated that inmate attacked her and hit her repeatedly, and
- 2:41Speaker 3: she pushed the inmate away. And they've put Tina Peters
- 2:45Speaker 3: in solitary and charged her or are about to charge
- 2:49Speaker 3: her with assault for defending herself against an inmate. This
- 2:53Speaker 3: is what's going on in our world. This is a
- 2:54Speaker 3: civil war, folks, this is an insurrection. So I came
- 2:58Speaker 3: up with some ideas today that I think will help
- 3:00Speaker 3: President Trump. My commentary is titled President Trump, there is
- 3:04Speaker 3: a better way to empire, To empower Ice.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Here are some creative.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Ideas guaranteed to succeed and make liberal heads explode. So
- 3:15Speaker 3: let's all admit that this is not working out.
- 3:17Speaker 1: It's a mess.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Going into blue cities is turning out to be a
- 3:20Speaker 3: public relations disaster.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And that was before I knew any of this. I
- 3:25Speaker 1: wrote this last night at early this morning.
- 3:27Speaker 3: The left is waiting with anticipation for more of their
- 3:31Speaker 3: human shields. That's what I call liberal protesters human shields,
- 3:34Speaker 3: because they wanted to die, to die at the hands
- 3:37Speaker 3: of Ice, so that the American people turn against Trump,
- 3:42Speaker 3: against the GOP, and against the mass deportation. We are
- 3:46Speaker 3: just a few liberal paid protesters getting killed away from
- 3:51Speaker 3: losing the pr battle for good. And have you added
- 3:55Speaker 3: up how much money we are spending right now per
- 3:57Speaker 3: each illegal we arrest and to port. The number must
- 4:00Speaker 3: be insanely high to capture just a few hundred or
- 4:04Speaker 3: maybe a thousand in each city against a backdrop of anarchy,
- 4:09Speaker 3: and it's.
- 4:10Speaker 1: All going way too slow.
- 4:12Speaker 3: We have fifty million illegals in America. At this rate,
- 4:16Speaker 3: we may get rid of eight million to ten million
- 4:19Speaker 3: by the time President trump second term is up. Maybe
- 4:23Speaker 3: maybe that many, but it's not enough. The forty million
- 4:26Speaker 3: left inside America, we'll settle in and keep voting, and
- 4:30Speaker 3: we'll soon have children and grandchildren here forever, and all
- 4:33Speaker 3: of them will vote. So I have a variety of
- 4:36Speaker 3: creative ideas to help President Trump and Mago win this war,
- 4:40Speaker 3: to secure the border, to port the bad guys, and
- 4:44Speaker 3: make America great again. And the big bonus is all
- 4:47Speaker 3: of my ideas will drive liberals insane.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Their heads are guaranteed to explode.
- 4:53Speaker 3: IDEA Number one, change the name of ICE to National
- 4:57Speaker 3: Immigration and Customs Enforced, which is what they are, a
- 5:01Speaker 3: national or federal agency that works in all fifty states,
- 5:05Speaker 3: which means their brand goes from ice to Nice.
- 5:10Speaker 1: We'll have nice agents.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Can you picture all these thousands of agents going into
- 5:15Speaker 3: cities looking to arrest illegals with nice emblems on their
- 5:19Speaker 3: uniforms and nice on their SUVs. Picture the loony radical
- 5:23Speaker 3: lef's faces when they see that nice is coming. And
- 5:27Speaker 3: picture the signs from the radical left protesters Nice go away.
- 5:31Speaker 3: We don't want nice. We don't want nice instead of Ice.
- 5:35Speaker 3: It's a pr dream. We are now the good guys
- 5:38Speaker 3: with the positive branding. We are the nice guys. We
- 5:41Speaker 3: are here to make your neighborhood nice again.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And the radical left doesn't like nice. Like it or not.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Everything in life's about image, branding and pr You can't
- 5:51Speaker 3: find a more positive change in imagery from.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Mean ice to happy nice.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Idea number two the protesters are paid, Obviously, sign an
- 6:03Speaker 3: executive order banning paid protesters. They either gather out of
- 6:07Speaker 3: their own free will and beliefs on their own time
- 6:10Speaker 3: without being paid, or protests will no longer be allowed.
- 6:14Speaker 3: I've been to many protests and rallies in my life,
- 6:16Speaker 3: Tea party and pro Trump, MAGA rallies and Trump car
- 6:20Speaker 3: parades and pro police. I've never been paid a time
- 6:24Speaker 3: to attend. If I do it out of my own
- 6:27Speaker 3: free will, that's free speech. If you're paid, it's fake speech.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Ban it. Idea number three.
- 6:34Speaker 3: It's time to treat these radical anti American communist paid
- 6:38Speaker 3: protesters harshly, no more kid gloves treatment. If they want
- 6:42Speaker 3: to protest in the winter in Minneapolis or Chicago or Detroit,
- 6:46Speaker 3: then spray them with freezing water from water cannons. That
- 6:50Speaker 3: should send they strong message.
- 6:52Speaker 1: In ten degree weather. Good luck finding.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Protesters, even paid ones, next time. After the word gets
- 6:58Speaker 3: out that you're gonna get hit with a water canon.
- 7:01Speaker 3: Idea number four, don't just hit them with water canons.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Dye the water red for communist red with die that
- 7:09Speaker 3: won't fade for days.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Now, it's easy to round them up and arrest them.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Nice agents and police can find them for blocks around
- 7:19Speaker 3: the protest site, maybe even miles. They're the ones dyed
- 7:23Speaker 3: bright communist red. Idea number five. Once you arrest protesters,
- 7:28Speaker 3: don't place them in local jails. The liberal sympathizers running
- 7:31Speaker 3: these cities, politicians, judges, police chiefs, will let them go
- 7:36Speaker 3: free within hours, and they're just, you know, twenty minutes from.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Their home no more.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Anyone arrested at these violent protests should be busted far away,
- 7:46Speaker 3: to far away federal prisons or detention centers. So instead
- 7:50Speaker 3: of being sent to a jail a mile from your home,
- 7:53Speaker 3: you will find yourself in a federal prison or detention
- 7:55Speaker 3: center three thousand miles from home. Try this for a
- 7:59Speaker 3: while and see how many liberals will show up for protests,
- 8:02Speaker 3: even if they're being paid.
- 8:03Speaker 1: No amount of.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Money is worth waking up in your own bed in
- 8:07Speaker 3: Minneapolis and hours later find yourself in a cold concrete
- 8:11Speaker 3: prison cell in North Dakota. Idea number six the Grand Finale.
- 8:18Speaker 3: I wrote this ninety days ago. It needs to be
- 8:20Speaker 3: stated again loudly. Stop sending ICE or hopefully soon Nice
- 8:25Speaker 3: into areas where violent and angry protesters and rioters block
- 8:29Speaker 3: the streets and politicians won't cooperate. It is wasting time
- 8:33Speaker 3: and money and Nice agents. We have limited resources and
- 8:37Speaker 3: limited agents. Why waste it on cities that don't want us?
- 8:42Speaker 3: Mister President, please announce a moratorium for one year. You
- 8:46Speaker 3: will only send Nice into red cities and red states
- 8:50Speaker 3: that welcome this federal force and agree to cooperate and
- 8:53Speaker 3: agree to use local police.
- 8:55Speaker 1: To defend NICE agents.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Why go where we're not welcome and face angry rioters
- 9:02Speaker 3: and risk agents getting injured or killed, and risk the
- 9:05Speaker 3: bad public relations of protesters rioters getting killed. It makes
- 9:10Speaker 3: no sense, Not when the radical left politicians are urging
- 9:14Speaker 3: their citizens to fight the agents in the streets, Not
- 9:18Speaker 3: when those same politicians are giving advanced warning to illegals
- 9:22Speaker 3: that our agents are coming. There is a better use
- 9:25Speaker 3: of resources. Let's use Nice to clean out red cities
- 9:30Speaker 3: and red states with the cooperation of Republican red governors, mayors,
- 9:34Speaker 3: and police chiefs, make red cities and states a model
- 9:38Speaker 3: for how great America can be without illegals. Meanwhile, illegals
- 9:42Speaker 3: by the millions will run to.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Blue cities where they are protected.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Blue cities will be overrun, They will suffer exploding crime,
- 9:50Speaker 3: homeless everywhere, and quickly go bankrupt. When the one year
- 9:54Speaker 3: moratorium is up, send nice into the blue cities to
- 9:58Speaker 3: arrest the illegals. The I'll be easy to find. They'll
- 10:01Speaker 3: all be in one place. It will be like deporting
- 10:04Speaker 3: fish in a barrel. Mister President.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I hope we can use.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Some or all of my creative ideas above to make
- 10:11Speaker 3: America great again.
- 10:12Speaker 1: PS. Have a nice day, Have a nice day with
- 10:17Speaker 1: your nice agents, mister President.
- 10:19Speaker 3: All right, so let's dig into some of these local
- 10:22Speaker 3: stories before we go to a break. Minnesota Democrat Representative
- 10:26Speaker 3: Angie Craig says local cities are telling business owners to
- 10:31Speaker 3: call nine to one one on isolocal police can de
- 10:33Speaker 3: escalate federal agents.
- 10:35Speaker 1: You talk about insurrection.
- 10:37Speaker 3: This is an insurrection, folks, Angie Craig, republic excuse me,
- 10:41Speaker 3: Democrat congress from in Minnesota. While recently touring immigrant owned
- 10:45Speaker 3: businesses in Minnesota, she was told local cities are telling
- 10:48Speaker 3: business owners to call nine to one one if ICE
- 10:50Speaker 3: agents enter their business or they're parking a lot. Minnesota's
- 10:54Speaker 3: we know how to fight. This is no time for Minnesota.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Nice.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Ah, there it is again. Nice see have a heart
- 11:00Speaker 3: attack when you here. The agents are nice, nice agents. Well,
- 11:03Speaker 3: ICE is trying to arrest the de poor, criminal aliens.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Democrats want residents to tie up nine to one to
- 11:08Speaker 3: one phone lines to stop ICE heart attacks, rapes.
- 11:12Speaker 1: And murder.
- 11:13Speaker 3: Calls to nine one one will apparently just have to
- 11:15Speaker 3: wait for insurrection, folks, I think I.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Left out the big one in this column.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Arrest the politicians and the judges start arresting them, invoke
- 11:27Speaker 3: the Insurrection Act and start arresting them for aiding and
- 11:31Speaker 3: abetting criminals, illegal aliens, and for treason.
- 11:35Speaker 1: All right, Wayne L.

- 15:26Speaker 3: readers as well as over a billion page views, as
- 15:28Speaker 3: well as the number five conservative website in the world,
- 15:31Speaker 3: behind only titans like Foxnews dot com and Wall Street
- 15:35Speaker 3: Journal dot com and bright Bark dot com.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Pretty amazing. And we are the official podcast. I'm proud
- 15:40Speaker 1: of it. Really just amazing. What's going on?
- 15:45Speaker 3: Doctor Oz, Doctor maymont Oz us administrator of Center some
- 15:50Speaker 3: Medicare and Medicaid, meaning the guy who's in charge of Medicare.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Last week he traveled to St.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Paul's investigate fraud at a rundown building in Saint Paul
- 16:01Speaker 3: and Doctor Odz and deputy secretary what's the deputy secretary's named,
- 16:05Speaker 3: Jim O'Neill.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Jim O'Neil.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Were there and they were threatened and followed at their car,
- 16:11Speaker 3: surrounded as they visited an old textile business that was
- 16:14Speaker 3: now used to minister Medicaid, another fraudulent Medicaid operation. Doctor
- 16:20Speaker 3: odd says it seems systemic in its nature. The building
- 16:22Speaker 3: we visited was a textile factory became an office building.
- 16:26Speaker 3: It's not a nice part of town. I wouldn't take
- 16:27Speaker 3: my kids there to get cared for, frankly, do much
- 16:30Speaker 3: else in business. But somehow they had four hundred offices
- 16:33Speaker 3: doing business with Medicaid, charging four hundred million dollars to
- 16:37Speaker 3: the taxpayer. That means basically each of those businesses made
- 16:40Speaker 3: a million dollars. You wouldn't walk in this building in
- 16:44Speaker 3: this city part of Minneapolis. I suspect there might have
- 16:47Speaker 3: been others who knew this was happening, certainly collaborating with
- 16:49Speaker 3: these folks. Maybe even I wonder the folks who were
- 16:52Speaker 3: in the building the neighborhood somehow knew. We were chased
- 16:54Speaker 3: out of the buildings by car honking people giving us
- 16:57Speaker 3: the finger. Unbelievable. Unbelievable, facing real threats for going after
- 17:04Speaker 3: phony businesses in crappy neighborhoods, you know, like the ones
- 17:08Speaker 3: I grew up. And I grew up in a dead
- 17:09Speaker 3: end town in the Bronx borderline called Malvernon, New York,
- 17:12Speaker 3: filled with nothing but minority people. And I was one
- 17:16Speaker 3: of the few white guys in the entire Malverne High School.
- 17:19Speaker 3: And believe me when I tell you, it was not pleasant.
- 17:21Speaker 3: So I always laugh when people white liberals and blacks
- 17:26Speaker 3: like you know, Reverend Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, when they
- 17:31Speaker 3: talk about racism in America.
- 17:33Speaker 1: You're so full of crap. I'm a witness that the
- 17:36Speaker 1: racism I saw the entire time I grew up was
- 17:38Speaker 1: blacks hating whites.
- 17:39Speaker 3: That was the racism in America. And it's still systemic today.
- 17:42Speaker 3: It's everywhere. Blacks and browns hate whites and hate us
- 17:45Speaker 3: with a passion. And if you ever got them alone,
- 17:48Speaker 3: and someone would do an undercover recording, that's what James
- 17:50Speaker 3: O'Keefe has never done yet. Right now, I'm not an
- 17:53Speaker 3: undercover journalist.
- 17:54Speaker 1: It's not what I do. I've never done it. I
- 17:56Speaker 1: don't know how to do it.
- 17:58Speaker 3: But if I did, I would gather a group of
- 18:00Speaker 3: black and brown democrats and ask them questions about how
- 18:03Speaker 3: they feel about white people and Jews and Christians, and
- 18:06Speaker 3: you would America and Americans, and you would hear answers
- 18:10Speaker 3: that would shock you beyond belief, the hatred they have
- 18:14Speaker 3: for their own country America. Well, if you like it,
- 18:17Speaker 3: then go to Africa. Go to Haiti, go to Zimbabwe,
- 18:21Speaker 3: go hang out in those countries.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Go to Gaza. You know, if Muslims.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Hate American hate Jews in America, go to Gaza, go
- 18:30Speaker 3: live in Gozza. If you like it so much, go
- 18:32Speaker 3: protest in a black nation in Africa and find out
- 18:35Speaker 3: what happens to you. You're dead in five minutes, like Iran, right,
- 18:39Speaker 3: like they do to the Iranian people in Iran, The
- 18:42Speaker 3: hatred that they have for white people is over the top,
- 18:45Speaker 3: over the top.
- 18:48Speaker 1: And then I saw that a was it.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Nick Sorder, a conservative journalist, was sitting in his car,
- 18:55Speaker 3: and I guess he had a camera out, and some
- 18:58Speaker 3: black Somalian dro by elate and grabbed the camera in
- 19:01Speaker 3: her car from his car, went right up against his car,
- 19:04Speaker 3: grabbed it and raced away. He got out of his
- 19:06Speaker 3: car and raced after her on foot and tried to grab.
- 19:09Speaker 1: The camera back. He's lucky he's alive.
- 19:12Speaker 3: She kept driving and she was basically dragging him along
- 19:15Speaker 3: at high speeds.
- 19:16Speaker 1: He could have been killed.
- 19:18Speaker 3: And eventually he stopped and he lost his thousand dollars camera.
- 19:22Speaker 3: You just don't realize the hatred that these groups have
- 19:25Speaker 3: for anybody who would dare to break up their fraud,
- 19:28Speaker 3: their scam of the American people, in the American taxpayers.
- 19:31Speaker 1: By the way, Patar, I don't have.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Any sponsor stuff in front of me, nothing, an amount
- 19:36Speaker 3: of time. So it's really quite amazing what's going on
- 19:40Speaker 3: in our country and all the hatred that people have
- 19:43Speaker 3: for white people and the impossibility of white people getting jobs.
- 19:47Speaker 1: All of that saved by President Trump. And then they
- 19:49Speaker 1: called him.
- 19:50Speaker 3: A white supremacist because he actually tried to stop DEI.
- 19:54Speaker 3: You wouldn't hire people just because they're black. You wouldn't
- 19:56Speaker 3: let him into Harvard just because they're black. We want
- 19:59Speaker 3: you to get in because your talent, your skill, your grades,
- 20:02Speaker 3: your performance, your resume. We want you to get jobs
- 20:06Speaker 3: because of your resume, not because you're black. We don't
- 20:09Speaker 3: want you to be racist and say I won't hire
- 20:11Speaker 3: someone because they're white. It's crazy. It's really crazy. How
- 20:15Speaker 3: much time we have left? Oh all right, so I'll

- 22:20Speaker 3: else would you have a conservative website except America number
- 22:23Speaker 3: five in the world. Only people ahead of Gateway Pundit,
- 22:27Speaker 3: Fox News, Wall Street Journal, Breitbart, the really gigantic, gigantic
- 22:32Speaker 3: and conservatives kind of a funny word with Fox News
- 22:35Speaker 3: and Wall Street Journal kind of rhino, not really conservative.
- 22:39Speaker 3: So the only real mago website in the world is
- 22:41Speaker 3: no one really in front of us. Maybe you could

- 22:53Speaker 3: Sponsor of this segment is our interview segment. Great guest
- 22:56Speaker 3: standing by fifteen years on Wall Street the High Levels
- 23:00Speaker 3: Kip Perage two thousand and three, founded VRA that was
- 23:04Speaker 3: twenty two years ago, going on twenty three years ago,
- 23:08Speaker 3: and he has beaten Wall Street nineteen out of twenty
- 23:11Speaker 3: two years.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Nobody's got a record like that. And I'm a witness
- 23:14Speaker 1: to all of it.
- 23:15Speaker 3: I've been with him from the first day, and I've
- 23:18Speaker 3: gotten his newsletter every morning from the first day, and I've.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Witnessed all of his incredible success.
- 23:23Speaker 3: He recommended Gold at three hundred and fifty dollars an ounce,
- 23:26Speaker 3: and I started buying it at four hundred. He recommended
- 23:29Speaker 3: bitcoin to two thousand. I started buying it at fifty
- 23:31Speaker 3: three thousand. I can't even believe I waited so long.
- 23:34Speaker 3: But hey, it's still just about double from there. And
- 23:37Speaker 3: gold when it was at four hundred is now almost
- 23:40Speaker 3: five thousand.
- 23:42Speaker 1: So he's given me some great advice.
- 23:44Speaker 3: His portfolio for the year last year was up about

- 24:19Speaker 1: All right, our guest is here.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Cooper Smith, Director of Homeland Security and Immigration for the
- 24:24Speaker 3: America First Policy Institute, the website of course to America
- 24:28Speaker 3: First policy dot com. Cooper Smith, Welcome to the Wayne
- 24:32Speaker 3: Eller Root Podcast.
- 24:33Speaker 4: Are you thank you, Miss Ruthe? Great to be with you,
- 24:36Speaker 4: true hunor.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Great to be with you.
- 24:38Speaker 3: How different is ICE's presence in Minneapolis than other cities
- 24:43Speaker 3: in terms of the number of agents and the tactics
- 24:45Speaker 3: they're using.
- 24:48Speaker 4: Great question, you know, So I'll put it this way.
- 24:50Speaker 4: Sanctuary cities are the focus for the administration that it
- 24:53Speaker 4: has been for at least some past years. Since Stnald
- 24:56Speaker 4: Trump took back over last January. Minneapolis, of course, has
- 24:59Speaker 4: been the home of all sorts of problems for the left.
- 25:01Speaker 4: You know, you're talking about the rampant fraud uncovered by
- 25:04Speaker 4: Nick Shirley, and of course immigration. They have generous programs
- 25:09Speaker 4: for immigrants to come there, to incentivize people to come. So,
- 25:13Speaker 4: you know, when I work on immigration policy, I often
- 25:15Speaker 4: talk about, you know, the push and the pull. Well,
- 25:17Speaker 4: they've got a lot of poll factors bringing immigration to Minnesota.
- 25:21Speaker 4: So you've got you know, three two to three thousand
- 25:24Speaker 4: federal agents there, not just investigating the fraud, but then
- 25:27Speaker 4: also looking into the immigration status of these communities, and
- 25:31Speaker 4: of course arresting these you know, psycho lunatics who are
- 25:34Speaker 4: taking over churches and doing all sorts of crazy stuff
- 25:37Speaker 4: pretty much every night now in Minneapolis.
- 25:40Speaker 1: You know, I just put out a column.
- 25:42Speaker 3: It will be out till tomorrow morning, but I read
- 25:44Speaker 3: it on this show to open up our Number one
- 25:46Speaker 3: it was that we should now call it instead of ICE,
- 25:49Speaker 3: we should say National Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
- 25:53Speaker 1: So it's nice and they all.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Have nice on their outfits and nice on their svus,
- 26:00Speaker 3: and so it would drive the liberals crazy.
- 26:05Speaker 4: I don't think it would work.
- 26:06Speaker 1: But why is that?
- 26:07Speaker 4: Tell me you can't make them happy to the left,
- 26:09Speaker 4: doesn't matter what you do.
- 26:10Speaker 1: No, I'm not gonna make them happy. I'm gonna make
- 26:11Speaker 1: their heads explode and make them even happier. I love it.
- 26:14Speaker 1: I like to make them angry. I like to make
- 26:16Speaker 1: their heads explode.
- 26:17Speaker 3: They'll be so angry that they have to protest against nice.
- 26:21Speaker 3: I think that would be very exciting to see them
- 26:24Speaker 3: just their heads explode.
- 26:26Speaker 1: I was gonna say to you one of the things
- 26:27Speaker 1: that's amazing.
- 26:28Speaker 3: Because even even some of my Republican friends are starting
- 26:32Speaker 3: to say things to me like, oh, I wanted Trump
- 26:35Speaker 3: to go after the criminals, but he shouldn't be grabbing
- 26:39Speaker 3: average illegals off the streets.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Who didn't do anything wrong.
- 26:43Speaker 3: And I say to them, well, that's funny because Obama
- 26:46Speaker 3: was president for eight years and he deported a record
- 26:49Speaker 3: number of people, and they were not criminals. They were
- 26:52Speaker 3: any old person that broke into the country illegally. And
- 26:55Speaker 3: nobody said a word, and nobody protested, and there were
- 26:59Speaker 3: no defah rallies, and nobody attacked or blocked ice officers.
- 27:04Speaker 3: And I never heard a single Republican or Democrats say, oh,
- 27:07Speaker 3: we're taking illegals that didn't commit additional.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Crimes off the streets.
- 27:11Speaker 3: Isn't it amazing how people have gotten brainwashed about this?
- 27:16Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean I have a couple thoughts. When one
- 27:18Speaker 4: is I think we're just witnessing the kind of bedwetters
- 27:21Speaker 4: of the right, of the conservative movement, of the MAGA movement.
- 27:24Speaker 4: You know, every couple of months, they seem to come
- 27:26Speaker 4: out with the latest thing that they're worried about. It
- 27:28Speaker 4: could be polling numbers, it could be immigration, it could
- 27:31Speaker 4: be the tariff day April fifteenth, going back to April
- 27:34Speaker 4: of last year, and they freak out for a couple
- 27:36Speaker 4: of weeks and then sort of get back on board
- 27:38Speaker 4: when they realize, of course they remember, of course that
- 27:41Speaker 4: Donald Trump won all seven swing states and the popular vote.
- 27:45Speaker 4: But I would just remind your audience and anybody who's listening,
- 27:48Speaker 4: you know, ice ICE is not some new creation, like
- 27:51Speaker 4: Donald Trump did not create ice out of ten air.
- 27:55Speaker 4: Ice has been around since two thousand and three, when
- 27:58Speaker 4: ninety senators it's by part of and Hillary Clinton voted
- 28:01Speaker 4: to create ICE, Chuck Schumer voted to create ICE may
- 28:05Speaker 4: Zach in two thousand and three, following nine to eleven.
- 28:08Speaker 4: And then the immigration laws that they're responsible for enforcing
- 28:11Speaker 4: have been around for sixty years, going back to nineteen
- 28:13Speaker 4: sixty five. Really, America's immigration laws have not changed in
- 28:17Speaker 4: sixty years. So it's not like he's inventing this or
- 28:20Speaker 4: Steven Miller or any of the boogeymen. If you're a
- 28:23Speaker 4: liberal of the right.
- 28:25Speaker 3: They're just enforcing it. And by the way, you could
- 28:28Speaker 3: argue he's not the first guy who enforced it. Obama
- 28:30Speaker 3: supposedly enforced it. Obama kicked a lot of people out
- 28:33Speaker 3: of the country, at least his administration claimed they did.
- 28:36Speaker 3: I had an ICE officer on the a border agent
- 28:38Speaker 3: on retired Border agent JJ Carroll last week he claims
- 28:42Speaker 3: it's all a lie. Obama did not deport all the
- 28:44Speaker 3: people he claims he deported. But in any case, Obama
- 28:47Speaker 3: took credit for deporting people who were not criminals. They
- 28:51Speaker 3: just broke into America. I think they're all criminals. They
- 28:53Speaker 3: broke into America. So why is Trump get in trouble
- 28:55Speaker 3: for that?
- 28:56Speaker 2: All right?
- 28:57Speaker 3: So, it is ICE going after illegals with the criminal
- 29:00Speaker 3: record or are they going after any illegal that come across.
- 29:03Speaker 3: That's one of the questions that we talked about, you
- 29:06Speaker 3: know beforehand that I was going to ask you. But
- 29:08Speaker 3: again I would argue, it doesn't matter. The point of
- 29:10Speaker 3: ICE is not to deport criminals. It's to import all
- 29:13Speaker 3: illegal aliens, whether you committed additional crimes or not, So
- 29:17Speaker 3: it shouldn't really matter. But who are they really going after?
- 29:22Speaker 4: Well, I would say a couple of things. Wayne. First
- 29:24Speaker 4: of all, you know, as you mentioned, ICE is under
- 29:26Speaker 4: you know, there's no guidance to ICE, so you can
- 29:29Speaker 4: only pick up criminal aliens. Of course, there are a
- 29:32Speaker 4: law enforcement agency. They have limited resources. Of course, thanks
- 29:36Speaker 4: to the big beautiful bill, they got a you know,
- 29:37Speaker 4: forty five billion dollars of extra money. They just hired
- 29:40Speaker 4: twelve thousand new officers, so they can open the afterture
- 29:43Speaker 4: of sort of the possible for who they can go after.
- 29:45Speaker 4: So of course the administration is going to prioritize the
- 29:48Speaker 4: violent gang members, the rapists, the pedophiles, you know, cartels
- 29:53Speaker 4: who made it into the United States, especially under Biden.
- 29:56Speaker 4: And I'd go back a couple of weeks ago Wayne
- 29:58Speaker 4: to that that the Worldwide Threats Hearing with Secretary of
- 30:02Speaker 4: Christy Nome where it was testified that eighteen thousand terrorists
- 30:06Speaker 4: came into our country under the four years of Biden.
- 30:09Speaker 4: I think we've kind of fort kind of got lost
- 30:11Speaker 4: in the news cycle. Eighteen thousand. The number we thought
- 30:13Speaker 4: prior at AFPI was about four hundred or five hundred
- 30:17Speaker 4: terrorists in the country. Oh no, it's exponentially higher than that.
- 30:21Speaker 4: So they will arrest anybody they come across. But of
- 30:24Speaker 4: course they're a law enforcement agency. They're going to prioritize
- 30:26Speaker 4: the worst, the worst.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Yeah, But I mean what everyone forgets is the day
- 30:30Speaker 3: you break into America, you're a criminal.
- 30:33Speaker 1: That's a Criminal Act. So they're all criminals.
- 30:36Speaker 3: It's just a matter of how you know how strong
- 30:38Speaker 3: a criminal are you? Did you commit additional rapes, did
- 30:41Speaker 3: you commit additional crimes, additional murders, additional robbery. But the
- 30:46Speaker 3: day you broke in, it's like breaking into my house.
- 30:49Speaker 3: You don't say, oh, he didn't do anything bad. Once
- 30:51Speaker 3: he got inside my house. He broke in the fraud
- 30:53Speaker 3: dowar and he was rifling through my house. That's the
- 30:55Speaker 3: crime that starts right there before he's ever Actually, and.
- 30:58Speaker 4: If a day one more, I'm sorry to interrupt you. No,
- 31:02Speaker 4: but you know what I don't want to do. And
- 31:04Speaker 4: I think it's crazy. The left is basically asking Donald
- 31:07Speaker 4: Trump President Trump to do this. They're saying, wait until
- 31:10Speaker 4: they commit a crime and then we can deport them. Well,
- 31:14Speaker 4: I personally, I don't want to wait for another Jocelyn
- 31:16Speaker 4: nunger A or Rachel Morin or Lake and Riley or
- 31:19Speaker 4: Molly Tibbets or any other victims of a legal migrant
- 31:22Speaker 4: crime to happen before we then get the sort of
- 31:26Speaker 4: media academic prole, you know, bourgeoisie to allow us to
- 31:29Speaker 4: deport them. I mean, it's completely insane.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Well, and they're not even saying wait till they commit
- 31:34Speaker 3: a crime, you know, only Cooper, because I know yesterday
- 31:38Speaker 3: I saw an article at the Gateway Pundit that there
- 31:41Speaker 3: were ICE agents in Minneapolis serving a warrant and try
- 31:44Speaker 3: to grab a child rapist, and they were met by
- 31:48Speaker 3: terrible protesters, screaming, using the F word, calling them names,
- 31:52Speaker 3: try to block them.
- 31:53Speaker 1: And the agent said to them, are you all crazy?
- 31:56Speaker 3: We're here to get a child rapist and your protus
- 32:01Speaker 3: I mean, that's how crazy it has all become.
- 32:04Speaker 4: Yep, No, I mean I saw that video and it's
- 32:06Speaker 4: actually it's equal parts hilarious and frightening. It's hilarious because
- 32:10Speaker 4: the agent, who's you know, a younger man, I would know,
- 32:13Speaker 4: a Hispanic American man, rides up in his truck and
- 32:16Speaker 4: you've got this, you know, the typical screaming crazy woman,
- 32:21Speaker 4: you know, yelling at them, obstructing of course with their vehicles,
- 32:24Speaker 4: and he's just very calm and collected and says, look,
- 32:26Speaker 4: I mean, these are the people that you're protecting. I'm
- 32:29Speaker 4: here investigating a child rapist, but apparently because it's an
- 32:32Speaker 4: illegal alien child rapist, you're going to defend them. So
- 32:36Speaker 4: it's the sanctuary mayors, you know, whether that's Mayor Fry
- 32:39Speaker 4: or the sanctuary governors like Tim Walls. They're ultimately providing
- 32:42Speaker 4: sanctuary for only one class of people, and that's criminals.
- 32:46Speaker 1: I saw the story, I didn't actually watch the video.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Was the screaming woman a typical white liberal screaming woman?
- 32:52Speaker 1: Is that what a typical woman it was?
- 32:55Speaker 4: She didn't, you know, turn the camera around, so I
- 32:57Speaker 4: didn't get the race. I would go ahead and guess
- 33:01Speaker 4: by the voice and the general tenor and the fact
- 33:02Speaker 4: that she was filming them. I feel competent in saying that.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Yes, yes, all right, crazy liberal white women in America
- 33:08Speaker 1: have lost their minds. All of them have lost him.
- 33:10Speaker 3: I don't know any I don't know how men find
- 33:12Speaker 3: girls nowadays, you know, their girlfriends or their future wives.
- 33:16Speaker 3: The women are all the nuts. They're nuts, absolutely nuts. Cooper,
- 33:20Speaker 3: we will go to quick break. Stay there, I'll grab
- 33:21Speaker 3: you on the other side. Cooper Smith, director of Homeland
- 33:24Speaker 3: Security and Immigration for America.
- 33:26Speaker 1: First Policy Institute.
- 33:27Speaker 3: You can find them at America First policy dot com.
- 33:34Speaker 1: All right, a special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 3: the American Energy industry.
- 33:39Speaker 1: A legend.
- 33:40Speaker 3: Mark Brunner, founder and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and
- 33:43Speaker 3: Gas in the United States. Lost Soldier is the last
- 33:47Speaker 3: major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation. This is code for
- 33:53Speaker 3: a monster field where gas or oil is in a basin,
- 33:56Speaker 3: which makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're
- 34:00Speaker 3: allegend in the oil industry, in the gas industry.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 5: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:08Speaker 5: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:11Speaker 5: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:15Speaker 5: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:17Speaker 5: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:20Speaker 5: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:23Speaker 5: out to a US steal. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 5: four years. I've been in the oil and gas vez
- 34:28Speaker 5: ever since. You would probably know me better as this
- 34:32Speaker 5: chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good
- 34:36Speaker 5: track record, which you're very familiar with.
- 34:39Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:42Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars.
- 34:45Speaker 1: Is that correct? In the nine year run of your
- 34:47Speaker 1: publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 5: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:53Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:58Speaker 3: deal lost? This project is so special. I hear about
- 35:03Speaker 3: projects and deals all the time. What makes this one special?
- 35:07Speaker 1: Mark?
- 35:08Speaker 5: What's special about this is all the other basins of
- 35:10Speaker 5: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 35:13Speaker 5: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 5: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 5: was reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it.
- 35:22Speaker 5: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 5: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point of
- 35:28Speaker 5: eighty five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We
- 35:32Speaker 5: are the only operator in this field, and right now
- 35:36Speaker 5: we can see that we've got enough room for five
- 35:38Speaker 5: hundred horizontal wells out here with what we.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Drilled so far.
- 35:42Speaker 5: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
- 35:45Speaker 5: and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 35:48Speaker 5: of magnitude bigger than Ultra petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 3: All Right, the website is lost Soldier dot Com.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Pretty simple stuff. Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 35:59Speaker 3: The project forty acres took forty years to piece together.
- 36:03Speaker 1: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the
- 36:06Speaker 1: company that's the project.
- 36:07Speaker 3: But the website Lost Soldier dot Com. If you're an

- 36:50Speaker 3: All right, Swayne La Root the Root, The Root, the
- 36:53Speaker 3: Roots on Fire, Welcome back to the show. We'll come
- 36:56Speaker 3: back with our guest, Cooper Smith from the America First
- 36:58Speaker 3: Policy Institute, just to say that couldame remind you the
- 37:00Speaker 3: sponsor of this segment the show has Lost Soldier Oil
- 37:03Speaker 3: and Gas. The Golden Age of Trump Prosperity is all
- 37:06Speaker 3: about making America the energy capital of the world. Not
- 37:09Speaker 3: just the Golden Age of prosperity, but also reducing inflation
- 37:13Speaker 3: is all about making America the energy capital of the world.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Enter Lost Soldier oil and gas.
- 37:18Speaker 3: It took forty years to piece together this forty thousand
- 37:22Speaker 3: acre giant gas discovery, estimated to contain up to six
- 37:26Speaker 3: trillion cubic feet of gas six trillion.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Can you imagine how much gas that is? Six trillion?
- 37:33Speaker 3: Making one of the largest natural gas discoveries in the
- 37:35Speaker 3: Rocky Mountains in the last thirty years. With a management
- 37:39Speaker 3: forecast projecting just the first twenty five wells to produce
- 37:43Speaker 3: four million cubic feet per day of natural gas and
- 37:47Speaker 3: by twenty thirty five targeted production over a billion cubic
- 37:51Speaker 3: feet per day, the Surgeon AI data centers, it's what's
- 37:54Speaker 3: placing soaring demand on the energy resources. This how we
- 37:58Speaker 3: power the AI future of America with clean natural gas,
- 38:02Speaker 3: actually inexpensive clean natural gas, and it's all headed by
- 38:06Speaker 3: oil and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies
- 38:09Speaker 3: delivered spectacular returns for investors. Not too many have ever
- 38:13Speaker 3: done as well as Pedaco Energy, which grew about and
- 38:17Speaker 3: returned about one hundred to one to investors.
- 38:20Speaker 1: So if you put in a thousand, you got back
- 38:22Speaker 1: one hundred thousand. And if you thought that was.
- 38:25Speaker 3: Good, try Ultra Petroleum, which in the nineteen nineties, swored
- 38:29Speaker 3: from fifteen cents to two hundred dollars per share. At
- 38:32Speaker 3: its peak, a ten thousand dollars investment turned into thirteen
- 38:35Speaker 3: million dollars.
- 38:36Speaker 1: That's eight thousand to one return plus.
- 38:39Speaker 3: To learn more about Lost Soldier Oil and Gas, go

- 38:49Speaker 3: All right, we're back with Cooper Smith, director of Homeland
- 38:52Speaker 3: Security and Immigration for AFPI America First Policy Institute.
- 38:57Speaker 1: One of the good guys.
- 38:59Speaker 3: Cooper, what are your thoughts on the incident that happened
- 39:02Speaker 3: yesterday in Minneapolis. There's so many, so many incidents I
- 39:06Speaker 3: have to identify which one former seeing an anchor Don
- 39:09Speaker 3: Lemon interrupting a Minnesota church service with anti ice protesters.
- 39:14Speaker 3: It turns out he was embedded with them, and now
- 39:17Speaker 3: he's about to be indicted.
- 39:18Speaker 1: I guess by the DOJ. Your thoughts, Oh, it's frozen.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Is he not there?
- 39:28Speaker 3: Usually even if the pictures frozen, usually you can hear him.
- 39:31Speaker 3: But he's frozen and we don't hear him.
- 39:34Speaker 1: All right, Well, I'll move on. I'll move on if
- 39:36Speaker 1: we can get him back. We get him back.
- 39:37Speaker 3: If we can't, we can't let me know in my
- 39:39Speaker 3: ear if something changes, Minnesota police face mass exodus as
- 39:44Speaker 3: new paid leaf program hits amidst riots.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Is this a surprise to anyone.
- 39:49Speaker 3: I've been arguing for a long long time now that
- 39:51Speaker 3: every cop with a brain who doesn't want to get killed, sued, arrested, indicted,
- 39:57Speaker 3: spend the rest of his life in prison, his house
- 40:00Speaker 3: burned down, is going to get out of places like
- 40:02Speaker 3: Minneapolis and Detroit and Baltimore, in Cleveland and Memphis and
- 40:08Speaker 3: all these liberal, big blue cities New York, Los Angeles, Chicago.
- 40:12Speaker 1: I mean, how could copy a comp in those cities.
- 40:15Speaker 3: There's no way to be a comp anymore unless you
- 40:17Speaker 3: are like a social worker. You're a social worker with
- 40:21Speaker 3: a blue suit and a badge and a gun. And
- 40:24Speaker 3: if you ever pull out the gun, you go to
- 40:26Speaker 3: jail for the rest of your life, because, of course,
- 40:28Speaker 3: you know, if you shoot someone who's a bad guy
- 40:30Speaker 3: who's trying to kill you and they're black, forget about it.
- 40:32Speaker 1: What do they say, forget about it?
- 40:34Speaker 3: You go to jail for the rest of your life. Well,
- 40:37Speaker 3: we got them back, okay, good, put them up on
- 40:39Speaker 3: the screen. We got Cooper Smith back for the first
- 40:42Speaker 3: Policians too. Hey Cooper, how are you?
- 40:45Speaker 4: I'm doing great. Sorry, welcome back to wife. I went out,
- 40:47Speaker 4: but I'm back.
- 40:48Speaker 1: On no problem.
- 40:49Speaker 3: We experienced the same thing here once in a while too,
- 40:51Speaker 3: so I get it. So tell us your thoughts on
- 40:53Speaker 3: the CNN former CNN anchor Dodd Lemon being embedded with
- 40:58Speaker 3: those crazy anti as protesters and they kind of invaded
- 41:01Speaker 3: a church yesterday, tried to tell off the pastor and
- 41:05Speaker 3: the parishioners. And my understanding is he's about to get
- 41:08Speaker 3: indicted by the dog today. So let me hear your
- 41:11Speaker 3: thoughts on Don Lemon's escapade.
- 41:14Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean I have a lot of questions. Number one,
- 41:16Speaker 4: what is he up to? What is he doing right
- 41:18Speaker 4: now after failing as a journalist with CNN getting fired
- 41:21Speaker 4: in twenty twenty three, he's seemingly walking around with a
- 41:24Speaker 4: phone and some cameraman filming him, and apparently he's now
- 41:29Speaker 4: a paid protester. It looks like everybody else there in
- 41:32Speaker 4: Minneapolis apparently. So what we witnessed at that church was
- 41:36Speaker 4: a group of anti ICE protesters. It looked like about
- 41:40Speaker 4: fifty or sixty of them. If you look at the
- 41:42Speaker 4: video feed basically storming into a church service on a
- 41:46Speaker 4: Sunday and demanding that the parishioners and the congregation protest ICE.
- 41:51Speaker 4: They were yelling at the parishioners, why aren't you out
- 41:54Speaker 4: there with us protesting ICE while these people are trying
- 41:57Speaker 4: to honor God and serve under country by doing so.
- 42:01Speaker 4: It was really a remarkable thing to see. But as
- 42:04Speaker 4: you noted, Wayne, the Department of Justice says has put
- 42:06Speaker 4: Don Lemon on notice, and it looks like the Civil
- 42:09Speaker 4: Rights Division it's going to actually go after him and
- 42:12Speaker 4: prosecute him potentially.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Right, and that would be ironic. I think I read
- 42:15Speaker 3: it's like called a kk K law or something like
- 42:18Speaker 3: that they're going to prosecute him on, which would be
- 42:20Speaker 3: very ironic. In any case, all these citizen journalists walking
- 42:26Speaker 3: around with their cameras as a bunch of commies try
- 42:29Speaker 3: to catch Ice do it something wrong is just beyond
- 42:32Speaker 3: the pay I quote it insurrection.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Our country is undergoing insurrection.
- 42:36Speaker 3: And by the way, we're headed out for hour number one,
- 42:39Speaker 3: we're just about done. Guild me a quick thirty second answer.
- 42:41Speaker 3: How do you see this all ending in Minnesota?
- 42:43Speaker 4: Well, I think there's two answers to that. The answer
- 42:46Speaker 4: that I expect is that Governor Tim Walls and Mayor
- 42:49Speaker 4: Fry will eventually come to their senses. We saw this
- 42:51Speaker 4: in Oregon and Portland back in twenty twenty.
- 42:54Speaker 2: Right.
- 42:54Speaker 4: It took three months, if you remember, one hundred days
- 42:56Speaker 4: a half Heeld Courthouse was being firebombed by Antifa, and
- 43:00Speaker 4: it took them basically two or three months to finally
- 43:03Speaker 4: send an we're going out.
- 43:05Speaker 1: We're going out, brother, Sorry, we're headed out. All right,
- 43:08Speaker 1: that's it for the hour. Cooper, Thanks for having the
- 43:09Speaker 1: American First Policy Institute. I'm way route. You're at back, HI.
