- 0:01We operate on multiple levels at the same time.
- 0:05There's the external level comprised of actual physical,
- 0:09vital and mental actions we undertake.
- 0:12We speak, we express ourselves through gestures and body
- 0:15language. We undertake physical activities
- 0:20at the same time. However, there's the unspoken
- 0:23energetic vibration that we create and send out, which
- 0:26impacts others without words, without physical gesture, simply
- 0:32by vibrating and interacting with the vibrational field of
- 0:36others. The true power of mastery comes
- 0:39not from external influence, persuasion, education, use of
- 0:45physical, vital or mental power to dominate others, but from the
- 0:50ability to vibrate and radiate an intense field that is able to
- 0:54neutralize, change, or overcome the vibrational pattern with
- 1:00which it interacts. We can get a hint of what this
- 1:04means when we observe that in some individuals there is an
- 1:07intense mental atmosphere that surrounds them and which dampens
- 1:11any raucous energies. When people enter their
- 1:14environs, they tend to feel the mental force and it moves their
- 1:19own vibrational levels to interact with that force.
- 1:23We also see instances where an individual has such a deep sense
- 1:26of peace and silence surrounding him that it is noticeable to
- 1:30others. A number of people noted that as
- 1:34a palpable experience when they happened to visit with Shrioro
- 1:38Bindo. For instance, there are numerous
- 1:41reports of people experiencing a surge in devotional or spiritual
- 1:45force in the presence of various masters.
- 1:49People have also reported similar occurrences with the
- 1:52Mother at the Shriora Bindu Ashram, and they would report,
- 1:56for instance, being awakened out of sleep with an electric energy
- 2:01and a surge of devotion. At times of key events in the
- 2:05life of the ashram. In the face of such energetic
- 2:09forces, contrary energies are submerged, overwhelmed, reduced
- 2:15or even eliminated. The Mother writes quote to
- 2:20control something. A movement is simply to replace
- 2:24by 1's presence without words or explanations, the bad vibration
- 2:30by the true One. This is what constitutes the
- 2:34power of mastery. It does not lie in speaking, in
- 2:37explaining with words and explanations, and even a certain
- 2:42emanation of force. You may have an influence on
- 2:45someone, but you do not control his movement.
- 2:49The control of the movement is the capacity to oppose the
- 2:53vibration of this movement by a stronger, truer vibration which
- 2:57can stop the other one. I could give you an example.
- 3:01You know a very easy 1-2 people are arguing in front of you.
- 3:06Not only are they arguing, but they are on the point of coming
- 3:10to blows. So you explain to them that this
- 3:13is not the thing to do. You give them good reasons for
- 3:16stopping, and they come to a stop.
- 3:19You will have had an influence on them.
- 3:22But if you simply stand before them and look at them and send
- 3:26out a vibration of peace, calm, quietude, without saying a word,
- 3:32without any explanation, the other vibration will no longer
- 3:37be able to last. It will fall away of itself.
- 3:40That is mastery. The same thing applies to the
- 3:44cure of ignorance. If you need words to explain
- 3:47something that is not true knowledge.
- 3:50If I have to say all that I do say for you to understand me,
- 3:55that is not mastery. It is simply that I am able to
- 3:59exercise an influence on your intelligence and help you to
- 4:03understand and awaken in you the desire to know and discipline
- 4:08yourselves, et cetera. But if by looking at you without
- 4:13saying anything, I am not able to make the light enter into
- 4:17you, the light which will make you understand, I won't have
- 4:21mastered the movement or the state of ignorance.
