- 0:28Speaker 2: official right now. Look at us, Look at us. Mark
- 0:30Speaker 2: Kester coming up in a little bit. At Mark kester Scher,

- 0:51Speaker 2: So Mark Kesterscher coming up, and I got a lot
- 0:53Speaker 2: to talk about to Mark or with Mark. Also, I'll
- 0:56Speaker 2: say this, it's not here for the show, but Eddie
- 0:58Speaker 2: is working on something on the computer here.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Out here for this podcast. I'm working, man.
- 1:05Speaker 3: He knows what he's doing.
- 1:06Speaker 1: No, I'm not.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Did you hear this? What were you like, did you
- 1:09Speaker 2: hear sports?
- 1:10Speaker 1: It was the playoffs?
- 1:12Speaker 2: Oh that's what it was.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Playoffs? Hilarious?
- 1:14Speaker 2: Were you not here when we did those?
- 1:17Speaker 4: Hey?
- 1:17Speaker 1: Do you guys still use my Dallas Cowboys clip?
- 1:19Speaker 2: Everyone by the Cowboys story comes up?
- 1:24Speaker 1: How about them Cowboys? We haven't ready? I love that.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I love that?
- 1:28Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:28Speaker 1: What are you working on videos? Working on videos? I'd
- 1:31Speaker 1: like to show this morning?
- 1:31Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:32Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, cool?
- 1:33Speaker 5: Yeah, but I mean, you guys, I'm at my desk
- 1:35Speaker 5: and you guys just come in and act like I'm
- 1:36Speaker 5: not even working here.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I never left, Okay, whatever, So okay, cool, thanks Eddie.
- 1:42Speaker 2: All right, let's go to the Tittle Tattle. His name ever,
- 1:48Speaker 2: the Ttle Tattle.
- 1:53Speaker 6: I've seen two guys lead their team and you'll, Kitchen Butler,
- 1:56Speaker 6: Who do you think of when you think of the
- 1:57Speaker 6: single most memorable playoff run in NBA history?
- 2:00Speaker 2: I probably don't go back like a encyclopedia. I think
- 2:05Speaker 2: a lot of hardcore NBA fans do, so mine's probably
- 2:07Speaker 2: in the past twenty years or so.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Whenever Dirk and.
- 2:14Speaker 2: The Mavericks won that and nobody expected him to, like
- 2:17Speaker 2: he had to carry that load.
- 2:19Speaker 1: He really had.
- 2:20Speaker 2: I mean and I think he averaged probably around thirty
- 2:23Speaker 2: points a game that whole series, and they did. They
- 2:25Speaker 2: weren't expected to win that thing at all. I remember
- 2:27Speaker 2: the flight with Cuban and the trophy on the plane
- 2:30Speaker 2: on the way back, and I was super excited because
- 2:32Speaker 2: at that point in my life, that was the Lebron
- 2:34Speaker 2: villain season because that was Miami, right, Yeah, that.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Was Lebron Miami. That was I didn't like Lebron.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Lebron was a villain to me then, So remember that
- 2:42Speaker 2: because I was rooting so hard for the Mavericks and
- 2:44Speaker 2: I'm not a Mavericks fan. I just was a Miami
- 2:47Speaker 2: hater because they team those three together and it seemed unfair. Now,
- 2:52Speaker 2: everything good eventually turns bad, turns good turns bad. I'm
- 2:55Speaker 2: the biggest Lebron stand you could possibly be.
- 2:57Speaker 4: I love it.
- 2:57Speaker 2: He's like seventy years old. He's still probably better than
- 3:00Speaker 2: ninety percent of the league. I think he's better than Jordan.
- 3:04Speaker 2: If I had to pick one of them again at
- 3:05Speaker 2: their rookie year and go, this is the guy is
- 3:08Speaker 2: on your team, I'm taking Lebron every single time. I also,
- 3:12Speaker 2: I'm not gonna fight you because I don't care that
- 3:13Speaker 2: much to be right, But I would take Lebron so
- 3:17Speaker 2: he's been awesome a villain awesome again, but in that
- 3:23Speaker 2: one villain season, I would put Dirk and the Mavericks
- 3:25Speaker 2: when they won that title.
- 3:26Speaker 3: That was a fun one.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I also watched Mark Cuban.
- 3:28Speaker 2: On SmartLess, the HBO show where they do a documentary
- 3:32Speaker 2: on the SmartLess Live tour and Mark Cuban's one of
- 3:35Speaker 2: the guests. He comes out and because they don't tell
- 3:38Speaker 2: the other two. There's three of them on the show.
- 3:40Speaker 2: There's Jason Bateman, there's just Jack Sean Hayes, and then
- 3:46Speaker 2: there's Will Arnett. It's these three guys that do a podcast.
- 3:49Speaker 2: One of them books to guests, the other two don't
- 3:50Speaker 2: know who it is. Oh, it's how the podcast works too.
- 3:53Speaker 2: But on the live show, same thing, and Mark Cuban
- 3:55Speaker 2: came out and hung out with them for a while.
- 3:58Speaker 2: And it's funny that one of the guys only knew
- 4:01Speaker 2: Mark Cuban from basketball, one of the guys only knew
- 4:04Speaker 2: Mark Cuban from Shark Tank, and one of the guys
- 4:08Speaker 2: just kind of knew him from all But that's also
- 4:11Speaker 2: a guy who has become wildly famous from being an executive.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Yeah, one of the more well known owners for sure.
- 4:19Speaker 6: I mean he's up there with the Jerry Jones as
- 4:20Speaker 6: far as like the basketball compared to the NFL.
- 4:22Speaker 2: And I just remember him in the plane with the trophy. Yeah,
- 4:26Speaker 2: with a big cigar. So I'll go Dirk twenty eleven.
- 4:29Speaker 6: Next question after his release last week, where do you
- 4:32Speaker 6: want to see DeAndre Hopkins go?
- 4:33Speaker 2: Where do I want to see him? God, I think
- 4:34Speaker 2: it'd be hilarious if being back to the Texans. You know,
- 4:37Speaker 2: for a minute, that was the thing, like, he may
- 4:39Speaker 2: go back, It'll be hilarious. The thing I worry, I
- 4:44Speaker 2: guess I don't worry because I don't care enough to worry.
- 4:45Speaker 2: The thing I wonder about is how much does he
- 4:49Speaker 2: how much elite does he still have in the tank,
- 4:52Speaker 2: because I think he can still be a really good receiver.
- 4:55Speaker 2: I think he can be the number one receiver on
- 4:56Speaker 2: a team that doesn't have a number one. But I
- 4:59Speaker 2: think if he goes somewhe where let's say he goes
- 5:01Speaker 2: to the Eagles, which there's been some talking to him
- 5:04Speaker 2: going to the Eagles. He's not the number one, no,
- 5:07Speaker 2: so and can he and does he want to embrace
- 5:11Speaker 2: that role as not the guy.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I mean, he's one of the guys, but he's not
- 5:16Speaker 1: the guy.
- 5:17Speaker 2: If he goes to a team that's probably a Super
- 5:19Speaker 2: Bowl contender, I think he could probably go to the Chiefs, though.
- 5:26Speaker 1: I feel like Mahomes.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I feel like Mahomes like Peyton Manning, like when you
- 5:30Speaker 2: have and this is no offense to these guys, but
- 5:32Speaker 2: like an Eric Decker, like you could go through some
- 5:34Speaker 2: of the Colts wide receivers that never were that good
- 5:37Speaker 2: after they left Peyton Manning because there's a lot of
- 5:39Speaker 2: those guys.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I feel like Mahomes can do.
- 5:44Speaker 2: That with wide receivers as well. And I think if
- 5:48Speaker 2: Hopkins went to the Chiefs, he's better than just a
- 5:53Speaker 2: random dude.
- 5:53Speaker 1: He can make good.
- 5:54Speaker 2: I think he's a pretty good dude. He can make great.
- 5:58Speaker 2: I think if he went to the Chiefs, man, they
- 5:59Speaker 2: would be he just freaking legit. If can they afford him,
- 6:02Speaker 2: will he lower his rate? We'll say, to go to
- 6:05Speaker 2: the Chiefs. How bad does he want to win a
- 6:06Speaker 2: Super Bowl? He's ring shopping, right, that's or he's money shopping,
- 6:09Speaker 2: but probably ring. He's probably ring shopping.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Yeah, you would hope.
- 6:12Speaker 1: So I don't.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I wouldn't want to go to the Bills if it
- 6:14Speaker 2: were me, because it's just too cold. You hate the
- 6:17Speaker 2: I hate the cold, man, I hate the cold, and
- 6:19Speaker 2: I wouldn't want You're gonna go from Arizona to Buffalo.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Screw that. If you were a jet, if you were
- 6:30Speaker 2: a panther, I could understand that shift. If you're a
- 6:36Speaker 2: freaking Arizona Cardinal and you're gonna go to Buffalo, Nope,
- 6:43Speaker 2: my blood is too thin for that stuff. So I
- 6:46Speaker 2: think it would be cool if he went to the
- 6:49Speaker 2: Chiefs and Eagles are already so good like at Chargers.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Would be fun for me to see him go to
- 6:53Speaker 2: the chart. He wouldn't be a number, But those receivers
- 6:55Speaker 2: stay hurt so much. I know, it's just like spinning
- 6:58Speaker 2: the wheel of who's gonna be hurt and hopefully you
- 6:59Speaker 2: get two of them in a week. Yes, but I
- 7:01Speaker 2: would like to see him go to the Chargers because
- 7:05Speaker 2: I would like to see them win and be competitive
- 7:09Speaker 2: and have to hear people stop talking about how they
- 7:10Speaker 2: should be winning and they should be competitive. So I'm
- 7:13Speaker 2: picking the Chargers if it's me. And also it's not cold,
- 7:17Speaker 2: you know what I Yes.
- 7:19Speaker 6: Next, we went golfing last weekend. You saw my struggles
- 7:21Speaker 6: with the driver, So I was wondering, which club do
- 7:23Speaker 6: you hate to hit?
- 7:24Speaker 3: Hit the least?
- 7:26Speaker 2: Are you getting your clubs today?
- 7:27Speaker 3: Tomorrow?
- 7:28Speaker 2: You are get your clubs to day, big week that's awesome.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Yeah, what is today? Tuesday? Tuesday? And that's exciting very.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Kevin's getting some some cobras and we're doing a little
- 7:41Speaker 2: series and he went and got fit. And you did
- 7:44Speaker 2: struggle with that driver.
- 7:45Speaker 6: I've always struggled that slice, man.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I struggle to We all struggle.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Eddie's here too. Eddie struggles more than anybody, Probably not
- 7:54Speaker 1: as much as you guys.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Oh your MIC's alone.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Yeah, man, just sitting my desk working, dude.
- 7:58Speaker 2: You know what club do you hate to hit the most?
- 8:00Speaker 2: Because mine's a five iron, because it's my longest iron.
- 8:04Speaker 1: I don't mind hit the driver. I can rap.
- 8:05Speaker 2: I can knock a driver most of the time. Half
- 8:09Speaker 2: a mile pretty good. Yeah, hybrid's pretty good because it
- 8:12Speaker 2: basically a driver just without a tea. I get to
- 8:14Speaker 2: that five iron, I pitch your wedge sandwich.
- 8:17Speaker 1: All good.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Once the iron start to get longer. My five iron
- 8:19Speaker 2: is the worst club it's so weird.
- 8:21Speaker 5: They say, like, hit the long iron's how you hit
- 8:23Speaker 5: a short iron, but it's not possible.
- 8:25Speaker 2: But your body never tilt. Your body is totally yeah.
- 8:28Speaker 1: And so I would say four iron for me.
- 8:29Speaker 5: However, I've figured out a little hack lately that I'm
- 8:34Speaker 5: It's changed my game because usually if I'm like one
- 8:36Speaker 5: nighty out, I don't have a club for that. My
- 8:38Speaker 5: three would probably goes like two ten or whatever. So
- 8:41Speaker 5: one nighty I'm stuck. But with that four iron, that's
- 8:44Speaker 5: the yardage.
- 8:45Speaker 4: Man.
- 8:45Speaker 5: I flatten it out now, almost like it's behind my
- 8:49Speaker 5: back foot back so flat, and I swing almost like
- 8:52Speaker 5: I'm punching the club, and the ball goes. The ball
- 8:55Speaker 5: goes about two hundred and one ninety yards and it
- 8:58Speaker 5: stays low and it rolls all the way, but it's straight.
- 9:01Speaker 5: So that's I think that's how I'm going to hit
- 9:02Speaker 5: a four on from now on.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Now you don't have a club that you can't hit.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Listen to this guy right now, have is its worst
- 9:07Speaker 2: is now his favorite?
- 9:08Speaker 1: Man, I love it. His weakness is now his strength.
- 9:11Speaker 2: What's the worst thing about you that I care too much?
- 9:14Speaker 1: It's a job in what you just did right there.
- 9:16Speaker 4: All right.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Next question, you were at.
- 9:18Speaker 6: The College Softball World Series last weekend and you've been
- 9:21Speaker 6: to the Super Bowl. What's a sporting event on your
- 9:23Speaker 6: list that you haven't been to.
- 9:25Speaker 2: I've been to the World Series when the Cubs lost
- 9:28Speaker 2: to the Indians and the game. They ended up winning
- 9:30Speaker 2: the World Series that year. But it was awesome even
- 9:32Speaker 2: though they lost. It was game two, I believe two
- 9:34Speaker 2: or three, and they lost a game, and that part sucked.
- 9:37Speaker 2: They end up winning the World Series is amazing, amazing, amazing,
- 9:39Speaker 2: and just that even that night, even though they lost,
- 9:41Speaker 2: it was such a cool night.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I ranked that.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Higher than a Super Bowl, but probably because it was
- 9:50Speaker 2: my team. Yeah, honestly, the women's College World Series is
- 9:55Speaker 2: a series of games.
- 9:57Speaker 1: It's like two weeks long. There are eight teams.
- 9:59Speaker 2: You make it to the College World Series, they're eight
- 10:01Speaker 2: teams and you're playing double emination bracket. There's two winners
- 10:04Speaker 2: come out of the bracket and then they play. You
- 10:06Speaker 2: start from scratch and it's three Like right now, Oklahoma
- 10:08Speaker 2: and Florida State are playing because they come out of
- 10:11Speaker 2: the both the different brackets, and they didn't matter if
- 10:12Speaker 2: any of them want or loss.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Once you get out of your bracket. You start over.
- 10:16Speaker 2: I will say that I think going to women's college
- 10:17Speaker 2: softball is better than going to men's college baseball if
- 10:20Speaker 2: you're just going for a team that's not yours. More energy,
- 10:23Speaker 2: more action, it's just a more fun experience. The crowd's
- 10:27Speaker 2: into it more now if you're going for your team.
- 10:30Speaker 2: I'd really go watch Arkansas baseball, which let me down
- 10:31Speaker 2: big time. They lost to TC.
- 10:33Speaker 1: It was terrible.
- 10:33Speaker 2: They got twenty to five. You got hit two grand
- 10:36Speaker 2: slams back to back innings innings. He had a grand
- 10:39Speaker 2: slam the first inning, grand slam in the second end.
- 10:41Speaker 2: He hit another home run later in the game. They
- 10:43Speaker 2: beit US twenty to five.
- 10:44Speaker 1: And then we're winning.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Now working out yesterday, we're up four to two, and
- 10:49Speaker 2: like the sixth inning, I was like, fight, thank god,
- 10:50Speaker 2: we're gonna win this game. Go to the rubber match,
- 10:52Speaker 2: get out of here, go to super Regionals. Now they
- 10:54Speaker 2: end up pounding us. It's terrible, So I go World Series,
- 10:59Speaker 2: Super Bowl. The women's college World Series was really cool.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I wish I had a team in it, but I
- 11:04Speaker 2: did have family coaching two teams. I've been to Omaha
- 11:07Speaker 2: for the baseball the College World Series Baseball. I've not
- 11:11Speaker 2: been to an NBA Finals, been World Series.
- 11:16Speaker 1: What if I know?
- 11:16Speaker 2: I guess that's the only thing. I don't want to
- 11:19Speaker 2: go to a race car. I don't want to don't
- 11:20Speaker 2: care about going to a race car. What if you
- 11:21Speaker 2: call it Matt nat NASCAR race car. I don't care
- 11:23Speaker 2: about racecar.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Okay, World Cup, that would be cool.
- 11:27Speaker 2: I feel like we get trampled, like all of a sudden,
- 11:29Speaker 2: I'll get trampled by all the people that love souce soccer.
- 11:32Speaker 1: People are too passionate for me. How have you been
- 11:33Speaker 1: to like a US Open something like that.
- 11:36Speaker 4: I have.
- 11:38Speaker 2: I've golf for tennis, sat tennis, like for erotic I've
- 11:42Speaker 2: been to events. Yoh yeah, I went to the US Open.
- 11:45Speaker 4: He called me.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I was like, I'm about to retire. You have to
- 11:47Speaker 2: get up here. You're right, dang. I forgot about that.
- 11:50Speaker 2: But the problem with that was because that's in Flushing Meadows,
- 11:54Speaker 2: and so you said, it's like a forty minute car
- 11:55Speaker 2: ride from the city in New York, and it rained
- 11:57Speaker 2: the whole like we and so there's no roof on
- 12:02Speaker 2: that thing, and they kept canceling matches.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I'm just stuck in a hotel room.
- 12:07Speaker 2: So I don't think I got the real US Open
- 12:09Speaker 2: experience there.
- 12:10Speaker 3: What about like the Masters?
- 12:12Speaker 2: I've been I cannot believe I've been to all this time.
- 12:15Speaker 2: But if you start to say it, holy, I got
- 12:17Speaker 2: a pretty blessed life here. I bet everything but NBA
- 12:20Speaker 2: Finals game. The Masters is cool.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I went with Roddick.
- 12:24Speaker 2: I have price said this before, but is me and
- 12:26Speaker 2: him and John Legend together in the house and we
- 12:29Speaker 2: were just betting on a part three. They were just
- 12:32Speaker 2: golfers to come up hit. We bet who gets the closest,
- 12:34Speaker 2: and then they kept elevating their bets and I was
- 12:37Speaker 2: not the place I am now financially, and I was like,
- 12:40Speaker 2: I'm out of here, man, I can't bet with these
- 12:41Speaker 2: guys anymore. But it was crazy. It was a lot
- 12:43Speaker 2: of fun, and Masters was cool. Number one is going
- 12:46Speaker 2: to be the World Series. Number two is going to
- 12:49Speaker 2: be the Masters. Number three is going to be the
- 12:51Speaker 2: super Bowl. Number four is going to be the Women's
- 12:54Speaker 2: College World Series. Number five is going to be the
- 12:56Speaker 2: College World Series, and number six is race car.
- 13:03Speaker 1: All right, what do I want to go to? Wimbledon?
- 13:09Speaker 2: Would be cool, but I don't care about me tennis
- 13:11Speaker 2: players anymore.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I don't really have anything I want to do.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Man, this is good. I like this because I now
- 13:15Speaker 2: I got to realize I'm very lucky, fortunate to have
- 13:17Speaker 2: done a lot of this stuff. I never put it
- 13:19Speaker 2: all together.
- 13:21Speaker 3: No desire to go to NBA Finals.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that'd be cool.
- 13:24Speaker 6: Game seven though, Okay, I went to Game three in Oa,
- 13:27Speaker 6: Lakers Celtics in LA and it was cool. Celtics lost,
- 13:30Speaker 6: but it was great. But I've been the World Series
- 13:32Speaker 6: as well. The World Series was definitely way.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Better World And we're in Wrigley Field and it was
- 13:36Speaker 2: so packed, it was so dense with people, and still
- 13:39Speaker 2: everybody was in the best mood.
- 13:41Speaker 1: It was amazing.
- 13:42Speaker 2: So yes, I would like to go to Game seven.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, no, no, no National College foot
- 13:48Speaker 2: one national championship.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Oh, good call. That's it. I haven't been to that.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Good call because I won't go unless as Arkansas. I mean,
- 13:56Speaker 2: I couldn't have DraftKings like we'd like you to go.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I'd go, but college for one national championship.
- 13:59Speaker 1: That my answer? Rub it up, stupid in his name
- 14:04Speaker 1: the town tunnel.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Let's get up, all right, let's go to our boy Keester. Sure,
- 14:09Speaker 2: He is from ESPN, the national voice of ESPN Radio
- 14:14Speaker 2: cover in the NBA Finals.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Here he is Marcstershire. Hey, Mark, what's happening?
- 14:18Speaker 4: Hey, what's going on? Hey?
- 14:19Speaker 2: I'm a massive fan. I think you do such a
- 14:22Speaker 2: great job.
- 14:23Speaker 4: At I'm just honored to be on with you. So
- 14:25Speaker 4: it's a complete other way around.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Well, I appreciate that, like you're the best at it,
- 14:29Speaker 2: and you know, it was kind of before we start
- 14:32Speaker 2: actually talking about like the main thing and making the
- 14:34Speaker 2: main thing the main thing, like when you cause your voice,
- 14:37Speaker 2: like you're so good at it and you have the voice,
- 14:39Speaker 2: Like I was always okay at it, but I didn't
- 14:42Speaker 2: have the voice. But what was like your first like,
- 14:46Speaker 2: you know, entry way into being a broadcaster, did you
- 14:49Speaker 2: because I did Division two basketball and football, did you
- 14:52Speaker 2: do high school? Did you do small colleges or anything?
- 14:55Speaker 4: You know? I what I what I did was I
- 14:58Speaker 4: took my tape recorder up into the I was at
- 15:00Speaker 4: Syracuse University as a chemical engineering major, and I decided
- 15:05Speaker 4: this is what I always wanted to do, even though
- 15:07Speaker 4: my parents, you know, were like, no, enough, Broadcasting's not
- 15:10Speaker 4: the route to go. And then yeah, I did small
- 15:13Speaker 4: college D three D two D one, and then I
- 15:17Speaker 4: kind of gave up on the dream while I was
- 15:19Speaker 4: doing studio stuff in Albany and Cleveland, and then when
- 15:22Speaker 4: I got to ESPN, I just kept pounding on the
- 15:25Speaker 4: door and finally got a shot. And I don't know
- 15:27Speaker 4: how I'm here right now, to be honest with you.
- 15:29Speaker 4: It took a while, but I got here.
- 15:30Speaker 2: I know why you're here, because you know, the cream
- 15:33Speaker 2: always eventually rises. But when you go to ESPN, when
- 15:36Speaker 2: you're hired at ESPN, what was your job description for
- 15:39Speaker 2: what you were going to do.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Initially when I was hired there, it was to do updates,
- 15:44Speaker 4: you know, they call them Sports Center updates for ESPN
- 15:46Speaker 4: Radio every twenty minutes. And I swore that when I
- 15:49Speaker 4: told my wife, I said, I'm going to be working overnights,
- 15:51Speaker 4: I guarantee you, And they said, no, You're going to
- 15:54Speaker 4: be in the evenings, you know, from seven to midnight.
- 15:57Speaker 4: And I was thrilled. Game Night was a big show
- 16:00Speaker 4: back then, you know, as ESPN was just getting into
- 16:02Speaker 4: twenty four to seven radio and so you know, top
- 16:05Speaker 4: of the hour, twenty pass forty pass, I would do
- 16:07Speaker 4: two three minutes sports updates and it was about a
- 16:11Speaker 4: year after that that I filled in on our Major
- 16:14Speaker 4: League Baseball coverage, being the pregame host, postgame host, and
- 16:18Speaker 4: the guy who was in charge of that was in
- 16:20Speaker 4: charge of play by play. And that's how I kind
- 16:22Speaker 4: of maneuvered my way after a number of years.
- 16:24Speaker 2: The hardest thing for me was I would travel and
- 16:26Speaker 2: do football play by play and we were home. I
- 16:30Speaker 2: had a color guy that was with me. Now again,
- 16:32Speaker 2: we're Division two in a small town in Arkansas. Nobody cares.
- 16:35Speaker 2: But when the color got was real fine. But I
- 16:37Speaker 2: would travel and the school didn't have any real money,
- 16:39Speaker 2: so they would send me by myself, and when we
- 16:41Speaker 2: would get beat like seventy to three, it was miserable
- 16:44Speaker 2: calling a game. So do you have like backup plans
- 16:48Speaker 2: for if for some reason the game is stopped and
- 16:51Speaker 2: you just have something you can start talking about.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Yeah. You know what's funny is all the days in
- 16:58Speaker 4: between games, or the week in between a football game.
- 17:01Speaker 4: I put together this massive chart, color coded every thought
- 17:06Speaker 4: that comes into my head that just in case we
- 17:08Speaker 4: get seventy to three, you know, what do I want
- 17:11Speaker 4: to talk about? What's the most interesting thing I want
- 17:13Speaker 4: to talk about? And then of course most weeks, you
- 17:15Speaker 4: just leave it on the table you got a good game.
- 17:17Speaker 4: But I always like to have a game plan, what's
- 17:19Speaker 4: the biggest thing we want to talk about big picture
- 17:22Speaker 4: and then kind of dial it down. And the nice
- 17:24Speaker 4: thing is with all the analysts that I work with
- 17:26Speaker 4: over the years, try to have a lunch, have a dinner,
- 17:28Speaker 4: pick their brains, and it always turns out I'm working
- 17:31Speaker 4: material because that's the stuff I go to when we
- 17:34Speaker 4: have a bad game.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Do you get to or how much access do you
- 17:39Speaker 2: have because now you're covering the finals, but how much
- 17:42Speaker 2: access do you have to players or coaches to kind
- 17:45Speaker 2: of understand their philosophy about the last game or the
- 17:48Speaker 2: game coming up depends.
- 17:50Speaker 4: On what sport we're doing. The NBA is for me
- 17:55Speaker 4: since I'm on one of their top games every week
- 17:57Speaker 4: or two games, we always have coach access, which is
- 18:00Speaker 4: great where it's just our little ESPN radio unit for
- 18:04Speaker 4: ten minutes. Today it'll be Eric Spolstrap from the Heat,
- 18:08Speaker 4: Michael Malone from Denver, and then in the finals, you know,
- 18:10Speaker 4: we'll expand to a player or two each where it's
- 18:14Speaker 4: just the five or six of us in the room,
- 18:17Speaker 4: and you know, sometimes you have to navigate. Most times
- 18:20Speaker 4: you have to navigate through the coach speak, but every
- 18:22Speaker 4: once in a while, you know, we've built a good
- 18:24Speaker 4: trust with many of the coaches, and they will trust
- 18:27Speaker 4: us with information and you can disseminate some of the
- 18:30Speaker 4: stuff that you know, maybe is right up on the
- 18:34Speaker 4: edge of what's good for on the air, what's not
- 18:36Speaker 4: appropriate for on the air, and you just have to
- 18:39Speaker 4: kind of figure it out. But we get decent act.
- 18:42Speaker 4: We had great access in the NBA, for sure.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Tell me about Spoe for a second, because I'm unfairly
- 18:47Speaker 2: when he was coaching Lebron and Bosch and Wade all together,
- 18:51Speaker 2: You're like, well, they win the titles. Obviously they're gonna
- 18:53Speaker 2: win the titles. He's gont have to be a good
- 18:54Speaker 2: coach to do that. But now he has ascended to
- 18:57Speaker 2: one of the best coaches in the NBA, or at
- 18:59Speaker 2: least that's what everybody's tells me. And I think what
- 19:01Speaker 2: he's done with the Heat this year has been an
- 19:02Speaker 2: example of that. But what does he like to talk
- 19:05Speaker 2: to And after you spend time with him, do you go, ah, yeah,
- 19:08Speaker 2: I get it now.
- 19:10Speaker 4: You know what we kind of figured out early on
- 19:12Speaker 4: the late Great Doctor Jack Ramsey, who was so special
- 19:15Speaker 4: to this league into this game, had known Eric since
- 19:18Speaker 4: he was a young boy, because Eric's dad was an
- 19:21Speaker 4: executive with the Portland Trailblazers where doctor Jack was in
- 19:23Speaker 4: the late seventies, And so we got the sense early
- 19:27Speaker 4: on that even as a twenty five year old video guy,
- 19:31Speaker 4: you know, video room guy, that he just understood the game.
- 19:34Speaker 4: And I think, you know, when Lebron comes and you know,
- 19:38Speaker 4: they're in the midst of a nine and eight start
- 19:40Speaker 4: and there's this big mailstroom as they go back to Cleveland,
- 19:43Speaker 4: You're wondering if pat Riley's going to descend back from
- 19:46Speaker 4: the front office. He had so much trust in Eric
- 19:49Speaker 4: that he let him ride it out to four straight
- 19:51Speaker 4: title or four straight championship series in two titles. And
- 19:54Speaker 4: he's the same guy. I mean, he just gets it.
- 19:57Speaker 4: He has a knack. He's good at also not divulging
- 20:02Speaker 4: what he wants to do. You know, he will make
- 20:04Speaker 4: sure that if you get a little too close to
- 20:06Speaker 4: the X and zero, he'll divertue in a certain way.
- 20:08Speaker 4: But when the cameras are off and the lights are off,
- 20:11Speaker 4: you know, you can get a little quiet time with
- 20:13Speaker 4: him and maybe get inside what he really wants to
- 20:15Speaker 4: do if he trusts you, which he does with our crew.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I've been able to watch a bunch of some summ
- 20:21Speaker 2: Denver games at the time zones a bit later, and
- 20:23Speaker 2: I have League Pass and so i'd watch some Jokic games.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I don't think I was as clueless about how good
- 20:30Speaker 2: that he is, like a lot of my other friends
- 20:33Speaker 2: are casual NBA fans, because I do have the League
- 20:35Speaker 2: pass that I watch.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Now.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Do you think if the league voted for MVP after
- 20:43Speaker 2: the playoffs in the finals that he would have won
- 20:46Speaker 2: the third MVP in a row.
- 20:47Speaker 4: I think it would have been a landslide. I am
- 20:50Speaker 4: one of the voters. I don't know if there's one
- 20:52Speaker 4: hundred or one hundred and one voters, and I voted
- 20:55Speaker 4: for Joker last year in an incredibly tight race. I
- 21:00Speaker 4: thought MBA could have won it this year. I was
- 21:02Speaker 4: also confronted with we've got three great centers. If you
- 21:07Speaker 4: want to include Giannis in that position, who do you
- 21:10Speaker 4: vote for? And it just felt like with Mbeat's closing
- 21:13Speaker 4: run and the fact that you know I shorted him
- 21:16Speaker 4: last year, I voted for Joel Embid. I still feel
- 21:19Speaker 4: fine with that as a regular season vote, but your
- 21:21Speaker 4: point is well taken. He's in a time zone that
- 21:23Speaker 4: a lot of people don't stay up. I'm a league
- 21:26Speaker 4: pass aholic like you, and now to see it up
- 21:30Speaker 4: close every day. We were on the Western Conference finals
- 21:32Speaker 4: as well. You know he's going to be one of
- 21:35Speaker 4: the I don't know if I say top twenty players
- 21:37Speaker 4: of all time in this league. And yeah, if we revoted,
- 21:40Speaker 4: I think I think the Joker might be a three
- 21:42Speaker 4: time MVP.
- 21:43Speaker 2: I think what hurts him too is the same thing
- 21:45Speaker 2: that hurts Heisman candidates to play in California is that
- 21:48Speaker 2: we don't get to see him as much if we're
- 21:50Speaker 2: on the East Coast or Central time zone, and because
- 21:52Speaker 2: we're not constantly exposed to them, they don't really exist
- 21:56Speaker 2: as much to us, so we're not as passionate about them.
- 21:58Speaker 2: I know it happens with Heisman voters. Would you say
- 22:01Speaker 2: that it a bit has hurt Jokic?
- 22:04Speaker 4: I did think a little bit. But I think also
- 22:08Speaker 4: is he doesn't look the part. I mean he doesn't.
- 22:11Speaker 4: When you look at him, He's just so massive and
- 22:13Speaker 4: even though he's you know, sculpted his body, if I
- 22:16Speaker 4: want to put in quotation marks. You know, he's done
- 22:18Speaker 4: a really good job of getting in great shape. Is
- 22:21Speaker 4: you know, it's just not sexy what he does, and
- 22:23Speaker 4: clearly it doesn't move the needles nationally, you know, like
- 22:26Speaker 4: the big brands do. But when you watch him day
- 22:30Speaker 4: to day, it's hard to imagine a guy where you
- 22:32Speaker 4: can throw, you know, multiple defenses at him, you can
- 22:36Speaker 4: try to change things up, and he's always going to
- 22:38Speaker 4: make the right play. You know. If he's got guys
- 22:40Speaker 4: with him who can hit shots, you know, it's almost
- 22:43Speaker 4: impossible to defend. And that's what we saw the other day.
- 22:46Speaker 4: Like you know, Denver didn't make all the shots they
- 22:48Speaker 4: made in Game one, and even though you know, tons
- 22:51Speaker 4: of credit to Miami's defense in the game to win,
- 22:54Speaker 4: and I think they're going to try to do the
- 22:55Speaker 4: same type of stuff to Jokic. He's just so devast dating,
- 23:00Speaker 4: especially you know during a season. You know, series are
- 23:03Speaker 4: different because you're just adjusting, readjusting, whereas you know teams
- 23:07Speaker 4: are coming in on a back to back into Denver.
- 23:10Speaker 4: You haven't seen yoke at you all year in the East,
- 23:12Speaker 4: and that makes it so much harder to defend him.
- 23:15Speaker 4: But he's just He's just incredible. He's a different look
- 23:18Speaker 4: and I think this is the big stage he needed
- 23:20Speaker 4: to kind of put himself out on that pedestal.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Are these European guys a bit more cerebral at just
- 23:26Speaker 2: basketball in general?
- 23:27Speaker 1: In your opinion?
- 23:29Speaker 4: You know, I think I think we're evening out a
- 23:32Speaker 4: little bit. But I do think the last you know
- 23:34Speaker 4: from Dirk Novitski on where the skill set, the drills
- 23:39Speaker 4: they do at earlier ages FIBA being on a you know,
- 23:44Speaker 4: a shorter clock than college. You know, in high school,
- 23:48Speaker 4: they're making decisions a lot quicker. I think that is
- 23:51Speaker 4: a benefit to the Europeans and to other parts of
- 23:54Speaker 4: the world that they're thinking the game a lot differently
- 23:57Speaker 4: than you know, the North Americans have been. Although I
- 23:59Speaker 4: think that evening out of late.
- 24:01Speaker 2: The big scandal, the possible scandal is Taylor Swift's tour.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Everywhere she's been they've lost. She's going to Denver, She's
- 24:08Speaker 2: not going to Miami. I mean, is that it is
- 24:10Speaker 2: it with Jimmy and Taylor Swift?
- 24:12Speaker 4: Is that?
- 24:13Speaker 1: Is that how Miami's gonna pull this out?
- 24:16Speaker 4: They may have to. Bobby I might bring that up
- 24:18Speaker 4: in today's interviews for only about fifteen minutes away. I
- 24:20Speaker 4: hadn't been tracking the Taylor tour except to compare how
- 24:23Speaker 4: much money she's going to make versus I think the
- 24:25Speaker 4: entire NBA as a whole.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Everywhere that she's been has lost, and and she's going
- 24:32Speaker 2: to Denver soon and she's not going to Miami at all.
- 24:35Speaker 2: That's all we're saying. I listen, I ain't come up
- 24:36Speaker 2: with us all on TikTok, but I mean it's there.
- 24:39Speaker 1: It's looking as right in the eyes just a couple.
- 24:41Speaker 4: I don't care where you got it. Bobby, I'm gonna
- 24:44Speaker 4: I'm gonna say I heard my good friend Bobby Bow.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I'm going with that, all right.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Two final questions, So with Miami winning Game two, which
- 24:50Speaker 2: I will admit was a shock to me after watching
- 24:52Speaker 2: them just get crushed in Game one, although they did
- 24:55Speaker 2: come right off that series. They did go to Denver,
- 24:58Speaker 2: where you don't breathe as well when you on Game
- 25:01Speaker 2: two they win, I mean, can this thing go six
- 25:04Speaker 2: or seven games?
- 25:05Speaker 4: You know, all of a sudden? I think yes. It's
- 25:07Speaker 4: amazing how the narrative changes on one result, right, I mean,
- 25:09Speaker 4: if Murray hits that three and we go overtime, who
- 25:12Speaker 4: knows Denver maybe wins. Now we're second guessing if Eric
- 25:15Speaker 4: Spolster should have fouled you know, up three, but the
- 25:19Speaker 4: result changes everything, and that now you see it with
- 25:22Speaker 4: your own, you know, two eyes, that you know this
- 25:24Speaker 4: team is dogged defensively. They've kept Denver under one hundred
- 25:28Speaker 4: and ten in both and it comes down to making shots.
- 25:30Speaker 4: I know we always say it, and it's awful to
- 25:33Speaker 4: keep repeating it's a make or myth league, but that's
- 25:36Speaker 4: exactly what it is for Miami. This team is so
- 25:38Speaker 4: proficient at three point shooting, especially in the playoffs, and
- 25:41Speaker 4: they could not have been worse in game one. They
- 25:44Speaker 4: make their shots in Game two, and now they're home
- 25:47Speaker 4: for Game three, where you feel the role players will
- 25:49Speaker 4: be even better. So yeah, all of a sudden, you
- 25:51Speaker 4: feel that if Denver gets a split, it feels pretty good.
- 25:54Speaker 4: And that means we're going to you know, to Denver
- 25:56Speaker 4: for two to two and a guarantee of a six games.
- 25:59Speaker 4: So I think it does feel like it's going a
- 26:00Speaker 4: little bit longer.
- 26:01Speaker 2: All right, final question, And I wouldn't ask this if
- 26:03Speaker 2: you weren't to know all. In my mind, you are
- 26:05Speaker 2: the to know all and I do want to talk
- 26:07Speaker 2: about Lebron. I don't think he's retiring. I doubt you
- 26:10Speaker 2: do as well. But that's not really the question. But
- 26:12Speaker 2: you can you can't add that here. But with Bronni
- 26:15Speaker 2: going to USC and Lebron wants to play with Bronni,
- 26:18Speaker 2: do they really think Bronny's going to be a one
- 26:20Speaker 2: and done or will he be a one in? It
- 26:22Speaker 2: doesn't matter. He's just going to be done. Even if
- 26:24Speaker 2: he's not ready for the NBA.
- 26:26Speaker 4: It's a great question. He's not retiring. There's no way
- 26:30Speaker 4: he's not going to Dallas. I don't think that's going
- 26:31Speaker 4: to happen unless Bronni's transferring to like SMU or something.
- 26:36Speaker 4: I don't know if he's a one and done. I
- 26:38Speaker 4: haven't seen him play in person. But what's fascinating to
- 26:42Speaker 4: me is even if he isn't, you know, in a
- 26:45Speaker 4: normal situation, perhaps you know, if the team was angling
- 26:50Speaker 4: once lebron has free agency status again to say, hey,
- 26:53Speaker 4: package deal, you know, we will take your son and
- 26:56Speaker 4: you can come play for us. Like that's always been
- 26:59Speaker 4: one of those little scenarios that's been rolling out there
- 27:01Speaker 4: for the last few years. I will say this from
- 27:03Speaker 4: people who do watch prep basketball, And I have to
- 27:06Speaker 4: admit I really don't. I mean, I see the guys
- 27:08Speaker 4: who are getting ready for the draft and are part
- 27:11Speaker 4: of our draft coverage, so that's when I kind of
- 27:13Speaker 4: clewe into them. And Ronnie's still, you know, a few
- 27:15Speaker 4: months away from getting into the kind of stuff I
- 27:17Speaker 4: would watch. I've been told that his game is improving
- 27:21Speaker 4: and that he's a pretty good ballplayer. Whether or not,
- 27:23Speaker 4: you know, good enough for the league, Well, we'll find
- 27:26Speaker 4: out in time for sure.
- 27:27Speaker 2: ESPN Radios coverage Game three Wednesday, six thirty pm Central Time,
- 27:32Speaker 2: So do the math figure out where your time zone is. Hey, Marks,
- 27:35Speaker 2: huge fan. I know you've got a meeting to go to,
- 27:37Speaker 2: but you did the best of what you do. And
- 27:39Speaker 2: thank you for your time, my friend.
- 27:40Speaker 4: I appreciate that that that means a lot coming from you.
- 27:42Speaker 4: A big fan the other way.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Thank see you, buddy. All right, Thanks to Mark. That
- 27:46Speaker 1: was awesome.
- 27:47Speaker 2: I don't know if Miami wins another one, but I
- 27:50Speaker 2: didn't know if Miami's gonna win one.
- 27:52Speaker 1: You know, they did dang it.
- 27:55Speaker 4: And.
- 27:56Speaker 1: They fell behind. They were up.
- 28:01Speaker 2: I turned it off, then they fell way behind, and
- 28:04Speaker 2: then I was like, I'm not even going back to it.
- 28:07Speaker 2: And then Duncan Robinson that's when he would like ten
- 28:10Speaker 2: ten points in a row something like that.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and brought him back.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Yep.
- 28:13Speaker 2: All right, let's uh, let's move on with a few
- 28:16Speaker 2: stories here. The College Football Hall of Fame ballot includes
- 28:20Speaker 2: Michael Vick Larry Fitzgerald, all eligible for the first time.
- 28:24Speaker 2: You know, I gotta say that I college Football Hall
- 28:27Speaker 2: of Fame doesn't mean that much to me because I'm
- 28:29Speaker 2: not a college player. I mean, I love college four
- 28:32Speaker 2: more than the NFL, which is weird. I do close,
- 28:35Speaker 2: but I love college foot more than the NFL. But
- 28:37Speaker 2: I guess the College Football Hall of Fame doesn't really
- 28:39Speaker 2: mean anything to me.
- 28:39Speaker 6: You No, not really, And I'm wondering why they're eligible
- 28:44Speaker 6: for the first time. Michael Vick, who was obviously played
- 28:46Speaker 6: twenty plus years ago in college VIC was awesome at
- 28:49Speaker 6: Virginia Tech was amazing. I mean, he was just a
- 28:52Speaker 6: lightning Bowl.
- 28:53Speaker 1: As much as he was in the NFL. He was
- 28:55Speaker 1: that times two in college.
- 28:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:59Speaker 1: And Larry F.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Cherald at PITT I don't remember that well because I mean,
- 29:03Speaker 2: see a lot of pit games, right, if I'm being honest, Right, So,
- 29:07Speaker 2: that's cool.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Good for them.
- 29:08Speaker 2: I think there are some guys who But I think
- 29:10Speaker 2: Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Larry Fitzchild's probably in the NFL Hall
- 29:13Speaker 2: of Fame, isn't he? Has he been retired long enough?
- 29:16Speaker 3: No, I think he's got another year or two.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Okay, but he'll be for sure, we'll be in VIC.
- 29:21Speaker 4: No.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Does he not make the NFL Hall of Fame?
- 29:24Speaker 4: No?
- 29:25Speaker 2: Man, he has some good Oh you're the dog fighting
- 29:27Speaker 2: I forget about the dog fighting stuff.
- 29:30Speaker 6: And he was never really he had some flashes when
- 29:32Speaker 6: he came back. You know, he played for the Eagles,
- 29:34Speaker 6: some good games, a good stretch.
- 29:36Speaker 2: But now you want to watch something that is dynamic,
- 29:38Speaker 2: go to YouTube and search for Randall Cunningham videos. I mean,
- 29:42Speaker 2: he was Michael Vick before Michael Vick was Michael Vick
- 29:45Speaker 2: in a time where there were no other versions of him.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Randall Cunningham was awesome for the Eagles. I don't know
- 29:51Speaker 2: if he's in the Hall of Fame or not. He
- 29:53Speaker 2: has to be, because again, I don't think you want
- 29:56Speaker 2: any titles.
- 29:57Speaker 6: See I only remember him with the Vikings. Randall Cunningham, Yeah,
- 30:01Speaker 6: with Moss before Dante Culpepper, that's how I remember Randall
- 30:05Speaker 6: coneham Man.
- 30:07Speaker 1: That's the old Randall Cunningham.
- 30:08Speaker 2: I guess. Yeah, is he in the Hall of Fame?
- 30:10Speaker 2: I want to see in the college Cunningham? Where do
- 30:14Speaker 2: you go to college?
- 30:16Speaker 1: I do not know that.
- 30:16Speaker 2: I mean that's before me, or at least I kept
- 30:19Speaker 2: up with people like that you and l V huh.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Yeah, well, good luck to all them.
- 30:25Speaker 2: I really don't care about the college right, but I,
- 30:27Speaker 2: like you thought, why is it so long? What are
- 30:30Speaker 2: the rules for college? Like somebody like Tim Tebow. That's
- 30:33Speaker 2: when somebody should be in the college Hall of Fame. Absolutely,
- 30:36Speaker 2: he personified what it was to be in college. He
- 30:39Speaker 2: got super famous from college his NFL. He got extra
- 30:43Speaker 2: shots in the NFL because of how popular he was
- 30:45Speaker 2: based on his call. I mean, Tim Tebow is like
- 30:47Speaker 2: the ultimate college athlete. Yeah, who's the best college football
- 30:49Speaker 2: player that you can remember? I'm gonna go Tebow.
- 30:51Speaker 3: Reggie Bush, Oh god, damn.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Reggie Bush was awesome and I hated it Lindell why
- 30:55Speaker 2: at the same time. Yeah, that and that team ended
- 30:59Speaker 2: up losing to Tech. Yeah that Vince Young around the
- 31:02Speaker 2: right side. Reggie Bush was amazing. They should give him
- 31:05Speaker 2: hehidsman back. Absolutely should give him hidsman back. PGA Tour,
- 31:08Speaker 2: Live Golf emerging. This just happened an hour or so
- 31:14Speaker 2: ago that I even found out, So I haven't been
- 31:16Speaker 2: able to actually see why they've decided to do this.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Who was the wimp peer who said we submit to you,
- 31:23Speaker 2: we give up.
- 31:25Speaker 6: That's not really coming out yet, but it kind of
- 31:26Speaker 6: seems like the PGA Tour just because they're the ones
- 31:28Speaker 6: holding ground and now they're merging, and it seems like
- 31:32Speaker 6: the governor.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Of eating Eddie Eddie just walks in eating a boiled egg.
- 31:39Speaker 3: How many of those do you eat today?
- 31:40Speaker 1: Three? I'm just three for breakfast.
- 31:43Speaker 2: They stink.
- 31:45Speaker 5: I don't smell anymore, kind of like when you have
- 31:47Speaker 5: bad about you, you're in a room with us, do
- 31:50Speaker 5: you smell it?
- 31:50Speaker 1: I'm far away. Do you smell like Kevin?
- 31:52Speaker 4: No?
- 31:52Speaker 1: I don't see. We're all good here.
- 31:54Speaker 2: So you think the PGA Tour are the ones that
- 31:55Speaker 2: did caved.
- 31:56Speaker 6: I only say that because they were the ones trying
- 31:58Speaker 6: to hold ground and talking very bad about live golf
- 32:01Speaker 6: and how golfers shouldn't go there, and then now it's like, oh,
- 32:04Speaker 6: let's come together.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Who do you think the wissy is here Eddie like
- 32:07Speaker 2: one of them had to be like tail tug between
- 32:09Speaker 2: their legs.
- 32:10Speaker 1: We want to merge PGA.
- 32:13Speaker 5: They are the ones that were so anti Live that
- 32:15Speaker 5: I think they're I mean to merge. You're basically saying, man,
- 32:18Speaker 5: you got us like you took. How many golfers did
- 32:21Speaker 5: they take.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Or did they go, you know, a screw? Which are
- 32:24Speaker 2: gonna buy you guys?
- 32:25Speaker 4: Like?
- 32:25Speaker 2: It can also be a power play.
- 32:28Speaker 5: Interesting, I don't know. I mean to me, that's not
- 32:32Speaker 5: it because Live is the one that screamed all the money.
- 32:34Speaker 5: We have all the money in the world.
- 32:35Speaker 2: People that screamed they have money oftentimes don't have money.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Dude. They paid those golfers like, they paid them a
- 32:40Speaker 1: lot of money.
- 32:41Speaker 3: So what's more important the chairman or the CEO?
- 32:44Speaker 1: Oh chairman?
- 32:46Speaker 3: Okay, so that's the Live.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Depending what's that?
- 32:48Speaker 6: Why the governor of the Saudi Arabia Wealth Fund you
- 32:51Speaker 6: see your all room Mayan will be the chairman of
- 32:55Speaker 6: the new group, but j Monahan will be the CEO.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Who's a PGA tour guy. Bro, that's crazy. Well, I
- 33:03Speaker 1: need to know more.
- 33:04Speaker 2: If it's the chairman of the board that oversees it,
- 33:07Speaker 2: because that's different than just a chairman. Sure, Like at
- 33:09Speaker 2: our company, we have the CEO who runs a freaking company.
- 33:12Speaker 2: He's the dude making all the decisions. But then there's
- 33:14Speaker 2: a board who he has to report to.
- 33:18Speaker 5: Yeah, he can't do anything without their approval.
- 33:20Speaker 2: Right he you know he can really, Yeah, he can
- 33:22Speaker 2: do I mean he's a CEO. He gets to do
- 33:23Speaker 2: whatever he wants, but he has to end up reporting
- 33:25Speaker 2: to them, figures data if they want to keep him, okay,
- 33:27Speaker 2: so he doesn't have to ask permission. And then there's
- 33:30Speaker 2: a director a chairman of that board. If that's not
- 33:32Speaker 2: if he's actually an active role, I don't know. We'll
- 33:34Speaker 2: find out. If the PGA tour was like we're scared,
- 33:38Speaker 2: but liv was getting no traction as far as uh
- 33:41Speaker 2: people watching.
- 33:42Speaker 1: It, that's all.
- 33:43Speaker 3: I'm surprised.
- 33:45Speaker 2: If the PGA said, Hey, we got big old balls,
- 33:47Speaker 2: we're going to buy you. Okay, that's what I hope happened.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Forget the two entities though, like, forget live in PGA.
- 33:54Speaker 5: How is Phil how is Dustin Johnson? How are they
- 33:56Speaker 5: going to come back and be like, hey, who won?
- 33:59Speaker 5: Now I've got way more money than you, and I'm
- 34:01Speaker 5: playing the same tournaments as you.
- 34:02Speaker 1: It's only one year.
- 34:02Speaker 2: They only get to it for one year, so it's
- 34:04Speaker 2: not significant difference.
- 34:08Speaker 5: I think the PGA was tired of Denny McCarthy being
- 34:10Speaker 5: on the leader board, like and that's our big dude,
- 34:13Speaker 5: and then you have like Rory McElroy, who you know,
- 34:16Speaker 5: choked this weekend. It's crazy. I think I think PGA
- 34:20Speaker 5: is just like, we got to do something. This lives
- 34:22Speaker 5: really messing our thing up with that.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Something they've happened so long, they could have bought it too.
- 34:27Speaker 2: The Live tours sometimes it's like Facebook is there's a
- 34:29Speaker 2: company that's doing something and they're like, oh, we don't
- 34:31Speaker 2: want them to let's just buy them out. Yeah, we
- 34:34Speaker 2: don't know. I'm sure by the time this podcast is out,
- 34:36Speaker 2: all speculation. I just hope my bleeding, Red, White, and
- 34:39Speaker 2: Blue Heart hopes that lived and win.
- 34:41Speaker 1: That's what it is, fighting hard for it. I just
- 34:44Speaker 1: have a bias for her.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Frank Vogel is gonna coach the Sons five year, thirty
- 34:49Speaker 2: one million dollar job. Vogel, who you may remember coaching
- 34:53Speaker 2: the Lakers. I don't know a lot of egos to manage.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I'm sure that's the main requirement to take that job.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Obviously you got to know your basketball, But then can
- 35:04Speaker 2: you deal with the pressure and the egos that you're
- 35:07Speaker 2: gonna have there? With Kadi, with Booker, with Chris Paul.
- 35:13Speaker 1: And two years old?
- 35:15Speaker 2: That sounds like what's Lunchbox's character's name?
- 35:19Speaker 1: Junkson all are the same person. Netflix's documentary on Florida
- 35:25Speaker 1: looks awesome.
- 35:26Speaker 4: Let's go.
- 35:28Speaker 2: It looks awesome. I mean it's two thousand and six,
- 35:30Speaker 2: two thousand nine Gators. It's called swamp things. And if
- 35:33Speaker 2: you just hear that, you're like, Okay, why do I
- 35:34Speaker 2: care about the six to nine Gators? Well, it's everything
- 35:38Speaker 2: that happened. And who was a part of those teams?
- 35:41Speaker 2: Tebow who we just talked about, Aaron Hernandez, the Penalty Twins,
- 35:46Speaker 2: Percy Harvin urban Meyer. He left right after that because
- 35:50Speaker 2: of health quote health issues, which then he went back
- 35:53Speaker 2: to Ohio State. Who knows maybe about the health issues fixed.
- 35:57Speaker 1: There's a lot that.
- 35:59Speaker 2: When was Cam Newton, he was there too, Okay, because
- 36:01Speaker 2: that's a back story, but I thought whenever that happened,
- 36:04Speaker 2: that had to be then too. This is gonna be
- 36:06Speaker 2: real good. It's gotta be good. August twenty thirty comes out.
- 36:09Speaker 2: It's got to be good. There's too much here. And
- 36:11Speaker 2: I wonder who was interviewed for it. Yeah, did Aaron
- 36:13Speaker 2: Hernanez let him in jail? Is he dead?
- 36:16Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 36:16Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I thought so. Then I thought after I
- 36:18Speaker 2: said that.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I can't do that.
- 36:20Speaker 2: One can't talk Aaron Hernandez anymore. He killed himself, right, yes,
- 36:24Speaker 2: twenty seventeen. Yeah, so they're twenty seventeen. That's probably before
- 36:28Speaker 2: documentary started. They probably won't get talk to him any
- 36:31Speaker 2: I wonder if urban Meyer talks.
- 36:33Speaker 1: He didn't know. Way he didn't talk at all, right, yeah,
- 36:35Speaker 1: no way. The only thing he.
- 36:36Speaker 2: Talks to ISO ladies grinding on in a bar.
- 36:40Speaker 1: He was talking to them.
- 36:41Speaker 2: He was talking with his hands. The SEC has established
- 36:46Speaker 2: their twenty twenty four football schedule format. They'll play eight
- 36:48Speaker 2: conference games now for a year, they're gonna go to nine,
- 36:53Speaker 2: but right now they're not being paid for that ninth
- 36:55Speaker 2: game there. I think there were four or five schools
- 36:58Speaker 2: that own that wanted the nine right now. The rest
- 37:00Speaker 2: were like, we don't want it right now. Probably the
- 37:03Speaker 2: teams didn't want it because you're just adding another freaking
- 37:06Speaker 2: monster game, and I think the ninth game is easier
- 37:10Speaker 2: to take once there are twelve sixteen teams in a
- 37:15Speaker 2: playoff where if you lose one or two games, that
- 37:18Speaker 2: doesn't automatically eliminate you. Because what we have this coming
- 37:21Speaker 2: up year anyway, it is the normal to sitch four teams.
- 37:25Speaker 2: You go at it, and you lose a game, it's hard.
- 37:27Speaker 2: You lose two games, it's almost over. And so I
- 37:30Speaker 2: think that's probably why a lot of the schools are going,
- 37:32Speaker 2: we don't want the ninth game right now, because we
- 37:34Speaker 2: don't want to lose two or three games by having
- 37:36Speaker 2: to play a lot more harder teams than all these
- 37:39Speaker 2: other schools are playing and other conferences. But it will
- 37:43Speaker 2: go to nine, and they're not being paid for that
- 37:44Speaker 2: ninth game, and they'll want money for that. So a
- 37:47Speaker 2: lot of things probably in play, but that see, teams
- 37:50Speaker 2: will play eight conference games plus one required opponent from
- 37:53Speaker 2: the ACC, Big ten, Big twelve, PAC twelve, or Major
- 37:55Speaker 2: Independent during the twenty four season when Oklahoma and Texas
- 37:58Speaker 2: joined the league. In addition, the SEC will eliminate divisional
- 38:00Speaker 2: standings all one team, put them on a bucket. You
- 38:03Speaker 2: like that, I don't care. I know that I'm reading
- 38:06Speaker 2: most teams is most teams is most teams apostrophe consistent opponents.
- 38:15Speaker 2: They're every years there are three teams, like Arkansas's.
- 38:18Speaker 4: Is going to be.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Texas, Missouri.
- 38:26Speaker 6: Where is the other one?
- 38:27Speaker 2: Oh, miss those are Arkansas. Every year they'll play those
- 38:31Speaker 2: for sure. Oklahoma's is Florida Texas Okay, good, Missouri Texas is.
- 38:41Speaker 2: So they'll have those three. But then every other year,
- 38:45Speaker 2: once it becomes a niner, you play every team every
- 38:48Speaker 2: other year, which I think is good because there were
- 38:50Speaker 2: some kids that would coming into the SEC, even Arkansas
- 38:52Speaker 2: for example, and they'd play all four years and never
- 38:54Speaker 2: play a Vanderbilt, never play some of the teams. They
- 38:57Speaker 2: never get to go experience at atmosphere. So yeah, it's good,
- 39:01Speaker 2: It's fine.
- 39:01Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 39:02Speaker 4: You know what.
- 39:02Speaker 2: The pods thing was the thing for a minute. They
- 39:03Speaker 2: we're gonna put them in pods or not. They're just
- 39:05Speaker 2: dumping them all. We saw the Big Twelve do that.
- 39:08Speaker 2: Big Twelve does that. They just lump them in there
- 39:11Speaker 2: and top two teams come out fighting and then they
- 39:13Speaker 2: play the bowl champion, the conference championship.
- 39:16Speaker 1: There.
- 39:16Speaker 2: I'm ready for Oklahoma Texas to come to SEC just
- 39:20Speaker 2: because my wife and her family they are massive Oklahoma fans.
- 39:23Speaker 3: And you and your wife watching the game together and
- 39:25Speaker 3: they playing each other.
- 39:26Speaker 2: I hope they play the first year.
- 39:27Speaker 1: No, we won't watch the game of them. We'll go
- 39:29Speaker 1: wherever it is.
- 39:30Speaker 3: What's that going to be?
- 39:31Speaker 4: Like?
- 39:32Speaker 1: Sad for me?
- 39:35Speaker 3: But what if Arkanstas wins? Do you rub it in
- 39:37Speaker 3: her face or do you just kind of silently and
- 39:39Speaker 3: be like, yeah.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Nothing will be silent?
- 39:41Speaker 2: Okay, But I do understand, not just in this scenario
- 39:44Speaker 2: but in general that if I rub it in her
- 39:46Speaker 2: face now, the tide will turn at some point and
- 39:50Speaker 2: I will get it rubbed back into my face. And
- 39:52Speaker 2: she's much better rubber than I am. She's an assassin, man.
- 39:58Speaker 2: She'll cut you, She'll cut me. She's core, not just
- 40:01Speaker 2: about this, but when she's ready to go, I mean
- 40:03Speaker 2: she is. So yeah, I'm excited for it. Those schools
- 40:08Speaker 2: are close sished together too, so it makes sense we're
- 40:12Speaker 2: gonna play Oklahoma State as well, which is a lot closer.
- 40:14Speaker 2: So those are fun games. Those are regional games.
- 40:16Speaker 3: That's fine.
- 40:17Speaker 2: It's old Southwest Conference, you know, remember South comments a
- 40:20Speaker 2: little bit. But there was a reason that all those
- 40:22Speaker 2: schools were like rivals because they're all we're all close together.
- 40:26Speaker 2: It's just fun to play other schools that are close
- 40:28Speaker 2: to you in proximity. So I'm excited about that.
- 40:31Speaker 1: All right, Ed, anything you want to add? What's up?
- 40:34Speaker 1: I don't know, dude, I just want to.
- 40:36Speaker 2: Give you one more shot. You're working.
- 40:38Speaker 1: I don't even know what you're talking about.
- 40:40Speaker 2: All right, let's go. Final thoughts.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Read's not here.
- 40:42Speaker 2: He's in Europe. I gave him. You know, in soccer
- 40:46Speaker 2: they do a loan loan out loaner. Yeah, they loan
- 40:51Speaker 2: a player.
- 40:52Speaker 1: I no, I didn't know the term.
- 40:54Speaker 2: But Reid was like, hey, I've been asked to go.
- 40:57Speaker 2: And I was like, dude, just go.
- 40:58Speaker 1: We're all good. Where is he you're up? Really?
- 41:02Speaker 2: Glasgow's in London and Scotland.
- 41:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 41:06Speaker 2: He was with an artist and shooting pictures and that's cool.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Wow.
- 41:11Speaker 2: And he was like, I know, man, I'm sorry. I
- 41:13Speaker 2: was like, are you kidding? There are only a few
- 41:14Speaker 2: times in your life you could do.
- 41:15Speaker 1: Stuff like this.
- 41:16Speaker 4: Just go.
- 41:17Speaker 1: He feels like he was betraying you.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Well, I pay him a full time salary, so it's
- 41:21Speaker 2: not betraying. It was just me being like a good
- 41:24Speaker 2: dude to being like you only get these so we
- 41:27Speaker 2: could do like a foreign exchange program where we get somebody, right.
- 41:30Speaker 5: You couldn't get a sweetish dude to come over here
- 41:32Speaker 5: and fill in.
- 41:32Speaker 4: I am here to.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Final thought going Kevin.
- 41:38Speaker 6: We already talked about it a little bit, but I
- 41:40Speaker 6: don't care. I'm going to talk about it again. The
- 41:41Speaker 6: club's come in tomorrow, and I am excited. I've been
- 41:43Speaker 6: waiting for what did I get fitted? About a month ago?
- 41:45Speaker 1: Maybe?
- 41:46Speaker 6: And every day I've been thinking about it. Maybe they're
- 41:48Speaker 6: coming in today, So I am super excited coming in
- 41:51Speaker 6: and they test them out my own clubs. I've ever
- 41:55Speaker 6: even had my own clubs, let alone fitted clubs.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you should have had your own off the
- 41:59Speaker 2: shelf crappy first, so you at least appreciate it.
- 42:01Speaker 3: I'm very spoiled. So thanks to Cobra and everybody.
- 42:04Speaker 1: Thanks to you. This is exciting.
- 42:06Speaker 2: You've been using Eddie's clubs, but you hit a bad
- 42:08Speaker 2: shot and blame the club and I was like, well
- 42:09Speaker 2: that's not really let me. You also broke my fore iron,
- 42:13Speaker 2: but the old one, nothing new one, no, and in
- 42:15Speaker 2: my old one. Yeah, are you jealous that he got
- 42:17Speaker 2: free clubs a little bit.
- 42:19Speaker 1: Yeah, look at his face. I mean, I mean, I
- 42:22Speaker 1: haven't been asked once.
- 42:23Speaker 2: But you're not even part of this podcast, right right?
- 42:26Speaker 1: No, I know, but I'm a I'm a Puma Cobra
- 42:28Speaker 1: guy too. You know by that, you mean you just
- 42:30Speaker 1: wear stuff I've given you free. Exactly.
- 42:33Speaker 6: Every time I see this guy on the course, he's
- 42:35Speaker 6: got like some fresh shirt, I'm like, dangn that's nice
- 42:36Speaker 6: that yet Bobby gave it to me.
- 42:37Speaker 5: There's what I learned about the Poma the Puma cook Yeah. Yeah,
- 42:42Speaker 5: I've been out of practice. What I've learned about the
- 42:44Speaker 5: Puma Cobra brand and the shirts that we've gotten is
- 42:47Speaker 5: that not you can't buy these at stores. One that
- 42:50Speaker 5: has a Puma on the left side and the Cobra
- 42:52Speaker 5: on the other, Like, you can't. That's not how they
- 42:54Speaker 5: sell him at the store.
- 42:55Speaker 1: I didn't know that. So when you go to the
- 42:56Speaker 1: course sporting that, dude, you look legit. I didn't know
- 43:00Speaker 1: like people.
- 43:00Speaker 5: A couple people have already come to me and being like, man,
- 43:02Speaker 5: you sponsored, Yeah, dude.
- 43:04Speaker 1: That's not true. Swear swear it.
- 43:08Speaker 2: Has approached you.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Are you sponsored? Because that shirt a lot. The shirt
- 43:11Speaker 1: doesn't come that way.
- 43:12Speaker 4: Dude.
- 43:12Speaker 1: We're wearing like the best pants. I got a vest
- 43:15Speaker 1: I've never worn a best in my life.
- 43:16Speaker 2: They did go hard and giving me all the free stuff.
- 43:19Speaker 2: And it's not like Eddie took hand me downs. I
- 43:20Speaker 2: was just like, here, dude, take something. I'll never be
- 43:23Speaker 2: able to wear all this and mostly too.
- 43:24Speaker 5: You couldn't bring a lot with you from California, so
- 43:28Speaker 5: you know, because there was a lot of clothes to
- 43:29Speaker 5: fit in your bag, so I took half of that
- 43:32Speaker 5: from me.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Was that not the reason? Not the reason? Because we
- 43:34Speaker 1: flew back private. So it's not a big deal. Okay,
- 43:38Speaker 1: are you sponsored?
- 43:39Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 43:40Speaker 1: You don't believe me, says stuff.
- 43:41Speaker 2: No, he's been on the show one hour. It's just
- 43:43Speaker 2: saying stuff like I was wearing Dallas Cowboys.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Someone's like, are you on the team? Goes in the
- 43:49Speaker 1: star on your hat?
- 43:50Speaker 2: Do you play quarterbacks?
- 43:51Speaker 3: That's different Jerry's helicopter one time?
- 43:53Speaker 1: This No, man, I'm not sponsored, thank you though.
- 43:56Speaker 2: Final thought, I'll talk about Madden twenty four. They say
- 43:59Speaker 2: Josh Allen is going to grace the cover of Madden
- 44:01Speaker 2: twenty four and the big Madden guy love Madden. Madden
- 44:05Speaker 2: curse was always a thing. Two thousand and one, Eddie
- 44:07Speaker 2: George was on thirteen hundred rushing yards. Pretty good year.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Two thousand and two. Dante Culpepper was on almost four
- 44:13Speaker 2: thousand pathan yards. Marshall Falk two thousand and three, eleven
- 44:17Speaker 2: hundred yards, eleven touchdowns. Who are the people that really
- 44:20Speaker 2: got I? Donovan McNabb towards a cl after he was
- 44:24Speaker 2: on Ray Lewis tore or injured a hamstring after he
- 44:31Speaker 2: was on the cover of it. Vince Young just sucked. Yeah, seriously,
- 44:36Speaker 2: he had injured knee. Peyton Hillis was a one hit
- 44:39Speaker 2: wonder you shut up about Peyton Ellis.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Yeah, but still come on Madden.
- 44:45Speaker 2: The league voted the votes.
- 44:47Speaker 1: It was a voted one.
- 44:49Speaker 2: You need to shut your mouth. Sean Alexander did rush
- 44:52Speaker 2: for one thousand yards after he was on the cover.
- 44:57Speaker 2: Let's see who else Peyton hillis by fan vote? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 45:00Speaker 2: it was a bad year. No, I guess his other
- 45:03Speaker 2: year was just one good year exactly. Adrian Peterson child
- 45:07Speaker 2: abuse scandal twenty fourteen after he was on.
- 45:11Speaker 3: Gronk. But he was always hurt too, Maybe boy.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Tom Brady when goat audition. Can he crushed after that?
- 45:17Speaker 2: Antonio Brown four receptions for fifty six yards?
- 45:20Speaker 1: Oh no, is that the bad year?
- 45:22Speaker 2: One touchdown on one game with the Patriots? Lamar Jackson,
- 45:26Speaker 2: it's good, Tom Brady Petrick, Yeah, ok, good. Well my
- 45:29Speaker 2: point is there's just a few players that got you
- 45:31Speaker 2: hard after that, So the curse became a much bigger
- 45:34Speaker 2: thing than it actually was. It's almost like the Sports
- 45:36Speaker 2: Illustrated curse. Like the week after when somebody doesn't perform well,
- 45:39Speaker 2: the week after Sports illustrit're on the cover, you're like,
- 45:41Speaker 2: look at that, But most times they keep performing well,
- 45:44Speaker 2: so you don't go look at that. Yeah, so pretty cool.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Josh Allen on Madden A little too slow for me
- 45:49Speaker 2: to use on Madden is my guy? He can throw hard.
- 45:53Speaker 2: It's a little too slow for me. I like a
- 45:55Speaker 2: little more mobile quarterback on the game.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Who who's your QB?
- 45:58Speaker 2: Well we're in like two thousand thirty right now.
- 46:01Speaker 1: So who's playing in twenty thirty? Well not a lot
- 46:04Speaker 1: of the guys now, so new rookies company makeup names.
- 46:07Speaker 1: Yeah that's cool. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, so you would know.
- 46:10Speaker 1: I saw Eddie George at the airport what last week?
- 46:14Speaker 1: He say, Hey, down, how I get you in? Wh
- 46:16Speaker 1: you're playing with the Calndary sponsor.
- 46:21Speaker 3: He still looks like he can play.
- 46:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah man, big old legs.
- 46:23Speaker 4: Yeah nah.
- 46:24Speaker 5: He was just walking, you know, in the gate and
- 46:27Speaker 5: I was like, wow, I did double take. But that's
- 46:29Speaker 5: pretty cool man. I've never seen before. We've lived here
- 46:31Speaker 5: for what ten years? Never seen before.
- 46:32Speaker 2: I saw him once in New York.
- 46:35Speaker 1: That's ironic.
- 46:35Speaker 3: Random.
- 46:36Speaker 1: It was really random. The same hotel I was at,
- 46:38Speaker 1: really like, you.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Had to George.
- 46:39Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, wait, you asked him? Are you ready? George?
- 46:41Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 46:41Speaker 1: Sure did, but but you hold on? Why did you
- 46:44Speaker 1: ask him that you knew? It was so quickly. No,
- 46:46Speaker 1: I didn't. I wasn't for sure.
- 46:47Speaker 2: It happened so quickly. I was just standing up on
- 46:49Speaker 2: him because it's not like I was like, I'm gonna
- 46:51Speaker 2: go up to him, say are you aady George. He
- 46:53Speaker 2: was like walking out the front door and I was
- 46:55Speaker 2: walking in and I was like, are you you had, George?
- 46:58Speaker 2: And he's like yeah, I said, hey, I'mobby Bones.
- 47:00Speaker 1: He had no idea.
- 47:01Speaker 2: I thought I'd be like, hey, George, what did he say?
- 47:06Speaker 4: Cool?
- 47:07Speaker 2: He was like oh, and he can't wait for me,
- 47:11Speaker 2: like fill in the gap, and so I did. I
- 47:14Speaker 2: was like, I'm from Nashville and he goes, oh, man, good,
- 47:16Speaker 2: you're super nice. Yeah, but it definitely wasn't met with
- 47:19Speaker 2: the sound. Was like you Hady Georgia. Yeah, Hey, I'm
- 47:21Speaker 2: Bobby Bones.
- 47:22Speaker 1: Oh that's embarrassing.
- 47:25Speaker 2: He was like, I know it should mean something, but
- 47:28Speaker 2: it doesn't.
- 47:29Speaker 1: So yes, what it felt like?
