Diddy Transferred From Fort Dix to FCI Allenwood (10/20/26) · Beyond The Horizon

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the program. Coming
• 0:05
Speaker 1: on the back end of Diddy's reported fight with Christopher
• 0:09
Speaker 1: Koch at Fort Dix, we're now learning that Diddy has
• 0:13
Speaker 1: a new address. And that's because he was moved from
• 0:17
Speaker 1: Fort Dix to a new facility. Now he's at FCI
• 0:22
Speaker 1: Allenwood in Pennsylvania. And that is a lot less of
• 0:26
Speaker 1: a comfortable environment than Fort Dix was. But due to
• 0:31
Speaker 1: security reasons, I would guess, Diddy had to be moved. Now,
• 0:36
Speaker 1: that makes a lot of sense when you think about
• 0:39
Speaker 1: the person that he was beefing with and the kind
• 0:41
Speaker 1: of shit that dude gets up to. And as far
• 0:44
Speaker 1: as the DOJ is concerned, the BOP, the last thing
• 0:48
Speaker 1: they want is something happening to Diddy, right? That would
• 0:51
Speaker 1: be an absolute disaster for them. So they're going to
• 0:55
Speaker 1: do the right thing, or in their minds the right thing,
• 0:57
Speaker 1: and try and move him. And that's exactly what happened.
• 1:01
Speaker 1: And I also think that this move confirms that Diddy
• 1:04
Speaker 1: was in that altercation with somebody. Now, of course, they've
• 1:08
Speaker 1: told us that it was Christopher Coke. And that really
• 1:10
Speaker 1: does make sense. If it was just some random prisoner,
• 1:14
Speaker 1: some random convict, I doubt they would have moved Diddy.
• 1:17
Speaker 1: But when we're talking about somebody like Dudas, well, that's
• 1:21
Speaker 1: a whole ass different story, isn't it? So today we
• 1:24
Speaker 1: have an article from USA Today and the headline. Sean
• 1:29
Speaker 1: Diddy Combs transferred from Fort Dix to new, low-security prison.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Liza Escobias. Sean Diddy Combs
• 1:41
Speaker 1: has been transferred to a lower-security prison. The disgraced music
• 1:46
Speaker 1: mogul was moved from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey
• 1:50
Speaker 1: to FCI Allenwood Low in Pennsylvania on Friday, October 16th.
• 1:55
Speaker 1: A spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons confirmed to USA Today. Combs, 56,
• 2:00
Speaker 1: is currently serving a 50-month federal sentence for his July
• 2:04
Speaker 1: 2025 conviction on two counts of transportation to engage and prostitution.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not discuss
• 2:13
Speaker 1: the conditions of confinement for any individual in our custody,
• 2:17
Speaker 1: including reasons for transfer, the spokesperson added. And while that
• 2:20
Speaker 1: much is true, I think it's obvious what initiated this move.
• 2:25
Speaker 1: It just happened to come right after he got his
• 2:27
Speaker 1: head cracked open like an egg. and got into a
• 2:29
Speaker 1: fight with Dudas. So it's not really, you know, some
• 2:34
Speaker 1: big mystery here, right? Now they might not come out
• 2:37
Speaker 1: and say why he was moved, but it's obvious. FCI
• 2:41
Speaker 1: Allenwood is a low-security facility featuring dormitory-style living with cubicles,
• 2:47
Speaker 1: an open floor plan rather than individual cells, fewer restrictions
• 2:51
Speaker 1: on daily movement, and contains only around 1,000 inmates, compared
• 2:55
Speaker 1: to the approximately... 4,000 inmates at FCI Fort Dix. So
• 3:00
Speaker 1: less people, less chance of an issue popping up, right?
• 3:03
Speaker 1: And when you're dealing with somebody like Diddy, there's going
• 3:07
Speaker 1: to be issues, especially when he runs into somebody that's
• 3:10
Speaker 1: really about that life. You know, not the stuff Diddy
• 3:13
Speaker 1: sings about or makes pretend he does, but actually about
• 3:17
Speaker 1: that life. And according to reports, that's exactly what he
• 3:21
Speaker 1: ran into when it comes to Christopher Koch. Holmes representative
• 3:26
Speaker 1: Judah Engelmeyer addressed the move in a statement to USA Today.
• 3:30
Speaker 1: We appreciate the Bureau of Prisons taking the safety and
• 3:33
Speaker 1: security of Sean and everyone involved seriously. His transfer from
• 3:38
Speaker 1: one low security facility to another is an important distinction.
• 3:42
Speaker 1: And while we cannot speak to the BOP's specific reasons
• 3:45
Speaker 1: for the move, it's consistent with a decision made with
• 3:48
Speaker 1: safety and security in mind. Yeah, he got his ass whooped.
• 3:52
Speaker 1: Come on, let's be real. Did he caught that smoke,
• 3:55
Speaker 1: didn't want anything to do with it, and probably begged
• 3:58
Speaker 1: the authorities to move him. Engelmayr added, we're grateful for
• 4:04
Speaker 1: the attention being given to his well-being and hope he
• 4:06
Speaker 1: can continue serving his time without unnecessary disruption. Well, how
• 4:11
Speaker 1: about stop making disruptions for yourself? Trying to live your
• 4:15
Speaker 1: life behind bars like you're having one of your little
• 4:17
Speaker 1: red room nights. And that's all fine and well, right?
• 4:22
Speaker 1: Unless it affects other people. Other Gs. Other people that
• 4:26
Speaker 1: have more power and more influence than you. Like allegedly
• 4:30
Speaker 1: happened at Fort Dix. Imagine you're some kingpin. Say Christopher
• 4:35
Speaker 1: Dudas or insert kingpin here. And some idiot shows up
• 4:39
Speaker 1: like Diddy. And throws a wrench in the whole ass situation.
• 4:42
Speaker 1: Gets raids performed. Has, you know, your phone taken from you.
• 4:46
Speaker 1: You lose your privileges. How are you going to react?
• 4:51
Speaker 1: My guess is you're going to put them hands on Diddy.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: The change comes amid several reports that Combs' conduct behind
• 4:58
Speaker 1: bars and just one day after the BOP denied reporting
• 5:02
Speaker 1: from TMZ and People that the rapper was rushed to
• 5:04
Speaker 1: the hospital on Saturday, October 10th to receive treatment from
• 5:08
Speaker 1: a head injury both outlets claimed were sustained in a
• 5:11
Speaker 1: fight with drug kingpin Christopher Dudas Coke. And look, I
• 5:16
Speaker 1: find that to be the most likely thing that happened, right?
• 5:19
Speaker 1: I mean, you don't move somebody from a federal institution, well,
• 5:23
Speaker 1: unless you're Glenn Maxwell, unless there's something going on. And
• 5:26
Speaker 1: when it comes to a high-profile prisoner like Diddy, yeah,
• 5:30
Speaker 1: you're going to have to have a reason. Now, they're
• 5:34
Speaker 1: not going to come out and say so, but it's
• 5:36
Speaker 1: obvious what happened. We can tell you that the story
• 5:40
Speaker 1: you're referring to is false and did not happen. A
• 5:43
Speaker 1: BOP representative told USA Today in an October 15th statement, Okay,
• 5:48
Speaker 1: so then what happened? Why did he move? Oh, you're
• 5:51
Speaker 1: just not going to tell us, right? Okay, so what
• 5:54
Speaker 1: do you think people are going to do? They're going
• 5:56
Speaker 1: to put the pieces together themselves. And once again, the
• 6:00
Speaker 1: BOP and the institution looks like they're lying. But sure,
• 6:05
Speaker 1: let's believe them about what happened to Epstein. In a
• 6:09
Speaker 1: separate statement to USA Today, Engelmeyer said, We appreciate the
• 6:13
Speaker 1: BOP's clarification, which confirms our concerns about the accuracy of
• 6:17
Speaker 1: the initial reports. trying to save face. They don't want
• 6:21
Speaker 1: Diddy looking like a hoe. Bro got his bitch card pulled,
• 6:25
Speaker 1: and they don't want people to see that. We have
• 6:29
Speaker 1: not independently verified the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident, and
• 6:34
Speaker 1: I don't want to speculate about what may or may
• 6:37
Speaker 1: not have happened, Engelmeyer continued. At this point, we have
• 6:40
Speaker 1: no verified information indicating that Sean was attacked by Christopher
• 6:44
Speaker 1: Koch or anyone else, or that he sustained injuries. Well,
• 6:47
Speaker 1: they just moved them. They decided to wake up one
• 6:50
Speaker 1: day and use government resources to give them a new
• 6:53
Speaker 1: home for no reason. Does anyone believe that? Yeah, we're
• 6:58
Speaker 1: talking about right on the back end of bro catching hands.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: But you want us to believe that you're moving them
• 7:05
Speaker 1: because you're just doing some housekeeping? Why do they have
• 7:09
Speaker 1: to lie about everything? Like when it comes to the BOP,
• 7:13
Speaker 1: all they do is lie. Like literally everything they say
• 7:17
Speaker 1: is disputable, and I'm guessing that this is just another
• 7:20
Speaker 1: tall tale. Because I don't think anybody on the whole
• 7:24
Speaker 1: ass planet believes that they just moved Diddy for no reason.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: In July, Combs was reportedly placed in solitary confinement after
• 7:33
Speaker 1: getting into an altercation with a fellow inmate. On September 29th,
• 7:37
Speaker 1: NBC News published a report citing photos and videos of Combs,
• 7:41
Speaker 1: as well as interviews with several inmates. alleging the music
• 7:45
Speaker 1: producer uses contraband electronics and alcohol that were procured for him,
• 7:50
Speaker 1: and pays fellow inmates to cook, clean, and do his laundry.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: And the alcohol's a big problem, honestly, considering that was
• 7:57
Speaker 1: something that he had to work on according to his lawyers, right? Oh,
• 8:00
Speaker 1: the reason Diddy beat up Cassie is because he's a
• 8:03
Speaker 1: drunken fool. Oh, there's a lot of booze and drugs involved.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: But behind bars, fuckface is drinking Pruno? And getting down?
• 8:12
Speaker 1: So yeah, he didn't learn any lesson. And anybody who
• 8:15
Speaker 1: thought that Diddy was going to come out of this
• 8:17
Speaker 1: jail or out of prison and be a changed man
• 8:20
Speaker 1: was fooling themselves. Bro isn't doing any of that. And
• 8:25
Speaker 1: my guess is, the second he gets out, it's going
• 8:28
Speaker 1: to be red panty night again. Combs has also seen
• 8:32
Speaker 1: his release date originally being set for May 8th, 2028
• 8:36
Speaker 1: shift a number of times. It was most recently pushed
• 8:39
  Speaker 1: back from January 21st, 2028 to March 2nd, 2028. And
• 8:45
Speaker 1: Bro got so lucky that the prosecution was so bad
• 8:49
Speaker 1: because he would have been in prison for the rest
• 8:51
Speaker 1: of his life. If they would have really pursued this
• 8:53
Speaker 1: correctly as a RICO case and brought their proper witnesses
• 8:57
Speaker 1: up and didn't lose a witness who said that Diddy,
• 9:00
Speaker 1: you know, abused her until she said he didn't, then
• 9:03
Speaker 1: it would have been a whole different story for Diddy.
• 9:06
Speaker 1: But his lawyers really navigated the situation well. And imagine
• 9:11
Speaker 1: having a client that is really not deserving anyone's sympathy,
• 9:17
Speaker 1: winning a case like this. So I think it's really
• 9:20
Speaker 1: a feather in the cap of Tenny Garagos and Mark Agnafilo,
• 9:24
Speaker 1: because the work they did was tremendous. Now, look, I'm
• 9:28
Speaker 1: not saying I'm supporting Diddy here. I think that if
• 9:31
Speaker 1: they would have had a better prosecution, they could have
• 9:34
Speaker 1: got it over the finish line. But as we all know,
• 9:36
Speaker 1: almost doesn't count. And unless you have the right amount
• 9:40
Speaker 1: of evidence... And not only that, but witnesses that are
• 9:44
Speaker 1: willing to get on the stand and provide the testimony
• 9:47
Speaker 1: that gives the evidence that the jury needs. You're not
• 9:50
Speaker 1: going to get a guy like Diddy wrapped up in
• 9:53
Speaker 1: a human trafficking case. And that's exactly what we saw.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: It was an absolute disaster. master class of how to
• 10:02
Speaker 1: defend a scumbag. And I know people don't like that.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: I get it. I'm not a big fan of it either.
• 10:07
Speaker 1: But that's the way the system's set up. And even
• 10:10
Speaker 1: if you don't like somebody or you think they're vile,
• 10:12
Speaker 1: they deserve to have a full representation. And it's up
• 10:16
Speaker 1: to the prosecution to get the ball over the goal line.
• 10:20
Speaker 1: And if they can't do that, then it's on them.
• 10:23
Speaker 1: So I think that what we saw with the case
• 10:26
Speaker 1: against Diddy was bound to fail once they decided not
• 10:29
Speaker 1: to bring people like Coram in or charge anybody else
• 10:32
Speaker 1: as part of the conspiracy. So it was doomed for failure. Now,
• 10:37
Speaker 1: as far as his jail stint here and the fact
• 10:40
Speaker 1: that he was moved, I don't think there's any doubt
• 10:42
Speaker 1: about what happened. But as usual, we'll keep an eye
• 10:46
Speaker 1: on things. And when we have some more information one
• 10:48
Speaker 1: way or the other, We'll get that added to the catalog.
• 10:52
Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
• 10:54
Speaker 1: found in the description box.
