- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous, look back to give them a podcast. We
- 0:09Speaker 1: are one day shy of my favorite holiday, thanks Giving.
- 0:16Speaker 2: It's your favorite holiday.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Yes, Christmas? Okay, let me battle you on this, Hi.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Easton, Oh I'm here. I was about to. Yeah, No,
- 0:25Speaker 3: I was gonna tune in on the battle because I
- 0:28Speaker 3: very so like Thanksgiving more than Christmas as well.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Because hear me out, hear me out. Thanksgiving is like
- 0:36Speaker 1: the Christmas Eve of Christmas Eve and Christmas Okay, you know,
- 0:42Speaker 1: it's like you have so much to look forward to
- 0:46Speaker 1: and they're just giving you just a little, a little,
- 0:49Speaker 1: a little taste of what's to come, my fun holiday
- 0:54Speaker 1: to come. You don't have to spend money on anybody,
- 0:56Speaker 1: no gifts to.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Me and the fun. And I think the reason why
- 0:58Speaker 3: I like it.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Is because quality time to spend.
- 1:01Speaker 3: And you prepare for Christmas. That's what's fun. Because we
- 1:03Speaker 3: used to do the tree like we decorate on things,
- 1:06Speaker 3: and that's what was fun. So I guess maybe that's
- 1:08Speaker 3: why I like Thanksgiving. No gifts, no money, yeah, money
- 1:13Speaker 3: on the food and then preparing for Christmas. That's what
- 1:17Speaker 3: it is.
- 1:17Speaker 4: No that I can see that. Yeah, I was gonna
- 1:20Speaker 4: say that. I mean I'm cooking everything that's Thanksgiving and
- 1:23Speaker 4: I bought most of this stuff this past weekend and
- 1:26Speaker 4: I spent over three hundred dollars.
- 1:28Speaker 1: You know that you could come to Thanksgiving with us?
- 1:30Speaker 2: I know, but you know what, I love love.
- 1:33Speaker 5: To cook and this is like my love language. Like
- 1:37Speaker 5: you can still over and to host everything about it.
- 1:40Speaker 5: But I don't like if there was like ten people,
- 1:42Speaker 5: I'd be like anxiety. But it's just like Kyle's mom
- 1:45Speaker 5: and dad and me and Kyle and mom. Okay, so Kyle,
- 1:49Speaker 5: they're both coming. Yeah perfect, I know, and so I
- 1:51Speaker 5: will come to.
- 1:52Speaker 3: But you guys are more love him on your Instagram.
- 1:57Speaker 3: To Kyle, it is so funny.
- 1:59Speaker 1: There's no one fun You're the Joe.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I know.
- 2:03Speaker 1: In my mind, I'm praying to God that like no
- 2:07Speaker 1: production company follows you because you would definitely be offered
- 2:11Speaker 1: a show and.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Me, you know what's hilarious. I don't think we would
- 2:14Speaker 2: ever do it. I love, no, we would never.
- 2:17Speaker 5: I would rather watch people like you and your mom
- 2:20Speaker 5: and Easton on a reality show. I think if like
- 2:23Speaker 5: Kyle and I were on because we are so boring,
- 2:25Speaker 5: think about it.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Instagram is like the funny parts.
- 2:27Speaker 5: But like twenty three hours out of twenty four of
- 2:31Speaker 5: the day. Kyle and I are the most boring couple
- 2:34Speaker 5: you've ever met in your life, So it just wouldn't work.
- 2:37Speaker 5: But you guys are, like, like I said last week,
- 2:39Speaker 5: and we were just talking about this, literally, I'm around
- 2:42Speaker 5: Lisa and Laala most of the week and.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I can't get enough of them.
- 2:49Speaker 5: And if we did like a reality show, if someone,
- 2:51Speaker 5: if any production company is listening and was like, I'm
- 2:54Speaker 5: gonna follow around Lisa Lalla and when Easton moves here
- 2:57Speaker 5: and done, I'm watching it. I'm watching it every week religiously,
- 3:03Speaker 5: and I'm the number.
- 3:04Speaker 3: One fan John.
- 3:06Speaker 1: We went, and I wish that I can't wait until
- 3:09Speaker 1: this podcast has video because I wish you could have
- 3:11Speaker 1: seen my mom, our mom at the Elton John concert
- 3:15Speaker 1: last night.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Oh yes, you went to Elton John. Lala went to
- 3:18Speaker 2: Elton John.
- 3:19Speaker 5: Easton didn't go, but Lala and Lisa and Katie and Logan, Yes,
- 3:23Speaker 5: tell us about Lisa.
- 3:24Speaker 1: It was so fantastic, you guys. Let's talk about just
- 3:30Speaker 1: how karma really had our backs yesterday. So it's at
- 3:34Speaker 1: Dodgers Stadium. Obviously, parking is a fucking nightmare. I think
- 3:38Speaker 1: Dodgers Stadium. Correct me if I'm wrong. I know I
- 3:40Speaker 1: could google. Let's google what how many seats are in
- 3:47Speaker 1: Dodger Stadium? Okay, I'm being around seventy thousand.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And it was fully are they limited?
- 3:51Speaker 5: All?
- 3:51Speaker 1: Now?
- 3:52Speaker 5: Okay, well this says it's the home of Dodger's a
- 3:56Speaker 5: capacity of fifty six thousand, making it the largest baseball
- 4:00Speaker 5: in the United States.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Wow.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Okay, so fifty six thousand seats, give or take the
- 4:05Speaker 1: tiniest little section that was not They weren't filling up,
- 4:09Speaker 1: so you can only imagine how many cars are trying
- 4:12Speaker 1: to get into this area to see Elman John. I
- 4:16Speaker 1: roll up. I park in the very first parking lot
- 4:19Speaker 1: because I was sold when it said easy in, easy
- 4:23Speaker 1: out parking, twenty five dollars done, all right, So I
- 4:27Speaker 1: roll up in there. I see these shuttles and I'm like,
- 4:28Speaker 1: oh my gosh, we gotta shuttle. This is awesome. We park,
- 4:32Speaker 1: we start walking towards the shuttle. The woman says shuttles
- 4:35Speaker 1: are not for you guys, it is for people working
- 4:38Speaker 1: the concert, and I was like, okay, no big deal,
- 4:41Speaker 1: we'll walk. So we start walking this shuttle. We probably
- 4:45Speaker 1: I'm not even kidding you. We were still so close
- 4:47Speaker 1: to the parking lot. All right. The shuttle pulls up,
- 4:50Speaker 1: she opens the doors, and she goes everyone get in.
- 4:53Speaker 1: If you don't tell, I won't takes us all the way,
- 4:57Speaker 1: literally asks every single person on this shuttle what is
- 5:00Speaker 1: your section, and drops us each off at our exact section,
- 5:04Speaker 1: Like that.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Was that a person or was that an angel?
- 5:06Speaker 1: She was an angel? I told her she was an angel.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I gave her a good tip, and she was so grateful,
- 5:11Speaker 1: and I was like, it is the least I can
- 5:13Speaker 1: do you. Literally, just like there was one man who
- 5:16Speaker 1: was older and when he got on the bus, he
- 5:18Speaker 1: was already winded and said, you saved my life, ma'am.
- 5:21Speaker 1: And I was like, I hope you're not serious, because
- 5:24Speaker 1: that's concerning, right, Like it was so sweet, but I
- 5:28Speaker 1: was also like I was a little worried.
- 5:32Speaker 3: But miles that really is miles away.
- 5:35Speaker 1: By the way, all uphill, and then you do a
- 5:37Speaker 1: quick hook that is total incline. No, okay, So we
- 5:42Speaker 1: got a shuttle well worth the money, well worth the money.
- 5:45Speaker 1: We walk to our section. We roll up to where
- 5:49Speaker 1: the concession stand is no fucking line at all.
- 5:53Speaker 5: None is was it a special like VIP.
- 5:58Speaker 1: No, it was just Karma good Way. No, it was
- 6:05Speaker 1: a bunch of people who are sheep and when they
- 6:07Speaker 1: see a line that there's two people and they just
- 6:09Speaker 1: assume like it must be closed, and it's like, no,
- 6:12Speaker 1: it's not closed. I'm getting in it.
- 6:14Speaker 2: What'd you guys get?
- 6:15Speaker 1: I got a pretzel, French fries, hot dog.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Dog? You share? We shared the pretzel did not glizzies?
- 6:26Speaker 3: The what the glizzies? What time? You never? You never
- 6:30Speaker 3: heard them? Is that they call them gizzies? You never heard?
- 6:33Speaker 1: Do they call them glizzies?
- 6:34Speaker 3: I want to know everywhere New York? Yeah, I need
- 6:37Speaker 3: a glizzy?
- 6:38Speaker 5: What I heard it here?
- 6:41Speaker 3: First?
- 6:42Speaker 1: Please co sign on what this man from Utah is
- 6:44Speaker 1: claiming the East Coast g l i z z y Yeah,
- 6:48Speaker 1: google it.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Bitch, I'm back on my Grizzy. Do you remember that
- 6:51Speaker 2: little wind song?
- 6:52Speaker 1: Oh?
- 6:52Speaker 5: He said, bitch on back on my Grizzy, not Glizzyzzy.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Meaning hot dog?
- 6:57Speaker 1: Wow?
- 6:58Speaker 3: Okay, give me a g it like a.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Gen Z thing or no? Is it like since not
- 7:03Speaker 2: gen Z?
- 7:03Speaker 5: No?
- 7:03Speaker 4: I know, but I feel like he since cool, like
- 7:05Speaker 4: he knows that and all honesty.
- 7:06Speaker 3: I feel I have no idea where it actually came from.
- 7:09Speaker 3: But I'm positive it came from New York, and it
- 7:13Speaker 3: was probably some TikTok something that went.
- 7:16Speaker 1: I'm actually unsure, but I'm one hundred percent sure that
- 7:18Speaker 1: it came by.
- 7:20Speaker 3: No, it came from New York. I do know that. Really,
- 7:23Speaker 3: I love the dog vendors.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Come on everything New York saying.
- 7:31Speaker 1: That Lisa and I got our own Glizzies. We did
- 7:35Speaker 1: not share a Glizzy Nope. And then the concert starts
- 7:39Speaker 1: and my mother, who is the baddest bitch you will
- 7:42Speaker 1: ever meet in your life, sixty two fucking snatched as
- 7:46Speaker 1: it gets, never seen a workout a day in her life,
- 7:48Speaker 1: eats like shit.
- 7:53Speaker 3: The one thing she got mad at me when I
- 7:56Speaker 3: went to Trader Joe's because I didn't grab the rice crackers.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Oh she's slack ice crackers, harder than you'll,
- 8:05Speaker 1: harder you'll than you'll ever see anyone, slab rice bags
- 8:08Speaker 1: upon bag.
- 8:09Speaker 3: She buys six at a time and I'm not kidding you.
- 8:11Speaker 2: And yeah, so such an icon.
- 8:14Speaker 1: She's such an icon. I wish you could have seen
- 8:17Speaker 1: her dance. I'm gonna do it for you right now.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Can you film it that we can post it.
- 8:22Speaker 2: One thousand percent.
- 8:24Speaker 4: This will be posted on the podcast.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Okay, yeahd wait, why is this so accurate?
- 8:38Speaker 3: I that's the one thing that I own. She loves
- 8:46Speaker 3: raising the room. She fucking yes.
- 8:51Speaker 1: I'm so excited.
- 8:52Speaker 5: That was really good because I've seen her dance with
- 8:54Speaker 5: ocean before.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Yeah, and I look identical to my mom now.
- 8:57Speaker 5: That you guys, La La could be on SNL with
- 9:01Speaker 5: the impressions with the voices in the movement.
- 9:03Speaker 2: But anyway, that was Lisa.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Okay, I can't wait to post that because now people
- 9:06Speaker 1: can see she was in her element, didn't sit down
- 9:10Speaker 1: the entire time. I felt like I had a duty
- 9:15Speaker 1: to the Disney Plus viewers to at all times when
- 9:19Speaker 1: my wrist band lied up to put it in the air.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Wait did they light up all together?
- 9:24Speaker 1: Tell us about these letters, You'll get a wristband. When
- 9:27Speaker 1: you entered the park, and there was like this song
- 9:31Speaker 1: where it was like thunder and lightning, and every time
- 9:33Speaker 1: the bass would drop like light things would light up.
- 9:36Speaker 1: So I was fixated, like I was digging out him.
- 9:38Speaker 1: But I was like, we also are live streaming Disney
- 9:41Speaker 1: Plus worldwide, so like it is my duty, it is
- 9:45Speaker 1: all of our duties. Okay for when this lights up
- 9:50Speaker 1: to put it in the air. Okay, I was almost
- 9:53Speaker 1: wishing that I would have gone too.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Oh my god, I wish they just I've streamed, do
- 10:00Speaker 4: you guys.
- 10:04Speaker 3: In? Yeah?
- 10:08Speaker 1: And then Lisa, it was beyond fantastic. I cannot believe.
- 10:13Speaker 1: By the way, my mom said, the last time she
- 10:15Speaker 1: saw Elton John she was in the ninth grade in Utah.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Can you believe that? So overall the show was iconic, iconic.
- 10:21Speaker 3: I do want to what was most of the the audience?
- 10:25Speaker 3: Was it older or was it kind of you?
- 10:27Speaker 1: And no? I mean there it was like a variety.
- 10:31Speaker 1: There were elderly people who were fucking getting so buck
- 10:35Speaker 1: wild and it was amazing to see. Then there were
- 10:38Speaker 1: literally like little kids there. Yeah, you know, like their
- 10:41Speaker 1: parents had taken them, which I really when I see
- 10:44Speaker 1: stuff like that, like that parent is smart. But like
- 10:47Speaker 1: I'm sitting here playing like a shawnty Elton John Whitney Houston.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Yes, well that's how I hit all the notes. And
- 10:55Speaker 2: that's how you know the icons too.
- 10:57Speaker 5: You go to something like, I mean, Elton John, Hello,
- 10:59Speaker 5: it's Elton And you go to something like that, little
- 11:02Speaker 5: kids all the way up to elderly people.
- 11:03Speaker 2: It's like he speaks to everyone.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Yes, like Brannon our brother, Yeah, introduced dreda tool and
- 11:11Speaker 3: now that's his favorite man and he would have never known.
- 11:15Speaker 3: And they went to his con who tool was right?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Right?
- 11:19Speaker 3: But same? Yeah.
- 11:20Speaker 1: So we roll up to the line though to get
- 11:22Speaker 1: in right. We're standing the line and there's a lot
- 11:25Speaker 1: of people in the line and I was like, I say,
- 11:29Speaker 1: I'm such a clown. I go, you guys, did you
- 11:33Speaker 1: hear the bitches back? And these the women look and
- 11:38Speaker 1: one woman goes, oh, honey, we never left. I was like, yes, yes,
- 11:45Speaker 1: I love you. It was to get cheesy. It was
- 11:49Speaker 1: amazing to look around and be like this one artist
- 11:52Speaker 1: has brought all of us together where all we are
- 11:56Speaker 1: here to do is just like bask in his talent
- 12:01Speaker 1: and what he's done for people through his music, through
- 12:04Speaker 1: his charity work, through just a living the way he
- 12:08Speaker 1: wants to live. You know, it was It was absolutely inspiring.
- 12:12Speaker 1: There were these two cute guys in front of us,
- 12:15Speaker 1: and one kid kept doing the heart hands and I
- 12:18Speaker 1: don't know what it is about, like someone doing the
- 12:20Speaker 1: hearthnds that I just go, oh my god, you are
- 12:22Speaker 1: so sweet, Like I love you. I love you. I know,
- 12:26Speaker 1: like you are the cutest thing I've ever seen. I
- 12:30Speaker 1: love that he kept putting his heart hands on there.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I was like, I adore you so much. I just
- 12:36Speaker 1: I loved everyone at Dodgers Stadium last night. I really did.
- 12:39Speaker 1: It feels emotional already, it was emotional, and then my
- 12:43Speaker 1: karma got even better. How So then, because I was like,
- 12:49Speaker 1: I'm parking at the last lot because all these people
- 12:51Speaker 1: who are getting primo parking spots by the park, they're
- 12:55Speaker 1: gonna be waiting, They're gonna have to We're like cattle
- 12:58Speaker 1: right now. Okay, and you can't just like hit a
- 13:00Speaker 1: person unless you're the woman at the gate, then you
- 13:05Speaker 1: most certainly do. So I get in the car, A
- 13:09Speaker 1: car lets me in. I'm waiting, and I have to
- 13:11Speaker 1: cross traffic to make a left. Both lanes fucking stop
- 13:15Speaker 1: for me.
- 13:16Speaker 5: Are you kidding?
- 13:17Speaker 1: Both lanes stopped for me.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Okay, that's insane. I would say, what have you done?
- 13:24Speaker 5: But I already know I'm like this, and yet this.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Bit r blow drops my whole life. I'm just kidding.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I'm just kidding, guys. I'm still la la bitch.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Oh my god, So you got home and what record time,
- 13:38Speaker 5: probably after a concert, like they.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Woke me and then we woke using up and then
- 13:42Speaker 1: imain on a woke an Ocean up. You did and
- 13:45Speaker 1: it started tickling her back. So I just want to
- 13:48Speaker 1: see that she was okay, and her cute little bum
- 13:49Speaker 1: was in the air, So I like, I need a baby.
- 13:53Speaker 1: And then she woke up and looked at me and goes.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I was like, I'm getting you out. I'm getting you out.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Of her just in the kitchen and I just hear
- 14:01Speaker 3: walking down and yeah, she's just perfect.
- 14:04Speaker 1: You know what.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Last night?
- 14:05Speaker 5: So I babysat Ocean last night until Easton came and
- 14:08Speaker 5: she we were dancing and having having quite a time.
- 14:12Speaker 1: It was girls night. Oh.
- 14:13Speaker 5: I took videos of her on my phone that I
- 14:15Speaker 5: can't but I said.
- 14:17Speaker 2: It was like a few.
- 14:18Speaker 5: It was probably like a half an hour before bed,
- 14:20Speaker 5: and she'd eat her pizza and I took her over
- 14:22Speaker 5: to the fridge and I opened the fridge to get
- 14:24Speaker 5: her water, and she pointed at the tangerines and I was.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Like, oh, you want a tangerine?
- 14:28Speaker 5: Okay, So I take it out and I give it
- 14:30Speaker 5: to her to hold, and then we're gonna go over
- 14:32Speaker 5: and peel it.
- 14:33Speaker 2: And I turn and look and she's.
- 14:38Speaker 5: Sunk into the tangerine like an apple, and seemed to
- 14:43Speaker 5: be like, if I would have let her, she would
- 14:45Speaker 5: eat that whole thing.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Well, I figure people put peels on things all the time.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Well you're supposed to, I hear from the healthy community.
- 14:52Speaker 4: You're supposed to eat a lot of peels like the
- 14:54Speaker 4: people killing it.
- 14:55Speaker 3: I know.
- 14:56Speaker 5: But I was like, oh, no, no, no, And then I
- 14:58Speaker 5: peeled it off and she went cock got to appeal
- 15:00Speaker 5: and I say, yeah, it's yucky.
- 15:01Speaker 1: No, it was an amazing night, Jess. You're amazing for
- 15:04Speaker 1: doing that. I was looking at the Elton John tickets
- 15:07Speaker 1: and I had Ocean all weekend, and you guys know
- 15:09Speaker 1: I do not when I have my kid. Mmmmm, shit,
- 15:13Speaker 1: I have my kid.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I want to put her to bed. I want to
- 15:16Speaker 1: wake up with her, like we're doing the whole thing,
- 15:17Speaker 1: We're spending the day together. But I really wanted my
- 15:20Speaker 1: mom to experience this, and so we already planned the
- 15:24Speaker 1: balloon festival. So I was like, Sunday night is the
- 15:26Speaker 1: only night that we could swing it. So you just
- 15:29Speaker 1: saved the day, and then Easton saved the day by
- 15:31Speaker 1: taking over.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Well, Jess, oh my gosh, I left shit in the uber.
- 15:36Speaker 3: I Jess would have got home earlier, my dumb ass.
- 15:39Speaker 2: You guys, let me tell you.
- 15:40Speaker 5: I was planning wing there till eleven, and Easton was like,
- 15:44Speaker 5: got there at like eight thirty and then was like,
- 15:46Speaker 5: oh my god, I'm so so I was out of
- 15:48Speaker 5: there by like nine thirty.
- 15:51Speaker 3: Yeah, but no, she had to stay there longer because
- 15:54Speaker 3: I had to hit up my uber because I forgot
- 15:56Speaker 3: my I didn't even care what was in it. I
- 15:58Speaker 3: just wanted the bag that it was like my dog
- 16:01Speaker 3: kit that you bought for I was like that it
- 16:04Speaker 3: was Louisa. So I was like he got it back.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Though I did get it back. I mean I had
- 16:09Speaker 3: just a couple of cords.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Did you tip the guy?
- 16:11Speaker 3: Yeah? I get him a hundred really yeah? Hell, I thought,
- 16:14Speaker 3: you know, what are you kidding me?
- 16:16Speaker 1: Air?
- 16:16Speaker 3: So I had air pods in there, not I mean,
- 16:18Speaker 3: all replaceable. I didn't care about that. It was the
- 16:20Speaker 3: gift that you got me that I cared about. So
- 16:23Speaker 3: for a hundred bucks to get it back and then everything,
- 16:25Speaker 3: I was like, they're well worth it. But I felt
- 16:28Speaker 3: bad because I'm taking money out of his pocket to
- 16:31Speaker 3: go work.
- 16:31Speaker 1: He could go and someone else.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Yeah. So I was like, I will give you cash
- 16:35Speaker 3: and he was like sounds good.
- 16:36Speaker 1: And you know what, that's so sweet because I thank.
- 16:39Speaker 3: You for waiting again for me. She's the great.
- 16:42Speaker 1: But you know that guy didn't have to return it.
- 16:44Speaker 3: He could have that.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I don't have it.
- 16:45Speaker 3: No, that's my fault, and he could.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Have taken it.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true.
- 16:48Speaker 3: And he'd apologized to and he was like, hey, just
- 16:50Speaker 3: because you made a because I did make a whatever
- 16:54Speaker 3: it is, a ticket or a coin, I made a client.
- 16:57Speaker 3: So he literally was in the claim to take a
- 17:00Speaker 3: picture of like giving it back to me. He was like,
- 17:03Speaker 3: I hate to tell you, but you might get charged
- 17:05Speaker 3: like fifteen bucks on your card as well. And I
- 17:07Speaker 3: was like, bro, I could give a shit. Yeah. I
- 17:10Speaker 3: was like is this enough for you? And he was
- 17:12Speaker 3: like dude, he goes you were my last ride. He
- 17:14Speaker 3: was like, I lived close. So he was like, I'm
- 17:16Speaker 3: glad that you got it back, and I was like.
- 17:17Speaker 5: That's so important, especially this holiday season. Tip your drivers,
- 17:23Speaker 5: your waiters, all of them.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Right.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Also, this just goes to show like sounds like yesterday,
- 17:29Speaker 1: it was just like a.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Good day, the karma that you get, but you've done
- 17:33Speaker 3: amazing things to deserve what you had on that day.
- 17:35Speaker 1: But by the way, I mean, you can be a
- 17:39Speaker 1: shitty person these days and like really get away with it.
- 17:41Speaker 1: So shout out to everybody yesterday who really came correct
- 17:46Speaker 1: and did the Lord's work all right, whether you believe
- 17:50Speaker 1: in that or not doesn't matter, Like y'all were good
- 17:52Speaker 1: humans and I appreciate that.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Yeah, So yeah, got back to you.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Right, Let's just all do good and get good back.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Let's like really dive into this real quick, because apparently
- 18:09Speaker 1: Jessica is the perfect nose.
- 18:12Speaker 5: No, you guys, stop, because it's I've always loved your nose.
- 18:15Speaker 5: It's not that listen. I appreciate my nose. I love myself.
- 18:19Speaker 5: I'm very confident.
- 18:20Speaker 2: What wait, let's let's let the listeners know. Why do
- 18:23Speaker 2: you say that?
- 18:24Speaker 1: Okay, Well, I've always loved your nose because it's very
- 18:27Speaker 1: just like straight and very slant done. Like I love
- 18:32Speaker 1: a nose like that.
- 18:34Speaker 3: It looks great, but the like from the like straight on.
- 18:38Speaker 3: But the thing is it's perfect.
- 18:39Speaker 1: From the side.
- 18:41Speaker 3: That's also the thing, Like you can have a good
- 18:44Speaker 3: nose from dead on. But once you turn it can
- 18:47Speaker 3: either be.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Like Dad, Dad got My dad got hit by a
- 18:50Speaker 1: two by four and.
- 18:53Speaker 3: What yeah?
- 18:55Speaker 1: How my grandpa was making him hold up wood and
- 18:59Speaker 1: it fell and smacked him in the face.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Did he break?
- 19:02Speaker 3: Yeah, it broke?
- 19:03Speaker 1: And did he fix it now? And my grandpa didn't care.
- 19:07Speaker 1: That's because like, you're fine?
- 19:11Speaker 3: Backup?
- 19:12Speaker 2: So what was it?
- 19:14Speaker 1: So it wasn't crooked? He Actually I loved Dad's notes,
- 19:16Speaker 1: but it had like the bump on it. But I
- 19:20Speaker 1: loved I just adored my dad's face. It had so
- 19:22Speaker 1: much character.
- 19:23Speaker 3: You have his nose before the two by four, I
- 19:27Speaker 3: kent he does. He had a rate little nose.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Yeah, it was just from the two by four. So
- 19:35Speaker 1: we go to do this fatial with this doctor Canodia, right,
- 19:40Speaker 1: and apparently he's like the rhinoplasty king. Okay, he's done everybody.
- 19:48Speaker 1: And I asked his assistant, a very famous person who
- 19:54Speaker 1: I wish I had her nose, and she said he's
- 19:56Speaker 1: on everyone's nose. And I said, did he do this person?
- 20:00Speaker 1: And she said, I can't confirm or deny that, And
- 20:02Speaker 1: I said, can you look up? And she looked up
- 20:06Speaker 1: and I was like, oh my god, I love him.
- 20:07Speaker 1: But anyway, he comes in, looks at Jessica's nose. Okay,
- 20:10Speaker 1: he's walking by the office that we're sitting in and
- 20:13Speaker 1: literally stops walks in and he's like, your nose looks
- 20:18Speaker 1: perfect nose.
- 20:19Speaker 5: No, he loved her nose, which is so here's I'm
- 20:23Speaker 5: gooda that's very sweet. He said, more specifically, it's the
- 20:28Speaker 5: perfect nose for my face. So he said, here's what
- 20:32Speaker 5: I think if you cut, if you took a picture
- 20:35Speaker 5: of my nose, you're a normal person.
- 20:37Speaker 2: This is just my opinion.
- 20:38Speaker 5: It's not going to bring that photo to a rhinoplasty
- 20:41Speaker 5: doctor and be like, this is the nose I want.
- 20:43Speaker 5: But he did say for my face, he specifically said
- 20:47Speaker 5: with my cheekbones.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Yeah, it works.
- 20:50Speaker 5: And he said if I came to him for a
- 20:51Speaker 5: nose job, he would turn me away, which is very nice.
- 20:55Speaker 5: And you you guys, that made me feel really good
- 20:58Speaker 5: because I've been like with you to certain plastic surgery
- 21:03Speaker 5: doctors who I love, and with my friends back home
- 21:07Speaker 5: when they're getting botox or fillers, because I haven't done
- 21:09Speaker 5: anything to my face yet, and I can tell always,
- 21:14Speaker 5: I can always tell this isn't just in my mind,
- 21:16Speaker 5: because someone was with me once and they were like,
- 21:18Speaker 5: oh my god, plastic surgery doctors or whatever. I can
- 21:22Speaker 5: tell they'll like assess my face a lot, and you
- 21:25Speaker 5: can see their eyes. It's almost like they see a
- 21:27Speaker 5: face like you can tell I haven't had worked done
- 21:30Speaker 5: just because like my rinkles and whatever.
- 21:31Speaker 2: And you can you can tell.
- 21:33Speaker 5: It's almost like they see a face and they're like, oh,
- 21:35Speaker 5: I could do so much to this face, you know,
- 21:37Speaker 5: like there's so much I can do.
- 21:39Speaker 1: And they're like, I could rob I could literally take
- 21:45Speaker 1: all her money.
- 21:47Speaker 5: And you see their eyes and they're even like talking
- 21:49Speaker 5: to my friend and they're like looking at my face
- 21:51Speaker 5: and like talking and looking and you can see them.
- 21:53Speaker 2: You can see them, like the botox I would put
- 21:55Speaker 2: in this bitch.
- 21:55Speaker 1: You're looking a blank canvas.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Yeah, And so the pain time also like I could
- 22:01Speaker 3: rob her for all of her money and not have
- 22:03Speaker 3: to do anything at all to her face.
- 22:10Speaker 1: No, but he didn't have to say that.
- 22:13Speaker 2: So when he told me my.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Nose he would cut in and my nose was too
- 22:17Speaker 1: broad the bones, He's like, bones aren't supposed to be
- 22:20Speaker 1: that broad on a nose. I was like, why I
- 22:22Speaker 1: officially hate.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Myself no, you guys have great we all have beautiful noses.
- 22:28Speaker 2: But it was nice because I.
- 22:29Speaker 5: Thought when he first when he looked at me and
- 22:31Speaker 5: came and I was like, shit, I'm sitting on some
- 22:34Speaker 5: I'm sitting on something that I shouldn't be sitting on.
- 22:36Speaker 5: And then when he said and then he when he
- 22:38Speaker 5: looked at my face, I was like, here it goes.
- 22:40Speaker 5: Because I'm like, they're all so polite, they won't say anything,
- 22:42Speaker 5: but this guy is gonna say something.
- 22:43Speaker 1: And he didn't.
- 22:44Speaker 2: He said something nice.
- 22:44Speaker 1: So that was nice. And I think that your nose
- 22:46Speaker 1: needs an Instagram. The gen Zers will really have a hat, I.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Know, righty God?
- 22:55Speaker 5: So that yeah, so that was nice. It was a
- 22:57Speaker 5: nice little confidence booster. I have the fucking best nose.
- 23:00Speaker 5: You all better fucking just.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Recognize.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Can you please just post your nose a lot?
- 23:07Speaker 2: Let's post my nose someone. This is funny because someone.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Holy fans for it, only fans.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I'll do it for my nose, I am.
- 23:17Speaker 5: This is perfect for the person that d M me
- 23:19Speaker 5: and said you're you're on your fucking high horse lately
- 23:22Speaker 5: and I'm sick of it.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Someone said that in the DMU yourself, you.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Think I'm on a high horse now, baby. That comment
- 23:31Speaker 1: just further up, like this is perfect for that person,
- 23:36Speaker 1: So you're welcome. Okay, So can we talk about this
- 23:39Speaker 1: real quick? What I want to like prep people because
- 23:42Speaker 1: Easton is soon going to be a fixture on the podcast,
- 23:47Speaker 1: so it's not going to be yeah, it's not going
- 23:49Speaker 1: to be so tailored to one thing, you know. So
- 23:51Speaker 1: this is me taking Easton and like prepping him for
- 23:55Speaker 1: the weekly podcast because we're not always going to be
- 23:57Speaker 1: talking about Thanksgiving, you know. And yes, by the way,
- 24:00Speaker 1: we're putting you on the market.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Yeah, but they have to apply. I have to, and
- 24:04Speaker 2: we get to pay you.
- 24:06Speaker 3: I have both of you. So they put their applications
- 24:09Speaker 3: in to.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Us, and then Lala and I go through and then
- 24:12Speaker 1: done their first and last name and where they're from.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Yes to the p I yes, little background check.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Multiple girls have said we brought this up a couple
- 24:20Speaker 5: of weeks ago and they're like, I'll apply to date
- 24:22Speaker 5: east And.
- 24:23Speaker 1: So I'm like, how big of you.
- 24:26Speaker 3: To get to what hum?
- 24:28Speaker 1: So what hum?
- 24:30Speaker 3: I said to get to what hum?
- 24:32Speaker 1: Like? Oh, okay, got it? Sorry, I'm so so we went.
- 24:39Speaker 1: I know that's hitting. We need another one. Shout out
- 24:43Speaker 1: Duncan Is it Duncan Donuts? So for disponsor the podcast? Right? Okay,
- 24:48Speaker 1: so you guys, we went to Palm Springs this weekend.
- 24:51Speaker 1: I told you we went for the hot air balloon Fest.
- 24:53Speaker 1: It was me, my wife, partner, Lisa, my mom, my daughter,
- 24:59Speaker 1: Jack's brid cruise, Janet, Jason, and Jared. Okay. The airbnb
- 25:04Speaker 1: that we stayed in was pretty unbelievable. It was so cute.
- 25:09Speaker 1: I'm so obsessed with it, and I just think if
- 25:12Speaker 1: you guys are interested, I'm gonna tag them because I
- 25:16Speaker 1: just think if you're gonna go to Home Springs, it's
- 25:18Speaker 1: it was the perfect time.
- 25:19Speaker 2: You all stayed in the same one.
- 25:20Speaker 1: We all stayed in the same one. Love that it
- 25:23Speaker 1: was a she yes, so that their Instagram. I'm gonna
- 25:27Speaker 1: post photos and videos. But it's feather like a feather,
- 25:31Speaker 1: feather stays s T A Y S and then the
- 25:35Speaker 1: other the house is the pink Flamingo ps.
- 25:39Speaker 5: How many beds and baths in case there's any bachelorette
- 25:42Speaker 5: or bachelor party.
- 25:44Speaker 1: So there's two sweets, there's two regular bedrooms, then there's
- 25:51Speaker 1: another bedroom. So I think five, yeah, five total, five
- 25:55Speaker 1: total then you have three bathrooms, huge kitchen, huge living space.
- 26:01Speaker 1: The backyard is ginormous with a pool and barbecue and everything.
- 26:06Speaker 1: And then the garage they've turned into like a cool entertainment,
- 26:11Speaker 1: like there's a ping pong table, big cozy couches.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Oh my god, you have to go with a group.
- 26:16Speaker 1: No, it was amazing.
- 26:17Speaker 2: That's amazing.
- 26:18Speaker 1: However, oh no, not the house. The house is beyond Lisa.
- 26:24Speaker 1: The day that we're leaving, right in the house, okay,
- 26:28Speaker 1: we've been ransom. I was like, what do you mean
- 26:39Speaker 1: ran side. She goes the car, the diaper bag is gone.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I'm like, you're fucking kidding me, right, Like, the diaper
- 26:48Speaker 1: bag has my wallet, all my credit cards. I need
- 26:52Speaker 1: to drive home from Palm Springs. Okay, Lisa's wallet has
- 26:56Speaker 1: everything in there. And I was like, there's no fucking way.
- 26:58Speaker 1: And Lisa was like, there is a way. We didn't
- 27:01Speaker 1: lock the car, Lauren. And I was like, Lisa, there's
- 27:06Speaker 1: no fucking way. I know I locked the car, and
- 27:09Speaker 1: she goes, well, the diaper bag is gone. Keys were
- 27:12Speaker 1: in it, so obviously you couldn't have locked the car.
- 27:14Speaker 1: And now we've all been ramped. She loved that word.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Ramsacked all for thank god, the diaper bag was in
- 27:25Speaker 1: the bedroom, okay. So I was like, we didn't get ransacked,
- 27:29Speaker 1: and she goes, come look, come look at the car.
- 27:32Speaker 1: So I walk out and we very we did get ramsack. Okay.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Every crevice of the car had been opened. Lisa's ring
- 27:39Speaker 1: that I was like, thank god, it was just a ring.
- 27:40Speaker 1: But she got in Puerto Rico while I was pregnant
- 27:43Speaker 1: doing a movie, so like had sentimental value, but I
- 27:46Speaker 1: just had to let it go. Jackson Brittney's car also,
- 27:50Speaker 1: they broke into it, nothing was taken, which is so
- 27:53Speaker 1: fucking weird. They obviously didn't lock theirs either. The neighbor
- 27:56Speaker 1: pulls up and said, did they hate your car too?
- 27:58Speaker 1: And I was like, yes, they said ours too. We
- 28:00Speaker 1: saw them on the Mareen camera. It was at eleven
- 28:03Speaker 1: or at one thirty am. I'm like, that is terrifying
- 28:05Speaker 1: because we weren't sitting in the garage okay and like
- 28:08Speaker 1: playing a game.
- 28:09Speaker 2: You were yes, oh my god.
- 28:12Speaker 1: But they were like they didn't get anything from us either.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I'm like, so what was the pub?
- 28:15Speaker 3: Well, they're probably in all honesty when you ransack a
- 28:17Speaker 3: car like that, if you're going most people are going
- 28:21Speaker 3: to open the glove box.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Yeah, the glove box was open.
- 28:24Speaker 3: What they will do is they will take your like
- 28:28Speaker 3: registration registered, because that has information of where your car's at.
- 28:33Speaker 3: So double check that. And I'm only saying that to
- 28:35Speaker 3: everybody who might be ran.
- 28:37Speaker 2: That's your home address.
- 28:38Speaker 3: That yeah, it had your home address.
- 28:40Speaker 1: I don't that is it my home address.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Not for you, lalla, but for most people it all
- 28:44Speaker 2: have their home cares.
- 28:46Speaker 1: I don't think my registration was in the glove box anymore.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Really, but it wouldn't have had your home address.
- 28:52Speaker 1: No, I never put my home up.
- 28:54Speaker 3: There's a lot of so like even your insurance like
- 28:57Speaker 3: know when they're like we need prove insure and registration.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Your insurance card has a lot of information as well.
- 29:04Speaker 1: My insurance cards were still there.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Okay, But if you do get ransacked, like a lot
- 29:09Speaker 3: of people just look in the glove box to see
- 29:10Speaker 3: what was taken, but a lot or like the center console,
- 29:13Speaker 3: no one really looks to see the paperwork that was
- 29:16Speaker 3: in there has a lot of information about you and
- 29:19Speaker 3: your car. Luckily it if you were actually just check.
- 29:24Speaker 3: But it's it's scary, it's only it just makes you
- 29:26Speaker 3: feel like you were attacked.
- 29:29Speaker 5: Yeah, that you were surprised wasn't taken or did you
- 29:31Speaker 5: not have anything super valuable?
- 29:33Speaker 1: There was nothing valuable in the car. I was a
- 29:36Speaker 1: little it seemed like they were younger kids that did it,
- 29:39Speaker 1: because it just was like a messy job. And also
- 29:41Speaker 1: if I think it was, if it were like older
- 29:44Speaker 1: people that did it, they would have taken I mean,
- 29:47Speaker 1: we had the car seat, we had the strollers, Jackson
- 29:50Speaker 1: Brittany had this big wagon that was worth a lot
- 29:53Speaker 1: of money. And I just feel like with this time
- 29:55Speaker 1: of year, and if they would have been older, I
- 29:57Speaker 1: know that I'm sure they had kids or no people
- 29:59Speaker 1: that kids, and those are all things that are very expensive,
- 30:03Speaker 1: like it's expensive to have a baby and go and
- 30:05Speaker 1: buy these who knows, Yes.
- 30:07Speaker 3: They could have been just looking for the twenty bucks
- 30:09Speaker 3: cash or whatever.
- 30:10Speaker 5: But no smash windows so anyone's and even.
- 30:14Speaker 1: The neighbor was like, we left our car u lock too,
- 30:16Speaker 1: but we cleaned it out last night, so thank god.
- 30:19Speaker 3: But luckily, usually if your car is not unlocked, they'll
- 30:22Speaker 3: break the window.
- 30:24Speaker 5: Too loud, though if there are houses all in it,
- 30:27Speaker 5: like next to each other, that's so loud.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Breaking a window. Someone's gonna hear it.
- 30:31Speaker 1: How weird that. I'm like, our car was so good. Oh,
- 30:34Speaker 1: by the way before over, you gotta wait. It's like, okay,
- 30:38Speaker 1: so that was because I must have done something bad,
- 30:41Speaker 1: and then this was like I did something good.
- 30:42Speaker 2: No, but you didn't leave anything in there. Imagine if
- 30:45Speaker 2: the diaper bag was left in there. I don't know
- 30:47Speaker 2: what I was amazing. You didn't have to get anything sold.
- 30:50Speaker 1: If they would have taken that, they would have taken
- 30:51Speaker 1: the car keys. The car keys were in the diaper bag.
- 30:53Speaker 1: I literally used this like forty dollars backpack. Wherever I go,
- 30:57Speaker 1: it gets spilled on, you throw it in the wash,
- 30:59Speaker 1: many come apartments, easy to get into. The Gucci diver bag.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Is gorgeous inside. Yeah, you have fun getting nightmare.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Yeah you cool with it. Actually you look stupid, like
- 31:12Speaker 1: who would do that?
- 31:12Speaker 2: Maybe you'll carry it when she's like five.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Maybe could be like a book bag. Yeah, totally sent
- 31:17Speaker 1: Ocean into the first grade with a giant diaper bag
- 31:21Speaker 1: that we've converted into a book bag.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Fuck it, I feel like that. The thing is, I
- 31:26Speaker 3: don't know if she'd be the only kid doing that though, I.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Know, yeah, I know, probably the parents are like, we
- 31:33Speaker 1: spent a lot of money on this when you were
- 31:34Speaker 1: a newborn. Yeah, Jess, I wanted to thank you for
- 31:42Speaker 1: the TV guy that you hired.
- 31:45Speaker 2: I did, Wait why.
- 31:46Speaker 5: Because we did talk about this and I specifically hired
- 31:50Speaker 5: a TV guy based on.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Someone to come hanging the TV.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Yes.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Can I tell you how this went down? Tell me please,
- 31:56Speaker 1: because I swear to God it was like whoa.
- 31:59Speaker 5: No, you guys hold on because I was sad that
- 32:03Speaker 5: I didn't get I was like, I thought for sure
- 32:05Speaker 5: i'd get a caller text and I didn't. And I
- 32:07Speaker 5: was like, Okay, so he wasn't as good looking in
- 32:09Speaker 5: his photo in real life, and that's fine.
- 32:11Speaker 2: But tell me because this is so exciting.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Was hitting just right. So I pull into the parking
- 32:17Speaker 1: garage and I see this guy waiting to get on
- 32:20Speaker 1: the elevator. Okay, and I'm sitting here waiting for the gate. Tope.
- 32:23Speaker 1: I'm motherfucker. If I don't get on the same elevator,
- 32:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna lose my mind. I need to be where
- 32:28Speaker 1: this man is going on that elevator, So I like
- 32:31Speaker 1: fucking whip the car around. As soon as the gate opens.
- 32:33Speaker 1: I pull into my spot. I look over, he's gone
- 32:36Speaker 1: up already, all right. So I was like, wasn't meant
- 32:38Speaker 1: to be? So I walk into the house.
- 32:40Speaker 3: Where is he? And shirtless?
- 32:43Speaker 1: On a hundred. I was on a hundred all right.
- 32:46Speaker 1: I don't know what had happened that day, but I
- 32:47Speaker 1: was like, Mom, fuck these motherfuckers. And she's like, Lauren,
- 32:53Speaker 1: I'm in the guest room. And so I walk into
- 32:55Speaker 1: the guest room and there is the man come to mama.
- 33:03Speaker 3: I would also need one hung up in the bathroom.
- 33:06Speaker 1: And then he was like, if you guys ever need
- 33:08Speaker 1: anything else, like, I'm happy to give you my direct
- 33:10Speaker 1: phone number.
- 33:10Speaker 3: I was like, yeah, we'll take that from.
- 33:12Speaker 1: You, guys.
- 33:13Speaker 5: This is so exciting because I literally was we needed
- 33:17Speaker 5: a new handyman because ours was out of town or something.
- 33:20Speaker 2: And by ours I mean Laala and Lisa's but ours, Yeah,
- 33:23Speaker 2: and they needed.
- 33:24Speaker 5: A TV hung So I went on the website I
- 33:26Speaker 5: usually do. I won't say it here, but if you
- 33:28Speaker 5: want to know, DM me and looked through some photos
- 33:32Speaker 5: and I had some options you put in the day
- 33:34Speaker 5: and time you need. I wasn't like creepy about it.
- 33:37Speaker 5: Day and time you need and then like ten people
- 33:40Speaker 5: popped up, and so I was like, okay, well then
- 33:42Speaker 5: I'll just see their photos.
- 33:43Speaker 2: And I saw this one man and I was.
- 33:45Speaker 5: Like, Okay, if he looks as good in person as
- 33:50Speaker 5: his photo does, then this will be a nice treat
- 33:51Speaker 5: for Lalla.
- 33:52Speaker 2: But that makes me so sappy.
- 33:55Speaker 1: He had a little baby face tattoo where on like
- 33:59Speaker 1: his cheek area.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Yea, what was it? That's gonna hold on? What was it? Though?
- 34:04Speaker 3: I need to know?
- 34:05Speaker 1: I don't know. I didn't say I had to play cool.
- 34:07Speaker 1: I couldn't be like harassing baby face like a face
- 34:10Speaker 1: of the No. It was like a small tattoo, like
- 34:13Speaker 1: a tattoo that was like a baby baby face tattoo. Okay,
- 34:17Speaker 1: Like it wasn't like other men I had have dated,
- 34:20Speaker 1: but it was it was. It was there like I
- 34:23Speaker 1: need to go myself.
- 34:25Speaker 3: I hated.
- 34:30Speaker 1: The podcast. All Right, you're no longer just my brother.
- 34:33Speaker 1: You're like stepping into like we're going to be talking
- 34:38Speaker 1: about BD. Yes, there may be a time in my
- 34:41Speaker 1: near future where I get laid and we're going to
- 34:43Speaker 1: talk about it.
- 34:43Speaker 3: D Okay, So only that. Who's Pete Davidson dating?
- 34:47Speaker 1: Now?
- 34:47Speaker 2: Are you joking? He's killing it? He pulls like no other.
- 34:53Speaker 1: It is. But he also I think he's super hot
- 34:57Speaker 1: with like his tattoos and just like his vibe and
- 35:00Speaker 1: and he's funny.
- 35:00Speaker 3: It's like six three. I think he's a good looking
- 35:04Speaker 3: he's super good.
- 35:04Speaker 2: He's got that.
- 35:05Speaker 1: And then once he Kim Kardashian, it was like, Okay,
- 35:09Speaker 1: you are now like the hottest of hot right.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Yes, he's got the sauce, as the kids.
- 35:15Speaker 3: Would say, I hang out with him.
- 35:16Speaker 1: What does that the sauce? I don't know.
- 35:19Speaker 2: I've heard it on TikTok sauce. I heard it on
- 35:21Speaker 2: TikTok once gen Zy, but it might not even be
- 35:26Speaker 2: a thing, but I heard it, and so I'm going
- 35:27Speaker 2: to use it.
- 35:28Speaker 3: So hold on, But so did you text him? Need
- 35:32Speaker 3: right now?
- 35:32Speaker 1: I don't have to for him. It's like I'm not horny,
- 35:35Speaker 1: so I don't need to have sex, and then I
- 35:36Speaker 1: don't want a relationship. So as of right now, men
- 35:39Speaker 1: are completely worthless.
- 35:40Speaker 2: But he's the hand He's the new handyman.
- 35:42Speaker 1: He's going to be very handy. Yes, he's gonna hand.
- 35:46Speaker 5: You might be as well, very handy for him.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Yeah, just tru that is put perfectly. So we are
- 35:55Speaker 1: going to Jackson Brittany's for oh, speaking of Jackson Brittany,
- 35:59Speaker 1: because for some reason, when I think of Jack's, I
- 36:02Speaker 1: think of Florida. This has nothing to do with him.
- 36:04Speaker 1: But I've realized, because I just watched another twenty twenty episode,
- 36:08Speaker 1: which I do often, I'm never moving to a small
- 36:11Speaker 1: town and I'm never moving to Florida because I've noticed
- 36:14Speaker 1: every single murder they start with, I'll live in a
- 36:20Speaker 1: small town. This would never happen. We all knew our
- 36:23Speaker 1: neighbors and we were all shocked. And I'm like, really though,
- 36:27Speaker 1: because I've watched a thousand of these episodes and they
- 36:29Speaker 1: all start with this, or it starts.
- 36:31Speaker 3: With it's almost like the people who aren't shocked need
- 36:34Speaker 3: to be.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Locked, or it starts with we found Susie dead in
- 36:38Speaker 1: the you know yes, and then it's like it flashes
- 36:42Speaker 1: like Florida. I'm like kids, the one water tower in
- 36:47Speaker 1: the middle y, No small town of Florida. I'm not
- 36:52Speaker 1: coming there.
- 36:52Speaker 3: We realize its own country.
- 36:54Speaker 1: In my opinion, yeah, we're really happy where you live.
- 37:00Speaker 1: But I've seen too many twenty twenty episodes that just
- 37:03Speaker 1: start the same way.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Florida's wild all the craziest.
- 37:07Speaker 5: If you ever see this was like a thing going
- 37:09Speaker 5: on socials, if you ever see the most insane headline
- 37:12Speaker 5: headline in the news, like like man escapes via hot
- 37:19Speaker 5: air balloon from Chase and then lands on a mountain
- 37:22Speaker 5: and builds a home, and like it's always really its always, yeah,
- 37:28Speaker 5: man always with pat Alligator hot walking down.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Every time I reach something in Florida, I'm like, how
- 37:36Speaker 3: is this connected to the United States.
- 37:38Speaker 1: However, there's a lot of shit where I'm like, Utah
- 37:41Speaker 1: looks pretty sketch because I just watched a documentary called
- 37:46Speaker 1: Murder among the Mormons, Okay, where this guy just like
- 37:51Speaker 1: forged all of these documents. He was a genius, where
- 37:53Speaker 1: like he would forge these documents that would relate to
- 37:58Speaker 1: the church Todent Lincoln, and he knew how to properly
- 38:02Speaker 1: do it, so when he's sent it in to be authenticated,
- 38:06Speaker 1: they'd be like, this is real because he knew how
- 38:08Speaker 1: to age the paper, he knew how to age the ink.
- 38:11Speaker 1: But people he was he would sell these documents yeah,
- 38:15Speaker 1: for like hundreds of thousands of dollars. And this was
- 38:18Speaker 1: in the seventies.
- 38:20Speaker 2: So like collectibles or something.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, and he The most famous among the Mormons
- 38:25Speaker 1: was the Salamander Letters Okay, that he forged, and the
- 38:28Speaker 1: church was like, we can't let this get out. This
- 38:30Speaker 1: is crazy. So they were going to pay him for
- 38:31Speaker 1: these documents, but he was on the brink of getting
- 38:34Speaker 1: found out. So he creates bombs and starts murdering people
- 38:39Speaker 1: close to him.
- 38:40Speaker 3: Hm.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Okay, so that happened. Then you watch things like Under
- 38:43Speaker 1: the Banner of Heaven, Utah Mormons, the Lafferty fucking murders.
- 38:48Speaker 1: It's like, oh, I don't know that I want to
- 38:49Speaker 1: live very Mormons.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Oh my god, all of them. I'm not gonna say that.
- 38:55Speaker 1: It's not every small town. It's not a blanketed state.
- 38:57Speaker 5: We're not talking blanketed statements here, but yeah, there's at Yeah.
- 39:01Speaker 3: So like their plates that they keep hidden in a
- 39:04Speaker 3: mountain in Utah.
- 39:05Speaker 5: Have you guys ever seen the Book of Mormon plays,
- 39:08Speaker 5: Like we need to because I've heard the funniest shit
- 39:10Speaker 5: I've ever seen in my life.
- 39:11Speaker 1: But like when they talk about Joseph Smith and they're
- 39:13Speaker 1: like he did this down and the other I'm like,
- 39:15Speaker 1: it sounds to me like he took the mushrooms.
- 39:17Speaker 3: It's right, Like if I were to go and do what.
- 39:20Speaker 3: He came out and said, like I me, I went
- 39:23Speaker 3: into the woods by myself and God spoke. You know,
- 39:26Speaker 3: I'd be in a room by myself kills.
- 39:29Speaker 2: Yeah, and it'd.
- 39:32Speaker 1: I know.
- 39:32Speaker 5: But some people, it's like a lot of cult leaders.
- 39:35Speaker 5: I'm not comparing Mormonism to a cult, but I'm just
- 39:38Speaker 5: saying a lot of cult leaders. There are people that
- 39:40Speaker 5: have this power of persuasion and they just draw people in.
- 39:44Speaker 5: That's how so many cults that end with like people
- 39:48Speaker 5: dying and like shit like that happens. It's like and
- 39:51Speaker 5: a lot of people to this day, back then are
- 39:55Speaker 5: lost or they're looking for purpose and they're the perfect
- 39:58Speaker 5: person for like shit like that.
- 40:01Speaker 1: Well, my dad because he left the church at a
- 40:03Speaker 1: very young twenty two, and it was a constant battle
- 40:09Speaker 1: within that side of the family. And my dad asked
- 40:12Speaker 1: my grandmother, God rest her soul. I fucking love you, Grahams,
- 40:18Speaker 1: don't love the way that you like believed in some
- 40:21Speaker 1: crazy shit. That's okay, you're up there, you know the truth,
- 40:23Speaker 1: crazy Jesus. But my dad asked her, like if the
- 40:29Speaker 1: president of the church asked you to drink poison, would
- 40:33Speaker 1: you And she goes, I'm not going to answer that
- 40:36Speaker 1: question because he would never ask us to do it,
- 40:37Speaker 1: and she and he was like, but if he didn't,
- 40:40Speaker 1: she goes, I don't feel comfortable answering that question. It's like,
- 40:45Speaker 1: what do you mean that is a while? I know. Wow,
- 40:49Speaker 1: this podcast is weird today.
- 40:50Speaker 2: I love it. I love the happy Thanksgiving everybody.
- 40:53Speaker 1: You should rebrand this podcast to just be like lalas tangent.
- 40:59Speaker 5: People say all the d ms are their favorites or
- 41:01Speaker 5: when Easton is on and when there's Tangents happening.
- 41:04Speaker 3: So there the thing is, I had to say it again,
- 41:08Speaker 3: the moremon tangent. I don't know if back but no,
- 41:12Speaker 3: like just and I don't know if it's with all people,
- 41:16Speaker 3: but like the woman who used to just kiss our
- 41:20Speaker 3: dad hello, you know, but I don't know if that
- 41:26Speaker 3: is the Mormons and my dad fu yeah tell us.
- 41:33Speaker 3: So we would have Thanksgiving type parties or a Christmas party.
- 41:36Speaker 3: They would come over with their family. We were family friends.
- 41:39Speaker 3: My dad and the husband of the woman kissing him
- 41:42Speaker 3: were very good friends. But they would come over. He
- 41:46Speaker 3: would hugger and she would initiate the kiss, kiss on
- 41:51Speaker 3: the mouth, like just like a quick peck. But it's
- 41:54Speaker 3: almost to the point like I've never seen that done,
- 41:57Speaker 3: but it's almost like is that a Utah Mormons winger ship?
- 42:02Speaker 3: That was I But I feel like my dad hated.
- 42:04Speaker 2: It too, did he?
- 42:05Speaker 3: I don't think you love it?
- 42:07Speaker 2: It was your mom's friend, right, yeah?
- 42:10Speaker 1: Did she hate it? My mom? No, because I think
- 42:13Speaker 1: it really was just like a friendly like.
- 42:15Speaker 3: High and I think it didn't bother mom or Lisa
- 42:18Speaker 3: because of how much my dad hated it. So like
- 42:21Speaker 3: when my dad hates it, my mom's like, I just
- 42:23Speaker 3: suck it up. It's my friend, get over it.
- 42:28Speaker 2: I see Lisa literally saying that.
- 42:32Speaker 1: So that was weird. And like as children, you see
- 42:35Speaker 1: like some woman kissing your dad and you're like, that's weird,
- 42:37Speaker 1: but in front of everyone, so I feel like it's
- 42:39Speaker 1: not secretive but it's going on.
- 42:41Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that is.
- 42:43Speaker 5: I've never I never never saw that happen ever. But
- 42:46Speaker 5: that would be like were you how old were you guys?
- 42:49Speaker 5: Because were you never.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Just like I mean I was about to.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Well, we asked you did have questions in the world,
- 42:59Speaker 1: it was off limits. Like I remember going up to
- 43:01Speaker 1: my parents and being like, this is what I saw
- 43:04Speaker 1: out of friends today. Is it normal for people to
- 43:08Speaker 1: be like get filmed while his dick is out in
- 43:13Speaker 1: this woman's mouth And my mom's.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Like, oh, like porn.
- 43:17Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh.
- 43:17Speaker 2: I was like what was going on?
- 43:18Speaker 1: All the time, I didn't know it was porn? And
- 43:20Speaker 1: my mom talked me through it. She was like, that's
- 43:22Speaker 1: called an adult video, and yes, that is normal for
- 43:26Speaker 1: adults to do. You shouldn't be watching that. And then
- 43:30Speaker 1: I just knew, like, that's not for my eyes. I
- 43:32Speaker 1: know that at some point, like I guess that's normal.
- 43:34Speaker 1: I don't know. My mom said it shouldn't be filmed, yeah,
- 43:37Speaker 1: but like it's out there. Yeah.
- 43:39Speaker 5: So here's my question for both of you, if either
- 43:42Speaker 5: of you, because I'm interested, we're in a situation like
- 43:45Speaker 5: that and someone and they just kissed you on the lips,
- 43:48Speaker 5: what are you saying?
- 43:49Speaker 2: Are you having a talk?
- 43:50Speaker 5: Are you asking pulling them aside and asking them kindly
- 43:52Speaker 5: not to do it? Or are you just sucking it up?
- 43:54Speaker 5: And I know this person kisses me on the lips
- 43:56Speaker 5: every time I see them.
- 43:57Speaker 3: If it's my significant others for and I would go
- 44:00Speaker 3: to my significant other and say, hey, is there a
- 44:03Speaker 3: reason behind why she does this? And I'm not liking it,
- 44:07Speaker 3: and then I would have her either say something or
- 44:10Speaker 3: I would just say, well, I'm asking her politely not
- 44:12Speaker 3: do it.
- 44:13Speaker 1: But I feel like, you know, when someone's leaning in
- 44:15Speaker 1: for a kiss, Like if someone started coming towards me
- 44:17Speaker 1: with their mouth, I'd be like, whoa, what are you doing?
- 44:19Speaker 1: You would yes, I'd be like, no, here's my cheek.
- 44:23Speaker 5: Really yeah, because that could make it uncomfortable and awkward
- 44:26Speaker 5: if you're like, well, because especially if they bring you
- 44:29Speaker 5: in for a hug, you.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Want to know what's more uncomfortable is you kissing me
- 44:32Speaker 1: on the mouth exactly, all right, So like I don't
- 44:35Speaker 1: really give a fuck if you feel uncomfortable.
- 44:37Speaker 2: Exactly what I give.
- 44:39Speaker 1: I feel comfortable, and I'm not comfortable with you leaning
- 44:42Speaker 1: in to kiss me on my mouth, right.
- 44:43Speaker 5: And I love the parents these days who don't make kids,
- 44:49Speaker 5: because you know, growing up, it was always like go
- 44:51Speaker 5: hug your uncle, or go hug and I love the
- 44:53Speaker 5: parents these days, or go hug my friend, like go
- 44:56Speaker 5: hug them goodbye, go and it was like uncomfortable, and
- 44:59Speaker 5: I love one. Parents these days are like no, no, no,
- 45:01Speaker 5: she doesn't have to give you a hug if she
- 45:03Speaker 5: doesn't want to, she can say by kindly from here,
- 45:05Speaker 5: my sister in.
- 45:06Speaker 1: Law, Does that really? Do you like that? Yeah? I
- 45:09Speaker 1: love it. I think it's important for a child to
- 45:12Speaker 1: make the decision if I want to hug this person,
- 45:14Speaker 1: I can If I don't want to, like funk.
- 45:15Speaker 3: Off, well, there's no better. In my opinion, there's nobody
- 45:19Speaker 3: that knows if they are in a comfortable or an
- 45:22Speaker 3: uncomfortable position than a child. I feel like they know
- 45:25Speaker 3: if this is a comfortable human being, just based off
- 45:28Speaker 3: of the energy that they are putting off. So I
- 45:31Speaker 3: would give and doesn't want hucause we always used to
- 45:35Speaker 3: have to go hug people goodbye, right, I mean, but
- 45:38Speaker 3: it was just back now, that was how it was.
- 45:41Speaker 2: But you know your uncle.
- 45:42Speaker 5: Yeah, But you know what it taught me though, because
- 45:44Speaker 5: in like college and high school, there were so many
- 45:46Speaker 5: times where I was just like and this and not
- 45:49Speaker 5: this isn't as traumatic as it sounds, but where I
- 45:51Speaker 5: was just like just fucking grin and Barrett and I'll
- 45:54Speaker 5: be it'll be over and it's not.
- 45:55Speaker 1: It's not as bad as you're just like Grandma's.
- 45:58Speaker 5: Yes, or like sitting now to some fucking college guy
- 46:01Speaker 5: who's wasted talking in my face. But I don't want
- 46:04Speaker 5: to be rude and get up and be like, you're
- 46:06Speaker 5: fucking annoying, So I'm like, Okay, just sit here for
- 46:08Speaker 5: fifteen minutes and let it happen and then eventually he'll
- 46:11Speaker 5: fucking fuck off or.
- 46:12Speaker 1: Something, you know, big difference between you're annoying me. Yeah,
- 46:16Speaker 1: like I'm uncomfortable. Yeah, I'm uncomfortable. I'm telling you, kick rock. Yes,
- 46:20Speaker 1: if you're annoying me, like all engage and find a
- 46:23Speaker 1: nice way to be. Like I'm gonna grab a drink,
- 46:25Speaker 1: Like do you want anything? And yeah, I don't know.
- 46:26Speaker 1: And I'm like, thank god because I'm not coming back
- 46:28Speaker 1: I know, right.
- 46:30Speaker 3: Yeah, the bathroom is the greatest escape.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Before we sign off, what is everyone excited about for Thanksgiving?
- 46:35Speaker 1: And what is everyone thankful for it? Jess, I love that.
- 46:37Speaker 2: Oh I have to start, No, I should end.
- 46:38Speaker 3: Okay, Easton, Well, I'm thankful for family, Okay. I'm very
- 46:43Speaker 3: blessed to come out here and be around everybody I love,
- 46:46Speaker 3: and I'm excited to just be around everybody that makes
- 46:50Speaker 3: me happy.
- 46:50Speaker 2: I love that.
- 46:51Speaker 3: And I'm excited for Lisa's sweet potatoes.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Yeah, those hit different I'm excited for Lisa's sweet potatoes too.
- 46:57Speaker 1: I'm excited to go to Jackson, Brits. I think it'll
- 46:59Speaker 1: be super cute, and I just love watching the kids together.
- 47:02Speaker 1: And I would say I'm thankful for you guys in
- 47:06Speaker 1: this room. I'm thankful for my kid, and I'm thankful that,
- 47:09Speaker 1: even throughout all of the craziness that is my life,
- 47:12Speaker 1: that I am the happiest I've ever been in my life.
- 47:14Speaker 3: I love hearing that because I've told you how many times.
- 47:17Speaker 3: I'm proud of you.
- 47:19Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 47:19Speaker 2: I love zy Tea well.
- 47:21Speaker 5: I am excited. It's excited for and thankful for is that.
- 47:25Speaker 5: I'm excited for to host Thanksgiving. I think it'll be fun.
- 47:29Speaker 5: I'm excited for twenty twenty three. I know we're not
- 47:32Speaker 5: there yet, but I just feel I feel good about
- 47:35Speaker 5: it and hopeful, and I'm thankful for you both. I'm
- 47:38Speaker 5: thankful for this la family I have, which are the Burninghams.
- 47:42Speaker 5: I love that ch and yeah, that's what I'm thankful for.
