- 1:33Speaker 3: It's a podcast called twenty five Whistle swine.
- 1:39Speaker 1: All right, whistle you too. Here's such a little babies,
- 1:43Speaker 1: both of you.
- 1:44Speaker 5: Wow, what's up?
- 1:45Speaker 6: But you too?
- 1:46Speaker 4: One me?
- 1:48Speaker 1: Mostly him?
- 1:49Speaker 5: But okay, who you talking about?
- 1:50Speaker 1: Me? In the battle of YouTube trying to be influencers.
- 1:53Speaker 1: This is the stupidest thing, Like I'm saying, guys, look.
- 1:58Speaker 5: Look, it's a stupid I just think that certain avenues
- 2:02Speaker 5: need to be claimed like this whole Like I'm just
- 2:05Speaker 5: going to take over the Internet and do whatever I want.
- 2:07Speaker 5: That cannot happen.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Anymore, Okay for everybody, In case you're new to this show,
- 2:11Speaker 1: Kevin had twins, and he started doing little dad influencing things.
- 2:15Speaker 1: It was cute, like drink Station, it's cute. Eddie was
- 2:18Speaker 1: doing watch Me Make.
- 2:19Speaker 5: Food, cooking food influence.
- 2:21Speaker 1: And he's kind of weird at first, but now it's
- 2:22Speaker 1: getting better.
- 2:23Speaker 5: Oh thank you.
- 2:23Speaker 1: It was very petto. It was like, you're cooking for kids,
- 2:27Speaker 1: but not your Yeah, different kids. Yeah, so you've both
- 2:32Speaker 1: gotten pretty good at it. You talked about it on
- 2:35Speaker 1: the show, and Kevin came and gave some great advice
- 2:37Speaker 1: to Eddie, and Eddie got offended that Kevin gave him advice.
- 2:39Speaker 5: I'm still not gonna do what he says.
- 2:40Speaker 1: It's like, yes, it's the battle of the influencers, but
- 2:43Speaker 1: now there's a new wrinkle.
- 2:46Speaker 5: I just think that we need to claim an avenue.
- 2:48Speaker 7: What do you mean?
- 2:49Speaker 5: Kevin posted a video or a picture of him cooking
- 2:52Speaker 5: fried rice on his griddle. That is my avenue. That
- 2:56Speaker 5: is what I do. Kevin, you don't see me breastfeed
- 3:00Speaker 5: my kids and being like, look at me, I have
- 3:02Speaker 5: kids at drink Station.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Well that your youngest, that was way even six.
- 3:06Speaker 5: Yeah, but I don't even try to do that. So
- 3:09Speaker 5: you need to stay in your lane. Buddy.
- 3:11Speaker 7: Wait, wait, wait, wait, so so from I'm allowed to
- 3:15Speaker 7: take a picture near a stelle bro, I'm not allowed
- 3:16Speaker 7: to show anything that I'm cooking. Am I allowed to cook?
- 3:20Speaker 3: Or no?
- 3:20Speaker 4: Sure?
- 3:21Speaker 5: I mean you can cook, dude.
- 3:22Speaker 7: But I can't show anybody what I'm cooking. Dude, I
- 3:24Speaker 7: don't ever really post food stuff. I could post all
- 3:27Speaker 7: kinds of stuff. I don't want to do that to.
- 3:29Speaker 1: You though, you guys don't own the internet.
- 3:32Speaker 5: Yeah, but as respect friends, like we're friends, respect your
- 3:35Speaker 5: friend and what your friend is doing.
- 3:36Speaker 8: I will say, is a fan of you both.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Thank you, Thank you, Brandon, Brandon.
- 3:41Speaker 8: Before this civil war started, I did see Kevin posting
- 3:47Speaker 8: a lot about grilling and all that stuff.
- 3:49Speaker 4: I did.
- 3:50Speaker 7: I mean, I'm taking a step back anything for him,
- 3:52Speaker 7: for sure, but Eddie for Eddie.
- 3:54Speaker 5: Yeah, for any Brandon before me, before.
- 3:57Speaker 8: You, I saw him doing just Hey, I'm out here
- 4:00Speaker 8: grilling dad life. So you just expect him to stop.
- 4:05Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah, we are now professional influencers.
- 4:08Speaker 1: So we have never made a dollar influencing. Dang right,
- 4:11Speaker 1: you have influencing, not not from Instagram for putting anything
- 4:16Speaker 1: up because you're that's not influencing, that's just using their platform.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Yeah, and then they pay mer.
- 4:22Speaker 1: That's not influencing, no, because you're not really influencing anything.
- 4:24Speaker 1: You can post about anything. You could post a picture
- 4:26Speaker 1: of your butt and if enough people, you're not but influencing,
- 4:29Speaker 1: but influencer right. Interesting you're influencing would be what you
- 4:32Speaker 1: have expertise in. You're encouraging people to do what you
- 4:36Speaker 1: would be cooking, cooking for sure. Have you made a dollar? Okay,
- 4:39Speaker 1: have you made a dollar?
- 4:40Speaker 5: No?
- 4:40Speaker 1: Neither are your professional influencers.
- 4:42Speaker 7: No, I've never claimed to be.
- 4:43Speaker 5: Do you want to make a dollar?
- 4:45Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, that'd be cool. But that's not the reason
- 4:47Speaker 7: I do it necessarily, It's really not. But let me
- 4:50Speaker 7: ask it.
- 4:51Speaker 1: For the love of the game. I appreciate that.
- 4:53Speaker 7: Loving the game and the love of my kids.
- 4:55Speaker 8: What's your why? What's my why?
- 4:58Speaker 7: You're my why? Oh my god?
- 5:00Speaker 5: Yeah, not be serious, dude, what's your whye?
- 5:02Speaker 7: My wife is on babies and all the new dads
- 5:05Speaker 7: out there that need some some help.
- 5:06Speaker 5: Boom.
- 5:07Speaker 8: That's that's what I'm talking about. I feel influenced right now,
- 5:09Speaker 8: That's what.
- 5:10Speaker 5: I'm talking about.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Like, by the way, you guys can follow Kevin. He
- 5:12Speaker 1: has no followers.
- 5:13Speaker 4: I know.
- 5:14Speaker 7: Wait on TikTok.
- 5:14Speaker 1: How no on Instagram? Okay on Instagram, don't look at
- 5:18Speaker 1: TikTok you get your kick off? Kevin on Instagram like
- 5:20Speaker 1: I don't want to. Yeah no, Like if I were
- 5:22Speaker 1: to look at this guy had been like guys never
- 5:23Speaker 1: influtched thing in his life.
- 5:24Speaker 4: I know.
- 5:27Speaker 5: How many followers are talking on Instagram?
- 5:30Speaker 1: On Instagram? Is four thousand? Onis on bad Kevin?
- 5:33Speaker 7: Thanks dude?
- 5:34Speaker 5: On TikTok? Is it bad? Somehow?
- 5:37Speaker 1: I just got somehow he has negative. I go to
- 5:39Speaker 1: his and it makes it makes nine go down? Like
- 5:42Speaker 1: every time I go to his page, I lose a thousand.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Let's see kick off Kevin more. Do I not even
- 5:49Speaker 1: follow you?
- 5:50Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 5:51Speaker 1: I don't nobody here, I don't bro he has twenty followers,
- 5:56Speaker 1: twenty followers, twenty two even.
- 6:00Speaker 5: I know you know what Kevin do whatever you want, man.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Get on the girl.
- 6:05Speaker 7: Let me ask one question, though, because your thing is
- 6:08Speaker 7: a blackstone.
- 6:09Speaker 5: Right that's right? Yeah what you posted?
- 6:11Speaker 7: But yeah, when did you get the blackstone Father's Day?
- 6:13Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 6:13Speaker 7: Okay, I got the Blackstone before you, By the way,
- 6:18Speaker 7: can I asked a question as Eddie?
- 6:19Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 6:20Speaker 1: Okay, Hey, man, when you get those kids about five
- 6:23Speaker 1: months a y.
- 6:23Speaker 5: Yeah, I had them like sixteen ago, seventeen years ago.
- 6:27Speaker 7: But I'm not coming at you in your in your
- 6:29Speaker 7: stuff because I'm not.
- 6:29Speaker 5: Posting I'm not breastfeeding my kids on camera.
- 6:32Speaker 7: Okay, he's not breastfeeding either, whatever, whatever it is, it's
- 6:34Speaker 7: so clear, guys, if you're following me, I'm not breast
- 6:36Speaker 7: feeding anything.
- 6:38Speaker 1: That's what you have a lot of followers.
- 6:40Speaker 4: That's you know.
- 6:41Speaker 7: What's funny is the most viewed one I have wasn't
- 6:43Speaker 7: even in the drink station, but it was me drinking
- 6:45Speaker 7: the breast milk to your to your point, that's like
- 6:49Speaker 7: that Black.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Married episode, Mike, or they get people do anything from it. Okay,
- 6:53Speaker 1: So here's my final opinion. Not no, neither one of
- 6:59Speaker 1: you are making any money influencing like run wild. When
- 7:03Speaker 1: one of you starts to make money influencing on the
- 7:05Speaker 1: specific thing you're influencing, I think then you can plan
- 7:08Speaker 1: a small flag in it. But I think what you're
- 7:09Speaker 1: missing is you both could do it, and you could collaborate,
- 7:12Speaker 1: and the sum of both of you would actually be greater.
- 7:17Speaker 5: Elaborate on the collab That's interesting. So how would we
- 7:20Speaker 5: collab on this.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Well, so he gives you the breast milk and use
- 7:22Speaker 1: it on the griddle.
- 7:24Speaker 5: And when I'm cooking, kick off Kevin on TikTok. He
- 7:27Speaker 5: only has a twenty follower.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Well, you don't have to do that on a clab.
- 7:29Speaker 1: You you just both put the video.
- 7:31Speaker 5: Oh you posted both.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a clab. But I'm just saying there's actual
- 7:35Speaker 1: power in working together, not always, but occasionally, instead of
- 7:38Speaker 1: dividing and fighting.
- 7:39Speaker 7: I agree this.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Is general like lifestyle earth stuff, right, but neither one
- 7:44Speaker 1: of you have made a freaking dollar off of influencing,
- 7:46Speaker 1: so you can't act like you're the influencer of the room.
- 7:49Speaker 7: Yeah, and at the end of the day, like you
- 7:50Speaker 7: don't own the internet.
- 7:51Speaker 5: No, I don't own the internet. But I just thought,
- 7:53Speaker 5: as friends, we should respect each other and are each
- 7:55Speaker 5: other's lane.
- 7:55Speaker 1: You're not taking away from each other though, even if
- 7:57Speaker 1: he started doing all grilling, he's not taking away from you.
- 7:59Speaker 5: Well, that fred Rice did look really good.
- 8:01Speaker 1: He has twenty.
- 8:02Speaker 5: Followers, and I haven't made fred Rice all.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Twenty of those people are not going to come watch yours. Yeah, guys,
- 8:07Speaker 1: if you don't mind, we don't do a lot of
- 8:09Speaker 1: charity on the show, but follow kickoff vin Hey, thank
- 8:12Speaker 1: you guys.
- 8:13Speaker 5: I mean, let's start with us, because I don't think
- 8:14Speaker 5: we follow him.
- 8:15Speaker 1: So I just did.
- 8:16Speaker 7: Okay, nice, I'll follow you too, nice Okay? Cool?
- 8:18Speaker 1: I follow him on Instagram. You guys all do on Instagram? Yeah,
- 8:21Speaker 1: nobody follow him?
- 8:22Speaker 7: TikTok.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I feel like he created the account before he walked
- 8:25Speaker 1: in here.
- 8:25Speaker 7: Right, I think I did.
- 8:27Speaker 1: So there's that. I try to think kind of talk
- 8:29Speaker 1: about it.
- 8:29Speaker 7: So are we squashing this beef for now?
- 8:31Speaker 5: There is no beef? No beef. Man, We're gonna work together, Okay.
- 8:34Speaker 1: No, you're just not going to work against each other.
- 8:36Speaker 1: You don't have to work together.
- 8:38Speaker 5: No, it'd be nice. It'd be nice to work to
- 8:39Speaker 5: get collab a.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Little bit, but you have to find like an organic
- 8:42Speaker 1: reason to collab. Okay, moving off.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Okay, So is.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Belichick out in New North Carolina or what?
- 8:48Speaker 7: From what I've seen, the ad says we fully support him.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Oh I saw the statement. Belichick's like I'm committed. Eighty's
- 8:53Speaker 1: like we're committed to him.
- 8:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:55Speaker 1: But if they're already discussing an out plan.
- 8:57Speaker 7: Yeah, and I think it got down to a million
- 8:59Speaker 7: bucks right to buy him.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Well, that was is buyout.
- 9:01Speaker 7: Oh, that was bout okay, and that's really not much.
- 9:03Speaker 1: That's yeah, with buyout, he you could pay that with
- 9:06Speaker 1: your influencer money followers. So the story because I did
- 9:14Speaker 1: see both of them release that statement, but in one
- 9:16Speaker 1: image it was like a graphic.
- 9:17Speaker 7: Yes, I saw the same thing.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Going into the college football season, one of the most
- 9:21Speaker 1: hyph storylines was Bill Belichick coaching North Carolina. They have
- 9:25Speaker 1: now canceled that Hulu series as well on North Carolina
- 9:30Speaker 1: will but because is that what it was called?
- 9:32Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 9:33Speaker 1: Yah, because they were shooting it as the season goes
- 9:35Speaker 1: and like you stop shooting.
- 9:37Speaker 5: So did they release any of it?
- 9:38Speaker 7: No, No, they pulled the plug.
- 9:39Speaker 1: W Hulu has.
- 9:41Speaker 5: What a waste'll be all right of just time and
- 9:44Speaker 5: footage and all that work.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, so sources familiar with the projects, it's been scrapped.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Won't be happening. There's just so much smoke to him
- 9:54Speaker 1: leaving that I would think he's gonna leave.
- 9:57Speaker 7: Yeah, if I were to put my money on it,
- 9:58Speaker 7: I think he's he's done too. Now does he make
- 10:01Speaker 7: it through the first full season, that's.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I would think, yes, yeah, right, I would think that's
- 10:06Speaker 1: a really bad look to leave mid season or three
- 10:10Speaker 1: quarters the way through. I think that makes you look
- 10:12Speaker 1: like a quitter more than a loser, and a quitter's
- 10:13Speaker 1: worse than a loser because you can always bounce back
- 10:15Speaker 1: to being a loser. It's hard to bounce back for
- 10:17Speaker 1: being a quitter. True, most winners were big losers at
- 10:22Speaker 1: one point, Yeah, Nick saving Yeah, even look at a
- 10:25Speaker 1: guy like Pete Carroll, Yeah, like his like at Belichick,
- 10:28Speaker 1: even with the Browns. Yeah, right, So losing, losing records,
- 10:32Speaker 1: being a loser is not a big deal. Everybody loses.
- 10:35Speaker 1: The greatest winners have often lost at large levels. But
- 10:39Speaker 1: to be a quitter, that sucks. That's like who you
- 10:42Speaker 1: are more so than what you're going through at the time.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Well said, all right, Brandon, this is a good point.
- 10:48Speaker 7: Being influenced right here.
- 10:50Speaker 8: Sorry, So you get a dollar, thank you.
- 10:54Speaker 7: And he's won two games. It's not like they haven't
- 10:56Speaker 7: won a game. That's the crazy part.
- 10:57Speaker 5: So if he finishes the season, you think he like
- 10:59Speaker 5: any he's done. They buy him out, right, He's done.
- 11:01Speaker 5: Do you think he coaches again or is he just done?
- 11:03Speaker 4: Done?
- 11:05Speaker 1: It's a good question. Probably done, because if he goes
- 11:09Speaker 1: back and loses again somewhere else doing something else. He
- 11:13Speaker 1: turns into Russ Wilson, and Russell Wilson was a for
- 11:18Speaker 1: sure Hall of Famer and he still will get in
- 11:20Speaker 1: the Hall of Fame, but it's been tainted a bit.
- 11:23Speaker 1: For sure, buys bouncing around and losing and weirdness and
- 11:27Speaker 1: big contracts that didn't pan out. Like that's how we
- 11:29Speaker 1: remember him, not just for a year or two, like
- 11:32Speaker 1: for five to six years, like a significant part of
- 11:35Speaker 1: his existence in the NFL has been it being weird, yeah,
- 11:39Speaker 1: and him losing.
- 11:40Speaker 7: For sure. That's how I think of him now. I
- 11:41Speaker 7: kind of forget about that Seattle days. You have a
- 11:43Speaker 7: good days, I really do.
- 11:44Speaker 1: He's a Hall of Fame quarterback, yeah, but now, man,
- 11:48Speaker 1: there's a lot of not so good attached to it,
- 11:51Speaker 1: and I feel like that it'd be Russ Wilson and
- 11:54Speaker 1: Russ wilsoning himself. I felt chick coached somewhere else and
- 11:57Speaker 1: lost again, Because then you're looking at like, was it
- 11:59Speaker 1: kind of a flu? Was Tom Brady really just the reason?
- 12:02Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 12:02Speaker 1: Exactly, because he can't win without him. He did it
- 12:05Speaker 1: with the Patriots, then he went to North Carolina. Then
- 12:07Speaker 1: if you go somewhere else. So I would hope not,
- 12:11Speaker 1: because he is the greatest NFL coach of all time. Now,
- 12:13Speaker 1: he may not be that if he goes again, because
- 12:15Speaker 1: then if Andy Reid keeps winning and Belichick keeps losing,
- 12:20Speaker 1: I think the court of public opinion then goes Andy
- 12:21Speaker 1: Reid's the greatest coach of all time with a couple
- 12:23Speaker 1: more Super Bowls. I don't think he needs seven. Six.
- 12:25Speaker 1: I don't think he needs six. So there's my unasked
- 12:30Speaker 1: for thoughts on that.
- 12:30Speaker 5: Pretty good.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Hey Mike, you go to the Post Malone show last night?
- 12:33Speaker 1: I did What time did you get in? Like?
- 12:35Speaker 10: I left a little early, so I got home around
- 12:37Speaker 10: before nine.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Oh oh post Malone to a Mattinee who.
- 12:41Speaker 10: Went on at eight eight to nine, it is like
- 12:42Speaker 10: an hour.
- 12:43Speaker 5: So he's got a bar.
- 12:44Speaker 10: Yeah, I didn't know.
- 12:45Speaker 1: It wasn't open yet.
- 12:47Speaker 5: It was open.
- 12:47Speaker 10: It was the grand opening.
- 12:48Speaker 7: Yeah, I was like, I went to it like three
- 12:50Speaker 7: weeks ago.
- 12:51Speaker 1: People have been going too, so it was just like
- 12:52Speaker 1: the party.
- 12:53Speaker 11: Yeah, it opened in the summer, but it was the
- 12:54Speaker 11: ribbon cutting ceremony social. That was the first thing I
- 12:57Speaker 11: saw him cut the ribbon.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Were you there for the ribbon.
- 12:59Speaker 7: Yeah you were Yeah, how was it?
- 13:02Speaker 11: I thought there was gonna be bored to it. I
- 13:04Speaker 11: got there super early because I'm a big post my
- 13:06Speaker 11: Moon fan. I got there like right at six, saw
- 13:08Speaker 11: the ribbons ceremony, and I thought he was gonna do
- 13:10Speaker 11: something else at the bar.
- 13:11Speaker 10: He was out after that.
- 13:12Speaker 5: Ribbon cunning is maybe the dumbest thing ever.
- 13:14Speaker 11: Wait he performed, though, Yeah, but not till I thought
- 13:17Speaker 11: he was gonna perform like at the bar, or like
- 13:18Speaker 11: do something.
- 13:19Speaker 10: At the bar.
- 13:20Speaker 1: But that's not what he did.
- 13:21Speaker 10: No, he performed on like Broadway, the street, oh, outside the.
- 13:25Speaker 5: Bar got so it was like two hours by the ribbon.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So what you just stood there for two hours in
- 13:29Speaker 1: the bar?
- 13:30Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 13:30Speaker 10: And I was like, I never come to bars white
- 13:32Speaker 10: and you don't drink. I don't drink. I was drinking
- 13:34Speaker 10: a liquid death.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Oh so what'd you do for two hours?
- 13:37Speaker 10: He was hung out with my wife.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Dang okay uh and then the performance. So I'm sure
- 13:43Speaker 1: it was good. He's good.
- 13:44Speaker 10: It's good. I think I'm a little bit over the
- 13:45Speaker 10: country era.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Oh he just opened a bar though he's not.
- 13:49Speaker 11: You don't think he's You think this is where he's
- 13:51Speaker 11: like making the most money. This is gonna be him forever.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Now.
- 13:53Speaker 1: I don't think it's him forever, but I do think
- 13:56Speaker 1: it will always be a part of him because he
- 13:59Speaker 1: now has success credibility. I think he keeps bouncing back
- 14:04Speaker 1: and now he has investments in it. If he goes
- 14:06Speaker 1: back to post one and the rapper, it's kind of
- 14:08Speaker 1: hard to have a bar on Broadway.
- 14:11Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 14:12Speaker 1: So I do think there's probably another country album next.
- 14:16Speaker 1: If I'm guessing I don't know.
- 14:18Speaker 10: This, I would assume so.
- 14:19Speaker 1: And then I think he probably goes and does his thing,
- 14:21Speaker 1: his different thing, but he still has roots and country
- 14:23Speaker 1: and comes back and does a song occasionally or puts
- 14:26Speaker 1: a country guy on a rat. I think he's now
- 14:31Speaker 1: always one foot in.
- 14:32Speaker 7: He definitely feels.
- 14:33Speaker 11: The most comfortable in this genre, Like seeing him up
- 14:35Speaker 11: there doing just covers, like bringing out Brooks and dun
- 14:37Speaker 11: and Dirks.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Yeah, Brooks Dunplay humeh Yeah.
- 14:40Speaker 10: He feels the most comfortable now. And I'm like, it
- 14:42Speaker 10: just doesn't.
- 14:43Speaker 11: Hit the same for me, like going to see him live,
- 14:45Speaker 11: like I need like the the rawness of the rap stuff.
- 14:49Speaker 5: This era has lasted a long time.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Because he's found crazy commercial success Yeah, he's had other
- 14:54Speaker 1: commercial success too.
- 14:55Speaker 11: This got him into stadiums. Like a year ago he
- 14:57Speaker 11: did his first ever stadium because of this album.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Yes, so like it, but he's had again. I'm not
- 15:02Speaker 1: taking anything away because he's a monster. Like the Sunflower
- 15:06Speaker 1: song was was crossing over into very, very very mainstream.
- 15:10Speaker 1: He already had big hits.
- 15:12Speaker 10: Most stream songs of all the time.
- 15:13Speaker 1: That like made it a different animal altogether. Movie, great song,
- 15:18Speaker 1: and his sound also started to get a little more
- 15:21Speaker 1: palatable to everybody.
- 15:22Speaker 5: Would you agree with that?
- 15:23Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 15:24Speaker 9: Instrumentation and that song was kind of throwaway what do
- 15:27Speaker 9: you mean? It was for the Spidery Miner movie, but
- 15:29Speaker 9: he like did it so last minute. They were like, post,
- 15:31Speaker 9: we need your vocals on this song. He did it
- 15:34Speaker 9: last minute, turned it in and monster hit Who did.
- 15:36Speaker 5: You do that? With a sway?
- 15:37Speaker 4: Lee?
- 15:38Speaker 5: Yeah, man, I was in a bar in Miami and
- 15:41Speaker 5: how do you know, I'll tell you I have no idea.
- 15:45Speaker 1: You just see it in the title of the song.
- 15:46Speaker 5: And that's why you remember after the fact. When I
- 15:48Speaker 5: was in Miami, we were at this bar called Sexy Fish,
- 15:51Speaker 5: and we always go there we're in Miami. Yeah, it's
- 15:54Speaker 5: our place.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:55Speaker 5: After ten o'clock, sexy Fish turns into a nightclub. Didn't
- 15:58Speaker 5: know that we had dinner and.
- 16:00Speaker 7: So that's him.
- 16:04Speaker 5: Oh that's Pitbull.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I didn't know if that was like Swayly sexy Fish
- 16:08Speaker 1: doing that voice.
- 16:09Speaker 5: No, no, no no. So so yeah, we went to
- 16:11Speaker 5: go eat at sexy Fish and then we were leaving,
- 16:13Speaker 5: I said, let me go in. I gotta go to
- 16:14Speaker 5: the I gotta go to the restroom. And so my
- 16:16Speaker 5: wife and our two friends went outside. I went back
- 16:18Speaker 5: in to go to the restroom. Came back out and
- 16:20Speaker 5: they're like, everybody, welcome sway Lee and he starts singing
- 16:25Speaker 5: sun Sunflower and I was like, whoa, that's I know
- 16:28Speaker 5: that song. So I just stand in there and watched
- 16:30Speaker 5: him sing that song. It was awesome, and then walked
- 16:32Speaker 5: down and they're like, sway Lee's in there. And then
- 16:35Speaker 5: we went back in watched a few of his songs.
- 16:36Speaker 5: Was awesome, dude.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Yeah, they were like, sway Lee's in there. I'm like,
- 16:41Speaker 1: why did.
- 16:41Speaker 5: You know that song? O?
- 16:42Speaker 4: No?
- 16:43Speaker 5: They no, way Yeah?
- 16:44Speaker 1: But from post Malone?
- 16:45Speaker 5: Yeah, well spider Man because my kids listened to that.
- 16:49Speaker 1: But isn't that a post Malone song? Swally on it.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I think it's but who sings it?
- 16:52Speaker 5: I think Lee's Man.
- 16:55Speaker 7: And I post below. I'm pretty sure because post comes in.
- 17:02Speaker 10: On post Malon's album.
- 17:03Speaker 5: Oh dang, it's a fight for that song.
- 17:06Speaker 7: Like me and Eddie fighting over No, there's no.
- 17:08Speaker 5: More like there's no more fighting with us, man, We're good.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Well it's fun though.
- 17:13Speaker 10: That was fun.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Fine, it was fun.
- 17:14Speaker 5: How about that? It was fine?
- 17:15Speaker 11: It was so there were so many people there, Like
- 17:18Speaker 11: I had anxiety getting out of there because you couldn't
- 17:20Speaker 11: walk anywhere.
- 17:21Speaker 1: You know, my favorite Postmalone song. I can only play
- 17:25Speaker 1: a little bit of this and I gotta talk over
- 17:26Speaker 1: it so it doesn't hit. Yeah, yeah, post alone, Yeah, yeah,
- 17:32Speaker 1: you know what it is.
- 17:32Speaker 5: No, Okay, I'm wanna.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I'm trying to You can't have a bunch of music
- 17:36Speaker 1: on but here we go here and yeah, and.
- 17:41Speaker 5: It's cover.
- 17:42Speaker 1: It's post Malone doing hooting the blow for all. I
- 17:44Speaker 1: want to be with you for like one of those
- 17:46Speaker 1: Pokemon movies, Pokemon Event, a lot of soundtracks for him.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I thought postm is like Evan, It's like some money. Yeah,
- 17:52Speaker 1: like what you do Spider Man, Pokemon.
- 17:55Speaker 8: All thes Oh, he's he's definitely committed to country. I
- 17:59Speaker 8: mean he's already working on the next record. He's I
- 18:01Speaker 8: mean all the you know in Nashville, you get pitch
- 18:05Speaker 8: sheets like who's looking for songs or whatever, and it's
- 18:08Speaker 8: i mean Postmalon's everywhere, and he's cutting not just one,
- 18:13Speaker 8: but he's cutting multiple just in case, you know, for
- 18:17Speaker 8: like deluxe albums or two albums or three. Like it's
- 18:20Speaker 8: getting crazy. So you've seen like the Post Milone pitch sheets. Yeah,
- 18:24Speaker 8: and they all say the same thing.
- 18:27Speaker 1: What if we find out Brandon's.
- 18:30Speaker 8: I remember sexy Fish that night. Good to see it.
- 18:34Speaker 1: I don't think I don't want to eat it a
- 18:36Speaker 1: place called sexy fil It.
- 18:37Speaker 5: Was good, though. What I just didn't realize that after
- 18:40Speaker 5: ten o'clock it turns into a nightclub. So like our
- 18:43Speaker 5: I think our reservation was like at nine thirty. So
- 18:46Speaker 5: they were just like, all right, hurry up and eat
- 18:48Speaker 5: because it's gonna turn it's gonna turned up. And sure enough,
- 18:51Speaker 5: like when it hit ten o'clock, they started moving all
- 18:53Speaker 5: the tables, but we were still eating.
- 18:55Speaker 4: Dude.
- 18:55Speaker 5: I had people dancing all over me, like I'm talking
- 18:58Speaker 5: about like booties right next to me. Rests fish because.
- 19:01Speaker 1: That would have been it if it's like women coming
- 19:03Speaker 1: out fish costumes except for like their bikini parts.
- 19:09Speaker 7: And your wife was there and they were dancing on.
- 19:11Speaker 5: You, oh, dancing all over all of us standing on
- 19:14Speaker 5: tables and everything. We're like, let's get out of here.
- 19:17Speaker 1: So something that we do on the weekend is me,
- 19:20Speaker 1: Eddie and Kevin are in a group. We've talked about
- 19:23Speaker 1: it before when we own in our league, these teams,
- 19:25Speaker 1: and when the teams win, we win money. But if
- 19:26Speaker 1: they lose, we lose a lot more than we win,
- 19:28Speaker 1: so you need them to win. And the four teams
- 19:30Speaker 1: that we have are the Bucks, the Patriots, the Chiefs,
- 19:34Speaker 1: and the Bengals. And the Bucks are doing a little
- 19:37Speaker 1: better than probably we thought. I felt pretty good about
- 19:39Speaker 1: that pick. Yeah, the Bengals was controversial because I was
- 19:42Speaker 1: like Twilt the Packers that he was like tw the Bengals,
- 19:44Speaker 1: but so far not going good. But Joe Flaccos on
- 19:45Speaker 1: the team this week, so maybe maybe we get a
- 19:49Speaker 1: couple wins out of that'd be nice. The Patriots are trending.
- 19:52Speaker 7: Upward, that's right, baby, we're back.
- 19:54Speaker 5: I like that.
- 19:54Speaker 1: And then our other team is Chiefs.
- 19:57Speaker 5: Ge okay, yeah, so.
- 19:58Speaker 1: I still feel good about the Chiefs or she Rice
- 20:01Speaker 1: isn't even playing yet.
- 20:02Speaker 7: Yeah, they just say played the lines this week. It's
- 20:03Speaker 7: gonna be tough.
- 20:04Speaker 1: That's gonna be a tough game. They're their favorite, though.
- 20:06Speaker 7: I know the Chiefs are playing at home.
- 20:08Speaker 1: I guess two and a half point favorite. Yeah, which
- 20:10Speaker 1: I fully expect them to lose.
- 20:11Speaker 7: Me too.
- 20:12Speaker 1: And the Chiefs have a very difficult schedule, yes, because
- 20:14Speaker 1: they played so well last year, their schedule is very difficult,
- 20:17Speaker 1: which is kind of how it works.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Yep.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Okay, that being said, we're constantly in our text group
- 20:24Speaker 1: of us three going out that we're gonna lose this game.
- 20:26Speaker 1: This is how much money we're down. Eddie may need
- 20:28Speaker 1: to get out of the text at what I.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Hate to break it to you, guys, I'm going to
- 20:31Speaker 5: need to get out of it. So you can't get
- 20:33Speaker 5: out of it. Well, there's a reason. So my family
- 20:36Speaker 5: and I we we're in an iCloud together like a
- 20:39Speaker 5: family cloud. Okay, And for the most part, it's not
- 20:43Speaker 5: a big deal. Like we I have my phone, my
- 20:45Speaker 5: wife has her phone, my kids have their phones. Nothing
- 20:48Speaker 5: ever crosses over. There's a glitch in the system where
- 20:51Speaker 5: my wife is getting some of my texts randomly, and
- 20:56Speaker 5: if she sees one of these texts come down where
- 20:58Speaker 5: Bobby's like, hey, we're down six hundred, the alarm's gonna
- 21:01Speaker 5: go off and I'm in trouble because I have not
- 21:03Speaker 5: told her about this at all.
- 21:04Speaker 7: You haven't at all at all. Oh, well, that's it.
- 21:07Speaker 7: That's that's a you thing.
- 21:09Speaker 5: That is a very much you thing.
- 21:10Speaker 1: And this that could be a bad thing, because dude,
- 21:11Speaker 1: if we lose like seven thousand dollars.
- 21:13Speaker 5: I don't even say that. See if you text that
- 21:15Speaker 5: it's over, well, I didn't text that. No, I'm saying like,
- 21:17Speaker 5: if it happens and you're just like, guys, it's bad.
- 21:20Speaker 5: We owe seven thousand, but.
- 21:21Speaker 1: It's not gonna be like that all at once. And
- 21:24Speaker 1: I think right now we're down seven hundred. I said, still,
- 21:27Speaker 1: but if the chiefs told have won, we'd have been
- 21:29Speaker 1: almost even. Yeah, if a freaking hell they should have won.
- 21:32Speaker 1: They should have.
- 21:32Speaker 5: Dude, I got mad and my wife were buying one
- 21:34Speaker 5: hundred dollars shoes. Can you imagine see sees six hundred
- 21:36Speaker 5: dollars on text.
- 21:37Speaker 1: But we can also win.
- 21:38Speaker 8: I have an idea, what if you guys talking code, right,
- 21:42Speaker 8: don't talk.
- 21:43Speaker 7: Don't talk in dollars anymore.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Okay, all right, sexy fish.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Yes, hey guys, we're down six hundred sexy fishes.
- 21:52Speaker 8: That's probably worse.
- 21:54Speaker 5: What is this?
- 21:57Speaker 8: So?
- 21:57Speaker 1: I don't know, man, keep going, Brandon, what do you
- 21:59Speaker 1: think the code is?
- 22:00Speaker 8: I mean you could you could just say, uh, you know,
- 22:03Speaker 8: a dozen eggs is a thousand?
- 22:05Speaker 13: Now we need a legend twelve because get me out
- 22:09Speaker 13: of this world of war two.
- 22:11Speaker 5: We need a decoder. Okay. We were writing invisible ink
- 22:17Speaker 5: and then we have to that's terrible, Brandon, I don't know.
- 22:21Speaker 8: I like the idea trying to help you.
- 22:23Speaker 7: The execution isn't there.
- 22:24Speaker 4: We need a more.
- 22:25Speaker 5: Simple, simple code.
- 22:26Speaker 1: That's crazy. Okay, let's say uh, let's get to our
- 22:31Speaker 1: Parlay of the Week, presented by Draft Kings. I thought
- 22:35Speaker 1: long and hard on this one. I thought long while
- 22:37Speaker 1: I was hard.
- 22:40Speaker 5: Man, that's so crazy. How those words could just change
- 22:42Speaker 5: what you're trying to say. Wow, just two little words.
- 22:47Speaker 5: Well I was okay, all right, I got it exactly, buddy, exactly.
- 22:58Speaker 8: By exactly harder than I thought exactly.
- 23:01Speaker 1: My father and I was listening to this, okay. I
- 23:07Speaker 1: never really had anybody in my life that I would
- 23:09Speaker 1: be like worried they would hear anything I would say.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Ever ever, like Mom really wasn't alive. She heard me
- 23:14Speaker 1: like doing stuff when I was in Hot Springs, And
- 23:17Speaker 1: what do I say? And obviously I don't curse, and
- 23:20Speaker 1: I don't really talk dirty and listen, it's like a
- 23:22Speaker 1: stupid joke like that. And my wife she doesn't even listen,
- 23:24Speaker 1: Like I don't care. The only person I'm always like, oh,
- 23:27Speaker 1: I wonder my father in law?
- 23:29Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, man, And then what he's thinking when he
- 23:31Speaker 5: hears that, like, oh, yeah, he say that.
- 23:33Speaker 8: My daughter, my daughter married this guy.
- 23:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 23:36Speaker 1: And I don't alter it. I never don't do it.
- 23:39Speaker 1: But I've never in my life had that thought of
- 23:42Speaker 1: I wonder, how if this person is what they're gonna
- 23:44Speaker 1: think about it?
- 23:45Speaker 7: Yeah, does he ever say anything?
- 23:46Speaker 4: No?
- 23:46Speaker 1: Okay, never, no, nor would he I never think he
- 23:48Speaker 1: understands the game.
- 23:49Speaker 5: Then do you start thinking he heard it? He's not
- 23:51Speaker 5: saying anything.
- 23:52Speaker 1: No, no, not at all. I don't think about it
- 23:54Speaker 1: again ever. But but even when I made that joke,
- 23:57Speaker 1: you know, it cooped in my head. Yeah, he's like,
- 24:00Speaker 1: oh boy, bathroom mouse shame. Okay, So partly of the
- 24:06Speaker 1: Week presented by Draft Kings. It would help me if
- 24:07Speaker 1: you gets loaded it up tell me the odds. Although
- 24:10Speaker 1: they haven't been posting a mic up on their top feed,
- 24:12Speaker 1: they didn't know, they didn't. Well whatever, either way, I'm
- 24:17Speaker 1: still filling the same uh we got.
- 24:19Speaker 5: You can search it. That's how I found it. Like,
- 24:22Speaker 5: se searched whistles, twenty five whistles you can, yeah, and
- 24:25Speaker 5: then it popped up. That's how I found it.
- 24:27Speaker 7: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 24:28Speaker 8: I searched.
- 24:29Speaker 5: Rather on the banner you can touch Bobby bones or whistles.
- 24:32Speaker 8: I searched Bobby bones and it came up one time.
- 24:34Speaker 1: No, we're talking about in the draft on the app.
- 24:38Speaker 5: Hey you your father in law is like, no, Bobby
- 24:42Speaker 5: all right.
- 24:44Speaker 1: I have in his truck Alabama minus three and a
- 24:47Speaker 1: half at Missouri. Oh it's at three okay, whatever it's said.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Now s at three okay, Alabama minus three even better?
- 24:57Speaker 7: Yep.
- 24:58Speaker 1: At Missouri. I have Georgia money line at Auburn. Now
- 25:04Speaker 1: Georgia three and a half point favorite. But I'm just
- 25:06Speaker 1: gonna go Georgia money line at Auburn's everybody good?
- 25:12Speaker 4: Yep.
- 25:13Speaker 1: And then I have Illinois plus fourteen and a half
- 25:16Speaker 1: against Ohio State plus four eighty. Okay that works? Yeah, yeah,
- 25:21Speaker 1: because they say it's gotta be like plus three something, right, Yeah,
- 25:23Speaker 1: I think we want a banner. Yeah, okay, so that's
- 25:26Speaker 1: what we got. Put a dollar on it.
- 25:30Speaker 5: That's usually what I do.
- 25:31Speaker 7: Put in five.
- 25:31Speaker 5: I do five dollars.
- 25:33Speaker 8: Don't ask me what I'm gonna put on it.
- 25:37Speaker 5: Now, I gotta have them just there it is. What
- 25:39Speaker 5: was your Georgia one?
- 25:40Speaker 10: Again?
- 25:40Speaker 1: Brandon goes too hard. I'm getting scared for Brandon.
- 25:43Speaker 7: Georgia was money line?
- 25:44Speaker 1: Georgia? Money line? Yeah?

- 27:05Speaker 7: That one listen show.
- 27:07Speaker 5: Let's see.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I do know coach a little, but he came to
- 27:10Speaker 1: the opery with me before the Seaton the week before.
- 27:15Speaker 5: I don't know if the.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Season, no, because I think they were practicing before camp.

- 27:20Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what it was. So him and his wife,
- 27:23Speaker 1: they came up and where are my guests? I performed,
- 27:25Speaker 1: They came all backstage of the opry. We hung out.
- 27:27Speaker 1: I really like coach Saderfield.
- 27:28Speaker 5: It's ten and a half.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Yeah, their favorite over UCF. I'm taking them in giving
- 27:34Speaker 1: up the points. You guys act like that's a big thing.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I'm actually just betting what they're saying. What the line
- 27:41Speaker 1: is like, I can't be You're out of your mind, man,
- 27:43Speaker 1: You're crazy. Big things big Thanks to coach for coming
- 27:47Speaker 1: on here. He is coach Scott Satterfield. Coach, welcome back
- 27:52Speaker 1: to the show.
- 27:53Speaker 4: Hey, thank you man, appreciate you having me on.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Hey, let's talk a minute about last week. That's a
- 27:57Speaker 1: good one. That's my only question. Hey, hey as it.
- 28:00Speaker 1: That's a good one. How did that feel?
- 28:01Speaker 7: Coach?
- 28:02Speaker 12: It was a great one actually, you know, hosting a
- 28:05Speaker 12: good Iowa state team ranked fourteenth in the country, and
- 28:09Speaker 12: you know, we just come off a big win against
- 28:11Speaker 12: Kansas on the road and then to be able to
- 28:13Speaker 12: play here at Nipper in our stadium and to get
- 28:15Speaker 12: that big win.
- 28:16Speaker 3: It was.
- 28:16Speaker 12: It was great for our program, and it puts US
- 28:18Speaker 12: at still to and zero in the conference.
- 28:20Speaker 1: So I was looking at the wreck your record there
- 28:24Speaker 1: all three years, year one to year two, year two
- 28:29Speaker 1: to year three, like, yeah, a couple win difference each year.
- 28:32Speaker 1: So when you take a new job like a Cincinnati,
- 28:35Speaker 1: do you understand that that's kind of going to be
- 28:37Speaker 1: what it is? You're just gonna win like three games
- 28:38Speaker 1: the first year. Hopefully you win a few more and
- 28:40Speaker 1: then is it year three when you think you can
- 28:42Speaker 1: really take off?
- 28:43Speaker 12: Well, you know, I think coming into year one, we
- 28:45Speaker 12: really wanted to take off that year, you know, but
- 28:48Speaker 12: it was our first year in the Big twelve. There's
- 28:49Speaker 12: you know, obviously when you take a job, there's going
- 28:51Speaker 12: to be movement within your roster. You know, we had
- 28:54Speaker 12: a lot of different guys in the portal and that
- 28:56Speaker 12: type of thing.
- 28:56Speaker 4: And then you know, year.
- 28:58Speaker 12: Two, you're you're building it up and you got you
- 29:00Speaker 12: add some more players that we feel like competing the
- 29:02Speaker 12: Big twelve level, and you did better obviously, you know,
- 29:05Speaker 12: I think we started out really good last year and
- 29:07Speaker 12: lost our last five, so you know, and then this
- 29:10Speaker 12: year obviously We've had a good start, and you know,
- 29:13Speaker 12: you want to continue to grow the program, and that's
- 29:15Speaker 12: what we've been able to do, retain a lot of
- 29:17Speaker 12: our good players and then and then add some really
- 29:19Speaker 12: good players in the portal to go with those those
- 29:22Speaker 12: good players that we retained.
- 29:23Speaker 1: That first year is interesting because there's a few teams
- 29:26Speaker 1: that I watch and I think, I know you now,
- 29:28Speaker 1: and so I watch and and I watch you guys
- 29:31Speaker 1: play at least a half, especially if like Arkansas's playing,
- 29:36Speaker 1: I'll flip it over and watch. If they're not, I'll
- 29:37Speaker 1: watch most of the game with you guys. And I
- 29:40Speaker 1: worry about that, and I think about that year one
- 29:42Speaker 1: where I feel like that's almost a lost year because
- 29:44Speaker 1: you come in so late and you're all you're you're
- 29:48Speaker 1: and I'm being selfish because we're going through this now
- 29:49Speaker 1: at Arkansas where who knows where our coach is going
- 29:51Speaker 1: to be next year, and it's like year one, you
- 29:54Speaker 1: almost don't have a chance, right.
- 29:57Speaker 12: It's extremely difficult in this landscape of college foot all
- 30:00Speaker 12: year one if you're making, you know, making that change,
- 30:02Speaker 12: and it also depends on you know, at Arkansas they've
- 30:05Speaker 12: already made the change, and you know, so when do
- 30:07Speaker 12: they get the new coach in And I think that
- 30:09Speaker 12: makes a difference as well.
- 30:10Speaker 4: So do you have time to put.
- 30:12Speaker 12: Together a class, you know, and and obviously high school,
- 30:16Speaker 12: but then do you put together a portal class that
- 30:18Speaker 12: can go in and compete.
- 30:20Speaker 4: I just feel like, yeah, year behind the a ball
- 30:22Speaker 4: a little bit.
- 30:22Speaker 12: You know, when you first start out, and you're right,
- 30:24Speaker 12: it's almost like year zero and then the first year
- 30:26Speaker 12: is the second year and you know, because obviously when
- 30:30Speaker 12: you hire a coach too, they got to they got
- 30:31Speaker 12: to figure out the culture, They got to figure out
- 30:33Speaker 12: what do you need, like, you know, what positions are
- 30:36Speaker 12: a position of need and so all those things.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Uh, it makes it very very difficult that first year.
- 30:41Speaker 1: What has been and have you changed in the past
- 30:44Speaker 1: couple of years with the portal versus high school kids
- 30:46Speaker 1: who you're recruiting and why you're recruiting them.
- 30:48Speaker 12: Yeah, you know, I think and we've always had this philosophy,
- 30:50Speaker 12: even you know, we want to we want to sign
- 30:52Speaker 12: high school players. We feel like that's that's your base,
- 30:55Speaker 12: that's your base program. We're trying to sign around twenty
- 30:57Speaker 12: a year in high school, you know, over four year period.
- 31:01Speaker 12: That's the eighty kids. Now, obviously, you know, all twenty
- 31:03Speaker 12: are probably not going to last the.
- 31:04Speaker 4: Four years in your program. There's going to be some
- 31:07Speaker 4: turnover for sure.
- 31:09Speaker 12: But we also feel like if you can get the
- 31:10Speaker 12: good high school player, develop that player, you know, play
- 31:13Speaker 12: a little bit year one, year two, a little bit
- 31:15Speaker 12: more than obviously hopefully start in the year three and four,
- 31:18Speaker 12: and it makes it a lot easier for you when
- 31:20Speaker 12: you go out into the portal. We don't want to
- 31:22Speaker 12: have to go out in the portal and bring in
- 31:23Speaker 12: forty guys every year, you know, for us, we'd like
- 31:26Speaker 12: to go get, you know, in the upper teams if
- 31:30Speaker 12: we can in the portal, just to fill in some gaps.
- 31:33Speaker 4: But the majority of your team is through the high
- 31:34Speaker 4: school ranks.
- 31:35Speaker 12: And again, if you start a year one, it's very
- 31:37Speaker 12: difficult and tough to get the really good high school
- 31:40Speaker 12: player that can come in and compete at our level.
- 31:43Speaker 1: And this is going to be a very in the
- 31:44Speaker 1: weeds question. And obviously I don't know the answer to it,
- 31:47Speaker 1: but is there when you're portaling kids? Is there if
- 31:50Speaker 1: things are mostly even, will you go lean toward a
- 31:54Speaker 1: kid that comes from a system that you are somewhat
- 31:57Speaker 1: already running, so they come in with a little knowledge already.
- 32:01Speaker 12: You know, maybe maybe I think to me more it
- 32:04Speaker 12: depends on what is their skill set and what are
- 32:06Speaker 12: we looking for, you know, for example, at the running
- 32:09Speaker 12: back position, do you want a bigger back that's going
- 32:11Speaker 12: to break tackles or are you looking for that speed guy?
- 32:13Speaker 4: And like to me, I don't really care what system
- 32:15Speaker 4: that he was a part of.
- 32:16Speaker 12: But if he shows what we're looking for, then then
- 32:19Speaker 12: that's that we'll try to go get him.
- 32:21Speaker 4: And then for us also this is really big for us.
- 32:24Speaker 12: You know, once we identify on film that they are
- 32:26Speaker 12: the kind of player we won't physically and skill wise,
- 32:30Speaker 12: we have to vet them. We have to get the
- 32:32Speaker 12: right person, Like I, you know, we're not getting the
- 32:34Speaker 12: guy who has a little bit of character flaws and
- 32:37Speaker 12: some issues like we're not bringing that in in.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Our locker room.
- 32:39Speaker 12: Our locker room is too strong, the culture's too good.
- 32:42Speaker 12: I would sacrifice uh, you know, talent for that. And
- 32:46Speaker 12: and so for us, it's okay, the film is going
- 32:49Speaker 12: to get you in the door, but then man, we're
- 32:51Speaker 12: really gonna we're really going to see what that character
- 32:53Speaker 12: is looking like.
- 32:53Speaker 1: But how do you really know about character. You have coaches.
- 32:57Speaker 1: You don't know every coach like level one, but and
- 32:59Speaker 1: some are just gonna like kind of look out for
- 33:01Speaker 1: their guys. Like how do you really know?
- 33:04Speaker 4: You don't. You don't truly really know.
- 33:05Speaker 12: But uh, everybody on a staff out there, we have
- 33:09Speaker 12: somebody that we're gonna know on that staff, whether it
- 33:11Speaker 12: be you know, a GA or or actually the coach
- 33:14Speaker 12: or the head coach and their high school coaches. So
- 33:17Speaker 12: we're gonna go back and talk to everybody that we
- 33:19Speaker 12: can that knows that player, and then we're gonna when
- 33:22Speaker 12: we bring them in here, we're gonna get them around
- 33:24Speaker 12: our players, not just the coaches. We want to get
- 33:25Speaker 12: them around our players, going going out to dinner with them,
- 33:29Speaker 12: and we're gonna get.
- 33:29Speaker 4: A feel for that.
- 33:30Speaker 12: So we've had we've had players come on campus and
- 33:32Speaker 12: meet with our players, and our players come to us
- 33:34Speaker 12: and say, coach.
- 33:34Speaker 4: He's not he's not one of us, and and we'll
- 33:37Speaker 4: move on. So you know, we're doing everything we can.
- 33:40Speaker 12: You don't truly know though, until you get him here
- 33:43Speaker 12: and you face adversity.
- 33:44Speaker 4: You go to gonna find out what they are.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I've hired people before and I'm like, man, there's
- 33:47Speaker 1: gonna be a great addition. And then, you know, the
- 33:50Speaker 1: first couple of weeks, even the first month, everybody's in
- 33:52Speaker 1: honeymoon period. They're acting good.
- 33:54Speaker 5: But yeah, as soon as it gets.
- 33:55Speaker 1: A little hard and some of those true colors come out,
- 33:58Speaker 1: you're like, oh, no, has that happened to you early
- 34:02Speaker 1: in your career, before you really had like the fundamental
- 34:04Speaker 1: reasons you brought people in.
- 34:05Speaker 12: Yeah, I think so you're you know, you're probably not
- 34:08Speaker 12: gonna bat a thousand. I don't think you know, but
- 34:10Speaker 12: and but we've also when the culture gets like you
- 34:13Speaker 12: want it, and I'm sure yours is that way, and
- 34:15Speaker 12: what you're doing, they're going to weed themselves out.
- 34:18Speaker 4: And they won't last, and then you're able to move on,
- 34:21Speaker 4: you know, to someone else. You know.
- 34:23Speaker 12: What we try to do is obviously get that done
- 34:25Speaker 12: in the beginning, at the at the forefront. So whenever
- 34:28Speaker 12: we do bring some winning, we're telling them, hey, this
- 34:30Speaker 12: is how it is. We try to be real with them,
- 34:33Speaker 12: and our players are real with them. And if they
- 34:36Speaker 12: figured that out, maybe this is not going to be
- 34:38Speaker 12: for me. We hope, we hope they decide not to
- 34:40Speaker 12: come and go somewhere else.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Whenever the crowd rushed the field after the last game.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Is that is that kind of nerve wracking for you
- 34:46Speaker 1: to hope that everybody gets out?
- 34:47Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, you know I didn't even realize that.
- 34:51Speaker 12: You know, I'm going over to shake Coach Campbell's hand
- 34:54Speaker 12: and I'm looking around and man, there's people everywhere, and
- 34:56Speaker 12: then you know, the camera's there to you know, put
- 34:58Speaker 12: it in your face, and it's just so.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Like a mob right there.
- 35:01Speaker 12: So yeah, you're really just hoping everybody's going to be
- 35:03Speaker 12: safe and that in that scenario. But more times than not,
- 35:07Speaker 12: the fans are so excited and happy. They just want
- 35:09Speaker 12: to be around your players and your coaches and just
- 35:11Speaker 12: sharing that enjoyment with you.
- 35:13Speaker 1: Am I correct in thinking like the coaches that you
- 35:15Speaker 1: really like that are across from you, that you have
- 35:17Speaker 1: a history with, you've either been friends or competed against
- 35:20Speaker 1: at a really healthy level. In fact, there's really way
- 35:23Speaker 1: less to say actually on the field, because you've said
- 35:25Speaker 1: so much pre or after than a coach that you
- 35:29Speaker 1: really don't know at all.
- 35:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you're you're right.
- 35:32Speaker 12: Yeah, I've talked you know, Matt Cambon, and we coached
- 35:34Speaker 12: together back in two thousand and nine, and we've known
- 35:36Speaker 12: each other for over twenty years.
- 35:38Speaker 4: And I've actually talked to.
- 35:39Speaker 12: Him on the phone probably three or four times prior
- 35:41Speaker 12: to us playing last week. So you know, when you're
- 35:44Speaker 12: on the field, it's basically you don't have to catch up.
- 35:46Speaker 12: I mean, you know, it's basically, how's it going, how.
- 35:48Speaker 4: Was a trip? You know?
- 35:49Speaker 12: And then at the end of the game, it's like, man,
- 35:50Speaker 12: you guys got a great team, and hey, good luck
- 35:53Speaker 12: to rest it away. So it is it is pretty short,
- 35:55Speaker 12: you know, because you do You're right, you've got a relationship,
- 35:57Speaker 12: You've already talked before anyway, You're not going to do
- 36:00Speaker 12: the small talk on the field. If you don't really
- 36:02Speaker 12: know someone, you don't talk. That's where the small talk
- 36:04Speaker 12: happens before.
- 36:04Speaker 1: The game, whenever it's a bad loss and you have
- 36:08Speaker 1: to go out and you have to stand at the podium,
- 36:10Speaker 1: and I know that sucks. That is that's got to
- 36:13Speaker 1: be the worst, because there are instances where I've had
- 36:16Speaker 1: bad situations and I've had to talk about it. Do
- 36:19Speaker 1: you kind of have a little moment with yourself beforehand
- 36:22Speaker 1: and go, this is what I do. This is why
- 36:23Speaker 1: I'm asking you. Okay, I feel this way now, but
- 36:26Speaker 1: I definitely don't want to go out and have something
- 36:29Speaker 1: on tape that I that isn't reflective of who I am.
- 36:31Speaker 1: When times aren't bad, How do you get through those
- 36:34Speaker 1: really difficult times?
- 36:35Speaker 12: Yeah, that's a great question. You know, we you there's
- 36:39Speaker 12: things that you want to say, but you know you
- 36:41Speaker 12: can't say, and so you have to compose yourself and
- 36:44Speaker 12: and really dial it back a little bit, I think,
- 36:48Speaker 12: and and and you know, put out a message that
- 36:50Speaker 12: to me is still uplifting in a time that's that's
- 36:54Speaker 12: going to be hard, difficult, and and and you know,
- 36:57Speaker 12: maybe looking more toward the future with that, but that
- 37:00Speaker 12: that is there's hard. That's that's the worst. Like in
- 37:03Speaker 12: the professional football you're.
- 37:05Speaker 4: Not going to have all that.
- 37:05Speaker 12: All the days are not going to be great. They're
- 37:07Speaker 12: going to have some days that are not good. And
- 37:09Speaker 12: how you go out and approach those days and because
- 37:11Speaker 12: you know you're going to have a media that are
- 37:12Speaker 12: going to be you know, cutting you down and asking
- 37:14Speaker 12: you difficult questions and that that is one of the harder,
- 37:16Speaker 12: harder things we have to do in this profession.
- 37:18Speaker 4: For sure.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Yeah, it'd be hard for me not to get angry
- 37:22Speaker 1: at specific media people that I know are going to
- 37:24Speaker 1: ask a difficult question.
- 37:26Speaker 12: Oh yeah, oh yeah, you have to hold your tongue
- 37:30Speaker 12: for sure. Uh, you know, and you get frustrated, and
- 37:33Speaker 12: particularly like you know, for us last year, we did
- 37:36Speaker 12: not finish good. You know, we're losing those games at
- 37:38Speaker 12: the end of the season. It's like the same questions
- 37:40Speaker 12: each and every week. You know, what are you guys doing,
- 37:42Speaker 12: How are you going to get better? How you're gonna
- 37:43Speaker 12: win a game? You know, when you feel like you're
- 37:45Speaker 12: on repeat, you know, Hey, we're working hard, We're going
- 37:47Speaker 12: to continue to do the things we think we need
- 37:49Speaker 12: to do to be successful. But they're trying to get you,
- 37:53Speaker 12: is what they're trying to do. They're trying to get
- 37:54Speaker 12: you to say something that you'll regret later on. And
- 37:56Speaker 12: you just have to stand your ground ground and and
- 38:00Speaker 12: be very generic and not not fall to that level
- 38:04Speaker 12: of saying something you regret.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I've watched most of the games again, I want to
- 38:07Speaker 1: go back to that the l you guys took Week
- 38:10Speaker 1: one as I like the game. I felt like it
- 38:12Speaker 1: was it was a really good game. Week one is
- 38:14Speaker 1: always difficult to because who even knows what you're playing with,
- 38:16Speaker 1: Like you know better than I do. What would you
- 38:18Speaker 1: do different in that game against Nebraska?
- 38:21Speaker 12: Man, Well, number one, I wouldn't want to move the
- 38:23Speaker 12: game to Airhead. That'd be the first thing, you know,
- 38:26Speaker 12: we were going to play. It was actually a home
- 38:27Speaker 12: game for us. And then then they decided to move
- 38:29Speaker 12: it to Indianapolis and play you know where the Colts play.
- 38:33Speaker 12: And then they got another deal and said, hey, Era
- 38:35Speaker 12: ahead wants it. You know, I didn't realize it was
- 38:37Speaker 12: that close to Nebraska.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Man.
- 38:38Speaker 12: We go, we pull up in our buses and it's
- 38:40Speaker 12: just Nebraska people everywhere tailgating, you walk into the stadium,
- 38:44Speaker 12: it is all in Nebraska. I mean, that was That
- 38:46Speaker 12: was a great atmosphere if you're a Nebraska fan.
- 38:48Speaker 4: For sure.
- 38:49Speaker 12: It certainly gave them an edge. I'll tell you we
- 38:51Speaker 12: had four fall star penalties. I mean, we couldn't hear anything.
- 38:54Speaker 12: That'd be number one. I think number two. You know,
- 38:58Speaker 12: we were very confident in our passing game going into
- 39:00Speaker 12: that game, but we just did not play well in
- 39:02Speaker 12: the in our throw game. I mean I think we
- 39:04Speaker 12: threw for our seventy nine yards. You know, since then,
- 39:07Speaker 12: we've been great, you know, throwing the football and the
- 39:09Speaker 12: teams we've been playing, but you know, that would be
- 39:11Speaker 12: the one thing going in maybe with a little bit
- 39:13Speaker 12: different play of how we're going to get the ball
- 39:15Speaker 12: through the air. I think we could have made some
- 39:17Speaker 12: more plays through the air in that game. You know,
- 39:20Speaker 12: in Nebraska's a good football team. It was a tough
- 39:22Speaker 12: environment and we still and we turned the ball over
- 39:24Speaker 12: twice and still had a chance to go down and
- 39:26Speaker 12: win that game at the very end.
- 39:28Speaker 4: But I tell you it really helped us. Playing that
- 39:31Speaker 4: close game.
- 39:32Speaker 12: I helped us in the Kansas game because we had
- 39:33Speaker 12: to do the same type drive and we went down
- 39:35Speaker 12: and scored. So I do think we learned a lot
- 39:37Speaker 12: from that Nebraska game that's really helped us propel us
- 39:40Speaker 12: over these last four weeks.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Well, and that was my next question was going to Kansas,
- 39:43Speaker 1: because again you guys had to go to Lawrence and
- 39:45Speaker 1: play and it felt very similar and you did it.
- 39:48Speaker 1: And then do you think that since you had the
- 39:51Speaker 1: history and the knowledge and the experience of having to
- 39:53Speaker 1: go through that, that helped in that situation.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:56Speaker 12: Absolutely, you know, it was a very very similar scenario
- 40:00Speaker 12: in the fact, you know, at Kansas game, we were
- 40:03Speaker 12: moving the ball the whole game, and so we.
- 40:04Speaker 4: Just felt like, if we get the ball back, we'll
- 40:06Speaker 4: go down and score. We got it back with a
- 40:07Speaker 4: minute and forty five. You know.
- 40:09Speaker 12: In the Nebraska game, it was very similar. We got
- 40:11Speaker 12: to go down and score. The Nebraska game, really all
- 40:13Speaker 12: we needed was a field goal to put it in overtime.
- 40:15Speaker 12: In the Kansas game, we needed four, you know, so
- 40:18Speaker 12: we had to score a touchdown. But our guys were
- 40:21Speaker 12: so calm and collected, played with great poise. But I
- 40:24Speaker 12: do believe that hostile environment at Nebraska, and we played
- 40:28Speaker 12: those guys and in that scenario really helped us to
- 40:31Speaker 12: settle in and to go out and make plays. You know,
- 40:35Speaker 12: in that Kansas game, we had to make a fourth
- 40:37Speaker 12: and ten in that drive in which we made and
- 40:40Speaker 12: ended up going to scoring three plays later.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Do you have on a sheet or somebody has somewhere
- 40:46Speaker 1: up in the booth a play for basically every yardage
- 40:50Speaker 1: and down scenario.
- 40:52Speaker 4: No, we don't.
- 40:53Speaker 12: We have our base plays and the packages that we
- 40:55Speaker 12: have throughout the week. The things that we break down
- 40:58Speaker 12: are third down. So we have like four or five
- 41:00Speaker 12: different third down scenarios that you know, third and long, third, medium,
- 41:04Speaker 12: third and short, and we'll have red zone areas so
- 41:08Speaker 12: you know, inside the twenty down to the twelve, down
- 41:11Speaker 12: to the five down to the goal line, so we
- 41:13Speaker 12: have all those you know, a certain Hey we're on
- 41:16Speaker 12: this yard line, we're gonna run this play. More of
- 41:18Speaker 12: that is just more feel, you know, for the coaches
- 41:21Speaker 12: of what we like throughout the game.
- 41:22Speaker 1: I feel like somewhere in America there's a kid who
- 41:24Speaker 1: can do a perfect onside kick and we just haven't
- 41:26Speaker 1: found them. Like somewhere in some small town, he's onside kicking,
- 41:30Speaker 1: like into his cabinets, he's onside kicking in his house,
- 41:33Speaker 1: like under a cow like there that guy exists somewhere.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Have you ever had a kicker that was so good
- 41:39Speaker 1: at onside kicks you want to do it more than
- 41:40Speaker 1: you should?
- 41:41Speaker 4: Yeah, I have before. You know, there's some talented guys
- 41:44Speaker 4: out there.
- 41:45Speaker 12: The problem with that is, you know, we only have
- 41:47Speaker 12: so many guys on a roster, and a lot of times,
- 41:49Speaker 12: if a guy is so good with those on side kick,
- 41:51Speaker 12: he may not be good at kicking field.
- 41:52Speaker 4: Goals and we need it. But we need three points
- 41:55Speaker 4: more than maybe those on side kicks.
- 41:58Speaker 5: What about laterals again?
- 42:00Speaker 1: I was watching this Black and White and they were
- 42:02Speaker 1: talking about the first time they started the spread offense
- 42:04Speaker 1: like black and White football days, and the center would
- 42:07Speaker 1: snap it to the wide receiver and they're in leather helmets,
- 42:10Speaker 1: and then the their helmet receiver would take it and
- 42:12Speaker 1: lateral it to a guy behind them. Isn't that possibly
- 42:15Speaker 1: the next iteration of football? Like a few more laterals
- 42:18Speaker 1: like rugby, it could be.
- 42:20Speaker 12: Yeah, you know, our state ran would call a swing gate.
- 42:24Speaker 12: They took their whole low line to the left side
- 42:26Speaker 12: the week before they took the center. He snapped it
- 42:28Speaker 12: to a guy right behind that and they ended up
- 42:31Speaker 12: scoring for two points.
- 42:32Speaker 4: And then against Susy did the.
- 42:33Speaker 12: Same thing and then he ran some sort of reverse
- 42:35Speaker 12: double pass type thing. So yeah, it's all deception and
- 42:38Speaker 12: it's trying to put the defense in predicaments.
- 42:41Speaker 4: So yeah, if you can.
- 42:42Speaker 12: Put it on the left hash and start pitching it
- 42:44Speaker 12: to the right and just keep pitching it like rugby,
- 42:46Speaker 12: that that that's a good idea.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Do you still have a super secret trick play you've
- 42:50Speaker 1: never used a Cincinnati Yeah, that's what That's what we'd
- 42:54Speaker 1: expect you to say. Yeah, you're acting like you don't.
- 42:55Speaker 1: That's what we would expect from.
- 42:57Speaker 5: You, coach.
- 42:59Speaker 12: We got a couple that we have not run, but
- 43:01Speaker 12: we keep practicing and we're waiting for that perfect opportunity
- 43:04Speaker 12: to run it.
- 43:04Speaker 1: I would just worry if I were you guys, because
- 43:06Speaker 1: everything is out in the open. I think it's a
- 43:08Speaker 1: really cool part about you football stadium that the students
- 43:10Speaker 1: can go and they can hang out. It's in the
- 43:12Speaker 1: middle of the campus. It's awesome. But like anybody can
- 43:15Speaker 1: come and watch right.
- 43:16Speaker 12: Yes, they can, which I don't like. As a football
- 43:20Speaker 12: we don't like that at all, Bobby. But now what
- 43:23Speaker 12: we did do. We built this brand new facility that
- 43:24Speaker 12: I'm in right now that has an unbelievable indoor and
- 43:28Speaker 12: a little practice field right outside of it. So we're
- 43:30Speaker 12: doing a lot of our work now behind the closed doors,
- 43:33Speaker 12: which is which is awesome for us. We feel like
- 43:35Speaker 12: we're a lot more protected.
- 43:36Speaker 1: You were here a couple of months ago. I got
- 43:38Speaker 1: to see in Nashville. What did you think of Nashville?
- 43:40Speaker 4: Incredible? Yeah, we really appreciate it.
- 43:42Speaker 12: That was awesome, man, you know, and we had a
- 43:45Speaker 12: great time. Got to go backstage at the operating that
- 43:49Speaker 12: was phenomenal. Yeah, what a great trip and looking forward,
- 43:52Speaker 12: we'll probably back again next summer.
- 43:54Speaker 4: That's a good trip for my wife and I Yeah
- 43:56Speaker 4: that was fun.
- 43:56Speaker 1: It was you and your wife and you know, so
- 44:00Speaker 1: he was Chief when he was with you and having
- 44:01Speaker 1: my phone is Chief. But I feel like he's changed
- 44:03Speaker 1: his name now back at app State, Like he's a
- 44:05Speaker 1: coach again.
- 44:06Speaker 12: He's coach Mark Spear now again. But we still call
- 44:08Speaker 12: him Chief around here. So yeah, he's a good one. Yeah,
- 44:12Speaker 12: he was with us and does a phenomenal job. Yet
- 44:14Speaker 12: he's working hard at that state now.
- 44:16Speaker 5: All right, coach, I'm rooting for you.
- 44:17Speaker 1: It's really cool to see, uh, you know, what you
- 44:21Speaker 1: have built again there because I mean you're actually, you know,
- 44:26Speaker 1: seeing it like the fruits of the labor Year three
- 44:29Speaker 1: happened that Nebraska lost, man, that was a crazy game,
- 44:32Speaker 1: but then two quality wins in a row Kansas and
- 44:34Speaker 1: Iowa State. My final question is those are two big wins,
- 44:37Speaker 1: Like both of those guys with Campbell and coach Lefehold,
- 44:40Speaker 1: like those are great coaches, really good programs. How do
- 44:44Speaker 1: you make sure your guys stay up?
- 44:46Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean that's that's that's the challenge, you know
- 44:48Speaker 12: when we came in on Sunday, And that's that's human nature.
- 44:51Speaker 4: You you win those games.
- 44:52Speaker 12: You had a good week, but it was all about
- 44:54Speaker 12: the preparation throughout the week.
- 44:56Speaker 4: You know, the practice, the you know.
- 44:58Speaker 12: How focused we were throughout the week. How well do
- 45:00Speaker 12: you you know you're getting your bodies ready to play
- 45:02Speaker 12: all those things. And so we just come back and
- 45:04Speaker 12: ask we just reset every Sunday and start back over.
- 45:08Speaker 12: But human nature says, hey, we're good enough. We don't
- 45:10Speaker 12: have to do all this, you know, but we're gonna
- 45:13Speaker 12: continue to tell them you do. And we got a
- 45:15Speaker 12: good bunch of guys there. We got some great leaders
- 45:18Speaker 12: some veteran leadership, and that's that's what it takes. And
- 45:22Speaker 12: so but that's the challenge we got to. You got
- 45:24Speaker 12: to keep rising up in the Big twelve. Anybody can
- 45:26Speaker 12: beat anybody, and everybody knows that. And so another great
- 45:29Speaker 12: challenge this week against U.
- 45:30Speaker 1: See.
- 45:30Speaker 12: By the way, though, we got to get one of
- 45:32Speaker 12: one of the Cincinnati bearcat helmets on your little desk
- 45:35Speaker 12: right there too, man, I see see some of these
- 45:37Speaker 12: nice helmets up there, So we got one coming your way.
- 45:39Speaker 1: First of all, the desk ain't little, coach, and I'm
- 45:42Speaker 1: insulted by that. You know, it is a it is
- 45:44Speaker 1: a medium to moderate size.
- 45:45Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, all right right.
- 45:47Speaker 1: I'm just saying anything little makes me feel a little insecure.
- 45:51Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, okay, Yeah, that's a big.
- 45:54Speaker 1: Be sure to sign a coach because these are all
- 45:56Speaker 1: like gifts from coaches that have been like it's I mean,
- 45:58Speaker 1: I have my Arkansas home and obviously it started with
- 46:00Speaker 1: coach Lophol being like, you can't just have the Arkansas
- 46:02Speaker 1: helmet up there, so he sent me a Kansas helmet,
- 46:04Speaker 1: and then coach Odam, who I'm friends with the Purdue.
- 46:07Speaker 1: I'd love to have a Cincinnati helmet well for sure.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Rocket final final final question. If I were to give
- 46:12Speaker 1: you a ball right now, because you did play quarterback
- 46:14Speaker 1: at at State back in the day, you're all conference
- 46:16Speaker 1: like you, how far could you throw a ball right now?
- 46:19Speaker 4: It's down.
- 46:19Speaker 12: I'm fifty two years old, shoulders a little big, banged up,
- 46:22Speaker 12: probably used to rotator cub problem, but I still can
- 46:26Speaker 12: probably pump it out there.
- 46:27Speaker 4: Forty five fifty.
- 46:28Speaker 5: Oard h It's pretty good.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Yeah, that's pretty good.
- 46:29Speaker 5: All right, good luck this week, coach.
- 46:31Speaker 1: Everybody hope everybody stays healthy. Good to see you, Thank you,
- 46:33Speaker 1: Great to see you too, Bobby Bye, coach. NFL fans,

- 48:02Speaker 1: The Texas Tech helmet that I have here. Coach maguire
- 48:05Speaker 1: sent that up. Obviously, you know they changed the logo.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I saw that, and listen, I don't hate it.
- 48:11Speaker 5: I don't like it.
- 48:11Speaker 1: I don't hate it. I don't care. People will get
- 48:13Speaker 1: people if any change, people get mad at It doesn't matter.
- 48:15Speaker 5: It's not that logo.
- 48:16Speaker 1: It's the same exact tease. If they've taken out like
- 48:18Speaker 1: the texture of the bend of the shape, it's great,
- 48:23Speaker 1: it's it's fine, and who cares. But I'm watching people
- 48:26Speaker 1: get upset about it.
- 48:27Speaker 5: Now.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Here's the thing about the Internet. People that are happy
- 48:30Speaker 1: with anything don't show up to the Internet. So when
- 48:33Speaker 1: you're like, man, it's overwhelmingly negative. People that are overwhelmingly
- 48:39Speaker 1: positive don't have the need to go on the Internet
- 48:41Speaker 1: to share their overwhelmingly positive thoughts. The Internet is basically
- 48:45Speaker 1: just a landing spot for negativity. Yeah, in general, so
- 48:50Speaker 1: you have to remember that when you're thinking, wow, this
- 48:53Speaker 1: side is very much dominating the other side, so people
- 48:57Speaker 1: must hate it. No, No, that's a landing place for hate.
- 49:01Speaker 1: How many times in your life have you gone to
- 49:03Speaker 1: compliment on a website like a show you watch never
- 49:06Speaker 1: or how the season finally was perfect, or how never?
- 49:10Speaker 1: That's not what you do, it's what that's not what
- 49:12Speaker 1: I wish we did. That's not what we do. It's
- 49:15Speaker 1: something sucks. We definitely voice it. How many times do
- 49:17Speaker 1: you go on the Instagram with the Arkansas razorbacks after
- 49:20Speaker 1: we're gonna be like, I'm really proud of you guys.
- 49:22Speaker 4: Never?
- 49:22Speaker 1: Right, But how many times do you go like a
- 49:25Speaker 1: crap whenever they don't every.
- 49:27Speaker 5: You tell us.
- 49:31Speaker 1: This is a general, this is a general. Uh so, yeah,
- 49:35Speaker 1: it's it's exact same. The teas are exactly the same.
- 49:38Speaker 1: They've just it's now just a red yeah without any shape.
- 49:42Speaker 1: Now I'm not a Texas tech fan. But I've seen
- 49:46Speaker 1: us do that with the razorback in the Hog and
- 49:48Speaker 1: how they change and people go crazy every single time.
- 49:51Speaker 1: But what's cool is you always can have your throwbacks.
- 49:55Speaker 1: It still always exists. It's just not the Monday through Thursday.
- 49:58Speaker 1: If we're just making an analogy, like we have the old, old,
- 50:02Speaker 1: old razorback we put on on things, and it's super cool.
- 50:04Speaker 1: We always will have that, but then we have our
- 50:05Speaker 1: new one that's used primarily. Yeah, but there's a reason
- 50:08Speaker 1: that throwbacks aren't the normals anymore. Like you look at
- 50:11Speaker 1: last last week's game with the Bucks and the Seahawks,
- 50:14Speaker 1: and look, and it was cool because it was throat.
- 50:16Speaker 1: But you know why they're not the current because people
- 50:18Speaker 1: they they were old. People didn't like them anymore. But
- 50:21Speaker 1: people like things from a long time ago, even if
- 50:23Speaker 1: they didn't like them for a while. Like there was
- 50:25Speaker 1: that gap where that logo was terrible, what the Bucks.
- 50:27Speaker 7: Had, Yeah, it was like the most hated logo. It
- 50:30Speaker 7: was awful.
- 50:31Speaker 1: I like it now now. Yeah I didn't like it then,
- 50:34Speaker 1: but I like it now because it's old. It's like
- 50:36Speaker 1: it's it's connected to a time. I hated the Patriots
- 50:40Speaker 1: snapping man.
- 50:41Speaker 7: Yeah, that was sod? Was it really?
- 50:44Speaker 5: Hiking guy?
- 50:44Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 50:44Speaker 5: Well you didn't live that.
- 50:45Speaker 1: Though, No I didn't. But now it's like we lived it,
- 50:48Speaker 1: and there's an association with them being a terrible, terrible
- 50:51Speaker 1: team because they were so bad.
- 50:53Speaker 5: They were non existent dude.
- 50:54Speaker 1: And I thought that was the worst freaking logo ever.
- 50:57Speaker 7: Huh.
- 50:58Speaker 1: I see it now, I'm like, oh, that's cool.
- 51:00Speaker 7: Cool, Yeah, I mean that makes sense. But I wasn't
- 51:04Speaker 7: alive to see those days. I only know the Patriots
- 51:06Speaker 7: as winning, So would that new logo.
- 51:08Speaker 1: You're eleven, I mean, you were probably alive, You just
- 51:10Speaker 1: probably weren't.
- 51:10Speaker 5: You were just a baby.
- 51:11Speaker 7: I mean ninety one. I think they might have made
- 51:13Speaker 7: the switch right around that time, but you were born
- 51:16Speaker 7: when ninety one. Wait, they're winning, it gets crazy?
- 51:18Speaker 5: Wait what both?
- 51:20Speaker 8: Now they're losing.
- 51:21Speaker 1: We're just going all down the roller coaster of the Patriots.
- 51:23Speaker 7: Brady retired. What you went to the Bucks?
- 51:27Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 51:27Speaker 5: Well the Bucks too, that whole creamsicle thing they were
- 51:30Speaker 5: bad too.
- 51:30Speaker 1: That was terrible, Like that team was so terrible. The
- 51:34Speaker 1: association with that color and that logo is so it's awful.
- 51:38Speaker 7: Yeah, and it was.
- 51:39Speaker 1: It was just gross because they were a gross team,
- 51:42Speaker 1: so they switched it to kind of switch the vibe. Yeah,
- 51:45Speaker 1: new image, knew everything, but now it's cool to go
- 51:47Speaker 1: back because they don't. They don't suck anymore.
- 51:48Speaker 7: It's like anything vintage.
- 51:49Speaker 1: Though. It's rare though that a team sucks so bad
- 51:52Speaker 1: and they go like, oh, let's do our throwbacks and
- 51:54Speaker 1: you're like, dang, that's all. Usually you have to kind
- 51:56Speaker 1: of be good to do a cool throwback.
- 51:58Speaker 7: Yeah, that's true.
- 51:58Speaker 5: So attack.
- 52:00Speaker 1: I'm just looking at the helmet here. I'm thinking they're
- 52:02Speaker 1: kind of an out.
- 52:03Speaker 7: There's really not much of it. I mean, it's change.
- 52:06Speaker 1: Really look at it. It's just something different, like.
- 52:09Speaker 5: Comparing it to cracker barrel though, right.
- 52:11Speaker 8: That's the word on the street.
- 52:13Speaker 7: So they're gonna they're gonna.
- 52:14Speaker 5: Go back to it.
- 52:14Speaker 1: Don't get me started.
- 52:16Speaker 5: They have an old man in a rocking chair next
- 52:18Speaker 5: to it.
- 52:19Speaker 1: There never was one. They add it now, won't do it.
- 52:26Speaker 13: We've heard you, and it's the old logo with the
- 52:29Speaker 13: old guy.
- 52:33Speaker 1: That's funny. Good job on that one. That's a good one,
- 52:37Speaker 1: thank you. Yeah, that's gonna make me laugh later today
- 52:40Speaker 1: that they react so much.
- 52:42Speaker 13: To the outcry that everything that now gets backlash. You
- 52:46Speaker 13: just add the old man to all logos everywhere, and
- 52:48Speaker 13: it's the old man.
- 52:49Speaker 5: The old man comes back.
- 52:50Speaker 4: As part of it.
- 52:52Speaker 10: That live changes their.
- 52:53Speaker 7: Logo and then we hate the new one.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Okay, okay, I know what the rocking chair guy.
- 52:57Speaker 7: That's oh god, they can that's good.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Okay, that that would be a funny bit.
- 53:03Speaker 7: You could do all kinds of stuff with that.
- 53:04Speaker 1: They're they're they're in meetings, those those grossers of the
- 53:07Speaker 1: glass what are they call mic focus focus from all right,
- 53:12Speaker 1: welcome to this hostess hostess cupcakes. Okay, and so this
- 53:15Speaker 1: is we've changed our logo to this and it's like
- 53:17Speaker 1: a square new age and.
- 53:19Speaker 5: No, we hate it.
- 53:20Speaker 1: Okay, how about this old one. It's the old one,
- 53:22Speaker 1: but it's a rock and shair guy next to the age.
- 53:24Speaker 5: That's it.
- 53:25Speaker 7: Now, baby, we need to get one on the whistles.
- 53:34Speaker 5: Don't have one.
- 53:35Speaker 8: We don't have one.
- 53:36Speaker 5: When if we do that one day, we don't say
- 53:37Speaker 5: anything about I'm.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Doing it right now, guys, either we're drunk and hired
- 53:44Speaker 1: or that's the funniest thing I've heard in a month.
- 53:47Speaker 5: N No, that I mean, that's that's great. That's you,
- 53:51Speaker 5: all of us. We're delirious. That's hilarious. Okay. But but
- 53:57Speaker 5: back to the logos though, like the cow on the
- 54:00Speaker 5: Cowboys though, Like I feel like we've always had that star,
- 54:03Speaker 5: you know, that star with the outer white line on it.
- 54:06Speaker 5: They changed that. I might be a little upset because
- 54:09Speaker 5: I do love that star.
- 54:11Speaker 1: I don't think they would change that. Like shit, I
- 54:15Speaker 1: don't think they would change the star, But what.
- 54:17Speaker 5: Do they change the shape of it?
- 54:19Speaker 12: More?
- 54:19Speaker 3: Like?
- 54:19Speaker 1: Can I They have gone like to the white Sometimes
- 54:22Speaker 1: it doesn't always have to be the logo. It can
- 54:25Speaker 1: be the color scheme.
- 54:26Speaker 7: That's kind of like Texas Tech. Yeah.
- 54:28Speaker 1: Yeah, they've gone to those white helmets a bit.
- 54:31Speaker 7: Like those US the white ones. Yeah, the Cowboys whites.
- 54:34Speaker 7: I think those are their best ones.
- 54:35Speaker 8: Really cool.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't.
- 54:38Speaker 5: I don't think they're the best ones though.
- 54:40Speaker 1: But when Arkansas warres the white helmets because they have
- 54:43Speaker 1: a white helmet in office, I don't like it as much.
- 54:45Speaker 1: It's good for like a little throw back. It's cool
- 54:47Speaker 1: occasionally it's having a throwback.
- 54:48Speaker 5: Do you guys have the slobbering hog?
- 54:51Speaker 1: I love So that's the old old right, that's like,
- 54:54Speaker 1: but you know, white people love it. That's when we won.
- 54:56Speaker 1: That's like National championship basketball, Jerry Jones team.
- 54:59Speaker 5: That's what.
- 55:00Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, that's that's even older. That thing looks like a
- 55:03Speaker 1: malnourished gig.
- 55:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 55:06Speaker 1: They like the slabbering hogs, like the ninety four days
- 55:08Speaker 1: when or listen, we won National championship basketball. Dude, Nolan Richardson, that.
- 55:13Speaker 5: Hog looks like a rabies. It was like the slabber
- 55:16Speaker 5: all over it. It's all rapies. Yeah, dude, it looks
- 55:19Speaker 5: like it's like what does that look like?
- 55:21Speaker 11: Like?
- 55:22Speaker 5: You know, like not good, you know, like you don't
- 55:24Speaker 5: want to get bit by that hog. Not only will
- 55:27Speaker 5: it kill, you'll give you rabies.
- 55:28Speaker 1: I don't want to give it. But even this hog
- 55:30Speaker 1: here on it now. But yeah, this one doesn't look
- 55:32Speaker 1: like his rabies.
- 55:32Speaker 5: That's a good point.
- 55:33Speaker 1: Yeah. Uh okay, let's walk through some games real quick.
- 55:37Speaker 1: Top twenty five games. I don't even care to like
- 55:39Speaker 1: pick a winner in all these, but we can roll
- 55:41Speaker 1: through them. Ohio State and Illinois. We talked about betting
- 55:43Speaker 1: that one. It's a much better slate of games, Let's
- 55:46Speaker 1: be honest. Last week College and NFL, there were two
- 55:51Speaker 1: round ball like figures, and both Saturday and Sunday sucked them.
- 55:59Speaker 5: Both got you.
- 56:02Speaker 1: It was a whole weekend of sucking balls because it
- 56:04Speaker 1: was I didn't trying to picture in my head.
- 56:08Speaker 5: It was bad.
- 56:09Speaker 8: The NFL was the worst.
- 56:11Speaker 5: It was pretty bad. That was a noon game.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Yes, the neon round. We're we're watching freaking the Carolina
- 56:17Speaker 1: Panthers and Miami Dolphins, going like, finally got a good one.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Those guys bearely made the league. Yeah, we got ohios
- 56:23Speaker 1: to Illinois. Okay, Alabama Missouri. That's fun for the SEC.
- 56:26Speaker 1: Washington said, oh Miss cares ole. Miss should run the
- 56:30Speaker 1: Indiana Oregon is interesting because it's another Hey Indiana, all right,
- 56:35Speaker 1: what's up? You don't even have to win, just play good. Yeah,
- 56:39Speaker 1: like they're going to Oregon. Oregon is over a touchdown favorite.
- 56:42Speaker 1: There're seven and a half point favorite. But that's we
- 56:45Speaker 1: know Oregon's really good. We think Indiana's good. And they've
- 56:48Speaker 1: done a couple of things like that beat down of
- 56:49Speaker 1: Illinois that showed us they're better than last year. They're
- 56:53Speaker 1: not just a team with the bad schedule winning games.
- 56:55Speaker 1: They have a better schedule this year. Man, if they
- 56:57Speaker 1: can play Oregon close. And that's so weird to say
- 56:59Speaker 1: because I do not believe in moral victories. But I
- 57:01Speaker 1: think Indiana like they might actually be good for a while.
- 57:05Speaker 1: If that's the case, I wonder if he'll leave, Like
- 57:10Speaker 1: if Signetti leaves, I can not. If something open, like
- 57:15Speaker 1: say Florida opens up, maybe that's the only job he
- 57:19Speaker 1: would consider. But even Florida is not the same as
- 57:21Speaker 1: it used to be. Nothing is yeah, and Indiana has money.
- 57:25Speaker 1: What sucks about Indiana? Though? It's cold?
- 57:28Speaker 5: Yeah most of the year.
- 57:29Speaker 4: Gold O.
- 57:30Speaker 1: There some people that doesn't bother to me. I don't
- 57:33Speaker 1: want to coach in a cold city.
- 57:35Speaker 7: They are in the Big Ten, though, which I know
- 57:37Speaker 7: is tough, but it's not the SEC.
- 57:38Speaker 1: It is not the SEC, but it's close enough to
- 57:40Speaker 1: the SEC to get SEC respect when it comes to
- 57:43Speaker 1: picking teams for the College Football Playoff, SEC will get
- 57:46Speaker 1: five or six. Big Ten three or four. Yeah, you
- 57:49Speaker 1: can win more in the Big Ten, right, still get
- 57:51Speaker 1: the respect, right because you know you don't play The.
- 57:53Speaker 7: Depth is in there.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a fun game. Okahoma, Texas is interesting at Texas.
- 57:58Speaker 5: Favor because the Red rivalry. Man, it's gonna be close, right,
- 58:03Speaker 5: rivalry game, and I just feel like Texas.
- 58:05Speaker 1: Is All those things you just said are just cliche
- 58:07Speaker 1: things people.
- 58:07Speaker 5: Say, Yeah, that's how you stay it live in a conversation.
- 58:11Speaker 5: College football.
- 58:13Speaker 1: Yeah, my tear's not playing, So if Texas is a favorite,
- 58:16Speaker 1: that would be why here's the thing I went either way.
- 58:22Speaker 5: Come on, Oh, I got you.
- 58:24Speaker 1: I hate Texas. I would rather Oklahoma be Texas because
- 58:29Speaker 1: one more loss, we stop talking about Texas because they're
- 58:32Speaker 1: not making the College Football play Off for three losses.
- 58:35Speaker 1: One more loss over if Oklahoma loses, I'm gonna go
- 58:42Speaker 1: back to my father in law. I don't want Okahoma
- 58:43Speaker 1: to lose because I don't want but you know what,
- 58:44Speaker 1: I wouldn't mind if they lost for my wife because
- 58:46Speaker 1: she won't shut up now. Oh yeah, yes, it'll be
- 58:49Speaker 1: nice to watch anundfeated team. Yeah, I hear you. But
- 58:55Speaker 1: the problem is if Materier doesn't play and they lose,
- 58:58Speaker 1: that's an easy one to go. Well, yeah, our quarterback
- 58:59Speaker 1: didn't and you can lose the game in the SEC.
- 59:01Speaker 1: That's not a big deal, right. Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech,
- 59:04Speaker 1: nobody cares. Arkansas Tennessee. Tennessee's eleven and a half point favorite.
- 59:11Speaker 1: I'm surprised there's not more. Maybe twelve and a half now,
- 59:14Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 59:15Speaker 5: Let me check.
- 59:16Speaker 1: Here's the thing about Arkansas Tennessee. If Arkansas goes and
- 59:19Speaker 1: beats Tennessee, if we win four out of our last
- 59:26Speaker 1: six games, I think that's what's left. Bob Petreno will
- 59:29Speaker 1: be the coach, he'll get the job. You like that,
- 59:33Speaker 1: I don't care either way.
- 59:34Speaker 7: That's a tough one. What is your schedule?
- 59:37Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, it's very tough because we have LSU, Texas
- 59:40Speaker 1: A and M. We have Tennessee, we have Auburn, Mississippi State,
- 59:44Speaker 1: and some of those are easier than others. What am
- 59:45Speaker 1: I forgetting? You say, LC, mis Missouri, Missouri EXAs?
- 59:50Speaker 5: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 59:52Speaker 1: How many games total left? Seven? One, two, three, four, five,
- 59:56Speaker 1: sixty seven. If he goes five and two, it's his job.
- 59:59Speaker 1: If he goes four and three, it's probably his job.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: If they can't get another top tier guy, Brandon made
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: a new logo. It's Crackerbill Gay. This is our new logo. Everybody,
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: in case you hated the change.
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: Job Brandon, thank you.
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: Line is twelve and a half. It is yeah, Hey,
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: May we're going up.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: I'm not touching that betting wise, because we could be
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: about a hundred a week of win it. We've owned
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Tennessee and football though.
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: We went to a game a few years ago in
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: Arkansas and who won Arkansas?
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and we beat him last year. They used to
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: be our permanent and then when they got pulled off,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: it was only every few years. But yeah, we've owned them.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: M Okay, that's college NFL tonight. We got Eagles and
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Giants who we're rooting for, guys, none of them? The
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Giants Giants? Y, yeah, we need.
- 1:00:52Speaker 5: Oh sorry Cowboys fan talking. Oh yeah, yeah yeah, and
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: our money lead yes, yes.
- 1:00:57Speaker 8: Yes, they're probably up by half a dozen eggs.
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: Oh god, hold on sheet here, and then we've got
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: to decode it doesn't egg.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: That means it's a field goal, but a two point
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: of version only if it's a Thursday night game. Oh no, Well,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: either we've lost a million bucks or we're rich.
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: I'm not sure I can't tell one or the other.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Let's see best games of the week. Denver and the
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: Jets kind of who cares? I hope the Jets won
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: a games just so we can stop talking about a
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: team not having a win. I'm glad everybody's lost at
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: least a game too.
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, I like that.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: Let's get rid of the unfead, let's get rid of
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: the totally defeated.
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: And they do it.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, Baltimore and the Rams.
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, what I mean? The Rams just like
- 1:01:39Speaker 5: they've got to win a game, dude. The Ravens have
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: to win a game at some point.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: One to four. But I don't think they have a quarterback.
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: They don't. They have Cooper Rush. Would he want a
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: few Cowboys games for us?
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: But hey, dude, Dallas and Carolina, Yeah, that's a rivalry
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: for sure. You mean, not even a rivalry, like the
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Cowboys can actually go and be three and two, well.
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: And one one one. I don't forget the one.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: That would be crazy. Then Arizona, Indiana kind of don't care.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: Seattle Jacksonville Jacksonville is good, man, that's crazy.
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: That could be a good one.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Yeah, it will be.
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: Ye are they good until Jacksonville?
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: They're winning games?
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: I know.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: I just feel like you are what your record says
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: you are.
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: Right, I know. Just Trevor Lawrence just runs the ball
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: the whole time.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: Okay, but so does you don't go to Philadelphia.
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: Yeah, hurts well, I mean, got a few more weapons
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: they got Saquon he runs the ball pretty well. He
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: didn't throw the ball the slim reaper. He catches the
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: ball like they got they got weapons.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: In I think racist start a white person right now,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: like Trevor Lawrence.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: No, I'm just saying that's really what he does. Like
- 1:02:50Speaker 5: the Jaguars. Just run the ball with a quarterback.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Cleveland and Pittsburgh inter Division game. Oh boy, New England
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: and New Orleans. Let's go Pats, Tennessee and Vegas. The
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Battle of the one on fours.
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: Oh man, that's brutal.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: They should just stream that for sure, Like, just stream
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: that on on Twitter network on two B.
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: I can't find the game anywhere, man, it's on TV.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: They did have the Cubs Brewers game one, I think
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: it was cub Burs or Cubs Padres and they showed
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: the first inning on Twitter.
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: Really.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: MLB did pretty cool. Yeah, I mean I watch on
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: YouTube TV anyway.
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: You could still watch it on oh yeah, yeah.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: Whatever, but they were showing on Twitter. They were streaming
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: it all on Twitter.
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: San Francisco Tampa Bay. That is a good game.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: That Cincinnati, Green Bay where couldn't be bigger? Flaco fans
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: come on fla flacoh uh, it's a good week, Lions
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: in Kansas City, there's a there's like six or seven
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: really good games this week. What's a Monday night games?
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: Commanders?
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: There's Commanders, Yeah, Buffalo and Falcons too.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: It's a double do I it's too many fantasy games
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: not with too much to go? Yeah going into Monday.
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: Yeah, I like, yeah, Sunday, you gotta be like all right,
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: I either got a good shot.
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: Or yes, I too much. And then it starts so
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: early too, like I forget it? Like what time in
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: six thirty? Like why I missed the whole first quarter?
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: That's the part I don't mind. Yeah, yes, I wish
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: they started like four.
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: Right, Oh gosh, if we're doing two games show on
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: at four?
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: Yeah, it's like midday.
- 1:04:22Speaker 8: Yeah, let's do it.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: Let's do it London time. But in America.
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: All right, okay, why not?
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: Okay, I think we're done. Anything that I haven't addressed,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: do you think we should address?
- 1:04:34Speaker 5: Kevin?
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: Oh, I was thinking about the obviously some more stuff
- 1:04:38Speaker 7: come out the Kyraen Lacy just because we did talk
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: about on the show the other day. Yeah, it came out,
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: Uh jumped the gun. There's just more stuff coming out
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: about it, like more video about him. They didn't do it, that,
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: didn't do it, did do it? All that kind of stuff. Yeah,
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: Like he caused the wreck from what I saw the
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: other day. Oh yeah, the more video is coming out
- 1:04:58Speaker 7: where he was jumping in and out of traffic going
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: into the lane coming the opposite way and that caused
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: somebody to swerve off and hit somebody head on.
- 1:05:07Speaker 5: So he didn't do the hidden but he didn't do the.
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: Hitting, but he caused the wreck and then left.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: It's gonna know, I just diad a whole thing talking
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: about that, and now I needed like maybe re evaluate it.
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: I saw a body cam footage yesterday on Twitter, like
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: a six minute video from the officer that showed up,
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: and there's a truck driver explaining like the whole thing
- 1:05:23Speaker 7: that went down, Like he went around me and then
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: like cut in front of this car and then caused
- 1:05:26Speaker 7: her to swerve off and then she had on with
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: this person and then he took off.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: Yikes.
- 1:05:31Speaker 7: So more stuff is coming out and uh yeah, now
- 1:05:35Speaker 7: looking good.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: So back against him, back against him, exactly. Dang, Yeah,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: did not see that?
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: Yes?
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: What about Mark Sanchez?
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: Did he not speaking of that? When an're we gonna
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: get that video?
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: I don't know, but I always feel like I feel
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: like we never truly know anything. I know, right right
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: and a little bit. They haven't released the video. But
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: when the world could have said, could could have motivated
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: Sanchas to do that? That made him not be so wrong?
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: That's what I can't figure out, I know, because the
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: dude was old and small. Yeah, unless the dude Because
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: in my mind, I'm like, unless the dude had had
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: a kid pinned down or something, and that's not the
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: case at all. But I'm thinking, like, why would have
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: somebody attack an old man unless he was saving somebody
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: else for an animal or a kid?
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: Drastic like that?
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I didn't know that. Glad you
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: said about corn Lacy.
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: Yeah, because I bring it up because we talked about
- 1:06:25Speaker 7: it the other day and just like one of it's
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: just the internet. You know, you get something, they run
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: with it, and now it's going the opposite direction, and
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: you guys have anything.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: All right, that's it.
- 1:06:34Speaker 5: We're good.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: We're good. Hit us with that whistle, all right, We'll
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: see you guys next.
