Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:00Speaker 2: It is Verdicals Center, Ted Kruz Ben Ferguson with your center.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I love nights like tonight.
- 0:05Speaker 2: It's late, it's basically one in the morning. It is
- 0:08Speaker 2: election night in America, and we've got some results that
- 0:12Speaker 2: may scare the living.
- 0:13Speaker 1: You know what out of a lot of our listeners.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Well, if you sleep well at night, you may not
- 0:21Speaker 3: when you reflect on the fact that the Communist Party
- 0:25Speaker 3: is taking over the Democrat Party. We're sitting here, it
- 0:29Speaker 3: is right now, twelve forty four am, and you look
- 0:32Speaker 3: at the Michigan Senate primary. Now it's too close to call,
- 0:37Speaker 3: so the result may be different. But as of twelve
- 0:39Speaker 3: forty four am, Abdul l Sayed has five hundred and
- 0:44Speaker 3: forty nine eight hundred and thirty nine votes, that's forty
- 0:47Speaker 3: nine point seven percent. And Hailey Stevens, who is a
- 0:51Speaker 3: left wing Democrat but not a fully insane communist is
- 0:54Speaker 3: the mist is at five hundred twelve thousand, six hundred
- 0:58Speaker 3: and fifty six votes, which is forty six point three percent.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Seventy two percent of the expected votes are in. Now
- 1:05Speaker 3: it's too close to call, so maybe we'll wake up
- 1:08Speaker 3: in the morning and Hayley Stevens will have surged and won.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Maybe maybe, but look all the polling says L say
- 1:17Speaker 3: it is gonna win. Yeah, and listen right now, we
- 1:20Speaker 3: don't know. By the time you're listening to this pod,
- 1:22Speaker 3: you may know. What I will say is L say
- 1:27Speaker 3: it is expected to win. He's ahead right now. And
- 1:31Speaker 3: this is a sign of where the Democrat Party is.
- 1:35Speaker 3: They are one hundred percent bat crap crazy.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's pretty it de rated for our audience.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I agree with you on that one.
- 1:45Speaker 3: You know, crap is a nice It's like a word
- 1:48Speaker 3: you can use with third graders. Crap is sort of soft.
- 1:51Speaker 3: It's like it's not poo poo. Yeah, but it's it's
- 1:54Speaker 3: in the neighborhood.
- 1:56Speaker 1: It's verdict friendly. That's how I would describe the word.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Hey, hey, we we have a lot of kids, a
- 2:00Speaker 3: lot of teenagers, a lot of all. The truth of
- 2:02Speaker 3: the matter is I have two teenagers, and so they've
- 2:06Speaker 3: heard all the words, yes, but even so have your
- 2:11Speaker 3: kids heard all the words?
- 2:12Speaker 1: So?
- 2:12Speaker 4: How old are your kids now?
- 2:13Speaker 1: Man Bradley turned ten yesterday.
- 2:15Speaker 2: It was the big, big double digit birthday, and the
- 2:18Speaker 2: twins are seven. He has definitely heard a lot more
- 2:21Speaker 2: of the words like we've had to deal with the
- 2:23Speaker 2: F bomb in the last six months.
- 2:24Speaker 1: That was like a big from him.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Did he say it?
- 2:26Speaker 2: No, no, no, he didn't say it, but he heard it
- 2:29Speaker 2: and he knew it was a bad word, and it
- 2:31Speaker 2: was like one of those like how do we navigate
- 2:34Speaker 2: this one kind of moment?
- 2:35Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 2:36Speaker 3: I do remember, bizarrely enough, in fifth grade hearing that
- 2:41Speaker 3: and this was not true, but hearing that a boy
- 2:46Speaker 3: named Rod f't and that was the word they used,
- 2:50Speaker 3: a girl named Marie And by the way, fifth graders were.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Not doing that.
- 2:53Speaker 3: But I literally came home crying, like I actually remember
- 2:56Speaker 3: this in fifth grade. I was like I didn't even
- 2:59Speaker 3: fully understood stand what it meant, but it upset me.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, oh yeah, No, we had to deal with
- 3:04Speaker 2: the full It was like the full breakdown.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Why would someone say this and it was bad? It
- 3:09Speaker 1: was one of.
- 3:09Speaker 4: Those someone said it to him or what was the context.
- 3:12Speaker 2: He heard it? It's from there was a group of
- 3:15Speaker 2: kids that were a little older. They were on the
- 3:17Speaker 2: golf course and.
- 3:18Speaker 4: It was one years old. Is what grade?
- 3:21Speaker 1: Second? Going to third?
- 3:22Speaker 4: Okay?
- 3:23Speaker 2: So and look, you know he went to the same
- 3:25Speaker 2: school you went to so like, that's not a word
- 3:27Speaker 2: you're hearing.
- 3:28Speaker 3: It turns out people say and do bad things at
- 3:30Speaker 3: Christian schools just like every other place on earth.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Yeah, okay. So he's in second grade and he hears
- 3:36Speaker 4: the F bomb.
- 3:37Speaker 2: And he comes to me. He's like, hey, Dad, I
- 3:39Speaker 2: heard a word. I think it's really really bad. How
- 3:42Speaker 2: bad is it? And I was like, well, what was
- 3:44Speaker 2: the word you heard? He said, Please don't tell mom,
- 3:48Speaker 2: and I said I I okay, I like.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Ben, let me say, as a fellow dad, let me
- 3:54Speaker 3: just get props to you that your son is coming
- 3:57Speaker 3: to you telling you that that's actually really cool. Yeah, like, look, look,
- 4:01Speaker 3: every kid's going to experience this. You can't put them
- 4:03Speaker 3: in a cocoon, you can't isolate them. But I'm glad
- 4:06Speaker 3: he like comes and raises it with you that that's
- 4:09Speaker 3: well done on the dead front.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you.
- 4:11Speaker 2: It was one of those moments and he was like,
- 4:13Speaker 2: don't tell mom. I was like, well, whine he goes,
- 4:15Speaker 2: because then she'll never let me play golf with them again.
- 4:17Speaker 2: And I was like, you're a smart kid, Like you're
- 4:19Speaker 2: a smart like you understood the dynamic of the whole thing.
- 4:23Speaker 1: It was yeah, I told him. I was like, you
- 4:24Speaker 1: don't say it.
- 4:26Speaker 2: I told I did the I did the We don't
- 4:28Speaker 2: say it for multiple reasons. But you don't want to
- 4:29Speaker 2: be looked as an uneducated idiot like they are.
- 4:32Speaker 1: That's how.
- 4:33Speaker 3: But by the way, I will say with teenagers also
- 4:35Speaker 3: like like if you listen to like sort of rap
- 4:38Speaker 3: songs and modern music where they drop curse words and
- 4:42Speaker 3: f poms, and it's you know, you're trying to like
- 4:46Speaker 3: our girls are fifteen and eighteen, so you're trying to
- 4:48Speaker 3: they've heard the words. They unfortunately sometimes use them. We
- 4:52Speaker 3: try to get them not to, but like they'll play
- 4:55Speaker 3: music and they're just dropping f pom after f pom
- 4:58Speaker 3: and I'm like, I really don't like this, Like could
- 5:00Speaker 3: you like speak like a civilized human being. And they're like, Dad,
- 5:06Speaker 3: we don't even listen to the lyrics. We don't know
- 5:08Speaker 3: what they are. And I'm like, yeah, I know what
- 5:09Speaker 3: they are. I'm listening. That's what they're saying. And so
- 5:14Speaker 3: getting back to politics and substances, people are like, okay,
- 5:17Speaker 3: we're hearing like the therapy reports of two dads.
- 5:20Speaker 4: Dealing with their kids. There's also a therapy report.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Like what the heck is happening with the Democrat Party. Yeah,
- 5:30Speaker 3: like this guy L said, all right, a liberal Democrat.
- 5:35Speaker 4: There are lots of those.
- 5:36Speaker 3: You know, you have someone wants higher taxes. Okay, I
- 5:38Speaker 3: don't like that. You know, you have someone who has
- 5:41Speaker 3: all sorts of stupid views open borders, even that, that's terrible.
- 5:45Speaker 3: It's bad for America, it's bad for the world. But
- 5:49Speaker 3: all the Democrats support that.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Medicaid for all, you can go through that.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 5:54Speaker 3: It's like, yeah, look, this is a communist takeover of
- 6:00Speaker 3: the Democrat Party. And I don't use that phrase as exaggeration.
- 6:05Speaker 3: It's not hyperbole. I want to break down what it
- 6:07Speaker 3: is because I think it is really, really dangerous for America.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Yeah, it really really is. And by the way, we
- 6:13Speaker 2: talk about this a lot. The stakes could not be
- 6:15Speaker 2: higher than they are right now. And we finally have
- 6:17Speaker 2: a president and administration fighting hard for America first. But
- 6:21Speaker 2: if conservatives like you and I lose focus, now, the
- 6:24Speaker 2: same people who created this mess, they're ready and they're
- 6:27Speaker 2: waiting to resume their destructive progressive agendas.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Now.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Protecting this momentium takes more than just votes. It takes
- 6:33Speaker 2: every American like you and I staying in the fight
- 6:36Speaker 2: for our rights and our freedoms. And that's why more
- 6:39Speaker 2: and more people I know are switching to Patriot Mobile.
- 6:43Speaker 2: They are America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. Now, Patriot
- 6:48Speaker 2: Mobile offers you premium pre ordainationwide service on all three
- 6:52Speaker 2: major US networks. You get unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots,
- 6:56Speaker 2: international roaming, and this is what I love. A one
- 6:59Speaker 2: hundred undred percent US based customer support team, and you
- 7:03Speaker 2: can switch now faster than ever before. It literally takes
- 7:06Speaker 2: minutes while you keep your same phone and your same
- 7:08Speaker 2: phone number.
- 7:09Speaker 1: And then this is the best part. Patriot Mobile puts your.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Money towards causes defending faith, family, and freedom at no
- 7:17Speaker 2: extra cost to you. They literally contribute millions of dollars
- 7:21Speaker 2: each year to organizations on the front lines fighting for
- 7:24Speaker 2: God given rights. And that's why I want you to
- 7:27Speaker 2: make the switch, because Patriot Mobile isn't just about saving America.
- 7:31Speaker 2: They literally put their business behind the fight every day,
- 7:34Speaker 2: and that's why I want you to call them. In fact,
- 7:37Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you a free month of service. Go
- 7:39Speaker 2: to Patriot Mobile dot com, slash Verdict or nine to
- 7:42Speaker 2: seven to Patriot use the promo code vertict for a
- 7:45Speaker 2: free month of service. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash vertict
- 7:49Speaker 2: or nine seven to Patriot to make that switch today.
- 7:52Speaker 1: All right, so let's let's go back to this race
- 7:55Speaker 1: in Michigan.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I think the big takeaway for me center is this
- 7:59Speaker 2: the Democratic Party.
- 8:00Speaker 1: We've been saying it it's dead.
- 8:02Speaker 2: The communists, the Marxist the socialists, yet again have proven
- 8:06Speaker 2: they have taken over. This is not San Francisco, this
- 8:09Speaker 2: is not Manhattan. This is a swing state that Donald
- 8:12Speaker 2: Trump has won. And you had a very big debate
- 8:16Speaker 2: there between a establishment elected Democrat who is not exactly
- 8:22Speaker 2: like a moderate Democrat, more liberal Democrat against a full
- 8:26Speaker 2: blown socialist, by the way, an individual that's a huge
- 8:30Speaker 2: anti Semite. There were countless warning signs, and the voters there.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Said, yeah, we like this. This is now nationwide a problem.
- 8:39Speaker 4: So look, I don't want to overstate it.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I don't know that the Democrat Party is dead, but
- 8:46Speaker 3: I do think it is at risk of dying.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Okay.
- 8:50Speaker 3: I think we are seeing a communist takeover of the
- 8:54Speaker 3: Democrat Party. We saw it with Comrade Mondami, who is
- 8:59Speaker 3: an ow right Marxist. He's not a socialist. Don't use
- 9:02Speaker 3: the language of Democrats socialist. He is a Marxist. He
- 9:05Speaker 3: believes in seizing the means of production and having government takeover.
- 9:09Speaker 3: He is an outright communist.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Private property, he's been on the record talking about that.
- 9:14Speaker 4: Recently, polishing private property, yes.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Yes, being able to seize it and taking things away
- 9:19Speaker 2: from the rich.
- 9:20Speaker 3: And Mandami and by the way, when he says the rich,
- 9:23Speaker 3: he means everyone like the rich, and never means the rich.
- 9:25Speaker 3: He means the middle class because that's where all the
- 9:27Speaker 3: money is, and so that's so they go after. But look,
- 9:31Speaker 3: Mandami has endorsed a series of other communists. We had
- 9:35Speaker 3: three primaries in New York and all the communists won
- 9:37Speaker 3: and beat long time incumbent Democrats. We had another communist
- 9:42Speaker 3: win Colorado. We have this communist in Michigan who is
- 9:47Speaker 3: right now winning we don't know the exact result. We
- 9:50Speaker 3: have another communist who is likely to be the Democrat
- 9:53Speaker 3: nominee for governor in Wisconsin, about as purple a state
- 9:56Speaker 3: as you can find. And the pattern across the board
- 10:01Speaker 3: is they are resurgent. That's where the money is, that's
- 10:05Speaker 3: where the energy is.
- 10:06Speaker 4: In the party. That's where the young people are.
- 10:08Speaker 3: The young people are overwhelmingly embracing socialism, Marxism, communism, and
- 10:15Speaker 3: the rest of the Democrats. Look, I serve with forty
- 10:18Speaker 3: seven Democrats in the Senate.
- 10:20Speaker 4: Yeah, most of them would.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Say I'm not a communist, and they're not fully there,
- 10:27Speaker 3: but they are terrified. Every single Democrat in the Senate,
- 10:31Speaker 3: and I assume that's true in the House as well,
- 10:34Speaker 3: is utterly afraid that they're going to be primaried by
- 10:39Speaker 3: some communists in their primary. And they've seen other Democrats
- 10:42Speaker 3: lose in their primaries. And the one huge exception is
- 10:47Speaker 3: John Fetterman, John fetter And it's like Sherlock Holmes and
- 10:52Speaker 3: the Hound of the Baskerville's and the dog that did
- 10:54Speaker 3: not bark. The fact that Fetterman is the one example
- 11:00Speaker 3: makes the silence of every other Democrat so screamingly loud.
- 11:05Speaker 3: They are the dogs that are not barking. Other than Fetterman,
- 11:09Speaker 3: I do not know another Democrat who is saying this
- 11:13Speaker 3: will not stand. We are not a communist party. And
- 11:17Speaker 3: look what does the DSA stand for. Listen to them,
- 11:21Speaker 3: Listen to their own platform, Listen to what they say
- 11:23Speaker 3: they want to rip the Constitution to threads. They want
- 11:26Speaker 3: to abolish the United States Senate.
- 11:27Speaker 4: I don't know why l.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Sied is running for the Senate because he wants to
- 11:30Speaker 3: abolish the institution he's running for. They want to make
- 11:33Speaker 3: the president subservient to the House representatives. They want to
- 11:36Speaker 3: make the Supreme Court subservient to the House representatives. What
- 11:39Speaker 3: does that mean? It means the House becomes like the
- 11:42Speaker 3: polit Borough. It becomes the instrument of government power. What
- 11:47Speaker 3: does it mean when you make the Supreme Court subservient
- 11:50Speaker 3: to the House.
- 11:51Speaker 4: It means you no longer.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Have a judiciary that enforces rights, that enforces the Bill
- 11:56Speaker 3: of Rights. It means you don't have a free speech right,
- 12:00Speaker 3: you don't have a religious liberty right, you don't have
- 12:02Speaker 3: a Second Amendment right. It means that the pollet Bureau,
- 12:05Speaker 3: which they call the House, has total power to take
- 12:08Speaker 3: away your rights and there is no check in balance
- 12:12Speaker 3: because whatever they the government want to do, that's what
- 12:16Speaker 3: they do. And this is what is taking over the
- 12:20Speaker 3: Democrat Party. And I got to say it is a terrible,
- 12:23Speaker 3: terrible development for America. On August twenty fifth, my brand
- 12:28Speaker 3: new book comes out, going further the Incomparable Clarence Thomas.
- 12:33Speaker 3: It tells the story of Justice Thomas, one of the
- 12:36Speaker 3: true American heroes, an incredible story. It's based on nine
- 12:40Speaker 3: and a half hours of one on one exclusive interviews
- 12:43Speaker 3: with Justice Thomas. Justice Thomas also joins US for Verdict
- 12:47Speaker 3: with Ted Cruz, a one on one podcast to tell
- 12:51Speaker 3: his story, both his life story and his incomparable jurisprudence.
- 12:55Speaker 3: You could pre order it right now at the website
- 12:58Speaker 3: Goingfurther dot com, Goingfurther dot Com, click on the link
- 13:02Speaker 3: now and free order the book today.
- 13:06Speaker 2: You look at these results, and let's just move into
- 13:09Speaker 2: Mundami and what is happening right now in New York.
- 13:13Speaker 2: If they if they gain power and they get in
- 13:16Speaker 2: positions of power, you now have a playbook of what
- 13:19Speaker 2: they're going to do with that power. Look at what
- 13:22Speaker 2: Mandani has done, and now we have another example of this,
- 13:25Speaker 2: even with his with his communist grocery stores. What's even
- 13:29Speaker 2: so funny about these grocery stores is he was asked
- 13:32Speaker 2: a question about these grocery store center and I'm sure
- 13:35Speaker 2: you saw this. It's gone viral where they're like, hey,
- 13:38Speaker 2: how do you going to police people coming in from
- 13:40Speaker 2: maybe outside of New York City to go these grocery
- 13:43Speaker 2: stores to buy these groceries at a reduced rate and IDs.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Yeah, id's yeah.
- 13:47Speaker 2: We just make sure they hold up their idea and
- 13:49Speaker 2: they show us that they actually live in New York City.
- 13:53Speaker 2: So you can vote in the election without showing an idea,
- 13:57Speaker 2: but you can't get your communist groceries without an eye.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Got it?
- 14:01Speaker 4: That is democrat logic.
- 14:03Speaker 3: If you want to vote, you don't need an ID.
- 14:05Speaker 3: In fact, we're going to stop anyone from asking for
- 14:07Speaker 3: an ID. If you want to buy government lettuce, show
- 14:11Speaker 3: me a damn ID U thief?
- 14:13Speaker 1: Yeah, how is that? Not, by the way, racist?
- 14:15Speaker 2: Because they said showing an ID was a form of
- 14:18Speaker 2: racism and yet to show an ID to buy milk
- 14:21Speaker 2: or eggs, that's not racist. I'm confused on their definition
- 14:25Speaker 2: of racism now.
- 14:26Speaker 3: And by the way, I want to read a thread
- 14:29Speaker 3: from a guy named Nick Konnas who is in the
- 14:32Speaker 3: grocery business, and it was actually a very interesting thread
- 14:36Speaker 3: that I read on Twitter. He said, I downloaded and
- 14:39Speaker 3: reviewed NYC's grocery store RFP as someone.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Who's built businesses and bought a lot of food.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Wow, forget for a moment whether the government should own
- 14:47Speaker 3: a grocery store.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Let's review the doc instead, let's here we go.
- 14:50Speaker 2: And by the way, for pure that don't know, RIP
- 14:52Speaker 2: is a request for a proposal. New York has put
- 14:54Speaker 2: out to the public these requests for proposals for people
- 14:57Speaker 2: that would want to run these communist grocery stores for them.
- 15:00Speaker 3: So NYC strongly prefers bidders who commit to all five stores.
- 15:03Speaker 3: There are going to be five government run grocery stores,
- 15:06Speaker 3: but three of the five sites haven't been identified. Bidders
- 15:10Speaker 3: are supposed to price unknown stores in unknown neighborhoods by
- 15:15Speaker 3: assuming their quote about fifteen thousand square feet, so you
- 15:20Speaker 3: don't know where it is, you don't know what's going on,
- 15:22Speaker 3: but you want to price it. Bidders get preference for
- 15:26Speaker 3: operating all five stores, presumably because scale lowers cost, but
- 15:31Speaker 3: New York City awards each store separately, so an all
- 15:34Speaker 3: five bidder may win only one they want scale pricing
- 15:39Speaker 3: while refusing to award scale. The scores must use a
- 15:45Speaker 3: limited SKU model. They must also carry full grocery departments,
- 15:49Speaker 3: household goods, culturally specific products, plus kosher, hallal, vegan, gluten
- 15:55Speaker 3: free dairy free and diabetic options makes sense. The the
- 16:00Speaker 3: RFP says stores won't have deli counters or on site
- 16:03Speaker 3: food prep, then it's core basket includes chicken, salad, eggs,
- 16:08Speaker 3: potato salad, fruit salad, and other deli prepared foods. So
- 16:11Speaker 3: a deli without a deli yeah, Oh, and you're going
- 16:16Speaker 3: to ship them in every day prepared, gotcha. NYC chooses
- 16:21Speaker 3: and pays for the design, equipment, refrigeration, and fit out.
- 16:26Speaker 3: The operator pays utilities, maintenance, cleaning, and security. So NYC
- 16:30Speaker 3: makes the capital decisions, will somebody else pays for the consequences.
- 16:35Speaker 4: That's how they control the goalposts.
- 16:38Speaker 3: The best quote unquote bid promises thirty percent discounts, best
- 16:43Speaker 3: in class wages and benefits, local sourcing, sustainability, community programs,
- 16:48Speaker 3: and full time jobs. Then twenty percent of the score
- 16:52Speaker 3: goes to whoever claims they need the least subsidy. Low
- 16:56Speaker 3: Balling is the strategy, and then cost overrun are guaranteed.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Core basket discounts must be universal quote sticker prices, not promotions.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Then the operator must create a membership card to quote
- 17:11Speaker 3: implement a discount program, which is it universal shelf price
- 17:17Speaker 3: or an ID card system by the way, also says
- 17:21Speaker 3: it's available to all people, and it doesn't even.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Properly target their goals.
- 17:26Speaker 3: Because the subsidy isn't targeted, no means tests anyone could
- 17:31Speaker 3: shop there, So taxpayers will subsidize groceries for affluent shoppers
- 17:35Speaker 3: who happen to live nearby, while needy families elsewhere get zero.
- 17:41Speaker 4: I always thought this was a terrible idea.
- 17:45Speaker 3: They could much better help people with money, and hey,
- 17:48Speaker 3: there are already programs that they could expand. But after
- 17:52Speaker 3: reading now I know it's a ridiculous idea. We have
- 17:56Speaker 3: an efficient system, just change the outcomes. So naturally one
- 18:01Speaker 3: asks why would they want to build crappy grocery stores.
- 18:06Speaker 3: There's that tenpenny word again, that have conflicting goals and
- 18:10Speaker 3: will be mismanaged because either that's their goal or else
- 18:15Speaker 3: they have no idea how actually to craft an RFP
- 18:19Speaker 3: a run a business. Perhaps my favorite page that I
- 18:23Speaker 3: had not included my original thread is just chef's kiss amazing.
- 18:30Speaker 3: How could you possibly estimate such a thing and such
- 18:33Speaker 3: a level of detail requested? You might want additional spreadsheets,
- 18:37Speaker 3: And then there's a spreadsheet that estimates the sales cost
- 18:40Speaker 3: core basket items, the sales cost non core basket items,
- 18:44Speaker 3: the cost of good souls, the cost of personnel, the
- 18:47Speaker 3: cost of other operational cost programmatic.
- 18:50Speaker 4: Like it is.
- 18:54Speaker 3: These are idiots who've never run a business, who don't
- 18:57Speaker 3: know how to run a business, who are like, let's
- 19:00Speaker 3: give away a bunch of free crap. Let's order people
- 19:03Speaker 3: to give away free crap. Let's not actually think about
- 19:07Speaker 3: how they get the stuff to give away. And isn't
- 19:11Speaker 3: this awesome? We're communists, Yeah, there is a reason. Do
- 19:16Speaker 3: you remember the moment the Soviet Union fell?
- 19:19Speaker 2: I remember vividly being at my grandfather's house watching the
- 19:24Speaker 2: Berlin Wall come down, and I remember my grandfather getting
- 19:28Speaker 2: a piece of that Berlin wall. That was my most
- 19:31Speaker 2: vivid memories a kid of like watching everything kind of
- 19:34Speaker 2: fall into place.
- 19:35Speaker 1: If you said, what was that moment, that would be
- 19:37Speaker 1: the moment for me.
- 19:38Speaker 3: So I will tell you there was a moment at
- 19:41Speaker 3: the time when the Soviet Union was collapsing. You were
- 19:43Speaker 3: not a Texan. You were up in Memphis, you were
- 19:47Speaker 3: not living in Texas.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Yep.
- 19:49Speaker 3: You may remember in the nineteen nineties Boris Yeltson visited Texas.
- 19:53Speaker 3: He visited Houston, Texas.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Oh, and I've watched those videos of him going to
- 19:56Speaker 2: the grocery stores.
- 19:58Speaker 3: And he went to a Randall's grocery store store and
- 20:01Speaker 3: he walked down the aisles and he saw like dozens
- 20:06Speaker 3: and hundreds of choices frozen food and vegetables and everything.
- 20:10Speaker 3: And he looked at amazement because the Soviet grocery store,
- 20:13Speaker 3: you had one type of bread, you had one type
- 20:16Speaker 3: of soup, one type of meat, like whatever you had.
- 20:19Speaker 3: You had no choices. And he looked at that and
- 20:22Speaker 3: there was a moment when he realized communism can never
- 20:26Speaker 3: compete with free enterprise. Yep, Mandami is literally saying, give
- 20:32Speaker 3: us the Soviet model.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Yeah, and we think it'll work.
- 20:38Speaker 2: And here's my other question over under on getting a
- 20:42Speaker 2: legitimate company, not like political propaganda BS, but a legitimate
- 20:47Speaker 2: company to actually try to run these grocery stores. Do
- 20:50Speaker 2: you think that they're going to get these requests for
- 20:53Speaker 2: proposals that aren't you know already the deb You know
- 20:55Speaker 2: you're playing the game where it's a genuine grocery's Like, Yep,
- 20:59Speaker 2: I can do this, and I want to do this
- 21:01Speaker 2: business model. I think it can make money. I don't
- 21:03Speaker 2: think anybody would do it.
- 21:05Speaker 4: I don't know how you do business on that. These
- 21:07Speaker 4: grocery stores are going to go broke, They're going to
- 21:10Speaker 4: have shortages.
- 21:11Speaker 3: They are requiring IDs, which is the most laughable.
- 21:16Speaker 5: Yea.
- 21:16Speaker 3: The Democrat part is fully vested in saying IDs are horrible, racist,
- 21:20Speaker 3: evil things, and they're requiring IDs.
- 21:24Speaker 4: To shop at the grocery stores.
- 21:26Speaker 3: And this is going to be And by the way,
- 21:29Speaker 3: if they succeeded, they would drive out of business the bodegas.
- 21:32Speaker 3: If you're a small Hispanic business owner, the Democrats want
- 21:38Speaker 3: to bankrupt you. And look, I want you to listen. Listen,
- 21:43Speaker 3: for example, to Van Jones, who is a very left
- 21:47Speaker 3: wing commentator. Listen to him talking about the Communist Party
- 21:50Speaker 3: the Democrat Party, give a listen.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Now, before we get to that, I do want to
- 21:53Speaker 2: talk to you real quick about how you can get
- 21:56Speaker 2: involved and pray for the people that are in desperate
- 21:59Speaker 2: need right now in Israel. The headlines they may change,
- 22:03Speaker 2: the threats facing Israel, they remain. And while much of
- 22:07Speaker 2: the world has moved on from that story of Israel
- 22:10Speaker 2: being under attack to the next one, Israeli families they
- 22:14Speaker 2: continue living with the reality of terrorism, uncertainty, and recovery now,
- 22:19Speaker 2: communities they remain on alert. Parents still think twice before
- 22:22Speaker 2: sending their children back to school, and families continue rebuilding
- 22:27Speaker 2: their lives, knowing the next siren could come without warning.
- 22:31Speaker 2: As Christians were called to stand with God's children in
- 22:35Speaker 2: times of need, just like it is right now. And
- 22:38Speaker 2: that's why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews remains
- 22:42Speaker 2: on the ground in the Holy Land each and every day,
- 22:44Speaker 2: and they're providing life saving aid, food for struggling families,
- 22:48Speaker 2: emergency assistants, even bomb shelters, and critical support for those
- 22:53Speaker 2: impacted by this war. Even after the cameras leave and
- 22:57Speaker 2: the headlines fade, the Fellowship remains committed to Israel's most vulnerable.
- 23:01Speaker 2: And that's why I'm asking to join the International Fellowship
- 23:04Speaker 2: of Christians and Jews in simply praying for the people
- 23:07Speaker 2: of Israel, for their protection, for their strength, and for
- 23:11Speaker 2: a lasting peace, because together we can remind God's people
- 23:15Speaker 2: that they are not alone. If you want to know
- 23:17Speaker 2: what to pray for, you can go right now and
- 23:20Speaker 2: stand with Israel and prayer by visiting pray IFCJ dot org.
- 23:25Speaker 1: That's prey IFCJ dot org. Okay Van Jones. What are
- 23:30Speaker 1: the stakes here for Democrats?
- 23:33Speaker 6: Look, this is the whole ball of wax. I'm from Jackson, Tennessee.
- 23:38Speaker 6: There's a guy named gil Scott Heron, I who had
- 23:41Speaker 6: a great poem. It was called the Revolution will not
- 23:44Speaker 6: be televised. Gil Scott Heron is wrong. The revolution is
- 23:48Speaker 6: being televised and podcasts and streamed and elected tonight.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Why is that.
- 23:56Speaker 6: It's because there is a credibility gap that's opened up
- 24:00Speaker 6: between the Democratic Party establishment and this insurgency. People are
- 24:04Speaker 6: looking at people and they're saying, you've been telling us
- 24:07Speaker 6: the same thing for a long time, and our lives
- 24:08Speaker 6: are not eating better. We got Donald Trump twice. There's
- 24:11Speaker 6: also an innovation gap. Why can you spend sixty million
- 24:16Speaker 6: dollars and get woo like this? Because the old model
- 24:20Speaker 6: was you get the donors to get the consultants to
- 24:24Speaker 6: buy a bunch of ads, and you win. That's how
- 24:26Speaker 6: you get attention. This movement says, I don't need donors, ads,
- 24:30Speaker 6: I don't need consultants. I'm going right to the people
- 24:33Speaker 6: with TikTok and grassroots, and they've disintermediated the entire donor class,
- 24:38Speaker 6: mediated the entire consulting class, and this is a revolution,
- 24:41Speaker 6: and so this is going to happen again and again.
- 24:44Speaker 6: The Democratic Party is now Blockbuster, These kids are Netflix.
- 24:48Speaker 6: We are selling CDs out the trunk. This is a
- 24:52Speaker 6: napster becoming Spotify, and it's happened in the night.
- 24:54Speaker 2: By the way, I'm trying to figure out exactly what
- 24:57Speaker 2: Van Jones is saying there is a tear or is
- 25:01Speaker 2: he just saying I guess I gotta get on board
- 25:03Speaker 2: with this center, Like, which one is it? That was
- 25:05Speaker 2: a weird way of putting it, because it's like, is
- 25:08Speaker 2: he saying that's a mistake or is he saying, well,
- 25:11Speaker 2: this is.
- 25:11Speaker 1: The reality, so we better just get on board with it.
- 25:13Speaker 1: What is it? I'm not sure.
- 25:15Speaker 4: I think it's more of the former.
- 25:17Speaker 3: I think Van is My read on that is that
- 25:20Speaker 3: he's being courageous and saying this is a dangerous thing
- 25:23Speaker 3: that is happening. But he's also saying what I said
- 25:26Speaker 3: at the beginning of this podcast, this is the energy,
- 25:28Speaker 3: this is the heart, this is where the Democrat Party
- 25:31Speaker 3: is and it's driving it forward. All right here, I
- 25:35Speaker 3: want you to listen to Francesca Honk. For Francesca Hank
- 25:38Speaker 3: is likely to be the Democrat nominee to be governor
- 25:40Speaker 3: of Wisconsin. Wisconsin is a purple state. Donald Trump carried
- 25:44Speaker 3: Wisconsin in twenty twenty four. Wisconsin is elected. It has
- 25:48Speaker 3: a Republican Senator, Ron Johnson is elected numerous Republican governors.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Francesca Han is a full on communist.
- 25:56Speaker 4: But I want to listen.
- 25:57Speaker 3: I want you to listen to her on CNN pplaining
- 26:00Speaker 3: why she hates Thanksgiving and wants to cancel Thanksgiving.
- 26:03Speaker 4: Care give a listen.
- 26:04Speaker 7: One thing that they brought up as well was a
- 26:06Speaker 7: post from you in twenty twenty one where you said
- 26:10Speaker 7: Americans should cancel Thanksgiving. Should have done this in sixteen
- 26:13Speaker 7: twenty one. The post has been deleted. Republicans have been
- 26:17Speaker 7: highlighting it. Do you still believe that Thanksgiving should be canceled.
- 26:24Speaker 5: I'm a chef and one of the first meals that
- 26:27Speaker 5: I made that was for the community when I was sixteen,
- 26:32Speaker 5: was a Thanksgiving meal.
- 26:34Speaker 4: No.
- 26:34Speaker 5: I always think my hospitality background in owning a restaurant
- 26:38Speaker 5: for seven eight years, that bringing folks around the table
- 26:42Speaker 5: to share conversation and build community is always a good thing.
- 26:46Speaker 5: But Thanksgiving is also a time that's incredibly painful for
- 26:50Speaker 5: many people in our communities, and so I think there
- 26:53Speaker 5: I wanted to make sure that people understood that there
- 26:56Speaker 5: are multiple views, but views can evolve and the position
- 27:01Speaker 5: that I'm running for right now, and I think my
- 27:03Speaker 5: background as a chef will actually help me become a
- 27:06Speaker 5: better governor that's able to bring more people to the table.
- 27:10Speaker 1: That is one heck of a sales pitch right there, Senator.
- 27:14Speaker 4: So that was Caitlyn Collins let CNN.
- 27:16Speaker 3: She asked the question, and if you're not watching this
- 27:19Speaker 3: on YouTube or on video, you need to watch Caitlyn
- 27:22Speaker 3: Collins eyes because she's listening to her. She asked the question, Hey,
- 27:28Speaker 3: you're running for governor Wisconsin. Do you still want to
- 27:32Speaker 3: cancel Thanksgiving? And it's clear Caitlyn Collins wants her to say, no,
- 27:37Speaker 3: I love Thanksgiving like America is great. No, we don't
- 27:40Speaker 3: want to cancel Thanksgiving. Yeah, And Francesca Hung is like no, no, no,
- 27:44Speaker 3: there's much many people who are horrified by Thanksgiving and
- 27:46Speaker 3: the hate America and those are my people.
- 27:48Speaker 4: So I'm not going to say that I'm a chef.
- 27:50Speaker 4: You know, I once made a Thanksgiving meal like like.
- 27:55Speaker 3: It's the most I got to say that clip if
- 27:59Speaker 3: sat Live was willing to make fun of leftists. Yeah,
- 28:03Speaker 3: that's perfectly spreaded, It's perfectly cast.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Do you want to cancel and understand?
- 28:11Speaker 3: So these communists, they hate capitalism, they hate property rights,
- 28:17Speaker 3: they hate the Constitution, they hate free speech, they hate
- 28:21Speaker 3: religious liberty, they hate the Second Amendment.
- 28:25Speaker 4: They hate America. Gives me no joy to say that.
- 28:32Speaker 3: Yeah, they think America is an evil, repressive, racist, oppressive.
- 28:37Speaker 4: Place and they want to destroy it.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Yep.
- 28:41Speaker 3: And so look that communist hates Thanksgiving. You know what
- 28:46Speaker 3: she also hates and I don't even need to ask.
- 28:48Speaker 3: She hates the fourth of July. She hates Christmas.
- 28:52Speaker 4: She hates Easter. Oh, god knows, she hates Easter. I
- 28:58Speaker 4: think they're two holiday.
- 29:00Speaker 3: She likes June tenth and kwansa yeah and even no, no, no, okay,
- 29:05Speaker 3: hold on, I'm sorry.
- 29:06Speaker 4: I made a major mistake. May Day.
- 29:08Speaker 3: May Day the time to celebrate communists takeovers and oppression
- 29:15Speaker 3: that she supports. But everything about America. By the way,
- 29:18Speaker 3: if you are a Christian, she hates you. If you're
- 29:21Speaker 3: a Jew, she hates you. If you are in business,
- 29:24Speaker 3: she hates you. If you love America, she hates you.
- 29:29Speaker 3: And the same is true with El Sayed, the same
- 29:32Speaker 3: is true with Mondami, these communists, And this is something
- 29:38Speaker 3: I've said in a number.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Of TV interviews.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Look, there are Republicans who are right now beating their
- 29:45Speaker 3: chests and say this is great. The Democrat Party is
- 29:48Speaker 3: going Craig Ray, so we're going to win in November.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Because they're so extreme, we're gonna win. I am not
- 29:53Speaker 3: celebrating this. Look, history shows there's a pendulum to politics. Yes,
- 30:00Speaker 3: fortunaten'tly the Democrats will win again. I wish they wouldn't.
- 30:03Speaker 3: I don't want them to. But there is going to
- 30:06Speaker 3: be another Democrat president yea. And I would like both
- 30:12Speaker 3: national parties to be normal people who are not frigging insane. Yes,
- 30:17Speaker 3: like when there's the next Democrat president, and I hope
- 30:20Speaker 3: I would be thrilled if that doesn't happen in our lifetime,
- 30:23Speaker 3: but it will. I would like the next Democrat president
- 30:27Speaker 3: not to be a communist who hates America. And what
- 30:32Speaker 3: is happening to the Democrat Party? Is there other than
- 30:37Speaker 3: John Fetterman, Is there one Democrat willing to say no,
- 30:41Speaker 3: we will not let our party be taken over.
- 30:43Speaker 4: And by the way, in the Republican Party.
- 30:46Speaker 3: I'm standing up and saying to the anti Semites that
- 30:48Speaker 3: are trying to take over our party, no, we will
- 30:51Speaker 3: not be a Jew hating Israel hating, anti capitalist, anti
- 30:55Speaker 3: American party. Get the hell out of our party. If
- 30:57Speaker 3: that's who you are, you're not welcome. I'm doing that
- 31:00Speaker 3: in our party other than John Fetterman. Is there one
- 31:04Speaker 3: Democrat doing it that in the party.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Yeah, they're all terrified. We're gonna keep exposing them. We're
- 31:09Speaker 2: gonna keep watching them. Don't forget. We do the show Monday,
- 31:12Speaker 2: Wednesday and Friday. Hit that subscriber auto download button and
- 31:15Speaker 2: the Senate I will see you back here on Friday morning.
