- 0:00Speaker 1: If you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed in your life, I
- 0:03Speaker 1: am telling you, when you give yourself a simple structure
- 0:08Speaker 1: in your morning, it can transform the rest of your day.
- 0:11Speaker 1: There's a lot of different reasons why people fail with
- 0:13Speaker 1: morning routines. All these different things that people say that
- 0:16Speaker 1: are so extreme, right? thinking that it needs to be complicated,
- 0:20Speaker 1: feeling like there's just too many things. I got to
- 0:22Speaker 1: take a cold shower. I got to take a hot shower.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I got to do Epsom salt. I got to read
- 0:27Speaker 1: a full book in the morning. I got to write
- 0:29Speaker 1: a thousand pages. It's like, no one has that type
- 0:32Speaker 1: of time to do all these different things. And that's
- 0:34Speaker 1: where I see people, they go all extreme. They're like, okay,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I'm going to dive all in and do all these things.
- 0:39Speaker 1: And then after three days, they realize this is unsustainable.
- 0:42Speaker 1: I can't do this. I've done all these different things, guys.
- 0:44Speaker 1: I've tried 95% of the morning routine, biohacking, things that
- 0:50Speaker 1: you could do. We got to start simplifying our mornings.
- 0:54Speaker 1: We got to create some structure and simplicity so we
- 0:57Speaker 1: can create something that works for us for this season
- 1:00Speaker 1: of life that supports us in feeling centered and balanced
- 1:04Speaker 1: in a chaotic world. By the end of this training,
- 1:08Speaker 1: you're going to have five proven tools, strategies, and breakthrough
- 1:11Speaker 1: insights to craft the ultimate morning routine to get more
- 1:15Speaker 1: of what you want. Secret number one, have a meaningful mission.
- 1:20Speaker 1: A lot of people don't have clarity on what their
- 1:23Speaker 1: mission is for this season of life. I'm not saying, okay,
- 1:27Speaker 1: you're 25 years old. You got to be like, I'm
- 1:28Speaker 1: going to cure cancer. Like you don't have to have
- 1:30Speaker 1: this mission of like, I'm going to change the world
- 1:33Speaker 1: for the rest of my life. And I'm clear on
- 1:34Speaker 1: my mission. You don't need that. You know, each season
- 1:36Speaker 1: of life for me has evolved with a different meaningful mission.
- 1:40Speaker 1: When I was playing sports, I was like, I just
- 1:42Speaker 1: want to be the best athlete I can be and
- 1:44Speaker 1: accomplish certain goals while I'm playing sports. Once I launched
- 1:47Speaker 1: my first business, my meaningful mission was to get off
- 1:50Speaker 1: my sister's couch. That was my first meaningful mission when
- 1:52Speaker 1: I was broke, living on my sister's couch. But a
- 1:54Speaker 1: meaningful mission is what will support you. It's discovering your
- 1:58Speaker 1: unique gifts and talents to pursue your meaningful mission and
- 2:02Speaker 1: make the maximum impact on the people around you. That
- 2:05Speaker 1: doesn't mean you need to change millions of lives or
- 2:07Speaker 1: thousands of lives. It can be, I want to make
- 2:09Speaker 1: an impact. on the five core people around me, the
- 2:12Speaker 1: people that I'm spending the most time with, the people
- 2:14Speaker 1: that I care about, that I love. And then once
- 2:16Speaker 1: I've gotten there, how could I give more? But the
- 2:20Speaker 1: secret that I think a lot of people don't talk
- 2:22Speaker 1: about is mastering the night so you can master the morning.
- 2:26Speaker 1: So here's why this is so important. Two out of
- 2:28Speaker 1: three people who prepare their morning routines the night before
- 2:33Speaker 1: report having lower stress levels. 44% of people with morning
- 2:37Speaker 1: routines report that prepare the night before. Now, I'm not
- 2:41Speaker 1: telling you you need to freaking do an ice tub
- 2:44Speaker 1: for two hours the night before. I'm not telling you
- 2:46Speaker 1: you need to meditate for 60 minutes. I'm not telling
- 2:50Speaker 1: you you need to do a Epsom salt bath or
- 2:53Speaker 1: do a sauna. I'm not telling you to do all
- 2:55Speaker 1: these crazy things. I'm just saying you want to prepare
- 2:58Speaker 1: the night before. Three things that I do before the night. One,
- 3:02Speaker 1: I reflect on the day. I think about what worked today,
- 3:05Speaker 1: what didn't work today. So this doesn't have to be
- 3:09Speaker 1: an hour, right? This is a few moments. I think
- 3:12Speaker 1: in my mind, how did I show up today? Did
- 3:14Speaker 1: my highest version of myself show up the way I
- 3:16Speaker 1: wanted to show up? In the good moments, in the
- 3:19Speaker 1: challenging moments, and everything in between. The next thing I do,
- 3:23Speaker 1: I really prepare the next day by setting myself up
- 3:25Speaker 1: for success. Okay, I'm doing my workout first thing in
- 3:28Speaker 1: the morning. So I put my shoes out. I've got
- 3:30Speaker 1: my gym bag. I've got everything ready the night before.
- 3:33Speaker 1: So I'm not waking up, fumbling around, thinking, ah, where
- 3:35Speaker 1: is my clothes? Where is this? I've got things packed
- 3:38Speaker 1: in my backpack to go to my studio, my gym
- 3:41Speaker 1: bag packed, things ready and organized so that I can
- 3:46Speaker 1: declutter my mind. And then at the end of the night,
- 3:49Speaker 1: what are three things you're grateful for? And if you
- 3:52Speaker 1: feel stressed and overwhelmed in the day and you step
- 3:54Speaker 1: into gratitude, your energy automatically starts to shift. Secret number three,
- 4:00Speaker 1: setting your intentions. Setting your intentions. This is huge. So
- 4:04Speaker 1: a clear intention helps you go into your day already
- 4:07Speaker 1: feeling accomplished and it gives you clarity. We have a
- 4:10Speaker 1: couple of things in our life. We have our thoughts
- 4:13Speaker 1: and what we think about. And we have our daily actions.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You know, what we do, our thoughts and our actions.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And if those are not in alignment of your highest
- 4:23Speaker 1: version of yourself, I'm not saying you've got to be
- 4:25Speaker 1: perfect all the time, but if they're not in alignment,
- 4:27Speaker 1: you're going to feel off balance. You're going to feel stressed.
- 4:29Speaker 1: You're going to feel overwhelmed. So what can you intentionally
- 4:32Speaker 1: commit to that you can complete on a daily basis?
- 4:36Speaker 1: I'd love for you to write in the comments. What
- 4:37Speaker 1: can you intentionally commit to? And maybe you can't commit
- 4:40Speaker 1: to much. Maybe it's that I can commit to waking
- 4:42Speaker 1: up and saying, thank you. Thank you for another day.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Thank you for another lesson. Thank you for another breath.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Maybe it's I can wake up and I do five
- 4:52Speaker 1: push-ups and I can set the intention I'm going to
- 4:54Speaker 1: do that. Or five minutes of walking. Or 10 minutes
- 4:58Speaker 1: of meditation. Whatever it is your goals are of this
- 5:03Speaker 1: season of life. If it's I'm going to read for
- 5:05Speaker 1: 10 minutes. I'm going to write for 10 minutes. I'm
- 5:07Speaker 1: going to do some action to support the vision I have.
- 5:11Speaker 1: The mission I have. It's not about I need to
- 5:14Speaker 1: do the extreme biohacking stuff. It's setting the intention and
- 5:17Speaker 1: the actions first. that will support you in your meaningful mission.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Secret number four is simple and consistent. It's really hard
- 5:25Speaker 1: when you have extremes that you want to do every day.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I'm going to do four hours morning routine where I
- 5:30Speaker 1: wake up at 3.30 a.m. and train for two hours
- 5:32Speaker 1: and then do this thing and then this thing. That
- 5:34Speaker 1: is so challenging to sustain. And that only works for
- 5:38Speaker 1: a very small personality type, right? I'm not saying that
- 5:41Speaker 1: couldn't be you, but I don't think it's necessary to
- 5:44Speaker 1: be successful. What I did over the last 10 years
- 5:47Speaker 1: is I was simple, And I was consistent. So what's
- 5:49Speaker 1: one habit you can make more simple to be consistent with?
- 5:54Speaker 1: You know, if you just say, I'm going to do
- 5:56Speaker 1: a five-minute meditation. Once you get started, then you can
- 5:59Speaker 1: extend it to 10, 20 if you want to. You
- 6:02Speaker 1: don't have to commit to, I'm going to do an
- 6:03Speaker 1: hour a day of this. It's starting small, simple, and
- 6:07Speaker 1: consistent will set you up for that sustained success. Secret
- 6:11Speaker 1: number five is to practice a greatness mindset. Now, what
- 6:15Speaker 1: is a greatness mindset? Practicing the greatness mindset is the
- 6:19Speaker 1: foundation for everything. It's the foundation that will help you
- 6:23Speaker 1: overcome all of your insecurities, all your fears, all your self-doubt.
- 6:27Speaker 1: It's the thing that actually holds people back from taking
- 6:31Speaker 1: the consistent, simple actions. The greatness mindset is the thing
- 6:35Speaker 1: you need to overcome all insecurities, all fears, all self-doubt,
- 6:39Speaker 1: all traumas, all pain, anything that has held you back
- 6:42Speaker 1: in your life from that feeling inside. How many of
- 6:46Speaker 1: you would love to have that feeling? But there feels like, man,
- 6:49Speaker 1: I just feel stuck or something's off. And you're thinking
- 6:52Speaker 1: to yourself, but I've, you know, I've been successful. I've
- 6:55Speaker 1: got a great relationship. I've got a partner in my
- 6:57Speaker 1: life that loves me. I've got kids and family. I've got,
- 7:00Speaker 1: you know, this great job or I've got this, you know,
- 7:03Speaker 1: business or I've made a lot of money or I should,
- 7:05Speaker 1: you know, but why am I not feeling fulfilled inside?
- 7:08Speaker 1: What is that reason that something is off? Before you
- 7:13Speaker 1: have something, you've got to commit to being who your
- 7:17Speaker 1: dreams and goals are that you need to be. Listen,
- 7:21Speaker 1: the last two years, the last two years have been
- 7:25Speaker 1: a big challenge for a lot of people. So no
- 7:29Speaker 1: matter where you're at right now, you've got to give
- 7:32Speaker 1: yourself grace for where you're at. You've got to give
- 7:34Speaker 1: yourself some compassion for where you're at. And you've got
- 7:38Speaker 1: to understand that that no matter how bad it's been
- 7:42Speaker 1: in the past, you can make a decision right now
- 7:46Speaker 1: and start taking different habits towards your morning routine, towards
- 7:50Speaker 1: your energy, towards life, and start shifting it. You know,
- 7:53Speaker 1: the thoughts and the daily decisions we make create the
- 7:58Speaker 1: environment and the results in our life. Thank you.
