- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the past few weeks, we've been talking
- 0:07Speaker 1: about the battle between Katy Fang and the Department of
- 0:10Speaker 1: Justice over some unredacted Epstein files that she claims should
- 0:16Speaker 1: have been made public and after failing to get the
- 0:18Speaker 1: information she was looking for using the freedom of information process,
- 0:23Speaker 1: she decided to escalate things and file a lawsuit. Well,
- 0:27Speaker 1: the judge ruled in her favor, and after that ruling,
- 0:31Speaker 1: the DOJ, led by Todd Baby Billy Blanche, has been
- 0:35Speaker 1: slow walking the process for as long as humanly possible.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Unfortunately for Todd Blanche, Judge Emmitt Sullivan is not the
- 0:42Speaker 1: one and after ruling in favor of Katy Fang, he
- 0:45Speaker 1: expected the DOJ to comply, and, of course, in typical
- 0:49Speaker 1: Todd Blanche DOJ fashion, they tried to have a workaround.
- 0:53Speaker 1: They tried to avoid handing over the information that was
- 0:58Speaker 1: ordered to be handed over, But after a lot of
- 1:00Speaker 1: pressure from the court, those documents have now been handed
- 1:04Speaker 1: over to Judge Emmett Sullivan. So today we have an
- 1:09Speaker 1: article from AlterNet and the headline Blanche surrenders unredacted Epstein
- 1:14Speaker 1: files within minutes of judge's deadline. This article was authored
- 1:19Speaker 1: by Adam Lynch, President Donald Trump's interim ag Todd Baby Billy.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Blanche appears to have given up the ghost on hiding
- 1:27Speaker 1: information that could potentially out cohorts of convicted Jeffrey Epstein. Well,
- 1:34Speaker 1: that would be nice, Huh. Isn't that the whole entire goal.
- 1:36Speaker 1: I thought the whole entire point was for some transparency,
- 1:40Speaker 1: so we could see what happened, who was involved, who
- 1:43Speaker 1: made the decisions. Have we gotten any of that information? Instead,
- 1:47Speaker 1: we keep getting the run around without even getting a
- 1:50Speaker 1: reach around. Reporter Kady Fang recently grabbed a huge win
- 1:55Speaker 1: against Blanche and his crusade to keep the Epstein files
- 1:58Speaker 1: under wraps. After months of stalling by the Trump administration
- 2:03Speaker 1: and ignoring the letter of the new law demanding the
- 2:05Speaker 1: release of the sex traffickers files, US District Judge M. G.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Sullivan demanded insight on Trump's longtime friendship. Sullivan sided with
- 2:15Speaker 1: the former MS NOW show host Fang in her lawsuit
- 2:18Speaker 1: demanding the Trump administration adhere to the Epstein Transparency Act.
- 2:23Speaker 1: That seems a bit out of pocket. No, I thought
- 2:25Speaker 1: that this administration was the most transparent administration in the
- 2:29Speaker 1: history of America, isn't that what we were told? Well,
- 2:32Speaker 1: this administration is the most transparent administration you're ever gonna see. Meanwhile,
- 2:38Speaker 1: back here in reality, they're fighting tooth and nail to
- 2:42Speaker 1: defend the network of a human trafficking child molesture. And look,
- 2:47Speaker 1: I know the DOJ has been in bed with some
- 2:49Speaker 1: very bad people in the past, but this is a
- 2:51Speaker 1: step too far. If you want to get into bed
- 2:54Speaker 1: with some kind the mafia guy, cool, and you're going
- 2:56Speaker 1: after other mafia dudes, great, you motherfuckers. Let this dude
- 3:02Speaker 1: do what he did for all these years. Let all
- 3:04Speaker 1: these people get hurt. And now you're acting like you
- 3:07Speaker 1: had nothing to do with it, like nobody knew what
- 3:09Speaker 1: Epstein was, like, nobody was running him. Come on, it's
- 3:13Speaker 1: rather obvious that Jeffrey Epstein was being protected. The only
- 3:17Speaker 1: question at this point is by who, And unfortunately, I
- 3:22Speaker 1: doubt we're ever gonna know, because if you think that
- 3:26Speaker 1: the files that the DOJ has are the only Epstein
- 3:29Speaker 1: files in existence, you're going to be in for a
- 3:31Speaker 1: big surprise because the DOJ and the FBI, well they
- 3:35Speaker 1: have the crumbs, but Langley and the Cia, they have
- 3:40Speaker 1: the cake. Fang predicted on Wednesday that Blanche, Trump's former
- 3:44Speaker 1: personal defense attorney, would try to get an appeal to
- 3:47Speaker 1: install the release of the redacted information, but she acknowledged
- 3:51Speaker 1: that this would be very difficult because Judge Sullivan had
- 3:54Speaker 1: already denied on two occasions to get a stay or
- 3:58Speaker 1: a delay, and having to conly like, why would the
- 4:01Speaker 1: DOJ need to stay? Why would they need another pause?
- 4:06Speaker 1: Don't they have everything they need? Don't they know what
- 4:09Speaker 1: they have in their possession? Didn't they spend hours going
- 4:11Speaker 1: through it? Isn't that what they told us? Oh, we
- 4:14Speaker 1: pulled the lawyers from all different divisions and everybody went
- 4:17Speaker 1: through it. And these other three million documents, well they're unresponsive,
- 4:20Speaker 1: they're duplicative, and around and around we go. And I
- 4:23Speaker 1: know that there's like a big stink in the Senate
- 4:25Speaker 1: right now about getting mister Blanche confirmed. But I think
- 4:30Speaker 1: when all the said and done, he's going to get
- 4:31Speaker 1: that confirmation, even if that means that Trump pulls it
- 4:34Speaker 1: back for a minute, waits for Tillis and Cornyn to
- 4:37Speaker 1: finish their term, and then goes ahead with what he
- 4:40Speaker 1: wanted to do. When he gets some senators in there
- 4:42Speaker 1: that are willing to play ball, because we all know
- 4:45Speaker 1: that that's what's coming. The reason that Trump went after
- 4:49Speaker 1: the people he went after is because they weren't down
- 4:51Speaker 1: with his agenda. So we had to purge the party
- 4:54Speaker 1: of non believers. And that's exactly what he did. So
- 4:59Speaker 1: you know, whoever or else comes in is probably gonna
- 5:02Speaker 1: play ball. But instead Blanche handed over the unredacted information
- 5:07Speaker 1: to Sullivan to review, possibly for release to the public.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Well that's nice, huh. Imagine doing what the judge tells you,
- 5:15Speaker 1: like the rest of us would have to. Imagine if
- 5:17Speaker 1: the judge gave you an order right after you did
- 5:20Speaker 1: something wrong or you were, you know, in some kind
- 5:22Speaker 1: of legal dispute, and you decided just to do whatever
- 5:24Speaker 1: you wanted instead. How do you think the court would react.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Do you think they just shrugged their shoulders and be like, ah,
- 5:31Speaker 1: you know, we did the best we could. Ah shucks,
- 5:35Speaker 1: I guess we should just move on. Or do you
- 5:38Speaker 1: think they'd make your ass comply one way or the other,
- 5:41Speaker 1: whether that's you come in under your own compulsion or
- 5:44Speaker 1: they drag you in kicking and screaming. But I assure
- 5:48Speaker 1: you you're gonna have to answer for your bullshit, Jeffrey
- 5:51Speaker 1: Epstein and his friends, Well, I guess not defending Todd. Blanche,
- 5:56Speaker 1: in his official capacity as Acting Attorney General of the
- 5:59Speaker 1: United States, respectfully submits the notice of compliance with the
- 6:03Speaker 1: Order of this Court dated July twenty fifth, twenty twenty six,
- 6:07Speaker 1: requiring defendants submit certain documentation to the Court for an
- 6:11Speaker 1: in camera review. And I think that should be the
- 6:15Speaker 1: bare minimum. Let the judge look at it, let him
- 6:18Speaker 1: see what's going on, what's up, what it contains, and
- 6:22Speaker 1: if it's something that the public should see. And my
- 6:24Speaker 1: guess is the public should see it. When I tell you,
- 6:27Speaker 1: I want full transparency, that's what I mean. Not partial,
- 6:30Speaker 1: not some not maybe full transparency. Besides the names of
- 6:35Speaker 1: people who were harmed, everybody else should be named. And
- 6:38Speaker 1: if that brings you shame, good, why the fuck were
- 6:41Speaker 1: you hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein in the first place.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Blanche and critics on social media also noted that Blanche
- 6:47Speaker 1: submitted hard copied documents to the court's chambers be a
- 6:51Speaker 1: hand deliver at two twenty eight pm on July thirtieth,
- 6:55Speaker 1: within close proximity to the day's deadline. Of course, drag
- 6:58Speaker 1: it out all the way to the end and hope
- 7:01Speaker 1: for the best. That's always been the goal. And I've
- 7:03Speaker 1: been telling you that from the very beginning over a
- 7:05Speaker 1: year now. For the people that just showed up anyway,
- 7:08Speaker 1: for those of you who have been here for a while,
- 7:10Speaker 1: well I've been telling you that for seven years. But
- 7:13Speaker 1: the truth remains. All they want to do is run
- 7:16Speaker 1: the clock out. That's always been the goal, no matter
- 7:19Speaker 1: the administration, no matter the DOJ or who's in charge
- 7:22Speaker 1: of it, that's the goal. This is mutually assured destruction. Okay,
- 7:27Speaker 1: for all the old school type of politicians, maybe not
- 7:30Speaker 1: the new school ones, maybe like these new Democrats that
- 7:33Speaker 1: have shown up, you know, DSA or whatever. They don't
- 7:36Speaker 1: have any ties to Ebstein and they're willing to watch
- 7:38Speaker 1: the whole thing burn. But up until recently, these politicians
- 7:44Speaker 1: and these people in power, they all knew that they
- 7:47Speaker 1: had friends that would be affected by this, so they
- 7:50Speaker 1: weren't going to bring it up. I mean, look, we
- 7:53Speaker 1: have Catherine Rumler. She was an advisor to Joe Biden,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and not only that, but she was a house counsel
- 7:59Speaker 1: to Barack Obama. So let's not act like this is
- 8:02Speaker 1: a one Way Street. The problem is so deep and
- 8:05Speaker 1: the rot is so corrosive that it's affected the whole
- 8:08Speaker 1: entire political understructure, whether that's on the right or the left.
- 8:12Speaker 1: The corruption and the rot runs deep. Ms NOW Senior
- 8:20Speaker 1: legal reporter Lisa Rubin noted on X that of the
- 8:23Speaker 1: ten documents at issue, the DOJ does not identify their
- 8:27Speaker 1: adapted information as pertaining to a victim or a law
- 8:30Speaker 1: enforcement personnel. Instead, it says it's just P two or
- 8:34Speaker 1: a personally identifiable information, which is wholly unacceptable unless it
- 8:40Speaker 1: has something to do with survivors, sorry, and the whole
- 8:43Speaker 1: law enforcement personnel. How are we supposed to hold anybody
- 8:46Speaker 1: accountable if we don't know who's working on these cases?
- 8:50Speaker 1: Like how many of these FBI agents went on to
- 8:52Speaker 1: do other things and fuck those other things up? My
- 8:55Speaker 1: guess is a lot. How many of these jerk off
- 8:57Speaker 1: CIA agents running around on the end had something to
- 9:01Speaker 1: do with Epstein. My guess is at least some of them.
- 9:05Speaker 1: So the whole entire point of the EFTA was so
- 9:10Speaker 1: that we could find out what happened, who was involved,
- 9:12Speaker 1: who made decisions, who signed this, who signed that, But
- 9:15Speaker 1: of course we got none of that, and now the
- 9:18Speaker 1: DOJ wants us to believe that there's somebody we can trust,
- 9:22Speaker 1: that we can trust their investigation methods, that we can
- 9:26Speaker 1: trust what they're telling us, But we don't. So once
- 9:30Speaker 1: again I'll call for it. It's time for a special counsel.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein spends decades, with the two
- 9:39Speaker 1: meeting in the nineteen eighties at Mar A Lago and
- 9:41Speaker 1: socializing frequently in New York and Palm Beach. Multiple women
- 9:45Speaker 1: have described wit as sing Trump and Epstein together at
- 9:48Speaker 1: parties and events during the nineties. Oh, there's no doubt
- 9:51Speaker 1: they were closed. The question is just how close were
- 9:54Speaker 1: they and what, if anything, did Donald Trump know. After
- 9:59Speaker 1: epstein Means two thousand and eight conviction, Trump publicly distanced himself,
- 10:03Speaker 1: claiming he barely knew him. However, Trump's DOJ has resisted
- 10:08Speaker 1: transparency regarding their relationship and potential knowledge of Epstein's crimes.
- 10:13Speaker 1: The forced release of Epstein documents could expose communications, financial records,
- 10:18Speaker 1: or witness accounts implicating Trump or his associates. Legal experts
- 10:22Speaker 1: argue the Epstein Transparency Act mandates public disclosure, and Judge
- 10:27Speaker 1: Sullivan's rulings suggests courts will ultimately compel release regardless of
- 10:31Speaker 1: administration resistance, potentially revealing uncomfortable details about Trump's decade long
- 10:38Speaker 1: association not just Trump, a whole lot of people. Remember,
- 10:42Speaker 1: Trump's not just protecting his own reputation here, He's protecting
- 10:46Speaker 1: the reputation of other well to do people, people that
- 10:50Speaker 1: might be donors, people that might be friends, people that
- 10:53Speaker 1: might have, you know, compromand on Trump or somebody in
- 10:56Speaker 1: the administration. And that's what they're trying to protect. And
- 10:59Speaker 1: they're also trying to protect the institutions because if they
- 11:03Speaker 1: let everybody know the truth about what happened with the
- 11:06Speaker 1: DOJ over the years. In Jeffrey Epstein, I think people
- 11:09Speaker 1: would be in the streets. That's how bad it is,
- 11:13Speaker 1: That's how disgusting it is, and that's how heavy these
- 11:15Speaker 1: implications are. And that's why the administration and the DOJ
- 11:19Speaker 1: is willing to fight tooth and nail to make sure
- 11:21Speaker 1: you never see this stuff. Unfortunately for them, We're going
- 11:24Speaker 1: to keep pressing, and when I say we, I mean
- 11:27Speaker 1: all of us, because at some point, enough is enough,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and hopefully Judge Sullivan's ruling will light a fire under
- 11:33Speaker 1: these dudes and make them do the right thing. So
- 11:37Speaker 1: we'll see what he turns over and we'll see what
- 11:39Speaker 1: Judge Sullivan releases to the public, if anything, and like usual,
- 11:43Speaker 1: when we have some more information, we'll get it added
- 11:45Speaker 1: to the catalog. All the information that goes with this
- 11:49Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box.
