- 1:39Speaker 2: Alrady, Welcome back to the Son of a Boy Dad podcast.
- 1:42Speaker 5: Today.
- 1:43Speaker 2: It is twelve thirty PM. It is July fifteenth, halfway.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Through the month of July, halfway through the summer.
- 1:51Speaker 2: A month and a half till ball, though it's so
- 1:55Speaker 2: fucking six weeks still ball.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I'm counting the fucking days. Fit actually fifty one days
- 2:00Speaker 1: until the Eagles first game.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Yeah, they started Heels Cowboys. Is that a Monday or
- 2:04Speaker 2: a Thursday?
- 2:06Speaker 6: Uh?
- 2:07Speaker 1: Last year it was Thor's Day, sooty uh the uh?
- 2:13Speaker 1: I stole some valor. This morning I had to pick
- 2:16Speaker 1: up prescriptions for Francis, and I didn't know if they
- 2:21Speaker 1: would let me do it, and so I was like,
- 2:23Speaker 1: I'm picking up prescriptions for my boyfriend and pretended to
- 2:27Speaker 1: be gay.
- 2:28Speaker 2: You went Kevin James h Adam Adam Sandler.
- 2:31Speaker 5: Yes, I then you stole some val.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And now I get why gay people need rights. Because
- 2:39Speaker 1: the black lady behind the counter was like disgusted at me.
- 2:43Speaker 1: She was like another one of you guys, another one
- 2:46Speaker 1: of you filthy gays in Brooklyn.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Especially when you pay, especially when you handed it, when
- 2:51Speaker 2: he handed you the fucking when she handed you the
- 2:54Speaker 2: CVS Duffel bag. Yeah, of like boner pills, she was
- 2:58Speaker 2: probably like, what the fuck is in there?
- 2:59Speaker 1: Boner pills prescription?
- 3:02Speaker 5: It's sixth gay today.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Gay fatigue is real.
- 3:07Speaker 5: I need to move back to Mississippi. Okay, bye.
- 3:13Speaker 1: She was so fatigue she didn't she didn't have a
- 3:16Speaker 1: limp until I said I was I had a boyfriend.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Then she started limping over like she had psychosomatic pain
- 3:23Speaker 1: about me being gay.
- 3:24Speaker 5: Lee, it'd be fun to experience that so that I
- 3:28Speaker 5: could be like mad on behalf of people, but not
- 3:31Speaker 5: actually take it personally.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah, it's fun. It was fun. And it's like you
- 3:35Speaker 1: can't experience anybody else's plight except for pretending to be gay.
- 3:40Speaker 1: For example, I couldn't walk in and be like yeah,
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'm picking up my Chinese prescription.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Yeah exactly.
- 3:46Speaker 5: Do you think that if I were to absolutely trash
- 3:50Speaker 5: my apartment I would better understand what it's like to
- 3:55Speaker 5: be sass?
- 3:56Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 3:56Speaker 2: Probably.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I think that's it's actually be necessary for empathy that
- 4:01Speaker 1: you trash your apartment.
- 4:02Speaker 5: You think we'd get along better if I sort of
- 4:04Speaker 5: just instead of like working out and you know, keeping
- 4:07Speaker 5: my life together, I just started playing video games and
- 4:11Speaker 5: complaining about I think screen latency.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I think we need to go to pet
- 4:15Speaker 1: Smart and get a terrarium of roaches and then just
- 4:19Speaker 1: release the hounds in your apartment.
- 4:21Speaker 2: I don't have any roaches.
- 4:22Speaker 1: I'm just kidding, brother.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I got roach spray and rodent spray.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Just a little bit better to huff with.
- 4:29Speaker 5: This weekend. Actually, Yeah, two spritzes of those in a
- 4:31Speaker 5: little dash of kompari, and you got yourself one killer
- 4:34Speaker 5: in the Groani.
- 4:35Speaker 1: He's on his way out with the fucking roach spray, like.
- 4:40Speaker 2: They got the every thirty days it says to you're
- 4:42Speaker 2: supposed to do this spray. And I have a roach
- 4:45Speaker 2: one and a rodent one, and the rodent one it's
- 4:48Speaker 2: for mice, and it and mice don't like the smell
- 4:51Speaker 2: of mint. So it's minty. Oh nice, that's what you
- 4:56Speaker 2: would think, right, you're like, ah, I like the smell
- 4:58Speaker 2: of mint, right, little air freshener.
- 5:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Yeah. It feels like you're inside someone's mouth and they
- 5:06Speaker 2: just used the Streine mouth wash. You can't breathe.
- 5:10Speaker 1: You're like a bad commercial.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, you have. I had to open every window
- 5:14Speaker 2: in my apartment.
- 5:15Speaker 5: I didn't think you could open the windows in your apartment.
- 5:17Speaker 1: He broke them.
- 5:18Speaker 2: I found, uh, I there's a new window. Yeah, unlocked, unlocked.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I unlocked a new window. I had to get I
- 5:28Speaker 2: had to get the hammer out. I realized that those
- 5:31Speaker 2: windows open, it's just someone painted over them. Yeah right,
- 5:35Speaker 2: so I just chiseled away.
- 5:36Speaker 5: I'm thrilled to hear that. It's like unlocking that back
- 5:39Speaker 5: pocket on new pants. Yeah exactly.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it felt like that. There's an episode of Always
- 5:43Speaker 2: Sunny where it's actually last season, the first episode where
- 5:46Speaker 2: they find out that Charlie has had a bedroom the
- 5:49Speaker 2: whole time. He's like, what's behind this door that's boarded up?
- 5:54Speaker 2: And they open it up. It's just a massive bedroom.
- 6:00Speaker 5: What do you call it? Why does he justify not
- 6:02Speaker 5: everything said that. Well.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I think his reasoning in the show is that, like
- 6:06Speaker 2: they walk into it and Frank's like, why have we
- 6:08Speaker 2: not been using this? And then someone knocks on the
- 6:10Speaker 2: door and he's like, now I gotta walk all the
- 6:12Speaker 2: way back?
- 6:13Speaker 1: Yeah too much.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah, they have a bathroom too, and they've been shitting
- 6:18Speaker 2: in cans.
- 6:23Speaker 5: So it's man, it's great.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Unlock makes it seem like you like live there long enough,
- 6:28Speaker 1: like it was a a city in GTA or something
- 6:32Speaker 1: like that. Yeah, you leveled up, you played enough well
- 6:35Speaker 1: and use a window.
- 6:35Speaker 5: Now. I have one other bone to pick, which is
- 6:38Speaker 5: that people pointed out that the shirt that you wore
- 6:43Speaker 5: on the pod that you said you borned thirty times
- 6:45Speaker 5: on the pod in our most recent episode, the last
- 6:48Speaker 5: time you have worn it once before, and the last
- 6:51Speaker 5: time you wore it was April thirtieth of twenty twenty four.
- 6:55Speaker 1: So here goo year and and some change.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Year in a few months.
- 7:01Speaker 2: It's like a year ago.
- 7:02Speaker 5: Yeah, it's like a year and a third. You said
- 7:05Speaker 5: you had just worn it, and you've worn it thirty times.
- 7:08Speaker 2: I wear it all the time.
- 7:09Speaker 5: You wear it all the time. So a year, year
- 7:11Speaker 5: and three months ago is on.
- 7:13Speaker 2: The pod of my stand up shirt.
- 7:14Speaker 5: You said, I've seen the shirt. I know the shirt, Francis.
- 7:17Speaker 5: You know this shirt because you've seen it one hundred times.
- 7:20Speaker 2: You have.
- 7:21Speaker 5: The last time I saw it was April thirtieth and
- 7:23Speaker 5: twenty four.
- 7:24Speaker 2: I've promise you it wasn't that was I promise you
- 7:26Speaker 2: it wasn't.
- 7:27Speaker 5: How could I be expected to remember a shirt that
- 7:29Speaker 5: you wore that you, by the way, must be nice
- 7:32Speaker 5: to have such an amazingly deep wardrobe as to wear
- 7:37Speaker 5: a shirt a year and three months apart and be like,
- 7:40Speaker 5: I wear this thing all the time.
- 7:42Speaker 2: I bring it out on special occasions.
- 7:45Speaker 1: But we also do scrutinize every piece of clothing you
- 7:48Speaker 1: ever wear.
- 7:50Speaker 5: This is new.
- 7:51Speaker 2: No, it's not.
- 7:51Speaker 5: That's a new windbreaker. You've never seen that.
- 7:54Speaker 2: But you can tell because it's wrinkled. It's not.
- 7:56Speaker 5: I mean, you just pulled it out of the pouch
- 7:58Speaker 5: that it came in.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I pulled it out of the closet.
- 8:00Speaker 5: It comes out of one of those rain pouches.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Fully honest. I was looking in my closet for shorts
- 8:04Speaker 2: and I found this, and I was like, oh, I
- 8:06Speaker 2: totally forgot I had this jacket.
- 8:08Speaker 5: Yeah, you found it in the closet of Fileen's where'd
- 8:13Speaker 5: you buy that? Where'd you get that thing?
- 8:15Speaker 2: I genuinely don't know. I think probably online, that would.
- 8:18Speaker 5: That makes sense. And does it come in one of
- 8:20Speaker 5: those pouches like it's a stuffable one?
- 8:22Speaker 1: Oh?
- 8:22Speaker 2: No, I think this is old. I think this is
- 8:24Speaker 2: like vintage.
- 8:24Speaker 5: No, that's a stuffable one. That's why it's wrinkled because
- 8:27Speaker 5: it was crunched together.
- 8:28Speaker 2: It was crunched together in the bottom of my closet.
- 8:30Speaker 5: You can pack it in a really small space.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it was stuffed in the corner. That's why I
- 8:35Speaker 2: didn't know it was there.
- 8:36Speaker 5: I love it.
- 8:36Speaker 1: It was great to have like a little pencil case
- 8:39Speaker 1: full of shirt.
- 8:40Speaker 5: Well, you can use it as a you can use
- 8:41Speaker 5: it as a pillowcase or as a pillow as well
- 8:44Speaker 5: when you're camping.
- 8:45Speaker 2: That's not you're thinking of like a down jacket.
- 8:48Speaker 5: I think I know exactly what I'm thinking of, and
- 8:50Speaker 5: it's that.
- 8:51Speaker 2: No, because that's this is not that I know what
- 8:54Speaker 2: that is. You don't.
- 8:56Speaker 5: Clearly, I have a very good idea of what you're
- 8:58Speaker 5: thinking of.
- 8:59Speaker 2: A down which makes a hell of a pillow.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Speaking of are you guys familiar with the System of
- 9:06Speaker 5: a Down.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Yes, disorder? Is that? Is that them?
- 9:10Speaker 2: What disorder?
- 9:13Speaker 5: I don't know any of their songs, however, I was
- 9:16Speaker 5: talking to someone about how much I like Slipknot now,
- 9:19Speaker 5: and they said, if you like Slipknot, you gotta check
- 9:22Speaker 5: out System of a Down Now. I had System of
- 9:26Speaker 5: a Down confused with some like sad, melodramatic band from
- 9:34Speaker 5: the two early two thousands that I thought saying kind
- 9:37Speaker 5: of angsty rock.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Wrong.
- 9:39Speaker 5: Apparently System of a Down people consider to be the
- 9:43Speaker 5: best metal band ahead of Slipknot, you know, really yeah,
- 9:49Speaker 5: like way better?
- 9:50Speaker 1: And then oh, they're the ones who are like.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Oh, okay, I'm familiar with that with that song.
- 9:58Speaker 5: I saw a clip recently of them in Brazil opening
- 10:02Speaker 5: their show and there's just fires everyh of course, eighty
- 10:06Speaker 5: thousand people, yeah, iira and they're like, we got.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Fires all around, round, und round round.
- 10:12Speaker 5: That's fucking and there's I mean, they pan out and
- 10:15Speaker 5: it looks like a city is on fire, like there's
- 10:18Speaker 5: riots happening, and it's just one gigant eighty thousand people
- 10:22Speaker 5: with umongous infernos. I'm like, man, oh man.
- 10:26Speaker 1: That sounds awesome. We got to get to go to that.
- 10:29Speaker 2: That's not fires all around, round round.
- 10:32Speaker 5: I think he's just making it up. I don't think
- 10:33Speaker 5: that's one of their songs. Just it was cool man,
- 10:37Speaker 5: that's awesome. People say System of Down's unbelievable. I would
- 10:40Speaker 5: check them out, but first I got a I guess
- 10:42Speaker 5: you slip.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Knot Toxicity was their best album, their biggest album.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Is that what you're listening to on your on your commute.
- 10:50Speaker 5: I'm not actually listening to it. I can't stand the music.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Oh, it's more the words.
- 10:54Speaker 5: I'm there for the culture. Yeah, I like the idea
- 10:57Speaker 5: of it.
- 10:58Speaker 1: You know, you would wreck shop in one of those
- 11:00Speaker 1: marsh pits where everybody's just like.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Yeah, You're like James Franco in the end of Freaks
- 11:04Speaker 2: and Geeks. Remember when he goes when he goes rot,
- 11:07Speaker 2: when he goes metal.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I never I never made it to the end. I
- 11:10Speaker 1: heard about allegations about Frank.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Guys have ever seen that show?
- 11:13Speaker 1: I started, I watched like the first four episodes, but
- 11:16Speaker 1: then I heard about Franco's allegations, and I said, I
- 11:18Speaker 1: cannot support his art or it.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Came out probably thirty years before his allegations did I.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Was in the middle of it when I heard about
- 11:24Speaker 1: the allegations. He was young, right, very shame age is
- 11:30Speaker 1: his victims, right.
- 11:33Speaker 2: That's fucked up, dude, and not funny.
- 11:35Speaker 1: No, it's fucked up what he did. I'm the one
- 11:38Speaker 1: that's fucked up for commenting on the hiatus acts of
- 11:42Speaker 1: James Franco.
- 11:42Speaker 2: At the end of Freaking Geeks. I don't know if
- 11:44Speaker 2: it's the last episode or maybe it's this or no,
- 11:46Speaker 2: because I think the last episode he plays dungeons and
- 11:49Speaker 2: dragons with the Geeks. It's actually an awesome ending. But
- 11:54Speaker 2: he goes to like a metal concert and he gets
- 11:58Speaker 2: his like head cut open or some shit. But he's
- 12:00Speaker 2: got like spiky hair and stuff. Hilarious.
- 12:02Speaker 1: That is sick.
- 12:03Speaker 2: You could do that, especially you live in Brooklyn. They
- 12:06Speaker 2: got concerts like that like every other block.
- 12:09Speaker 5: I don't live in Brooklyn anymore, man, I live upstate.
- 12:16Speaker 2: I'm sure Upstates got some good like you could go
- 12:18Speaker 2: out to peek.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I heard beacons like the broken upstate.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Yeah, beacons like a hotspot for metal.
- 12:24Speaker 5: Rest the city doesn't do it for me anymore. In
- 12:27Speaker 5: the woods. I'll tell you what. I now treat New
- 12:30Speaker 5: York City like I'm a farmer that lives one hundred
- 12:35Speaker 5: and thirty miles away from the nearest city.
- 12:37Speaker 2: And ran the gun in.
- 12:38Speaker 5: Once a year, I have to go in for like
- 12:41Speaker 5: a medical checkup, because I swear to God, the last
- 12:45Speaker 5: two times that I've come into the city, I've scheduled
- 12:47Speaker 5: doctor's appointments. Yeah, and the last week I went to
- 12:51Speaker 5: the infectious disease expert about the tick bite. And then
- 12:54Speaker 5: yesterday I went to the dermatologist. And then next week
- 12:57Speaker 5: when I'm in for twenty four hours, I'm gonna go
- 13:00Speaker 5: see a doctor about my hearing because I'm losing my
- 13:03Speaker 5: hearing from all the system of a down I've been cranking.
- 13:09Speaker 1: But are you actually losing your hearing?
- 13:10Speaker 5: I really am. It's bad. It's embarrassing. It it's embarrassing.
- 13:18Speaker 2: What do you think they're gonna do? Give you a
- 13:19Speaker 2: hearing I.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Want to hearing test and I want to see broe.
- 13:25Speaker 1: It's like a trumpet out of your ear.
- 13:26Speaker 5: Hearing aids have come a long way. You don't even
- 13:29Speaker 5: notice them anymore.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Fantasy. If you had a hearing aid, I would never
- 13:32Speaker 2: stop making fun of you for it.
- 13:33Speaker 5: You wouldn't even know though a cochlear implant.
- 13:36Speaker 2: I would, because you would have that thing on your ear.
- 13:38Speaker 5: But it's so thin now. It is as thin as
- 13:42Speaker 5: what you would hope your wires to be for your
- 13:46Speaker 5: Internet hookup.
- 13:47Speaker 2: You want thicker wires, faster, faster speeds.
- 13:50Speaker 1: You can on hearing aids. You can get them attached
- 13:53Speaker 1: to Bluetooth now, like my mother in law's hearing aid
- 13:57Speaker 1: always like accidentally like links up to Bluetooth.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Yeah, but I don't know anyone that's thirty six with
- 14:02Speaker 2: a hearing aid.
- 14:03Speaker 5: Dude, there are a lot of us. And uh. They
- 14:07Speaker 5: also have this new technology called bone conductor where it
- 14:12Speaker 5: just plays it through it almost reverberates, I think the
- 14:14Speaker 5: sound through the bone instead of through sound waves and not,
- 14:18Speaker 5: which is an amazing coincidence because bone Conductor is also
- 14:21Speaker 5: my favorite song from System.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Of It Now.
- 14:23Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, but I am thinking hard about it
- 14:28Speaker 5: and and my my hearing has gone to shit, so
- 14:30Speaker 5: I got to go check that out.
- 14:31Speaker 1: What made you How could you tell that it was
- 14:33Speaker 1: going to ship? Like I hear the circumstances.
- 14:35Speaker 5: I have to get people to repeat themselves constantly.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Because you're not listening to them.
- 14:39Speaker 5: Especially, No, it's not true if I were not listening.
- 14:43Speaker 5: Then I wouldn't say, can you say that again? You
- 14:45Speaker 5: would No, I wouldn't because I wouldn't care. I'm on
- 14:49Speaker 5: you know, a date. You know, it's it's always when
- 14:52Speaker 5: I'm in like a loud restaurant. When I'm in a
- 14:57Speaker 5: loud restaurant, if there's ambient noise of any kind, you know,
- 15:00Speaker 5: if I'm fishing with a bow or Peters or Nate,
- 15:03Speaker 5: not Nate really as much anymore. But when I'm fishing
- 15:06Speaker 5: and there's you know, we're in a class three rapids
- 15:09Speaker 5: sort of stream and we're hitting a nice hole. It's
- 15:14Speaker 5: like that scene from Uh Quiet Place, where John Krasinski
- 15:21Speaker 5: takes his son to the babbling brook and says, we
- 15:24Speaker 5: can yell here. We can talk because they can't hear us.
- 15:28Speaker 5: I can't hear anything when there's any kind of ambient
- 15:30Speaker 5: noise and it's really happen, I think just I don't know, man.
- 15:34Speaker 5: Years of living in New York and refusing to plug
- 15:37Speaker 5: my ears when fire trucks drove by because people would
- 15:39Speaker 5: think I was gay.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Yeah, you should have been plugging your ears.
- 15:43Speaker 2: I want to Those sirens will get you.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I heard I saw a dog that a fire truck
- 15:49Speaker 1: went by this morning and it started howling, and I
- 15:52Speaker 1: got a good chuckle out of it.
- 15:54Speaker 5: Howl alone clearly think it's a.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Time donors on the street.
- 16:02Speaker 5: It was so nice.
- 16:03Speaker 1: But that breaks my heart that your poor ears are going.
- 16:05Speaker 1: I wonder why.
- 16:07Speaker 5: I'm at a point now where I have to when
- 16:10Speaker 5: I go to a restaurant with one person, I insist
- 16:14Speaker 5: that we sit at the bar, because then I'm sitting
- 16:20Speaker 5: like this in our conversation. I can look forward and
- 16:25Speaker 5: they're speaking directly into my ear as opposed to across
- 16:28Speaker 5: the table.
- 16:29Speaker 2: But you can't read their lips.
- 16:31Speaker 5: I don't haven't learned that yet.
- 16:33Speaker 1: You're gonna have to have to start.
- 16:34Speaker 5: I only have my white belt. In the deaf community,
- 16:37Speaker 5: you're gonna have to blitch.
- 16:39Speaker 1: You're you're gonna have to go to a lot of
- 16:40Speaker 1: deaf jiu jitsu classes.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Yeah, you're talking purple with a brown stripe right now.
- 16:44Speaker 2: I grew up with a kid that was deaf, and
- 16:46Speaker 2: he he said that when he was in class, he
- 16:49Speaker 2: would turn off his he's hearing aids and do what
- 16:57Speaker 2: like when we were like when it was like he said,
- 16:58Speaker 2: eybody was bored, he would just turn them off and
- 17:00Speaker 2: just check out. That's kind of a cool.
- 17:05Speaker 5: Getting yelled at by someone.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Your wife's yelling at you. Yeah, it's great. That sounds
- 17:13Speaker 1: so nice.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Sorry, I'm on low battery. I gotta save it.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I really hope that they figured that out. What could
- 17:24Speaker 1: it be anything else? Or is there any way that
- 17:27Speaker 1: you can rehabit or.
- 17:28Speaker 5: Like, that's what I'm wondering. I don't know a whole
- 17:31Speaker 5: lot about why I can't hear that well anymore, but
- 17:34Speaker 5: that's what I'm gonna go see. And my point in
- 17:36Speaker 5: this is that I'm treating New York City as just
- 17:39Speaker 5: like the medical treatment center of my life. So it
- 17:43Speaker 5: is you. I come in, I get a hair cut.
- 17:46Speaker 5: I'm gonna get a haircut today. I'm gonna get the
- 17:48Speaker 5: right groceries that I can't get upstate at my farm stands.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Right, what groceries can you not get upstate?
- 17:55Speaker 5: Well, spices are harder to come.
- 17:59Speaker 2: By, and really don't tell spices.
- 18:01Speaker 5: Ethnic spices are harder to come back.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Said Grand Central. They like this mixed spice store.
- 18:06Speaker 5: They do.
- 18:07Speaker 2: There's definitely some a closer spice store than New York
- 18:10Speaker 2: City Albany.
- 18:11Speaker 5: Perhaps I'm not Albany's way out.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Of the way for me, he's got to go to
- 18:14Speaker 1: New Poults if he wants good spices.
- 18:17Speaker 5: Nice, nice poll That's that's across the river. Though.
- 18:21Speaker 1: It's a great movie theater. Really do they or it's
- 18:24Speaker 1: like it's like a blast from the past movie theater.
- 18:26Speaker 1: It feels like it's nineteen ninety three and there they
- 18:28Speaker 1: still sell like movie posters.
- 18:29Speaker 5: Oh cool.
- 18:30Speaker 2: We were, uh, we were planning our We're still planning
- 18:33Speaker 2: this fishing trip that's been on and off NonStop.
- 18:36Speaker 5: I know, I'm beginning to wonder if it's ever gonna.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Happen, you're gonna like this Francis, we were I just
- 18:41Speaker 2: want us to go.
- 18:42Speaker 5: Well, we were.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Planning it out. We're still trying to go to Wyoming,
- 18:45Speaker 2: but then everything is expensive. I think that is where
- 18:47Speaker 2: we're actually going. But this is we're talking about next week.
- 18:50Speaker 2: By the way, too, it's half of the week. We're
- 18:53Speaker 2: only going for like three days. But but we were,
- 19:02Speaker 2: we were talking about alternatives for places to go. I
- 19:04Speaker 2: was like, we could go like Pennsylvania's got good fishing,
- 19:08Speaker 2: North Carolina, West Virginia, Maine, some are upstate New York. Uh,
- 19:14Speaker 2: And Bea was like, what doesn't Francis have a place
- 19:17Speaker 2: and go in New York And I was like yeah,
- 19:19Speaker 2: and he's like, is they're good fishing there? And I
- 19:20Speaker 2: was like, probably around there, And he's like, why don't
- 19:23Speaker 2: we just go there? And I was like, because it's
- 19:26Speaker 2: his house and we don't have I was like, We're
- 19:29Speaker 2: not just gonna go to his house.
- 19:30Speaker 5: This is just another extension of you, uh being like, Yeah,
- 19:35Speaker 5: all my friends live in Maine now, but why would
- 19:36Speaker 5: I ever tell you guys to hang out. It's the
- 19:40Speaker 5: opposite of that, of course we're talking about, which is
- 19:44Speaker 5: that me casa a sue casa A friend of my
- 19:47Speaker 5: friend is my friend.
- 19:48Speaker 1: And he's just the damn in the flow of community.
- 19:50Speaker 5: And you're like, on on what world would we ever
- 19:53Speaker 5: be able to go to his house.
- 19:55Speaker 2: You were talking about? We're talking about either Plan A
- 19:58Speaker 2: is go fishing in yellow low Stone, Wyoming, and Plan
- 20:02Speaker 2: B is go stay in your place as you should
- 20:06Speaker 2: like during the work week. But you're gonna be working
- 20:09Speaker 2: and we're gonna be.
- 20:10Speaker 5: Like, that's fine.
- 20:10Speaker 2: This what's her breakfast?
- 20:12Speaker 5: I will have cooked it, I'll have a nice spread out.
- 20:15Speaker 5: Just take and.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Go grabb ride to the river today.
- 20:19Speaker 5: Yeah, well, look would you.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Guys, can.
- 20:22Speaker 2: We camp in Francis's front yard?
- 20:28Speaker 5: Thinking about having it?
- 20:28Speaker 2: I gotta come in and take a ship.
- 20:32Speaker 5: Yeah, you're welcome to Francis.
- 20:35Speaker 2: We're just gonna piss in the in the lawn. But
- 20:37Speaker 2: is it cool if we should inside?
- 20:39Speaker 1: We don't feel comfortable sitting out here.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Yeah. I have a composting toilet, so make sure you
- 20:44Speaker 5: dump the dirt on the top of it.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Oh my god, you should. Why don't you? Cause like,
- 20:51Speaker 1: once you're in the deep wilderness, if it's seasonal, you
- 20:55Speaker 1: won't know if you're in Montana or central Pennsylvania.
- 20:59Speaker 2: That's kind of my that was kind of my reasoning.
- 21:02Speaker 2: But then you think about it and you're like, you're like,
- 21:05Speaker 2: you know, you got a pretty good idea if you're
- 21:07Speaker 2: in Pennsylvania.
- 21:09Speaker 5: Yeah, helmet they do. And a lot of that is
- 21:12Speaker 5: the scenery. I mean, yeah, won't you guys be seeing
- 21:14Speaker 5: some pretty cool mountain ranges and things like that? In
- 21:18Speaker 5: my place? You're not going to see that, you selling rolling.
- 21:23Speaker 2: No, it's but that's nice. My thing is that they
- 21:26Speaker 2: they're very anti just the East, and like they just
- 21:28Speaker 2: want to go out west, and I'm like, there is
- 21:31Speaker 2: like we went up to Lake Placid with Owen like
- 21:34Speaker 2: to shoot like two weeks ago. Is beautiful up there? Yeah,
- 21:37Speaker 2: like there is nice places.
- 21:38Speaker 1: On like percent of New York State is beautiful.
- 21:42Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Even New Jersey Jersey's beautiful.
- 21:45Speaker 2: There's like bears and if you go no, if you
- 21:47Speaker 2: go to the right places in Jersey, it's nice.
- 21:50Speaker 5: I spent a very small period of my life living
- 21:53Speaker 5: there in Bank.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I was I mean, well, Red Bank's not the right spot.
- 21:58Speaker 5: What I remember. What I remember scary, scary, scary, absolutely
- 22:05Speaker 5: fucking scary.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Francis was Frances was living in New York pre nine eleven,
- 22:10Speaker 2: which was like the city was abuzz back then, right.
- 22:13Speaker 5: We didn't have the fear as much.
- 22:17Speaker 1: You were on a planet before it took off.
- 22:20Speaker 5: Oh yeah, dude, I'll just I'll never forget.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Pulling up to pulling up on the tarmac, Rigs. Yeah,
- 22:28Speaker 2: did Riggs do that? Yeah?
- 22:29Speaker 1: He left his car out front of a.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Oh yeah yeah. Someone just told me that recently.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:37Speaker 2: I think it was Tommy told me that. I was
- 22:38Speaker 2: talking about that Louis bit where he talks about leaving
- 22:41Speaker 2: the rental car wherever, and they were like, you know,
- 22:43Speaker 2: Rigs actually did that he just left it like where,
- 22:46Speaker 2: like at the arrivals area for the airport and caught
- 22:49Speaker 2: on a flight.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I think you called Spider. Yeah, like Spider deal with this?
- 22:54Speaker 1: How could I deal with that?
- 22:57Speaker 2: That's crazy?
- 22:58Speaker 1: Sure Spider found a way.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Oh sure, m M. I was probably moved in ten minutes.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Yeah. New Jersey was a scarier place back then.
- 23:06Speaker 5: Yeah, it was just, uh, you know, it wasn't that great,
- 23:10Speaker 5: which is why we moved. I said to my parents, Look,
- 23:12Speaker 5: I don't want to I don't want to raise my
- 23:14Speaker 5: kids here, and I don't want you, as grandparents to
- 23:19Speaker 5: be around them. So that we moved to Maine. As
- 23:22Speaker 5: a whole family, we uprooted.
- 23:24Speaker 1: That's going to be so nice to just be able
- 23:27Speaker 1: to force them to move.
- 23:28Speaker 5: But that's all I remember. Because New Jersey's I chose
- 23:33Speaker 5: to forget it. It's not really in my blood.
- 23:34Speaker 2: I'm a manor unless you do shows there.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Doesn't it fuck you up that you can go north
- 23:41Speaker 1: to New Jersey from New York. It doesn't make sense.
- 23:44Speaker 5: You know you're when when when you ask Ai what
- 23:48Speaker 5: football team you support, Yeah, it comes out as the Bills.
- 23:52Speaker 5: So if you want to talk about confusing the world,
- 23:56Speaker 5: that's all about.
- 23:57Speaker 2: We're in a career that's based on pandera.
- 23:59Speaker 5: Where you're from, Senor. I'mvision on it.
- 24:05Speaker 2: I'm not division, I'm not hating on it.
- 24:07Speaker 5: Nobody's confusing Maine in New Jersey, brother man.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Some are no, yeah, h some would say that someone
- 24:13Speaker 2: that grew up in Maine should be a Patriots man.
- 24:15Speaker 5: Different bumper crops, New Jersey corn, Maine blueberries.
- 24:23Speaker 1: So many blueberries. There so many antioxidants.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Wrong and love those antioxidants.
- 24:27Speaker 1: So nice to have the antioccidants flowing through your body.
- 24:30Speaker 1: I hate the oxiden.
- 24:31Speaker 2: I hate occidents so much.
- 24:33Speaker 5: The occidentals. What are occidentals?
- 24:36Speaker 1: By the way, Orientals are people from the east, So
- 24:39Speaker 1: occidentals are people from the west. A yes, I think
- 24:42Speaker 1: that's us, honestly, like even person's Oriental, then we're occidental.
- 24:47Speaker 1: We were born by occident, which is foul disgusting. So
- 24:53Speaker 1: what are you guys gonna? I mean, how are you
- 24:56Speaker 1: going to decide where you fucking go? We've already got
- 24:59Speaker 1: a planned out now why only for sure.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Dude, you're not wrong occident. Occident means relating to the
- 25:06Speaker 5: countries of the West noun a native or inhabitant of
- 25:11Speaker 5: the West, so oriental it is the opposite. How crazy
- 25:18Speaker 5: did you know that? Yeah?
- 25:19Speaker 1: Actually, yeah, you didn't just.
- 25:21Speaker 5: Throw that out as a joke.
- 25:23Speaker 2: No, rown knows all, like the basis of words, the
- 25:27Speaker 2: Latin meanings.
- 25:28Speaker 5: That's incredible.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Latin America.
- 25:30Speaker 5: I never knew that. I knew that there was an
- 25:32Speaker 5: there's an occidental college. Yeah yeah, where West understood disappear
- 25:39Speaker 5: Western pretty much everywhere.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Is there any Occidental embassies in the Oriental area?
- 25:43Speaker 1: There has to be that where what country? I was
- 25:49Speaker 1: watching like a travel video and it was like where
- 25:52Speaker 1: was It was like Uganda or like Brazil or something
- 25:54Speaker 1: like that, and they were like, hey, yeah, there's a
- 25:56Speaker 1: North Korean embassy here.
- 25:58Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 25:59Speaker 1: You never think of North Korea having like embassies in
- 26:01Speaker 1: different places or like a foothold in different countries.
- 26:06Speaker 2: It would be cool if it was just like the
- 26:07Speaker 2: building was like built like a rocket ship, like clearly
- 26:11Speaker 2: like this is North Korea's.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Like what if what if they're not lying? What if
- 26:18Speaker 1: North Korea like actually has all the things they tell
- 26:21Speaker 1: their citizens they have and like their leaders are as
- 26:24Speaker 1: great as they say they are, Like maybe it's propaganda
- 26:27Speaker 1: on our end that like they suck ass and they
- 26:30Speaker 1: have no Internet, and they're.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Anybody on x talking about North Korea sucking wow, and
- 26:37Speaker 2: that's where I get all my news.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Yeah, well it's probably I mean a lot of it
- 26:41Speaker 1: is Israeli bots, but some of them has to be
- 26:45Speaker 1: North Korean bots as well.
- 26:47Speaker 2: There's not a ton North Korean propaganda anti or pro.
- 26:52Speaker 2: It's most land I would say.
- 26:53Speaker 1: I think North Korea is kind of like forgotten about
- 26:56Speaker 1: right now because there's so much else going on in
- 26:58Speaker 1: the world. Yeah, North Korea, we did not get you, brothers.
- 27:02Speaker 1: We still talk about you every day.
- 27:04Speaker 2: That's so funny. It's so funny how like you know
- 27:06Speaker 2: how people will fly the flag of like the country
- 27:09Speaker 2: they're supporting in the war, Like how people like yeah,
- 27:13Speaker 2: just start flying there, like, oh, I'm flying it for
- 27:18Speaker 2: the citizens. I'm flying it for the people of the country,
- 27:21Speaker 2: or being held hostage by their government.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Honestly, just a massive North Korean we should be looking
- 27:27Speaker 1: out for them. It's crazy to hate the people of
- 27:32Speaker 1: other countries like you can hate their government, like hating
- 27:35Speaker 1: a North Korean citizen for not knowing.
- 27:38Speaker 5: I did it. I did a deep Wikipedia dive about
- 27:41Speaker 5: that kid from Virginia who went over there on that
- 27:44Speaker 5: tour and stole the propaganda poster and then got arrested
- 27:48Speaker 5: at the airport.
- 27:49Speaker 1: The CIA agent, the sleeper cell.
- 27:52Speaker 5: I mean, he was a frat brother at UVA. So
- 27:55Speaker 5: if he's by Langley Jake Malazuk, he's a CIA agent.
- 28:00Speaker 1: You know, it would make sense.
- 28:01Speaker 5: That's a deep cover.
- 28:03Speaker 1: That is. But I mean those videos of him look
- 28:05Speaker 1: fucking were harrowing.
- 28:07Speaker 5: Well, when he's in the court he's weeping, that's pretty bad.
- 28:10Speaker 5: But then you know, uh, it.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Looks like Andrew Callahan low key looks like the dude
- 28:15Speaker 1: from Channel five.
- 28:16Speaker 5: Yeah, what was his name? Is?
- 28:18Speaker 2: It? Is this he was in court in America or
- 28:21Speaker 2: North Korea?
- 28:21Speaker 5: North Korea. He was on a student trip, right, and
- 28:25Speaker 5: he went over there and as a dare or maybe
- 28:28Speaker 5: it was like as a funny idea.
- 28:30Speaker 2: A school his school went to North Korea.
- 28:32Speaker 5: College is he was like on a college tour with
- 28:37Speaker 5: with some other kids and he went over there and uh,
- 28:41Speaker 5: he went down, he left, he peeled off from the tour,
- 28:46Speaker 5: which when you do those tours, everything is curated.
- 28:49Speaker 2: The whole the whole trip through the.
- 28:51Speaker 5: Country is they are just presenting you with the exact
- 28:55Speaker 5: few things they want you to see, and they don't
- 28:58Speaker 5: show you any of the reality. You can't. I don't
- 29:00Speaker 5: know if you can just like walk around hop on
- 29:02Speaker 5: a bus.
- 29:02Speaker 2: I doubt it.
- 29:03Speaker 5: I don't think you can interact with the locals whatever.
- 29:06Speaker 5: But there's a great Vice doc by the founder of Vice.
- 29:11Speaker 5: You'll love that.
- 29:12Speaker 2: I've seen a ton of ice docks.
- 29:13Speaker 5: That's where he goes. Oh really, yeah, I mean I'll
- 29:17Speaker 5: check that out. That's better than any of those fast
- 29:19Speaker 5: car driving ones.
- 29:20Speaker 1: By the way, that does not look like thinking of
- 29:23Speaker 1: Brian Coburger, who looks like Andrew Callahan.
- 29:26Speaker 2: I don't know who Brian Coburger is.
- 29:27Speaker 1: The one who killed all those students in Montana.
- 29:30Speaker 5: Oh yeah, there's gonna be a dock about him.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I bet he's gonna get a good there already is.
- 29:35Speaker 1: But yeah, the North Korean docks cereal.
- 29:37Speaker 2: I thought I was thinking of like a school shooting
- 29:39Speaker 2: serial killer.
- 29:39Speaker 1: He went to there, like yeah, to the dorm or
- 29:42Speaker 1: something like that. But the North Korean documentaries are fucking nuts.
- 29:46Speaker 5: Uh.
- 29:47Speaker 1: There's there's some online where they just like take a
- 29:49Speaker 1: boat past North Korea, like they just like look at
- 29:52Speaker 1: it like it's a zoo animal. It's I mean, it
- 29:55Speaker 1: is truly fascinating.
- 29:57Speaker 5: His name was Otto Warmbyer or warm Beer. I'm not
- 30:00Speaker 5: sure that's warm beer. Yeah, you could get him on
- 30:06Speaker 5: warm Ones Away. He's dead, Yeah, he's dead. He's dead. Yeah.
- 30:13Speaker 5: So he was over there and he peeled off from
- 30:15Speaker 5: his tour group and he snuck behind it into an
- 30:18Speaker 5: area he wasn't supposed to be in, and he saw
- 30:20Speaker 5: this anti America propaganda poster on the wall. I think
- 30:23Speaker 5: it featured Kim Jong un and you know, maybe like
- 30:27Speaker 5: holding up a rocket ship to fucking the White House
- 30:29Speaker 5: or something like that. And he took it off the
- 30:31Speaker 5: wall and rolled it up and stuck it in his bag,
- 30:35Speaker 5: and then he and he was on camera.
- 30:37Speaker 2: This seems to be like I've heard like nine hundred stories,
- 30:40Speaker 2: but not obviously in North Korea, but like I like,
- 30:43Speaker 2: I've heard so many stories about kids going on school
- 30:45Speaker 2: trips and like taking like license plates off of cars
- 30:48Speaker 2: as a souvenir. It's never just it's not a good idea, right,
- 30:53Speaker 2: rolling up, rolling up poster, Like you wouldn't do that
- 30:55Speaker 2: in America. No, he wouldn't walk by a movie theater
- 30:59Speaker 2: and be like really like that New twenty eight years
- 31:01Speaker 2: later poster.
- 31:02Speaker 5: Yeah, when I was when I was a kid, we
- 31:07Speaker 5: went with our I remember we went with our science
- 31:10Speaker 5: class one day. We went into this cave in Vain, right,
- 31:13Speaker 5: and they were like, don't touch stuff because it's kind
- 31:16Speaker 5: of precarious or whatever. And we went pretty deep in.
- 31:19Speaker 5: It was cool, like there was you know, water and
- 31:22Speaker 5: standing water and stalactites and stuff like that. And uh,
- 31:25Speaker 5: we got really deep in and I saw this like
- 31:28Speaker 5: shimmering kind of I don't know what you'd call it,
- 31:31Speaker 5: like a.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Don't tell me. It was a holy grail. No, I'm
- 31:35Speaker 1: gonna be pissed.
- 31:36Speaker 5: It was like an urn or something like that, just
- 31:38Speaker 5: a little vessel, right, this kind of thing, and uh,
- 31:43Speaker 5: it really was like capturing my eyes. And they had
- 31:46Speaker 5: said like, if you see that thing, that's the only
- 31:49Speaker 5: thing you can actually touch. Oh, okay, don't touch anything else.
- 31:53Speaker 5: And uh, unfortunately one of the kids that I was
- 31:55Speaker 5: with touch something else and everything started collapsing around.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Oh you were the rush out.
- 31:59Speaker 5: Yeah. Fortunately there was this carpet that like somehow fly
- 32:03Speaker 5: and you.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Hopped on the carpet. That's so smart.
- 32:06Speaker 5: Oh wait, I'm thinking of the plot of a lot.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, God damn it, I almost stepped on it
- 32:14Speaker 2: so hard with the Holy ground such.
- 32:16Speaker 5: A no, no, no, that would have been. That was
- 32:17Speaker 5: a great diversion because Harry was with us. Until when
- 32:21Speaker 5: did you When did you hop off that being a
- 32:22Speaker 5: true story?
- 32:23Speaker 1: When did you turned out hearing it?
- 32:24Speaker 4: No?
- 32:25Speaker 2: You didn't at the cave.
- 32:26Speaker 1: No.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Cao, would you be going to a cave in Maine?
- 32:32Speaker 5: We went to I'm not even kidding you. We went
- 32:34Speaker 5: to the rock quarry and looked for tourmaline. We spent
- 32:38Speaker 5: an entire day. I went to a quarry.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Coreys are fun, Yeah, jumping off of.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Them, don't like a disproportionate amount of kids dying quarries.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Quarries are like sneaky, deadly Corey Underwood.
- 32:53Speaker 2: All bodies of water are dangerous to children.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I think Corey's just look a little safer because
- 32:59Speaker 1: it's like stagnant.
- 33:01Speaker 2: I feel like they look a lot more dangerous because
- 33:03Speaker 2: the only way into them is from like a ninety
- 33:05Speaker 2: foot drop off.
- 33:06Speaker 5: Speaking of all, my Instagram feed now is is people
- 33:10Speaker 5: setting the new high dive record, and I don't know
- 33:14Speaker 5: if they're doing I don't I expect that they're going
- 33:17Speaker 5: to go in feed first, and then most of the
- 33:18Speaker 5: time they go in doing that death dive just like that.
- 33:24Speaker 5: And I don't understand how those people are alive because
- 33:27Speaker 5: now they're jumping from heights that I'm pretty sure are
- 33:30Speaker 5: higher than the bridges that we bike across where we
- 33:34Speaker 5: see memorials to the people who have killed themselves from them.
- 33:38Speaker 5: And does that just mean that the people who killed
- 33:40Speaker 5: themselves didn't have the right form going into the water. Yeah,
- 33:44Speaker 5: so a.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Whole different story. They would have been a world record holder.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I would assume you could jump off the Brooklyn Bridge
- 33:50Speaker 2: and live if you are a high dive, if you'd
- 33:52Speaker 2: know how to.
- 33:53Speaker 5: Do, could you death dive off of it? Yeah, you
- 33:57Speaker 5: just you'd need three people in the water to swim
- 33:59Speaker 5: over to where you were to make sure you were fine. Yeah,
- 34:03Speaker 5: that's what they do. They always have three or three
- 34:04Speaker 5: or four people to swim right over to make sure
- 34:06Speaker 5: you're okay.
- 34:07Speaker 2: I would assume if you could go either way on
- 34:08Speaker 2: the Brooklyn Bridge, I'm assuming you could lay or like
- 34:11Speaker 2: where you could easily just belly flop and explode. I
- 34:14Speaker 2: don't think it would explode on impact.
- 34:17Speaker 5: I think it's low enough that your skin would peel back.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Yeah, it would be like a Merry Melodies cartoon.
- 34:26Speaker 2: If you jumped from the Brooklyn Bridge and you landed
- 34:29Speaker 2: full starfish, you would explode.
- 34:32Speaker 1: No this sound that it wouldn't There wouldn't be a sound.
- 34:35Speaker 2: It would be like you never existed. It would be
- 34:37Speaker 2: it would just be gone. But if you did like,
- 34:42Speaker 2: I'm sure there's a proper form.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Where you can prevent that from happening, if you break
- 34:47Speaker 1: the surface tension somehow roller skate.
- 34:49Speaker 5: Do you think that those people who are going to
- 34:51Speaker 5: kill themselves off the bridges throw a rock down first
- 34:53Speaker 5: to have the ripples so that they can gauge how
- 34:56Speaker 5: much time it takes.
- 34:57Speaker 2: No, probably not. M know.
- 35:00Speaker 1: They throw the and if it does take too much time,
- 35:02Speaker 1: then they won't do it because it won't actually work.
- 35:05Speaker 5: You think they're not yelling send it right before they jump.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Geronimo, you're the ones where they throw the go pro
- 35:13Speaker 2: with the person.
- 35:14Speaker 1: Those are awesome. I've only seen those in like diving competitions,
- 35:18Speaker 1: but those are really cool.
- 35:19Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:19Speaker 1: I would get scared that I throw the GoPro too
- 35:21Speaker 1: fast and blow the shot.
- 35:23Speaker 5: Same. I wonder if being a YouTuber cliff diver is
- 35:31Speaker 5: more dangerous than being a wing soup base jumper. It
- 35:36Speaker 5: looks like it would be. Maybe you're not dying as often,
- 35:39Speaker 5: I think, but the injury rates seems higher.
- 35:42Speaker 1: But all of the cliff all of the wingsuit guys die.
- 35:46Speaker 1: It's like a matter.
- 35:47Speaker 2: I think that's I think it is kind of like
- 35:49Speaker 2: like free soloing. Yeah, it's you're either dead or you're
- 35:54Speaker 2: either doing it or you're dead.
- 35:56Speaker 5: Yeah, whereas cliff diving, you're gonna you'll get hurt, but
- 35:59Speaker 5: you're not dead.
- 36:01Speaker 2: I don't know enough about cliff diving, but I assume
- 36:04Speaker 2: cliff diving maybe you just hang up the water shoes
- 36:06Speaker 2: at some point.
- 36:07Speaker 5: A lot of these videos, some of these videos.
- 36:09Speaker 2: It's like stick to you with like a diving board.
- 36:11Speaker 5: They show, they show the video and then the caption
- 36:14Speaker 5: is like six paragraphs about the nineteen months he spent recovering.
- 36:18Speaker 5: Oh yeah, of course he's like, this was the last
- 36:20Speaker 5: time I remember having a pelvis.
- 36:23Speaker 2: And for the cliff diving, yeah, man.
- 36:26Speaker 1: They do it and they shatow their pelvis.
- 36:28Speaker 5: What six broken ribs, a collapsed lung, if not for
- 36:32Speaker 5: the grace of God, Like.
- 36:34Speaker 2: I actually take back what I said completely. I think
- 36:36Speaker 2: free soloing makes more sense than this dumb ass bullshit
- 36:41Speaker 2: jump off things. Yeah, because at least free soloing it's
- 36:44Speaker 2: like a I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. It feels
- 36:47Speaker 2: like it's got to be way harder than just jumping
- 36:49Speaker 2: off of something. Be Like they're like the whole like
- 36:53Speaker 2: why do it for the adrenaline, the rush? At least
- 36:55Speaker 2: when you're climbing something that's lasting for like four hours
- 36:58Speaker 2: and when you're jumping off of things, so you're you're
- 37:00Speaker 2: doing that all.
- 37:01Speaker 1: For I think it's human to want to conquer a peak,
- 37:05Speaker 1: Like jumping off of stuff doesn't seem like, I don't know,
- 37:09Speaker 1: doesn't It doesn't seem like a natural want that you
- 37:12Speaker 1: would have. Yeah, Like it seems counterintuitive to instincts like
- 37:17Speaker 1: but like instinctly like, yeah, I want to get to
- 37:19Speaker 1: the top of that. I want to conquer that. Like
- 37:21Speaker 1: jumping off is you're taking it back, don't get jumping off.
- 37:25Speaker 5: I was going to say that the thing I have
- 37:27Speaker 5: an issue with in this argument is that rock climbing
- 37:31Speaker 5: is exactly the same thing but theoretically safe, So you
- 37:36Speaker 5: choosing to do the same activity without ropes has no
- 37:41Speaker 5: comparison in cliff jumping. But then I thought, well, that's
- 37:45Speaker 5: the equivalent maybe to just jumping in feet first versus
- 37:49Speaker 5: doing a death dive.
- 37:52Speaker 2: What what is a death dove? A death dove, that's
- 37:55Speaker 2: what we're describing.
- 37:56Speaker 5: That's that when you go on, it's basically you make
- 37:58Speaker 5: it seem like you're doing a belly fly. Yeah yeah,
- 38:00Speaker 5: but instead you at the last second you pound the
- 38:04Speaker 5: water with your hands.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Awesome when you watch have you ever watched the college
- 38:07Speaker 1: diving like wacky competitions where they're all like death diving,
- 38:11Speaker 1: Like the guys who are on the yeah, and they
- 38:14Speaker 1: all do that ship that is fucking insane. Those have
- 38:16Speaker 1: to be the people who are doing it, like people
- 38:18Speaker 1: who are already divers, who are like, yeah, yeah, it's
- 38:21Speaker 1: not just some one who has a crazy death.
- 38:23Speaker 5: You'd think so. But the guy that I follow on
- 38:25Speaker 5: Instagram who seems to be the king of all this stuff,
- 38:28Speaker 5: is like wearing bellabong board shorts and has long blonde hair.
- 38:32Speaker 5: He does not have a diver's body. I don't know
- 38:35Speaker 5: if you've seen diver's body. Twinks.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Yeah, they're tiny, absolutely delicious otter.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Twinks incredible, delicious packages.
- 38:43Speaker 5: Not a hair on their bodies. I'm talking nipples are
- 38:46Speaker 5: so small but tight packages so small. Correct, I couldn't
- 38:52Speaker 5: do it. It is that that is a perky penis.
- 38:58Speaker 5: Penis not hard but droopy at all.
- 39:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I'm struggling on this squirrel suit
- 39:06Speaker 2: verse diving think.
- 39:10Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know, why, what would you do?
- 39:13Speaker 2: What would you do in order squirrel suit death dive?
- 39:21Speaker 5: Death dive for me?
- 39:23Speaker 1: Because the point of a free solo is to get
- 39:25Speaker 1: to the top.
- 39:26Speaker 2: Mind squirrel suits so that I don't have to death
- 39:28Speaker 2: dive or free solo.
- 39:29Speaker 5: I don't know you'll are with training in each of
- 39:33Speaker 5: them or today.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Assuming you you can train for them. I don't really
- 39:40Speaker 2: know how one trains for the squirrel suit though, Like
- 39:43Speaker 2: that's kind of just you. You're off figure it out.
- 39:46Speaker 5: You do a bunch of boring parachute jumps, and then
- 39:50Speaker 5: you jump out of a plane with one on. Really, Yeah,
- 39:54Speaker 5: you can jump out of a plane with a squirrel
- 39:56Speaker 5: suit on.
- 39:57Speaker 2: Have a parachute with it.
- 39:59Speaker 5: Yeah, of course they all parachutes.
- 40:00Speaker 2: Oh. I thought it was kind of just one of
- 40:02Speaker 2: those things where you got to come in, you got
- 40:03Speaker 2: to come in low and then pull up at the end.
- 40:05Speaker 5: And one guy.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Land on the ground like a bird on the water.
- 40:12Speaker 5: Yeah, there's one guy who did land in a big,
- 40:15Speaker 5: huge pile of boxes. Oh yeah, he's the only successful
- 40:18Speaker 5: guy to ever do it, I think.
- 40:20Speaker 1: Yeah, there were twenty guys who tried.
- 40:22Speaker 5: Oh no, there's one other guy who jumped out of
- 40:24Speaker 5: a plane and landed on a net. You've seen that video.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Well, there's the guy that jumped out of the spaceship
- 40:29Speaker 2: and landed on a net.
- 40:31Speaker 5: He had a parachute. Yeah, no, yes, dude, the.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Guy jumped out. You're thinking of two different rebel competitions.
- 40:39Speaker 1: One guy jumped without the parachute, and then another guy
- 40:42Speaker 1: jumped from.
- 40:42Speaker 2: The guy that with the guy that jumped without the parachute.
- 40:45Speaker 2: He goes down deep into the net.
- 40:47Speaker 5: Right yeah, yeah, And he's flipping over at the last
- 40:49Speaker 5: second to keep checking that his alignments right, and he's like,
- 40:52Speaker 5: I got it. No, wait, do I have I got it?
- 40:54Speaker 5: I got I got a look one more time.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Yeah, No one's ever been that deep in a net
- 41:00Speaker 2: like me parallel parking. Hey, literally, it's like the tip
- 41:02Speaker 2: of a condom.
- 41:05Speaker 1: Reservoir. Oh my god, and me saying that I want
- 41:11Speaker 1: one of free solo is very rich considering I can't
- 41:14Speaker 1: do six pull ups.
- 41:16Speaker 2: I don't know if I can do two pulus get
- 41:18Speaker 2: back in.
- 41:19Speaker 5: I believe it.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Can you about seven? Just fucking kidding? Can you seven?
- 41:25Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 41:26Speaker 1: It depends on the grip.
- 41:28Speaker 7: When cool, creamy ramch meets tangy bold Buffalo, the whole

- 44:00Speaker 1: And that's from the horse's mouth back to the show,
- 44:05Speaker 1: Inch is you dog?
- 44:06Speaker 5: I did some girl math yesterday with my workout. So
- 44:11Speaker 5: you know, I live upstate now, yeah, and so sometimes
- 44:16Speaker 5: I forget to bring all the proper things that I
- 44:18Speaker 5: need for the big city because like I don't really
- 44:20Speaker 5: know the city that well anymore. You know, it's changed
- 44:23Speaker 5: so much, it has. It's just I get totally overwhelmed
- 44:26Speaker 5: and I don't pack correctly. And you know, so I
- 44:29Speaker 5: came down to the city and I forgot to bring
- 44:32Speaker 5: workout clothes because I thought I was going to be
- 44:35Speaker 5: able to go home to my my like every so
- 44:39Speaker 5: often home. Yeah, yeah, of course my apartment, which I
- 44:42Speaker 5: still keep. But like just your touch base Touch really
- 44:45Speaker 5: just a storage unit at this point, just.
- 44:46Speaker 2: To hang out spot. Yeah, so just a good place
- 44:49Speaker 2: to get launched.
- 44:50Speaker 5: But we had a we had a busy day yesterday.
- 44:53Speaker 5: We had a lot going on. I had a lot
- 44:55Speaker 5: of stuff I had to do. Oh, he kept on saying.
- 44:57Speaker 5: I was like, I think I just did the podcast.
- 44:59Speaker 5: Did the podcast, and then I shot with Dana, and
- 45:02Speaker 5: then I had to do another thing, and then I
- 45:03Speaker 5: had to go see the big dermatologist who, by the way,
- 45:06Speaker 5: can I just say I got to the doctor's office.
- 45:09Speaker 5: I had researched this person, this guy he went to Yale.
- 45:12Speaker 5: I was all impressed with his credentials, Yale Medical School, Yale.
- 45:17Speaker 2: Man, you get it, you get it. Keep going a
- 45:29Speaker 2: little bit of a tongue twister there.
- 45:31Speaker 1: Yeah, that's why my man is stroking out. He said,
- 45:34Speaker 1: your your your skin looks crimson. My man.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 45:36Speaker 5: I went to see this guy and they were like,
- 45:39Speaker 5: the doctor's not here, but you'll be seeing his physician's assistance.
- 45:42Speaker 2: Oh, a dartmouth guy.
- 45:46Speaker 1: They bait and switched you with a brown man.
- 45:49Speaker 5: And I was like, wait a minute, what I chose
- 45:51Speaker 5: this office specifically.
- 45:53Speaker 2: For going to the I've had a doctor in New
- 45:57Speaker 2: York for two years now. I've never met him, have
- 46:00Speaker 2: only met his assistant Cornell. Yeah, I wish pace.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Fit.
- 46:13Speaker 5: I know, do you go to fit? Wow? Not a
- 46:19Speaker 5: huge medical program, there is there no.
- 46:22Speaker 1: No kind of the joke.
- 46:24Speaker 2: Yeah, that was the joke.
- 46:26Speaker 5: I was trying to soften it for her after we
- 46:30Speaker 5: insulted her background.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Getting a fucking going in for a dermatology appointment and
- 46:38Speaker 1: the person just roasting your fit would be.
- 46:40Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, yeah, do these clothes quick.
- 46:45Speaker 5: So I do the Now I have the physician's assistance,
- 46:48Speaker 5: and I'm wearing I'm wearing the rope open backwards right.
- 46:52Speaker 5: And I had gone in saying, I guess if I'm here,
- 46:56Speaker 5: then I want to do the full body scan. And
- 46:59Speaker 5: so now I'm commit it to the full body skin,
- 47:01Speaker 5: which means you get totally naked and they look at
- 47:03Speaker 5: you closely.
- 47:05Speaker 2: Do they look at your asshole?
- 47:06Speaker 10: No?
- 47:06Speaker 5: They didn't spread the cheeks, which I was kind of
- 47:09Speaker 5: disappointed with because I was like, well, if we're gonna
- 47:11Speaker 5: go the whole nine yards, we might as.
- 47:13Speaker 1: Well you bleached and waxed.
- 47:16Speaker 5: I hadn't.
- 47:17Speaker 1: Oh, and you wanted to see them to see that
- 47:19Speaker 1: you voyer.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Bleach on my scrubs. I'm gonna feel like an asshole.
- 47:28Speaker 5: So anyway, she does the check. By the way, she
- 47:32Speaker 5: didn't tell me that. I'm sitting in the chair and
- 47:34Speaker 5: she's doing my upper body and all this, and then
- 47:37Speaker 5: she's like, okay, you can lift the robe now. And
- 47:39Speaker 5: I started to stand up and she's like, you don't
- 47:42Speaker 5: have to stand up.
- 47:43Speaker 1: I'm sitting slouched, which is the worst a penis can look.
- 47:47Speaker 5: And she's like, you don't have to stand up. And
- 47:49Speaker 5: I was like can I and she's like no, no, no, whatever,
- 47:54Speaker 5: be comfortable. So I had to lift this up and
- 47:55Speaker 5: my dick and balls were just it was as if, yeah,
- 48:00Speaker 5: they were all dead. They were dead. It was just one.
- 48:04Speaker 5: It was terrible visual.
- 48:07Speaker 1: Shot in the car and you opened the door and
- 48:09Speaker 1: they fell out.
- 48:10Speaker 2: Yeah, sitting down, dick and balls just just fucking like
- 48:16Speaker 2: a He said she, Yeah, why didn't you request him, dude?
- 48:19Speaker 5: I had?
- 48:20Speaker 2: I had, oh yeah, yeah, the Yale man.
- 48:23Speaker 5: Yeah. And then it was his physicians assistance hot.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Assistant, and he said he's not looking at any Harvard
- 48:29Speaker 1: cock today.
- 48:31Speaker 5: Yeah. But she actually ended up doing a good job.
- 48:34Speaker 5: I don't know. She seemed like she know what she
- 48:36Speaker 5: was talking about?
- 48:39Speaker 2: Yeah, how does she do a good job? She kept
- 48:41Speaker 2: a professional as opposed to what you thought she was
- 48:44Speaker 2: gonna suck you off.
- 48:47Speaker 5: I had. I had that run through my mind.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Oh thank god I got out of there without getting
- 48:53Speaker 2: sucked five stars.
- 48:59Speaker 5: So and go there for a little bit, but neither
- 49:02Speaker 5: did she touch and then she went anyway, So I
- 49:07Speaker 5: did that. Why did I talk about this? Oh? The
- 49:11Speaker 5: gym really quick, so I didn't bring. Because of all that,
- 49:14Speaker 5: I didn't get to go home, which meant that at
- 49:16Speaker 5: six o'clock I had a seven forty five spot at
- 49:18Speaker 5: the stand, and there's a gym that I can go
- 49:21Speaker 5: to here in the city, and I couldn't get home.
- 49:25Speaker 5: So I was like, well, I'm just gonna go buy
- 49:27Speaker 5: I need to work out, so I'm gonna go buy
- 49:29Speaker 5: workout clothes. Yeah, And I went to Paragon Sports and I.
- 49:34Speaker 2: Bought a pair of shorts out of your account.
- 49:36Speaker 5: Yeah, I bought a pair of a shirt. I brought
- 49:39Speaker 5: some workout shoes and new socks.
- 49:41Speaker 2: Interesting question for you, Do they have fishing stuff there?
- 49:45Speaker 5: Surely I would bet that they do.
- 49:48Speaker 2: They Every time I look up fishing stores in New York,
- 49:51Speaker 2: that comes up and I look at the website. I'm like,
- 49:52Speaker 2: there's just no way.
- 49:54Speaker 5: Don't look at their website. You got to go in.
- 49:56Speaker 2: It's all like running clothes.
- 49:57Speaker 5: No, no, they have ski gears.
- 49:59Speaker 2: Oh really, They've.
- 50:00Speaker 5: Got like so it's like a full long boards. They
- 50:03Speaker 5: got a huge tennis section.
- 50:05Speaker 2: Okay, I'll check it out.
- 50:06Speaker 5: Soccer, ask every sport you can think. Well, I went
- 50:10Speaker 5: in there. I bought all this stuff, and it was like,
- 50:13Speaker 5: why you ask expensive shit? It seemed really dumb given
- 50:18Speaker 5: that we are sponsored by VIORI like I should be
- 50:21Speaker 5: you know whatever.
- 50:22Speaker 1: So what was last second?
- 50:24Speaker 5: Yeah, so I and I was like, oh, I've just
- 50:25Speaker 5: spent all this money. Now I need to make up
- 50:28Speaker 5: for it by working out so fucking hard.
- 50:31Speaker 2: This has to be a two hundred dollars workout that.
- 50:33Speaker 5: I earn the outfit that I bought, and I worked
- 50:37Speaker 5: out to the point of injury.
- 50:38Speaker 1: What did you do, dude?
- 50:40Speaker 5: I was doing like an overhead press circuit and my
- 50:45Speaker 5: shoulder just.
- 50:46Speaker 1: Popped, like out of soccer, not out of sock.
- 50:50Speaker 5: It just like all of a sudden, the muscle just
- 50:53Speaker 5: gave up, and I went.
- 50:56Speaker 1: Maybe that was just it wasn't lifting a failure. Is
- 50:59Speaker 1: it still hurt? Maybe your first time experiencing failure.
- 51:04Speaker 2: You might be out out for commission, out of commission
- 51:06Speaker 2: for the summer. Never body's going to deflate fast.
- 51:09Speaker 5: I can still cast with one.
- 51:10Speaker 1: Hand, a left hand single left handed cast.
- 51:14Speaker 2: And I hate to see those shoulders deflate uncaster. Are
- 51:17Speaker 2: you gonna still work and keep working the left one?
- 51:19Speaker 5: Yeah? Why not? That's a myth. By the way, what
- 51:24Speaker 5: said if you break your arm, you shouldn't lift the
- 51:27Speaker 5: other arm because it'll like make your body lopsided.
- 51:33Speaker 2: I mean, I've seen dudes who have those are the
- 51:35Speaker 2: guys who like disabled arm and then their right arm
- 51:37Speaker 2: is just fucking shredded.
- 51:39Speaker 5: Raphael at all, his left hand is so much more
- 51:45Speaker 5: jacked than his right.
- 51:46Speaker 2: Would you just say that that's a myth.
- 51:48Speaker 5: That's not because he broke his arm. It's because he
- 51:50Speaker 5: plays tennis and he hits with one hand. Yeah.
- 51:53Speaker 2: But if you were to break your arm and you
- 51:55Speaker 2: were to work out one arm for two months say recovery.
- 51:59Speaker 5: No, people say you shouldn't do it because it's bad
- 52:02Speaker 5: for your body. That's the myth.
- 52:05Speaker 2: I see that it will leave you still not sure
- 52:08Speaker 2: we're on the same page.
- 52:09Speaker 5: We never are.
- 52:11Speaker 1: Well, you're talking about a full disability. You're talking about
- 52:13Speaker 1: someone who loses ability in their.
- 52:15Speaker 2: Arm, and then they I'm thinking of the I'm thinking
- 52:17Speaker 2: of the family guy meme.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Yeah, the one where it's like different colors of shades
- 52:23Speaker 1: of people of races.
- 52:25Speaker 2: No, I'm thinking masses, the neighbor with massive with the
- 52:29Speaker 2: massive arm.
- 52:31Speaker 1: Oh, the chicken that he fights, all right, never mind
- 52:37Speaker 1: Peter Griffin, No chicken.
- 52:39Speaker 2: Who's Peter Griffin's.
- 52:40Speaker 1: Neighbor, Joe, I don't know.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Cleveland, Yeah, Cleveland, No, Cleveland's the black dude is the
- 52:48Speaker 2: horny guy? Yeah?
- 52:50Speaker 5: Quagmire, Quagmire.
- 52:51Speaker 2: You've never seen Quagmire with the one jacked arm and
- 52:54Speaker 2: the other arms just like a noodle.
- 52:56Speaker 1: That makes it.
- 52:57Speaker 2: He's been jacking off so much.
- 52:59Speaker 5: Is that why it is? Yes, sure, it's not because
- 53:01Speaker 5: he's working out one arm and the other one was broken.
- 53:05Speaker 1: I think that there's a chance that Rafael Nadal only
- 53:08Speaker 1: plays tennis to cover up for his furious masturbation habit,
- 53:12Speaker 1: that he jerks off so much that it got his
- 53:14Speaker 1: arm jacked, and he's like, I need to justify this somehow.
- 53:17Speaker 1: I'll become the best tennis player in the world because
- 53:20Speaker 1: none of the other tennis players have.
- 53:21Speaker 2: That works out regularly swinging a tennis Racket's not going
- 53:27Speaker 2: to swing something that zero.
- 53:29Speaker 5: Yeah, I'll show you this pictures.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Probably a furious masturba which breaks my fucking I have
- 53:37Speaker 1: discussed time. I will pray for him.
- 53:39Speaker 2: Always been more of a fish guy.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Fishing.
- 53:45Speaker 2: Now who's the guy?
- 53:47Speaker 5: Marty Fish?
- 53:48Speaker 2: Has been more of a Marty Fish guy personally.
- 53:51Speaker 5: Jack sock is my favorite because it reminds me of
- 53:54Speaker 5: how I like to finish.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Jack in a sock.
- 53:59Speaker 2: And box.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Andy rod Dick his mine? Nice?
- 54:03Speaker 5: Funny?
- 54:04Speaker 1: Does he likes to ride cock?
- 54:05Speaker 2: Marti Fish?
- 54:06Speaker 1: Who's the brother that won this weekend Wimbledon?
- 54:10Speaker 5: Center Center? That's the doll.
- 54:13Speaker 2: Center aka steroids.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Oh but that's an angle thing.
- 54:16Speaker 2: That's an angle.
- 54:16Speaker 5: No, it's not.
- 54:17Speaker 2: Centner had a little bit of a roid scandal, didn't he.
- 54:20Speaker 5: Yeah, he did.
- 54:22Speaker 1: It's so it's actually so nasty that when you look
- 54:25Speaker 1: down the pipe of an arm, no matter how jack
- 54:27Speaker 1: you are, it looks skinny. I saw a picture of
- 54:28Speaker 1: Sakuon Barkley is still image of him running and like
- 54:31Speaker 1: one of his arms was like straight at the camera
- 54:34Speaker 1: and it like looked skinny left to right, and I'm like,
- 54:36Speaker 1: I know that he's fucking huge.
- 54:38Speaker 2: I heard he's lost some weight in the off season.
- 54:41Speaker 1: He's down to one sixty. Yeah, Barkley seeing if he
- 54:44Speaker 1: could do it at one sixty? Has there been two
- 54:46Speaker 1: forty last year?
- 54:48Speaker 2: I'm fully back in on ball.
- 54:49Speaker 5: Was he two forty? Yeah? Probably thirty five eight?
- 54:55Speaker 1: Uh, maybe five to ten.
- 54:57Speaker 2: I don't think he's five eight? Five Eight's pretty? Is
- 54:59Speaker 2: he five eight?
- 55:03Speaker 1: But Barry Sanders was he's five eight.
- 55:05Speaker 2: And he's hurtling over people that's.
- 55:10Speaker 5: Six feet.
- 55:12Speaker 2: Eight.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Yeah, so he's definitely in the fives.
- 55:21Speaker 5: Two thirty three and that's what he's listed at.
- 55:24Speaker 2: So you know he was having a couple extra crustables
- 55:28Speaker 2: slaming someone crustables before the Super Bowl? How did you
- 55:31Speaker 2: think the person I was? I was thinking about it
- 55:33Speaker 2: recently at the going to the Super Bowl. I think
- 55:36Speaker 2: the Chiefs walkout was was way better than the Eagles, Like,
- 55:41Speaker 2: didn't you think the Chiefs walkout was kind of bad?
- 55:42Speaker 1: Like did you?
- 55:43Speaker 2: Was part of you?
- 55:44Speaker 8: Not?
- 55:44Speaker 10: Like?
- 55:44Speaker 1: Fuck? I remember their walk out.
- 55:46Speaker 2: They came out to the horns whatever that song is, yeah,
- 55:51Speaker 2: whatever it is, but everyone was booing and they had
- 55:53Speaker 2: the they had like it looked like they were that
- 56:00Speaker 2: was one of the Eagles. The Eagles came out to
- 56:02Speaker 2: what dreams and nightmares?
- 56:04Speaker 1: No, that's what they did last time against the Patriots
- 56:08Speaker 1: when they beat them. They came out to dream of
- 56:09Speaker 1: nightmares and the Patriots came out to crazy train. Oh really,
- 56:13Speaker 1: it's like, oh, yeah, we're gonna win. We have the
- 56:15Speaker 1: culture on our side.
- 56:16Speaker 5: Yeah, but our musician is in prison.
- 56:21Speaker 2: Yeah, they came out to something that it was sick.
- 56:24Speaker 1: But I remember the boot. I just remember the booing,
- 56:26Speaker 1: and I remember being like, oh, we got the fucking
- 56:28Speaker 1: crowd on our side.
- 56:29Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 56:31Speaker 1: I saw there was a video of Lane Johnson this morning.
- 56:33Speaker 1: He loaded seven hundred and twenty pounds onto what looked
- 56:37Speaker 1: like an actual weight rack and just picked the rack
- 56:40Speaker 1: up on her shoulders and it was like farmer carrying it.
- 56:43Speaker 1: It was the most manly thing I'd ever seen in
- 56:46Speaker 1: my fucking life.
- 56:47Speaker 5: The weights that they lift don't they don't make sense
- 56:49Speaker 5: to me. You ever you ever tried what's like the
- 56:53Speaker 5: most weight in any lift that you've ever tried to live?
- 57:00Speaker 1: Look at that. That's so much and he's just walking
- 57:06Speaker 1: it like forty yards seven hundred and ten pounds and
- 57:09Speaker 1: just walking around with it.
- 57:11Speaker 5: I mean, that's like a call. This is why none
- 57:13Speaker 5: of these guys can walk when they're forty eight years old.
- 57:18Speaker 1: He said, he's in better shape now than he have been.
- 57:20Speaker 5: He is, but all that's going to catch up to him.
- 57:22Speaker 5: They're just wearing away the cartilage in every single joint
- 57:26Speaker 5: to the point where they're you know, they're gonna be
- 57:30Speaker 5: cartilage free.
- 57:30Speaker 1: I mean, he could be a fucking wrestler. He would
- 57:33Speaker 1: be such a sick wrestler.
- 57:34Speaker 5: Harry, what is the most weight you've ever tried to
- 57:37Speaker 5: lift of any type on any type of lift?
- 57:40Speaker 2: I don't know, to be honest. I mean the most
- 57:44Speaker 2: I've ever lifted and succeeded was deadlifting two twenty five. God,
- 57:49Speaker 2: I don't think I've ever tried anything above two twenty five, Right,
- 57:52Speaker 2: I might have tried to deadlift like two eighty five once.
- 57:55Speaker 5: Right, So take take that number and remember how hard
- 57:58Speaker 5: that was where you really lighted four reps? All right,
- 58:01Speaker 5: But you're like, so then you probably could have done
- 58:03Speaker 5: two seventy five or something like that.
- 58:05Speaker 2: Yeah, right, man, I know I think I tried and
- 58:07Speaker 2: I couldn't.
- 58:08Speaker 5: Well, then remember that big.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Of the hardest thing you've ever done. It wasn't actually hard.
- 58:14Speaker 5: Now multiply that by fucking yeah three yeah, it's insane.
- 58:19Speaker 5: That's what those guys are like doing SATs at it.
- 58:22Speaker 2: It's insane.
- 58:22Speaker 5: Six hundred pounds three xing it.
- 58:24Speaker 1: Instead of like legitimately adding to what you did, you
- 58:27Speaker 1: would have to add like ten percent to it, and
- 58:30Speaker 1: it will make it way harder. You're lily added three
- 58:32Speaker 1: hundred percent.
- 58:33Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, your lift is there warm up?
- 58:36Speaker 1: No, it's not even their warm not even Yeah.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Their lift is like if I went to curl like
- 58:41Speaker 2: the tens and I was like, this is working on form.
- 58:46Speaker 2: I'm gonna go this is physical therapy.
- 58:48Speaker 5: I'm gonna go walk the neighborhood. Yeah yeah, and catch
- 58:51Speaker 5: up with my girlfriend, yeah, my gal pal.
- 58:56Speaker 1: All right, cool, all right. Actually, I have a request

- 1:00:17Speaker 1: they've seen your highlight tapes. Why would you suck? That's
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: like watching fucking Kobe be sick at basketball and then
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: being like you suck at basketball.
