- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hello everyone, welcome to the Almost Famous Podcast. Today's edition
- 0:10Speaker 2: is the Bachelor in Paradise episode to breakdown, Ben, what.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Was your initial what's your initial takeaway?
- 0:20Speaker 2: Honestly or just no, honestly because I always ask you
- 0:24Speaker 2: this question when I'm disappointed in an episode.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, I think it's having a hard time
- 0:30Speaker 4: living up to the Golden Bachelor.
- 0:32Speaker 5: I do.
- 0:32Speaker 4: I think it's a hard competition between the two, and
- 0:35Speaker 4: I think Paradise had to step up. It is gonna
- 0:40Speaker 4: have to step up its game. And I felt like
- 0:42Speaker 4: this episode, now episode one, was.
- 0:44Speaker 3: It episode one?
- 0:46Speaker 5: I liked Episode one?
- 0:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I just I felt like this episode, if you
- 0:52Speaker 4: really talk about it, didn't have a lot going on.
- 0:55Speaker 2: No, And I think about the things that happened, and
- 0:58Speaker 2: I'm like, we dragged that out. We dragged that over
- 1:01Speaker 2: two hours.
- 1:02Speaker 4: And it felt like it like it felt like when
- 1:04Speaker 4: I watched it, it felt like it was dragged out
- 1:06Speaker 4: for two hours. Now, this isn't me saying I'm giving
- 1:08Speaker 4: up on the show. This isn't me saying, oh my gosh,
- 1:10Speaker 4: I'll never watch. It's just me saying I thought this episode,
- 1:14Speaker 4: with all the storylines that were kind of built in
- 1:16Speaker 4: episode one, yeah, yeah, kind of like fizzled those storylines
- 1:20Speaker 4: out to be nothings. And that was that was hard
- 1:24Speaker 4: to watch because I just I don't know what I
- 1:26Speaker 4: picked from it.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Yeah, what I really was craving was somebody walking down
- 1:31Speaker 2: the stairs. I know even did at the beginning of
- 1:34Speaker 2: the episode. But it's like, okay, so the even thing good.
- 1:37Speaker 2: But now like, let's just get to the rose ceremony
- 1:39Speaker 2: and get new people in because there's not again, there's
- 1:42Speaker 2: not a ton of drama that's going to be created
- 1:44Speaker 2: with the bunch right now because there are a lot
- 1:46Speaker 2: of people who are coupled up, but they're coupled up
- 1:49Speaker 2: in like relationships that you know, they apparently aren't one
- 1:54Speaker 2: hundred percent thrilled by, because when Hannah Brown comes down
- 1:57Speaker 2: and ask them some questions just we'll get to in
- 1:59Speaker 2: a minute.
- 2:00Speaker 3: A lot of them were like, oh, but I'm open,
- 2:02Speaker 3: but I'm open, but I'm open.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, so let's get these people open. As
- 2:06Speaker 2: a view as a viewer, I love it when people
- 2:08Speaker 2: walk down the stairs. As a participant, it was the
- 2:12Speaker 2: worst thing ever.
- 2:13Speaker 5: Not great.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Well, we are going to break it down right here.
- 2:16Speaker 4: Let's start with this. You know, Will so far has
- 2:23Speaker 4: had a shockingly large part in this show. I'd say, Will, Kylie,
- 2:28Speaker 4: and Olivia are are really the focus so far, and
- 2:32Speaker 4: it is an intriguing kind of love square at this point.
- 2:37Speaker 4: The square well, because you've got Kylie Avin, You've got
- 2:41Speaker 4: Olivia Avan, you got Kylie and Will's history, or you
- 2:45Speaker 4: got Kylie and Will's history, you got Olivian Will's history.
- 2:47Speaker 5: Like there's just a lot there.
- 2:49Speaker 2: They're very brief history, because brief history one day history.
- 2:53Speaker 3: But that's what happens in Paradise.
- 2:55Speaker 4: But you I mean, I think we said it last
- 2:57Speaker 4: week and I think we could probably predict it Will
- 3:01Speaker 4: was gonna get Will especially was going to get the
- 3:03Speaker 4: short end here, like he was definitely gonna be the
- 3:05Speaker 4: one left out. Now, you know, Olivia has a big personality.
- 3:09Speaker 4: She's beautiful, she's funny.
- 3:12Speaker 3: She's funny and scary.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Well yeah, I mean, but she's she has kind of
- 3:16Speaker 4: gotten the raw of the deal twice now where she's
- 3:18Speaker 4: felt like something good is happening and then it doesn't,
- 3:21Speaker 4: and it just so happens to be that Kylie is
- 3:24Speaker 4: the one involved in both those scenarios. We figured though
- 3:28Speaker 4: Olivia would be around for a bit.
- 3:30Speaker 5: I did.
- 3:30Speaker 4: I just thought, you know, Will was gonna get left
- 3:33Speaker 4: out because I think Will was excited and shortsighted in
- 3:39Speaker 4: his decision to go on a date with Kylie. And
- 3:43Speaker 4: I think that gets proven during this episode where he
- 3:46Speaker 4: had a good thing going to Olivia. Olivia was into him.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Olivia was saying, Hey, this is awesome and this is magical,
- 3:51Speaker 4: and like we should give this a shot, and then
- 3:53Speaker 4: Kylie shows interest in him and he bounces, and it
- 3:57Speaker 4: felt like the beach. Most people on the beach had
- 4:01Speaker 4: kind of already known that Kylie was gonna be like
- 4:04Speaker 4: was waiting for Avan, like like there was nobody that
- 4:07Speaker 4: was going to get in between her and Avn.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Yeah, so let's talk about Avan getting down. The stairs
- 4:13Speaker 2: comes down Kylie left off last episode. He only, from
- 4:17Speaker 2: what we see, pulls Olivia and Kylie aside a chat
- 4:21Speaker 2: with them.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Do you believe that it was only those two?
- 4:25Speaker 5: I don't know. You would know better me. I don't
- 4:26Speaker 5: know how that was.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I would know better, but I and I say yes,
- 4:30Speaker 2: I say he probably did. But for TV's sake, it's
- 4:33Speaker 2: best to just see them go head to head and
- 4:35Speaker 2: he asked Kylie to go. When Kylie gets asked to
- 4:40Speaker 2: go on the date pretty much with just like Will
- 4:42Speaker 2: just sitting there and she's like yes, like one percent,
- 4:46Speaker 2: Like the girl has left Will mentally one hundred percent.
- 4:50Speaker 3: They go on the date. It seems cute.
- 4:52Speaker 2: I wanted to see more of it because all we
- 4:55Speaker 2: see is like him not being able to pop the champagne,
- 4:58Speaker 2: which was kind of hilarious, and then they're just like
- 5:01Speaker 2: on the boat and they're kind of giggling a little bit,
- 5:03Speaker 2: but there's like not a ton There wasn't a ton
- 5:06Speaker 2: of contacts with them.
- 5:08Speaker 4: We didn't leave that date, at least I didn't leave
- 5:11Speaker 4: that date being like, oh my gosh, their chemistry is
- 5:13Speaker 4: so power exactly.
- 5:14Speaker 5: There's a physical attraction.
- 5:16Speaker 4: I think that's obvious, and it's an easy flirt when
- 5:19Speaker 4: I think they've been flirting for a while even though
- 5:21Speaker 4: they haven't met in person necessarily ojis, through emojis, through emojis.
- 5:26Speaker 4: There was a weird part Ashley that stood out to
- 5:29Speaker 4: me where and I could just be reading in this stuff,
- 5:34Speaker 4: but she says that she, you know, visited San Diego
- 5:37Speaker 4: kind of like hinting at hey, like, I'm ready for
- 5:39Speaker 4: a move.
- 5:39Speaker 5: I'm up for anything.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Did she wanted she wants to move to him already?
- 5:44Speaker 4: Yeah, like first date? Like, and he goes, when was that?
- 5:48Speaker 4: And I'm thinking, in the back of my mind, you
- 5:50Speaker 4: and I both know how this world works.
- 5:52Speaker 3: He totally knew what it was. He knew what it was,
- 5:55Speaker 3: and he's acting like he doesn't.
- 5:56Speaker 4: So what else are they acting like they don't know
- 5:58Speaker 4: about each other?
- 6:00Speaker 3: Do you think they've met in real life before?
- 6:02Speaker 5: Right now?
- 6:03Speaker 4: I have no basis for this, but like, as a fan, yes,
- 6:06Speaker 4: I think they have. I think they have, and I
- 6:08Speaker 4: think they've kept it semi secret.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And that's why she's gone, Yeah, that's why she's making
- 6:14Speaker 2: so many points to be like, oh, we've talked only
- 6:17Speaker 2: on Instagram, but it's like not even messages. It's just
- 6:19Speaker 2: like he's liking my pictures.
- 6:21Speaker 3: And fire signs.
- 6:22Speaker 4: I think they both had the same story coming down.
- 6:24Speaker 4: I think they both committed to this story. I think
- 6:26Speaker 4: they talked about what they would say about it, and
- 6:28Speaker 4: I think they have met.
- 6:31Speaker 5: But I don't know this again, good work.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Not yeah, but yeah, you're just coming up with speculative narratives.
- 6:37Speaker 5: And is it that big a deal if they have no,
- 6:38Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 6:40Speaker 4: I don't care at all, but it is still it
- 6:41Speaker 4: makes it does I will say this, it does because
- 6:46Speaker 4: I do know Olivia has been I think she has
- 6:50Speaker 4: fun being outspoken. I think she has fun kind of
- 6:52Speaker 4: being an instigator when it comes to Kylie. I think
- 6:55Speaker 4: she has kind of felt like, oh my gosh, you know, Kylie,
- 6:58Speaker 4: just continue to step on the people that I'm in to.
- 7:00Speaker 4: I will say if Kylie went on a date with
- 7:04Speaker 4: Will and she knew this all along, that she was
- 7:09Speaker 4: going to be into Avan and that he was coming
- 7:11Speaker 4: into this beach because they have talked, then I am
- 7:14Speaker 4: on Olivia's side saying why did you go on this
- 7:16Speaker 4: date with Will? Then like, why would you do this
- 7:19Speaker 4: if you knew how this was going to play out?
- 7:21Speaker 4: Because all I did is hurt one guy and step
- 7:24Speaker 4: in the middle of something that I was excited about.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Kylie had a date card.
- 7:29Speaker 2: They gave her the date card for a reason because
- 7:32Speaker 2: they knew that Evan was going to come down, but
- 7:34Speaker 2: she wasn't going to have the opportunity to use it
- 7:37Speaker 2: on a date with.
- 7:38Speaker 5: Him, so she kind of felt like, Hey, who's there?
- 7:41Speaker 3: They put her in a position.
- 7:43Speaker 5: They did put her in a position. Well, she fell
- 7:44Speaker 5: into that position too.
- 7:45Speaker 3: What is she to do? She's going to lead every
- 7:47Speaker 3: guy on, She's going to take on the date.
- 7:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess, I guess that is true. But there
- 7:51Speaker 4: were some guys that were not maybe in flirtatious relationships
- 7:55Speaker 4: at that point after that. Yeah, but you know, I
- 7:58Speaker 4: get it, I understand it. I see where this. I
- 8:02Speaker 4: see how she probably didn't have a great option. I'm
- 8:04Speaker 4: sure that's a really tough scenario to be in and
- 8:06Speaker 4: kind of playing the game a little bit. It would
- 8:09Speaker 4: have been hard for her to be like, Okay, what
- 8:11Speaker 4: guy here could I take on a date that I'm
- 8:13Speaker 4: probably not going to be interested in that's not going
- 8:15Speaker 4: to fall in love with me.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Will seems to fall in love quite easily.
- 8:19Speaker 5: Yeah, we're gonna talk about Will. I have a lot
- 8:20Speaker 5: of thoughts on Will.
- 8:22Speaker 3: He's a sweet guy.
- 8:23Speaker 5: And yeah, and just a bit.
- 8:25Speaker 4: But even and Kylie go on their date, it's you know,
- 8:28Speaker 4: she Kylie's talking about one babies and moving to San Diego.
- 8:31Speaker 4: I mean, this is moving fast. This is furious. I
- 8:33Speaker 4: can't see how this ends anyway other than either the
- 8:36Speaker 4: two of them being together or the two of them
- 8:38Speaker 4: having the saddest breakup on the beach of all time,
- 8:43Speaker 4: because she is in it. And even as I mean
- 8:46Speaker 4: even during you know, Rach Rachel's season or yeah, Rachel's season,
- 8:52Speaker 4: he's not one that we got a lot of emotion
- 8:56Speaker 4: out of. He didn't share a lot, would incredibly look
- 9:01Speaker 4: good looking, So like, I'm not shocked that he's not
- 9:05Speaker 4: over there being like, yeah, Kayle, he's the one. I'm
- 9:07Speaker 4: gonna make babies with her and have her moved to
- 9:08Speaker 4: San Diego. She's definitely the one to say that. But
- 9:12Speaker 4: we flashed back to the beach.
- 9:13Speaker 3: We got like a little update on everyone, you know.
- 9:16Speaker 5: We just do a little update, and and here's the relationships.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Actually, I kind of want to skim through this because
- 9:21Speaker 4: I don't feel like any of these relationships there's.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Nothing of substance much except for maybe Eliza and Aaron.
- 9:27Speaker 4: I would actually say Eliza and Aaron is one. Eliza
- 9:31Speaker 4: is just I mean, for two seasons of the row,
- 9:33Speaker 4: She's gonna go down as one of the most likable
- 9:35Speaker 4: characters in Paradise.
- 9:37Speaker 6: She is very sweet, well she wasn't like she is sweet,
- 9:44Speaker 6: but like, I don't know about likable because we all
- 9:46Speaker 6: got pretty frustrated with her last season.
- 9:50Speaker 4: We did, but it's I mean, did we get frustrated
- 9:52Speaker 4: with her because of her or just because of how
- 9:54Speaker 4: Paradise worked out for her?
- 9:56Speaker 5: I mean Paradise is a weird.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Switching back and forth.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Well, I mean that's kind of what Paradise is, right,
- 10:03Speaker 4: and that's probably why at the end she wasn't committed
- 10:06Speaker 4: or secure and the relationship she had, because she's like, yeah,
- 10:08Speaker 4: I've been switching back and forth, Like I'm not going
- 10:10Speaker 4: to switch back and forth with the person that I
- 10:12Speaker 4: believe I'll be with for the rest.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Of my life.
- 10:14Speaker 2: She's super scared about switching back and forth this season,
- 10:17Speaker 2: to the point where when she finds out that Aaron
- 10:20Speaker 2: had made out with Mercedes the night before, she was like, oh,
- 10:24Speaker 2: I'm like reevaluating even like talking to you, because that's
- 10:28Speaker 2: how much she wants to stay out of drama.
- 10:30Speaker 4: And I get it, right, I mean, I'm sure she's
- 10:33Speaker 4: thought about this for last year. Well, you know, Blake
- 10:36Speaker 4: and Jests are together. Here's a relationship that I think
- 10:39Speaker 4: is going to be very interesting to watch.
- 10:41Speaker 2: It's so weird, Like it's weird, like like I said
- 10:43Speaker 2: last week, I just felt like she was so innocent,
- 10:45Speaker 2: and from what we know, he's not.
- 10:47Speaker 3: But it seems also like he is.
- 10:51Speaker 5: He's bringing out a different Sel a lot.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Like warmer and sweeter this season, like a different, a
- 10:55Speaker 2: different Blake. I like him so much right now.
- 10:58Speaker 5: Her love on Blake right now.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Yeah, Kat and Brayden is an interesting relationship to me.
- 11:14Speaker 4: I just get the sense right now that that relationship
- 11:18Speaker 4: ends really sadly, that there's a lot of tears, there's
- 11:22Speaker 4: a lot of confusion, that it's one of those Bachelor
- 11:25Speaker 4: in Paradise relationships where they've been together for so many
- 11:28Speaker 4: weeks and they're kind of happy, go lucky, and everything's fine,
- 11:31Speaker 4: and then something happens. I just get this feeling because
- 11:34Speaker 4: of the hints that the show is giving us, the
- 11:37Speaker 4: one liners that are shown from each of them. They're
- 11:40Speaker 4: chemistry together. That something happens in paradise between the two
- 11:45Speaker 4: of them and their relationship does not make it well.
- 11:47Speaker 3: It's also because of social media.
- 11:49Speaker 2: She said something on social media and then he clapped
- 11:52Speaker 2: back at her this week, So I do think it's
- 11:54Speaker 2: gonna end dirty, But right now they're just really beautiful together.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean right now, it is. They're both very
- 12:01Speaker 4: good looking people. They seem very into each other.
- 12:04Speaker 5: I did.
- 12:04Speaker 4: I mean, I'm just I just want to talk to Braiden.
- 12:08Speaker 4: I've been a'll talk to Welles about this. Wells really
- 12:10Speaker 4: likes Braiden.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Thanks. He's a great dude.
- 12:14Speaker 4: You know they're making out in the pool when he
- 12:16Speaker 4: has this rubber ducky earring that's just kind of flapping around, hilarious.
- 12:20Speaker 4: It just it just feels like a lot.
- 12:22Speaker 2: I just wanted to I just would love to have
- 12:24Speaker 2: gone earring shopping with him for Paradise.
- 12:28Speaker 5: Sure.
- 12:29Speaker 2: That would have been hilarious because you know, he was like,
- 12:31Speaker 2: what kind of irreverent earrings can I yet?
- 12:33Speaker 3: And he got a rubber ducky for the pool. It's amazing.
- 12:36Speaker 5: It is amazing.
- 12:37Speaker 3: Let's see anything else to bring up.
- 12:39Speaker 4: There isn't relationalipship wise, that's intriguing. I think it all
- 12:44Speaker 4: gets and at this point in the episode, we're watching
- 12:47Speaker 4: these relationships, we're getting an update on these relationships, as
- 12:49Speaker 4: you said, and we haven't gotten to the fire pits scene,
- 12:53Speaker 4: which I think is the pivotal moment in this episode,
- 12:55Speaker 4: is where Hannah comes down. Everybody's wondering if she's going
- 12:58Speaker 4: to date or not, which is just you're just.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Talking about this.
- 13:01Speaker 2: This is so freaking strange, Like this was this was
- 13:04Speaker 2: so unnecessary. It's like fifteen minutes of unnecessary content. Okay,
- 13:08Speaker 2: I'm exaggerating with the time. It was probably like seven minutes.
- 13:11Speaker 2: But they have Hannah come down. They want the audience
- 13:15Speaker 2: to think that she's going to come and date people.
- 13:18Speaker 2: But I'd say seventy five percent of the audience knows
- 13:22Speaker 2: that she's in a very serious relationship. And well, at
- 13:24Speaker 2: this point she's now engaged, but at the time of
- 13:27Speaker 2: filming she wasn't. But she has been with her boyfriend
- 13:30Speaker 2: for like two years. They live together. People who are
- 13:34Speaker 2: really fans of the franchise like they know it and
- 13:38Speaker 2: they're like, this is silly. But they do seem to
- 13:42Speaker 2: maybe get the cast to believe that she is dating.
- 13:45Speaker 2: But they should have thrown them off when she was
- 13:46Speaker 2: taking guys two at a time. And the whole spectacle
- 13:51Speaker 2: is just to like add a little terror into the
- 13:55Speaker 2: minds and hearts of the women.
- 13:58Speaker 4: And it it felt it felt unbelievable to me, not
- 14:03Speaker 4: and like, oh, this is unbelievable.
- 14:05Speaker 5: It was not a believable moment at any level.
- 14:07Speaker 4: Now, the other side of this was they, I mean,
- 14:11Speaker 4: Hannah Brown is a big deal.
- 14:13Speaker 5: She is a big deal. She's a Dancing with the
- 14:14Speaker 5: Stars champion.
- 14:15Speaker 4: She obviously was on the show with the Navy Seals
- 14:18Speaker 4: and one that she obviously was a bachelor ight at
- 14:21Speaker 4: one point had a huge storyline there in a very
- 14:23Speaker 4: successful season.
- 14:24Speaker 5: I have I have zero doubt that.
- 14:27Speaker 4: We put Hannah Brown out there with the most five
- 14:31Speaker 4: most recognizable bachelorettes of all time.
- 14:33Speaker 2: I would say that, I would say bachelor can test
- 14:36Speaker 2: like franchise conssurance.
- 14:38Speaker 4: I could go that far right, Yeah, but it gets
- 14:40Speaker 4: weird here where they're like they're worshiping Hannah, like they're
- 14:45Speaker 4: seen after seeing of these girls.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Freaking out over Hannah Brown. I get it.
- 14:49Speaker 4: It's it's it's wild, and it's probably cool for that
- 14:52Speaker 4: Hannah's down the beach, but it feels weird to me
- 14:55Speaker 4: for this reason, Ashley.
- 14:56Speaker 3: They just make her too much of a celebrity or.
- 14:59Speaker 4: Like, well they're I'm making it too much of a
- 15:00Speaker 4: celebrity in this world. I think it gets weird when
- 15:03Speaker 4: they're person after person is like freaking out that Hannah
- 15:05Speaker 4: Brown is there, Like I mean, somebody says she's a
- 15:07Speaker 4: Taylor Swift to Bachelor Nation. She is, but like Rachel
- 15:14Speaker 4: is sitting right there, who having the same resume in
- 15:19Speaker 4: in this world as Hannah Brown, she is a bachelorette.
- 15:23Speaker 3: It's different. Hannah really is the Taylor Swift of Bachelor Nation.
- 15:28Speaker 3: I feel like that.
- 15:29Speaker 2: I feel like if I were to have her on
- 15:31Speaker 2: the podcast, I would actually be nervous before the interview
- 15:34Speaker 2: because I do think of her as a celebrity. Okay,
- 15:37Speaker 2: well that's fair, Yeah, and I got there's like that
- 15:39Speaker 2: kind of that Taylor Swift factor where it's kind of
- 15:42Speaker 2: like there's something about Hannah Brown that like I want
- 15:44Speaker 2: to have, and there's something about her personality and like
- 15:48Speaker 2: the way she speaks and like commands herself that I
- 15:51Speaker 2: am jealous of, but in like a way where it's
- 15:54Speaker 2: like an admirable jealousy, you know what I mean.
- 15:56Speaker 4: So you would you when you're watching this, you're understanding
- 16:00Speaker 4: everybody's kind of like freak outness out at Hannah like
- 16:04Speaker 4: that would you would probably be saying similar stuff like Wow,
- 16:07Speaker 4: Hannah Brown's on the beach, this is crazy.
- 16:09Speaker 2: I probably would, But I do feel like she's such
- 16:12Speaker 2: a somebody that girls want to be with and around.
- 16:15Speaker 3: She's such like a girl. I'm not saying that she's like.
- 16:18Speaker 2: She's some you know that there's girl hot and there's
- 16:21Speaker 2: guy hot. Like obviously Hannah is beautiful, but I think
- 16:26Speaker 2: she's particularly intimidating to women because she does have this
- 16:29Speaker 2: quality that like, we're kind of like, oh man, I
- 16:32Speaker 2: just kind of want to be like her. But but
- 16:35Speaker 2: as far as like a threat romantically, they're probably overdoing
- 16:38Speaker 2: it because everybody, like the guys are going to be like,
- 16:41Speaker 2: oh man, she's hot and such a catch. But also
- 16:46Speaker 2: but they're also like, but everybody here is hot in
- 16:48Speaker 2: a catch, you know what I mean?
- 16:49Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, Well, Hannah comes to the beach, and
- 16:52Speaker 4: she does do an incredible job, not shockingly at commanding herself,
- 16:57Speaker 4: especially during this bonfire, which was an interesting moment on
- 17:02Speaker 4: the beach. Ashley alluded to it a little bit ago
- 17:06Speaker 4: that Hannah comes in with the hard hitting questions. Obviously,
- 17:09Speaker 4: these questions are set up for each person. The producers
- 17:12Speaker 4: know each person's storyline, so these questions are going to
- 17:15Speaker 4: bring out the truth of what they're feeling and what
- 17:18Speaker 4: they're thinking in their unique scenarios on the beach. Hannah,
- 17:21Speaker 4: I think does an amazing job at kind of walking
- 17:25Speaker 4: everybody through this so that there isn't it's not chaotic,
- 17:28Speaker 4: and it's maybe not as confrontational as it could have become,
- 17:32Speaker 4: because I think Hannah does a great job of kind
- 17:33Speaker 4: of hosting this date or whatever this is.
- 17:36Speaker 2: He have it lighthearted and laughed and smiled through the
- 17:39Speaker 2: whole thing. She could have gotten the dramatic route.
- 17:42Speaker 4: She could have, but she didn't. And this is where
- 17:44Speaker 4: actually you were talking about earlier, where it feels like,
- 17:47Speaker 4: as Hannah asked these questions, I off the top of
- 17:51Speaker 4: my head can't think of one couple or one person
- 17:54Speaker 4: that responded with complete confidence. I know that they were
- 17:58Speaker 4: in it, that they said, no, this is my person,
- 18:01Speaker 4: this is this is who I want to pursue things with.
- 18:04Speaker 4: I'm committed to this person right now for the rest
- 18:06Speaker 4: of paradise or for the rest of my time here.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Okay, do you think that they did that? You think
- 18:11Speaker 3: there's a couple.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Couples that said, like they're open just because they don't
- 18:14Speaker 2: want to scare the person there with and they don't
- 18:16Speaker 2: want to like act too needy, or do you think
- 18:20Speaker 2: everybody is truly like ready and open.
- 18:23Speaker 4: I think it could be both. I don't know if
- 18:24Speaker 4: I could answer that. I mean, I've never thought about
- 18:27Speaker 4: that until you just asked it. Where some of these
- 18:30Speaker 4: couples could be saying, yeah, we're only a few days in,
- 18:32Speaker 4: and I don't want to be like, yes, I'm in
- 18:34Speaker 4: this for good now. But I do think if we
- 18:40Speaker 4: think back on relationship with the past and Paradise, there
- 18:43Speaker 4: has been couples within a few days that we that
- 18:46Speaker 4: would confidently have said no, if this doesn't work out,
- 18:48Speaker 4: then like, I'm not interested in being here any longer.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Yeah, perspective is here as big because.
- 18:55Speaker 3: From what I'm thinking, it is day two.
- 19:00Speaker 2: So on day two it is kind of crazy to say,
- 19:05Speaker 2: is it day two?
- 19:06Speaker 3: Am I missing a day?
- 19:08Speaker 5: Could be day three? I mean, I don't know if
- 19:09Speaker 5: we say.
- 19:09Speaker 2: It could be day three, it is kind of It
- 19:12Speaker 2: does sound a little obsessive to say that you are
- 19:15Speaker 2: bonded to one person for the rest of paradise, even
- 19:18Speaker 2: though I would have felt that way, like I would
- 19:21Speaker 2: have felt, yes, I am fully blown in.
- 19:24Speaker 3: But I also wouldn't I probably wouldn't say it just
- 19:26Speaker 3: to play.
- 19:27Speaker 5: A little cool, and I don't think there's anything bad
- 19:29Speaker 5: with that.
- 19:30Speaker 4: I'm sure you could pull back quotes that we've had
- 19:32Speaker 4: in other seasons of Paradise where where I've said something
- 19:35Speaker 4: or you have said something like, hey, keep your options open, right,
- 19:38Speaker 4: don't commit to one person too early because you don't
- 19:41Speaker 4: know who's coming out of the beach and you don't
- 19:42Speaker 4: know what scenarios are going to exist long term.
- 19:44Speaker 5: I don't think there's anything bad with staying open.
- 19:48Speaker 4: I think I was just semi surprised at how little
- 19:52Speaker 4: confidence anybody had in their current relationship.
- 19:56Speaker 5: Yeah, it does.
- 19:56Speaker 4: I don't know if I could pick one relationship where
- 19:58Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, this is going to be the one
- 20:00Speaker 4: to the end.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Okay, No one I'm feeling this is gonna be the
- 20:03Speaker 2: one to the end, the one that it was like,
- 20:06Speaker 2: the one that I felt that way the most, like,
- 20:08Speaker 2: the most disappointed to see openness was surprisingly justin Blake.
- 20:12Speaker 4: Yeah, because it does feel like those two are the
- 20:15Speaker 4: two people that would come to the beats and be like,
- 20:17Speaker 4: you know what, let's just date, Let's see how this goes.
- 20:21Speaker 5: They both don't.
- 20:22Speaker 4: I mean, I think Blake in the past maybe, but whoever,
- 20:24Speaker 4: this new two point zero Blake is seems like somebody
- 20:28Speaker 4: that just wants to come and give it his best
- 20:30Speaker 4: shot to find somebody or why would we come back?
- 20:33Speaker 5: You know? But you know there's sum up this bonfire.
- 20:38Speaker 4: There really isn't a ton of chaos or drama that
- 20:43Speaker 4: come out of it. More questions I think for each
- 20:46Speaker 4: couple on what relationships or you know, gonna you know,
- 20:51Speaker 4: where their relationships stand. The most surprising thing for me,
- 20:55Speaker 4: Ashley and I would love for you to talk to
- 20:58Speaker 4: this is that Rachel and Sean he'll somehow make it
- 21:01Speaker 4: out of this bonfire like together or in a relationship
- 21:06Speaker 4: or like cuddling. And even though she says like she's
- 21:08Speaker 4: interested in and maybe pursuing other people, that she's not
- 21:12Speaker 4: fully settled down, Sean understands that and he's happy that
- 21:15Speaker 4: she says that. I'm thinking in the back of my head,
- 21:17Speaker 4: Sean's laying next to Rachel being like, I have no
- 21:19Speaker 4: clue how I'm here right now with this girl, Like
- 21:22Speaker 4: I don't want her to go anywhere.
- 21:24Speaker 5: I am so in on this, but he's playing it cool.
- 21:26Speaker 2: I think this is probably the most play that we
- 21:30Speaker 2: have going on right now. Like Rachel is going is
- 21:34Speaker 2: just hoping that she finds somebody she likes more, because
- 21:37Speaker 2: I don't think that she likes Sean. I don't think
- 21:40Speaker 2: she likes him. I think she's hanging out next to him.
- 21:43Speaker 2: She's a he's a good rose. He's a good, safe
- 21:45Speaker 2: rose right now. And he's he's pretty nice, you know,
- 21:48Speaker 2: he's just pretty nice.
- 21:51Speaker 4: He's like, yeah, I'm glad to hear you say the
- 21:53Speaker 4: things that you're saying. And I don't know he's but
- 21:56Speaker 4: I'm thinking that, you know, Sean Is is probably so
- 21:59Speaker 4: thrilled that he's got two days with Rachel. Like he's
- 22:01Speaker 4: just like, this is great. I'm living the dream right now,
- 22:04Speaker 4: and I don't know if this will last, but I
- 22:06Speaker 4: got two days with this girl.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Wait, wait, Before we move on from the campfire, I
- 22:10Speaker 2: do have to say I think the their intention behind
- 22:15Speaker 2: it was just to really get some people hostile, like
- 22:20Speaker 2: angry and nervous, but it didn't really work out that way.
- 22:24Speaker 3: I will say what it did was.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Probably bring some things to the surface that would have
- 22:30Speaker 2: eventually come up, but it just happened a little bit faster.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Because we don't see a.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Ton of drama going from the bonfire nights to the
- 22:39Speaker 2: roast ceremony night like, it didn't really not much came up.
- 22:43Speaker 2: I think the well, there was one fight. That was
- 22:45Speaker 2: the one fight about maturity. We'll get there in a second,
- 22:48Speaker 2: but before we leave the conversation about the bonfire, I
- 22:50Speaker 2: do want to bring up the Mercedes, Aaron b and
- 22:53Speaker 2: Eliza thing. So Aaron basically abandons Mercedes.
- 22:58Speaker 3: At this point.
- 23:00Speaker 2: They made out the night before, but he makes pretty
- 23:02Speaker 2: clear that he's not interested anymore. He's legit sitting next
- 23:06Speaker 2: to her and says that he's interested in Eliza to.
- 23:10Speaker 4: The whole What would that feel like?
- 23:13Speaker 5: Ashon? Awful? Awful.
- 23:15Speaker 2: He hasn't acknowledged her, and Mercedes even said that earlier
- 23:18Speaker 2: in the day. They're sitting around the pool they made
- 23:20Speaker 2: out the night before and he hasn't even like said hello.
- 23:23Speaker 3: That's so awkward and awful and like he's slow fading
- 23:28Speaker 3: her in Paradise.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it's weird because you're never going to get away
- 23:32Speaker 4: from that ghosting. You can't ghost anybody there ye feet
- 23:35Speaker 4: from you. You know, Mercedes brings up a big storyline,
- 23:48Speaker 4: and this can skip us then to the cocktail party,
- 23:51Speaker 4: because obviously there's a few storylines at the cocktail party.
- 23:54Speaker 5: That are worth touching on.
- 23:55Speaker 4: One is that most people have a rose that's secured
- 23:58Speaker 4: at this point, but there are some women who have
- 24:00Speaker 4: not met a guy, or not friended up with a guy,
- 24:04Speaker 4: or not in a relationship with somebody, and they're kind
- 24:07Speaker 4: of fighting over a last rose, which is really at
- 24:10Speaker 4: this point. Peter and Will's up until this point, But
- 24:13Speaker 4: then Will and I said at the beginning that we
- 24:16Speaker 4: were gonna sit on Will for a second. You know,
- 24:19Speaker 4: Will was somebody that we or I personally I can say,
- 24:22Speaker 4: criticized on his time on the Bachelorette.
- 24:24Speaker 5: I thought it was a little weird. I thought it
- 24:25Speaker 5: was a little wild.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Obviously, there was a lot of like chaos and drama
- 24:28Speaker 4: around Will, and at that time we didn't get a
- 24:32Speaker 4: good picture of Will. I will say this Will to me,
- 24:38Speaker 4: I don't know if I understand him yet, but I
- 24:40Speaker 4: can say that I'm intrigued by him, that I'm fascinating
- 24:44Speaker 4: in him, and that I really want this to work
- 24:46Speaker 4: out for him. Because Will is more emotional than I
- 24:52Speaker 4: ever would have imagined. You know, he comes to the beach,
- 24:56Speaker 4: he shared at this point, he shed many tears, and
- 25:01Speaker 4: you know, as these roses are kind of getting filtered through,
- 25:04Speaker 4: and Will feels like, Hey, everybody he's been into, even
- 25:07Speaker 4: if he's made a bad mistake, I think along the way,
- 25:11Speaker 4: everybody he's been into has left him. Mercedes sits down
- 25:14Speaker 4: with him, and I can see it right away when
- 25:17Speaker 4: they're on this bed. I don't think this is just
- 25:20Speaker 4: a hey, I need a rose? Will you willing to
- 25:22Speaker 4: give it to me? Kind of Sineia. There is some
- 25:25Speaker 4: chemistry there, there is some like joy and peace there,
- 25:29Speaker 4: and then he just breaks down. I mean, that dude
- 25:33Speaker 4: breaks down after a few days in paradise.
- 25:37Speaker 2: We thought in the teaser that that was going to
- 25:39Speaker 2: be relating to Kylie coming back with Avan, but he
- 25:45Speaker 2: was crying happy tears and says the most dramatic thing
- 25:49Speaker 2: I've ever heard.
- 25:50Speaker 3: It's always been Mercedes. I mean, it was never Kylie
- 25:56Speaker 3: or Olivia. It's always been Mercedes.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Three days coming literally quotes out of my own mouth
- 26:03Speaker 2: pretty much, though, So I cannot make fun of the dramatics.
- 26:06Speaker 4: I'm not making fun of him because I'm imagining this
- 26:09Speaker 4: is an emotion. This is an emotional rollercoaster. It is
- 26:12Speaker 4: insanely dramatic for a few days in after this is
- 26:17Speaker 4: his third or me.
- 26:18Speaker 3: I think he's me.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Like, it's always been Mercedes, and you know what, for
- 26:23Speaker 4: Will's sake, I sure hope it is.
- 26:28Speaker 5: Mercedes sake.
- 26:29Speaker 4: It is Mercedes is kind of gotten the wrong to
- 26:31Speaker 4: the deal a little bit Will has.
- 26:33Speaker 5: I mean, he's had a huge three days in Paradise.
- 26:35Speaker 5: The poor boy has to be so tired.
- 26:37Speaker 3: They're really sweet together. I really like them. I'm rooting
- 26:40Speaker 3: for them.
- 26:40Speaker 2: They look good together, hopefully, like let's let's just let
- 26:44Speaker 2: him like have a good week, you know, let them just.
- 26:47Speaker 4: Let him break, like just take a rest and enjoy
- 26:49Speaker 4: like a nice drink on a bed with this new
- 26:54Speaker 4: love of his life.
- 26:56Speaker 3: He does is seriously.
- 26:57Speaker 2: So sweet that he's there for the right reasons.
- 27:01Speaker 4: He's definitely there for there's no arguing that.
- 27:04Speaker 5: The only thing I would say that, And you have
- 27:08Speaker 5: to kind of.
- 27:10Speaker 4: Calm me down here, explain it to me, because I
- 27:13Speaker 4: don't get it. You know, it's kind of funny coming
- 27:17Speaker 4: from my mouth, I guess. But he is throwing love
- 27:20Speaker 4: around very early.
- 27:21Speaker 2: He said he was falling for Kylie after the date.
- 27:26Speaker 2: I'm like, can't do that. Even I didn't say falling
- 27:29Speaker 2: in love that easily.
- 27:31Speaker 5: I mean maybe he's just a romantic.
- 27:33Speaker 4: I mean, I remember my first date with Jess and thinking,
- 27:36Speaker 4: oh my gosh, this is like a feeling that I
- 27:40Speaker 4: I've never really like fell after this quick a period
- 27:44Speaker 4: of time, and I'm sure she would have been like, hey,
- 27:47Speaker 4: I'm not interested in you have to our first day.
- 27:48Speaker 4: I would have probably been sad and cried and been like,
- 27:51Speaker 4: you know, why me?
- 27:53Speaker 5: But will is will is very.
- 27:56Speaker 4: Much looking for love here on the beach again. He's
- 27:59Speaker 4: very interesting than in finding it, and I hope it's
- 28:01Speaker 4: with Mercedes because I think it is a cute couple,
- 28:04Speaker 4: and I hope for weeks now we're talking about them.
- 28:07Speaker 5: The only other.
- 28:07Speaker 4: Big thing here, Ashley, in the cocktail party is the
- 28:10Speaker 4: Peter and Aaron s scenarios so ridiculous. It is ridiculous
- 28:17Speaker 4: at all levels. An argument on maturity. You know, Peter,
- 28:22Speaker 4: I think is thirty four years older. Aaron necessary. You
- 28:26Speaker 4: know they're my age, they're your age. You know they're
- 28:30Speaker 4: they're fighting over maturity. I don't have a lot to say, Ashley,
- 28:36Speaker 4: other than the like, this is unreal, Like why what
- 28:41Speaker 4: are you doing? What are you trying to accomplish? Why
- 28:43Speaker 4: you said you could come up with a thousand other
- 28:47Speaker 4: better reasons to bring somebody down, if that's what you're
- 28:50Speaker 4: interested in doing, then arguing about who's more mature who's not.
- 28:54Speaker 5: I know.
- 28:55Speaker 2: So they're fighting over Sam, who has had like no
- 28:59Speaker 2: air of time. Basically, this entire triangle of people have
- 29:02Speaker 2: had very little airtime. And all of a sudden, it's like, well,
- 29:08Speaker 2: Peter is interested in Sam, or at least wants to
- 29:10Speaker 2: get to talk to her, because he hasn't really because
- 29:13Speaker 2: she and Aaron have clicked up. Clicked up that's a
- 29:17Speaker 2: new expression. They've they've clicked off.
- 29:23Speaker 5: The new thing.
- 29:24Speaker 3: They're not they're not hooking up. They they've clicked up.
- 29:29Speaker 2: And apparently she comes across very mature, and Peter Pilot
- 29:34Speaker 2: Pete two point zero feels like he should be with
- 29:36Speaker 2: somebody who is very mature because he considers himself this
- 29:40Speaker 2: and this is basically exactly what he says, you're very mature.
- 29:44Speaker 3: I'm very mature. You should be so immature.
- 29:46Speaker 2: So he indirectly maybe doesn't say that Aaron as mature,
- 29:50Speaker 2: like what does this even mean?
- 29:51Speaker 3: It's and then the two guys go and have like
- 29:54Speaker 3: a debate.
- 29:57Speaker 5: Mature.
- 29:58Speaker 4: It's just like it's just stupid, I mean, and I
- 30:04Speaker 4: won't go into it because people get it really mad
- 30:06Speaker 4: when I do. You're not allowed to call yourself mature,
- 30:09Speaker 4: Like that's just not a thing we're allowed to do.
- 30:11Speaker 3: Thank you, Ben, you haven't brought it up enough.
- 30:14Speaker 4: You're just not Like it's not something that I can't
- 30:17Speaker 4: I can't say to you. Actually, you know, in my life,
- 30:20Speaker 4: I'm just very mature. You can't say that to yourself.
- 30:23Speaker 4: You have to allow other people to say it about
- 30:25Speaker 4: you or I don't know, Like at thirty four years old,
- 30:30Speaker 4: like nobody's shocked and saying coming up to me and
- 30:33Speaker 4: being like, Ben, you're just so mature, Like I haven't
- 30:37Speaker 4: heard that since I was like twenty one years old.
- 30:39Speaker 4: Like I used to hear things people would say like, hey, Ben,
- 30:42Speaker 4: you're an old soul. You like to do things that
- 30:43Speaker 4: old people do, And I'd be like, what does that mean?
- 30:47Speaker 4: Like you know, I've made sense of that, But at
- 30:49Speaker 4: thirty four years old, it's either a given or it's not.
- 30:52Speaker 4: And you're not allowed to say about yourself, like it
- 30:55Speaker 4: doesn't get you one up on anybody else.
- 30:57Speaker 2: It's the you can't self describe. And there's some you
- 31:00Speaker 2: can't describe more than others, and this is one of them.
- 31:03Speaker 2: And Ben and I are probably the worst people ever
- 31:05Speaker 2: at coming up with a resume because, like you and
- 31:08Speaker 2: I hate that part at the top, we we're supposed
- 31:11Speaker 2: to describe yourself and all your positive attributes a gross
- 31:15Speaker 2: I hate it.
- 31:16Speaker 5: My biggest issue is that I have I'm too caring.
- 31:19Speaker 5: I'm just I'm too nice.
- 31:21Speaker 3: You said that, didn't somebody say that recently? They're too caring?
- 31:23Speaker 4: Probably happens every season on The Bachelor. I think somebody
- 31:26Speaker 4: says that their biggest issue is they just they have
- 31:28Speaker 4: such a big heart.
- 31:30Speaker 5: I don't know. That's ridiculous. I have so many issues
- 31:33Speaker 5: that I could very much talk about, you know.
- 31:36Speaker 4: So this is a weird scenario between the two of them.
- 31:39Speaker 4: It's funny too. To me. There's some comic comedic relief
- 31:43Speaker 4: where they're arguing about maturity and Peter is dancing behind them,
- 31:48Speaker 4: and yet Aaroness is like upset with it because in
- 31:53Speaker 4: my world of what I think of when somebody's mature.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Is they don't crawl up behind somebody's conversation.
- 31:59Speaker 4: One, they don't crawl behind somebody's conversation, and they don't
- 32:01Speaker 4: dance behind this conversation. The second piece of that is
- 32:04Speaker 4: that you don't get upset if somebody does. You're just like, hey,
- 32:06Speaker 4: he's making a fool of himself. He's just being wild
- 32:09Speaker 4: and weird right now. Like, let him be dancing.
- 32:12Speaker 3: I didn't see him dancing.
- 32:13Speaker 5: Yeah he was dancing.
- 32:14Speaker 2: He was a little bit.
- 32:16Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, he was dancing there. He was like break dancing.
- 32:18Speaker 4: They said, So, you know, if you if I think
- 32:21Speaker 4: of somebody I look up to because of their intellect,
- 32:24Speaker 4: intellect or their their I guess, maturity or their ability
- 32:30Speaker 4: to keep calm in chaotic situations, which I think is
- 32:34Speaker 4: a sign of maturity and a size of a sign
- 32:37Speaker 4: of what you've been through. One you're not dancing on
- 32:39Speaker 4: the conversation and two you're not getting upset upset if
- 32:41Speaker 4: somebody does. And so like I think the two of
- 32:43Speaker 4: them are arguing about maybe their biggest insecurity.
- 32:45Speaker 2: It's a total tongue in cheek paradise moment. Like the
- 32:48Speaker 2: producers are cracking up.
- 32:50Speaker 4: Yeah, they're like, this is the best, This is gonna
- 32:52Speaker 4: be great television. Well, it leads us to the Rose ceremony.
- 32:56Speaker 4: Eight guys, eleven girls, three girls are going home. Uh,
- 33:00Speaker 4: here's the breakdown. Brayden chooses Cat, not shocking. Blake chooses Jess,
- 33:06Speaker 4: not shocking. Aaron be chooses Eliza after their bonfire and
- 33:10Speaker 4: being very clear about what he was into. Will in
- 33:13Speaker 4: his new relationship with Mercedes. Sean chooses Rachel good for him,
- 33:18Speaker 4: good for her. There On the next week, Even chooses Kylie,
- 33:23Speaker 4: Aaron s chooses Sam, Peter chooses Olivia. That was kind
- 33:28Speaker 4: of the shocking moment of the Rose Sammonie.
- 33:29Speaker 3: Who was the only one for real grabs.
- 33:32Speaker 4: Yeah, and Brooklyn, Greer and Cat go home. Brooklyn and
- 33:35Speaker 4: Cat not necessarily surprised by because it sounded like the
- 33:39Speaker 4: two of them just wanted to be on the beach
- 33:41Speaker 4: the whole time, and you know, for as much as
- 33:44Speaker 4: their storylines could have been shown when it comes to there,
- 33:47Speaker 4: I think it was Brooklyn's issues with the other cat.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Cat.
- 33:51Speaker 4: Yeah, Greer is a surprise going home for me. I'm
- 33:55Speaker 4: surprised the show did not find somebody to bring down
- 33:57Speaker 4: to the beach to keep her around, because.
- 34:00Speaker 2: I wanted them to because of the way that her
- 34:02Speaker 2: relationship ended with Zach over the over like a FaceTime
- 34:07Speaker 2: when he had COVID and I just liked her and
- 34:09Speaker 2: I wanted to get her know her more. I thought
- 34:11Speaker 2: Paradise would be a great place for that. But no,
- 34:14Speaker 2: she's gone. And I thought that Brooklyn. I thought they
- 34:16Speaker 2: were going to utilize more drama between her and Cat
- 34:19Speaker 2: and she's just spicy, you know. Like I said last week,
- 34:22Speaker 2: she scares me a little bit, and like that's kind
- 34:24Speaker 2: of a good personality you have around for a bit.
- 34:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm shocked, but you know, also not surprising. The
- 34:30Speaker 4: three of them are the ones going home. In the
- 34:32Speaker 4: sneak peak for next week, Tyler Norris shows back up
- 34:34Speaker 4: to the beach hot commodity last time in Paradise, kind
- 34:37Speaker 4: of a hot commodity in general, feels like somebody. He
- 34:42Speaker 4: reminds me of a Dylan Barber in a lot of ways.
- 34:46Speaker 4: I don't know why, but he does kind of. I
- 34:48Speaker 4: feel like he's gonna come to the beach and actually
- 34:50Speaker 4: find somebody, at least I hope he does.
- 34:52Speaker 5: People.
- 34:53Speaker 3: I don't think so. I think he's got an ego
- 34:54Speaker 3: on him.
- 34:55Speaker 5: Now whoops, Okay, let's see if that plays out. I
- 34:58Speaker 5: think that's a hot take. Let's see if plays out.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Tanner shows up to the beach obviously, Tanner has been
- 35:04Speaker 4: talked about by Kat. She's interested in Tanner. He's a
- 35:08Speaker 4: attractive man who is going to come to the beach
- 35:11Speaker 4: and definitely shake things up.
- 35:14Speaker 5: Uh.
- 35:14Speaker 4: And we see it a little sneak preview where Braiden
- 35:16Speaker 4: feels played. As we said earlier, for some reason, I
- 35:21Speaker 4: just feel like that relationship is not between Braiden and
- 35:23Speaker 4: Kat is not gonna end well. And the final one
- 35:26Speaker 4: is the second time that we've seen this poop baby
- 35:29Speaker 4: being discussed. I don't think we need to talk about
- 35:31Speaker 4: it here. I think it's gonna become way overplayed. I'm
- 35:33Speaker 4: just now worried about her.
- 35:35Speaker 2: I'm a little concerned, you know why, because Ben, we
- 35:39Speaker 2: just we talked about it quite a bit last week,
- 35:41Speaker 2: and you were saying that you were happy that we
- 35:43Speaker 2: were bringing up this conversation because it's it can be
- 35:46Speaker 2: a problem, especially when visiting tropical locales.
- 35:49Speaker 3: I guess like overplays.
- 35:50Speaker 2: I'm concerned that we have no drama and that we
- 35:55Speaker 2: will be just waiting for the poop baby and that's
- 35:57Speaker 2: gonna be our biggest drama.
- 35:59Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that's where I'm making you have to use
- 36:01Speaker 3: it in every single teaser.
- 36:03Speaker 5: It's not dramatic to me, it's not.
- 36:06Speaker 4: It's more like sad and like, I feel bad, but
- 36:10Speaker 4: I if I'm gonna have an two hour long episode
- 36:13Speaker 4: and even thirty minutes of it is spent there like
- 36:17Speaker 4: highlighting that she hasn't pooped. One, I feel bad for
- 36:20Speaker 4: her because that's how she's gonna be remembered.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Two, I feel bad for her because her time in
- 36:25Speaker 4: Paradise has not felt well. Three like just give us
- 36:30Speaker 4: the like like the short end, like, hey, she did
- 36:34Speaker 4: or she didn't, and we should all like rally around Sam,
- 36:38Speaker 4: Like Sam, I'm sorry, this sucks, but I just if
- 36:41Speaker 4: I'm worried that it's going to become a thirty minute process.
- 36:43Speaker 4: Or the doctor comes in and talks to her, she
- 36:45Speaker 4: tells everybody about it. Everybody's talking about it. It's like,
- 36:48Speaker 4: does it really need to be this like it's it's not.
- 36:51Speaker 4: I think when you get older, these conversations get less embarrassing,
- 36:56Speaker 4: or at least maybe they hopefully they should. But it
- 36:58Speaker 4: would still be embarrassing for me personally to be on
- 37:03Speaker 4: the beach and to have all these love interests, you know,
- 37:07Speaker 4: and all these friends new friends talking about, hey, have
- 37:10Speaker 4: I had a bowel? Movement or not today, Like, it's
- 37:13Speaker 4: just not it would not be a fun experience for me.
- 37:15Speaker 4: I would feel just like, yeah, this sucks. So I
- 37:20Speaker 4: feel bad for Sam that now two weeks in a row,
- 37:22Speaker 4: she's known as the girl that has the poop baby,
- 37:25Speaker 4: I know, and what happens if it comes out like
- 37:28Speaker 4: what happens if it works and then everybody's celebrating the
- 37:30Speaker 4: fact that she just took a massive dump.
- 37:34Speaker 5: I'm just gonna leave that all right.
- 37:36Speaker 4: Well, hey, well, we have more episodes coming your way
- 37:39Speaker 4: on the Almost Famous Podcast. We have some exciting interviews

- 37:57Speaker 4: producers on the show. We're going to have a grandma
