Latest / Age Defiantly with Mark Young / [Ep 4] Can Sound Frequencies Really Heal the Body? | Linda & Joseph Bamber
Transcript
- 0:00Welcome to Performance Driven Living, the podcast where we question everything.
- 0:05We don't tip to around tough topics, we walk right into them, not to provoke, but to
- 0:11get closer to what's real.
- 0:13You might not agree with everything you hear, and that's okay.
- 0:17The show isn't about being right, it's about being real.
- 0:20These conversations are meant to stretch your thinking, challenge assumptions, and spark
- 0:25something deeper.
- 0:26The views shared are those of our guests and may not reflect those of the host or team.
- 0:32And while we dive deep into health, performance, and transformation, this is not medical advice.
- 0:38Talk to your doctor before making changes to your health or lifestyle.
- 0:42Take what lands, leave what doesn't, but whatever you do, don't stop questioning.
- 0:56We're back at the Performance Driven Living podcast, I'm your host Mark Young, and I am
- 1:01joined today with some super interesting information.
- 1:04As everybody who watches this knows, I'm just trying to learn everything I can possibly
- 1:07learn in the world, right?
- 1:08Because why would we not be forever upgrading?
- 1:11So I am welcoming you today.
- 1:12I'm going to read exactly what the producer went because they say it so much better than
- 1:15I ever can.
- 1:18And so what's written here is today we have a powerful conversation ahead with two guests
- 1:25whose mission sits at the intersection of sound, healing, and personal transformation.
- 1:32Please welcome Linda and Joseph Bamber, the mother-son duo behind Wavewatch, a revolutionary
- 1:39approach to wellness through sound frequency.
- 1:41I could never say that.
- 1:42Wow, good job.
- 1:43I know.
- 1:44I couldn't.
- 1:45If I didn't have show notes, I would be an absolute train wreck over here.
- 1:48You guys, thank you so much for being here.
- 1:50Thank you.
- 1:51You are welcome.
- 1:52It's just really exciting.
- 1:53Oh, good.
- 1:54We're going to get the Dave Aspery Biohack conference this year.
- 1:57Have you guys done one of these before?
- 1:59Is this your first ask?
- 2:00We were last years and learned a lot.
- 2:03I met a lot of people and it's great to see familiar faces again.
- 2:07So yeah.
- 2:08That's amazing.
- 2:09Really fun.
- 2:10Now, I think that's fantastic.
- 2:11Now, I'm going to ask you some weird questions because that's kind of how it is.
- 2:14So I have a couple of things.
- 2:16So the purpose of this entire podcast is I just want to learn things.
- 2:19So I only invite people who are smarter than me because that's how I get to learn things.
- 2:24Truthfully.
- 2:25Well, that's why I brought Joseph along.
- 2:26He's smarter than me.
- 2:27Perfect.
- 2:28Perfect.
- 2:29We'll just pass information going in this direction.
- 2:30I don't feel like that.
- 2:32So the lot of cool things that you guys are doing and back at the Health Optimization Summit,
- 2:40we actually met.
- 2:41It had a great conversation and you had gifted me with a wave watch and I will say I
- 2:46wore it and until I loaned it to a friend, which is actually a really funny story.
- 2:50I'll get to in a minute.
- 2:52But wave watch is actually using sound therapy to actually do what a lot of other, I'll say,
- 2:59biofeedback and bio therapies are doing to actually mostly deal with physiological but also
- 3:07mood enhancement sequences their sound, which I found absolutely fascinating.
- 3:12So I mean, I'd been wearing it and I was trying every setting.
- 3:15I think I probably have like off the chart virality or something now because I was like
- 3:19every time I pushed a button, I was like, well, we'll see what happens.
- 3:23There's a frequency for that.
- 3:24There's a frequency for that.
- 3:25Exactly.
- 3:26I was like, well, something's going to happen here.
- 3:27I don't know.
- 3:28I mean, I just went and did a liver screen and my liver was just showing off today.
- 3:30So maybe that's the wave watch too, who knows.
- 3:33Actually funny enough, I was just telling you guys before the show started, a friend of mine
- 3:38who is actually a college professor at the University of Miami.
- 3:42Goes to my gym and we were talking the other day.
- 3:45She's just starting at the University of Miami, formerly at Barry University moving over
- 3:52to UM and she sees me at the gym the other day and she's like, I've got a technology I
- 3:57just learned about and I want to tell you about this and I was just like, oh, you know,
- 4:00I'm all into this and because here's the deal, like when she got the job at UM, what's
- 4:04funny is she got the job.
- 4:06She's an English professor, teaches writing and so on and so forth, but got a job who's
- 4:10actually going to be teaching technology, innovation and entrepreneurship at UM, which
- 4:15is like totally out of her thing and I'm like, that's the funniest thing to me in the
- 4:19world.
- 4:20But you teaching in that department, like at a university, the size of UM, right?
- 4:24And she says, well, during my interview, it's because we got in this whole thing and
- 4:28then somewhere in the middle, I started talking about biohacking and I was like, what did
- 4:34it even mean?
- 4:35And she's like, well, they were asking about, you know, where I saw industry going and
- 4:40how writing and storytelling is part of merging with industry and how education and capitalism
- 4:47meet, like because there's such a segregated line between business and education, right?
- 4:52It's like the Hatfields and the McCoys and she's like, and this is this intersection
- 4:56and she goes and when I was talking about innovation and entrepreneurship, she's like,
- 5:02you came to mind and, you know, how the work you do and health and wellness and so much
- 5:06I've learned from you and so on and so forth and I'm like, well, that's super cool and
- 5:10she's like, so I've been really researching all this stuff.
- 5:13And I found this company called WaveWatch and they're using sound and I started life
- 5:18and I was like, yeah, I've heard of it.
- 5:20And she's like, have you, you've already heard of them and I'm like, yeah, I have one
- 5:23new.
- 5:24If you tried it and she's like, wait, you already had like totally took the wind out
- 5:27of it.
- 5:28Totally.
- 5:29Because like, she was going to introduce me to something and then like I showed up
- 5:32the next day wearing it and she's like, this isn't fair.
- 5:34Like, when do I get a, when do I get a leg up?
- 5:36And I'm like, sorry, like you're just going to have to meet cool people like I do.
- 5:41Oh my God.
- 5:42So yeah, it was kind of funny.
- 5:43I was like, all right, WaveWatch is making its reach because she's going to be teaching
- 5:47in this area of innovation and entrepreneurship and you guys actually triggered her curiosity
- 5:53to be like, I want to learn more about this innovation because it's going to be an introduction
- 5:57to students.
- 5:58Yeah.
- 5:59So I know she's going to even be managing grant money teaching students at UM on how
- 6:03to get into this biohacking biotech type space as it relates to entrepreneurship and the
- 6:08business sector.
- 6:09Wow.
- 6:10Pretty fun, right?
- 6:11That's amazing.
- 6:12But I got to dive right in and ask you guys the main question.
- 6:14A mother's son duo, WaveWatch later, working with family.
- 6:20You must be the nicest, most just kindest people to each other because I can't work with
- 6:24my family.
- 6:25We've tried.
- 6:26Well, I have another son also who both work with you.
- 6:30Yes.
- 6:32And it was actually kind of fun when I asked him if they were sure that they wanted to
- 6:36work with me.
- 6:38And I'm saying, now remember, I used to teach you, I taught my own sense three years and
- 6:42it wasn't home schooling.
- 6:43It was at a public school system.
- 6:45They were in my classes for three years.
- 6:47And I'm saying, you have to think back, did we get along well, it's going to be the
- 6:51same thing.
- 6:52I'm the same mom, the same teacher, you know.
- 6:56And they both said, yes, mom, it'll be okay.
- 6:58The school actually allowed that.
- 6:59Yes.
- 7:00But it really was like a small town, a small town, yeah, that's so funny.
- 7:03I was a college professor for many years and I remember when my cousin took my class.
- 7:08Oh, that's.
- 7:09And they didn't like that.
- 7:10Well, it's funny.
- 7:11Well, they didn't know that.
- 7:12Okay.
- 7:13But it was funny as she was living at my house at the time.
- 7:16So like she couldn't even skip a class, but she always felt weird because like we would
- 7:23go to class and she didn't want anybody to know that we were related.
- 7:26She has a different last name.
- 7:28But we would drive together to the school, because it was a Saturday morning class and
- 7:33I would always make sure I'd get there.
- 7:34But she would always, I didn't know it at first, but she'd always be like, I'm going to
- 7:38go grab a coffee, but it was so that she didn't walk in the door at the same time as I did.
- 7:42Yeah.
- 7:43Okay.
- 7:44Because she didn't want anyone else in the college and like, you're in your 30s, nobody
- 7:46cares.
- 7:47Like, yeah, it was, it was pretty funny though.
- 7:49But how do you guys find that dynamic of working together with your sons?
- 7:53I mean, teacher aside, I let him speak.
- 7:57I mean, I think it's a really exciting, you know, challenge because, you know, family
- 8:01dynamics, sometimes you just have to kind of put those aside and figure, okay, we need
- 8:05to build a company because we've got a vision and it started as her vision, right?
- 8:10But then how does that vision grow as the team grows?
- 8:13So I'm really excited about that.
- 8:15I don't know if you, I think we should share this before.
- 8:17I was also a college professor, right?
- 8:19And I taught entrepreneurship, marketing and I've done that before.
- 8:22They're getting to like apply all that with, and then within, you know, wanting to make
- 8:28a business great to carry on her vision and help, you know, balance each other out where
- 8:33the stuff that I'm doing is stuff she doesn't want to do, right?
- 8:36Or, you know, the stuff that I started taking on initially, HR or marketing, all that stuff.
- 8:43She did a great job with, but she's like, I'm done with this and she's doing her stuff.
- 8:47You know, so we all get to kind of own our lanes in a way that, you know, hopefully
- 8:52works together.
- 8:53One of the things that I learned and this was actually from my dad, my dad and I obviously
- 8:58as you guys know, own an advertising and marketing agency that really specializes in the health
- 9:03and wellness world here, my dad also owns an advertising agency based in Detroit.
- 9:08I'm in Fort Lauderdale and I laugh because I always said I never wanted to be part of
- 9:12the family business and then after a short period of time of us working together, I was
- 9:16like, yeah, no, I'm definitely not going to be part of the family business and then
- 9:19ended up just going and cloning the family business rather than actually participating,
- 9:23right?
- 9:24So it's funny how many years later we actually do a lot of work together and work with some
- 9:27of the same people and collaborate on things when necessary, but it's almost like this
- 9:33is his sandbox and this is my sandbox and sometimes the sand gets thrown from box to box, but
- 9:38it's very clearly different boxes, which keeps, it keeps personal life personal, it keeps
- 9:43professional, professional, but what's funny and I'm curious about this dynamic because
- 9:48I mean, you're both wildly smart people.
- 9:52My stepmother always made the comment about my dad and I, she goes, if the two of you
- 9:55could get along in the same room long enough, you'd take over the world.
- 10:00When you're working with your sons, your bias, you think they're the smartest two guys
- 10:04you know, I'm sure, like, I mean, is that the inflection point for you if I want to grow
- 10:12my business, but I also want to see my son succeed.
- 10:16I like, where does your motivation come in for wanting to work with your sons?
- 10:20I think I needed their skills.
- 10:22My business had gone large enough where, you know, I started it when I retired.
- 10:27I started my business when I was 65, kicked it off during COVID, you know, and so at this
- 10:33point.
- 10:34Every time to start a business, by the way.
- 10:36And so I needed help and they had the exact skills.
- 10:38I mean, I didn't even have to interview them, you know, people are just so surprised.
- 10:42So you're one son teaches entrepreneurship.
- 10:45That's what you need.
- 10:46Yeah, duh.
- 10:47You know, so fun.
- 10:48And my other son worked in a county and he was the, what's his exact job?
- 10:52Development director.
- 10:53Business development.
- 10:54Yeah.
- 10:55He helped businesses develop and helped them get grants.
- 10:57I mean, I couldn't have interviewed two better candidates and then you trust them right
- 11:01off the get-go.
- 11:02Yeah, I just, I needed them.
- 11:04Family businesses are just either either they're going to be great or they're going to be
- 11:07a train wreck.
- 11:09And we, I will say, tend to work with, I mean, the majority of our clientele is and always
- 11:14has been a, what do I want to say, a entrepreneurial type client and we deal with a lot of husbands
- 11:23and wives.
- 11:24Yeah.
- 11:25We deal with the, you know, we've sometimes got sisters, brothers, we've had parents
- 11:28and children and it's like, and a lot of times it's funny, especially with the husbands
- 11:32and wives because my background is in clinical psych and I, we used to laugh and they say
- 11:36that I was the client whisperer because I'd be on a phone call and, you know, the fight
- 11:41would break out and sometimes we'll be on a Zoom call and you'll watch the tension build
- 11:44on the other side of the camera and you're like, it's coming, it's coming.
- 11:48Oh yeah.
- 11:49You know, I think you both have really valid points and, you know, from her perspective,
- 11:53I can see this and from here, let me try to help harmonize that, like, and I've
- 11:57end up playing this thing and I laugh and like, I'm turning into family therapists to have
- 12:00the time, which if you guys have that figured out, that would be amazing.
- 12:05We don't have it all figured out, but we're doing our, and the main idea was everybody
- 12:11has separate jobs, you know, and that makes it important.
- 12:15That's actually, if you're familiar with EOS, so you know the entrepreneurial operating
- 12:19system, I'm sure, right, Geno Wickman's structure and the idea of the, the visionary and
- 12:25the integrator and while the visionary is in charge, the integrator makes the decision
- 12:30and it's just understanding hierarchy that your CEO directs the company, but the C O O makes
- 12:37the decision.
- 12:38Yeah, we, I've read some of his stuff, we do something similar from Ryan, oh, digital
- 12:46marketer.
- 12:47Oh yeah.
- 12:48You know, and we're actually at a conference last year and so we learned a lot about business
- 12:51and we're still on a learning journey, you know, trying to sort through how do we make
- 12:56decisions as a company and how do we, you know, have boundaries or we early on, we would
- 13:01be texting at 8 p.m. on a, you know, Wednesday night about work stuff and they're like,
- 13:05okay, we've got to like, hey, work time is work time, family time is family time, and
- 13:09so we had to do some intentional things, we had to say, okay, no work stuff after, you
- 13:13know, fiber, whatever.
- 13:15And then on the weekends, I intentionally try almost every week and call my mom and
- 13:20my brother and not talk about work.
- 13:22And that's tough, right?
- 13:24It does a really good job, just keep it up.
- 13:26I want to because, you know, I don't want our whole relationship to be work, right?
- 13:30Well, that's a high level of emotional maturity too.
- 13:32Well, I just think it's important because it would be easy to just think, oh, now that
- 13:36we're in this company, it's just all there is.
- 13:39So making sure that we still have margin for a love real life.
- 13:43No, that boundary is like so healthy and it requires so much discipline, especially when
- 13:47something's on your mind, yeah, and you have to intentionally turn it off until Monday.
- 13:52Here's a problem, I just dump my ideas into Slack and just say, hey, it's Friday night
- 13:57of midnight, but I saw this thing.
- 13:58Let's look at a Monday or whatever, right?
- 14:00You know, I love that we recently set a policy, well, not recently.
- 14:03It's been a while, but we actually put out a policy that was like, if I call you,
- 14:06no matter what time of day it is, you answer, because, you know, just company policy,
- 14:11not family policy, but company policy.
- 14:14Like if I'm calling you, it's urgent, yeah, if I'm texting you, it's urgent.
- 14:19If I'm team messaging you, yeah, it's a when you see it reply, but I'm not going to hold
- 14:25you to a timeline, and if I email it, Monday's fine.
- 14:30And that's that's kind of like, I don't expect you to read your email at nine o'clock.
- 14:33So I'll notice things and I'm like, okay, I have to look at my own filter and it's like my
- 14:39team knows this because even the other day, I actually taxed somebody and it was probably like 11,
- 14:4412 o'clock at night. And I was just like, I'm so sorry, but I'm sending this to you because it's
- 14:49a typo on a social media post, right? And I'm like, that needs to be fixed.
- 14:53That needs to be fixed. Like I get it, mistakes happen, nobody's mad,
- 14:56but I do need to get this to you quickly. That's not an email.
- 15:00And it really becomes, we kind of set up that communication hierarchy so that if I sent you an
- 15:06email and you didn't reply, I'm not allowed to be mad that you didn't reply to Monday.
- 15:10Yeah, if I text messages you and you didn't reply to Monday, now we have a problem.
- 15:16Like, like there are certain things and I imagine it's the same even with family time, right?
- 15:20Like if there's a business emergency on a Sunday, then we talk, you're getting a business call.
- 15:24Yeah. And we, and that happens for sure, but we're learning from him. So that's great.
- 15:28I know, here I'm asking you. Well, I want to learn about your business. Like because we've
- 15:33watched, you're using sound frequency, which is different than a lot of other people are using
- 15:38vibration. A lot of other people are using light. A lot of people are using quantum energy and
- 15:44all of the different things. And I think one of the, one of the conversations that we had,
- 15:50just earlier today, I did an interview with code health. You know the code girls.
- 15:54They actually use, I'll use the word quantum infused, but frequency printed water.
- 16:00And it's, we've learned as a, as a group. And I'll say in the holistic medicine space,
- 16:07I don't even know what to call it anymore, because from biohacking, the longevity to whatever,
- 16:11and a hundred different monokers in between, we've learned that we can genuinely manipulate our bodies
- 16:18into doing things that we never really understood. And I would arguably say that ancient wisdom
- 16:25is now coming back. Yeah. And I'm curious if you could tell me this, this story on how wave watch
- 16:32began, because you know Sandy Martin from the biohacking expo and Sandy's entire journey
- 16:40is in frequency. I don't know that. Yeah. Sandy actually, and I'd love to talk to her more about it.
- 16:47Sandy actually had mold in her brain. Like she actually had mold infection that had started
- 16:53causing problems in her brain. And just like she was absolutely losing it. Every doctor was like,
- 16:58you know, there's nothing we can do. There's nothing wrong. And she literally used frequency
- 17:02to break up the mold and cure her problem, which is how she got into biohacking.
- 17:07Wow. She used to run kamikans. That's right. And from the kamikans, she ended up selling the kamikan
- 17:13half of the business to her ex-husband. And then she decided to run biohacking expo because she
- 17:17was like, oh my gosh, this, this thought, I don't want to say that this industry maybe is the word
- 17:22saved my life. And so she, like her living room is full of gongs and all this other kind of stuff
- 17:28because she just believes that having vibration and frequency does stuff. In fact, we were,
- 17:34we were sitting yesterday with Callie Means at dinner. And she started bringing up all this
- 17:39frequency of your family and saying to your nerd out here, like, give the guy a break. But it was so
- 17:44funny because she just like dived so deep into frequency. And I'm curious, wave watch. Clearly,
- 17:51you've got to have some background in frequency therapy to even come up with this weird idea.
- 17:58Well, I don't know how much time we're left. Yeah, two stories. So you were good. We're good. But basically,
- 18:06my mother and sister both developed breast cancer at the same time. And my doctors just wanted me
- 18:12to have a double mesectomy and go ahead with my life and forget about it. You know, and my eyes
- 18:17were just like yours. But in my head, I was saying something really bad to them, you know. Oh,
- 18:22kidding. And I just faced them and said, no, I think I can think of something better for
- 18:25cautionary. Let's just amputee. Yeah, I was a teacher. So I knew I could figure out something
- 18:30better. So I started, I quit my teaching or finished my teaching here. And then I started a
- 18:35business called bras, breast research awareness and support. And so for the last 15, it's
- 18:40getting to me more 18 years now. I have worked with women's breast health and tried to teach and
- 18:46provided thermography, which is something completely different from mammography and tried to teach
- 18:51women natural things they could do to protect their breast health. And it got where I had so many
- 18:56different kinds of supplements and ideas and massages. I was teaching them and things to do. And
- 19:01finally, it's like, God, just tell me what to do, you know, frequencies. You know, I just got this
- 19:08download or whatever use frequencies. Sure enough, there's a frequency for everything, you know.
- 19:14And we are vibration. That's exactly right. Because I have seen women that have breast problems
- 19:19because they had Epstein bar virus. So they had E. coli. They had a parasite. They got bit by horse.
- 19:26You know, they needed wound support that was not given to them by the medical community. And the
- 19:30list goes on and on. So I could harness those frequencies. And so I started doing more research.
- 19:36And you know, that idea took me about 15 years to get to market, you know, that kind of thing.
- 19:42Because the technology wasn't there, you know. But once I got it, I started working with women
- 19:47in my office to test the prototype and had amazing results. So I knew I had something going on. So
- 19:53it just kept getting better and better. So that's incredible. Like literally, I mean, as awkward as
- 19:58it is that the entire business was started with your mother working with breasts, right? Yeah. Yeah,
- 20:04past that past that. But what an amazing, I mean, first of all, incredible marketing. I'm calling
- 20:11the company bras. That's amazing. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, especially when the S stands for support,
- 20:17like that well played, that marketer well played. But this whole idea of frequency, you're saying
- 20:25you got a download. Yeah. That's what I'd say. Just one moment, just a piphany moment. You're like,
- 20:31oh, that makes sense. So funny. I was in another interview. I was talking with somebody and
- 20:35it's like, I find this, I'm always looking for patterns because I get to do these all the time.
- 20:39And like, so this and I'm always connecting the dots like your story, I can put in one thing. But
- 20:45then I lay over, you know, overlay someone else's story and someone else's story. And then I
- 20:49started to see these patterns. And one of them is that we talk a lot about in your pain as
- 20:54found your purpose. Yes. That, you know, through somebody's pain, like I say, the, especially in the
- 21:00wellness community, I find that there is, I always say it's like a mad lib when I'm talking to
- 21:07even a potential client because, you know, it's like, well, let's talk about the founder's story.
- 21:10And I'm like, okay, well, you fill in the blanks for me. Once upon a time, I was diagnosed with,
- 21:15yeah. And the doctor told me that there was nothing I could do. So I went on a journey and discovered
- 21:21and I'm like, mad lives for it is. It's mad lives for founders. Yeah. And it's because so many of
- 21:27the stories are identical. It's like, you know, I didn't feel well. And then I discovered mineral
- 21:31supplementation or I just couldn't get my life together. And I was dealing with this brain fog. And
- 21:35then I discovered this molecule and frequency is your story, right? Like there was trauma in the
- 21:40family. And then I led to this. It's it's Catherine Arnston and energy bits with my sister diagnosed
- 21:46with breast cancer. And I was going to figure it out, you know, and then she went on a nutritional
- 21:51journey, which led her to eat algae. Like just, but it's these these journeys that kind of take us
- 21:57on this path. So there is the in your pain as your passion. There always is. There always is.
- 22:03There always is. And what's a interviewed somebody the other day who runs an autism
- 22:09foundation that's actually doing education, no awareness for IEPs. And it's what's interesting
- 22:15is that he was actually a special ed instructor and was a, you know, had his master's degree in
- 22:21special education worked as a special ed teacher and then had an autistic son. And I was like, wow.
- 22:29Like it was almost like you found your passion, then your pain. I was like, wow, like that's
- 22:34completely backwards. And then you went through this hole. I'm leaving the industry. I can't deal
- 22:39with it at work and at home and so on. So forth. Yeah. Which then eventually led him to be like, no,
- 22:45this is my purpose. And then, you know, Doug is heels in, which I love watching his story. But
- 22:51pain to passion. I love frequency story. This epiphany moment. Another arc that I see over a lot of
- 23:00stories is the this I would say most founders entrepreneurs inventors. They don't their story is
- 23:08not this years and years and years of this and this, which yours may be. But it's a moment.
- 23:16It's a moment. And I really do say God gave it to me. You know, I mean, it was, it was a download,
- 23:20but I feel that there was that connection. Right. And it's, and it's, and the question that I have
- 23:25for you, I suppose, is that there's, there's a lot of people out there who may be listening who,
- 23:29I always say like the entrepreneur is journey is, it's not a smooth ride, right? It is just weird
- 23:35up and down crash and mingle and tangle and backwards. And that's just one day.
- 23:40Right? Like, well, that's, that's a day in the life of an entrepreneur, not even a year. And,
- 23:46and we know, and I see those types of things like my encouragement to most of these entrepreneurs is like,
- 23:51you know, it's going to click. But it's, it's that one day it clicks. And you're saying download,
- 23:58you got that, is that where you would say the journey began? Or do you think that's where,
- 24:03that's where the fun began? I'd say both, you know, sometimes this is a journey, but it was a lot
- 24:08of fun too to, to really put my mind to work and, you know, figure out some things and do a little bit
- 24:13more research and, and find it, someone to develop the prototype, you know, and put it all together.
- 24:19And then you started testing now wave watch. Is that the prototype?
- 24:25Or was, or was there an earlier version? No, it was always called wave watch. I always came up with
- 24:29a name and there was an earlier version that wasn't there was a watch, but it was speakers on the
- 24:34hand. Would you testing? Yeah, when I was doing prototype. Yeah, prototype. Yeah. Well, I was curious,
- 24:39if it was specific to breast health or if it was systemic? It was systemic with, exactly, because
- 24:46frequency of it. Women have so many problems that can all lead, and I mean, I didn't even mention
- 24:51emotions, you know, that can cause women do have a lot of emotions like. Yeah, okay, thank you.
- 25:00So, frequency, what is it that wave watch is able to work on? And how do you harness those
- 25:08frequencies? Are they emulating other frequencies found in nature? Well, there is something called
- 25:13RIF technology. So, Royal Raymond RIF is actually given the credit for being the father of frequencies.
- 25:21And that was in the 1920s, 1930s, although he took a lot of information from Tesla,
- 25:26at that same time period and they built on it. And sadly to say, he developed some of the best
- 25:34microscope that has ever been known really, and a lot of research on working with frequencies,
- 25:41but that was about the same time that the AMA was established. And as you can imagine,
- 25:46I don't need to say much more. So, frequencies were actually outlawed, and the poor man who should have
- 25:52been believably wealthy with everything that he developed today died a popper in very, you know,
- 25:59outline of frequencies. Yes. Well, if frequency healing or something, I mean. Yeah, the use of
- 26:05frequencies in our medicine was a lot. Really? I didn't know this. I learned something new every time
- 26:13we hang out. That's so funny. Like, what's during business hours? So, you're allowed to talk about
- 26:17the stuff. But frequencies became outlawed. Are you talking frequencies being applied to things,
- 26:25or are you talking about sound therapy? Yes, because they were developing so many new tools
- 26:29with them at that time period. It was really starting to be fascinating. But, you know, I think
- 26:33that AMA realized that they could sell medications because the frequencies work so much better,
- 26:39and so much quicker. We just went down to conspiracy, Rebecca. Is that something I should say?
- 26:42They have money. Follow the money. There you go. They have paid all the money. Well, no, but
- 26:46so, frequency therapy in its entirety, it was outlawed, meaning that even private practitioners couldn't
- 26:51use it. Oh, yes. And people who had bought RIFE's frequency machines, who were medical doctors,
- 26:57had to either they had to fix it, or they couldn't continue to be medical doctors.
- 27:02Fixed a meaning, get rid of the machine. Yeah. And his machines were destroyed.
- 27:06Lots of neat story. Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, if you want to read the outlaw of frequency medicine.
- 27:12I've never heard anything like that. Yeah. So, is it legal now? So, something has changed a little
- 27:17bit because we do use frequencies in medicine today. We have the MRI and the ultrasound or things
- 27:21like that. So, I'm not sure what the clear date is when all of a sudden we're saying, oh, we've
- 27:26done something wrong here. I was going to say like an ulcerous sound would be a frequency. Oh,
- 27:30yeah, exactly. But at that point in time, it was outlawed and he was destroyed. Yes, definitely.
- 27:37So, wow. But the reason behind it, in my opinion, is because frequencies can go through your
- 27:42body very fast and they're 100% absorbed very quickly, where I'm sorry, do I say medicines,
- 27:51prescriptions, anything like that is a chemical wave that moves through your body and it moves so
- 27:57slow that your body, your body burns up 98% of it and it has to be purchased every month.
- 28:04So, it was a medicine thing. Well, and that's what a lot of people don't realize, especially in
- 28:07like this, this world of peptides and, you know, we're seeing the FDA get involved in peptides and
- 28:13now under the new administration, they're kind of bagging out of peptides and saying, hey,
- 28:16if it works, use it. Yeah. But, you know, we're noticing like a lot of people that were so conditioned
- 28:23to medicine as pills that we don't even pay attention to the fact that when you're taking a pill,
- 28:29like only a fraction of that is actually getting, you know, into your bloodstream anyways, right?
- 28:34And the thing is, is like there's a lot of stuff out there and anyways, I won't get into that
- 28:39craziness, but the reality is, is taking a pill is probably the least effective way to supplement.
- 28:44Yeah, the length of time, the cost, you know, and the side effects, you know? Well,
- 28:50that for sure. But even using injections or topicals or anything like that, like being able
- 28:55to absorb things through the skin is a much better, yep, treatment for taking a pill. Yeah.
- 29:00But again, now we're getting to this light therapy and you're hearing, you know, red light is
- 29:04all of a sudden the thing. And my first, I don't say introduction, but maybe my first moment of
- 29:11curiosity into the biohacking space was actually with a red light device that I worked with,
- 29:18probably like 12, 13 years ago. And it was a, it was a red light device that you would put it
- 29:24with shaped like a halaga, half moon, and you could put it around like a knee, and it would
- 29:28actually use red light for detoxification. And people were getting relieved of joint pain, but
- 29:33the FTC and FDA nonsense that they went through because there is a, there's a barrier to entry
- 29:41when you're getting into the health world. Are you guys experiencing that now? Of course we are.
- 29:47We did. And we worked through it, hopefully, but yeah, I mean, it's always a challenge, right?
- 29:51There's kind of a, we can't say certain things. You, I even talked about this, you know, we have
- 29:56to be careful what we say. And but people that have used our product, the wavewatch, love it and say,
- 30:02oh, did this and this and this, but you can't quote that, publish everything that that they say.
- 30:07Yes, it's, you know, kind of, and then your test animal, it looks like a department of justice released.
- 30:12So, yeah, it's a redacted from talk to bottom. Exactly.
- 30:17But yeah, they, that becomes an issue because people love your product and they actually give it
- 30:22credit for what it's doing. But, you know, the FDA won't let you use that because you tell them
- 30:27it cures cancer than somebody else stops chemotherapy. Yeah. You know, because I'll wear the watch instead.
- 30:32And, you know, the reality is, is there is so much other thing that we can be doing. What kind of
- 30:38from a, from a frequency marketing question that I mean, specifically you frequency marketing.
- 30:44Okay. Yeah. You're, you're marketing frequency. Yeah. And in the, I'll say gen pop, right? Like
- 30:50the, just the general population, they're not there yet. Yeah. Like that's just, they're not there yet.
- 30:56And we come to conferences like where we are now. And I mean, we're just going to think tank,
- 31:02right? Like it's this little echo chamber of all of us are talking the same language. We get it.
- 31:06We love each other. They all in the same ecosystem. But then we go back out, right? And then you,
- 31:11you run a Facebook ad and somebody says, you're snake oil, you're lying to people, right? Yeah.
- 31:16We get that. Right. And everybody does. And my question for you is like, when you're doing that,
- 31:22how do you find your best messaging to get people on board with this? Because the snake oil
- 31:29accusations will never end. Yeah. But red light I use as an example, because 12, 13 years ago,
- 31:35when I was first introduced to it, we dealt with that exact same nonsense. It was, oh, this is fake.
- 31:41You're stealing money from old people. Like how dare you have some integrity? And it was like,
- 31:46yeah, or maybe the people who buy it like it, like why do we have an 8% return rate if everyone
- 31:51hates it and we're snake oil, right? In fact, matter is, I'm a firm believer that even if the placebo
- 31:55works great. Yeah. And also that's a lot of medicines, different things are placebo supplements.
- 32:03You know, there's a lot of that. But I mean, I think to answer your question for us, there's a couple
- 32:07stories that we tell to help people understand, you know, one is resident frequency or Tesla would say
- 32:13mortal oscillation rates. You talk about, you know, an opera singer can break a glass
- 32:18life, finding the resident frequency. So then in your body, if there are parasites or viruses or
- 32:24bacteria, then maybe are not good for your body. If we know the resident frequency of those things,
- 32:29and we send your body that signal and a frequency, you can help tell it, give it a signal, right?
- 32:34As an example. So that's one example. Do you want more? Yeah, please, please. Another one here to
- 32:40learn, remember? This is a fascinating conversation. Your central nervous system, right? We used to
- 32:46say operated on electrical impulses. Recent studies from the Niels Bohr School in Copenhagen has
- 32:52shown that actually your central nervous system operates on frequencies. So I was talking to an
- 32:59anesthesiologist in my church because I had read that anesthesia, there are two theories of
- 33:05how it works, but they still don't know. I don't know. Did you know this? That's almost alarming.
- 33:10And I asked this guy who is an anesthesiologist who said, how does it actually work? I wasn't trying
- 33:15to trick him. I was just asking, he said, well, they're actually two theories and I said, oh, okay,
- 33:19I've heard that. He said, but we still don't know. He said, but the main one is that the drugs that
- 33:24they give you during anesthesia slows the passage of frequencies through your nervous system.
- 33:30So thereby, lessening the pain, putting you kind of to sleep. So if you think about that,
- 33:35our product uses resonant frequencies, help your nervous system relax or to send it signals to
- 33:42help your body rebalance. You're getting something there, aren't you? Yeah, no, this is going to sound
- 33:50like a terrible thing, but I'm still back on the parasites. Because that makes so much sense to me.
- 33:56Okay, yeah, sure. I mean, you think about, I mean, back when I was younger, like there was a
- 34:02boy back, we think about, does anybody, you guys remember when the rat traps and everything
- 34:08else, we went through the whole deal that the glue traps were terrible because mice were chewing
- 34:12their feet off, sorry, take the kids off. But it was like a big thing, right? Because then you
- 34:17ended up, you know, people were worried that they were coming back and finding a glue trap with
- 34:21a mouse foot still attached. And like, you know, all these are inhumane bubble and so on. And they
- 34:26actually came up with a frequency device that actually like you would play it or put this
- 34:34frequency device in your, in the house. And if didn't kill anybody, it just repelled them and
- 34:41they couldn't exist. Well, because it was a frequency that only they could hear. Yeah,
- 34:47and it was something that they hated. So they stayed away with like a dog whistle, right?
- 34:52And that makes sense to me that if you're, if you're infusing, if you will, a resonant frequency
- 34:58and it's actually at the same resonance as a parasite or something, or a virus, something
- 35:04that's living within you, it can't exist in the presence of that frequency, right? It still
- 35:10amplifies, falls apart, something changes. Yeah. And another story to kind of illustrate this
- 35:16point is you think of, you know, mainstream with mainstream Western medicine. If somebody's got
- 35:21kidney stones, right? One of the main treatments is ultrasound, lithotrypsy. But that ultrasound,
- 35:28it is ultrasound, but it's not targeted. So they use a wide range of white noise,
- 35:33untargeted. Now, a friend of mine at the college, I used to, university, I used to teach at,
- 35:39he got kidney stones a lot. I can appreciate the fact that you corrected the word college and
- 35:43went to university. Yeah, you know, I didn't want to, it sounds so much more to stitches, well
- 35:49point. So, so he had a lot of common kidney stones, reoccurring. And he had done lithotrypsy
- 35:56several times and he said it was like getting in a car accident. Your side turns black and blue
- 36:01because it's a lot of different frequency, super high powered and you pee blood after, after
- 36:08this treatment. So it has not a, it is very invasive, right? So, but when Linda was testing the
- 36:14early prototype of the wave watch, you know, we don't have scientific data, but anecdotally,
- 36:1930 people that had kidney stones came into our office. They were testing the prototype,
- 36:2430 minutes of targeted frequencies for kidney stones. And many of them went to the bathroom and
- 36:30passed something in the urine that was powder like and their pain was just broken up.
- 36:36But think about it, that's the rest because the resonant frequency of most, I think there's a certain,
- 36:42you know, 80% of kidney stones are certain, you know, calcium carbonate. So you think about the
- 36:46chemical structure that has a certain frequency. So, I have a personal ask. One of the
- 36:55devices that I've always wanted and I'm going to need you to work on this, Linda, is I need a
- 36:59frequency with a button that actually exists in my car that if the car in front of me actually ends
- 37:08up with explosive diarrhea when I push the button. So they have to get out of my way. Is that,
- 37:14is that a frequency you think we can work on? They could tell the story on this one.
- 37:18Oh, I'll tell the story. We have one of our partners who's interviewed Linda several times,
- 37:27actually accidentally, played the, we have a frequency call. I think it's bowel support is to
- 37:33help you. And she accidentally left it on repeat and had really bad diarrhea. And she's like, I
- 37:41knew it worked after that moment. Serious. That's absolutely amazing. Yeah.
- 37:47Accidentally gave herself diarrhea using the frequency watch. So this is powerful stuff. See? Yeah,
- 37:52I mean, we hope so. You know, we can't claim anything, but we have seen a lot of really exciting
- 37:58stuff. Now, let me change this to higher level. Yes. Thank you. Yeah. Let's get out. Sorry. We'll
- 38:02get out of the seventh grade humor, but you can't affect people. So I've gotten testimonies from
- 38:07people on airplanes that have a wave watch. And several of them are sharing it with somebody that
- 38:12sits beside them and their pain has gone away or something like that. But the most fascinating ones
- 38:17are there's a baby screaming in front of them or behind them, you know, just screaming their head off.
- 38:22So they put the wave watch on call mean and the baby settles down. So just them wearing the
- 38:28wave watch with a sound calms the baby down. And that's happened so many times you can't. So
- 38:34you know, any magic to it being on your wrist or is it just it was just my idea to make it so much
- 38:39just the form phone is wearable. Yes. So just a form function. I mean, it could be a necklace or
- 38:44anything for that matter. Yeah. Just putting a frequency. But people say, well, if I have a kidney
- 38:50stone, don't don't I need to wear it on my kidney? No, because the whole concept is that there's a
- 38:56there are about 70 receptors in every cell. And so once a frequency vibrates them,
- 39:03then the next cell vibrates in the next cell. And then it just always describe that it's like a
- 39:07Newton's cradle. I guess where like you drop the ball on one side and the energy actually moves
- 39:12and ball to ball to ball, but you only see the last one move. But the energy actually moved through
- 39:16the entire cradle. Yeah. Very good explanation. Yeah. That's the same where you're doing. Like the
- 39:22frequency may be hitting one cell, but then it goes from cell to cell to cell to cell to cell like
- 39:27that Newton's cradle energy. So the entire body is getting affected by it. So what all
- 39:35tracks frequency? I don't know. I'm like, I don't know what it relates to this. It's like, I've got
- 39:40an eye to like a back to having a, what are they? I'm even forgetting the words. In the
- 39:47play those things. Are you talking about cold school iPod? Yeah. The iPod is an iPod frequency
- 39:53creator here. Yeah. What all have you learned in terms of frequencies that are able to impact systems?
- 40:02Well, I'm not sure if we learned ball movements. Okay.
- 40:07Well, there are about 1100 choices, but we've kind of put them together. So it makes it easier for
- 40:12people in 146 different categories. And so when they select a category, you're your own person,
- 40:19your own self-care expert. You know, if you have a headache or if you're big toe hurts, you know,
- 40:24and then you're going to look through the frequency choices and select one. And so we've had
- 40:31testimonies on about 500 different ideas. I believe that. So it just goes on and on. You cannot
- 40:37even imagine how many different kinds. Yeah. And it just goes with the idea. There's a frequency
- 40:43for that. There is. There's an app for that. And so actually that's part of patent pending something
- 40:48we're working on is the very first version of the watch had all of these individually named
- 40:53frequencies. And they're about eight minutes long. Linda's research showed that's about the
- 40:57amount of time you need to send your body's signal. And they would have very specific medical
- 41:02conditions and names, which the FDA said, Hey, you can't do that. Right. And so what we ended up
- 41:07doing is researching our customers and saying, Hey, what frequencies have you used and what works
- 41:12really well? I'm getting a lot of data. And then combining that with her expertise and women's
- 41:16health and just holistic nature of our bodies. And then making every one of the frequency sets
- 41:22is a playlist. I was going to take and you'd like frequency staff. Yeah. So as I play an hour
- 41:27long thing, but it's yeah, about every eight minutes, you're going to hear a different sound.
- 41:32If you were actually hearing it, listening to it. Yeah. So as an example, we have one on self-care.
- 41:37I'm not a big drinker. But if I were, it's called after party support. Perfect. Right. And in
- 41:45that frequency set, I don't know exactly the number of the order, but I can tell you we've got
- 41:49liver detox, kidney detox, headache dehydration as an example. Right. Think holistically about
- 41:56helping support your body from hangover. And so we're doing that with all sorts of ideas.
- 42:01Everything related to, you know, metabolism, blood, heart, organ systems, you know, especially
- 42:08emotions, calming sleep. We've got a whole eight, 10 hour sleep set that's really amazing. So
- 42:15kind of a cocktail of all sorts of things, mixing Vegas nerve, combining with a Chinese body
- 42:20clock. So, you know, at 2 a.m., your liver or your lungs are rebuilding. We've got frequencies
- 42:25to help support your body at that time of the night. So interesting. Yeah. And there's so much
- 42:30work still being done in the space. Yeah. Right. Because this, this whole idea of sound frequency
- 42:36and bio fields. And I mean, there's just so much erupting from that, from that area right now.
- 42:44And again, I really go back to, and I think you and I talked about this in a previous conversation,
- 42:50but ancient wisdom has come back. And we got too smart for ourselves for too long. And I mean,
- 42:58I've even had this conversation several people, truthfully, but even the idea of how we say like,
- 43:05like trauma, like cellular trauma, we're learning now that trauma is stored at a cellular level. And
- 43:10even eating meat, for instance, that was killed in a traumatic fashion is actually that trauma still
- 43:17exists in the meat. And we ingested in that trauma is now part of our own bodies as well,
- 43:22because we're trying to digest traumatized meat. Oh my god. But right. And it's like so much, so much
- 43:28of this exists at a cellular level. And then I go back to, well, maybe kosher laws made sense.
- 43:35That's maybe the law makes sense. Like, maybe all of that makes sense. Like you talk about frequencies.
- 43:41And I just read a study recently that was talking about how fabric emits frequency. Yes. I heard
- 43:49that same thing. And mixing fabrics actually leads to convoluted frequencies, which can actually
- 43:55be disruptive to your body. And that was in the Old Testament. And the Old Testament.
- 43:59They're all such hand mix. Correct. You can't mix fabrics. Yeah.
- 44:03It's a lately I find myself, I was talking with somebody earlier and I was saying,
- 44:08you know, I'm always trying to learn something as you know. And the conversation I had was
- 44:14that somebody asked me recently, so what are you learning now? And I was like, honestly,
- 44:17I think I'm kind of in a in a stage of unlearning. But I think I'm unlearning a lot right now.
- 44:23Like I'm almost rewriting a bunch of stuff because there were things that, especially
- 44:28things like frequency, right? Like we know about them from the past. Like we know about them from
- 44:34from biblical texts and other religious texts. And it's like, but why is it that every major
- 44:39religion in the world has versions of all of this same sort of stuff? And it's like because maybe
- 44:44they didn't understand it at a scientific level like we did. Yeah. But they did, and they implemented
- 44:50it. They did it. Like we talk about the need to downregulate a sympathetic nervous system.
- 44:54And I'm like, wow, that sounds like a Sabbath. Yeah. Okay. That tracks.
- 45:00Or the power of, you know, singing, right? Right.
- 45:03Calling or community, you know, singing in a group, right? Or shared,
- 45:08and not not shared trauma, but sharing emotions with people is so powerful for healing.
- 45:13I mean, there's so many things that faith traditions have informed. And even Linda likes to
- 45:17talk about, what was the first thing God did in creation in Genesis? Absolutely. He spoke his voice.
- 45:26And the first thing we created was light. Yeah. Maybe there's something there. That's
- 45:32why I think the sound is so important. You know, and sounds, the first thing we, the first
- 45:37sense that we have in the womb, and they say it sounds just like a drum core in there. I don't know
- 45:43exactly how they could help. But I think that is very interesting. And then it's the last
- 45:47sense that we have as we pass from the earth. But in between, we don't do a lot with sound,
- 45:52even though we've been told over and over again, how neat that things are.
- 45:55The love is good as you're doing. Like, thank you. Thank you for leading that charge,
- 45:59to be honest with you. Like, I'm glad you got your down bone, because I think a lot of people
- 46:03lives have been benefited by it. And perhaps even saved. And, you know, given the work that you
- 46:08were doing with breast cancer. We've had some amazing testimonies. It makes me cry once in a while.
- 46:12I believe it. And I hear a lot of these stories when we're working with companies that are in this
- 46:18in this space, right? Because I will say that, and I commend you both, because I know the struggle
- 46:24of the entrepreneur in this space, yeah, intimately. And there's a lot of bad days, too,
- 46:32because there are days where you're getting called a quack, and you're, you know, being told that
- 46:36it's not that, and you get the, you know, the FDA notice, and you like, those things have not
- 46:41everybody. But the reality is, is like, you're, you know, you can't just tell people what you
- 46:45want to say. You're having to rewrite everything to get into a compliance. You, you know, you've got
- 46:50somebody who tells you that, you know, you're hurting people by not letting them get proper medical
- 46:54treatment. It's like, right? And there's, there's a lot of, I will, I'll use the word resilience
- 47:00in this space, because you're not selling pizza. Right? Like, you're not selling pizza. This
- 47:06isn't a diet coke that you're trying to get pizza. Right? Like, you're trying to get people to
- 47:10make life-changing things. And I say that, you know, if I offered you candy, you take it in a minute.
- 47:15If I offer you some healthy snack, you turn into a darn scientist, because everybody wants to
- 47:20research what you're doing to be healthy, because everywhere's a skeptic if it's healthy. But,
- 47:24you know, but if I offered you a gin and tonic, you'd just take a drink and think nothing of it.
- 47:28And I'm like, right, but I offer you a frequency, and you want to go research all day. Like, come on,
- 47:32like that, you know what I'm saying? That's not. Yeah, you spend life under a microscope,
- 47:39having to do that. So, I appreciate your resilience in, and that's layered on top of what it
- 47:44takes to just be an entrepreneur. So, the entrepreneurial space, layer on top of that, the entrepreneurial
- 47:51space in a hard category, especially with a revolutionary science that you've come up with. So,
- 48:00thank you for what you do. Thank you for involving your sons in the journey, too.
- 48:04Right, yeah. I need to know. Well, we're just so thankful, and one thing I wanted to share,
- 48:12just kind of tie an end to this, is, you know, that the idea that, you know, anything is a miracle
- 48:18cure is hard to be in thousand, and we don't want to claim that. We want to say we're one tool
- 48:24in your healing, but in your, you know, one's in your journey, right? And the other thing is, you
- 48:30know, I think God designed our bodies to heal, and we want to send your body's signal to say,
- 48:36hey, help it heal, right? So, that's one of the things we do think that we're doing is helping
- 48:41your body heal itself. I'm a heretic, so I'm going to tell you this, and for the audience, I will say,
- 48:46I actually do have a graduate degree in theology, but I will say that I had this conversation with
- 48:52someone at the day, because I tend to be more of a provocative person with my words, because I like
- 48:58deep conversation, rather than fluff. Yeah. And I made a comment about who's to say that the fact
- 49:03that Jesus was performing miracles wasn't because he understood how to vibrate at a frequency
- 49:09that the rest of us haven't harnessed, and that we all know that when we get into flow states,
- 49:16things happen that can't be explained, right? You see people who get into those states, you get
- 49:20people shaman's and whatnot, and it's like they're able to elevate their frequencies to gamma level
- 49:27frequencies, and can do feats of strength and stuff that defies any kind of physics that we
- 49:32understand. And I'm like, okay, so Jesus being God Himself, like clearly understood these things,
- 49:40like, is it possible that when we read about miracles and scripture and stuff, it's literally
- 49:44because we had the most self-actualized version of a human walking among us to really understood
- 49:50this stuff. And it makes me think, though, not to detract from the miraculous works of Jesus, but
- 49:58it is that same. If the same power that indwelled Christ, indwells us, is the same power that
- 50:05raised Christ from the dead lives in you. Quote unquote. Is it possible that we also have the
- 50:11ability to vibrate to frequency, to energy at a level that we're calling it woo woo science,
- 50:19but in fact, it has actually the precipice at which science and spirituality meet.
- 50:24Yeah, we could have a lot more conversations that you talked about. I was just going to say,
- 50:28I have another position on my staff, are you interested?
- 50:31I don't. That was a, that was a, that was a paylinder. But that to me, like, I just look at that,
- 50:37and I'm like, we keep these things in different boxes. I think too many people in the spiritual
- 50:43world are afraid of some of this stuff because it starts to challenge theology and those people
- 50:49don't want their belief challenge. And people in the scientific world never want to be included
- 50:53in the spiritual world because that's illogical. Right. And it's like, I genuinely believe that it's
- 50:58like true actualization. If I can use that Maslow word, like, is the intersection of those two
- 51:04things? Like when we're able to have a conversation about science and frequency and quantum energy
- 51:08and all of these things and have a conversation about Jesus. And how are we able to pull these
- 51:15things together into a cohesive conversation and say that perhaps both are true? And I believe
- 51:22that. I genuinely believe that. And I guarantee you graduate professors of mine are freaking out if
- 51:27they ever listen to this. But the reality is I believe that there is a coherence between that.
- 51:34And I know that you're both Christian people. We've had that conversation. And I love that.
- 51:40And thank you for boldly being that in a space where I'd say Ben Greenfield, I was talking with him
- 51:46not too long ago. And it's like, dude, like, I got to give you props because Ben's a good Christian
- 51:51man. And my conversation with him was like, Ben, I just want to tell you, buddy, like the fact that
- 51:57he has lost tons of followers because he has made it very clear. I'm a Christ follower.
- 52:05And I don't want to be involved in, in back to say, it would, like, mood altering drugs in this
- 52:12time. He's like, no, I'm saying no to it. I used to do that stuff because of the biohacking
- 52:15element of it. He's like, but I'm saying no. And he's like, no, my children, my wife, my family,
- 52:20my values. And it's like, and he introduced me to a book by his pastor who was super controversial
- 52:25and all this other kind of stuff. And I was like, no, Ben, I'm going to thank you. Yeah. Thank you
- 52:29for in a space where you have a voice that tends to be pretty woo and, you know, and almost
- 52:34non-religious in that way. It's like, thanks for standing up. Like, thank you for being that.
- 52:39And I love when people, and I believe I'm going to leave you with this. There was a recent study,
- 52:46and I was listening to Zach Bush, you know, who's Zach Bush is. He's a, he's an amazing doctor in
- 52:52the health and longevity space. He's an MD. Love him. Look him up. Zach was actually, they were talking
- 53:00about resonant frequencies and they were measuring at what point does a human emit the highest
- 53:07level frequency. And the highest level frequency that they were able to measure out of a human was
- 53:14that which, which emitted love. That love is the highest frequency. But what he was saying was
- 53:20they were doing this study. And I want to say it was eight. Don't hold me. But he said, you know,
- 53:25if, if love was here, they would periodically see a spike that went like eight times higher than love.
- 53:32Yeah. And then would end up going back. And he's like, and this was all based on people showing
- 53:36flashcards and all the stuff that I don't know how they actually did that study. But they were going
- 53:40to it. And he's like, and we figured out that love is not the highest frequency that a person
- 53:45is able to emit. In fact, we found these spikes. And he's like, and when we went back
- 53:49to research and find out what was going on, they found it was cohesion. Then when a person
- 53:56is genuinely in a space where their, their true self is being expressed in its entirety,
- 54:06that is a level that goes far beyond love because that love is not just love for others,
- 54:10love for family, love for country kind of stuff. It is a true expression. And you know, that's
- 54:16when everything is in harmony, there's a frequency much higher than just this. I was like, and I'm
- 54:24probably completely butchering the story. I read the same study. I didn't know the name, but I think
- 54:29you was saying the power of authenticity. Yes. And to connect to our faith, we're made in the
- 54:33image of God. So when you're operating in that fully, the power that you access and being fully
- 54:39in the present, not worrying about the past, not concerned with the future, but just being here.
- 54:44And this is just amazing with core value alignment and everything. And it was just, and I heard it,
- 54:49I was like, that's a frequency. Like that's something that I absolutely, like, I need to go look
- 54:55that study up again. Like is that I read it? And then I was like blown away by it to just
- 54:59jump in the shower or something. But yeah, I mean, genuinely, it was like, it was a fast read,
- 55:04and then I was done. But I want to go revisit it because it's come up two, three times recently.
- 55:09So once if it's stuck in my noodle, I'm going to go back and rehearse that a little bit more. But
- 55:15you guys, I will tell you, thank you for being who you are and what you're doing. But part of that,
- 55:19I will say that I believe that frequency and energy that we put off is what we attract. Yeah.
- 55:24Like attracts like. I was saying to somebody earlier that, you know, the do unto others as you
- 55:28would have them do unto you as a science lesson. There's not a spiritual principle. Yeah. I mean,
- 55:34that's an emit what you care to attract. Yeah. So I believe I said, I was like, you know,
- 55:38that the golden rule was a science lesson. And we should all take something out of that.
- 55:42Wow. That's my new tagline, I think of, you know, project what it is that you want. Like give
- 55:46off the energy that you want to receive. And I think that that is 100%. And that goes for
- 55:51social fasts and cleanses. Like there's people in your life that you know who they are.
- 55:56Yeah. They're not just, they're not at the same frequency you are. So I think we all understand
- 56:01frequency to level that we don't even realize we understand. You're bringing it to the forefront.
- 56:06And I love that. Thank you. Guys, we're going to put some information in the show notes down here.
- 56:11Look up wave watch. That's W-A-V watch. And the links and everything will be down here in the
- 56:16show notes. So I want you to take a look at that. Guys, thank you so much for being here.
- 56:21It's been such a fun conversation. I love that. The family unit that has vibrated together really
- 56:26well. Maybe my family could take some lessons. We're doing fine. We're still learning. We're
- 56:32doing fine. Yeah, exactly. So guys, we appreciate you take a look at the show notes and look
- 56:36these guys out. Learn a bit more of this because we want to be vibrating, right? That's what we
- 56:41want to do. Like we're all frequency and we are all genuine when we are living in that authentic
- 56:47version of ourselves. But in the meanwhile, let's also have a wave watch that can chase away
- 56:51the parasites by making noises that only they can hear. So I like that science too. So thanks
- 56:56much. We'll see you soon.
