  Speaker 4: and right and visit them. Very interesting teaching that we've

  Speaker 4: Principles are important, but it is the reality of a

  Speaker 4: person that strengthens your convictions over the principles. He has

  Speaker 4: said so that the journey of faith is the journey

  Speaker 4: that leads you to a point where you know God

  Speaker 4: experientially and your conviction about Him and integrity of his

  Speaker 4: word viuelds to the level that can guarantee you lifting.

  Speaker 3: And then the second fact that we consider that is
• 6:44
  Speaker 3: creating a truck record.
• 6:46
  Speaker 4: Many of us may need to listen to last week's
• 6:49
  Speaker 4: message again and again. You may think you understood what
• 6:53
  Speaker 4: I said. A truck record is very, very important when
• 6:57
  Speaker 4: you want to employ a driver to drive your children,

  Speaker 4: or your wife or your husband. Usually you will say
• 7:04
  Speaker 4: someone who has.
• 7:05
  Speaker 3: Five years experience? Is that true? Now?
• 7:11
  Speaker 4: Do you know that, honestly, someone can be diligent in
• 7:14
  Speaker 4: one month and learn how to drive. Do you believe
• 7:17
  Speaker 4: that can happen? But will you still allow that person
• 7:19
  Speaker 4: drive your children? This is the hardest part.

  Speaker 3: Listen carefully.

  Speaker 4: This is the hardest part in the journey to greatness

  Speaker 4: because a track record is a compendium of your consistency,

  Speaker 4: consistency in trusting God, consistency in applying the principles that

  Speaker 4: have been taught that you have learned, Consistency in your
• 7:50
  Speaker 4: endurance and derans anddurance. The Bible says, to end your

  Speaker 4: hardship like a faithful soldier. I was giving an example

  Speaker 4: of someone who would want to employ a driver to
• 8:03
  Speaker 4: drive your children or whatever it is. Usually you would

  Speaker 4: require that that person would have spent at least four
• 8:10
  Speaker 4: or five years doing the Why do you make that

  Speaker 4: kind of requirement.

  Speaker 3: The reason is.

  Speaker 4: Because you believe that over that five years he's made

  Speaker 4: mistakes and learned from them away together, that lots of

  Speaker 4: other things have happened around, and that he has.

  Speaker 4: Most people want to enter realms of financial prosperity, listen carefully.

  Speaker 3: Realms of the anointing, and they do not have a

  Speaker 3: track record of faithfulness.

  Speaker 4: They do not have a track record of submission. They

  Speaker 4: do not have a track record of prayer. They do

  Speaker 4: not have a track record of the study of the world.

  Speaker 4: They do not have a track record of discipline and diligence.

  Speaker 4: Greatness will never happen to a man who ignores the
• 8:59
  Speaker 4: power of a track record as a man of God.

  Speaker 4: Nobody will listen to you just because you are anointed.

  Speaker 4: There must be a track record. Someone in your history

  Speaker 4: must be able to recommend the hand of God upon

  Speaker 4: your life that has been sustained.

  Speaker 3: For many years.

  Speaker 4: There has to be someone in your life who can say,
• 9:19
  Speaker 4: I know past or Alpha.

  Speaker 3: I know Pastorage, you mean he has been this way consistent.

  Speaker 4: Nobody will become loyal to you just because you think

  Speaker 4: you have something to offer.

  Speaker 3: And this applies also in business.

  Speaker 4: That means that even your failure is part of the

  Speaker 4: reason why you will succeed.

  Speaker 3: You see that your failure will justify your success in

  Speaker 4: When you come before people and you tell them I

  Speaker 4: have failed before, they would trust you. When you come

  Speaker 4: before people and say I have never failed, they're afraid

  Speaker 3: Failure stabilize this success.

  Speaker 4: Yes, a man of God who has never failed will

  Speaker 4: seldom appreciate the disciplines and all the constraints that come

  Speaker 4: with ministry. The way many people talk is a sign

  Speaker 4: that they've not had a balanced growth. They have not failed.

  Speaker 4: They've never known what it means or what it meant

  Speaker 4: to be. In a situation of embarrassment of chaos, of failure.

  Speaker 3: And I don't believe that God causes failure. Are we together?

  Speaker 4: But that the system of growth with respect to our
• 10:33
  Speaker 4: human nature?

  Speaker 3: Believe me, brothers and sisters, is such.

  Speaker 4: That you must taste of failure not as a person,

  Speaker 4: as an event.

  Speaker 3: Before you truly become successful. Are we together? Now? We have?

  Speaker 4: Let me use you, we have a very wrong mindset,

  Speaker 4: especially in the body of Christ.

  Speaker 3: I'm a very positive person. I am a man of faith.

  Speaker 4: But most times when we watch people as they seek

  Speaker 4: to build a track record, and we see their failures,

  Speaker 4: their imperfections, their limitations, most times we create a system

  Speaker 4: of antagonism around your failure. Did you hear God? Are

  Speaker 4: you sure you heard God for that ministry? Why are
• 11:19
  Speaker 4: you feeling? Are you sure you heard God for that business?
• 11:22
  Speaker 4: Why are you feeling? Are you sure you heard God
• 11:24
  Speaker 4: for that relationship or that whatever it is? We have
• 11:27
  Speaker 4: to be careful to give people a chance to fail honorably.
• 11:32
  Speaker 3: Are we together?
• 11:33
  Speaker 4: We have to be very careful to give people a
• 11:36
  Speaker 4: chance to fail. Let the brother go for the meeting
• 11:39
  Speaker 4: and pray for the speck, and then they are not here.

  Speaker 3: That experience will help him to value results.

  Speaker 4: The day he sees a man of God who says

  Speaker 4: Just talking of money. Are we together? They don't pray.

  Speaker 4: If they're in trouble, you pray for them, so they

  Speaker 4: don't see a need to build a personal interuccessful ministry.

  Speaker 3: Are we together? They don't give.

  Speaker 4: When they're broke, they come to you and you give

  Speaker 4: them a harvest for a seat that. I'm not saying

  Speaker 4: you shouldn't help people, but if you really want people

  Speaker 4: to be great, allow failure and pain to teach them.

  Speaker 4: the night when others are sleeping. You always say, pray

  Speaker 3: Thirty minutes you want to sleep. Another a lot.

  Speaker 4: With a bad news enters that forces you to be awake,

  Speaker 4: you've been under the bridge. God told you to travel

  Speaker 4: somewhere you did not know. As a since pursued you,

  Speaker 4: an angel appeared to help you. He says, you're a

  Speaker 4: man of God. You have gone through several things. Enough,

  Speaker 4: let me tell you this. Listen to my message. Knowing

  Speaker 4: God experientially. Challenges are the valid ways to reveal God

  Speaker 4: in your life. You will never truly understand God until

  Speaker 4: challenges reveal him to you.

  Speaker 4: in your track record. Your failures, your tears, your mistakes.

  Speaker 3: Your ignorance, your endurance.

  Speaker 4: Your passion for pursuit, the pursuit of mentorship, your passion

  Speaker 4: for the pursuit of information.

  Speaker 3: All these things are part of the truck record.

  Speaker 4: Let me tell you your track record has value. Everything

  Speaker 4: in your life will bless you tomorrow now when you.

  Speaker 4: are we together. The mistakes, the failures, and everything. They

  Speaker 4: invited you for a program, and nobody was saved, nobody

  Speaker 4: was healed. All things that embarrassment, all things, the extra year,

  Speaker 4: all things, the sham and the pain, the five years before.

  Speaker 3: Admission, all things.

  Speaker 4: The several relationships that didn't work that made you look

  Speaker 4: like the worst thing on earth. All things, the Bible says,

  Speaker 4: in the economy of God, nothing is wasted. He said,

  Speaker 4: even the fragments gather them, that nothing be wasted. Even
• 16:39
  Speaker 4: the fragments gather.

  Speaker 3: Them, they will be useful. Are we together?

  Speaker 4: When you eat food and the crumbs, for on the

  Speaker 4: ground you don't gather them to save them. You gather

  Speaker 4: them to throw them. But in God's economy, it says,

  Speaker 4: keep them. They're still useful. So I am, I am

  Speaker 4: by this riach you encouraging you to be proud of

  Speaker 4: your pain.

  Speaker 3: Don't hide it. We live in a in a.

  Speaker 4: Lying community of believers who, and especially withomen of God,

  Speaker 4: who always want to make it look like it was rosy.

  Speaker 4: Every word they gave was accurate, everything they said was right,

  Speaker 4: everybody they prayed for was healed.

  Speaker 3: It's not true.

  Speaker 4: And as a man of God, of course doesn't mean

  Speaker 4: you be as sincere.

  Speaker 3: As you can. With the people of God.

  Speaker 4: It helps them to see the excellency of the power
• 17:33
  Speaker 4: of God upon your humanity.

  Speaker 3: Don't act in a way that discourages their journey.

  Speaker 4: Let them know you cry. The Bible records the crying

  Speaker 4: of Jesus. Why didn't he jump it and just say

  Speaker 4: the Messiah he healed? The Bible says Jesus was hungry.

  Speaker 4: He went to eat mace on Sunday. People try to
• 17:52
  Speaker 4: harass him, and so on and so for Jesus was hungry.

  Speaker 4: He went to a three hungry demanding food. Jesus wept
• 17:59
  Speaker 4: a Funerals are we together. Jesus almost gave up. The

  Speaker 4: Bible captures all of these things, so that when he says,

  Speaker 4: we do not have a high priest who has not
• 18:10
  Speaker 4: been touched. Let me tell you, I hope you know
• 18:13
  Speaker 4: Jesus had to be a man to be qualified to
• 18:16
  Speaker 4: be the head of the church. Because when the Father
• 18:22
  Speaker 4: looks at a man of God who has not prayed
• 18:24
  Speaker 4: for one week, Jesus who said, I've been there when
• 18:29
  Speaker 4: I became a man and I took on the form
• 18:31
  Speaker 4: of mortality, I felt the pain what that man is
• 18:35
  Speaker 4: going through.
• 18:37
  Speaker 3: I have a record of that experience in my person.
• 18:41
  Speaker 4: And so he makes intercession on ground of that track,
• 18:44
  Speaker 4: recording the reason why many people are not forgiving and
• 18:48
  Speaker 4: never give people the chances. They are too innocent to
• 18:51
  Speaker 4: be great the reality. When I said they are too innocent,
• 18:56
  Speaker 4: what I mean is that their lives they've not.

  Speaker 3: Been exposed to the reality of living.

  Speaker 4: So you can see a man with his wife and
• 19:03
  Speaker 4: two children just crying and say, what is how can
• 19:06
  Speaker 4: this man.

  Speaker 3: Is such an irresponsible man? What is he doing? And

  Speaker 3: the man is doing his best. You don't have any child.

  Speaker 4: All your money came from one uncle, and all of
• 19:14
  Speaker 4: that and then one day your uncle said, oh, no
• 19:17
  Speaker 4: longer take care of you.

  Speaker 3: And that's when you will know that your prayer that
• 19:20
  Speaker 3: you thought was working was never working.

  Speaker 4: It was somebody's harvest that was making you think, I
• 19:25
  Speaker 4: pray once and the heaven years you will now read
• 19:28
  Speaker 4: you what you have been doing and find out that
• 19:30
  Speaker 4: you've been wrong for five years. It's just that the
• 19:33
  Speaker 4: messy of God kept bringing somebody's harvest.

  Speaker 3: And so it makes you impatient at others.

  Speaker 4: This track record, let me tell you, will give you compassion.

  Speaker 3: It's one of the things a track record does, because
• 19:47
  Speaker 3: you will have to face the reality of your humanity.

  Speaker 4: The best of you will still stand not qualify for
• 19:55
  Speaker 4: the level you desire. So when you get there, you

  Speaker 4: can look back at people and say, perst of did

  Speaker 4: you say? And the pastor will say, well, we have

  Speaker 4: deals right now, and you don't look at him and

  Speaker 4: say where is your faith? Shame on you? Did you
