- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. If you listen to the DOJ and the
- 0:08Trump administration, they'll tell you that they're the most transparent
- 0:11administration and DOJ in the history of the country, and
- 0:15that as far as Jeffrey Epstein goes, there's nothing left
- 0:18to see here and it's time to just move on.
- 0:20And in fact, the whole entire thing is nothing but
- 0:23a hoax. But at the same time, the DOJ and
- 0:27the administration is not only with holding files that are
- 0:31related to President Trump, they're deleting files that have already
- 0:35been released that are related to President Trump. And if
- 0:40you're wondering why people are calling it a cover up,
- 0:43this is why the DOJ and the administration. They're not
- 0:47doing themselves any favors. Every time you turn around, it
- 0:51looks like they're advancing their cover up a little bit
- 0:53further and laughing at us the whole entire time. So
- 0:57in this episode, we're going to dive into an article
- 0:59from NPR discussing how these files have been withheld and
- 1:04some of them removed. Headline Justice Department withheld and removed
- 1:11some Epstein files related to Trump. This article was authored
- 1:15by Stephen Fowler. The Justice Department has withheld some Epstein
- 1:20files related to allegations that President Trump sexually abused a minor,
- 1:25an NPR investigation finds. It also removed some documents from
- 1:29the public database where accusations against Jeffrey Epstein also mentioned Trump. Now, look,
- 1:34I've said from the jump that we haven't seen any
- 1:37real evidence here anything that would hold up in court
- 1:41that point us to Bill Clinton or Donald Trump actually
- 1:45engaging in abuse. Now, there have been some allegations against
- 1:49Trump that have been made, and frankly, I don't trust
- 1:53the FBI when they say they investigated, because how can
- 1:57you at this point. But that said, it's about what
- 1:59we can prove in court, and certainly there's nothing here
- 2:02that we've seen so far that we could use in
- 2:05court and say, hey, look so and so was doing
- 2:08this at this time, at this place, to this person.
- 2:12But there's certainly a bunch of allegations, and there is
- 2:15no way that those allegations should be hidden, especially if
- 2:18it's a court case, a court document, something that was
- 2:22you know, set under oath, or if it was a
- 2:25statement given to the police or the FBI. Certainly something
- 2:28that should be looked at. Now, does that mean I
- 2:30believe everything that comes in most certainly not. I've told
- 2:33you from the beginning, not the fall for side quests,
- 2:37but the DOJ and Donald Trump himself, they're not doing
- 2:40themselves any favors when they hide documents, when they pull
- 2:43things down, all you do is further the suspicion, right,
- 2:49because the biggest problem for Trump right now is that
- 2:52this is an act of cover up. And how many
- 2:55times have we seen people go down for the cover
- 2:58up instead of the crime. So that's certainly something that
- 3:01Donald Trump needs to keep in mind and everybody in
- 3:04the administration honestly, because if you think that this is
- 3:08going away and that questions aren't going to be asked
- 3:11of people that we're in the middle of this, during
- 3:14this cover up, you're crazy. This is only just beginning.
- 3:18And I know that Donald Trump and the administration and
- 3:21all the stands want it to be over and want
- 3:24us to move on, but we're not going to. Some
- 3:28files have not been made public despite a law mandating
- 3:31their release. These include what appears to be more than
- 3:34fifty pages of FBI interviews and notes from conversations with
- 3:38a woman who accused Trump a sexual abuse decades ago
- 3:42when she was a minor. Well, according to the law,
- 3:46that should be released. Her name should be redacted, and
- 3:49it should be released. But the DOJ thinks they can
- 3:52do whatever they want. Oh well, just you know, go
- 3:55in here and we'll get rid of Trump's name every
- 3:58single place we possibly can. Did they think they were
- 4:01going to get away with that? No, they knew they wouldn't.
- 4:03They didn't care. That's what it comes down to. And
- 4:06I think that's what makes me so mad. These mforts
- 4:08are literally looking us in the face and given us
- 4:11the double middle finger. MPR reviewed multiple sets of unique
- 4:15serial numbers appearing before and after the pages in question
- 4:19stamped onto the documents in the Epstein database, FBI case records, emails,
- 4:25and discovery document logs in the latest tranch of documents
- 4:28published at the end of January. MPR's investigation found dozens
- 4:33of pages that appear to be cataloged by the Justice
- 4:36Department but not shared publicly. And they'll have some explanation, right, Oh,
- 4:41it's national security. Oh we couldn't tell you about this
- 4:44or that. But that's not what the law says. And
- 4:47at some point the people who decided to do this
- 4:50are going to be held accountable. The Justice Department declined
- 4:53to answer NPR's questions on the record about these specific files,
- 4:57what's in them and why they're not published? Oh, why
- 5:00would they Why would they give you any kind of
- 5:02inside book, especially in the middle of a cover up.
- 5:06The last thing they want to do is talk about it.
- 5:09Other file scrub from public view pertaining to a separate
- 5:12woman who was a key witness for the prosecution in
- 5:15the criminal trial of Epstein's co conspirator, Glenn Maxwell, who
- 5:19is serving a twenty year prison sentence for sex trafficking.
- 5:22Maxwell is seeking clemency from Trump. What I thought would
- 5:26never happen probably will now, with the way Trump is
- 5:30going and how there is some support for his nonsense
- 5:34amongst his most ardent supporters, I wouldn't be shocked to
- 5:38see Trump release Glenn Maxwell, followed directly by a PR
- 5:41campaign by the very same people who were given those
- 5:45white binders. That's the kind of life we're living, that's
- 5:49the kind of reality that we're living in. And these
- 5:52people are shameless. How many of those people that got
- 5:56those binders give a goddamn about any of this? How
- 5:59many of them have ever talked to any of the survivors,
- 6:03have read court documents, have done anything that would warrant
- 6:07them being given those binders in the first place. And
- 6:10I told you at the time it was a sy op.
- 6:12I knew it was the beginning of the end. And
- 6:14those will be the people that come out the loudest,
- 6:18the strongest, and with the most passion in their voices
- 6:22to defend Donald Trump. If he pardons Glenn Maxwell, and
- 6:26I wouldn't even be shocked to see Glen Maxwell hit
- 6:28the circuit and get on the podcast Benny Johnson's new
- 6:31co host Glenn Maxwell. It would be fitting right, Or
- 6:35maybe Glean Maxwell can head out with Nick Shirley on
- 6:38his next investigation. And I'm only half kidding when I
- 6:41say that some of those documents were briefly taken down
- 6:45and put back online last week, while others remain hidden.
- 6:49According dan PR's comparison of initial data set from January
- 6:53thirtieth with document metadata of those files currently on the
- 6:57Justice Department's website does not name victims of sexual abuse.
- 7:03Well that's a good idea. Maybe the DOJ should take
- 7:06some notes from MPR. When asked for comment about the
- 7:10missing pages and the accusations against the president. A White
- 7:14House spokeswoman told MPR that Trump has done more for
- 7:17Epstein victims than anyone before him. Yo, this is just
- 7:20too much. What exactly has Donald Trump done? I mean,
- 7:24he sent out Luna to drop a hand grenade in
- 7:27the middle of everything and call all the survivors traffickers.
- 7:30And she still hasn't clarified her statement yet. She's out
- 7:34here talking all kinds of crazy about this. That the
- 7:36other thing, she has no idea what she's talking about.
- 7:40Then again, we shouldn't expect anything from somebody who thinks
- 7:44that there is quote unquote interdimensional beings that are aliens,
- 7:49literally what she believes. But sure she's gonna get us
- 7:52to the Promised Land when it comes to Epstein and
- 7:55this investigation. It's truly bizarre. This lady has no idea
- 7:59what she's even talking about, and she's out here framing
- 8:03everybody as a human trafficker. And she made those comments
- 8:06not on the congressional floor, So she opens herself up
- 8:09to a lawsuit if these survivors want a sewer, and
- 8:13they'll tell you what. If I was a survivor, I'd
- 8:15think about it. Because her commentary has led to a
- 8:20bunch of morons running with it and saying a bunch
- 8:23of reckless bullshit, just as President Trump has said he's
- 8:29been totally exonerated on anything relating to Epstein, White House
- 8:32spokeswoman Abigail Jackson told NPR in a statement, you know,
- 8:36if you believe that you're dumb as the day is long,
- 8:41all Trump has done is implicate himself in the cover up.
- 8:44Is Abigail Jackson? Okay? Did she fall and hit her
- 8:47head before giving this interview? Was she hanging out in
- 8:50the sauna with Hillbilly Vanilli? I mean Kid Rock and RFK,
- 8:56rocking some jeans and taking a dip. Because I don't
- 8:59know where you come up this kind of ludicrous statement
- 9:01unless you're suffering from CTE. And by releasing thousands of
- 9:05pages of documents, cooperating with the House Oversight Committee subpoena request,
- 9:10signing the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and calling for more
- 9:13investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends, President Trump has done more
- 9:18for Epstein's victims than anyone before him. Meanwhile, Democrats like
- 9:22Aqim Jeffries and Stacey Plaskett have yet to explain why
- 9:26they were soliciting money and meetings from Epstein after he
- 9:29was a convicted ZEX defender. Well, she's not wrong about that.
- 9:33Stacy Plaskett needs to answer some questions. I mean, there's
- 9:36no doubt that Stacy Plaskett and Jeffrey Epstein were very
- 9:39close and that Jeffrey Epstein was giving her a ton
- 9:42of money. And that's just reality, folks. So it has
- 9:47to be uniform, right, if we're going to go after
- 9:49one person, everybody, every single person that was involved, every
- 9:53person that enabled this, every co conspirator, and everybody covering
- 9:57it up, all those people have to be and I
- 10:01assure you nobody has been exonerated. The White House has
- 10:05previously appointed to a statement from the Justice Department that
- 10:08says Epstein files contain untrue and sensationalist claims about the President. Well, yeah,
- 10:15I'm sure there are some, no doubt about it. Donald
- 10:17Trump isn't you know, Satan himself, And this isn't all
- 10:20about Donald Trump. But the cover up portion is he's
- 10:24the one behind the sticks, right, He's in control of
- 10:27this whole cover up. And in my opinion, that's gonna
- 10:30be Donald Trump's undoing when all is said and done,
- 10:33and there's a real investigation into this, there is no
- 10:36doubt that it's gonna find that this has been covered up.
- 10:39But make no mistake, this isn't just Trump's cover up.
- 10:43This goes all the way back to Clinton. Clinton knew
- 10:47what Jeffrey Epstein was. I don't care what he says now,
- 10:50we can't prove that, but he knew. Maria Farmer told
- 10:53everybody in ninety six. So don't tell me they didn't know.
- 10:56They knew, they didn't care. That's what it comes down to,
- 11:00and that's my biggest problem. The federal government has never
- 11:03done the right thing here. They've never stepped up, they've
- 11:06never investigated, and they've never held anyone accountable. So nobody,
- 11:12including President Trump, is exonerated. In a letter to members
- 11:18of Congress on February fourteenth, first reported by Politico, Attorney
- 11:22General Pambondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche insists that
- 11:27no records were withheld or redacted on the basis of embarrassment,
- 11:31reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official,
- 11:36public figure, or foreign dignitary, which is a lie. Like
- 11:40they just continue to lie to us at this huge clip,
- 11:44and there's no repercussions. Nobody can do anything, nobody can
- 11:47stop them, and they just have unchecked power, I guess,
- 11:50And I know people don't want to hear that shit,
- 11:52but it's true. Not only are they breaking the law,
- 11:55they're laughing at us. In the last two weeks, as
- 12:01lawmakers have begun to view unredacted copies of the Epstein files,
- 12:05members of both parties have criticized the way the Trump
- 12:08administration has handled the release of the files. They have
- 12:13also continued to accuse the Justice Department of violating the
- 12:16law and operating without transparency in redacting information. And I
- 12:21think all of that's true. I think all of that's true.
- 12:25And the fact that they keep hiding it and they
- 12:27keep obfuscating the actual truth just adds more credence to
- 12:32the fact that, in my opinion, this is nothing but
- 12:36a giant cover up. According to the newly released files,
- 12:39the FBI internally circulated Epstein related allegations I mentioned Trump
- 12:44in late July and early August of twenty twenty five.
- 12:48The list, collected from the FBI's National Threat Operation Center
- 12:52included numerous salacious allegations. Agents mark most of the accusations
- 12:57as unverifiable. Or not credible. And look, I'm sure the
- 13:01vast majority were not verifiable or credible. I'm sure of it.
- 13:05But why are you redacting the information? Why aren't you
- 13:08releasing it to the American public. That's the question. That's
- 13:11what the law called for, not for you to hide shit,
- 13:14not for you to obfuscate, and not for you to
- 13:16tell us what we can and can't see. But one
- 13:19lead was sent to the FBI's Washington office with the
- 13:22purpose of setting up an interview with the accuser. The
- 13:25lead was included in an internal PowerPoint slide deck detailing
- 13:29prominent names in the Epstein and Maxwell investigation last fall.
- 13:35The woman who directly named Trump in her abuse allegation
- 13:38claimed that around nineteen eighty three, when she was around thirteen,
- 13:42Epstein introduced her to Trump, who subsequently forced her head
- 13:45down to his exposed penis, which she subsequently bit. In
- 13:49a response, Trump punched her in the head and kicked
- 13:52her out. Now, look, I have no idea if any
- 13:54of that's true, no clue. But what I will tell
- 13:58you is this, if it's part of the files, we
- 14:00should have seen it. There's no excuse for keeping that out.
- 14:06Out of more than three million pages the files released
- 14:09by the Justice Department in recent months. This specific allegation
- 14:12against Trump only appears in copies of the FBI list
- 14:16of claims and the DOJ slide show, But a review
- 14:20of FBI case file logs and discovery documents turned over
- 14:23to Maxwell and her attorneys in the criminal case against
- 14:26her zero point to one place the claim could have
- 14:29come from and how serious investigators took it. The FBI
- 14:34interviewed this Trump and Epstein accuser four times. That is,
- 14:38according to an FBI serial report and a list of
- 14:41non testifying witness material in the Maxwell case that were
- 14:45also released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Only the
- 14:51first interview, conducted July twenty fourth, twenty nineteen, is in
- 14:54the public database, and that interview doesn't name Trump. Of
- 14:59fifteen documents listed in a log of the Maxwell discovery
- 15:02material for the first accuser, only seven or in the
- 15:05Epstein Files database. Those missing also include notes at a
- 15:09company three of the interviews. The discrepancy in the file
- 15:13for the Trump accuser was first reported by independent journalist
- 15:17Roger Sallenberger. According Dan Prre's review of three different sets
- 15:22of serial numbers stamped onto the files, there appear to
- 15:25be fifty three pages of interview documents and notes missing
- 15:29from the public Epstein database. Oh I wonder why. I
- 15:34bet you if those documents named Bill Clinton, Oh, we'd
- 15:37have them right. But since they named Donald Trump, forget it.
- 15:41You can't even see it. In the first interview document,
- 15:46the woman discussed ways Epstein abused her as a girl,
- 15:49and in identifying him to investigators, showed a crop photo
- 15:53of the disgraced financier. Her attorney said it was cropped
- 15:57because she was concerned about implicating additional individuals, and specifically
- 16:02any that were well known, due to fear of retaliation. Well, yeah,
- 16:06that's been something that's been on the table. How many
- 16:09of these women were retaliated against a whole lot? How
- 16:12many of their lives ruined a whole lot? The FBI
- 16:17agents noted it was a widely distributed photograph of Epstein
- 16:20with Trump. A woman whose biographical details and descriptions of
- 16:25Epstein's abuse found in the FBI interview also line up
- 16:29with details from a victim lawsuit. In the December twenty
- 16:33nineteen filing Jane do four does not mention Trump, and
- 16:36the woman voluntarily dismissed her claims against Epstein's estate. In
- 16:41December of twenty twenty one, attorneys for this accuser declined
- 16:45to comment. So, look, is it verifiable? No? Is it
- 16:50something that could have happened? Maybe, But I'd say that
- 16:53this is one of those side quests. There's not enough here,
- 16:57certainly not enough for us to dig our teeth into,
- 16:59at least from the perspective of what the law allows.
- 17:03But as far as the cover up, I think it
- 17:06proves it. At the very least, it gives a lot
- 17:08more ammunition. You have all these documents that are not
- 17:13good for Trump, and they just magically disappear. They just
- 17:17end up not in the file case. I mean, come on,
- 17:21it's obvious that this is a cover up. Now, with
- 17:24that said, there's a lot of slacious information in here
- 17:28that is not verifiable and probably just not true. But
- 17:31that's all part of the sy op. And I told
- 17:34you that from the beginning you have to be able
- 17:37to discern what's real and what might be fantasy. And
- 17:42my suggestion is lock into the stuff that we can prove,
- 17:47or the stuff where there's evidence that leads to a
- 17:49certain destination, and then from there the walls will fall
- 17:53in because people will start talking, people will start rolling,
- 17:57and before you know it, you're getting to the meet
- 17:59in the potatoes. But there's no doubt that a lot
- 18:02of this is added as side quest missions to confuse
- 18:06people and make people think that everything's just a bunch
- 18:09of bs, and it's been very effective. There's a lot
- 18:12of people that point to these kinds of allegations in
- 18:15the Drop as evidence that everything inside this drop is bunk,
- 18:18which is wild because as outlandish as this allegation might sound,
- 18:23we don't know how it ended up. And that's because, well,
- 18:27there's a cover up. So if people have questions and
- 18:31people don't believe the official narrative, then that's cool too.
- 18:35I get it. And that's also on the DOJ. They
- 18:38created that nonsense when they tried to confuse people by
- 18:41dumping all this stuff together and not giving any kind
- 18:43of context about what's what. And they know that it
- 18:46causes confusion, and that was the whole point, right to
- 18:49confuse everybody and make it seem like this is just
- 18:53absolutely asinine, that this is all just made up, and
- 18:57like Trump said, it's a gigantic hoax. But I think
- 19:00they've done the opposite, and I think the vast majority
- 19:03of Americans have reached their tipping point. It's one thing
- 19:07to lie to us about, you know, politics, It's another
- 19:10thing to steal from us on a regular basis, like
- 19:13every politician does. But this is a step too far.
- 19:17Hurting children, hurting women, trafficking people, god knows what else,
- 19:21and then covering it up. That's a step too far,
- 19:25and I don't think the people are going to accept it.
- 19:27Elsewhere in the release files, someone in the FBI wrote
- 19:30on July twenty second, twenty twenty five, before the list
- 19:34and slide presentation were compiled, that Trump's name was in
- 19:37the larger case files and that one identified victim claimed
- 19:41abuse by Trump but ultimately refused to cooperate. Well, I
- 19:46wonder why is it that she wasn't telling the truth
- 19:49or or was she intimidated. Well, that's out of the
- 19:52realm of possibility dealing with these people. The other woman
- 19:55who's mentioned a Trump made the DOJ's presentation appears in
- 19:59maxwell discovery for files released last month in what's known
- 20:02as Testifying Witness thirty five hundred material list. The first
- 20:06interview of six with the FBI conducted between September twenty
- 20:10nineteen and September twenty twenty one, the second woman detailed
- 20:15how Epstein and Maxwell's abuse began while she was around
- 20:18thirteen years old attending the Interlocan Center for the Arts,
- 20:23and described how at one point Epstein took her to
- 20:25Trump's mar Alago club to meet him. Epstein told Trump,
- 20:29this is a good one, huh, the interviewer report reads.
- 20:33In a twenty twenty lawsuit against Epstein's estate in Maxwell,
- 20:36the second woman added that both men chuckled and she
- 20:39felt uncomfortable, but at the time was too young to
- 20:42understand why. So her testimony was used to put Maxwell
- 20:47in prison. My guess is she's a reliable witness. Do
- 20:52with that as you will. The interview was removed from
- 20:55the DOJ's public files sometime after initial publication on January three, thirtieth,
- 21:00and was republished February nineteenth, according to document metadata. The
- 21:05Justice Department told MPR the only reason any fil that
- 21:09has been removed is because it has been flagged by
- 21:12a victim or their council for additional review. Multiple FBI
- 21:17interviews with other people refer to the second women's meeting
- 21:20with Trump while she was a miner and being abused
- 21:22by Epstein. One interview with the fleeting mention of Trump
- 21:26was removed from the public database and subsequently restored last week,
- 21:30while another interview with the woman's mother is still offline.
- 21:35In that conversation, the mother recalled hearing that a Prince
- 21:38and Donald Trump visited at Epstein's house, which made her
- 21:41think that if they are there, then how could Epstein
- 21:43be a criminal? According to MPR's copy of the file
- 21:47that was first published, that was part of it. Epstein
- 21:51wanted to build that respectability, build that nexus around them,
- 21:55so nobody suspected anything. Right, send your kids to Epstein,
- 21:58no big deal, and unfortunately a lot of people fell
- 22:02for it. The possible omission of files that mentioned these
- 22:06women particular allegations against the president come as the Justice
- 22:10Department has warned about other documents it is published in
- 22:14full that include what it calls untrue and sensationalist claims
- 22:18about Trump. So there were only sensationalist claims about Donald Trump,
- 22:22nobody else, okay, good to know. At the same time,
- 22:26the Justice Department has removed and re uploaded thousands of
- 22:29pages in recent weeks to fix in properly redacted victim names.
- 22:34That includes documents related to the allegation from these two women,
- 22:38who separately say they were around thirteen years old when
- 22:41Epstein first abused them. Robert Lassman, who represents the woman
- 22:46who testified against Maxwell, sharply criticized the Justice Department's handling
- 22:50of the Epstein files. This whole thing is ridiculous, he
- 22:54told MPR. The DOJ was ordered to release information to
- 22:58the public to be tras transparent about Epstein and Maxwell's
- 23:02criminal enterprise network. Instead, they released the names of courageous
- 23:05victims who fought hard for decades to remain anonymous and
- 23:09out of the limelight. Whether the disclosures were inadvertent or not.
- 23:14They had one job to do here and they didn't
- 23:16do it. I think that really sums it up. They
- 23:18had one job to do and they didn't do it.
- 23:22And now they want to cry that this is just
- 23:25a big nothing burger, that nobody has anything to see here,
- 23:28that we should just move on. No way, not going
- 23:30to happen. A DOJ spokesperson told NPR that the department
- 23:35is working around the clock to address concerns from victims
- 23:38and handle additional redactions of personally identifiable information that has
- 23:44been flagged in view of the congressional deadline, all reasonable
- 23:49efforts have been made to review and redact personal information
- 23:52pertaining to victims other private individuals, and protect sensitive material
- 23:57from disclosure. The statement read that said, because of the
- 24:01volume of information involved, this website may nevertheless contain information
- 24:07that inadvertently includes non public, personally identifiable information or other
- 24:12sensitive content, to include matters of a sexual nature. Look,
- 24:17I don't believe anything the DOJ is telling us about
- 24:19this situation, and I fully believe that we're watching maybe
- 24:24one of the biggest cover ups in American history. And
- 24:27the wildest part is we're watching it in real time.
- 24:30And not only that, but they're doing it in such
- 24:32a brazen manner that it certainly doesn't look like they're
- 24:35going to deviate from this course anytime soon. In fact,
- 24:39it looks like they're gonna double down. So like usual,
- 24:44we'll keep an eye on this one as well as
- 24:46that swim through all the muck continues. All of the
