- 0:08Speaker 1: Scarable advice. Hello, We're welcome to the Naughty but Night Show.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm your hemster rap shooter and it's Friday, which means
- 0:20Speaker 1: our dear friend Corey Andrew joined us. I'm always very careful.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I want to put a nest on it every time,
- 0:26Speaker 1: I said, because it Julie Andrews. You know what, though,
- 0:29Speaker 1: in a couple of months, maybe a couple of years,
- 0:35Speaker 1: I predict you will be as famous as our favorite
- 0:38Speaker 1: English nanny. I liked it with that sounds. I do
- 0:42Speaker 1: a mean sound of music, sound of you do a
- 0:45Speaker 1: mean Hey, Corey Love, how are you my friends? What's up? Gosh? Well,
- 0:49Speaker 1: you know what I've been doing, like a lot of stuff,
- 0:50Speaker 1: really busy, having funny No, you know. I interviewed Sharing
- 0:53Speaker 1: Glass recently, which was Cagney and Lacey? Was she lazy? R?
- 0:57Speaker 1: Cadney was Christine Cagney and tag Look at that expert.
- 1:01Speaker 1: That's why you're a reporter. I'm slopper. You've got all
- 1:04Speaker 1: the facts. She does say hello to you and Bruce
- 1:06Speaker 1: by the way, so hello, I know I know her
- 1:09Speaker 1: a little bit and she knows Bruce. She's great old school.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Guess what I got yesterday? So Bread's Bakery, which is
- 1:16Speaker 1: probably the finest bakery I think in New York City.
- 1:19Speaker 1: They sent me like a Harneker gift. They sent me donuts,
- 1:23Speaker 1: I know, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry I know. And I
- 1:27Speaker 1: got like a Harneker cake delicious, So thank you Bread's Bakery.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I'm not quite sure why I'm on your mailing list,
- 1:34Speaker 1: but I'm not complaining about it. I know, I know.
- 1:37Speaker 1: The trouble is is there's so much stuff. It's too
- 1:40Speaker 1: much for one person to eat. So all my doormen
- 1:42Speaker 1: are very happy today. They've all had a delicious doughnut
- 1:48Speaker 1: for breakfast. Let's jump into the show. What time is it,
- 1:51Speaker 1: my friends? It is t dime tragic story at the
- 1:54Speaker 1: top of the show. So DJ Stephen Twitch Boss did
- 1:58Speaker 1: leave a suicide note hinting at past challenges. So Twitch
- 2:04Speaker 1: left a suicide note that vaguely alluded to old challenges
- 2:10Speaker 1: that he faced laws in law enforcement. Sources are telling
- 2:14Speaker 1: TMZ that the beloved Ellen DJ I really did love
- 2:17Speaker 1: him on that show. I gotta just stop and say
- 2:20Speaker 1: I liked him better than Ellen. I used to watch
- 2:22Speaker 1: sometimes for him. He was so cool, and so he
- 2:27Speaker 1: did leave a note in his Los Angeles motel room
- 2:31Speaker 1: where get this, he set his phone on airplane mode
- 2:36Speaker 1: to make sure that nobody concerned family and friends could
- 2:41Speaker 1: not find him. Now, he did have a nod, an
- 2:46Speaker 1: ambiguous nod to a challenge in the past, but it's
- 2:50Speaker 1: still unclear exactly what he was referring to. A motel
- 2:56Speaker 1: worker found his body on Tuesday. I want to put
- 2:59Speaker 1: a rumor to rest to There's lots of rumors online
- 3:02Speaker 1: that he was in financial trouble, that he had lost
- 3:05Speaker 1: his fortune, he had made bad investments. That is absolutely
- 3:08Speaker 1: not true. I spoke to several sources, very very close
- 3:12Speaker 1: to him his family and said, no, that's not true.
- 3:15Speaker 1: It's just sheer speculation. But back to the suicide note.
- 3:20Speaker 1: We don't know what's in the note yet, but now
- 3:23Speaker 1: we know this was intentional. It was a gunshot wound.
- 3:27Speaker 1: He left his car. He left his car, he got
- 3:30Speaker 1: in an uber, he went to this motel. I spoke
- 3:33Speaker 1: to a couple of people who work at the hotel Cory.
- 3:36Speaker 1: None of them suspected anything was going to happen. They said,
- 3:39Speaker 1: he checked in got out of an uber, which is,
- 3:41Speaker 1: you know, a little unusual in l A. Most people
- 3:43Speaker 1: have cars, but not not radically different. And he just
- 3:46Speaker 1: had a small bag with him. But some people travel
- 3:49Speaker 1: very very light. They did not hear the gunshot. Nobody
- 3:52Speaker 1: heard a gunshot. And it was the next morning when
- 3:55Speaker 1: a hotel worker went in to clean the room to
- 3:57Speaker 1: check see what was going on. The chief and the
- 4:00Speaker 1: body this is this is wild. I've met him a
- 4:03Speaker 1: couple of times, Corey. He was always so up beat.
- 4:06Speaker 1: And you know, in show business, there's a lot of celebrities,
- 4:09Speaker 1: maybe Ellen, who pretend to be nice, but deep down,
- 4:13Speaker 1: you know, they're not really very nice. We we've interviewed
- 4:16Speaker 1: a lot of them. We've seen them behind the scenes.
- 4:18Speaker 1: When the camera goes on, they smile, they dance, they're happy.
- 4:22Speaker 1: When the camera's off, they're not so nice. James Cordon too,
- 4:25Speaker 1: not so nice when the camera is off. That is
- 4:28Speaker 1: not true, not true. With a fabulous friend, Twitch, he
- 4:33Speaker 1: was always nice. When I saw him at events on
- 4:35Speaker 1: the red carpet, he was just a good guy. You know,
- 4:38Speaker 1: that was his brand actually. I mean he had come
- 4:40Speaker 1: from you know, the auditions of So you Think you
- 4:42Speaker 1: Can Dance like years ago, and then became Ellen's DJ.
- 4:45Speaker 1: And you're right, if you look at the Internet, any
- 4:48Speaker 1: any platform, everyone is sharing real, actual, true moments of
- 4:53Speaker 1: authenticity with right, he was the same. Well, I think
- 4:56Speaker 1: that's what we're all searching for here, because he was
- 4:59Speaker 1: such happy, nice guy. He seemed to be. We're trying
- 5:03Speaker 1: to find a reason, and now people put the puzzle
- 5:07Speaker 1: together in a way that's often not right. They get
- 5:09Speaker 1: the puzzle wrong. But we're desperate, desperate for a reason,
- 5:13Speaker 1: which actually brings me to a pole question of the day.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So he left a suicide note hinting get a past challenge.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Should that note be released now? I think our first
- 5:26Speaker 1: instinct is no, it's private for him and his wife,
- 5:29Speaker 1: But the public is fans. We want we want to
- 5:32Speaker 1: know what happened here. There's so many questions, and I
- 5:36Speaker 1: think it's terrifying because if this could happen to somebody
- 5:40Speaker 1: like Stephen, then this could happen to anybody. You never know,
- 5:44Speaker 1: you never know what's going on. Do you'll be fined
- 5:47Speaker 1: behind closed doors? Hey, go vote on our Twitter page.
- 5:51Speaker 1: It's at Naughty Nice Robert facebook page is Naughty Gossip
- 5:55Speaker 1: and be sure to check back on Monday to hear
- 5:59Speaker 1: your assaults there. Maybe my favorite story of the last
- 6:02Speaker 1: two week story. Hear it, I can't get enough. It's
- 6:06Speaker 1: the story that keeps on giving. It's like the Holiday
- 6:09Speaker 1: story of romance. Amy Roebok and t J. Holmes again
- 6:13Speaker 1: in the headlines. Now they are still together, reportedly amid
- 6:16Speaker 1: their ongoing investigation into the affair. Although the Good Morning
- 6:20Speaker 1: America three anchors are at the center of an internal
- 6:23Speaker 1: investigation at ABC, sources told the News that they are
- 6:26Speaker 1: still very much together, that they've been trying to keep
- 6:30Speaker 1: their distance, so they wouldn't dare together now publicly, not
- 6:35Speaker 1: while ABC is making a decision. Well that's what the
- 6:38Speaker 1: Daily Mail reports. But guess where I spotted them last
- 6:41Speaker 1: night having dinner in New York City. They were spotted
- 6:45Speaker 1: together Corey for the first time since the scandal, for
- 6:49Speaker 1: the first time blocks away from his apartments. They went
- 6:52Speaker 1: to the Capital Drill and it's in the Financial District.
- 6:55Speaker 1: And they didn't appear to be that concerned about who
- 6:58Speaker 1: was watching because they sat at the bar. So normally,
- 7:01Speaker 1: if you go for dinner with a big celebrity, they
- 7:03Speaker 1: always want to sit in a corner with their back
- 7:05Speaker 1: towards the room. These two walked from his apartment to
- 7:10Speaker 1: the Capital Grill. They sat at the bar where she
- 7:12Speaker 1: had a salad, he had a steak. I just got
- 7:16Speaker 1: the file this morning for my reporters. I know he
- 7:18Speaker 1: had shed a glass of wine and then obviously loosened
- 7:21Speaker 1: her up a bit because then they walked back to
- 7:23Speaker 1: his apartment arm in arm. So they're not hiding, Corey,
- 7:27Speaker 1: so I know they're still together. Your reporting is absolutely right.
- 7:31Speaker 1: But the source that said they would not be dead
- 7:33Speaker 1: to be seen in public, they are in public. I mean,
- 7:37Speaker 1: by it's wild, isn't it. Well, well, I'm told, and
- 7:39Speaker 1: I've known Amy a long time. Here, I'm told, neither
- 7:43Speaker 1: one of them feel like they have anything to hide.
- 7:45Speaker 1: It's a consensual affair. It's a consensual relationship. She's practically divorced.
- 7:51Speaker 1: He's now getting divorce. He's separated. The two of them
- 7:55Speaker 1: love each other. And I think too, if she dumped him,
- 7:59Speaker 1: if he dumped her to try and save their job,
- 8:01Speaker 1: that would look terrible. So I think they wanted out
- 8:04Speaker 1: there now that no was still together. We did nothing
- 8:07Speaker 1: wrong with two adults. It's this one became really complicated.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Howard Stern said it best. He said, I just don't
- 8:14Speaker 1: get it. What's the problem. I mean, the problem is
- 8:17Speaker 1: that we're both married and it's very messy. But people
- 8:20Speaker 1: have affairs in the office. People see each other. People
- 8:23Speaker 1: even find love in the office. They find love in
- 8:26Speaker 1: the office. I hope they make it. I do. Have
- 8:30Speaker 1: you been in one of those romances there that the
- 8:33Speaker 1: whole world feels like it's against you and it makes
- 8:35Speaker 1: you even closer? Um, you know, I haven't. I haven't
- 8:38Speaker 1: had any of those tumultuous love affairs. I think I've
- 8:40Speaker 1: been pretty good at selecting people who were actually good
- 8:44Speaker 1: for a good part that if anything, I was the
- 8:45Speaker 1: one who screwed it up. You know, it looks more
- 8:48Speaker 1: troublesome for him because he allegedly had affairs with other
- 8:52Speaker 1: people as well as Amy, and so that's complicated. So
- 8:56Speaker 1: if he's a serial cheetah data within the off this,
- 9:00Speaker 1: and particularly if it turns out he was having relationships
- 9:03Speaker 1: with subordinates, that feels very Monica Lewinsky, Bill Clinton doesn't it.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Amy is a co anchor. She earns the same money
- 9:10Speaker 1: as he does. But I think it's very tricky when
- 9:13Speaker 1: you see someone very powerful, whether it be a man
- 9:15Speaker 1: or a woman, have a relationship with someone in the
- 9:18Speaker 1: office who is much younger who has no power. You
- 9:21Speaker 1: look at that, don't you when you were like, oh so,
- 9:23Speaker 1: ABC has not made a decision yet. The ratings went
- 9:26Speaker 1: through the roof when they were on the show, though,
- 9:29Speaker 1: and the ratings have dropped, and we know TV Corey
- 9:31Speaker 1: all the carab they might expect to get their own
- 9:35Speaker 1: shows soon. The two with him, Yeah, well they sort
- 9:38Speaker 1: of do have their own show. It's just not allowed
- 9:39Speaker 1: on it. But it's gonna be fastating to see Amy
- 9:43Speaker 1: that salad look delicious and they know what they were
- 9:46Speaker 1: doing command the middle of the afternoon going for Comma.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I mean, there's so many secret you. I say it
- 9:53Speaker 1: to you all the time, Corey. There's restaurants in New
- 9:56Speaker 1: York that you can go to and they'll know, you'll
- 9:58Speaker 1: never know they were there. They have even private rooms.
- 10:01Speaker 1: One of my favorite restaurants, Frescoed by Scotto. We've been there.
- 10:04Speaker 1: They have a private room. Barbara strys And came once,
- 10:06Speaker 1: private room. Katie Home came once and she was with
- 10:10Speaker 1: Jamie Fox. They came in through the back, through the kitchen,
- 10:13Speaker 1: so you didn't even know they were there. Amy, t J,
- 10:16Speaker 1: you're playing with fire. I mean, I love it because
- 10:18Speaker 1: I love the gossip. They are pleased playing with fire,
- 10:22Speaker 1: So this story's wild. I know we've all talked about
- 10:25Speaker 1: Harry and Megan, but one little tippit in this six
- 10:30Speaker 1: six hours called I mean, come on, six hours. They couldn't.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I mean maybe an hour and a half or two
- 10:36Speaker 1: six It was a slug. I mean I got through it.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm glad that I saw it.
- 10:40Speaker 1: We did this for a living too, so I'm a
- 10:42Speaker 1: very noisy person, so I'm glad I saw it. But
- 10:44Speaker 1: even I was like three hours. Who I was like,
- 10:46Speaker 1: you've got to pick up the pace. Come on. But
- 10:49Speaker 1: Tyler Perry popped up and he announced that he was
- 10:52Speaker 1: skipping Lilli bits christening. So they asked Tyler Perry, after
- 10:56Speaker 1: he gave them his house for free, if he would
- 10:59Speaker 1: be the godfar that. Well, that makes sense, doesn't it.
- 11:01Speaker 1: If you're staying in my house for free, I expect
- 11:03Speaker 1: something fabulous. So he's the godparent for Lily Bit. They
- 11:06Speaker 1: called him and said will you do it? And he
- 11:08Speaker 1: said yes, yes, yes, And then he thought about it
- 11:10Speaker 1: and he called back and he was like, do I
- 11:12Speaker 1: have to get to the church in England and meet
- 11:14Speaker 1: all those all those royal halls, because if that's the case,
- 11:16Speaker 1: I don't want to do it. And he was like,
- 11:19Speaker 1: let's have a little private ceremony. Was like, I don't
- 11:21Speaker 1: want to be for those mean royals. I thought this
- 11:24Speaker 1: was so he has an eighty million dollar estate where
- 11:28Speaker 1: they stayed after they left the family. They're still close.
- 11:32Speaker 1: But get this to her. It's so Megan and Harry,
- 11:34Speaker 1: they didn't know him before they stayed at his house.
- 11:37Speaker 1: He sent Megan a note should never met him, should
- 11:40Speaker 1: never spoken to him. So his friends with Oprah, isn't
- 11:42Speaker 1: he so after all the drama with her dad, Tyler
- 11:46Speaker 1: Perry must have said to Oprah or someone who knows Megan,
- 11:49Speaker 1: I'd love to send her a note. And he sent
- 11:51Speaker 1: her a note. Megan called him, thank you for the notes,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and then she got his house. She moves quickly one
- 11:58Speaker 1: apparently that one clever. I think it's really cool, though,
- 12:02Speaker 1: but I do understand Tyler's thoughts, because you know, there's
- 12:05Speaker 1: so much I kind of feel. I understand Tyler by
- 12:09Speaker 1: and I understand it, but I think it's a mistake.
- 12:11Speaker 1: How many times are you going to get to meet
- 12:13Speaker 1: the queen or the king? Giving land. I mean, come on,
- 12:16Speaker 1: I'd say, take your phone care you go video the
- 12:18Speaker 1: whole thing. We'll put it up on Nordy gossip dot com. Yeah,
- 12:20Speaker 1: I would totally go, I guess, but I would have gone.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I'm so I know when I get invited to stuff
- 12:26Speaker 1: where I know I'm not really meant to be. I
- 12:28Speaker 1: know it. They don't really want me there. They only
- 12:30Speaker 1: invited me because they had to. I always go, always going,
- 12:34Speaker 1: because I'm nosy. I always going. I might not stay long,
- 12:37Speaker 1: like I know, pretty fast, like they're sick of me already,
- 12:41Speaker 1: but I never turned down or nothing like that. Get
- 12:45Speaker 1: my new hat on, Yeah, I get my fascinator on.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I'd run up to a Eugenie Hi, Eugenie, wouldn't you
- 12:52Speaker 1: all those minor royals like you know s with a
- 12:54Speaker 1: fabulous fascinator on my afro. Honey, guy, I already haven't
- 12:58Speaker 1: worked out jac and fascinators room Italy. She gave me
- 13:01Speaker 1: a hat. I'm just gonna call her out now on
- 13:03Speaker 1: the side, like, yes, oh, Corey, you've got the clothes core.
- 13:07Speaker 1: You could pull off a royal chrissident. Hey, what's going
- 13:10Speaker 1: on with Sam Worthington? If you don't know who he is.
- 13:12Speaker 1: He's that big star from Avatar, the New Movies at
- 13:15Speaker 1: this week, and it's meant to be fantastic. But although
- 13:18Speaker 1: at like a gazillion dollars, so I'm not sure how
- 13:20Speaker 1: they're going to break even on that film. You know,
- 13:21Speaker 1: they have to make two billion dollars to break But
- 13:25Speaker 1: what's great about this story though, was Avatar star Sam Worthington. Yes,
- 13:29Speaker 1: he has revealed his alcohol addiction, and he says that,
- 13:32Speaker 1: you know, drinking when he helped him get through the
- 13:34Speaker 1: day while he was battling his addiction. Now nine out
- 13:37Speaker 1: of ten people couldn't tell. Worthington said, who is you
- 13:40Speaker 1: know now eight years sober? So good for him for him? Yes, yes,
- 13:44Speaker 1: and they he says, they could probably smell it on
- 13:46Speaker 1: him when they looked, but when they looked at him,
- 13:49Speaker 1: they couldn't tell it because I guess he was. He's
- 13:51Speaker 1: describing what's called like a functional alcoholic where you can
- 13:54Speaker 1: still functional alcoholic. Yeah, it's functional alcoholism where you're still functioning.
- 13:58Speaker 1: You you've got such a te learns for it that
- 14:00Speaker 1: no one really knows is you know. He just goes
- 14:03Speaker 1: on to say that he didn't like who he was,
- 14:06Speaker 1: and drinking helped. That's the key. I've done that. I mean,
- 14:09Speaker 1: I've got to admit it. I've done that too. I've
- 14:11Speaker 1: had to go to stressful meetings or situations, and I've
- 14:14Speaker 1: done myself a quick vodka soda or a shot before
- 14:16Speaker 1: I turn up, just the card mine arms. And then
- 14:18Speaker 1: I found myself doing two or three, and then I
- 14:20Speaker 1: was turning up drunk, and I just don't want to
- 14:23Speaker 1: be that guy anymore. I used the alcohol to comfort myself,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and I think a lot of people do that, and
- 14:27Speaker 1: it takes a real moment to realize when you're not
- 14:31Speaker 1: enjoying alcohol and instead it is abusing you. I got
- 14:36Speaker 1: to there. Good for you, Good for you. Hey, we're
- 14:38Speaker 1: gonna take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty but Night Show. I'm Rob
- 14:43Speaker 1: shooting with our dear friend Cory Andrew. Hey, Corey, let's
- 14:46Speaker 1: get to the polls. Actually, we're not going to get
- 14:48Speaker 1: to the polls because last show we didn't do a poll.
- 14:50Speaker 1: We did a whole twenty minutes of the Royal So
- 14:52Speaker 1: it was I was about three o'clock watching Harriet and Mega.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I did all this press. I made a mistake, so
- 15:00Speaker 1: I always email Corey I'll see you tomorrow. Tight we
- 15:02Speaker 1: tape at eight am. I said i'll see you tomorrow.
- 15:04Speaker 1: At three you wrote back immediately I'm my way that
- 15:08Speaker 1: I missed. You would have done it till I know
- 15:09Speaker 1: that you said professional. So we don't have any results
- 15:13Speaker 1: from yesterday, but don't forget to vote on today's pole.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I treat a page at Nawsey nice rob or on
- 15:17Speaker 1: Facebook page and would he gossip and to check back
- 15:20Speaker 1: on Monday to hear your results are nice. It's time
- 15:24Speaker 1: for our nicest of the day is a really fun story.
- 15:29Speaker 1: So Jennifer Anderson hosted a star studded holiday party. Was
- 15:34Speaker 1: Page six exclusively revealed that Jennifer Anderson hosted a rather
- 15:37Speaker 1: secretive holiday party for a gaggle of her equally famous
- 15:41Speaker 1: friends this past weekend. Now the star stud its sware
- 15:44Speaker 1: took place at the actresses sprawling Bell Air mansion on
- 15:47Speaker 1: Saturday night. Apparently our hempotations got lost in a mail
- 15:50Speaker 1: rob but Jen, okay, we'll have to deal with the
- 15:53Speaker 1: next one. So we're told that the joke of the night, though,
- 15:56Speaker 1: was that this group of friends consider themselves to be
- 15:59Speaker 1: the old are of Hollywood. No attendees are quite a lish.
- 16:03Speaker 1: She had Sandra Bull, Archy had Gwyneth Paltrow, David Spade,
- 16:07Speaker 1: all of that one's kind of questionable. Bradley, Bradley Cooper,
- 16:11Speaker 1: Jason Bateman, Tommy McGuire, list a list, Courtney cars Lesa Coudrow,
- 16:16Speaker 1: as well as Wow, which no Real Housewives, no franc Yeah,
- 16:22Speaker 1: they really made it clear that was a distinction. Fabulous
- 16:25Speaker 1: party only jare nicely to the day and now I
- 16:27Speaker 1: not esterday. Lisa Renner is addressing her future on the
- 16:31Speaker 1: Real Housewives, talking about being firsty. I do love her though,
- 16:34Speaker 1: so Lisa is basically saying it's in God's hands, Lisa.
- 16:37Speaker 1: God's busy, He's got other things to do. God is
- 16:40Speaker 1: not worried about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hill. So
- 16:42Speaker 1: the show has been put on sort of pause for
- 16:44Speaker 1: the minute. They're not shooting their normally shoot around the holidays.
- 16:47Speaker 1: They're not shooting until next year. So it's very dramatic
