- 0:00Speaker 1: Everybody, welcome to Vince on a Wednesday. Boy, it is
- 0:02Speaker 1: so great to have you with us as always, the
- 0:04Speaker 1: best audience anywhere. A big show ahead for you. Who's
- 0:08Speaker 1: your daddy? Yeah, that's right. President Trump picking a bunch
- 0:12Speaker 1: of new winners in Indiana to defeat all of the
- 0:15Speaker 1: weak Republicans who failed us on the big map fight.
- 0:19Speaker 1: We've got the details on all of the breaking news
- 0:21Speaker 1: out of Indiana coming up on the program. Also, the
- 0:24Speaker 1: president of the United States breaking some more news this morning.
- 0:27Speaker 1: As it relates to Iran, we will get to the
- 0:29Speaker 1: emerging details on that subject. A lot to discuss today.
- 0:34Speaker 1: In fact, I can barely share it all with you.
- 0:36Speaker 1: And also, we'll make fun of crazy Katie Porter. She
- 0:38Speaker 1: was just involved in a big governor debate yesterday in California.
- 0:43Speaker 1: She's ridiculous. And we've got a lot of commentary on that.
- 0:46Speaker 1: That's all ahead on this edition of Vince. As always,
- 0:50Speaker 1: great to have you with us. We've got a lot
- 0:51Speaker 1: to talk about. Let me first thank one of our
- 0:53Speaker 1: big sponsors today. And that is home serve, love home serve.
- 0:57Speaker 1: You know, owning a home, it's an amazing thing. It
- 0:59Speaker 1: really is. I'm grateful that in my life, I'm able
- 1:02Speaker 1: to own my home, but here's the issue. It's a
- 1:05Speaker 1: problem on occasion. And when it's a problem, it's a
- 1:08Speaker 1: big problem. You know, one minute you'll be enjoying your
- 1:10Speaker 1: morning coffee. The next, your ankle deep in water from
- 1:13Speaker 1: a burst pipe. Now repairs don't care about your timing
- 1:15Speaker 1: and they definitely don't care about your budget. You protect
- 1:18Speaker 1: your health, your car, even your phone. But what about
- 1:20Speaker 1: your home? It's probably your biggest investment. And when something breaks,
- 1:24Speaker 1: it can cost you big time. That's where HomeServe comes in.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Regular homeowner's insurance is fine, but it might not cover
- 1:30Speaker 1: the everyday breakdowns like a furnace failure, a broken light switch,
- 1:33Speaker 1: a busted water heater. HomeServe offers plans that do help
- 1:37Speaker 1: cover those kinds of repairs. It's like a subscription for
- 1:40Speaker 1: your home, starting at just $ 4. 99 a month. Now, as
- 1:44Speaker 1: a homeowner, I couldn't imagine anything better. $ 4. 99 a month? Yeah,
- 1:49Speaker 1: that's a great deal for peace of mind. Help protect
- 1:51Speaker 1: your home systems and your wallet with HomeServe against covered repairs. Again,
- 1:56Speaker 1: plans start at just $ 4. 99 a month. Go to HomeServe.com.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Find the plan that's right for you. That's HomeServe.com. It's
- 2:04Speaker 1: not available everywhere. Most plans do range between $ 4. 99 to $ 11. 99
- 2:07Speaker 1: a month your first year. Terms apply on covered repairs.
- 2:10Speaker 1: See HomeServe.com for details.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Oh, yes.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Yes, indeed. I've got, we've got a lot. So there's
- 2:23Speaker 1: a lot going on here. First and foremost, you may
- 2:27Speaker 1: see Raina walking around in frame right now. For those
- 2:30Speaker 1: of you who've been with me for a while, you've
- 2:32Speaker 1: seen a lot of Major. You almost never see Raina.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Raina's my other dog. And Raina's, for whatever reason, just
- 2:38Speaker 1: before I started the show today, Raina came into the studio.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I think it's a little, it's rainy here in Virginia.
- 2:45Speaker 1: We've got some rain today. It's a little overcast. You
- 2:47Speaker 1: know how dogs can detect pressure changes. And she just decided,
- 2:52Speaker 1: I don't know why, she wants to be close to
- 2:53Speaker 1: me when the weather turns. She's a skittish dog. I
- 2:57Speaker 1: think I've mentioned to the audience before, she's a rescue.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Her life has been crazy. Her life, she started in
- 3:02Speaker 1: the streets of Cairo, and then some international dog rescue
- 3:06Speaker 1: brought her to the United States of America. And then
- 3:09Speaker 1: we have, and then she was living on a farm
- 3:11Speaker 1: in Virginia and nobody would adopt her. So we went
- 3:14Speaker 1: and adopted her. We're like, we, we met her. She,
- 3:16Speaker 1: she runs with major. We put, we brought her out
- 3:18Speaker 1: in this farmland and the two of them were running
- 3:19Speaker 1: around like crazy together. So we figured, okay, we'll adopt her.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And like I said, she's very skittish. She's like, even now,
- 3:26Speaker 1: I mean, we, we treat her so well, but she'll,
- 3:28Speaker 1: she freaks out at any little noise or bump or anything.
- 3:31Speaker 1: My daughter later brushed down on the counter this morning
- 3:33Speaker 1: and Raina took off running, just hearing the sound of
- 3:35Speaker 1: the brush. So again, again, This is a very rare circumstance,
- 3:39Speaker 1: but here she is in studio. Let me see if
- 3:41Speaker 1: I can show you. I know, I know. Vince, get
- 3:44Speaker 1: to the content. This is the content. This is what
- 3:46Speaker 1: you signed up for. Welcome to the show. Here you go.
- 3:49Speaker 1: This is, can I, is it even possible to show
- 3:51Speaker 1: you this? I think my camera's a dud this morning.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Look at Raina. Hey, baby girl. Hi, baby. No, my
- 3:59Speaker 1: camera's messed up. Look at me promising all these things.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I can't even show you her. That's the top of
- 4:03Speaker 1: her head if you're watching on Roblox. rubble.com slash vids.
- 4:08Speaker 1: She's a good girl. I'm going to see if I
- 4:09Speaker 1: can't fix my camera. Sorry about that. That's a bit
- 4:11Speaker 1: of a... Maybe I'll just take a picture of her.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Look at this. There we go. We got a photo
- 4:17Speaker 1: of her. Here she is in studio this morning. There
- 4:22Speaker 1: we go. There she is. There's Raina. That's your Raina
- 4:24Speaker 1: cam this morning. She just wants to be near me.
- 4:27Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Anyway, so there she is. That's the opening this morning. Also,
- 4:32Speaker 1: here's an opening that more directly involves you specifically. I
- 4:36Speaker 1: want to issue my gratitude to you today. I want
- 4:38Speaker 1: to thank you for making this show as successful as
- 4:42Speaker 1: it's become. We've been in the eight o'clock time slot
- 4:46Speaker 1: for not that many months now on Rumble. I know
- 4:49Speaker 1: this has been a big change of habit and pattern
- 4:51Speaker 1: for anybody who was with us when we were doing
- 4:53Speaker 1: it at 10 o'clock Eastern time each day. That's, of course,
- 4:55Speaker 1: where Bongino is. Dan Bongino is each day now. So
- 4:58Speaker 1: I want to issue my gratitude to all of you.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I say you're the best audience anywhere. I really mean it.
- 5:02Speaker 1: I'm so grateful for your support. And that support is
- 5:05Speaker 1: now measurable. We have data that just came in. And
- 5:09Speaker 1: here it is. This is the Rumble stream charts. The
- 5:14Speaker 1: stream charts have just been put out for the month
- 5:17Speaker 1: of April. So we just came out of that month.
- 5:19Speaker 1: And of course, you see there Dan Bongino dominating right
- 5:22Speaker 1: there at the top of the charts with peaking out 76,000 viewers,
- 5:26Speaker 1: nobody else touching him on that. But right here at
- 5:29Speaker 1: number 10, again, this is 8 o'clock Eastern time. And
- 5:32Speaker 1: I realize... that one of the things that has occurred
- 5:37Speaker 1: as a result of our being at 8 o'clock Eastern
- 5:39Speaker 1: Time Live on Rumble is we lose a lot of
- 5:42Speaker 1: the West Coast. People just can't watch us live on
- 5:44Speaker 1: the West Coast. Now, I'm grateful for all of you
- 5:46Speaker 1: West Coast viewers and listeners who catch us on delay.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Thank you for that. Please keep doing that. That helps
- 5:50Speaker 1: us out so much. And especially if you're not subscribed
- 5:53Speaker 1: to the podcast, be sure to subscribe to the podcast.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You can get it in audio form there. But this
- 5:58Speaker 1: is you, ladies and gentlemen, and for the live Rumble audience,
- 6:01Speaker 1: That number right there, that 20,000 viewers at 8 o'clock
- 6:04Speaker 1: Eastern time, nobody else is doing this. Nobody else is
- 6:07Speaker 1: doing this. And that's thanks to you. So thank you
- 6:10Speaker 1: for that. That's really big. Coming up this morning, I'll
- 6:13Speaker 1: have a chance to celebrate all of this with Dan
- 6:15Speaker 1: at 10 o'clock Eastern time. Dan and I will be
- 6:17Speaker 1: doing our crossover episode today, as we do. Every two weeks,
- 6:20Speaker 1: we do a crossover episode together on his excellent program.
- 6:22Speaker 1: So that's just A couple of housekeeping items, but I
- 6:26Speaker 1: want to start, as always, with a lot of gratitude
- 6:28Speaker 1: to this great audience. So thank you for everything that
- 6:31Speaker 1: you've done to make this the success that it is.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Really appreciate you. Look at that. Colleen says she catches
- 6:36Speaker 1: me every day at 5 o'clock in the morning in Arizona. Well,
- 6:40Speaker 1: God bless you, Colleen. I appreciate that. Yeah, we do
- 6:44Speaker 1: have some early risers. Thank you for that. I know
- 6:46Speaker 1: you're out there. I know you're out there. But so
- 6:48Speaker 1: much of the West Coast, they're still rubbing the sleep
- 6:51Speaker 1: out of their eyes as we're getting started. And that's fine.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I appreciate you wherever you get me and whenever you
- 6:56Speaker 1: get me. All right. Let's talk about what happened in
- 6:58Speaker 1: Indiana last night. Holy cow. President Trump wasn't playing around.
- 7:04Speaker 1: And let me be clear about this. It's not just
- 7:06Speaker 1: President Trump. It's Republicans in Indiana, Republican voters specifically in Indiana.
- 7:13Speaker 1: They've had enough of this crap. They've had enough of
- 7:15Speaker 1: this weakness. Now, this goes back to December of last year. Remember,
- 7:20Speaker 1: Indiana Republicans in the state Senate had a huge opportunity
- 7:24Speaker 1: here to try and regain some of the ground that
- 7:26Speaker 1: has been stolen by Democrats all across the country. I mean,
- 7:30Speaker 1: you look at states like New Mexico and Massachusetts and
- 7:33Speaker 1: Illinois and California and Maryland. These are states where Democrats
- 7:39Speaker 1: have stolen every possible seat they can get their hands
- 7:42Speaker 1: on and left Republicans with, in some cases, nothing. Now,
- 7:46Speaker 1: they have Republican voters in their states, but they refuse
- 7:49Speaker 1: to give their voices representation in their House delegations. So
- 7:53Speaker 1: as a result of all of the Democrat theft, and
- 7:55Speaker 1: if you consult Stephen Miller on this, He told us
- 7:58Speaker 1: this week that Democrats have stolen over 40 House seats
- 8:02Speaker 1: across the country through a combination of this demented, racialized gerrymandering,
- 8:07Speaker 1: eagle-eagle alien apportionment, flawed census approaches. Through all of that,
- 8:13Speaker 1: Democrats have stolen over 40 House seats. So when we
- 8:17Speaker 1: ask Republicans in Indiana, hey, can you try and regain
- 8:20Speaker 1: some of the ground here? Just get us two.
- 8:24Speaker 4: Two?
- 8:25Speaker 1: We're asking for two, not 40.
- 8:26Speaker 5: Two.
- 8:27Speaker 1: To regain the ground. Can you do that for us?
- 8:30Speaker 1: A bunch of Republicans, led by the Mitch Daniels coalition,
- 8:35Speaker 1: and yes, the Mike Pence coalition in Indiana, said, up yours,
- 8:39Speaker 1: we're not doing it. We're not doing it. That wouldn't
- 8:42Speaker 1: be fair, they whined. Fair? What are you talking about?
- 8:46Speaker 1: We're getting destroyed. You're not going to fight back? Yeah,
- 8:49Speaker 1: they didn't fight back. And now they're getting thrown out.
- 8:52Speaker 1: President Trump promised at the time, he promised in December,
- 8:56Speaker 1: that if you don't do this, you're getting tossed. If
- 9:00Speaker 1: you don't do this, I'm endorsing your opponent. Look what
- 9:03Speaker 1: he said at the time. He said, I love the
- 9:04Speaker 1: state of Indiana. I've won it, including the primaries six times,
- 9:08Speaker 1: all by massive majorities. Importantly, it now has a chance
- 9:11Speaker 1: to make a difference in DC in regard to the
- 9:13Speaker 1: number of house seats we have that are necessary to
- 9:15Speaker 1: hold the majority against the radical left Democrats. Every other
- 9:18Speaker 1: state has done redistricting, willingly, openly, and easily. There was
- 9:23Speaker 1: never a question in their mind that contributing to a
- 9:25Speaker 1: win in the midterms for the Republicans was a great
- 9:27Speaker 1: thing to do for our party and for America itself.
- 9:31Speaker 1: In all fairness, the Democrats have been doing redistricting for
- 9:33Speaker 1: years and continue to do so. He's right. He's right.
- 9:36Speaker 1: He's right. This is in December, the president. Unfortunately, Indiana
- 9:41Speaker 1: Senator leader Rod Bray enjoys being the only person in
- 9:44Speaker 1: the United States of America who is against Republicans picking
- 9:47Speaker 1: up extra seats. In Indiana's case, two. Two of them.
- 9:53Speaker 1: He's put in every ounce of his limited strength into
- 9:55Speaker 1: asking his soon-to-be very vulnerable friends to vote with him.
- 9:58Speaker 1: By doing so, he's putting the majority in the House
- 10:00Speaker 1: of Representatives at risk and at the same time putting
- 10:03Speaker 1: anybody in Indiana who votes against this redistricting, likewise, at risk.
- 10:09Speaker 1: He goes on to say that if you don't support this,
- 10:12Speaker 1: anybody that votes against redistricting and the success of the
- 10:15Speaker 1: Republican Party, will be, I am sure, met with a
- 10:19Speaker 1: MAGA primary in the spring. If Republicans will not do
- 10:25Speaker 1: what is necessary to save our country, they will eventually
- 10:27Speaker 1: lose everything to the Democrats. You got to do what
- 10:31Speaker 1: is necessary. This is about saving the country. So yesterday
- 10:35Speaker 1: was the election. Yesterday was the primary. That was the
- 10:37Speaker 1: spring election that President Trump was referring to. And the
- 10:40Speaker 1: president made seven endorsements in this race. Seven endorsements. to
- 10:47Speaker 1: replace all of the people that he could possibly get
- 10:50Speaker 1: his hands on who voted against doing the right thing
- 10:53Speaker 1: for our country yesterday. And as of this morning, as
- 10:58Speaker 1: we look at the data, what we're seeing is a
- 11:03Speaker 1: landslide victory for President Trump and for Republican voters. Let
- 11:09Speaker 1: me just show you the data here. Take a look
- 11:10Speaker 1: at this, ladies and gentlemen. Here's the data. This is
- 11:13Speaker 1: from the New York Times this morning. This is the
- 11:16Speaker 1: latest polling data on the subject. And it finds that
- 11:20Speaker 1: in seven races, President Trump endorsed those challengers to flip seats,
- 11:26Speaker 1: seven of them. And so far, as of this morning,
- 11:29Speaker 1: five of these seats have flipped to the challenger. One
- 11:33Speaker 1: of them at the moment is a toss-up. It is
- 11:36Speaker 1: a 50-50 dead heat. And in only a single race
- 11:41Speaker 1: did the incumbent Republican senator who voted against doing the
- 11:45Speaker 1: right thing prevail in a single race. The rest of
- 11:50Speaker 1: these races were not even close. Look at the margins
- 11:52Speaker 1: of victory here. President Trump, in District 1, his candidate
- 11:56Speaker 1: wins 75-23. District 11, 59-41. District 19, 62-19. District 21, 65-35.
- 11:58Speaker 1: District 41, 59-41. Destruction. Utter landslide. Utter landslide. So what
- 12:18Speaker 1: are the lessons from this? Well, the lesson here is
- 12:21Speaker 1: the American people definitely know what time it is. The
- 12:25Speaker 1: American people absolutely know what's on the line and what
- 12:29Speaker 1: kind of opponent we're up against. We're up against an
- 12:32Speaker 1: opponent that's not playing by rules. They're devastating our system.
- 12:36Speaker 1: They're rigging it to their benefit. They're disinterested in appealing
- 12:40Speaker 1: to American voters at all, which is why their ideas
- 12:43Speaker 1: are so freaking crazy. They have nothing to do with
- 12:45Speaker 1: appealing to voters. Telling people that men can become women
- 12:48Speaker 1: is not some sort of appealing electoral. Opening our border
- 12:53Speaker 1: is not something voters are wild about. Making it so
- 12:56Speaker 1: that voter integrity is undermined by saying, oh, you don't
- 12:59Speaker 1: have to show photo ID to vote is not something
- 13:01Speaker 1: voters are for. So you have a party that's composed
- 13:05Speaker 1: entirely of ideas that absolutely repel voters. The only way
- 13:10Speaker 1: that that party can obtain and keep power is through
- 13:13Speaker 1: election rigging, through cheating. And voters are done with that crap.
- 13:19Speaker 1: In Indiana, they're done with that crap. They were asking
- 13:22Speaker 1: the guys that they had voted for in the past,
- 13:24Speaker 1: support us here in this moment. They failed. So they
- 13:27Speaker 1: got thrown out. They got fired yesterday. They got fired.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And so is this a win for President Trump? Yeah, sure.
- 13:34Speaker 1: But more importantly, it's a win for the rest of us.
- 13:37Speaker 1: And this movement, this movement to remake the Republican Party
- 13:42Speaker 1: into a party that actually fights, it's not going to
- 13:45Speaker 1: end with this Trump presidency. It's going to continue. There's
- 13:49Speaker 1: a delusion that's going on right now among some establishment
- 13:53Speaker 1: Republicans and in Washington that after Trump, everything goes back
- 13:57Speaker 1: to so-called normal. Normal?
- 14:01Speaker 6: No.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Normal is a country with borders. Normal is a country
- 14:06Speaker 1: with credible elections. Normal is now American voters who are
- 14:11Speaker 1: fighting tooth and nail to get that back. That's normal.
- 14:14Speaker 1: We're not going back to the status quo. We're not
- 14:16Speaker 1: going back to the corruption. We're not going back to
- 14:18Speaker 1: Republican voters being asleep at the switch as their so-called
- 14:21Speaker 1: Republican leaders sell them out. That's not coming back. In fact,
- 14:25Speaker 1: my buddy Curtis Schlichter summed it up this way last night.
- 14:28Speaker 1: He says, inevitably, the rhinos will take the wrong lesson
- 14:33Speaker 1: from tonight's brutal discipline. They will think that because they
- 14:37Speaker 1: personally offended Trump, they got defeated. That's not it. Trump
- 14:42Speaker 1: is not our leader. He's our avatar. You dummies screwed
- 14:46Speaker 1: with the base, and the base, not Donald Trump, made
- 14:49Speaker 1: you pay. You won't listen to me, says Kurt, which
- 14:53Speaker 1: is okay. You don't want it to be true, but
- 14:55Speaker 1: there's no free pass once Donald Trump leaves the scene.
- 14:58Speaker 1: The same energy and anger will still be there, and
- 15:01Speaker 1: you can either help us channel it in a positive
- 15:03Speaker 1: direction or have it channeled at you. But there's no
- 15:06Speaker 1: more squish tolerance in the GOP. As Rush would say,
- 15:10Speaker 1: the band, not the legend, conform or be cast out.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Kurt's right. This is continuing. This will continue. And that's
- 15:23Speaker 1: a good thing. That's a good thing. This is why
- 15:25Speaker 1: we spend so much time talking about the Save America Act.
- 15:28Speaker 1: This is our priority. Is it the president's priority too? Yeah,
- 15:32Speaker 1: of course. It's the president's priority. He's all in on
- 15:35Speaker 1: the Save America Act. But the most important people who
- 15:37Speaker 1: are all in on it are us, the American people.
- 15:41Speaker 1: The reason the Senate has even had to try and
- 15:43Speaker 1: figure out ways to pat us on the head and
- 15:45Speaker 1: make us go away is the fact that we've been
- 15:47Speaker 1: demanding this. They wouldn't have spent a moment's breath on
- 15:50Speaker 1: this subject other than the fact that you and I
- 15:52Speaker 1: demanded it and continue to. And that gets me to
- 15:55Speaker 1: another point about what we learned on Tuesday, these results
- 15:58Speaker 1: from Indiana. This is a warning shot to John Thune.
- 16:06Speaker 1: This is a warning shot to any Republican senator who's
- 16:10Speaker 1: sitting on their hands right now hoping to wait us out.
- 16:12Speaker 1: You will not wait us out. We will remember. We
- 16:17Speaker 1: don't forget. We don't forget what happened in Indiana. And
- 16:21Speaker 1: now Republican voters in Indiana have demonstrated that that memory
- 16:26Speaker 1: will power their efforts to fix their state and their country.
- 16:30Speaker 1: That's true for all of us all across the country.
- 16:33Speaker 1: We don't forget. Our memory, our concern for our country,
- 16:37Speaker 1: our concern for its sovereignty and its borders, our concern
- 16:40Speaker 1: for integrity of elections is going to endure because when
- 16:43Speaker 1: we said make America great again, we meant it. Last
- 16:47Speaker 1: night is a warning shot to any establishment Republican who
- 16:51Speaker 1: thinks that they can just play footsie with MAGA and
- 16:55Speaker 1: then stick to the status quo. No, no footsie. We
- 16:57Speaker 1: said that, I don't even know what I'm referencing, but
- 16:59Speaker 1: there was a, we made a no footsie remark recently.
- 17:01Speaker 1: No footsie, no footsie. I think it was a Save
- 17:05Speaker 1: America Act story. No footsie. Last night was a clear
- 17:11Speaker 1: warning shot to John Thune and the establishment that we're
- 17:15Speaker 1: not playing around. And when your time comes, we're going
- 17:18Speaker 1: to give you the heave-ho unless you fight for us.
- 17:22Speaker 1: So now's your chance. Fight for us. Time is of
- 17:26Speaker 1: the essence. This is, yeah, we are an elephant. No,
- 17:32Speaker 1: it actually does make elephant the perfect representation of the
- 17:35Speaker 1: Republican Party, or at least the Republican base. An elephant
- 17:37Speaker 1: never forgets. We don't forget. Our memories are long. Our
- 17:41Speaker 1: memories are long. And our energy is boundless. We will
- 17:44Speaker 1: use it to throw you out. We will. So big,
- 17:48Speaker 1: big results out of Indiana last night. And again, this
- 17:51Speaker 1: was just for two Republican-leaning districts. Two Republican-leaning districts. And
- 17:58Speaker 1: they couldn't even do that. Amazing. Amazing. Just to make
- 18:01Speaker 1: up some of that stolen ground by the left. Just ridiculous.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I've got more breaking news to get to with you
- 18:08Speaker 1: this morning. Some updates on Iran. President Trump has announced

- 20:01Speaker 1: loves it. Loves it. How you doing, Raina? You doing good?
- 20:06Speaker 1: You doing good, baby? Raina's doing good. She's a sweetheart.
- 20:11Speaker 1: She's letting me pat her head. All right. Let me
- 20:14Speaker 1: see what we got going on. My apologies, by the way.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I've got a bit of a runny nose. I don't
- 20:19Speaker 1: know what's going on. I know it's not allergies. I
- 20:21Speaker 1: think I've just got a little bit of a sickness
- 20:22Speaker 1: of some kind. I got the sickness. But luckily, it's
- 20:25Speaker 1: not holding me back. I'm of sound mind. You ever
- 20:27Speaker 1: in that phase in a sickness where you've got the symptoms,
- 20:30Speaker 1: but your mind is operating at 100%? I'm at 100%.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I'm good right now. But just annoying. Just annoying thing. Um,
- 20:37Speaker 1: all right, let's see what else we got going on.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Okay.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Oh, the president of Iran. This is a great, this
- 20:42Speaker 1: is a, this is, well, this is, there's a lot
- 20:44Speaker 1: going on. Let me pull up this Axios report this morning.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Cause I do have an Axios story to amend what
- 20:50Speaker 1: I'm talking about with you. Um, we've got, uh, basically
- 20:54Speaker 1: that the president appears to be nearing a deal with Iran.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I know we've heard that a lot. We've heard that
- 21:00Speaker 1: they keep inching forward, but, um, I would say it's
- 21:04Speaker 1: probably worth reading into what the president posted last night,
- 21:09Speaker 1: because there was enough mystery involved that I felt like, okay,
- 21:13Speaker 1: there's got to be some sort of forward progress here
- 21:15Speaker 1: on making a deal with Iran. And here is what
- 21:17Speaker 1: the president posted last night. Let me get rid of this.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Check this out. Based on the request of Pakistan and
- 21:24Speaker 1: other countries, the tremendous military success that we have had
- 21:27Speaker 1: during the campaign against the country of Iran, And additionally,
- 21:30Speaker 1: the fact that great progress has been made toward a
- 21:33Speaker 1: complete and final agreement with representatives of Iran, we have
- 21:36Speaker 1: mutually agreed that while the blockade will remain in full
- 21:41Speaker 1: force and effect, Project Freedom, the movement of ships through
- 21:45Speaker 1: the Strait of Hormuz, will be paused, paused for a
- 21:52Speaker 1: short period of time to see whether or not the
- 21:55Speaker 1: agreement can be finalized and signed. President Donald J.
- 22:00Speaker 7: Trump.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Now, I just want to point out some of the
- 22:07Speaker 1: most obvious elements of this right away. One is, well,
- 22:10Speaker 1: the blockade's remaining in effect. So Iran's beef is that
- 22:14Speaker 1: we were successfully moving ships through the Strait? And we're
- 22:19Speaker 1: pausing that? Okay. Again, I'm trusting the president's judgment on
- 22:23Speaker 1: this subject. Clearly, he's sensing some signs of progress here.
- 22:28Speaker 1: But I'm a little curious as to why it's necessary
- 22:31Speaker 1: to pause Project Freedom at all. Because Project Freedom was
- 22:35Speaker 1: merely just positioning U.S. warships in such a way that
- 22:38Speaker 1: we could create a zone defense and get ships through
- 22:42Speaker 1: the Strait of Hormuz. But the president's saying, okay, we're
- 22:44Speaker 1: going to pause it for the moment. Got it. The
- 22:48Speaker 1: blockade continues. So no ships are allowed in or out
- 22:51Speaker 1: of Iranian ports. That's not changing, says the president of
- 22:54Speaker 1: the United States. So These are the circumstances. But again,
- 22:58Speaker 1: he says he's doing this at the request of Pakistan,
- 23:00Speaker 1: which has played intermediary here between Iran and the United States,
- 23:05Speaker 1: and they're in pursuit of a deal right now. Now,
- 23:09Speaker 1: what does that deal look like? Well, Axios has a
- 23:12Speaker 1: report this morning, and I'll remind you, this guy, Barak
- 23:14Speaker 1: Ravid over at Axios, he's been talking to the president
- 23:18Speaker 1: with some frequency. He'll call the president, the president will answer,
- 23:20Speaker 1: and he'll talk to him and give him updates. So
- 23:22Speaker 1: here's what Barack Ravid has in his headline today. And again,
- 23:26Speaker 1: this just came out as we were going live, so
- 23:28Speaker 1: I'm reading through this with you for the first time.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Exclusive U.S. and Iran closing in on one-page memo to
- 23:35Speaker 1: end the war, officials say. Now, remember, Iran had a
- 23:40Speaker 1: 14-point offer that they submitted earlier this week, and they didn't,
- 23:45Speaker 1: as far as we knew, reportedly, make any obligations about
- 23:48Speaker 1: getting rid of their nuclear program. So let's see what's
- 23:50Speaker 1: in this. The White House does believe it's getting close
- 23:53Speaker 1: to an agreement with Iran on a one-page memorandum of
- 23:55Speaker 1: understanding to end the war and to set a framework,
- 23:59Speaker 1: here we go, for more detailed nuclear negotiations, according to
- 24:05Speaker 1: two U.S. officials and two other sources briefed on the issue.
- 24:08Speaker 1: The U.S. expects Iranian responses on several key points in
- 24:12Speaker 1: the next 48 hours. That would be the next two days.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Nothing has been agreed to yet. But the sources say
- 24:19Speaker 1: this is the closest the parties have been to an
- 24:21Speaker 1: agreement since the war began. Among other provisions, the deal
- 24:25Speaker 1: would involve Iran committing to a moratorium on nuclear enrichment. Okay,
- 24:31Speaker 1: a moratorium is not an end to nuclear enrichment. It
- 24:36Speaker 1: would be a delay to it of some unknown number
- 24:40Speaker 1: of years. If a moratorium is the agreement, it would
- 24:44Speaker 1: be a pause on nuclear enrichment. The president wants to
- 24:50Speaker 1: end their entire nuclear program. He's made it pretty clear
- 24:54Speaker 1: what his terms are. The U.S. is agreeing to lift,
- 24:57Speaker 1: in exchange for this, apparently, the U.S. would agree to
- 24:59Speaker 1: lift its sanctions and release billions of dollars in frozen
- 25:02Speaker 1: Iranian funds. And both sides would lift restrictions around transit
- 25:06Speaker 1: through the Strait of Hormuz. Yeah, the Strait of Hormuz,
- 25:09Speaker 1: you know, Marco Rubio took the lectern yesterday in the
- 25:12Speaker 1: White House press briefing and said, these are international waters.
- 25:16Speaker 1: You can't allow any country to impose fees on international waters.
- 25:21Speaker 1: It's insane. We cannot set that precedent. You can't have
- 25:24Speaker 1: a toll to go through the Strait. So clearly, the
- 25:30Speaker 1: offer is, there's no gray area to what the United
- 25:32Speaker 1: States is demanding here. Free passage, free trade through the
- 25:37Speaker 1: Strait of Hormuz, unmolested by the Iranians, no mines, no
- 25:42Speaker 1: ships menacing the traffic. Many of the terms laid out
- 25:46Speaker 1: in the memo would be contingent on a final agreement
- 25:48Speaker 1: being reached, leaving the possibility of a renewed war or
- 25:52Speaker 1: an extended limo in which the hot war has stopped,
- 25:54Speaker 1: but nothing is truly resolved, says Axios. They claim that
- 25:58Speaker 1: the White House believes the Iranian leadership is divided. Yeah,
- 26:01Speaker 1: we've heard that a lot. You know, when you've got, look,
- 26:04Speaker 1: you've got the head of the IRGC, you have the
- 26:07Speaker 1: head of the parliament, you've got the gay, deformed Khamenei son,
- 26:13Speaker 1: who is, you know, one of the guys, apparently the
- 26:15Speaker 1: guy that they keep checking in with. You've got all
- 26:18Speaker 1: these different people that they're trying to figure out how
- 26:20Speaker 1: to make a deal with. And it's led to like,
- 26:23Speaker 1: you know, all of this chaos. Remember, J.D. Vance meets
- 26:26Speaker 1: with this team in Islamabad, the Iranians, and he sussed
- 26:29Speaker 1: out pretty quickly. These guys are not even in charge.
- 26:32Speaker 1: They can't make any decisions. Nobody's in a position to
- 26:35Speaker 1: actually make an agreement with us. They have to keep
- 26:36Speaker 1: going back to all of these disparate power centers in
- 26:39Speaker 1: Iran and Why don't you guys figure out who's in
- 26:41Speaker 1: charge first, and then we can negotiate with them? So Iran,
- 26:45Speaker 1: in many ways, needs to get his act together, including
- 26:47Speaker 1: who the hell's in charge over here? Who the hell's
- 26:50Speaker 1: in charge?
- 26:52Speaker 8: U.S.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Officials have expressed optimism about a deal. They're concerned about
- 26:57Speaker 1: all of this. Let's see. Two U.S. officials said President
- 27:01Speaker 1: Trump's decision to back off of his newly announced operation
- 27:04Speaker 1: in the Strait of Hormuz and avoid a collapse of
- 27:06Speaker 1: the fragile ceasefire was based on Progress in the talks,
- 27:10Speaker 1: progress in the talks. So the president clearly feels they're
- 27:13Speaker 1: getting closer to what he actually wants out of this.
- 27:16Speaker 1: The one-page 14-point memo of understanding is being negotiated between
- 27:22Speaker 1: Trump's envoys, Steve Wyckoff and Jared Kushner, and several Iranian officials,
- 27:28Speaker 1: both directly, meaning, you know, man-to-man, communication-to-communication, and through mediators.
- 27:36Speaker 1: In its current form, the MOU would declare an end
- 27:38Speaker 1: to the war in the region, the start of a
- 27:40Speaker 1: 30-day period of negotiations on a detailed agreement to open
- 27:44Speaker 1: the Strait. Okay, so what this sounds like to me
- 27:48Speaker 1: is just an upscaled version of the ceasefire. If it's
- 27:52Speaker 1: a 30-day pause on armed exchange at all between the
- 27:58Speaker 1: United States and Iran, it's just an extension of the ceasefire.
- 28:01Speaker 1: It's just a more formalized extension of the ceasefire. That's
- 28:04Speaker 1: what this is. And they're going to negotiate on a
- 28:08Speaker 1: detailed agreement to open the Strait and limit Iran's nuclear program,
- 28:12Speaker 1: limit Iran's nuclear program, limit, not end, limit, and lift U.S. sanctions. Now,
- 28:19Speaker 1: this comes down to what kind of enrichment situation we've
- 28:24Speaker 1: got going on. Marco Rubio said yesterday that one way
- 28:28Speaker 1: to do this would be that they could get uranium
- 28:31Speaker 1: that's enriched by someone else. for energy. If they want
- 28:35Speaker 1: it for energy, which again, I don't know why they
- 28:36Speaker 1: need it. Iran's got one of the largest proven oil
- 28:38Speaker 1: reserves on the planet. Why do they need any nuclear energy?
- 28:41Speaker 1: But if you're going to get nuclear energy to Iran,
- 28:44Speaker 1: you could do enrichment outside of the country and then
- 28:49Speaker 1: import it in and not have any enrichment done inside
- 28:52Speaker 1: of the borders of Iran. Marco Rubio said this yesterday.
- 28:54Speaker 1: He said, we could do this in a second. But instead,
- 28:57Speaker 1: the Iranians keep trying to enrich this uranium up to
- 29:01Speaker 1: and past 60%. The only reason you do that is
- 29:03Speaker 1: because you're trying to pursue a nuclear weapon. So again,
- 29:07Speaker 1: this will all come down to, does this satisfy the
- 29:09Speaker 1: president of the United States? These negotiations could be happening
- 29:13Speaker 1: in Islamabad or Geneva, two sources said. Iran's restrictions on
- 29:17Speaker 1: shipping through the Strait and the U.S. naval blockade would
- 29:20Speaker 1: be gradually lifted, gradually lifted during the 30-day period, according
- 29:25Speaker 1: to a U.S. official. If negotiations collapse, U.S. forces would
- 29:29Speaker 1: be able to restore the blockade or resume military action.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Of course, that's at the discretion of the president. So
- 29:36Speaker 1: that's the update this morning. Apparently, there's some forward progress
- 29:38Speaker 1: on negotiations. Now, having said all that, we do have
- 29:43Speaker 1: another update from the president of the United States that
- 29:45Speaker 1: he just posted to Truth Social. See if I can't
- 29:48Speaker 1: pull it up. I was like, why? Here we go.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Here's the president of the United States on that subject
- 29:54Speaker 1: this morning. This was posted just 50 minutes ago as
- 29:57Speaker 1: we talked to you live. Here's what he said. Assuming
- 30:00Speaker 1: Iran agrees to give what has been agreed to, which
- 30:03Speaker 1: is perhaps a big assumption, the already legendary epic fury
- 30:07Speaker 1: will be at an end, and the highly effective blockade
- 30:10Speaker 1: will allow the Hormuz Strait to be open to all,
- 30:13Speaker 1: including Iran. If they don't agree, the bombing starts, says
- 30:19Speaker 1: the president, and it will be, sadly, at a much
- 30:22Speaker 1: higher level and intensity than it was before. Thank you
- 30:25Speaker 1: for your attention to this matter. All right, look, clearly,
- 30:30Speaker 1: These guys are barreling towards a conclusion. They're attempting to
- 30:33Speaker 1: get there. President Trump has been working hard on that.
- 30:36Speaker 1: I think that will come as a great relief. If
- 30:38Speaker 1: he can score a big deal here, that's going to
- 30:39Speaker 1: come as a great relief to a lot of people
- 30:41Speaker 1: for a bunch of reasons. One, getting rid of the
- 30:44Speaker 1: threat of a nuclear Iran. Clearly, the president is only
- 30:48Speaker 1: interested in ending the threat of a nuclear Iran. He
- 30:50Speaker 1: started this for that reason. Well, candidly, Iran started this.
- 30:54Speaker 1: But President Trump is attempting to finish this because he's
- 30:57Speaker 1: trying to get rid of the threat of a nuclear Iran.
- 30:59Speaker 1: That's one. Two, the American people, the American people, nobody
- 31:03Speaker 1: wants to pay high gas prices. President Trump and Scott Besson,
- 31:07Speaker 1: all these guys, they're trying to bring that down. Clearly,
- 31:09Speaker 1: when the Strait of Hormuz controls so much of the
- 31:12Speaker 1: world's energy supply, it's going to have wide reaching implications
- 31:17Speaker 1: on the rest of us. They want to get that
- 31:19Speaker 1: down as quickly as possible. And not least of all,
- 31:21Speaker 1: because the midterms are coming up. As a political matter,
- 31:24Speaker 1: President Trump clearly wants to make an amazing case to
- 31:28Speaker 1: the American people. And of course, I've talked about it.
- 31:30Speaker 1: He's got an amazing case to make. But when people
- 31:33Speaker 1: drive down their streets in their neighborhoods, and especially if
- 31:36Speaker 1: they're not as dialed in as you are on all
- 31:38Speaker 1: of the victories we've seen, one of the key indicators
- 31:41Speaker 1: that any voter looks at is what's the gas price?
- 31:43Speaker 1: Oh my God, gas prices are up. And then they
- 31:45Speaker 1: start blaming the guy who's in charge. That's it. It's
- 31:48Speaker 1: as simple as that. It's the most simple political calculus
- 31:50Speaker 1: in the world. The president wants to bring that down
- 31:52Speaker 1: and they want to do it rapidly. So they're they're working.
- 31:55Speaker 1: They're juggling chainsaws here, as always. And they're working on that.
- 31:59Speaker 1: In fact, I've got more updates on Iran in just
- 32:00Speaker 1: a moment because we've got. We've we've got some some
- 32:06Speaker 1: of Reagan Reese got a chance. Our reporter, Reagan Reese,
- 32:09Speaker 1: got a chance to ask a couple of questions yesterday
- 32:11Speaker 1: to everybody who's involved in this. And we've got their
- 32:14Speaker 1: answers for you, for this audience coming up right here
- 32:18Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince.
- 32:20Speaker 8: All right.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Let me thank some great sponsors who support our program.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Let me first blow my nose. I'm going to do
- 32:25Speaker 1: it on mute, though. How's that? How's that? A little

- 33:11Speaker 1: 2008 financial crisis, Bitcoin was designed as an alternative to
- 33:16Speaker 1: the banks. So instead of a bank holding your money
- 33:17Speaker 1: and delaying transfers or limiting access, You're in control. And
- 33:21Speaker 1: if you've ever had to wait for a transfer to clear,
- 33:23Speaker 1: you have felt that problem. Now, fast forward to today,
- 33:26Speaker 1: everybody's heard of crypto, but getting started, it still feels
- 33:29Speaker 1: complicated for a lot of people. That's exactly why you
- 33:32Speaker 1: should use Rumble Wallet. It takes all that complexity and
- 33:34Speaker 1: it makes it so simple. Choose what you want. Bitcoin,
- 33:37Speaker 1: dollar-backed stable coins, even digital gold backed by real gold.
- 33:41Speaker 1: No complicated setup. You can be up and running in
- 33:43Speaker 1: just minutes. Start small. 10 bucks, 50 bucks, 100 bucks.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Take that first step while it's still early. And once
- 33:51Speaker 1: you're set up, you can even support your favorite Rumble
- 33:53Speaker 1: creators like yours truly directly. Just scan the QR code.
- 33:57Speaker 1: You can see it on screen if you're watching rumble.com
- 33:59Speaker 1: slash vince or click the link in our description and
- 34:02Speaker 1: download Rumble Wallet. From there, you're going to get set up.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Tap buy and you're in the game. In just a
- 34:07Speaker 1: few minutes, you can go from hearing about crypto to
- 34:10Speaker 1: actually owning some. Rumble Wallet is a technology provider only.
- 34:13Speaker 1: It's not a custodial service. See the terms at wallet.rumble.com.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Also want to thank Beam and Beam's Dream Powder. Man,
- 34:23Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, a quick way for me to
- 34:26Speaker 1: get the perfect night's sleep and to wake up feeling

- 35:55Speaker 1: the video's a little choppy. Is the video choppy for
- 35:57Speaker 1: anybody else? Josh, are we getting choppy video? Fluanon says,
- 36:01Speaker 1: I love that name, Fluanon. That's hilarious. My video is smooth.
- 36:06Speaker 1: There we go. And Alleycat78 is using Beam and says,

- 36:18Speaker 1: video's good. All right, no chop. All right, good. Good, good, good.
- 36:20Speaker 2: All right.
- 36:22Speaker 1: We've got some intermittent. Okay, some people are saying choppy.
- 36:25Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I don't know how to account for that.
- 36:27Speaker 1: I assume that we're being hacked. I assume if you're
- 36:30Speaker 1: getting choppiness, let's blame the left for that. But we
- 36:33Speaker 1: got to barrel forward. The show must go on. Yesterday,
- 36:37Speaker 1: my reporter, Reagan Reese, White House correspondent for The Daily Caller,
- 36:41Speaker 1: We were, as we always do, we're always scheming and plotting.
- 36:44Speaker 1: I was talking to her yesterday about all these big
- 36:46Speaker 1: events she had to go to, and she went to
- 36:48Speaker 1: three events rapid fire right in a row, all the
- 36:50Speaker 1: big events yesterday. She went to the Pentagon, got a
- 36:53Speaker 1: chance to ask some questions of Pete Hegseth and Dan Cain,
- 36:56Speaker 1: General Cain, yesterday. And then she went off to the
- 37:00Speaker 1: president's Oval Office yesterday because he signed, did you guys
- 37:04Speaker 1: see him sign that proclamation to restore the presidential fitness
- 37:08Speaker 1: test for kids. Why did we ever get rid of that?
- 37:11Speaker 1: Why did we ever get rid of the presidential fitness
- 37:13Speaker 1: test for kids? What the hell was that about? It
- 37:14Speaker 1: was Obama. It was Obama. I love how Michelle Obama,
- 37:18Speaker 1: who wears the pants in that relationship, was protecting like
- 37:20Speaker 1: she was all about health. And they got rid of
- 37:22Speaker 1: the presidential fitness test?
- 37:23Speaker 2: What?
- 37:24Speaker 1: Okay. So President Trump brings it back, thankfully, yesterday. And
- 37:29Speaker 1: Reagan got to be in the room and ask him
- 37:31Speaker 1: some questions yesterday. And then Marco Rubio had his press
- 37:34Speaker 1: conference yesterday. And he was filling in for Caroline Leavitt,
- 37:38Speaker 1: and our very own Reagan was there to witness it all.
- 37:41Speaker 1: She was there. But let me share some of what
- 37:43Speaker 1: we were able to yield for you yesterday. First and foremost,
- 37:47Speaker 1: in the morning, General Dan Kaine was there yesterday morning,
- 37:53Speaker 1: and he was talking about how basically what the Iranians
- 37:55Speaker 1: are attempting to do is hold the entire global economy
- 37:58Speaker 1: hostage right now with the Strait of Hormuz. Take a look.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Here's General Kaine cut to yesterday.
- 38:04Speaker 3: Over the past seven weeks, Iran's repeatedly threatened and attacked
- 38:08Speaker 3: commercial shipping in the strait in order to effectively cut
- 38:12Speaker 3: off commercial traffic and damage the global economy. By obstructing
- 38:16Speaker 3: one of the world's most critical maritime checkpoints, a vital
- 38:20Speaker 3: transit route for approximately one-fifth of the global oil consumption,
- 38:24Speaker 3: Iran is weaponizing the global supply chain. This action disregards
- 38:29Speaker 3: established navigational rights and the law of the sea. And
- 38:33Speaker 3: the regime led by the IRGC is effectively attempting to
- 38:37Speaker 3: hold the entire global economy hostage.
- 38:41Speaker 2: Yeah, they are.
- 38:41Speaker 1: They're holding it. So what we're dealing with are maniacs,
- 38:44Speaker 1: by the way. We're dealing with complete maniacs. I mean,
- 38:47Speaker 1: we have a ceasefire going on with them right now,
- 38:49Speaker 1: and they're still sending their little annoying boats out. I
- 38:55Speaker 1: heard some official, I can't compare them to a bunch
- 38:58Speaker 1: of Boston whalers. trying to go out there and menace
- 39:02Speaker 1: the actual ships that are in the Strait. And we
- 39:04Speaker 1: just keep sinking them. We've been sinking them. Which leads me,
- 39:08Speaker 1: and it led Reagan to this question yesterday that she
- 39:11Speaker 1: asked directly to the President of the United States. Is
- 39:13Speaker 1: the ceasefire over? At what point is the ceasefire over
- 39:17Speaker 1: if these annoying little Iranian boats are going to keep
- 39:20Speaker 1: firing on us? And so she asked the President about this,
- 39:23Speaker 1: and here's what he had to say.
- 39:24Speaker 5: Cut one, watch.
- 39:25Speaker 2: They've fired at U.S. ships several times in the last
- 39:28Speaker 2: five or hours.
- 39:29Speaker 7: What do they need.
- 39:30Speaker 2: To do to violate the ceasefire?
- 39:34Speaker 5: Well, you'll find out because I'll let you know. They
- 39:37Speaker 5: know what to do and they know what to do.
- 39:39Speaker 5: They know what not to do, more importantly, actually. And,
- 39:44Speaker 5: you know, they fired them in little boats and With
- 39:47Speaker 5: pea shooters, you know, the pea shooters, little boat, little,
- 39:50Speaker 5: you know, why? Because they don't have any boats anymore.
- 39:52Speaker 5: Their Navy is comprised of, they call them little boats.
- 39:57Speaker 2: And they're fast.
- 39:57Speaker 5: Yeah, they're so fast that they had eight of them
- 40:02Speaker 5: and they're all gone. And they're fast, but they're not
- 40:05Speaker 5: fast like a missile. A missile is slightly faster.
- 40:09Speaker 6: They're all gone.
- 40:10Speaker 1: They're all gone. We do control the entire table here.
- 40:16Speaker 1: So Iran needs to make a deal. I mean, it's
- 40:18Speaker 1: so crazy. It really goes to show you what kind
- 40:21Speaker 1: of maniacs we're dealing with here. And you could hear
- 40:24Speaker 1: it yesterday when Marco Rubio stepped up to the electorate.
- 40:27Speaker 1: By the way, he did a phenomenal job. He did
- 40:28Speaker 1: a wonderful job yesterday at the White House press briefing, again,
- 40:31Speaker 1: filling in for Caroline Leavitt. But fundamentally, most of the
- 40:34Speaker 1: questions were about Iran. And here's what Marco Rubio had
- 40:37Speaker 1: to say about what the Iranians dropping mines in the
- 40:42Speaker 1: water and how like it's madness that anybody in the
- 40:45Speaker 1: media or anybody internationally is pretending like the United States
- 40:50Speaker 1: is at fault here. Take a look at what Rubio
- 40:53Speaker 1: said yesterday. Cut three. Watch.
- 40:55Speaker 9: Because everybody always talks about international law on this. International
- 40:58Speaker 9: law on this is very clear. International water is no
- 41:01Speaker 9: country can control them. There is no international law that
- 41:04Speaker 9: allows you to say, I'm going to put mines in
- 41:06Speaker 9: an international body of water and I'm going to blow
- 41:08Speaker 9: up ships that don't listen to us and try to
- 41:10Speaker 9: go through. That's what Iran is doing. This is a
- 41:13Speaker 9: criminal act. And someone needs to do something about it.
- 41:15Speaker 9: Something needs to be done. It's completely illegal, completely illegitimate,
- 41:19Speaker 9: and completely unacceptable. And that's why the United States military
- 41:22Speaker 9: is guiding stranded commercial ships safely through the strait and
- 41:25Speaker 9: is working to restore freedom of navigation and putting an
- 41:28Speaker 9: end to these efforts to hold the global economy hostage.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Yeah, there's no international law. Look, insofar as I think
- 41:35Speaker 1: international law is a joke, international law is a joke.
- 41:38Speaker 1: It's really this idea that the United States is hemmed
- 41:42Speaker 1: in by international law. But so much, so long as
- 41:46Speaker 1: anybody's going to claim that international law means anything, well,
- 41:49Speaker 1: then if Iran can just lay mines down in the
- 41:53Speaker 1: strait and get away with it, then how in the
- 41:56Speaker 1: world can anybody pretend like international law is a real thing?
- 42:00Speaker 1: It's not. In fact, The entire United Nations and its
- 42:03Speaker 1: legitimacy is on the line on this basis. And Marco
- 42:06Speaker 1: Rubio said this yesterday. He goes, what is the UN for?
- 42:09Speaker 1: If they can't condemn Iran for laying mines in the Strait,
- 42:14Speaker 1: if they can't point out the obvious, they're useless. What
- 42:17Speaker 1: are we paying for? Cut for, watch this.
- 42:22Speaker 9: I think it's a real test for the UN, right?
- 42:25Speaker 9: As a function, as something that functions to, that can
- 42:27Speaker 9: solve global problems.
- 42:29Speaker 1: What is the purpose of the UN?
- 42:31Speaker 9: The UN was supposed to be a place where you
- 42:32Speaker 9: could peacefully resolve global conflict. Right now you have a
- 42:36Speaker 9: country who is unlawfully, criminally and illegally taking possession of
- 42:40Speaker 9: an international waterway and blowing up commercial vessels and putting
- 42:43Speaker 9: mines in the water. I don't know if people appreciate
- 42:46Speaker 9: like how outrageous this is, how unacceptable it is that
- 42:49Speaker 9: any country would fire and try to sink commercial vessels
- 42:53Speaker 9: or put mines in the water. Both of these things
- 42:55Speaker 9: are illegal. And so we're going to take it to
- 42:56Speaker 9: the UN and we're going to give it another chance
- 42:58Speaker 9: to be a forum in which we're not even asking
- 43:00Speaker 9: people to commit troops to the region and help blow
- 43:03Speaker 9: up their Iranian boats. All we're asking them to do
- 43:05Speaker 9: is to condemn it, to call on Iran to stop
- 43:07Speaker 9: blowing ships, to remove these mines, and to allow humanitarian
- 43:12Speaker 9: relief to come through because there's humanitarian aid that's trapped.
- 43:14Speaker 1: That's it.
- 43:15Speaker 9: This is a very modest request. And if you're telling
- 43:17Speaker 9: me that the international community and hundreds of countries cannot
- 43:21Speaker 9: rally behind that, then I don't know what the utility
- 43:24Speaker 9: of the UN system is, if it can't even solve
- 43:26Speaker 9: something as straightforward as that.
- 43:29Speaker 1: Why do we do that? Why do we do that?
- 43:31Speaker 1: We got them in New York. Why do we have...
- 43:32Speaker 1: Why do we pay for the UN? Like, what? You know,
- 43:38Speaker 1: by the way, in terms of international law, insofar as
- 43:40Speaker 1: it's useful, it's useful to assert our will on the planet.
- 43:45Speaker 1: That's why it's useful. Let's just be blunt about it.
- 43:48Speaker 1: That's why it's useful. We want open navigation of water
- 43:51Speaker 1: because it's good for us. We want free trade around
- 43:54Speaker 1: the planet because it's good for us. That's why... Insofar
- 43:57Speaker 1: as international law is useful, it's useful for our ends.
- 44:01Speaker 1: But beyond that, like this idea that like, you know,
- 44:03Speaker 1: the UN is constantly wagging its finger at the United States.
- 44:07Speaker 1: And then you're like, what? What about a condemnation for
- 44:09Speaker 1: Iran laying mines in the Strait of Hormuz? Can we
- 44:12Speaker 1: get the most basic thing out of you? It's amazing.
- 44:17Speaker 1: It's just amazing. All right. Let me move on to
- 44:22Speaker 1: some other big issues. Iran, of course, we'll keep our
- 44:24Speaker 1: eyes on. We've got a lot there. There was a
- 44:26Speaker 1: shooting outside of the White House. A man earlier this week,
- 44:30Speaker 1: we got two details on threats to the president and
- 44:33Speaker 1: the vice president of the United States to share with you. One,
- 44:36Speaker 1: Cole Allen, who is the suspect in the White House
- 44:39Speaker 1: Correspondents Dinner attack, he has now been charged officially. A
- 44:45Speaker 1: grand jury in D.C. just returned a four-count indictment against
- 44:49Speaker 1: him yesterday, according to the Justice Department. He's been slapped
- 44:52Speaker 1: with a bunch of things. including now, they've added a
- 44:57Speaker 1: fourth charge, the assault, assaulting an officer or an employee
- 45:00Speaker 1: of the United States with a deadly weapon. Remember, early on,
- 45:05Speaker 1: we didn't have this charge, which led a lot of
- 45:07Speaker 1: us to believe, well, wait a second, did that Secret
- 45:09Speaker 1: Service agent get hit with friendly fire? Even Todd Blanche,
- 45:12Speaker 1: the Attorney General, was kind of flirting with that as
- 45:14Speaker 1: a theory. Now the government's saying, no, there's no question
- 45:17Speaker 1: now that Secret Service agent was shot directly in the
- 45:19Speaker 1: chest by Cole Allen. So he gets that fourth charge
- 45:22Speaker 1: in addition to his attempt to assassinate the president of
- 45:26Speaker 1: the United States. So that's clearly, that's going to be
- 45:32Speaker 1: the life sentence if they pop him on that, if
- 45:35Speaker 1: they get the conviction on that. Also, we had a
- 45:39Speaker 1: man who shot at the Secret Service outside of the
- 45:41Speaker 1: White House on Monday. And last night, Janine Pirro, U.S.
- 45:47Speaker 1: Attorney Janine Pirro, talked to the press about this and
- 45:50Speaker 1: explained what this guy apparently said as they took him
- 45:55Speaker 1: into custody. Cut five, watch this.
- 45:57Speaker 10: Top law enforcement officials identifying the suspect in a National
- 46:01Speaker 10: Mall shootout that sent tourists and reporters running as 45-year-old
- 46:05Speaker 10: Michael Marks, who had a Texas driver's license.
- 46:08Speaker 1: DC U.S.
- 46:09Speaker 10: Attorney Jeanine Pirro sitting down exclusively with ABC News, officially
- 46:13Speaker 10: confirming the suspect's identity and saying that charges are imminent.
- 46:17Speaker 4: The complaint is being drawn right now. He is charged
- 46:20Speaker 4: and will be charged with an assault on a federal
- 46:23Speaker 4: officer and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Any sense of why he was in Washington? Is any
- 46:29Speaker 1: sense that this is politically motivated?
- 46:31Speaker 4: Well, one of the things that he said on the
- 46:33Speaker 4: way to the hospital was F the White House and
- 46:39Speaker 4: kill me, kill me, kill me three times.
- 46:41Speaker 1: But he was very clear, F the White House.
- 46:44Speaker 10: Law enforcement sources say investigators have executed search warrants on
- 46:47Speaker 10: his phone.
- 46:48Speaker 1: Yeah, so another suicidal maniac. This is another suicide attacker,
- 46:54Speaker 1: terrorist in the United States of America. He said, F
- 46:58Speaker 1: the White House. He opens fire on Secret Service. This
- 47:01Speaker 1: is just after J.D. Vance's motorcade went by. Another weak
- 47:05Speaker 1: and vicious-minded lunatic, clearly animated by the left. And, you know,
- 47:11Speaker 1: and of course, you know, even the media is just like,
- 47:15Speaker 1: Even if U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro says it on their air,
- 47:18Speaker 1: they just pretend like it's not a big trend and
- 47:20Speaker 1: not a big problem in the United States of America.
- 47:22Speaker 2: It is.
- 47:22Speaker 1: It's a huge problem. It's a huge problem. And we
- 47:26Speaker 1: need to address this. We have to get this under control.
- 47:30Speaker 1: We have to. We've got an assassination culture on the left,
- 47:33Speaker 1: and they keep opening fire on the people in our government.
- 47:36Speaker 1: This is an armed insurrection by these lunatics. And it's
- 47:40Speaker 1: time we start calling it that. So, again, more details
- 47:43Speaker 1: on that. I saw a lot of people claiming that
- 47:44Speaker 1: there weren't a lot of details released. Maybe that's the case.
- 47:47Speaker 1: I don't know. But those details were released by Jeanine Pirro.
- 47:50Speaker 1: I just think a lot of people haven't covered them.
- 47:52Speaker 1: You know, ABC, of course, had it on their air,
- 47:54Speaker 1: but there just hasn't been a ton of coverage of it.
- 47:55Speaker 1: So there you go with that. Also for you today,
- 48:02Speaker 1: there was a big debate last night in California about
- 48:07Speaker 1: for the gubernatorial race there. We're awaiting the jungle primary
- 48:13Speaker 1: in California. And if it concludes with two Republicans at
- 48:16Speaker 1: the top, there will be no Democrats on the general
- 48:19Speaker 1: election ballot. It's just going to be Republicans, which is
- 48:22Speaker 1: hysterical to me. I absolutely love it. And I hope
- 48:25Speaker 1: that is the outcome in California. Now, having said all that,
- 48:29Speaker 1: I want to start with, I want to talk to
- 48:31Speaker 1: you tonight or this morning, tonight, what's wrong with me?
- 48:34Speaker 1: This morning about crazy Katie Porter. Crazy Katie was up
- 48:39Speaker 1: on that stage yesterday. And earlier in the day, she
- 48:41Speaker 1: had released a campaign ad making light of the fact
- 48:46Speaker 1: that she's a psychopath and that she treats her staff
- 48:49Speaker 1: like utter crap. And it's probably worth flashing back first
- 48:53Speaker 1: to the video of her treating one of her staff
- 48:56Speaker 1: members like garbage for stepping into her, quote, shot during
- 49:02Speaker 1: an interview. She just walked into the background. You know,
- 49:05Speaker 1: she's like Raina here. Raina's Raina's just hanging out in
- 49:07Speaker 1: the background of my video. I'm not yelling at Raina.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Poor Raina. I would never yell at Raina. I can't
- 49:11Speaker 1: yell at Raina. Gotta treat her nice. But Katie Porter
- 49:15Speaker 1: treats her staffers way worse than you probably treat your dog.
- 49:20Speaker 1: And here is Katie Porter screaming at her staffer. And
- 49:25Speaker 1: that was released last year. Watch this.
- 49:27Speaker 2: Study recently this fall in September. And what it showed
- 49:31Speaker 2: is if we don't electrify our transportation sector, that we're
- 49:36Speaker 2: going to lose more than half a million Californians dying
- 49:40Speaker 2: prematurely to air pollution and other problems. And the state
- 49:43Speaker 2: could lose.
- 49:46Speaker 2: Get out of my fucking shot.
- 49:48Speaker 1: I wanted to tell you that that's actually incorrect.
- 49:50Speaker 8: It's not that it's electric vehicles.
- 49:52Speaker 5: It's that if we don't meet the commitments, I mean,
- 49:54Speaker 5: the Paris climate report.
- 49:56Speaker 7: Okay.
- 49:57Speaker 1: It does, okay.
- 49:58Speaker 2: You also were in my shot before that. Stay out
- 50:02Speaker 2: of my shot. Okay, I'm gonna start again.
- 50:06Speaker 1: By the way, I gotta say, every time I've seen
- 50:09Speaker 1: that video, isn't it hilarious that whoever censored the video
- 50:12Speaker 1: didn't actually censor the video? Like you heard the censor beeps,
- 50:17Speaker 1: but you hear her say, get out of my fucking
- 50:19Speaker 1: shot after the beeps go off. I don't even know.
- 50:24Speaker 1: Isn't that the craziest thing? Like, nothing went right in
- 50:28Speaker 1: that video. And she's screaming at her staffers. Yeah, she's
- 50:32Speaker 1: a nut job. Look at her. Look at her. Just watch.
- 50:35Speaker 2: Air pollution and other problems. And the state could lose.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Get out of my fucking shot.
- 50:42Speaker 6: Get out of my fucking shot.
- 50:44Speaker 10: Get out of my fucking shot.
- 50:47Speaker 4: Fucking shot.
- 50:50Speaker 2: I have the fitness, the temperament, and the best ideas
- 50:53Speaker 2: to be governor.
- 50:59Speaker 1: What a psycho. That lady dumped boiling mashed potatoes on
- 51:04Speaker 1: her ex-husband's head. What a psycho. What a complete psycho.
- 51:10Speaker 1: So basically, voters in California know she's a psychopath. So
- 51:15Speaker 1: she released a campaign ad yesterday that emphasizes the fact
- 51:19Speaker 1: that she knows that they know, but she's trying to
- 51:22Speaker 1: make light of all of this. So here's the new
- 51:24Speaker 1: campaign ad that crazy Katie Porter just released to try
- 51:28Speaker 1: and downplay her psychotic tendencies. Cut six. Watch this.
- 51:32Speaker 2: I'm Katie Porter, and I'm not like most people who
- 51:35Speaker 2: run for governor. I actually get what you're going through.
- 51:38Speaker 2: A single mom of three kids, I know what it's
- 51:40Speaker 2: like to push the shopping cart. My minivan has almost 200,000 miles.
- 51:45Speaker 2: I have a grown kid who may soon be living
- 51:48Speaker 2: on my couch. To give Californians what they need, it's
- 51:51Speaker 2: going to take standing up to Donald Trump, calling out
- 51:54Speaker 2: greedy corporations, and stepping on some toes along the way. Now,
- 51:59Speaker 2: could you guys please get out of my shot?
- 52:06Speaker 1: Oh, my God. If the point of that spot was
- 52:12Speaker 1: to make her more likable, mission failed. Mission failed. You
- 52:16Speaker 1: just look ridiculous. Oh, I know. It's so transparent. It's
- 52:21Speaker 1: so ridiculous. People watch that and they're like, this is
- 52:23Speaker 1: not making you more likable. This is just reminding me
- 52:26Speaker 1: of how awful you are. Can you guys please get
- 52:29Speaker 1: out of my shot? And you heard what happened. They
- 52:34Speaker 1: added a laugh track to the ad. Josh, is it
- 52:37Speaker 1: possible for you to queue up like the last five
- 52:39Speaker 1: seconds of that spot again? Can you do that for me?
- 52:42Speaker 1: Because in this right at the end when she says,
- 52:44Speaker 1: can you get out of my shot to all of
- 52:46Speaker 1: the actors she has standing behind her with all of
- 52:49Speaker 1: their delusional, radical statements written on it, like things like
- 52:52Speaker 1: abolish ICE. By the way, that's her campaign. She wants
- 52:55Speaker 1: to make California more chaotic. That's what she's promising. She, they,
- 52:59Speaker 1: they had, she's like, can you please get out of
- 53:01Speaker 1: my shot to the actors? And then they play a
- 53:03Speaker 1: laugh track again to make it appear like, oh, see,
- 53:07Speaker 1: I can joke about myself.
- 53:08Speaker 10: Watch.
- 53:09Speaker 2: It's going to take standing up to Donald Trump, calling
- 53:12Speaker 2: out greedy corporations and stepping on some toes along the way. Now,
- 53:16Speaker 2: could you guys please get out of my shot?
- 53:21Speaker 1: The laugh track, they added a laugh track. Now, I
- 53:24Speaker 1: don't know how else you would describe that other, I mean,
- 53:26Speaker 1: other than insane, but other than saying that she was
- 53:30Speaker 1: attempting to make light of it. She was attempting to
- 53:32Speaker 1: make light of this. So last night at the gubernatorial debate,
- 53:37Speaker 1: Caitlin Collins, the CNN moderator, says to Katie Porter, you
- 53:41Speaker 1: just released an ad attempting to make light of all
- 53:43Speaker 1: of this. And Katie Porter denies it. She straight up
- 53:48Speaker 1: lies immediately about what the ad attempted to do. Cut nine,
- 53:52Speaker 1: watch this.
- 53:54Speaker 8: That highlighted your opponent here, Congresswoman Katie Porter, threatening to
- 53:58Speaker 8: cut off an interview with a reporter. That came after
- 54:01Speaker 8: a video surfaced of her berating a member of her staff.
- 54:04Speaker 8: If a senior official in your government acted as she
- 54:08Speaker 8: did in those videos, would you fire them?
- 54:10Speaker 2: Yes.
- 54:12Speaker 8: And you've put out an ad of your own, now
- 54:14Speaker 8: making light of that interaction that you had with your staffer.
- 54:17Speaker 2: That's not correct, Caitlin.
- 54:18Speaker 1: Which you said you apologized for.
- 54:19Speaker 2: That is not correct. The ad is about showing Californians
- 54:23Speaker 2: what they've had a chance to see on this stage
- 54:27Speaker 2: tonight and in every other debate stage that we've had,
- 54:30Speaker 2: which is that I'm able to take responsibility, I'm able
- 54:34Speaker 2: to follow the rules, I'm able to say I'm sorry,
- 54:37Speaker 2: and I'm able to do better. Everybody in California had
- 54:40Speaker 2: a chance.
- 54:41Speaker 1: The Dan Bongino Show.
- 54:42Speaker 6: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 54:45Speaker 6: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 54:48Speaker 6: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 54:51Speaker 6: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 54:54Speaker 6: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 54:58Speaker 6: This is not a football game.
- 55:01Speaker 1: If you vote, we will win. It is not complicated.
- 55:04Speaker 1: The Dan Bongino Show. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
- 55:11Speaker 2: To see me on stage with that reporter in the
- 55:14Speaker 2: last debate and see exactly how I conducted myself. Californians
- 55:18Speaker 2: can decide for themselves about my temperament based on what
- 55:22Speaker 2: they've seen here tonight. And if these bullies, these boys
- 55:26Speaker 2: bullying and bickering hasn't been enough to raise questions about
- 55:30Speaker 2: their temperament, I would really challenge that. I have taken
- 55:35Speaker 2: responsibility at this point hundreds of times, and that's appropriate
- 55:39Speaker 2: because I made a bad decision and I treated someone badly.
- 55:44Speaker 2: I apologized five years ago for it, and we worked
- 55:47Speaker 2: together for four more years. What I haven't heard is
- 55:51Speaker 2: the people on this stage who have made other bad decisions.
- 55:55Speaker 1: And other mistakes and other failures. So Katie Porter straight
- 56:00Speaker 1: up denies what you and I could see with our
- 56:03Speaker 1: own eyes and hear with our own ears. which is
- 56:05Speaker 1: she explicitly tried to make light of the fact that
- 56:07Speaker 1: she's a nightmare. She's a nightmare. And then she just
- 56:09Speaker 1: lied about, that's not correct.
- 56:10Speaker 2: That's not correct.
- 56:11Speaker 7: Yes, it is.
- 56:13Speaker 2: Yes, it is.
- 56:15Speaker 1: You insufferable liar. By the way.
- 56:18Speaker 2: I have the temperament and the best ideas to be governor.
- 56:28Speaker 1: She's just choosing the wrong tact, by the way. Like
- 56:32Speaker 1: I'm not– I don't want to have to– it's too
- 56:34Speaker 1: late now for her to follow this advice. But if
- 56:36Speaker 1: she were to ask me, if I actually liked the woman,
- 56:38Speaker 1: if I was like, hey, I agree with your politics
- 56:40Speaker 1: so you get caught in this uncomfortable moment. The answer
- 56:42Speaker 1: to this is not to be like, I'm so sorry.
- 56:45Speaker 1: I shouldn't have done that. I want to apologize. Be like, yeah,
- 56:48Speaker 1: I can be tough. I just demand professionalism. And that's
- 56:51Speaker 1: exactly what I would do if I was governor of
- 56:53Speaker 1: California is demand professionalism. I want the very best at
- 56:57Speaker 1: all times. And I'm going to bring that to the
- 56:58Speaker 1: people of California. You know, give an answer like that
- 57:00Speaker 1: and just move on instead of this like mopey and fake,
- 57:03Speaker 1: by the way, totally fraudulent. Like, oh, oh, I apologize.
- 57:08Speaker 1: That's not who I am. And I want people to
- 57:10Speaker 1: know that I'm actually a cart-pushing, van-driving mom. You're so
- 57:14Speaker 1: full of crap. You are absolutely full of crap. You're
- 57:17Speaker 1: a tyrant. And people can see right through you. So
- 57:20Speaker 1: you're vile to other human beings, and you're a total fraud.
- 57:25Speaker 1: Yet these are multiple reasons why you should not be
- 57:28Speaker 1: the governor of California. In addition to your, and especially
- 57:32Speaker 1: because you've heard insane politics, especially because you've heard insane politics. Finally,
- 57:38Speaker 1: you know, last night, Katie Porter was called out because
- 57:42Speaker 1: she was, she was hectoring everybody else on stage. She's like,
- 57:45Speaker 1: everybody else is so rude up here. Everybody's so, so
- 57:48Speaker 1: mean to each other. And Chad Bianco, one of the
- 57:51Speaker 1: Republican candidates on stage, he called her out for it.
- 57:53Speaker 1: It was like, wait a second. You've been interrupting everybody.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Take a look. Here's crazy Katie. getting owned by your
- 58:00Speaker 1: own words.
- 58:01Speaker 2: I can't believe that on a stage with 30 minutes
- 58:06Speaker 2: of interrupting and bickering and name-calling and shouting and disrespect
- 58:13Speaker 2: for everyone up here who's stepping into public service that
- 58:16Speaker 2: anyone wants to talk about my temperament.
- 58:21Speaker 7: You were actually interrupting them too. I don't know why
- 58:24Speaker 7: you want to act like you weren't.
- 58:25Speaker 2: Oh, cowboy.
- 58:27Speaker 7: Steve and I sat here smiling at each other because
- 58:29Speaker 7: we're just watching you all prove to everyone why they
- 58:32Speaker 7: can't vote for a Democrat.
- 58:39Speaker 1: It's so good. What a great line from Chad Bianco.
- 58:45Speaker 1: Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco up on that stage, they said,
- 58:48Speaker 1: we just were smiling the whole time because this whole
- 58:51Speaker 1: debate has just proven why California should definitely not vote
- 58:53Speaker 1: for a Democrat. I love it. Man, pray for California.
- 58:58Speaker 1: Can you imagine if we could rescue California? Love California.
- 59:01Speaker 1: Beautiful state. Beautiful state. Let's bring it back to the
- 59:04Speaker 1: Reagan years, shall we?
- 59:06Speaker 4: All right.
