- 0:00I'm Alexandra. I am Lynn.
- 0:02I'm Rose. And this is Sid happens.
- 0:05We wanted to just give you a heads up.
- 0:07This podcast is all for fun and entertainment.
- 0:10We are sharing our own thoughts and stories, not professional
- 0:14advice. So relax, enjoy and don't take
- 0:17us too seriously. Let's get this started Welcome
- 0:20to Sid happens what's in your cup today?
- 0:23I'm. Having a water with a splash of.
- 0:27Juicy Juice I'm having some tea. It's energy kind of natural
- 0:33drink. But should I say the name?
- 0:35Let's get sponsored, right? I was telling my friend Z she
- 0:40introduced me to her friend who sells Arvon products and this is
- 0:45like my go to the physics are energy drinks that are.
- 0:49Natural. But all I know that it has is
- 0:52Jensen tea and I like it. It tastes good and it give this
- 0:55a little bit of boost. I am having apple mango with
- 0:59water y'all? Do you do the same thing the
- 1:02water with a splash of juice of juice?
- 1:03That is like so new to me. I just have juice.
- 1:06Yeah, so today we're talking about actually travelling with
- 1:10kids, right? Toddlers, teenagers and all the
- 1:13things. And I know you're Rosie, you
- 1:15just came back from your trip, so maybe you can share with us
- 1:17some of your tips or things that happen.
- 1:20Challenges, tips and challenges with travelling with little.
- 1:25With little one. I can't remember a lot of tips,
- 1:29but let me see. I think we talked about new
- 1:32toys, right? So in the past, I've made the
- 1:35mistake of taking the same toys that we've taken in the past and
- 1:39they work, but the new ones, like something brand new worked.
- 1:43Like I got some, it was Valentine's Day, like right
- 1:45after Christmas. They already had Valentine's Day
- 1:47stuff like the next day. Absolutely waited.
- 1:50No, over there. It was like right after
- 1:52Christmas. We went to the store on the 26th
- 1:55and Valentine's was splashed all over and I got those little
- 1:58sticky things that you put in the windows.
- 2:00Oh yeah. That's.
- 2:01Cool. So he absolutely loved that.
- 2:03He also loved this little motorcycle thing that you stick
- 2:08something in and then you click it and then just bounces off.
- 2:11That was a challenge in the plane.
- 2:14So that was pretty much it as far as like those types of tips.
- 2:17I had a lot of snacks because he is a very aware about going up
- 2:22and how your ears popped. So he was drinking water and
- 2:25eating. So that was very helpful.
- 2:27The sleep routine went out the window.
- 2:30That was a challenge and I don't remember just kind of wrangling
- 2:35him all over. We talked about the car seat.
- 2:37I carried the car seat. Oh yes, so Rosie just came back
- 2:41from Puerto Rico. Y'all from vacation.
- 2:43OK, we both have toddlers and the whole car seat was more of
- 2:47fears I guess we encounter now that we're Mamas.
- 2:52And for you it was the car seat and you want to tell the
- 2:55audience why the reason behind it?
- 2:57I haven't even confronted the issue.
- 3:00It's fear by proxy. One of my best friends flew from
- 3:04Puerto Rico to Vegas, so I know there had to be a layover
- 3:07somewhere. And when she arrived at Vegas,
- 3:10they had lost her car seats. So she told me like, never, ever
- 3:14check your car seat. This can happen because in her
- 3:18case, her husband rented the car, went and bought a car seat
- 3:21and then came back. And you know, that's already
- 3:24missed time from your vacation. So that was my PTSD, not even
- 3:27mine. So instead I bought a little
- 3:31Dolly where we carry the car seat because if we go into the
- 3:34other story, we already carry the car seat once, right on the
- 3:38trip to Dallas, right? Our heavy, heavy car seat,
- 3:41because it's a rotating car seat.
- 3:43The Long story short is we had a direct flight.
- 3:46It got changed to layover. So that man carried it from
- 3:50Tampa to Chicago, Chicago to Dallas, then back Dallas to no.
- 3:57That's a lot. The bag was broken.
- 4:00And it's heavy. Yeah, he just, he started
- 4:02dragging it at some point because it was so heavy.
- 4:05So then this time my solution was let's get a Dolly, let's
- 4:10make it easier. And it was easier.
- 4:12But we're still lugging this big old car seat.
- 4:15And just before our flight from San Juan to Orlando, she was
- 4:20like, let me check in your car. See, I'm like, no.
- 4:22They're like, don't touch it. I'm I'm taking this with me.
- 4:25So did you bring it in the plane or did you check it at the gate?
- 4:29Yeah, at the gate, OK. As you're entering the plane
- 4:32some. Credit still a yes because that
- 4:36thing is heavy. But Alex, yes, just told me that
- 4:39that was unnecessary. Yes, because I've shared that
- 4:43you can rent your car and you can rent the car seat as well.
- 4:46So if ever that happens, you have those options.
- 4:49And if they lose your car seat, you can file a claim and you'll
- 4:52get another one. Just keep your receipt and you
- 4:55know they'll issue that. So that hopefully that helped
- 4:58your fear of carrying your car seat.
- 5:00And please check it, it's heavy, don't don't drag it.
- 5:03It's not necessary. I even haven't really thought
- 5:06about renting it from the car rental place because I always
- 5:10have somebody, some friend on the other side that's picking us
- 5:14up that has kids around the same age that can let me borrow their
- 5:18car seats. So that's all that has always
- 5:21been an option. But yes, 100% when you rent a
- 5:24car, you can rent car seats at any age group.
- 5:28It's a car seat. It's a booster seat, right?
- 5:31You can do like the GPS, anything that is for the car you
- 5:35can get the major car rental. When I went to Texas, the nice
- 5:39thing about it is my friend that picked us up, she had extra car
- 5:42seats. So that's it was so nice not to
- 5:45worry about it like a stroller car seat.
- 5:47We did take our umbrella stroller for Oliver, which was
- 5:52helpful because you just never know.
- 5:54They're toddlers. They decide I don't want to walk
- 5:56or they want to be on you. But not having to carry the
- 5:58stroller and I'm sorry, the car seat even from the car to the
- 6:02airport like to get it checked. It was amazing.
- 6:05So yeah, you know, imagine don't do that lessons.
- 6:08Learned mistakes were made and lessons have been learned.
- 6:12But I didn't know about the rental.
- 6:14My husband took care of the rental.
- 6:16I guess like he overlooked it. Now we know.
- 6:19I want to make a comment so I know we're recording but we are
- 6:23also live on our sip. Happens in TikTok and my friend
- 6:27Zaida says that when he's bigger my son is 3.
- 6:31When he's bigger, we can use the bubble gum car seat that she
- 6:34used with her young when he was four or five.
- 6:37ZI, don't you know if you remember, but you gifted that to
- 6:40me. So I do have that squared away.
- 6:42And that's another. It's like really compact.
- 6:44And I was going to say please. Tell us, what is a bubble gum
- 6:47car seat? Yeah, because I don't know what
- 6:49that is. I don't remember but I.
- 6:52Do think you? Go up.
- 6:53It's really compact. It's like a little pouch.
- 6:55But she didn't mention that he was too small because I went to
- 6:57visit Zaida when he was Was he even 2?
- 7:00I think it was before he was two.
- 7:02He was probably a year and a half.
- 7:03It's unenflivable. That sounds like work though.
- 7:06Like you blow it in the plane and then you suck the air out to
- 7:10smash it. Like how does it?
- 7:11Work. I don't know.
- 7:12OK. We'll Google this later, but
- 7:14it's a. Little tiny pouch compared to
- 7:16this whole big old car seat. I think my whole thing is the
- 7:20cars don't bring it, check it, it's happy anyway.
- 7:24Just check it in. Don't even don't even just get
- 7:28the stroller. Yes, that's the only thing I
- 7:29would get, like the stroller and squish everything.
- 7:32Yes, like the carry on the backpack, the diaper bags, and
- 7:36the even if it doesn't sit on it, you can put your bags in the
- 7:39stroller. I'm over here thinking about
- 7:41something else. We need to hang out with you and
- 7:42Omari in the stroller because Thiago does not want the
- 7:45stroller. I keep using the Tush Baby and I
- 7:48didn't want to carry it on this train and I regretted it.
- 7:51He doesn't want to walk, he doesn't want the stroller if he
- 7:53wants to be carried. Wow.
- 7:55So that's Oliver, but honestly, whenever Omar is in the
- 7:59stroller, I strap him in like, mommy still has to let you go
- 8:03and the crying and I don't want to be.
- 8:05I'm like, we're not there yet, let's look for the plane.
- 8:07My bags would be heavier than the kids so I would love to put
- 8:11everything. What are you running in your
- 8:13bag? You know, the water bottles, the
- 8:16formula, because I wasn't breastfeeding, the toys I had
- 8:21to, you know, like you have two kids under 3-4 years old.
- 8:25They had almost a three-year age gap.
- 8:28So I did have diapers, I had change of clothes, I had snacks,
- 8:32I had toys, I had everything. But it was easier for me to keep
- 8:37Chloe out of the stroller and just put all the bags and the
- 8:41carry ONS into there and just hold Chloe.
- 8:44And Llama was for the most part pretty good walking on the
- 8:48stroll. I was traveling with both kids
- 8:50by myself. Oh my goodness.
- 8:51To Germany. I can't.
- 8:53I don't know how you do that because that that's right here.
- 8:56It's already giving me anxiety. So it was, yeah, a lot.
- 9:00I don't know how I was 15 years younger almost.
- 9:02One of the things we've learned, hubby and I, because we like
- 9:05with the carry on and we're trying to carry all those
- 9:07things. We, we check a bag, right?
- 9:10We call it the family bag. We check a bag, he gets a
- 9:13backpack and we have a carry on like the rolling thing or Mario
- 9:18actually sat on it because he thought it was fun and cool.
- 9:20I looked it up because I know they do have some those are
- 9:23expensive. He sat on that.
- 9:24That kind of helped. Oliver was in the stroller
- 9:27because we always like to get a drink, you know, coffee.
- 9:29We need something. So we were strapped one time
- 9:34where we we had no hands to hold the coffee because everything
- 9:39was a bag or a kit and we're like never again.
- 9:42I know we get 2 carry on. We each get one if that makes
- 9:45sense. So that whole hands are free so
- 9:47that we can hold Omaris hand or Olivers hand while the other one
- 9:51is pushing something. So we try to limit our amount of
- 9:55backpack and carry ONS because yes, it can get heavy.
- 9:58And again, those are precious kids here, precious cargo.
- 10:01So we want to make sure that if someone takes off running, we
- 10:04can actually catch them and not dropping something.
- 10:08So we have to be wary of that like especially with our
- 10:11surrounding just making sure because the backs of
- 10:13distractions just for me. So that that would be one of my
- 10:16tidbits that we or first travel versus now it's been very
- 10:21fraying. If we can just do the backpack,
- 10:24which I would usually have my strap on purse thing.
- 10:27So a backpack, my satchel that has all the passports and stuff.
- 10:30If we're travelling ticket that's reachable.
- 10:33And then the stroller, that's where I put everything or if
- 10:36Oliver's in it. And then we just kind of use
- 10:38that. However, I forgot the stupid
- 10:41little cup holder thing for my coffee in the stroller.
- 10:45I was not happy. So the stroller had to carry the
- 10:48coffee and I had to hook up with her.
- 10:49But you know, we made it work. Keep your hands.
- 10:52Free. Hands free.
- 10:53That's important, yeah. As can we talk for a second for
- 10:56like a tire? Oh yes.
- 10:59When you are traveling. Yes, go ahead.
- 11:02So one of the things that I learned many years ago when the
- 11:06kids were small is when you travel and it may look like kind
- 11:11of tacky or kind of corny, maybe wearing the same clothes as your
- 11:17kids. But somebody explained it to me
- 11:19in a social media post. It's not because you, you know,
- 11:22want to make a statement that you are so cool as a family, but
- 11:26it's more about the practicalities.
- 11:29If one of those kids get lost and you have to describe what
- 11:33they're wearing, if you're already wearing the same outfit
- 11:36as a dad or as a mom, then you can be like, they're wearing
- 11:40these pants, this T-shirt, because I don't know if it's
- 11:43ever happened to you. Somebody asks you what your kid
- 11:46is wearing today, and you are in a stressful situation at the
- 11:49mall. You blank.
- 11:51You don't know remember anymore what your kid was wearing, what
- 11:55shirts you put on because it was so trivial at that moment.
- 11:58But if you made the purpose of wearing the same clothes, the
- 12:02same pants, the same, you know, T-shirt, that says, you know,
- 12:06vacation 2020. 6 I know I was definitely that person that
- 12:10thought that was corny. Like the whole matching the
- 12:13family matches and they have custom T-shirts or the bright
- 12:17neon or the yellow. And I'm like, why are you
- 12:19standing out and being too loud? But now you have kids.
- 12:22And as you're saying that, I get it.
- 12:24I get it. It's it's good for those
- 12:25situations because you're right in moment of panic, all of a
- 12:28sudden you forget where they've been wearing shoes.
- 12:30I don't know. I.
- 12:31Don't know how tall are they I. Don't know this tall.
- 12:35You make hand gestures. Hey, looks like what I call it.
- 12:38I don't know when you're panic, you're like you're there are
- 12:41certain things that you just don't remember.
- 12:43Like I remember as as a nurse, you get so many situations that
- 12:47you're getting prepared for emergency situations, right?
- 12:51Like when I just gave birth, I know that sometimes there's some
- 12:55amniotic fluid left in the lungs and they can, you know, babies
- 12:58can turn a little blue right after they're born, a day after
- 13:03still, and you just have to pat slightly on their back to get
- 13:07those amniotic fluid out. I knew all that that happens
- 13:11with Lana and I was. Pushing out the tonic.
- 13:14Button like 5 times to get a, a midwife in the in the room and
- 13:20she's like Lynn, you know what you do?
- 13:22I'm not I don't she's blue. She's she can't breathe and
- 13:26she's like, she just tipped her a little bit and tapped on her
- 13:29back and then she kind of coughed it up and she was fine.
- 13:33But in that moment, sometimes your knowledge is gone.
- 13:36And I think when we are in panic situations like this, the
- 13:40easiest memories we should have are just out that door.
- 13:44And the nice thing is like we have access to our phones,
- 13:46right? Let's make sure we have the
- 13:48storage, yes, not look at anybody.
- 13:50Here. Let's make sure we clear our
- 13:52phones so we take pictures kind of tied to the whole car seat
- 13:56situation or kids. Let's take the pictures so that
- 14:00we can easily access and be like I have.
- 14:04Yeah, something that can trigger my my memories.
- 14:06But yeah, yeah, that's a good tip.
- 14:08I love that tip because I thought it was.
- 14:10I thought the same thing like, oh, my God, the attention with
- 14:13these matching clothes. But I also would visualize it
- 14:16for an event like they're going to Disney, they're going to a
- 14:19cruise. I didn't think about it in the
- 14:21airport. Yeah.
- 14:22So that's something that I'll keep in mind for my next trip
- 14:24because I have no idea what we, any of us were wearing.
- 14:27And we flew in on Sunday. What?
- 14:29Yeah, pictures, Memories. Yes.
- 14:32Definitely. I think this ties to my trip
- 14:35with I've told you guys before, but like mom anxiety and alerts
- 14:39and all those things right. So I'm literally sitting would
- 14:42literally just passed CSA and we found the gate right And we're
- 14:47sitting down. I see this older gentleman
- 14:50approaching us. I immediately turn away because
- 14:53that's what I do. I can see you 5 miles away
- 14:55trying to have a conversation or about to say something to my
- 14:59kid. And as a mom, I can filter,
- 15:01right? My husband's there and he's the
- 15:03he's the social, he's the social one.
- 15:06Thank you. And this older gentleman looks
- 15:09like a grandpa approached us and I can hear the conversation
- 15:12because we're not that far from each other.
- 15:14I'm sitting down holding Oliver and he said, hey, I saw you guys
- 15:19like your kids are beautiful. I have this ball.
- 15:21It's a blue squishy ball with a :) on it.
- 15:24He's like, hey, you know, I just wanted to give this to you guys.
- 15:27I promised that it's clean. And then he walks away and my
- 15:31husband grabs this. I watched him reach his hand and
- 15:34grab this ball and my. And I like when I tell you I
- 15:37feel like, you know, those scary movies when the head turns and
- 15:41it just turns. I'm sure that's how I looked.
- 15:44And I look at him and I'm like, because he watched it, it must
- 15:48be true. And he's just looking at me
- 15:50like, what do you mean? And I'm like, we do not take
- 15:52both from strangers and not for my kids, you know?
- 15:56And my like, when I tell you, my panic inside all of that was
- 15:59like awareness was so on. And he was just he's like so
- 16:04receptive of it. Like it's just he could have a
- 16:07grandpa or somebody that just saw the kids and wanted to do
- 16:10something nice. And in this world, this Mama is
- 16:12like, no, no, no, no. Well, that that just means we
- 16:16are target. There are other people's ear
- 16:18like with kids, why are you coming to us?
- 16:20Why didn't you go to the kids in the back?
- 16:22Now I'm looking around and I'm like, he's probably going to
- 16:24report like, oh, it's the family with the blue balls.
- 16:26And that's how people get kidnapped.
- 16:27So anyway. This is like.
- 16:30What happens when I travel and people try to be nice, but I
- 16:34blame, I blame the era that we're on?
- 16:36I agree like when you share that story and maybe for me is red
- 16:40flag and if I was in your situation I would be the same
- 16:43way like I'm not facing you but like my antenna just went like
- 16:46what did she just grab it? Because my husband would do the
- 16:49same. My husband is very naive.
- 16:51He's very nice and he wouldn't think twice about it.
- 16:55But. Lynn and I, I don't know about
- 16:57you as I think you don't, but Lynn and I are true crime is
- 17:00due. My anxiety is through the roof,
- 17:03but more so now that I became a monk.
- 17:06In the past, I don't know, I didn't think so much like I can
- 17:09handle myself, but now it's like it's not myself.
- 17:11I'm taking care of this little person and like you say, like
- 17:14there's so many things that go on.
- 17:16Like I would think like like you mentioned, like what if there's
- 17:19substance in that? You watch movies, right?
- 17:23Like those chemicals? Released and stuff.
- 17:25You just, Yeah. Just saying.
- 17:27And then just happened that all over again.
- 17:30I'm kidding. You.
- 17:33Know it is. It is crazy to think that way,
- 17:35but things like that do happen and you get your fear from you
- 17:41know, it's not like it's not based on anything to hear about
- 17:45things like that all the time. I don't.
- 17:46Want to be a headline? You don't want to be headline
- 17:49and you know I've been the person that has been.
- 17:53You've been on the other side. I was at a doctor's office,
- 17:56right? And there was this maybe 3 year,
- 18:002-3 year old kid and she couldn't sit still.
- 18:03She was just sitting there and then fidgeting with her hands.
- 18:06And I like to buy toys or anything that is on sale.
- 18:11And I had it in the back of my car.
- 18:13And I was like thinking, well, you know, if she had something
- 18:17to play with instead of fidgeting with her hands and
- 18:20sitting in her chair and just wiggling around, maybe, you
- 18:23know, Mom will have an easier time too.
- 18:25So I approached mom and I said that I had a stuffed new stuffed
- 18:29animal in the back of my car and if I was allowed to gift it to
- 18:32her so she'd have something to play with.
- 18:35And she accepted it, was grateful for it, went to stepped
- 18:39outside, got the toy, went back in and gave it to mom so she
- 18:43could give it to her daughter. So I was the odd freak that came
- 18:48and gifted a stranger a toy that could have been poisoned.
- 18:53But we know you, you know, So if you did that to my kid, like, I
- 18:57feel like the layer of trust or that kindness I would have, I
- 19:03think I could have received it. But on the other side of it, if
- 19:05I flip it, I'm like, yeah, I'm with my daughter.
- 19:09You're a stranger at this dental place, and you have toys in your
- 19:13car. It doesn't matter if they're
- 19:14clean or not. Ma'am.
- 19:16No. It is crazy yes, I get, but you
- 19:19know, I do have to admit like like the the the seeking of
- 19:23thrill since I've been a mother has been gone as well because I
- 19:28used to love scary movies watch them.
- 19:31I don't seek them. The only scary watch is true
- 19:33crime, which is weird, but. Which is probably.
- 19:37Worse and going back to track with kids and the tips and
- 19:42tricks and do's and don'ts. And I think one of the story you
- 19:45shared was when you were in the plane with Tag when he was
- 19:48younger and this family behind. Yes, so while we were talking
- 19:52about that, right, the red flag kicked in when you talked about
- 19:55the old man, older man, old gentleman giving your.
- 19:58Kids, the blue ball. And then Lynn shared about how
- 20:01she offered that. So I was like, oh, it's
- 20:03perspective. Because when I flew with the
- 20:06aisle, I think he was like a year and a half and I was
- 20:09struggling. Because by this time, he's
- 20:10already taking steps and he no longer just wants to sit there
- 20:14and look through the window, right?
- 20:15He wants to walk up and down the aisle.
- 20:17So he's losing it. He's crying.
- 20:18I'm trying to get him contained because we are about to taxi and
- 20:22we're just going to leave. So behind me, about two rows
- 20:25behind me was this lady that came up to me with some toys.
- 20:30I can't remember. I told you what it had like the
- 20:32squishy ball. And I think actually now that I
- 20:35think about it, she gave me a little plastic.
- 20:37I think it was play DoH and she's like, here, I've been
- 20:40there, you're doing a great job. And it was such a relief because
- 20:44as soon as he saw that that was different, he immediately calmed
- 20:47down, started playing with it. And I trusted her because she's
- 20:50sitting behind me with four. Kids, she knows.
- 20:53Knows that she's not going to be a crazy psychopath, right?
- 20:57Like a creep with, you know, or toys in their trunk.
- 21:01Is it a van? Is it an SUV?
- 21:03What kind of car do you have? These are all the questions that
- 21:06I'm going through. It's all about perspective
- 21:09because yes, a mom like that we see with four kids, you
- 21:12understand you automatically. I think your your guards are
- 21:16down a little bit. You're more on that receiving
- 21:18end. But yes, this old man gives me
- 21:19the cream. OK, I'm sorry, or grandpa or
- 21:22whatnot, but or. If you have good intentions,
- 21:25it's just the world. Like you said, it's sad that we
- 21:27live in a world where we have those thoughts, right?
- 21:29But my guard was done because and my thoughts, the first thing
- 21:32that came to I was like, she has experience.
- 21:34I'm such a newbie. I should know she's she got
- 21:39that. But yes, I think traveling
- 21:40definitely the toys, the snacks or a big thing too.
- 21:44Now to lens point pictures, matching outfits.
- 21:48I didn't know that was going to make it to my list, but I'm
- 21:50adding it. That's a good call out.
- 21:53Anything else you think that we've learned along the way that
- 21:57we maybe can share with new moms or moms that are seeking like
- 22:012026 is a new year, so I'm sure there's a lot of people
- 22:04traveling and stuff. So you can bring water in, you
- 22:07go through customs and security. I think I was very confused
- 22:12about that when the kids were small and when they were still
- 22:17on formula. My kids were on formula.
- 22:19I couldn't breastfeed, so I had to make sure that I had hot
- 22:22water. They will test the water, but
- 22:24you can't bring water in through and as an adult if you don't,
- 22:30you can't bring water. But you can't in bring in frozen
- 22:33water did. You guys know that I did learn
- 22:35that. Yes, did not know.
- 22:36That so normally you would have to dump your water bottle sort
- 22:39of thing out before you go through security.
- 22:42But if you take a water bottle and freeze it and it's in a
- 22:46frozen state and you go through security with it, they will let
- 22:50you go through with a you don't have to buy airport.
- 22:55Because we all know that's very expensive.
- 22:57Or. You go to Starbucks and get you
- 22:58some water. They have the water.
- 23:00Yeah, they have water too. So you need hot water.
- 23:03Yes, that's what I did. They will give you hot water as.
- 23:05Well then yeah, in case for free.
- 23:07Yes, I did not know this. Starbucks is very nice with the
- 23:12water. You too.
- 23:13Yes, well, we do. When the kids were younger, they
- 23:16loved oatmeal. We just bought those old no
- 23:19pots. That's a good idea, kids.
- 23:21Were wanting to snack and eat at the airport, I would just ask
- 23:25for a little bit of hot water at Starbucks for my formula
- 23:29infiltration Marks and I would get that, pour that over my
- 23:32oatmeals and feed the kids. That's a great idea.
- 23:35Something to eat that is not like $20.
- 23:38I know just because we're traveling for today, another
- 23:41thing that came into mind was reminding you you can bring the
- 23:46diaper bag. You did tell me that because I
- 23:48didn't think about that. I thought he was three.
- 23:49I can't do a diaper bag. He doesn't wear diapers anymore.
- 23:52No, it's still a diaper bag and you can bring it and you can
- 23:55still bring water, you know, up to a certain age.
- 23:57I'm not sure what the if teenagers I'm not sure cut out
- 24:01age is but I do know with more he's 4 when we travel travel
- 24:06with bottles and snacks like applesauce as they love it and
- 24:10stuff like that and the diaper bag helps a lot because it can
- 24:13carry a lot of things I had to and you always want to have
- 24:17backup clothes right So you close the diaper what else?
- 24:22Changing sheet like a blanket or something because even taking
- 24:26them to the bathroom and changing sometimes the changing
- 24:28table and it's cold. So yeah.
- 24:31And it's gross. Yes, I have ring wipes.
- 24:35I have. Wipes, I've travelled with some
- 24:37like individual sanitizing wipes that I really like.
- 24:40I want to say that the brand is cleansed like with AZI.
- 24:44Wanted to share that with you guys because I love them.
- 24:47I typically have like the little bottles, right?
- 24:49But it was so convenient to just open it and just clean up.
- 24:52And they were much more moist than the ones that they used to
- 24:54give us at the air. So that is another hack that I
- 24:57like because we're in flu season.
- 25:00I was stressing about flu season because my son touches
- 25:03everything and then puts his hand in his mouth.
- 25:06So we were sanitizing a lot and I wanted it to be convenient.
- 25:09I like that. Now we want to hear from you.
