- 0:34SPEAKER_02: Well, hey, Steve and Jeff Show band.
- 0:36SPEAKER_02: Thanks for stinging us into the show.
- 0:38SPEAKER_02: Jeff, great to be back in the studio tonight.
- 0:40SPEAKER_02: You know, I've been still doing a lot of traveling here these days.
- 0:43SPEAKER_02: I just got back.
- 0:44SPEAKER_02: I was in Kentucky and went there to see, you know, Teresa's originally from Kentucky, went there to see her family.
- 0:50SPEAKER_02: We flew into Mohammed Ali Airport.
- 0:53SPEAKER_02: Now, of course, Mohammed Ali was the great heavyweight champ, but you know, to my knowledge, he was never a cowboy actor that I'm aware of.
- 1:00SPEAKER_03: No, people actually don't know this, but he was actually a jockey.
- 1:04SPEAKER_03: Oh, you know, he was in, I think, the 87th Kentucky Derby or whatever and finished.
- 1:10SPEAKER_02: That must have been some horse.
- 1:12SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 1:12SPEAKER_02: But but I digress.
- 1:13SPEAKER_02: Thinking about the trip to Kentucky, and we visited Teresa's parents, and they are just I can't believe what great shape they're in.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: I mean, they're 90-year-olds like my mom, but they don't have a new baby like my mom does.
- 1:26SPEAKER_02: But, you know, in spite of that, they're in great shape.
- 1:28SPEAKER_02: They're not in that good a shape.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: You know, they're in great shape.
- 1:31SPEAKER_02: And you know, even better, even better than that, they're really happy.
- 1:35SPEAKER_02: I mean, they're they've been married you know forever, and they're they're very happy, you know.
- 1:39SPEAKER_02: So I I was hanging with their dad a little bit, and so I thought, you know, I'd I'd ask him, uh, you know, what's the secret to having a long and happy marriage?
- 1:47SPEAKER_03: I think I would have asked my mom that, except she's gone, and you know, my dad's in Jolet.
- 1:52SPEAKER_03: I guess he I think his secret would be probably more just you know get incarcerated, and then you can stay married almost indefinitely.
- 1:59SPEAKER_03: So yeah, you're kind of capped off, you know.
- 2:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but but I but you know, I'm married, you know, Kathy and I are married, and I'd love to know the secret.
- 2:07SPEAKER_02: Well, Jeff, I'm gonna share it with you, and I'm gonna share with let's face it, Jeff, the millions that listen to this show, the millions out there can benefit from this good advice, from this real life experience that he has had.
- 2:19SPEAKER_02: No, we're hanging out here.
- 2:20SPEAKER_02: He says, Let me tell you a story.
- 2:22SPEAKER_02: Story happened 75 years ago.
- 2:25SPEAKER_02: He says they were on a trip and they were horseback riding, you know, just them, just Teresa's mom and dad.
- 2:33SPEAKER_02: And suddenly, for no reason, this horse, the horse their mom was riding, just goes crazy and throws her to the ground.
- 2:42SPEAKER_02: So mom doesn't get mad, she gets up, dust herself off, just turns to the horse, you know, kind of facing the horse face, you know, and said, That's one.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: So and then gets back on the horse, you know.
- 2:56SPEAKER_02: So they keep riding, and you know, wouldn't you know?
- 2:59SPEAKER_02: A little while later down the trail, the horse throws her off again.
- 3:03SPEAKER_02: Same thing.
- 3:04SPEAKER_02: She gets up, dusts off, doesn't get mad, looks at the horse and says, That's two.
- 3:10SPEAKER_02: Gets back on the riding, wouldn't you know it?
- 3:13SPEAKER_02: The horse throws her again.
- 3:14SPEAKER_02: Third time, she gets up, this time she doesn't say anything.
- 3:19SPEAKER_02: My father-in-law likes to have a sh likes to carry a shotgun with him because he, you know, he he bird hunts and he'll bird hunt, you know, wherever he is.
- 3:26SPEAKER_02: He drives in the car, the airport through him.
- 3:30SPEAKER_02: They they didn't like that so much, but you know, a lot of the other places will take it.
- 3:33SPEAKER_02: So he had this shotgun.
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: So she grabs this shotgun and shoots the horse right in the face.
- 3:40SPEAKER_02: You know, like Christy Gnome style.
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: I mean a horse a horse isn't a dog, but it's the same general process, I think.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: Sure, sure.
- 3:48SPEAKER_02: Without the makeup.
- 3:49SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah, without yeah, and and Theresa's mom has not had anywhere near the plastic surgery that Christy Gnome has had.
- 3:57SPEAKER_02: But so her dad was saying, you know, he was just shocked when this one he starts yelling at her, saying, You you know, you can't shoot that horse.
- 4:06SPEAKER_02: That horse is a rental.
- 4:07SPEAKER_02: I mean, you can't shoot it.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: You're acting crazy.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: And she just didn't get mad.
- 4:14SPEAKER_02: Still had the shotgun, though.
- 4:15SPEAKER_02: She smiled at him and said, That's one.
- 4:18SPEAKER_02: He said, You know, we've been good ever since.
- 4:20SPEAKER_03: You know what?
- 4:21SPEAKER_03: That sounds strangely like my marriage already.
- 4:24SPEAKER_03: Maybe we should be working for our king, and especially since it sounds like he needs help with secrets, and he needs help in his marriages.
- 4:33SPEAKER_03: Although he's yeah, I guess he doesn't shoot the women that he was married to.
- 4:39SPEAKER_03: Not all of them.
- 4:40SPEAKER_03: Secrets are a tough thing, especially for the government.
- 4:43SPEAKER_02: You know, in fact, I understand Teresa's mom, still great shape, still very active.
- 4:47SPEAKER_02: She's gonna go to work for Mark Wayne Mullen.
- 4:50SPEAKER_02: And I her new job, the way I understand it, she's gonna decide which court orders they o intend to obey.
- 4:56SPEAKER_02: So that's a pretty important job, you know.
- 4:58SPEAKER_02: Full time full-time job.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: They used to require you to be on the Supreme Court to do that.
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: I actually have kind of a dilemma now, too, speaking of secrets.
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: You know, I told you this whole secret of the marriage, but there's another secret that I found out recently too, and I I'd like to share it with you and with the millions, let's face it.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: I know we're in the show and it's kind of a a neck tackle of the show that we had planned here, but I don't know, it's a pretty important secret, and I don't know.
- 5:27SPEAKER_03: Well, Steve, your secret is safe with me, as I said, I I think it it's that you're gay or or that I'm gay.
- 5:33SPEAKER_03: Wait, one of us is might be gay.
- 5:35SPEAKER_03: Is that the secret?
- 5:36SPEAKER_02: No, no, it's not that that interesting, but uh you know, it's more some information that no one knows about.
- 5:44SPEAKER_02: But this information is going to affect the whole world really, really soon, and maybe as soon as Friday, or the Friday after that.
- 5:51SPEAKER_02: You know, it depends on how fast they can buy enough shares.
- 5:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you know, you know what I mean?
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: So it might be a Friday or two.
- 5:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 5:56SPEAKER_03: Well, uh let me let me take a guess.
- 5:58SPEAKER_03: I love these games, you know, where you oh yeah, yeah.
- 6:00SPEAKER_03: Well, you make it a game show.
- 6:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah, is it about Iran?
- 6:03SPEAKER_03: Is it good news?
- 6:04SPEAKER_03: Is it does it have something to do with the straight?
- 6:06SPEAKER_03: Because I'm thinking that that's you know, probably am I on the right track here?
- 6:11SPEAKER_03: Oh, it's better than that.
- 6:12SPEAKER_03: Okay, well, let me think.
- 6:14SPEAKER_03: It can't be that all the Iranian people have been liberated.
- 6:18SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna have to give that one a no.
- 6:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 6:21SPEAKER_03: God, I don't know.
- 6:22SPEAKER_03: Um give me one more guess.
- 6:25SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 6:25SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 6:26SPEAKER_03: Do does it have to do with oil?
- 6:27SPEAKER_03: It seems like a lot of those secrets have to do with oil.
- 6:30SPEAKER_03: Maybe we own all the oil in the world, and maybe that'll bring gas down to zero dollars per gallon.
- 6:37SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's gonna be better than zero.
- 6:38SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be down six hundred percent soon.
- 6:41SPEAKER_02: The oil companies will pay you five dollars for every one dollar of gas you buy.
- 6:46SPEAKER_02: But why?
- 6:48SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 6:49SPEAKER_02: I guess I guess I'll tell you that's part of it, but I I guess I'll tell you the secret.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: We got an anonymous tip from a bartender in Washington, D.C.
- 6:57SPEAKER_02: Uh it's pistol piece bartender, in fact.
- 7:00SPEAKER_02: And there is an agreement between Iran and the United States.
- 7:05SPEAKER_02: So this whole war thing, it's been settled.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: Uh this this might be, in fact, this might be the best treaty in the history of the world.
- 7:14SPEAKER_02: No one has ever seen anything like it.
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: It has much higher ratings than those other treaties.
- 7:19SPEAKER_02: I mean, please, the Treaty of Versailles is pathetic.
- 7:22SPEAKER_02: Grown men with tears in their eyes have come up to our king saying, this is a bigger agreement than the Magna Carta.
- 7:29SPEAKER_02: It's going to be announced very soon, probably on Friday or a Friday.
- 7:33SPEAKER_02: You know, it depends on how the market performs.
- 7:35SPEAKER_02: But we can let our audience know right now.
- 7:39SPEAKER_03: So now, is this bartender part of the negotiating team?
- 7:42SPEAKER_03: I know that they generally try to restrict themselves to like real estate people, right?
- 7:48SPEAKER_03: Or used car salespeople sometimes.
- 7:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, mortgage people and yeah, you know, home builders.
- 7:55SPEAKER_03: Is this source on the negotiating team?
- 7:58SPEAKER_03: Do we know that it's a it's a real source?
- 8:01SPEAKER_02: I don't know that he's on the negotiating team.
- 8:03SPEAKER_02: And in fact, we just had celebrity impersonator Jared on last week.
- 8:08SPEAKER_02: We could have asked him.
- 8:10SPEAKER_02: I don't know that he's on the team, but it came from someone who was in the bar at Pistol P's favorite bar.
- 8:17SPEAKER_02: It was either somebody from the FBI or from the Department of War Fighting and Alpha Male Posturing.
- 8:23SPEAKER_02: Uh I hear both departments, yeah, both people heading up those departments at least, really kind of like this bar and they they hold their liquor pretty well.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: Either way, you know, I think it's a very good tip.
- 8:34SPEAKER_02: I think it's real.
- 8:35SPEAKER_02: I I've got it right here.
- 8:36SPEAKER_02: I think we should discuss it.
- 8:38SPEAKER_03: Well, I think we should.
- 8:39SPEAKER_03: It's been a while since we've had a a scoop.
- 8:42SPEAKER_03: I think the last scoop we had was that the king was Jesus.
- 8:46SPEAKER_03: The king was not Jesus.
- 8:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that he's not.
- 8:48SPEAKER_03: Well, yeah, that he really isn't Jesus.
- 8:50SPEAKER_03: But yeah, you know, I think.
- 8:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, why don't why don't we go through this?
- 8:55SPEAKER_03: Um, give me a copy of it and maybe we'll kind of share it together and take a look.
- 8:59SPEAKER_03: You want to get started?
- 9:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 9:01SPEAKER_02: It's a nuclear deal, you know, it's to solve the whole nuclear problem.
- 9:05SPEAKER_02: So a group of countries are gonna supervise and monitor this deal.
- 9:09SPEAKER_02: So get this the countries United States, United Kingdom, France, Russia.
- 9:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah, okay.
- 9:16SPEAKER_02: They had to throw a bone, right?
- 9:17SPEAKER_02: Russia.
- 9:18SPEAKER_02: You know, well, you know who negotiated that one, China and Germany.
- 9:23SPEAKER_03: This is amazing.
- 9:24SPEAKER_03: Here we were thinking they weren't doing anything, but it turns out they were incorporating the world.
- 9:30SPEAKER_03: I know that that the king was threatening people, but at the end of the day, these are the the major leaders in the world, and they were all involved all together.
- 9:39SPEAKER_03: Don't you think that's impressive?
- 9:41SPEAKER_02: That is so impressive.
- 9:42SPEAKER_02: That's sane governance, that's what stable geniuses would do.
- 9:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean, because if it was just one country that was negotiating, then how could you even enforce it?
- 9:53SPEAKER_03: But uh I think this is brilliant.
- 9:56SPEAKER_03: I'm shocked.
- 9:57SPEAKER_03: Well, and and you know, you got the second part there.
- 10:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the second part has to do with how do we ensure that it's gonna be safe.
- 10:05SPEAKER_03: Currently, I guess Iran has a whole lot of uranium, um, which is surprising because yeah, didn't we get rid of that a year ago?
- 10:15SPEAKER_03: Oh, twice.
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we got rid of it a year ago, and then we got rid of it this year.
- 10:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we'll get rid of it next year, too.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: Don't worry.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: Well, there you go.
- 10:23SPEAKER_03: But I guess in the New Deal, like 98% of it's gonna be gotten rid of.
- 10:27SPEAKER_03: They're gonna agree to destroy all of the reactors and everything that they use to produce the plutonium.
- 10:33SPEAKER_03: This is like everything we've ever wanted.
- 10:35SPEAKER_03: They're gonna halt the enrichment process, they're gonna allow organizations to come in and supervise this and make sure that everything is destroyed and up to speed.
- 10:45SPEAKER_03: They're gonna give that information to everybody in the world.
- 10:48SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, Steve, he deserves an award, the Nobel Peace Prize.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: Iran's gonna eliminate 98% of its uranium stockpile.
- 10:57SPEAKER_02: They're gonna remove and destroy the core from that Iraq reactor, you know, the big one.
- 11:02SPEAKER_02: They're gonna halt all uranium enrichment activities at the underground Fordo site, and they're gonna give the information that's needed to assess possible military dimensions of the nuclear of the nuclear developments that they're doing.
- 11:15SPEAKER_02: They're gonna have to come clean with all this.
- 11:17SPEAKER_02: Even better than that, in the future, going forward, Iran can possess no more than 300 kilograms of uranium, enriched up to 3.67%.
- 11:27SPEAKER_02: 90% is weapons grade.
- 11:29SPEAKER_02: So 3.67 way below.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: Way, way, way, way below, right?
- 11:35SPEAKER_02: They can operate no more than six a little over six thousand centrifuges.
- 11:40SPEAKER_02: They have to cease uranium enrichment, they have to ship out all the spent fuel from the reactors, and they have to allow continuous monitoring and inspections of their key nuclear facilities.
- 11:51SPEAKER_02: And they have to abide by limits on the centrifuges.
- 11:54SPEAKER_02: Unbelievable.
- 11:55SPEAKER_02: They thought of everything.
- 11:57SPEAKER_03: They really have.
- 11:58SPEAKER_03: You know, I know that the previous deal, the one that was torn up, took like two years to negotiate.
- 12:04SPEAKER_03: And they did this in like what?
- 12:07SPEAKER_03: A couple Fridays?
- 12:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, a couple Fridays.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: I mean, right before golf.
- 12:12SPEAKER_03: Well, you know, it just goes to show.
- 12:14SPEAKER_03: I mean, he's the master negotiator, the master deal maker.
- 12:18SPEAKER_03: He knows how to put these deals together.
- 12:20SPEAKER_03: This this deal probably looks very similar to a real estate deal.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: Very much so, yeah.
- 12:25SPEAKER_02: And now Iran is capped.
- 12:27SPEAKER_02: They can only enrich uranium up to that 3.67 for 15 years.
- 12:32SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 12:32SPEAKER_02: Again, 90% is weapons grade, so they're gonna be well below that for the next 15 years.
- 12:36SPEAKER_02: They have to reduce their installed centrifuges by two-thirds.
- 12:40SPEAKER_02: They can't have nuclear material or conduct enrichment at the underground facility for 15 years, and they can't build any new facilities for 15 years.
- 12:50SPEAKER_02: Plus, they have agreed that Iran permanently will never have any weapons grade plutonium.
- 12:57SPEAKER_02: They will not reprocess spent fuel for at least 15 years.
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: They will ship all spent fuel, and again, that's permanent.
- 13:04SPEAKER_02: They it's not like they ship that out and they buy more.
- 13:07SPEAKER_02: Nope.
- 13:08SPEAKER_02: Nope.
- 13:09SPEAKER_02: They're not going to develop any additional heavy water reactors for 15 years.
- 13:14SPEAKER_03: You know, this makes what we're paying for gas worth it.
- 13:17SPEAKER_03: Oh, absolutely.
- 13:18SPEAKER_03: When you go back and you look at what they did, I've never been so proud in my life.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: And you know, you know, you remember that he threw out the deal that Obama made because he said it was a bad deal, and he said the alternative to a bad deal is a good deal.
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: And look at what he's done.
- 13:36SPEAKER_02: I mean, this is this is incredible.
- 13:37SPEAKER_02: And there's even more.
- 13:39SPEAKER_02: Iran's going to allow increased access to inspectors, including to military installations.
- 13:44SPEAKER_02: And they're going to provide notification and details regarding future plans to build nuclear facilities forever.
- 13:51SPEAKER_02: That's permanent.
- 13:52SPEAKER_02: And the inspections are permanent.
- 13:54SPEAKER_02: We are going to monitor Iran's uranium supply chain for 25 years.
- 13:58SPEAKER_02: Everybody's going to fulfill their requirements incrementally.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: They're going to have to verify mutually at each step.
- 14:03SPEAKER_02: And there's a dispute resolution committee that is going to handle any disputes, and members of that dispute resolution committee will serve terms ending in 2025.
- 14:15SPEAKER_03: A lot of people, you know, un-American people accuse our king of not being super smart just because every every once in a while a word is out of place or he falls asleep in meetings a little bit, but he's not really falling asleep.
- 14:29SPEAKER_03: He's thinking, deep thoughts.
- 14:31SPEAKER_02: He discovered that the word dumb ends in B.
- 14:35SPEAKER_02: And how many people didn't know that?
- 14:37SPEAKER_03: How many intelligent tests have you taken, Steve?
- 14:39SPEAKER_03: He takes them every week.
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: Takes them every wait, he takes daily ones, the way I understand it.
- 14:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: Takes them every day.
- 14:45SPEAKER_03: I think this is the demonstration of the intelligence of our president.
- 14:51SPEAKER_03: Somebody who puts something like this together, brings the whole world together.
- 14:56SPEAKER_03: I can sleep well at night now.
- 14:58SPEAKER_02: I know.
- 14:58SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'm awake right now, unlike you know, maybe our king, but I'm I will sleep better, knowing that this deal is in place.
- 15:06SPEAKER_02: And when you compare this to the bad deal, the Obama plan in 2015, I mean, come on, it's like nine and day.
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: Our king said that was a bad deal right up until the minute he ripped it up.
- 15:17SPEAKER_02: Not a shot fired in the strait remained open, but we you know, we actually wound up giving some back some money to Iran, you know, that we held as part of the sanctions.
- 15:25SPEAKER_02: We held it since 1979.
- 15:27SPEAKER_02: So we got some good interest on it, you know.
- 15:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 15:30SPEAKER_03: Steve, I don't mean to nitpick here, and it's probably just a typo, but did did I hear you mention that one of the things that they're doing like expires in in 2025, which like the last part of the deal, which it doesn't make any sense to me.
- 15:45SPEAKER_03: I mean, we're past 2025.
- 15:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you know, that's a good point.
- 15:49SPEAKER_02: You know what?
- 15:49SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna let me text the bartender here.
- 15:51SPEAKER_02: I oh, oh, look at this.
- 15:53SPEAKER_02: The bartender texted me.
- 15:56SPEAKER_02: Just got a text from him, and he said, Hey, sorry, I gave you the wrong agreement.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: The one I gave you was the Obama agreement from 2015.
- 16:06SPEAKER_02: Uh, this new agreement, and he sent the new agreement, a little photo of it.
- 16:10SPEAKER_02: It's on a cocktail napkin.
- 16:12SPEAKER_03: Oh, sure.
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: And it's a soggy.
- 16:14SPEAKER_03: The best deals in the world have been made on cocktail napkins.
- 16:16SPEAKER_03: Some of those coptail napkins are gigantic.
- 16:19unknown: Yeah.
- 16:20SPEAKER_03: The size of small buses.
- 16:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this one's a little smaller and it's kind of soggy, and some of the ink is running a little bit, but I think I can read it here.
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: What does it say?
- 16:29SPEAKER_02: It says point one, we give Iran$30 billion.
- 16:35SPEAKER_02: Point two, Iran lets the U.S.
- 16:36SPEAKER_02: cross the Strait of Hormuz and charges the rest of the world a fee that's shared by the US and Iran.
- 16:43SPEAKER_02: Well, I know where the US part's gonna go, but where the Iran part's gonna go.
- 16:48SPEAKER_03: Those are airports, right?
- 16:49SPEAKER_03: US.
- 16:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah, US.
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: U.S.
- 16:52SPEAKER_02: means us and the guys behind this, right?
- 16:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, him.
- 16:55SPEAKER_02: So point three, Iran promises, cross their heart or we will die, not to create a nuclear bomb ever, ever, ever, or at least until our king leaves office in 2028.
- 17:07SPEAKER_02: But there's an important poticle to that.
- 17:10SPEAKER_02: If our king stays on as king, as he's, you know, kind of tickling the idea of doing it easy in the idea of doing, they'll only create 20 bombs, and they promise, absolutely, swear to King, that they won't use them until at least 2030.
- 17:26SPEAKER_02: Point four, the Trump family imposes a tariff of 30% on any bombs created.
- 17:30SPEAKER_02: So 30% equity.
- 17:32SPEAKER_02: Uh well, the price of bombs just went up 30%.
- 17:34SPEAKER_03: So this is the family, not the US.
- 17:38SPEAKER_02: Oh, no.
- 17:39SPEAKER_02: Oh, you thought this was the US.
- 17:41SPEAKER_03: Oh no, I get those.
- 17:42SPEAKER_03: Oh no, oh no, no.
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: And then point five, our king and his family will get 50 bonus bombs to use any time or place they choose.
- 17:51SPEAKER_02: So that is hmm.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: That's a little different than that agreement that we like, isn't it?
- 17:58SPEAKER_03: It's it's more transactional.
- 18:00SPEAKER_03: Does that feel more transactional to you?
- 18:02SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, it feels like a like a sale, if you feel not a purchase, but a sale, you know, you know what I mean?
- 18:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like a Kmart sale.
- 18:12SPEAKER_03: And we all know what Kmart, you know.
- 18:14SPEAKER_02: No, it's an expensive.
- 18:15SPEAKER_02: Well, we get the Kmart, they get the sale, you know.
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's definitely a blue light special.
- 18:21SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 18:22SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, I don't feel as safe as I did before, but um yeah, this isn't making me feel warm and toasty, you know.
- 18:30SPEAKER_03: No, toasty, I mean potentially very toasty.
- 18:33SPEAKER_03: Followed by nuclear winter, yeah.
- 18:35SPEAKER_03: That could be exactly.
- 18:37SPEAKER_03: But yeah, I think it'll all work out.
- 18:39SPEAKER_03: I uh, you know, everything else has worked out so far.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, hey, name one thing that the king has messed up.
- 18:46SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay, the July 1st.
- 18:48SPEAKER_03: Think of just one.
- 18:48SPEAKER_03: I can't wait.
- 18:49SPEAKER_02: Okay, there's the 250th anniversary thing.
- 18:51SPEAKER_02: Okay, there's that.
- 18:52SPEAKER_02: But hey, hey, that was the planners, right?
- 18:56SPEAKER_03: That wasn't really and you know, I think those people who accuse him of shitting the bed, it it's not true.
- 19:02SPEAKER_03: He he he never makes it to the bad.
- 19:04SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, I see.
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: He doesn't wait till the bad.
- 19:06SPEAKER_02: He doesn't wait till the bad.
- 19:07SPEAKER_03: He does it while he's walking.
- 19:08SPEAKER_03: But that reflector pool is on television, you know, live there.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: Anyways, that reflecting pool is reflecting, you know, some interesting things he states.
- 19:17SPEAKER_02: I bet it truly is.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: I bet it is.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: Well, Jeff, you know, that this was such a great scoop, but maybe it's not the scoop we thought it was.
- 19:27SPEAKER_02: I guess one thing is maybe, you know, that bad deal didn't sound so bad, actually.
- 19:35SPEAKER_03: No, I I I I guess I never really looked at it.
- 19:38SPEAKER_03: I did anybody ever look at it?
- 19:40SPEAKER_02: I I'm not sure.
- 19:41SPEAKER_02: Well, I I guarantee you these guys didn't.
- 19:44SPEAKER_03: You know what they say, it's only worth what you have to pay for it.
- 19:48unknown: Right.
- 19:48SPEAKER_03: And so if you measure it based on how much it's cost us, this new deal is far more valuable than the old one.
- 19:55SPEAKER_03: The old one was free.
- 19:56SPEAKER_02: We gave them back 1.4 billion of their money.
- 19:59SPEAKER_02: Of their money, of their money that we had made interest on during during the time.
- 20:02SPEAKER_03: So yeah, exactly.
- 20:04SPEAKER_02: So we gave them back 1.4 billion of their money.
- 20:06SPEAKER_02: You make a great point though, Jeff.
- 20:08SPEAKER_02: This is a much more valuable deal because see, that was only$1.4 billion.
- 20:14SPEAKER_02: This one is 20 plus times that.
- 20:17SPEAKER_03: Well, and and$30 billion is is isn't that what it costs for uh Melania's sequel?
- 20:23SPEAKER_03: I think that that's I bet it will.
- 20:25SPEAKER_02: $30 billion, and it'll gross, you know,$87.09, I think, in the box office.
- 20:31SPEAKER_03: But so well, good.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: Well, I feel like you know, Bezos needs a tax break, you know.
- 20:36SPEAKER_03: He does.
- 20:36SPEAKER_02: He does he's gonna have a couple great ones this year.
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: That bomb of a movie, and then his rocket blew up.
- 20:41SPEAKER_02: Oh, he's gonna he's got all kinds of write-offs this year.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: He'll he'll pay zero tax for years.
- 20:46SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 20:46SPEAKER_03: I I heard that they're doing a special investigative report on him on 60 Minutes.
- 20:51SPEAKER_03: Uh that should be the first episode next year.
- 20:54SPEAKER_02: So again, yeah, that should be really penetrating and incisive and really get to the heart of why he should have all our money.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm absolutely sure they'll explain that to us.
- 21:04SPEAKER_02: You know, not quite the scoop I was hoping for, but you gotta work with who you got, you know, and I maybe I need a new bartender.
- 21:11SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 21:11SPEAKER_03: If you're scooping litter, when you're scooping litter, sometimes you you get poop and sometimes you don't.
- 21:18SPEAKER_02: And sometimes you know the little grains go between the between the tines there on the scoop.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: You know, I think we slip through the tines, you know what I'm saying?
- 21:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I know I know you're saying Stephen Jeff show band.
- 21:31SPEAKER_02: Sing us out of here if you can, will you, please?
- 21:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we'll try to do better next week.
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we'll give it a shot.
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: Great Steve.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: Just do the bad ass back.
- 21:57SPEAKER_01: This has been a massive distraction production.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: Just as easy with mine, FUB.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: Read all about Stephen Jeff at their website, Steven Jeff.com.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: This is your old pal J.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: I don't know if I act for good or just weak.
- 22:17SPEAKER_01: But I'm so happy the bad asked me to sit in while they made Iranian music.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: There are a very expensive and valuable deal.
- 22:28SPEAKER_01: It's good to get out of the house, too.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: Steve's mom seems to be getting tired of me.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: I knew I could worry, but I asked her to smoke her cigarette in the other room.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: And she said, that's what.
