BBC analyst discusses devastating attack on Kyiv
At least 20 people have been killed in a large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine's capital. Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko has declared a day of mourning. He says the drone and missile strikes were the worst attack on the city since the war began. BBC Monitoring's chief analyst Vitaly Shevchenko spoke to John Campbell.
