Latest / The Rogue Recap with Lynda / SOUNDBYTES 8 - HENRY NOWAK, POLICING & THE LGBTQ CHOIR
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome to the Rogue recap, hot takes, cold facts, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: zero respect for the official narrative. Sit back, roll your
- 0:09Speaker 1: eyes and let's recap rogue style.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What's up, guys, and welcome to sound Bites number eight.
- 0:33Speaker 2: We made it. It's amazing, right, every time we do
- 0:35Speaker 2: what I'm going to say this.
- 0:36Speaker 3: We made it.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Number eight. Eric Gegers is here with me.
- 0:39Speaker 4: Eric.
- 0:39Speaker 2: How are you today, sir?
- 0:40Speaker 5: I'm apparently more confident in our ability to continue to exist.
- 0:43Speaker 5: You know, it's funny, Linda, I have a birthday coming
- 0:46Speaker 5: up here in a couple of days. And what I
- 0:48Speaker 5: used to do when I used to do radio on
- 0:50Speaker 5: my birthday, like I would like these guys would call in.
- 0:52Speaker 5: I'd be like, hey, it's my birthday, you know, do
- 0:54Speaker 5: you want to like acknowledge that? And this guy said
- 0:56Speaker 5: something I'll never fad. He goes in my house, we
- 0:58Speaker 5: acknowledge accomplishment, not survival.
- 1:01Speaker 2: So, well, when is your actual birthday?
- 1:06Speaker 6: It's Friday, June fifth.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Oh, that's fun. So what are you You're not a
- 1:09Speaker 2: Gemini yet?
- 1:10Speaker 7: Right?
- 1:11Speaker 5: No, I'm absolutely Like if you knew me better than understand,
- 1:13Speaker 5: I'm so bipolar.
- 1:14Speaker 6: I'm the definition of a Gemini.
- 1:16Speaker 2: I run from Geminis. I'm so glad we're doing a
- 1:18Speaker 2: show together. So well. I think we have a lot
- 1:21Speaker 2: of fellow lunatics on our list today. We would be
- 1:24Speaker 2: remiss if we did not start the show talking about
- 1:27Speaker 2: what's happening in the United Kingdom, which is anything but united.
- 1:31Speaker 2: And this Henry Noac story is it's so sad, right
- 1:35Speaker 2: because it happened in December, and it was it got
- 1:39Speaker 2: very little press because of the fact that it was
- 1:42Speaker 2: mislabeled as this hate crime gone wrong, that Henry said
- 1:47Speaker 2: something and it was racist, because the new thing today
- 1:50Speaker 2: is you can be charged for racism but not rape.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Just so we're perfectly clear, and Henry was accused of
- 1:59Speaker 2: saying something, heyll to this lunatic. Meanwhile, that shit never happened.
- 2:04Speaker 5: Right, And now they've released the bodycam footage that show
- 2:07Speaker 5: you know him saying I've been stabbed five times. The
- 2:09Speaker 5: police officer says, I don't think you have, and.
- 2:12Speaker 2: So no, he says, I don't think so, mate. I'm like, man,
- 2:16Speaker 2: you are a real dick. You're calling guy a friend
- 2:18Speaker 2: when he's laying on the ground bleeding out.
- 2:20Speaker 6: I didn't know we were doing accents, but yeah, that's.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Well, day every day, I got you, which one do
- 2:24Speaker 2: you want to do today? All right, I'm your friend.
- 2:26Speaker 6: But it was quite shocking.
- 2:27Speaker 5: So and this is a story that you're right, it's
- 2:29Speaker 5: getting more attention now obviously in the wake of you know,
- 2:33Speaker 5: come being contrasted with what happened with George Floyd. In
- 2:35Speaker 5: reaction there and even in England, they celebrated or acknowledged
- 2:39Speaker 5: the passing of George Floyd, and he continued to do so.
- 2:41Speaker 5: But Henry Noak's death appears to be something they're trying
- 2:43Speaker 5: to very much kind of sweep under the rug.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think, I mean, everybody's got an opinion
- 2:48Speaker 2: on this, but this story is getting international attention. Similar
- 2:51Speaker 2: to Floyd. The difference is Noak is not a career
- 2:54Speaker 2: criminal who held a pregnant woman at knife point or
- 2:58Speaker 2: rob convenience stores on the regular, right, And he was
- 3:01Speaker 2: not you know, filled with methamphetamines or fetanyl or any
- 3:05Speaker 2: other kind of substance. This is just an eighteen year
- 3:07Speaker 2: old kid who right now, being white in the UK
- 3:11Speaker 2: is actually a problem because of the fact that they
- 3:14Speaker 2: are so eager for the DEI woke we are, we
- 3:18Speaker 2: all want to be one. I'm like, there's no such
- 3:21Speaker 2: thing as being one. You're not being there's not assimilation
- 3:24Speaker 2: from these folks coming in. It's domination. It's get you can't.
- 3:28Speaker 2: They have a guy out today who I guess was
- 3:29Speaker 2: walking his dog and he went before some counsel to say, like,
- 3:33Speaker 2: I'm being like harassed walking my dog and they're like,
- 3:35Speaker 2: we're not for dog support. I'm like, I'm sorry. Now
- 3:39Speaker 2: we hate the dogs too, because Islam says no to dogs,
- 3:42Speaker 2: now England says no to dogs. I mean, it's really
- 3:45Speaker 2: taking a very frightening turn.
- 3:48Speaker 5: And dogs are like inherently English in terms of the culture, right,
- 3:51Speaker 5: I mean think about like one hundred one Dalmatians and
- 3:53Speaker 5: all that kind of stuff. So it's interesting to see
- 3:56Speaker 5: that that happen. And actually you talk about like domination,
- 3:59Speaker 5: and I would say the people in charge are like,
- 4:03Speaker 5: are responsible for the facilitation of this conversion, because you know,
- 4:07Speaker 5: if Henry Noac read the story correctly, Henry Miak was
- 4:10Speaker 5: stabbed with a ceremonial knife.
- 4:14Speaker 6: Like a sick knife.
- 4:15Speaker 5: And I believe that those are in Keir Starmer's now
- 4:18Speaker 5: saying that he's going to permit those Yes.
- 4:20Speaker 2: And here's the scary thing. So you cannot say a slur.
- 4:24Speaker 2: You can be arrested for what they can what they
- 4:26Speaker 2: consider to be a slur. Right, you cannot carry pepper
- 4:30Speaker 2: spray as a young woman who may potentially be raped
- 4:33Speaker 2: at in a given moment. Because the people that they're
- 4:35Speaker 2: allowing into the country, in their country, they have been
- 4:38Speaker 2: raised that women are less valuable than a pig or
- 4:41Speaker 2: a dog or a donkey. This is not hyperbole, this
- 4:43Speaker 2: is reality. And so they're raping women on the regular.
- 4:47Speaker 2: The rapists are let go because they feel like, oh well,
- 4:49Speaker 2: we need to give them a chance to gentrify. What
- 4:52Speaker 2: So the rape victim goes completely unvalidated with no protection.
- 4:57Speaker 2: What mister Samurai's sword is doing just fine from India?
- 5:01Speaker 2: What in the God's great names? We have this video here.
- 5:04Speaker 2: We're going to play a couple of things from Southampton
- 5:07Speaker 2: last night. But there's this elderly woman, old older white
- 5:11Speaker 2: english woman, and she's explaining to this reporter how she
- 5:14Speaker 2: wouldn't even go to the police because if she was
- 5:17Speaker 2: to come forward and say I have been accosted, I
- 5:20Speaker 2: have this or I have that, and she has to
- 5:21Speaker 2: name the perpetrator as a person of I don't know
- 5:24Speaker 2: whatever third world descent they've imported, she's going to be arrested.
- 5:29Speaker 8: Take a listen, come down, because they would hate for
- 5:36Speaker 8: that to have been their own son, own grandson. So
- 5:39Speaker 8: they're here for the Novak family and for Henry to
- 5:42Speaker 8: show him that justice will be served by the people.
- 5:47Speaker 8: And I'm going to speak to someone. Now, this is Lorraine.
- 5:50Speaker 8: You've come down to protest today.
- 5:52Speaker 2: What is it that brought you down here?
- 5:54Speaker 9: Because in my opinion, I feel that the police are
- 5:59Speaker 9: now so racist towards anyone white or English, or anyone
- 6:03Speaker 9: who even looks like me. I would never dare speak
- 6:07Speaker 9: to them to report crime. I would not email them
- 6:10Speaker 9: or phone them. I do not trust them not to
- 6:14Speaker 9: be racist towards me. And at a residence meeting on Thursday,
- 6:18Speaker 9: I was not able to come here last Thursday because
- 6:21Speaker 9: I went to a residence police meeting. I told the
- 6:23Speaker 9: police straight, I will never report crime to you. I
- 6:27Speaker 9: will never speak to a police person alone. I do
- 6:30Speaker 9: not trust you. You are racist towards the English and
- 6:33Speaker 9: white people, and we will not stand for it.
- 6:37Speaker 6: What do you think I mean there?
- 6:38Speaker 5: It is right like that, and that's not like somebody
- 6:41Speaker 5: on Twitter or make an a viral video. Any think
- 6:43Speaker 5: that's just like a regular English resident who may or
- 6:47Speaker 5: may not have survived a war.
- 6:49Speaker 2: It is definitely old school English. Yeah, even the way
- 6:53Speaker 2: she talks, I'm like, wow, that's like real deal. This
- 6:56Speaker 2: woman has lived her whole life just going about her
- 6:59Speaker 2: business and is now afraid to go to the very
- 7:02Speaker 2: people that should protect her. And I have to say,
- 7:05Speaker 2: and I said this to you probably might have even
- 7:07Speaker 2: been episode one. I'm always confused by the people enforcing
- 7:12Speaker 2: laws that they know are wrong. Like there's got to
- 7:15Speaker 2: be a pivot point where you, as a person of
- 7:17Speaker 2: authority say yeah, no, uh uh, I can't sorry, I'm
- 7:22Speaker 2: out right. Where is that moment?
- 7:25Speaker 5: It's like one of my favorite phrases is never mistake
- 7:28Speaker 5: in confidence for conspiracy.
- 7:30Speaker 6: But I think, you know, it's weird in this case.
- 7:32Speaker 5: I think it's actually both right, Like there is a
- 7:34Speaker 5: conspiracy to sort of.
- 7:38Speaker 6: Suppress I guess.
- 7:42Speaker 5: A certain like kind of racial identity, but and suppressed
- 7:46Speaker 5: anybody's ability to kind of call out anything that's impacting that.
- 7:51Speaker 5: But there's also something confidence when it comes to just
- 7:53Speaker 5: like critical thinking skills and people kind of trying to
- 7:55Speaker 5: enforce the law, which maybe have been inappropriately always sit
- 8:00Speaker 5: upon this civilization.
- 8:01Speaker 6: It's weird. It's weird what's happening over there?
- 8:02Speaker 5: And I think you know whether it's that, and then
- 8:04Speaker 5: you know you can get arrested for saying something online.
- 8:07Speaker 6: I mean, what's happened in England is truly bizarre.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and I and I think also you know, Nigel Farage,
- 8:12Speaker 2: he is getting crushed today, right because he saw this
- 8:16Speaker 2: tape before it was released to the public. Then it
- 8:18Speaker 2: was released to the public because they were holding on
- 8:20Speaker 2: to dear life because the last thing they want is
- 8:23Speaker 2: a police officer on tape saying I don't think so, mate, Right,
- 8:28Speaker 2: somebody who's saying I have been stabbed five times and
- 8:30Speaker 2: I am dying. Now, Let's just imagine for one moment
- 8:34Speaker 2: that that's George Floyd on the ground and he says,
- 8:36Speaker 2: I don't think so, mate. Imagine the wall to wall
- 8:40Speaker 2: coverage that we would have internationally. But because he's a
- 8:45Speaker 2: young white male and they've been able to hide it
- 8:48Speaker 2: for about six and a half months now they're like,
- 8:51Speaker 2: oh shit, now what now the tape's out. So then
- 8:53Speaker 2: they blame Nigel Farage because he says, yesterday we need
- 8:56Speaker 2: to protest with rage. This is wrong. So what did
- 9:00Speaker 2: the people do? They went out and they protested with rage.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Nijel Farage cannot be accused of those who take it
- 9:05Speaker 2: upon themselves to go out of their own free will
- 9:08Speaker 2: and let the government and the police know. Guess what,
- 9:10Speaker 2: we're not so happy with you killing our kids.
- 9:13Speaker 6: Well, they may have been protesting with rage.
- 9:15Speaker 5: I didn't see any, and maybe that there was, but
- 9:17Speaker 5: I haven't seen any reports of like property destruction or
- 9:19Speaker 5: violence or anything like that. Correct, you know, I mean, listen,
- 9:23Speaker 5: you got and we'll get to the story later, but
- 9:25Speaker 5: you got literally like that the streets in London and
- 9:28Speaker 5: that protest are literally safer than toilets in Seattle.
- 9:33Speaker 2: So nice pivot.
- 9:35Speaker 5: I'm just saying, like, so I think I think that,
- 9:37Speaker 5: you know, Yeah, I think voicing, you know, And it's
- 9:39Speaker 5: it's kind of a weird thing, just being honest with like, I.
- 9:41Speaker 6: Don't love this story, the Henry No Next story. It's uncomfortable.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Yes, it's you know, kind of forces you to say stuff,
- 9:47Speaker 5: But that seems like it could be misinterpreted. But I
- 9:53Speaker 5: think that's the reason why people don't say stuff is
- 9:55Speaker 5: because they don't want to be accused of being racist.
- 9:57Speaker 5: They don't want to be accused of being hate eightful.
- 10:00Speaker 5: And I love all kinds different people. But it's impossible
- 10:05Speaker 5: to deny what is happening because people choose not to
- 10:08Speaker 5: speak out about this topic.
- 10:10Speaker 2: I also think that when you stop talking about the
- 10:12Speaker 2: reality of things. I did a podcast the other day
- 10:15Speaker 2: and I said, you know, if we can't talk about
- 10:18Speaker 2: this woman. So there was a sixty six year old
- 10:21Speaker 2: woman slight pivot but relevant, who was murdered on an
- 10:24Speaker 2: Atlanta train.
- 10:25Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Now, this woman was sitting in a train, car mine
- 10:29Speaker 2: in her business. Guy comes up to her career, criminal,
- 10:33Speaker 2: homeless person, you know, lots of you know, drug and
- 10:36Speaker 2: robbery charges. Right, the rap sheet for days, slices her throat,
- 10:40Speaker 2: stabs her eighteen more times, and she dies, three children,
- 10:43Speaker 2: four grandchildren, all the things. Right. She was literally just
- 10:47Speaker 2: sitting on a train. Now, both of these people, the
- 10:50Speaker 2: victim and the purp are black. It's horrible. It doesn't
- 10:55Speaker 2: matter that they're both black. But for some reason, when
- 10:59Speaker 2: we talk about that very same incident which happened in
- 11:01Speaker 2: North Carolina on the light rail with Irina Karutzka with
- 11:05Speaker 2: a Caurier criminal also stabbed to death, also sliced around
- 11:09Speaker 2: the neck. It becomes uncomfortable because the prop is black
- 11:12Speaker 2: and the victim is white. Now there is a ton
- 11:14Speaker 2: of black on white crime statistically, if you want to
- 11:17Speaker 2: look at it and have a real conversation. But at
- 11:19Speaker 2: the end of the day, there is a perpetrator and
- 11:22Speaker 2: there is a victim. Their race should not matter, but
- 11:25Speaker 2: the attention it's given suddenly makes it less or more relevant.
- 11:29Speaker 2: And my point to circle back to Nigel Farage was
- 11:32Speaker 2: he said yesterday that a police officer spoke to him
- 11:35Speaker 2: on the condition of anonymity and said, we are told
- 11:40Speaker 2: to police differently based upon the race that we see
- 11:43Speaker 2: when we arrive. And he's like what He's like, that's
- 11:48Speaker 2: what we're being told. But if you look at their council,
- 11:52Speaker 2: their city council, it's filled with Third world people who
- 11:57Speaker 2: have immigrated to their country and now sit and position
- 12:00Speaker 2: of barristers in power, and they don't want people that
- 12:03Speaker 2: are coming in from their countries, their homesteads just to
- 12:06Speaker 2: be in jail. But that person committed a crime. If
- 12:09Speaker 2: we can't start to have real conversations about this stuff,
- 12:11Speaker 2: because it's everywhere.
- 12:13Speaker 5: No, it's like it would be it's like they're going
- 12:15Speaker 5: to do the new show Law and Order Social Justice edition,
- 12:19Speaker 5: because I mean, we're going to have this, like there's
- 12:21Speaker 5: a case that we'll talk about this Milwaukee store. It's
- 12:23Speaker 5: same thing, right, someone is released and not charged with
- 12:26Speaker 5: a crime by this Milwaukee DA who then goes on
- 12:30Speaker 5: to commit an actual murder of a father for And remember,
- 12:34Speaker 5: I think you know, we did the podcast last May.
- 12:38Speaker 5: It was the five year anniversary of the death of
- 12:41Speaker 5: George Floyd, and Minnesota's DA said, we are now officially
- 12:46Speaker 5: taking race into consideration when deciding what the charge the prosecutor.
- 12:51Speaker 6: So like, that's like, so everything now to fraud.
- 12:53Speaker 5: Just that a police officer said is actual policy in
- 12:56Speaker 5: at least one county in Minnesota, as.
- 12:58Speaker 2: In New York as well. The sheriff, which I didn't
- 13:00Speaker 2: even know New York had a sheriff, but clearly we do. So, Mom,
- 13:03Speaker 2: Donnie's appointed sheriff has now said he does not believe
- 13:06Speaker 2: in arresting black men, that it's just a negative thing.
- 13:10Speaker 2: It's not good for the community. I'm like, who which
- 13:13Speaker 2: community the police are policing? The communities with crime, those
- 13:18Speaker 2: communities want police. Anyways, I digress. Here's Tommy Robinson. So
- 13:23Speaker 2: for those of you who know Tommy Robinson, he is
- 13:25Speaker 2: a baller in UK. He takes no shit. He spent
- 13:28Speaker 2: eighteen months in solitary confinement because what are you?
- 13:34Speaker 5: Yeah, no, it's crazy, it's great, It's unbelievable. This is
- 13:36Speaker 5: just unbelievable.
- 13:37Speaker 2: It is unbelievable. Take a listen to him.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Even after the police found that Henry's been stabbed multiple times,
- 13:48Speaker 3: they still didn't handcuff Dick Bough. He was not handcuffed.
- 13:53Speaker 3: He won a getting put in the police car.
- 13:55Speaker 11: He was treated.
- 13:56Speaker 3: They took him to treat what food he wanted. With
- 13:58Speaker 3: no handcuffs on would have been arrested. You always handcuffed
- 14:02Speaker 3: white boys are anyway? Why were they uncuffed at all?
- 14:06Speaker 3: Why was the dying white kid handcuffed beyond his back?
- 14:09Speaker 3: O'm beyond his back? He wasn't putting off a struggle.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Oh he was laying they're trying to survive. Why was
- 14:13Speaker 3: he handcuffed?
- 14:14Speaker 2: Why wasn't thick?
- 14:15Speaker 4: But once you.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Found stab wounds in a young child, why wasn't he
- 14:19Speaker 3: fucking handcuffed? He wasn't handcuffed all off, just ready, he
- 14:22Speaker 3: wasn't even handcuffed at all, even after they found I'd
- 14:27Speaker 3: stopped him five times.
- 14:30Speaker 5: And Tommy Robinson, like I was shaking my head because
- 14:32Speaker 5: like he went to prison not for committing an act
- 14:34Speaker 5: of violence, but for I believe, like calling out ethnic groups,
- 14:38Speaker 5: you were responsible for these rapes.
- 14:40Speaker 7: Right he was.
- 14:41Speaker 2: He was one of the first people to come forward
- 14:44Speaker 2: and talk about what was happening with the grooming gangs. Now,
- 14:48Speaker 2: since then a member of Parliament by the name of
- 14:51Speaker 2: Rupert Lowe has come out and did the rape inquiry,
- 14:54Speaker 2: which originally was supposed to happen in front of a
- 14:58Speaker 2: full room of press, and then they voted to do
- 15:01Speaker 2: it behind closed doors. Now they said that was because
- 15:04Speaker 2: they wanted to protect the girls who had been raped,
- 15:07Speaker 2: But the girls who have been raped had already said
- 15:08Speaker 2: we want to come forward and have talked since it's
- 15:12Speaker 2: it's really upsetting in other news, do you want to
- 15:17Speaker 2: go let's see, should we go to the Milwaukee story
- 15:20Speaker 2: out of this or should we go to the gays singing?
- 15:23Speaker 5: Would I would do the sick I would do the
- 15:24Speaker 5: sick knife story, the Kier Starmer thing. And then because
- 15:27Speaker 5: it's all kind of related, right, so this, yeah, so
- 15:29Speaker 5: Kiers Starmer like if this guy, if this murder was committed,
- 15:32Speaker 5: I mean, the guy died, right, so I think it's
- 15:34Speaker 5: fair to call it a murder was committed with a thing. Obviously,
- 15:38Speaker 5: London takes their weapons quite seriously. If the weapon that
- 15:42Speaker 5: was used to commit this is going to be sort
- 15:43Speaker 5: of like permitted to continue to be held by people, right.
- 15:47Speaker 2: That's correct. And so Kier Starmer put out this post
- 15:50Speaker 2: and I'm going to read it precisely because I certainly
- 15:53Speaker 2: don't want to misquote mister ker Starmer, he's so sensitive.
- 15:56Speaker 2: But he says he will not remove the exemption which
- 16:00Speaker 2: allows Sikhs to carry large ceremonial knives on them at
- 16:05Speaker 2: all times. But English women are being prosecuted and will
- 16:09Speaker 2: not be allowed to carry regular pepper spray on them
- 16:13Speaker 2: when they're out on the streets at night. So the
- 16:16Speaker 2: English daughters and women and children are not allowed to
- 16:19Speaker 2: protect themselves. But the Sikhs can carry swords that are
- 16:24Speaker 2: some of them are three feet in length, so it's
- 16:27Speaker 2: not even like you can escape. If they decide that
- 16:29Speaker 2: they want to literally stab you from three feet away,
- 16:32Speaker 2: they can. And we've just had this perfect example, and
- 16:36Speaker 2: they're out there saying this is unacceptable. The protests are unacceptable.
- 16:40Speaker 2: How about murdering people in the middle of the night
- 16:42Speaker 2: is unacceptable and police not calling for first aid or
- 16:45Speaker 2: hospital carre is unacceptable? How about that? How about that's unacceptable.
- 16:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I think it's you know, it's there's a phrase
- 16:51Speaker 5: for it that escapes me at the moment. But you know,
- 16:53Speaker 5: Spencer Pratt, as of this recording, Spencer Pratt looks like
- 16:56Speaker 5: he's going to make the runoff for the Los Angeles
- 16:58Speaker 5: mayor's race, And I think the reason is because he's
- 17:00Speaker 5: actually telling the truth.
- 17:01Speaker 6: Right.
- 17:01Speaker 5: Everyone sort of like wanted to play this game and
- 17:03Speaker 5: pretend that the homelessness and the crime and the fecal
- 17:08Speaker 5: matter and all the stuff like this, the deterioration was
- 17:10Speaker 5: sort of okay because to call it out and say
- 17:13Speaker 5: it's not okay was deemed politically incorrect. And so he's like, no,
- 17:16Speaker 5: like this is negatively impacting like mothers and children. I
- 17:20Speaker 5: think ultimately we'll take it's It does seem like there's
- 17:22Speaker 5: a similar kind of uprising and willingness to be honest
- 17:24Speaker 5: about the social decay that's occurring there.
- 17:29Speaker 6: But I think that is the first step to actually,
- 17:30Speaker 6: you know, change and stuff.
- 17:31Speaker 2: And to your point, I know we have this clip
- 17:33Speaker 2: that we're going to play from Milwaukee, but I think
- 17:36Speaker 2: the saddest part about this this man Dylan Pluff, thirty
- 17:40Speaker 2: two years old. Yeah, four children who now grow up
- 17:43Speaker 2: without a dad, beaten to death by Daniel McCrae. Now,
- 17:47Speaker 2: Daniel McCrae was let out and not prosecuted by Milwaukee's
- 17:52Speaker 2: DA Kent Laverne Democrat, Big Shock, and he had been
- 17:57Speaker 2: arrested for previous assault. So now he's let out, okay,
- 18:02Speaker 2: and now he goes and kills somebody. So why isn't
- 18:05Speaker 2: Laverne held accountable? Like that's I think we're at a
- 18:08Speaker 2: pivot point where we have to start to hold the
- 18:12Speaker 2: judges who weaponize the bench, who politicize the bench, and
- 18:17Speaker 2: people die as a result of your woke ass feelings.
- 18:20Speaker 2: So you should go to jail. Why don't you share
- 18:22Speaker 2: a cell with him? Since you think he's so you know,
- 18:25Speaker 2: he has the ability to be rehabilitated. Why don't we
- 18:27Speaker 2: start with you.
- 18:28Speaker 5: No play the news clip because I think they do
- 18:30Speaker 5: a good job like laying out all the ways in
- 18:32Speaker 5: which this guy was protected by this DA and the
- 18:34Speaker 5: DA system. And then we'll kind of give you a
- 18:36Speaker 5: nice little cherry on top of this.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Yes, sounds good.
- 18:41Speaker 6: And breaking.
- 18:41Speaker 12: Here at five, a state lawmaker from Milwaukee facing criminal
- 18:45Speaker 12: charge is accused of threatening a fellow lawmaker if they
- 18:47Speaker 12: didn't support her legislation.
- 18:49Speaker 6: Told me is Nick boor is live at the courthouse
- 18:50Speaker 6: and Nick.
- 18:51Speaker 12: Prosecutors say the threats involved at social media.
- 18:53Speaker 4: Post right and Blake, this is not a lengthy criminal
- 18:58Speaker 4: complaint we got here to day. They aren't threats to
- 19:01Speaker 4: do a physical violence or harm instead of Investigators say
- 19:05Speaker 4: that the state Rep threatened to trash her colleague publicly
- 19:09Speaker 4: by releasing personal information about her unless she got in
- 19:13Speaker 4: line behind her. According to a criminal complaint the hard
- 19:18Speaker 4: Feelings between Sylvia Ortiesville as and a film.
- 19:21Speaker 5: So just to be clear, that's the same county, the
- 19:24Speaker 5: same prosecutor. This is from February this year. So a
- 19:27Speaker 5: state Rep was charged with a crime by this da
- 19:31Speaker 5: for like calling names and threatening to put stuff up
- 19:35Speaker 5: on social media to try to coerce this lawmaker into
- 19:39Speaker 5: kind of cooperating with her. So she was charged, but
- 19:42Speaker 5: this guy who end up committing murder later three months later,
- 19:45Speaker 5: was not.
- 19:46Speaker 2: And that to me, right, this is like you know,
- 19:48Speaker 2: we're watching a little bit of this footage as we're
- 19:50Speaker 2: talking about it for those of you listening and not watching,
- 19:52Speaker 2: But you see just how I almost feel people are
- 19:57Speaker 2: complacent or apathetic to what is happening right, Like we're
- 20:01Speaker 2: all so okay with letting career criminals out. We're all
- 20:06Speaker 2: so okay with innocent people being stabbed at bus stops,
- 20:10Speaker 2: twelve year old girls being raped and murdered under bridges,
- 20:13Speaker 2: grandmas having their throats sliced on a bridge, a refugee
- 20:17Speaker 2: being murdered after working in a pizza shop for twelve hours.
- 20:20Speaker 2: How many more of our children, of our family members
- 20:24Speaker 2: that are completely innocent, they're literally just living their life,
- 20:29Speaker 2: have to die before people who let them out, the
- 20:33Speaker 2: perpetrators that is, are going to deal with them. Because
- 20:36Speaker 2: I kind of feel like if you're not feeling the pain,
- 20:39Speaker 2: then you're never going to change, right. It's this whole
- 20:43Speaker 2: idea like if these people don't start to reap some
- 20:46Speaker 2: of what they sew, the only people that suffer is us.
- 20:49Speaker 2: So I feel like we're not too far away from
- 20:52Speaker 2: what's happening in the UK. They always say the United
- 20:54Speaker 2: States follows Europe by five years I disagree. I think
- 20:57Speaker 2: we're like six months at this point. I think we're there.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I'm looking around, you know. I was on the subway
- 21:02Speaker 2: yesterday and I was looking at the people on the
- 21:05Speaker 2: train and I thought to myself, true story, if somebody
- 21:09Speaker 2: got attacked on this train right now, I would help them.
- 21:12Speaker 2: I would. That's the other part of that story, right,
- 21:15Speaker 2: Why is everybody not helping? What don't you care about
- 21:19Speaker 2: your fellow man? Are you more afraid for yourself than
- 21:22Speaker 2: you are to save a life? I don't understand that.
- 21:25Speaker 5: Well, when somebody does help it, they end up getting
- 21:27Speaker 5: charged with a crime. So well, yeah, exactly. So it's
- 21:30Speaker 5: what's wild. It's wild times we live. And I do
- 21:33Speaker 5: think it's also you see much more of this in
- 21:34Speaker 5: the big cities. Yes, the big cities have like this
- 21:37Speaker 5: kind of unchecked one party rule. So that's how these
- 21:40Speaker 5: I mean, it doesn't happen like overnight, but I think
- 21:42Speaker 5: it sort of drifts and creeps that way. And Ossie,
- 21:44Speaker 5: I think that's like, you know, I think it kind
- 21:45Speaker 5: of helps explain it. Like in Minneapolis, everyone's liberal, So
- 21:49Speaker 5: how do you distinguish yourself from being Okay, well.
- 21:51Speaker 6: I'm so liberal.
- 21:52Speaker 5: We're gonna We're gonna actually now start taking race into account, right, Like,
- 21:56Speaker 5: I'm so liberal, I'm gonna let these guys go. Uh
- 21:59Speaker 5: And that's that's how you kind of compete, and that's
- 22:01Speaker 5: the behavior gets rewarded.
- 22:02Speaker 6: Yeah, it's bad, but I think that's why I'm glad
- 22:04Speaker 6: to live in Florida.
- 22:06Speaker 2: You should be glad. And now you got those great
- 22:08Speaker 2: property tax benefits coming back to you. Total sidebar, But
- 22:10Speaker 2: that's awesome. Good on DeSantis and your whole party for
- 22:13Speaker 2: voting for that. Speaking of people who are doing good
- 22:16Speaker 2: things for the community. So you talked about Pratt earlier, yep,
- 22:19Speaker 2: and him, you know, kicking Karen Bass and the ass
- 22:22Speaker 2: a little bit that rhyme. I like that. AnyWho. All
- 22:24Speaker 2: that's to say, I think they were surprised last night
- 22:27Speaker 2: with all of the tomfoolery and the election rigging and
- 22:30Speaker 2: everything they were doing, and having this other lunatic in
- 22:32Speaker 2: the race to split the vote and he still kicked
- 22:35Speaker 2: their ass. I'm like, so, if we had to mess
- 22:37Speaker 2: with the vote, which we all know they did, and
- 22:39Speaker 2: we hadn't had like the drug addicts in the home
- 22:41Speaker 2: was voting, I have a strong feeling that he would
- 22:44Speaker 2: have just won outright.
- 22:46Speaker 5: Well, by the way, they won't declare him to have
- 22:49Speaker 5: advanced because I mean it's literally I was watching CNN
- 22:53Speaker 5: and I pulled the clip for something else earlier. Like
- 22:55Speaker 5: on CNN they had a whole conversation, how long do
- 22:58Speaker 5: you think.
- 22:59Speaker 6: It's going to be?
- 23:00Speaker 5: This is like last night, how long will be until
- 23:01Speaker 5: the California vote comes in? And they're all like, well,
- 23:04Speaker 5: you know, ten days, I don't know, twelve days.
- 23:06Speaker 2: In ballots, you know, yeah, it goes.
- 23:08Speaker 5: I mean, and even like Steve Kornaki on MSNBC was like, now, listen,
- 23:12Speaker 5: this is what the results look like now. But remember
- 23:14Speaker 5: there's a lot of mailland ballots still to come in,
- 23:16Speaker 5: and we kind of have to wait.
- 23:17Speaker 6: You know, it's bad.
- 23:18Speaker 5: When Gavin Newsom wrote a letter to the Secretaries of
- 23:21Speaker 5: State being like, hey, we need to kind of speed
- 23:24Speaker 5: this up, and then the elections are like the election
- 23:26Speaker 5: super is like, listen, bro, don't tell me how to
- 23:30Speaker 5: do my job.
- 23:31Speaker 2: I'm working here process.
- 23:33Speaker 6: Yeah, I know.
- 23:34Speaker 5: So, I mean, it's I think it's good. Even Nate
- 23:37Speaker 5: Silver is like, no, this is like some third world nonsense.
- 23:40Speaker 5: So the Californias, I think, being correctly lampooned and the
- 23:44Speaker 5: fact that they conduct their elections so slow is becoming
- 23:47Speaker 5: its own story, which I think actually is a good thing.
- 23:49Speaker 6: That's what has to happen. You have to be able
- 23:50Speaker 6: to hold it up and call it out for what
- 23:52Speaker 6: it is, right exactly.
- 23:54Speaker 2: And Pratt who went into we have a video of him.
- 23:57Speaker 2: It's not something that you can really listen to. We'll
- 23:59Speaker 2: talk about at it as as we're playing it. But
- 24:02Speaker 2: he's in this this district, you know, and he's just
- 24:06Speaker 2: talking to various members of the community. Everybody in this
- 24:10Speaker 2: video is black but him, and he's standing there saying like,
- 24:13Speaker 2: how's how's your community? How do you guys doing. He's
- 24:15Speaker 2: given them lunch, right, and these people are smiling and
- 24:19Speaker 2: shaking his hand because it's probably the first time in
- 24:21Speaker 2: a long time somebody showed up to say, hey, how
- 24:23Speaker 2: you guys doing.
- 24:24Speaker 6: No it.
- 24:24Speaker 5: It literally is in the social media post with this
- 24:27Speaker 5: video that I saw, they said, listen, this is you know,
- 24:29Speaker 5: this is real, La, and it's been a long time
- 24:31Speaker 5: since people have kind of since you know, elected officials
- 24:34Speaker 5: have come here because it hasn't always been considered the
- 24:36Speaker 5: safest part.
- 24:37Speaker 6: And ironically, Linda, it's really funny.
- 24:39Speaker 5: So so this is being held up as an example,
- 24:42Speaker 5: like Spencer Pratt's trying to engage with all the community.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Jamel Hill, who you know, is a ranker African American former,
- 24:51Speaker 5: you know, sports reporter. She then quote tweeted that with
- 24:54Speaker 5: a video of him Spencer Pratt being asked like, what
- 24:57Speaker 5: is his plan for like black resident and he's like, look,
- 25:00Speaker 5: I don't know that I have one, and she did
- 25:02Speaker 5: it because it was like I think she was trying
- 25:04Speaker 5: to make fun of him, saying he doesn't really imagine
- 25:06Speaker 5: a world where the guy, the white guy, doesn't have
- 25:08Speaker 5: to come to black people be like hey, black people,
- 25:10Speaker 5: here's what I'm going to do for you.
- 25:11Speaker 6: He's like, look, I'm here to listen. I'm here to
- 25:13Speaker 6: find out from them what it is that they need.
- 25:15Speaker 5: It would be wrong for me to sit there and
- 25:17Speaker 5: tell you here's what I'm going to do specifically for you.
- 25:20Speaker 5: And that was sort of like they try to get
- 25:21Speaker 5: him on that, which I thought was actually a great answer.
- 25:23Speaker 5: But no, it's good for prison Pratt.
- 25:25Speaker 2: I mean, listen, Jamil Hill has been one of those
- 25:28Speaker 2: you know, everything is about being black, it's not even
- 25:31Speaker 2: it's not even any other race. It's just everything is
- 25:33Speaker 2: about being black for her, And I think that's really
- 25:35Speaker 2: sad when your whole life is about the color of
- 25:37Speaker 2: your skin and not the content of your character. Why
- 25:40Speaker 2: can't I just hate you because you're an asshole? How
- 25:41Speaker 2: about that doesn't have to be because you're black. I
- 25:44Speaker 2: hate lots of people, you know what I mean, They're
- 25:45Speaker 2: all different colors.
- 25:47Speaker 6: You just have to But it is okay.
- 25:48Speaker 5: I saw a video somebody be like, yeah, I'm going
- 25:50Speaker 5: to vote for Nitya Robman and Nick Why goes, well,
- 25:53Speaker 5: because I'm Indian.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Oh yes, that clip is amazing exactly. This is a
- 25:58Speaker 2: white guy. I wish I had it. If I fail
- 26:00Speaker 2: I find it, I'll play it. This guy is a
- 26:02Speaker 2: white guy, but he's he's lesser known, so people don't
- 26:05Speaker 2: recognize him.
- 26:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 26:06Speaker 2: He walks up to this guy who says he's South Asian. Yeah,
- 26:10Speaker 2: he says, so, I'm voting for her because she's Indian.
- 26:12Speaker 2: He's like, well, how do you feel about white people
- 26:15Speaker 2: voting for Spencer Pratt because he's white? They're like, oh,
- 26:17Speaker 2: that's racist, right, But he doesn't even really. What's funny
- 26:21Speaker 2: is that guy does not realize that what he's saying,
- 26:25Speaker 2: like the irony in his own statement, right, like you're
- 26:29Speaker 2: just a walk in paradox, bro, Like you don't even
- 26:31Speaker 2: realize that you are exactly what you're saying, Like it's
- 26:35Speaker 2: but again, it comes down to the whole idea that
- 26:37Speaker 2: if white people do it, it's one thing, but if
- 26:39Speaker 2: any other race says it, it's fine. And that's honestly
- 26:41Speaker 2: the uncomfortable conversation that you're talking about, where people are
- 26:45Speaker 2: afraid to have these these moments of in my opinion,
- 26:48Speaker 2: truth and honesty, and we need to have them all right,
- 26:53Speaker 2: Speaking of truth and honesty, there is no such thing
- 26:56Speaker 2: as a trans woman or a trans man. There's men
- 26:58Speaker 2: and there's women. I say saying the other day that
- 27:01Speaker 2: the six genders that Tallarico speaks of so often is man, woman, guy, gal, girl, boy.
- 27:06Speaker 6: Very like, yeah, how do we get the sixth?
- 27:10Speaker 2: I'm like, bro, what is just stop it? Like I'm
- 27:12Speaker 2: so sick. He's so patronizing. But these these people came
- 27:18Speaker 2: out because June is Pride month, because veterans get one
- 27:21Speaker 2: day Memorial Day, and uh yeah, or Veterans Day November eleventh,
- 27:24Speaker 2: we'll call it two days, right, those who we honor
- 27:26Speaker 2: who have passed and those who are still with us.
- 27:28Speaker 2: But you know, if you're gay and you decided how
- 27:31Speaker 2: you like to have sex, shit, we're going to celebrate
- 27:33Speaker 2: that for a month. You figured it out. Good for you.
- 27:35Speaker 2: I could care less. And to be honest with you,
- 27:39Speaker 2: when you talk to gay people like the ogs, right,
- 27:42Speaker 2: just lesbian and gays, you know, they're like, yeah, we're
- 27:44Speaker 2: not about this whole alphabet City acronym movement, like we're out.
- 27:48Speaker 2: They are tapping out. So they had a little moment
- 27:52Speaker 2: on June first where they celebrated the start of their
- 27:55Speaker 2: month by singing, do you want to see it here?
- 28:00Speaker 6: I've seen this, I haven't heard it.
- 28:02Speaker 2: It's something else. The baritone leaves a lot to be understood.
- 28:06Speaker 2: I'll tell you that.
- 28:22Speaker 11: Yeah, uh huh.
- 28:36Speaker 2: So I love the abrupt pan to the trans flag.
- 28:39Speaker 2: For those of you listening, it's like this group of people,
- 28:42Speaker 2: it's you know, it's the he, she's shim hers, men's.
- 28:45Speaker 2: I don't know, it's a lot of people trying to sing.
- 28:48Speaker 6: So I missed that. So that was a trans flag
- 28:51Speaker 6: that wasn't just the gay flag.
- 28:52Speaker 8: Right.
- 28:52Speaker 2: So whenever you see the black point of death where
- 28:54Speaker 2: they want to cut off your junk. That's when you
- 28:57Speaker 2: know it's a trans flag.
- 28:58Speaker 6: Oh my gosh.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Yeah. The light pink, the light blue, and the black
- 29:04Speaker 2: point of death as I call it, is where they
- 29:06Speaker 2: split the banana and where they can take it off
- 29:09Speaker 2: and do all kinds of fun things so that you
- 29:11Speaker 2: can go out. And as we talk, I don't know
- 29:13Speaker 2: if you have you heard about this woman in Australia.
- 29:16Speaker 2: I don't know if we covered that last week, the
- 29:18Speaker 2: potential pregnancy woman. I might just throw this in for
- 29:21Speaker 2: good measure. Eric has to go today, so we're only
- 29:23Speaker 2: going to be able to play one more clip because
- 29:25Speaker 2: he's you know, he's popular and busy and things like that.
- 29:27Speaker 2: But there is this woman in Australia. Her name is
- 29:32Speaker 2: doctor Anna Cody, and I have been covering this for
- 29:35Speaker 2: days because I actually thought this was fake who talks
- 29:38Speaker 2: about male pregnancy and that they cannot be discriminated against
- 29:43Speaker 2: and that potential pregnancy is a real thing. Do you
- 29:45Speaker 2: want to hear it?
- 29:46Speaker 6: Yes? Yeah, do it from the commission specific of what
- 29:50Speaker 6: is the woman?
- 29:52Speaker 7: An adult female human thank you, and includes a transgender woman,
- 29:57Speaker 7: a biological mild count become.
- 29:58Speaker 10: Pregnant, but the rounds of pregnancy includes potential pregnancy as
- 30:03Speaker 10: well as pregnancy.
- 30:05Speaker 7: But if they can't become pregnant, how can you then
- 30:08Speaker 7: become potentially pregnant.
- 30:10Speaker 10: If someone is treated unfairly on the basis of pregnancy
- 30:14Speaker 10: or potential pregnancy, then that is unlawful discrimination on the
- 30:18Speaker 10: basis of pregnancy.
- 30:19Speaker 7: So if a bloke came in and they said are
- 30:21Speaker 7: you going to have children? Which is the same question
- 30:25Speaker 7: really and he said, oh yeah, maybe, are you saying that,
- 30:30Speaker 7: he could also claim that ground.
- 30:32Speaker 10: If he didn't receive the job because.
- 30:35Speaker 2: They can't get pregnant.
- 30:36Speaker 10: No, no, not a man who is seeking a position.
- 30:42Speaker 10: Then it's not going to apply to a man.
- 30:44Speaker 7: They're both biological men. It makes no sense a biological man.
- 30:51Speaker 7: You state of a biological man can't get pregnant?
- 30:54Speaker 2: Am I correct?
- 30:55Speaker 7: Because if I'm not, I've got to go back to school,
- 30:57Speaker 7: I seriously do.
- 30:58Speaker 11: That's correct, Senator.
- 31:00Speaker 10: But someone who is a trans woman may be assumed
- 31:04Speaker 10: to be pregnant or to be able to be pregnant.
- 31:09Speaker 7: So what stops some men putting on a dress, walking
- 31:11Speaker 7: in and climbing the protections? Is now a woman you've
- 31:15Speaker 7: admitted that?
- 31:17Speaker 2: Have you seen that yet?
- 31:19Speaker 6: I have not.
- 31:19Speaker 5: This is what this is what I like hanging out
- 31:21Speaker 5: with you because you always show me hopefully you know,
- 31:23Speaker 5: the people that listen to this show, that watch this show.
- 31:25Speaker 6: Uh you, I promise you.
- 31:27Speaker 5: I hope you are exposed to things that you would
- 31:30Speaker 5: otherwise not be exposed to.
- 31:31Speaker 12: Uh.
- 31:32Speaker 5: Which makes me sad, by the way, just that we
- 31:34Speaker 5: will not get to the one of the stories that
- 31:35Speaker 5: we had on the rundown, which is them changing the
- 31:37Speaker 5: law about people actually exposing themselves and no longer being
- 31:41Speaker 5: against the law. Or the Seattle bathroom thing which they
- 31:45Speaker 5: spent one hundreds of thousands of dollars on and now
- 31:46Speaker 5: is broken, even though they tried the same thing two
- 31:49Speaker 5: decades ago and the same thing happened.
- 31:51Speaker 6: It's like, imaginea what.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Do we have fourteen seconds? Because I will pay you.
- 31:55Speaker 2: This is a Seattle toilets. Guys, this is crazy.
- 31:57Speaker 12: Looks like somebody already broke the glass on these partible bathrooms,
- 32:00Speaker 12: which is super annoying. You can never have any nice thing.
- 32:03Speaker 12: I hope they replaced this with something a little more durable. Yeah, anyways,
- 32:08Speaker 12: that sucks. I guess we got our answer less than
- 32:10Speaker 12: three weeks before anything happened.
- 32:11Speaker 2: To these things. So these are these are porter potties
- 32:15Speaker 2: that they put in ahead of the World Cup in
- 32:17Speaker 2: Seattle with their psycho lunatic socialist mare and before they
- 32:22Speaker 2: were even able to be used, I think they've been
- 32:24Speaker 2: erected for like two weeks or something crazy like that,
- 32:28Speaker 2: they've already been smashed the smithereens. They cost the taxpayers
- 32:31Speaker 2: close to half a million dollars.
- 32:34Speaker 5: Yeas one hundreds of thousands of dollars each. These things cost, yes,
- 32:37Speaker 5: and they have been up for less than three weeks.
- 32:39Speaker 5: And what's amazing is is they did the same thing
- 32:41Speaker 5: two decades ago, where they literally spent millions of dollars
- 32:45Speaker 5: on high level, fancy public restrooms, and literally the same
- 32:49Speaker 5: thing happened.
- 32:49Speaker 6: People destroyed them.
- 32:51Speaker 5: Yes, so I mean and not in like the way
- 32:53Speaker 5: you know, the euphemistic like we blew up the bathroom
- 32:55Speaker 5: kind away. No, they actually broke the bathroom. And it's
- 32:59Speaker 5: you know, I hate it for Seattle, but it is.
- 33:02Speaker 5: It's another example of like you can have the best idea,
- 33:05Speaker 5: but eventually, like reality wins, and the reality is of
- 33:08Speaker 5: what you've allowed, sayle to become. Means it doesn't matter
- 33:10Speaker 5: how nice the of a thing you spend money on.
- 33:12Speaker 6: It's going to be destroyed.
- 33:14Speaker 2: Yeah, well, we're gonna close this show. Mister Eggers is
- 33:17Speaker 2: popular and very famous and he needs to leave us
- 33:19Speaker 2: early today, folks, but we appreciate you joining us. You
- 33:22Speaker 2: can follow us at Rogue Recap, at Lindamick, at Eric
- 33:25Speaker 2: Underscore Eggers, and we will see you next week for
- 33:28Speaker 2: our Survival episode nine.
- 33:32Speaker 5: You want to say bye, Thank you so much, Linda.
- 33:35Speaker 5: It's always a pleasure. Here's the making it one more week.
