  Speaker 1: they're making the stores a little smaller. The reason he

  Speaker 1: bought them is their distribution centers. He looked at they

  Speaker 1: charted where all the Whole Foods are, and they are

  Speaker 1: exactly where they needed warehouse space, distribution centers. That's one

  Speaker 1: reason they bought them. And they're taking a lot of those.

  Speaker 1: Whole food stores were enormous, so the cut them in

  Speaker 1: half and then the back half is a distribution center

  Speaker 1: a warehouse basis is very smart that way he plots.
