GIANTS POSTCAST: EXTRA INNING FIREWORKS Lead to RARE Giants Series Win on the Road
The San Francisco Giants picked up their first series win away from Oracle Park since the All-Star break with a 6-5 win over the St. Louis Cardinals today at Busch Stadium. Drew Gilbert was the hero for the San Francisco Giants, clubbing a pinch-hit two-run shot in the top of the 10th inning to put his team ahead. Anthony Molina bounced back after a lackluster outing in his last appearance, rolling through 5.2 scoreless innings while striking out six. The rubber-match win today is just the second such win for the San Francisco Giants since the All-Star break.
