- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I, Almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hello, everyone. Welcome to another episode of Almost Famous. Today,
- 0:09Speaker 2: we're breaking down headlines with producer Heather. Ben is still
- 0:14Speaker 2: out filming his TV show, I Do, on Journey TV.
- 0:20Speaker 2: We have a wonderful first headline today. Katie Thurston says
- 0:25Speaker 2: she has no longer any evidence of disease amidst her
- 0:30Speaker 2: stage four breast cancer journey. We're so happy for Katie.
- 0:35Speaker 2: This is so amazing. So she was at a, it
- 0:38Speaker 2: was a Susan G Komen.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:39Speaker 2: It's a breast cancer research foundation award ceremony. And she
- 0:45Speaker 2: got up there and she said that she was making
- 0:47Speaker 2: a symbolic donation of $ 610. She's going to put it
- 0:51Speaker 2: towards research. And the thing was, Each of those dollars
- 0:54Speaker 2: was supposed to represent a day in which she's been
- 0:56Speaker 2: alive since being diagnosed. And she said, I am here
- 1:00Speaker 2: because of you, because of all the importance of research.
- 1:03Speaker 2: And for the first time today in public, I get
- 1:05Speaker 2: to announce that there's currently no evidence of disease. She,
- 1:10Speaker 2: of course, starts crying, thinking about that and the fact
- 1:15Speaker 2: that she... was diagnosed just into wedding planning with her
- 1:20Speaker 2: now husband, Jeff. She got the call that she was
- 1:23Speaker 2: like supposed to be trying on dresses and such. And
- 1:26Speaker 2: then she had to swap that thought for deciding where
- 1:31Speaker 2: she was going to get her care for breast cancer.
- 1:34Speaker 2: We are so happy for Katie. When I saw this,
- 1:37Speaker 2: I go, okay, so she's stage four. She's never went
- 1:41Speaker 2: through chemo. And I remember the mass, you know, being
- 1:46Speaker 2: spreading to her liver. So what kind of treatment did
- 1:48Speaker 2: she have? Because, you know, when this was diagnosed and
- 1:51Speaker 2: she was first going through treatment, we kind of went
- 1:54Speaker 2: through a lot of it with her. We were following
- 1:58Speaker 2: her boobie broadcast on Instagram. And now that it's clear,
- 2:02Speaker 2: I was like, how did it get clear without any chemo?
- 2:06Speaker 2: So what I looked it up and how it was
- 2:11Speaker 2: is a lot of hormone therapy for her. And with
- 2:15Speaker 2: the hormones... Managed in a certain way in her body
- 2:19Speaker 2: and her body kind of being in a medically induced menopause.
- 2:24Speaker 2: They were able to stop those places, those masses from growing.
- 2:31Speaker 2: The liver one, unbelievable. No radiation, no chemo. And it
- 2:35Speaker 2: shrunk all the way because of the hormone management. And
- 2:39Speaker 2: then she had a double mastectomy. We're so happy for Katie. So,
- 2:44Speaker 2: so happy. Feels like a miracle.
- 2:47Speaker 3: It is a miracle, and I'm so happy that she
- 2:51Speaker 3: has been brave enough to share her extensive journey online
- 2:55Speaker 3: with her followers because what she's doing is also saving lives.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Saves so many lives just by, I'm sure. I'm sure
- 3:05Speaker 2: every day she gets a DM saying, like, because of you,
- 3:07Speaker 2: I went to go get a mammogram or an ultrasound
- 3:12Speaker 2: on whatever I was feeling in my boob.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 3:15Speaker 2: She must feel it was all, um, I don't know.
- 3:20Speaker 2: I don't want to put words in Katie's mouth, but
- 3:21Speaker 2: I'm sure that that gives her a feeling. So to
- 3:25Speaker 2: say that, right.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. So really happy for you, Katie. Um, and
- 3:30Speaker 2: hopefully all of this scans in the future come out clear.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Amazing.
- 3:36Speaker 2: And other, uplifting news. Joey, Bachelor Joey, who I never
- 3:42Speaker 2: say his last name because I don't really know how to.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Grazaday.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Grazaday. Do you ever refer to him as Grazaday? He's
- 3:51Speaker 2: just Joey the Bachelor. He's kind of like Bachelor Bob.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Don't people call him Joey G too?
- 3:56Speaker 3: Joey G.
- 3:56Speaker 2: That sounds... Yeah, that's cute. So Joey is actually going
- 4:01Speaker 2: to be in a Christmas movie. It is called The
- 4:03Speaker 2: Holiday Spark.
- 4:05Speaker 3: It is on.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Roku's channel. So I looked it up. You don't have
- 4:10Speaker 2: to have a Roku device in order to watch this movie.
- 4:12Speaker 2: You can stream it online. You could stream it on
- 4:15Speaker 2: their app via Samsung TVs and such. He is going
- 4:19Speaker 2: to be playing basically the, it's kind of a stereotype
- 4:23Speaker 2: in a wonderful way of a hot firefighter who falls
- 4:26Speaker 2: in love with it's Jamie Chung and other um, reality star.
- 4:32Speaker 2: She was on, uh, the real world San Diego back
- 4:36Speaker 2: in 2004. She's been very like current, I feel like.
- 4:38Speaker 2: And she's just like been a name ever since. And, uh,
- 4:42Speaker 2: they will be falling in love when she plans a
- 4:46Speaker 2: holiday party at the firehouse and he's in charge of
- 4:50Speaker 2: putting the party together.
- 4:52Speaker 4: First of all, I love Christmas movies. I don't really
- 4:56Speaker 4: tend to get into the Hallmark.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Roku kind of movies, but this looks so adorable. I
- 5:02Speaker 3: think we're going to have to watch it and talk
- 5:04Speaker 3: about it. And then on top of it, he's not
- 5:07Speaker 3: the only one. Remember, Justin Glaze is going to be
- 5:10Speaker 3: in a Christmas movie this year with Whitney from Secret
- 5:14Speaker 3: Lives of Mormon Wives.
- 5:15Speaker 4: So it's a very bachelor Christmas. I kind of love it.
- 5:19Speaker 3: And it goes back to what I've said before, people.
- 5:23Speaker 3: It doesn't matter if you've been on reality TV. If
- 5:26Speaker 3: you want to get into acting after, you can. And
- 5:29Speaker 3: I kind of want to know, like, next time we
- 5:31Speaker 3: talk to Joey, like, is this, like, the plan or
- 5:34Speaker 3: is this a happy accident? Like, I'm kind of intrigued
- 5:38Speaker 3: because he looked really natural in this trailer.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Yeah. And I feel like he fits the part of
- 5:46Speaker 2: Firefighter so well. Did you ever see Ladder 49?
- 5:48Speaker 3: No.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Whatever 49 right no you never saw with joaquin phoenix
- 5:53Speaker 2: and john travolta no oh my gosh he is so
- 5:56Speaker 2: joaquin phoenix coded joey and i can and it was
- 6:02Speaker 2: it's such that that was like almost a rom-com not
- 6:05Speaker 2: a rom-com but a romance and i'm so excited to
- 6:09Speaker 2: see this movie i mean him in this role firefighter
- 6:13Speaker 2: The title of it being Holiday Spark. It's all so
- 6:17Speaker 2: corny and delicious. Thank you. It's just cute. So cute.
- 6:22Speaker 2: I love it.
- 6:23Speaker 3: And then it's like, is he doing this? And then
- 6:26Speaker 3: I know like Rob Rausch does like spicy audiobooks.
- 6:31Speaker 4: I think, on the side.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Oh, he does?
- 6:33Speaker 4: Oh, yes.
- 6:34Speaker 3: And so I'm not saying Joey should do spicy audiobooks,
- 6:37Speaker 3: but it's like I could see Joey like becoming– the
- 6:42Speaker 3: hallmark kind of, you know, movie guy after seeing this trailer.
- 6:47Speaker 2: I can see that too. Yeah. I wonder how Kelsey
- 6:53Speaker 2: feels about it.
- 6:55Speaker 4: We have to talk about how.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Because there has to be a kiss, right?
- 6:58Speaker 4: Oh, we see a kiss kind of in the trailer.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Okay, yeah. We have to talk about how stunning Kelsey
- 7:04Speaker 3: looked at the Victoria's Secret fashion show yesterday on the
- 7:07Speaker 3: red carpet, pink carpet.
- 7:08Speaker 2: I've always said that she looks like a 90s supermodel.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Like she looks probably, I mean, maybe in my opinion,
- 7:16Speaker 2: prettier than the girls that are on the runway.
- 7:19Speaker 3: They could have asked her to be in the show.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Like she does look like a Victoria's Secret angel.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Exactly. She really does. And I wouldn't be surprised if
- 7:27Speaker 2: we see that next year.
- 7:28Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Her and Hannah Godwin both walked the carpet. Hannah also
- 7:33Speaker 3: looked fantastic. But yeah, I was just blown away. The
- 7:38Speaker 3: hair looked fabulous. The dress, it all looked great.
- 7:41Speaker 2: So good. So next headline is Joey saying that him
- 7:47Speaker 2: being at Traders, so hard. He said, it's a great show.
- 7:50Speaker 2: It's going to be so good. It was so fun.
- 7:53Speaker 2: It was great conversation with the cast because the phone
- 7:56Speaker 2: got taken away. Everybody could focus on getting to know
- 8:00Speaker 2: people better. But he said, it's crazy. It is a
- 8:04Speaker 2: lot harder than you think it seems on TV. You
- 8:07Speaker 2: go into it being like, oh, I can do this.
- 8:09Speaker 2: But He said it's totally different than when he thought
- 8:12Speaker 2: it would be. He also said that Kelsey was running
- 8:17Speaker 2: his account on Instagram when he was away. And he
- 8:21Speaker 2: said that she still has his passwords and such. And
- 8:26Speaker 2: he jokes that he's never going to get his socials
- 8:28Speaker 2: back again. And they want to play a game. Said,
- 8:31Speaker 2: was this post from Joey or was this post from Kelsey?
- 8:35Speaker 2: That is a fun game.
- 8:36Speaker 3: My biggest thing with the Traitors as being a big
- 8:38Speaker 3: fan of the show is... I wonder if the gameplay
- 8:46Speaker 3: continues when they go back to their hotel.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Yeah, we're not supposed to talk about that.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Yeah, they don't sleep in the castle.
- 8:53Speaker 3: But I always wonder, when cameras are down, are you
- 8:57Speaker 3: still eyeing people as you're getting back into your van?
- 9:01Speaker 4: I wonder what the rules are around that.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Because I know they can't probably talk about the game
- 9:07Speaker 3: when cameras are down, but I wonder if people are
- 9:09Speaker 3: still like, keeping an eye on somebody for being suspicious.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Definitely keeping an eye. It's like kind of like in
- 9:15Speaker 2: Housewives world. If we're not on camera, I'm still not
- 9:18Speaker 2: going to say anything that I would like. I'm pretty
- 9:22Speaker 2: much as on guard off camera as I would be
- 9:24Speaker 2: on camera. I know.
- 9:25Speaker 3: But with a game, I feel like it's a little
- 9:27Speaker 3: bit more strict. That's the that's the thing, because there's
- 9:32Speaker 3: money on the line for them.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:34Speaker 4: They do.
- 9:35Speaker 3: I know that they go through extensive things when it
- 9:38Speaker 3: comes to getting in the vans at night because the
- 9:42Speaker 3: traders have to then come back and go film at
- 9:45Speaker 3: the turret.
- 9:46Speaker 2: I don't know how they let that, like, how is
- 9:48Speaker 2: that kept secret? How do they not figure this out?
- 9:51Speaker 3: Because they change who gets into what van every single
- 9:55Speaker 3: night or something.
- 9:57Speaker 4: So the order is never the same.
- 9:59Speaker 3: And then I think it's when they get back to
- 10:01Speaker 3: the hotel, then the traders are then pulled aside. Yeah, definitely.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Everybody probably goes to their room. They are not allowed
- 10:09Speaker 2: to get out of the room. And then they put
- 10:11Speaker 2: them in cars.
- 10:12Speaker 3: I watched, I think during COVID, I went through like
- 10:15Speaker 3: a whole thing where I was like, oh, I should
- 10:16Speaker 3: watch like these old shows that I've never seen before.
- 10:19Speaker 4: So I like watched like two seasons of The Mole.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Do you remember that show?
- 10:23Speaker 2: I mean, I remember it existing. Okay.
- 10:27Speaker 3: So they did like a celebrity version of The Mole
- 10:29Speaker 3: and they also did like a regular people's version. It's
- 10:32Speaker 3: a very complicated show to follow, but it has a
- 10:35Speaker 3: lot of the same elements as The Traitors. And I
- 10:39Speaker 3: remember in one of the seasons when they were like,
- 10:42Speaker 3: how did you figure out who The Mole was?
- 10:44Speaker 4: They were like, oh, one of the.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Biggest signs was the fact that I knew where the
- 10:49Speaker 3: production office was in the hotel everywhere we stayed. And
- 10:53Speaker 3: I noticed that you always put this person in the
- 10:56Speaker 3: room right next to the production office. So they figured
- 11:00Speaker 3: out like that quickly that the mole was the person
- 11:03Speaker 3: that was going closest to the production office. So they
- 11:06Speaker 3: changed that the next time because they didn't realize. But
- 11:10Speaker 3: it's like gameplay shows like this are very intense.
- 11:14Speaker 4: You know? Right now we're seeing.
- 11:17Speaker 3: uh, traders new blood with regular air quotes. When I
- 11:22Speaker 3: say regular people, because majority of them are Tik TOK
- 11:25Speaker 3: or influencer famous.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Oh yeah.
- 11:27Speaker 3: They're negating saying that on the show, but they are,
- 11:30Speaker 3: they have, most of them have over a hundred thousand followers.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Is traders full blown on NBC now?
- 11:37Speaker 4: So just this version, just this normies version.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Are they going to put the regular, like the normal
- 11:42Speaker 2: celebrity cast version on NBC now?
- 11:46Speaker 3: I really hope that they don't because they've changed the
- 11:49Speaker 3: format of the show to.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Suffice how long because like the when they just do
- 11:55Speaker 3: on Peacock with a celebrity version the episodes are longer
- 11:58Speaker 3: and the episodes are also formatted in a different way
- 12:01Speaker 3: and a lot of true Traders fans are upset that
- 12:04Speaker 3: they've changed the format on this NBC version so like
- 12:07Speaker 3: for example we always see a breakfast scene a round
- 12:13Speaker 3: table and a turret scene so we see like two
- 12:16Speaker 3: murders and we see like a breakfast of like who
- 12:18Speaker 3: got murdered the night before that's how like It always is.
- 12:22Speaker 4: And on this.
- 12:23Speaker 3: New version, we're not seeing that. We're not even seeing
- 12:26Speaker 3: them have breakfast most times.
- 12:28Speaker 2: It's cropped.
- 12:29Speaker 4: It's cropped because of commercials.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:31Speaker 4: They have to have time for commercials.
- 12:34Speaker 3: And so I'm not, I don't know, people listening, I
- 12:38Speaker 3: know we have Traders fans that like listen to the pod.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Tell us what you think of this, you know, new
- 12:44Speaker 3: blood version. It hasn't gripped me yet. I'm watching it
- 12:48Speaker 3: because I love the show, but it's not, my fave.
- 12:51Speaker 3: I love to see my housewives in there.
- 12:54Speaker 4: I would die, die. If you and Ben got on traders,
- 12:58Speaker 4: it would be so good.
- 13:00Speaker 2: I would love that so much. Could you imagine if
- 13:03Speaker 2: I was a trader? Like, there's no way I'd be like,
- 13:05Speaker 2: I'm the worst liar ever.
- 13:06Speaker 3: You being a trader would actually be horrifying for you.
- 13:10Speaker 3: If I were to be on the show, I would
- 13:12Speaker 3: want to be a trader a thousand percent. Um, But
- 13:16Speaker 3: if you were a traitor, you would just be crying.
- 13:18Speaker 3: And every time you had to murder somebody, you'd be crying.
- 13:21Speaker 4: But then also them.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Making you a traitor, knowing that you're a crier would
- 13:26Speaker 3: also throw people off because people would think that you
- 13:29Speaker 3: couldn't handle it and they might not suspect you.
- 13:32Speaker 4: I mean, there's a whole slew of reasons why it
- 13:34Speaker 4: would be good.
- 13:47Speaker 2: You know what's on tonight? What? Jared and my episode
- 13:51Speaker 2: of Celebrity Weakest Link.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Wait, plug it.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Okay.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. It's at nine o'clock on Fox. And
- 14:00Speaker 2: Jared and I played against Alexa Pennevega and Carlos Pennevega.
- 14:06Speaker 2: And then RG3 and his wife. And then Nicole Ari
- 14:09Speaker 2: Parker and her husband. It was a couple's thing. Couples thing.
- 14:14Speaker 4: Got it.
- 14:15Speaker 2: It was Celebrity Couples Weakest Link.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Got it.
- 14:17Speaker 2: And we filmed it back in June. And let me
- 14:20Speaker 2: just tell you, I have never been so housewives-y than
- 14:23Speaker 2: I was on The Weakest Link. Because Jared and I
- 14:26Speaker 2: get really competitive over trivia.
- 14:29Speaker 3: We saw this happen on your trivia episode on Housewives.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Yes. And because it was for charity, Jared and I
- 14:39Speaker 2: in the back of the green room before we all
- 14:40Speaker 2: hit the stage go, typically... A weakest link, you know,
- 14:44Speaker 2: for selfish reasons, because you want to win the money,
- 14:47Speaker 2: you would eliminate perhaps strong links, right? But I said,
- 14:52Speaker 2: in this case, everyone, since it's for charity, and I
- 14:54Speaker 2: think we all just want the most money to go
- 14:56Speaker 2: to charity, let's not gameplay, and let's just try to
- 15:00Speaker 2: get as many questions right as possible and keep the
- 15:02Speaker 2: strongest players there, right? Everybody was in agreeance until we
- 15:07Speaker 2: hit the stage, and the gameplay commenced.
- 15:11Speaker 4: The second you said that, I was like, oh, no,
- 15:13Speaker 4: they came for you guys.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Oh, Jared and I had mad targets on our back.
- 15:18Speaker 2: And that's all I'm going to say about that until
- 15:20Speaker 2: you guys watch, because it'll also be streaming if you
- 15:22Speaker 2: don't catch it tonight.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Oh, Jared and I had a good time and a
- 15:27Speaker 2: sassy time. I don't know what will be aired.
- 15:29Speaker 4: On the weakest link, when she goes, you are the
- 15:32Speaker 4: weakest link.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Goodbye.
- 15:33Speaker 3: Didn't the floor used to drop out and people, am
- 15:37Speaker 3: I thinking of a different show?
- 15:38Speaker 2: I think you might be thinking of a different show,
- 15:40Speaker 2: but it was definitely scary to be eliminated from that
- 15:44Speaker 2: original show. I remember that. This was hosted by Jane Lynch, who,
- 15:47Speaker 2: by the way, Jane Lynch, so, so sweet. Nice lady.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Well, I'll be watching that tonight for sure.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Thanks. Nine o'clock on Fox. It might be a good watch.
- 15:57Speaker 4: No, I'm sure it is. I'm sure it is.
- 16:02Speaker 3: The thing is, is that I'm not trying to be
- 16:04Speaker 3: rude when I say this, but celebrity guest trivia games
- 16:11Speaker 3: shows are the only ones that I actually feel intelligent
- 16:16Speaker 3: watching because they tend to ask questions that I am...
- 16:22Speaker 3: able to answer whereas if I sit down for an
- 16:24Speaker 3: episode of Jeopardy on a regular day I'm like yeah
- 16:28Speaker 3: this is stuff I don't know and I can't play
- 16:31Speaker 3: along and I have no idea what's happening.
- 16:33Speaker 4: Unless they go to like double Jeopardy.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Who is this and it's like Lance Bass and then
- 16:38Speaker 3: those are always the ones where it's like The smart
- 16:42Speaker 3: people don't get it.
- 16:43Speaker 4: And you're just like, oh, yes.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Oh, those people frustrate the shit out of me when
- 16:48Speaker 2: they don't get the pop culture question.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 16:50Speaker 3: So when it's like celebrities playing these games, the questions
- 16:53Speaker 3: tend to be pop culture based.
- 16:55Speaker 4: So I'm like, oh, yeah, I can play this. I
- 16:56Speaker 4: can play along. I can watch this.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Oh, Heather, I couldn't believe some of the things that
- 17:01Speaker 2: these guys were getting wrong.
- 17:03Speaker 4: Oh, gosh, I can't wait. I can't wait.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I was astonished to the point where it's like, you
- 17:10Speaker 2: almost get tripped up because like people are getting such
- 17:13Speaker 2: obvious questions wrong that you're like, am I going to
- 17:16Speaker 2: forget the name of like, I Starbucks, you know what
- 17:20Speaker 2: I mean? Cause I'm going to psych myself out.
- 17:23Speaker 4: Oh my gosh.
- 17:24Speaker 3: You have to watch the traders because people do this too,
- 17:27Speaker 3: not to get confusing, but you're always like in gameplay mode.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Right.
- 17:32Speaker 3: And it never fails on the show celebrity or normal
- 17:36Speaker 3: person version. People just will be like, um, So yeah,
- 17:40Speaker 3: during the murders last night, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 17:43Speaker 3: And they'll always like accidentally say something like that. And
- 17:46Speaker 3: people will be like, oh, you said the murders last night.
- 17:49Speaker 4: So you were there. So you did it. So it's
- 17:52Speaker 4: just at least like, you don't want to be.
- 17:54Speaker 3: The one who says something stupid on a game show
- 17:57Speaker 3: that like gets you outed right away. Like if it's
- 18:00Speaker 3: a trivia game or if it's a game of like wit,
- 18:03Speaker 3: you just, you don't want that.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Oh, man. I'm just going to daydream about being on Trader.
- 18:10Speaker 2: So funny.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 18:11Speaker 2: All right. Before we let you go, we have a
- 18:14Speaker 2: few more headlines this week. Basically, Tyler Cameron's body is
- 18:17Speaker 2: in shambles after performing on Dancing with the Stars. He's
- 18:21Speaker 2: had a whole bunch of injuries from the past that
- 18:24Speaker 2: he hasn't gotten fixed from football and other physical activity.
- 18:29Speaker 2: And he just basically says that when I'm out there,
- 18:32Speaker 2: I am hurting because he has two torn shoulders. a
- 18:35Speaker 2: torn thumb, a torn wrist. And basically it hasn't fixed
- 18:42Speaker 2: any of this stuff. So I'm going to suggest that
- 18:45Speaker 2: Tyler book some surgery dates when he's done with this.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Well, also that's crazy that those are the injuries he
- 18:52Speaker 3: has when last week he literally lifted his partner over
- 18:57Speaker 3: his head. It was like spinning her around dirty dancing style.
- 19:01Speaker 3: So yeah, that's crazy.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm not an orthopedic surgeon, but it says that like,
- 19:07Speaker 2: he says that both ligaments are gone on his shoulders
- 19:11Speaker 2: and that his hips, both ligaments are gone. Never got
- 19:14Speaker 2: them fixed.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Yeah, that sounds painful. Um, but he makes it look easy.
- 19:23Speaker 3: I'll say that when he's out on the dance floor,
- 19:25Speaker 3: he makes his partner look like she weighs about three
- 19:27Speaker 3: pounds and couldn't tell he was in pain at all
- 19:31Speaker 3: last week when he was dancing.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 19:40Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Jess edwards is getting candid about how she's feeling about
- 19:47Speaker 2: uh moving on after her breakup with spencer conley so
- 19:53Speaker 2: if you guys remember jess and spencer were engaged after
- 19:56Speaker 2: bachelor in paradise they we've been together for over a
- 19:59Speaker 2: year just recently announced that they split she relocated to
- 20:04Speaker 2: texas for him And now she's going back to San
- 20:08Speaker 2: Diego where her friends and family are from. But she
- 20:10Speaker 2: says she's not signing a lease until the holidays. But
- 20:14Speaker 2: she says she is going through Zillow all the time.
- 20:16Speaker 2: But she's very happy there. And she's grateful to be
- 20:20Speaker 2: back in a place where she's comfortable and surrounded by
- 20:22Speaker 2: family and friends. She did say that moving back to
- 20:27Speaker 2: San Diego and San Diego in general was not the
- 20:29Speaker 2: reason why they broke up. There's many, there's different reasons.
- 20:35Speaker 2: But so grateful that you guys care. I will not
- 20:38Speaker 2: be sharing any details. Okay. Well, it was, this is
- 20:42Speaker 2: kind of a, it was, I thought this was going
- 20:45Speaker 2: to happen to put it bluntly. When Andrew and Alex
- 20:50Speaker 2: got together in paradise, I just felt it. And they
- 20:55Speaker 2: are still so strong. And I really think they're going
- 20:57Speaker 2: to get married. They're so cute. So cute. I did
- 21:01Speaker 2: not feel right about these two. And my instincts are right.
- 21:06Speaker 3: I just think it's a bummer to... I hate moving.
- 21:11Speaker 3: I really hate it with a passion. It's on the
- 21:14Speaker 3: list of the things I dislike most in life.
- 21:17Speaker 4: It would be moving.
- 21:18Speaker 2: And so.
- 21:19Speaker 3: I agree. To think about moving to another state for...
- 21:25Speaker 3: a relationship and then it implodes shortly after and then
- 21:31Speaker 3: to move back I would be so probably up in
- 21:36Speaker 3: arms that I would just be like, well, I guess
- 21:37Speaker 3: I'm staying here in this state that I just moved to.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Like I would be that like lazy isn't the word,
- 21:43Speaker 3: but like I probably could not see myself being like
- 21:46Speaker 3: packing up, moving back to another state again.
- 21:49Speaker 2: I think about moving on a daily basis. So like
- 21:53Speaker 2: this house was always designed to be like a four
- 21:58Speaker 2: to five year house. And like, we have ideas of
- 22:04Speaker 2: what we're going to be doing in the next year.
- 22:06Speaker 2: And I think about packing this house up actually on
- 22:11Speaker 2: the daily, even though there's no moving date, it's because
- 22:14Speaker 2: I'm so stressed about it already.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Well, you are an influencer and you can get a
- 22:19Speaker 3: brand deal where they come and.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Pack up for you.
- 22:22Speaker 2: I will be getting that. I will be arranging that.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Okay.
- 22:27Speaker 2: But it's not just, it's just like, it's too much.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Cause then you start seeing the quotes. And yes, moving
- 22:35Speaker 2: in general is like the most expensive thing ever. Even
- 22:38Speaker 2: when we have done the partnerships with moving brands, they
- 22:41Speaker 2: never even let you– they won't do a clinch. They're like,
- 22:44Speaker 2: we'll give you a discount because moving is so expensive.
- 22:48Speaker 2: First of all, yes, I'm very, very, very blessed.
- 22:50Speaker 3: I know this.
- 22:51Speaker 2: But they like add poundage, remember? You know how like
- 22:55Speaker 2: moving works where it's just like, oh, well, if you're
- 22:57Speaker 2: going to bring that, it's going to be an extra.
- 23:00Speaker 4: Or sometimes they do how many trucks it takes.
- 23:03Speaker 2: It's just the worst.
- 23:05Speaker 4: It's all a nightmare. And then, you know, everybody gets
- 23:08Speaker 4: to the end of their move.
- 23:09Speaker 2: The most personal problem nightmare, yeah.
- 23:11Speaker 4: You just start tossing stuff.
- 23:13Speaker 3: You're just like, oh, this cheese grater, I don't need this.
- 23:15Speaker 3: You just start throwing stuff away because you're just so
- 23:18Speaker 3: over the idea of packing. Like, I can't imagine she
- 23:23Speaker 3: moved to Texas and... And then packed up every single
- 23:26Speaker 3: item again to move back to San Diego. She's probably like,
- 23:28Speaker 3: I'm coming back lighter. Coming back with less things is probably,
- 23:32Speaker 3: I hope, what she did.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Yeah. I think it's different when you're like moving in
- 23:36Speaker 2: with somebody. Like I wonder if, did they like find
- 23:38Speaker 2: their house together and they like moved into a new
- 23:41Speaker 2: house together?
- 23:41Speaker 4: I feel like it was a new place that they
- 23:43Speaker 4: moved in together.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I thought you did too. Yeah. That's worse.
- 23:47Speaker 3: I know. Yeah.
- 23:49Speaker 2: All right, well, guys, last headline of the week is
- 23:52Speaker 2: Vanessa Grimaldi reveals the gender of her rainbow baby. Vanessa
- 23:58Speaker 2: has had two pregnancy losses in the past couple years,
- 24:02Speaker 2: in 2024 and in 2025. And they had their first
- 24:12Speaker 2: baby a couple months after I had Dawson. So, yeah,
- 24:14Speaker 2: he's four now. And they did a gender reveal, and
- 24:19Speaker 2: it is another boy. So cute. In this reveal, she
- 24:24Speaker 2: opens her eyes as Josh, her husband, presents a Mickey
- 24:27Speaker 2: Mouse doll and blue ice cream, symbolizing that they're having
- 24:31Speaker 2: a boy. And the caption reads, Thank heaven for little boys.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Greatest gift we can ever give our boys is each other,
- 24:39Speaker 2: which is nothing like sibling love. And I agree. I agree.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Even though they fight all the time when they are
- 24:45Speaker 2: cute together and they hug each other or, Oh, whenever
- 24:49Speaker 2: they show any kind of affection to each other, it's
- 24:52Speaker 2: all worth it. It's so cute.
- 24:55Speaker 4: Was it this morning?
- 24:56Speaker 2: I don't even remember these things, but Dawson goes, mom, look.
- 24:59Speaker 2: And Hayden had just come over and just started hugging Dawson.
- 25:03Speaker 2: And it's just the cutest thing ever.
- 25:04Speaker 4: Sweet.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:06Speaker 2: And then whenever he throws something at his head and
- 25:08Speaker 2: then I go, Hayden, go say sorry to Dada. And
- 25:12Speaker 2: then he goes, sorry, Dada.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Sorry.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Then he gives him a hug. And then he pats
- 25:19Speaker 2: the place that he hit him in the head. And
- 25:20Speaker 2: then Dawson is like the sweetest. He's like, it's okay, Hayden.
- 25:24Speaker 2: It's okay.
- 25:27Speaker 4: So cute.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Well, great headlines, Ashley.
- 25:32Speaker 2: We're happy for them. We're so happy for them. We
- 25:35Speaker 2: really went into depth. Really went into detail with these things.
- 25:38Speaker 3: I will be watching The Weakest Link tonight with Ashley
- 25:41Speaker 3: and Jared.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Thank you. I'm going to set my alarm or I'll
- 25:45Speaker 2: forget about it.
- 25:47Speaker 3: All right.
