  sector was going to go through massive changes.

  Part of that is the pain like people getting fed up that all

  like, it's like a Wild West town, right?

  The Wild West when there were bars that were open all night on

  Saturday night and gambling and all types of debauchery going on

  and dust being thrown up in the streets and shootouts and

  is what is happening right now, right when it's Sunday morning,
