- 0:00Speaker 1: Back to marshallon on wor.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Well, it's Friday. That's the good news. Bad news is
- 0:14Speaker 2: going to rain all day, but it'll stop about six o'clock.
- 0:17Speaker 2: So no rain tonight, no rain tomorrow. Tomorrow will be okay. Sunday.
- 0:20Speaker 2: There's a chance of some snow Sunday night into Monday.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Looks like one to three inches depending on the track
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the storm. Now could move our way or could
- 0:29Speaker 2: move the opposite way, So keep an eye on that.
- 0:33Speaker 2: The Supreme Court ruled this morning that the Trump tariffs
- 0:36Speaker 2: are not legal. The Trump tariffs are illegal. The emergency
- 0:40Speaker 2: whatever act that he used to enact them, they say,
- 0:44Speaker 2: does not allow him to impose tariffs on other countries.
- 0:48Speaker 2: So they have knocked down the tariffs. The vote was
- 0:51Speaker 2: six to three to get rid of the tariffs. Now
- 0:56Speaker 2: there's some question does that mean the money that's already
- 0:59Speaker 2: been elected, which is billions and billions and billions of dollars,
- 1:04Speaker 2: does that need to be returned? And this has all
- 1:08Speaker 2: got to be worked out the White House now analyzing
- 1:11Speaker 2: the court ruling, you have to go over this thing.
- 1:14Speaker 2: It's long and complex. So let me see stock market
- 1:18Speaker 2: up one hundred and twenty points so Wall Street basically
- 1:21Speaker 2: likes that a little. I don't know the tariffs. I
- 1:24Speaker 2: don't know that they'll have to return the money. We'll see,
- 1:26Speaker 2: we'll see. It's a big blow to the trumpet mistress,
- 1:31Speaker 2: especially right before the State of the Union. But he's
- 1:34Speaker 2: got three four days to figure this out. Now, Remember,
- 1:36Speaker 2: the State of the Union is a chance for the
- 1:38Speaker 2: President to explain everything to the public. Most people will
- 1:43Speaker 2: watch the State of the Union and they've been fed
- 1:46Speaker 2: all sorts of fake nonsense from fake narratives by the
- 1:48Speaker 2: fake news, So it's a chance for the President to
- 1:51Speaker 2: get the real facts out there. It's also every year
- 1:55Speaker 2: big opportunity for Democrats to totally embarrass themselves. They usually
- 1:59Speaker 2: do it. It's new tradition. Every State of the Union,
- 2:02Speaker 2: they totally embarrass themselves with the public. You know, Nancy
- 2:06Speaker 2: Pelosi ripping up the president's speech right on camera, Ridiculous
- 2:10Speaker 2: Democrats refusing to applaud for that poor kid with cancer
- 2:14Speaker 2: dying in cancer. They'll always find some way to embarrass themselves.
- 2:18Speaker 2: This year, they're going to hold their own alternate State
- 2:21Speaker 2: of the Union in the park down the street, and
- 2:24Speaker 2: that'll look like an ugly, chaotic mess. So we'll not
- 2:27Speaker 2: go well for Democrats. You know, President former President Obama
- 2:35Speaker 2: on this podcast was asked about illegal aliens and he
- 2:38Speaker 2: started talking to me. Yeah, there are no no, no, no,
- 2:40Speaker 2: excuse me, not illegal aliens, outer space aliens, aliens from
- 2:46Speaker 2: another planet. He was asked about that, and he surprised
- 2:51Speaker 2: the host. He said, yeah, there are, there are aliens
- 2:53Speaker 2: from other planets. He said, now, no, they're not kept
- 2:57Speaker 2: in Area fifty one. You know that's that opposed to
- 3:00Speaker 2: the hiding place for UFOs and aliens and not true.
- 3:05Speaker 2: It's just a military base. I know plenty of people
- 3:07Speaker 2: have been stationed there, visited there. It's a military base
- 3:10Speaker 2: like any other. It's in Nevada. So but he did say,
- 3:15Speaker 2: you know, he's president, he's seen all the inside classified stuff.
- 3:19Speaker 2: He did say there are aliens out there. And then
- 3:23Speaker 2: President Trump yesterday when it was asked about it, said
- 3:26Speaker 2: something like, well, he shouldn't have revealed that. Well, he
- 3:28Speaker 2: shouldn't have said that it's classified. But by saying what
- 3:31Speaker 2: he said, Trump sort of confirmed it. He then later
- 3:35Speaker 2: put out a tweet clearing that up. He said, uh,
- 3:38Speaker 2: it's classified. Whether there is or there isn't, I can't
- 3:40Speaker 2: answer either way to give any sort of answer is classified.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Here there's the president yesterday.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Well, he gave class of RIGHT information.
- 3:47Speaker 2: He's not supposed to be doing the real want it
- 3:50Speaker 2: up they're real or not? I can tell you he
- 3:52Speaker 2: gave Class of OT information. He's not supposed to be
- 3:54Speaker 2: doing that. Well, he made a big for safety. He
- 3:58Speaker 2: took it out a class of D information. Hey, you're
- 4:00Speaker 2: not supposed to reveal classified information, asked Prince Andrew about that. Now,
- 4:06Speaker 2: if you're watching MSNBC or Morning Joe this morning, some
- 4:09Speaker 2: guy in there is yelling President Trump, who had a
- 4:13Speaker 2: closet a ballroom filled with classified information? Who's he to
- 4:16Speaker 2: talk about? Well, there was no closet full of classified documents.
- 4:21Speaker 2: He didn't have classified documents in the ballroom. You remember
- 4:24Speaker 2: that crazy Jack Smith got a hold of every document
- 4:28Speaker 2: in mar A Lago, went through them over and over again,
- 4:31Speaker 2: and in the end said there were only thirty five
- 4:33Speaker 2: classified documents. If you put them in a folder, it's
- 4:36Speaker 2: one inch of a folder, just one inch, it'd be
- 4:40Speaker 2: one inch of one box. All those other boxes no
- 4:43Speaker 2: classified documents in them. And you've got to remember most
- 4:46Speaker 2: classified documents aren't anything important. They overclassify everything and they
- 4:52Speaker 2: just call it classified. So most classified documents aren't that classified,
- 4:56Speaker 2: and if they're two years old, they're pretty much worthless anyway. So,
- 5:00Speaker 2: but if there are aliens out there from outer space
- 5:05Speaker 2: and they came all this way, wouldn't you think they
- 5:08Speaker 2: could kind of let us know they're here? I mean,
- 5:13Speaker 2: why would you just come all that way and just
- 5:15Speaker 2: go land out in the desert and not see anybody
- 5:17Speaker 2: and go back. What would be the point of that?
- 5:20Speaker 2: And are they some much more advanced advanced species that
- 5:26Speaker 2: we don't even know about. I mean, you got to
- 5:27Speaker 2: think if they came here right now from outer space,
- 5:31Speaker 2: they'd be pretty impressed, wouldn't they. It'd be pretty impressed.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I mean, if it came in the Rod Serling nineteen
- 5:37Speaker 2: fifties and landed in the middle of you know, leave
- 5:41Speaker 2: it to beaver world, you're not too impressed. But if
- 5:45Speaker 2: you come now, look at this iPhone, they've got to
- 5:47Speaker 2: be impressed with that. Look at this Apple watch here,
- 5:50Speaker 2: that's pretty impressive. Let's see if they got anything like that.
- 5:54Speaker 2: I think they would be impressed with the Look at
- 5:56Speaker 2: the iPhone, Look at all the things they can do.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Look at this chipol lay downstairs. I can go right
- 6:01Speaker 2: in this app, order everything I want customized, hit the
- 6:04Speaker 2: button and then walk in there and just grab the
- 6:06Speaker 2: bag and leaf. Don't have to talk to anybody, don't
- 6:09Speaker 2: have to see it. I mean, that's pretty advanced. Don't
- 6:11Speaker 2: you think if these aliens saw a grub hub and
- 6:14Speaker 2: all that stuff, door dash, they'd say, Wow, what what
- 6:17Speaker 2: is some civilization they got going here? I think they
- 6:20Speaker 2: would TikTok. They wouldn't like that. I don't know. Hey,
- 6:24Speaker 2: California is a crazy place, always was, and it's getting
- 6:28Speaker 2: even crazier with this awful, ridiculous left wing cook Gavin
- 6:32Speaker 2: Neosome running at the taxes are insane, absolutely insane, And
- 6:36Speaker 2: now he's talking about this billionaire of millionaire zillionaire at
- 6:40Speaker 2: tax where we would seize five percent of your wealth.
- 6:43Speaker 2: You know, if you're in that tax bracket, if you're
- 6:45Speaker 2: a zillionaire, you're already paying like fifty eight percent of
- 6:50Speaker 2: your income. Isn't that immoral? I mean, if you think
- 6:54Speaker 2: about it, why on earth I could see paying five
- 6:57Speaker 2: percent of your income as a tax. Oh yeah, maybe
- 7:00Speaker 2: ten percent. I could see if you really, really really
- 7:04Speaker 2: went create twenty five percent of your income. That's a
- 7:07Speaker 2: lot to give away twenty five percent of your income.
- 7:09Speaker 2: But if you're in New York at California, can manchine
- 7:11Speaker 2: giving away fifty three percent of your income for this government.
- 7:19Speaker 2: This government gets nothing done. They can't pick up the snow,
- 7:21Speaker 2: the garbage is piled up, potholes everywhere. You give it
- 7:23Speaker 2: away fifty percent of your income and getting absolutely no
- 7:27Speaker 2: real service out of it. So in California they're going
- 7:29Speaker 2: even crazier. They're trying to get the sixty sixty five
- 7:32Speaker 2: percent of your income, and now they want to take
- 7:34Speaker 2: five percent of your entire net worth, everything you own.
- 7:38Speaker 2: So it's insane. A lot of billionaires are leaving California,
- 7:42Speaker 2: moving across the border to Nevada. Many of them are
- 7:45Speaker 2: going to Texas. Even those the big tech guys are
- 7:47Speaker 2: all leaving. Mark Zuckerberg bought an enormous place in Florida
- 7:52Speaker 2: the other day, looks like he'll be going there. And
- 7:54Speaker 2: the latest is Steven Spielberg announced he's leaving California. Doesn't
- 7:58Speaker 2: want to pay all that tax. He's leaving in California.
- 8:01Speaker 2: And where's he going, Manhattan. That's how bad California is.
- 8:06Speaker 2: He's coming to Manhattan for tax relief. Now he put
- 8:10Speaker 2: out this statement saying, well, this has long been planned
- 8:13Speaker 2: and it's to be closer to his family, his kids,
- 8:17Speaker 2: his grandkids. Well, he's got a big place in the Hamptons.
- 8:20Speaker 2: He spends most of his time anyway out there in
- 8:22Speaker 2: the Hamptons. But Manhattan. He could live in Connecticut, he
- 8:27Speaker 2: could live in Westchester, he could live in New Jersey.
- 8:31Speaker 2: He's coming to Manhattan. And that's how bad it is.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Now Wadley gets here. I assume he's aware of Mom
- 8:40Speaker 2: Donnie and all of that and those crazy things. Now
- 8:43Speaker 2: here's the good news with Mom Donnie with his crazy
- 8:47Speaker 2: tax stuff. Now, you know, it's very funny. Every time
- 8:49Speaker 2: you elect a socialist, it's bad. The economy goes really bad,
- 8:55Speaker 2: and it's always lower in middle income people to get
- 8:57Speaker 2: hurt the most. Whenever you got a socialist, it's just
- 9:01Speaker 2: crushing for lower and middle income they're the ones who
- 9:04Speaker 2: get hit the hardest by a socialist. The socialist stuff
- 9:08Speaker 2: fails every single time it's been tried, maybe fifty thousand
- 9:14Speaker 2: times in every country in the world. It always fails.
- 9:18Speaker 2: There's never been an exception ever. And good for Mom
- 9:22Speaker 2: Donnie for keeping the streak going. He took office. How
- 9:26Speaker 2: long has it been in office twelve minutes? He already
- 9:28Speaker 2: has failed. He campaign down the affordability, lower rent, to
- 9:34Speaker 2: reduce your rent, and the first thing he does is
- 9:37Speaker 2: raise everybody's rent. He's talking about this property tax, a
- 9:41Speaker 2: massive increase. You know, if you raised property tax two percent,
- 9:44Speaker 2: that's a lot. He's been in office twelve minutes. He
- 9:47Speaker 2: wants a ten percent increase in property tax. Now, if
- 9:51Speaker 2: you own a property, that's bad, but if you rent
- 9:54Speaker 2: the property, that's bad. This ten percent property tax will
- 9:57Speaker 2: get passed on to you. Landlord has to pass it
- 10:01Speaker 2: out to the tenants. Your rent will go up. So
- 10:03Speaker 2: by doing that, he raises everybody's rent. Now, the only
- 10:06Speaker 2: good news here is the city council speaker, Julie Mennon
- 10:11Speaker 2: is a common sense Democrat, pretty moderate, and the city
- 10:15Speaker 2: council is the only one that can make the property
- 10:18Speaker 2: tax happen. She has the final say and she said
- 10:21Speaker 2: absolutely not. It's off the table, So it's not going
- 10:24Speaker 2: to happen. Now. The budget is out of control. It
- 10:27Speaker 2: needs to be cut in half. Spending needs to be
- 10:30Speaker 2: cut in half. Then the taxes could be cut in half.
- 10:33Speaker 2: As well. The other thing is Mondannie trying to cut
- 10:36Speaker 2: the police force. He's got this stupid Department of Public Safety,
- 10:42Speaker 2: which is if you've got a problem, a woke left
- 10:45Speaker 2: wing social worker will show up. But your Chief Shell,
- 10:48Speaker 2: John Shell, he great, great police chief, one of the
- 10:52Speaker 2: best ever here.
- 10:53Speaker 3: He is on that absolutely not surprised. His whole team
- 10:58Speaker 3: is not a big fan the OYPD. I truly don't
- 11:01Speaker 3: think he knows anything about public safety. And now you're
- 11:04Speaker 3: going to cut back five thousands. We need about forty
- 11:08Speaker 3: thousands and we're roughly close to thirty four thousand, So
- 11:13Speaker 3: cutting back five thousand and we're probably gonna lose another
- 11:17Speaker 3: close to four thousand like last year recipe for disaster.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Yeah, the Chief Shell, he's retired, so he's free to speak.
- 11:24Speaker 2: But he's a nobody smarter on this police stuff than
- 11:28Speaker 2: he's a great guy, Mam Donnie. With his Instead of
- 11:31Speaker 2: the police, we'll have our Department of public safety. Can
- 11:34Speaker 2: you imagine Mamdanni's Department of public safety?
- 11:39Speaker 1: We see at this point the NYPD responsible for responding
- 11:42Speaker 1: to about two hundred thousand mental health calls a year,
- 11:45Speaker 1: and part of our vision in establishing a Department of
- 11:49Speaker 1: community safety is to start to take that responsibility of
- 11:55Speaker 1: mental health crises and task mental health responders with that work,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and to ensure that police can focus on the work
- 12:03Speaker 1: that they signed up to focus on, which is tackling
- 12:04Speaker 1: violent crime across the city.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Yes, he's like a professor, like a brilliant professor who
- 12:08Speaker 2: gets up there and gives you a lecture about this
- 12:10Speaker 2: and listen, listen, listen. Then you find out, now one
- 12:12Speaker 2: thing he says could possibly work in real life. Nothing
- 12:14Speaker 2: he's talking about ever works. Every time he tries anything,
- 12:18Speaker 2: everybody ends up dead. Remember when he came in Soon
- 12:20Speaker 2: as he came into office, he orders the departments and
- 12:22Speaker 2: the police in every department leave the homeless, don't force
- 12:25Speaker 2: them off the street. The colt snap comes. You got
- 12:29Speaker 2: seventeen dead. With this, you're gonna have people dead. You
- 12:32Speaker 2: know this whole idea the social workers could respond to
- 12:35Speaker 2: domestic violence. The NYPD has tried that in the past
- 12:39Speaker 2: at three different times, and it ends up with dead
- 12:42Speaker 2: social workers. It's that simple. So mom, Donnie. Besides, nothing
- 12:45Speaker 2: works does get a lot of people killed. So this
- 12:49Speaker 2: is this is not going to go. Well, Hey, well
- 12:55Speaker 2: the snow's gone. At least well, that wasn't him, that
- 12:57Speaker 2: was the forty degrees. It's pretty much there's no snow
- 13:00Speaker 2: left in Manhattan right now. Hey, Viagra, if you'll pardon
- 13:06Speaker 2: the subject, Viagra can help fight off dementia. Now, the
- 13:15Speaker 2: people that study all this stuff, the Alzheimer's people, have
- 13:19Speaker 2: been studying all sorts of drugs trying to see if
- 13:22Speaker 2: any of them have drugs for other things. Just every
- 13:25Speaker 2: drug they tried, like eighty five different drugs that have
- 13:28Speaker 2: other applications just to see if any of them could
- 13:31Speaker 2: help with dementia. And three of them scored very high.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Three of them could do the trick. One is zosta vax.
- 13:40Speaker 2: That's the shingles vaccine, which you should get, by the way.
- 13:43Speaker 2: You don't ever want to get shingles. Get that shingles vaccine.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I got it. And now it turns out that shingles
- 13:49Speaker 2: vaccine more than any other drug, fights dementia. But there
- 13:54Speaker 2: are two runner ups. One is tells this one relosly,
- 14:01Speaker 2: it's a it treats a muscle weakening disease, but it
- 14:05Speaker 2: turns out that also fights dementia. And the third one
- 14:08Speaker 2: that has a big help fighting dementia, Viagra. How do
- 14:14Speaker 2: you like that. How do you like that? Look at
- 14:16Speaker 2: that Hugh Heffner, he used to he used to h
- 14:19Speaker 2: take that stuff like a tic TACs. I mean, look
- 14:22Speaker 2: at him. Mind was sharp right till the end. That
- 14:25Speaker 2: you know, the viagra. There's a name for that drug.
- 14:29Speaker 2: It's called where's it sylvan siltan syldan phil phil It's
- 14:35Speaker 2: got siltaniphil h. That was originally created to fight hypertension.
- 14:42Speaker 2: It was a blood pressure medication. That's what viagra was
- 14:46Speaker 2: created for. That's what it was. It wasn't that great.
- 14:49Speaker 2: It was good, but it wasn't great that the blood pressure.
- 14:51Speaker 2: They came up with much better blood pressure medications. And
- 14:54Speaker 2: then they found out there was a problem with this viagra.
- 14:58Speaker 2: When you took up for your blood press it caused erections.
- 15:04Speaker 2: That was a side effect. So they were about to
- 15:07Speaker 2: just get rid of it. And then luckily it's one
- 15:09Speaker 2: of the big pharmaceutical companies. Somebody saw this and said,
- 15:13Speaker 2: wait a minute, it causes erections. Yeah, it's a big problem,
- 15:16Speaker 2: caused them all the time. We'll sell it for that,
- 15:18Speaker 2: make it for that. So they switched the whole thing.
- 15:21Speaker 2: It's the same exact drug. They said, we'll just sell
- 15:23Speaker 2: it as a what do you call that, elect a
- 15:26Speaker 2: rectile dysfunction medicine if that's the side effect, and it
- 15:29Speaker 2: does it all the time, so they started selling it
- 15:32Speaker 2: as that and made billions and billions and billions of dollars.
- 15:36Speaker 2: So now it turns out it's great at fighting demni. Hey,
- 15:41Speaker 2: we'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three to two
- 15:44Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 15:48Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten,
