Speaker 1: It speaks volumes that tomorrow we have a communist coming
• 0:05
Speaker 1: to the White House, because that's who the Democrat Party
• 0:07
Speaker 1: elected as the mayor of the largest city in the country.
• 0:11
Speaker 1: I think it's very telling, but I also think it
• 0:13
Speaker 1: speaks to the fact that President Trump is willing to
• 0:15
Speaker 1: meet with anyone and talk to anyone and to try
• 0:19
Speaker 1: to do what's right on behalf of the American people,
• 0:21
Speaker 1: whether they live in to Louse States or rest States.
• 0:24
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:28
Speaker 3: Good Friday morning. Nice to have you with us on
• 0:30
Speaker 3: the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got one big
• 0:33
Speaker 3: story for you, and it deals with the economy. Massive
• 0:37
Speaker 3: job growth that was unexpected by the experts and the
• 0:40
Speaker 3: media completely silent on it. This is they're also trying
• 0:44
Speaker 3: to claim that Donald Trump's economy is a disaster. Well,
• 0:48
Speaker 3: the numbers don't back that up at all. And I'm
• 0:50
Speaker 3: going to give you all of what the President had
• 0:53
Speaker 3: to say at the White House on this as well
• 0:55
Speaker 3: in just a moment. But first I want to tell
• 0:57
Speaker 3: you about an incredible opportunity from Hills College that's not

Speaker 3: of the greatest courses about this country. There's so much
• 1:08
Speaker 3: confusion in the world today and it can be hard
• 1:10
Speaker 3: to find clarity and truth, and that is where the
• 1:13
Speaker 3: new Hillsdale College miniseries on Colonial America offers a powerful
• 1:18
Speaker 3: reminder that the first Americans were searching for the same
• 1:22
Speaker 3: things they believe. That faith and reason revealed God's design
• 1:26
Speaker 3: for the world, and the understanding became the foundation of
• 1:29
Speaker 3: the courage and freedom. It's a stirring look at the
• 1:32
Speaker 3: ideas that still hold us together today, and the new
• 1:36
Speaker 3: Hillsdale College Miniseries on Colonial America offers a fresh way
• 1:41
Speaker 3: to think about Thanksgiving beyond the food and the political debates.
• 1:45
Speaker 3: It reminds us what we should truly be thankful for
• 1:48
Speaker 3: our freedom, our prosperity, and our faith. The first Americans
• 1:52
Speaker 3: built all of that from nothing, and their story is
• 1:56
Speaker 3: told here with unmatched depth and inspiration. So I want

• 2:47
Speaker 3: It is the forty seven Morning Update and it starts
• 2:49
  Speaker 3: right now.
• 2:50
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 2:51
Speaker 3: There's an old saying in politics, it's the economy stupid.
• 2:55
Speaker 3: It's an important one because if Americans feel like the
• 2:57
Speaker 3: economy is not going in the right direction, they almost
• 3:00
Speaker 3: always blame whoever is in charge of the country, the
• 3:05
Speaker 3: president of the United States of America. Well, there are
• 3:07
Speaker 3: a lot of Americans right now that are not happy
• 3:10
Speaker 3: where pricing is and where the economy is. It's part
• 3:13
Speaker 3: of the reason why President Donald Trump was elected president.
• 3:17
Speaker 3: But Democrats are seizing this moment to now say that
• 3:20
Speaker 3: Donald Trump's economy is a disaster. The Trump White House,
• 3:25
Speaker 3: they're fighting back and working to fix what they describe
• 3:28
Speaker 3: as the affordability crisis and proving that they're making significant
• 3:33
Speaker 3: progress in this area after Americans suffered under bidenflation for years.
• 3:39
Speaker 3: The White House Press Secretary of Caroline Levitt pointing out
• 3:42
Speaker 3: during Thursday's press briefing just how bad things were, saying, quote,
• 3:47
Speaker 3: these gains came after the summer passage of President Trump's
• 3:51
Speaker 3: historic tax cuts and multiple big trade deals with countries
• 3:55
Speaker 3: around the world. In particular, construction jobs have surged by
• 3:58
Speaker 3: nineteen thousands, up to the largest monthly game in a year.
• 4:04
Speaker 3: She also pointed out that most of this growth came
• 4:08
Speaker 3: from private sector, and native born citizens are getting these
• 4:13
Speaker 3: jobs rather than foreign born workers. This, Levitt pointed out
• 4:17
Speaker 3: as the opposite of what we saw under the Biden administration.
• 4:21
Speaker 3: She also reminded Americans of this that inflation also remains
• 4:26
Speaker 3: under control and wages are up three point eight percent
• 4:30
Speaker 3: over the year for American workers because of President Trump's
• 4:34
Speaker 3: pro growth policies. In fact oral, wages are at a
• 4:38
Speaker 3: pace to increase roughly one thousand, two hundred dollars for
• 4:42
Speaker 3: the average worker this year alone under President Donald Trump. Now,
• 4:47
Speaker 3: if the economy is in such bad shape, how is
• 4:50
Speaker 3: it that wages are going up like this? Now, There's
• 4:53
Speaker 3: no doubt that a lot of the money we're making
• 4:56
Speaker 3: now is going to goods and services that are high price.
• 5:00
Speaker 3: The President also working on that, saying, quote, what we're
• 5:04
Speaker 3: doing this is a complete reversal when we saw inflation
• 5:09
Speaker 3: skyrocket to nine percent, causing private sector workers to see
• 5:13
Speaker 3: their wages decline by approximately three thousand dollars, while Americans
• 5:19
Speaker 3: are still suffering the consequences of the four years of
• 5:22
Speaker 3: economic disaster the Biden administration. The White House Press Secretary
• 5:26
Speaker 3: said Donald Trump is making significant progress to fix this
• 5:30
Speaker 3: and he will not stop working until he solves it.
• 5:33
Speaker 3: As the President recently stated he is never satisfied.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: In economic news, the September jobs report showed the American
• 5:41
Speaker 1: economy remains strong, with one hundred and nineteen thousand new
• 5:45
Speaker 1: jobs added, more than double expectations. These gains came after
• 5:50
Speaker 1: the summer passage of President Trump's historic tax cuts and
• 5:54
Speaker 1: multiple big trade deals with countries around the world. In particular,
• 5:59
Speaker 1: construction surge by nineteen thousand in September, the largest monthly
• 6:04
Speaker 1: gain in a year. Nearly all of this solid monthly
• 6:08
Speaker 1: job growth came from the private sector and went to
• 6:10
Speaker 1: Americans rather than foreign born workers, the opposite of what
• 6:15
Speaker 1: we saw under the previous administration. Inflation also remains under
• 6:19
Speaker 1: control and wages are up by three point eight percent
• 6:22
Speaker 1: over the year for American workers because of President Trump's
• 6:26
Speaker 1: pro growth policies. In fact, real wages are on pace
• 6:30
Speaker 1: to increase roughly twelve hundred dollars for the average worker
• 6:34
Speaker 1: this year under President Trump. This is a complete reversal
• 6:38
Speaker 1: of the failed Biden era, when we saw inflation's skyrocket
• 6:42
Speaker 1: to nine percent, causing private sector workers to see their
• 6:45
Speaker 1: wages decline by approximately three thousand dollars. We know that
• 6:50
Speaker 1: Americans are still hurting from the four decade high inflation
• 6:53
Speaker 1: caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats, but President Trump
• 6:57
Speaker 1: is making significant progress to fix this and he will
• 7:00
Speaker 1: not stop working until he solves it. As the President
• 7:04
Speaker 1: recently stated, he is never satisfied.
• 7:08
Speaker 3: The White House Press Secretary wasn't the only one talking
• 7:11
Speaker 3: about the positives and the economy. Vice President j. D.
• 7:14
Speaker 3: Vance also pointing to the economic realities of Yes, things
• 7:18
Speaker 3: are bad in some categories because of what happened over
• 7:22
Speaker 3: the last four years, but the Biden administration didn't ruin America,
• 7:26
Speaker 3: and Donald Trump is fixing it as fast as he
• 7:29
Speaker 3: possibly can. Here's what the Vice President had to say
• 7:32
Speaker 3: in a Breitbart News event on Thursday.
• 7:35
Speaker 4: Vice President, the big news this morning has new jobs
• 7:37
Speaker 4: numbers blew away expectations huge from the September numbers, so
• 7:41
Speaker 4: these were delayed because of the government shut down. More
• 7:43
Speaker 4: than double one hundred nineteen thousand new jobs. And then
• 7:46
Speaker 4: also there's some interesting stuff in the wages numbers there
• 7:49
Speaker 4: as well. This shows wages on the rise. Your thoughts
• 7:52
Speaker 4: on the jobs numbers.
• 7:52
Speaker 5: Okay, so a huge jobs report, and I assume the
• 7:55
Speaker 5: market is going crazy right now, probably just opened, because
• 7:58
Speaker 5: what the shows is that the economic policies are actually
• 8:01
Speaker 5: working and you've got one hundred nineteen thousand new jobs.
• 8:04
Speaker 5: Economists thought that we would have about fifty thousand new jobs,
• 8:07
Speaker 5: but that's actually just the headline number. If you look
• 8:09
Speaker 5: below the surface, I think the numbers are actually better.
• 8:11
Speaker 5: So Number one, wages continue to weigh out pace inflation.
• 8:15
Speaker 5: If you go back to the three years of the
• 8:17
Speaker 5: Biden administration, the average American worker actually lost about three
• 8:21
Speaker 5: thousand dollars of take home pay. In the first ten
• 8:24
Speaker 5: months of the Trump economy, We've increased take home pay
• 8:26
Speaker 5: by about twelve hundred dollars, adjusting for inflation. So that's
• 8:29
Speaker 5: a huge, huge thing, and this job's report confirms that.
• 8:33
Speaker 3: So if you go back to the lie being told
• 8:35
Speaker 3: by the media that things are terrible, they weren't freaking
• 8:37
Speaker 3: out when that workers lost about three thousand dollars of
• 8:41
Speaker 3: take home pay under the Biden administration. In the first
• 8:45
Speaker 3: ten months of the Trump economy, you've got wage increases,
• 8:50
Speaker 3: a take home pay of about one two hundred dollars.
• 8:53
Speaker 3: That is a massive forty two one hundred dollars swing. Now,
• 8:59
Speaker 3: I also so highlighted the private sectors driving this economy growth,
• 9:03
Speaker 3: and the jobs are going to native born citizens rather
• 9:08
Speaker 3: than foreign workers. It's a drastic change from the reality
• 9:11
Speaker 3: under the Biden administration. And what happened under the Biden
• 9:15
Speaker 3: administration is to the extent that there was any job
• 9:19
Speaker 3: growth at all. If you look at the data, JD.
• 9:22
Speaker 3: Van said, almost all of the net job creation in
• 9:25
Speaker 3: the United States under the Biden administration went to foreign
• 9:29
Speaker 3: born workers. Now, of course, some of those people are
• 9:32
Speaker 3: illegal immigrants in the United States of America, he continued,
• 9:35
Speaker 3: but that meant a lot of the job creation was
• 9:37
Speaker 3: actually going to legal aliens who shouldn't have been in
• 9:40
Speaker 3: our country. Senator Bernie Marino, Republican from Ohio, also pointed
• 9:45
Speaker 3: out the fact that the influx of foreign workers imported
• 9:49
Speaker 3: by the Biden administration really hurt American workers, and Americans
• 9:53
Speaker 3: are remember the damage that was inflicted upon the country
• 9:57
Speaker 3: under the Biden administration, and it cannot be done done
• 10:00
Speaker 3: what they did to this country in a matter of months,
• 10:02
Speaker 3: surging this country with up to twenty million illegal immigrants.
• 10:06
Speaker 3: He also urged Republicans to respond with urgency, saying these
• 10:11
Speaker 3: realities coincide with the Trump administration celebrating the strides made
• 10:16
Speaker 3: in the affordability crisis since Donald Trump took office in January.
• 10:21
Speaker 3: That includes falling gas prices which reach record highs under
• 10:26
Speaker 3: Joe Biden, as well as dipping mortgage rates, falling inflation,
• 10:31
Speaker 3: and boose and take home pay. Those victories do not
• 10:35
Speaker 3: even include what the Trump administration has achieved through trade
• 10:39
Speaker 3: deals and historic investments secured by the president, all of
• 10:43
Speaker 3: which the President has been talking about his steps in
• 10:46
Speaker 3: the right direction. What the media should be calling this
• 10:51
Speaker 3: is the Trump Effect. Since President Donald Trump returned to office,
• 10:55
Speaker 3: it's very clear that his America First economic policies have
• 10:59
Speaker 3: sparked trillions of dollars in new investments in US manufacturing, technology,
• 11:05
Speaker 3: and infrastructure. Total US and foreign investment is now at
• 11:09
Speaker 3: nine trillion dollars. Where's the money coming from? The UAE
• 11:14
Speaker 3: putting in foreign investments of one point four trillion into
• 11:17
Speaker 3: manufacturing and industry, technology, aerospace as well, Katar putting one
• 11:24
Speaker 3: point two trillion into America again in manufacturing, an industry
• 11:28
Speaker 3: sector with technology and manufacturing being the main point. Japan
• 11:32
Speaker 3: one trillion into auto plants in US steel, Apple six
• 11:37
Speaker 3: hundred billion into technology and manufacturing as well. EU firms
• 11:42
Speaker 3: putting in general investment of six hundred billion, Saudi Arabia
• 11:47
Speaker 3: putting in six hundred billion and now saying it's going
• 11:49
Speaker 3: to go to one trillion dollars again in technology and manufacturing,
• 11:55
Speaker 3: Soft Bank, Open AI and Oracle five hundred billion all
• 11:59
Speaker 3: A AI infrastructure projects, Navidia a half a trillion dollars
• 12:05
Speaker 3: in AI infrastructure and supercomputers, India investing a half a
• 12:09
Speaker 3: billion and mutual trade expansion South Korea four hundred and
• 12:14
Speaker 3: fifty billion US energy products, Micron two hundred billion semiconductor
• 12:20
Speaker 3: manufacturing and research and development, IBM one hundred and fifty
• 12:25
Speaker 3: billion of growth and manufacturing operations in the US, Pfizer
• 12:30
Speaker 3: seventy billion into research, development and capital projects, and Google
• 12:36
Speaker 3: sixty eight billion for AI infrastructure, electrician grants, hydropower facilities,
• 12:43
Speaker 3: just to name a few. There are countless investments. I
• 12:46
Speaker 3: could go on and on with Johnson Johnson, Astrozeneca, Bristol Myers, Squib, Amazon, Hondai, Eli, Lilly.
• 12:55
Speaker 3: The list is long. But what did the President do here?
• 12:59
Speaker 3: He made it. If you want to do business in America,
• 13:03
Speaker 3: you need to invest in America. You can't just export
• 13:06
Speaker 3: or import. You must be a real player in this country.
• 13:10
Speaker 3: And that is exactly why the President has made it
• 13:13
Speaker 3: possible through his leadership for the USC a surge of
• 13:16
Speaker 3: private and foreign investments that are fueling job growth, innovation,
• 13:21
Speaker 3: and opportunity across every corner of the country. So yet again,
• 13:27
Speaker 3: President making good on a promise, even though the media
• 13:30
Speaker 3: is trying to tell you that everything's terrible in America,
• 13:33
Speaker 3: and the reality is we're moving in the right direction.
