Former teacher and coffee enthusiast, she’s turning her trailer-based Sipping Sunshine Cafe into a cozy, rustic brick-and-mortar spot in the courthouse area—complete with wood accents, floral touches, and a menu of beloved drinks, smoothies, local pastries, and grab-and-go salads.
