  contrarian brackets, which we talked about yesterday, of

  course, you know, starting in the middle, working your way in

  and then going out picking a different champion.

  And I got to tell you guys, Florida, I'm kind of looking at

  Florida if you're looking for a contrarian champion.

  I don't know something about them.

  The analytics love them and obviously won it last year.

  So we'll get to that, of course, when we get closer to March

  Tournament. But you know what, I'm not like

  I have 2 short money line favorites, one of which is the

  ACC tournament, other one in the Big Sky and we got a 7:00 a

  So big night tonight, but we can space out these games.

  I'm weird, I'm superstitious, but I always love it when and I

  don't, I don't try like again, I'm not saying like, oh, I got a

  bet of seven and 9:00 and 11:30. Like if all three of the top

  system matches are at 7:00, hey, we'll sweat them all.

  We got a way to, you know, have one on the TV, one on the iPad,

  you know, stat tracking, another one on our phone.

  But it's always nice when it just happens to break up a

  little bit like that. So we can focus all of our

  attention, all of our superstitions on that, that one

  Now let me ask you this. What's better than two and one

  And oh, a sweep. Bust out the brooms yesterday,

  guys. A fantastic start to conference

  tournament week because we cashed all three of our plays.

  We got Monmouth coming through first play of the night.

  Remember, they beat Campbell. They're like -1 up to -1 1/2 got

  as high as 2 1/2. They came through in 174 to 64

  that also featured a 25% sharp mush edge.

  So This is why I always highlight these sharp mush edges

  from Juice Reel. It's just kind of a, a last

  through with the Islanders, which is nice to see.

  And then the one that I loved the most was Right State baby,

  because Right State was on our favorite system matches.

  a half flip to right state -1 1/2 and they're able to win one

  conference tournament week. And of course the challenge in

  versus the challenge of a losing night and trying to get back

  tournament games. So that being said, let's waste

  tonight. So first, but on the board for

  me, let's go to a 7:00 tip in the ACC Tournament first round

  looking at Wake Forest playing Virginia Tech.

  Let's talk line movement, split, set a system matches, set the
• 4:40
  stage. I'll talk, I'll talk you or I'll
• 4:43
  mention my play here for this first game on the board.

  So setting the stage, we got Wake coming in 16 and 15 on the
• 4:49
  year. They are the 13 seed, but they
• 4:51
  have 1/2 of their last three. Just beat California 80 to 73 in
• 4:56
  the final game of the regular season.

  They covered as a six point home favorite.

  On the other hand, Vatek 19 and 12 on the year, they are the 12
• 5:03
  seed, but they did just drop two of their last three.

  Came up short against Virginia, 76 to 72 in their regular season

  finale, but actually played pretty well.

  They were 11 1/2 point. Row Dog kept it close, only lost
• 5:15
  by 4, so a loss, but against a good opponent covered the
• 5:18
  number. Now what are we seeing across
• 5:20
  the board here? Well, this game open with VAA
• 5:22
  Tech listed as low as a 2 point neutral site favorite.

  And what are we seeing from a market perspective?

  All movement liability kind of sneakily on the side of Vatech
• 5:32
  because Vatech went from -2 up to -2 1/2.

  And if you look at the -2 1/2 right now, great part of of the
• 5:40
  Odds Logic live odds page, which I always mentioned to you guys,
• 5:43
  is you can look at the juice and then the line history.

  You know, you can just tap the box that shows you any odds for
• 5:48
  any game. It'll pull up the complete line
• 5:50
  history. And you can look at, OK, you
• 5:52
  know, some books were two up to 2 1/2, some are 2 1/2, still 2
• 5:55
  1/2. But let's look at every move in
• 5:56
  between. Let's look at where the juice is
• 5:58
  because that tells you more information, more insight into
• 6:01
  where the liability is. So what I noticed is that with

  vitech -2 and a half, a lot of them are being juiced up -1 -,

  115. And I believe one book might

  have even touched 3. So this line never got down to 1

  1/2 or lower. It was 2 up to 2 1/2.

  And the juice, they're making you pay the more expensive price

  here with the vague on Vatec. So these are just some quick

  little, little things that we've noticed here to lean us toward

  Vatec. Now let's go over to the bet

  splits. That's what's look really good

  on the Hokies here at DraftKings.

  VATEC, 76% of spread bets, 81% of spread dollars.

  Then we go to Circa, 71% of spread bets, over 90% of spread
• 6:43
  dollars. So we got the line movement

  juice liability toward Vitek. We got low bets, higher dollars
• 6:48
  on Vitek at both DraftKings and Circa.

  And again, Circa is big to me because it's a really sharp book

  out in Vegas. So they got a good split.

  Tells me the the wise guy action in the desert is also in your

  favor. Now, Ken Palm does have Vitek

  winning by 277 to 75. He also does have the Hokies
• 7:05
  ranked, I guess you could say quite a bit higher, 56th in the
• 7:08
  country versus 75th for Wake Forest.

  But you guys know the drill. I'm not laying a 2 1/2 here

  having to sweat out at the very end.

  A free throw or a comeback or a layup and win by one or two and

  lose my bet. So I did go money line here with

  Virginia Tech got Vot tech -145 at Caesar's.

  Shop around because some books are closer to -150 at this

  point. But once again, good bet splits
• 7:33
  on the VAT Tech money line at DraftKings, 80% money line bets,

  88% money line dollars. And then at circa 67% money line
• 7:42
  bets over 90% of money line dollars.

  So once again, low bets, higher dollar split on a straight up

  Hokies victory. Now, Vatech has a few advantages

  that jumped out to me. One, they got the better
• 7:54
  defensive efficiency, 61st in the country versus 97th for Wake
• 7:59
  Forest. They shoot the three quite a bit
• 8:01
  better, 85th in the country versus 170th for Wake.

  And VAT Tech holds their opponents to a better effective
• 8:08
  field goal percentage to make it harder for the opponent to make
• 8:11
  their shots. They rank 131st versus 200 and
• 8:14
  30th. So first, but on the board

  again, first game here in the ACC tournament.

  We got all movement liability, bet splits, stat advantages,

  system matches, Ken Palm all saying Vatech should win this

  game. So again, you want to lay the 2

  talk some late games here. If you're like me on the East

  Coast, it's going to be a late night, but I wouldn't have it

  any other way. 9:00 PM Eastern Time tip Montana versus Portland

  State. Now this is the Big Sky
• 8:53
  tournament semifinal. We have Montana coming in 17 and
• 8:57
  15 on the year. They are the four seed.

  They just beat Northern Colorado 95 to 89 in yesterday's third
• 9:03
  round matchup. They won outright as a four
• 9:06
  point neutral side dog. Meanwhile, Portland State 20 and
• 9:09
  10 on the year. They are the one seed in this
• 9:11
  tournament just held off Idaho State 85 to 78 in the second
• 9:15
  round, covered as a 5 1/2 point neutral site favorite.

  So what you've seen across the market here, well, this game
• 9:20
  opened with Portland State listed as a 2 or 2 1/2 point
• 9:25
  neutral site favorite and we've seen nothing but movement
• 9:28
  liability on Portland State. I think if you like VAH tech,

  you like Portland State here because Portland State is
• 9:34
  getting juiced up -2 1/2 -, 115. And I'm actually seeing a few
• 9:38
  books now go to -3 so all movement liability on Portland
• 9:42
  State, we've never seen this line get down to 1 1/2 or lower.

  Tells me, reading between the lines, that the smart money is
• 9:49
  laying it here with Portland State.
• 9:51
  Now, the best split at Circa is really, really sharp.
• 9:54
  So sharp I cut my finger on it and bleed all over my keyboard.

  Just kidding, I didn't. But it was sharp because at
• 10:00
  Circa only 20% of spread bets are backing Portland State.

  But it accounts for 54% of spread dollars.

  So that's a pretty good low bets higher dollar split.

  So it tells me the pros out in Vegas laying it here with
• 10:13
  Portland State. Now, Ken Palm does a Portland

  State winning, but only by two points, 72 to 70.

  So I'm not laying a 2 1/2 or three and having to eke out a,

  you know, a three or four point win.

  So I did go money line here with Portland State.

  I got Portland State -145 at the score, but shop around.

  Some other books are -150 as high as -155 Ken Palm at a 2

  point win, but he did have the Vikings ranked higher, 141st in

  the country versus 182nd for the Griz.

  Portland State. Some advantages that jumped out

  to me. Looking at the Ken Palm fan

  match tab again, click the final score.

  It'll give you all these head to head breakdowns for each stat

  category. But Portland State get a load of

  this. They have the better defensive
• 10:58
  efficiency, 46th in the country verse 162nd They have the better
• 11:03
  offensive rebound percentage 220 first verse 300 and 34th.

  They limit their opponents to a better effective field goal
• 11:10
  percentage, making it harder to make your shots 48th in the
• 11:13
  country, verse 179th for Port for Montana.

  And they force more turnovers on defense.

  Can you turn the other team over, get out in the fast break?

  Can you demoralize your opponent?

  Because again, committing mistakes is is a good recipe for

  losing and forcing mistakes. Good recipe for winning.

  But you do have Portland State ranking 114th in the country and
• 11:34
  forced turnovers 1st 316th for Montana.

  A couple other advantages. Portland State does have a rest

  first tired advantage. When we get into these

  conference tournament guys, don't just assume every team
• 11:45
  played yesterday. Look at to see if you know one

  team's got an extra day of rest because Portland State is coming
• 11:52
  off a day off. They last played on March 8th,
• 11:55
  which was what was that Sunday versus the Montana Grizzlies who
• 11:59
  played yesterday. So Montana is on the second leg
• 12:01
  of a back-to-back. Portland is coming off a day
• 12:04
  off. So rest first tired advantage

  for Portland State. And also this makes me a little
• 12:10
  nervous, but also it makes me kind of excited.

  Believe it or not, these teams played not believe it or not

  obvious, but they played two games of the regular season, but
• 12:19
  Montana won both games. Montana won 64 to 60 and 74 to
• 12:23
  68. So I look at this as extra

  motivation for Portland State. Again, conference tournament
• 12:29
  time, you're O and two against this team.

  Let's an act some revenge. You remember those losses, You

  want to repay the favor. I guess it makes me scared

  because you could also look at it and make the case that O

  Montana has Portland State's number.

  But the other angle to me is conference opponent.

  It's really hard to win all three games.

  So I'm going to bank on the former, not the ladder, where a

  revenge play hopefully benefits Portland State.

  So line movement toward Portland State, great bat splits, revenge

  angle, rest first tired splits and stats are in our favor.

  And then lastly, I noticed a 30%, pretty big, 30% sharp mush

  record, is the higher seed. Now the public, I don't know if

  they're just looking at maybe the seeds and just taking the

  higher seeded team because the public is backing Eastern

  Washington. We are currently looking at
• 14:46
  upwards of 60% of spread bets at DK back in Eastern Washington.

  However, we have a dog to fave line move.

  here on on Idaho. So another good split just to

  win the game straight up. Idaho has a few advantages.

  Better defensive efficiency, 153rd in the country, 1st 200

  and 54th for Eastern Washington. Idaho commits fewer turnovers on

  offense, so they take better care of the ball. 87th, 1st, 200

  better effective field goal percentage, making it harder for
