A new 2,000-person music venue is set to rise in Old North Sacramento inside a historic furniture warehouse, spearheaded by musician Alex Alereza of Nekrogoblikon. Designed to fill the gap between small clubs and big arenas, the project—backed by $2.1 million in investment and Alereza’s LA venue experience—aims to open next year. Independent and artist-focused, it’ll host Nekrogoblikon first and draw crowds to Del Paso Boulevard via street parking and transit.
