Montgomery County’s water future just got a major upgrade with two new infrastructure projects approved, each getting a $104,000 low-interest loan at just 3.93% over 20 years. One project in Kettering will replace 4,900 feet of aging pipes along Haig, Osage, and Rushland, while Trotwood’s larger project covers 5,100 feet across Annapolis, Myron, Natchez, Mayview, and Drew Way.
