- 0:51Speaker 3: Good morning to you out there and listening land. Glad
- 0:54Speaker 3: to be here with you on this beautiful Monday morning
- 0:59Speaker 3: coming out of at Land to Georgie. Me and my
- 1:03Speaker 3: crew are in the building. Bad producer on the energy
- 1:08Speaker 3: drink got an article in the story. Talk to you
- 1:10Speaker 3: about that energy drink. Command you. Greg Port here is
- 1:13Speaker 3: in his Dallas cup. He usually has something with a
- 1:16Speaker 3: crazy name that just would never make me want to
- 1:19Speaker 3: go by, something like liquid death. Come kill yourself. No,
- 1:28Speaker 3: it says come kill yourself, like actually physically get up
- 1:31Speaker 3: and go.
- 1:32Speaker 2: I don't drink that.
- 1:34Speaker 3: That's not I don't even know how that made it
- 1:36Speaker 3: across the ad board stick with me. Now we're gonna
- 1:40Speaker 3: name it. Come kill yourself. They're gonna love it. They're
- 1:44Speaker 3: gonna love it. They'll line up around the block. And
- 1:47Speaker 3: Big Kenny, the funny man himself, who you know, he
- 1:50Speaker 3: likes the real spirits. So he starts off with a
- 1:55Speaker 3: little pinch of dark liquor as he starts his morning
- 2:00Speaker 3: in this morning coffee.
- 2:01Speaker 2: But we are here, but it's decaffeinated coffee. Now, oh see,
- 2:04Speaker 2: I'm not gonna put so you one.
- 2:06Speaker 3: You're one of those weirdos that that drink diet coke
- 2:10Speaker 3: with their Hennessy.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I'm saying I can't put together tell you that their benefits.
- 2:20Speaker 2: I'm cutting now. I drink forty two Hennessy and but
- 2:26Speaker 2: it's all sugar free, sports Jack, I need you to
- 2:28Speaker 2: know that.
- 2:28Speaker 3: But always in my mind, I'm looking and I put
- 2:31Speaker 3: that smile on, but I'm thinking, well, the doctor would
- 2:34Speaker 3: tell you most likely to drink the coke and drop
- 2:42Speaker 3: the Hennessy.
- 2:44Speaker 2: He would probably say he would probably, but he in
- 2:47Speaker 2: with them Coca colar people.
- 2:49Speaker 3: That's already is remember that.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Now.
- 2:51Speaker 3: One of the few questions they do ask you, that's
- 2:53Speaker 3: a general question to ask you how many drinks and
- 2:55Speaker 3: how often do you smoke? You have to be in
- 2:58Speaker 3: there specifically for something to ask you about how many
- 3:02Speaker 3: soft drinks? Most likely, you know you have to go
- 3:06Speaker 3: to kidney. You have to be in there for that reason.
- 3:10Speaker 3: You just don't go for the general physical and they
- 3:14Speaker 3: ask you. You can go to the dentists, and the
- 3:16Speaker 3: dentists ask you do you smoke or drink? Yeah, but
- 3:20Speaker 3: they don't ask you how many cokes unless they get
- 3:23Speaker 3: in your mouth and like, oh it's some acid. Yeah looking,
- 3:26Speaker 3: but that a one c number.
- 3:28Speaker 6: Real.
- 3:28Speaker 3: But we do have lunatics out there and they'll tell
- 3:31Speaker 3: you how they you know, oh, give me a coaxy,
- 3:34Speaker 3: a splash of coke zero, as though you know the
- 3:38Speaker 3: problem is the alcohol. I promise you.
- 3:41Speaker 2: The coke zero everything right, No, no, that offsets all
- 3:47Speaker 2: the alcohol. Double crown is what's really doing what it is,
- 3:51Speaker 2: And you're right. I took the coke zero out because
- 3:53Speaker 2: that wasn't doing nothing but the adding uh carbonation. So
- 3:57Speaker 2: now just it's just a double shot of crime that
- 3:59Speaker 2: just walk up say I want you to know I'm
- 4:02Speaker 2: doing that for my health. I eliminated all.
- 4:04Speaker 7: That can and a just saying rummy coke, don't just rumming,
- 4:10Speaker 7: I need a rum and diet coke is what they say,
- 4:12Speaker 7: instead of just rummy coke.
- 4:14Speaker 3: It flows they the chaser. They just want to splash
- 4:17Speaker 3: of something diet because they feel like the sugar part.
- 4:20Speaker 3: And then they come up with the stranger stuff, like
- 4:22Speaker 3: you know, because the real coke and the rum will
- 4:25Speaker 3: give you a headache.
- 4:27Speaker 7: Oh yeah, no, but see, but that's an actual name
- 4:30Speaker 7: that coke and the rum came up with. It's called
- 4:32Speaker 7: a couber libra. So I'm wondering if they added for
- 4:36Speaker 7: the diet part of it. I'm gonna have to check
- 4:38Speaker 7: that out.
- 4:39Speaker 2: If I'm quite sure you will get you a diet
- 4:44Speaker 2: call it. It's called a Kuba libra. That's the name
- 4:47Speaker 2: for the official rummy coke drink.
- 4:49Speaker 3: But if you add that probably they probably have a
- 4:51Speaker 3: name for it with the diet.
- 4:53Speaker 7: That's what I'm saying, libra diet. But at least it's
- 5:00Speaker 7: caught the drink. If you go start looking for positives,
- 5:04Speaker 7: at least it's cake the drink.
- 5:06Speaker 3: The Michigan Wolverines winning and we have to start there
- 5:10Speaker 3: because that was the first thing on the docket that
- 5:14Speaker 3: we missed of a huge celebration beating yu Kon. I
- 5:18Speaker 3: think our board was two to two on who would win.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Me and Big Kenny were going Big Blue, Big Blue
- 5:25Speaker 3: and the bad producer in Comancha Greg with yukon sixty
- 5:30Speaker 3: nine sixty three, the national title game. It stayed with
- 5:33Speaker 3: me because it always interests me that when a team wins,
- 5:37Speaker 3: especially in the US, destruction comes behind it. And I've
- 5:44Speaker 3: always been fascinated how did one rolling to the other.
- 5:50Speaker 3: So with Michigan goes two people arrested the an auber
- 5:55Speaker 3: police excuse me, fire department, so that they extinguished more
- 5:59Speaker 3: than forty five yours. So a lot of parents got
- 6:03Speaker 3: some calls about needing some new couches because they love
- 6:09Speaker 3: the scorch the couches, and I don't know, you know,
- 6:12Speaker 3: that's a lot of that's a lot of commitment. Now,
- 6:14Speaker 3: that is pandemonium for me to just be watching the game. Hey,
- 6:17Speaker 3: command you, Greg, grab that side and we're gonna walk
- 6:22Speaker 3: this four flights down.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So so so you're telling me, so you mean to
- 6:27Speaker 2: tell me, you mean to tell me, I'm the only
- 6:30Speaker 2: person in this room who didn't grab one side of
- 6:33Speaker 2: a couch and told it into the yard and set
- 6:35Speaker 2: it on five I'm the only person in this room.
- 6:38Speaker 2: This is now, well you would be for me.
- 6:40Speaker 3: The only person I know just took their couch outside
- 6:43Speaker 3: and put it in the yard.
- 6:47Speaker 2: That was that was that was regular? Now was the
- 6:50Speaker 2: couch in the yard? Used to be a no brainer?
- 6:52Speaker 2: Like that was? Couches outside usually mean they weren't on
- 6:54Speaker 2: a dump. Oh no, no, Now we normalized living room
- 6:58Speaker 2: furniture in the yard.
- 6:59Speaker 3: But on one occasion we just okay, let's I never
- 7:03Speaker 3: really I never tested my mom's limits of this was home.
- 7:08Speaker 3: This wasn't especially if they got that me pulling her
- 7:10Speaker 3: couch out. No, this wasn't at the house. I couldn't
- 7:13Speaker 3: do that. As adult. I've definitely not taken my heart
- 7:16Speaker 3: earned money.
- 7:16Speaker 2: And then we we were, you know, college, So what
- 7:19Speaker 2: do you sit on the rest of the week.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Didn't think of crates?
- 7:22Speaker 2: Didn't think about that sports just.
- 7:24Speaker 3: That ain't nobody got no crates that they held inside.
- 7:27Speaker 3: They get this twenty twenty six? Did he say, we
- 7:31Speaker 3: never thought it. We didn't think of that part. When
- 7:33Speaker 3: the last time you had a crate nine I still
- 7:38Speaker 3: got album some.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Ninety he said, crate six ninety six. The last time
- 7:45Speaker 2: I could legitimately owned the crate, like ninety six is
- 7:48Speaker 2: something like that.
- 7:50Speaker 3: I just had a crate. I don't remember.
- 7:54Speaker 2: I never had a crate. Have no crates.
- 8:00Speaker 3: He's talking about. That's what they said on Well, God
- 8:02Speaker 3: bless him, they've got some crates.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Because we didn't even think about it till midway through
- 8:06Speaker 2: the burning. We was all excited about the couch being
- 8:08Speaker 2: on Friday.
- 8:09Speaker 3: And we thought, wait a minute, but where did this come.
- 8:11Speaker 3: We've talked about the eagles and you know, and they
- 8:14Speaker 3: did some of that said, they climbed poles, they pushed
- 8:18Speaker 3: over small statues. What's what the let's tear up the city,
- 8:25Speaker 3: you said, as a sign of celebration.
- 8:28Speaker 2: You set the bar. The bar has been set. Whoever,
- 8:32Speaker 2: whatever city was the first to do.
- 8:34Speaker 3: I'm saying, but what is that mind thinking before we
- 8:38Speaker 3: are invincible, we like you can't do anything that we won.
- 8:43Speaker 3: So let's just go up and down this streets over
- 8:46Speaker 3: people mailboxes.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I know it don't make we won. I know it
- 8:50Speaker 2: don't make sense. I know it don't and see and
- 8:53Speaker 2: you never, but you don't ever hear the people that
- 8:55Speaker 2: actually won.
- 8:56Speaker 3: This is I'm trying to connect with you. Remember you
- 9:00Speaker 3: kind of won adjacent. Actually, I actually won the game.
- 9:09Speaker 3: You adjacently won the game. I'm somewhere eating a big
- 9:14Speaker 3: steak and a potato. I don't know why you're burning
- 9:17Speaker 3: your couch. You just said that adjacent or not.
- 9:22Speaker 7: We that born in the state don't like.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm saying, Twin, I'm burning the couch for you, Twin.
- 9:35Speaker 2: This ain't me. You think I said my own couch
- 9:37Speaker 2: on fire. That's ludicrous. Your job, Your job was to
- 9:41Speaker 2: play who that job was to support. Therefore, and we
- 9:43Speaker 2: on the same team forty five, that's forty different people
- 9:48Speaker 2: out there just had that same idea, let's go and
- 9:51Speaker 2: burn something. I mean, how many cars were vandalized, like busted?
- 9:55Speaker 3: They didn't. I don't have that in the report I'm
- 9:57Speaker 3: looking at. It had no vandalism on cars all of
- 10:00Speaker 3: the fires. No, no, no, I'm not saying they didn't.
- 10:02Speaker 3: I'm saying the report I'm reading it, it didn't have
- 10:04Speaker 3: and and.
- 10:05Speaker 2: All of the fires when and arbor am I correct? Yes,
- 10:08Speaker 2: see what I'm saying, Twin, that was for you. You
- 10:10Speaker 2: think people just around the country lighting couches on fighting Michigan.
- 10:16Speaker 3: For me will be when we land. You put on
- 10:19Speaker 3: your Michigan shirt and come out inside the airport. Man,
- 10:24Speaker 3: wait till we come out and then.
- 10:26Speaker 2: You yeah, what we're gonna do till that win the spirits.
- 10:34Speaker 3: And coat? Man, we we really not telling me. We're
- 10:39Speaker 3: gonna be a little longer in the Areca's got a
- 10:41Speaker 3: lot of smoke on the ground.
- 10:43Speaker 2: We ain't gonna be the land. It's for you, So
- 10:45Speaker 2: we should have waited and land and.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Arbor probably don't have. But like threeire trucks.
- 10:51Speaker 2: And listen, do you know that that's going to now
- 10:55Speaker 2: be another bar that set.
- 10:56Speaker 3: I wanted to celebrate too, you got you got me
- 11:00Speaker 3: out here and I'm about the fire department.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Ye want to celebrate you got, but you got me working.
- 11:06Speaker 2: You got but he's But now the bar has been
- 11:09Speaker 2: yet set again because hey man, last time we overworked
- 11:13Speaker 2: the fire department over time.
- 11:15Speaker 3: My Roy McElroy, Mike Vray, Bull Lebron James, Doc Rivers,
- 11:21Speaker 3: NBA Europe. We are ten days from the NFL draft.
- 11:28Speaker 3: We're gonna talk about energy drinks as well, calling Coppernick
- 11:34Speaker 3: dropping his memoirs.
- 11:36Speaker 2: See if the bat producers buy us a copy, since

- 14:43Speaker 17: Four five six type down to do it all nights.
- 14:47Speaker 2: That's the type of like I'm the city. I'm like
- 14:50Speaker 2: a big book sexy.
- 14:54Speaker 3: You got call welcome back to this boy, shock Shot.
- 14:56Speaker 3: I'm this boy, shock Wayne Candy the Master. It's in
- 15:01Speaker 3: the books. Roy McElroy Dominant. I mean, we could stay
- 15:07Speaker 3: on Rory all day, but we're gonna move to the
- 15:09Speaker 3: other antics because y'all are trying to turn up in
- 15:13Speaker 3: AUGUSTA yeah, and I'm not here for it. I'm not
- 15:19Speaker 3: here for it. This is why the old Guard don't
- 15:25Speaker 3: like to let command you greg them in. As soon
- 15:28Speaker 3: as I let y'all in, y'all want to change up
- 15:31Speaker 3: stuff you want to get on Twitter, sneak in the
- 15:37Speaker 3: glasses with the little camera. Y'all think y'all are so
- 15:40Speaker 3: smart with your little technology and your AI, just finding
- 15:46Speaker 3: ways to circumvent my policies. Everybody went about the little
- 15:53Speaker 3: eight hundred dollars glasses where they can get their messages
- 15:56Speaker 3: in their eye and talk. And we on to you
- 16:00Speaker 3: and we're going to run you out. We're old school.
- 16:05Speaker 3: You can get a whole meal four courses at Augusta,
- 16:11Speaker 3: but four dollars and seventy five cent where else on
- 16:14Speaker 3: the planet get.
- 16:15Speaker 2: It's not and it's not meat balls and pasta salad.
- 16:20Speaker 2: It's real food. Is not by real sha with food.
- 16:25Speaker 2: It's real whole meal, a whole meal for four dollars.
- 16:29Speaker 2: And what that's worth the cost of leafing your phone?
- 16:33Speaker 3: And you get a drink that's that's worth the cost
- 16:36Speaker 3: of leaf that's a that's an app, that's a main,
- 16:40Speaker 3: a drink and a dessert for for just for that,
- 16:44Speaker 3: you ought to be willing to have those homemade.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Just for that, you ought to be able to use
- 16:49Speaker 2: one of those Hello Operator, because you hooked me to
- 16:51Speaker 2: three two one seven. Please yes, hold on, Please and
- 16:54Speaker 2: she plugged you into the wall switch. That's it used
- 16:57Speaker 2: to do. She used to do that. That's what they
- 17:00Speaker 2: need to do. Can we add something else to that?
- 17:03Speaker 7: Also the Kevin Harts and all the other antics that
- 17:07Speaker 7: come along with it.
- 17:08Speaker 2: I'm hoping it.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Hold on with the three competition as chasing Kelsey. It's
- 17:17Speaker 3: a it's a thing of why I say this, Augusta,
- 17:21Speaker 3: because when these incidents happen, everybody's turning everything more into
- 17:28Speaker 3: tm Z kind of spectacle. You see it with everybody
- 17:36Speaker 3: now so interested in racing, following the little you know,
- 17:43Speaker 3: the indie races and things like that. You see it
- 17:48Speaker 3: with the Super Bowl that most of whatever's going on,
- 17:54Speaker 3: the who's playing and losing and winning is every year
- 17:57Speaker 3: becoming less and less. There was more conversation about halftime
- 18:05Speaker 3: and Bad Bunny. People know that bad Bunny performed. If
- 18:10Speaker 3: you have some who won, most likely they might hesitate.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Just like command you. Greg had to just remember I
- 18:17Speaker 3: read eyes, I went to reading the ice class. When
- 18:19Speaker 3: you went over and down, that meant for just a
- 18:22Speaker 3: little second you had to remind yourself it's not it
- 18:25Speaker 3: wasn't on the top of your head.
- 18:27Speaker 2: It was months ago.
- 18:31Speaker 18: But I bet you we said now this year, you
- 18:34Speaker 18: would said right off, he went to I reading school,
- 18:39Speaker 18: I went to don't testify understand school.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Because when you said that was months ago, you admitted
- 18:45Speaker 2: that you had to recall that exactly what he said.
- 18:48Speaker 2: You you you a horrible You're horrible with You're a
- 18:54Speaker 2: horrible witness. And and like I'm I don't worry about picking.
- 18:58Speaker 3: That Kevin Hart Fact Part three cad Jason Kelsey the
- 19:04Speaker 3: infusion of that, and it's tempting to the marketers. It
- 19:08Speaker 3: is tempting. I can't tell you you're wrong because you're
- 19:12Speaker 3: bringing eyes. But the thing that we appreciated, or I
- 19:16Speaker 3: appreciate it by going to Augusta National, it did make
- 19:19Speaker 3: you that Kenny was asking me a question this morning
- 19:22Speaker 3: about attending it.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Yes, yes, And I've I've wanted to pose this question
- 19:29Speaker 2: to a lot of people, but not a lot of
- 19:31Speaker 2: people have the opportunity to go to events like the Masters,
- 19:35Speaker 2: the Super Bowl, the World Series, things like that. Is
- 19:40Speaker 2: it the kind of event that once you go, you
- 19:43Speaker 2: can just cross that off a bucket list and be done,
- 19:45Speaker 2: or is it the kind of thing you just feel
- 19:47Speaker 2: compelled to continue to go to year after year? And
- 19:51Speaker 2: very few people go to these events because they number one,
- 19:54Speaker 2: don't have time or resources to find themselves actually there.
- 19:58Speaker 2: But I always imagine, not having gone to a lot
- 20:02Speaker 2: of stuff like that, that those that are there, the
- 20:06Speaker 2: privilege is I made it. This is for our eyes.
- 20:10Speaker 2: The people that didn't make it ain't supposed to see it.
- 20:14Speaker 2: We're not supposed to go live from the que's private
- 20:20Speaker 2: pool party.
- 20:20Speaker 3: That's not with the word private. Who dictates it all?
- 20:25Speaker 2: And so this is a private golf club, this is
- 20:27Speaker 2: a private event, and that's marketers all of those things.
- 20:31Speaker 3: The money has taken priority.
- 20:35Speaker 2: But the people who felt the privilege of being there
- 20:40Speaker 2: as a member, as a ticket, holding plaque, carrying lanyard,
- 20:46Speaker 2: having member of the Augusta National Master's Tournament kind of
- 20:52Speaker 2: see this as this why I moved to the suburbs. Well,
- 20:57Speaker 2: because y'all keep twerking on the corner at night time.
- 21:01Speaker 2: If I just moved fifty miles further outside the city,
- 21:05Speaker 2: I don't have to deal with that anymore.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Very few people and I'll talk about it on other
- 21:10Speaker 3: side when we come back, but I'll tell you the
- 21:13Speaker 3: thing that most people that will go get floored by
- 21:21Speaker 3: that they've kind of forgotten or they've never experienced. Will
- 21:25Speaker 3: be back or to Sports Jock Show right after.
- 21:27Speaker 16: This used all my money and I said our bete
- 21:38Speaker 16: and I haven't seen I have yet.

- 23:36Speaker 19: us kids and our cell phones. Distracted driving was the
- 23:40Speaker 19: cause of more than three thousand deaths in twenty twenty two.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Come on, we're smarter than this.
- 23:46Speaker 19: Let's put down the phones and focus on the roads.
- 23:48Speaker 19: Drive safe, everybody.
- 23:51Speaker 2: Don't drive distracted. The message brought to you by the

- 24:04Speaker 2: Candy in the RADZ just hit down. Yeah, welcome back
- 24:38Speaker 2: to the show. I'm the sports Shop Wayne Candy.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Good morning to you, Commander Greg Big Kennedy, funny Man himself,
- 24:43Speaker 3: the bad producer in the building. Rory mceroor becoming the
- 24:46Speaker 3: fourth player in Master's history to go back to back
- 24:50Speaker 3: wing Championship where he started off sizzling. I'm talking about
- 24:55Speaker 3: like actually in the fire, not in the pan, not
- 24:59Speaker 3: on the green, down in the fire, to where he
- 25:06Speaker 3: was six strokes up after two days. You really felt
- 25:11Speaker 3: like if he could just hold on play average, Yeah,
- 25:20Speaker 3: they couldn't catch him. Then he had a little trouble
- 25:24Speaker 3: double bogie along the way on Saturday, correct Sir, a
- 25:27Speaker 3: couple of times, let the let the door back in,
- 25:30Speaker 3: let him back. I thought he was out of like
- 25:32Speaker 3: like he was out of like. The mob was still
- 25:34Speaker 3: in business and gave him a call. Look, look that
- 25:38Speaker 3: spread there. Come on, nobody's gonna tune in from here, Rory.
- 25:49Speaker 3: If you're that far ahead, nobody's gonna tune in tomorrow.
- 25:52Speaker 3: We got to have the uh what do they call it?
- 25:56Speaker 3: Viewer ships, then Rory uh, and then he fell back
- 26:02Speaker 3: and then he put his cap back on and was
- 26:04Speaker 3: able to outlast out of Scheffer Uh and a couple
- 26:08Speaker 3: of other United Kingdom participants. Yeah, when you look, I
- 26:14Speaker 3: think they took three of the top five spots.
- 26:17Speaker 7: Yeah, they finished up with the Scheffler behind Rory, with
- 26:23Speaker 7: Justin Rose and Sam Burns and camra Young.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Rose was the only other European started in top five.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Now, now, no Hatton, I'm looking at it right, which one?
- 26:37Speaker 3: Rory was first, Scheffler, Hatton was third, Henley was third,
- 26:42Speaker 3: and then Rose. Yeah, that's the five. How they have
- 26:44Speaker 3: him now? And this is just as a three of
- 26:48Speaker 3: them from the UK, two from America. I'm just he
- 26:56Speaker 3: just asked which one. That's how it went.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Yeah, Henley and Hadler, it moved. It was some movement.
- 27:02Speaker 7: It then because Young and Cameron who was up there,
- 27:06Speaker 7: Cameron Young and.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Burns who fluttered on the last two holes.
- 27:10Speaker 3: None of those two guys are in the top five.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Yeah, they flooded, That's what I'm saying. They fluttered the Yeah, the.
- 27:16Speaker 3: Red the Red Coats are coming. The Red coach, what
- 27:21Speaker 3: this leaderboard says, come they play red Coats are coming.
- 27:24Speaker 7: No, they play good at Augusta because that that golf
- 27:28Speaker 7: course is built that way.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Bobby Jones, the one who along with.
- 27:32Speaker 3: They came in first, third, and fifth. The Red Coats
- 27:37Speaker 3: are coming. It's just like the NFL Draft next weekend.
- 27:40Speaker 3: You're gonna think the buck Eyes are coming because about
- 27:43Speaker 3: half of the top five ten people will be buck Eyes.
- 27:47Speaker 3: You're gonna be thinking, well, dang, are they just a
- 27:49Speaker 3: pro team? Yes, So it's the same right here, we're
- 27:54Speaker 3: right in the mix at two and four. But we
- 27:56Speaker 3: can't deny that the British Paul rev here it's.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Coming, isn't it where the squirt was invented?
- 28:03Speaker 3: So now uh we we.
- 28:07Speaker 2: When you started this segment sports Shot, you mentioned how
- 28:10Speaker 2: Rory came out. I'm talking about you know, everything in
- 28:15Speaker 2: Cyndiary on the ground just scorched earth. Then he cooled
- 28:19Speaker 2: off because he got the call. Yeah, he got the call,
- 28:22Speaker 2: and then just making for terrible, terrible, right, and then
- 28:26Speaker 2: he cooled off a little too much. Hey, the line
- 28:29Speaker 2: is falling some We need you to get back in
- 28:31Speaker 2: the game. It reminded me of the the end of
- 28:34Speaker 2: The First Incredibles, where Dash was racing and he was like, no, no, no,
- 28:38Speaker 2: you're win.
- 28:39Speaker 3: No, no drop back, not that far.
- 28:41Speaker 2: You know what I mean now? But that that's that
- 28:43Speaker 2: was real pressure we No. I mean, I mean, is
- 28:46Speaker 2: if we when we see it in basketball, when we
- 28:49Speaker 2: see it in football, when we see it in baseball,
- 28:52Speaker 2: those teams that pull themselves together at halftime or into
- 28:57Speaker 2: the game and come back and win like everybody thought
- 29:00Speaker 2: they were going to win in the first place, people
- 29:02Speaker 2: start talking about having the game scripted.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Why don't we talk about that.
- 29:08Speaker 2: I knew you were going to say, it's not script
- 29:10Speaker 2: you the same person sat up here and said they
- 29:13Speaker 2: could pull off the NFL being a whole scripted ass league.
- 29:18Speaker 3: You've never heard use a lie a lie that I
- 29:23Speaker 3: did hear him say that?
- 29:24Speaker 2: Did you hear him say that?
- 29:26Speaker 15: Sir?
- 29:26Speaker 3: It's okay. You had a question about going because mission
- 29:32Speaker 3: to treat the witnesses hostile?
- 29:34Speaker 19: Man?
- 29:35Speaker 3: The man hit there about the prestige of the master,
- 29:39Speaker 3: the prestige of the masters.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Now that it's no longer about pride and prestige and
- 29:47Speaker 2: honor to be present, it's more about spectacle. What as
- 29:53Speaker 2: a person who has gone in that era when it
- 29:56Speaker 2: was more about that, you feel like is missing now
- 30:00Speaker 2: and do you feel the need now to even go back.
- 30:02Speaker 2: I kind of lost this.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Luster well for being of my age and the first
- 30:07Speaker 3: time I attended. And that's why I said the age part,
- 30:11Speaker 3: because I'm old enough to be from an age where
- 30:17Speaker 3: the phone technology did not dictate your day where you
- 30:23Speaker 3: went out of the house, and once you left the house,
- 30:28Speaker 3: the idea of who's calling you was completely blank. You
- 30:34Speaker 3: lived in the moment. So the first time I went
- 30:36Speaker 3: to the Masters, it was the first time in so
- 30:39Speaker 3: long that I had this refreshing five six hours of
- 30:45Speaker 3: time where it was about community, It was about I
- 30:54Speaker 3: had to exist just like everybody out here in this
- 30:58Speaker 3: world of yesteryear. You can't get a text. I can't
- 31:05Speaker 3: get a text. You can't make a call. I can't
- 31:07Speaker 3: make a call. They don't have any video boards to
- 31:12Speaker 3: show you the replay. Did you see how my eyes
- 31:15Speaker 3: bucked right there? And you probably read my life? He
- 31:17Speaker 3: didn't know that. All you can hear if you're at
- 31:22Speaker 3: if you're at hold six and somebody just went.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Or eagle.
- 31:32Speaker 3: At hold twelve, all you can hear is I picked
- 31:37Speaker 3: the wrong hold today. Look like that when it gets
- 31:41Speaker 3: around here to me, and there is no look.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Up and look up and see it on the replay
- 31:45Speaker 2: on the just have to be and it's just you
- 31:48Speaker 2: didn't know this, and you have to in your mind
- 31:51Speaker 2: remember when the last time you kind of really for
- 31:54Speaker 2: that long because you go places now people check their
- 31:58Speaker 2: phone in church. Has happened on Easter, I saw people
- 32:02Speaker 2: dead and I'm not talking about I'm talking about dead
- 32:08Speaker 2: on the phone on social media, broadcasting the service, all kind.
- 32:13Speaker 3: Of stuff, and nobody was actually caring that to share
- 32:19Speaker 3: whatever's going on here with the masses. You either was here,
- 32:25Speaker 3: you can't. It's nothing. You have to live vicariously. We're
- 32:30Speaker 3: gonna protect this and make you either get up and
- 32:34Speaker 3: come or not realize this ain't for you, right, It's
- 32:39Speaker 3: like and you can see why the entertainers and a
- 32:41Speaker 3: lot of things. Television has dominated the need for media
- 32:45Speaker 3: has messed up the rules and a lot of sports
- 32:48Speaker 3: everything is about what will make people watch more. The
- 32:52Speaker 3: rules have been changed, how can we get people? Or
- 32:56Speaker 3: we need more offense, so we're gonna make all the
- 32:58Speaker 3: rules so the the wrong. How is it that the
- 33:03Speaker 3: defender is the only person that can really get thrown
- 33:05Speaker 3: out of game for hitting hitting too hard. He doesn't
- 33:10Speaker 3: have any position. He's trying to guard the guy. You
- 33:12Speaker 3: tell him, well, you you don't really have any position.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Everything is a file everything. The pitcher now has to
- 33:19Speaker 3: pitch the ball faster. I can't. I don't want any
- 33:23Speaker 3: break in the action. It's like everything. And that's what
- 33:26Speaker 3: television because I'm when you're at the Masters, and that's
- 33:29Speaker 3: what the producer. Now you're Kevin Hart. You're doing the
- 33:34Speaker 3: same thing that you're doing with other sports. Now you've
- 33:39Speaker 3: worried about that. It's rock and jock baseball. Now, Yeah,
- 33:45Speaker 3: getting away from that idea of living the moment of golf.
- 33:51Speaker 3: And that's how it was. And we'll see how long
- 33:53Speaker 3: that stays. Now that people are and truly that the
- 33:57Speaker 3: confiscated a couple of people's because the thinking these people
- 34:01Speaker 3: they're they're adjusting to the commanding Gregs because Greg probably
- 34:05Speaker 3: owns some of them glasses. Yeah, they watching for you,
- 34:09Speaker 3: they don't.
- 34:11Speaker 2: And this is the thing. Here's the thing.
- 34:14Speaker 7: Not to cut Kenny, but you did, but people do that.
- 34:20Speaker 3: I don't catch you off.
- 34:21Speaker 7: Yeah, but the Kevin Hart situation, I just want to
- 34:24Speaker 7: address with that whole situation.
- 34:26Speaker 2: When he first came on.
- 34:27Speaker 7: I was cool with it, but when he started, I'm
- 34:29Speaker 7: not Kevin Hart the Superstar movie. Shoot, I'm just Kevin Hart,
- 34:32Speaker 7: the caddy dude. Half the people out there don't even
- 34:34Speaker 7: really care who you really are.
- 34:37Speaker 3: They're just trying to figure out. Now you're just hating
- 34:39Speaker 3: on Kevin Hart.
- 34:39Speaker 2: No, I'm not hating. I was.
- 34:41Speaker 3: I was talking about just them as a whole. No,
- 34:43Speaker 3: I'm not hating anybody that they infuse as something to
- 34:48Speaker 3: overshadow and bring public eyes.
- 34:51Speaker 2: But I'm not hating.
- 34:52Speaker 3: I'm just saying that another example, well he should.
- 34:55Speaker 7: Well the stacking five different, the eggs out, the promental
- 35:00Speaker 7: cheese and the peanut butter together and you're having out.
- 35:03Speaker 7: For another example, those are of Kelsey doing those things
- 35:08Speaker 7: on the TV as just let us see the golf.
- 35:10Speaker 20: We don't want to see all that. Just let Scott
- 35:12Speaker 20: Van Pelt talk. Well, you're you're you're interesting because as
- 35:16Speaker 20: Big Kenny said, and as we go to break, you
- 35:18Speaker 20: are hilarious. And you my boy, because you stay consistent,
- 35:22Speaker 20: You like the sun rising. You stay consistent.
- 35:26Speaker 3: Because at the super Bowl you was mad that they
- 35:28Speaker 3: didn't show you enough.
- 35:29Speaker 2: Cardi b enough, didn't get enough Cardi Bat. Remember showed
- 35:34Speaker 2: the white girl.
- 35:35Speaker 3: They showed Taylor, they showed that white girl, and I
- 35:38Speaker 3: ain't show enough Cardi Bat.
- 35:40Speaker 2: We'll be back show rather than not.
- 35:43Speaker 3: You've mad because Jason Kelsey think the sandwich is a
- 35:47Speaker 3: little flimsy. That's what we do, is o'liona. We take
- 35:51Speaker 3: four sandwiches. McDonald's ain't done nothing special for o'd lionman.
- 35:55Speaker 3: We've been putting nine.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Pushing the bread when nineteen pieces of meat, that's called
- 36:04Speaker 2: lunch for the whole line, what's your spoils? Got accent

- 39:07Speaker 3: The w NBA Draft is tonight at seven a clock.
- 39:14Speaker 3: It is one of those drafts, similar like hockey and
- 39:18Speaker 3: baseball that just do not get the fan fare in
- 39:22Speaker 3: our country. We are NFL draft, we are NBA Draft,
- 39:27Speaker 3: But when it gets to other drafts, they kind of
- 39:30Speaker 3: come and go and most people most likely never even here.
- 39:37Speaker 23: We forget so like the National Championship was seven days ago, yes,
- 39:46Speaker 23: and normally and we normally don't have that. We have
- 39:50Speaker 23: like maybe a couple of months or at least a
- 39:54Speaker 23: couple of weeks between that and the draft. So I
- 40:01Speaker 23: think it's like, well, then the season just in and
- 40:03Speaker 23: now we have the draft. So I think it's just
- 40:05Speaker 23: because it's all like condensed, it's easy to forget when
- 40:10Speaker 23: the n WNBA drafts happened.
- 40:12Speaker 2: I honestly think it's just a byproduct of the fact
- 40:14Speaker 2: that and this may be a very unpopular opinion, but
- 40:19Speaker 2: just even with the expansion looming, women's basketball just hadn't
- 40:23Speaker 2: caught on like you'd wanted to. Because if the college
- 40:30Speaker 2: football men's championship was on Thursday, and two weeks later
- 40:38Speaker 2: they were drafting to the NFL, more people would want
- 40:42Speaker 2: to see how many people from that championship team than
- 40:46Speaker 2: to go pro? How many people from this last little
- 40:49Speaker 2: round of playoffs about to go pro? All of those
- 40:52Speaker 2: boys need to be we would be locked in, and
- 40:55Speaker 2: like now, I would think that would be more exciting.
- 40:57Speaker 2: Who's going to go first? Is it going to be
- 40:59Speaker 2: a girl from UCLA, Will it be somebody, whether it
- 41:02Speaker 2: be all South Carolina, that to me is should be
- 41:08Speaker 2: if not, is engaging, But people still won't tune in.
- 41:12Speaker 2: The girls have changed their image. It's no longer it
- 41:15Speaker 2: no longer looks like the NBA draft. It used to
- 41:18Speaker 2: just look like the NBA draft with longer hair. But
- 41:22Speaker 2: now they actually coming out in kotour.
- 41:26Speaker 3: NBA players and NFL players. I've talked about this before.
- 41:33Speaker 3: Some of these people never got any more fame. Their
- 41:40Speaker 3: fame didn't grow. Shack was Shack period, from the time
- 41:47Speaker 3: you met him. You don't care. Whereas people don't really
- 41:52Speaker 3: remember Asia Wilson in her dominance, They think she just arrived.
- 41:59Speaker 3: You have a lot of that because because of the draft,
- 42:03Speaker 3: Jameis Winston name rings as though he had already won.
- 42:06Speaker 3: All he can do is not live up to it,
- 42:08Speaker 3: but he can't make it. He can live up to
- 42:10Speaker 3: it and solidified, but he can't make it any bigger
- 42:17Speaker 3: because he wasn't a dark horse. You got to be
- 42:21Speaker 3: Tom Brady where it took people years to figure out, well,
- 42:24Speaker 3: who is this guy? And we sure he should be
- 42:26Speaker 3: starting because he wasn't drafted higher nobody had known him.
- 42:29Speaker 3: But you can make yourself such an icon in college,
- 42:32Speaker 3: in basketball and in football that people are driven to
- 42:38Speaker 3: see where you're drafted. A z fudd Yukon lost that
- 42:42Speaker 3: one game to South Carolina. They expect that she might
- 42:45Speaker 3: be going first to the Dallas Wings. Even something like that.
- 42:49Speaker 3: People don't know the names of the WNBA team.
- 42:52Speaker 2: And Fudd when he said A Z Fudd, you started
- 42:57Speaker 2: searching your mind for an emmy of who she was.
- 43:03Speaker 2: I can't remember. If she walked through the door right now,
- 43:07Speaker 2: I wouldn't be like, oh, here, come asy food. I wouldn't.
- 43:12Speaker 2: I wouldn't be on some here come asy food through
- 43:15Speaker 2: the door. And she's number one, deep, deep person. So
- 43:21Speaker 2: I still think that we're headed to is on the horizon.
- 43:26Speaker 2: But we keep operating like we've arrived there already in
- 43:30Speaker 2: the WNBA, and I think we're gonna miss some steps
- 43:34Speaker 2: and something's gonna fall through the cracks.
- 43:36Speaker 3: The Wings are first, the Lynx or second. They may
- 43:41Speaker 3: go with Olivia Miles, the Storm, the Mystics, and we
- 43:48Speaker 3: go on and on. One of the big transitions at thirteen,
- 43:53Speaker 3: here's the Atlanta Dream. I remember the Dream did make
- 43:56Speaker 3: a big trade with Chicago. Gave up like two first
- 44:03Speaker 3: round picks in the next year or two to Chicago
- 44:08Speaker 3: as they moved on from Angel Reas Center down here.
- 44:12Speaker 3: Makes Atlanta a prime team to bring home the hardware,
- 44:16Speaker 3: it would be interesting to see.
- 44:18Speaker 2: Do you know she.
- 44:20Speaker 3: Fits in because Atlanta already has.
- 44:25Speaker 2: That's not that's not the priority. I don't think.
- 44:27Speaker 3: Atlanta already the championship is not the priority.
- 44:32Speaker 2: Is That's why they wouldn't got for her or for
- 44:35Speaker 2: the team, for the team, for the team that the
- 44:38Speaker 2: championship is not.
- 44:39Speaker 23: I mean, yeah, it would be nice. It will be
- 44:42Speaker 23: nice to win a championship, but that's not the prior.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Let's go dream. What do you think combined with the
- 44:50Speaker 2: look at the history of Atlanta sports, it is about
- 44:54Speaker 2: the spectacle and getting people to come to the game.
- 44:57Speaker 2: Listen to me.
- 44:58Speaker 7: I understand what you but that would the piece that
- 45:02Speaker 7: the dream needed from last year telling me it's about
- 45:04Speaker 7: the championship.
- 45:05Speaker 2: They want to win. The only thing it.
- 45:07Speaker 3: Would be nice. The only it's not at the top
- 45:10Speaker 3: of the list.
- 45:10Speaker 2: I don't think. The only thing. The only thing that
- 45:16Speaker 2: I think out ranks Atlanta fans disconnect and support for
- 45:23Speaker 2: their team as real fans is their delusional nature when when.
- 45:31Speaker 3: They try to try and let you talk.
- 45:36Speaker 2: I let not to cut you off, but you are
- 45:40Speaker 2: the one person who refuses to call a spade a spade.
- 45:49Speaker 3: Situation.
- 45:49Speaker 2: What makes you think that we went and got Windy
- 45:53Speaker 2: City Barbie for any other reason?
- 45:56Speaker 3: And to turn she was asking for a trade.
- 45:59Speaker 2: And where did you want to go in somewhere where
- 46:01Speaker 2: you could turn up.
- 46:03Speaker 7: That's fine what she could turn up. And they're gonna
- 46:05Speaker 7: win here because they have a team and that just
- 46:08Speaker 7: made the team. So if we win, Toronto's gonna be good.
- 46:12Speaker 7: Toronto Tempo is a new team to Toronto Tempo. Flaje
- 46:19Speaker 7: Johnson of LSU. She's at number six is the Tempo.
- 46:23Speaker 7: They suspect it to be drafting her. And then at
- 46:27Speaker 7: seven is the Portland Fire. So those are the two
- 46:30Speaker 7: teams that will be added this year. The Portland Fire
- 46:34Speaker 7: Raven Johnson out of South Carolina predicted to go there.
- 46:39Speaker 7: So WNBA draft, there's what thirteen, there's fifteen teams now,
- 46:45Speaker 7: is that correct?
- 46:46Speaker 2: Yes?
- 46:47Speaker 3: The Connecticut Sons who will become the Houston probably comments
- 46:52Speaker 3: comments after this season they sold the Sun to Houston,
- 46:58Speaker 3: but they contractually obligated to stay in Connecticut this year,
- 47:03Speaker 3: but they will be moving to Houston next season.
- 47:05Speaker 2: Hey, it don't scream expansion to me. It's don't scream
- 47:08Speaker 2: expansion to me. That you know, we I mean you,
- 47:11Speaker 2: we like you, but you can stay, but you can go,
- 47:13Speaker 2: but we're gonna keep you here. But we're gonna get
- 47:15Speaker 2: another team over there and then have another team, but
- 47:17Speaker 2: you can't come see them.
- 47:18Speaker 3: But you got to stay here for she go over there.
- 47:21Speaker 2: Well, yeah, to bring all the all the old all
- 47:24Speaker 2: the older teams back, like bring back the comments. Detroit's
- 47:27Speaker 2: getting the team back. And you have to imagine too,
- 47:31Speaker 2: b Kenny, when you're in Yukon territory. I can't get
- 47:34Speaker 2: that other dollar.
- 47:36Speaker 3: The one thing people always I always try to impress
- 47:38Speaker 3: upon people it's a time and dollar. Yeah, certain sports
- 47:45Speaker 3: eat up so much of the dollar. I don't have
- 47:48Speaker 3: another dollar to spend on go. So you take a
- 47:51Speaker 3: Yukon fan, they're they're dedicated. Their life is like an
- 47:57Speaker 3: Alabama's fan. Yeats games.
- 48:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not gonna make no Saints games. Don't make
- 48:05Speaker 2: no Falcons game. I'm going because Alabama playing Auburn. Oh yeah,
- 48:09Speaker 2: Georgia Birmingham team. No one was going.
- 48:12Speaker 3: I would rather spend my Falcon ticket money on my
- 48:16Speaker 3: new U G A grill with.
- 48:20Speaker 2: The new bulldog and the bulldog on the front and
- 48:24Speaker 2: in the same for the bulldog hail. Yeah called it
- 48:27Speaker 2: four got nine burners nine the old has seven burns.
- 48:35Speaker 2: Do it still had a little grease strained thing on it.
- 48:38Speaker 2: The falcons they ain't got that stuff together. No, we'll
- 48:40Speaker 2: be back.
- 48:41Speaker 3: I catched them on TV. We'll be back right after this.
- 48:44Speaker 2: They thought, did it but it didn't come.
- 48:46Speaker 7: Come back and getting back with the big in my
- 48:48Speaker 7: new found friend from the front.

- 50:55Speaker 2: Wayne any.
- 50:58Speaker 24: Center Court on sports news gossip blah blah blah blah blah.
- 51:31Speaker 14: And.
- 51:33Speaker 3: Back to the show this fo shock wing kend A.
- 51:36Speaker 3: Still interested in any of you out there that has
- 51:39Speaker 3: an answer why winning a championship comes with city destructure.
- 51:45Speaker 3: I still don't understand that punching horses pulling down light
- 51:48Speaker 3: poles don't want to go, You don't want to lunch
- 51:52Speaker 3: the next day, you know what I'm saying. Just to
- 51:53Speaker 3: even think we have to spend a tax dollar to
- 51:56Speaker 3: go and purchase some grease, to have somebody spend a
- 52:01Speaker 3: day of work putting it putting it on the pole
- 52:05Speaker 3: just sounds crazy.
- 52:06Speaker 2: And then the reason they doing it is to keep
- 52:08Speaker 2: you from hurting yourself and trying to sue me and
- 52:12Speaker 2: sue me talking about I didn't have enough grease.
- 52:16Speaker 3: To climb, enough deterrence to keep me off the light pole.
- 52:19Speaker 3: He was out there climbing poles, never a light pole,
- 52:26Speaker 3: and thought, man, that looks like they don't even have
- 52:30Speaker 3: it was safe. They don't have any grooves.
- 52:32Speaker 2: On a light pole.
- 52:34Speaker 3: It's a light pole right there, but there's no groove
- 52:36Speaker 3: on that light pole.
- 52:37Speaker 2: That says climb me, get me. This is the thing
- 52:40Speaker 2: that's always gotten me about the destruction. It gave you
- 52:43Speaker 2: a boost. This is this pole and sports jock, that's
- 52:48Speaker 2: why I know it's all a matter of trying to
- 52:50Speaker 2: one up somebody else because your team wins, and why
- 52:54Speaker 2: you're celebrating. You think, man, where's a light pole? I
- 52:58Speaker 2: can climb that? That just for pops into anybody's mind.
- 53:02Speaker 2: But you see somebody else having done it, and now
- 53:05Speaker 2: you think my moment is going to be recreating that
- 53:09Speaker 2: person traffic on just the one. Elder Casey Hughey this
- 53:14Speaker 2: morning said peace and blessings. Good morning to you, sir.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 53:17Speaker 3: They probably all just shocked at the bad producer.
- 53:20Speaker 2: Uh yeah, we got a home. We got a bunch of.
- 53:25Speaker 7: We we had wadd say Elder case He said, good morning,
- 53:28Speaker 7: piece of blessing. He went on to say, let's go
- 53:31Speaker 7: dream once we started, and uh, then Sampson.
- 53:35Speaker 2: You're ready. It's okay.
- 53:38Speaker 7: The draft is too close to be a national championship game,
- 53:41Speaker 7: doesn't give the media engine enough time to even build
- 53:44Speaker 7: the momentum. And then the elder case he said two
- 53:47Speaker 7: things can beat both, be right, and he also said
- 53:50Speaker 7: another Magic City night.
- 53:53Speaker 2: Okay, update, but.
- 53:55Speaker 7: Uh, but that is correct. Though the draft is a
- 53:59Speaker 7: little close those the media engine does and.
- 54:02Speaker 2: Uncle, well, they have to fit it in because the
- 54:04Speaker 2: season starts, yes, the way of second week of May.
- 54:09Speaker 3: Yes, it's coming up, yeah, the w NBA season. So
- 54:12Speaker 3: it's unfortunately that's how their draft works because I got
- 54:18Speaker 3: to get these ladies draft to get them to a team,
- 54:20Speaker 3: and in practice because training camp. Yeah yeah, these first
- 54:25Speaker 3: round picks typically are starting starting.
- 54:30Speaker 7: No contract holding out negotiation with these and ladies either
- 54:33Speaker 7: like you would suspect of or.
- 54:36Speaker 3: Not that they're paying real money. Now, I ain't trying
- 54:38Speaker 3: to hold out.
- 54:40Speaker 2: The first preseason game is on the twenty fifth, in
- 54:43Speaker 2: twelve days, right, wow wow?
- 54:47Speaker 8: Uh?
- 54:47Speaker 2: And Uncle Charlie said nine burners. Lordy, the space moonship
- 54:52Speaker 2: didn't have that many burners, so so you know, but
- 54:56Speaker 2: that's George. George shout out to the astronauts that are
- 55:00Speaker 2: Artemis two. From Artemis two. Uh, they said they ate
- 55:03Speaker 2: a lot of crustables. Have you ever had a crustable?
- 55:06Speaker 3: Yeah, It's just one of those things that after you
- 55:09Speaker 3: read it, it just stayed in your head because when
- 55:11Speaker 3: you know, I've never had a crustable, and but I
- 55:14Speaker 3: was reading it that they that was their little snack
- 55:17Speaker 3: as they rotated around the moon. And you know, that's
- 55:21Speaker 3: what you want when you look out the window, like.
- 55:23Speaker 2: Man the moon.
- 55:24Speaker 3: You know what I want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich,
- 55:26Speaker 3: but I want no crust on it.
- 55:28Speaker 2: And that's the thing. I've had a crust the ball,
- 55:30Speaker 2: and in the middle of eating it, you think was
- 55:32Speaker 2: this necessary, Like like, did y'all really have to make
- 55:35Speaker 2: a whole prepackaged.
- 55:36Speaker 3: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the crust on it?
- 55:38Speaker 2: You could just do it? Save time? Well, now all
- 55:41Speaker 2: four of that point seventy two seconds that you would
- 55:44Speaker 2: have spent getting the batters.
- 55:46Speaker 3: They can listen. When you're going about twenty four thousand
- 55:49Speaker 3: miles per hour, you get what you want. I guess
- 55:52Speaker 3: you get what you want. Most of us have never
- 55:59Speaker 3: been over to one hundred miles foul no, no, unless
- 56:03Speaker 3: on a plane.
- 56:04Speaker 2: On a plane.
- 56:04Speaker 23: If you if you're floating around trying to spread peanut
- 56:07Speaker 23: butter or jelly on a piece of bread.
- 56:09Speaker 2: Yeah, ain't going that fast. You can't. You can't sip
- 56:11Speaker 2: lock it for you get off the ground. We can't
- 56:13Speaker 2: be having all these utens. We got a limited space
- 56:17Speaker 2: saying now we can put the sandwich calty crushfoa together.
- 56:21Speaker 2: We can't crisp peanut butter sandwich together. Put it in.
- 56:24Speaker 2: Just just have my strawberry and the great of the
- 56:26Speaker 2: crustables see the choice to day. Not since what it
- 56:30Speaker 2: has been fifty years since we've been to the moon? Yeah, yeah,
- 56:33Speaker 2: at least and this time they just circled it. It's
- 56:36Speaker 2: the furthest a ship of the United States. We don't
- 56:40Speaker 2: know what other countries have been doing. But further, do
- 56:43Speaker 2: you believe we landed on the moon back in nineteen
- 56:46Speaker 2: sixty nine? Do you believe we landed on the moon?
- 56:49Speaker 2: I have nothing to say that we did not. I
- 56:53Speaker 2: think I'll say this command. Do you.
- 56:58Speaker 23: I really want to say yes, But maybe I've read
- 57:01Speaker 23: too much to things like, well, you know, maybe we didn't.
- 57:05Speaker 2: We could go around, but we can't land on it.
- 57:08Speaker 2: I thought it was it's like the sun. They say,
- 57:15Speaker 2: that's what's something that the type of light and energy.
- 57:23Speaker 23: There's no, uh, there is there gravity on the moon.
- 57:27Speaker 23: Like how are they able to like land and stay?
- 57:30Speaker 23: And it didn't like, you know, the ship didn't just
- 57:32Speaker 23: float away or they didn't float away when they got out.
- 57:37Speaker 23: Where's that light coming from?
- 57:41Speaker 17: Is it?
- 57:41Speaker 2: Like, you know, is the sun really that that close?
- 57:47Speaker 3: It could be when you're on the moon, right. And
- 57:52Speaker 3: then there's you know what, here's something. If I drive
- 57:55Speaker 3: from here to Florida. When I crossed the Georgia Florida line.
- 58:02Speaker 3: Five minutes after I crossed into Florida, the sun shines different.
- 58:10Speaker 3: It's like a whole film of tent has been lifted.
- 58:15Speaker 3: It just is brighter. Why is that? Like almost instantly
- 58:21Speaker 3: as I cross the sun, it beams lighter. Why is that?
- 58:26Speaker 25: Y'all?
- 58:26Speaker 3: The sunshine state? And all I did was drive extra
- 58:30Speaker 3: ten miles. I don't have any evidence to say we
- 58:33Speaker 3: didn't land on the Moon. I don't know why we
- 58:35Speaker 3: would need to lie. Are they money laundering on the moon? Well,
- 58:41Speaker 3: they could money launder anywhere. I'm just I just think
- 58:43Speaker 3: it's interesting that we went to the Moon.
- 58:45Speaker 2: It was the first space exploration we ever had, and
- 58:49Speaker 2: then we just abandoned that low project and you start
- 58:52Speaker 2: trying to go to Mars and Venus and now everybody's
- 58:55Speaker 2: on some what a magnificent thing it is that we've
- 58:59Speaker 2: circled the Moon again fifty years later, which to me
- 59:04Speaker 2: that always should be.
- 59:06Speaker 3: They witch, But I'm saying, I don't know.
- 59:10Speaker 2: I don't understand the whole It was the first thing
- 59:14Speaker 2: we did, and now fifty years later, we really can't
- 59:17Speaker 2: we don't even know how to recreate that moment in
- 59:21Speaker 2: this new technology and all of that.
- 59:23Speaker 3: It just seems a little dubious to me. And not
- 59:29Speaker 3: that they lie.
- 59:30Speaker 2: I ain't got nothing to say that they lied. I'm
- 59:32Speaker 2: just saying that I wonder why they abandoned the Moon
- 59:35Speaker 2: so fast.
- 59:38Speaker 3: That's a good question. But maybe they got what they
- 59:41Speaker 3: needed from that exploration. That exploration and then they wanted
- 59:44Speaker 3: to send up all these satellites and how we're going
- 59:46Speaker 3: to function up there. Maybe we need to go a
- 59:48Speaker 3: little deeper to put more satellites, because maybe the technology
- 59:52Speaker 3: and the stuff we use now the materials, the wiring
- 59:56Speaker 3: is not durable enough for space, so for us to
- 59:59Speaker 3: go back, we got to use the same old sixties
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: where everything has.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: To be and sports Jock, this is my other theory
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: that six minutes they had on the back of the moon.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: We couldn't nobody see them. They were just surveying that
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: little property that they've already built up there.
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: So they can or you just don't believe they did anything.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: Everything you're watching is ai well, that is possible. I
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: think we were able to go around. You don't think
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: they already got a base up there.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: They was checking on, dropping off some food, just making
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: sure that the construction was done correctly, because pretty soon
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: we're gonna be launching missions Trump again. People are building stuff.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: Can we sneak people on the moon? Like no one
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: knows that there are people who are like building up there.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: You don't think we can. People are in space right
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: now and you don't know about it. But we saw
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: them go in space now not those people either.
- 1:01:00Speaker 26: So just.
- 1:01:02Speaker 14: At Joe request suggests it's not for me to play
- 1:01:04Speaker 14: down videos, Jon't bow away.
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: More of the Sports Josh Show with Wayne Gandidias Dumbing

- 1:01:13Speaker 25: Ever tried balancing a dozen eggs in one hand while
- 1:01:16Speaker 25: hopping on one foot, or maybe juggling cats while riding
- 1:01:19Speaker 25: the unicycle. Sounds ridiculous, right, but guess what. That's exactly
- 1:01:24Speaker 25: what texting while driving is like. Your human brain only
- 1:01:27Speaker 25: has the capacity to focus on one thing at a time,
- 1:01:29Speaker 25: So when you're behind the wheel, give driving your undivided attention.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Don't drive distracted.

- 1:01:55Speaker 13: Hey, I'm worried about mom. She keeps forgetting her famous

- 1:02:26Speaker 3: excuse me while I whip this out.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: Broadcasting live, and it led her to a chat. This
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: this is the sports we're way.
- 1:02:38Speaker 25: You may Vegan.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: Find me down.
- 1:02:47Speaker 26: Comes a long? Is it just.
- 1:02:53Speaker 19: I'm a doing?
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way.
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: You made Bill Vegan, Welcome back to the sportshout show
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: him this boy, Chuck, Wayne Canny, Good morning to you
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: out there and listening land. Great show going on here
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: today on this beautiful Monday, we Maury McElroy has brought
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: home his second in a row at the Masters, and
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: big dramatic fashion, taking off the first two days and
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: then coming back in that last day. Yesterday we were
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: just talking about the moon. It's interesting as humans. I
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: always find us fascinating from the standpoint that we have
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: so much conspiracy and disbelieve, and we have a lot
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: of range, selective range of what we will believe and
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: then limited range on what we don't want to believe.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: But we FaceTime people ten thousand miles away, we get
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: on a little too called an airplane and just fly
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: anywhere we want to. But then as soon as something
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: we can't understand, we limit and make a conspiracy about
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: how it did not happen. I've always wondered why you
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: can accept certain things? Then we selective little add a
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: little God when we want to. Then at I don't
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: know that God didn't come here in the spaceship. We
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: don't know most things. And I'm a religious man and
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: I believe, but I don't know how all that. And
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: even the Bible tells you there's an understanding that you
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: just won't ever have because we we don't know a
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: lot of it is.
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: Most of them is just faith that we're having faith
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: that whatever it's something we can't see. So and I
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: was about to say sports shot four.
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: Years before they lifted off a plane. You couldn't see
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: that either, right, And now faith is the if you
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: if you was answering a rotary phone, you couldn't imagine
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: this thing either. Now we went from having the check
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: a book out in a library to being able to
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: walk around with our personal alert. There's nothing this thing
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: can be traced.
- 1:05:33Speaker 4: It is.
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: It's a beacon of everything, but you can So how
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: does it? Why do you have limits for that? Well,
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: most of the things that we have not fixed is
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: because we don't want to fix, because we don't want. Collectively,
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: we could fix world hunger if we all collectively wanted
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: to fix world hunger. But I'd rather but we don't.
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: I would rather have what we there's homeless. We could
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: fix it if we all collect typically wanted to fix it,
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: but we don't. You asking a lot exactly, That's what
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: I'm saying. So the things that we can fix, we
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: can fix if we collectively, but we don't collectively ever
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: want to do anything. The first, the closest we got
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: was COVID. Now closest in a long time we've been
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: where all of us kind of you know what, we
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: might need to find something.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: Not here in Georgia. I ain't wearing no mask. That's
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: the government trip.
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: I'ming about as far as the idea we might need,
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: whether they want to take it or not. Right, we
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: might come up with something that could help us with this.
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: Right soon as that was over we went. But then
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: just like that, the Baptusa don't want to take it
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: because in his conspiracy. But then he'll go take something else.
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: He'll drink that energy drink right there, And I got
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: a report it says that energy drink is enlarging your heart.
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: There's two families, one of a seventeen year old tennis
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: player and a mother and a seventeen year old your leader.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: They're suing the energy drink company for not labeling how
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: deep alna new is the energy drink. Both of these
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: young players pass away recently, and both families are suing
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: that enough. There's not enough. Even with the label, it's
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: not enough warning. And here on this show, how many
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: times when football season comes around, I talk to the
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: parents and tell parents, talk to your kids. Don't talk
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: to the coach, don't talk to the school. Talk to
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: your kids, because they're the ones who's going to be
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: taking this stuff in. And I'm telling you the mine
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: of an athlete. I dropped that pass yesterday. I let
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: somebody catch me. Yesterday I wasn't enough. I only did
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: a double somersault. I need to do a triple. I
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: got something I know can give me a little more
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: pop needed. Look, just a tad bit more pop now
- 1:07:58Speaker 3: because I got John. I just need that little ah
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: and it's realidly available. So I'm gonna pop one of
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: these right now, and then I'm gonna go do something
- 1:08:09Speaker 3: that I'm not supposed to. As I said, most energy
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: drinks are for temperatures like this. It's not to go
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: out into the sun. It's not to raise your temperature.
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: It's for indoors need to stay alert while take this test. Right, So,
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: these family and the energy drink company says they have
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: complied with all federal regulations and everything that's in here
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: is on the back all the things you said the
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: government said I put on there.
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: Government said I had to put that on there. So
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: how do you sue command you, Greg, bad producer?
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: How do you sue? Government said? How does the bad
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: producer sue for drinking that?
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: Whatever?
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: That is right there?
- 1:08:54Speaker 7: Red Bull just saying no, like the government said, you
- 1:08:58Speaker 7: would just have to basically find a look for the
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: loopholes where.
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: Finding you a lawyer that is good enough to And
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: this is the thing that you know that should have
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: been known but see or should have been the label
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: that was it? How does that benefit you though? When
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: his grandson drinks it and his heart and law, then
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: that the legislation will be in place and he can suit.
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: But how it help you?
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: The government said, all they had to have on the
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: back of the can is everything they got.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: That's it. The government said, that's all you had and
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: they put it on there. You drank it the way
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: you drank it and use it the way you used it.
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: They didn't tell you to do none of that stuff either.
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: The reason it's on the back is because of the
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: prior issues. It made my kid fat, so now I
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: got to put the sugar content on there, and then
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: it made my kid nervous, so now I got to
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: put the caffeine content on there. It ain't say nothing
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: about large heart stuff. We just now getting to that part.
- 1:10:00Speaker 3: It won't help you might help the future. So why
- 1:10:03Speaker 3: are we to a conspiracy base for a move on?
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: Because faith is the belief of things unseen, and we've
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: moved to a time when science makes us believe we
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: can see everything. Access that computer in your pocket make
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: you think if I can't see it, it ain't.
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: But why do you trust the computer on your pocket?
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: That's how we've been trained in our minds.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: Why do you not trust this and choose exactly so
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: you're picking and choosing not to believe we went to
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: the moon? I mean, and sports yach, Why why did
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: they lie to you that they went to the moon.
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: What was the conspiracy of why they lied to you
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: about it? Make air travels more popular? Or to take
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: out another gone back? If we have better technology, why
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: haven't we gone back? Fake out to another country said
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: maybe the technology is better, but the way like this
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: is kind of flimsy, And so we put.
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: Our flag on there, and they wanted to fake that
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: fake the other country that it was.
- 1:11:00Speaker 23: For political reason. It was the okay, it was no
- 1:11:04Speaker 23: longer in their interest to continue. The initial landing was
- 1:11:07Speaker 23: based on competition during the Cold War. Yeah, and the
- 1:11:11Speaker 23: political urgency died no longer patriotically justified the expense.
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: Because in that fifty years we've been talking more about
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: going to Mars than we've been talking about going back
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: to the moon, because we already did that. And then
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: this once I went, once I win the division, my
- 1:11:28Speaker 3: goal is to win the conference. When a division just
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: becomes whatever.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: But this is like when the division was like, okay,
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: we did that.
- 1:11:39Speaker 3: But imagine we did something that didn't really need to
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: be done in the first place. We just went there
- 1:11:45Speaker 3: because it was like this this epitome of how much technology,
- 1:11:49Speaker 3: But there is no actual benefit for going there.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: It was just to prove that we can get there
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: to other coaches.
- 1:11:58Speaker 3: That can't just be it and this is the thing,
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: or maybe it's because we thought so Wow.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: Going to the moon there this time, then, why we
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: like make the lap around because now we're trying to
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: see if we can go further.
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: Yeah, fifty years later. I mean sometimes that's why they
- 1:12:14Speaker 3: didn't land. They just wanted to see how far they
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: could go. Now, so let's see if we can go
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: further than that. Two years ago.
- 1:12:22Speaker 7: I wasn't ready to the day that I didn't have
- 1:12:24Speaker 7: the right job, and then right resources, and then we
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: got the right resources.
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: One thing I wondered first, when you talk about going
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: to the moon, we used to think going out there
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: would bring us closer to a lifestyle like the Jetsons.
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: We don't have to leave the ground for that. No more.
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: Like he said, we talked to people on the screen
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: literally we got.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: I've gotten on planes and flown a day into the future.
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: You go to Japan, you twenty four hours ahead of
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: the United States.
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: I've done that. I've actually lived my birthday twice in
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: the same day, like, wow, it's my birthday the day
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: then tomorrow came in it was my birthday again. Why
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: can't they get to the moon. So you got to
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: prove to me that they didn't go that. That's what
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: I'm saying, but all you have to have is one
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: question that makes sense. Why don't we go back? And
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: then everybody go yeah, see see, so I got a question.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: Rory won the Master's consecutive Masters win. You get to
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: dictate the menu. Is he just gonna run back this
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: year's menu or does he have to change it? You're
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: gonna do something different? Does he have to No, he
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: doesn't have to. Okay, So he could just say run
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: whatever we had this year back, yeah, and it was
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: the most expensive one day.
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: He could be superstitious and think, I just need to
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: serve that, just serve that could be that we'll be
- 1:13:47Speaker 3: back more to Sports Jock Show right after this.

- 1:22:21Speaker 6: Me?
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: Called me Toby?
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: What is it gonna be called? It's the name of
- 1:22:24Speaker 3: the book shown up. It's some kind of little catchy.
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: And the kneeling in the locker room? What is it
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: gonna be called? Shakespearean name? Working out at tri Cities?
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: What is it gonna be called? Mean? But you can
- 1:22:41Speaker 2: tell the D nine hate on Colin know No, let
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: me tell you.
- 1:22:46Speaker 23: Something heavy handed. It's called the Perilous Fight, the perilous
- 1:22:50Speaker 23: fight for.
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: The Negro male. That's that's that's the whole in America,
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: in America, the perilous fight for the Negro male in America.
- 1:22:58Speaker 3: And it has nothing to do with D nine.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: He's a member of cap Outside Fraternity Incorporated.
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: And my cousins and Knops.
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: I got great friends that are knops and we've always
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: had a very close relationship with them. I don't like
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: Colin Kaepernick because he a goofy and I just don't
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: like Goofy's What would you say, if anything? What did
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: anything change in the last decade from that protest. Nothing
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: comanchie Big Kenny, nothing from his protest, from his from
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: the kneeling thing. Ten years later, what would you say
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: he got a chance to write a book to explain us.
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: I ain't nothing changed. I'm saying nothing that it didn't
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: help him. TV shows, I don't know if I don't
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: know if it got I don't know if it pushed
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: the movement, but it didn't do anything for him. I
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: think it made a lot of people.
- 1:23:46Speaker 7: It showed to me, it showed that the ignorance of
- 1:23:51Speaker 7: understanding what it takes to actually be a quarterback, because
- 1:23:55Speaker 7: like I said, he was third string at the beginning
- 1:23:59Speaker 7: of the time. That and you had a reporter that
- 1:24:02Speaker 7: was like, I wonder what Colin is doing here? He
- 1:24:04Speaker 7: wrote an article and it just went from there. It
- 1:24:07Speaker 7: wasn't about he may was gonna get cut so and
- 1:24:10Speaker 7: then all of a sudden we went to ole every team,
- 1:24:13Speaker 7: was he gotta be on every team?
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right after this,
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: every team.
- 1:24:27Speaker 8: He's gone, Like you said, John Boy, Wayne Board of
- 1:24:34Speaker 8: the Sports John Show with Wayne Gambia is coming up next.
- 1:24:39Speaker 13: Choosing to buy a gun was not a decision. I
- 1:24:41Speaker 13: took lightly, but with everything going on, I really wanted
- 1:24:44Speaker 13: to feel like I could protect myself. I hadn't thought
- 1:24:47Speaker 13: about the danger of an unlocked gun in my own
- 1:24:49Speaker 13: home too.
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: Me and where are your napions?
- 1:24:53Speaker 3: Not that drawer unless anyone.
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: Needs a gun.
- 1:24:59Speaker 13: Now, I always lock my gun to keep everyone safe.

- 1:25:08Speaker 17: I'm a pretty great multitasker. I can wash dishes and
- 1:25:12Speaker 17: do laundry. I can roller skate while walking my dog.
- 1:25:16Speaker 17: I can even order lunch while doing my homework. But
- 1:25:19Speaker 17: I can't use my phone while driving. A distracted driver
- 1:25:23Speaker 17: is one of the leading causes of death in the
- 1:25:24Speaker 17: United States. So when it comes to driving, please don't
- 1:25:28Speaker 17: be a multitasker.
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: Don't drive distracted.
- 1:25:30Speaker 21: A message brought to you by the National Highway Traffic
- 1:25:33Speaker 21: Safety Administration, Project yellow Light and the AD Council.
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: All right, son, time to put out this campfire. God
- 1:25:41Speaker 2: we learned about this in school. Oh did you now?
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: Okay?
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: What's first?
- 1:25:45Speaker 25: Smokey Bear said too.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: First drown it with the bucket of water, then stir
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: it with the shovel. Wow, you sound just like him.
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: Then he said, if it's still warm, then do it again.
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: Where can I learn all this?
- 1:25:58Speaker 5: It's all on smokeybear dot com with other wildfire prevention
- 1:26:01Speaker 5: tips because only you can prevent wildfires.
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: Brought to you by the USDA for service, your state Forester,
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: and the ad Council. And now back to the Sports
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: John Wayne Gandy.
- 1:26:17Speaker 24: Player's lounge have been given full access to the players
- 1:26:23Speaker 24: Lounge on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:26:30Speaker 16: Loven't happened, man, Yeah, something that can make.
- 1:26:38Speaker 2: You do wrong, make you do right.
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: Welcome back to the swat Shock Shah. I'm the swarts
- 1:27:05Speaker 3: Shock Wayne Canty, Good morning till you once again. I
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: didn't know we needed to do a show on the
- 1:27:11Speaker 3: Moon and the universe. The Moon and the stars in
- 1:27:14Speaker 3: the quas come in, so I.
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: Was going there.
- 1:27:17Speaker 3: There's precious minerals up on the Moon that other countries
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: might be even mining, you, said Casey. Reverend Casey Elder
- 1:27:28Speaker 3: said that there's nothing on the Earth that God none
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: on other planets of the planet that we should be
- 1:27:36Speaker 3: seeking God's thing about the universe. It always me I
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: think we've been on those other planets. I think what
- 1:27:47Speaker 3: God makes he can't get rid of. And just like
- 1:27:52Speaker 3: he made ten thousand fish, he was trying to figure
- 1:27:55Speaker 3: out in different humans and different heights and weights and birds.
- 1:28:02Speaker 3: He made one planet it was too close to the sun.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: He made one that was too far to what he
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: wanted to create. He had to have the perfect environment,
- 1:28:12Speaker 3: and it just became. He moved it a little bit,
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: made another planet, and that still ain't give me what
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: I want. I'm gonna move this still ain't And they
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: just found oh, right here, it's the perfect spot. Bake
- 1:28:26Speaker 3: twenty five minutes. That's what we need because you have
- 1:28:32Speaker 3: to understand for us to be here, what was the
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: other planet?
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: And so sports Jock by that logic, the planet that
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: was too close to the sun. Maybe those creatures just
- 1:28:44Speaker 2: live in eternal hot They just steal the gas people
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: and then there's a whole ice civilization somewhere because they
- 1:28:52Speaker 2: was way too far away, and so they just live
- 1:28:55Speaker 2: in that.
- 1:28:56Speaker 3: Know what I'm saying? What was that state of being?
- 1:28:58Speaker 3: If you believe in the whole, can't just hold it
- 1:29:01Speaker 3: to here. They said, made the heavens in the earth, right, Yeah,
- 1:29:04Speaker 3: made the heavens in the Earth, So what what part
- 1:29:07Speaker 3: of it? I'm just think you, Now here's something that
- 1:29:11Speaker 3: I think were the other planets if they was, wasn't
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: for something else at some point.
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: Right, here's something that I found. I watched the documentary
- 1:29:18Speaker 2: once and I never could explain this. They had an
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: ancient Egypt theories. You tell the purpose of the other planet.
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: I don't know the purposes.
- 1:29:30Speaker 3: Let me let me ask you this command you, Greg,
- 1:29:34Speaker 3: do you believe in history?
- 1:29:35Speaker 2: Yeah? Okay, So there's a documentary about ancient Egypt the
- 1:29:39Speaker 2: fertility God. They built a temple to the fertility God
- 1:29:44Speaker 2: where during harvest season, the North Star shines directly in
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: two and opening in this temple, the only opening in
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: the temple, sort of like mimicking the mating process. It
- 1:29:59Speaker 2: does it only during this part of the year. It
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: comes directly into the only opening in this temple. And
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: these people had to understand astronomy, they had to understand construction,
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: they had to understand mathematics, all of that to make
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: this happen at a specific time, during a specific year,
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: in a specific place. Astronomically, how could that be possible?
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: Thousands of years before Christ was born and now thousands
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: of years after we couldn't get to the moon. It
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: ain't but a couple light you know, just right there,
- 1:30:40Speaker 2: I'm saying, and you've already figured out how to map
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: it and track it. How come we you know, we.
- 1:30:44Speaker 3: Need not some conspiracy theory. That's where we're going. We
- 1:30:47Speaker 3: didn't know that until the day that you were the
- 1:30:50Speaker 3: conspiracy theorist. Yeah, so we'll bring it out. I pick
- 1:30:53Speaker 3: and jews with the conspiracy. I don't think the Earth
- 1:30:56Speaker 3: is flat, it's square. But when the Earth, they might
- 1:31:02Speaker 3: have thought the Earth was flat when all the continents
- 1:31:05Speaker 3: were connected. Yeah, when all the continents were connected, it
- 1:31:12Speaker 3: made one land mass. Maybe they thought at that point
- 1:31:14Speaker 3: that's you just walk across and it feel flat. It
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: went to edges.
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: I don't know, man, you don't feel yourself leaning.
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: The Department of Justice is investigating the NFL once again.
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: Guys.
- 1:31:31Speaker 3: They launching an investigation. The Destin's Apartment has launched it
- 1:31:35Speaker 3: over concerns and alleged anti competitive behavior. Basically, they are
- 1:31:43Speaker 3: trying to see if the NFL, by merging like ESPN,
- 1:31:52Speaker 3: NFL Network, ABC and all these other pushing everybody to
- 1:31:58Speaker 3: have to pay through streaming services, have they personally created
- 1:32:05Speaker 3: a monopoly. They don't know.
- 1:32:07Speaker 2: They don't ever usually like they don't like to use
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: that word anymore. You ever noticed that since they jumped
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: the T and T about it. Yeah, Once AT and
- 1:32:15Speaker 2: T got jumped on about everybody was like, nah, we
- 1:32:19Speaker 2: gotta call it something else. Uh.
- 1:32:22Speaker 3: The This is spearheaded by Republican Senator Mike Lee, who
- 1:32:25Speaker 3: has urged the Justice Department Federal Trade Commissioner read the
- 1:32:30Speaker 3: NFL's anti trust exemption. I don't have that piece of
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: material to tell me what percentage of things have to be.
- 1:32:41Speaker 3: I guess for free. I guess maybe it's something where
- 1:32:44Speaker 3: they have some of what they put out has to
- 1:32:47Speaker 3: be for free consumption like regular markets can. And you
- 1:32:52Speaker 3: can't just put everything on Prime and Netflix, and some
- 1:32:56Speaker 3: have to go to public stations.
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: And then though that do go to the streaming services.
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: If you control the main broadcast and the streaming service,
- 1:33:07Speaker 2: what I can charge you as a fee to watch
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: that is at my discretion. There's no competition with setting
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: the streaming service fees. Because I owned Hulu and ABC,
- 1:33:18Speaker 2: I own NBC and Netflix. Do you see what I'm saying? So, Okay,
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: I'm not gonna put the game on Netflix. I mean,
- 1:33:25Speaker 2: I'm not gonna put the game on NBC just so
- 1:33:27Speaker 2: I could charge you extra fifteen dollars to watch it
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: on Netflix.
- 1:33:31Speaker 3: Mike Rabel won't be participating in the Patriots pre draft
- 1:33:34Speaker 3: press conference. The young lady that is in this whole
- 1:33:39Speaker 3: storyline which I didn't really want to touch on. Bit
- 1:33:43Speaker 3: Kenny sent me a story about it comand you Greg
- 1:33:45Speaker 3: sent me a story about it. I was going to
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: leave it along for me. This is that whole ideology
- 1:33:52Speaker 3: I always stand on. When is a person's life private?
- 1:33:58Speaker 3: When or saying you own my life when I'm outside,
- 1:34:05Speaker 3: And that's what I was sending it to you for, Like,
- 1:34:07Speaker 3: are we really finna go here? Where Mike Rabel and
- 1:34:10Speaker 3: the reporter Diana Russini? Maybe how you say it? How
- 1:34:15Speaker 3: do you say Russini who has been suspended at her
- 1:34:20Speaker 3: job seen in the same vacation location. No actual physical
- 1:34:27Speaker 3: evidence other than them being pictured and giggling and laughing
- 1:34:32Speaker 3: together shows that they are romantically linked. That's what they said.
- 1:34:39Speaker 3: That still is not you just find me somewhere somebody.
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: Else is I'd not say yeah, because if it's another
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: dude in the hotel, you ain't saying Mike Rabel dating
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: that guy.
- 1:34:50Speaker 3: And someone takes a picture. And we've been through the years,
- 1:34:54Speaker 3: over a decade, talking about when does that stop? Why
- 1:34:59Speaker 3: are publications like the Daily News and New York Posts
- 1:35:02Speaker 3: and all these tmz able to just print out my
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: life and throw some words and create this stir. And
- 1:35:10Speaker 3: now now I guess she's under investigation for maybe, I mean,
- 1:35:14Speaker 3: maybe she has in her contract she's not supposed to
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: date people.
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: They say that it's for concerns about the balance in reporting,
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: like they don't want them to be favorably covering the
- 1:35:26Speaker 2: New England Patriots. But I was thinking if there used
- 1:35:30Speaker 2: to be a time when sports reporters saw the ability
- 1:35:35Speaker 2: to get in a hot tub with a head coach
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: as having a source, an inside source, as me getting
- 1:35:42Speaker 2: straight to the store.
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: But Stephen A. Smith claims that he goes to dinner
- 1:35:46Speaker 3: with a lot of basketball.
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: Ain't nobody and ain't nobody, That's what I'm saying. My friend,
- 1:35:52Speaker 2: my good friends, general managers and all of that. Who
- 1:35:58Speaker 2: is it? He told not to mess with him because
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: I have a lot of connections with a lot of
- 1:36:03Speaker 2: high powered, high ranking athletes and officials.
- 1:36:06Speaker 3: And he said that right on his show, and that's
- 1:36:09Speaker 3: what I'm saying.
- 1:36:10Speaker 2: And now this lady gets in a hot dub and
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: now all of a sudden they're supposed to be dating.
- 1:36:13Speaker 3: How come she couldn't have been just well, she's.
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: A female the New England Patriots, and then the media
- 1:36:18Speaker 7: is always looking to come at the Patriots, So.
- 1:36:21Speaker 2: How come I couldn't just be covering the story. I
- 1:36:24Speaker 2: was trying to get vacation, you know, how Gonna let
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: his guard down at the press conference. I had to
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: catch him at a relaxed moment. That's what I was doing. Now,
- 1:36:36Speaker 2: can I sue you for slander and possibly discrimination? Because
- 1:36:41Speaker 2: when the guys go out and have drinks and eat
- 1:36:44Speaker 2: and play golf with these coaches, you don't say anything.
- 1:36:48Speaker 2: But now I found a way to get directly to him,
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: and you're accusing me of having a relationship with him,
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: which is slat.
- 1:36:55Speaker 3: I don't to me that it shapes up the slander
- 1:36:57Speaker 3: and all this you frame this as and they both
- 1:37:01Speaker 3: have to go to a press conference and deny allegations
- 1:37:04Speaker 3: of an affair because you painted a picture that we
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: are having an affair. You took a moment and then
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: decide to write an article to manifest an affair.
- 1:37:17Speaker 2: And so now like the with my boyfriend and slept
- 1:37:21Speaker 2: in different rooms for the past two nights because he
- 1:37:24Speaker 2: wanted to know what's up with me and Mike Rabel.
- 1:37:26Speaker 7: Everybody looking for the cold play moment with our coaches
- 1:37:30Speaker 7: and entertainers are somebody that's so important they want to
- 1:37:33Speaker 7: just expose them and put them out there.
- 1:37:36Speaker 3: And in these cases, to me, this is where the
- 1:37:38Speaker 3: media starts to fall short. We always fall short. Where
- 1:37:42Speaker 3: that idea where things used to have to be verified,
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: this idea where the editor you had to come show
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: the editor, prove your source. Okay, I love the picture,
- 1:37:53Speaker 3: but what what may where's the affair part part of it?
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: Where's the kiss and where's the them are romantically involved?
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: If we don't have that, we can't say. We could
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: say suspected a legend, but we can't say in a relationship.
- 1:38:10Speaker 3: We'll be back more to Sports Shock Show Run Up

- 1:40:06Speaker 11: And now back to the sports John Wayne Candy between
- 1:40:30Speaker 11: long an so you can see a sports joint. I'll
- 1:40:34Speaker 11: sing even the very Candy welcome back to the show.
- 1:40:38Speaker 11: I'm the sports Shop Wayne. Can he just opened my shoulder.
- 1:40:41Speaker 11: I was looking at get Up and ESPN and all
- 1:40:45Speaker 11: those stations. It's so funny how they have roped in
- 1:40:50Speaker 11: wrestling WWE wrestling as kind as coverage. I don't actually
- 1:40:56Speaker 11: even know how you cover.
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: That the same way you do anything else. You make
- 1:41:04Speaker 2: it sound exciting, you give us exciting highlight, but I.
- 1:41:07Speaker 3: Actually know that this is a stripted television show. Do
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: you yes?
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: Do you know that? Yes?
- 1:41:15Speaker 3: Could you stop that? That that keeps annoying me is
- 1:41:19Speaker 3: very annoying. Let's just just stop that right there. Well,
- 1:41:25Speaker 3: and and that to me, sports Jock is the.
- 1:41:30Speaker 2: The rub in the road for me is that you
- 1:41:36Speaker 2: will blend what you know is scripted sports entertainment in
- 1:41:43Speaker 2: with live supposed live sports entertainment, thereby blurring the lines
- 1:41:50Speaker 2: you report in baseball next to wrestling would make me
- 1:41:53Speaker 2: think that. And then the one dude that get caught
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: with the pitch count thing. So all that is scripted,
- 1:41:59Speaker 2: ain't it? And is what I'm saying about.
- 1:42:01Speaker 7: But normally if they would do that, it would be
- 1:42:03Speaker 7: a high profile athlete that's had to like a Dennis
- 1:42:06Speaker 7: Rodman or Mike Tyson or someone.
- 1:42:09Speaker 2: Now they're just advertising wrestle many Now they're just advertising
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: whatever attraction they're selling. That's what That's what the whole
- 1:42:19Speaker 2: NFL streaming service thing is about. I got the product
- 1:42:24Speaker 2: for free, but I'm a cut off access to it
- 1:42:28Speaker 2: for free. But to be associated with that kind of stuff,
- 1:42:32Speaker 2: it was it wasn't real sport.
- 1:42:35Speaker 23: Well here's the thing. The uh they showed it before,
- 1:42:38Speaker 23: like in the in the early early days of ESPN.
- 1:42:42Speaker 23: But that's just when you thought it was real.
- 1:42:45Speaker 25: But you know that.
- 1:42:47Speaker 7: Wrestling Monday night Raw. Now you have to have it
- 1:42:50Speaker 7: on what is Netflix? It doesn't even you have to
- 1:42:53Speaker 7: have a Netflix. It doesn't come on USA, It doesn't
- 1:42:55Speaker 7: come on regular TV. As we were just talking about,
- 1:42:57Speaker 7: it used to be from eight to eleven Monday nights.
- 1:42:59Speaker 7: You know you Now you have to have a Nutflix's account.
- 1:43:03Speaker 7: A lot of watch A lot of that stuff is
- 1:43:05Speaker 7: just like litmus tests, like baggage fees. We're gonna roll
- 1:43:09Speaker 7: it out and see how comfortable we can make you
- 1:43:12Speaker 7: with it, and once we normalize it, it'll just be forever.
- 1:43:16Speaker 7: After that, once you had accepted that wrestling was scripted
- 1:43:20Speaker 7: and you were still willing to watch it, surely you'll
- 1:43:23Speaker 7: pay to see it.
- 1:43:25Speaker 3: Surely now you paid to go see it, Go and
- 1:43:28Speaker 3: see it live when you Doc Rivers has been let
- 1:43:32Speaker 3: go by the Milwaukee Bucks after three years just to
- 1:43:35Speaker 3: not pan off pan out up there. The Bucks to me,
- 1:43:40Speaker 3: they had the team and then they went to trying
- 1:43:43Speaker 3: to every year move somebody. It was like it was
- 1:43:47Speaker 3: almost like they were impatient or didn't believe, so they
- 1:43:52Speaker 3: every year they would take a starter and change them,
- 1:43:55Speaker 3: And to me, I think that's when it started, when
- 1:43:58Speaker 3: it snowball to where they started on this losing trail.
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: Do you think do you think a lot of that
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: had to do with the fact that Gianni's has too
- 1:44:05Speaker 2: much power in Milwaukee.
- 1:44:08Speaker 3: I don't think he has any more power than any
- 1:44:10Speaker 3: superstar in their city.
- 1:44:13Speaker 23: I think that what they try to do is look at, okay,
- 1:44:17Speaker 23: what was missing, and then they made almost like an overcorrection,
- 1:44:23Speaker 23: but they not realizing what they had given up. So okay,
- 1:44:28Speaker 23: they won the championship, Drew Holliday Drew, and then you
- 1:44:32Speaker 23: trade Drew, like, okay, we need more offense, so they
- 1:44:34Speaker 23: go get Damian Lillard.
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: But okay, so but we don't have the defense.
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:44:40Speaker 23: We don't have that defense in the back court now,
- 1:44:42Speaker 23: And and I wondered, I don't while Doc Rivers is leaving,
- 1:44:48Speaker 23: I think primarily the Bucks are going to rebuild. I
- 1:44:55Speaker 23: expect Gianni's to be traded this summer, so it'll be
- 1:44:58Speaker 23: complete dismantling of this of this team. Doc Rivers is
- 1:45:02Speaker 23: not sticking around for a rebuild. Historically we've seen that.
- 1:45:05Speaker 3: So because they wait, they did one of those things
- 1:45:09Speaker 3: where you get rid of the coach and the coach
- 1:45:11Speaker 3: is winning. They got rid of yeah Griffin, and they
- 1:45:15Speaker 3: got rid of even Bootenhauser, Yes, was winning.
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: And it's like but another one of those like kind
- 1:45:20Speaker 2: of over correct.
- 1:45:22Speaker 7: I was giving Darwin Ham the job because he's on
- 1:45:28Speaker 7: the bench with him being on the championship.
- 1:45:30Speaker 2: And they're getting ready the host.
- 1:45:31Speaker 7: You think they could get rid of the whole You
- 1:45:33Speaker 7: don't think they keeping.
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: They're they're breaking that whole thing down. The Hawks and
- 1:45:37Speaker 3: the Knicks will play in the first round. I say
- 1:45:39Speaker 3: that because the Knicks came what third in the East,
- 1:45:43Speaker 3: and even when I was watching that, So you didn't
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: get any better getting rid of Tom Thibodeau. You fired
- 1:45:52Speaker 3: a man who took you to the the end of
- 1:45:56Speaker 3: the road, and now you and you still you didn't
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: get any better. Who's just supposed to get you better?
- 1:46:04Speaker 3: Like I said, with the Carolina, they fired a guy.
- 1:46:09Speaker 3: Now you go get Mark Malone to come in there.
- 1:46:12Speaker 3: Used to coach it for Denver, right, and okay, but
- 1:46:15Speaker 3: is that going to make you better? Is that really
- 1:46:17Speaker 3: the piece? That's all I'm saying with these teams, I'm
- 1:46:20Speaker 3: okay for letting anybody, but you got to me, you
- 1:46:23Speaker 3: need to be more getting somebody that that person got
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: to guarantee me better. They can't guarantee me the same
- 1:46:32Speaker 3: or less.
- 1:46:33Speaker 23: The expectations there with Mike Malone that the team will
- 1:46:37Speaker 23: be better. And while we talked about college sports becoming pro,
- 1:46:44Speaker 23: we may see more pro coaches come to the college level.
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: Oh, it's definitely all the money and the man the
- 1:46:53Speaker 2: you know, we want to get our players to the league.
- 1:46:55Speaker 2: College sports is pro sports. So we'll see more.
- 1:47:00Speaker 3: Need to go to bed with that a couple of
- 1:47:01Speaker 3: nights and then you'll wake up understanding that's why everything
- 1:47:04Speaker 3: about college sports.
- 1:47:05Speaker 2: Will become pro.
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: All the x gms will be whatever gms for the teams,
- 1:47:11Speaker 3: all the college coaches. That's why certain coaches got out
- 1:47:14Speaker 3: of it, because the Sabans and those coaches are saying,
- 1:47:17Speaker 3: then I could have just went to the pros. If
- 1:47:21Speaker 3: this is what we're gonna be doing, everybody was gonna
- 1:47:23Speaker 3: call me Nick, I might as well just be coaching
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: the fount.
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: I'm not gonna go to Alabama and then just be
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: coach Nick. Hey, they don't even call me coach. They
- 1:47:32Speaker 2: just call me Nick. And if I'm gonna do that.
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: I'll just go ahead and make the If I'm have
- 1:47:36Speaker 2: free agents, just leave and come at their whim. I
- 1:47:40Speaker 2: operate and have to build teams that I have not
- 1:47:43Speaker 2: had to pour into and deal with personalities that I'm not.
- 1:47:48Speaker 3: I don't need you to teach me to be a man.
- 1:47:49Speaker 3: I just need you to get me to If that's
- 1:47:52Speaker 3: gonna be it, then why I need to go get
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: these pro coaches Because that's the format in which and
- 1:47:59Speaker 3: that's why you see these college teams hiring GM because
- 1:48:04Speaker 3: I need somebody to run this. I got a budget.
- 1:48:07Speaker 3: I got a budget, and I need some players. I
- 1:48:11Speaker 3: got a business to run a business.
- 1:48:14Speaker 23: And there may be a turn more that they need
- 1:48:16Speaker 23: more than just like there's probably some college coaches who
- 1:48:19Speaker 23: have the reputation of they just roll the ball out there.
- 1:48:21Speaker 23: They get the players and they just all right go
- 1:48:23Speaker 23: out there. Now we get the pro coaches who actually
- 1:48:27Speaker 23: have strategies and tactics that can and they can.
- 1:48:30Speaker 7: Did you like the hire. I'm fine with the higher
- 1:48:34Speaker 7: we're gonna be okay. I like the hire for going
- 1:48:38Speaker 7: to get the recruiting coordinator from Cali Pyry. That that
- 1:48:42Speaker 7: that is the key right there, is someone who understands
- 1:48:46Speaker 7: the layer of the land to be able to move
- 1:48:48Speaker 7: the money and here and there. And I know a
- 1:48:50Speaker 7: lot of people are upset to say, well, they didn't
- 1:48:51Speaker 7: give Hubert a chance. They didn't give him the money.
- 1:48:54Speaker 3: Not a lot of people stop using you. Stop using
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: your pen name as a lot of people. No, I
- 1:48:58Speaker 3: wasn't a human fan.
- 1:49:00Speaker 2: I wasn't do to nim A lot of people. That's
- 1:49:03Speaker 2: what it is.
- 1:49:04Speaker 3: That's set people.
- 1:49:08Speaker 2: A sports out show. You're alias, y'all got a lot
- 1:49:12Speaker 2: of people staying in this hotel. Sometime I put my mom,
- 1:49:17Speaker 2: I said.
- 1:49:25Speaker 8: John Borwayne Born of The Sports Jock Show with Wayne
- 1:49:28Speaker 8: Danbidius coming up next.
- 1:49:32Speaker 10: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three
- 1:49:35Speaker 10: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:49:39Speaker 10: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 1:49:43Speaker 10: life insurance.
- 1:49:43Speaker 15: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 1:49:45Speaker 15: just getting started with our family and thought we lived forever.
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: Life insurance was the last thing on my mind. What
- 1:49:50Speaker 2: about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:49:53Speaker 15: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:49:55Speaker 15: Bill's piling up, I was worried how my family was
- 1:49:57Speaker 15: survived without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with
- 1:49:59Speaker 15: the insurance information gives you power and life. Insurance gives
- 1:50:03Speaker 15: your family security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:50:06Speaker 15: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I'll
- 1:50:08Speaker 15: leave my family with bills their benefits.
- 1:50:10Speaker 10: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 1:50:13Speaker 10: whether you earn a little or a lot, All you

- 1:51:33Speaker 10: their ad.
- 1:51:33Speaker 2: On the sports jock dot com. And now back to
- 1:51:38Speaker 2: the Sports Job Wayne Gandy. Now it's time for a
- 1:51:45Speaker 2: school board.
- 1:51:46Speaker 24: Can we put a spin on life and sports and
- 1:51:49Speaker 24: how they intermingle on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:52:04Speaker 2: So let's take a round.
- 1:52:20Speaker 3: Welcome back to the Sports Shock Show. I'm in the
- 1:52:22Speaker 3: Sports Shock Wayne Candy. NBA season over play ins here
- 1:52:26Speaker 3: over the next couple of days.
- 1:52:29Speaker 17: Uh.
- 1:52:29Speaker 3: The official date to start the playoffs is on Saturday,
- 1:52:34Speaker 3: so things will get kicked off. Can Lebron James play
- 1:52:38Speaker 3: Superman in his first round to keep his team alive
- 1:52:42Speaker 3: for the Lakers until Luca and Austin Rivers get back.
- 1:52:46Speaker 3: How far can Boston go? A lot of people predict Boston,
- 1:52:51Speaker 3: especially with Jason Tatum being back, some good first round
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: matchups coming up. As I mentioned the Hawks and the Knicks.
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: Hawks have been on a run. The Knicks still that
- 1:53:01Speaker 3: that gritty team that kind of plays to the end.
- 1:53:03Speaker 3: But we got a lot of off season. Where will
- 1:53:05Speaker 3: Joanna's go, What will Memphis do with someone like a
- 1:53:09Speaker 3: jam Morant in the off season, things like that, So
- 1:53:13Speaker 3: we got a lot of different storylines to go into
- 1:53:17Speaker 3: the off season. Doc Rivers being fired to start off
- 1:53:20Speaker 3: first gun blasted and and that is kind of classy.
- 1:53:24Speaker 3: I've always said that if I'm gonna hire you, you're
- 1:53:27Speaker 3: gonna work to the last day, even if I know
- 1:53:30Speaker 3: I'm gonna fire you, either I'm gonna fire you the
- 1:53:33Speaker 3: first day, or I'm gonna wait till the last day.
- 1:53:37Speaker 3: With all that fine you on Halloween and.
- 1:53:40Speaker 2: We got nine games, we just gone gone just gonna
- 1:53:45Speaker 2: work this.
- 1:53:46Speaker 17: We just go.
- 1:53:48Speaker 2: Right out these little I got yeah, I got twenty
- 1:53:52Speaker 2: five minutes left on this phone. I got a new phone.
- 1:53:54Speaker 2: But I'm run dismiss So you're gonna get Wenna finish.
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: And I say that because a lot of times, especially now,
- 1:54:02Speaker 3: whoever is the second coach typically is running is under
- 1:54:06Speaker 3: the same philosophy as me as the head coach. That's
- 1:54:09Speaker 3: the one guy kind of like the head coach gets
- 1:54:12Speaker 3: to really.
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: Bond with.
- 1:54:15Speaker 3: Yeah, so not much probably gonna change, other than maybe
- 1:54:20Speaker 3: the players that didn't like you just happy you gone.
- 1:54:22Speaker 3: But as far as what we're doing, it's gonna be
- 1:54:26Speaker 3: the same old ride.
- 1:54:27Speaker 2: Now this year we talked about the NBA is at
- 1:54:30Speaker 2: sixty eight games you have to play to qualify six
- 1:54:33Speaker 2: sixty five sixty five games. Now, Jason Tatum just got
- 1:54:36Speaker 2: back recently. If he takes his team to the championship,
- 1:54:40Speaker 2: if they go regular season, oh for the regular season,
- 1:54:44Speaker 2: so he would be eliminated.
- 1:54:47Speaker 3: He's ineligible for He was in eligible when he came back.
- 1:54:50Speaker 2: When he came back, he was announced regardless of how
- 1:54:52Speaker 2: he plays, you already know.
- 1:54:54Speaker 3: Abstinctly, and the whole thing is always and they probably
- 1:54:57Speaker 3: will change it with this, and to all the pressure
- 1:54:59Speaker 3: from the player, I hope they don't because to me,
- 1:55:01Speaker 3: you do have to go back to adding in simple size.
- 1:55:05Speaker 3: One of the favorite things you pick a lot of
- 1:55:08Speaker 3: restaurants based on a consistency. I know, I'm gonna get
- 1:55:12Speaker 3: this taste when I go here. It's always that's the same.
- 1:55:18Speaker 3: I don't come here and one day is this way
- 1:55:19Speaker 3: and one day is not. It's always that is house.
- 1:55:24Speaker 3: A lot of people judge that's just like just a
- 1:55:29Speaker 3: crap shoot that oh the carap cake. You know today
- 1:55:32Speaker 3: it was kind of this. Oh no, this place is
- 1:55:34Speaker 3: always lump. It's always a little filler, is not back
- 1:55:41Speaker 3: and forth gohe' hurt.
- 1:55:42Speaker 6: No.
- 1:55:42Speaker 7: I was just gonna say, like, you see a guy
- 1:55:43Speaker 7: that say he batter's three hundred for the season, but
- 1:55:46Speaker 7: he only had ten bats and three hits, where another
- 1:55:49Speaker 7: guy batted a hundred times and had you know, thirty hits.
- 1:55:52Speaker 7: So you know, so it's misleading to think that this
- 1:55:55Speaker 7: guy was a great hitter, but he didn't have many
- 1:55:57Speaker 7: chances the swings that the next one.
- 1:56:00Speaker 3: You can't just give the masters away on one round.
- 1:56:03Speaker 3: That's not how it works all that. That's why we've
- 1:56:07Speaker 3: That's why I was applauding Rory because he was setting records.
- 1:56:12Speaker 3: After two days he had the record and stuff. You
- 1:56:16Speaker 3: would have been easily writing his name on the trophy.
- 1:56:18Speaker 2: I thought he was going to and I thought Rory
- 1:56:22Speaker 2: was going to be that agony of defeat story.
- 1:56:25Speaker 7: But he almost gave it up at the end. He
- 1:56:29Speaker 7: hit the ball over there, which when it goes to
- 1:56:32Speaker 7: a couple of players, all he had to do. If
- 1:56:34Speaker 7: they would have made a couple of putts back on
- 1:56:37Speaker 7: some holes, it would have been a situation.
- 1:56:39Speaker 4: So it was.
- 1:56:40Speaker 7: It was a storybook Hollywood ending, no story. But that
- 1:56:44Speaker 7: man had that monkey jump on his back depression and.
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: I'm saying, and he beat the pressure and came back
- 1:56:51Speaker 2: and won like everyone he got his breathing right, which again,
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: had it happened in football or another sport, If it
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: happened in boxing, people would have been screaming fixed. But
- 1:57:06Speaker 2: Rory showed you the benefit of expertise and professionalism and
- 1:57:13Speaker 2: he won the Masters like everybody thought he was going
- 1:57:16Speaker 2: to in the first place. But again, that storybook ending
- 1:57:19Speaker 2: in any other sport would have made people question was
- 1:57:22Speaker 2: this real?
- 1:57:23Speaker 3: NBA Europe is coming upon us?
- 1:57:25Speaker 4: Is this just that?
- 1:57:27Speaker 3: As we talked about the international player, just a way
- 1:57:31Speaker 3: to establish approving ground, another way to feed the NBA.
- 1:57:36Speaker 3: Watch out American players. The international players on the rise
- 1:57:39Speaker 3: now NBA Europe.
- 1:57:40Speaker 2: Ain't that the Lakers? I mean say that we already
- 1:57:44Speaker 2: got enough European players in the NBA Europe over the year.
- 1:57:48Speaker 3: To me, they're establishing another foothold to via another feeder program.
- 1:57:53Speaker 2: Okay, and pretty soon it'll be no American people. They'll
- 1:57:57Speaker 2: all be in Turkey.
- 1:57:58Speaker 23: This will be in uh uh like parallel to the
- 1:58:01Speaker 23: euro League. So it will give that there will be more.
- 1:58:06Speaker 23: There'll probably be a lot of American players who will
- 1:58:08Speaker 23: go that route rather than play in the G League.
- 1:58:13Speaker 23: And probably even some players why would you college they'll.
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: Play in this?
- 1:58:17Speaker 3: Well, because I have a lot of talent in Europe.
- 1:58:20Speaker 3: As we sometimes because we in are arrogance, sometimes we
- 1:58:23Speaker 3: forget that there's people that don't want to just come here.
- 1:58:29Speaker 3: They want to play for their country. There are French
- 1:58:32Speaker 3: players and Spanish players that just are not going to
- 1:58:35Speaker 3: come here in the l A right now.
- 1:58:39Speaker 17: But does.
- 1:58:43Speaker 2: Get a foothold in an international?
- 1:58:45Speaker 7: Does this not hurt the league with your NBA, that's
- 1:58:48Speaker 7: your that's your like your minor league, your NBA G
- 1:58:51Speaker 7: League does that?
- 1:58:51Speaker 2: That would be the minor It would be a true that's.
- 1:58:54Speaker 3: The minor league of America. I'm gonna put me in
- 1:58:57Speaker 3: the minor league of a whole nother hunting it and
- 1:59:01Speaker 3: for you out there before we go into the ocean,
- 1:59:04Speaker 3: just so you'll know, they are very close to a
- 1:59:08Speaker 3: th HC breathalyzer prototype will be coming to you soon.
- 1:59:15Speaker 3: So regardless if your state has ratified that you can
- 1:59:19Speaker 3: deal with marijuana, you still can't deal with marijuana behind
- 1:59:24Speaker 3: the wheel of a car.
- 1:59:25Speaker 2: That's what they're waiting on. They have all that together
- 1:59:27Speaker 2: so they can when don't be shot, So you pull
- 1:59:32Speaker 2: over happy. I ain't drunk, I ain't been drinking nothing. No,
- 1:59:36Speaker 2: have you been smoking anything?
- 1:59:38Speaker 26: Huh?
- 1:59:41Speaker 27: And we are in the ocean. The truth is he
- 1:59:47Speaker 27: will throw your in the ocean. It's time to wrap
- 1:59:50Speaker 27: things up on the Sports Jug Show.

- 2:00:35Speaker 3: do that. Seven PM tonight, the w NBA Draft will
- 2:00:39Speaker 3: take place. It's short. Remember it is only half the team,
- 2:00:43Speaker 3: so you want via all night with only fifteen teams
- 2:00:47Speaker 3: in the league going in the ocean. As we started
- 2:00:50Speaker 3: the show talking about how y'all are trying to change
- 2:00:54Speaker 3: Augusta into a nightclub and we're just not here. Ford
- 2:01:01Speaker 3: Mark Calavakia, who's on the PGA tour, has one the
- 2:01:09Speaker 3: open being kicked out of Augusta and I'm throwing him
- 2:01:15Speaker 3: in there just because you know, you're not supposed to
- 2:01:18Speaker 3: have your phone. How embarrassing PGA tour participant being called
- 2:01:27Speaker 3: over Let me see you over here, Mark Mark, what's
- 2:01:30Speaker 3: that in your hand?
- 2:01:31Speaker 2: Right there?
- 2:01:31Speaker 3: Come on hand behind your back? They threw him out.
- 2:01:36Speaker 3: I hope they banned him. Don't even let him play
- 2:01:38Speaker 3: in the Masters anymore. You know the rule command you, Greg.
- 2:01:42Speaker 3: We're not having any of that down here anymore. Y'all
- 2:01:48Speaker 3: keep that up there in Atlanta, Big Kenny. Nobody want
- 2:01:53Speaker 3: no little bootsy out here. We're gonna do characters, but
- 2:01:57Speaker 3: you you the only one out here clowning the bad
- 2:02:02Speaker 3: producer was showing hate against Kevin Hart, just.
- 2:02:05Speaker 2: So much hate and hate so much and it's got
- 2:02:10Speaker 2: Kevin Hart black. You don't like black people in Augusta
- 2:02:14Speaker 2: for the mass for that Mark. Yeah, he was acting.
- 2:02:28Speaker 3: From this morn shock shall we hope you have a
- 2:02:29Speaker 3: good afternoon. We will see you later.
- 2:02:33Speaker 2: Peace. Mm hmm
