- 0:52via my voice messaging service. And you did.
- 0:55And there were so many amazing questions, I decided to do this in two parts.
- 0:59So part one was released over in August, if you're interested in that.
- 1:03And now here we are in part two. And there are so many rich questions here,
- 1:08so we're going to jump into it in just a moment.

- 1:29but it's really feeling like the right time to open up
- 1:33this opportunity to make this kind of offering.
- 1:36I am in the midst of my sabbatical,
- 1:39so I am writing my next book right now.

- 2:28you're also supporting me on this wild, brave, interesting,
- 2:33numinous,
- 2:34multilayered journey of taking a sabbatical for the first time ever to
- 2:38really focus on bringing through this next book.
- 2:41So thank you so much for your support. Now let's get into it.
- 2:46Let's get into your questions.
- 2:47This first question is more of an invitation rather than a direct question,
- 2:51and it's an invitation I'm saying "yes" to.
- 2:54And this invitation was from a listener named Christine. And Christine said,
- 2:58would you share with us more about your spiritual journey, where it's taken you,
- 3:03what you've explored, and how it's integrated into your life now?
- 3:08And I do notice this thing where, often,
- 3:10especially if someone has been on the path for a while,
- 3:15maybe they've been out in the world for a while,
- 3:17that sometimes they forget to share. Like, oh, here's my origin story,
- 3:21or here's what brought me to this point.
- 3:24And as of the time that I'm recording this,
- 3:27I have been on this path for almost 20 years.
- 3:32And so there's a lot of history there,
- 3:35and I'm happy to share a little bit more about my background and what brought me
- 3:39here.
- 3:41I always love in the podcast On Being when Krista Tippett asks people about
- 3:45their spiritual upbringing,
- 3:46and I've been waiting for someone to ask me about that.
- 3:50So I'm just going to go ahead and share as if you had asked me about that,
- 3:53Christine. But I was raised Quaker.
- 3:57So I was raised in the Quaker faith.
- 4:00I was a friend.
- 4:01I grew up with sort of this foundational belief system that
- 4:07everyone has within them the light of God,
- 4:09high values placed on non-violence, compassionate communication,
- 4:15ways of relating with people that are peaceable and understanding.
- 4:20Even though my family wasn't religious per se,
- 4:24this was a faith that they decided to bring me and my sister up
- 4:29in.
- 4:30And it did really inform my life and my journey,
- 4:34just this baseline understanding of this light of the divine
- 4:39within all people and also this ability to directly connect with the
- 4:44divine yourself. And this is one of the tenets of Quakerism,
- 4:48especially the kind of Quakerism that I grew up in Pennsylvania,
- 4:52that we all have the ability to directly access that divine.
- 4:56There is no hierarchy in terms of one person who is
- 5:00leading the whole group or the whole meeting.
- 5:03A Quaker meeting consists of folks in a room sitting and communing
- 5:08and getting up when they feel moved to speak. And then they speak.
- 5:12And then we sit in silence and acknowledge what's been spoken and integrated.
- 5:16And so even though I didn't have a very
- 5:21spiritual upbringing in a certain way,
- 5:24I had this really foundational spiritual belief system
- 5:29that I think supported me as I moved deeper into my life
- 5:34path. And then if you've been following me for a while,
- 5:36you know that when I was in my teens,
- 5:40I developed a chronic pain condition called vulvodynia and was
- 5:45told that it was incurable,
- 5:47that I would live with this kind of pain and nerve pain and muscle pain for the
- 5:50rest of my life. And that was really a turning point for me.
- 5:55It was one of those moments where everything falls apart in life.
- 5:58And I often say that the world inside my body was so painful,
- 6:02I went outside and I started connecting with the trees
- 6:06and I started sitting by the creek and I started noticing how in
- 6:10nature, everything is always moving towards balance.
- 6:13Everything is moving towards healing,
- 6:14that the body of the earth is not making mistakes,
- 6:18that there's wisdom in what's happening within the body of the earth.
- 6:21There's messages there.
- 6:23And so even though at the time I wasn't a practicing herbalist
- 6:27yet,
- 6:29I began to heal through the wisdom of connecting with the living world,
- 6:33through communing and having relationship with the living world,
- 6:36having incredible numinous experiences where I was shown messages of hope,
- 6:41shown messages of guidance and direction.
- 6:45And so I was having a really big moment of awakening, of opening,
- 6:49of recognizing other layers of reality and existence.
- 6:53Through this sort of shamanic dismemberment, dark night of the soul,
- 6:56I was having all of these spiritual experiences that were opening up me up to
- 7:01these other realms of reality and especially opening me up to the
- 7:05sentience of the earth and this animistic
- 7:10reality of everything being animated by living consciousness and
- 7:15sentience. At the same time,
- 7:16I feel really blessed to have been supported by and
- 7:21learning from my advisor in college, Molly McGlennen,
- 7:26who was my professor, my advisor,
- 7:28and was also starting up what would become the first Native American studies
- 7:32program at Vassar where I went to college.
- 7:35And so I ended up learning a lot through her as well as through all the
- 7:39indigenous thinkers, authors, writers that I was being exposed to.
- 7:44And it all kind of coalesced for me in this big opening,
- 7:48and really recognizing and connecting to
- 7:52the numinous reality of living here on this planet and the
- 7:57deep sentience that we're surrounded by. So from there,
- 8:00I moved to New York City. I got the only job I could find taking care of plants,
- 8:04which was as a plant technician,
- 8:06which basically means I took care of people's office plants.
- 8:09But I had a really amazing thing happen for me when I was in New York where I
- 8:14had all this expansive time to walk around and think and
- 8:19be in my experiences and started having even deeper layers
- 8:24and unfurlings of really connecting into what I would call deeper reality.
- 8:29I started being exposed to more things like channeled texts.
- 8:32I started practicing reiki. I went through the different training,
- 8:35the different levels of reiki to become a reiki practitioner,
- 8:38to become a reiki master.
- 8:40And really was just having these direct experiences of energy,
- 8:45of other realms of reality, of my spirit guides.
- 8:47My dream world became a place where I was really interacting with and exploring
- 8:52and getting information from the Otherworld and got a very
- 8:57clear message to go to herbal school.
- 8:59And a big part of why I wanted to become an herbalist was I knew I wanted to
- 9:02work with people.
- 9:04And at the time I thought that would be in a one-on-one capacity.
- 9:07I thought that I would likely be practicing reiki at the same time that I wanted
- 9:11to work with plants. The plants just were speaking to me so loudly.
- 9:14So I decided to go to school to become an herbalist.
- 9:16And that just took me on such an expansive,
- 9:20unexpected journey where I ended up starting an apothecary.
- 9:23I moved down here to Western North Carolina. I started my apothecary.
- 9:27I did start working one-on-one with people,
- 9:29but also what opened up was this whole realm of existence that I didn't know
- 9:33would be so important to me, which was teaching.
- 9:35And so much of my spiritual journey has been informed by my teaching because
- 9:40often I'm handed a lesson, I'm handed a learning,
- 9:43and then I teach from that space.
- 9:46And a lot of my spiritual journey and evolution has
- 9:51had to do with the hard things I've gone through and I have had to move through
- 9:56in my life. After herbal school ended,
- 10:00I sort of naturally started to transition into teaching some of the things I had
- 10:03been learning: herbalism as well as flower essences,
- 10:08dream work, these things that have become important to me.
- 10:11I went on to study with dream teacher Robert Moss,
- 10:13learning different ways of active dreaming or shamanic dreaming.
- 10:17I had a series of dreams where I was specifically told to study shamanism and
- 10:21was told in the dreams what that meant,
- 10:25specifically being shown different ways to work with energy, work with time,
- 10:30work with shape shifting.
- 10:31So then I went on to study with Sandra Inkerman online.
- 10:35So all these things were evolving at the same time that my life was just
- 10:38naturally evolving.
- 10:39And one of the next big things that happened to me was that I contracted Lyme
- 10:43disease twice and was told very specifically through that experience - which I
- 10:48share more about in the podcast that I just
- 10:52rereleased the other week about how I healed from Lyme disease - but how that
- 10:56whole experience took me deeper into energetic levels of healing,
- 11:00into spiritual levels of healing,
- 11:03that I was completely healed in a pretty miraculous way
- 11:08through shamanic work.
- 11:10So that story is in that podcast if you're interested in listening to it.
- 11:14But this all deepened my journey in this way where then I was literally at...
- 11:20when I had the dream that was informing me that shamanism would heal me
- 11:24from Lyme disease, I was literally at a workshop, at a training,
- 11:29with Brian Weiss at the Omega Institute learning past life regression.
- 11:33So I'm just one of those people where I'm constantly learning,
- 11:37I'm constantly growing, I'm constantly connecting.
- 11:39But so much of what has informed my spiritual path has been direct
- 11:44experiences,
- 11:45direct experiences of hardship that open up portals into reality,
- 11:50direct experiences through my dreams, through my own intuition,
- 11:55through communing with the natural world.
- 11:58And I taught for years a program called Winter Intuition School.
- 12:03It still sometimes makes an appearance online. And in Winter Intuition School,
- 12:07I taught all of these spiritual skills and tools that I had gathered.
- 12:11And so there's been times in my life when it's been super integrated into what
- 12:15I'm teaching,
- 12:16and then I normally am moving on to another edge or I'm exploring another edge.
- 12:21And so for past few years, for me,
- 12:23that's absolutely been within the realm of the nervous system and somatic
- 12:26healing and really exploring myself as a sensitive and an empath,
- 12:31which is something I always knew was a reality about me,
- 12:33but through pregnancy and birth and being a parent really
- 12:38brought to the forefront in a way that was no longer unavoidable.
- 12:41So really learning how to work with my body as a spirit guide,
- 12:46which also included going through this whole journey,
- 12:49having chronic pain come up again in my body. Really, we walk these cycles,
- 12:53we revisit these spirals, and now, yeah,
- 12:57I'm in this place where I just am so excited about continuing to integrate
- 13:02everything I've learned, continuing to expand,
- 13:05to weave in more pieces,
- 13:09even deeper pieces of things I've been working with and just delighting in my
- 13:13own personal life for over a decade. Things like ancestor work,
- 13:17for example. And so yeah,
- 13:22I feel like there's a million ways I could answer that question.
- 13:24And that was a long answer to this request to share more about my spiritual
- 13:28journey, but I'm sharing it because all of our different paths are perfect.
- 13:32They lead us exactly where we need to be. And there's this piece where
- 13:38I want to impart to you that it's like everything that
- 13:42you've ever done is valuable, even if you didn't get the degree,
- 13:46even if you didn't end up integrating it directly into what you thought you were
- 13:50going to be doing,
- 13:51everything you've ever done is valuable and is coming back
- 13:56around to actually feed you and what you're doing next.
- 13:59And I remember my mom tells me that when I graduated from college,
- 14:02I spewed off to her all these things I was interested in. I was lik,
- 14:07plant spirituality, sentience; I want to make baskets.
- 14:11I want to make herbal medicine.
- 14:16I want to explore other realms of consciousness.
- 14:19I want to find out about my past lives.
- 14:20I don't remember all the things I said to her,
- 14:22but apparently I said all these things. And then she was like,
- 14:24I don't know how Asia's going to do all this. How is she going to do all this?
- 14:27I didn't know. I was just naming the things I was interested in.
- 14:31And then she told me she found it,
- 14:32she wrote down this list and she found it later. And she was like,
- 14:35you did all those things. I don't know how you did it.
- 14:37You did all those things and you integrated it into what you're doing now.
- 14:41And it's a reminder for me that everything that I've become passionate about my
- 14:46life, the things I've listed so far, stone medicine, channeling,
- 14:49that all of these things, I'm passionate,
- 14:52I'm interested about them because they're here to support me in the next layer
- 14:55of my unfolding, whether or not they become the exact thing that I offer.
- 14:59And I want to reflect that back to you too.
- 15:01That everything you've done in your life, everything you've experienced,
- 15:05no matter how hard it was, how painful it was,
- 15:08that all of these things come together to make you who you are.
- 15:12And that's ultimately...
- 15:13like the ultimate spiritual path is all of us
- 15:17being willing to be who we are, to walk the path of who we are,
- 15:22and that is the gift that we bring to this world.
- 15:24And that's so much of what every single one of my classes
- 15:30are about.
- 15:31And so if any of the things that I mentioned that I've been passionate about
- 15:34that I've integrated into my work are interesting to you,
- 15:36definitely head over the website, check out all those different courses.
- 15:40There's a huge variety of things there.
- 15:43Things like learning about how stones communicate,
- 15:46multi-dimensional vaginal healing, working with plants for your heart,
- 15:50working with plants to connect to the Otherworld,
- 15:54learning how to become a plant healer yourself,
- 15:56how to be a spiritual entrepreneur. These are...
- 16:00each class has kind of been like a capstone on a big
- 16:05season in my life.
- 16:06And many of these classes I'm continuing to update all the time as I learn and
- 16:10grow.
- 16:17So if any of these are calling to you,
- 16:18just know that at the base of everything that I do is this:
- 16:22is you recognizing the value of your journey,
- 16:25of you being able to understand how it all fits together and how it's actually
- 16:29here to support you in the gift you're meant to bring to this world,
- 16:33which in so many ways is just your own becoming.
- 16:37So let's continue with these questions. That was kind of a big one.
- 16:41And we're going to go onto the next one now because I think that this next one
- 16:44is a cool bridge piece for folks who are maybe where I was at,
- 16:49of being interested in herbalism of starting to connect to the plants.
- 16:54So this next question is as follows:
- 16:58As a sensitive,
- 16:59it's hard to discover and try different herbs because of my sensitivity to the
- 17:03plants. It can feel overwhelming.
- 17:05Do you have any tips or advice on how to try to incorporate plants in a gentle
- 17:10way?" So I definitely ran into this when I was in herbal
- 17:14school. I couldn't take doses as high as other people.
- 17:17I found that it dysregulated me.
- 17:19I also had certain food sensitivities that at the time with the kind of alcohol
- 17:24that was being used, I couldn't take a lot of the tinctures,
- 17:27so I wasn't even able to take what other people were taking in class.
- 17:30I had to work with it on a purely energetic level until I could make it myself.
- 17:34And so I want to give you full permission if you are a sensitive to experiment
- 17:39with lower doses. To...
- 17:40instead of if everyone's taking a full dropper full of something,
- 17:45try a drop, see what happens in your body with just a drop. Like I said,
- 17:49when I was in herbal school, a lot of people were using grain alcohol.
- 17:52At the time I was having allergic reactions to grain alcohol.
- 17:56And so I was not able to take any of the tinctures in herbal school.
- 18:01So I would hold it. I would feel its energy.
- 18:04I would often make a commitment to then make that tincture with alcohol I could
- 18:08consume, or with a menstruum I could consume. And I received so much,
- 18:13I learned so much.
- 18:14So just know that smaller doses often mean bigger results if you're
- 18:19sensitive. So really experiment with those smaller doses: A drop, two drops,
- 18:24up to 15 drops. See how that works inside of you.
- 18:28Lean into the energetic side of herbalism.
- 18:31What do you feel and experience when you're sitting with the plant?
- 18:34What do you feel and experience when you hold the plant,
- 18:36when you take a tiny little nibble?
- 18:38So much of the healing and the information that we receive from plants comes
- 18:41from this very energetic level of being.
- 18:45And so you choosing to tune in on that level is you getting the bigger picture
- 18:49of that plant's medicine, of what that plant has to offer.
- 18:54I also find it's really helpful to work with one plant at a time.
- 18:57And this was something I did when I started in herbal schools,
- 19:00is I would work with one plant for every half moon cycle,
- 19:05so from the full to the new and the new to the full.
- 19:08Each half I would pick a new plant to work with and I would just take that
- 19:13plant during that time and I would experiment with in all the different ways of
- 19:16being with that plant: making a flower essence, tasting the plant,
- 19:20making a tincture, making a salve if that's part of the plant's, medicine,
- 19:25dreaming with the plant:
- 19:26all these different ways of working with a plant within a specific period of
- 19:31time and just letting go of needing to know all the things because overwhelm
- 19:35is such a big reality for sensitive people. As sensitives,
- 19:39we are literally taking in more sensory information about our surroundings,
- 19:44our environment, the sensory things we're exposed to,
- 19:48than someone who is not sensitive.
- 19:51And so limiting the scope and then really letting it
- 19:56be that the input is perhaps more subtle.
- 19:59And you might need more subtlety in order to actually feel what you're feeling.
- 20:03I don't know if you've ever experienced this sense of when something's too
- 20:06intense, you actually go into overwhelm and you're no longer experiencing it,
- 20:10and you're no longer able to actually tune into your sensations in your body,
- 20:14what you're experiencing.
- 20:16And so reducing the dosage or the frequency,
- 20:20or really getting specific about just working with one plant,
- 20:23will help your nervous system to be able to experience that plant more
- 20:28fully, to actually be able to understand its medicine in a deeper way.
- 20:32I really encourage you to do this.
- 20:34I also really encourage you to trust what comes up for you.
- 20:38So we have material medicas.
- 20:40We have beautiful writings that people have done about plants.
- 20:43We have ancestral understanding of plants,
- 20:47and that has been passed down for generations.
- 20:49And a lot of these ancestral traditions have been interrupted,
- 20:53have been disrupted at times. In a lot of ways,
- 20:55we're rebuilding what we know and understand about plants,
- 20:59and there's always more to explore because not only are we evolving,
- 21:04but the plants are evolving as well.
- 21:05So I really want you to trust what you feel and experience.
- 21:10What you're experiencing,
- 21:11what you bring to the table as valuable information to help other people
- 21:15understand the full scope and picture of this plant's medicine.
- 21:20Plants interact differently with every single person.
- 21:24And this is why while knowing plant constituents,
- 21:29understanding disease processes,
- 21:31knowing about an individual's constitution is all incredible and important and
- 21:36really helpful when working with plants, and,
- 21:40there's a magic that happens between a person and a plant that cannot be
- 21:44replicated between any other person and any other plant.
- 21:47And I've seen this time and time again, especially working in private practice,
- 21:51that I could recommend the same plant to five different people and five
- 21:54different people will have five completely different experiences with it,
- 21:58experiences that are specific to them. So as you begin to work with the plants,
- 22:02really take note of what you experience: write it down,
- 22:06commune with the plant, ask the plant to give you more information,
- 22:10to give you a clearer perspective on what you're experiencing.
- 22:12And that information is actually really important to the overall body of
- 22:17wisdom, information, that we are gleaning again right now,
- 22:20that we are rebuilding right now.
- 22:22So really value what it is that you are picking up on as you move deeper
- 22:27into working with plants in a way that works for you. And of course,
- 22:30if this is something you're excited about,
- 22:32working with plants on an energetic level, an intuitive level,
- 22:35working with plants as a sensitive, definitely check out my course,
- 22:39Intuitive Plant Medicine.
- 22:41Intuitive Plant Medicine has been running for over a decade now.
- 22:45It has been so amazing to see all the gateways it's opened for people,
- 22:49whether they are training to be an herbalist,
- 22:51whether they're a seasoned herbalist, or whether they're none of the above;
- 22:55they're just interested in plants,
- 22:57want to open up to be able to communicate to the living world,
- 23:00want to be able to have these numinous experiences that really help them connect
- 23:05into their path and their medicine.
- 23:07So definitely check that out if any of this is calling to
- 23:10you. It is my seminal program and really helping you become a plant healer to
- 23:15become someone who can commune with the living world,
- 23:17who can talk to plants and who can receive all of the medicine that this world
- 23:22is so lovingly and so continuously offering us.
- 23:27This next question is a very tender and sensitive one from a listener.
- 23:31And I feel really honored to be able to answer from my life experience so
- 23:36far and hope that it is helpful and is meeting all those who are listening who
- 23:41need this. So the question is,
- 23:43how do you connect to the other side and people that we have lost?
- 23:49So first I want to name about this,
- 23:52that when we are in grief,
- 23:55grief is its own kind of liminal state.
- 23:58It is its own phase state and change state.
- 24:02And when we are deep in grief,
- 24:04when we have lost someone and we are deep in grief,
- 24:08it can be really hard to connect in, to hear messages.
- 24:12And this is for a reason. Think of it as a blanketing time.
- 24:15Think of it as a time in which your body is being asked to be
- 24:20held, in which you are in transition in your life,
- 24:24in which the constellation of your life and your relationships has changed in
- 24:28such a big way that you're going to need time to integrate,
- 24:32to be with that.
- 24:34And I am saying this because sometimes people have this feeling of,
- 24:38what's wrong with me that I can't connect? Or is this not real,
- 24:42because my loved one has passed and I haven't seen them yet in my dreams?
- 24:48And so this is often what I see is that we are
- 24:53in this liminal state of grief and it's one of those states
- 24:58that we just have to be in, that we just have to move through,
- 25:01that nothing is wrong with you but the intensity sometimes of our
- 25:06feelings can mean that it's harder to receive the subtlety,
- 25:11the really subtle hints or messages that are coming in. And you will be able to.
- 25:16You will receive that. So trust that that is happening.
- 25:20Ask to be held, ask for signs:
- 25:23specifically request a sign from your loved one.
- 25:27It could be something in nature, something you both shared or knew about.
- 25:31Ask for that sign, ask to be shown that sign.
- 25:35This is a huge way that our loved ones can communicate with us from the other
- 25:38side. Ask to feel them,
- 25:40even if it's subtle, just literally asked to be hugged.
- 25:45Sometimes that asking is something we deeply need.
- 25:50And just through speaking aloud and connecting in this way,
- 25:54it can start to create more of a bridge.
- 25:57I also find that when people transition to the other side,
- 26:01they're often in a process.
- 26:03Now it's a little complicated because I think we all
- 26:08have different levels to our soul, different parts of our soul.
- 26:11I think one part of our soul immediately goes back and into connection with
- 26:17all that is, back into the divine - reconnect with source,
- 26:21reconnecting with God,
- 26:22able to immediately communicate with us and be in connection with us.
- 26:26And then I think there's other parts of our souls that need more time to
- 26:30process, that are still processing earthly experiences,
- 26:34that are maybe still learning how to let go,
- 26:36that are processing what they experience in their life.
- 26:40My experience of having loved ones pass has often
- 26:45been that if there's a lot for them to process from their life,
- 26:49it can take some time before I can feel their energy too.
- 26:52So sometimes it's not just my grief, it's what they are still processing.
- 26:57So I know that when my grandfather passed,
- 27:01when I was a teenager, I didn't hear from him in a dream for almost 10 years.
- 27:06And when I heard from him in a dream 10 years later,
- 27:08he came and he updated me on what he's been doing,
- 27:11the kind of ways he's been growing and evolving and it was so wild and amazing.
- 27:17And so that took that amount of time. And every time,
- 27:20every once in a while now I get updates from him and he's sort of in a different
- 27:22place doing a different thing, learning something different.
- 27:25But I know that he's busy, he's working on something. Same with my grandmother.
- 27:30It took not quite as much time. Because I think I was just,
- 27:33at this point in time, had more practice in connecting with the Otherworld,
- 27:37but took at least a year for me to see her in my dreams.
- 27:41And so dreams are a big place in which our loved ones will communicate to us.
- 27:45So any way in which you could connect more with your dreams.
- 27:48I highly encourage you to check out the episode that I have dreams as a bridge
- 27:52to a new life to help increase your dream life, to open yourself to dreams.
- 27:57This is a very porous place in which people can reach us.
- 28:01And so I've normally had two experiences of connecting with loved ones in
- 28:06dreams:
- 28:08normally it's much easier for me to connect with people in dreams who either
- 28:12there's a feeling of completeness around their passing, it was their time,
- 28:18they passed away of old age, or they're not directly connected to me.
- 28:23I definitely have had people who are loved ones of my loved
- 28:28ones, loved ones of really good friends,
- 28:30and I find it tends to be that it's easier for them to reach out to someone
- 28:34who's not really deeply emotionally invested.
- 28:38And so I've had experiences where people have reached out to
- 28:42me immediately after passing,
- 28:46but it's normally not my loved one.
- 28:49And it's normally a message for someone else. And there's an energy...
- 28:52there's sort of an open energy in those first few days or weeks after
- 28:57passing where it seems to be that messages can come through a little bit more
- 29:01easily.
- 29:02And so be open too to the ways in which your loved ones might be communicating
- 29:06to you through other people. Whether that's very direct, someone saying,
- 29:10I had a dream about your loved one, or a song comes on the radio,
- 29:14someone mentioned something. And you just get that feeling,
- 29:16that feeling of your loved one being there, of them communicating with you.
- 29:20Trust that feeling because they are here,
- 29:23they are trying to communicate with us. They want you to know that they're well,
- 29:27that you're loved,
- 29:29that they're so much love and peace beyond our imagining on the other side.
- 29:34So just really trust what it is that you're receiving.
- 29:38Anytime you receive any kind of affirmation, confirmation,
- 29:40synchronicity or sign, really trust that.
- 29:43Really embrace that and trust yourself and what you know.
- 29:46Creating altars for loved ones is another really big way to not only connect
- 29:51with your loved ones, but also help them on their journey.
- 29:53So creating altars after they've passed to help them on their journey.
- 29:57You can bring fresh flowers to this place, make prayers in this place,
- 30:00put things on the altar that they loved in life,
- 30:04really setting forth that intention and that prayer that they really...
- 30:07Like all of them that is ready can bridge
- 30:11over into source, can bridge back into ultimate love.
- 30:14And make the request too to communicate with them there,
- 30:18have it be a tableau that they can communicate with you,
- 30:21put on your metaphoric mind.
- 30:23We recently had a very sudden death in our family,
- 30:28and I made an altar for this person and put a picture of him
- 30:33on the altar. And the day that I made the altar,
- 30:37the picture got blown back and down onto the ground and I couldn't find it.
- 30:41And this person was like, he had such a twinkle,
- 30:44he had such a good sense of humor.
- 30:47He had such a sweetness to him and was also very shy,
- 30:50didn't want to be in the public eye, didn't want to be seen.
- 30:53And I knew it was a message from him being like,
- 30:55I'm here and I'm a little bashful about this altar,
- 30:58but also I'm happy you did it.
- 31:00So I put the picture back up on there and we haven't had any other incident
- 31:03since. But these messages will come through on the altar as well.
- 31:07So make the altar, tend the altar,
- 31:10see what comes through just through the tending of it,
- 31:12just through being with that.
- 31:14And know that there are going to be specific times of the year in which it's
- 31:18easier to communicate with your loved one.
- 31:21Anniversaries are one of those times.
- 31:24Anniversaries of their birth or their death.
- 31:27These are really potent times to make altars like this, to make offerings,
- 31:31to ask to see them in a dream, to ask for a sign,
- 31:34your sign or synchronicity. Also, in autumn.
- 31:39So in many different cultures,
- 31:40autumn is this very powerful time to connect to our ancestors.
- 31:44This time when the veil grows thin.
- 31:46As the life from the above ground world goes back into the underworld,
- 31:49we have this opportunity to walk between the worlds and receive communications
- 31:54from our loved ones.
- 31:55So it kind of happens without fail that I'm not even thinking about it,
- 31:59and as soon as we hit fall, I start having dreams with ancestors,
- 32:03with loved ones who've passed. And then I'm like, oh, right, it's fall.
- 32:07That's why this is happening. So
- 32:10passed the Equinox into the end of October,
- 32:14into Samhain time or wherever you are in the world,
- 32:17maybe you're in the southern hemisphere,
- 32:18and that timing's a little different for you.
- 32:20But to know that this autumn time is a really powerful potent time to request
- 32:25those connections, to make those connections.
- 32:28And if you're interested in being walked through that in a
- 32:33little bit more of an intimate way,
- 32:34in my class Herbs for the Other World I specifically talk about practices of
- 32:40ancestor connection, of alter creation,
- 32:43of doing journeys to the other world to be able to connect into those you've
- 32:47loved as well as your Otherworld guides.
- 32:50So that class is there as a resource for you if you're interested.
- 32:54I go more into things around connecting to the
- 32:59Otherworld in all its varieties, including our loved ones.
- 33:02And it is a very true reality that
- 33:07fall is just this time when the veil gets thin and there's just more
- 33:11possibilities for connecting here. So any of the practices I mentioned,
- 33:15as well as just being open to what's coming through this fall and
- 33:20trusting yourself for what you pick up on and in what you're experiencing,
- 33:24knowing that this connection is alive, it's available to you, it is here.
- 33:30And this connection is only going to grow from this point onwards,
- 33:34because in your heart of hearts, you are wanting to connect,
- 33:39you are wanting to open. And, beyond a shadow of a doubt,
- 33:43your loved ones on the other side are wanting to connect with you too.
- 33:47I love this next question from one of our listeners.
- 33:50I'm just going to play that question because it's so perfectly put and then
- 33:53we're going to launch into my answer.
- 33:56I was wondering if you have some insight on how you co-create with nature
- 34:01and how you let nature inspire your own creativity and your
- 34:06own writing.
- 34:08So this is really important to mention that you are nature.
- 34:12I think this is at the base of everything that we're talking about here is you
- 34:16are nature. So when we're talking about being in co-creation with nature,
- 34:20where we need to start here is this awareness that you are nature.
- 34:24You are already in co-creation with nature because your body is part of the
- 34:28planet, you are part of the planet.
- 34:31It's just about becoming aware of it and being conscious of the ways in which
- 34:35we're cocreating.
- 34:36One of the best ways to do this is simply to ask to be in co-creation,
- 34:40to take time, intentional time, to go outside,
- 34:43to connect with the living world and really pledge, say with your heart,
- 34:47"I want to be in co-creation.
- 34:50Help me to understand how best to show up inside of this relationship so that I
- 34:54can co-create with you."
- 34:57And then enacting a ritual of co-creation.
- 35:00So one of my favorite things to do is to create an outdoor altar, to ask,
- 35:04to collect elements from nature to be in co-creation with elements of nature and
- 35:08to create an altar space outside, to bring things to that space.
- 35:12And then to let the living world move things around in that space,
- 35:16change that space and understand that that's literally us enacting
- 35:20co-creation in this way.
- 35:22So very physical rituals of being in co-creation,
- 35:26being specific, speaking it out loud, going into the living world,
- 35:30telling the living world what you're dealing with, what you're working on,
- 35:34and then asking to be in connection, to be of service,
- 35:37to continually open your heart and pledge your heart to be in connection.
- 35:41That really goes a long way to make it clear, to make it visceral,
- 35:46to make it honest in that way. And then really being open to what you receive.
- 35:50I talk a lot about channeling in different courses of mine,
- 35:54like Intuitive Plant Medicine, like Business as a Spiritual Journey,
- 35:58because it's been a major tool for me,
- 36:00and something I realized that I've been doing all along.
- 36:03But we are all channels,
- 36:05we all have this ability to bring through information,
- 36:09and you are receiving information all the time when you're interacting with the
- 36:13living world.
- 36:13So literally getting a piece of paper and doing some spontaneous writing,
- 36:18writing down anything that's coming to you in that moment,
- 36:22opening the channel of your voice, speaking in that moment, singing,
- 36:26see what comes through for you.
- 36:28So much of the time we're being given this information of how to co-create.
- 36:32It's all right there. We're just getting in our own way.
- 36:36And the thing about channeling is you're deciding to open yourself.
- 36:39You're deciding to open to the living world,
- 36:41to the benevolence of the living world,
- 36:44and asking for that information to channel through you.
- 36:46And that's really your only goal. That's the only thing.
- 36:49The only two things you need to do for channeling is be specific about what you
- 36:52want to connect to, and then open up. And if you need to,
- 36:57create this circle of protection around yourself, have prayers, call in guides.
- 37:01But as long as you're specific about the energies you want to connect into,
- 37:04that's protection unto itself. And then you drop in,
- 37:08drop into spontaneous writing, spontaneous speaking,
- 37:10spontaneous singing or movement. This is all different forms of channeling,
- 37:14and this will help you tune into,
- 37:16what are the messages that are coming through in nature?
- 37:19And I really just want to encourage you too,
- 37:21to understand that the intuitive hits that you get,
- 37:24the places you're supposed to move to,
- 37:26that projects you're supposed to engage in, that is all co-creation too.
- 37:31Because at our hearts, the things that we are meant to do,
- 37:34that we're called to do,
- 37:36that our soul is asking us to engage in is how we co-create with
- 37:40nature. So you can get specific with your channeling, with your requesting.
- 37:45You can literally make requests outside on your altar.
- 37:48You could even place different elements on the altar and say, Hey,
- 37:51if this is the direction that I'm meant to move,
- 37:54move this flower, or change this aspect of the altar,
- 37:58or just leave it open for interpretation You can do all of these specific
- 38:02things. And at the same time knowing that your passions that move through you,
- 38:06your purpose, your direction, the things that ignite you,
- 38:09that is you co-creating with nature because you're co-creating with your body,
- 38:13inside your body, inside your life.
- 38:17The more ways in which you can befriend your body is the more ways in which you
- 38:20will co-create with the living world.
- 38:22I did develop a course called Writing the Earth's Voice that is specifically
- 38:27about working with the Earth, channeling from the Earth,
- 38:31writing as a way of opening up this dialogue back and forth with
- 38:36the land, with nature spirits, with the Earth herself.
- 38:40So if writing is a way in which you know you're able to connect,
- 38:46then that class has been really extraordinary for helping people to open up to
- 38:51and connect with the land and start to hear these co-creative messages.
- 38:54Because so much of the time,
- 38:56the creation that we're being asked to undertake are
- 39:01emotional healings and spiritual movements inside ourselves.
- 39:05Like you working on self-acceptance, self-compassion,
- 39:09you being willing to go for the things you're passionate about.
- 39:12This is part of your co-creation.
- 39:14So we can get very specific messages of move this rock or build this thing,
- 39:19but we can also get messages
- 39:23like really accept yourself for where you're at. Know that it's okay.
- 39:28Let your body rest. Those are all co-creations too.
- 39:31And the more we can lean into those kinds of messages, our body's wisdom,
- 39:35and trust ourselves as the channels that we are,
- 39:38the easier and easier it will be to just naturally and effortlessly be in
- 39:42co-creation with this planet.
- 39:44Which is why I think we as humans are meant to be here.
- 39:47And our special role that we're here to fulfill is to be able to attune to
- 39:52the voice of this planet and the chorus that we live among and use
- 39:57our special powers of intention and intuition to
- 40:02co-create by following these through lines of our own passion and momentum and
- 40:07inspiration in life.
- 40:09So this next question felt like a really good continuation of this last
- 40:12question, so I wanted to make sure I answered them in tandem.
- 40:15And I'm going to just go ahead and play that question now because it was so
- 40:18perfectly put.
- 40:20I would love to hear you talk a little more about fairies.
- 40:24I'm very well acquainted with the lore, especially Irish lore,
- 40:28in which fairies are shown to have been more
- 40:32hostile to humans. Modern intuitives,
- 40:36I've heard talk about fairies, on the other hand,
- 40:39speak more positively about them.
- 40:41So I was curious if you had any thoughts on why that might be and if you
- 40:46have any tips on connecting with fairies in a way that is healthy for both
- 40:51parties?
- 40:53So just like humans, fairies, the hidden folk, the little folk,
- 40:58are diverse. They are unique.
- 41:00There's not one type of hidden folk in this world.
- 41:04They are playful and they're also mischievous.
- 41:08And in this way, really I think of the hidden folk as having...
- 41:14it's almost like I think of this as the nature of
- 41:18humans before all the overlays of culture,
- 41:23enculturation, programming,
- 41:26how we are born in terms of this level of
- 41:30vivid excitement about life,
- 41:35intensity of feelings, mischievousness,
- 41:39and then also this deep wisdom.
- 41:43Like sort of the kind of wisdom that we all are
- 41:45born with that we understand innately and that we spend the rest of our lives
- 41:48trying to understand again. So I think that sometimes there's this disconnect,
- 41:53especially in European lore,
- 41:56because a lot of the lore around fairies from the western
- 42:01world is coming from a culture that has experienced disconnection,
- 42:05or coming from a set of cultures that has experienced disconnection from the
- 42:09earth,
- 42:09and is working on reconnecting and is working on building safety
- 42:14in connection again.
- 42:17I hear different kinds of stories from
- 42:19cultures that didn't have the same kind of severance or disruption
- 42:24in their connection with the living world. Across the board,
- 42:27there's respect for fairies, there's respect for the hidden people.
- 42:32That respect is essential.
- 42:33And when that respect is not there or is violated or ignored,
- 42:38that's when you can get into trouble.
- 42:41And so in places where there has been long-term connection with the
- 42:45hidden folk, one of the things you're going to find the most of is respect.
- 42:50And this is because A.
- 42:53is respect is essential for any kind of connection. But it's also...
- 42:57when I think about a lot of these cultures, for example,
- 43:00in Ireland where there has been disruption,
- 43:04there's a working on a rebuilding here of trust,
- 43:08of mutual understanding.
- 43:10And I think that when it comes to the hidden ocre to fairies,
- 43:15there's all the things, right?
- 43:17It's like there's deep benevolence and deep care and there's
- 43:22also purity of feeling and emotion and sometimes
- 43:27anger and need to hold boundaries.
- 43:31And it's really a reflection for us to understand the ways in which we are often
- 43:35lacking boundaries or the ways in which we are meant to be in right relationship
- 43:40with the world around us. You know, nature spirits are tricksterish,
- 43:44they are mischievous. As I mentioned before,
- 43:47they have a deep sense of humor. So they're multilayered,
- 43:51they're complex.
- 43:52And I think this is one reason why children do find it easier to connect with
- 43:55them is that they understand each other on this level that is,
- 44:01I would say,
- 44:02more like the primaterra of consciousness or of our own
- 44:07consciousness than all the different layers that we get over time.
- 44:10And so I think that's one of the differences in why
- 44:14fairies are represented in a certain way now versus in lore. Now, I do think
- 44:21it's important to have boundaries in all relationships.
- 44:25Boundaries are what makes relationships flourish, right?
- 44:28You can't have a relationship unless you have these two entities that are
- 44:32interacting.
- 44:33And so that's one of the themes that I do sometimes see when people are talking
- 44:36about fairies today or working with nature spirits,
- 44:39is that there's sort of this lack of boundariedness that can sometimes lead
- 44:44to this sort of blanket representation of nature spirits as all
- 44:50completely benevolent or loving or helpful,
- 44:52when they're their own beings with their own life path, their own trajectory.
- 44:56What I will say is that there are general guidelines for connecting with fairies
- 45:01that I find to be really helpful. First one is be present.
- 45:04Really be present in that moment.
- 45:06Choose a time to connect when you feel very present. If you're not present,
- 45:10they will be able to feel that and know that and experience that,
- 45:13and that does not work great for them.
- 45:15It also won't work great for you to be able to open up the channel and really be
- 45:19able to commune with them. Take time to ground before you connect.
- 45:23Your ungroundedness can often be reflected back to you in what you
- 45:28experience and in the way in which you're connecting with the living world.
- 45:31So take time to ground. Release all expectations.
- 45:35Nobody likes the feelings of expectations, especially not the fairies.
- 45:38So release expectations.
- 45:40Be open-minded about how this interaction might come about.
- 45:45Approach with humility, approach with respect.
- 45:48These are powerful beings who have been connected with the living world since
- 45:52before humanity came on the scene.
- 45:55They understand so much more about existence than we do.
- 46:01And so approach with that kind of humility and respect. And if possible,
- 46:04bring an offering.
- 46:05This is why this is part of so much traditional lore around fairies.
- 46:09Bring some sort of offering from the heart,
- 46:12something that is important to you,
- 46:15that is of course biodegradable and healthy for the earth.
- 46:18Bring an offering and offer it with the fullness of your heart as well as this
- 46:22intention, and to speak aloud this intention,
- 46:26to be in co-creation with them for the benefit of the
- 46:31land. To open up to this commitment
- 46:36to be in co-creation, to care for the wellbeing of the land,
- 46:41to increase the health of the land in which you live.
- 46:45As long as this is authentic and true for you.
- 46:47And if this is authentic and true for you,
- 46:48that will absolutely open the gateway to work with them because that's so much
- 46:53of what they love, what they're passionate about.
- 46:55They want want humans to care for the world.
- 46:58And this is where a lot of these tricky instances of communication come in,
- 47:02or interactions, is that we're approaching with humility,
- 47:06respect and care for the living world.
- 47:09So you pledging your care to the living world is going to go such a long way in
- 47:13saying, I want to be in connection with you,
- 47:16and here are my parameters of my boundaries or what I'm interested in or what
- 47:20are my "no's." But within these boundaries, I want to be in connection with you,
- 47:24I want to learn, and my heart is open to learning. And they love that.
- 47:29They love that and will absolutely help you, communicate with you,
- 47:33to start leaning into how to be a force for good and healing on
- 47:38the land where you live. As always,
- 47:40cultivating lightness and a lightness of heart goes a long way.
- 47:43The more serious you are, the more boring you are. The more serious you are,
- 47:48the more the fairies are going to be like, I'm not into this vibe.
- 47:51So cultivating a lightness of heart, lightness of energy, just humor.
- 47:56The one time I visually saw a fairy with my eyes,
- 48:01it was after I had been playing pretend with a
- 48:05kid. We were playing...
- 48:06me and my best friend were playing with his niece and we were playing fairies.
- 48:11And after the fact,
- 48:12after we had been doing this intense fairy play in this room,
- 48:14she had gone to bed,
- 48:15and we both literally saw this flame appear in the room and
- 48:21move across the room. And afterwards we looked at each other and we were like,
- 48:24that was a fairy. And I haven't seen a fairy in that same way since,
- 48:29although I feel them and I communicate with them. But this was,
- 48:32I think the direct result of really being in the field of that childlike joy and
- 48:36play. And that just helps so much.
- 48:39And then no matter what it is you've experienced,
- 48:41give gratitude for it afterwards. Be thankful for the experience.
- 48:44Thank them for whatever it is you experienced. This builds relationship.
- 48:49This builds trust.
- 48:51This builds capacity for
- 48:55having deepness, for being able to go deep.
- 48:58So giving gratitude for whatever it is you experience and then moving through
- 49:03all those steps again. And the more you do this,
- 49:05the more trust you'll build within yourself, but also in your connection.
- 49:09The more trust the other world, the hidden folk will build with you,
- 49:13the more you will learn how to create together,
- 49:17how to work together to create more healing for the land.
- 49:21And I thought this next question was such a beautiful continuation of the last
- 49:24one. And this next question was,
- 49:28how do we go from a mindset of shame or a mindset of everything is wrong with
- 49:32the world, to moving into this space of gratitude and blessing the world?
- 49:37This question came in connection with the podcast that I released about how
- 49:42to work with nature spirits this past summer.
- 49:45And it's such a precious one and such an important one because I think so many
- 49:49of us are walking around with this feeling of deep inherited shame,
- 49:54deep shame around being humans,
- 49:56deep shame around the harm we've caused this earth,
- 49:58this deep feeling like everything we do is just creating more harm and we can't
- 50:02get out of the cycle.
- 50:04And as this listener very astutely reflected upon,
- 50:09this is a blocking energy.
- 50:11Like that energy of shame can often block us from really seeing how we can bless
- 50:14this world, how we can be in gratitude for what is.
- 50:18And here's this really important piece around shame and self-judgment
- 50:23is like the earth,
- 50:25and this is everything I talk about my book Mirrors in the Earth,
- 50:28but the Earth wants us to start to dissolve this shame or this self-judgment,
- 50:32because how we are able to give our gifts to this world is through
- 50:36self-acceptance, is through self-compassion.
- 50:39But there's this very somatic reality in which we need to just
- 50:44allow the feeling to be there rather than resist it.
- 50:47What you resist persists. And so often when we feel shame,
- 50:52when we feel like everything's wrong, when we're feeling a lot of self-judgment,
- 50:55what's happening is that we're not actually allowing ourself to just feel that
- 50:59feeling to let it move through us. It's a movement,
- 51:03almost like an electrical charge,
- 51:04letting go of the story around it and being willing to feel it.
- 51:09And specifically, with shame in particular,
- 51:11the antidote to shame is sharing. So if you're feeling shame around something,
- 51:17voice that, and it doesn't have to be to another person,
- 51:20but literally going out to the world,
- 51:21going out to the earth and expressing all the gunk,
- 51:25all the things that you feel ashamed about,
- 51:27all the ways in which you think you're not a force for good for this world,
- 51:29all the ways in which you judge yourself,
- 51:31all the ways in which you think everything is going to hades in a hand basket in
- 51:35our world, express that to the earth. Ask the earth to hold that.
- 51:38Ask the earth to hear you. And what you will find when you just express it,
- 51:42you let it out verbally, you let your body move,
- 51:46you let it move through you,
- 51:48is that the earth will greet you with non-judgment, with acceptance,
- 51:53and with hope. Over and over and over again.
- 51:57And this is a practice.
- 52:00Gratitude and blessing is a practice, and it's a practice.
- 52:03I do talk about in my teaching, that as humans,
- 52:07we're here to bless this world. I really truly believe this.
- 52:11And one of the ways in which we bless this world is through our gratitude.
- 52:14And gratitude is a practice.
- 52:16You're not going to feel it all the time as soon as you say your gratitudes or
- 52:20write your gratitudes down. It's a practice.
- 52:23And ideally it's a daily practice. Every day taking time,
- 52:28whether it's first thing in the morning or at the end of the day,
- 52:30to write down the things that you're grateful fo,r or to say them out loud,
- 52:33to speak them to the earth.
- 52:35And it's this amazing experience where once you start,
- 52:37you realize there's actually so much to be grateful for.
- 52:40And so we cultivate gratitude, not before we give the gratitudes,
- 52:45but through the practice of giving gratitude. That's how we cultivate gratitude.
- 52:49And it is a practice. The more you practice feeling gratitude,
- 52:52the more you'll be able to bless this world with your thankfulness,
- 52:56with your gratitude,
- 52:57the more you're going to be in alignment with the energy of this planet,
- 53:01this energy of resiliency, of compassion,
- 53:04of non-judgment and of hope.
- 53:07And know that you're not judged for having shame either,
- 53:11that that is just an energy, it's just a charge,
- 53:15that needs to be released. And speaking this out loud to the earth,
- 53:20letting yourself express it, moving through it whenever it comes up,
- 53:24because we're human. It's going to come up.
- 53:25It's not like we're going to do this once and we're going to be done.
- 53:28Let it come up, express it, move it.
- 53:31And then you will find you have these numinous moments where the earth is
- 53:34telling you there's nothing to be ashamed of. Not even your shame.
- 53:39Don't even be ashamed of your shame. There is nothing to be ashamed of.
- 53:43Everything is part of me, as the earth speaking, everything is part of me.
- 53:47Everything's accepted, everything is welcomed,
- 53:50and you coming home to your own self-compassion is the force of
- 53:54healing that you're meant to bring to this world.
- 54:00And that is everything that my book Mirrors in the Earth is about.
- 54:03And if you find that this conversation has been helpful,
- 54:08I want to let you know that on my website,
- 54:11I have a series of meditations that go along with each single chapter in the
- 54:14book. All of those meditations are also on sale for 30% off right now.
- 54:19And so each meditation will take you deeper into these experiences of
- 54:23connecting with the living world and letting go of shame, letting go of guilt,
- 54:28letting go of this feeling like everything is somehow wrong and embracing
- 54:32the essential energies and qualities of healing that the
- 54:37earth emanates, these qualities of hope, these qualities of belief,
- 54:41these qualities of healing and resilience and
- 54:46love. So those are there for you if that would be supportive.
- 54:51And this brings us to our final question, which is just a perfect way to end.
- 54:56So this question is,
- 54:57"what is the connection between an individual's life myth and the earth's
- 55:02dreaming? How is each person's dream related to the earth's dreaming?"
- 55:08This is something I say a lot in my work, that we are part of the earth's dream,
- 55:13that we as humans have been dreamt up and created by
- 55:18this Earth. I call this Earth an archangel,
- 55:21and that we are part of a dream that is so much bigger than us.
- 55:25It's hard for us to even fully understand.
- 55:27It's hard for us to have that big picture.
- 55:29We're not even meant to have that big picture except to know that we're not a
- 55:32mistake. We're here for a reason, we're part of the dreaming.
- 55:36And everything that we enact on this planet is part of that
- 55:41dreaming as well. And that can sometimes be hard to wrap our heads around,
- 55:44especially when it's violent and painful and confusing.
- 55:49But to trust that the more we connect into our
- 55:53own selves, our own intuition, our own goodness,
- 55:58our own evolution,
- 56:01the more we become an active part of the dreaming.
- 56:04We're all dreaming it all the time.
- 56:05We're all here in this collective dream dreaming this
- 56:10experience here together on earth. It's all a dream. Sometimes it's a nightmare,
- 56:15but sometimes it's absolutely beautiful.
- 56:19And so we're all a part of this experience.
- 56:20And our goal here is to become conscious dreamers, active dreamers,
- 56:24to recognize that we do have the power to create change,
- 56:28that we do have the power to be a part of this beautiful evolution of
- 56:33dreaming on this planet and to make the dream more beautiful.
- 56:37And that's really the ask is that we're making the dream more beautiful,
- 56:43through being willing to lean in to where
- 56:47we're being guided, to lean into our own healing, our own evolution,
- 56:51to lean into self gentleness, self-compassion, self-understanding.
- 56:57We are this holographic reflection of the earth.
- 57:01And so the more we tend to our earth with care and compassion,
- 57:05the more we tend to our dreams with care and compassion,
- 57:08the more we recognize that the pure impulses that are moving through us,
- 57:12the ways in which our heart is communicating to us,
- 57:16is bringing us deeper and deeper into the dream of this planet,
- 57:19that it is inseparable.
- 57:21We have never once been separate from the dream of this planet.
- 57:24We are all part of this dream.
- 57:25And the invitation now is to lean into that which
- 57:30lights you up,
- 57:31to lean into the unfoldment of your
- 57:36own soul on this planet,
- 57:37because that is the energy that's going to help this dream become
- 57:42even more beautiful,
- 57:43to evolve in a way that will create more diversity, more potential,
- 57:48more hope on this planet.
- 57:50The journey is so much bigger than any of us in our individual lives could ever
- 57:55conceive of, and yet we are all a part of it.
- 57:58And what you are leaning into, your growth, your evolution,
- 58:03your unfoldment, is essential to the larger,
- 58:08beautiful, intricate, meaningful, magnificent,
- 58:13angelic dream that is unfolding here.
- 58:15You part of that dream and you are a co-creator.
- 58:20The myth of your life is the myth of this planet.
- 58:24And the more you can lean into its mythological components,
- 58:27its beauty, its depth, its diversity, its meaning,
- 58:31the more you will bring meaning and depth and diversity to the whole.
