- 0:00When you surround yourself with those type individuals, you
- 0:02start vibrating at their frequency and that's a beautiful
- 0:05thing. So it's like you want to start
- 0:07thinking in a way, you're going to start attracting different
- 0:10people. You start thinking higher,
- 0:12you're going to attract higher. You start thinking in a way for
- 0:15your horse. You're going to start attracting
- 0:16that for your horse. Because remember, you attract
- 0:19what you become. That's it.
- 0:21There are healers on this planet with the power to soften the
- 0:24suffering of mankind if they have remained in the recesses of
- 0:28the world, abused, discarded and labeled as trash.
- 0:32This is the touch of a Mustang. I am your host, Shalise Clough,
- 0:37and I'm here to tell the story of wild horses, Mustangs, and
- 0:41the humans who are discovering and sharing their gifts while
- 0:44working to protect their well-being and preserve their
- 0:47spirit so this divine power won't be lost.
- 0:51Join us on this quest with the Wild Mustang.
- 0:59Tell us what you've been up to and your trip and how all that
- 1:02came about, all the all the stuff.
- 1:04Okay, so not too long ago, it's cold day, my wife was out of
- 1:08town. She went out of town and I'm
- 1:09here at the farm and came in the office and got to thinking to
- 1:13myself, you know, like, what does the world need?
- 1:16What, what better things can we provide the world, especially in
- 1:21horsemanship. And I, I got to thinking about,
- 1:24you know, all the things that I've done to lead up to this
- 1:26very moment, even this very moment, but to that very moment.
- 1:30And I realized something was going on.
- 1:32You know, I'd noticed that people had stopped being able to
- 1:36imagine or visualize things. Like when we were kids, remember
- 1:40how we could just visualize something and we'd go do it.
- 1:43We knew what we wanted. And, you know, I want to go do
- 1:45this. I'm going to go do that.
- 1:46You know, I want to ride my bike over to my friend's house and
- 1:48just jump on your bike and take off all of those things that we
- 1:52had what to do? The horsemanship allows us to
- 1:55kind of play with that again. It's like I imagine doing with
- 1:58my horse and then have those thoughts make a decision or a
- 2:02choice. And then, you know, if you
- 2:04follow the sequence of things to make it happen.
- 2:06So those sequence of things have a thought, make a decision, take
- 2:11action, and then manifest it into reality.
- 2:13So I'm sitting here in the office and I'm like, what can I
- 2:15do to really immerse myself into it, the experience, to share it
- 2:19with others? So I just wrote down on notebook
- 2:23paper what I wanted. I wanted to go to an exotic
- 2:25place. I wanted to take my bitless
- 2:27bridal. I wanted to introduce myself to
- 2:29a horse I'd never met. I want to create a relationship,
- 2:32ask them to care of me and do some things, you know,
- 2:35experience something new. And as I'm creating this, it
- 2:39started to really get me enthusiastic about it.
- 2:42So it's like a thought and then an emotion of enthusiasm, like,
- 2:45Oh yeah, I can actually see this forming.
- 2:47I can actually feel the plane taken off to take me to where
- 2:50I'm going. I can actually feel the landing.
- 2:53I can, I can see the ocean, I can see the mountains.
- 2:56You know, I want to go do this. So I just got to thinking like,
- 2:59where can I go? Where where is that place?
- 3:02And then the US Virgin Islands came into my thought, yeah,
- 3:06let's go check that out. So I started.
- 3:07Had you been there before or anything, or what made you think
- 3:10of that? No.
- 3:11Well, I've been wanting to go there for a long time because I
- 3:14went on a cruise and we were supposed to go there, but a
- 3:16hurricane hit and they diverted us to the Cayman Islands.
- 3:19So I was like, man, we're still kind of have this thought of
- 3:23going to the Virgin Islands, but I always transmuted that thought
- 3:27pretty quickly because I didn't think there'd be horses there.
- 3:29I was like, I don't know if there's horses there.
- 3:32So I just kind of let it pass. But when I started really
- 3:35getting serious about this thought and then making a
- 3:37decision of where to go, I did a quick Google search, you know,
- 3:41horseback riding in in the Virgin Islands.
- 3:43And the first one to pop up was in Saint Croix.
- 3:46And I thought, well, I'm going to just shoot them an e-mail and
- 3:49I'm going to write down everything that I have planned
- 3:52and what's the worst that could happen, right?
- 3:53They say no. Well, they responded back with
- 3:55yes, yes, and yes. I thought they were excited.
- 3:58Then I sat up. I sat up in my seat and I got
- 4:01real serious. I'm like, I'm going to make this
- 4:03happen. So I just started formulating a
- 4:05plan. The purpose was to immerse
- 4:07myself into an imagination or a visualization that I I had in
- 4:12the next thing was to make a decision, yeah, I'm going to do
- 4:16it. And then really drill down on on
- 4:19focusing my intentions on on creating it and then taking
- 4:23action to do it. You know, you got to essentially
- 4:25buy a plane ticket, you know, scheduling all that.
- 4:27So as a few correspondence with e-mail has started to really
- 4:31transform and my idea of what I wanted to do became even better.
- 4:36You know, the dates that I had planned to go didn't really
- 4:40coincide with the dates that I actually went because they came
- 4:43back with, hey, we're doing a leadership class for some middle
- 4:48school students. Would you want to teach the
- 4:50class the horsemanship? I said yes, of course I do.
- 4:55But a Long story short, I flew out there and I taught a
- 4:58leadership class to middle school kids through horsemanship
- 5:02and what I teach here at American Mustang School.
- 5:05And then we formed a idea of plan to come back and teach a
- 5:10three day immersion, you know, a horsemanship adventure clinic.
- 5:14So that's going to happen in June, June 10th, 11th and 12th.
- 5:18If anybody's interested, go to my website, sign up, meet me
- 5:21there. That's.
- 5:21Amazing. There's lots of videos and
- 5:23things on your on all your places to kind of check it out.
- 5:26Yeah. And thank you for your help on
- 5:29it too. But the, the beautiful thing
- 5:31about this is it's, it's something that's accessible now
- 5:34because for, for about 3 1/2 years, I had to kind of keep
- 5:37what I was doing quiet. And now I can actually talk
- 5:40about it. I was teaching life coaching
- 5:42through horsemanship, you know, the sacred art of horsemanship
- 5:45to special operations forces in the military.
- 5:47And that's, that's quiet. You can't publicize any of that.
- 5:51A lot of these guys, they don't even exist.
- 5:53So just touching on that. It's, it's transferred into, OK,
- 5:56now I'm going to start doing more for the public and sharing
- 6:00this on AI hope a global scale. So the first little test was go
- 6:04out of the country, which is kind of not out of the country
- 6:06still America, but it's it's like go out of the country and
- 6:10take this. But what was really cool is
- 6:13other people came that were one girl is from Italy.
- 6:16So she came and got to learn American Mustang school
- 6:19horsemanship and it was pretty cool.
- 6:22And that kind of leads into what we can talk about in this
- 6:24podcast, all of the neat things that have been transpiring
- 6:28through teaching the sacred art of horsemanship.
- 6:31Yeah, I think it's cool. One thing that stood out to me
- 6:33is like, you had this thought and then you wrote it down.
- 6:36I think, you know, we have all these thoughts go through our
- 6:38mind and it's interesting the ones that materialize because of
- 6:42how we react to them. And kind of like what you said,
- 6:46what we imagine is possible versus, I mean, how are you
- 6:50going to do that? So to go from a thought to
- 6:52reality, it's cool. Yeah, and that's horsemanship is
- 6:55the best accountability partner that I've ever had in creating,
- 6:59you know, myself, an understanding and awareness in
- 7:02myself and then seeing it through like on a microcosm or a
- 7:06daily practice. So horsemanship has changed so
- 7:10much for me since the day I started actually like a daily
- 7:13reset ritual that I go through. And we talked about seasons, you
- 7:17know, cycles I teach, I teach some really cool stuff in, in
- 7:21horsemanship and hermetic principles touched on this with
- 7:24you in the past. But you know, those hermetic
- 7:26principles are really, really interesting because they spill
- 7:28over into every area of our life.
- 7:31So in teaching or understanding that you can look at how things
- 7:35correspond, which how they work together.
- 7:37And it's, it's almost like this, the horse is exactly like us in
- 7:41every way except one that I've found so far.
- 7:44And that's our ability to visualize and imagine
- 7:48possibilities or opportunities to learn and grow, which
- 7:51essentially brings us back to the horse because it's you got
- 7:55to kind of imagine a guy was sitting there watching a horse
- 7:57walk across the field one day and said, man, I imagine myself
- 8:00riding on a horse. Well, our imagination is what
- 8:03brings us into relationship with the horse.
- 8:05And then it's limitless at that point.
- 8:07But you look at things that you know, what is limitation?
- 8:11Limitation is form. You know, my, this body, I have
- 8:14the horse's body, that's a form and it's limited to that form.
- 8:18Otherwise big giant horse just keeps growing and never stops.
- 8:22Or a big giant person just keeps growing and never stops.
- 8:24So there's limitation there. But as far as our mental and
- 8:28spiritual plane of existence, there's, it's limitless.
- 8:32We literally can think into existence.
- 8:35So it's, it's like whatever we think about, we bring about.
- 8:38Same with the horse, you know, I, I get into conversations with
- 8:41people and they'll, they'll ask what's the benefit to the horse.
- 8:44And that's the beauty of horsemanship.
- 8:46A horse, especially our wild Mustang horses, they can stay
- 8:49out on the pasture, on the, on the rangeland.
- 8:52They can eat, they can poop, they can procreate, they can
- 8:55play, they can vibrate at frequencies.
- 8:57They can watch the sun come up, sun come down.
- 9:00They can do all those things well, properly invitation into
- 9:03the human element. They can gain a conscious
- 9:06awareness that they wouldn't otherwise gain.
- 9:08So that's the benefit. They can actually feel feelings
- 9:11they hadn't felt, think thoughts they hadn't thought.
- 9:13They can help people do it too, because it's, it's almost like
- 9:17we're the same. We're just different class.
- 9:19You know, we're a class of people.
- 9:20They're a class of horse. But thoughts and emotions
- 9:23transfer back and forth, attitude and action transfers
- 9:26back and forth. So we're essentially the same.
- 9:28The only difference is that imagination piece that I've
- 9:32found so far. But that's the actual thing that
- 9:34brings us together. So it's it's not a separation,
- 9:37it's just an awareness of imagine it, think it, do it
- 9:41become form habits, create a character.
- 9:44So if we have a wild Mustang horse that's been labeled
- 9:46untrainable, you know, we can actually use these principles
- 9:49and understandings to align ourselves present to the horse
- 9:53correctly to where they can understand and align into a
- 9:57character that we imagine. So it's really cool if I think
- 10:00calm, quiet thinking thoughts and I present that to my horse,
- 10:03of course they're going to have calm, quiet thinking thoughts.
- 10:06Well, if they're creating a habit of that, they're forming a
- 10:10character of that. So that's one little aspect,
- 10:12forces we get to go inward of ourselves, present outward to
- 10:18them. They're mirroring back to us in
- 10:20feedback, which causes a feedback loop to where we can
- 10:24make subtle or obvious changes in ourselves and our thoughts
- 10:27and our emotions and our attitude, Attitude, meaning,
- 10:30posture, how we posture and interactions and then observe
- 10:34feedback, make changes, do it again, get into a feedback loop.
- 10:38And that's in a microcosm. So we start connecting our
- 10:41thoughts and emotions and our actions.
- 10:43They do it too. So that's what I wanted to kind
- 10:46of like drill down on and let people know like, hey,
- 10:49horsemanship. It's not what you've been told.
- 10:53It's not what traditional practices teach.
- 10:55Horsemanship is a it's basically a daily reset ritual that you
- 10:59can go in and recalibrate yourself and then get in
- 11:02alignment to where you can attract what it is your desire
- 11:05or imagine or visualize. So chasing a wild horse, what is
- 11:08that going to get us? They're just going to chase
- 11:10we're. Going to run pretty tired.
- 11:12Yeah, it's called energy conservation.
- 11:14You will run out of energy because they can outrun you.
- 11:16They run so fast. So what do we have to do?
- 11:18We have to attract on to us. How do we do that?
- 11:22We start aligning ourselves to become attractive and it's like
- 11:25that in anything. If we talk about 5 main areas of
- 11:28our lives, we've got health. You start attracting health, you
- 11:32don't go chase it. Start making decisions, have a
- 11:35thought, make a decision or a choice, take action, eat the
- 11:38right stuff and then your future is changed.
- 11:41By doing that. You become healthy or unhealthy.
- 11:43Pretty simple. Go into wealth, finances, same
- 11:46thing. Go into happiness.
- 11:47What do you find joy in? What do you not find joy in?
- 11:50There's your happiness and you go into relationships.
- 11:52And it's in this order is pretty important because forming a
- 11:55relationship with a horse, you pretty much got to have your
- 11:58stuff in alignment, like your health, I mean your wealth and
- 12:01your happiness. Because nobody's going to want
- 12:04to join up with you if you don't have those three things in
- 12:06order, then the relationship can form.
- 12:09And then you go into spirituality.
- 12:10And that's a really, really beautiful piece there.
- 12:13But those 5 main areas, most people haven't even identified
- 12:17those areas. And they're taking all this
- 12:19entropy or chaos disorder to the horse and asking them fix me.
- 12:24And it's like, well wait, you've got to go inward and find out
- 12:27some information about yourself first, which the horse can.
- 12:31Help with for sure. And then, and then make these
- 12:34subtle necessary changes each day.
- 12:37And then over the time you can create whatever it is you
- 12:40imagine. It's a pretty cool process.
- 12:42And it's a system. It's an interactive system.
- 12:44We've talked about that before. But a person, they kind of have
- 12:48to have an understanding of these principles, these 7
- 12:51hermetic principles. And I've been teaching those in
- 12:54my coaching and I can run them. Tell us, what do you mean
- 12:58exactly when you say hermetic? Well, Hermetic is sealed.
- 13:01It's like information that's available or it's not that it's
- 13:04a secret, it's just that not everybody knows about it.
- 13:07It's sealed and they have to be discovered.
- 13:10It's like what a horse possesses inside there.
- 13:12There you got information inside that they'll reveal to you if
- 13:16you ask for it correctly. It's not taken, it's not forced.
- 13:20It's revealed. You know when the student's
- 13:22ready, the master appears. So when the student of the horse
- 13:26is ready, which will reveal information.
- 13:29Hermetic principles are that that way too.
- 13:31The very first one is says the universe, or they all is mind.
- 13:36The universe is mental. What that really means is what
- 13:39you think about you bring about. That's super true.
- 13:42And that that is so. True.
- 13:43We definitely create our rules. By the way.
- 13:45We either see it with limits, which I would say is probably
- 13:48more common, or whether we see it limitless, or maybe a little
- 13:52bit of both, you know? That's right, because you know
- 13:55the, as we go through these principles, it'll start to paint
- 13:58a really easy to see picture. So you go into the second one,
- 14:01it's correspondence. And that's basically how things
- 14:04work together. And as above, so below, as
- 14:07within, so without. So if we look at something
- 14:10simple as as above, so below in the macro, we've got the solar
- 14:14system and planets. The same energy that formed
- 14:16those is the same energy that formed the atoms in our body.
- 14:19And they mimic each other. They do a lot of the same
- 14:23things. And without sidestepping off too
- 14:25deep into that, you look at what you think and you feel as above,
- 14:29so below as within what you're thinking as without.
- 14:33So what a horse thinks he presents in non verbal
- 14:37communication of action, he actually presents it in
- 14:40attitude, which is a posture. Horse can communicate non
- 14:44verbally in just a simple posture to another horse and
- 14:47it's well received, no big deal. I mean I have eight horses that
- 14:50communicate all the time with subtle little gestures of just a
- 14:54simple posture change. So do humans.
- 14:56There's information oozing out a human.
- 14:59We just ignore a lot of. Verbally, yeah.
- 15:01Well, I mean, I taught a class this morning and a soldier was
- 15:04playing with one of my horses and as it's unfolding, I'm
- 15:07explaining like he's telling us so much information off of his
- 15:11nonverbal communication, something simple as a tension
- 15:14release in the mouth. Most horse people would
- 15:17understand what that is, but there's so many more.
- 15:20I mean, when we understand this, this next one that I'll.
- 15:23Or some of these next principles that I'll talk about rhythm,
- 15:25it's like a horse will breathe in a certain rhythm, then the
- 15:29human gets involved, the breathing rhythm changes.
- 15:32And then if a person is not aware of that, they're kind of
- 15:34at a disadvantage. If they become aware of that,
- 15:37they'll notice their own breathing, then they'll notice
- 15:39the horses breathing. Then they can trigger body
- 15:42responses through action to change an internal breathing,
- 15:45which the brain monitors body system.
- 15:48And then you see this other feedback loop form and then it's
- 15:51not linear. So then there's another one,
- 15:52your heart rate, it's, it's vibrational frequency, that's
- 15:56another hermetic principle, heart rate beating at a certain
- 15:59beat per minute, horse can hear your heart rate 3 to 4 feet
- 16:02away, especially when you're on your back.
- 16:04So all of this information is transferring in these energies.
- 16:07So whenever a person learns these principles and they live
- 16:11in accordance with them, they're the principles that govern
- 16:13nature, the heavens and the earth, as above, so below.
- 16:16The horse abides in those. So if we're going to develop a
- 16:20clear cut relationship, we have to know them, we have to abide
- 16:25in them too and attract the horse to us because he feels it,
- 16:28he understands it, he lives in it and he realizes, wow, you're
- 16:33coming into this understanding much deeper and wider than
- 16:37traditional training practices would teach.
- 16:39So we'll go to the third Hermetic principle, which is
- 16:42vibration. And that's kind of what we were
- 16:44talking about. And I'm not so sure that these
- 16:46are necessarily need to be understood in order, but it's,
- 16:50it's probably a good thing to look at them in order.
- 16:52And if I get them out of order, sorry.
- 16:55That's all right. I don't.
- 16:56I don't know. I might have to look them up,
- 16:58you know? Yeah, I encourage everybody to
- 17:00look them up. It's valuable, you know.
- 17:02And then we, we look at vibration and everything's in
- 17:04motion and a horse is standing there vibrating.
- 17:07We are vibrating those that are energies.
- 17:10And if we think in energy and vibration and frequency, we can
- 17:14really understand horsemanship on a deeper, wider level.
- 17:18Because if I'm vibrating at A at a certain level and then I, I'm
- 17:22not aware of it and I go get in the presence of a horse.
- 17:25And they were giving me feedback that doesn't make any sense.
- 17:29I can actually go inward, change my thoughts, my emotions, my
- 17:33attitude, my action present again and observe an instant
- 17:37change in the horse through feedback and then watch prints
- 17:40repeat that. We have a feedback loop and we
- 17:43understand polarity degrees of something.
- 17:45And the best way to understand that's kind of like contrast.
- 17:48Or you look at different classes of things like temperature, hot
- 17:52and cold, the same exact thing, just different degrees.
- 17:55That's what nature is. So in like vibration, if a
- 17:58person's happy or angry, it's the same thing.
- 18:01It's just different degree, same energy.
- 18:03I mean, I've done things out of anger and got a productive
- 18:05result. I've done things out of
- 18:07happiness and done things and got a productive result.
- 18:09And you can look at that as like, wow, that's energy.
- 18:12It's still the same thing. How we use it is controlling it.
- 18:15So in horsemanship, a person aware of their energies, their
- 18:19vibrational frequencies and what they're presenting and observing
- 18:22and making changes and doing it again, they can create this
- 18:25harmony and energy transfer. And it's the unseen and a lot of
- 18:30times, and I heard it explain like this the other day, energy,
- 18:33you know, like a tornado, tornado, it's it's energy and
- 18:37it's spinning, but you wouldn't see it unless it had like dirt
- 18:39and dust in it. But it's still there.
- 18:41So take all the dirt and dust out of it.
- 18:43It's still happening. They're even saying that in our
- 18:45atoms that happens. There's a tornado vortex that
- 18:49happens on a cellular level. I don't know too much about
- 18:51that, but I thought that was really interesting.
- 18:53But the only way to see it is it's got to add color to it, you
- 18:56know, to visually light frequency see it, but it's
- 18:59there. So then they talk about
- 19:00electromagnetic energy. Your heart's put off our brains
- 19:04put off horses, people. There's electromagnetic energy
- 19:07communicating unseen between person and human.
- 19:11But see, there's no way to in the in the five senses like
- 19:15through eyes, see it has to be felt.
- 19:18There are receptors in the body, sensory receptors in our body to
- 19:22pick up on it. I mean it's we could make 50
- 19:25podcasts on all these different topics, but the horses are the
- 19:29best accountability partner for this understanding because a
- 19:32person can actually experience it through interaction with.
- 19:35Horse, it's interesting because I think a lot of it goes back to
- 19:39awareness and so much of it I think we're not aware of because
- 19:43we rely so heavily on what we can see with our eyes or what we
- 19:46can hear through our conversations.
- 19:48And we don't really, you kind of talked about like Phil, like
- 19:52your felt perception. We don't really talk about that
- 19:55or teach that at all. It's not really a part of our
- 19:58culture very much. Yeah.
- 20:00And that's that's where I'd go into spirituality, peace with
- 20:03horsemanship. So I call this sacred art of
- 20:06horsemanship because I think of it as a painting, you know, art
- 20:10and sacred being set apart. So set apart practice of self
- 20:14study, self discovery, self mastery with a horse as an
- 20:17accountability partner. So essentially the horse and I
- 20:21are painting a picture each time we're engaging and this picture
- 20:24starts to take form. It has limitations, but it's
- 20:27it's a form that I can start to see a picture.
- 20:30Well, maybe it's mental, but it's also physical.
- 20:32And we could go into that, but think of it in terms of you're
- 20:35creating a relationship with a horse to identify the unknowns.
- 20:39I'm going inward into myself. I observe me present to my
- 20:44horse, observe feedback from my horse, make necessary changes
- 20:48and do it again to create this feedback loop or this painting.
- 20:52And each time that we interact, brush strokes, more color, more
- 20:56visuals start to come into play where it's understood.
- 20:59So it's like, if I explain this to you over a podcast, you'll
- 21:02get a sense of it, but until you go actually do it, you wouldn't
- 21:05get an understanding. When the sense and understanding
- 21:08come together, you get the true essence of whatever it is you're
- 21:11doing. So in this case, horsemanship
- 21:13and discovering through an accountability partner, the
- 21:15horse, all these energies that I can control, thought, energy,
- 21:20emotional energy, physical. And then we go into spiritual.
- 21:24And what that means for, for me and for what I share in
- 21:27horsemanship is when you don't have the answers through the
- 21:31five senses, you don't have them.
- 21:33And you know, or actually you do know enough not to go outside of
- 21:36yourself to get the answers. You go within.
- 21:39And that's on that spiritual plane of existence to where you
- 21:42tap into collective consciousness where the
- 21:44information is stored and you pull it or attract it to you and
- 21:48then you get the answer. And then you start transitioning
- 21:51through three planes of existence that there's actually
- 21:54more, but we'll just focus on three, the physical plane, the
- 21:57mental plane, and then the spiritual plane.
- 22:00And when you can seamlessly transition through those three
- 22:02planes of existence, creating whatever it is you want to
- 22:05create, when you imagine and visualize and then create it
- 22:09into existence, that's how it works.
- 22:12All of the greatest inventors on our planet.
- 22:14The guy that thought the two guys riding a bicycle thought of
- 22:17an airplane 1903 they flew the first airplane.
- 22:20You know that was imagination visualization.
- 22:23And stuff that a lot of people didn't believe could be done,
- 22:26like in their reality, it wasn't a possibility.
- 22:28Yeah, yeah. And see, I've seen people do
- 22:30things with horses that a lot of people say that can't be done.
- 22:34And it's like, Oh yeah, it can be done.
- 22:36And then we go into those other planes of existence to where
- 22:39autistic children start talking in complete sentences.
- 22:43Can be done. Talk about people that are so
- 22:46depressed that they have nothing to live for and they're actually
- 22:49on the brink of taking themselves out.
- 22:51They get with a horse and then they transition. 180 don't live
- 22:56in that anymore. You know, that's unknown,
- 22:58unseen, not talked about. It's information that
- 23:01transferred energetically to change that person seen up, done
- 23:06with horses, The horse is labeled bad.
- 23:08He needs to go to the euthanization.
- 23:10And it's like no man. We can change his thoughts,
- 23:13change his actions with changes habits, change his character,
- 23:16but we have to imagine what his character could be to present
- 23:19something worthy of him to be. So it's a matter of going inward
- 23:24and understanding how much power a person actually can wield, and
- 23:29going through these Hermetic principles will explain how
- 23:31it's. Yeah, And I think the key you
- 23:33said is you talked a lot about like subtle changes and also
- 23:37every day. I think those two things, a lot
- 23:39of times we want to take a big leap.
- 23:42And like I just posted a story on my Instagram.
- 23:45Whereas a ladder with, you know, steps that you go up the ladder
- 23:48compared to ladder where it's like these huge gaps that you
- 23:50can't, you can't get from one to the next.
- 23:52But, but we kind of, and especially in our culture where
- 23:56we get a lot of things really quickly without very much
- 23:59effort. I think we focus a lot on these
- 24:01big jumps and not so much on the subtle, tiny, everyday
- 24:07repetitive choices that we make that are actually creating this
- 24:11outcome. And we kind of think I want an
- 24:14instant fix or I want this huge change in my life, not realizing
- 24:18it comes so small, like such small steps.
- 24:22Yeah, there's validity to that. The most unique characteristic
- 24:25in a human that I've discovered and coaching people is
- 24:28consistency. And when a person can be
- 24:31consistent, doesn't have to be perfect.
- 24:33And that's the beauty of horsemanship.
- 24:34A lot of people want it perfect. And I, I coach them like, no,
- 24:38it's never perfect. It's actually beautiful because
- 24:40it's an imperfection. And and that's consistency we're
- 24:43after. So it's being constantly willing
- 24:46to change, be consistent, and not fall into a routine that
- 24:50traps us, that that creates a habit of artificial barriers.
- 24:54We have a lot of probably. Yeah, we can rise above that and
- 24:58see it from a, from a whole different plane of existence.
- 25:02Like when you rise up from the physical plane into the mental
- 25:04plane, it's limitless. There's there's really no form
- 25:08to it. And then you come and bring it
- 25:09into the physical, it starts to have form.
- 25:11That's what the limitations are. But then you commit into the
- 25:15spiritual plane and then you exceed the physical plane in a
- 25:18lot of ways of what the initial thought was.
- 25:22You can. So in other words, you can look
- 25:24at one thing from 360° of perspective.
- 25:27However, if we don't practice moving off of a certain
- 25:30perspective, will never get a different perception.
- 25:33So you got one thing, there's 360° around that one thing to
- 25:38look from. You know, it's like I come from
- 25:41this perspective and then it's like, well, I don't see an
- 25:43answer. Well, let me jump over to the
- 25:45shadow side of that and look at it from the other direction and
- 25:49it's like clear as day. Or maybe it's just a little
- 25:51micro shift of 1° and then keep looking at it and then it starts
- 25:56to become clear. So people, they get into a
- 25:59routine sometimes and that is going to inhibit growth and
- 26:04they're, if they're unaware of it.
- 26:06So subconsciously they're doing something daily.
- 26:08That template keeps transferring to the next day to the next day,
- 26:12to the next day until they start going inward like this with a
- 26:15horse, practicing, practicing what they want to do, which is
- 26:19have the ability to control energies and change reality.
- 26:23And that was the point that I was trying to make when we first
- 26:26started. I teach this and I was like, you
- 26:28know what, I got to go, I got to go immerse myself into this and
- 26:31like really get a deeper understanding of this because
- 26:34I've done this a lot. You know, I manifested a house
- 26:37on vacant land into a reality, but I didn't know then what I
- 26:41know now. So, so I had to fumble a lot and
- 26:44I had to go through frustrations and I had to go through and
- 26:47which is good. Not not saying that anybody that
- 26:50tries anything is not going to struggle, but in life coaching
- 26:53people, I've learned how to show them not to make the same
- 26:56mistakes to where what took me 10 years, take them two years.
- 27:00You know, it's like, yeah, there's definitely knowing about
- 27:04something when you jump into doing it, you actually know it.
- 27:07And it's much quicker, it's more efficient, it's more effective.
- 27:10So I went out to the Virgin Islands to like, because you
- 27:13said, you know, sometimes people don't realize it takes a lot of
- 27:16time and it can't be a snap of a finger.
- 27:18And I I was like, yeah, there's validity to that.
- 27:20However, if you're in total alignment, you can't snap your
- 27:24finger and it can happen quick. So the very first thought of
- 27:27going to do that to the time I did it was like 2 to 3 weeks.
- 27:31And it's fast and it's like, OK, and how did the stars align to
- 27:34make it all work? It's energy.
- 27:36It's people vibrating at the same frequency you are to come
- 27:41together to create. Do you think so that was like an
- 27:46accumulation of a lot of little steps leading up to it.
- 27:49Absolutely. So it's almost like, you know,
- 27:51we can make these little steps and then as we get to a
- 27:54different point, we start to maybe see all the results come
- 27:57really quickly as we've aligned our life.
- 28:01Yeah, it's like overnight success is most of the ones that
- 28:04I know they say, yeah, it took me 30 years to get an overnight
- 28:06success. Took me 15 years to get an
- 28:09overnight success. I, I think that this way, my
- 28:12scenario, I guess we call it my experience, I'm a complex
- 28:16person, so I'm always doing a bunch of different things at
- 28:18once. And it's like the accumulation
- 28:22thing. Yeah, I, I invested 2 decades in
- 28:26horsemanship, but also did 2 decades and, you know, investing
- 28:31and, and finance. And then I, I invested 2 decades
- 28:34in learning how to build homes and creating a farm and then
- 28:38invested, you know, it's so it's all these little coming
- 28:40togethers, so to speak to where there's, there's one day it's
- 28:44like this explosion where you realize, my gosh, man, the mind
- 28:47is so powerful. And then what is the purpose?
- 28:50What is our purpose to come to this planet?
- 28:52I'll speak for myself. I start to realize, well, my
- 28:55purpose is to take anything that is in disorder and put it in
- 28:59order and then within myself and then anything that I have access
- 29:04to. And then the most successful
- 29:05people that I look at, that's what they do, and they continue
- 29:08to do it, and they do it again in any area of their life and
- 29:11their health and their wealth and their happiness and their
- 29:15relationships and their spirituality.
- 29:17And it's like, oh, man, this, this gets real.
- 29:19And then when you come across information, like when the
- 29:22students ready, the master appears, Yeah, that that's a
- 29:25real thing. And I've found the horses that
- 29:28that's a prime example. I would like to know how many
- 29:31horses I've gotten to the pleasure to play with, but if I
- 29:34had to guess, we're way up into the thousands.
- 29:37And then I look back on those experiences and realize, Oh my
- 29:40gosh, I wouldn't have been ready for this particular horse had I
- 29:43not had all those particular horses.
- 29:45And then I wouldn't have been ready for that horse way back
- 29:47then. But each one prepared me for the
- 29:50next, and this particular one prepared me for this particular
- 29:531. So it's like when the students
- 29:54ready, the master appears scenario and then you realize,
- 29:57oh, wow, this, this is deep and wide.
- 30:00Then these Romanic principles show up one day and it's kind of
- 30:03quite interesting story. I wanted to try to relay to
- 30:07people what I'm experiencing, you know, and when I lived in
- 30:09Colorado in the mountains, eight years without a cell phone,
- 30:12taking thousands of people trail riding on on my own horses,
- 30:16discovering in through experience these principles that
- 30:19I'm Speaking of today and coaching.
- 30:21So it's like the transition from the actual student of the horse
- 30:26in nature. Now, how do I bring all that
- 30:28into the human element and explain it to a human where they
- 30:31can understand it and get efficient, effective at
- 30:35horsemanship? So then these chromatic
- 30:37principles show up and it's like, yeah, this is exactly what
- 30:40I learned. This is exactly not even any
- 30:43different. So we go into the these next
- 30:46principles of rhythm. So we talked about, you know,
- 30:49vibration, polarity. Now rhythm, there's a rhythm to
- 30:52things. There's a rhythm to everything.
- 30:54You know, the ocean comes in of the waves comes out with waves.
- 30:57When I teach my five part series with horses, there's a rhythm
- 31:00getting established. You know, how fast is this horse
- 31:04walking? How slow is he walking?
- 31:06How how how high is his head? How low is?
- 31:08And probably that rhythm can be for good or bad, right?
- 31:12Don't you think we can establish kind of an erratic, maybe not
- 31:16erratic, but I was just thinking you were talking about like
- 31:19heartbeat and how our thoughts can influence our heartbeat
- 31:23where it's like we're calm and collected or we're thinking
- 31:26really scared, nervous thoughts. And so our hearts beating up and
- 31:29depending on that, that changes our interactions with our horse,
- 31:34whether it's more high strung, not even erratic because I think
- 31:38it feeds off each other. So it's like it is coming from
- 31:41somewhere. So it's not just out of the blue
- 31:43versus maybe how that rhythm. And I don't know, tell me if I'm
- 31:47anywhere on what you were thinking, but we go in there
- 31:50calm and collected. I'm like that changes the
- 31:53relationship, our interactions with the horse, the feedback
- 31:56that's going back and forth. Yes, we haven't got to cause and
- 32:00effect in the principles, but that's what basically we're
- 32:03going to talk about how that works.
- 32:05If I am a cause and I'm presenting cause to the horse
- 32:09for an effect. Now there's so many, but we'll
- 32:12just keep it kind of simple. If I go in there and I've
- 32:15groomed for mindset in our level 1 where I go inward and I, I ask
- 32:19myself what have I been thinking about in the last 12 hours?
- 32:22What have I been thinking about last 24 hours, a few days last
- 32:25week, last month, last year. If we've been doing that, we've
- 32:28been painting a pretty good picture.
- 32:29So we can do it really quick. We can go in and go, yeah, I've
- 32:31been kind of mentally stressed because it's tax time as an
- 32:34example. Well, then I'm feeling
- 32:36constricted in the heart. So my emotion is a little maybe
- 32:39frustrated and then my posture is not presenting something that
- 32:43would a horse would be worthy to or willing to want to join up.
- 32:46And then my actions are probably rigid and bracing and, and out
- 32:50of time and, and too much pressure, not enough pressure
- 32:52and, and I'm just not aware. But if I go inward and I assess
- 32:56those four things that I can control, my thoughts, my
- 32:59emotions, internal pathway of communication with the horse,
- 33:02they share the same things, thought and emotion, outward
- 33:04pathway, communication, attitude, which is posturing and
- 33:08action, which is actually doing. So when I'm aware of those
- 33:12things and I go into the presence of a horse and I'm
- 33:15going to present the cause me as the cause energy transfer
- 33:20information. And then I observe the feedback
- 33:22from the horse and I correct it fast and present again for the
- 33:26most desirable outcomes. Yeah, it's definitely going to
- 33:30have an effect. And we could give it a value
- 33:31judgement of good or bad, but it's more of understanding these
- 33:35principles of polarity. Am I pegged out over here or am
- 33:39I pegged out over here or am I pretty centered?
- 33:41And that's where we got to answer the question for
- 33:44ourselves. You know, different people who
- 33:46are going to have different relationships with different
- 33:47horses. Horses will adapt to different
- 33:49people. Different people adapt to
- 33:51different horses. The ability to do that is
- 33:53controlling energy transfer. That's it.
- 33:56Whenever you can develop the 6th sense that I speak of, which is
- 33:59above or five senses, then you can know like I'm going to, no
- 34:04horse is ever going to throw my control off and I'm never going
- 34:09to throw theirs off. It's going to be harmonizing or
- 34:12agreeing. So it's when 2 beings come
- 34:15together moving in a vibrational frequency.
- 34:18If one's up here and one's down here, one either has to come
- 34:20down or one has to come up or they got to meet in the middle.
- 34:23And it's a matter of let's get going.
- 34:25Let's have a visualization, let's have an imagination, let's
- 34:29think, let's make a decision or a choice.
- 34:32Let's focus with intention, let's go through action, and
- 34:36then we see the outcome and then we get feedback and we make
- 34:39necessary changes present again, and then you start harmonizing
- 34:43those energies. So if ones real high, ones real
- 34:46low or they're both off the charts real high, we can
- 34:48actually bring us both down. And then that starts to find
- 34:52where our balance is. Because I just did a
- 34:54differential class where I took two different horses that are my
- 34:57horses. I know them very well and I
- 34:58could actually I could I took pictures of this.
- 35:00We had a freshly groomed arenas. So the circles one's really
- 35:04tight around the human and 1 was really big around the human.
- 35:07Two different horses, two different energies, two
- 35:10different energy transfers. But that differentials so
- 35:13powerful because this particular individual has gone through
- 35:16they're at Level 3 going into level 4.
- 35:19But sometimes we do some ground things for a differential.
- 35:22You're pretty good with this horse.
- 35:24Now let's add another horse to the equation.
- 35:26SO1 horse ground tide. Take this horse, do the five
- 35:28part series with see the energy transfer with this horse round
- 35:31tie that one. Go over to this one.
- 35:33Do this and then the, the results in, in that exercise are
- 35:39so much faster than me standing there teaching and coaching and
- 35:43trying, you know, the horses and the teachers at that point and
- 35:46the energy transfers are felt and experienced.
- 35:48So they got the sense of it with me explaining it.
- 35:51They got the understanding of it through experiencing and doing
- 35:54it. They literally merged
- 35:56understanding and sense of together and got the true
- 35:58essence. And the horses are man.
- 36:01When they figure out that's what you're doing, they step up and
- 36:04reveal things to you or to that person that I could never train
- 36:08the horse to do. It's unseen, it's unknown.
- 36:11That person just went through every sensory receptors in their
- 36:15entire body through eyes, through hearing, through smell.
- 36:19I mean, you can actually taste it, but it's, it's like touch.
- 36:22So they're, they're pegging off the charts of all these sensory
- 36:26receptors in their body connecting their thoughts and
- 36:29emotions, their attitude and their action with the horse.
- 36:32And then it gets into a feedback loop, and then they see and feel
- 36:36actual changes taking place based on a thought.
- 36:39And it's starts with a thought. And what's really beautiful
- 36:41about what I can't train horses to do is when their thought
- 36:44drifts away, the horse does something subtle or obvious to
- 36:47bring their thoughts back in. Then they get right back into
- 36:50the feedback loop. And then when the feedback loop
- 36:52is circular and harmonious in agreement and balance, then they
- 36:57feel it and they know how to keep it there.
- 36:59And then their mind drifts off into something.
- 37:01Not a big deal. It's just in a we're developing
- 37:03awareness. The horse will do something
- 37:05subtle to bring them back in. My horses will usually stop and
- 37:08look at them. What do you want to do?
- 37:10And then they'll know what to do to continue the, the rhythm.
- 37:13And then they'll come to a stop exercise that we have.
- 37:15And I'll ask him when he came to you and questioned what
- 37:19triggered in your thought right before that happened.
- 37:22And they'll, they'll respond usually like, well, I was
- 37:23thinking about what I was going to do next.
- 37:25And it's like, yeah, he noticed that vibrational frequency
- 37:28changed in the thought patterns. And you may have non verbally
- 37:32communicated something. And this is all maybes because
- 37:35I, I can't really see exactly what's going on.
- 37:37I watch my horses more than I watch people, but it's like, I
- 37:41watch the horse question, what do you want?
- 37:43And then I go to the person to see like, well, what did they
- 37:45do? But I can't see a nonverbal
- 37:47communication that took place. Maybe the horse did, but I'll
- 37:50ask them. And then it's generally, well,
- 37:52my thoughts of what we were doing went away to what I'm
- 37:55going to do. And then the horse picked up on
- 37:58it. And it's like, yes, see, that's
- 38:00what happens when you're on your back.
- 38:01It's more acute at that point because your rhythms, breathing
- 38:04rhythm, your heart rate rhythm, your emotions, your actions,
- 38:07they're all transferring energy back and forth.
- 38:10Some people are aware of it, some people aren't.
- 38:13They're not even aware of body awareness.
- 38:15What are my feet doing in conjunction with my hands, my
- 38:18seat, my eyes, that this this body that is an input mechanism
- 38:23for the horse. We have to develop awareness to
- 38:26what this hands doing and this hands doing and that right foot
- 38:29and that left foot and the seat and my head, my posture, my off
- 38:33center, my onset. All these things start to take
- 38:35into play because the horse is sitting there taking notes on
- 38:37all of it. And you do 1 subtle change.
- 38:41That's a change in vibrational frequency.
- 38:43It's a change in rhythm, maybe even a change in polarity, cause
- 38:46and effect. They start to understand that
- 38:49and see, we haven't even gotten up into the energies of
- 38:52masculine, feminine energies, which is law of gender,
- 38:54principle of gender. See, horses are real good at
- 38:57balancing because I get like guys that are already kind of
- 39:00explained. They come in here and they've
- 39:03been operating at a high frequency of masculinity.
- 39:06You know, these are war fighters.
- 39:07So they they're going to be doers, builders.
- 39:11They're going to be operating in a masculine energy.
- 39:13Then they've got to balance that, you know, with a with
- 39:16coming back to their life or their children or, or humanity.
- 39:20And it's like a fat energy those energies are not even aware of
- 39:23and then they're not balanced. Horses are the best at letting
- 39:26them know your, your energies aren't balanced.
- 39:29And see, people confuse that masculine and feminine energy a
- 39:33lot. But it's, it's a, it's, it's two
- 39:36types of energies. They're the same energy, just
- 39:38different degrees. So you got a masculine feminine
- 39:41energy. They both have to be there to
- 39:42create whatever it is you want. I mean, if you go into the
- 39:45scripture like Adam and Eve, that represents masculine
- 39:48feminine energy. The child is an understanding,
- 39:50creation of understanding. So it's like when a horse and
- 39:54human come together and those energies are off, horses will
- 39:59help. I couldn't train them to do
- 40:00this, but they'll help calibrate those unseen internal masculine
- 40:04feminine energies within the person because we we all possess
- 40:07both. And it's, it's, it's getting to
- 40:10be scientifically proven where the left hemisphere of the
- 40:12brain, right hemisphere of the brain represent masculine,
- 40:15feminine intuition, you know, doer, you know, type things
- 40:19horses, they pick up on that. It's like, Oh your your energies
- 40:22are way off the chart because I'm picking up on this.
- 40:24Maybe it doesn't even come in through action.
- 40:26Like some of these guys come in and they've got arms like
- 40:29pythons. They could RIP the the face off
- 40:32of a horse if they wanted to, but they're being gentle and
- 40:35kind. But they're energy.
- 40:37It's too, it's, it's off the charts and these horses pick up
- 40:40on it. And then I, I have to do as a
- 40:43facilitator, I have to do something to change the energy
- 40:46so that they can visually see and feel the change.
- 40:49Generally, what I'll do is put the person in a vulnerable
- 40:52feeling of like, take your shoes off.
- 40:54We're going to do this with no shoes on.
- 40:55We're going to feel the dirt with our toes.
- 40:57And then it changes the whole perception of like, wow, I could
- 41:01actually get stepped on. And then it's like a little bit
- 41:03of a energy change in masculine, feminine energy.
- 41:07It's toned down, I should say, towards balance.
- 41:10And then they get to see it, feel it and understand it.
- 41:13And then the horses come to that.
- 41:15They're like, you did it, you changed.
- 41:16I see. And I, I can, you're attracting
- 41:19me to you now as a, as a repellent before.
- 41:23So it's a very beautiful thing to understand these hermetic
- 41:25principles, especially in communication or establishing a
- 41:28relationship with a horse, because man, it was almost like
- 41:31I was flying dark for a long time, not not understanding
- 41:35them, but in but in in reality, they're there.
- 41:39We're subjected to them whether we're aware of them or not.
- 41:42And being open and willing to change, the horses see that feel
- 41:45that they understand it. But then when you add more
- 41:48knowledge to ourselves and what's actually happening and
- 41:51then experience, we gain wisdom and then we can apply that
- 41:54wisdom correctly, efficiently and effectively to create what
- 41:59we imagine, what we visualize. And through horsemanship, I got
- 42:03a daily reset ritual of doing that and and and now I get to
- 42:06teach that in life, coaching other people that have have
- 42:09never been exposed to horses in this way.
- 42:12Yeah, Yeah. It's interesting.
- 42:14One thing. Well, I think part of that is
- 42:16being able to communicate it through our words.
- 42:19I think a lot of people who have been with horses, like I
- 42:22understand what you're feeling, but how do we communicate what
- 42:25exactly is happening, which is what it sounds like a lot of the
- 42:28Hermetic principles are, is that ways to describe what's
- 42:32happening. The other thing that really
- 42:33sticks out is how much it's about use the word harmony.
- 42:36But I think balance can be tied into the same thing where when
- 42:41we're out of balance, things are more difficult.
- 42:44And it's like when we are able to achieve that balance, it
- 42:47changes things. And I think that's for sure true
- 42:51of mental health. A lot of that is like
- 42:54something's out of balance. I think that's our our body, our
- 42:56mind signaling that to us. Like you're not balanced,
- 42:59something needs to change. That's something like we've at
- 43:02least seen around our place where that need for balance to
- 43:07be restored. Otherwise, life's really hard
- 43:10without it. We'll see.
- 43:11Looking at hermetic principles and we say harmony, that's
- 43:15agreement. This is another word for
- 43:17agreement. Night and day are totally
- 43:20different and the same thing, just different degree.
- 43:22So whenever we look at, we say off balance or off center, we
- 43:27can be comforted to know that if this is out of order, it can be
- 43:31put back in or yeah. So like I'll focus on what I
- 43:34want, not on what I don't want. So if I'm at the top of that
- 43:37scale of like what I don't want, I do not want this horse kicking
- 43:40out of me. I'm aware of that.
- 43:42But I'm also aware of that we're going to dip down into the sine
- 43:46wave of frequency to what I do want.
- 43:48So I'm going to focus on that and that's going to bring what I
- 43:51don't want, what I do want to closer together as we go with
- 43:54org. So it's like, if you look at
- 43:56like a stock market chart where it starts here and then in five
- 44:00years later, you can see how it's been trending.
- 44:03Is it going up? Is it going lateral, Is it going
- 44:06down? But you see all these tiny
- 44:07little ups and downs, ups and downs, ups and downs.
- 44:10That's what horsemanship is. That's that's.
- 44:13That's what I was going to say. And life up and down, up and
- 44:15down, and hopefully staying, you know, that creates the field
- 44:18we're kind of living on. Yeah.
- 44:20So then whenever you can realize and align with these principles
- 44:24that govern the heavens and the earth, we align with those and
- 44:28use those to our benefit. That's where you're, you can
- 44:32track where you start doing that.
- 44:34Is it trending up? Is it trending lateral or is it
- 44:36trending down and then giving it a value judgment bad down, good
- 44:40up. That's that's personal
- 44:42preference. But it's not necessarily bad to
- 44:44trend down because how are you going to learn what not to do to
- 44:49go up? Because if you've always just
- 44:51trended up everything and we're giving it a value judgment of
- 44:53good, it's always good. It's always good, it's always
- 44:55good. You're never going to have a
- 44:56reference. So like people that say, I'm
- 44:59really struggling with this, it's like, cool, that's a good
- 45:02thing. You actually can look at it as
- 45:05like there's going to be a change.
- 45:07And what we can do is think about what we want different
- 45:10from what you're going through and then take steps toward the
- 45:15change. And we've already talked about
- 45:17the process and procedure and how to do that.
- 45:19And it's interactive. So you got to do it through
- 45:21experience. It's not like, well, I'm going
- 45:22to think about change, but not ever apply the the system
- 45:27because you'll never effectively get it cause and effect.
- 45:29So people that are struggling, it's like, yeah, look, you're
- 45:34learning what struggle even is. Or when you're not struggling,
- 45:38you learn the struggle you went through.
- 45:41You had to do it get to the point where you realize you're
- 45:43not struggling. Otherwise you don't have any
- 45:45contrast. I mean, if everything was
- 45:46daylight all the time, we wouldn't even know what night.
- 45:48Was and I think we also have to hit those dips.
- 45:52We have to go on those downward trends to realize like, oh, I
- 45:55need to change something. Like I think in horsemanship you
- 45:58can see that if you get a big reaction out of your horse, you
- 46:01know that's not what you wanted. That's a time when it's like, I
- 46:04got to do something different, like my horse is doing this.
- 46:06It's not safe for us or it doesn't feel good or whatever.
- 46:09That's I think a time that pushes us to learn.
- 46:12Same thing in life. Like when we get low enough
- 46:15because what we're doing is not working, that's when we're ready
- 46:19to say, OK, this isn't working. I don't know what's going to
- 46:22happen, but I'm ready to do something different like because
- 46:26because we're going into that dip.
- 46:27And see, practicing horsemanship, the sacred art of
- 46:30horsemanship, self study, you get more efficient and effective
- 46:33at doing that quicker. So your lows aren't as low and
- 46:36your highs aren't as high. As far as the surprise, shock
- 46:39and awe of it, it's going to be like, yeah, I created this
- 46:42happiness that's I expected. I manifested this because I know
- 46:46how to do this. So it's like skill and
- 46:48experience coming together for each challenge.
- 46:51So like in horsemanship, I would, and I told this to my
- 46:54participant today, go, I would not have put you with this
- 46:56particular horse day one. As you advance through my
- 47:00horses, this is the time to get the differential so that you can
- 47:03see I want to set you up for the best success based on your skill
- 47:06and experience for this particular challenge.
- 47:09When a person goes too fast too soon from the and it gets
- 47:13chaotic and disorder that that's an OK thing.
- 47:15That's where they get to say, oh, I need to make some course
- 47:18corrections here and slow down. Maybe they're going too fast too
- 47:22soon. Slow down, invest some more
- 47:24time, develop the skill, get the experience.
- 47:28That's a huge thing. I think with Mustangs is trying
- 47:31to go so fast and instead of slowing down being like wait,
- 47:35hold on a minute, we need to focus on this place right here
- 47:39since. And then she mentioned the
- 47:41Mustangs because people ask me why Mustangs, and I used to say
- 47:45this, they taught me the most about myself.
- 47:47That's why. But here, here's more to
- 47:49elaborate on with that. These horses operate in these
- 47:53principles. They understand them, they live
- 47:55in accordance with them. They analyze things, life and
- 47:58death. It's it's that serious to them.
- 48:00They understand contrast, they understand it.
- 48:03And for us to develop a relationship with something
- 48:05vibrating at a frequency of that caliber, we've got to be willing
- 48:10to change. Do that with the horses up here
- 48:13and we're here, we don't want to expect the horse to come down to
- 48:16us. We need to come up to them.
- 48:18And different horses are at different levels.
- 48:20I mean, I have some that were way up here and I'm, I'm almost
- 48:23up there, you know, But each time I'm with them, I get to
- 48:27ratchet up a little bit more, a little bit more and never expect
- 48:29them to come down South in horsemanship through traditional
- 48:32training practices. They've actually done a
- 48:34disservice to the Mustang inviting them into the human
- 48:37element. Well, I should say forcing them
- 48:39into the human element, not inviting an invitation is
- 48:42totally different than force. I never, and I stick with this.
- 48:46There's rules, there's regulations, there's processes
- 48:50and procedures. There's a system and we never
- 48:52break it. Never force a horse to submit
- 48:55with pain or fear. I'm not going to put
- 48:58restrictions in their mind and tensions in their body to force
- 49:02them to do what it is I have an imagination of doing.
- 49:05So it's it's a, it's a beautiful calibration.
- 49:08Whenever we can follow rules, go in it with a philosophy as I'm
- 49:13going to trade places with this horse and I'm going to treat
- 49:15them as I'd want to be treated if the roles were reversed.
- 49:18Pretend that each session we're together, they get to do to me
- 49:20what I've been doing to them, whether it be on the mental
- 49:22plane, physical plane, spiritual plane.
- 49:25I want that to harmonize freely. It's called flow.
- 49:28I want it to flow. And whenever a horse is out
- 49:31there and then invited correctly into the human element, that's
- 49:34when their conscious ascension begins.
- 49:36Or should some people will destroy that and, and it's
- 49:40through usually what's the word ignorance.
- 49:43Now, I'll, I'll go as far as to say if somebody's being mean
- 49:46intentionally, they're, they're stupid.
- 49:48But if somebody's being kind intentionally, they're smart.
- 49:51That's on that polarity scale. Now, emotions will get involved
- 49:54and they take offense to that and all that, but that's on
- 49:56them, not me. I'm not responsible for how
- 50:00someone feels based on facts. If you're going to intentionally
- 50:03be mean to this animal, that's stupid.
- 50:05If you're going to intentionally be kind to them, that's smart.
- 50:08And that's where the guideline we want to stay in.
- 50:11It's like, yeah, man, if you don't know that you're doing
- 50:14something is one thing. But if you do know and you don't
- 50:17make a change, a necessary change to correct the behavior,
- 50:20that's wrong and we can call it right, wrong, good and bad, that
- 50:23type thing. But these principles are how we
- 50:25know. It's like, okay, this horse is
- 50:28vibrating at this frequency. He's calm and quiet.
- 50:30Why would you create the opposite when you have the
- 50:33ability to do it? I've gone to so many, we'll call
- 50:37them demonstrations. I've been invited to, to assess
- 50:40some people's training practices at different places and, you
- 50:43know, like horse rescues and all kinds of different places.
- 50:46So I show up and I'm like really cool.
- 50:48Like, yeah, I want to see how you guys do what you do.
- 50:50And inevitably, they groom the horse, the horses calm and
- 50:53quiet, relaxed. And then they take them into a
- 50:55round pin with this big long lunge whip and they amp him up.
- 50:59And then they, then they invite another participant into the
- 51:02equation and, and have them do it.
- 51:05And then it's and I watch, I watch order come into disorder
- 51:09and stay there for an extended period of time and then get back
- 51:13into order for a limited period of time on the sine wave of
- 51:17frequency. And at the end I'm asked to
- 51:19evaluate this. And then my simple question is,
- 51:21why would you take a calm, quiet horse and go to the opposite and
- 51:26then insert another person in that doesn't have any skill or
- 51:29experience to handle situation and then roll through that to
- 51:34where the person comes out of that basically rattled.
- 51:37And then the horse does self regulate and kind of calibrate
- 51:39down at the ending. And then it's over And I'm
- 51:41thinking, wow, and how much of this happens?
- 51:44And then I go place to place in place and I see that happening
- 51:48more and more. And it's this traditional
- 51:49training practice of based on fear.
- 51:52This horse is big and intimidating and they they need,
- 51:54I need to tire them down and. That's what I was going to ask.
- 51:57Do you think that that method is fear based?
- 51:59Like we have to almost like create the worst case scenario
- 52:03so that it won't possibly happen another time.
- 52:06Yeah. So I, I think in terms of
- 52:10frequency now I used to call it scale of one to 10 in which I
- 52:13still refer to that. So I'm going to apply a pressure
- 52:15to a horse, which is a question and it's a frequency change is
- 52:19what it is. So I'll start at a one or two
- 52:21soft, we'll call it, and then increase the intensity of the
- 52:24frequency of the vibration through action to get a desired
- 52:29response. So the horse can learn through
- 52:32differentials of vibrational frequency, which they totally
- 52:35understand. They do it with each other.
- 52:37Well, people that are naive or ignorant of it, they're going to
- 52:41go in at a 10, the very first question, and then the horse
- 52:44responds to the 10. Well, then they keep, they keep
- 52:47throwing and eights and nines on a scale of one to 10, they keep
- 52:50throwing those high energies at them and they keep responding
- 52:54until they get tired. And a horse knows how to
- 52:56regulate energy. They're masters at it.
- 52:59So energy conservation, the law of energy conservation, they
- 53:02know how to do it. They've done it for Millennium.
- 53:04They've got into the habit of conserving energies for the most
- 53:08efficient and effective way to sustain survival, especially a
- 53:12Mustang. So it's like, OK, you're going
- 53:14to go try to use these laws of nature against the horse.
- 53:18When he's the master at the laws of nature, he's going to use
- 53:21them against you. So it's cause and effect.
- 53:23At that point, it's present what you expect.
- 53:26So if you expect this horse to respond into this high energy,
- 53:29high frequency and then submit to you through that, that's an
- 53:33unrealistic expectation based on experience.
- 53:35But it's it's unrealistic because you're using the very
- 53:38thing you don't want to get what you don't want.
- 53:41And it's like focus on what you do want.
- 53:43If you want a calm, quiet thinking horse, present calm,
- 53:45quiet thinking to him, increase the intensity to get different
- 53:49results. So in other words, if I want a
- 53:51horse to walk and he's trotting, that's so fine.
- 53:54We're up at that disorder part where it's like, well, I'm
- 53:57asking him to walk, but he's trotting.
- 53:58But I know it won't last long because they'll self regulate
- 54:00and they'll come back down to a walk naturally.
- 54:02And then when they do that, then I'll, I will release pressure as
- 54:05a sign of, well, thank you. Or maybe I'll do a direction
- 54:08change to use their own energy, not necessarily against them,
- 54:12but it's harder for a horse to do 5 laps, it's harder for them
- 54:16to do a lap direction change than it is to just sit there and
- 54:19go on five laps. So we look at this energy,
- 54:21right? They're burning energy running
- 54:24in five laps. Well, if I just ask them calmly,
- 54:26quietly to change direction, it takes a lot of energy for them
- 54:29to take their 1000 lbs going this way, redirect it, go the
- 54:34other way. And then I may just subtly do
- 54:36that again and then do it again, and then do it again.
- 54:38And then they walk and then I release it.
- 54:40And then they look at me like, oh, you just want me to walk.
- 54:42And then I release as a thank you.
- 54:44Yeah, that's it. So I need it.
- 54:46And then they would just change thoughts, emotions, attitude,
- 54:49action in the horse to where anytime I ask them a question,
- 54:53they're going to go to a walk. Now I can change the intensity
- 54:55of the vibrational frequency to go up to a trot anytime I want.
- 54:59I already know that because he did that the very first time.
- 55:01So I know it's available. But it's like through thoughts,
- 55:04thinking, through action, doing over time, becoming, forming
- 55:09habits, creating a character. So then I have a horse that he
- 55:13wants to walk. When I ask him to walk, he wants
- 55:15to trot. When I ask him to trot, he wants
- 55:16to gallop. When I ask him to gallop, and he
- 55:19knows the difference between those, his thoughts don't change
- 55:22into erratic and chaotic reactions.
- 55:25They're calm, quiet responses. So then we're operating in
- 55:28harmony, which is an agreement because I've abide in those laws
- 55:33or those principles of nature that he abides in.
- 55:36And then we can communicate efficiently, effectively for a
- 55:38long term sustainable relationship to where no
- 55:41restriction get put in. The horse of confusion, doubt,
- 55:45fear, anxiety, depression, I mean all of those same things
- 55:49show up in horses. Anybody that's been around him
- 55:51long enough knows that those same characteristics are there,
- 55:55and then we can have a horse that's open and willing.
- 55:58He's in a curiosity and a confidence mindset.
- 56:00His body is not in tension. He doesn't get ulcers, he
- 56:04doesn't get kissing spine. He doesn't get all this stuff.
- 56:07And it's like, well, you know, I've been running the same
- 56:09horses for quite a few years. None of them have any of these
- 56:13issues. And we don't put horseshoes on
- 56:15them. We've been running two decades,
- 56:17no horseshoes, Colorado Rockies for 13 years, no horseshoes, no
- 56:20restrictions on any anything. How do you, you know, when we go
- 56:24all into all these little capillary things of that?
- 56:26But it's like, if I really want to align with what the horse
- 56:29knows and understands is in alignment with, I got to be
- 56:32least interruptive to that that natural design.
- 56:35How do you think that plays out the other way?
- 56:37Because I would say being too harsh is a fear based reaction.
- 56:40And then I also think if you're not, I don't necessarily want to
- 56:44say soft, but if you never have any expectations of a horse that
- 56:47can also be detrimental. But I also think that's based on
- 56:51fear also. Both of those are the same
- 56:53thing, different, different, different degrees.
- 56:55So if a person is in fear and they're being too soft, you
- 56:59know, timid, shy, apprehensive. Or even, and I would say
- 57:02sometimes they would say that they're being kind, you know,
- 57:05they're following the horse's lead or doing, you know, not
- 57:09really having expectations of the horse, just kind of letting
- 57:11the horse do whatever they want, maybe relating it to boundaries,
- 57:15you know, where it's how does that.
- 57:17Yeah, I mean in it's it's personal preference at at some
- 57:20points, but it's like if you don't mind it would matter.
- 57:23Like some people will hand ways their horses.
- 57:25Some people are like no way when they're on the lead.
- 57:27I do not. And it's goes into personal
- 57:29preference. But allowing the horse to give
- 57:32feedback is a paramount have to do it.
- 57:36You know, I'll allow my horses to hand graze sometimes and then
- 57:39I won't and other times. But I know how to communicate
- 57:41what it is that I want. And that comes with skill and
- 57:43experience for each challenge. So if a person's timid, shy and
- 57:46scared through experience, they're going to develop
- 57:49confidence just like a horse. It comes into the human element
- 57:52that's timid, shy, and scared through through time, developing
- 57:55skill, through experience. In each challenge that we
- 57:59present that there's a formula of course, that's going to
- 58:03create the character either in the human or the person.
- 58:06Now, some people jump in feet first into Mustangs.
- 58:10We know that. That's why there's so much Oops.
- 58:12That's why I did a very good living for very many years.
- 58:15Because of that, you know, setting that aside, it's like
- 58:19coaching is real important. Had I known what I know now, I
- 58:21may have sought out more coaching.
- 58:23In those days, I came from a place where I didn't have
- 58:26YouTube. Eight years of no cell phone, we
- 58:29did have that junky little Internet that just sits a spin.
- 58:32So you can't look at, well, I mean, literally, you look
- 58:35something up, go make a sandwich, come back.
- 58:36It's still spinning. It's like, well, I'm not going
- 58:39to sit here and do that. So today people have a lot more
- 58:42access to coaching. You know, I'm not talking about
- 58:45in person coaching, talking about like I have a YouTube
- 58:48channel, go watch YouTube. There's many other people that
- 58:51have YouTube channels get some coaching.
- 58:53But to develop the awareness is the purpose of horsemanship.
- 58:56You know, that's that's like a skill set everybody needs.
- 58:59They're going to interact with a horse is all study awareness 1
- 59:03verbal communication. What are you doing?
- 59:05Horses picking up on what you're doing.
- 59:07Even if we're not aware of it. They are.
- 59:10Even if we're not aware of these principles that I'm Speaking of,
- 59:13they are. And it's like, wow, once you
- 59:15start down that pathway and really want to go deeper and
- 59:19wider to discover it's nothing you will ever watch on a video.
- 59:23You will never get that from a video.
- 59:26You just won't. That's why I created the
- 59:28Tropical Island Adventure Clinic because you can actually get on
- 59:31an airplane, fly over to Saint Croix, Virgin Islands, get off
- 59:35the plane, smell the fresh sea air.
- 59:37Introduce yourself to a horse. Imagine getting on this horse
- 59:41through an interactive system to get predictable and reliable
- 59:45results. Ride the mountains, go down to
- 59:47the sea, ride the beach, run on the beach, whatever you want to
- 59:50do, it's your. We're only limited by the
- 59:52imaginations. Swim into the sea with a horse,
- 59:55go swimming with horses. It is, it is, it is an
- 59:58exhilarating experience. All things tie into it.
- 1:00:01I'm talking all 5 elements, but we'll focus on 4.
- 1:00:05Earth, wind, fire, water, it all comes together.
- 1:00:08It is an interesting experience and it's something that you can
- 1:00:12manifest into a reality and as you're going through the
- 1:00:15experience you start connecting. The mind, body, spirit complex
- 1:00:20that we are, but then take something from that away to
- 1:00:23where when you go back to your own horses or back to your own
- 1:00:26life and the five areas of your life have a whole new
- 1:00:28perspective and then realize a new perception that exists
- 1:00:34because it's at a higher frequency.
- 1:00:35So I explain it like this a lot as she relates to people.
- 1:00:38Horses can see things that we cannot see and, and that's,
- 1:00:42that's obvious, they can see further, but that's through
- 1:00:46everything's through frequency. So it's like people can hear
- 1:00:49different frequencies than other people.
- 1:00:51Higher or lower bass, treble, you know, you look at it that
- 1:00:54way. Horses can do that too.
- 1:00:57They, they can actually, one of the neat things in the physical
- 1:01:00body of that horse is he can tip his head sideways and it can see
- 1:01:04where he's going, where he's coming from in the moment.
- 1:01:07Physically, we can do it mentally.
- 1:01:09Most people have never really played with it.
- 1:01:11You're either worrying about the future or dwelling on the past.
- 1:01:14When you come into this understanding like you go have
- 1:01:17an experience that I just just immerse myself in so that I
- 1:01:20could help other people do it and understand it.
- 1:01:22It's like you can mentally look into your future.
- 1:01:25You can mentally look into your past right here in this moment
- 1:01:28and you can manifest what you want right now.
- 1:01:31Snap of a finger. It's inner controlling energy.
- 1:01:33That's all it is. And then when you develop a
- 1:01:36change in yourself in character, we'll call it, we'll rundown
- 1:01:39through it. But it's thoughts, thinking
- 1:01:41something, doing it, action, becoming, forming habits,
- 1:01:45creating a character. You change your vibrational
- 1:01:47frequency. I just found out there's 50
- 1:01:49trillion cells in our body and they're born each day.
- 1:01:52We'll call it born. There's new ones each day.
- 1:01:54In seven years, you cycle all of those out and you're a brand new
- 1:01:57human. Crazy.
- 1:01:58But you got to think of it in cellular form.
- 1:02:00It's like this little cell pops in like, hey guys, I'm here.
- 1:02:03And he's with his other little cell friends and they're like,
- 1:02:06hey, man, life sucks. And he's like, it does.
- 1:02:09He doesn't know. He doesn't have a memory yet.
- 1:02:11He gets there and his little cellular friend buddies are
- 1:02:13like, life sucks. What's he gonna start thinking?
- 1:02:16My own life sucks? So he keeps going.
- 1:02:18But if you say wait, I want to start thinking different.
- 1:02:20I want to start feeling different.
- 1:02:21I want my attitude to be different.
- 1:02:22I want my actions to be different each cell that's born.
- 1:02:25And you thinking that this is with horses too.
- 1:02:27Horses do the same thing. Those new cells come in and go,
- 1:02:30oh, it's a happy life, what's a happy world?
- 1:02:32We can do this. So do you think in time of seven
- 1:02:34years, short little period, long for some, short for others, but
- 1:02:38seven years you can change your whole cellular makeup.
- 1:02:41So if you've been practicing daily renewing your mind, like I
- 1:02:45say, it's a daily reset ritual with horses.
- 1:02:48I go play with horses. That's not the same horse.
- 1:02:50I'm not the same person. We're new cells.
- 1:02:52We're new thinking or new feeling or new attitude or new
- 1:02:55actions that painting is getting painted and it's going to look
- 1:02:59beautiful. More we focus on making it look
- 1:03:01beautiful. So it's like, man, this starts
- 1:03:04making whole much sense as above, so below, as within.
- 1:03:07So without how things correspond, how they work
- 1:03:10together. We're thinking, thoughts and
- 1:03:12cells are getting regenerated and they're getting a memory.
- 1:03:16It's just going to be easier and easier and easier to go down
- 1:03:19that path. And then when we stay centered,
- 1:03:20because if bad day pops up, it's easier to get back centered
- 1:03:23because you've been practicing having great days, we'll notice
- 1:03:26like, like people are going through a storm, they're in a
- 1:03:28storm and they're coming out of a storm or even think about it,
- 1:03:30literally a storm. It doesn't last forever.
- 1:03:33It's happening. And then that's the time that
- 1:03:35I'll look at it and break it down into a day of seasons.
- 1:03:38So we got spring, summer, fall, winter, break it down into one
- 1:03:43day. Your morning is your spring,
- 1:03:45your midday is your summer, your evenings is your fall and, and
- 1:03:48night is your winter and it's a death.
- 1:03:50And then you get a rebirth the next day.
- 1:03:52So you're going to die, you're going to sleep, you're going to
- 1:03:55literally die, and you're going to have new cells born.
- 1:03:58And then the spring comes morning and you get to go look
- 1:04:01at it in a different light. And then you get to understand
- 1:04:04like this horse at noon, he's real sleepy.
- 1:04:07His frequency changed from it morning when he's all amped up
- 1:04:10and ready to roll. So when you go present yourself,
- 1:04:13what is your frequency at the time of the the day, at the
- 1:04:16season of the day? Are you better at the spring is
- 1:04:19at the time you should go interact with a horse?
- 1:04:21Are you not so good at summer? And that's what you've got to be
- 1:04:24aware of. That way midday you go and play
- 1:04:26with a horse and you realize, well, this is my weak point.
- 1:04:28I'm actually strengthening it. I don't have to look at it as a
- 1:04:31bad thing. And then you start getting into
- 1:04:33this whole clarity of like, oh wow, as above, so below, as
- 1:04:36within, so without corresponding with a horse at the time of the
- 1:04:40day, season of the year. And then the rhythm of that
- 1:04:45cycles and then new horses coming in, new horses going out.
- 1:04:49I mean, and then it starts to really paint this big, big, big
- 1:04:51picture that goes back to that first principle.
- 1:04:55The all is mind. The universe is mental.
- 1:04:58What we think about, we bring about.
- 1:05:00And it is a beautiful experience to know that you have a sixth
- 1:05:03sense to go to when all the other five senses are maxed out.
- 1:05:06I mean, I don't see how this can work.
- 1:05:09I don't hear anything. I don't.
- 1:05:11My sensory receptors in this physical form, I've maxed out.
- 1:05:14They're limited, and they're limited for reasons, for good
- 1:05:17reasons. But then you go into that mental
- 1:05:19plane of existence and it's not limited.
- 1:05:22You can actually think limitlessly and then you go into
- 1:05:25that spiritual plane and that's where you get answers you did
- 1:05:27not have access to before. But you have to get in alignment
- 1:05:31in the other plane. Physical, mental, mental,
- 1:05:34physical, as above, so below, get into that to where you can
- 1:05:37access the spiritual plane. And that's why horses are
- 1:05:41spiritual animals. And we can do a whole podcast on
- 1:05:44that. But you look back in history and
- 1:05:46cave ridings, they wrote a horse on The Cave riding.
- 1:05:49He was really substantial or important in their life.
- 1:05:54And then it goes into, you know, that spiritual plane of, of
- 1:05:57harmonizing and getting into nature and that horses nature
- 1:06:00weird nature. But through programming and
- 1:06:03conditioning in society, we've been taught we're separate of
- 1:06:05nature. Yeah.
- 1:06:07And in a sense, we we are. We got separated.
- 1:06:10There there is a big gap probably in most of our lives.
- 1:06:15Horse brings us back and see it's not and it's not a secret
- 1:06:19Shaylee's. It's just that you look at 330
- 1:06:21million people in America and we only have 1.5 million horse
- 1:06:26owners, you know, to two million.
- 1:06:27I mean the numbers vary, but it's like 9 million horses.
- 1:06:30That's it down to 6,000,000. I saw the other day.
- 1:06:33It's like, whoa, that's, that's interesting.
- 1:06:35But so 996 to 9 million horses, 330 million people, these
- 1:06:39hermetic things that you and I get to see, they're sealed.
- 1:06:43Got it. You got to do it to access it.
- 1:06:45That's all that means. And then it's like, whoa, what a
- 1:06:48blessing. What what a what accessibility
- 1:06:51does other people have that we don't have that we do.
- 1:06:54Then that brings a whole new perspective of like, whoa,
- 1:06:56anybody that has a Mustang, that's even a smaller little, I
- 1:07:00mean hermetic, you know, sealed information because that horse
- 1:07:04has been operating in nature. He is nature.
- 1:07:07We've got to align with nature, present to nature, harmonize,
- 1:07:11agree with nature, get balanced. And then the human element is so
- 1:07:14easy. Like all those five areas.
- 1:07:16So like if I was coaching someone, I'd be like, what do
- 1:07:19you want? OK, I can just tell you how to
- 1:07:20get it. You want more money, that's
- 1:07:22easy. You want more, You want better
- 1:07:24relationships, that's really easy.
- 1:07:26You want happiness, Well, what do you find joy in?
- 1:07:28You know, it's, it's, it's really easy to go into the human
- 1:07:30element when you've been coached and taught by nature.
- 1:07:33I mean, I was looking at a study the other day.
- 1:07:35She leaves. And they were like Japanese
- 1:07:37doctors. You know what they prescribe to
- 1:07:39people. I've heard not.
- 1:07:42What we prescribe, Yeah. What was it?
- 1:07:45Go bathe in the forest, like go immerse yourself in the forest
- 1:07:47for three days. That's what you do.
- 1:07:49If it's not better, come back and we'll talk about prescribing
- 1:07:52some medicine. It's like just get your mind,
- 1:07:56mental mind, get it help it needs 1st and then the other
- 1:08:00things, they kind of fall away. So it's interesting.
- 1:08:04Yeah, very. Interesting.
- 1:08:04It is interesting. That's definitely what I
- 1:08:07experienced with horses. Like they get you back into like
- 1:08:10a homeostasis with I think where you are naturally meant to be
- 1:08:14outside of this world that's very loud, very in your face
- 1:08:16with lots of answers that I think we're it's pretty clear
- 1:08:20aren't super effective. Like people are struggling a lot
- 1:08:24so. Yeah, I mean, I coach people at
- 1:08:26such high caliber these days. And one of them asked me, you
- 1:08:29know, these are, these are like multi millionaires.
- 1:08:32These are people that they know the ropes and they're like,
- 1:08:35where were you 10 years ago that one of them asked me the other
- 1:08:38day and I was like, well, I wouldn't have been ready to be
- 1:08:41coaching you. So it's a process and there's
- 1:08:43procedures and there's alignments and then you attract
- 1:08:47what it is you want. So like I, I coach some people,
- 1:08:50they're just getting into horses and they're like, I want to make
- 1:08:52money with my horses, but these people won't pay.
- 1:08:54And it's like, we'll quit chasing people that won't pay,
- 1:08:57start attracting people that will.
- 1:08:59Well, how do I do that? Will you become valuable?
- 1:09:01That's it. That's the that's the the
- 1:09:03formula become valuable. Well, how do I become valuable?
- 1:09:06Go within, go within yourself, your own heart.
- 1:09:08Don't worry about what other people are doing or comparing or
- 1:09:11thinking about you. Create in your own mind.
- 1:09:14Imagine what you want, visualize it.
- 1:09:16Go in with your heart and if you truly desire it, do it.
- 1:09:20And that's your seat of authenticity.
- 1:09:22That's where that sits in the emotional.
- 1:09:24You know the heart if you if you have a thought and it's a backed
- 1:09:27by an emotion of like enthusiasm, you're really
- 1:09:31unstoppable. And the second that you get
- 1:09:33distracted by society, what they'll think of you.
- 1:09:37I mean, I I created a bit less bridle Whoo.
- 1:09:39I created it because I wanted it.
- 1:09:41I wanted it for my horses. I did it out of love and
- 1:09:44kindness to my horses. So 5000 different people weren't
- 1:09:46yanking on their face with a bit.
- 1:09:48Then I realized, wow, this, this little piece of equipment has
- 1:09:51unlocked other things that I hadn't foreseen when I created
- 1:09:54it. In other words, I don't put
- 1:09:56restrictions in the minds of my horses through pain, even though
- 1:10:00it would be an accident. You know, some people may pull
- 1:10:03on a rein harder than they meant to or even aware of.
- 1:10:06Well, the horse's mind just went to that.
- 1:10:08So it'd be like if I'm sitting here talking with you and I ask
- 1:10:10you a question and I pinch you, it's just a little pain.
- 1:10:12It's not that big a deal. But how long are we going to
- 1:10:15have a conversation together until you get frustrated a
- 1:10:18little bit, be pinching you. It's just that distraction is
- 1:10:21all it is. So eliminating a bit out of my
- 1:10:23horse's mouth freed up any possibility of them getting
- 1:10:28distracted by a subtle pain or like a spoon banging on our
- 1:10:32teeth, you know, a bit banging on their teeth.
- 1:10:34Or, you know, you look at my bitless bridle and the and the
- 1:10:37harshest bitted bridle you can think of.
- 1:10:40They're the exact same thing. They're just different degrees.
- 1:10:44There's same class, different degree.
- 1:10:46So it's like how we use that with energy, you know, because I
- 1:10:50could put the most harshest bit you ever saw on my horse and I
- 1:10:52could just ride them with my legs and it wouldn't matter.
- 1:10:55Don't even touch the reins, but he's still carrying it.
- 1:10:57But you see, my point is like, how do we eliminate
- 1:11:00distractions? So that's what cause and effect
- 1:11:02comes in real good to help people understand time from a
- 1:11:06cause to an effect. And horsemanship, we get to see
- 1:11:09it instantaneous. When I pick up a lead rope,
- 1:11:11already the horse changed in vibrational frequency, already
- 1:11:15changed in posture. And when I ask a subtle question
- 1:11:18and he backs A hoof, that's the cause to the effect.
- 1:11:21Let's see, in doing like something like a bit less
- 1:11:24bridle, here's what I got to see.
- 1:11:25My cause was to eliminate the possibility of tourists hurting
- 1:11:29my horses, balancing on the reins, riding in Colorado.
- 1:11:32Well, the effect today, all those years, I could have got
- 1:11:35distracted and all that time and quit doing it using the bitless
- 1:11:39bridal, whatever. But it's like, oh, that cause
- 1:11:42created this effect 1015 years later to where I can actually
- 1:11:47have people ride my horses today and really get the concept of
- 1:11:51understanding of freeing up restrictions in the mind due to
- 1:11:55an unnecessary distraction of a bit hurting my horse to distract
- 1:11:59them from what it is we're really trying to teach them.
- 1:12:01And then it goes into other things too.
- 1:12:03But that's just one example. And maybe that was a shameless
- 1:12:06plug of my bitless bridal. Yeah, it's good.
- 1:12:08You saw, we just tried it on our little Arabian we have here and
- 1:12:11she loved it. She was.
- 1:12:12So I think at first she was so surprised, like what's going on
- 1:12:15here? But yeah, she.
- 1:12:17I love that. So I love that and man, I get
- 1:12:21pictures. I should probably put a collage
- 1:12:24together one day. I get pictures from all over the
- 1:12:26world. People buying that bitless
- 1:12:28bridal and then the profound peripheral benefits that come
- 1:12:32from doing, you know, like head tossing and all these, you know,
- 1:12:36byproducts a little bit. All this communication horses
- 1:12:39are trying to tell you and people aren't listening to, and
- 1:12:41that's like you're starting to understand better.
- 1:12:43Yeah, man, it just goes back to those hermetic principles, you
- 1:12:46know, cause and effect, vibrational frequency, rhythm,
- 1:12:50Jammu, masculine, feminine. If I'm going to pick up on a
- 1:12:53rein on a bitless bridle and ask a horse question and then my
- 1:12:57masculine energy gets the little peaked and I, and I go too
- 1:13:00aggressive and I don't get creative with my feminine
- 1:13:03energy, then I don't have a larger margin of error.
- 1:13:06You know, actually with a bit of spiral, I do have a larger
- 1:13:08margin of error. But if I go with a bit that
- 1:13:11could actually, you know, 'cause some pain, we won't say it's a
- 1:13:15horrific bit. It's just horrible.
- 1:13:17But it's like, yeah, I'm using this to communicate with my
- 1:13:19horse, but I, I, my energies get off and I get a little too
- 1:13:24assertive or aggressive. We could go that far.
- 1:13:27And then my margin of error just increased.
- 1:13:29Well, and I think you also have to recognize the horses, you
- 1:13:32know, I don't know if there's a lot of people have something
- 1:13:34that'll just like irritate them or if you have like a shirt on
- 1:13:37that's just not comfortable and you just keep focusing on it and
- 1:13:40it just builds that tension. I think can be the same thing
- 1:13:43with a horse where it's just this continual discomfort where
- 1:13:47you either kind of zone out, don't listen anymore, or it
- 1:13:50builds up that tension where it's like, you know, the head
- 1:13:53shaking and the trying to tell you like this doesn't feel good.
- 1:13:57Well, it's like cowboy boots and running shoes, same class, which
- 1:14:01degree? If I'm going to put my cowboy
- 1:14:02boots on and go run a mile, yeah, it's not going to be as
- 1:14:05comfortable if I put my run and tennis shoes on and go run a
- 1:14:07mile. So it's like, makes a lot of
- 1:14:09sense as we start really putting all these principles together
- 1:14:13and we start communicating in effective and efficient way that
- 1:14:16the horse would be used to in nature.
- 1:14:18Now they're going to do things for efficient, effective, long
- 1:14:21term sustainability and survive. You know, you put a bit in a
- 1:14:24horse's mouth and ride them for six hours straight or you put a
- 1:14:26bit less bridle on a horse and ride them for six hours straight
- 1:14:29and see the difference. I mean, it's like just check,
- 1:14:32see what happens. Now, every changes need to be
- 1:14:34made in accordance with communication, you know, timing,
- 1:14:37the bow pressures, leases, all those things.
- 1:14:39But that's skill and experience developed over that that
- 1:14:42particular challenge over time, you know, and it's, it's just an
- 1:14:45interesting concept, we could call it to do those experiments.
- 1:14:50You know, it's like, let's just see.
- 1:14:51I mean, I've had horses, people will label them.
- 1:14:54We got to drug them to trim his hose.
- 1:14:56It's like, no, we don't. And I'll do this, I'll do this.
- 1:14:59I'll get these alignments and I'll ground time.
- 1:15:01And then I just start trimming his hose and he falls asleep.
- 1:15:04And then the lady, you know, videotaping and talking like
- 1:15:07it's National Geographic. Oh my gosh, it's a whole new
- 1:15:10man. But it's it's just.
- 1:15:12All I did is tweak those and. I and I think some of that's
- 1:15:14these rules that are embedded in us that things should be a
- 1:15:18certain way because we can't consider the possibility yet of
- 1:15:22think there may be being another way or different possibilities
- 1:15:25that we haven't considered. Yeah, and it's just a process,
- 1:15:28an interactive system of thinking, ultimately imagining.
- 1:15:32See, when we were kids, we'll circle back to the beginning of
- 1:15:34this podcast when we were little kids and we wanted to go ride a
- 1:15:37bike up that hill. We did it uninterrupted
- 1:15:41playtime. No one there to tell you, oh,
- 1:15:43you can't do that or you're going to get hurt.
- 1:15:45None of that. You went and you did it and you
- 1:15:46might have got hurt and you figured out how not to go get
- 1:15:48hurt. You know, that's the game of
- 1:15:49life. That's the game of life.
- 1:15:51How to benefit? How to not get hurt?
- 1:15:53You will get hurt sometimes. And that's how you know how to
- 1:15:57not get hurt. You know, contrast.
- 1:15:59That's why we came to Earth is to learn contrast.
- 1:16:02And we go into it's more spirituality.
- 1:16:03It's like why did our soul choose earth to come to?
- 1:16:07Why? And it's to learn and grow.
- 1:16:10And also I think going back, sorry, go ahead.
- 1:16:12And it's the best way on earth because there's so many
- 1:16:14contrasts, night and day, hot and cold, left and right, up and
- 1:16:17down, pleasure, pain, love. Hey, I mean, it's like, what do
- 1:16:21we really come here to learn? We learn, become to learn here
- 1:16:24how to love and how to be loved. And the only way that I see is
- 1:16:27the polar opposite of that is to release judgement because if I'm
- 1:16:30not judging, I'm not, I'm I'm going to be able to love that
- 1:16:34horse. He never judges.
- 1:16:36He doesn't care if you're black, white, rich, poor, doesn't care.
- 1:16:40But what does he care about? He cares how much we care.
- 1:16:43And the only way that we can prove it to him is we get to
- 1:16:45care about ourselves, present to the horse, observe feedback,
- 1:16:48make necessary changes to become better, and continue that
- 1:16:51feedback loop where the horse realizes what we are about and
- 1:16:55follows us willingly, not forced.
- 1:16:58And that is attracting. You'll hear these things, law of
- 1:17:01attraction, get thrown around a lot and that's what they're
- 1:17:03talking about. You, you attract what you
- 1:17:05become. That horse follows you because
- 1:17:08it's a benefit to him, because of what you're becoming.
- 1:17:11It's present. Expect.
- 1:17:13It's like breathing. You breathe in, you breathe out.
- 1:17:16It's a rhythm. It's breathe in, process it,
- 1:17:19breathe out. It's information you take in,
- 1:17:22you give. So it's a give receive.
- 1:17:25Horses are really good at giving, but they've got to
- 1:17:27receive too. It's a reciprocal feedback loop.
- 1:17:30It's not one way. You know, a lot of people do
- 1:17:32horsemanship one way, my way or the highway.
- 1:17:34I'm going to dominate you. I'm going to throw in
- 1:17:36information at you and I don't care what yours is coming back,
- 1:17:39do what I say. And it's like, well, that's not
- 1:17:42going to be long term sustainable and there's going to
- 1:17:43be undesirable results from that.
- 1:17:45And generally it's bucking Biden bolting or kicking.
- 1:17:47And I've made a lot of money off those type of people.
- 1:17:50But it's like I would rather help them never get there.
- 1:17:53Don't go there. We can calibrate this from the
- 1:17:55day one. This way none of my horses buck.
- 1:17:58And it's like somebody asked me one time, do they buck?
- 1:18:01I said, well, one of them started out doing that, but I
- 1:18:03got him from some people that he was, he was doing that, but
- 1:18:06never with me. He never did it again.
- 1:18:07And it's like, why? Well, I never showed him how to
- 1:18:10do it. I never caused an interruption
- 1:18:12or an obstruction or an aversion in him to create that result.
- 1:18:16You know, the cause and effect of that, you know, calibrated
- 1:18:19his thinking, calibrate his actions to form habits to create
- 1:18:23the character in the horse to where he's like, that's waste of
- 1:18:26energy. It's not long term sustainable.
- 1:18:28It won't work. There's no reason to do it.
- 1:18:31It'd be like, it'd be like just smashing your hand with a
- 1:18:34hammer. Why would you do that?
- 1:18:35You know, You know the consequence of it.
- 1:18:37So the horse is like, why would I buck?
- 1:18:39It's energy. Yeah.
- 1:18:41And I have no desire to do that. It's like they'll run no
- 1:18:44problem, but their their thought processes don't change from a
- 1:18:48walk drop to a canner. They don't.
- 1:18:49It's all the same. The same thought energy is there
- 1:18:52and then they can sustain and move through that seamlessly.
- 1:18:56It's not a radical chaotic, it's in order and that's the purpose.
- 1:18:59That's what horsemanship is about.
- 1:19:01Take something out of order and put it in order.
- 1:19:03Life's about. Creating that balance and
- 1:19:05alignment and harmony. Yeah, I'd like to, I'd like to
- 1:19:08have some sort of an interactive session with other people, like
- 1:19:11maybe based on this podcast that they listen to and write in with
- 1:19:15some specifics, you know, on, on anything.
- 1:19:18I've coached so many different people and so many walks of
- 1:19:20life. I've watched horsemanship
- 1:19:22transition them from where they wanted to be to where they where
- 1:19:25they go. But they were the guide of doing
- 1:19:28they they didn't, I couldn't do their push ups for them.
- 1:19:30The horse couldn't even do the push ups for them.
- 1:19:32But it's like, wow, they actually transitioned in in one
- 1:19:35particular area of their life. So I'll just touch on a few that
- 1:19:38we've already touched on. But like relationships, you
- 1:19:41know, I've watched horsemanship take a relationship on the brink
- 1:19:44of divorce and 180 it back into no divorce.
- 1:19:48And I've seen I've seen all different degrees of that.
- 1:19:50I've seen like 30 year marriages falling apart.
- 1:19:53Horsemanship comes into play for for the, the male, the man.
- 1:19:57And then they go back and then they they buy a beach house
- 1:20:00together and they're like high school sweethearts again.
- 1:20:02And they renewed their whole relationship.
- 1:20:05And the report back is man, it's better than it ever was just
- 1:20:09from a few simple course corrections that I learned in
- 1:20:13horsemanship. And I'm like, wow, is that
- 1:20:15efficient and that effective? I mean, it blows my mind
- 1:20:17sometimes, but then you see it again and again and again and
- 1:20:20again and it's like. This.
- 1:20:22This, this is something very, very powerful, but not, not a
- 1:20:27lot of people know about it. I mean, it's actually not a
- 1:20:30secret. It's just that very few people
- 1:20:34have tapped into on this level and teach it and practice it.
- 1:20:40And that's what I love about your podcast, that we get to
- 1:20:43share this with people so that they can dive in.
- 1:20:45Yeah, start. Exploring because.
- 1:20:47Yeah, like you say, it's not something that you can really,
- 1:20:50you can't experience it virtually.
- 1:20:52You know, you can't watch someone do it and they're like,
- 1:20:54OK, I get that. I understand that concept.
- 1:20:56It's something that really has to be felt and.
- 1:21:00And it's such a. Feeling that transition.
- 1:21:02The video isn't. Yeah, because horsemanship is
- 1:21:05vast. It's deep and it's wide and
- 1:21:09traditional training practices have really inhibited people's
- 1:21:13understanding to access this. Information.
- 1:21:16I think the cool thing about our time now is we have the the time
- 1:21:19and the space to utilize horses in a different way.
- 1:21:22Like before, they were often a tool and now it's like we can we
- 1:21:26can utilize them for what we need in the world right now,
- 1:21:29which I think a lot of that is that mental clarity and
- 1:21:32rebalancing. Guide us back to nature where we
- 1:21:34we are in nature when we step away and see some people were
- 1:21:39programmed and conditioned to step away and through ignorance
- 1:21:43or naive, they stay there. But we can have a choice today.
- 1:21:47We can say, wait a minute, I want to change my whole life.
- 1:21:51I want to change the way I think.
- 1:21:52I want to change the way I feel. I want to change the way I
- 1:21:54produce. I want to change.
- 1:21:56And horsemanship is like a it's a mantra for me.
- 1:21:59It's it's something I can go to and recalibrate.
- 1:22:02It's like a daily reset ritual, and you can look at it as an
- 1:22:05interactive system to make necessary changes within to
- 1:22:09present out for an actual physical manifestation of
- 1:22:12whatever it is you want. Yeah, yeah, there's something
- 1:22:15cool about how they give you the space to do that.
- 1:22:18Being with them kind of put you in a different plane, so to
- 1:22:21speak. Well, it's so not like what
- 1:22:24society is. You know, we got, we got away
- 1:22:26from being healthy because we jump in a car and drive
- 1:22:29everywhere. Well, there's no interaction
- 1:22:31with a car. I guess we could argue that, you
- 1:22:34know, it's like, yeah, you got to turn the steering wheel or
- 1:22:36you run into the ditch. It's.
- 1:22:38Pretty mindless. You can also drive from one
- 1:22:40place to another without even thinking about it, you know?
- 1:22:43That subconscious is a very powerful thing and people that
- 1:22:46don't understand it. Horsemanship will give you a
- 1:22:48deep understanding of subconscious and conscious
- 1:22:51awareness. Consciously, you learned how to
- 1:22:53drive a car, to train your subconscious to drive that car
- 1:22:56when you weren't paying attention.
- 1:22:58Yeah, there is that. But it's such a disconnect
- 1:23:00whenever you look at the health benefits of being in nature and
- 1:23:03actually moving and doing with a horse.
- 1:23:06And then then you can go go through all areas of the life,
- 1:23:09you know, like, you know, it's, it's material things that are
- 1:23:12going to bring happiness. That's what we've been
- 1:23:14advertised to through commercialization.
- 1:23:17And it's like, I don't want that and it does nothing for me.
- 1:23:20But but how do I know that I had to go through it?
- 1:23:23Speak about when we're talking about wealth, is it the
- 1:23:25tangible, physical things in front of us, or is it a way that
- 1:23:28we feel and interact with our world?
- 1:23:30Well, it's like the biblical verse of, you know, you store
- 1:23:33your things up in heaven that a moth can't eat or that a rust
- 1:23:37that can't rust or that someone can't break in and steal.
- 1:23:40Well, if we're talking about, you know, going within, you know
- 1:23:43yourself where it's talked of in the new covenant, where it says
- 1:23:47the Kingdom of our Creator is within you.
- 1:23:50Well, you go within and then as above, so below that that the
- 1:23:54heaven, your mind, what do you want to store there?
- 1:23:57Do you want to store happiness? Do you want to store peace,
- 1:24:00tranquility, kindness? I mean, what do you want to
- 1:24:03store? And then the only way a person
- 1:24:05could steal it is if you give it to them, they can't take it.
- 1:24:08It's not going to rust. A moth can't eat it.
- 1:24:10So, you know, you look at these, look at these correspondence in
- 1:24:14these things, you know, these ancient texts, you know, the
- 1:24:17Bible, it's been around a long time and it came from a lot of
- 1:24:20other ancient texts. So it's like, well, that's been
- 1:24:22here this long, there's got to be some kind of wisdom to it.
- 1:24:25So then what can I look at it not literally and read it and
- 1:24:29then just ponder on it and then go through life and look at it
- 1:24:32as like, OK, as in psychological thinking, what can I store up in
- 1:24:37myself that no one could steal or I'd have to give it away?
- 1:24:41You know, someone makes me mad. Yeah, well, they they can't.
- 1:24:44They don't have that power unless I give them that power.
- 1:24:47And then my energy changed based on what they present.
- 1:24:50And how we perceived it in the place we gave it in our life.
- 1:24:54Yeah. And so it's, it goes into inner
- 1:24:56controlling energies and when we can transmute energy.
- 1:24:59So, so it's OK to get mad. Somebody makes me mad, We'll
- 1:25:02just say it like that. Well, I can take that
- 1:25:04information and see what triggers me and realize, oh,
- 1:25:07this is what I get to learn how not to get mad at that, you
- 1:25:10know, whether it's what they did or did not do that triggered me
- 1:25:14emotion. And then that emotion motivated
- 1:25:16my thought of I need to do XY or Z.
- 1:25:19Well, that's the decision or choice.
- 1:25:21It's like, well, I could retaliate or I could not, or I
- 1:25:24could learn from this and then not let the next experience or
- 1:25:28event trigger me into being met. It's like a horse.
- 1:25:32Each event that we go through, I look at it as a learning
- 1:25:35opportunity. Whenever I get a brand new horse
- 1:25:38that I'm training for someone and I've got to put the first
- 1:25:40ride on and then I got to take them out and then I got to
- 1:25:43expose them to events and they get they get off center, they
- 1:25:46get fear, they get scared. Well, then that's an opportunity
- 1:25:49for me to present to them to not be.
- 1:25:51And then you know, what triggered their emotion and
- 1:25:54motivated their thoughts to run, you know, whatever it is.
- 1:25:57Then I get an opportunity to create the horse that I want and
- 1:26:01character that I want to where the next event has little to no
- 1:26:04effect. The horse is aware of the trash
- 1:26:06truck, but I've already communicated to him that we can
- 1:26:08program and condition you, so to speak, into thinking
- 1:26:12unrestricted in the body response.
- 1:26:14No tension, the heart rate maintains, the breathing
- 1:26:17maintains and rhythm and vibrational frequency.
- 1:26:19And then we have a feedback loop to where outside influences have
- 1:26:22little to no. Creates a different reality.
- 1:26:26Yes, and that we can do that for ourselves away from the horse to
- 1:26:30manifest the the reality we want.
- 1:26:33So I came up with a new phrase, actually, you've heard it
- 1:26:37before, but I added something to it.
- 1:26:38So where attention goes, energy flows, but reality grows.
- 1:26:42That's the way it works. I like it.
- 1:26:44If we're focusing on what we don't want, we'll get it.
- 1:26:47If your horse is steering to the left and you're like don't go to
- 1:26:49the left, you're going to get going to the left.
- 1:26:51Don't. Be scared.
- 1:26:53If you say, but if you change your thoughts to your horses
- 1:26:56going to the left, I'd like to ask you to go to the right.
- 1:26:58You focused on what you wanted, not on what you didn't want.
- 1:27:01And you got what you want. And it and people that have
- 1:27:04horses get to see this so fast in cause and effect where they
- 1:27:07can do it away from the horse in real life.
- 1:27:09Like I don't want to focus on being poor.
- 1:27:13I focus on being wealthy, you know, and it's for health.
- 1:27:16I don't want to focus on being unhealthy.
- 1:27:19I don't want to focus on what I don't want to I want.
- 1:27:21To focus on what we shouldn't, we do a lot.
- 1:27:22We definitely focus on the on the negatives, on the things
- 1:27:25we're worried about or we don't want to come to pass and change.
- 1:27:29It's a distraction. It's a distraction when a horse,
- 1:27:32I'm asking him a question and he kicks out at me.
- 1:27:34This has been years, you know, I go to different places, but I
- 1:27:37would be aware of the horse kicking out of me.
- 1:27:39But I'm focusing on how well he's moving in the direction I
- 1:27:41asked him. And another person that's not at
- 1:27:44the level, they're like, oh, I would have gave up.
- 1:27:46I would have been scared. I would have stopped.
- 1:27:49You know, they're giving me their feedback of what they just
- 1:27:51saw happen. And I was like, yeah, but I
- 1:27:52don't focus on what I don't want.
- 1:27:54I focus on what I do want. And the stuff I don't want falls
- 1:27:56away. It's just that it's just that
- 1:27:57formula that works. Horses are the same way.
- 1:28:00They don't sit and dwell on what they don't want.
- 1:28:02They focus on what they do want. And then we can learn from that
- 1:28:05and harmonize with it, agree with it.
- 1:28:08And then that's that's just the way it works.
- 1:28:10I mean, I've kind of got into this habit of saying it's just
- 1:28:13that simple. I know you say that all the
- 1:28:15time. It's so simple.
- 1:28:16I'm like one word. It's simple, you know, when you
- 1:28:19walk, when you're like through that.
- 1:28:21But yeah, for some people it's like you're it's, you know,
- 1:28:25calculus. It's so simple, but it's like
- 1:28:27I'm still trying to figure out addition and subtraction down
- 1:28:30here. So yeah.
- 1:28:31But but yeah, lots of really cool possibilities.
- 1:28:35Yeah, I think that's a good note to wrap up on, mostly because I
- 1:28:38have to go get my kids really soon, but.
- 1:28:40OK, well, if anybody wants the information on that tropical
- 1:28:44island adventure clinic, yeah, I do.
- 1:28:45Apply for that. Where should they find it?
- 1:28:48Justin Justin Dunn horsemanship.com or American
- 1:28:53mustangschool.com and I set up a page in my website.
- 1:28:56It's Tropical Horsemanship Adventure Clinic gives
- 1:28:59information and then on this, if you're watching on this podcast,
- 1:29:03if you go to that page and you have questions, let me know.
- 1:29:06Shoot me an e-mail, be happy to answer.
- 1:29:08Yeah, sounds like it's going to be incredible. 3 days on an
- 1:29:11island with horses? That's pretty hard to.
- 1:29:15Beat well the caliber of people that are that are that are
- 1:29:18already coming to that and then are already there when you
- 1:29:20surround yourself with those type individuals, you start
- 1:29:22vibrating at their frequency and that's a beautiful thing.
- 1:29:25So it's like you want to start thinking in a way you're going
- 1:29:28to start attracting different people yeah you start thinking
- 1:29:32higher you're going to attract higher.
- 1:29:34You start thinking in a way for your horse.
- 1:29:36You're going to start tracking that for your horse because
- 1:29:37remember, you attract what you become that that's, that's you
- 1:29:41know, I've sat on, I've sat in meetings with high caliber
- 1:29:44people and I'm, I literally look inward and go, man, how did I
- 1:29:48get here with all you guys? I think that and then it's, it's
- 1:29:51comforting to know it's like, well, because I became this and
- 1:29:54it's, it's just that simple. It's true, whether we like it or
- 1:29:57not, we can learn about ourselves not just by how the
- 1:30:00horses react, but also by our surroundings and what we've
- 1:30:03created in our life. Definitely some clues for us to
- 1:30:06hone in on to figure out where maybe we can focus on to create
- 1:30:10the life that we really want. So yeah.
- 1:30:13Yeah, well, I hope you took good notes so we can have more
- 1:30:15podcasts and see, at least doing these are fun.
- 1:30:18Let's do it any well, almost anytime, like anytime between
- 1:30:22all the other things that we're doing.
- 1:30:23But yeah, it's always good to get together and chat about
- 1:30:26horses and all the lessons that they teach now and life, right?
- 1:30:30Because yeah, ultimately that's definitely, definitely the piece
- 1:30:34that they touch on is changing our lives.
- 1:30:36Man, I figured I gotta figure out.
- 1:30:38I gotta figure out the game of life.
- 1:30:39I figured that out and I might as well have horses to help me
- 1:30:42do it. It's pretty.
- 1:30:43Awesome. It's just, it's a win, win.
- 1:30:45It's like it just makes it all. There's a Mustang jump.
- 1:30:47There's something else. All right, well.
