A new recreational complex is set to rise on a vacant lot in Sussex County, Delaware, after a fire destroyed the old clubhouse in 2024. Sandie LLC’s proposal includes a swimming pool, indoor racquet sports courts, and over 50 new parking spots — approved with unanimous support from the planning commission, pending final approval in October 2026.
