  So Bob Pockras again says also revealed in court today, if

  for what they paid for them. OK.

  And apparently the judge was admonishing, warning both NASCAR

  and the teams for how hot it got.

  All kinds of crazy statements. Here's Bob Parker again.

  The judge also had some strong statements.

  Quote, if either party feels certain they're going to win,

  Also that there are real disputes of fact.

  So while they can file motions for summary judgement, this case

  will go to trial if no settlement.

  sport back to southern roots, the tiny sport of 1996.

  So this is what happens here when you have discovery in

  court, all of these text chains between 2311 racing between the

  teams, all of these text chains, all these emails from NASCAR,

  they're all coming out and there's some bad blood and it it

  sure seems like doesn't seem like it there is.

  been a fan of the sport forever. They want they want this sport

  to be healthy for the teams and even though they made a

  reasonable profit their company, they want the sport to continue
