- Sue: the things that's trickiest for me in navigating work communication in terms of professional correspondence between colleagues and particularly in a group setting, company meeting, designated focus group, whatever, is the fact that since I understand I probably will have clarity of what it is that is our reason for meeting sooner, earlier on in the discussion, even if I'm not the one that's called the meeting. You know, it's about this awareness of being so calm and serene in my own life that I can see further on the horizon in an infinite universal experience to have a better overview of what's going on. And so I have to adopt a strategy of we'll get there eventually. And that's not to implicate that everybody is slow or is not picking up on the concepts. It's about the understanding that not everybody has the same level of balance and clarity. And it also means for me that when those who want to be perceived as being quick study jump in to interrupt or to as they perceive me interrupting them because they launched off with a with a uh-huh as an interjection to say, I've got the floor, to realize that You know, that's my cue that even though they're in the wrong, I'm happy to yield the floor for the sake of balance. It's not worth getting upset on a imbalance of tradition or protocol. Grace and patience, forgiveness. Being absolutely non reactive, neutral, but all seeing, and understanding that everybody comes to the same conclusion. Eventually, but not all at the same pace, and that there's no point in me forcing it to come clearer sooner. So what happens is when a colleague will interject as if to take the floor, as if presenting themselves as if I'm interrupting them, that is a very quick projection. And those that are projecting towards me are temporarily being used as vessels to inject frustration or anger. Hey, you interrupted me. What are you gonna do about it? They don't realize that that's what's happening because again, we can't always be mindful when such controls get taken from us. Never mind the fact that when that person recognizes that they're out of control, they may not understand that it's not their energy. And they may fe feel even more indignant about the fact that they're righteous to do so. When in fact they were just being used. And so it's key when you're in the situation of seeing this for what it is, to be especially neutral and unreactive. stoic. Not for any other reason than to maintain balance so that everybody who needs to catch up with what the what they're seeing will do so peacefully. And then it comes down to as they're s sorting out their path to recei to get the to the same site that I'm seeing, then it goes back to those who need to catch up have to know how to ask the right questions. And once you see that one of your colleagues in the group is is asking constructive questions, then you know it's gonna be a quick resolution to everybody coming into an agreement with what they're seeing. And that's also your sign when somebody isn't asking the right questions that you have the option to either illuminate with adding more information that they didn't ask for, because they're on the wrong path, or letting it lie and sort itself out in good time. I generally prefer to do the latter because I d I really don't like interjecting into other people's energies just because I'm impatient. Not everybody is that relaxed about it. I get that. And then of course you see the pattern, because those around you who don't know how to ask qu great questions are always going to be in a situation where they have to follow up when they may not know how to follow up. When it's not our job to teach them how to follow up. But it is our job to be compassionate and helpful and stoic. Because when they are interjecting, like a little knife dagger coming into your world, well Chances are that blade hasn't been sharpened appropriately and it's ⁓ it's gonna hurt and you'll feel it. And you're gonna have a response that is a hurtful, injured response that might also be tinged with rage for, Hey, why did you do that? And by not responding to that dagger of incoming energy, you're restoring balance, which is to the greater good. It is difficult until you rest in the stance that you have had to fe feel so many times before that you know that they'll get there eventually, so just stand aside quietly with a gracious smile and give them lots of kindness. 'Cause after all, they're your king. There's no point in having disagreements amongst the group that is coming together for a united purpose, is there? And that's pretty much a determiner of how you will notice what energies are projections being broadcast through these vessels and which is genuine. Because in the end, in my world, there are never ceasing opportunities for energies to come in and set me off my block by instilling an undercurrent of unsettling, agitated vibes that may or may not have some anxiety energy attached to it. The idea that your ground is not solid beneath your feet, which you know it is because you feel it, but that someone is trying to offset it By using your team members to stick you with daggers and see what your reaction is. They don't know that they're y being used maliciously. So expressing the reaction that is likely of hey, what are you doing that for me for? It's no point. So if you let it, you can feel like you ⁓ you gotta bottle it up. Well, you know, you don't have to bottle up your vibe either. That's the other aspect about it. You see it for what it is and it just flows through you. Because here's the thing, I'm not gonna call somebody out. For giving the team wrong advice. Unless I know that we're all in cars and about to drive off a cliff. Letting them letting these things work themselves out is adding value to the team for them having the resources, as I do, to come to the same conclusion that I see much further earlier in the process than they are aware. That's okay. We got there eventually. But it still leaves me with the spiritual energetic residue of this anxiety and angst to be dealing with. And so when you find yourself in this situation, if you choose to follow my lead on the topic, it is then the practical application of doing something that it ⁓ motivates your creative energy to produce joy and happiness. You know, if you're out and about in the world on a daily basis and you go and buy your coffee or whatever it is during the course of events, it's that extra moment of connecting with the person who helped you. I'm not saying you get all chatty cathy with ⁓ it's just just simply a matter of mindfully acknowledging their existence. Those little acts of dharma over the course of the day have a bolstering effect. And all you had to do is just to remember to be patient and kind. Seems like a pretty simple lift as far as I'm concerned to help keeping your happy place settled and balanced. And after you do all that, if you're still feeling angst and anxiety, that might be the sign to forgive yourself. If you hadn't already forgiven yourself by this point, once you forgive yourself and enter in that headspace, that mind space of you being the universe and the universe is you and that we're all equal, well That forgiveness will release that angst. And then you really will have a return to your calm and peaceful stasis. And then once everybody on the team comes to that place, then obviously we all move forward together. In the context of these individuals, we still have individual lives, but we're working as a team. So not everybody is utilizing the tools in the same way to get to a s balanced place with everybody. But they will. But in the meantime, forgiving yourself Don't worry about forgiving anybody else. Just think about you. That will be the cure, the antidote to that angsty energy that's lurking around. Your colleagues don't have to understand that they're being used as vessels. What they do have to understand, like I do, is that it's possible in a moment's notice to be out of control momentarily, when we're mental blocked, distracted, just long enough for that lightning fast dagger energy to enter your spiritual realm and inflict a wound before Nanosecond later life goes back to what is true and good. And then there's the impact of that stab word spiritually. That's why forgiveness is the way to go. Cause we are all equal. By remaining positive, even when these energies are rolling about in the collective group of the team at work or wherever, you can stay in the center and balance and wait patiently with kindness for everybody to come to your view. Because your view isn't just your view. Your view is truth. Truth is truth. And as I say, some souls are younger and take longer to come to these because they don't have the same gifts that the first generation of souls do. They're unaware that they don't have these gifts. And that's not that's only ⁓ confirmation about patience required for everybody to reach that same place because they don't have the same tools as some of us. We're still equal. It's just different customizations. So if you find yourself in a group meeting where they all feel unbeknownst to them that they're targeting you, yeah, you're right. It's okay. They're just misinformed. And they're only misinformed because they're not seeing information as some of the others do. We'll get there eventually. Till then, thanks for sharing a bit of yourself energetically with me today. I appreciate you.
