An 18-year-old suspect is facing a second murder charge in the February shooting at South Carolina State University, where three young men were killed during what investigators believe was an attempted armed robbery. Surveillance footage shows the suspect with the victims before the incident, and he was seen leaving the scene shortly after the gunfire.
