- 1:36Hi folks, I'm MJI host the world of conscious positive thinking
- 1:42where we take old belief platums and we and we flip them into the
- 1:46most conscious positive ways that we can go to have balance,
- 1:50peace and harmony in our life. So what are you doing with those
- 1:54old belief patterns and the old belief systems that you really
- 1:57don't believe in anymore, but you're made told to do it?
- 2:01We're going to flip them right here on the world of conscious
- 2:03positive thinking, right here on our beautiful MB radio dot UN.
- 2:21Oh my God, it's a hot 1 today, Joel, you hear me?
- 2:24You hear me Joel, It's a hot 1 today.
- 2:30I feel like Fabian Air, it's a hot one.
- 2:33We have special guest today that is coming in from Miami where it
- 2:38is hot, hot, hot and she's even hotter.
- 2:41She gets her hands on you. That little Krabby Patty.
- 2:43She is something very special to my heart, to my soul.
- 2:49I account tribute my COVID recovery to her.
- 2:54What look at this was massage. It is more than that with this
- 2:59lady. So today is going to be a fun
- 3:03day for me because I just love my my guest today and I had to
- 3:08wait a month and a half just to have her off while you all
- 3:11listen up 'cause I love her. Anyhow, welcome to May when he's
- 3:17with the 19th. Wow, May's flying by and we have
- 3:22so much rain and our beautiful flowers up here in the north are
- 3:25out. Our grass is overgrowing with
- 3:27all the nitrate in our soils and things around the world are
- 3:33really getting tight. I cannot wait for beyond the
- 3:36headlines tonight. I'll be back at 7:00 with Terry
- 3:39and and H who's in the background.
- 3:42Everybody, I want you to give healing raise to our HR
- 3:45nightmare because he's been going through a throat nightmare
- 3:47all week. So we want to major energy for
- 3:51those as he says when I keep my in my mouth world's crazy day.
- 4:01Who knew who would have who would have thunk anyway.
- 4:04So welcome to the world of conscious positive thinking.
- 4:07I am MJ and behind my scenes is a beautiful Joel Hunt who is
- 4:13responsible for this beautiful station that we are on.
- 4:16MB Radio dot US where the veterans always get to have a
- 4:20voice. And.
- 4:21We get to have rehabilitation revocation on this program.
- 4:25So let's let's moving. How did everybody get through?
- 4:29Did you think that we promised? Did you think about the family
- 4:32feud from last week? Have we started to put stuff
- 4:35together now and started? To actually.
- 4:38Vibrate in a different way as this good energy of the full
- 4:43moon passes us, are we thinking more clear?
- 4:46Are we able to, you know, get it within our groove with all this
- 4:51exciting change around the world?
- 4:54Things are happening at a rapid speed and it's upsetting.
- 4:59Even the world in itself is cracking in half.
- 5:02But no stress. If you feel anxiety, if you feel
- 5:07like you are depressed or you feel like you're getting
- 5:09weighted down, what can I say? Massage is your friend, right?
- 5:15Massage is going to help alleviate a lot of these
- 5:19emotional baggage, and if you have a good massage therapist,
- 5:24he will pull that crap right out and she'll make you talk about
- 5:27it. So sometimes having alternative
- 5:30medicines into the formal settings is a big help.
- 5:34What do you think? I guess?
- 5:40I I'm speechless. So, H, have you ever had a
- 5:46massage? I mean a real 1, not one of
- 5:48those, you know, $5 Mickey Hollow massages.
- 5:51I'm not talking. That, yes, believe it or not,
- 5:56believe it or not, I, I, I had to do the whole massage thing
- 5:59when I went to Snowmass during a skiing thing and I'm just not
- 6:03very good at the massages because I can't really, I can't
- 6:07really relax. I'm like a lot of, I'm like a
- 6:10lot of army guys. I can't really, what the
- 6:14massages don't work well for me 'cause I, I and you know, I'm,
- 6:18I'm kind of like that person when you go down on the on the
- 6:21foot, you know, and massage and I get a little ticklish.
- 6:25OK, so this is the thing. I'm used to having like all
- 6:30kinds of situation. Who's that voice?
- 6:31Who's that voice yet? OK, she's not to be coming on
- 6:41yet. Anywho.
- 6:42Oh. Sorry.
- 6:44I got a new voice I wanted to address.
- 6:47That OK so I think Becca wants to come on So what we're going
- 6:54to do we're going to take a break we're going to have a big
- 6:56old interview awakening for her for interview of the week.
- 7:00Then Becca's going to be able to comment on her ticklish feet
- 7:03fetish that she. Oh no.
- 7:08Oh no. Let's go to the next so we can
- 7:10bring Becca on. We'll beat you right back.
- 7:21Well, that's already fun. I'm.
- 7:24Trying. I'm trying.
- 7:25I'm trying to get to it. Hold on.
- 11:17The station where our veterans voices are heard MBR talk.
- 11:19None. Hey, thanks.
- 11:47You saw me punch him. I know you did.
- 11:51Hello, quack. I'm telling you, this grammar's
- 11:54not right there. Could call me a quack.
- 11:56Now. I'm going to bring on a quack.
- 11:57She is truly. She has her bachelor's in
- 12:02psychology. She has her voice in massage
- 12:05therapy. So we're going to bring up Miss
- 12:09Rebecca Gutierrez. Hold on, folks.
- 12:12Here she come. The interview of the week is
- 12:17brought to you by Jersey Mike's A Sum above.
- 12:24Here we go. That's Joel.
- 12:29There he is. There's Joel in his beautiful
- 12:32weave. Good morning, Becca.
- 12:38How's Miami? Buenos Dias.
- 12:41How's everybody doing? That's about right from Miami.
- 12:44We're doing Buenos. So we are doing awesome.
- 12:51I love your excitement. So yes, Joel has a a toe fetish.
- 12:55What? Not massage.
- 12:57He can't he he can't lay still. I won't say toe fetish, I would
- 13:02just say I'm a little just a little ticklish, that's all.
- 13:09And I was trying to interrupt to address that.
- 13:15Well, it could be arbitrary. It could be anything, right?
- 13:19That's not allowing you and blocking you from getting out of
- 13:24your own way. And that's just something the
- 13:27root of you is saying. Wait a minute.
- 13:30Do I really want to make this change?
- 13:34You know, so a lot of people are up in their heads and when
- 13:38they're kind of like forced to be silent for a little while,
- 13:44they have all this stuff that comes up in their head, like the
- 13:46tabs in their head. You become aware that you have a
- 13:50lot of things that you haven't closed or shut down or
- 13:54processed. So that's what's actually
- 13:56happening sometimes with people that that's the anxiety they're
- 14:03feeling, is having to shut down all those tabs.
- 14:06So that's where I come in to facilitate and help them out
- 14:11with that. So that way they can perhaps
- 14:14even enjoy the process, right? Yeah, absolutely.
- 14:20There you go, Joe. Open up those roots, baby.
- 14:25Let go, let go, right? So I might walk someone through
- 14:29in the beginning of a session and say something like, we're
- 14:33going to, as these things come up that you're thinking about,
- 14:37you're going to pretend like symbolically that you have a
- 14:40basket next to you and you're going to throw the things in the
- 14:43basket. When you're done with the
- 14:44session today, you can always pick the basket of all those
- 14:48things back up. But right now we're going to
- 14:50focus on something and we're just going to focus on your
- 14:53breath. So it would be like already
- 14:56guiding, you know, the healing journey from there.
- 15:01Wow, right. Such a way perspective of how to
- 15:08get around people's calamities when they're on the table.
- 15:12So let's so we kind of jumped in.
- 15:15But Rebecca, where are you from? Who are you?
- 15:20Well, I guess you could say I'm from Miami, but that doesn't
- 15:25mean much, does it? Right.
- 15:26Like that doesn't give you like a good picture.
- 15:29But to give you a little background, I'm the daughter of
- 15:33immigrant parents that came from Cuba.
- 15:35So I'm first generation American.
- 15:38So that would be like a better description of my background a
- 15:41little bit to recognize my ancestors and my ancestry a
- 15:46little bit because Miami is really a fusion.
- 15:49So that's also very limiting because the individuals and the
- 15:55amount of people you come across with, especially here, is almost
- 16:00ridiculous. Like, so there's good and bad
- 16:04here, but that's one of the very cool things about here is that
- 16:07you get a lot of exposure to all kinds of like ethnic backgrounds
- 16:12and culture. Really, if you think of it that
- 16:15way. Growing up in Miami, you went
- 16:18you went through the school systems there, the high schools.
- 16:21Yeah. Well, I went to public schools
- 16:24until the high schools and then my parents were like, no, this
- 16:29is too gangster here. We're going to pull her out and,
- 16:33and put her into private school. And then I met like more, you
- 16:37know, crazier people there. But hey, you know what?
- 16:41I I guess my parents tried. They tried.
- 16:44They tried. Mama tried, right.
- 16:48Did you find your path then? When?
- 16:50I mean how how did you become from now going into a private?
- 16:55I think you you once said it was a Christian School or a Catholic
- 16:58school. It's a Catholic.
- 17:00It was a Yeah. It's still there.
- 17:02It's same, Brendan. Did you develop, like what path
- 17:13did you, you know, 11th and 12th grade, you get your, you get
- 17:16started to what path you wanted to go into.
- 17:20Was massage that path at first? No, I, I was already interested
- 17:26in a lot of things that other people my age weren't really
- 17:29interested in, I think. But yeah, I was already
- 17:35interested in my spirituality and I was looking already to do
- 17:39things with their more spiritual side.
- 17:42At the, at the at my school, they had retreats and they had
- 17:46kind of mentorship and stuff like that, but it was very a
- 17:50cliquey type of, you know, situation.
- 17:55So it's like, unless you were friends with people, it wasn't
- 17:58like, so I found it more on my own at that point.
- 18:03But it it continued after that, of course.
- 18:06But you did go, you went to college right after high school.
- 18:09Yeah, I did. I went and I went for a degree
- 18:13in psychology. And I suppose I was trying to
- 18:16understand myself and my life and the people around me, you
- 18:21know, Now I have a question for you.
- 18:24When people go into psychology, there is a rumor like even when
- 18:28I was in college and I had to take, you know, Psych one O 1
- 18:33and Psych 2O1, like we had to take those as electives.
- 18:36But when we were there, they were like, there are some of you
- 18:41who will continue the course of psychology due to just trying to
- 18:44help, like you just said, figure out yourself.
- 18:47Do you think that's a common brand for a lot of people who go
- 18:50into that field? Yeah, I think that's why I
- 18:53mentioned it, because I'm. I'm confirming that I believe
- 18:59that to be true based on some of the professors I had there.
- 19:06And you just never know about those professors anymore.
- 19:09Yeah. Right.
- 19:11Yeah, exactly. So you went into psychology so
- 19:16and you left college and then you got a job after I started
- 19:21working in social. Services.
- 19:24For the state and after the state, I started working with
- 19:30the University of Miami doing similar casework.
- 19:34For first it was people who were disadvantaged and needed
- 19:39assistance, government assistance, and then after that
- 19:42it was for children with special needs.
- 19:46Yeah. Wow.
- 19:48So what took you because I, I know that I, I had AI, had my
- 19:55own Catholic experiences to raise a vibration.
- 19:59And now you said that you went from there, but you were truly
- 20:03into the spiritual realm even in the schooling, right?
- 20:07So at that point, what happened after you got into working in
- 20:15the psychology field? Well, you know, I didn't realize
- 20:21how empathic I was and I started to, you know, just do you have
- 20:28to deal with my own dis ease? And that led me on a whole
- 20:33different path, like the stress of work and what I was absorbing
- 20:37at work and not really understanding.
- 20:40And I hadn't tapped back into my higher self yet.
- 20:45So I was like, what am I going to do now?
- 20:48So I kept looking for ways to help myself.
- 20:52And I quickly found out that I needed to go further than just
- 20:56what traditional medicine that I had been exposed to was going to
- 21:03do. Like if I have strep throat,
- 21:05like, like right now, what's going on?
- 21:08I, my, my mom would have taken me straight to my doctor and and
- 21:13dealt with that. And that's fine.
- 21:15But there was deeper issues and I didn't know how to access or
- 21:21heal them at that point. But that began, that started a
- 21:25journey. Yeah, that started a journey.
- 21:30Yeah. Just in my own developments of
- 21:33big pharma, how I had to go through my life.
- 21:36I can I can definitely understand that interpretation
- 21:40within the mindset. So did so you left the from when
- 21:47you left the psychology field and it was was it DCF or just is
- 21:52that what it was? Yeah, it it was DCF.
- 21:55Yeah. So and then University of Miami.
- 21:58Yeah, So you left. You left this to pursue.
- 22:02Did you? When you were there, were you
- 22:04go? Were you already pursuing Hioka?
- 22:07Were you already pursuing the spiritual of your shaman side?
- 22:10That's so funny. You asked When?
- 22:12When I met one of my, you know, first shaman mentors.
- 22:18I looked back at some photos from my high school time and
- 22:22joking around with my friends. I was dressed exactly in Heyoka
- 22:27garb, like, like joking around, gesturing, doing the same
- 22:32posturing that they do. And I showed it to her and she
- 22:36like nearly hit the floor, you know, so that, so it was very
- 22:46rooted. So without even awareness, it
- 22:50was very rooted. That's amazing.
- 22:52Correct. Correct.
- 22:53Wow. So let's talk.
- 22:55What is I? Ohio is a part of shamanism,
- 22:59native culture. Can you explain it a little bit
- 23:01more? It's a sacred clown, basically,
- 23:05And it's somebody who brings the juxtaposition to your face, like
- 23:11they're so contrary that it makes you question your own
- 23:15beliefs. So they'll laugh in the most
- 23:18inappropriate times, you know, they'll bring light to
- 23:23situations that other people don't find funny.
- 23:26You know, So it's, it's like the clown, like here to show you how
- 23:30ridiculous kind of like your beliefs are.
- 23:33So you're a twister. You're kind of like me, like a
- 23:35flipper. But you, I'll call you the
- 23:38twister. I'll call me the flipper.
- 23:39How about that? Yeah.
- 23:40They, they're said to ride into battle on a horse backwards with
- 23:46a broken sword, knowing that their faith is what's going to
- 23:49save them. Amen.
- 23:52Aho, aho. So the our focus is study really
- 23:57turnt is that is was there a a point that it really turnt where
- 24:01you Yeah, I I would say that my like meeting her was one of my
- 24:08teachers was a huge turning point walking bird Denise
- 24:13Cradle. She goes by many names, right?
- 24:18What's that? Is that the one who has passed
- 24:20now? Yeah, she passed.
- 24:22She she crossed over. Yeah.
- 24:25Yeah. Oh, she's here in faith.
- 24:26We all know that. Well, I feel like she's here
- 24:29right now. Yes.
- 24:30This morning when I was getting ready, she was there.
- 24:34Yeah, I can. There's definitely an energy and
- 24:37definitely an energy. So I'm like, I'll keep it
- 24:43straight. I promise.
- 24:45So you went from so now this, So how did like, where's that
- 24:50stepping? I'm trying to figure out where's
- 24:52that stepping stone where you just went all hands in into
- 24:56massage therapy, into aesthetics, into cultivating all
- 25:01the practices to be who you are today.
- 25:04How did that jump occur? It was pretty.
- 25:09I had a few experiences, quite a few, but I think there was one
- 25:15that really like cemented it and it was a dream that I had that
- 25:21was, you know, I really don't feel like it was a dream.
- 25:25It was more of an activation or more of a, let's get this, like
- 25:31I was, I was having a dream. And it was very obvious to me
- 25:35after that dream that I needed to just, I couldn't continue on
- 25:41my same path. I needed to go into being more
- 25:44hands on and more one-on-one with people and get out of what
- 25:49I was doing 'cause I was going to have a better, you know, joy
- 25:54of life if I was following my path.
- 25:57Yeah, yeah. I, I, I, I understand that.
- 26:01I I know there's some people who probably have never experienced
- 26:05awakening or, and that's a really hard thing to explain
- 26:10because I didn't know it at the time.
- 26:12You know, I didn't know it at the time, but I was meeting my
- 26:15spirit guide, some of them in the dream.
- 26:18Oh yeah. Yes.
- 26:20So that is that's amazing. So we have to take a break.
- 26:23So we are here on MB radio dot US.
- 26:26We are here with Reverend Rebecca Gutierrez, who is also
- 26:30her BAM in psychology. She also has her LMT amongst so
- 26:34many other spiritual certs. And so but anyway, we're right
- 26:39here on MB radio where the veterans always have a voice.
- 26:42We're going to go and we're going to play Jesse Muse with
- 26:46Because You Love and we'll be right back right after this.
- 31:17The station where our veterans voices are heard MBR talk.
- 31:21Hey, thanks. For tuning.
- 31:26In welcome are those of the speakers and do not necessarily
- 31:30reflect the views or positions of any entities they represent.
- 31:35The web at MB radio dot ah. Man, oh man, that song, every
- 31:41time I hear it, Thank you, Terry.
- 31:45I I forgot to be the Blue Mountain people, but Blue
- 31:49Mountain people, I promise when I come back, I will go ahead on
- 31:52your time frame and I will I will highlight you as well.
- 31:55But those words, it's more of for me, those those lyrics just
- 32:01inspired by love and it it takes love in order to heal ourselves,
- 32:06loving ourselves. So that song means the world to
- 32:09me in and my reverend ship and of my spirituality.
- 32:14That is amazing. So we're here with Miss Reverend
- 32:18Becca Gutierrez. And so we were talking about how
- 32:22she was switching now over. So we went through and she's
- 32:26she's now into the Hayoka. She is cultivating her own
- 32:31divine ordinance and her levels of energy escalating to higher
- 32:38visions. So where did the massage now?
- 32:40How did the massage like when, when did that come into play?
- 32:47That also when I was in high school, I got a book from a
- 32:52neighbor that had like a library of books.
- 32:56And I feel like I read that book in one day and you know it.
- 33:00It went back to the origins of massage and it had the
- 33:03hieroglyphs in Egypt and it depicted people working on each
- 33:08other. And I didn't know it at the
- 33:10time, but that was part of the inheritance and lineage and
- 33:15information that was coming through for me.
- 33:19But yeah, it was absorbed by it. And I went and I found something
- 33:23at the Community College and I made all my friends and I made
- 33:27my brother one of two of my friends at the time and from
- 33:35high school, and someone else like all took the class along
- 33:39with me when I was in high school.
- 33:41Wow. And it was it was something that
- 33:43I was meant to do. Huh.
- 33:46So you never had a fetish touching people like I I don't
- 33:50know, sometimes I have a little fetish with that.
- 33:54Well, I think that whatever situation that I was being
- 34:03forced to look at within myself, I just had that gift within me
- 34:10somehow, and it needed an expression or an outlet.
- 34:14Yeah. Right.
- 34:16That yeah. OK, so when did so I need to I
- 34:21I'm trying to figure out when were you hands on?
- 34:27All. Instead of doing psychology, but
- 34:31you use psychology practices. It's it's amazing folks out
- 34:36there. I'm just going to give you a
- 34:37little realm of Miss Becca, how I see her, and then she can
- 34:41break it down when I have an appointment.
- 34:43The first time I ever saw Becca, it was in my holistical shop
- 34:48down in Miami. And this lady walks in and I
- 34:52just was like, in all of her energy.
- 34:55I just like, it's one of those beacons of light of people where
- 34:59you don't know them, but you just want to hold on and squeeze
- 35:02them. And that's how I felt about
- 35:04Becca. And then she was offering me to
- 35:09experience basically her practice of how she ornates
- 35:15essential oils and her beautiful aromas that she she does with
- 35:20the incense or the sticks. And then she incorporates sounds
- 35:25and drummings and she incorporates those into basic
- 35:27massage. And she feels that anything is
- 35:29there. The only thing I don't like is
- 35:31cupping. And it's not her.
- 35:32I just don't like cupping. I've tried it.
- 35:33I don't like it. So we don't do it in my and when
- 35:36I go to see Beckham when I was there as a healer, the best
- 35:40phrase I could have ever used was heal the healer.
- 35:43Because the energy I get absorbed doing Reiki spiritual
- 35:48surgeries and and Reiki's on other peoples and pulling a
- 35:51rewire from them. That energy sometimes lingers
- 35:56and sometimes the weight of that energy gets trapped within my
- 36:03body before I can use my elimination centers to open.
- 36:06So I remember coming out of our Fo Shirin Yaku room was like, I
- 36:15think it was like up like this and miss Diana, another
- 36:19beautiful master of mine. She happened to be sitting right
- 36:23outside the door and I come out and I'm like, I don't know what
- 36:27for damn journey. I was just on I go.
- 36:30But that rocket ship took me all the way out to freaking Mars and
- 36:34back. And I was like, you need to go
- 36:37in there. I go, I go, just go in, let's go
- 36:38in there. And I'm like and experience
- 36:41these magic hands. It is just an incredible
- 36:46feeling. Now I have to also say that I
- 36:48am, I, I, I'm going to admit it. I'm a massager and I've always
- 36:52been being athletic. I always had massages.
- 36:56I always, I think you're a massage snob.
- 37:00Hey, I'm not. Oh, hi, Tony.
- 37:03Good morning. Oh, my gosh.
- 37:04Hey, Good morning, Zia. Good morning, everybody.
- 37:07So, yeah, so I'm, I'm not, I'm not going to say a snob, but I
- 37:13haven't had massages throughout the world.
- 37:15It's because I traveled so much. And so I got to be able to stop
- 37:19that myth, Reverend, but I got to be able to experience and
- 37:25because I my body demanded every week I had a massage, I would no
- 37:31matter where I was, I would find somebody to push that energy out
- 37:35because that's what I needed. So me moving up here, you have
- 37:39no idea how many times I have had to try to kidnap my friend.
- 37:43Nice. I'll say you can arrest me if
- 37:45she ever I'm coming. Hold the horses.
- 37:49Well, I know you're coming in July and trust me, Ozzy and I
- 37:53are so excited because he's crying.
- 37:55He has his energy and his backs are are it's it's a little a
- 38:00mess. But anyway, I it was the jury.
- 38:06It's almost like she got into my head and I was like taking me
- 38:12somewhere. Talk about psychology.
- 38:15She got me to a point now to help me relax, I indulge in my
- 38:19own way of relaxing my own body. So as far as Becca's concerned,
- 38:26if people, it's OK for her, if you need to have that practice
- 38:30to relax the body. Because when you do relax on a
- 38:34table, have you ever had the masseuse when you're up and they
- 38:37don't finish because they're watching that damn clock and
- 38:40they know there's energy trapped?
- 38:43She's not that's not Becca, that's Becca will not she's like
- 38:47I'm we're going to get this out one way or another.
- 38:49So if you relax, it comes out that much easier.
- 38:52It comes out that much better so that she can manipulate.
- 38:57That's how I felt like she was manipulating the energy to do
- 39:00what she wanted it to do, which meant get out, get not only get
- 39:03out, you get the hell out. And right after that hit COVID.
- 39:10Now, if everybody knows me, I, it was, I'm not going to claim
- 39:14it anymore. Auto and neuroimmune.
- 39:17That's where we really connected during that time.
- 39:21Yeah. And Becca, God love this woman.
- 39:25She didn't care. She's like, what a warrior she
- 39:28should be. She should.
- 39:29She's probably a knight Templar or a shaman warrior somehow,
- 39:32somewhere. Because it didn't to her that
- 39:37COVID. It's all right.
- 39:39It was all right. She was, she told me get, get
- 39:43through as long as you can. And almost Becca, I think it was
- 39:46like almost every day you worked on me.
- 39:48It it just seemed like every time I open up my eyes, there
- 39:52was Becca trying to push this energy out and doing every I
- 39:58mean, she she dropped off baths. I mean, she's a crab.
- 40:01She her horror sign is a crab and she loves her water.
- 40:04So she babes all the time, and she brought me this.
- 40:08Beautiful and bags and she lined all these bags up for me to
- 40:12bathe in them. Now the tricky part was I didn't
- 40:15have a tub in my house. So So what I had to do?
- 40:20You could lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink.
- 40:25I couldn't walk. I was completely from my chest
- 40:27down, just the the virus overtook my, my central nervous
- 40:31system and my brain and from my chest down, I was just stuck.
- 40:36So I decided I was going to use like, because I didn't have a
- 40:39tub, I was going to use her, her concoction.
- 40:46Well, alchemy, alchemy to paste it.
- 40:52And I started pasting it on my lymphatic areas because I didn't
- 40:57have a tub. So I figured if I could paste it
- 40:59on my lymphatic areas that it would sink in and it would
- 41:02absorb quicker. And man, I, I, I felt so good
- 41:08when she, when I would do this. So, Becca, I took a lot of time
- 41:12there, but I wanted everybody to explain how detrimental it was
- 41:17without you. Like, I don't think I could have
- 41:20healed as quick as I did. And for that matter, now I want
- 41:25you to explain why it was so different.
- 41:30Well, you know, 'cause every person is unique.
- 41:34And with your history and your medical history and everything
- 41:39from the military, there was a lot of, you know, you know what
- 41:45I mean? So when so, right.
- 41:48So when there's a lot of that, it could mean a lot of different
- 41:52things. But it was not your average case
- 41:55at all. Or, you know, still isn't right.
- 42:01So I think, yeah. I think because of, you know,
- 42:05what you were dealing with and what you had already healed from
- 42:08and it re triggered so you know. So there was a.
- 42:12There was. Compounded issues, right?
- 42:14Yeah, yeah. Now there was a lot of triggers,
- 42:17but even the when I was healthy at, at the store, it was a wow
- 42:24It it truly was a revelation. And what I noticed about Becca
- 42:30is like, you can make it a massage appointment and you go
- 42:33in, you strip down, you get on the bed and then you have a
- 42:35massage. You barely some people barely
- 42:36talk to their their therapist, but Becca, no Becca, like I
- 42:42really believe Becca. You use that psychology to to
- 42:46pinpoint like what's going on. And she always takes that first
- 42:51half hour, 45 minutes like a counselor.
- 42:54How's it going? And that's all she says.
- 42:56And because of her comfort, her Hyoga ripping.
- 43:00You're like, whoa. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 43:02It's like a duck's ass. Put that on the thing there,
- 43:05Joel. That duck.
- 43:10Well, I'll I'll often get like. OK, even when I'm having a
- 43:13quiet, you know, like, the sessions itself are usually
- 43:17quiet. But when people are suddenly
- 43:22kind of like, being exposed to themselves, you know what I
- 43:25mean? Like the stuff that they're
- 43:27revealing is new to them. Like, oh, I didn't know this was
- 43:30here. Oh, I didn't know this.
- 43:33You know, it's like it's going on in your body, right?
- 43:36But you don't even know what's going on.
- 43:38And then sometimes when all it takes is for someone to kind of
- 43:41like, highlight it for you. And that's sometimes what the
- 43:44touch will do, especially with a skilled therapist that could
- 43:48lead you to where you're having these little noddies, little
- 43:52energy knots in your body, you know?
- 43:55Yeah. Yeah.
- 43:57So are you intuitively guided to them?
- 44:01Do you feel them when, like if, when you're on the, the table,
- 44:05you can feel those knots? Or are you intuitively, because
- 44:09I know that what's, there's a butterfly going around, by the
- 44:12way. But I, I wanted to say, yeah, I,
- 44:16it, this is interesting, right? Because people have wanted me to
- 44:21explain, right? So maybe I could use an analogy
- 44:25that will help, since you're a fisherwoman, right?
- 44:29OK, So that question, right? Like when you're going to go
- 44:32catch fish, right? How do you know where they are?
- 44:36How do you know how? To do it you.
- 44:38Know and then right when you have a fish, because I use the
- 44:43gods everything you, you, I call it Calypso, right?
- 44:48You use all of your knowledge and history and intuition, and
- 44:53that's what I do. And then when I actually feel
- 44:57it, it's like I've caught a fish on the line and I know.
- 45:02And then based on how it feels, I know if it's a Marlin, I know
- 45:06if it's a whale, I know what's going on in there.
- 45:10And then I try to, I start the fight, you know, and you don't
- 45:14even know that it's a fight, but I'm in there with you, you know?
- 45:18No, I feel you trying to pull it out, right.
- 45:20So it's like like a tension on the line that I feel and I'm
- 45:24like, OK, let's get. I'm going to yank it whether you
- 45:29like it or not. I'm yanking, right?
- 45:32You don't like being? Friends who have.
- 45:35You they're like Becca, stop with the toes and you're like,
- 45:38but that's where it's happening. I got I bet you anything.
- 45:43Joel has. Some toes, Joel.
- 45:46What's with? Those toes, man.
- 45:51Hey, hey, don't make fun of my toes.
- 45:56I'm trying to sell them. On the on the on the Internet
- 45:59feed picture trying to make that money.
- 46:01Yo, I thought about that. We need to put.
- 46:04Like a live camera. He's got special toes,
- 46:10obviously. We can we.
- 46:13Can all get. Rich, you know, from Joel's
- 46:15toes. I don't know, maybe I should
- 46:22take Becca out when? I go to Denver so she can see
- 46:24Joel's toes. Oh oh, Styles happens on a
- 46:34laugh. There's some serious root issues
- 46:36going on there. Yeah, he's a little.
- 46:40Tap dancer. And he's his toes worked on, I
- 46:43don't. Believe, I bet he.
- 46:46Just put a Tutu on him man. I bet it was.
- 46:51I wore a Tutu a high school. Drama player.
- 46:54Oh, see. Yeah, so.
- 46:56I know exactly what a. Tutu is right, he probably had
- 47:00tap our toe. Shoes on top.
- 47:03You know. He's going to surprise us in
- 47:06Vegas one day. I think I had combat.
- 47:09Boots on Actually it was a combat boots New Orleans New
- 47:15Orleans magics jersey and. And a.
- 47:19Tutu, we were doing the play fame and yeah, I, I, I couldn't
- 47:25do the jump, ballet jump. So they told me just try it.
- 47:29And they made a comedy scene out of it.
- 47:31A man of many talents. He is.
- 47:34He's like the Hayoka man. It makes it a joke.
- 47:40There's a lot. Of clowns in my tribe.
- 47:42I tell you, it's your people's garden.
- 47:45There I gave a. Shout out to Eva for People's
- 47:48Garden. So.
- 47:49All right, so why are the toes so complicated on everybody?
- 47:56Is it the roots? Yes, like in.
- 48:00In. Chinese medicine and reflexology
- 48:03in a lot of different branches that you.
- 48:08Look at. You see that all of your organs,
- 48:12your whole body is like a microcosm in your feet, your
- 48:15hands and your ears of your entire body.
- 48:18So the you can access the entire body through the feet, the hands
- 48:23and the ears. So let's get into at what time
- 48:27is it? Do I take a break?
- 48:29What time is it, Joel? Do I have to take a break here?
- 48:31Because if I don't, I want what I want to talk about is how that
- 48:35in for people who have, yeah, take a break, you can probably
- 48:40get away. With going to the top of the
- 48:42hour and then we'll take a break, OK, so.
- 48:48When people. Have PTSD backs.
- 48:50Since you have the psychology side or they have TB is or they
- 48:54have eventful traumas right? Where does I was?
- 49:00Always in in my. Practice.
- 49:02I see the chakra when I'm on, when they're on the my table, I
- 49:07can see their chakra light up to the trauma or to the event or to
- 49:11whatever I need to work on. How do you how do you help
- 49:16release that type of event energy that's trapped within
- 49:24somebody who has one of those events during massage?
- 49:30I'm, I'm having a little bit of static.
- 49:34What was that? I'm sorry.
- 49:36Oh, so you know what I tell you what?
- 49:37Let's. Go on break.
- 49:38We're going to recycle. Both of us are going to refresh
- 49:42and then we'll we'll reconvene this.
- 49:45So whatever you do, everybody stay with us.
- 49:47Don't go away. You're listening to the world of
- 49:50conscious positive thinking with MJ, with special guest Rebecca
- 49:54right here on the station as leather veterans be heard.
- 49:57You're listening to MBO. station where our veterans
- 53:10voices. Are heard MBR talk?
- 53:12Hey, thanks. For tuning in, welcome are those
- 53:18of the speakers. And do not necessarily reflect
- 53:22the views or positions of any entities they represent the web
- 53:26at NB radio dot. Well, she.
- 53:30Went right to. The light, Joel, she's.
- 53:34Gone. She's gone to the light.
- 53:38Was. I was wondering what was?
- 53:40Going on. Sorry about that MJ.
- 53:43When she when she comes back on, we'll get her up.
- 53:47But, you know, I think she's having some Internet troubles.
- 53:51It's plausible. It is very.
- 53:53Plausible Miami, when I lived down there, it was always a a
- 53:57different issue with internets. And it doesn't matter if you
- 54:01have Verizon or AT&T, it just gets so loaded with, especially
- 54:05right now. I mean, think about what's
- 54:07happening. There are so many graduations,
- 54:09so many people in Miami are celebrating and there's a lot of
- 54:13colleges. So this time of the year, the
- 54:15phones do get staticy down there.
- 54:17So she'll come back. She'll come back.
- 54:19So what do you think? Can we tickle your toes, Joe?
- 54:22Can we? No, but.
- 54:24Hey, thanks for asking. Let's hear me out.
- 54:27Let's let's say we did and we just don't.
- 54:32I mean, I think that works really good.
- 54:34Here's your back and there we go.
- 54:37My phone. My phone overheated.
- 54:39Over here in the heat, I'm going to have to change locations.
- 54:43Oh, that could be. Yeah.
- 54:45Yeah. My phone, it turned off.
- 54:47I had to get a pack of ice popsicles to turn the phone off.
- 54:51Get the Fabio machine on here, Becca.
- 54:53How's this with your hair? Is it that hot?
- 54:55Becca? Is it that hot?
- 54:57I was sitting outside. You know, I thought we had
- 55:00enough time to for shade, but I guess not.
- 55:06So that now the phone's on top of a pack of icicle popsicles.
- 55:16Well, I just love the freezing pop.
- 55:18So, all right, thank you. We, we're gonna cool off in
- 55:22here. You know, we're gonna cool.
- 55:27We're gonna cool off a little. Bit I got too.
- 55:28Hot. I got too hot.
- 55:31Miami, after all. Well, you know Becca can.
- 55:35You show some of. The tools that you love to use,
- 55:37or is that too much? Oh yeah, I can show you some
- 55:40stuff since you're there. Yeah, tools.
- 55:44Oh, tools you'll. Like it this?
- 55:46One up to beat you over the ass, no.
- 55:52Oh, that's a rain stick. My rain.
- 55:53Stick that one's like I love to end sessions with it.
- 55:57OK, all right, OK, I I. Totally looked at it wrong when
- 56:01you said tools I was thinking like 50 Shades of grey kind of
- 56:04tools but oh boy this is understandable.
- 56:07OK I I get it now. That's for you.
- 56:17This is one that I did with an ancient.
- 56:19Board that I made this rattle. Nice.
- 56:22You built that Yes very nice. I found my turtle rattle I got
- 56:27from the Canadian Indian. I was so here's another rattle.
- 56:33Oh, I love the rattles. Oh, a lot of sound.
- 56:38Tell us about the sound you're showing.
- 56:39Us a lot of sound things yes, sound therapeutic it.
- 56:45I guess it's it's so many. Different things but it can
- 56:48shake up energies off you. I made this drum on 11/11/11
- 56:53with Denise who I was talking to you about.
- 56:56Yes, beautiful. Tap that I want to hear.
- 56:59It let me grab it let me let me grab my oh wait.
- 57:05Can you guys see? Me still.
- 57:06Yeah, OK. I think I did something funny.
- 57:10I see the top of your head. There you go.
- 57:13Let's see. I'm trying to make it happen for
- 57:15you. Nice.
- 57:19And that's real. Skin how you stretched it?
- 57:22This is alkyd nice. It it takes quite a a bit of
- 57:26work to get stretched that out nice back you wet the highs and
- 57:31we had soaked them in crystals and did ceremony to bring it up
- 57:34bring it to life. Wow.
- 57:36How long did it take you to make that?
- 57:38It was kind of all hours in the. Wee hours of the.
- 57:42Night pooling, but you have to soak it for many hours first.
- 57:46Yeah, yeah. So they say that drumming is
- 57:51helps balance the rhythmia of the heart.
- 57:54Is that, is that what you use it with?
- 57:56Are you also like your brain, the both sides of your brain, It
- 58:01will help, you know, just scientifically lull it to sleep.
- 58:05Like when you cradle a baby and you rock them to sleep.
- 58:08It kind of rocks the two hemispheres of your brain into a
- 58:13alpha state frequency. Nice.
- 58:18Nice. So like I said, you incorporate
- 58:21so much. So I was going to say people if
- 58:23you and yeah, here's the other thing, Becca and I I know how
- 58:27you feel, which is the more that as a hero, the more that we can
- 58:32give, the more abundance comes back.
- 58:34Is that why you don't watch the clock?
- 58:37Like when I Ozzy jokes, he's like I said, I go to beckons for
- 58:39a massage. He goes 4 hour tour.
- 58:43I go. That's not.
- 58:44Fair, it takes me 1/2 hour just to get.
- 58:45There. Like I do what I can.
- 58:49But often times, like people are just coming in with so much that
- 58:54they need so much. But I'm trying to break it down
- 58:58into like workable increments, like when you're trying to pay
- 59:02off a huge loan like. Like if you don't make some big
- 59:07club. Sums you're never going to pay
- 59:09that loan off, you know, like. You know, so I'm trying to give
- 59:14you. The.
- 59:15The energetic uplift enough to leave you on your own devices
- 59:21for a while, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 59:24So it how much do when you recommend like you just you just
- 59:28made that you have so much that you just started or you came in
- 59:32with how how does your recommendations how frequently
- 59:37you go like I told, I chose a recommendation.
- 59:40Because of how much I was dealing with.
- 59:41People's energy, I needed that once a week type of thing.
- 59:45So for you, what was a, what's a a recommendation on on just an
- 59:50average person, an average person, a monthly session would
- 59:56be great to for maintenance, but you know.
- 59:59You may not even. Need that much if you're ready
- 1:00:02like really doing a lot of healthy habits to take care of
- 1:00:05yourself you know you have the support system that you need and
- 1:00:10you're actually doing what you. What's helping you already?
- 1:00:14Yeah, yeah, you can extend the. Time further.
- 1:00:16Out, but it's enjoyable as well. So it's not like something like,
- 1:00:21oh, I have to go do my session. You feel so much better.
- 1:00:25You know what I mean? Oh, I love it.
- 1:00:27I I don't know. How often do you want to feel
- 1:00:29better? Well, every day of my life
- 1:00:32exactly, you know. But the thing of it is, is I
- 1:00:36could cut like I. Like we were talking about when
- 1:00:38the first time I had COVID and it was such a scaring thing.
- 1:00:42Every time you came, it was a different, you worked a
- 1:00:45different area, you pulled a different area.
- 1:00:48So it was like people often said you can't cure a virus with
- 1:00:55massage. I said I don't know if I'm
- 1:00:57curing a virus as much as I'm exposing the virus.
- 1:01:02Now how do you feel about that comment?
- 1:01:05I would happen to agree. Because there's.
- 1:01:07So many layers. We arbitrarily call disease
- 1:01:10different names, but it's all the same.
- 1:01:14You know, energy at the end, like it has the same root.
- 1:01:18Like it's not. It's something dense that you
- 1:01:21want to elevate and you want to get out of your body so that
- 1:01:24you're not dealing with that life lesson or that energy.
- 1:01:28Unprocessed emotional baggage. Yeah.
- 1:01:33Yeah. So let's let's go back to the
- 1:01:36PTSD guys then, because these are ones that I love to, to help
- 1:01:41assist in their healing journey. So massage for somebody with
- 1:01:45PTSD and I, I know how you get into the head.
- 1:01:49I mean, just because I understand energy and frequency
- 1:01:52value and how you, I don't want to use the word manipulate.
- 1:01:55I want to use the word assist to heal in replicaosity or flipping
- 1:01:59patterns. And that is such a beautiful
- 1:02:02divine gift that I don't think a lot of people have.
- 1:02:05And with that energy. Can you?
- 1:02:10Assist with those types of energies for them where they get
- 1:02:15stuck. Yeah, as a matter of fact,
- 1:02:18through my own, you know, I also have that label of post
- 1:02:24traumatic stress disorder. So as a matter of fact, that's.
- 1:02:29Why I had to use the same principles, everything that I
- 1:02:35use with you guys on myself. That's why I know and my own
- 1:02:40Frankenstein. Well, you're a beautiful.
- 1:02:43Frank, thank. Thank.
- 1:02:44You for. My favorite Abby Frankenstein.
- 1:02:51Yeah. So I know it works because I've
- 1:02:53done it right. So that's that's why I'm like
- 1:02:55trying to give the floor plan as a.
- 1:02:59Matter of fact. You know, for years I've been
- 1:03:03wanting to work with veterans because it's the same.
- 1:03:07It's the same pattern, right? Yeah, it is.
- 1:03:11Well, I did a show about frequencies of why the they take
- 1:03:19the young, the the 18 to the 25 because it gives them courage,
- 1:03:23angry and pride. And that is that is the
- 1:03:27aesthetic of the frontal lobe during those times.
- 1:03:30And I go so you can see why you have the courage, you have your
- 1:03:34pride for your country, but you also have the anger.
- 1:03:37So how do we release and and therapies with that anger?
- 1:03:41Is that something you talked prior?
- 1:03:43To? What happens if somebody within
- 1:03:46a session? I know that when I used to hold
- 1:03:48my Reiki PTSD circles for my vets like if somebody got
- 1:03:52enraged and read we were there to help comfort support but I
- 1:03:57had a mess of people to help protect because sometimes it can
- 1:04:01get. High energy.
- 1:04:07And they don't even realize it because they saw red.
- 1:04:10So how, how do you work with that Becca?
- 1:04:13How? Give us some examples,
- 1:04:16especially as a healer, I would love to hear how maybe I can
- 1:04:21utilize different skills in order so that when I am pushing
- 1:04:25and I'm trying to do what I do, maybe there's something you can
- 1:04:30assist and tell me. You might want to try this as a
- 1:04:32psychologist. Well, one.
- 1:04:36One of. The tools that I try.
- 1:04:37To teach like. Everybody across the board, if
- 1:04:40anyone wants to start working with it is their breath.
- 1:04:44So starting them on some kind of consciousness about their breath
- 1:04:49or what is that breath work? Why do we do that?
- 1:04:53How is that going to help you? It's free, you know what I mean?
- 1:04:57So, and we have to do it anyway. So it's just something that
- 1:05:02helps you tune in so that when the situation does arise, it's
- 1:05:07like you've already, you've already like laid down the
- 1:05:11foundation so you can find your, your ground again.
- 1:05:16Like when, when you do fly off and you do experience a trigger,
- 1:05:21Right, right, right. So we need to give people tools
- 1:05:25when they have a trigger and not just when they have a trigger,
- 1:05:28but to use it all the time. So that way they're triggered
- 1:05:33less often. So is there different like I
- 1:05:36know, I know that every shocker has a different breath pattern.
- 1:05:40Is there one particular breath pattern work for them?
- 1:05:44Or is it just a very general, you know, breathe in through
- 1:05:47your nose and exhale as much as you can through your mouth.
- 1:05:50Is there counts? Is there, I think if there if
- 1:05:52anyone has willingness, then the type that's suited for them will
- 1:05:58come. But I do try to teach people.
- 1:06:01Noddy showed on a alternate nostril breath breathing because
- 1:06:06that helps to clear everything out.
- 1:06:09Can you can you give us an example in case somebody doesn't
- 1:06:12understand what that is right. It looks funny and I know, but
- 1:06:16it's you should have seen Kimmy. She did a whole show.
- 1:06:19On breath work on different things like for different
- 1:06:22ailments and she did the tiger. So basically you would close 11.
- 1:06:29Side and you would. Do it with a.
- 1:06:32Mudra, So you'll learn that it's like a hand position, hand
- 1:06:36gesture. So that's not even really
- 1:06:38important. The important thing is you, you
- 1:06:41have to follow a certain pattern.
- 1:06:42So your brain really shuts down because you're having to follow
- 1:06:46instructions. So you're not really, if you are
- 1:06:50thinking about other things, you'll soon realize and then
- 1:06:53you'll have to keep going and following the pattern.
- 1:06:56So you will close one side and you breathe and you imagine that
- 1:07:00the breath shoots up down the whole spinal column and travels
- 1:07:05to clear that area. And then you'll switch to the
- 1:07:08other side and release all of that energy that was stuck
- 1:07:13there. You understand.
- 1:07:15So then, you know, you would breathe back in and do the same
- 1:07:18thing on that side. So it would be like a switching
- 1:07:21that you do in between the inhale and exhale on one side
- 1:07:26and switch over. We can send videos to anyone
- 1:07:30who's interested in learning that because there's Youtubes on
- 1:07:33that. A lot of yogi's practice with
- 1:07:36this 'cause this is a controlled breath technique is what it
- 1:07:41means. Yeah.
- 1:07:42So breathing ultimately, like I know that when I get hurt, I I
- 1:07:46start breathing, I start breathing into the pain.
- 1:07:48I start breathing into it helps increase dopamine levels when we
- 1:07:54do breath work because it takes care of those pain.
- 1:07:58It helps remove those pains. Hence Lamaze class, they're
- 1:08:02they're talking your breath work and a lot of people who I know
- 1:08:07there's a lot of people who Pooh poohed Lamaze, but it is truly
- 1:08:11about your breath. How you breathe is going to be
- 1:08:15how much incredible pain can be dismissed.
- 1:08:20It's really an anchor for your brain.
- 1:08:22So anything that you can breathe through and get through, you can
- 1:08:26transmute it. So it's a practice.
- 1:08:30It is a practice. So when you have people on
- 1:08:33massage and you know that there's trauma or there's
- 1:08:35massive energy, do you ask them to do breath work?
- 1:08:39I do, I, I suggest it and I see how receptive people are
- 1:08:43because, you know, there's some people who don't even want to
- 1:08:46talk about anything and that that's also fine, you know, but
- 1:08:50if they want to go deeper and pick my brain, that's an
- 1:08:53opportunity for them. I feel now, what do you, and
- 1:08:58I've never heard of this before, but when I was talking with a
- 1:09:02different, a person for the last week, they were saying how, you
- 1:09:06know, they find massages very painful.
- 1:09:09So they, you know, they know that their body needs it.
- 1:09:12So they'll take a Tylenol before they go.
- 1:09:14And I, and I started laughing. I go, Oh my God, that would be
- 1:09:17something I do with my braces. Every time they tighten my
- 1:09:19braces, I would take a Tylenol prior and a Tylenol after I go,
- 1:09:23but I, because as you say, I'm a snob.
- 1:09:30I kind of went. That.
- 1:09:32That's your I go if you're in that much pain I go that means
- 1:09:36that energy didn't come out or that means that that's a strong
- 1:09:39like energy within that muscle is that right Becca?
- 1:09:42Did I tell him right yeah, I think you did yeah.
- 1:09:47Hopefully like you'll be able to communicate with the therapist
- 1:09:51and their receptive so that they can work with you.
- 1:09:55And even if something's uncomfortable, it's something
- 1:09:58that can be gotten through so that you can release this
- 1:10:01tension. Cause a lot of people you touch,
- 1:10:03they're like a brick because they have so much built up that
- 1:10:09their muscles are. So tense.
- 1:10:10Like a horse, you know, is that mainly with the stress or
- 1:10:14anxieties that you see those people more like that or there's
- 1:10:18also some genetic components too that some people like.
- 1:10:22Some, you know, people are just built very like an ox, you know,
- 1:10:26they're just very high tone muscle.
- 1:10:29But in either case, no matter where it stems from, once that's
- 1:10:32released, it feels so much better.
- 1:10:35Yeah, right. Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:10:38I I agree with that. Well, so basically guys out
- 1:10:42there, ladies too, PTSD, as she said, if you besides, I always
- 1:10:48teach them find find your list. You know of diversion triggers
- 1:10:53as as soon as you start to feel that that red or that anxiety or
- 1:10:57that emotion, start changing the subject, change the the
- 1:11:00parameter. But Becca's also letting you
- 1:11:02know there is start breathing. Not only changing start
- 1:11:06breathing. Start that pattern immediately
- 1:11:08that she just showed you because that'll help diffuse that
- 1:11:12energy. Is that right?
- 1:11:14Yeah, There's even more simple breaths than that one that you
- 1:11:17can start with, like box breaths.
- 1:11:19There's so many things that are, but the point would be just to
- 1:11:22be more aware and work with it. Even if it's 5 minutes a day.
- 1:11:26Yeah, 10 minutes a day. You know, just starting a new
- 1:11:30habit that you do. Do you have so with, with our,
- 1:11:35our, not even our vets, our first responders, anybody can
- 1:11:38have PTSD. It's a it's just a traumatic
- 1:11:41time. And a lot of times people who
- 1:11:44are in abuse situations also have these instances or people
- 1:11:48who just it's an event that just causes us to to not be able to
- 1:11:53function. To go forward.
- 1:11:55And so or their memory can't either accept it through
- 1:11:59grievances or sorrow or parts or it's acclaiming it.
- 1:12:04And when I work with mine, I always tell them you've got to
- 1:12:08find a way to relax. And for me, the biggest
- 1:12:10relaxation I have just because I make it a relaxed situation
- 1:12:15before I even get on that table. Yeah, I am at peace.
- 1:12:19I come off of there almost I and then you do Reiki on top of it.
- 1:12:24Oh my God, let's not forget the Reiki because that's dear to my
- 1:12:26heart. So you incorporate your hands.
- 1:12:29So any Reiki master, their hands are already ready to go.
- 1:12:34They're already hot. I don't know, I, I felt people
- 1:12:38whose hands are cold and then I felt a Reiki master and they're
- 1:12:42always hot. And I made that connection.
- 1:12:44I don't know, a long time ago how hot their hands are.
- 1:12:48And so for Rebecca, it is, I don't even need hot stones with
- 1:12:52Beck's because her hands are so hot.
- 1:12:55So she's not only incorporating all these things, she's
- 1:12:58incorporating Reiki on top of it.
- 1:13:01It's a, it's like it. You have to experience, my
- 1:13:06friend Becca, you have. You have to.
- 1:13:09I don't care if it's a one and. Done that you fly into Miami,
- 1:13:13but you have to try this because everybody who says that massage
- 1:13:18isn't for me, you know you you didn't have the right person.
- 1:13:23It's kind of like always I I constantly tell everybody don't
- 1:13:26just go to a psychologist, make sure they're metaphysically and
- 1:13:28physically balanced because there is so how much depth into
- 1:13:32our our souls, even our DNA of our soul, you know, has
- 1:13:37recovering. That has to heal.
- 1:13:38And that's how I feel. Yes.
- 1:13:42Agreed. Agreed.
- 1:13:43Yeah. So, Becks, currently, I know
- 1:13:47Equinox picked you up. How is that going?
- 1:13:50It's a lot of fun. It's a dynamic place.
- 1:13:52What I find is that the people who are going there already,
- 1:13:56like, very high energy, high achieving, you know, like,
- 1:14:01they're seeking that very elevated, like, Wellness path
- 1:14:06for themselves. Yeah.
- 1:14:07So then they're stressed out because a lot of them are
- 1:14:11professionals, running businesses and, you know, living
- 1:14:15here in Miami and doing all the things.
- 1:14:18And they're trying to get that workout in.
- 1:14:20And then, you know, they don't even know what else they need,
- 1:14:24but they know they need something else.
- 1:14:25And they come to me for recovery and then we're opening a lot of
- 1:14:30pathways for them there as well. So that's very exciting.
- 1:14:34Just the traffic alone would stress me in Miami anymore.
- 1:14:39I it's like I have a 1:00 appointment.
- 1:14:41I'm leaving at 10 just because of traffic.
- 1:14:44That's enough to stress any. Business.
- 1:14:45Any business entrepreneur out or business professional I believe
- 1:14:49because that is the stressful part, trying to get from a
- 1:14:52meeting to another meeting and knowing it's only like 4 miles
- 1:14:55away and it's taking you 40 minutes.
- 1:14:58It's yeah. I'm also though there though in
- 1:15:02a neighborhood that is like known for being beautiful and
- 1:15:06peaceful Coral Gables. So it's like, you know, it, it
- 1:15:10makes it a little bit easier once you're already there.
- 1:15:13It's like, you know, so I think that's why people like to go
- 1:15:16there, you know, Are you on Miracle Mile?
- 1:15:18Because you're such a miracle. Are you there?
- 1:15:21close. I'm in.
- 1:15:22I'm in Merrick Park. I'm Ponce, Ponce de Leon.
- 1:15:29Private sessions. I prefer private sessions with
- 1:15:31Beck. I don't prefer her to come to
- 1:15:33me. I like going to her because her
- 1:15:36tools are there and you don't know what's going to come up.
- 1:15:40You know, a lot of fun stuff. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:15:44You know, Becks, I, there's so many times I get into the adrift
- 1:15:48with you and I go to the abyss. Then the adrift goes right into
- 1:15:52the abyss, right, 'cause like, you know, I could travel with
- 1:15:55some of my plants and herbs and spices, you know, like, but
- 1:16:02it's, it's like having all of your apothecary, you know, with
- 1:16:06you and that it, it, it is. It is untamed apothecary.
- 1:16:18No alchemy, you know. Great nights when the Virgin
- 1:16:22Mary loved being the the homeopathic.
- 1:16:24So yes, I'm with them. I'm right there with my husband
- 1:16:29calls. You spider.
- 1:16:30Monkey. So that's fun, right?
- 1:16:32Because Becca, I, I know you can't kind of see this, but
- 1:16:37Becca is a whole. I'm going to be gracious and say
- 1:16:405 foot. I don't see you with me.
- 1:16:47She is my beautiful Pixie and I love her, but she her horoscope
- 1:16:52is the crab. She's a Cancer horoscope.
- 1:16:54And my husband tends to have a lot of back issues.
- 1:16:58So for Rebecca, it's easier to crawl up on the table and used
- 1:17:03to get in there and dig around on him.
- 1:17:06And then I realized, wait a minute, some of her functions,
- 1:17:08this little crabby wabby has Tyvetic.
- 1:17:13I go, that's what she was doing. And so I start laughing at my
- 1:17:16husband because now we're up here in the mountain.
- 1:17:18He goes, where's my crab? I really need my spider monkey
- 1:17:21crab on my back. You have the salt.
- 1:17:24So I just need where? Where's that jacuzzi?
- 1:17:27I need a saltwater jacuzzi. I'm not a snob.
- 1:17:30It's coming. It's coming, Crab.
- 1:17:33I have a Creek. You want to go in the.
- 1:17:34Creek I'll put you in. The Creek with the crayfish,
- 1:17:37that sounds fun. I'll do that until you build it
- 1:17:41in the I'll be there more when you have that Jacuzzi.
- 1:17:44I'm. Coming.
- 1:17:50I don't. Even have salt right now, my
- 1:17:52salt still in Miami. I just have the building that
- 1:17:54I'm waiting for an electrician to wire it so I have coldness.
- 1:17:58But anyway, that's another story.
- 1:18:00So, so now like, it's funny because there's some people like
- 1:18:05we tell our stories, then we send them the backup and they're
- 1:18:08like, oh, I didn't get that. And I go, maybe you did.
- 1:18:11But now we have to shut up because I'm like, they're so
- 1:18:14expecting and it doesn't happen because their energy didn't
- 1:18:17require it. You know what I'm is that kind
- 1:18:19of how it works. Yeah, it's.
- 1:18:23Every. Session will be.
- 1:18:25Different and unique, right? It always is.
- 1:18:28It always is. I'm I'm so surprised that when
- 1:18:31she works on an area, she's like, you have a massive issue
- 1:18:34here. And I'm like, really, why do you
- 1:18:36feel that issue there? I felt it over here and within,
- 1:18:41I don't know, maybe a day to two days, honest to gosh, if that
- 1:18:45doesn't just come up in a way of saying, yes, this is what she
- 1:18:50healed her, yes, this is what it was or this is what she was
- 1:18:52pointing out. And so for me that that's
- 1:18:55amazing. That is amazing that you can do
- 1:18:56that. Yeah, Thank you.
- 1:18:58Are you sure you're not a seer? I'm just.
- 1:19:00Saying. Listen, we gotta take another
- 1:19:04break and then we'll be. Right back so I don't know who
- 1:19:08are we going to go to. I like Dallas Alexander to a
- 1:19:11hero. He's he's one of my my goldens
- 1:19:14but goodies. So maybe we'll take a break with
- 1:19:17Dallas Alexander to be a hero. We are here on NB radio dot US
- 1:19:21where veterans always have a voice.
- 1:19:22My name is MJ, my guest. the station where our veterans
- 1:23:20voices. Are heard MBR talk?
- 1:23:23Hey, thanks. For tuning in, welcome are those
- 1:23:28of the speakers. And do not necessarily reflect
- 1:23:32the views or positions of any entities.
- 1:23:35They represent the web at MB. Radio dot.
- 1:23:40Becca. That duck.
- 1:23:42Causes me PTSD can you help me? Personal, Joel, I'm telling that
- 1:23:53ducks call me a quack. I can't.
- 1:23:55It's like personal. I think I need some help.
- 1:24:00You know the next cartoon I'm going to.
- 1:24:02Make is. Going to say welcome back.
- 1:24:04The NJ is not a quack. I'm going to make jerk Tad in
- 1:24:07there. OK?
- 1:24:08I want to quack. Says welcome quack and I go.
- 1:24:13He goes no, it meant like quack, like the duck.
- 1:24:15I go babe, that doesn't say that it caused me a quack.
- 1:24:19I go I. Can't flip it, I try.
- 1:24:22I'm getting PTSD just from the duck.
- 1:24:26Calling me baby Ratchet. Ratchet.
- 1:24:28Oh boy, Beca. When you come in in July, you
- 1:24:35may have to like. Push that out or something and
- 1:24:37listen. Becca will be at Mojazi Center
- 1:24:39in July. What's those Big, big Biba?
- 1:24:44Do we have them up already here I.
- 1:24:46Do Becca, she's coming in Wednesday the 9th.
- 1:24:50She will be here the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and I believe on the
- 1:24:5414th she goes back home to Miami and she will be here for the
- 1:25:00full moon ceremony. She's bringing her drum, she's
- 1:25:02bringing her cacao, she is bringing in the shaman full moon
- 1:25:07ceremony with the fire. We are so excited, very excited.
- 1:25:12I cannot wait. So, and not only that, she's
- 1:25:15going to have her massages, which I might hog her.
- 1:25:18So I'm not a snob. I'm just know what I want
- 1:25:24anyhow. Maybe we can.
- 1:25:26Call you an affectionato. Oh, I like that.
- 1:25:30Maybe I should start writing? About all the massage therapists
- 1:25:33I ever had. Kind of like a a a wine critic.
- 1:25:38Could be, Yeah, look at that. Sorry, I'll.
- 1:25:41Just I like it. I'll just put you in my.
- 1:25:44Bag you're. So tiny.
- 1:25:45I'm just, I'm excited to go see you.
- 1:25:46I haven't seen you in a minute. You know, it's coming back down
- 1:25:50to Miami, though. I have to make a trip back down
- 1:25:52to Miami, so get ready. When are you coming?
- 1:25:55So anywhere between June and July 'cause I got to pick up the
- 1:25:58salt to put it in the cage. So yeah, we're going to do
- 1:26:02classes with Kim. I think Ozzy's coming down this
- 1:26:04time. And hey, Beth, look who I have
- 1:26:06here. By the way, Dixie doodles I do.
- 1:26:10Your little girl, who is she finally started getting some
- 1:26:14kind of food down her, you see. Yeah.
- 1:26:18Who is your Becky Boo baby? I love her so.
- 1:26:22Much she. Is.
- 1:26:24Almost 14 July 7th she'll she'll be 14.
- 1:26:28She's a baby to me, always. She scared.
- 1:26:32Me 'cause she didn't eat for like 3 or 4.
- 1:26:34Days and she just laid and I is so scared I should be scared I
- 1:26:38it's a really it's an awareness how about that it's an awareness
- 1:26:43that I had to. Oh that yes Dixie was a she's a
- 1:26:48service dog so she got so smart yeah she got to heal a lot of
- 1:26:54beautiful people and. And being assistance for them
- 1:26:57and for 14 years she's she's been on that that track of
- 1:27:03healing and emotional and you know maybe I should send her to
- 1:27:08Joel. No Joel has a service dog.
- 1:27:10How's your dog, Joel? He's still kicking.
- 1:27:15He keeps coming. Downstairs and like falling and
- 1:27:18I'm like, dude, why do you keep coming downstairs?
- 1:27:21So we found out that the, the, the big, that, that big hump or
- 1:27:25whatever on his back, you know, that made him look like
- 1:27:28Quasimodo. Yeah, we found out that that was
- 1:27:31because of a dog food allergy, believe it or not.
- 1:27:36Like we were fixing to put him down because we thought that,
- 1:27:39you know, that was like causing issues.
- 1:27:43And stuff. And it was a food allergy.
- 1:27:46Yeah, I tried. Here's how bad Dixie is.
- 1:27:48I tried everything in the book to get her to eat.
- 1:27:50I must have spent over $100 on everything from Turkey to
- 1:27:54chicken to steak. She liked the filet mignon, but
- 1:27:56she'd only take like a bite of it.
- 1:27:58I was like, dude, I don't know what else to do with it.
- 1:28:00She's never been wrong. My sister's dog.
- 1:28:03She's. Her grand dogs.
- 1:28:06They eat. Sweet potatoes, they eat peanut
- 1:28:09butter, they eat lettuce, they eat carrots.
- 1:28:11My nosy, Posey little dog just snoops at it.
- 1:28:14Just they're not for her. She'd rather AI don't know a soy
- 1:28:18burger from Burger King undertow.
- 1:28:20It's just she's and. Bones.
- 1:28:22She likes rawhide. Well, yeah.
- 1:28:24Well, I don't give her rawhide. I give her dehydrated venison or
- 1:28:27dehydrated chicken. I don't do the rawhide bone with
- 1:28:30her, but it looks like rawhide. But it's just.
- 1:28:33Yeah, it's like that elk skin that you got there.
- 1:28:35Yeah. So let's get back to Miss Becca
- 1:28:37now that we're back, Becca. So when did you start your
- 1:28:42aesthetician side? That was right.
- 1:28:46Away like when I was. In my massage training, I wanted
- 1:28:51that other license, dual license 'cause I was always interested
- 1:28:55in aesthetics as well, skin care, just as a whole Wellness
- 1:28:59package. So.
- 1:29:02And now you incorporate. That as well into AI.
- 1:29:07Love that yeah. I love doing skin care as well,
- 1:29:10so I want to make people feel good and look good too.
- 1:29:14Yeah. What you do look at me.
- 1:29:15I'm only candid. Gorgeous, gorgeous styling.
- 1:29:20So yeah. So.
- 1:29:23I always say body, mind, soul. When you go to Becca, it is not
- 1:29:29just the physical side of massage.
- 1:29:31It is body, mind and soul. Because she helps in corporate.
- 1:29:35She sits and she wants to know what's going on, What is our,
- 1:29:38what is triggering you? What is, you know, where's some
- 1:29:41of this energy coming from? And then when she gets you on
- 1:29:43the table, then she can, she sees it.
- 1:29:46She knows where kind of it's going.
- 1:29:48She understands from a discussion that we had,
- 1:29:50especially if you want to heal yourself, you're going to be
- 1:29:52open and honest about that. And you need to be because the
- 1:29:56more that you can convey and communicate to your therapist is
- 1:30:00the more that they can help you. They'll concentrate on those
- 1:30:02areas. So if you go and go, oh, I don't
- 1:30:04know, well, if you don't know, that's going to be more work for
- 1:30:07your therapist to figure out, you know, where the balance is
- 1:30:11going to be. It's going to take longer.
- 1:30:13So if you can highlight areas for her already and with I
- 1:30:17believe what Beckett does with her counseling.
- 1:30:24Yeah, I think the transparency is important.
- 1:30:28To come in and you know, if you're able to communicate with
- 1:30:32me, I can help you faster, I think.
- 1:30:36We're there we go. We had a little.
- 1:30:38Bit of a delay, yes. So that's going to be a great
- 1:30:43picture later, just. Saying you like that.
- 1:30:49That was. The minds of thinking.
- 1:30:53That's the great. Minds of thinking.
- 1:30:54See how I flipped? That we needed a moment.
- 1:30:57We had to pause to think. So yeah, that's how I'm.
- 1:31:01Going to flip it anyway. So essential oils, Becca, when
- 1:31:04did you get that degree? That was a.
- 1:31:07Lit I was a. Little bit already like already
- 1:31:10in the field, but they I got exposure to it when I was in
- 1:31:13school and I always loved working with plants ever since I
- 1:31:17was little. So I really took to it, and it
- 1:31:22was kind of like one of the more expensive things, you know, to
- 1:31:26learn on that end, especially at the time because of the access,
- 1:31:32you know, the amount of accessibility to good oils.
- 1:31:35Yeah, they are. Very.
- 1:31:37I know, like I started that course and I didn't finish it,
- 1:31:40but that course was like $4800 and wasn't cheap.
- 1:31:45Yeah. Most of that was having to buy
- 1:31:47the essential oils in order to make the healing concoctions
- 1:31:51because you don't have anything with carrier you want to, you
- 1:31:55know. Yeah, it's the cost of doing the
- 1:31:57business because like you know you want to get make sure you
- 1:32:01have quality like medicine the. Products.
- 1:32:06Right, right, right, right. Absolutely.
- 1:32:09So how do you know? So I'm going to ask you a
- 1:32:13belief. So one of the beliefs that I was
- 1:32:15told about essential oils and, and this person's truth was if
- 1:32:20there is a smell on an essential oil that does not resonate with
- 1:32:25you and you and you scratch your face and you're like, Oh my God,
- 1:32:28that stinks. Is that where you know there's a
- 1:32:30problem? Are they they they say.
- 1:32:33That if that. Stinks like that.
- 1:32:35Then we have to figure out why we have that distaste.
- 1:32:38Is that true? I I I think.
- 1:32:41There's something. To it, but I don't necessarily
- 1:32:45think that that would because I'm not really about aversion
- 1:32:48therapy or being so you know there there's there's different
- 1:32:53ways of of applying the medicine right.
- 1:32:57So sometimes it is true, like if there's something that you are
- 1:33:01smelling that you disagrees with you, you there is information
- 1:33:05there for you. But I think there's also other
- 1:33:08beautiful ways of working with the oils that you know you can.
- 1:33:12Come to that. Later on and still get so much
- 1:33:15help from the plants and the the oils and the resins and the
- 1:33:18barks and all the stuff that we use for the essential oils.
- 1:33:23Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:33:25So do you believe in? All these courses just elevated
- 1:33:34you into the the eclecticness that you needed.
- 1:33:37Or were they more for you personally?
- 1:33:40I think I. Needed a lot of the.
- 1:33:42Structure, like for example, when I started working with the
- 1:33:46human chakra system that I had, you know, a teacher who
- 1:33:50facilitated for me and you know, there's mentorship involved and
- 1:33:55there's community involved in the classes.
- 1:33:58So there's a lot of learning really and guidance.
- 1:34:02And some of it you don't even get right away.
- 1:34:05It's when you start putting it into the practice, like they're
- 1:34:08just, sometimes you're just presented with the information,
- 1:34:11but it's your willingness to work with the information that
- 1:34:14really elevates you more than just taking the course, you
- 1:34:18know? Yeah.
- 1:34:20So I know that you started with the travelling to Costa Ricas
- 1:34:26and to different parts. Like you're coming up here in
- 1:34:30order to allow people to feel your energy and to source to
- 1:34:34assist them in that healing. Are you gaining any other
- 1:34:38regions or areas that you're going to incorporate?
- 1:34:42I I am. Like because I have.
- 1:34:45Friends who are spreading out. So when that happens, like,
- 1:34:50yeah, I'm always willing to travel to meet new communities
- 1:34:54and people and spread the energy that I've been working with all
- 1:34:58this time. Like, you must be like that big
- 1:35:02purse. You see the meme with the sound
- 1:35:04healers with the big I went to. Costa Rica with the.
- 1:35:08Crystal bowls, Can you believe that?
- 1:35:12No, all the way and we were in the middle of the jungle, but
- 1:35:15like one of the first nights we were there, we had ceremony and
- 1:35:18I did the drumming and the crystal ball and it was out
- 1:35:21there like in the middle of the jungle.
- 1:35:23It was so magical. Wow.
- 1:35:26It was like I'll never. Forget that.
- 1:35:28So even though it was a pain to travel with with the bulls, I
- 1:35:33don't know what I'm going to do about that for the future, but
- 1:35:35yeah, that was amazing. Yeah.
- 1:35:38So it, it like, how do you, I guess a dowser or, or, or
- 1:35:45intuitiveness, just like in tools, you have so many
- 1:35:49different tools and that are just a major part of that
- 1:35:54experience. You know, I'd find it hard.
- 1:35:56Like I know that I, I, I have my own, I call it my Mary Poppins
- 1:36:00and I don't, I don't go to people's house without my Mary
- 1:36:02Poppins bag because and it's a trolley.
- 1:36:05I mean I have to it's it's it's own luggage, especially when I
- 1:36:08do house. Clearings or office clearings?
- 1:36:10I mean, you don't know what you're going to ascertain, know
- 1:36:12what's going to happen, but you OK, so.
- 1:36:17I'm just. Thinking aloud if anybody took
- 1:36:19notice. So in the tropics.
- 1:36:22And in the. Forest of of Costa Rica.
- 1:36:25They have great plant medicine. I mean.
- 1:36:28There are so. Many plants for oxygenation and
- 1:36:30shinunyaku. And it was beautiful.
- 1:36:33And I met a shaman there too, like a medicine woman there.
- 1:36:36And I, I made a connection with her.
- 1:36:38I brought back some of her products.
- 1:36:40But I'm finding Costa Rica to be like almost just as expensive as
- 1:36:44Miami, which Miami's ridiculous right now.
- 1:36:47Costa Rica has got. In fact, there's a lot of
- 1:36:49healing practices that come into Costa Rica.
- 1:36:52I'm not. I was.
- 1:36:55Offered to go to Costa. Rica to do ayahuasca and I
- 1:37:01refused I I felt that I wanted to do it in my own roots and I
- 1:37:07wanted. To be.
- 1:37:09Able in my own that. Resonates for me too, yeah.
- 1:37:14In my own country, in my own I, I don't, there's some things
- 1:37:19that I, I just don't participate and I don't, I think it's just
- 1:37:23an individual basis. It's like discrimination, right?
- 1:37:29I don't. I don't follow wait.
- 1:37:31What, like just using like discernment?
- 1:37:34Oh, yeah. OK, discern.
- 1:37:36But so, yeah, I, I use my own discernment or I, I asked my, my
- 1:37:40guides, my team, you know, Father, mother, God, it's just a
- 1:37:43good idea. And you know, people say you can
- 1:37:46ask and they, you know, there's some people who go, you know, it
- 1:37:49doesn't work. You don't get it.
- 1:37:50Go you do. It does work.
- 1:37:52It does work if your ego stops. Your ego and judgement is what
- 1:37:57pushes people not to have an acceleration of healing or
- 1:38:02divine vibrational or power up into the regions of God.
- 1:38:06And that's how I I foresee it. Or for shamans into the lands,
- 1:38:09right into Pachamama. And yeah, every land is wholly
- 1:38:13in some way. You know what I mean?
- 1:38:14Like it's you can travel to. Beautiful.
- 1:38:18Retreats and ceremonies, but you could also have them at home.
- 1:38:21Yeah, I, I'm excited. Like I was talking to Angel
- 1:38:24Morelli trying to get him because he's, he's really a
- 1:38:26practicing shaman in his lineage, his father and
- 1:38:30whatever. And I was trying to get him
- 1:38:33somebody because I'm not I'm, I'm not a full-fledged shaman.
- 1:38:37I only took two years and but I can see I have the Claire's and
- 1:38:41the Shasha coins are so prominent up here, these
- 1:38:44Indians. And I'm like, I'm going to bring
- 1:38:46you what you need. I'm going to bring my shots.
- 1:38:48I'm going to bring them because I understand that the energy is
- 1:38:53infectious and I understand that people feel it when they come
- 1:38:55to. Like, I just feel like there's a
- 1:38:57lot of people here and I'm like, there's a lot of energy here.
- 1:39:01And I haven't yet completely cleared my land because I'm
- 1:39:06trying to figure it out. I'm trying.
- 1:39:08I don't like clearing up that I don't know and I don't want to.
- 1:39:15I don't. Want anybody to?
- 1:39:17Be amiss of judgement or ego of my own.
- 1:39:22But it's funny because my husband, he'll go up into the
- 1:39:25fields and he'll go to the up by the feeders for the birds and
- 1:39:29whatever and you know, he'd be like there.
- 1:39:32I don't know. It's just there's a lot up there
- 1:39:36because I constantly want to look.
- 1:39:38And look and. Look like I feel like there's
- 1:39:39somebody present. I can't wait to check it out.
- 1:39:41Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:39:42So it's an amazing thing. And I like I said, you need that
- 1:39:45drum I don't have. I do have drums, but I don't
- 1:39:48have a special drum. OK.
- 1:39:50For you because I already asked all my.
- 1:39:52Drums. And then he said no, so you have
- 1:39:54to bring your drum. So I know that.
- 1:39:58OK, so let's get back to the massage, Becky.
- 1:40:00So, intuitiveness. So you said the intuitiveness
- 1:40:04came when you were in school, you really knew you had these
- 1:40:10beautiful divine gifts and you realized that in school.
- 1:40:15And when did you really take focus on how they helped
- 1:40:20escalate your practice? I.
- 1:40:24I had a situation. Well, you know him.
- 1:40:28One of my friends that dealt with an illness.
- 1:40:37Right that. Affected his digestive system
- 1:40:42and he was having. He eventually had to get a
- 1:40:47colostomy back for the illness. And he?
- 1:40:51Lives that way now but before this he, I was still in school
- 1:40:56and he was begging me please help me work on me and they were
- 1:41:00just introducing me to some concepts of energy work at that
- 1:41:03time at in school Reiki and and these concepts right.
- 1:41:08So in some cases I was taking out like the pamphlets and
- 1:41:13things and looking at them and like, like practicing 'cause he
- 1:41:17begged me, please, you know, I'm so I really need this.
- 1:41:21And one of the things that was happening to him was he was
- 1:41:23bleeding through the rectum and. I just realized.
- 1:41:29How strong all of this was when I went home one of those days
- 1:41:33when I did that with him and I was also starting to bleed
- 1:41:37through my rectum after treating him right so I I.
- 1:41:44Realized how? Just how deep?
- 1:41:45The rabbit hole goes, you know what I mean?
- 1:41:48And that's when I started learning how to protect and
- 1:41:51harness that healing skill, that impractic healing skill.
- 1:41:56I, I get it. I mean, I started practicing,
- 1:42:01I'm back practicing the Reikis and the rewires up here.
- 1:42:04And every time I do a rewire or a surgery, I open up elimination
- 1:42:08centers and push energy through elimination centers.
- 1:42:12But without a doubt, every time I I do the elimination center,
- 1:42:17within hours, I'm in the restroom.
- 1:42:20I'm in the restroom and and it doesn't bother me anymore
- 1:42:22because I know that I'm facilitating, helping to release
- 1:42:27that which no longer serves a purpose.
- 1:42:30And so I understand that so, so much and I hope people out there
- 1:42:36could understand an energetic exchange of healing to to what
- 1:42:41we're trying to let you know. Do you still continue your
- 1:42:46studies? I know you're you're you took a
- 1:42:48couple of light therapy. It's beyond Reiki courses with
- 1:42:52Miss Kim. Do you have you continued
- 1:42:56studies on other things that are up and coming on your always and
- 1:43:00every day? Yeah, Yeah, always.
- 1:43:04It's like infectious. I always tell people.
- 1:43:06It's infectious. You you feel a a certain.
- 1:43:09Level and you don't. Want to die back so you always
- 1:43:11strive to stay in that higher vibration or you try to be with
- 1:43:15the highest vibration people possible because it just
- 1:43:18enhances your life and it riches your life.
- 1:43:20And then when you have an eclecticness.
- 1:43:24Of. Therapies of Western Eastern
- 1:43:27alternative modalities. Oh my God, it's it is a it's a
- 1:43:31true blessing. It's a true blessing that I
- 1:43:33found you particularly. Thank you.
- 1:43:36I've me too. I feel like you've been a huge
- 1:43:38blessing for me too. I've been a I've been to a few
- 1:43:41massage therapists and and I've had a massage therapist who did
- 1:43:45crystal massage. I have to always tell.
- 1:43:50People pay caution with. Crystal massage because crystals
- 1:43:54carry and hold energy. So you really have to know that
- 1:43:59person making sure they're cleansing those crystals, making
- 1:44:02sure they are completely removed of any other energy that
- 1:44:05they're. I agree with that.
- 1:44:06People don't even realize that stuff sometimes they're not
- 1:44:09aware of that. It's the same as Reiki.
- 1:44:11There's a crystal Reiki as well. And it's the same type of thing
- 1:44:15where you really have to just be aware.
- 1:44:19That's that's the word aware. Be aware of what is happening,
- 1:44:23Be aware of the energy, be aware of, of how you feel when you get
- 1:44:27in your people or when you're done with an exercise or a
- 1:44:30practice. And then that's, you know,
- 1:44:33that's one of I, I, I call, you know, just knowing intuitively
- 1:44:39what side you're on. Oh, there's your fan.
- 1:44:42Look at him. How do I set up an appointment?
- 1:44:49Well, anybody wants to set up an appointment.
- 1:44:54If you scroll back to the beginning of our session when we
- 1:44:56welcomed her in, you can go on to Instagram and if you do the
- 1:45:04at healing Miami, you will be able to get in touch with her.
- 1:45:08There is a banner here. Let me get that banner back up
- 1:45:11and and it. Is healing Miami?
- 1:45:13Or Facebook, it is a light workers toolbox and you can find
- 1:45:18her there. You can probably also find her
- 1:45:20under Rebecca Gutierrez. But I think those two business
- 1:45:23sides will lead you directly to her.
- 1:45:24You can DM her. You can, I think one of them has
- 1:45:27an e-mail that you can go back. So, but that is Miss Becca, how
- 1:45:31you would make an appointment with her and how you get in
- 1:45:35touch with her. Thank you, Miss Ozzy, for that.
- 1:45:38He's anxious. Yeah.
- 1:45:42He's like, get over here already.
- 1:45:44He even said he goes, what day does she come in?
- 1:45:46I go the 9th and he goes in the morning or night.
- 1:45:49Would she ready? I'm like forgot to get.
- 1:45:53The flight. Let's get the flight.
- 1:45:56So he's super excited and I I think you'll see Miss Kim up
- 1:46:00here at the same time, because I think she would like to
- 1:46:04participate with the full moon. So yeah, you.
- 1:46:08I would so love that. Yeah.
- 1:46:09You might be a little bit of busy girl.
- 1:46:12I'm hoping that we all do that moon together, you know,
- 1:46:16collaborate. Yes, it will.
- 1:46:18It will. I love holding energy.
- 1:46:20So I love I love to do stuff like that.
- 1:46:23So you still in the study, is there something that's piquing
- 1:46:27the interest of you right now Becca in the in the course or
- 1:46:31elevation? What is what is it that you're
- 1:46:32currently trying to balance or study to heal others well?
- 1:46:40One thing, that's a. Continuous study that I do work
- 1:46:43with is what's going on in in the cosmos, like what's the
- 1:46:49temperature out there? What transits are happening?
- 1:46:53What moon cycle are we in? What is the, you know, what are
- 1:46:58the lesson of this time so that we can focus based on like
- 1:47:02what's going on in nature, you know what I mean?
- 1:47:05Yeah. So, yeah, there there's so many
- 1:47:08things that that I'm trying to learn.
- 1:47:11So it's it's hard to put it just the one thing, but there's so
- 1:47:16many things. There is a lot.
- 1:47:18There's a lot of quantum physics that are bleeding right into our
- 1:47:23369 light code, our spiritual practicing of revving of lights.
- 1:47:27And it is it's like people wanted to say Pahui in the 70s
- 1:47:31and the 60s, you know, the 60s really tried to energetically
- 1:47:35with the crystals and energetically go out.
- 1:47:37Even my girl Janice, I love her and she was trying so, so hard
- 1:47:40to regain those energies or those frequencies.
- 1:47:42And now it's really coming into light because they're bringing
- 1:47:46up the turmoil between Einstein and Tesla and doctor rife with
- 1:47:52those frequencies. Just I want to say it was the
- 1:47:5515th or the 16th. I, I follow Noah because Noah is
- 1:48:01reacting with how far that energy of, of, of the sun, you
- 1:48:07know, pushes when they have the solar flares, you know, affect
- 1:48:11us too. There's a lot though, you know,
- 1:48:13going on. Yeah.
- 1:48:15So it's interesting. It's interesting to watch
- 1:48:17people's dynamics and how they feel.
- 1:48:20And I, it's funny because I, I kind of put it up for H the
- 1:48:24other day. I was like, oh man, I go there's
- 1:48:26some areas going to hit an R4, but basically all it was an R3.
- 1:48:31And I was like, don't be surprised if communications or
- 1:48:35things that the satellite, I mean, think about all the
- 1:48:37satellites that wave just pushes those satellites like a ripple
- 1:48:40in the water. And I go, of course you're going
- 1:48:42to have blackouts because everything is run through those
- 1:48:45satellites. And I go so every time in the in
- 1:48:48the sun right now is exploding a lot.
- 1:48:51And the only reason we know this because we get Roy Borealis up
- 1:48:55here. It's unheard for us to get the
- 1:48:58Roy. Borealis, but that's cool.
- 1:49:00And interesting Christmas, yeah. Now people in the the North
- 1:49:04Dakota, Montana, all the ones in the top bridge there in
- 1:49:09Minnesota, they see a more and more like you don't even have to
- 1:49:12travel to Alaska or any like Finland, Iceland to see them.
- 1:49:16That's interesting, right? Because they're here.
- 1:49:20How fun is that? It is.
- 1:49:22It is just massive. So let's talk about another
- 1:49:26thing that I. Wanted to say was the.
- 1:49:27Chanting practice that I have, I'm always developing it.
- 1:49:32So when you talk about the. Chanting.
- 1:49:34Is that more? Like the Malas getting the
- 1:49:36Sanskrit chance is that or is it more of a shaman chant?
- 1:49:40More of the. Sanskrit.
- 1:49:42And that pantheon, the Indian, you know, time frame,
- 1:49:47mesopotopia. Yeah.
- 1:49:49The yogic, you know more. You know, all of those.
- 1:49:54You can use anything, of course, but there's just an energy with
- 1:49:57that. That's beautiful.
- 1:49:59How do you feel about my energetic frequency machine?
- 1:50:04Doctor Wright, how do you feel about that as far as healing in
- 1:50:06your practice? From my experience, it's
- 1:50:09miraculous. Yeah.
- 1:50:11Thank you. Yeah, it is.
- 1:50:13It is. It is really.
- 1:50:14Is it? I I love it.
- 1:50:16And I love when I can open up people to an awareness of it.
- 1:50:20And then once they actually do the first processing, which is
- 1:50:24like AA12 day step, then they get into being able to curate
- 1:50:28their own. Like I need this for my eyes or
- 1:50:31I need this for my whatever. You know, I'm I'm sick, I have
- 1:50:35cold, I have COVID, whatever it may be.
- 1:50:37And then once you have them already open, the world is is
- 1:50:42like they're here oyster right now.
- 1:50:45Can you use practices? With the.
- 1:50:50Rife and the massage together to create an overall higher balance
- 1:50:55or a higher that definitely I would say that you know, if
- 1:50:59you're already doing it like it's even better.
- 1:51:03You know what I mean Why wouldn't it be at your work?
- 1:51:06I I definitely feel like, you know, healing is like a
- 1:51:11community thing that you do together as a tribe with people.
- 1:51:15And you know, that could mean having a whole team of healers,
- 1:51:20you know, Right, right. But.
- 1:51:22Then that's the tribe, right? We we create the tribe, we
- 1:51:26create those types because let's just face it, every even in.
- 1:51:32Western. Medicine, you go to a primary
- 1:51:34and they're like, it's out of my league.
- 1:51:35You gotta go directly to the specialty, whether it's urology,
- 1:51:38cardiology, whatever technology, wherever those are.
- 1:51:43So this practice is basically the same, right?
- 1:51:46So you have beautiful people who are not owning massage
- 1:51:49therapists and shamans, but they have their degrees in other
- 1:51:52things. And when that happens, that
- 1:51:55compilation, and then you find somebody who's like, I get it,
- 1:51:59but this is I, I'm going to send you to my, you know, to somebody
- 1:52:02else in my tribe because I know what their energy or their
- 1:52:07practice can assist in doing. And then it is a contribution
- 1:52:11that just reigns in such beauty. And then you're actually doing
- 1:52:16the highest work of healing for everybody because there's
- 1:52:19multiple people exerting the same type of energy and that
- 1:52:24higher frequency. Absolutely, Yeah.
- 1:52:27And I believe that when like even when I get with my my
- 1:52:31people, my tribe as Eva calls of my people's garden, when I, when
- 1:52:35I get down to some of my practitioners like Becca, I, I
- 1:52:40immediately feel a higher realm of elevation up here.
- 1:52:46I really I have to create that I'm by myself.
- 1:52:49You know, Ozzy, even Ozzy Reigns, but he doesn't, I don't
- 1:52:54know if he can reign to help tip that energetic feel, which is
- 1:52:58why I'm trying to tap in so much to those sashes because I think
- 1:53:03their energy is infectious. And I think, but you also have
- 1:53:06the advantage of all the beautiful nature around you too.
- 1:53:09So I do have that, yes, I have Pachamama and it is so graceful
- 1:53:14and it's so beautiful and I really like it.
- 1:53:17So we're almost out of time, but I do.
- 1:53:23I want to hear some of. Your beautiful 180 client like
- 1:53:28miracle stories, at least one or two of them.
- 1:53:33I know there's a lot, just we. Almost like I said, we have
- 1:53:37about 5 more minutes. So I wanted to use me.
- 1:53:41I mean, I did use me and and we saw full circle.
- 1:53:45You know how quick. I mean, it was, it was, yeah,
- 1:53:48some things can be really dramatic.
- 1:53:50Like I had this one client that had an injury on her, on her
- 1:53:56hand. It was her on her left hand and
- 1:54:00this area of her hand was like like five times the size that
- 1:54:04is, you know, there was something in there, you know
- 1:54:07what I mean, from the injury. And it wasn't really healing
- 1:54:11well and it was taking a long time to heal.
- 1:54:14And she came for me to do a session.
- 1:54:18But she's like, but don't touch my injury, don't touch my hands.
- 1:54:22And right away like my team was like, OK, well that works so and
- 1:54:27this. Girl.
- 1:54:28She was like a tough, like she had a tough warrior, masculine
- 1:54:33energy, like not to be messed with.
- 1:54:35Like she rides Harley's. She like she's no joke.
- 1:54:42So I eventually came over to that side and pretended like I
- 1:54:46was doing some light fluffy stuff and then I just went in
- 1:54:50and did like 1 little movement 11.
- 1:54:54Gesture. One one thing on that and I ran
- 1:54:59away and went to the other side of her body and she started
- 1:55:03yelling and and by the time I was able to walk back around,
- 1:55:07make sure she wasn't going to punch me the the five different
- 1:55:12like how big that was. Already went.
- 1:55:15Down to like almost nothing. So at first she was trying to
- 1:55:19yell at me and she's like but but but wait.
- 1:55:28You're. Welcome, she said.
- 1:55:30You're welcome, right. And that's it's just like I've
- 1:55:33had people just come and just tell me that they're like a
- 1:55:37different person when they leave, you know, oh, I always
- 1:55:41after one session. Yeah yeah, it is not having
- 1:55:46errors it I yeah. So that is my rife machine
- 1:55:52that's telling me that it's over because I was running and I I
- 1:55:56didn't realize that it was going to plague me on this show.
- 1:56:01So I'm. Well, I'm glad Rafe is like.
- 1:56:07Please use us too. Yeah, we want to be present.
- 1:56:11I'm trying to shut it down. So Doctor Rafe is like, I want
- 1:56:14to work with you. Yeah.
- 1:56:19How can I make an appointment with you?
- 1:56:21I had six people on it to do a train.
- 1:56:26I always make everybody do the trains because it opens them so
- 1:56:30they could goes to the semantics of that, you know?
- 1:56:32And it was almost near done when I went on the show.
- 1:56:37I had I think like another half hour or so and I was like, I'll
- 1:56:40just let it go behind the scene. Of course, just a mirror.
- 1:56:43Just a mirror because I didn't shut it.
- 1:56:45Off just a. Mirror, yeah.
- 1:56:49There it is again. See.
- 1:56:50So, yeah. Are you sure you want to exit?
- 1:56:55Yeah, See. Sorry folks.
- 1:56:58I do want to exit. Thanks.
- 1:57:00OK. I'm glad.
- 1:57:02Doctor Rife had to come out and talk to you.
- 1:57:04Yes. So that is how it it speaks to
- 1:57:07us. So one more question.
- 1:57:09So we have that one and I have two more, 2 more minutes.
- 1:57:13So ailments as far as illness, when people tell you I I know
- 1:57:19that you came to me five days after I had COVID.
- 1:57:24In reality, do you do that on a general?
- 1:57:26I know that we're really good friends and we mean a lot to one
- 1:57:29another, but do you do that for others?
- 1:57:32If they come to, would you help and give them all that that you
- 1:57:35gave me? Yes, I think that it's been
- 1:57:40very. Misunderstood.
- 1:57:41And I think that we're getting to like a different
- 1:57:45understanding about that whole situation with COVID also.
- 1:57:49Yeah, I agree. Luckily, we've reached a point
- 1:57:53where it's like. People are waking up about what?
- 1:57:58Really is going on around the world.
- 1:58:02I can't. Wait for beyond the.
- 1:58:03Headlines tonight because such shakedowns, including Mother
- 1:58:07Earth ourself. I am excited for the show
- 1:58:09tonight, but this is the end of my show today.
- 1:58:13So I love you, Miss Becca. I love you.
- 1:58:16I cannot wait to see you again, whether it be my.
- 1:58:20I'm looking forward to it. Yeah.
- 1:58:22Yeah. Looking forward to meeting you.
- 1:58:24All the people, too, if you've tried everything.
- 1:58:27If you live in the Miami area. I mean, she will come if.
- 1:58:31I mean, it'll cost you a little bit to get her there, but you
- 1:58:34really want her. You know, get a.
- 1:58:37And here I always tell everybody, get a, especially if
- 1:58:39you live in the Keys or near the water.
- 1:58:42I'll go. I love for water.
- 1:58:47Oh, yeah, She's trapped. You're listening to mdradio.com.
- 1:58:54What a privilege to be here with my friends and family.
- 1:58:58And Miss Becca. You're listening to the world of
