Transcript
- 0:11Speaker 1: Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Diamonds in the
- 0:14Speaker 1: Rough with myself, Teddy Mellencamp.
- 0:16Speaker 2: And Hey, I'm Erica Jane.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Erica Jane. We have to clear some things up. Oh god,
- 0:22Speaker 1: I'm sorry. You know I'm gonna have to start. So
- 0:24Speaker 1: I got so much freakin hell and a handbasket after
- 0:27Speaker 1: our last podcast.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What?
- 0:29Speaker 1: Okay, so we filmed two podcasts in one because you
- 0:33Speaker 1: went on tour. Yeah, I went to the work show.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Okay during this time, right, I guess you allegedly made
- 0:42Speaker 1: out with Jesse from Summerhouse.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Okay, keep going, Okay, keep going.
- 0:49Speaker 1: So everybody's calling me a puss for not asking you
- 0:53Speaker 1: and saying you don't have the balls to ask Erica.
- 0:56Speaker 2: First of all, no, the alleged hookup would have taken place,
- 1:00Speaker 2: they said, and watch what Happens Live in New York City.
- 1:03Speaker 2: After after Upfronts, I was at home. But here's the thing.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Was I flirting with two men.
- 1:10Speaker 1: At that table at Upfronts?
- 1:12Speaker 2: Yeah? That's the answer is yes, I was what I've
- 1:17Speaker 2: preferred to take two home instead of one.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Yeah, who is the other one?
- 1:21Speaker 2: Carl?
- 1:22Speaker 1: Oh? I love both of them? Okay, so you had
- 1:26Speaker 1: to pick one.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I don't. I can't. But my point is, you know,
- 1:31Speaker 2: that's what that's what the whole thing is is like
- 1:33Speaker 2: for once in a decade, I actually talked to people
- 1:36Speaker 2: that we work with because I'm such a bitch every
- 1:40Speaker 2: other time I don't go to the you know, you
- 1:42Speaker 2: know me. But I'm trying to do more social things, so.
- 1:45Speaker 1: So you had.
- 1:48Speaker 2: I mean, he's cute, They're both cute. They're both cute,
- 1:52Speaker 2: but the taller one is cuter, I.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Know, but I feel like the taller one probably isn't
- 1:56Speaker 1: that good and bad.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Who cares, it's not my.
- 2:00Speaker 1: So anyways, now I can quit calling me a puss.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Of course I'm gonna ask her, and of course there's
- 2:06Speaker 1: going to be a good answer for it.
- 2:07Speaker 2: It's fine, it's fine, it's fine. I wish I had
- 2:11Speaker 2: something exciting to tell you, but I don't. Oh well,
- 2:14Speaker 2: what I do have to tell you is that my
- 2:16Speaker 2: London shows were probably better than any sex you could
- 2:19Speaker 2: ever have, very good. I had the best time of
- 2:22Speaker 2: my life. Well, the best part was that I felt
- 2:24Speaker 2: like completely free and just like I was three years old,
- 2:28Speaker 2: and it's just I was just really in a great place.
- 2:31Speaker 2: And then ten minutes before the second show, you know,
- 2:34Speaker 2: I get the news that Tom is being sent to prison.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Hold on is this worst? Fants fell down?
- 2:40Speaker 2: Oh I didn't know about that.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Oh it was really sad to see.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Oh you saw what happened. Yeah, I was a dumb video.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Nobody tagged me in that, thanks, But I saw him
- 2:50Speaker 2: walking from the steps down. Well why isn't there a
- 2:53Speaker 2: belt on him?
- 2:55Speaker 1: I I can't understand is.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Any wearing a belt? And why who hasn't cut? But
- 3:00Speaker 2: you know, listen, people are gross. Yeah you know, I
- 3:05Speaker 2: hope you know.
- 3:07Speaker 1: But when something like that happens right before you go
- 3:09Speaker 1: on stage.
- 3:10Speaker 2: It just hurts, you know, well it reopens old healing
- 3:14Speaker 2: wounds and it is something that you know. And I
- 3:20Speaker 2: had a sold out crowd in a theater just for me,
- 3:22Speaker 2: and I was so grateful. And my happiest place in
- 3:26Speaker 2: the whole world to be is on stage. And so
- 3:29Speaker 2: while I was happy, I also was like, you know,
- 3:33Speaker 2: there's a little little piece of.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Likeugh, and how do you take out the frustration? Like,
- 3:38Speaker 1: you know, same not the same thing, but like when
- 3:41Speaker 1: I go to Nationals dride horses and I have a
- 3:44Speaker 1: bad round or I do something that I.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Was very disappointed because I should have been. Those people
- 3:49Speaker 2: were there for me, and I felt like five percent
- 3:53Speaker 2: of myself was feeling sorry for myself instead of being
- 3:57Speaker 2: I was ninety five percent there and five percent of
- 3:59Speaker 2: myself elf was feeling sorry for myself.
- 4:01Speaker 1: What day was this?
- 4:02Speaker 2: This was the day that he got sentenced my second show.
- 4:04Speaker 2: My first show was flawless and my second show was great.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Don't get me wrong, but there was like that five
- 4:09Speaker 2: percent that I could have given the audience, and instead
- 4:13Speaker 2: I was feeling sorry for myself.
- 4:14Speaker 1: And I wouldn't beat yourself up about that because I
- 4:17Speaker 1: feel like there are so many entertainers that give so
- 4:20Speaker 1: much and then if the little thing happens, yeah, they think,
- 4:25Speaker 1: oh this is the end of it.
- 4:26Speaker 3: No.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I mean, people loved it, but you know, I knew
- 4:29Speaker 2: I was fighting back, you know, thoughts and emotions, and
- 4:33Speaker 2: I'm sure you do too. When you're writing and you
- 4:35Speaker 2: have intrusive thoughts, it's almost like in trusive thoughts, you know,
- 4:37Speaker 2: because and so, yeah.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Well I saw that Florence Pew was dancing the best.
- 4:46Speaker 2: She is adorable, we dm she's a sweet girl, lovely.
- 4:50Speaker 1: So so set this up for me.
- 4:53Speaker 2: You're on stage, she was just there at the festival.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Did you have any idea that she was going to do?
- 4:58Speaker 2: No, I didn't at all, No, not at So she's
- 5:00Speaker 2: just there with her friends having a good time.
- 5:02Speaker 1: I love that. And then what's the Heidi Montag such she.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Performed before I did?
- 5:07Speaker 1: She did?
- 5:08Speaker 2: Yeah, she's a sweet girl. I mean, look, we met briefly.
- 5:11Speaker 2: She was coming off I was going on with Spencer there. Yeah,
- 5:14Speaker 2: of course.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Yeah, he's kind of funny.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Right, I don't know, I've never met I've never I've
- 5:19Speaker 2: only met them in passing, literally like Hi, how are you?
- 5:22Speaker 2: I will say this though, he seems very much. He
- 5:27Speaker 2: clearly loves Heidi, and he clearly is like a great
- 5:32Speaker 2: He should be a manager, quite honestly. Yeah, she's like
- 5:34Speaker 2: a talent manager, a music manager, because he's that's basically
- 5:37Speaker 2: what he's doing right now. He's doing a very good
- 5:39Speaker 2: job of it.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Yeah, he's gotten her everywhere everywhere. Where?
- 5:43Speaker 2: Was it remarkable?
- 5:44Speaker 1: I mean, honestly, I feel like I opened the news, right,
- 5:47Speaker 1: I love that. I call it the daily Mail?
- 5:49Speaker 2: The daily Mail?
- 5:51Speaker 1: Do you know that you have to pay now for
- 5:54Speaker 1: the Daily Mail?
- 5:55Speaker 2: Good? Maybe they'll leave us alone.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. Well, I mean, I can't. I can't
- 6:00Speaker 1: invest in that news.
- 6:01Speaker 2: I'm not investing in this ship they needed. You know
- 6:04Speaker 2: what it's bad is when you have to pay to
- 6:05Speaker 2: read stories about yourself. I don't know if you've ever
- 6:08Speaker 2: had that. I'm like, let me see what they say
- 6:09Speaker 2: over here, and it's like I've hit a paywall. I'm like,
- 6:12Speaker 2: fuck you, la times, this is about me.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I wanted to That happened with Tom Yeah, every
- 6:18Speaker 1: day for my hole whatever. It was paparazzi getting me
- 6:22Speaker 1: on a walk.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Where were you?
- 6:24Speaker 1: I was just down the street going to gel since.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Oh gosh, you really wordes down the street.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I was going to go, are they out here?
- 6:31Speaker 2: Are they stalking you?
- 6:32Speaker 1: They're out here, so I mean, this is hilarious. So
- 6:37Speaker 1: they're stalking. Like the next day is even worse than
- 6:40Speaker 1: the first day.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Oh god.
- 6:42Speaker 1: So the first day I don't assume anything. Clearly I
- 6:43Speaker 1: would have worn a better outfit. Second day, I'm by myself,
- 6:48Speaker 1: looking terrible, going to get my mail and getting stuff
- 6:52Speaker 1: like Edwin gets a food delivery here, like just grabbing
- 6:55Speaker 1: stuff like that. They're there taking pictures of give them
- 6:58Speaker 1: the finger, and Edwin's here because you know, like he
- 7:02Speaker 1: comes and goes and depending on what his schedule's like
- 7:05Speaker 1: with the kids. And then he goes out. I'm like, oh,
- 7:08Speaker 1: the paparazzi a here again, and they just got a
- 7:11Speaker 1: million pictures of me looking like death. I've never seen
- 7:13Speaker 1: a guy take his shirt off. Quicker, Wow, he walked out.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Okay, somebody's living for it.
- 7:25Speaker 1: And I was like, you know what if I took
- 7:27Speaker 1: my shirt off, nobody would pay for that daily mail man.
- 7:32Speaker 2: That's not true. Yes they would, yes.
- 7:34Speaker 1: But I had a laugh about it. But I think
- 7:36Speaker 1: with paparazzi was already gone. I think.
- 7:40Speaker 2: You just took a reason. Dude.
- 7:42Speaker 1: I'm like, good thing he didn't shave.
- 7:44Speaker 2: How's it going with him?
- 7:45Speaker 1: Everything's pretty good. I mean the medical stuff has really
- 7:51Speaker 1: helped everybody kind of put things into perspective. But this
- 7:54Speaker 1: weekend was one of those first weekends where it was like,
- 7:57Speaker 1: we're both home, we haven't discuss who has. The kids
- 8:01Speaker 1: were rotating in and out. But then there's like this
- 8:03Speaker 1: down time and I'm like, okay, so what do we
- 8:05Speaker 1: do here? Yeah, like at the downtime, one of us
- 8:08Speaker 1: needs to get out.
- 8:09Speaker 2: All right, Yes, you can't be in yes, And then
- 8:11Speaker 2: where too, and how long?
- 8:13Speaker 1: And yeah, like so he has his other house, but
- 8:16Speaker 1: like we really have each other's back, and the fact
- 8:19Speaker 1: that I'm like, Okay, I'm taking slate riding and then
- 8:21Speaker 1: I'm taking doves to this birthday party. What do you
- 8:24Speaker 1: want to do? And He's like, I want to do this.
- 8:25Speaker 1: And then Friday we had graduation and all the kids
- 8:28Speaker 1: were there, and then there's like this like one gap
- 8:31Speaker 1: of time on Saturday where it was like four hours.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I'm like, so, where are you going to go?
- 8:35Speaker 2: Right exactly? I ain't going nowhere?
- 8:37Speaker 1: Yeah, Like and are you taking the kids? Or am
- 8:39Speaker 1: I taking the kids? Like I'm happy. He kind of
- 8:42Speaker 1: like hung around in his office and I had a friend,
- 8:45Speaker 1: my friend Latal come over. But it still didn't feel
- 8:48Speaker 1: comfortable comfort Yeah, it didn't. Granted, when we're spending time.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Together on purpose, that's different.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Co parenting, that's different. Like when we went to dinner
- 8:59Speaker 1: with the kids after it's graduation, it's different. And Belle
- 9:01Speaker 1: is there and the boyfriend. Totally different feeling. And yes,
- 9:06Speaker 1: she's in a junior in high school.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Now, God, yeah, where is my life going?
- 9:12Speaker 1: I don't know, considering she was a baby when.
- 9:14Speaker 2: I know considering we were all babies when we met.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know how this is happening.
- 9:20Speaker 2: So how was the horse show in Devin, Pennsylvania?
- 9:22Speaker 1: Okay, so it was one too long? What do you
- 9:25Speaker 1: mean because normally what happens is I don't go until
- 9:30Speaker 1: my weekend.
- 9:31Speaker 2: But how long do these things last? I just don't know.
- 9:33Speaker 1: So it's junior weekend, then professionals during the week, and
- 9:38Speaker 1: then and then amateur weekend, so essentially ten day.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Are you not professional any longer?
- 9:43Speaker 1: No, I've got my amateur status, but my horse shows
- 9:47Speaker 1: in the professionals. So first slate showed and the juniors
- 9:50Speaker 1: and she was great, and there's like a whole week
- 9:52Speaker 1: of yeah, and then I had my nanny come and
- 9:55Speaker 1: get her because they were worried about me being on
- 9:58Speaker 1: too many flights back and forth and they were like,
- 10:00Speaker 1: you're gonna be so exhausted. You just did immunotherapy. So
- 10:04Speaker 1: but it was too much downtime, like too much time
- 10:06Speaker 1: in the motel six.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I believe that that can get really tedious.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Yeah, like you can watch the show do.
- 10:12Speaker 2: And staring at the ugly ceiling and feeling closed in
- 10:15Speaker 2: and like.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I didn't normally when I go out of town, I podcast,
- 10:18Speaker 1: but like I really tried to be like aware of
- 10:22Speaker 1: not overdoing it right. But then when it got to
- 10:25Speaker 1: my showing, I had four classes and I would say
- 10:29Speaker 1: three of the four were really good and my final
- 10:33Speaker 1: class was bad.
- 10:34Speaker 2: What happened?
- 10:35Speaker 1: I just didn't know what. You know, that moment when
- 10:38Speaker 1: you're doing anything, like let's say you're running and like
- 10:41Speaker 1: you don't know where you are, like your foot, where
- 10:43Speaker 1: your foot should go. That's kind of how I felt,
- 10:46Speaker 1: or probably if you're performing.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Oh listen, I've lost the choreography many times, Yeah, blanked
- 10:51Speaker 2: out and you know, just like blanked out and I
- 10:53Speaker 2: don't even I'm not even going through what you're going through.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Where just like the whole fucking show just left.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I'm sitting there, La and I'm like, where
- 11:01Speaker 1: am I going? I'm going to the last jump. And
- 11:02Speaker 1: I was having a really good round and I'm like,
- 11:05Speaker 1: but this is the problem I got in my head
- 11:06Speaker 1: and I'm like.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I could win this, Oh my god, I could win.
- 11:11Speaker 1: And then that that took you right Then all of
- 11:13Speaker 1: a sudden, I was like, I'm going to do everything
- 11:15Speaker 1: I can to not win this.
- 11:18Speaker 2: And you did it. You didn't win, did you?
- 11:20Speaker 1: Now you it up?
- 11:21Speaker 2: You see, you're really good sabotageur.
- 11:26Speaker 1: But then I what I was proud of myself for
- 11:28Speaker 1: was instead of being a sad sack and crying around
- 11:32Speaker 1: about it, I was like, you know what, you just
- 11:34Speaker 1: went and did something that people told you would never
- 11:38Speaker 1: that you can't do, So fuck you.
- 11:40Speaker 2: That's the win right there.
- 11:41Speaker 1: That's the win. And you know what, there's a million
- 11:43Speaker 1: years more that I can do it.
- 11:44Speaker 2: It's of course, and it's a big win. Yeah, I mean,
- 11:47Speaker 2: just to be.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Out there, out there and doing it. And then I
- 11:51Speaker 1: had a moment of feeling probably like hush, I've worked
- 11:54Speaker 1: really hard to be able to afford to do these
- 11:57Speaker 1: things that I really want to do.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Let me tell you something for me. Know I people
- 12:01Speaker 2: don't know this, but I'm gonna say it right now.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Nobody really outworks Teddy Mellencamp.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 12:07Speaker 2: She's one of the hardest workers. And I mean even
- 12:11Speaker 2: and especially now. I mean it's just when I tell people,
- 12:14Speaker 2: when people ask me about you, like how is she doing?
- 12:17Speaker 2: I was like, I've never seen a human being do this.
- 12:20Speaker 2: My doctor friends are like, how the fuck is this
- 12:23Speaker 2: woman up and doing this? Shit, I said, because she
- 12:26Speaker 2: is insanely you know, discipline.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I think I'm disciplined, but I'm also so scared of
- 12:33Speaker 1: feeling depressed.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yes that you'll do you're doing anything I feel that way,
- 12:37Speaker 2: I'm like no.
- 12:37Speaker 1: But I also realized I can't really plan more than
- 12:40Speaker 1: a week. If it's work, I can, but if it's
- 12:42Speaker 1: like friend, a week and we can an advance. Remember
- 12:45Speaker 1: how I used to be.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Like yeah, and that was annoying, by the way, So
- 12:48Speaker 2: I'm glad we're only down to a week and a half,
- 12:50Speaker 2: to be honest.
- 12:51Speaker 1: But like I planned this week, but then like people
- 12:53Speaker 1: are like, what about next week, and I'm like, motherfuckers,
- 12:56Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Yeah, next week, I don't even know what I'm doing
- 12:59Speaker 2: the rest of the day. Yeah, you know much less.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Next week?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Are your days back to being quite busy again? Yeah?
- 13:20Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's been nice, you know, I think it's
- 13:22Speaker 2: always nice at the beginning, exactly, and then like in
- 13:25Speaker 2: about two or three weeks, I'll be walking in here
- 13:28Speaker 2: with a sour puss space mad at somebody. Well there's
- 13:31Speaker 2: no important reason.
- 13:32Speaker 1: By the way, I don't know this was announced. I'm
- 13:35Speaker 1: allowed to say it. Rachel Zoua is the New Housewives,
- 13:38Speaker 1: And what do you think.
- 13:40Speaker 2: I think she was? You know, she has great on
- 13:43Speaker 2: screen presence, and she was really nice. You know, I.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Really like her too. I sat next to her in
- 13:48Speaker 1: an event.
- 13:49Speaker 2: People really like her, and yeah, it's nice. And she
- 13:52Speaker 2: didn't have like I didn't feel gross. You know how
- 13:55Speaker 2: some people come in aggressive, like Rachel's very sure of herself.
- 14:00Speaker 2: She's very self assured. So I didn't feel like she
- 14:02Speaker 2: was trying to be interesting. She was. She is interesting exactly.
- 14:05Speaker 2: My point.
- 14:06Speaker 1: She is interesting.
- 14:07Speaker 2: She wasn't pushing, and she's done a show before, she
- 14:10Speaker 2: had her own show when nobody had their own show.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Yeah, and she dresses cool, she dresses different. She's not
- 14:16Speaker 1: being a try hard.
- 14:17Speaker 2: That's actually who she is exactly.
- 14:19Speaker 1: I think it's gonna be.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Good to I did too. I think she's gonna she's
- 14:21Speaker 2: a great addition. And whether I end up liking her
- 14:24Speaker 2: or not, it doesn't matter, because she's great for the show. Yeah,
- 14:27Speaker 2: but I plan on getting along with everybody.
- 14:30Speaker 1: It's my player, Erica. That's the worst thing that you
- 14:32Speaker 1: could ever say to me.
- 14:34Speaker 2: You know, it's not gonna work. So I'm just telling
- 14:37Speaker 2: you my intentions. Right, I have good intentions.
- 14:41Speaker 1: There are not the intentions I want to hear right now.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Well, I didn't say it was gonna last.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Well I'm hoping, speaking of intentions, that you're gonna recap
- 14:50Speaker 1: or chunting with me again.
- 14:51Speaker 2: I might do that. I enjoyed it. Can I tell you?
- 14:54Speaker 2: Like watching it from an objective position, this is so
- 14:57Speaker 2: much more It was so much more fun for me.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I mean, it's more fun, especially when people are shit shows.
- 15:04Speaker 1: So we're gonna talk a little bit about the trailer
- 15:07Speaker 1: that just came out.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Okay, let's get it in.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Okay, So the trailer immediately kicks off with all of
- 15:11Speaker 1: the ladies Shannon, Heather, Tam, Regina, Emily, Jen, Katie, and
- 15:15Speaker 1: Gretchen being hooked to polygraph test.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Don't like it, we already did it, We've already seen it.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Or unless I'm getting like some government secret clearance. Fuck
- 15:24Speaker 2: you and the polygraph I'm sorry, what is it? What for?
- 15:27Speaker 2: To find out? Who called the Papa Rozzi Disneyland?
- 15:32Speaker 1: There's a snake in the group.
- 15:35Speaker 2: That's what the show's about. A bunch of snakes? About
- 15:40Speaker 2: that about? Okay?
- 15:42Speaker 1: Yeah, In a very serious tone, the polygrapher asks Heather Dubro,
- 15:47Speaker 1: She'd rather be on Beverly Hills.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I'm already over it.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I know, I know.
- 15:53Speaker 2: What did she say?
- 15:54Speaker 1: She goes, oh, okay, And then there's one part where
- 15:58Speaker 1: they ask Shannon if she's hooked up with multiple people
- 16:02Speaker 1: in Orange Countra, I help so, and she goes, yes,
- 16:04Speaker 1: I have.
- 16:05Speaker 2: I love her for that. Good for you, Shan, and
- 16:07Speaker 2: wherever you may be, right on, sister.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Then it continues on and it's revealed that the cast
- 16:14Speaker 1: will go to New Orleans. By the way, do you
- 16:16Speaker 1: say New Orleans or New Orleans?
- 16:18Speaker 2: I say New Orleans?
- 16:19Speaker 1: Okay, So New Orleans is what we're going with. Where
- 16:21Speaker 1: Tamra compiles when asked to show your tits during Marti Gras,
- 16:26Speaker 1: she she showed. She told me she was never going
- 16:28Speaker 1: to show her tits again, but did during did but
- 16:31Speaker 1: I had a bra. So does that count?
- 16:33Speaker 2: Not in my world? Because Marty Gras is all about
- 16:35Speaker 2: shows your tits and get these cheap beads. Yeah, you know,
- 16:38Speaker 2: thrown at you because yeah, I mean, I don't know.
- 16:40Speaker 2: I love Tamara. I just you know, it doesn't count.
- 16:43Speaker 1: I don't think it counts if you're bra showing. If
- 16:45Speaker 1: I can't see your nipple.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Look, if you're not straight out like you know, go
- 16:51Speaker 2: for it or don't.
- 16:52Speaker 1: But I also want to say, the last time that
- 16:54Speaker 1: I was in New Orleans, people were just flinging those things.
- 16:58Speaker 1: That means whether I had shown my they're not, this
- 17:01Speaker 1: says you're hot. I mean I definitely wasn't hot that day.
- 17:05Speaker 2: How do you know they must have thought something.
- 17:07Speaker 1: I mean compared to the rest of the group, that
- 17:09Speaker 1: that town can be a little stinky. Well, we were
- 17:12Speaker 1: talking earlier about filters, but this one kind of takes
- 17:15Speaker 1: the cake for me. This is an overdue filter. Gretchen
- 17:19Speaker 1: is returning after twelve years hiatus, and she's back as
- 17:22Speaker 1: a friend of the season. She's also with her longtime
- 17:25Speaker 1: partner Slade Smiley, who has been on the show with
- 17:29Speaker 1: other women.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of weird what they seems that they kind
- 17:32Speaker 2: to do that down there in OS. I mean, there's
- 17:35Speaker 2: god right, they got to be more men that are
- 17:37Speaker 2: willing to get on the show.
- 17:38Speaker 1: And why do they kind of look the same, both
- 17:40Speaker 1: the guys, because John and Slade both because.
- 17:44Speaker 2: I know, but they're not even I heard he has
- 17:47Speaker 2: a big dick though you heard that. I heard Slade
- 17:51Speaker 2: has a big dick. I did, and not from anybody
- 17:54Speaker 2: in here. No. I meant, I was like, hold on, guys,
- 17:58Speaker 2: I have not had sex with It's no, I know that.
- 18:01Speaker 2: What I'm saying is I heard that he has a
- 18:04Speaker 2: big dick, and it's not from anybody that we socialize with. Oh,
- 18:09Speaker 2: it's not coming from inside this circle or this extended circle.
- 18:12Speaker 2: I know somebody like from an outside circle.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Is this something they found out recently.
- 18:17Speaker 2: No, this is long well known for years. Well okay,
- 18:22Speaker 2: so I'm just trying to figure out if his ride
- 18:23Speaker 2: or not big dick.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Big dick or hope it's definitely not big dick energy
- 18:28Speaker 1: because he completely gives me the I.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Broke his penis. It happened. Well, that's a real thing.
- 18:33Speaker 1: You know.
- 18:33Speaker 2: If you do that, then you're gonna have to have
- 18:35Speaker 2: it degloved, which is where they peel the skin back
- 18:38Speaker 2: like a banana, and then they have to do the
- 18:40Speaker 2: surgical fixing. So I hope she really didn't break his penis,
- 18:42Speaker 2: because that sucks.
- 18:43Speaker 1: But also if she's making up that she broke his penis,
- 18:46Speaker 1: it's as annoying as when people says seven times a.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Day, do you think she's lying about breaking his dick.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Why do you ask him?
- 18:53Speaker 1: I think she's probably exaggerating, Like I think, you know
- 18:56Speaker 1: when you sometimes had sex and you like, sit down
- 18:58Speaker 1: wrong and it kind of been but you didn't really
- 19:01Speaker 1: break it.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Well, I don't have a penis, so the answer is no,
- 19:04Speaker 2: but I can tell you how my vagina feels. Sometimes
- 19:06Speaker 2: someone's like.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Well, that's what I mean. You sit weir a little bit. Yeah,
- 19:11Speaker 1: it's like AHw But I wonder if she really broke it.
- 19:15Speaker 1: I think she's just trying to show off.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Well, I mean hey, But then.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Things between Tamra, whom Slade is heard calling Captain evil
- 19:23Speaker 1: and don't see how old are we?
- 19:28Speaker 2: Like in her empties? Not you? But you know what
- 19:30Speaker 2: I'm saying.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Do you want to hear what my doctor did the
- 19:43Speaker 1: other day?
- 19:44Speaker 2: Oh my god? What?
- 19:45Speaker 1: So two things first, he says to the guy that
- 19:48Speaker 1: I'm dating. We're all sitting there as a group of us,
- 19:51Speaker 1: waiting for the.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Results, hurry up results of what to fall up.
- 19:56Speaker 1: On my cancer stuff. And so we're just sitting there
- 20:00Speaker 1: and we're all a little nerved up to make sure
- 20:01Speaker 1: that it's okay. He looks at the guy and goes
- 20:05Speaker 1: are you her son?
- 20:07Speaker 2: I I hate this man, I mean.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Too so then if he wasn't saving my life, I'd
- 20:16Speaker 1: really hate him, right, Is this your son? Which also,
- 20:19Speaker 1: I want to be clear, this person is thirty five.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I was gonna say, I've met this person. He's a
- 20:23Speaker 2: grown fucking man. How the fuck? What is your doctor? Okay?
- 20:27Speaker 1: Well, then as if it wasn't worse, then he's like
- 20:30Speaker 1: on the computer and I'm like, what's he looking at?
- 20:32Speaker 1: And then he goes, have you had your period since uh,
- 20:36Speaker 1: you've been out of the hospital, And I was like,
- 20:38Speaker 1: I haven't, and he goes, must be menopause. You're my
- 20:43Speaker 1: age and I go how old are you? I go,
- 20:48Speaker 1: and he goes fifty three. I go, I am forty three.
- 20:53Speaker 2: How about must be menopause? What a fucking ass?
- 20:57Speaker 1: I'm like, first you say to the guy that.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I'm dating, who is in his mid thirties by the way,
- 21:03Speaker 2: who does not look like a child, who does not
- 21:06Speaker 2: he's a grown man. I know I've met him.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Is this your son? When you bring up my menopausal state?
- 21:12Speaker 3: Which I don't want kids anyway, And if I am
- 21:15Speaker 3: going through menopause, great, hopefully I slept through it during
- 21:17Speaker 3: the tumor time, but like, we don't need to be
- 21:20Speaker 3: thrown around my age, my menopause, all these things.
- 21:24Speaker 1: I mean, my friend Kelly was in there and like
- 21:26Speaker 1: I looked over it and like tears are coming out
- 21:28Speaker 1: of her eyes just cry.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Of course She's like, no, he was letting you have it.
- 21:33Speaker 1: He was letting me have it for all the time.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Must be menopause.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Must be that menopause. Talk about it with your son.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Let me tell you something. If it is menopause, I
- 21:42Speaker 2: know exactly what to is. So it's okay, okay, good.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Yeah. Then it goes to twelve years later, it's we're back.
- 21:49Speaker 2: To Tamra and Slide duking it out.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Slade duking out twelve years you've gone after me, Tamor
- 21:56Speaker 1: yells at Gretchen, and another scene, Emily tells Hammer that
- 22:01Speaker 1: Gretchen claimed she had an affair, and then later Emily
- 22:03Speaker 1: facetimes with Slade and asked, is there audio from this sex?
- 22:09Speaker 2: No? Why is Emily doing this?
- 22:12Speaker 1: Emily is? I think Emily is a shitster. Love Emily,
- 22:16Speaker 1: but I think once the information came out and Emily
- 22:21Speaker 1: was happy to just pass it along.
- 22:25Speaker 2: But so who is it that she had an affair.
- 22:31Speaker 1: With allegedly somebody like I think twelve years ago before
- 22:35Speaker 1: she was married.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Right, and that's what I have to do whatever she wants.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Is it an affair? What the fuck does that mean?
- 22:41Speaker 2: Even mean, I can't Why.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Are we bringing up a bringing intercourse allegedly from.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Twelve years ago?
- 22:50Speaker 1: I think it was even more.
- 22:51Speaker 2: I forget how that's a reach and a half, Like, wow,
- 22:54Speaker 2: really trying to pull a.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Rssion, Like are you trying to get your orange that bad?
- 22:59Speaker 2: It's an orange? I totally forgot about that. Yeah, so
- 23:02Speaker 2: that happens, please the juice.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Yeah. Then the trailer then cuts to a scene of
- 23:08Speaker 1: Tamar telling Heather in a moment seemingly connected to the
- 23:12Speaker 1: rumor she's lying, I'm wondering why Tam love you? Why
- 23:16Speaker 1: you didn't just be like fuck off? This is insane.
- 23:19Speaker 1: It's twelve Like, don't even give them that? Like I
- 23:22Speaker 1: wanted her just to give like, oh, fourteen years ago,
- 23:25Speaker 1: some made up story.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I mean I really would just be like, you know
- 23:30Speaker 2: what if that's if this is like the big revelation,
- 23:32Speaker 2: like that's what we're doing. Fourteen fucking do you know
- 23:34Speaker 2: how many things have happened to people in fourteen years,
- 23:38Speaker 2: Like this is that's all you got?
- 23:40Speaker 1: I mean, considering now we're dealing with drama from twelve
- 23:44Speaker 1: years ago, that's probably not even true. How do you
- 23:46Speaker 1: feel about bringing back a housewife or a friend of
- 23:49Speaker 1: from so many years ago?
- 23:52Speaker 2: If they're good and they're able to keep up and
- 23:54Speaker 2: they have something to offer, I think it's fine. If
- 23:56Speaker 2: you're just there to rehash old fourteen year old possible
- 23:59Speaker 2: beef with some alleged singer, No, does that make sense?
- 24:04Speaker 1: Like come on, it would be like me going back
- 24:08Speaker 1: to Beverly Hills to talk about Lucy Juicy Apple Goosey.
- 24:11Speaker 2: We're not doing that. We're not look at your I mean,
- 24:15Speaker 2: we have all lived lifetime. Need ship, right, That's what
- 24:20Speaker 2: I'm getting at. Maybe like if if that's what I'm
- 24:22Speaker 2: coming back with like a you know, quarter of it,
- 24:26Speaker 2: Like no, no, I need just be yourself, just unfold
- 24:30Speaker 2: my god.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Yeah. And then also in the trailer, Jen is telling
- 24:34Speaker 1: her fiance Ryan that she doesn't want Tamra at their
- 24:37Speaker 1: wedding because because she's annoyed about the FED thing and.
- 24:43Speaker 2: The get used to it and saw what they did
- 24:45Speaker 2: in my dudes, dudes, God soul.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Then the next scene, Jen shows. They showed Jen having
- 24:54Speaker 1: drinks with Heather telling her that this effing woman caused
- 24:57Speaker 1: so much pain. I'm assuming she's referring to camera. Yeah,
- 25:01Speaker 1: does she ever talk about anybody other than Tamra?
- 25:04Speaker 2: I don't know. Did I tell you I met Gina
- 25:05Speaker 2: at upfronts?
- 25:06Speaker 1: No? How was it?
- 25:07Speaker 2: She was cute, she was sweet.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Did you talk to her as much as you talked
- 25:11Speaker 1: to Jesse? No?
- 25:15Speaker 2: What?
- 25:17Speaker 1: No?
- 25:18Speaker 2: Absolutely not, I listen. No, but she was pretty cute
- 25:23Speaker 2: and she has a great little personality. And you know,
- 25:25Speaker 2: I was chatting up everybody, to be honest.
- 25:28Speaker 1: You know what. I love chatty Erica.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I did too, chatty Erica is Oh lord?
- 25:34Speaker 1: Then, after a montage of chaotic moments, Emily screams, nobody
- 25:39Speaker 1: believes you even after a lie detector test.
- 25:41Speaker 2: What is it about?
- 25:43Speaker 1: Oh, there's we forgot to talk about Katie.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Is she on the show?
- 25:46Speaker 1: She's on a little bit, I think, And they're saying
- 25:49Speaker 1: that she's Somebody called her pathological.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Okay, so I've been called way worse and we didn't
- 25:56Speaker 2: do anything about it. I've been called way worse than that.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Oh what is this? Right? Like the other shows like
- 26:03Speaker 2: have they seen what else is going on in like Atlanta?
- 26:06Speaker 1: You know that, Yeah, shits could be a little bit worse.
- 26:09Speaker 1: But she says she's so full of shit. The polygraph
- 26:12Speaker 1: examiner is heard whispering in the final second.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Oh no, that's kind of interesting if we have the
- 26:18Speaker 2: polygraph guy saying she's so full of shit.
- 26:20Speaker 1: But I mean, we knew she was kind of full
- 26:22Speaker 1: of shit. She's full of shit. I'm excited about it.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Thanks for tuning in for another episode of Diamonds in
- 26:28Speaker 1: the Rough. We love y'all, and we'll talk to you
- 26:31Speaker 1: next week.
- 26:31Speaker 2: We'll see you next week.
