A group of passionate volunteers in Rotorua, aged 60 to 80, are running out of curtains to help families stay warm — and they need your help. These women have spent thousands of hours sewing and fitting curtains for people living in cold, damp homes, especially in rural areas where health risks are high. With donations from motels drying up, they’re urgently asking locals to donate gently used curtains still in good condition.
