- 0:13Speaker 1: Hallelujah, hallelujah, praise the name of the Lord a man.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Good morning, everybody.
- 0:25Speaker 2: My gratitude to the pastor in church, thank you so much,
- 0:28Speaker 2: and the entire eldership of this presbytery. May the Lord
- 0:32Speaker 2: bless us a privilege to bring the word of the
- 0:34Speaker 2: Lord to us. And I trust that God will help
- 0:37Speaker 2: us and bless us this morning in Jesus' name. And
- 0:40Speaker 2: we lift our hands one more time to heaven and
- 0:43Speaker 2: ask the Lord to speak to us.
- 0:46Speaker 1: We have received words, we have received worship.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Unlet's ask the Lord again that you will speak one
- 0:55Speaker 2: more time to our hearts.
- 0:57Speaker 1: The Bible declares that the entrance of His word gives
- 1:00Speaker 1: light and.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Understanding to the simple, that the revival that is already
- 1:07Speaker 2: breaking forth from this Presbyterian Church, that it will spread
- 1:12Speaker 2: across all the expressions within.
- 1:15Speaker 1: This nation and across the globe.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Someone speaking to the Lord, for in Jesus' muchless name,
- 1:31Speaker 2: we have prayed.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Amen, please be seated just a very brief session with us.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I believe in the power of God's Word, and I
- 1:40Speaker 2: believe in the teaching of God's Word, because therein lies
- 1:47Speaker 2: the power of the believer. All that happens to the
- 1:50Speaker 2: believer in this kingdom depends on the understanding.
- 1:53Speaker 1: That we have of the word of God.
- 1:56Speaker 2: The Bible says, then openly heed their eyes their understanding,
- 2:00Speaker 2: that they might understand the scripture. So let's look at
- 2:03Speaker 2: our text and examine a few things this morning. Isaiah
- 2:07Speaker 2: forty three from verse eighteen and nineteen. Isaiah forty three,
- 2:13Speaker 2: eighteen and nineteen, it says, remember, by ye not the
- 2:17Speaker 2: former things, neither consider the things of old. The next
- 2:23Speaker 2: verse says, behold, I will do a new thing now,
- 2:26Speaker 2: which shall spring forth?
- 2:27Speaker 1: Shall ye not know it?
- 2:29Speaker 2: I will even make a way in the wilderness and
- 2:32Speaker 2: reverse in the desert. There are three instructions there, and
- 2:38Speaker 2: it's important that we understand what the prophet is saying.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Number one, he says, remember ye not, remember ye not,
- 2:46Speaker 2: remember year, not the moment. The Bible talks of remembrance
- 2:50Speaker 2: and memory. Immediately he refers to the past, because you see,
- 2:56Speaker 2: time is broken into three dimensions.
- 2:59Speaker 1: There is past, there is present, and there is future.
- 3:03Speaker 2: There is yesterday, today, and tomorrow away together, and God
- 3:10Speaker 2: designed it that way such that today and tomorrow can
- 3:15Speaker 2: correct whatever it is that was wrong with yesterday. There's
- 3:19Speaker 2: nothing you can do about yesterday. When time time only
- 3:22Speaker 2: goes forward. So God fragmented time into yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
- 3:29Speaker 1: So he says, remember y not the former things.
- 3:33Speaker 2: The first instruction here, and that is my first admonishment
- 3:36Speaker 2: towards this morning, is that over dwelling in the past,
- 3:41Speaker 2: whether positively or negatively, can.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Hinder advancement and progress.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Over dwelling in the past, it doesn't have to be negative.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Over dwelling in the past is a cancer to progress,
- 3:56Speaker 2: a cancer to advancement.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 4:00Speaker 2: When you dwell on the negative past, it is able
- 4:06Speaker 2: to create discouragement, fear, and it will even deflate your passion. Listen,
- 4:14Speaker 2: when you dwell in yesterday and all the negative occurrences
- 4:19Speaker 2: and the negative experiences that came with yesterday. Among the
- 4:23Speaker 2: many things that it can do to you is number one,
- 4:26Speaker 2: it will plant fear are we together now? Fear of
- 4:30Speaker 2: the future, fear of today. Number two, it sustains the
- 4:34Speaker 2: ability to bring discouragement, discouragement, discouragement.
- 4:40Speaker 1: And number three, it can deflate your passion.
- 4:44Speaker 2: You need passion to press forward, to push against the
- 4:48Speaker 2: vicissitudes of life. So the profit is giving us an instruction.
- 4:52Speaker 2: He says, remembering not.
- 4:55Speaker 1: The former things.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Former pain forma disappointment, former mistakes away together now, yes,
- 5:03Speaker 2: and you see the past has a voice. It always
- 5:06Speaker 2: seeks to relieve itself in your today.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Are we together? It is a reason why.
- 5:11Speaker 2: You can remember something that happened thirty years ago, twenty
- 5:14Speaker 2: years ago and begin to cry a current tears away
- 5:18Speaker 2: together now.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Yes, you can watch.
- 5:20Speaker 2: A movie that has been acted five ten years ago
- 5:23Speaker 2: and cry as to it were happening now. The past
- 5:27Speaker 2: always seeks to relieve itself.
- 5:29Speaker 1: In your today. It is your responsibility.
- 5:32Speaker 2: And by this instruction to remember not that is a
- 5:36Speaker 2: statement that demands responsibility. So there is the negative past
- 5:42Speaker 2: that can bring fear.
- 5:44Speaker 1: To remember means to.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Bring to memory. To remember means to make a life again.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Away together now, remembering not the former things, the former past,
- 5:54Speaker 2: because it creates fear, it creates discouragement, and it deflats
- 5:59Speaker 2: your passion to press. But the positive past can also
- 6:06Speaker 2: create complacency, can create pride and over confidence. It can
- 6:12Speaker 2: even create indiscipline. I wait together now. So over dwelling
- 6:17Speaker 2: on both the negative and the positive past can affect you.
- 6:21Speaker 2: I take it again that the positive past when you
- 6:25Speaker 2: overdwell there. It can create complacency, it can create pride.
- 6:33Speaker 2: There are people who they are unbecoming. Is that they
- 6:36Speaker 2: succeeded yesterday. That was the worst thing that happened to them,
- 6:40Speaker 2: their success of yesterday. So beclouded them that today and
- 6:44Speaker 2: tomorrow came and they did not have the passion to
- 6:47Speaker 2: succeed again. My beauty house, Yesterday, I healed the sick. Yesterday,
- 6:52Speaker 2: I prayed in tongues yesterday, I raised the dead yesterday,
- 6:56Speaker 2: he said, remember y, not the former things. The many
- 7:00Speaker 2: many people who are not able to do great things
- 7:03Speaker 2: because they are yesterday.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Be clouded them.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Whether you're yesterday was positive or negative, over dwelling on it.
- 7:11Speaker 2: This is why God never put the human eye at
- 7:14Speaker 2: the back, because it does not expect.
- 7:16Speaker 1: You to concentrate facing backward. Are we together?
- 7:20Speaker 2: If you want to turn with your eyes back, your
- 7:23Speaker 2: whole body most tone back. Here's what Apostle Paul had
- 7:28Speaker 2: to say Philippians, chapter three, from.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Verse thirteen and fourteen.
- 7:32Speaker 2: It is God's speaking to us already Philippians three, thirteen
- 7:36Speaker 2: and fourteen.
- 7:38Speaker 1: This is a very powerful lesson that I learned yes ago.
- 7:41Speaker 2: It says, brethren, I count myself to have apprehended. Not
- 7:45Speaker 2: to have I count not myself to have apprehended. But
- 7:48Speaker 2: this one thing, say one thing, one more time, say
- 7:51Speaker 2: one thing. But this one thing I do forgetting the
- 7:55Speaker 2: things that are behind, and reaching forth for those things
- 8:00Speaker 2: which are before. It says verse fourteen. I press, I
- 8:05Speaker 2: press towards the mark of the price of the high
- 8:09Speaker 2: calling of God in Jesus Christ. I remember I prayed
- 8:15Speaker 2: a prayer many years ago, and I told the Lord,
- 8:17Speaker 2: I said, Father, may I never know the extent of
- 8:20Speaker 2: my impact, so that it does not affect my focus
- 8:24Speaker 2: and affect my advancement. To know that I have the
- 8:27Speaker 2: privilege of blessing lives across the nations is enough for me.
- 8:31Speaker 2: There are many of us who have the each to
- 8:34Speaker 2: reminisce and continue to review the past, not so that
- 8:37Speaker 2: we can strategize for the future. Many of us continue
- 8:41Speaker 2: to flatter ourselves around lead to results, spiritual results, financial
- 8:46Speaker 2: results carry our results, and you find out we are
- 8:49Speaker 2: not able to make progress. And beware of people who
- 8:53Speaker 2: clap for you too much and stop you from moving forward.
- 8:56Speaker 2: There are people who clap for you even when you
- 8:58Speaker 2: have not done much.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Great men know how to shot their ears so that
- 9:03Speaker 1: they were able to make maximum progress.
- 9:06Speaker 2: There was a story that was told about someone who
- 9:09Speaker 2: was about to climb, you know, to climb a very
- 9:13Speaker 2: high tower. And whilst the person was climbing, there were
- 9:16Speaker 2: two groups of people on the ground and some of
- 9:19Speaker 2: them were clapping for him and encouraging him, and some
- 9:22Speaker 2: were saying you better.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Stop and calm down. Two groups all on the ground.
- 9:27Speaker 1: He was climbing.
- 9:28Speaker 2: It was quite an impossible fit, but he kept moving
- 9:31Speaker 2: and some were clapping for him to calm down, somewhere
- 9:34Speaker 2: clapping to notify him to continue. And the man kept clapping,
- 9:38Speaker 2: and they found out that he did not seem to
- 9:41Speaker 2: secure their attention.
- 9:42Speaker 1: When he got to the top, you.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Know, someone came and motioned and was talking to him,
- 9:47Speaker 2: and he could not reply the person. Eventually they found
- 9:51Speaker 2: out that the man was deaf. That was the reason
- 9:55Speaker 2: he was able to climb. So those clapping for him,
- 9:57Speaker 2: he could not hear them. Those discourage him.
- 10:00Speaker 1: He could not hear them.
- 10:01Speaker 2: One thing that was his focus was that he was
- 10:04Speaker 2: going up and nothing would.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Change his mind.
- 10:06Speaker 2: If he had the years to hear those clapping for him,
- 10:10Speaker 2: pride would make him to even leave the ladder and
- 10:12Speaker 2: calm down. If he heard those who discourage him, maybe
- 10:15Speaker 2: complacency and fear would make him to not be able
- 10:19Speaker 2: to continue. The applauds of men and their discouragement can
- 10:23Speaker 2: affect you.
- 10:23Speaker 1: All the same is someone learning. So the first instruction.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Is remember ye not. He's not saying to not celebrate
- 10:31Speaker 2: the past. He's saying over Dwelling on the past, whether
- 10:35Speaker 2: positively or negatively, can affect an individual. If you're with me,
- 10:40Speaker 2: say amen, this one thing I do forgetting the things
- 10:45Speaker 2: that are behind I press, I press, I press, I
- 10:51Speaker 2: press Hallelujah. The second destruction is found in verse nineteen,
- 10:56Speaker 2: Please give it to us Isaiah forty three and verse nineteen.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Isaiah forty three and verse nineteen. He says, behold. The
- 11:06Speaker 2: word behold is a very interesting word. The word behold
- 11:10Speaker 2: means be sensitive. The word behold means see. The word
- 11:14Speaker 2: behold means conceiving your spirit. What I'm about to say,
- 11:18Speaker 2: are we together now? So when he says behold, let
- 11:20Speaker 2: me have your attention, he says remembering not the former things.
- 11:25Speaker 1: The first instruction.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Second instruction is behold. You're not going to understand and
- 11:32Speaker 2: benefit from what I'm about to say when you are distracted.
- 11:35Speaker 2: I need your focus, I need your discernment. Did that
- 11:38Speaker 2: not happen to the man at the its beautiful? The
- 11:41Speaker 2: Bible says Peter and John went to pray at.
- 11:44Speaker 1: The hour of prayer. Then they met this.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Man who was crippled from birth, and then he said,
- 11:49Speaker 2: look on us, And the Bible says he looked at them,
- 11:53Speaker 2: giving them his rapt attention, expecting to receive something from them.
- 12:00Speaker 2: That silver and gold I do not have, but such
- 12:02Speaker 2: as I have, give I onto you in the name
- 12:05Speaker 2: of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Rise up and walk. He
- 12:09Speaker 2: needed his attention. So when the Bible says, behold, he's saying,
- 12:13Speaker 2: take your eyes away from the things that are distracting
- 12:16Speaker 2: you and focus. Martha and Mary were two people who
- 12:20Speaker 2: demonstrated the power of focus or otherwise. So Jesus is
- 12:24Speaker 2: teaching and he's having a session with his people, as
- 12:27Speaker 2: his custom was, And the Bible talks about Martha who
- 12:30Speaker 2: ran up and down trying to do so many things,
- 12:33Speaker 2: and she was angry that the women were not there
- 12:36Speaker 2: to help her.
- 12:37Speaker 1: And Mary was seated at the feet of Jesus.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Jesus replies Mather, and he says, math Math you are worried,
- 12:44Speaker 2: and you are upset about many things. He says, one
- 12:47Speaker 2: thing is needful, and this one thing. Mary has chosen
- 12:51Speaker 2: one thing, not many things. One thing is needful to
- 12:55Speaker 2: sit at the Master's feet. So when he says behold,
- 12:59Speaker 2: he said, listen, you are giving all.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Kinds of things your attention.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Focus on Jesus, focus on that which is about to come.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 13:09Speaker 2: Yes, there are so many things that clamor for our attention.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Social Media has his voice and clamoring for attention. Men
- 13:17Speaker 2: have their voices, all kinds of things. The Bibles speaking.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Paul was speaking, and he said, there is as it
- 13:24Speaker 2: where many voices, and it says none of them is
- 13:28Speaker 2: without signification. We live in a world today where we're
- 13:31Speaker 2: immersed in so many voices, all kinds of things, bringing
- 13:35Speaker 2: different opinions to you. Culture has his voice. Failure has
- 13:40Speaker 2: his voice, Men have their voices. Technology has his voice.
- 13:45Speaker 2: One thing is needful. So when he says, behold, let
- 13:48Speaker 2: me have your attention finally, so that I'm able to
- 13:52Speaker 2: review to you that which I desire to do. If
- 13:55Speaker 2: someone listening, behold, conceive, contemplate on this in your spirit.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Now.
- 14:07Speaker 2: The third instruction not down. This comes as a prophetic word.
- 14:10Speaker 2: It says, I will do not just. I will say
- 14:15Speaker 2: not just, I will think. I will do a new thing.
- 14:19Speaker 2: I will do a new thing. I will do a
- 14:23Speaker 2: new thing. Do you know what that means? It is
- 14:25Speaker 2: important to know where God is moving, because where God
- 14:29Speaker 2: is moving is where his power is moving. Where God
- 14:32Speaker 2: is moving is where his annointed is moving. It is
- 14:34Speaker 2: a dangerous thing to be where God was and not
- 14:37Speaker 2: know what he is doing. Now he says I will
- 14:40Speaker 2: do I am moving, I am acting, And then he
- 14:43Speaker 2: says a new thing. Now play attention, Please, What is
- 14:49Speaker 2: the implication of this statement I wrote here. When God
- 14:53Speaker 2: says I will do a new thing, that means there
- 14:55Speaker 2: is a performance about to happen. That means there is
- 14:58Speaker 2: a wave of the spirit. There is something in the
- 15:01Speaker 2: mind of the spirit, past season and per time. Sometimes
- 15:05Speaker 2: it is an unfamiliar performance. When we talk of something new,
- 15:10Speaker 2: it means something that may have never occurred.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Again, please listen carefully.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Every time new things are about to come, whether in
- 15:18Speaker 2: the spirit or in life and destiny, they demand certain
- 15:23Speaker 2: levels of understanding. It says, behold, I will do a
- 15:27Speaker 2: new thing. He never said behold, I am acting a
- 15:30Speaker 2: new thing. The emphasis is new away together. Please write
- 15:36Speaker 2: this down. I wrote here that experiencing a new dimension
- 15:40Speaker 2: of God, a new dimension of the move of God,
- 15:44Speaker 2: a new dimension, a new leaf, a new page in
- 15:48Speaker 2: life and destiny generally demands two things. And this will
- 15:53Speaker 2: be the epex of my teaching this morning. And then
- 15:55Speaker 2: we're done. So he says, I will do a new thing,
- 15:58Speaker 2: a performance.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I am moving. I have a reason already.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Experiencing the new demands Number one dissignment and flexibility. Please
- 16:10Speaker 2: write it down, dissignment and flexibility. When God talks about
- 16:15Speaker 2: a new thing, it means it is an unfamiliar performance.
- 16:19Speaker 2: It is an unfamiliar path where you're going to be following.
- 16:23Speaker 2: That requires discernment, It requires flexibility. Two stories very quickly
- 16:29Speaker 2: in scripture for our understanding, look chapter one and from
- 16:33Speaker 2: verse twenty six, Look one twenty six.
- 16:38Speaker 1: So this is a young virgin.
- 16:40Speaker 2: A young lady espoused to a man called Joseph, preparing
- 16:45Speaker 2: for her wedding, like every young lady would, happily planning
- 16:48Speaker 2: her marriage, and then something distrupts her life that would
- 16:52Speaker 2: be a distruption forever.
- 16:54Speaker 1: The Bible says.
- 16:55Speaker 2: In the six month, the Angel Gabriel was sent from
- 16:58Speaker 2: God onto the city of Galilee named Nazareth, Reading to
- 17:03Speaker 2: thirty eight, a long reading.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Please pay attention to.
- 17:05Speaker 2: A virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph
- 17:09Speaker 2: of the House of David.
- 17:11Speaker 1: And the virgin's name was Mary twenty eight.
- 17:14Speaker 2: And the Angel came to her and said, hell, thou
- 17:18Speaker 2: that art highly favored. The Lord is with thee blessed
- 17:21Speaker 2: that thou among women. When she saw him the angel, now,
- 17:26Speaker 2: she was troubled that he's saying, and cast in her
- 17:30Speaker 2: mind what manner of salutation should this be? In other words,
- 17:33Speaker 2: this has never happened to me in this fashion. And
- 17:36Speaker 2: the Angel said, unto her, fear not, Mary, for thou hast.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Found favor with God. Thirty one.
- 17:43Speaker 2: And behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb and bring
- 17:47Speaker 2: forth a son.
- 17:48Speaker 1: You shall call his name Jesus. Thirty two.
- 17:51Speaker 2: He shall be great, and he shall be called the
- 17:54Speaker 2: Son of the Highest, and the Lord God shall give
- 17:56Speaker 2: on to him the throne of his father David. He
- 18:00Speaker 2: shall reign over the House of Jacob forever, and his
- 18:03Speaker 2: kingdom shall be of no end. Thirty four. The Bible
- 18:06Speaker 2: says Mary said onto the angel, how shall these things be?
- 18:11Speaker 2: Seeing that I know not a man just had gone
- 18:13Speaker 2: here before we continue, So the Bible says, I do
- 18:16Speaker 2: a new thing. Here is a young virgin who is
- 18:19Speaker 2: having a very disturbing salutation.
- 18:22Speaker 1: From an angel.
- 18:23Speaker 2: And now he tells her that you are going to
- 18:25Speaker 2: be with child and yet without a man. And she's saying,
- 18:29Speaker 2: but there are times you will need to walk on water.
- 18:32Speaker 2: When it is time to work on water, and you
- 18:34Speaker 2: are waiting for the water to part, you.
- 18:36Speaker 1: May remain there forever.
- 18:37Speaker 2: The same person who patted the sea is the same
- 18:40Speaker 2: person who walked on water, and even empowered Peter to
- 18:43Speaker 2: work on water. You must know when to walk on water,
- 18:46Speaker 2: and you must know when to watch it part. Waiting
- 18:49Speaker 2: on the God that parts the sea alone will keep
- 18:52Speaker 2: you there as a victim forever, because there are times
- 18:55Speaker 2: that God will not decide to part the waters. There
- 18:58Speaker 2: are times that God and bring deliverance for you. But
- 19:02Speaker 2: there are times that you will still enter the lions then,
- 19:05Speaker 2: and He.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Will protect you there. You will still be in the midst.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Of the fire, and He will protect you there. Flexibility
- 19:12Speaker 2: and discernment.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Are we together.
- 19:18Speaker 2: The Bible says, the Lord will deliver you from every
- 19:20Speaker 2: evil attack. That is a strategy that he has invented
- 19:24Speaker 2: for the victory of the saints. But there are times
- 19:26Speaker 2: where the Bible says, yeah, do I walk through the
- 19:29Speaker 2: valley of the shadow of death? I fear no evil,
- 19:32Speaker 2: for thou art with me. Thy rod and thy staff
- 19:35Speaker 2: are we together?
- 19:35Speaker 1: Now? They comfort me?
- 19:37Speaker 2: He says, Thou preparest a table for me in the midst,
- 19:40Speaker 2: not the absence of my enemies. The most important thing
- 19:44Speaker 2: for the believer is to discern what is God doing now?
- 19:49Speaker 2: What is God doing now? How is he moving now?
- 19:54Speaker 2: Hebrews Chapter one, from verse one, God, who in saundry
- 19:57Speaker 2: times and divers manners speak to us in time, pass
- 20:01Speaker 2: through the prophets, and in this last days, the Bible says,
- 20:04Speaker 2: spoken to us through his son, through his son whom
- 20:09Speaker 2: he had appointed. Let's continue, he says, whom he had
- 20:12Speaker 2: appointed to be.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Heir of all things.
- 20:18Speaker 2: He spake to us in time past using a strategy,
- 20:21Speaker 2: but he's now designed to use his son. It is
- 20:24Speaker 2: the reason why the scribes and the Pharisees had a
- 20:26Speaker 2: problem with Jesus, because Jesus disrupted order.
- 20:29Speaker 1: He disrupted the.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Way the new things to be For instance, in John
- 20:34Speaker 2: chapter five, the Bible talks about a man who had
- 20:37Speaker 2: been at a poor called Bethesta that once a year
- 20:41Speaker 2: an angel would come and steer the water, and whoever
- 20:43Speaker 2: was the first to move in would be healed. That
- 20:46Speaker 2: was how the new healing to happen. Yet Jesus came
- 20:50Speaker 2: with another way to heal. He said, you do not
- 20:52Speaker 2: have to wait on that water, rise up and be healed.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Desannment and flexibility. I know that God increases people by
- 21:05Speaker 2: blessing the works of your hands, and God commands that
- 21:08Speaker 2: we be diligent. But do you know that God can
- 21:11Speaker 2: put it in the heart of a man to come
- 21:13Speaker 2: and bless you and raise you in one day because
- 21:15Speaker 2: of the peculiarity of the pain that you've gone through.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Is called favor.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Are we together that in one day, slaves of four
- 21:24Speaker 2: hundred and thirty years, we're giving gold and all of
- 21:27Speaker 2: these things. But the purpose was that they will go
- 21:30Speaker 2: and build the tabernacle.
- 21:32Speaker 1: In the wilderness. So if the only one you.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Know is that God who prospers the work of your hands,
- 21:38Speaker 2: you may never experience that God.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Listen.
- 21:40Speaker 2: God can cause abundance to your farm, but he can
- 21:43Speaker 2: give you manner to in one day.
- 21:45Speaker 1: It is still the same God. Someone learning now.
- 21:53Speaker 2: The challenges that most times, because of the way that
- 21:57Speaker 2: we have worked with God, or we are used to
- 22:00Speaker 2: God walking with us, we peg ourselves around a formula
- 22:05Speaker 2: and a strategy, and we're not flexible enough to say God,
- 22:09Speaker 2: however you want to do it to you be all
- 22:11Speaker 2: the glory. Chances are excellent that when we say God
- 22:14Speaker 2: bless you, your mind goes straight to an uncle somewhere
- 22:18Speaker 2: or some business person you are related with. You are
- 22:21Speaker 2: saying amen, but your amen is not genuinely by faith.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Your amen is connected to someone you.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Are aware of.
- 22:28Speaker 2: And yet in his wisdom he wants strangers to be
- 22:30Speaker 2: the ones who bless you, because there is a statement
- 22:33Speaker 2: that He wants you to know that He is God
- 22:35Speaker 2: all by himself, and he can make even a fish
- 22:39Speaker 2: to bring collin. If God answer to go and look
- 22:41Speaker 2: for money, will you go and bring it from the
- 22:43Speaker 2: mouth of a fish? The diversities that are in God
- 22:47Speaker 2: already tells you that you need flexibility. Just because God
- 22:51Speaker 2: is not moving the way he moved ten years ago
- 22:54Speaker 2: does not mean He's not the one moving.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 23:01Speaker 2: Flexibility and discernment flexibility and discernment. Who would have known
- 23:09Speaker 2: twenty years ago that the world will be the way
- 23:12Speaker 2: it is now in terms of technological advancement, allelujah. And
- 23:20Speaker 2: there are people, sadly who found it difficult to adjust
- 23:23Speaker 2: to the changing times, and sadly to their detriment. There
- 23:28Speaker 2: are businesses, there are companies, there are technological products that
- 23:31Speaker 2: packed top because they did not have the ability to
- 23:35Speaker 2: be flexible. Listen, even in the communication of the Gospel,
- 23:39Speaker 2: there's no time for us to discuss this. I would
- 23:41Speaker 2: have shown you in Marc Mak's account of the Great Commission.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Jesus said, in fact, let's look at it. Mak sixteen fifteen.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Is God speaking to someone this morning, Mark sixteen fifteen.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 23:55Speaker 2: He says, going into all the world and preach the
- 23:58Speaker 2: Gospel to every creature. Please leave that statement there. Just
- 24:01Speaker 2: go to verse fifteen. Keep it there, and let me
- 24:03Speaker 2: explain something. This is particularly for our missionaries who are here.
- 24:07Speaker 2: I understand that their missionaries who are here. Jesus told
- 24:12Speaker 2: us what to do. Go ye, take action. He told
- 24:16Speaker 2: us where to go all the world. He told us
- 24:20Speaker 2: what to do.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Preach. He told us the message the Gospel.
- 24:24Speaker 2: But he never told us how he left the strategy
- 24:27Speaker 2: flexible because of the change in times. Are you seeing
- 24:31Speaker 2: that the action remains the same. The mission field remains
- 24:35Speaker 2: the same, the assignment remains the same, the people to
- 24:41Speaker 2: reach remains the same. The message will never change. But
- 24:45Speaker 2: how we to be communicated? He left it to be flexible. Behold,
- 24:52Speaker 2: I do a new thing. Behold, I do a new thing.
- 24:56Speaker 2: I am going to bless you, but not the way
- 24:58Speaker 2: you know it to be. I am going to want
- 25:00Speaker 2: knowing to but not the way you know it to be.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Are we together the whole? I do a new thing
- 25:06Speaker 2: demands flexibility and discernment number two very quickly, and then
- 25:11Speaker 2: we pray. Experiencing a new thing a new dimension from God.
- 25:16Speaker 2: A new move will demand obedience. The second demand obedience.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Be willing to receive.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Instructions and to honor them, especially prophetic instructions. The prophetic
- 25:33Speaker 2: always heralds new seasons. This is how God operates that
- 25:39Speaker 2: every time a new season befalls you, a prophetic instruction
- 25:43Speaker 2: will come. There is always something that He demands to
- 25:46Speaker 2: be done to bring you into the new Just because
- 25:50Speaker 2: prophetically God desires to open up a new season, Listen
- 25:54Speaker 2: to me when Jesus was about to become I mean
- 25:58Speaker 2: to start his ministry. Now he needed to encounter this
- 26:02Speaker 2: prophet called John the Baptist.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
- 26:05Speaker 2: And when he came to John, he had never been baptized.
- 26:08Speaker 2: John sees him and says, behold the lamb of God
- 26:11Speaker 2: who takes away the sins of the world. And then
- 26:14Speaker 2: he comes to John to be baptized. And John says,
- 26:17Speaker 2: I'm not even worthy to untie the latchet of your shoes,
- 26:22Speaker 2: And Jesus says, SUFFI to be so that all scripture
- 26:25Speaker 2: be fulfilled. Someone learning, you must be willing to receive
- 26:32Speaker 2: prophetic instructions.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Please listen to me.
- 26:34Speaker 2: You will never enter the new that God is doing
- 26:38Speaker 2: if you do not know how to discern, to receive,
- 26:42Speaker 2: and to honor prophetic instructions. Let me show you three stories,
- 26:46Speaker 2: and then we pray you will never see more of God,
- 26:49Speaker 2: more of his hand, more of his grace when you
- 26:52Speaker 2: are not prepared to receive prophetic.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Instructions and to act on it.
- 26:58Speaker 2: John Chapter two, the wedding in cana of Galilee. We
- 27:03Speaker 2: begin our reading from verse five. The Bible tells us
- 27:06Speaker 2: that there was a feast in cana of galilee, and
- 27:11Speaker 2: wine had finished. Can you imagine that wine is finished
- 27:14Speaker 2: in a wedding? Embarrassment was imminent, and a few people
- 27:19Speaker 2: came and met Mary, the mother of Jesus, and said
- 27:22Speaker 2: what do we do about this situation now? And the
- 27:24Speaker 2: Bible records that she went to Jesus and Jesus said, woman,
- 27:28Speaker 2: why have you come to distop me?
- 27:29Speaker 1: It is not yet my time?
- 27:31Speaker 2: And Mary made a very instructive statement, let's read together,
- 27:35Speaker 2: if you can see ready one to read. His mother
- 27:37Speaker 2: said onto his servants, whatsoever? He said, onto you do it,
- 27:44Speaker 2: not think it, not argue it, not wish it.
- 27:48Speaker 1: There is timing to the move of God.
- 27:51Speaker 2: You can you can abort the move of God took
- 27:55Speaker 2: complacency and the delay to act.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Are we together? What's so he tells you to do?
- 28:01Speaker 1: Do now?
- 28:02Speaker 2: The Bible says he told them fill six spots with water.
- 28:06Speaker 1: What a risk? And then he says, once you feel them,
- 28:10Speaker 1: fetch it.
- 28:11Speaker 2: Don't taste it, don't verify if it has become wine,
- 28:14Speaker 2: be on your way to the rulers. In those days,
- 28:19Speaker 2: they didn't forgive, they didn't pardon, They killed immediately.
- 28:22Speaker 1: You can imagine their lives were on the line.
- 28:25Speaker 2: But that was the price for the new and the
- 28:27Speaker 2: Bible says while they moved, a miracle happened, not before,
- 28:31Speaker 2: not during, while they moved. And when they got to
- 28:34Speaker 2: the rulers, the rulers said, what have you done to
- 28:37Speaker 2: us that people bring their best wine at the first time?
- 28:40Speaker 2: And you have hidden this one till we drunk all
- 28:42Speaker 2: kinds of things, and now you have brought the best.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Imagine the honor that came upon those women, those men.
- 28:49Speaker 2: You would recommend them for every other wedding and say,
- 28:52Speaker 2: these men have a way of bringing a.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Very good wine.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Their lives change overnight because they were willing to obey
- 28:59Speaker 2: prophetic instructions.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Is someone learning.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Willing to obey, willing to obey, willing to obey. One
- 29:10Speaker 2: time they had toiled all nights, the disciples, and did
- 29:14Speaker 2: not have any catch.
- 29:16Speaker 1: It was such a frustrating thing.
- 29:18Speaker 2: And Jesus told them, he says, cast your net, He said, Master.
- 29:21Speaker 1: We have toiled all night.
- 29:22Speaker 2: You find that in a I think look five from
- 29:25Speaker 2: verse four and five thereabout it says nevertheless, at thy word, nevertheless,
- 29:30Speaker 2: at thy word. Now, when he had left speaking, he said,
- 29:33Speaker 2: on to Simon, launch out into the deep and let
- 29:36Speaker 2: down your nets for a draft. Verse five, Simon answering
- 29:40Speaker 2: said onto him, Master, we have toiled all night and
- 29:44Speaker 2: have taken nothing. Nevertheless, someone says, nevertheless, nevertheless, at thy word,
- 29:51Speaker 2: I will let down the net. Verse six, the Bible
- 29:54Speaker 2: now says, when they had this done, they enclosed their
- 29:59Speaker 2: great multitude of fish, and their nets break.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Behold, I do.
- 30:06Speaker 2: A new thing in your ministry, a new thing in
- 30:09Speaker 2: your family, a new thing in your spiritual life, a
- 30:13Speaker 2: new thing in your finances, a new thing. But it
- 30:16Speaker 2: will demand flexibility. You don't choose how God moves in
- 30:20Speaker 2: your life. Is Lord all by himself. Your assignment is
- 30:24Speaker 2: to submit to the method that He decides to use,
- 30:27Speaker 2: as far as his wisdom is concerned.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Allelujah.
- 30:33Speaker 2: One last point, and then will pray it's God helping
- 30:35Speaker 2: us this morning.
- 30:36Speaker 1: I want us to avoid a very.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Serious tragedy that happened in the Book of Acts, where people,
- 30:43Speaker 2: because they are not familiar and they do not have discernment,
- 30:48Speaker 2: and they are not attentive to the things of God,
- 30:51Speaker 2: they can miss the things that they so greatly desire.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Let me show you something that happened in Acts, chapter twelve,
- 30:57Speaker 2: and then will wrap up for this morning asks Chapter twelve,
- 31:01Speaker 2: the Bible says Herold stretched forth his hands to vex
- 31:05Speaker 2: sertain of the church, and in doing so he killed.
- 31:11Speaker 1: James, the brother of John.
- 31:13Speaker 2: And when he saw that it pleased the Jews, he
- 31:15Speaker 2: now held Peter.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Please pay attention, planning that after.
- 31:21Speaker 2: The feast of the Living Bread, that he was now
- 31:24Speaker 2: going to apprehend Peter away together.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Peter was kept in prison.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Verse four says under quartaion four quartagion of soldiers to
- 31:33Speaker 2: keep him. That after histad you will bring him forth
- 31:36Speaker 2: to the people. Verse five, let's read together, it says.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Peter therefore was kept in prison, but prayer was made
- 31:45Speaker 2: without seizing of the church onto God for him. So
- 31:51Speaker 2: the church was praying, Father, in the name of Jesus,
- 31:54Speaker 2: we will not let what happened to James happened to Peter.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Now we're praying that you will deliver him. In answer
- 32:00Speaker 2: to their prayer. Watch what happened, the Bible says that
- 32:04Speaker 2: night bound hand and shame. The Bible says next verse please.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Verse seven, he says, an angel of the Lord came
- 32:13Speaker 2: in response to their prayer and smoked Peter by the
- 32:18Speaker 2: side and told Peter stand up, Let's walk together.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Let's go. Now jump to verse ten for the sake
- 32:24Speaker 1: of time.
- 32:24Speaker 2: So Peter is led out by the angel, away together,
- 32:28Speaker 2: and the Bible says the angel departed from him eleven.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Now watch this.
- 32:34Speaker 2: When Peter came to himself, he said, now I know
- 32:37Speaker 2: that God has delivered me.
- 32:39Speaker 1: From Herold and the expectation of the Jews.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Next verse, when he considered the thing, watch this now,
- 32:46Speaker 2: the Bible says, he came to the house. They were
- 32:49Speaker 2: praying that he will leave the prison and arrive home safely.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Was that not the prayer?
- 32:54Speaker 2: The Bible now says he came to the house of Mary,
- 32:58Speaker 2: the mother of John.
- 33:00Speaker 1: They were gathered together. They were still praying.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Now verse thirteen, Peter knocked at the door of the gate.
- 33:08Speaker 1: I am the answer to what you have been praying.
- 33:10Speaker 2: The Bible says, A damn cell came to hack and
- 33:14Speaker 2: called Roda, this is a tragedy I wanted to avoid.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Verse fourteen.
- 33:19Speaker 2: When she knew it was Peter's voice, she opened not
- 33:23Speaker 2: the gate for gladness, but ran in and told how
- 33:27Speaker 2: Peter stood at the gate verse fifteen, And they said
- 33:31Speaker 2: onto her, you are mad. She constantly found that it
- 33:36Speaker 2: was him, and they said, it is his angel. How
- 33:39Speaker 2: do you pray for something and it comes to you.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Because it did not come in the form you expect,
- 33:44Speaker 2: you are driving it away. He said, you've been praying.
- 33:47Speaker 2: This is the answer to your prayer. You've been praying
- 33:50Speaker 2: and fastening for my release. Now I have come to
- 33:53Speaker 2: knock the door, and you are rejecting it because it's
- 33:56Speaker 2: in a form you did not see. Lord, give me
- 33:58Speaker 2: increase in ministry, give me increase in my life. And
- 34:02Speaker 2: God is bringing a man to your life. And you say, Lord,
- 34:05Speaker 2: I'm asking for money, not a man, not knowing that
- 34:08Speaker 2: the resources are hidden in man. You must have the
- 34:11Speaker 2: discernment to know how answers come. Peter knocked the door
- 34:17Speaker 2: and they said, no, you are not the one go back.
- 34:21Speaker 2: So how did they expect the answer to come? Their
- 34:24Speaker 2: minds were already pecked at the answer coming in a
- 34:27Speaker 2: certain way. God could not bring this kind of deliverance
- 34:31Speaker 2: that words were praying. You see that most believers do
- 34:35Speaker 2: not expect answers to what they pray for, because when
- 34:38Speaker 2: the answers come, we reject it. Lord, grant me the
- 34:41Speaker 2: healing power. Let it come upon my life. And then
- 34:45Speaker 2: someone says, I've just been healed of cancer, and you yourself,
- 34:49Speaker 2: you said, no, I don't believe that me. I've never
- 34:51Speaker 2: prayed for anybody like that. Don't come and lie to
- 34:54Speaker 2: me because you did not even expect it to happen.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Listen if you want the new to happen, I leave
- 34:59Speaker 2: you with these two instructions. One discernment and flexibility. Number
- 35:05Speaker 2: two obedience. There are times that you have never worked
- 35:08Speaker 2: on water, but you will have to step out at
- 35:10Speaker 2: his command, Allelujah. If you want to see God move
- 35:16Speaker 2: like you have never seen, you will have to do
- 35:19Speaker 2: something you have never done. My life is full of
- 35:24Speaker 2: stories that I can tell you. To a test of
- 35:27Speaker 2: these new things, those who make progress and those who
- 35:30Speaker 2: scale heights from one level of grace to the other.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Can I tell you must learn how to believe him.
- 35:39Speaker 2: You must learn how to believe him even when you
- 35:42Speaker 2: do not understand him. He called a man called Abraham
- 35:46Speaker 2: in horror of the Childeans, and the Bible says that
- 35:49Speaker 2: he told him, come, I will send you to a
- 35:52Speaker 2: land that Abraham.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Did not know.
- 35:54Speaker 2: But in obey me, I will make your name great.
- 35:58Speaker 2: I will bless them that bless.
- 35:59Speaker 3: You trust and obey, for there's no other way to
- 36:08Speaker 3: be happy in Jesus.
- 36:11Speaker 1: To trust. The Bible says, when we walk with the
- 36:17Speaker 1: Lord in the.
- 36:18Speaker 2: Light of his world, what a glory sheds an our
- 36:23Speaker 2: way while we do his good will, He abdes we
- 36:29Speaker 2: ustill and to all will trust. And you have to
- 36:37Speaker 2: learn to trust him even when you do not understand him.
- 36:42Speaker 2: You have to learn to trust him even when you
- 36:45Speaker 2: do not understand him. Missionaries, you must have to learn
- 36:49Speaker 2: to trust him even when you do not understand him.
- 36:53Speaker 2: Scientific Christianity will always end us in disappointment. There are
- 36:57Speaker 2: times where you have to take blind faith. Lord, I
- 37:00Speaker 2: depend upon you. I may not see wind, I may
- 37:04Speaker 2: not see rain, yet I know that my valley shall
- 37:07Speaker 2: be filled with water. Calculating everything and crying for guarantees,
- 37:13Speaker 2: it's why we're not able to scale heights and to
- 37:15Speaker 2: do new things. When the worshippers, I was so touched.
- 37:20Speaker 2: The trumpeters came and they made a very profound statement.
- 37:23Speaker 2: They said, when Jesus becomes your inheritance. That was a
- 37:27Speaker 2: powerful statement, your inheritance that no matter what you do
- 37:35Speaker 2: not have, this one thing gives you a guarantee that
- 37:38Speaker 2: He's my inheritance, and he's the basis for every other
- 37:42Speaker 2: thing that will come to my life. In addition to
- 37:45Speaker 2: all you have heard all through this week, I bring
- 37:48Speaker 2: you this message that if you desire to see the
- 37:51Speaker 2: new in your life, particularly in your spiritual life. Missionaries,
- 37:54Speaker 2: you're going back to the mission field, don't sit there
- 37:57Speaker 2: and say the way we've been doing it is.
- 37:59Speaker 1: I will contain you.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Why don't you reach what in the place of prayer?
- 38:02Speaker 2: And said, Lord, how do you intend for this land
- 38:05Speaker 2: to be rich? How do you intend for there is
- 38:08Speaker 2: a higher level of efficiency in the spirit business man?
- 38:12Speaker 2: Could there be a better way of approaching this such
- 38:16Speaker 2: that you will see God?
- 38:17Speaker 1: Or no you like never before.
- 38:19Speaker 2: It is important to keep the modul so oprandi that God.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Has given us.
- 38:23Speaker 2: But we must have the flexibility to know that God
- 38:26Speaker 2: is always in motion. It is dangerous to be where
- 38:29Speaker 2: God was and not where He is. It is dangerous
- 38:33Speaker 2: to be where God was. He says, why, I know
- 38:37Speaker 2: he was in the grave, but he is no longer there.
- 38:39Speaker 2: And she remained at the grave waiting for Jesus, And
- 38:42Speaker 2: he said, listen, he has left here. He was once here,
- 38:45Speaker 2: but he is no longer there. Don't stand at the
- 38:48Speaker 2: grave praying and crying. Whereas the king has resurrected, and
- 38:51Speaker 2: he's even left. He said, go go ahead, he has
- 38:54Speaker 2: left this location. Allelujah, We're going to. God desires to
- 39:02Speaker 2: do something new in your life and in my life,
- 39:05Speaker 2: in your music, ministry, in your business, in ministry. Those
- 39:10Speaker 2: who sustain the flexibility, even in our world from a
- 39:14Speaker 2: technological standpoint, from a governmental standpoint, those who have.
- 39:18Speaker 1: The flexibility to adopt the new.
- 39:21Speaker 2: Doesn't mean to just bend into everything, but I can
- 39:24Speaker 2: tell you excessive rigidity is the key to depression and
- 39:29Speaker 2: it brings it makes people obsolete, the flexibility to adopt.
- 39:34Speaker 2: Even the leading organizations across the globe, they will tell
- 39:38Speaker 2: you that one of the basis for their advancement is
- 39:41Speaker 2: the flexibility, the ability to be able to adjust. Advancement
- 39:48Speaker 2: in medicine, advancement in business, advancement in all kinds of
- 39:53Speaker 2: fields have happened today because there is a department called
- 39:56Speaker 2: research and development. Am I right on that and assignment
- 40:00Speaker 2: is to adopt new and more efficient ways of carrying
- 40:04Speaker 2: out the same thing. Once upon a time, many years ago,
- 40:10Speaker 2: where the woman is pregnant, the labor that she goes
- 40:13Speaker 2: to around the fireplace, is enough to kill her and
- 40:16Speaker 2: the baby, or because she's trying to deliver.
- 40:18Speaker 1: That was the method that they knew. But now you can.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Imagine all kinds of advancements in technology. If you are
- 40:26Speaker 2: still camping around that, you will find out that so
- 40:29Speaker 2: many things will not be able to happen to your life.
- 40:31Speaker 2: God is speaking to someone. Perhaps the way you have
- 40:35Speaker 2: known to pray is to just spend five minutes and
- 40:38Speaker 2: just say God.
- 40:40Speaker 1: There's the way they say it. Plus Jesus might not
- 40:43Speaker 1: satan Amen.
- 40:44Speaker 2: Maybe that was good based on your upbringing, But do
- 40:47Speaker 2: you know that that strategy of prayer does not produce.
- 40:50Speaker 1: Power and strength?
- 40:51Speaker 2: You will need to invest time in the place of
- 40:53Speaker 2: prayer building up your spirit. Man, what else do you
- 40:59Speaker 2: need to know about prayer? What else do you need
- 41:02Speaker 2: to know about the world of God? What else do
- 41:04Speaker 2: you need to know about the House of God? Your
- 41:07Speaker 2: knowledge must always be transitory. First Corinthians eight and verse
- 41:11Speaker 2: two one.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Then I close.
- 41:13Speaker 2: The Bible says, but if any man thinks that you
- 41:15Speaker 2: know anything, he says, let him know that he First
- 41:19Speaker 2: Corinthians eight two. If any man think that you know anything,
- 41:23Speaker 2: he knowed nothing. Yet as he ought to know. There
- 41:26Speaker 2: is always something new to know. There is always something
- 41:30Speaker 2: new to do. So when God says, remember ye not
- 41:34Speaker 2: the former things, I repeat one more time that excessive
- 41:38Speaker 2: dwelling on the past, positively and negatively can destroy your
- 41:43Speaker 2: potential for making progress.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Then he says, behold your attention. I do a new thing.
- 41:50Speaker 1: It may not be the way I did.
- 41:52Speaker 2: It before, but it's important for you to find consolation
- 41:55Speaker 2: that I am still the one who is moving.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Can we pray now? Please rise upon your feet. Rise
- 42:08Speaker 1: upon your feet.
- 42:09Speaker 2: You're about to pray, and I'm going to request that
- 42:13Speaker 2: you pray before.
- 42:15Speaker 1: I speak over your life.
- 42:16Speaker 2: I believe that God is doing something new even in
- 42:20Speaker 2: the Presbyterian Church.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
- 42:23Speaker 2: And I really want to salute the leadership and the
- 42:26Speaker 2: eldership for having the flexibility to allow the diversity of
- 42:30Speaker 2: the operation of the spirit. It is something that is
- 42:33Speaker 2: not usual. It is something that is not common.
- 42:35Speaker 1: However, it holds the secret for the move of God.
- 42:39Speaker 2: That there are many people who may not be part
- 42:42Speaker 2: of what God is doing in the nearest future. And
- 42:45Speaker 2: the reason is because of excessive rigidity to the move
- 42:48Speaker 2: of God. There are things that should never change. You
- 42:52Speaker 2: do not renovate a foundation. You can renovate buildings. You
- 42:56Speaker 2: can renovate, you can resink a house. When you are
- 42:58Speaker 2: about renovating found you are destroying the structure. There are
- 43:02Speaker 2: certain foundations that should never change. However, architecture teaches us
- 43:07Speaker 2: that when you want a building to be moredern and
- 43:09Speaker 2: more attractive there are you must be flexibly enough. Are
- 43:14Speaker 2: we together to add certain things. That is why engineers
- 43:17Speaker 2: construct the building with a belief that there should be
- 43:21Speaker 2: flexibility enough to remodel it. Many of us have been
- 43:25Speaker 2: able to remodel our homes. Same foundation on bending on changing.
- 43:30Speaker 2: That foundation is Jesus, the foundational doctrines that make up
- 43:35Speaker 2: the Presbyterian Church. But the approach must be flexibly enough
- 43:39Speaker 2: to accommodate what God is doing today. I like you
- 43:42Speaker 2: to lift your voice and let us pray and thank
- 43:45Speaker 2: the Lord for all that we have heard.
- 43:49Speaker 1: Thank him.
- 43:49Speaker 2: If someone's saying thank you Jesus, go ahead and thank him.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Thank him for this conference, thank him for all the speakers,
- 43:59Speaker 2: Thank him for.
- 43:59Speaker 1: The leadership the eldership.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Please make sure you do so, because I'm about to
- 44:04Speaker 2: speak over your life.
- 44:06Speaker 1: Thank you Father, Thank you, Thank you. Thank Him from the.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Depth of your heart for all that you have received,
- 44:19Speaker 2: the importations, the communications of the Word of God, inspirations
- 44:25Speaker 2: that have come from the worship ministry. Speaker after speaker
- 44:30Speaker 2: bring in different perspectives of the world of God. Father,
- 44:34Speaker 2: We thank you, Thank you for this conference, Thank you
- 44:39Speaker 2: for this day. Allelujah. Now I want you to pray
- 44:46Speaker 2: from the depth of your heart.
- 44:48Speaker 1: My past.
- 44:49Speaker 2: I wave you goodbye, the pain, the disappointments that try
- 44:54Speaker 2: to make me believe I cannot make progress. The Bible says,
- 44:57Speaker 2: remember you not go ahead and pray the disappointments of yesterday,
- 45:02Speaker 2: the limitations that came with yesterday, even the crowns of yesterday.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Someone go ahead and pray. I was sold yesterday, but
- 45:11Speaker 2: I am now. So I'm Paul now. I was Abraham yesterday,
- 45:16Speaker 2: but I'm Abraham now, the convey.
- 45:19Speaker 1: Of the Covenant and the promise. Go ahead and pray.
- 45:24Speaker 2: I may have persecuted the shout yesterday, but today I
- 45:28Speaker 2: am an advocage of the Gospel. I may be radhaped
- 45:31Speaker 2: the prostitute yesterday, but today become radhaped one who will
- 45:36Speaker 2: follow the plan of God.
- 45:37Speaker 1: Go ahead and pray.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Past limitations past failures. In the name of Jesus, liked
- 45:47Speaker 2: sitting in your spiritual life. Prayerlessness of yesterday. Herelessness of yesterday.
- 45:52Speaker 2: I remember not the former things, the pain of yesterday,
- 45:57Speaker 2: the mockery of yesterday, the business of yesterday. I stop
- 46:06Speaker 2: over dwelling in the past. Someone go ahead and pray.
- 46:09Speaker 2: I lost money yesterday, I lost my house yesterday. Perhaps
- 46:14Speaker 2: I lost a loved one yesterday. As sad as that is,
- 46:18Speaker 2: you must obtain grace.
- 46:19Speaker 1: Man of God.
- 46:20Speaker 2: You will never go forward if you're dwelling yesterday. Contain
- 46:24Speaker 2: around the limitations of yesterday. My family did not do
- 46:31Speaker 2: well yesterday. I did not do well academically yesterday. It's
- 46:35Speaker 2: a remembering not the former things, nor consider the things
- 46:40Speaker 2: of God.
- 46:44Speaker 1: Allelujah. Next prayer point, behold, I do a new thing.
- 46:49Speaker 2: God, give me this serndment descernment to know what you
- 46:53Speaker 2: are doing, so that I do not drive my miracle
- 46:56Speaker 2: and drive the mantle. Come into my life and drive
- 47:00Speaker 2: the new that you're doing through the absence of this sernment.
- 47:03Speaker 2: If someone praying, open your mouth and pray, let it
- 47:06Speaker 2: be from the tarmth of your heart. This sernment, the
- 47:11Speaker 2: gray is to know what you are doing. The gray
- 47:13Speaker 2: is to know what you are saying. He say he
- 47:16Speaker 2: that hath.
- 47:16Speaker 1: An ear, let him hear what the spirit say, yes
- 47:20Speaker 1: to the churches
- 47:25Speaker 2: Here that had an heir, Let him hear what the
- 47:27Speaker 2: spirit saying to the churches.
