In a tight Republican primary race for House District 71, Tim McNeely narrowly edges out Del. Laura Kimble by just six votes—688 to 682—after a heated contest over ballot access. Kimble, alleging non-Republican voters improperly cast ballots, challenged the results, but the Harrison County Commission unanimously rejected her appeal, upholding the original count and recount.
