- 0:00Speaker 1: We've got new merch. We've got these Onward hoodies. These
- 0:04Speaker 1: are my favorite type of hoodie that we've ever used,
- 0:07Speaker 1: the template, the material, the style of it. I think
- 0:11Speaker 1: they'll be your favorite as well. We're going to try
- 0:12Speaker 1: to focus on making sure that the template is perfect
- 0:19Speaker 1: so that it just feels good and that you enjoy
- 0:21Speaker 1: it and that you keep it and wear it for
- 0:22Speaker 1: a long time. Yeah, those are really great. I want
- 0:25Speaker 1: you to check them out. They're at theovonstore.com. And thank
- 0:30Speaker 1: you for your support if you choose to purchase one.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Today's guest is an actor. He's a comedian. He's a writer. He's, hell,
- 0:40Speaker 1: he was hit by a damn car. You know him
- 0:42Speaker 1: from Workaholics and the Righteous Gemstones. He has his own
- 0:46Speaker 1: podcast with the guys from Workaholics called This Is Important.
- 0:51Speaker 1: It's always a fun time with my friend Adam Devine.
- 1:00Speaker 2: And I will find a song I've been singing since
- 1:03Speaker 2: the beginning.
- 1:11Speaker 1: You just shower or is it the rain that.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Got you a little wet? I just showered, unfortunately. It
- 1:20Speaker 3: looks good on you. I'm not afraid to say it.
- 1:23Speaker 3: That wet look looks good on you, Theo. You think? Yeah,
- 1:26Speaker 3: I ain't lying. Let me see it.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Pull it up.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Let me get a gander at it. I don't know. Oh, damn, son. Yeah,
- 1:36Speaker 3: I could just. Sorry. No, don't be.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I like it.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I haven't heard it in a while. I saw you
- 1:43Speaker 3: stretching a little bit. Was that what I saw?
- 1:45Speaker 1: Yeah, you did.
- 1:46Speaker 3: You got to stay limber for all the sitting we're doing.
- 1:49Speaker 3: I'm getting at the age now where I can't sit
- 1:52Speaker 3: for too long, dude. Really?
- 1:54Speaker 1: Yeah, and that sucks.
- 1:55Speaker 3: What do you mean? Yeah, just sitting.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Just.
- 1:57Speaker 1: It fucking bothers me.
- 1:59Speaker 3: It bothers, yeah.
- 2:01Speaker 1: You know, I do notice, I thought about this. Like,
- 2:04Speaker 1: we're not supposed to just be sitting around. Like, imagine,
- 2:06Speaker 1: say you went in the woods, right?
- 2:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:08Speaker 1: And you saw all the animals are having fun.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Yep. Right?
- 2:11Speaker 1: They always are. Yeah.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Most of them are. Some of them are beating, killing.
- 2:15Speaker 3: There's some. Yeah, some of them. But eating is fun, though. Yeah,
- 2:19Speaker 3: most of them are having fun. Yeah, there's violence. A
- 2:22Speaker 3: lot of it's by the streams. And so, you know,
- 2:24Speaker 3: kind of. That's fun.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Yeah, it's fun if you're into that.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and I think most animals, and I'm also into water.
- 2:31Speaker 3: But that's where things get violent is down there. Oh, shit.
- 2:35Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying is I think nature's a blast, right?
- 2:38Speaker 3: Yeah. You see it. They're herding. The animals, the woodpecker
- 2:42Speaker 3: comes down. He makes noise, and people are like, get
- 2:45Speaker 3: the fuck out of here. We want to sleep in.
- 2:47Speaker 1: But you don't think for him that's kind of fun, though?
- 2:49Speaker 1: Just like, wake up, motherfucker. Yeah, he's obviously been using
- 2:53Speaker 1: or whatever. He's one of the animals that got a
- 2:55Speaker 1: hold of a bag somewhere. Absolutely. Who else is rolling
- 3:00Speaker 1: up like that? Just so early, just slamming their head
- 3:03Speaker 1: against a wall.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Yeah, and then taking off. Yeah.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Unless he's like Morse coding a message from the heavens.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Or from like ACDC or something, you know? But, you know,
- 3:12Speaker 1: I'm sure every animal, they all conjoinively hate that MF-er. Conjoinively,
- 3:18Speaker 1: I think they are. When they see, unless one person
- 3:22Speaker 1: had to get up early for work and then he's like, guys,
- 3:24Speaker 1: I had to invite him.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And this, we all started, we started to talk about
- 3:28Speaker 1: this because of stretching. We, I'm just saying, so stretching
- 3:32Speaker 1: like is, oh, you said sitting down.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:35Speaker 1: So I'm just saying. Yeah, I don't know if we're
- 3:37Speaker 1: supposed to be sitting down. Like, say if you went
- 3:38Speaker 1: into nature and you saw a bunch of animals. They
- 3:42Speaker 1: were doing stuff, scratching their backs on trees, eating berries
- 3:45Speaker 1: and tickling each other or whatever. And then there's one
- 3:48Speaker 1: animal off to the side who's sitting in a chair
- 3:51Speaker 1: and he's vaping or working on his computer. You'd be like,
- 3:55Speaker 1: that animal, something's not right. He's going to have some
- 3:58Speaker 1: achy hips.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Because humans, they weren't sitting back in the day.
- 4:03Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I mean, rocks, they're not comfortable. We have all these–
- 4:07Speaker 3: we've made all these comfy chairs, get us all sloven, right?
- 4:12Speaker 3: So that's what– I live in Orange County, so I
- 4:15Speaker 3: drove up here to do this among some other things.
- 4:17Speaker 3: But I drove up here, and it took like an hour,
- 4:20Speaker 3: 40 minutes. And then I get out of my car,
- 4:23Speaker 3: and my hips are like.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Yeah, my body starts to– the top starts to lean forward.
- 4:31Speaker 1: My top half of my body will start to lean.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Forward like that.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Well, you know, my body fell apart, dude.
- 4:37Speaker 3: You know I was hit by a cement truck when
- 4:39Speaker 3: I was a kid. Were you really?
- 4:40Speaker 1: I was, dude. And how full was it? It was
- 4:43Speaker 1: a full cement truck.
- 4:44Speaker 3: No way. Even if it wasn't a full cement truck,
- 4:47Speaker 3: that's still fucked up. But it was a full one, dude.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Full one's really bad.
- 4:50Speaker 3: It was, I think, 32 tons, something like that. Oh,
- 4:54Speaker 3: my God.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Yeah, dude. It hit me.
- 4:56Speaker 3: I ran over the first, under the wheels. And then
- 5:02Speaker 3: spit me out. I flew 500 feet, dude.
- 5:04Speaker 1: You're lying. Mm-mm.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Truths. Oh, my God.
- 5:07Speaker 1: What's the longest field goal ever kicked?
- 5:08Speaker 3: That's insane.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Bring that up. Yeah. I mean, it has to be
- 5:12Speaker 1: more than 500.
- 5:13Speaker 3: No? Maybe not. How long is the 66 yards? So
- 5:16Speaker 3: quick math, I think that's 1,000 feet. Quick math. No,
- 5:21Speaker 3: what is that?
- 5:21Speaker 4: 188. 188 feet. Oh, my God.
- 5:21Speaker 3: So that's like more than double.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Wow. Oh, my God. Wow. What did you land in?
- 5:31Speaker 3: I skidded up the street or down the street, however
- 5:36Speaker 3: it goes. And I was hit in one county, and
- 5:41Speaker 3: I landed in another county. No.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Because the street was like the dividing line between the counties.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Still count?
- 5:46Speaker 1: Yes, still counts as a cool factoid. And is this
- 5:50Speaker 1: the style?
- 5:50Speaker 3: You got hip hop? Would you get hip hop? Yeah,
- 5:52Speaker 3: it was a similar style. Yeah, so I got taken
- 5:54Speaker 3: under those wheels.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Those Peterbilts are nice, huh? Yeah, that's a solid truck.
- 5:58Speaker 1: And what happened? Were you, because I have a friend
- 6:00Speaker 1: who got hit by a train, right?
- 6:02Speaker 3: And he's doing- Not as funny. Oh, yeah, I agree.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:05Speaker 3: He was doing great.
- 6:06Speaker 1: He was listening to, I think, a lot of Morissette
- 6:08Speaker 1: or something, walking. With his headphones on. And he's like,
- 6:11Speaker 1: isn't this ironic?
- 6:13Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, well.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Don't you think?
- 6:18Speaker 3: Because it's like listening to my song getting hit by
- 6:23Speaker 3: a train.
- 6:24Speaker 1: The craziest thing was he'd been listening also to Train earlier. See,
- 6:30Speaker 1: that would actually be ironic.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:32Speaker 1: But I think that joke only works if he had
- 6:35Speaker 1: been listening.
- 6:35Speaker 3: To Train earlier. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Yeah, we dialed that one in.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Yeah, we did a good job.
- 6:40Speaker 1: But yeah, you believe that they're noise canceling and then
- 6:42Speaker 1: you're like, no, they're not that noise canceling. He couldn't
- 6:44Speaker 1: hear a train coming.
- 6:47Speaker 3: That's wild. But it's effective is all I'm saying. Those
- 6:51Speaker 3: heavens are effective.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:52Speaker 3: So you're walking.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Where are you when this happens? It was Omaha, Nebraska.
- 6:58Speaker 3: And we were going across the street to get candy
- 7:03Speaker 3: or whatever.
- 7:04Speaker 1: And I mean– True Facts, where we were going.
- 7:07Speaker 3: To, like, we would steal pages out of Playboy or
- 7:12Speaker 3: Penthouse magazines, and We were like, you know, 12, 11, 11.
- 7:18Speaker 1: And so that was our move. We would go there.
- 7:22Speaker 1: We'd rip out. I don't know why we didn't just
- 7:23Speaker 1: steal the magazine. Because the ripping sounds loud.
- 7:26Speaker 3: It's way louder. But in little kid brain, I was like,
- 7:29Speaker 3: it's not as bad if we only steal a few pages.
- 7:31Speaker 3: That's fair.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Like it's where we're going to get in less trouble
- 7:34Speaker 1: if we get caught.
- 7:35Speaker 4: Right.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Like I got one page. I only got a couple
- 7:36Speaker 3: of pages. I got like half a tit here, mom.
- 7:39Speaker 3: I didn't steal a magazine.
- 7:41Speaker 1: It's just a magazine.
- 7:42Speaker 3: You still have the rest.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Yeah, and they say they buy it for the articles, mom.
- 7:47Speaker 3: So I left the articles. So we would do that.
- 7:51Speaker 3: And so my one friend was across the street or
- 7:53Speaker 3: my two friends were across the street and they say,
- 7:56Speaker 3: come on. And I took that as coast is clear.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Coast wasn't clear, Theo. Yeah, three cementrics are going up
- 8:03Speaker 3: the hill as two are coming down. And I couldn't
- 8:06Speaker 3: see the other side of the street. It was like
- 8:08Speaker 3: suburbs or new houses were sprouting up all over. So
- 8:11Speaker 3: three were coming up, two were coming down.
- 8:13Speaker 1: He yells, come on.
- 8:14Speaker 3: I'm like, take his word for it. Walked out behind
- 8:17Speaker 3: the third cement truck. Boom, bam, hot damn.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Did you even have a second to see it or
- 8:23Speaker 1: you were just lights out? I don't remember it. This
- 8:26Speaker 1: is all what people have told me.
- 8:27Speaker 3: My friend could have thrown me in front of the
- 8:29Speaker 3: cement truck for all I know, but I don't think so.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Danny Hendricks did not try to murder me, I don't think. Danny? Yeah.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Or Dan-Dandy? or dandy uh yeah so that's like you
- 8:44Speaker 3: have to me yeah maybe i don't know maybe i
- 8:47Speaker 3: don't think so he's a good guy but is he
- 8:48Speaker 3: what does he do now uh he i mean dude
- 8:51Speaker 3: i don't know what he does right now danny hendrix
- 8:54Speaker 3: there he is wow great job dude staffy ninja helps
- 8:58Speaker 3: the medical labs locate and attract exceptional talent so that's
- 9:01Speaker 3: you know he's got a real job that's cool he's
- 9:03Speaker 3: got a nice smile Yeah, he does. Very nice.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Yeah, he's a handsome guy.
- 9:06Speaker 3: He's got– Well, he didn't have to put his smile
- 9:08Speaker 3: back together off of a street curb either. Yeah, that's true.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Like I had to cobble myself back together.
- 9:14Speaker 3: But yeah, so from that, all those injuries, I am
- 9:22Speaker 3: now like my body is just all fucked up.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Well, how long were you in the hospital for me?
- 9:27Speaker 1: I was in for like a month and a half.
- 9:29Speaker 1: But then I had like.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Two dozen surgeries within a short– dude my legs are
- 9:35Speaker 3: all fucked up look at this it looks like uncooked
- 9:36Speaker 3: chicken can i show you yeah is it gross you
- 9:38Speaker 3: out well that's okay i can see it okay wow
- 9:42Speaker 3: okay that's a real deal right there's a flat yeah
- 9:45Speaker 3: that looks like some uncooked chicken meats damn homies got
- 9:48Speaker 3: a flat on there yeah and is that uh wow
- 9:52Speaker 3: can i touch that yeah yeah touch that oh my
- 9:54Speaker 3: god that's magic it's really smooth, right? This is what, like,
- 9:58Speaker 3: older ladies, this is what they want their skin not
- 10:00Speaker 3: to look like, but to feel like, right? Touch it again.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Oh, that's off-road skin. Yeah, but that's kind of smooth, right?
- 10:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Touch that again. I don't think you're getting, yeah. Let
- 10:10Speaker 1: me touch the underside. Yeah, get the underbelly of it.
- 10:12Speaker 1: I can't feel that, Theo. The underside tickles me a
- 10:15Speaker 1: little touching it. I can't feel that. You can't really?
- 10:18Speaker 4: No.
- 10:18Speaker 1: So a lot of nerve damage, like was that thing
- 10:20Speaker 1: just hanging on?
- 10:21Speaker 3: What happened?
- 10:21Speaker 1: Because that looks kind of rekindled.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Yeah, both.
- 10:23Speaker 1: And then this side isn't as bad.
- 10:25Speaker 3: That one has a dip in, it looks like.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Yeah, because this is like the actual muscle. And then
- 10:31Speaker 1: it dips here.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Oh my God.
- 10:32Speaker 1: You know what it reminds me of? That Body Wars
- 10:34Speaker 1: thing that comes to all the exhibits, you know, Body World.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I think it's called Body World, I believe. And it's also,
- 10:41Speaker 1: Body World is pretty incredible, man. It is kind of fascinating.
- 10:45Speaker 1: There's one where they spliced a pregnant person. You have to. Oh,
- 10:52Speaker 1: you have to splice a pregnant person.
- 10:54Speaker 3: That's a new way to do a gender reveal, I think.
- 10:58Speaker 1: The exhibit is set up so that one starts at
- 11:00Speaker 1: the skeletal system. It's an exhibition showcasing human bodies that
- 11:05Speaker 1: have been preserved through a process called plastination and dissected
- 11:09Speaker 1: to display bodily systems. It opened in Tampa.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Oh.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Which is– I wouldn't have expected that. Tampa, they allow
- 11:18Speaker 3: a lot of stuff. Yeah, but it seems like a–
- 11:22Speaker 3: I mean it seems like a thing that would sprout
- 11:24Speaker 3: up in like Boston.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Like some Harvard people were like, yo, let's start up
- 11:27Speaker 1: this thing.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Right.
- 11:29Speaker 1: You know, Tampa– It doesn't feel like it should. That's
- 11:33Speaker 1: a good point. You know, but they may have won it.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Somebody won it in a lawsuit.
- 11:36Speaker 3: I think it probably had to start in Florida, maybe
- 11:38Speaker 3: based on legalities or something. Yeah.
- 11:40Speaker 1: It was a divorce.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Someone's like, well, I'm keeping the exhibit. So
- 11:47Speaker 3: that idea we had, I'm keeping that and I'm running
- 11:50Speaker 3: with it. So the exhibit displays internal organs and organic systems,
- 11:54Speaker 3: body stage and active poses and fetuses in various stages
- 11:57Speaker 3: of development.
- 11:58Speaker 1: It opened in 1995.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Guess when I was....
- 12:01Speaker 1: Ran over, dude. 1995.
- 12:04Speaker 3: You're lying.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Uh-uh. Oh, my God.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Maybe they read about me in the paper and were like, hey,
- 12:09Speaker 3: I have an idea. Yeah. Let's take this show on
- 12:12Speaker 3: the road.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Let's take it on the road.
- 12:13Speaker 3: It's a hit. Yeah, I thought– I wonder if I–
- 12:16Speaker 3: I won't shut up about getting hit by a symmetric.
- 12:18Speaker 3: I hope I didn't retell that story.
- 12:20Speaker 1: It's fascinating, man. No, I don't think so at all.
- 12:23Speaker 1: And here's a little bit of real bodies exhibit, and
- 12:25Speaker 1: you just get to see the texture. That's what this
- 12:27Speaker 1: reminds you of. You have a very– Kind of beef
- 12:30Speaker 1: jerky from the knees down.
- 12:32Speaker 3: But smooth. But smooth.
- 12:33Speaker 1: No, it's nice. It's not a hard jerky. Well, it
- 12:37Speaker 1: just also seems– you seem strong.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Thank you for saying that. Do you think your body
- 12:43Speaker 1: had to– your legs had to be stronger after this
- 12:46Speaker 1: because– It was.
- 12:47Speaker 3: A ton of physical– like years and years and years
- 12:49Speaker 3: of physical therapy. And what sucks now, dude, is I'm
- 12:52Speaker 3: back in the physical therapy grind. Because of it? Yeah,
- 12:56Speaker 3: whatever happened. Like three years ago, I was shooting this
- 12:59Speaker 3: show in Germany. And I like was wiggling around and
- 13:03Speaker 3: I kicked my leg up. And I was like ping.
- 13:08Speaker 3: And something pinged down here in my groin. I was like,
- 13:10Speaker 3: I got my balls popping out. You know, like you
- 13:13Speaker 3: have a hernia. And like my insides are oozing out.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Not oozing out.
- 13:18Speaker 1: They weren't.
- 13:19Speaker 3: So then it was just something like got tweaked. And
- 13:21Speaker 3: then it was just like bing, bing, bing, bing. And
- 13:23Speaker 3: the muscles all up. All got fucked up. And so
- 13:26Speaker 3: I had two surgeries. I was like, it's my hips.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I'm going to have... So I got hip surgeries on
- 13:31Speaker 1: each side. It wasn't the hips.
- 13:33Speaker 3: So it's been three years of like trying to cobble
- 13:35Speaker 3: my body back together. And I was so fucked up
- 13:37Speaker 3: and I was so tight and tense. And I was
- 13:39Speaker 3: getting these spasms. I went to the doctor. The doctor,
- 13:42Speaker 3: one month before my son was born, was like, you're dying.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Swear to God, Theo. He goes... you have stiff person syndrome,
- 13:51Speaker 3: which is a real disease. It sounds like a boner joke,
- 13:54Speaker 3: but it is not. And he's like, you got stiff
- 13:56Speaker 3: person syndrome. And that essentially the like average lifespan of
- 14:02Speaker 3: someone with stiff person syndrome is like five or six years.
- 14:05Speaker 1: And I was like, I'm dying. I'm dying.
- 14:07Speaker 3: So for a solid couple months, I was like, My
- 14:12Speaker 3: son is just born.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I'm going to die. And what are you feeling like?
- 14:16Speaker 1: You feel like a gingerbread cookie kind of style or
- 14:18Speaker 1: like how stiff are you at that point?
- 14:20Speaker 3: I'm a lot better now.
- 14:21Speaker 1: I was so stiff.
- 14:22Speaker 3: I couldn't like I could hurt. I like I would
- 14:25Speaker 3: move and everything would go crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack.
- 14:28Speaker 3: And it hurts to just move at all. And I
- 14:31Speaker 3: would have these crazy spasms and like. It would– they
- 14:35Speaker 3: would have them in my stomach sometimes and it looks
- 14:37Speaker 3: like I'm pregnant, like a little fucking arm is pushing out.
- 14:41Speaker 1: It was wild.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Bring some– stiff person syndrome.
- 14:44Speaker 1: This is a real– It's a real– Celine Dion has it.
- 14:48Speaker 3: So then I go through all this testing and then
- 14:52Speaker 3: they were like, you know, we don't think you have this.
- 14:54Speaker 1: We think this is from your accident.
- 14:56Speaker 3: And I'm like, OK, thank God I don't have this.
- 15:00Speaker 3: And then I go through another six months. I'm on
- 15:02Speaker 3: the set of The Righteous Gemstones. I'm not getting any better.
- 15:05Speaker 3: In fact, I'm getting worse. And I tell Danny, I'm like, dude,
- 15:09Speaker 3: I have to dip. I have to go see the
- 15:11Speaker 3: stiff person syndrome guy. And it was so scary because
- 15:15Speaker 3: he's the guy that's going to tell me if I
- 15:16Speaker 3: actually have it or not.
- 15:17Speaker 4: Oh, really?
- 15:18Speaker 1: And I'm there.
- 15:19Speaker 3: It's after hours. And they saw me special, you know.
- 15:23Speaker 3: And I just hear this little click, clack, click, clack
- 15:26Speaker 3: of his old man doctor shoes. And he comes and
- 15:28Speaker 3: he has those eyebrows that are like. Yeah.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Wizard like, you know, eyebrows that like a bird will
- 15:33Speaker 1: land on one. Yeah, absolutely.
- 15:34Speaker 3: And you know, if you have eyebrows like that, you're like,
- 15:37Speaker 3: you have wisdom, right? Yeah, definitely. If yeah, people who
- 15:41Speaker 3: trim their eyebrows are obviously dumb.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Yeah, you're not.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Yeah, dude, you got to let those things sprout if
- 15:48Speaker 3: you're lucky enough to have some wiry brows. And so
- 15:52Speaker 3: he comes and luckily he tells me I do not
- 15:54Speaker 3: have it. So thank God. But it was like a
- 15:56Speaker 3: wild ride where I'm like, I think I'm dying. And
- 15:59Speaker 3: now I'm like, It's from my accident.
- 16:01Speaker 1: It sucks, but hopefully I can get better. So some
- 16:04Speaker 1: of the mental fear is, is gone away because you
- 16:07Speaker 1: got the verdict. And then I think from that, some
- 16:09Speaker 1: of the physical has.
- 16:12Speaker 3: Gotten a little better because the mental, cause I'm not
- 16:14Speaker 3: just like, cause I wasn't sleeping. I was sleeping like
- 16:17Speaker 3: three hours a night. I was just going online, sitting
- 16:20Speaker 3: on the toilet and watching Tik TOK videos of like
- 16:22Speaker 3: people with like, that are like, I'm.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Living with stiff person syndrome and it's I'm living an
- 16:28Speaker 1: okay life. And you're like, oh, this is.
- 16:30Speaker 3: I'm doing good.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like, I'm doing good.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Somebody set me on a counter so I can look
- 16:36Speaker 3: at the children or whatever. Yeah, totally, totally. You're like
- 16:40Speaker 3: Elf on a Shelf, dude.
- 16:42Speaker 1: That's exactly what it was.
- 16:43Speaker 3: And I'm like, I feel so bad for these people.
- 16:46Speaker 3: And also, in turn, I'm like, this is going to
- 16:48Speaker 3: be me, dude. I'm going to like, my wife is
- 16:50Speaker 3: just going to have to like wheel me into the
- 16:52Speaker 3: living room as I watch my like little son... walk
- 16:55Speaker 3: for the his first steps you know i think it's
- 16:57Speaker 3: gonna go like that but luckily it's not so that's
- 17:00Speaker 3: been since i saw you last dude that's what i've
- 17:03Speaker 3: been doing and that's so stressful i can imagine man
- 17:07Speaker 3: i'm so sorry to go through that yeah it's unbelievable
- 17:09Speaker 3: and where you.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Started like so that's why i was stretching that's why
- 17:12Speaker 1: you can get dysplasia too that's one of the things
- 17:15Speaker 1: that um so dogs get a lot well a lot
- 17:17Speaker 1: of australian shepherds get it my friend scott has an
- 17:19Speaker 1: australian uh shepherd people say i'm an australian shepherd as
- 17:23Speaker 1: a human I could see.
- 17:25Speaker 3: That a little bit.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Dysplasia refers to abnormal development of growth of cells or tissues,
- 17:30Speaker 1: which can be mild, moderate, or severe, and can sometimes
- 17:32Speaker 1: be a precursor to cancer.
- 17:34Speaker 4: Oh.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I didn't know that.
- 17:36Speaker 3: I thought that was when your hips get all tight. Yeah,
- 17:38Speaker 3: let's look up hip dysplasia. Yeah, that's what I was thinking,
- 17:40Speaker 3: hip dysplasia. This guy's trying to upsell us. I thought
- 17:43Speaker 3: that would always be kind of a cool name for
- 17:46Speaker 3: like a 90s hip-hop group. Yeah, get out. Hip dysplasia.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Yeah. Hip dysplasia, a condition where the hip joint does
- 17:54Speaker 1: not develop properly.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Resulting in abnormal.
- 17:59Speaker 3: Fit between the ball and socket of the hip. The
- 18:02Speaker 3: exact cause of hip dysplasia is unknown, but it may
- 18:05Speaker 3: be related to genetics. Position during pregnancy. and a history
- 18:10Speaker 3: of hip dysplasia in her family.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Don't have that, thank God.
- 18:13Speaker 3: God, dude.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Now, were there things, were you having to roll out
- 18:16Speaker 1: your legs and stuff? Like, tell me some, were they
- 18:18Speaker 1: roll out every day?
- 18:19Speaker 3: Dude, I have to roll out.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I carry around, like, the ball. The ball I
- 18:23Speaker 1: really fuck with.
- 18:25Speaker 3: I do acupuncture once a week. I do body work
- 18:30Speaker 3: at least once a week. I do a thing called
- 18:33Speaker 3: functional patterns, which is, it teaches you, like, how to,
- 18:37Speaker 3: stand properly, using weights and different kind of things.
- 18:40Speaker 1: And then I do regular physical therapy. And that's about
- 18:45Speaker 1: it right now.
- 18:46Speaker 3: But like, and then I do chiropractor that hooks me
- 18:49Speaker 3: up with like this machine that zaps you, you know,
- 18:51Speaker 3: like a TENS unit, like a stem pads. But like,
- 18:55Speaker 3: this is supposedly like the hot shit machine that zaps
- 18:59Speaker 3: you even more. I don't know even what it does,
- 19:02Speaker 3: but I'm like doing everything. So like right now when
- 19:05Speaker 3: I'm not working, currently working on a project, it's like
- 19:08Speaker 3: five days a week, all week.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Physical therapy type stuff. Every week, physical therapy type stuff, yeah. Man.
- 19:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:16Speaker 1: That's like having another child. It's almost like having another child.
- 19:19Speaker 1: It's like having to take care of yourself like that
- 19:21Speaker 1: is really extensive. It's so annoying.
- 19:23Speaker 3: And then, like, I might do this movie. And it
- 19:26Speaker 3: shoots in South Africa. Yeah. And I'm like running around
- 19:29Speaker 3: and it's like an action sort of move. And I'm like, oh,
- 19:32Speaker 3: am I going to fuck myself up again? So now
- 19:34Speaker 3: I'm like looking at projects with a little side eye
- 19:37Speaker 3: going like, can I handle this shit?
- 19:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:39Speaker 3: What about a calm project? Yeah.
- 19:41Speaker 1: I need a nice chill.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Peeping Tom type of thing.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Oh, if I could get a Peeping Tom gig, dude.
- 19:48Speaker 1: That's where I'd really shine. on the ladder.
- 19:50Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
- 19:51Speaker 3: If I'm just perched up in a, in a tree,
- 19:53Speaker 3: but I have like a nice chair, like a deer stand,
- 19:56Speaker 3: you know?
- 19:57Speaker 1: And, but it's just me and it was just like
- 19:59Speaker 1: oogling someone. That'd be a good gig, dude. It's Sydney
- 20:02Speaker 1: Sweeney or someone in it.
- 20:04Speaker 3: I don't know. Or your wife.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Yeah. No, but look, it's just acting. Yeah, it's just
- 20:14Speaker 1: acting on me, babe.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, if you got January Johns in there, you
- 20:18Speaker 3: got– who else can you put in there?
- 20:20Speaker 1: A lot of people. A lot of people, dude. Rear Window,
- 20:22Speaker 1: that's a– That's in Hitchcock, wasn't it, Rear Window?
- 20:25Speaker 3: I think so. Yeah, that's true. Rear Window I think
- 20:27Speaker 3: was about butt stuff, wasn't it? That was an early–
- 20:29Speaker 3: An early anal film. One of the first anal films.
- 20:34Speaker 3: I think it was about proctology. It was like a proctologist.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Oh, was it? Oh, I didn't know. A proctologist can't
- 20:40Speaker 1: get his act together. Man, that's so wild. Thanks for
- 20:47Speaker 1: sharing that, dude.
- 20:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:48Speaker 3: When you were a kid, how long did it affect you?
- 20:50Speaker 1: Say after the accident happened, how long was it like
- 20:53Speaker 1: a daily thing that affected you probably? Oh, for sure.
- 20:56Speaker 3: I couldn't walk for about two years. But then eighth grade,
- 21:02Speaker 3: your homie played football.
- 21:03Speaker 4: Oh.
- 21:03Speaker 3: Yep. Really?
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yeah, it was so bad, dude. But they were like, yeah,
- 21:07Speaker 1: he could play.
- 21:08Speaker 3: And then it was just, they made me an offensive lineman.
- 21:12Speaker 4: Dude.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I guess if you can't move. I can't move.
- 21:15Speaker 3: It was just like, but I was pretty strong from
- 21:17Speaker 3: all the physical therapy I could do.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Go around on it?
- 21:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Don't hit me. Yeah, just play it.
- 21:23Speaker 3: But my mom, my mom was like so worried about me, right?
- 21:26Speaker 3: So she put shin guards on me and arm guards
- 21:29Speaker 3: on me. So I was hitting people like, bah, bah.
- 21:35Speaker 1: You're like a soccer player. Yeah, dude.
- 21:37Speaker 3: My dad was like, take your elbow and jam it
- 21:39Speaker 3: underneath their chin. So it's just me going like, dig!
- 21:43Speaker 3: And they're like, oh!
- 21:45Speaker 1: And I actually, I was like, kind of decent. Like,
- 21:48Speaker 1: it worked. It worked.
- 21:51Speaker 3: You were the only guy out there who was just
- 21:54Speaker 3: fucking high-ying. Yeah, yeah.
- 21:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:57Speaker 3: What?
- 21:58Speaker 1: That's crazy, dude. And the devilishness of your father.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Oh, dude, my dad's a dirty dog, man. To guide
- 22:04Speaker 3: you like that. My dad, like, I don't know how
- 22:08Speaker 3: your parents were, but my dad, I remember as a kid,
- 22:10Speaker 3: I was getting bullied, you know, a little bit. I'm sure, dude.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yeah, but before, before the accident. Before?
- 22:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know. It was just like, there was
- 22:20Speaker 3: a bully, right?
- 22:21Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 22:22Speaker 3: And my dad was like, dude.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Does he... He picks on you? Is he a lot
- 22:27Speaker 1: bigger than you? And I'm like, he's way bigger than me.
- 22:29Speaker 1: He was held back a grade.
- 22:30Speaker 3: So this guy was like.
- 22:32Speaker 1: monster. He's insane.
- 22:33Speaker 3: And dumb. He's held back.
- 22:35Speaker 1: He's held back. He's a big dummy. Just let the
- 22:38Speaker 1: dumb go with their friends. Let them go.
- 22:40Speaker 3: That's the scary part when you keep, you're like, hey,
- 22:41Speaker 3: this kid's coming back. You hold him back and now
- 22:43Speaker 3: he's gonna be, now he's mad. Now he's angry. Because
- 22:45Speaker 3: everyone knows he's stupid. Yeah, he's angry and dumb.
- 22:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:49Speaker 1: So now he's in my grade and he is.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Fee-fi-fo-fum.
- 22:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:55Speaker 1: I smell the blood of Adam.
- 22:58Speaker 3: And then he is like picking on me and my
- 23:00Speaker 3: dad was like, hit him as hard as you can
- 23:04Speaker 3: in the face and then run away. He's like that,
- 23:07Speaker 3: like try to knock him the fuck out. And then
- 23:10Speaker 3: he's bigger than you.
- 23:12Speaker 1: And I'm like, uh-huh. He's like, then get out of there.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Right.
- 23:14Speaker 3: So the next day I was like, he was picking
- 23:16Speaker 3: on me and I just was like, and I punched
- 23:19Speaker 3: him right in the nose.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Did not knock him out. Uh, but he didn't attack.
- 23:24Speaker 1: He cried like a bitch.
- 23:26Speaker 3: Yeah, he did.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:27Speaker 3: And then, uh, and then he, and then I think
- 23:30Speaker 3: I became his bully. Which in turn– I've actually heard–
- 23:34Speaker 3: I've told this story on my podcast.
- 23:36Speaker 1: This is important.
- 23:37Speaker 3: And I told that story and then I found through
- 23:40Speaker 3: the grapevine that he thinks that I was his bully.
- 23:44Speaker 1: He doesn't remember bullying me.
- 23:45Speaker 3: He only remembers me bullying him afterwards because afterwards I
- 23:49Speaker 3: just took my dad's advice. So he was like talking
- 23:52Speaker 3: shit in class. I just got out a book and
- 23:54Speaker 3: hit him in the back of the head. Yeah.
- 23:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:56Speaker 3: And, like, he was talking shit at the top of
- 23:58Speaker 3: the stairs. I fucking kicked him. And he fell down
- 24:01Speaker 3: the stairs, dislocated his shoulder. Yeah, dude.
- 24:04Speaker 1: So I think I was, like, fucking really violent. Yeah,
- 24:07Speaker 1: it sounds like you don't remember things correctly.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:09Speaker 1: It sounds like you were a violent guy.
- 24:13Speaker 3: It does. It does. But I thought in my head
- 24:17Speaker 3: he's the aggressor. Maybe not. Maybe I'm a little piece
- 24:21Speaker 3: of shit. But I thought I was in the right.
- 24:23Speaker 4: But.
- 24:23Speaker 3: I was like, I'm smaller, so I have to be
- 24:26Speaker 3: more violent or else I'm going to be.
- 24:29Speaker 1: The one getting my ass kicked. Yeah, we had a
- 24:33Speaker 1: kid at after-school care.
- 24:34Speaker 3: We went to religious after-school care because they would donate
- 24:37Speaker 3: it to you if you prayed a lot or something.
- 24:38Speaker 3: So my mom would get a couple prayers in, and
- 24:40Speaker 3: then you got free care for the kids or whatever.
- 24:42Speaker 3: Good deal.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, so she was hitting the urinal or something.
- 24:46Speaker 3: No, it's not a urinal. What is it where you pray?
- 24:47Speaker 1: Confessional.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Confessional, right? Way different than a urinal. God, I hope this, God,
- 24:56Speaker 3: please make this piss come out right.
- 24:59Speaker 1: I'm so sorry.
- 25:01Speaker 3: No, it's okay, dude.
- 25:03Speaker 1: But yeah, so yeah, she would put up, she would
- 25:06Speaker 1: like make a bunch of deposits in the confessional or whatever.
- 25:09Speaker 1: And then they gave you free childcare for the afterschool, right?
- 25:12Speaker 1: And we had this one kid named Jeep was his name.
- 25:15Speaker 1: He was named after a vehicle, right? Yeah. So they
- 25:18Speaker 1: named him Jeep. I was like, well, that's not how
- 25:19Speaker 1: it works, but but my buddy scott's daddy was like
- 25:23Speaker 1: you know what if he'd be a mania go up
- 25:25Speaker 1: on that upper deck and uh hum a piece of
- 25:27Speaker 1: concrete off at him and did you do that i
- 25:30Speaker 1: don't remember we did or not but i just remember
- 25:32Speaker 1: that advice being like that is aggressive advice yeah yeah
- 25:36Speaker 1: but yeah jeep was problematic and he would body slam
- 25:38Speaker 1: other kids and stuff yeah it sucks dude yeah so
- 25:42Speaker 1: but everybody had a bully man um but you talked
- 25:44Speaker 1: about on a new podcast you have a new podcast
- 25:46Speaker 1: wait i know this with um The guys from Workaholics,
- 25:49Speaker 1: you guys started.
- 25:49Speaker 3: A new podcast. That's right.
- 25:50Speaker 1: It's not new. We've been doing it a while now,
- 25:52Speaker 1: but- But do you re-pick it up or something?
- 25:55Speaker 3: Yeah, we don't promote it, so we've just been doing
- 26:00Speaker 3: it in silence. Yeah, no one knows about it. It's
- 26:06Speaker 3: called This Is Important, but it's, yeah, me and the
- 26:08Speaker 3: Workaholics guys, it's super fun. Yeah.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it's fun, dude. And what a way to keep
- 26:12Speaker 1: that thing alive. What a way to keep an experience alive. Yeah,
- 26:15Speaker 1: it's just a fun way to get together.
- 26:17Speaker 3: It was during the pandemic, actually. We started it and
- 26:20Speaker 3: we were like, dude, we never see each other anymore.
- 26:24Speaker 1: We're bored. Let's just crank this bitch out. Bring up
- 26:27Speaker 1: a photo of the gang right there with the pod.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Yeah, this is important.
- 26:30Speaker 1: We're actually pitching a new show together.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Really?
- 26:33Speaker 1: Yeah, so the boys might be back.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Dude, that's so cool. Yeah, we're.
- 26:39Speaker 1: What a great group you got with, too.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 26:42Speaker 1: And it's rare that you have a show, right? Like workaholics,
- 26:47Speaker 1: which was such a hit. And then you now get
- 26:49Speaker 1: to have an experience where you guys are still kind
- 26:51Speaker 1: of together, even podcasting.
- 26:53Speaker 4: Right.
- 26:54Speaker 1: And with gemstones ending, what's it like when something like big,
- 26:58Speaker 1: like that ends? Like, what's it like when a project
- 27:01Speaker 1: that you've done for a few years ends? Like I
- 27:04Speaker 1: know even just doing a small movie that it was
- 27:05Speaker 1: like the last day, it felt like the last day
- 27:07Speaker 1: of school. And it was like, And we were kind
- 27:09Speaker 1: of closed, but it had only been maybe 30 days.
- 27:11Speaker 1: But this is years of your life. What's that? Dude,
- 27:14Speaker 1: it's way different. Like a movie, doing movies is so fun, right?
- 27:19Speaker 3: Like it's a lot of work, like way more work
- 27:22Speaker 3: than people– think.
- 27:24Speaker 1: They they think it's all glitz and glamour it kind
- 27:26Speaker 1: of sucks it's a nightmare yeah it's a lot it
- 27:28Speaker 1: really is a nightmare it's a living you're up and
- 27:30Speaker 1: you're down and you're up and you're down you're almost
- 27:32Speaker 1: like a zombie that has to do some stuff i
- 27:34Speaker 1: love it though i i love like putting all the
- 27:36Speaker 1: little pieces together and you feel like you're the quarterback
- 27:38Speaker 1: of a football team and you know the whole crew's
- 27:41Speaker 1: working together and everybody's working for one common goal uh
- 27:45Speaker 1: but then when it's wraps a movie you really only
- 27:49Speaker 1: spent like two months together or however long.
- 27:52Speaker 3: And so it's like saying goodbye and it's difficult because
- 27:56Speaker 3: you've made friends with some of these people. But then
- 27:59Speaker 3: on a TV show, it's years and years of your life. Yeah.
- 28:04Speaker 3: And you really form like real friendships with some of
- 28:07Speaker 3: these people. So I like that better in the way
- 28:09Speaker 3: that– like some of these crew people I'm going to
- 28:12Speaker 3: know for the rest of my life.
- 28:14Speaker 1: And then it's just nice to build a relationship.
- 28:17Speaker 3: So that's what I love about TV and I'm like–
- 28:20Speaker 3: I'm trying to pitch another show with the workaholics guys
- 28:23Speaker 3: and working on a few other projects that i hope
- 28:25Speaker 3: i can get off the ground um tv wise because
- 28:29Speaker 3: it's nice just to have something that you can come
- 28:31Speaker 3: back to every year and grow with the characters and
- 28:35Speaker 3: you know have it morph over time like gemstones ending
- 28:37Speaker 3: like that show was a wild ride dude it got
- 28:40Speaker 3: us through the pandemic through us through two strikes through
- 28:44Speaker 3: all these ups and downs all this turmoil it's nice
- 28:46Speaker 3: to come back and have this be you know, kind
- 28:48Speaker 3: of home base. And I know you just recorded with
- 28:51Speaker 3: Danny a couple weeks ago.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it was great. Oh, isn't he the best, dude?
- 28:55Speaker 1: He's so great. I was a little bit nervous. I
- 28:57Speaker 1: wish I had just talked about more regular stuff. We
- 28:59Speaker 1: talked about like some family stuff. It was great.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Yeah, it was great.
- 29:02Speaker 1: You know, you just always kind of have your druthers,
- 29:03Speaker 1: you know?
- 29:04Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 29:05Speaker 1: But I didn't know, I had no clue what he
- 29:06Speaker 1: was going to be like. There's not a ton of
- 29:07Speaker 1: stuff out there about him. Well, he likes to be mysterious,
- 29:11Speaker 1: you know?
- 29:12Speaker 3: And it's good. He does a great job of it.
- 29:14Speaker 1: And he was talking about how like by not having
- 29:15Speaker 1: social media and all that kind of stuff, it just
- 29:16Speaker 1: keeps him It lets him have his brain space for himself.
- 29:19Speaker 1: He's like you have to have time to be kind
- 29:21Speaker 1: of just where your brain is not doing anything.
- 29:23Speaker 3: And he's so good about like doing what he does
- 29:27Speaker 3: and not feel– I think it's so easy just to
- 29:30Speaker 3: be like I have to be everywhere. I have to
- 29:31Speaker 3: be doing– and I feel this way sometimes. I'm like
- 29:36Speaker 3: why don't I have a Snapchat presence? Like fucking Snapchat.
- 29:40Speaker 3: who am I yeah I'm not I'm not like a
- 29:42Speaker 3: 14 year old tiktok girl Like.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Yeah, you'd be a pedophile if you had one.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't need to be a pedophile. I just
- 29:50Speaker 3: want to. Everyone's doing it.
- 29:52Speaker 1: It is Hollywood.
- 29:54Speaker 3: It's Hollywood, man. Yeah.
- 29:57Speaker 1: So he's and he's just the coolest boss, man.
- 30:00Speaker 3: It was so fun. Yeah.
- 30:01Speaker 1: You know, you meet him and you're like, I was
- 30:03Speaker 1: the same way. You're a little on your heels. You're
- 30:05Speaker 1: a little intimidated.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Right. Because he's such a presence. And I remember the
- 30:10Speaker 3: first time I met him, I was it was at
- 30:13Speaker 3: an after party. uh, for like, this is the end
- 30:16Speaker 3: or something. And we were doing a movie that Seth
- 30:20Speaker 3: Rogen produced game over man, which I did with the
- 30:22Speaker 3: workaholics guys. And so we were there at the after
- 30:25Speaker 3: party and I'm, I was trying to smoke with Seth,
- 30:28Speaker 3: like go toe to toe with him. And I smoke weed.
- 30:31Speaker 3: I'm good at smoking weed. I would say not as
- 30:34Speaker 3: good as Seth Rogen. Yeah. He's yeah.
- 30:36Speaker 1: He's, he looks like elite part of a joint.
- 30:38Speaker 3: Yes. He looks human joint. And so, So I'm like
- 30:42Speaker 3: in a fucking daze, fully crossfaded. And also he doesn't drink,
- 30:46Speaker 3: but I do. So I'm like just guzzling vodka while
- 30:49Speaker 3: still trying to keep up with him. And you have
- 30:52Speaker 3: stiff person syndrome. This is pre-stiff person. This is pre-my stiff.
- 30:57Speaker 3: But out through this cloud emerges Danny McBride. And he's
- 31:01Speaker 3: on like my Mount Rushmore, you know, favorite comedian.
- 31:05Speaker 1: And just seeing him walk up, he just has this–
- 31:07Speaker 1: Everything that he says is his character. So it's like
- 31:10Speaker 1: it's just him. Yeah. And I was like on my heels.
- 31:15Speaker 3: And so I go, you're Danny McBride. And he's like, dude, yeah,
- 31:21Speaker 3: I know. And he's like, hey, man, nice to meet you.
- 31:23Speaker 3: And then I looked at him and I said, you're
- 31:27Speaker 3: a bright shooting star. What? What?
- 31:31Speaker 1: Like, what the fuck, dude?
- 31:32Speaker 3: You're a bright shooting star. I told him you're a
- 31:34Speaker 3: bright shooting star, which I think is like a— Native
- 31:37Speaker 3: American type of thing. It might be a Native American,
- 31:40Speaker 3: but it's also, like, I think from Boogie Nights or something.
- 31:45Speaker 3: And so I said, you're a bright shooting star. And
- 31:48Speaker 3: he's like, yeah, okay, man. And I grabbed my girlfriend
- 31:51Speaker 3: at the time, and I was like, we have to leave.
- 31:52Speaker 3: We have to leave.
- 31:53Speaker 1: And she was like, I'm having a good time.
- 31:54Speaker 3: Why are we leaving? I'm like, I just called Dana
- 31:56Speaker 3: McBride a bright shooting star. And she was like, you're right.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Let's get out of here.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Like, yeah, fucking. You're out of your mind, dude.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Let's get out of here.
- 32:06Speaker 1: But when he cast me on the show, he did
- 32:08Speaker 1: not remember that.
- 32:09Speaker 3: I think he also was pretty cross-faded as well.
- 32:12Speaker 1: So he didn't remember that.
- 32:13Speaker 3: He might have been cooking with Seth. Yeah, he might
- 32:15Speaker 3: have been also cooking with Seth. Dang, dude, that's crazy.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Yeah, so thank God.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 32:20Speaker 4: Yeah.

- 33:37Speaker 1: get together at his home in a few months. I'm
- 33:39Speaker 1: looking forward to that. And I was grateful when I
- 33:42Speaker 1: had him on the show. Dave keeps it real. He
- 33:45Speaker 1: He's been there for a long time for people reliable,
- 33:47Speaker 1: no fluff, no fancy words, just straight up truth about money.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Dave's been doing it for 30 years. He's a financial expert,
- 33:56Speaker 1: eight-time bestselling author, and the host of The Ramsey Show.
- 34:01Speaker 1: That's a Monday through Friday show where Dave and his
- 34:04Speaker 1: team take calls from real people dealing with real money situations.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Some are in deep and some just need a little guidance.
- 34:13Speaker 1: But all of them are looking for a way forward.
- 34:16Speaker 1: They've had some wild calls. My wife maxed out her
- 34:19Speaker 1: credit cards at McDonald's. I was dumped because I worked
- 34:22Speaker 1: too much. And should I pay for my wife to
- 34:25Speaker 1: get plastic surgery? Big questions facing Americans. But it's not
- 34:31Speaker 1: about the crazy stories. The Ramsey Show helps people take control,
- 34:35Speaker 1: get a plan, and change their lives. Nearly 40 million
- 34:39Speaker 1: people watch The Ramsey Show on YouTube. It dominates Apple

- 34:56Speaker 1: Check out The Ramsey Show weekdays on YouTube, podcasts, or
- 35:00Speaker 1: click the link in the show notes. Yeah, he's just like,
- 35:05Speaker 1: I don't know. It's tough because you want to impress him,
- 35:08Speaker 1: but you also want to just learn about him. There
- 35:11Speaker 1: was a lot of little stuff. And to know that
- 35:13Speaker 1: he liked the directing side and the thinking about and
- 35:17Speaker 1: the program, that he thinks about that more than it
- 35:20Speaker 1: seems like he does probably the acting side. Not as
- 35:23Speaker 1: a judgment or anything.
- 35:24Speaker 3: No, no, no.
- 35:25Speaker 1: That's right. That's the stuff that he talked about why
- 35:27Speaker 1: he even got into things. That's the stuff that he
- 35:29Speaker 1: likes the most. He's like, I won't really go back
- 35:31Speaker 1: and watch things. I like to just be there in
- 35:33Speaker 1: that moment when things are trying to, are chaotic and
- 35:36Speaker 1: how do we figure it out?
- 35:37Speaker 3: And I was like, wow, that's kind of fascinating. He's
- 35:39Speaker 3: a really smart guy. He went to film school first.
- 35:42Speaker 3: And like, so he came into the business wanting to.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Be a writer and a director.
- 35:47Speaker 3: And that's what I wanted to do too. And I
- 35:49Speaker 3: remember telling my mom, I'm like, I think I want
- 35:51Speaker 3: to go to film school. That way I can learn
- 35:53Speaker 3: the other side and then put myself as the lead
- 35:56Speaker 3: in projects. And then I could have all the creative control.
- 35:59Speaker 3: And my mom, bless her heart, was just like, you're
- 36:03Speaker 3: an actor. Just go be an actor. He was like
- 36:05Speaker 3: dunking on me a little bit. Like, okay, dummy, uh,
- 36:08Speaker 3: just go be the actor.
- 36:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 36:10Speaker 3: You've already been hit by the cement truck. Let's not
- 36:13Speaker 3: push our luck here. Okay.
- 36:16Speaker 4: Yeah. Next.
- 36:17Speaker 1: All you need is a lumber truck and it's a rat.
- 36:20Speaker 3: Yeah, dude.
- 36:20Speaker 1: A freaking steamroller.
- 36:22Speaker 3: Dang dude.
- 36:23Speaker 1: So Jim stones is, um, but no, yeah.
- 36:26Speaker 3: Getting to see him.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Well, it was funny cause I went in the lobby
- 36:29Speaker 1: and he, or they were waiting in the, in the
- 36:30Speaker 1: front room. And, um, They're like, Danny's here, and we're
- 36:34Speaker 1: trying to get ready a little bit, and it's just
- 36:36Speaker 1: been a long week. And I go in there, and
- 36:38Speaker 1: he's just pretending that he's sleeping in the chair. It's
- 36:41Speaker 1: just so funny. Kind of something a kid would do,
- 36:44Speaker 1: you know? He's the best. It was just like, you know,
- 36:48Speaker 1: I walked in there, and there's been 100 guests in there,
- 36:51Speaker 1: and never once has one just pretended that they're sleeping.
- 36:54Speaker 3: Dude, he'll like, when you're on, he likes to keep
- 36:57Speaker 3: things light and fun, but he's also just like, he's
- 37:01Speaker 3: like a little rascal. And so you'll be shooting your
- 37:06Speaker 3: side of a take, right? And it's over his shoulder.
- 37:10Speaker 3: And he'll just go– like as you're trying to act
- 37:15Speaker 3: and you're like, what the– like, dude. And he's like
- 37:18Speaker 3: the guy that will break the most. Oh, yeah?
- 37:21Speaker 1: And I think it's like to keep things light.
- 37:24Speaker 3: And also he just thinks like he's such a good–
- 37:27Speaker 3: like such a giver that– Like he wants you to
- 37:32Speaker 3: know that he thinks it's funny.
- 37:34Speaker 4: So.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Yeah, he gave me a cock light.
- 37:36Speaker 3: A little light that can do cocks with it.
- 37:38Speaker 1: That's sick.
- 37:39Speaker 3: That was great.
- 37:40Speaker 1: You need that, honestly. He had like a little wiener
- 37:43Speaker 1: laser or whatever. It was like, you know how they
- 37:45Speaker 1: have that light you can shine on somebody at like a,
- 37:47Speaker 1: somebody who's giving a conference or whatever. Like a laser pointer. Yeah,
- 37:49Speaker 1: and you shine it on them and you circle his
- 37:51Speaker 1: dick with it. Social security comes up and rescues them
- 37:53Speaker 1: or whatever so they don't get shot or whatever.
- 37:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Well. Secret service. I don't think social security is wrong.
- 38:00Speaker 3: Actually, social security, apparently, Trump's taking it out of business
- 38:05Speaker 3: or whatever.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Yeah, it's nowhere to be found.
- 38:07Speaker 3: It's just going to be your grandma being like, what?
- 38:14Speaker 3: I need this to survive. Here's a cock light instead.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Yeah. That's what social security is going to send you
- 38:23Speaker 1: a gift each month. Yeah. Like, Hey, we don't have
- 38:26Speaker 1: money anymore.
- 38:26Speaker 3: They took that. But here's a cock light. Those days
- 38:30Speaker 3: are over, but yeah. I mean, maybe for some people
- 38:33Speaker 3: worth it. What about this labia nightlight we're going to
- 38:36Speaker 3: give you though?
- 38:37Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
- 38:38Speaker 3: This was it.
- 38:38Speaker 1: It projects five different dicks. And I didn't know that
- 38:41Speaker 1: he didn't take me through all the cocks. He showed
- 38:42Speaker 1: me that one. Well, have you, I mean, I feel
- 38:44Speaker 1: like this is something that you need to spend some
- 38:45Speaker 1: time with.
- 38:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:46Speaker 1: I feel like you got to dust that one off
- 38:48Speaker 1: and Oh, yeah. I brought it to Las Vegas with
- 38:51Speaker 1: me this weekend. And I was even using it during
- 38:53Speaker 1: some of the fights.
- 38:54Speaker 3: I would low-key. People didn't know it.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Oh, that's fun. But, like, there were some of the
- 38:57Speaker 1: fights where I'd flash a cock on somebody.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Which is crazy. I'm sure you get weird gifs like
- 39:03Speaker 3: this all the time. I get weird shit constantly. Like,
- 39:06Speaker 3: where they want you to talk about it on your podcast.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Or they, you know, what I'm saying.
- 39:11Speaker 1: I just got this gif. It was, like, offensive. There
- 39:13Speaker 1: was this.
- 39:15Speaker 3: dildo company or something, like a sex toy company, and
- 39:18Speaker 3: they sent me one that it's to fit over your
- 39:23Speaker 3: dick so you have a bigger dick. It was called
- 39:26Speaker 3: the Little More, and you strap it onto your dick
- 39:29Speaker 3: so your dick is bigger.
- 39:30Speaker 1: And I'm like, why was I singled out as the
- 39:34Speaker 1: guy a little more? Yeah, I think, is this it?
- 39:38Speaker 3: Maybe, yeah, you strap it on, you put it under.
- 39:41Speaker 3: Your nuts through a little hole.
- 39:44Speaker 1: You put your nuts into it as well? Yeah, underneath
- 39:46Speaker 1: so it can stay on.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Oh, I see.
- 39:48Speaker 1: So you kind of put your nuts through a hole
- 39:49Speaker 1: and then it stays on top? And then it stays
- 39:50Speaker 1: on top. So do you even need to use your own?
- 39:52Speaker 1: Not that I've tried it on.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Not that I know everything about it.
- 39:58Speaker 1: Is it a 41 regular? What size is it?
- 39:59Speaker 3: That's the only thing I'm asking.
- 40:02Speaker 1: It's a 42 short. It's stocky, like me.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Just a short, stocky little thing. Uh, yeah, that's exactly,
- 40:08Speaker 3: it was amazing. I like a little more five and
- 40:10Speaker 3: a half inches. That's so sad, dude. If that's your
- 40:13Speaker 3: little more, Hey, you know, I guess that person would
- 40:18Speaker 3: really need it. Like it's a smart car. Totally. Totally. That's,
- 40:23Speaker 3: that's something that your wife or girlfriend gives you.
- 40:26Speaker 1: I like that.
- 40:26Speaker 3: That one's sold out. That one's sold out there. They
- 40:30Speaker 3: ran out of those. They're like, that means you have
- 40:32Speaker 3: to have like a four inch dick. And you want
- 40:36Speaker 3: to rock up to five and a half. Yeah, for
- 40:38Speaker 3: like your wedding or whatever.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Yeah, for a big event. I wonder if I would like,
- 40:42Speaker 1: you know, I guess it's kind of nice because then
- 40:44Speaker 1: your wiener could not even have to be erect. You
- 40:46Speaker 1: can kind of be soft as long as you're able
- 40:48Speaker 1: to fit the mold and just rock this thing.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Yeah, that's good if you're like, you know, you're a
- 40:52Speaker 3: little jet-lagged. You're a little tired. Oh, yeah, I've been
- 40:56Speaker 3: jet-lagged for 20 years then. Yeah, and then, you know,
- 40:59Speaker 3: you're like, you don't really want to give it up,
- 41:02Speaker 3: but then, you know. But these women crawling all over,
- 41:06Speaker 3: you know.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 41:08Speaker 3: It's exhausting. Oh, you got to smash them just to
- 41:10Speaker 3: keep them off the ceiling fan, you know. For real.
- 41:13Speaker 1: I know exactly what you mean.
- 41:16Speaker 3: No, dude. I'm married. I have a one-year-old baby. My
- 41:18Speaker 3: wife is like, please stop touching me. For 18 more years,
- 41:21Speaker 3: do not touch me.
- 41:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 41:26Speaker 3: There we are. We're a beautiful family.
- 41:29Speaker 1: We're a beautiful family. Wow, dude. That must be nice
- 41:31Speaker 1: to have a beautiful family.
- 41:33Speaker 3: It is. Is that a real picture? That's a real,
- 41:36Speaker 3: that's our living room. Yeah. Y'all have a boat?
- 41:39Speaker 1: Yeah, dude.
- 41:40Speaker 3: You're lying. We've got boats, dude. Oh my God.
- 41:44Speaker 1: That's what happens when you have stiff person syndrome. You're like,
- 41:46Speaker 1: you know what? I'm basically a retiree now. Now I
- 41:49Speaker 1: just stretch. I do like yoga in my backyard and
- 41:52Speaker 1: then I take boats out. They just tie you to
- 41:54Speaker 1: the front like in that, what about Bob? Yeah, I'm
- 41:58Speaker 1: exactly like that. Your character in– congratulations, too, on your family. Thanks, dude.
- 42:05Speaker 1: How soon after a wife has one child do they
- 42:08Speaker 1: want to– is there a strategy there that starts to
- 42:11Speaker 1: come in? Like do we have another one immediately? Do
- 42:13Speaker 1: we hold off?
- 42:15Speaker 4: Yes.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Because you don't want to have.
- 42:16Speaker 3: An only child, I don't think.
- 42:17Speaker 1: We don't.
- 42:18Speaker 3: We want a two-banger, the one-two punch. And I think
- 42:23Speaker 3: we want to try to go fairly soon. You know,
- 42:26Speaker 3: just to pound it out. Yeah, keep the things going.
- 42:30Speaker 3: Once you're used to doing diapers, I'm like, let's keep
- 42:31Speaker 3: this thing rolling. I know how to do whip. I
- 42:34Speaker 3: know how to do this quick like. You don't want
- 42:36Speaker 3: to get out of the diaper phase and then suddenly
- 42:38Speaker 3: you're like.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Oh, fuck, I got to do this again.
- 42:40Speaker 3: You have to dust them off or whatever.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Yeah, you're like, yeah, but like how do I even.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Yeah, what are we doing?
- 42:45Speaker 1: What are we doing here, dude?
- 42:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess that's true.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Knock them all out. We just had Candace Owens on
- 42:51Speaker 1: and she has had four kids.
- 42:52Speaker 3: In a row. One, two, three, four. She's on her
- 42:54Speaker 3: fourth child right now.
- 42:55Speaker 1: That's a lot. Per year.
- 42:56Speaker 3: So it's just like.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Oh, that's a lot.
- 42:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:58Speaker 1: At that point, you're kind of running a distillery. It
- 43:00Speaker 1: seems like. Yeah, that's too much.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Well, I feel like it finally got to the point
- 43:04Speaker 3: that like my wife is allowing me to touch her
- 43:06Speaker 3: a little bit.
- 43:08Speaker 4: Right.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Like sometimes.
- 43:09Speaker 3: So then I know if like we run it back
- 43:12Speaker 3: and have another kid, then it's off the table for
- 43:14Speaker 3: another year. Yeah. You know. Yeah.
- 43:17Speaker 1: So that sucks.
- 43:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:18Speaker 3: But it kind of fits.
- 43:19Speaker 1: So with your Gemstones character, your Gemstones character is now
- 43:22Speaker 1: fully a homosexual male, right?
- 43:25Speaker 3: That is right. That is right.
- 43:27Speaker 1: And what's that been like? What's that journey been like?
- 43:29Speaker 3: Like how did you get– did you– My wife doesn't
- 43:33Speaker 3: love it.
- 43:33Speaker 4: Okay.
- 43:34Speaker 3: She's not super attracted to that guy. Yeah, it was–
- 43:41Speaker 3: you know, it was– it kind of seemed like it
- 43:44Speaker 3: was going that way. And it was really fun to
- 43:46Speaker 3: play like a character– that had like a secret.
- 43:49Speaker 4: You know?
- 43:50Speaker 1: A little secret that I didn't want to divulge.
- 43:53Speaker 3: So it was nice this season, I'm out, I'm proud,
- 43:57Speaker 3: and I can just like be, because I don't know
- 44:00Speaker 3: about you, but I have like some gay family members.
- 44:04Speaker 3: And when they finally came out, it was like they
- 44:07Speaker 3: had a new lease on life. They just seemed happier.
- 44:10Speaker 3: They like, a new personality emerged from their cocoon. They
- 44:15Speaker 3: broke out of the hetero shell.
- 44:17Speaker 1: And now they can just be gay.
- 44:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:19Speaker 1: And so it was super fun to play that.
- 44:22Speaker 3: Dang. Yeah. Yeah.
- 44:24Speaker 1: And do you have to, did you have to like
- 44:27Speaker 1: channel any specialty or special gay folks or do you
- 44:32Speaker 1: call a gay that you are a gay person? Did
- 44:35Speaker 1: you contact some other gay people? Did you take like
- 44:38Speaker 1: a small, like a weekend retreat or something? Is there any?
- 44:41Speaker 3: No, I didn't.
- 44:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 44:42Speaker 3: There wasn't a lot of. Like channeling. Yeah. It was
- 44:45Speaker 3: mostly just acting. I didn't go on any gay retreats.
- 44:49Speaker 3: Not that I'm opposed to it. No, I'm just wondering.
- 44:52Speaker 3: And do you have to ask like a– is there
- 44:55Speaker 3: like a– because like sometimes with some black stuff, if
- 44:59Speaker 3: you want to use the N-word, you have to get
- 45:00Speaker 3: a pass. Yeah, you would really need a lot of
- 45:03Speaker 3: co-signers on that. Yeah, definitely. Like a lot.
- 45:05Speaker 1: There would have to be like a long list. It
- 45:07Speaker 1: was like all these people said I could say it.
- 45:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 45:10Speaker 3: But anyway, yeah, I was just.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Wondering do you have to get a gay pass from
- 45:13Speaker 1: an acting guild or anything to play– No, I think
- 45:18Speaker 1: I just did it. I hope I don't get in trouble, dude.
- 45:21Speaker 3: Yeah, fuck. Now that you're kind of airing it out,
- 45:24Speaker 3: I'm a little bit like, did I do them dirty?
- 45:27Speaker 3: But I don't think so. I don't think so.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I have some gay friends, and they were like,
- 45:32Speaker 1: it's great.
- 45:33Speaker 3: It's fantastic.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Because I think I walked the.
- 45:37Speaker 3: Line of being a little flamboyant in moments, but then
- 45:41Speaker 3: not in other moments as a gay man myself.
- 45:45Speaker 1: Yeah, and as your character, let's bring his character up
- 45:47Speaker 1: too here just so we can get a gander at
- 45:49Speaker 1: him as well.
- 45:50Speaker 3: I also have been pulling some looks the last couple years.
- 45:53Speaker 3: For sure.
- 45:54Speaker 1: My fashions are on point. Yeah, I think it was
- 45:57Speaker 1: not shocking, I don't think, to people that your character could.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Have this going on. Yeah. Because there's always a surprise
- 46:08Speaker 3: gay person in a lot of religious families.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Absolutely. And look at this. Look at that guy. Look
- 46:14Speaker 1: at that sex pot.
- 46:15Speaker 3: I mean, that guy could be 7 or 41.
- 46:19Speaker 1: That's exactly how old I am.
- 46:22Speaker 3: And this guy's been fucking– this is unbelievable that this
- 46:28Speaker 3: even exists. Yeah, dude. I know.
- 46:30Speaker 1: It was such a fun character to play.
- 46:31Speaker 3: You know where I channeled the character was a lot
- 46:36Speaker 3: of wrist work. Like, I just do– because when you're acting,
- 46:41Speaker 3: for me, if I'm not playing, like, Adam DeMamp from
- 46:45Speaker 3: Workaholics was pretty similar to myself, just the more manic
- 46:49Speaker 3: version of myself, you know? So I didn't have to
- 46:52Speaker 3: do a lot. But other characters where I'm like, he's
- 46:54Speaker 3: different than me. I have to find something where I
- 46:57Speaker 3: can click in physically. I found, like, just doing different
- 47:00Speaker 3: things with my hands, I would– Be able to channel
- 47:06Speaker 3: him in ways.
- 47:10Speaker 1: That isn't me. Yeah.
- 47:12Speaker 3: I can totally relate to that.
- 47:13Speaker 1: Like sometimes when you go to costumes for a part
- 47:16Speaker 1: and you'll try on different ones and then you'll put
- 47:18Speaker 1: on like a certain outfit or something to have you in.
- 47:21Speaker 1: You're like, oh, this is kind of it. And you
- 47:23Speaker 1: start to feel a little bit different or you'll like
- 47:26Speaker 1: kind of like if you walk around. You hold yourself
- 47:28Speaker 1: a little differently. You strut around a little differently.
- 47:32Speaker 3: Yeah. For me, it was on Gemstones. I got– they
- 47:35Speaker 3: gave me these– well, I actually requested them. You know
- 47:38Speaker 3: how like certain people will wear glasses even though they
- 47:43Speaker 3: don't have anything wrong with their eyes?
- 47:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll do that. It's like a fashion thing. And
- 47:49Speaker 1: so you put them on and just like– Look at these.
- 47:52Speaker 3: I'll leave them to you right now.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Well, those are sunglasses. You just look cool. Oh, you're
- 47:58Speaker 1: saying just any type of glasses? Just like regular glasses. Okay.
- 48:03Speaker 1: No sun.
- 48:03Speaker 3: Window glasses. Regular window glasses. And you put them on
- 48:08Speaker 3: just for like a fashion sake. Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 48:10Speaker 1: I've done that.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Yeah. So that to me, when I put that on,
- 48:14Speaker 3: I like became a different character. Yeah.
- 48:18Speaker 1: I was like doing a little bit of a thing.
- 48:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:21Speaker 1: And that's how I morphed into that.
- 48:24Speaker 3: Kelvin Jamstone well a lot of there's a lot of
- 48:28Speaker 3: gay activity in nature as well you know if they
- 48:31Speaker 3: back to nature dude by the stream they're either killing
- 48:34Speaker 3: each other or they're fucksing they just had two.
- 48:36Speaker 1: Humpback whales if you can find that having sex and
- 48:39Speaker 1: they're both males so this is so I'm just saying
- 48:43Speaker 1: gemstones inspired them is not the only people that are
- 48:48Speaker 1: finding themselves yeah Right? Two male humpback whales are seen
- 48:52Speaker 1: mating off the coast.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Of Hawaii, of course.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Yeah, obviously. Oh, dude, I'm in Hawaii.
- 48:58Speaker 3: I'll fuck anything.
- 48:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:59Speaker 1: When biologist Stephanie Stack first saw the photographs of two
- 49:03Speaker 1: humpback whales mating in the warm waters of Hawaii, she
- 49:05Speaker 1: says her mind was completely blown. When I realized that
- 49:09Speaker 1: it was two males, it was not what I was expecting.
- 49:12Speaker 1: I thought, oh, my gosh, this is incredible. Says this
- 49:15Speaker 1: is the first. She's a biologist at the Pacific Whale Foundation.
- 49:20Speaker 1: in Maui, which sounds like something that Doge is going
- 49:25Speaker 1: to bust soon.
- 49:27Speaker 3: Says this is the first time humpback whale sex has
- 49:30Speaker 3: been documented. She co-authored a paper about the rare sighting
- 49:33Speaker 3: in the journal Marine Mammal Science. Yeah, Elon's going to
- 49:37Speaker 3: be like, so... We've given $ 2 billion for gay whale porn.
- 49:45Speaker 3: And we only have one photo. Yeah, one photo. If
- 49:49Speaker 3: they had a lot of films... that could make money
- 49:53Speaker 3: on Pornhub, then we'd keep it going. But we got
- 49:56Speaker 3: one pick. We got one.
- 49:58Speaker 1: It's not worth it. You can't even open up an OnlyFans. Yeah,
- 50:01Speaker 1: that sucks, dude. That's ridiculous. You know, there's an OnlyFans.
- 50:04Speaker 3: I just saw this morning one of the girls on
- 50:08Speaker 3: Harry Potter started an OnlyFans. Uh-oh.
- 50:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:11Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know her. Harry Potter's got less
- 50:15Speaker 3: hair on it. That's all I'm saying, dude. That's all
- 50:18Speaker 3: I'm saying. Allegedly. And these are rumors. I don't remember
- 50:22Speaker 3: the girl's name. It wasn't Hermione. It wasn't the number
- 50:25Speaker 3: one stunner.
- 50:26Speaker 4: Oh. Jessie Cave.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Jessie Cave.
- 50:29Speaker 3: Hermione.
- 50:30Speaker 1: Jessie Cave. Harry Potter star Jessie Cave says she's now
- 50:33Speaker 1: an OnlyFans now, and her reason why is pretty understandable.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:37Speaker 1: It's understandable.
- 50:38Speaker 3: I think she said she wanted a new roof or something,
- 50:41Speaker 3: like she was going to do some home remods. Oh, yeah. Yeah.
- 50:46Speaker 1: Which, by the way, I've done some home remods. It's expensive, dude.
- 50:49Speaker 4: Oh.
- 50:50Speaker 3: It's 50 racks for a roof. It's probably 30 racks
- 50:53Speaker 3: for a roof, maybe. Yeah, oh, dude.
- 50:55Speaker 1: No, I just did it. It's 80.
- 50:57Speaker 3: Nuh-uh. Mm-hmm. 80 for a roof?
- 50:59Speaker 1: 80 for my roof, yeah. How strong is it? I
- 51:02Speaker 1: guess a really strong one.
- 51:04Speaker 4: Oh.
- 51:04Speaker 3: There's, what do they call those, clay shells?
- 51:07Speaker 1: What do they call those? Three Little Pigs roofers. We
- 51:09Speaker 1: used to have that group. Oh, I don't know. Yeah,
- 51:12Speaker 1: we didn't get that. I wonder if I could start
- 51:14Speaker 1: an OnlyFans just showing off my calves.
- 51:16Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 51:16Speaker 1: You know, I only got four toes.
- 51:18Speaker 3: Nuh-uh.
- 51:19Speaker 1: Fell off in the bathtub, homie. After the accident?
- 51:22Speaker 3: After the accident.
- 51:23Speaker 1: My dad was missing a– or something. One of his
- 51:27Speaker 1: little arms or finger. Finger.
- 51:29Speaker 3: They call it little arms.
- 51:30Speaker 1: Hand arms. Yeah, one of the hand arms. Dude, I
- 51:34Speaker 1: got hit by a Trans Am when I was a kid.
- 51:36Speaker 3: Not to the effect of you. With Trans Am, does
- 51:39Speaker 3: that have the firebird on it? It was silver Trans Am.
- 51:43Speaker 3: Bring it up.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Silver Trans Am 19– I would say probably 85.
- 51:46Speaker 3: Put up an 85 Trans Am. Well, that's kind of sick.
- 51:50Speaker 3: That's a cool car to get hit by. It had
- 51:52Speaker 3: an aftermarket hood on it.
- 51:54Speaker 1: And Joe Dirt was driving it, and that's why you
- 51:56Speaker 1: were like, I've got to work with Spade?
- 51:57Speaker 3: I got slammed right into Joe Dirt.
- 51:59Speaker 1: This is sick, dude. I actually wouldn't mind owning that car.
- 52:01Speaker 3: That bitch was tough. Yeah, that's a sick car to
- 52:03Speaker 3: get hit by. But you have a cool old car,
- 52:05Speaker 3: don't you? No, I used to have– I mean, not
- 52:08Speaker 3: even old. It was like I just didn't buy a
- 52:11Speaker 3: new one. I used to have a Camaro. Camaro. Oh, yeah,
- 52:14Speaker 3: that's what you had. Yeah, I had a, but it
- 52:16Speaker 3: was like 2010. Yeah, there's my foot. There's my foot.
- 52:18Speaker 3: That's my foot, dude. Oh, my God, and it's darker, huh? Yeah,
- 52:21Speaker 3: I think it was just the lighting.
- 52:23Speaker 1: It's pretty normal looking. I mean, normal for my legs.
- 52:26Speaker 3: It looks fast. Yeah, it looks like those toes can
- 52:29Speaker 3: grab something. Like, I can reach out. Like, you throw
- 52:31Speaker 3: me a ball, and I go, yeah. Just snag it
- 52:34Speaker 3: out of the air. But they can't catch things. They're
- 52:37Speaker 3: just regular toes.
- 52:39Speaker 1: It fell out.
- 52:40Speaker 3: It fell off. I've told this on my podcast, but Um,
- 52:43Speaker 3: it fell off in the bathtub when I was masturbating
- 52:46Speaker 3: for one of the first times in my life. You're lying.
- 52:48Speaker 3: Seventh grade.
- 52:48Speaker 1: I was masturbating.
- 52:49Speaker 3: I just learned that my penis did tricks and I
- 52:53Speaker 3: was playing with it and, uh, it fell off in
- 52:56Speaker 3: the bathtub, dude. Baby girl.
- 52:58Speaker 4: Why?
- 52:58Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 53:00Speaker 1: And what, I don't understand how did it, were you
- 53:03Speaker 1: taking blood flow from that area in your wing?
- 53:05Speaker 3: Like what was happening? It was, it was hanging on
- 53:07Speaker 3: by a thread and they said that it was either
- 53:09Speaker 3: going to grow like attach and and it was gonna
- 53:15Speaker 3: be fine or more than likely was so shard charred
- 53:18Speaker 3: it was just gonna it was just gonna flop off
- 53:21Speaker 3: and it was i mean this is gross but it
- 53:24Speaker 3: was maybe one of the first times i ejaculated and
- 53:26Speaker 3: i'm in this bathtub and i'm like oh this is
- 53:28Speaker 3: gross there's stuff in here now i'm in this bathtub
- 53:30Speaker 3: and then i see the toga.
- 53:33Speaker 1: The little toe just floating in the glunk no.
- 53:36Speaker 3: Yeah and did they meet up they were yeah they're
- 53:40Speaker 3: swimming together Yeah. Yeah, it was pretty nasty. Kind of
- 53:45Speaker 3: a nasty dude. You would think that it would be
- 53:47Speaker 3: able to help it.
- 53:48Speaker 1: Yeah, all of a sudden it just like regrows. Is
- 53:50Speaker 1: it enough DNA in there? Yeah, all of a sudden
- 53:52Speaker 1: it grows a toenail. And then it.
- 53:58Speaker 3: Turns beautiful pink and I just reattach it. I screamed
- 54:03Speaker 3: out and then my mom came in and was like, oh, what?
- 54:06Speaker 3: And I'm like, my toe. And then she's trying to
- 54:07Speaker 3: fish the toe out.
- 54:09Speaker 1: And I'm like, get out of here.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Get out.
- 54:12Speaker 1: It was wild.
- 54:14Speaker 3: Yeah. Did you tell your– well, now your mom knows
- 54:16Speaker 3: what happened. Have you masturbated since then or no?
- 54:19Speaker 1: Yeah, a few times, a couple times.
- 54:21Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
- 54:23Speaker 3: I do. I do.
- 54:23Speaker 1: I'm not afraid to admit.
- 54:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:26Speaker 1: I like it.
- 54:27Speaker 3: I think it's normal.
- 54:27Speaker 1: I like it. I don't like it that– I used
- 54:30Speaker 1: to like it and now I'm like.
- 54:31Speaker 3: What are we doing? Yeah. I understand that and I
- 54:34Speaker 3: get that and that's how a normal man should be.
- 54:37Speaker 3: But I'm like, when I'm away– Like, you know, wife
- 54:41Speaker 3: and kid at home. Now, if I'm on the road
- 54:42Speaker 3: doing something, I'm like, daddy's alone. Yeah.
- 54:46Speaker 1: You know, some sweet treats. Time for some hand magic.
- 54:49Speaker 1: They stopped giving lotion in hotels.
- 54:51Speaker 3: A lot of hotels, they don't have the lotion nearby. Really?
- 54:54Speaker 1: They used to have a small free thing of lotion.
- 54:56Speaker 3: They used to always have the lotion. The last few
- 54:58Speaker 3: hotels I've been in, nice hotels, they don't have the lotion.
- 55:01Speaker 3: I think too many people were jerking off. Really?
- 55:04Speaker 1: They were, like, trying to cut the jerk off numbers.
- 55:06Speaker 3: They were trying to. Knock those down. I wonder if
- 55:08Speaker 3: there's a shortage or something. Yeah, maybe.
- 55:10Speaker 1: It's probably Doge.
- 55:12Speaker 3: Yeah. Like, what do we do?
- 55:13Speaker 1: We're spending all this money on lotion?
- 55:14Speaker 3: Like... No more.
- 55:16Speaker 1: We spend $ 4 billion on lotion? How do we subsidize lotion, dude? Man,
- 55:22Speaker 1: the mainstream media is a big machine. I believe that
- 55:26Speaker 1: that's conclusive. There's no more debating that. They shape stories.
- 55:32Speaker 1: They hide parts. So we're never really seeing the whole picture...
- 55:37Speaker 1: Before you know it, you're stuck in this echo chamber,
- 55:39Speaker 1: just getting one side of the story over and over.
- 55:43Speaker 1: That's how the algorithms work. That's why I like Ground News.
- 55:48Speaker 1: It lets you see how different news outlets cover the
- 55:51Speaker 1: same story, left, right, center. You compare it all in
- 55:54Speaker 1: one spot and think for yourself. For example, there's this
- 55:59Speaker 1: article right here on Ground News that says, White House
- 56:02Speaker 1: narrows April 2nd tariffs. Then you can go to another site.
- 56:07Speaker 1: All the headlines are right there, and you can see
- 56:09Speaker 1: all the headlines from the different news sites all on
- 56:11Speaker 1: the same page. I don't think we've had something like
- 56:13Speaker 1: this where you can shop for your news and look
- 56:17Speaker 1: at basically the nutrition facts of it and see, well,
- 56:21Speaker 1: which site is giving me the real thing? Which site
- 56:23Speaker 1: has the most bias in it? You can compare the
- 56:26Speaker 1: same headlines, the same articles. from one site to the next,
- 56:30Speaker 1: all in one spot. Expand your view of the news.
- 56:33Speaker 1: Go to groundnews.com slash Theo. That's G-R-O-U-N-D-N-E-W-S dot com slash

- 56:51Speaker 1: more time, that's groundnews.com slash T-H-E-O. You have to go
- 56:56Speaker 1: check this out. I've never seen anything like it, actually.
- 56:59Speaker 1: I think it's kind of what we've all been wanting.
- 57:03Speaker 1: You all know I like to keep things cool, even
- 57:06Speaker 1: in the winter. And nothing is cooler than a blue
- 57:09Speaker 1: cube cold plunge. I'm fortunate enough to have one at home.
- 57:14Speaker 1: And let me tell you, it's like baptizing your soul, baby.
- 57:17Speaker 1: Get in that little crispy bucket, baby. It gets rid
- 57:21Speaker 1: of them demons we all have and makes you feel
- 57:23Speaker 1: great for seven or eight hours afterwards.
- 57:25Speaker 3: It's good.
- 57:28Speaker 1: My buddy Thomas Schiffer, the genius behind Blue Cube, and
- 57:31Speaker 1: I go way back, and he just launched a pre-sale
- 57:34Speaker 1: for their new stand-up cold plunges. Wow. These things are
- 57:37Speaker 1: the Cadillacs of cold plunge therapy. American-made, full immersion, weatherproof frames,
- 57:44Speaker 1: and built like a Sherman tank. I'll say this, they
- 57:47Speaker 1: are built well. And because you're listening to me, you
- 57:50Speaker 1: can get a sweet discount when you mention my name.
- 57:53Speaker 3: That's right.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Just tell them Theo sent you, and they'll knock a

- 58:23Speaker 1: everybody's price range and that's understandable. But at the same time,
- 58:27Speaker 1: I want to support my friend and his amazing company.
- 58:31Speaker 1: Is pornography causing a problem in your life? Do you
- 58:35Speaker 1: find yourself watching porno for longer periods of time and
- 58:39Speaker 1: having trouble stopping? Is porn affecting your relationship or dating life? Well,
- 58:46Speaker 1: you're certainly not alone. Watching pornography has become so commonplace
- 58:51Speaker 1: today and Oftentimes, men use porn to numb the pain

- 1:00:00Speaker 1: at valor recovery coaching.com thank you dude some of the
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: things doge busted were insane though yeah it is it
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: is funny you know one of them was like two
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: million dollars to eliminate some of the alphabet from like
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: mozambique or whatever it was like.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: What isn't doge a meme coin i thought it was
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: so it's funny that it's also like we're we're going
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: with this for the name like Whoever owns the Dogecoin
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: is probably kind of stoked that they got– they're getting
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: all this free pub. Free publicity for sure.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: Because they just started advertising it.
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Rock bottom.
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: You know what?
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: I will say this because they need different types of–
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: because your Gemstone character, his job is he's a youth pastor.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Well, now I.
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: Think he's just he runs like a sect of the
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: church called Prism.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: So it's very inclusive. So like if you're gay or
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: non-binary or whatever.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: Something someone who's been othered by society, you now can
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: join Prism and God's light will shine through me and
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: I shoot the rainbow onto you. Oh, baby. I love that.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: We need that. We need. Like, when I was younger,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: there was only, like, a couple types of gay guys,
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: kind of.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: There was, like.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: It just seemed like there was.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: Now we need more, like... You know, you need more...
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: There's all different types.
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: There's all different types now. I understand what you're saying. Like,
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: when you're a kid, what you see on, like, movies
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: and stuff, there's only, like... Like a secret gay guy? Yeah,
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: there's a secret, like, don't tell.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: And then, like, a gay guy who's so straight... Like, tell, tell, tell, tell, tell, tell.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: That you're like, he's not gay.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: And then.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: The most flamboyant man alive. Yeah, and then a woodpecker.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: And then a woodpecker, yes.
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: Yeah, a guy would just come to, yeah, a guy
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: was like, waking people up. Yeah, will not shut up
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: about how gay they are. Yeah, he keeps just talking
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: about Jessica Simpson all the time.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: I mean, if you were to pick.
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: that would maybe the last pop star that I was
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: going to think you're going to pull out of the crate.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: But, but yeah, but now there's like gay construction workers.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: There's gay, like people that are archers. Yeah.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: I think there always kind of was, but now, but now,
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: you know, now, you know, yeah, yeah. Now it's, and
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: now you can even in church have a gay section
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: of church, right? You apparently, according to the righteous gemstones,
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: I don't know if, if other churches are doing this.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: But they should, they should allow if there's, Just, you know,
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: or maybe they don't have to make it exclusive or include.
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: Just make it.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: But I don't even think you need a section.
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: That's it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But now there's more like, yeah,
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: there's just more gay people everywhere now and more common.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: I like to see even more like I would love
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: to see gay train conductor or. That's what my dad was.
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: Really?
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Yeah, he was a train conductor.
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: Uh-huh. Yeah, I think, you know, what I'm sick of
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: is you watch a movie. I wonder if he hit
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: my friend, dude. I mean, now that you say it,
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: it rings a bell for me. He, he didn't hit
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: your friend, but he did. He has murdered people. Really?
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: With a train?
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: With a train.
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: Unreal.
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: With a train.
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: Yeah. He would say that you go, you go. He
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: was like, it's so gross, obviously. And my dad's so funny.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, tell you what. I'm like a little kid.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: He's told me this story. He's like, hit a hobo.
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: And I'm like, oh, what?
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: And he's like, Yeah, and I'm like, oh, is he alive?
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: I'm a little kid, so I'm like, is he alive?
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: And he's like, no.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: Looked underneath the train. I'm like, geez, looks like ground beef.
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: I was like, we could grill up some burgers with
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: this bum. And I'm like, geez, chill, dude. This is
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: a human being. Who wants a bum on a bun? Yeah,
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: so he's murdered.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: Bum fights?
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: How about bum with fries? Like that, dude. I can't
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: believe that.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: A little happy meal. A very unhappy meal. Where was
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: he and what district was he hitting people in or
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: what section of the country did he even– I think
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: this was Iowa, Nebraska zones.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: Yeah, so that's a good area to– if you– I
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: feel like bums be passing out on train tracks there.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: If you were to think of like a classic bums
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: be sleeping on train tracks– That would is you think
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: of that area. That's around.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Why do people, it amazes me that people
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: get hit on train tracks. It's like, that's the only
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: place you can be five feet away from there. Just
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: don't fall asleep there. Like why there?
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: I don't know. I wonder if it's warm. Maybe the
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: tracks are, they conduct some warps because the trains go
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: up and down them.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: Maybe I was just also maybe 15 feet away.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: And maybe, or, and the cover yourself up, you know,
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: there's usually rocks along the side. Just cover yourself up
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: with the rocks.
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Off to the side.
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: Stay warm. That seems warm.
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: I agree.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Yeah, look at this warm guy under these rocks, huh?
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: Yeah, dude.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: I think, do you think you would be a good
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: homeless person? Let me think for a second. I think
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: you get the hang of it quick. I think I
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: would commandeer an area of a park. That's what I
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: would do.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: I would find a park, stay in it for a
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: couple days and see like an area where nobody really goes. See,
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: that's the hard part because in LA, there's people everywhere.
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: You gotta go, you know, And maybe some of these
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: fires were– I mean I don't know. I'm not pointing blame.
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: But like it would make sense. I know if I
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: was a homeless guy, I'd be up in them hills, man.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: I'd be up in them hills.
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: I'd be covered in like coyote skins because I've gone
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: on some hunts, right? And you're just– and then you
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: have a little bonfire and you're just roasting coyotes and
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: stuff for food. Yotes, they call them.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: Roasting yotes. Yeah, roasting some yotes.
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: And then you maybe have your own little barbecue stand,
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: but only for other homeless people. And they're like, oh, shit,
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: I got to roll up in them hills, get some oats,
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: get a oats burger.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: Ron's slinging oats, yeah. Ron's got a fresh batch of
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: oat on the grill. Yeah, so that's kind of what
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: I think I'd be doing. So you'd be high-end homeless
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: then because you're.
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: Well, I think if you're going to be homeless, you
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: want to be high-end.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: But they're going to call the police immediately. Poor people
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: would just be like, oh, there's a– that's going to
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: be me in a week. But rich people are like,
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: get this guy. Yeah, get this guy out of here.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: But you have to be so up in the hills
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: they don't even know you're there.
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: Oh, I see what you're talking about. And you're, you know,
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: you're killing yotes. So you're like doing a service. Like
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: rich people don't want yotes around because they kill the dog.
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: They kill like little dogs and stuff.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: You could tell them straight up, hey, I'm going to
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: be back behind your house. I'll live back there every
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: now and then. If you have some used Burberry or whatever,
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: throw it back there.
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: I think that's how you have to do it because
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: you don't want anyone. No one wants just someone living
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: right behind their house.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: And they don't know the guy? Like, you want to
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: be like, hey, what's up? Hey, what's up? I'm Theo.
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: I'm going to be living directly behind your house. I'm
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: going to be on the lookout for yotes.
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll be calm.
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: I'll be quiet.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: I'll fend off woodpeckers. You'll sleep.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: If you got like a dirty blanket or something that
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: you don't want anymore, toss.
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: It my way.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: But I'm not asking for anything.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: I'm not asking.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: I'm just out here. I'm protecting your home, honestly. If
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: you hear somebody singing Jewel once in a while, that's me. Yes, yes.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Just singing these foolish games. Yeah. And also that's a
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: beautiful song. So they might, they might.
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: I think there is a way to live symbiotically with
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: homeless people. I think the problem is in some districts,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: homeless people start to battle against each other.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Homeless territory. Can you bring up some of that? You
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: don't like that. Territorial fights.
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: There's straight wars, dude. Well, there's a lot of that.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: And there was a group of homeless people that attacked
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: a Renaissance fair one weekend.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: Really?
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: I guess. You couldn't tell who's who? Like, you don't
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: know who's fighting who. You're like, either he's Renaissance guy
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: or he's homeless. I know he's covered in fur and
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: eating a turkey leg, but. That's either a turkey leg
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: or a yote leg. I'm not sure which one it is.
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: The yotes are thick. That's all I'm saying.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: You got some thick yotes in them hills. Let's go
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: to this quora right there. It says the top one.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: It says, do homeless people ever get territorial? Yeah, dude.
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: Most hobos have a campsite. Tread softly.
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: They know their area extremely well.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: And I've seen a couple of really interesting alert systems.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: Alert systems. I've heard of some being booby trapped, but
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: never encountered that myself.
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: Okay. Okay.
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: And I like that on this forum, we're bringing back
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: the word hobo because I don't think hobo is a
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: derogatory term. In fact, if I was homeless, you know
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: how now you have to say there's like a new
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: term for homeless?
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: It's called like unhoused. Unhoused, I think. Right.
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: I think hobo is better. Hobo is like a fun like.
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: You think you have a stick and a knapsack.
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: You're riding the rails. Yeah, it's like a more fun term.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: I personally. Who's got a tangerine for Danny? Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Yeah,
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: that's the kind of shit.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Oh, God.
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: Being a hobo.
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: My buddy rode on trains. He jumped train cars for
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: a little while. I think that'd be fun to do.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: He said one of the problems is. though, this is
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: one of the big mistakes that hobos make. Because are
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: hobos technically people that ride the trains?
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: Is that who it is?
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: That rings a bell. Bring up hobos. How do they
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: travel mostly? My dad said that part of his job was.
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: To go up, walk up and down the trains and
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: kick them out.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: And my dad was like, I'd let him sleep. He's
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: a good man. It's just crazy that your dad... What's up, Dennis?
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: That your dad hit people with trains and then you
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: got hit by something.
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: A hobo was a migrant worker in the United States. Hobos, tramps,
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: and bums are generally regarded as related... But distinct, a
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: hobo travels and is willing to work. A tramp travels,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: but avoids work if possible. A bum neither travels nor works. Yeah.
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: Bums, that kind of– I mean you don't want to
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: be called a bum. If they call you a bum,
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: you're like offended.
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: I don't travel. I don't work. I don't do anything.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: A hobo is like, hey, I'm getting out there. I'm
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: mixing it up.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: I'm willing to work. Yeah.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: I'm willing to work. I'm willing to work. I'll travel.
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: Yeah, will travel.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: But I think one of the things is a lot
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: of them die in the train cars. Because they close
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: the door and they don't realize that they can't unlock
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: it from the inside. And it gets super hot or
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: super cold.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: Yeah. And also my dad says sometimes there are grain
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: cars and you can climb up and then the grain
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: is like open. And you can climb in and then
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: you sink into the grain.
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: No. Yeah.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: So they'll die that way too.
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: Took your coat off and stood in the grain.
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: I don't know that song. Was that something you just
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: made up? This is a little more Jewel.
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: Oh, dude. I wish I knew more Jewel. I wish
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: I had a deeper knowledge of Jewel. You know, my
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: house was just broken into the other day, dude. What? Yeah.
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: My house was.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: The house we just saw the photo in with the
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: baby and the.
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: Boat in the yard?
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: Different house. Different house.
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: I have a house in Hollywood. And yeah, they broke
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: into my house in and out in under eight minutes. Pros.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: That's a lot.
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: Eight minutes.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: Eight minutes.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: Bang.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: Adam Devine, cops take a scary spill. This is the
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: second part of this story.
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: Okay. So then they robbed my house, and then they
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: totally destroyed my security system. By the way, security system
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: didn't do shit. They dismantled it like that. These guys
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: are pros.
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: They just came in. They cut some wires. It was done.
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: And then they were gone. So I'm like, I've got
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: to redo my security system. So I pay for them
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: to come and set up the whole thing again. And
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: then the cops come because they didn't do it right.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: The alarm goes off. I'm out of town. So the
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: cops come. They're checking the property. This poor cop falls
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: 15 or so feet.
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: Uh, like trying to check out my property breaks his arm.
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: No gun goes flying. Baton goes in a bush, dude.
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: It's a gnarly fall.
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: No.
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: So when the alarm goes off, uh, there was no
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: one there. I get a call and the cops like, Hey,
- 1:11:58Speaker 3: do you mind if we walk through your doors unlocked?
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: I'm like, Oh, did I get robbed again for the
- 1:12:03Speaker 3: second time in two weeks? And he's like, uh, can
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: I walk through your property? So I'm like, sure.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: He walks through. I don't get a call.
- 1:12:11Speaker 3: And then my neighbor calls me, and he's like, hey,
- 1:12:13Speaker 3: is everything okay? He sends me a video of this–
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: I'll show you later– of this cop absolutely eating shit.
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: I felt so bad for him. Also, like, you don't
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: want the cops to hate you. And did he fall
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: off of something, off of a ledge or something? Yeah,
- 1:12:28Speaker 3: so how they broke into my house was also where
- 1:12:30Speaker 3: they were checking. You can climb up the side of
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: this hill to get in my bedroom, and they, like,
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: smashed a window to get in. But– But the cops,
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: when they put the window back in, my contractor didn't
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: lock my door like a fucking bonehead, right? Like a hobo.
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: Like a true hobo moved. That's more of a tramp move.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: Yeah, that is a tramp move, dude. That's a tramp move.
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: Bomb move almost.
- 1:12:55Speaker 3: Almost. I won't say that because that's too offensive to
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: my contractor. But that was a tramp move, Greg. God,
- 1:13:02Speaker 3: why'd you do it? Yeah, so the cop went what?
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: One cop went in the house, didn't find anyone lurking anywhere.
- 1:13:09Speaker 3: And then the other cop, I guess he was being
- 1:13:12Speaker 3: a nice dude. He was like, I got some mud
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: on my shoes. I don't want to tramp through this
- 1:13:16Speaker 3: guy's home. So he tries to climb back down, split splat,
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: falls 15 feet. He gets up, his arms kind of
- 1:13:24Speaker 3: dangling like this. And the other cop is down there.
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: He's like, are you okay? He doesn't say, you know,
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: when you're in a lot of pain, you don't say
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: a word. Like a lot of like, you make a
- 1:13:34Speaker 3: sound that doesn't have any sound. Yeah.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: It's like, yeah. And so he didn't say anything. And
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: I was like, oh, this guy's, he's not feeling right.
- 1:13:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Felt bad for the poor guy. And did the burglars
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: steal a lot of things that were important or no? No, they,
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: I mean, it was just like TVs and shit. Not even,
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: they were like, they were like in and out in
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: eight minutes.
- 1:13:53Speaker 3: They stole like my wife's purses and stuff, which by
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: the way, I didn't know how much purses were. I
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: was a little offended that this woman has this many purses.
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: I was like, oh, there's just a few purses. And
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: then she told me how much purses cost. I'm like,
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: You got to stop buying purses, lady.
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: Yeah. Damn.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: You're not going to have anything to put in the purses. Yeah, exactly.
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: I'm like, the point of a purse is to hold
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: the things that are important. But evidently the important thing
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: is the outside.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: I didn't know that.
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: That's kind of crazy. It's kind of an anomaly for
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: what life is like or whatever. I don't know if
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: anomaly is the right word, but that's unbelievable, dude. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: So it sucked. It's the second time that house has
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: been robbed. I'm a little bummed. So I wonder if
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: that's just happening more now. Do you hear your neighbors
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: and stuff talking about it or not?
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:14:33Speaker 3: So Blake- in his neighborhood has been a lot of
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: thieves in the midst as well. They're saying it's like gangs.
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: Like gangs are coming in and they know their shit.
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: Because these guys took my internet down. They had an
- 1:14:48Speaker 3: internet blocker. So they pulled up, disconnected the internet. So
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: that way the alarms won't go off or anything. Well,
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: the alarm would go off, but the ring cameras went down.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: So like I didn't even know.
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: I didn't even know it was robbed until my gardener
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: was like cleaning and was gardening. And he was like, Mr. Adam,
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: I don't think there should be a hole in your window.
- 1:15:12Speaker 3: But it was right after those big winds we had,
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: the El Ninos. Oh, God.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: The Santa Anas.
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: You've been through a lot.
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: And I was like, did a rock fly through the window?
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: What could have happened?
- 1:15:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, what flew through? Did a mango?
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: Did an orange fly through this window? Was it a
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: run-by fruitine? But it wasn't. It was a criminal organization.
- 1:15:35Speaker 3: God.
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: Yeah, dude.
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: I wonder if they're tracking people, knowing when people are
- 1:15:39Speaker 3: out of town, especially if they're actors and stuff, if
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: they're working at certain times or just.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe. It's a brave move just to climb up
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: somebody's balcony and see what's going on.
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: Dude, it was at 8.21 p.m., like a time when
- 1:15:51Speaker 3: people are out walking dogs and stuff.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: Or would have been home. Yeah, would have been home.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: Chido Vera just had somebody pull up on him. You
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: see that video? He's a UFC fighter, and he was
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: working in his truck. This is pretty crazy.
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: Professional UFC fighter Chido Vera was working in his truck
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: as a man with what appears to be a knife
- 1:16:07Speaker 3: tried approaching him.
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: Oh, dude.
- 1:16:09Speaker 3: I mean, first of all, you see this guy working
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: on his truck. He's got neck tattoos? Yeah, this dude
- 1:16:14Speaker 3: pulls up, pulls a knife out right here.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Oh, crazy.
- 1:16:17Speaker 3: Crazy. Oh, he's so lucky he didn't get shot in
- 1:16:24Speaker 3: the back. Like just like murder, murder town USA.
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: It shows you two UFC guys that they're ready. They
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: think defense first. Dude, he has a shotgun just laying
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: on his front. Like that was so easily grabbable.
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Well, that's, that's, I mean, you're ready.
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: You're ready.
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: Those UFC guys are ready, dude.
- 1:16:44Speaker 3: If you even fucking whisper to him wrong, you hit
- 1:16:47Speaker 3: the wrong octave during a secret.
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: And those guys will fuck it. All of a sudden,
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: they just got like throwing stars.
- 1:16:53Speaker 3: Just like, think, think, think, think. Oh, they will remodel
- 1:16:55Speaker 3: the way you breathe. You have to really, you got
- 1:16:59Speaker 3: to be careful around those guys. They're severe. I feel
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: like I couldn't. I mean, I own a gun. It's
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: so tucked away. I would never get to it. You
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: got to put both legs down. Put like this.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: If you don't know if it's really a strong kickback,
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: have your wife lean against your back like this with
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: her arm up. Yeah, so it's a lot to do.
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: Right, but you guys are prepared as a team then. Yeah.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: And you got to pop off. I think if somebody, you.
- 1:17:24Speaker 3: Know, I don't know.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: It's like if somebody came in your room, what would
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: you do? Say you wake up, right?
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: You think there's somebody in your room, Adam. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: I would like to think I'm ready, ready to go.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: Do you say something first? Good evening.
- 1:17:38Speaker 3: What do you do?
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: Well, I was home.
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: My alarm kept fucking up because when they redid it,
- 1:17:42Speaker 3: they fucked up. So it would just go off, which
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: is terrifying. And I'm up there staying by myself and
- 1:17:49Speaker 3: it was like 1 a.m. I'm like trying to go
- 1:17:52Speaker 3: to sleep and all of a sudden the alarm goes off.
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: After the burglary in your house.
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: After the burglary.
- 1:17:57Speaker 3: And I go, hello.
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: I like lower.
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: I like lower. I lower my voice.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: I'm like, sound not like me. I mean, so I'm like, hello.
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: Hello.
- 1:18:14Speaker 3: I've got a gun! And I'm like, I don't have
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: a gun. You sound like Peter Griffin, dude.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: I've got a gun!
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I sound like a guy who didn't make it
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: on The Sopranos. Like he auditioned, but did not get cast.
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: I've got a gun! I've got a gun! Oh!
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: I'm doing a bad dice.
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: Hey, watch out! Oh, I got a gun!
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: I'll shoot you. You start playing that video from Home Alone.
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, yeah. You dirty animals. Keep the change. They're
- 1:18:56Speaker 3: laughing so hard in the other room, the burglars. Yeah,
- 1:18:58Speaker 3: they're still stealing all my shit. Just like, this guy's good, man.
- 1:19:02Speaker 3: This guy's the best.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: We got to steal from him more often. Will you
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: keep a home? God, you've had a life riddled with things, man.
- 1:19:11Speaker 3: Yeah, dude. I didn't realize that. I'm riddled.
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: You've had a lot of riddling going on. Will you
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: keep a home in Charleston? Are you glad to be
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: gone from Charleston? I'm... I'm going to miss Charleston.
- 1:19:23Speaker 3: I wish I would have bought a place there just
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: so I had more of a reason to go back
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: all the time.
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: But– and also not a lot of crime there. So
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: I probably would have been safe.
- 1:19:34Speaker 3: Yeah. Have you been?
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: Have you spent any time in Charleston? I lived in
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Charleston for a while.
- 1:19:38Speaker 3: Oh, you did?
- 1:19:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: I hitchhiked up there to chase a girl that I
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: was in love with that almost had– didn't have to
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: get a cease and restraining or whatever. But it got
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: close to just loitering late at night.
- 1:19:50Speaker 3: That's okay. That's okay.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: It was a little rear window situation.
- 1:19:54Speaker 3: We've all been through some things, right? It was college time.
- 1:19:57Speaker 3: You were practicing for an upcoming role of a stalker. What?
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: I was just, this is, I'm an actor. I'm researching
- 1:20:06Speaker 3: a role. They're like, we haven't been, we haven't seen
- 1:20:09Speaker 3: you in any roles. Yeah, I know I'm only 17
- 1:20:12Speaker 3: and I'm not, I've never acted in anything, nor do
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: I have a career. How do you expect me to
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: get a role? Yeah, I've got to practice. But that was, yeah,
- 1:20:21Speaker 3: I love it there. I mean, it's amazing.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: Yeah, Danny McBride said that you and Tony would go
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: and work out a lot over there.
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: Was that a real thing? Yeah, we were, he's like
- 1:20:31Speaker 3: a fucking true athlete. He's got like a real jawline.
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: Mine like ebbs and flows. Yeah, look, he's all jacked.
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: Look at that guy.
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: He's real jacked and juicy. I'm less jacked and less juicy.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: But I do.
- 1:20:44Speaker 3: What's weird is we work out together all the time
- 1:20:48Speaker 3: and his body morphed into that.
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: And I look like how I look like, you know,
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: like a regular guy.
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: Yeah, like a guy.
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: Like it's just a guy you see and you're like,
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: I bet he eats cheeseburgers. Yeah, that guy's okay.
- 1:21:01Speaker 3: Yeah. With me? With me?
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: I think people are like, yeah, I hope that guy's–
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: you know.
- 1:21:04Speaker 3: Like you think I look like I'm not okay? No,
- 1:21:07Speaker 3: I think you seem like– Like, oh, I hope that
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: guy's okay. I'm trying to think of a job that
- 1:21:12Speaker 3: I would see. Say if I saw you, oh, mailman,
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: son of mailman.
- 1:21:18Speaker 4: Proud. Proud.
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: Son of a mailman who's trying to make his father proud.
- 1:21:22Speaker 3: Mailboy.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: I like that.
- 1:21:23Speaker 3: Mailboy.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: And I'm not offended.
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: I'm not offended by that.
- 1:21:26Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:21:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: I think that's a fair assessment of.
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: What I look like. Yeah, I think I look like–
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: where you're like, ah, maybe that guy works out. My
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: neighbor hilariously saw me. She's like a– she's the daughter
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: of the people that live next door to me. And
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: she was like 22 and she saw me working out
- 1:21:44Speaker 3: in my garage. Sometimes I work out in my garage
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: and I have my shirt off. And she stopped and
- 1:21:49Speaker 3: she goes, oh, hey.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: And I'm like, hey, how's it going? And she goes, wow,
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: I didn't know you worked out. Offended, dude. That's an
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: offensive thing to say to someone.
- 1:21:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: Yeah. So, but I do.
- 1:22:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: It's like if you show some of your wiener, like
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: a chick your wiener, like I didn't know you'd have
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: a wiener.
- 1:22:06Speaker 3: Yeah. Like, whoa. That's a, yeah. Okay.
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: I think it's fairly obvious that I would have one
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: of those.
- 1:22:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: Then I need to get some different clothes, I think,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: or some gel.
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: Yeah, spruce up.
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: I need to spruce up.
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: Grow the facial hair out a little bit.
- 1:22:22Speaker 3: Or spruce down. Yeah.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: Dude, can you believe that male is still a thing?
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: Getting male.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: Can you believe that right now as we talk, sometime today,
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: a man, a grown man or grown woman.
- 1:22:32Speaker 3: That looks like me. You're just trying to make my
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: father proud. Yeah, that looks like you. That's what I'm
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: making my father proud. He's like, he's going to see
- 1:22:41Speaker 3: me delivering this mail and he's going to look at
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: me and be like, look at this bright shooting star.
- 1:22:47Speaker 3: He's going to see me as Danny McBride at that
- 1:22:50Speaker 3: party walking through the cloud of smoke. You're a bright
- 1:22:53Speaker 3: shooting star as I'm sliding some mail through a slot.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: Yeah, but can you believe somebody's going to do that today?
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: Instead of just emailing us and telling us what they
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: need to tell us, somebody's going to drive over to
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: our house.
- 1:23:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that's wild.
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: Walk up there, risk getting attacked by a dog because
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: that's all they do all day is battle dogs. Dogs
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: hate mailmen. Battle dogs, battle senior citizens, and gangs that
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: are like, fuck mail. Yeah, they're like, give me that
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: fucking mail. By the way, there's never anything good in mail.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: It's either like a ticket. It was like, oh, I
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: got to pay this thing. They finally tracked me down.
- 1:23:28Speaker 3: Or a coupon. Or just a coupon for a place
- 1:23:32Speaker 3: you never want to go to. Like, hey, you want
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: a car detail? Drive two and a half hours to
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: this place and I'll give you $ 15 off.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: You're like, oh, I don't know. Is that worth it?
- 1:23:44Speaker 3: I feel like the gas is going to offset the discounts.
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: And there's even a lot of the things now, it's like,
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: are you interested in foster care? It's just like the
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: It used to just be like discounts on avocados and stuff.
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: But now it's like the mail has gotten really, really crazy, man.
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: It's gotten pretty rogue, I feel like. Yeah, for me,
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: it's all just like, hey, do you want to buy
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: your neighbor's house?
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: Because it's all just like people going like, here's a
- 1:24:09Speaker 3: house in your neighborhood that you can buy. And I'm like,
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: I already live in my neighborhood. I'm not trying to
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: move three houses down. I already live in this neighborhood, dude.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: Quit fucking telling me about a house that's nearby.
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: You know, that's so true.
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: It's like if I'm living in a house, you would
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: think you wouldn't come advertise to me to.
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: Buy a house next like next door or like maybe
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: go like, hey, do you want to live somewhere cooler
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: than you? Like if you're it's kind of a whatever
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: neighborhood and you're like, you want to live in like
- 1:24:36Speaker 3: a slightly better neighborhood. I'll think about it. Yeah.
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: But there's like literally my neighborhood. You've done some fun things, man.
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: You got to do some wrestling recently. Is that right? Oh,
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: do you see that, dude?
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:24:46Speaker 3: Bring it up. Yeah, dude.
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: I did some fucking chokeslam.
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: AEW.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: You did a great job.
- 1:24:50Speaker 3: I know. I saw that right there. AEW.
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: Righteous Jim Simms star Adam Devine hits up AEW.
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:24:55Speaker 3: What was this like? Is this a stiff person? I
- 1:24:57Speaker 3: don't think so, Jack. Is that a stiff person?
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: Those jeans are hanging on.
- 1:25:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: Those jeans are hanging on by a thread right there. Oh,
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: butt cheeks. Kaboom!
- 1:25:06Speaker 3: Woo!
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: Flexing with all my might. Flexing with all my might.
- 1:25:11Speaker 3: You'd have been a good wrestler, man.
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: Thank you for saying that, dude.
- 1:25:14Speaker 3: Or a mailman.
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: Look at this, dude. Now you guys all kind of
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: look like Tony right there. I feel like you're all
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: giving a lot of Tony Cavallaro energy right there.
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: I got to get Tony in here soon. Yeah, get
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: him in here.
- 1:25:25Speaker 3: He's a good guy. He's one of a kind, man.
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: He checks in on me all, like not all, but
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: every couple of months he'll check in and just say, hey.
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: What a sweetheart. You know?
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: He's just a sweet man. Do you know him? I
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: know him pretty decently.
- 1:25:38Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah. I do know him.
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: I really– yeah, he's an exceptional guy. He just– he
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: has a way of always staying positive it seems like.
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: He's one of those guys that it's nice to– I
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: collect those guys like as my friends. I like to
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: have some people that just hype you up because Adam
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: Ray is like that as well. Adam used to open
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: up for me on the road all the time, and
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: it was nice when you're on the road– To have
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: so– and you're kind of like, oh, man, we've got
- 1:26:08Speaker 3: to travel again today, yada.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: Yada, to just have someone be like, how great is this?
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: How sick is this theater?
- 1:26:14Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: You need somebody to be the positive. Just hype you
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: up and you're like, yeah, it is sick. Look at
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: us go. Get in here, buddy. Yeah, I've got– like
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: Amir K comes with me.
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, dude.
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: Amir's a positive guy.
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: Lee Kimbrell, he comes through. The Kentucky Nightmare I think
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: is his nickname or something. Kentucky Wolfcat or something, but
- 1:26:34Speaker 3: he comes through and they're both have good energy. Just
- 1:26:38Speaker 3: pause it. They're like, let's go do someone's. And I
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: do too, but it's like, yeah, I just get like,
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: I feel like both. We're pretty positive guys. You just
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: got to get ready for the show though. It's like,
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: you know, it's like I spent a lot of my
- 1:26:48Speaker 3: time taking care of myself. Like you're saying stretching, stretching.
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: I'll get into town.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: It's like, yeah. Stretch and get in an ice bath,
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: trying to work out, get in an IV. You fucks
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: with a cold plunge? All of it. Dude, me too.
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: I was in it last night.
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: I like a cold plunge.
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: It's so nice.
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: What you keep your cold plunge at?
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: Me?
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: I keep it right at about 54.
- 1:27:05Speaker 4: Ooh.
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: I'll do 10 minutes in there.
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: 10 minutes.
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: I keep it at 40, and I'll do 3 to 5.
- 1:27:11Speaker 3: Ooh, 40 is baby, baby. That's cold. That's ice.
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: Ice cold. I really can't stay. It's cold outside.
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: Isn't that song just like about like– They said it
- 1:27:24Speaker 3: was allegedly about like tricking a girl in a stank. Oh,
- 1:27:27Speaker 3: that's you?
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: Yeah, there I am. That's at your house. Yeah, it's
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: at my house. Yeah, dude.
- 1:27:32Speaker 3: That's a nice one, huh? Yeah. Renew.
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: They're great, dude.
- 1:27:36Speaker 3: They are?
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:27:37Speaker 3: Renew cold plunges. They're pretty fantastic. I got a blue
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: cube one that I keep in my garage that a
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: friend of mine made, but they're both– Yeah, they're great
- 1:27:48Speaker 3: in cold plunging. It's the kind of thing, though, that
- 1:27:52Speaker 3: I wish– now that I have it, I do it less.
- 1:27:55Speaker 3: I feel like I used to seek it out.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Oh, really?
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: Yeah. Now that it's there, I'm like, I could get
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: in it right now. Or I'll get in it later.
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: It'll be later.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: You know what I should do?
- 1:28:04Speaker 3: I should just crank the heat up on it because
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: it's so cold. It's like you get– like your joints
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: are like. Make it a hot bath in there, you think?
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: No, just make it 52 or whatever.
- 1:28:14Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: I like doing that for 10 minutes. That, for me,
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: sets me in a good range, you know?
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: Isn't it weird that now we're, like, all about health
- 1:28:22Speaker 3: and fitness, but it catches 10 years ago and we.
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: Were just, like, little scum buckets.
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: Oh, God.
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: Just out there. I know myself, I was just, like,
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: gargling with vodka. Just like. What were you eating? Oh, dude.
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Just going for it. Just every night.
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: Were you drinking a lot? I drink.
- 1:28:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: I would drink a lot wow where were you drinking.
- 1:28:42Speaker 3: At well just like at that comedy club or whatever
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: like back when I was I mean maybe not 10
- 1:28:46Speaker 3: yeah maybe 10 years ago but like that's when workaholics
- 1:28:49Speaker 3: was sort of peaking so probably right you've been working
- 1:28:52Speaker 3: for a long time yeah like anything yeah but anything
- 1:28:56Speaker 3: like uh back when I was in the comedy clubs
- 1:28:58Speaker 3: all the time or like When you're on the road
- 1:29:00Speaker 3: all the time, that's an easy place just because you're
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: in a new place.
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: You're like, well, let's go to the bar after the
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: show or whatever.
- 1:29:05Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, that's for sure.
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: Did you guys drink at AEW? Who did you guys
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: fight in AEW?
- 1:29:09Speaker 3: Did you fight– because I saw Big Justice out there. Oh, yeah.
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: I was looking at the Rizzler, and I'm like, I
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: might be able to take him.
- 1:29:17Speaker 3: I saw him the other night.
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: Yeah, he's nine years old. Rizzler is everywhere, dude.
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: Oh, I think I offended these guys, Big Justice, because
- 1:29:24Speaker 3: I said– I didn't even take a bite of the cookie.
- 1:29:27Speaker 3: And then I said, look at it at big justice eyes.
- 1:29:30Speaker 3: Cause I said, he's upset because I gave it three
- 1:29:34Speaker 3: booms without tasting it. And I guess you're supposed to
- 1:29:37Speaker 3: give it five booms.
- 1:29:38Speaker 4: What?
- 1:29:39Speaker 3: Who has time to do five booms? They do.
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: They have all the time to do the booms, dude.
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: And I didn't know.
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: This was at the Super Bowl. I might have been
- 1:29:46Speaker 3: a few drinks deep. Yeah, for sure. First of all,
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: you're touching the back of a child. I'm touching a child.
- 1:29:53Speaker 3: Look at like my face is hanging a little bit. Dude,
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: this looks like literally a Christmas card from Epstein's Island
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: right here, dude. There's a fucking, there is a brave Italian,
- 1:30:04Speaker 3: which some people would say like kind of the Magellan
- 1:30:07Speaker 3: of Costco.
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: There's a Costco Magellan with a child.
- 1:30:11Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:30:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: With just his son, yeah. Okay, that is his son.
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: I believe so.
- 1:30:16Speaker 3: Okay. I believe so, yeah. And then there's Adam Devine
- 1:30:18Speaker 3: who's had a couple drinks at the Super Bowl.
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: Yeah, lurking, dude.
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: Would you, if you were, I mean, real talk, if
- 1:30:27Speaker 3: you didn't know Epstein was a creep and he invites you,
- 1:30:31Speaker 3: he's just a cool billionaire that you met at a party,
- 1:30:34Speaker 3: and you're not getting any weird vibes. He asks you,
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: he's like, hey, I got this jet.
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: You want to come to my island? You got nothing
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: going on that week.
- 1:30:41Speaker 3: You'd go to the island, right? Yeah. Me too. When
- 1:30:43Speaker 3: people are like, check the logs. I'm like, not everybody
- 1:30:47Speaker 3: because even creeps got to take a day off. Like
- 1:30:50Speaker 3: even– you're not fucking the kids every day.
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're a pervert, yeah, that's probably a seasonal
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: or like– Yeah, it's a special event. It's like just
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: when your dudes are there to party. It's like– but otherwise,
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: you have to also have like regular people come.
- 1:31:05Speaker 4: Regular.
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: Because here's the thing. You have to keep up the
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: ruse that it's a regular place where people go to
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: have fun. That's what I think. So that the guys
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: who do go and perv or the females that do
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: go and perv out there. Because it could have been
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: men and women doing it. I'm not talking about the
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: young people.
- 1:31:20Speaker 3: We don't know. But the adults.
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: They need to be able to trick their spouses into
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: believing that they go there for fun. And they're like,
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: you've been there the one time. You know it's a
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: chill place. There's coconuts.
- 1:31:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: There's coconuts and trees.
- 1:31:30Speaker 3: There's a ukulele. There's that guy doing the ukulele. There's
- 1:31:33Speaker 3: the fire dancers that come out and perform.
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a lot of young kids whose parents aren't
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: there starting.
- 1:31:39Speaker 3: A band or whatever.
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: Yeah, they're just starting a band.
- 1:31:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: Yeah, they're just, you know. This is getting dark. Yeah,
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: there's a character. Yeah, there's like a guy just doing funny.
- 1:31:47Speaker 3: Yeah, he's just doing little artworks where he makes your
- 1:31:50Speaker 3: nose too big, something that kind of offends you, but
- 1:31:52Speaker 3: you're like, it's funny, right?
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: And everyone's like, it's really funny. And you're like, OK.
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: Yeah. All right. Yeah.
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: I see that.
- 1:32:00Speaker 3: I'm like, I don't know about I don't think all.
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: Of them are creeps.
- 1:32:02Speaker 3: Like for sure.
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: Some for sure.
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: For sure. Some are. We haven't got to do it.
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: There's no way we're ever getting the real Epstein files.
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: It's been redacted. It's being manipulated right now. So because
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: some of these politicians are probably on it. Yeah, they're
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: on it.
- 1:32:17Speaker 3: And they're like and whether they were the ones doing
- 1:32:20Speaker 3: dastardly deeds or not. Who knows? I don't know. But
- 1:32:24Speaker 3: if your name is on it, like if your name
- 1:32:26Speaker 3: was on it, you don't want it out even if
- 1:32:29Speaker 3: you didn't do anything wrong. Even though you were just
- 1:32:31Speaker 3: there sipping on a smoothie, just having a fun afternoon
- 1:32:35Speaker 3: on this cool private island.
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: I haven't been on a ton of private islands. I
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: would like to go. Yeah, I got invited to one
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: one time. I think it was LeVar Burton. Was it
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: LeVar Burton? Yeah, maybe he's a Reading Rainbow guy. He's
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: got a private island. Does he do the Virgin Airlines
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: or whatever? No, no.
- 1:32:53Speaker 3: That's– LeVar Arrington maybe?
- 1:32:55Speaker 4: No.
- 1:32:56Speaker 3: That is not his name. It's not LeVar even a
- 1:32:59Speaker 3: little bit. Richard Branson.
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: Yes. Very much not LeVar. But yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh,
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: you went there? No, they were doing something. He has
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: an island. There was something there and they– Yeah.
- 1:33:10Speaker 3: I somehow got invited.
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: Oh, sick. It didn't seem like something that was for
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: me maybe.
- 1:33:14Speaker 3: I don't know. It seemed like– Okay.
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: So maybe you wouldn't go to Epstein Island. Maybe I
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: would be the one to get tricked. But here's the thing.
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: Say you're at Epstein Island and you notice things are weird.
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: What do you then? You just stay on the tennis
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: courts or whatever? Like what would you do all weekend? Yeah,
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: you're just like– you call yourself the pickleball king. Yeah.
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: And you're just always just over there trying to not
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: see some shit.
- 1:33:32Speaker 3: Playing both sides.
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:33:34Speaker 3: There's no one to hit too because everyone's like– this
- 1:33:38Speaker 3: back dark room seems a lot of fun.
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: God.
- 1:33:41Speaker 3: Yeah, and also like the Diddy White parties. I'm glad
- 1:33:44Speaker 3: I was never during that peak. Like I was talking
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: with my boys. I was like, dude, if– We threw
- 1:33:51Speaker 3: out a different vibe in the workaholics days when it
- 1:33:54Speaker 3: was just peaking and that we get the invite. Like, hey,
- 1:33:58Speaker 3: do you want to go to the Diddy party? I'm
- 1:34:00Speaker 3: going all white, everything.
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: Well, if Shamar Moore would have been one of the
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: workaholics or if you'd have had like a probably more
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: of a black cast member or urban cast member, then
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: you might– and say you– If Eric Griffin was more
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: plugged in to the scene. If Eric Griffin was a
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: little bit more Griffin than Eric. Yeah, absolutely. Then I
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: think– Then, yeah, you could have been invited. And then
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: if you get there, then what do you see? They
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: just brought up Drewski in a thing. Did you see that?
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: I did.
- 1:34:26Speaker 3: But he then came out. He's like, dude, I was
- 1:34:28Speaker 3: nothing to do with it. It was like in 2018,
- 1:34:30Speaker 3: I was living in my mom's basement. I'm like, yeah,
- 1:34:32Speaker 3: that's probably true. But it's just crazy. Why?
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: But why even let that leak? You have to start
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: thinking if something gets leaked, why are they doing like
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: because it's all some manipulative tactic, you know?
- 1:34:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: And so I don't know. I mean, who knows?
- 1:34:45Speaker 3: Obviously, there's victims and. People were doing dastardly things. But
- 1:34:48Speaker 3: you never heard anything about that when you were... No,
- 1:34:51Speaker 3: I didn't. I just wasn't cool. I didn't get those invites.
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: I for sure would have gone there and just kicked
- 1:34:58Speaker 3: it by the fucking shrimp cocktail.
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: Nachos or whatever, yes. I would have been like... Just eating.
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: You know they have a seafood... tower yeah you know
- 1:35:08Speaker 3: this is a ditty party you know there's like towers
- 1:35:10Speaker 3: of seafood so i'm just sitting there eating crab legs
- 1:35:12Speaker 3: licking up the butter they're like someone's trying to tag
- 1:35:16Speaker 3: me in to the orgy just covered in oil like
- 1:35:19Speaker 3: no you do that point your legs you're like i
- 1:35:21Speaker 3: can't because of all the scars i can't uh dick
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: dick chopped off dick was lopped off in the accident
- 1:35:28Speaker 3: uh you do that thing where you know how break
- 1:35:30Speaker 3: dancers they start to do the break dance.
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: But then they don't get going.
- 1:35:34Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: That's what you do.
- 1:35:35Speaker 3: You're like, oh, shit.
- 1:35:37Speaker 4: Oh, oh.
- 1:35:38Speaker 1: Pull the hammy. Pull the hammy right quick. I can't
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: get in the orgy.
- 1:35:43Speaker 3: Yeah, dude. That's what I would have been.
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: I would have been like in the vaping section on
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: the side of the orgy if they're like, oh, if
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: somebody gets hurt, if a couple people get hurt.
- 1:35:50Speaker 3: Oh, you're like deep.
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: You're deep on the bench. It's like when they put
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: in the water guy to make that three-point shot or
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: they put in the down syndrome guy to make the
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: six-pointer or whatever.
- 1:35:58Speaker 3: They tell them it's a six-pointer. That's what I would
- 1:36:01Speaker 3: have been in. You're real deep on the bench when
- 1:36:03Speaker 3: you come. But then you hit that money shot.
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: You're the hero. You're the hero of the whole party.
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: People go crazy. Did you get to body slam Big Justice?
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: Did you see the Rizzler? Did you fight him too?
- 1:36:15Speaker 3: I didn't fight the Rizzler, no. And yeah, I didn't
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: get to fight any of the children, which I was bummed.
- 1:36:23Speaker 3: I was bummed. Yeah. Because I'm like, someone needs to
- 1:36:26Speaker 3: take these kids down. And I'm about their size, dude.
- 1:36:30Speaker 3: I'm not that. But no, I only chokeslammed an adult male.
- 1:36:35Speaker 3: So that kind of sucked.
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: But if you.
- 1:36:36Speaker 3: Got a chance to remodel the fucking skeleton.
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: Dude, I love this phrase, remodel. Or one of these
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: boom babies, dude. Take them down.
- 1:36:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: Did they boom in front of you? Who's got the
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: boom now?
- 1:36:49Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: Who's got the boom now, bitch?
- 1:36:51Speaker 3: Did they steal the boom? Did they boom in front
- 1:36:54Speaker 3: of you or not? There's a lot of booming. They're
- 1:36:55Speaker 3: booming all over. Anywhere they go, they're booming, dude. Have
- 1:36:58Speaker 3: you not met the boom guys?
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: I never. I met the Rizzler the other night at dinner.
- 1:37:01Speaker 3: I saw him. Oh, dude. He was drinking Dr. Pepper
- 1:37:05Speaker 3: past 845. I'm like, he's a wild man.
- 1:37:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:37:08Speaker 3: I mean, these kids are off the rails. But I
- 1:37:12Speaker 3: like that it's a new generation of superstars. Oh, there
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: you are at Craig's. A new generation of superstar children.
- 1:37:19Speaker 3: Like this used to be like Corey Haim.
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: You know right oh yeah he's the macaulay culkin of
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: our time yeah exactly.
- 1:37:26Speaker 3: Uh but it seems like they're not going off the
- 1:37:28Speaker 3: rails we'll find out here in 15 years if he's
- 1:37:31Speaker 3: gonna have like a sad tale about his time.
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: Well how does it end yeah that's the thing you
- 1:37:35Speaker 1: have to look 10 years in the future because he's
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: a superstar dude he does he does this maneuver people.
- 1:37:40Speaker 3: Go wild he was crazy it's it's his uh you
- 1:37:44Speaker 3: know yeah look someone already beat you beat you to
- 1:37:46Speaker 3: it they knew exactly the internet undefeated man you have
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: a good idea It's up there.
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: They already did it.
- 1:37:53Speaker 3: It's done.
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: Yeah. Was there a movie that you wanted? Well, yeah.
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: I mean, I'll tell you this. He definitely seemed like
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: his grades were failing. Somebody's like, his grades suck.
- 1:38:01Speaker 3: That's what I heard. Oh, really?
- 1:38:02Speaker 1: Yeah. Word at Craig's?
- 1:38:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:38:04Speaker 3: Yeah. People were passing around those pot pies they have
- 1:38:09Speaker 3: at Craig's, and they're like, hey, before you take a
- 1:38:11Speaker 3: bite of that, just know the Rizzler's great. It's fucking good.
- 1:38:14Speaker 1: It sucked, dude. Dude, he had a little tattoo that said,
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: fuck social studies. Oh, damn, dude.
- 1:38:19Speaker 3: That's rough. That's a wild tat to have at that age.
- 1:38:23Speaker 3: So obviously he's been going through a lot, you know?
- 1:38:26Speaker 3: He said these lips haven't seen a school lunch in
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: 10 years. years. That's what he said.
- 1:38:31Speaker 1: So obviously he's living high on the hog. Dude, I
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: don't even know. I thought he was mute because all
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: I've ever seen him do is.
- 1:38:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:38:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: Yeah, you got to. It's the shh.
- 1:38:42Speaker 3: He does too many things, though, kind of. I think
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: it's just this, right? And he's showing his jawline. That's
- 1:38:51Speaker 3: what's kind of cool about him is he doesn't have
- 1:38:53Speaker 3: much of a jawline. But I like he's just like,
- 1:38:55Speaker 3: I don't give a shit. I got the riz.
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: So come at me.
- 1:38:59Speaker 3: It's like a good way to build up self-esteem for
- 1:39:03Speaker 3: children that are out there.
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: Some people are saying he's young gravy. He's the actual
- 1:39:08Speaker 1: young gravy. You know, young gravy was at the wrestling
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: event too.
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: Nuh-uh. Yeah. And Young Gravy was at the Super Bowl
- 1:39:15Speaker 3: where I was also hanging out with Big Justice. They're
- 1:39:19Speaker 3: running in the same circles, dude.
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: You guys have the same menstrual cycle. Yeah, I guess so, yeah.
- 1:39:24Speaker 1: But that's crazy.
- 1:39:26Speaker 3: But here's the craziest part to me is that Big
- 1:39:28Speaker 3: Justice isn't related to the Rizzlers. I thought they were brothers, dude.
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: I thought they were brothers. These are just two social
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: media kids getting together, doing their social media thangs.
- 1:39:41Speaker 1: Dude, years from now, there will be, like, these, like,
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: baseball card signing things where it'll be, like, the Rizzler.
- 1:39:48Speaker 3: You and me will be there.
- 1:39:49Speaker 1: That'd be sick. Water baby or whatever. Some baby that survives.
- 1:39:53Speaker 3: On, like, the... You know, I think I'm going to
- 1:39:55Speaker 3: do a thing with Tops. To have a baseball card. Really?
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: Yeah, you should.
- 1:39:59Speaker 3: I bet they'll make a baseball card of you.
- 1:40:02Speaker 1: It's kind of sick. It's kind of cool.
- 1:40:03Speaker 3: It would be kind of cool.
- 1:40:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:40:04Speaker 3: And then there's these kids, MD Foodie Boys. Everybody's been
- 1:40:07Speaker 3: watching them. I like those MD Foodie Boys. I like
- 1:40:09Speaker 3: them because they're so sincere about, like, Have you tried
- 1:40:13Speaker 3: nachos with jalapenos? It's actually pretty good.
- 1:40:15Speaker 1: Let's watch one.
- 1:40:19Speaker 3: If I had to choose, it'd probably be like pepperoni,
- 1:40:22Speaker 3: but I'm not a big, I'm just a regular cheese guy.
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: I just do cheese.
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: I don't do pepperoni.
- 1:40:28Speaker 3: I just do cheese.
- 1:40:29Speaker 1: I don't really like pepperoni. I'll do pepperoni, but Same thing, like,
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: a lot of people are big pepperoni fans.
- 1:40:37Speaker 3: Dude, this is the podcast, and people love it. And
- 1:40:39Speaker 3: I also love it. They're just so sincere, man.
- 1:40:41Speaker 1: How can you not have a.
- 1:40:43Speaker 3: How can you... Was there an age where you didn't
- 1:40:45Speaker 3: like it, where you just didn't care? It's just unbelievable.
- 1:40:49Speaker 1: You're riled up. You're riled up right now, dude. I
- 1:40:51Speaker 1: don't know if I've ever seen you this riled.
- 1:40:53Speaker 3: Well, I don't understand. It's like, you're the foodie boys,
- 1:40:56Speaker 3: but what are you talking about?
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: Whoa, dude. It's okay.
- 1:40:58Speaker 3: No, it's fine. No, I like it. I like it.
- 1:41:00Speaker 1: Shit just fucking irks me because.
- 1:41:03Speaker 3: Talk about some food. Talk about some rigatoni or something.
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: Talk about some.
- 1:41:07Speaker 1: See, well, this is the genius.
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: You start off... They're little kids, right? So they're starting
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: off with hot dogs. What condiments do you like? On
- 1:41:16Speaker 3: your cheeseburger, what condiments? Mostly condiment-based. Now they're moving on
- 1:41:20Speaker 3: to pizza. What things do you like on your pizza?
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: And then as they grow... The dishes get more complex.
- 1:41:28Speaker 3: Like a tiramisu or something. We're going to grow with
- 1:41:31Speaker 3: them and their flavor palettes. I think that's what people
- 1:41:36Speaker 3: love and relate to because it's– because you're not going
- 1:41:40Speaker 3: to them for an actual like– this is the– they're
- 1:41:43Speaker 3: not like chefs.
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: They're children.
- 1:41:45Speaker 3: So it's just kind of funny to watch these kids
- 1:41:47Speaker 3: sincerely talk.
- 1:41:48Speaker 1: About whether they like pepperoni on their pizza or not.
- 1:41:52Speaker 3: Got it. Yeah.
- 1:41:53Speaker 1: Well, I just think– Yeah, I just, I don't know. There's, yeah,
- 1:41:59Speaker 1: I guess, am I hating on children now? What am
- 1:42:01Speaker 1: I doing?
- 1:42:02Speaker 3: You're right. Yeah, it's okay.
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: I'm excited for them. It's okay to hate on them.
- 1:42:04Speaker 1: At least do soup or something. At least I want
- 1:42:07Speaker 1: to see them evolve a little. A gazpacho or something.
- 1:42:09Speaker 3: Well, just a four-minute conversation about pepperoni on, but no information.
- 1:42:15Speaker 3: That's the thing.
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: It's astounding to have four people and walk away from
- 1:42:19Speaker 1: each conversation they do with zero information at all.
- 1:42:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:42:24Speaker 3: About food.
- 1:42:25Speaker 1: I understand what you're saying.
- 1:42:26Speaker 3: About food at all. Yeah.
- 1:42:27Speaker 1: I understand what you're saying.
- 1:42:28Speaker 3: But I think. I wish them luck. Yeah. I think they're,
- 1:42:31Speaker 3: I mean, they're runaway successes. I mean, I'm sure people
- 1:42:35Speaker 3: look at my career and are like, what is he doing?
- 1:42:37Speaker 1: Like, this sucks.
- 1:42:38Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: Like, why doesn't he do XYZ? I'm like, I'm just.
- 1:42:41Speaker 3: Doing me, baby. There they are right now.
- 1:42:43Speaker 1: But how does it end? McLovin, that kid. McLovin, No Name.
- 1:42:48Speaker 3: What's the one?
- 1:42:48Speaker 1: McGriddle is the middle one, right? Chubb Perm.
- 1:42:50Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:42:51Speaker 1: You have No Name, McGriddle, Chubb Perm. Yeah. So that's
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: also– I think that's a– isn't that a trans wrestler?
- 1:43:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it seems like it could be. He's got an earring.
- 1:43:04Speaker 3: He's kind of the bad boy of the group, which
- 1:43:06Speaker 3: is kind of sick.
- 1:43:07Speaker 1: They're basically– they're the new kids on the– On the block. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:43:13Speaker 1: did you ever have an ear piercing? Did you ever?
- 1:43:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I had two of them, did you? Yeah, I
- 1:43:16Speaker 3: did too. Fuck. Yeah, dude.
- 1:43:19Speaker 1: That shit was so fun, dude. Yeah, dude, we were
- 1:43:21Speaker 1: kind of fucking sick.
- 1:43:21Speaker 3: And it would close up, and you would still force
- 1:43:23Speaker 3: something in it on days you needed to feel cool.
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: Dude, yeah, I wanted to.
- 1:43:27Speaker 3: Get a gauge.
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: I wanted to have, like, I wanted to be that guy.
- 1:43:31Speaker 3: Your characters had that, haven't they? I wanted a lip piercing.
- 1:43:35Speaker 3: I wanted the whole thing. I wanted to be punk
- 1:43:36Speaker 3: rock dude. I mean, I'm fucking, I got an article
- 1:43:39Speaker 3: star tattoo.
- 1:43:40Speaker 1: Oh, you did. Well, you have a lot of, um,
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: you seem like you've been through a lot.
- 1:43:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:43:44Speaker 1: Like a child of a Vietnam, like a Vietnam veteran. Somebody,
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: you know?
- 1:43:49Speaker 3: Yeah. I've, I've, I went through, I am happy to
- 1:43:51Speaker 3: say I never went through like, you know how some
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: kids were like, Oh, I went through an emo phase
- 1:43:56Speaker 3: or I went through like a goth phase.
- 1:43:58Speaker 1: I'm glad I didn't go down like a weird.
- 1:44:00Speaker 3: Path where you're like, Yeah, I wore a lot of
- 1:44:02Speaker 3: fishnets in seventh grade or whatever. I'm glad I didn't
- 1:44:06Speaker 3: do that. I had, like, small waves where, yeah, I
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: would bleach the tips of my hair. Right.
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I got a piercing, you know, in the left ear.
- 1:44:15Speaker 1: You ever pierced your nipples or no? No, I never
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: did the nips. You do the nips.
- 1:44:19Speaker 3: No, I never did that.
- 1:44:19Speaker 1: No, you never did the nips. That was a little
- 1:44:21Speaker 1: wild for me. That guy who did that was starting to.
- 1:44:23Speaker 3: Be, he was doing a lot of drugs, and he
- 1:44:25Speaker 3: was secretly probably touching men in his car or whatever,
- 1:44:28Speaker 3: men who wanted it.
- 1:44:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I had a friend.
- 1:44:33Speaker 3: Not a friend.
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: A guy I knew in high school.
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: Not a friend. He pierces his dick in high school, dude.
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: In high school. And I know for a fact he
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: wasn't getting laid.
- 1:44:48Speaker 3: But he was saying how good it's going to feel.
- 1:44:52Speaker 3: And he was saying it feels so good. And I'm like,
- 1:44:54Speaker 3: I know you're not getting laid, dude. We're both 16,
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: 17 years old.
- 1:44:59Speaker 1: I know that.
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: And also, what kind of piercer is seeing a 17,
- 1:45:03Speaker 3: 16-year-old boy and is like, let me– I'll be the
- 1:45:06Speaker 3: one to get in there. Yeah.
- 1:45:07Speaker 1: The whole thing was bizarre. Do you remember when the
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: first guy hooked up with a girl and then the
- 1:45:14Speaker 1: next weekend you guys all went out or something? He
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: like suddenly had a condom in his wallet or something.
- 1:45:18Speaker 1: Or it was like suddenly he was like– he would
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: be like, if the girls come, let me talk to them.
- 1:45:23Speaker 3: Just like– Dude, it was seventh and eighth grade. My
- 1:45:26Speaker 3: one friend started– having sex with our other friend. And
- 1:45:31Speaker 3: it was unreal.
- 1:45:33Speaker 1: And it was.
- 1:45:33Speaker 3: Years, dear God, years before the rest of us were
- 1:45:37Speaker 3: catching up.
- 1:45:38Speaker 1: And so he like.
- 1:45:39Speaker 3: He immediately went from like this kind of, he was
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: chub perm of our group. And then so, and then
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: suddenly he's got this swagger to him, dude. And there's
- 1:45:49Speaker 3: no catching up.
- 1:45:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:45:50Speaker 1: There's no catching up.
- 1:45:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:45:53Speaker 1: There's nothing you can do to suddenly be in the
- 1:45:55Speaker 1: cool group. And then like he was able to talk
- 1:45:57Speaker 1: to older guys now suddenly.
- 1:45:59Speaker 3: Yeah. I'm still rollerblading, you know? Like I'm not– I'm
- 1:46:04Speaker 3: still like, hey, watch me backwards rollerblade. Is this sick?
- 1:46:07Speaker 3: And they're like, no, dude. We're now having sex with girls.
- 1:46:10Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, so you don't want me– you don't
- 1:46:12Speaker 3: want to watch me like fucking swerve these cones real quick? Yeah.
- 1:46:16Speaker 1: With these hips.
- 1:46:17Speaker 3: He's like, I'm working on my hip movement right now, dude.
- 1:46:20Speaker 3: I was a little, I was a little blader, a
- 1:46:22Speaker 3: little blader.
- 1:46:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:46:23Speaker 1: That was a little bit of a phase. What happened
- 1:46:27Speaker 1: to you? You're learning a lot about me, dude. What
- 1:46:30Speaker 1: happened to you? There's so much that occurred, dude.
- 1:46:33Speaker 3: Well, I couldn't rollerblading was easier in like eighth grade
- 1:46:38Speaker 3: was easier for me to do than a lot of other.
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: I couldn't, I couldn't skateboard.
- 1:46:45Speaker 3: Like my friends were skateboarding So I could rollerblade because
- 1:46:49Speaker 3: it was just a smoother movement and easier on my joints.
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: So I was already like an old man thinking about
- 1:46:56Speaker 3: my joints in eighth grade. So it's just me like
- 1:46:59Speaker 3: wiggling my hips, skateboarding behind my friends.
- 1:47:07Speaker 1: It wasn't that offensive. You don't have to be that
- 1:47:09Speaker 1: disgusted by it. You're right.
- 1:47:10Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: Were you wearing knee pads and stuff?
- 1:47:14Speaker 3: No, no.
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: Oh, that's good. I'm still a bad boy.
- 1:47:16Speaker 3: Yeah, dude. I'm still, like, wearing fucking chunky corduroy pants and, like,
- 1:47:23Speaker 3: a fucking sick Metallica shirt with the lightning bolts. You know,
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: I'm still fucking cool, dude. I still have, like, a
- 1:47:33Speaker 3: bowl cut, but my hair was too... Like, still, my
- 1:47:36Speaker 3: hair is too, like, buoyant.
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: Yeah. So it just went like this. Oh, yeah. It
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: was just like a little... like the tip of a dick.
- 1:47:43Speaker 3: It was like a little dickhead, just like right here.
- 1:47:46Speaker 3: And I could pull it. I could pull the hair.
- 1:47:47Speaker 3: It was so buoyant. I could pull it and it
- 1:47:49Speaker 3: would go down to here, dude. And then you release
- 1:47:52Speaker 3: it and go, damn, you had a beautiful thing going. Yeah.
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: I was, I was looking good in the eighth grade, man.
- 1:48:00Speaker 1: You've been through a lot, man.
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: You've been through a lot, dude.
- 1:48:03Speaker 1: Do you, um, do you, will you're, stiffness is it
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: getting better or is it getting worse do you feel
- 1:48:09Speaker 1: like over time it's.
- 1:48:10Speaker 3: Getting better it ebbs and flows I have good days
- 1:48:12Speaker 3: and bad days but it is getting better so I'm
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: still hoping to be in Marvel if they give me
- 1:48:21Speaker 3: a call. I got a lot of shit. Last time
- 1:48:22Speaker 3: I came on here, I was like dunking on Marvel
- 1:48:24Speaker 3: saying that they ruined comedy movies because everybody wants to
- 1:48:28Speaker 3: watch these big budget things.
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: Dude, people were very mad. My agents were upset at me.
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: Really?
- 1:48:33Speaker 1: Since you said that, everyone in the world has agreed
- 1:48:35Speaker 1: with that exactly. Including a lot of agencies. It's like Well, look,
- 1:48:40Speaker 1: if we can't get him in a Marvel movie, what
- 1:48:42Speaker 1: are we going to do?
- 1:48:42Speaker 3: Yeah. I mean, we've had a lot of great– they
- 1:48:45Speaker 3: were very mad at me. They were like, don't fuck
- 1:48:48Speaker 3: with Marvel. Like, I cannot believe you said that on
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: that podcast. I'm like, I wasn't dunking on Marvel, dude.
- 1:48:53Speaker 3: I was just saying I wish there were more comedies.
- 1:48:55Speaker 3: But they don't make comedies anymore because everyone wants to
- 1:48:57Speaker 3: see a $ 200 million epic.
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: Well, if they need like mailman or something, then Marvel
- 1:49:03Speaker 1: will come. Thank God.
- 1:49:05Speaker 3: If there's a mailman superhero, I think I'm the guy, dude.
- 1:49:09Speaker 3: What superhero would you be? Making your dad proud. Yeah.
- 1:49:13Speaker 3: I would be someone that– like an unexpected superhero where
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: they're like, this guy is not a superhero.
- 1:49:21Speaker 1: This Norm Corp. Little bitch boy.
- 1:49:23Speaker 3: Smoothie man. Yeah.
- 1:49:25Speaker 1: Soy boy.
- 1:49:25Speaker 3: Yeah, soy boy.
- 1:49:26Speaker 1: There he is. Yeah, little soy boy. There's so many
- 1:49:29Speaker 1: heroes now, though. It's like, are these all heroes? I
- 1:49:31Speaker 1: feel we're getting a little exhausted on the heroes.
- 1:49:34Speaker 4: 100%.
- 1:49:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: Well, even a lot of people are saying, who was
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: it just came out and said that they're not even,
- 1:49:42Speaker 1: it's hard to even have independent projects these days. Oh, yeah.
- 1:49:45Speaker 3: That director. I'm trying to get a few independent movies
- 1:49:48Speaker 3: off the ground right now.
- 1:49:49Speaker 1: Are you? Yeah, and it's. It's tough, dude. I've never
- 1:49:53Speaker 1: done an independent movie. I've always done.
- 1:49:55Speaker 3: With a studio or with Netflix or with someone like that.
- 1:49:59Speaker 3: Someone with them deep pockets. How much budget do you
- 1:50:01Speaker 3: need to make an independent movie, though?
- 1:50:04Speaker 1: I'm looking for like $ 7 to $ 10 million.
- 1:50:05Speaker 3: That's a lot of money. Yeah.
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: This is Mark Duplass right here. He's made a lot
- 1:50:10Speaker 1: of great stuff. He's made a lot of independent movies.
- 1:50:11Speaker 1: And for a big announcement.
- 1:50:13Speaker 4: Oh. For those of you who know our company, you
- 1:50:15Speaker 4: know we love risking our money and making things independently
- 1:50:19Speaker 4: that the traditional system would never make. And we've done
- 1:50:21Speaker 4: it for years with movies like The Puffy Chair and
- 1:50:23Speaker 4: The One I Love and Safety Not Guaranteed and documentary
- 1:50:27Speaker 4: series like Wild Wild Country and Evil Genius. And we're
- 1:50:29Speaker 4: doing it in television now with shows like Room 104
- 1:50:33Speaker 4: and The Creep Tapes and Penelope.
- 1:50:35Speaker 3: But the problem is.
- 1:50:36Speaker 1: These distributors are telling us not to.
- 1:50:38Speaker 3: Value these things the way they used to.
- 1:50:39Speaker 1: And honestly, we're sick of it.
- 1:50:42Speaker 3: And we know that you value these things.
- 1:50:44Speaker 4: So we are going to be bringing you our newest
- 1:50:47Speaker 4: independently made.
- 1:50:48Speaker 3: TV series, Long Night, directly to you.
- 1:50:51Speaker 1: The audience members. It's interesting.
- 1:50:53Speaker 3: Click the link below or in our bio.
- 1:50:54Speaker 1: You guys did your movie independently, right?
- 1:50:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:50:57Speaker 1: And you guys put your own money up?
- 1:50:59Speaker 3: Yeah. Boy, okay. Well, thanks, dude. Yeah. What's the name
- 1:51:05Speaker 3: of it?
- 1:51:05Speaker 1: Do you have a name?
- 1:51:05Speaker 3: It's called Busboys. Yeah. Busboys.
- 1:51:07Speaker 1: Sick. So it's just.
- 1:51:09Speaker 3: Spade and I both worked as busboys in Arizona. I
- 1:51:11Speaker 3: thought you were both hit by buses. I was like,
- 1:51:13Speaker 3: this would have been kismet.
- 1:51:14Speaker 4: Oh, man.
- 1:51:15Speaker 3: It would have been crazy if we were all here,
- 1:51:16Speaker 3: right here. Get Spade in here. He just pops out
- 1:51:20Speaker 3: behind the curtain. He's like, I'm crippled. And we have
- 1:51:22Speaker 3: a dolly that moves you around. Yeah, I'm just pushing everywhere.
- 1:51:28Speaker 3: So what's next? Your family's growing. Do you take a
- 1:51:30Speaker 3: little time off of work? When did you guys finish Gemstones?
- 1:51:34Speaker 3: We finished a few months ago, like three months, four
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: months ago. And I've been just dad mode right now.
- 1:51:40Speaker 3: And I have a movie in development at Netflix. I'm
- 1:51:45Speaker 3: selling this show with the Workaholics guys.
- 1:51:47Speaker 1: I got another show that I'm taking out.
- 1:51:49Speaker 3: Wow. So it's a lot of like production, like pre-production stuff.
- 1:51:53Speaker 3: And you know how it goes. It's like we're going
- 1:51:55Speaker 3: to make the movie. And I have like a couple
- 1:51:57Speaker 3: movies that are in development. And we're like we're making
- 1:51:59Speaker 3: the movie.
- 1:52:00Speaker 1: And then it takes years, dude.
- 1:52:03Speaker 4: Yeah. Years. Years.
- 1:52:05Speaker 1: And you think it's happening, and it takes so long.
- 1:52:09Speaker 1: But for me, I love it. I love doing it.
- 1:52:13Speaker 3: But, yeah, I still have that itch of, like, wanting
- 1:52:16Speaker 3: to just get out there and get something done right now.
- 1:52:18Speaker 3: And that's why I do the podcast. But with the
- 1:52:21Speaker 3: Workaholics guys.
- 1:52:22Speaker 1: This is important. But I also miss doing stand-up, dude. Yeah,
- 1:52:25Speaker 1: I was going to say, would you consider going out
- 1:52:26Speaker 1: and touring again? That's such a grind, though, once you
- 1:52:29Speaker 1: have a family.
- 1:52:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:52:30Speaker 1: And you're acting and stuff like that. I feel like
- 1:52:32Speaker 1: it's a tough grind.
- 1:52:33Speaker 3: Well, cause it used to be like a fun escape
- 1:52:35Speaker 3: from the grind of, of producing and starring in TV
- 1:52:40Speaker 3: and movies, because then you're, you're like, well, now I'm
- 1:52:42Speaker 3: going to go on the road with my boys and
- 1:52:44Speaker 3: it's like a party and we're going to go for
- 1:52:46Speaker 3: a few months and I'm going to do a ton
- 1:52:47Speaker 3: of shows and it would be great. It's like a
- 1:52:50Speaker 3: little escape from my regular life of acting. And, uh,
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: And now, like, with the family, I'm like, I just
- 1:52:57Speaker 3: feel like a dastardly dog.
- 1:52:59Speaker 1: Yeah, well, your wife had a freaking kid, first of all,
- 1:53:01Speaker 1: which I don't know if she should have done or not,
- 1:53:03Speaker 1: but her choice. I think she should have, yeah.
- 1:53:06Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:53:06Speaker 3: I think she should have, yeah.
- 1:53:06Speaker 1: But, yeah, once she did that, it kind of put
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: you in the hot seat. Yeah, yeah. And also, like,
- 1:53:11Speaker 1: being around. That was supposed to be some kind of
- 1:53:14Speaker 1: a joke, but I'm just kidding. I was, like, blaming
- 1:53:17Speaker 1: having a kid on just her.
- 1:53:19Speaker 3: Yeah, it's her fault. What are you doing having this
- 1:53:20Speaker 3: fucking kid, huh? Yeah, how dare she? Actually, she slipped
- 1:53:23Speaker 3: that one by me. I just thought she was gaining weight.
- 1:53:25Speaker 3: I'm like, look at my plump little Betty. She's looking
- 1:53:28Speaker 3: all sexy.
- 1:53:29Speaker 1: A little round mound. Look at her go smuggling a
- 1:53:32Speaker 1: little basketball in there. And then out came a kid, dude.
- 1:53:36Speaker 3: It was wild.
- 1:53:36Speaker 1: You just keep tickling her?
- 1:53:38Speaker 3: Yeah. Like, hey.
- 1:53:39Speaker 1: She's like, don't tickle me. Something's going to pop out.
- 1:53:41Speaker 1: She's like, oh, man.
- 1:53:42Speaker 3: She's having spasms in her belly like I do, looking
- 1:53:45Speaker 3: like a little handprint coming out.
- 1:53:47Speaker 1: Just like me. uh yeah dude it was wild when she.
- 1:53:51Speaker 3: Had it the uh our our son beau turned around
- 1:53:54Speaker 3: when she they pulled him out he looked right back
- 1:53:56Speaker 3: at me dude no it was like it was like
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: it stopped my heart it was like they everyone says
- 1:54:01Speaker 3: it's like a transformative thing to see your son or
- 1:54:05Speaker 3: daughter be born but it stopped me dead in my
- 1:54:07Speaker 3: track he looked right at me like bitch what just
- 1:54:09Speaker 3: happened like i've been all cooking up warm inside right
- 1:54:12Speaker 3: and now i'm out here all cold he turned around
- 1:54:14Speaker 3: was just like Like, I'm the captain now.
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like, I steer this ship.
- 1:54:19Speaker 3: I rise.
- 1:54:19Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
- 1:54:20Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:54:21Speaker 1: Yeah, it was pretty wild. Dude, the origin story of
- 1:54:23Speaker 1: humans is pretty crazy that you climb out of some
- 1:54:25Speaker 1: woman's belly, dude. It's like Greek mythology type shit. It's
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: the vagina, though.
- 1:54:29Speaker 3: Well, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:54:31Speaker 1: Some of them come out the belly, dude.
- 1:54:32Speaker 3: Actually, no, you were right. You were right, because it came,
- 1:54:34Speaker 3: my wife had a C-section, so you were right. The
- 1:54:36Speaker 3: perverts go out the, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:54:38Speaker 1: That's what I did, you?
- 1:54:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm a little freak like that, dog.
- 1:54:42Speaker 1: I'm a little freak like that.
- 1:54:43Speaker 3: Skeet, skeet. Yeah. Dude, it's a potty.
- 1:54:49Speaker 1: Do not lick on the way out.
- 1:54:51Speaker 3: That's what I did. That's what I did. You're supposed
- 1:54:56Speaker 3: to read the, it says on the wall in there,
- 1:54:58Speaker 3: do not lick on the way out.
- 1:54:59Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:55:00Speaker 1: I read it and like, watch me, bitch. I'm gobbling.
- 1:55:02Speaker 3: I'm gobbling up the world. Watch me whip. Yeah.
- 1:55:06Speaker 1: Watch me nay-nay. Watch me nay-nay.
- 1:55:08Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:55:08Speaker 1: I almost said it at the same time.
- 1:55:10Speaker 3: Adam Devine, man.
- 1:55:11Speaker 1: Theo Vaughn.
- 1:55:12Speaker 3: Thanks so much, dude, for hanging out.
- 1:55:14Speaker 1: So fun. I'm glad to see you're physically doing okay.
- 1:55:17Speaker 3: Your family's growing.
- 1:55:19Speaker 1: We got to keep making fun. You have to keep
- 1:55:21Speaker 1: making fun stuff. This was one thing that I thought
- 1:55:22Speaker 1: was really exceptional that Danny McBride said. He goes, you know,
- 1:55:26Speaker 1: I don't know if Hollywood knew that they wanted Eastbound
- 1:55:28Speaker 1: because people were always like, why don't they make shit
- 1:55:29Speaker 1: like Eastbound and now anymore? You always hear that kind
- 1:55:31Speaker 1: of stuff, right?
- 1:55:32Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:55:33Speaker 1: And he's like, nobody was asking us for something like
- 1:55:35Speaker 1: he's been a down. Nobody was asking us for something
- 1:55:37Speaker 1: like a vice principal. It was like, we just made
- 1:55:40Speaker 1: it and then said, we know this is funny. And
- 1:55:43Speaker 1: then they jump on it because you can't expect them
- 1:55:47Speaker 1: to think of the next thing. That's not what they
- 1:55:50Speaker 1: do anymore. He didn't say that's not what they do anymore,
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: but that's what I start to realize. They don't have
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: that creative thing anymore.
- 1:55:56Speaker 3: That's our job. That's our job. Our job is to
- 1:55:59Speaker 3: give them what we think is the funniest thing. And
- 1:56:02Speaker 3: that's what we did with Workaholics and what we're going
- 1:56:04Speaker 3: to try to do with this new show if we
- 1:56:05Speaker 3: actually get to make it is like you make what
- 1:56:09Speaker 3: you think is the funniest and what you and your
- 1:56:12Speaker 3: friends would laugh at and what you want to see,
- 1:56:15Speaker 3: what you want to actually watch. And then hopefully other
- 1:56:19Speaker 3: people get on board. And I, you know, I feel,
- 1:56:21Speaker 3: and I think you have a finger on the pulse too,
- 1:56:24Speaker 3: is we know what we like.
- 1:56:27Speaker 1: And it seems like a lot of other people like
- 1:56:29Speaker 1: what we like as well.
- 1:56:30Speaker 3: So that, you know, I think you just have to
- 1:56:33Speaker 3: make shit that you think is fun and funny and what,
- 1:56:37Speaker 3: not even what other people want to see because they
- 1:56:40Speaker 3: don't even know they want to see it until you
- 1:56:42Speaker 3: make it.
- 1:56:43Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:56:43Speaker 1: So that's the thing. And that's a lot of things.
- 1:56:45Speaker 1: It's like, if you wait forever to get somebody to
- 1:56:49Speaker 1: sign off on your thing, then it might not happen.
- 1:56:52Speaker 1: You just have to go and, and try and figure
- 1:56:54Speaker 1: it out. And investing in yourself. That's what I realized.
- 1:56:56Speaker 1: Like if I lose investing in myself, I don't really
- 1:56:59Speaker 1: fucking lose.
- 1:57:00Speaker 3: It's like, and at least you did it and you
- 1:57:02Speaker 3: had that experience and you know, the nuts and bolts
- 1:57:04Speaker 3: of creating something now. So if you decide to do
- 1:57:06Speaker 3: it again, you can go, this is what I would change.
- 1:57:09Speaker 3: That's what I would do differently. Yeah. Uh, and also the, like, like, uh,
- 1:57:17Speaker 3: with people making something that they think other people would
- 1:57:21Speaker 3: want to see, that's where you lose.
- 1:57:24Speaker 1: When you start to go, I.
- 1:57:27Speaker 3: Know that they want to see this type of show,
- 1:57:29Speaker 3: like this is what's selling, or this is what, you know,
- 1:57:32Speaker 3: I think that's when you get in a little trouble. Like,
- 1:57:35Speaker 3: make what you want to make, and then hopefully that'll
- 1:57:39Speaker 3: catch on. Because as soon as you start to like
- 1:57:42Speaker 3: go down the path, then it's derivative. And people are like,
- 1:57:45Speaker 3: didn't we already see this show? We've already done this.
- 1:57:47Speaker 3: Then you're just kind of– yeah, then you're just a follower. Yeah.
- 1:57:50Speaker 3: But yeah, it's tough. It's tough to figure it out.
- 1:57:52Speaker 1: And obviously you and I are– we're speaking from a
- 1:57:54Speaker 1: place where we can afford to try and make a project.
- 1:57:57Speaker 1: So it's like not trying to sound like knowing that
- 1:58:01Speaker 1: there's not a barrier to entry to that for regular folks.
- 1:58:04Speaker 1: It's lowered so much.
- 1:58:06Speaker 3: I agree. Yeah. I agree.
- 1:58:07Speaker 1: It's so different now that you can get a camera.
- 1:58:09Speaker 1: You can get a– a phone, you can figure something
- 1:58:11Speaker 1: out yourself, how to make things, you know?
- 1:58:13Speaker 3: Well, it was like when we did work, not to
- 1:58:16Speaker 3: just keep harping on this shit, but there's, this is
- 1:58:18Speaker 3: my experience is when we did workaholics, it was the
- 1:58:22Speaker 3: barrier of entry had just lowered. It used to be
- 1:58:25Speaker 3: like to make something like that. It was, a hundred
- 1:58:29Speaker 3: thousand dollars to make, you know, to even make a
- 1:58:32Speaker 3: short film, uh, for $ 50, 000 or whatever. And everyone had
- 1:58:36Speaker 3: to put it on credit cards and like to try
- 1:58:38Speaker 3: to make something that.
- 1:58:39Speaker 1: Maybe would work.
- 1:58:40Speaker 3: And you had to slurp off some producer somewhere. You
- 1:58:42Speaker 3: would have to, you're constantly gobbling. Yeah. You're constantly gobbling.
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: And someone wants you to use silverware when you blow
- 1:58:47Speaker 3: them or whatever. I'm like, how rich is this guy?
- 1:58:50Speaker 3: Oh my God. Fucking pour some gray Poupon on that
- 1:58:52Speaker 3: bitch and do, do some gobbles.
- 1:58:55Speaker 1: Uh, But now, you know, it was just.
- 1:58:58Speaker 3: Like a camera and some lights, and we were able
- 1:59:00Speaker 3: to shoot something that Comedy Central was like, what you
- 1:59:03Speaker 3: doing over there? You know? Yeah. Yeah, it's interesting.
- 1:59:07Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:59:08Speaker 1: I'm trying to sound inspirational to people. Yeah, me too.
- 1:59:11Speaker 3: I feel like it's a lot of word salad for
- 1:59:13Speaker 3: me sometimes.
- 1:59:14Speaker 1: But, yeah, I'm just trying to be a fucking inspiration.
- 1:59:19Speaker 3: I think you are, dude.
- 1:59:20Speaker 1: Survivor of Cement Truck.
- 1:59:23Speaker 3: Uh-huh.
- 1:59:24Speaker 1: You know, the guys fought in the AEW. The fourth
- 1:59:28Speaker 1: season of Righteous Gemstone is going on right now. New
- 1:59:30Speaker 1: projects in the works. The podcast, you can lock in,
- 1:59:33Speaker 1: listen to Adam have ideas, think about things, share everyday
- 1:59:36Speaker 1: stuff on his life with some of the stars. Yep,
- 1:59:41Speaker 1: this is important. Anders Blake.
- 1:59:44Speaker 3: Kyle Nwachek. Yeah, he's been off the– he's been directing–
- 1:59:48Speaker 3: Happy Gilmore, too. So that bitch is busy. Too busy
- 1:59:51Speaker 3: for the pod. Must be nice, Kyle.
- 1:59:54Speaker 1: Must be nice. Adam Ryan, thanks so much for hanging out, dude.
- 1:59:57Speaker 1: Best of luck, man. Good to see you, brother.
- 1:59:59Speaker 3: You too.
- 2:00:09Speaker 2: Cornerstone Oh but when I reach that ground I'll share
- 2:00:16Speaker 2: this peace of mind I found I can feel it
- 2:00:20Speaker 2: in my bones
