- 0:08Speaker 2: you follow her on Twitter. Great stuff there and even
- 0:12Speaker 2: better at substacks. She's got videos and podcasts and interviews,
- 0:15Speaker 2: all kinds of stuff the column Just go to Anculter
- 0:18Speaker 2: dot substack dot com and Culter. How you doing fantastic?
- 0:24Speaker 1: How are you, Mark Silone?
- 0:25Speaker 2: I'm good, I'm good. So Tom Holman just announced they're
- 0:29Speaker 2: pulling seven hundred ICE agents out of Minnesota. But I
- 0:32Speaker 2: think that's because they've arrested four thousand illegals already. They're
- 0:35Speaker 2: getting the job done. Aren't you happy?
- 0:37Speaker 1: Have they gotten four thousand? That's fantastic. Yeah, the ones
- 0:42Speaker 1: that haven't been sprung by a federal district court judge yet.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Well, they got some of those. Actually, they catch them
- 0:48Speaker 2: when they come out of the courthouse. And the Minnesota
- 0:51Speaker 2: mayor admitting the economy has tanked in the last few
- 0:55Speaker 2: weeks because he's allowed all this rioting on the streets.
- 0:58Speaker 1: So I think what Trump should do, perhaps this is
- 1:00Speaker 1: what they're doing, is send in basically the same force
- 1:05Speaker 1: to various other blue cities around the country, you know,
- 1:10Speaker 1: San Francisco, Chicago. I don't even know them all Portland, Maine,
- 1:17Speaker 1: so that ANTIFA doesn't know where to go. Just you know,
- 1:19Speaker 1: send in like a one week force and have them
- 1:22Speaker 1: pop up like where's wald over the country.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Well, what about this idea of just pull out a
- 1:30Speaker 2: Minnesota and announced that the federal government agrees Minneapolis sanctuary city,
- 1:36Speaker 2: every illegal go there and just let it go all
- 1:38Speaker 2: to hell, just to show people what going.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Well illegals can travel. It's a problem. I mean, I
- 1:50Speaker 1: sort of like the idea of punishing them. I'm sympathetic
- 1:53Speaker 1: to that, but we do we do have federal law,
- 1:58Speaker 1: and it does need to be in force. You can't
- 2:00Speaker 1: just throw a tantrum and have the federal government say, oh, okay,
- 2:04Speaker 1: we won't enforce these laws. But I do think it's
- 2:07Speaker 1: a problem that every anarchist, left wing, lunatic ANTIFA in
- 2:13Speaker 1: the country now knows their mecca is Minneapolis now. So
- 2:18Speaker 1: if you kept throwing it off and keeping them in
- 2:20Speaker 1: cities you know, really fall far apart, they wouldn't have
- 2:24Speaker 1: time to get there. But I do think you have
- 2:26Speaker 1: to enforce federal law, particularly, I mean, it would be
- 2:29Speaker 1: like trying to keep COVID to a single state like
- 2:33Speaker 1: Virus's illegals travel.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Now, what about this theory is that because Democrats liberal,
- 2:40Speaker 2: they're crazier than ever, wackier than ever, add more out
- 2:43Speaker 2: of control than everyone. What was this theory that the
- 2:45Speaker 2: rise of cannabis and the use of cannabis has led
- 2:48Speaker 2: to this?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Why I just tweeted about that. You know, I've written
- 2:52Speaker 1: quite a bit about it. I believe I was the
- 2:54Speaker 1: first to review Alex Berenson's book Tell Your Children, really
- 3:00Speaker 1: making the case, proving that overwhelmingly he was, I guess,
- 3:04Speaker 1: a long time science reporter for the New York Times.
- 3:07Speaker 1: They were not as interested in what he had to
- 3:09Speaker 1: say about pot or COVID. In any event, Yeah, the
- 3:14Speaker 1: studies I mean in that book, the studies are overwhelming
- 3:19Speaker 1: that they all as with COVID, I might add, you know,
- 3:22Speaker 1: the Europeans got COVID right sending kids back to school
- 3:26Speaker 1: way before we did, and again our media censored that information.
- 3:31Speaker 1: I did an interview with this guy, David Zweg, who
- 3:33Speaker 1: wrote a very important book about this, and he was
- 3:36Speaker 1: the New York Times reporter. One of his articles was
- 3:39Speaker 1: the most viewed. It would not publish his article when
- 3:44Speaker 1: he started looking he had young kids in school, and
- 3:46Speaker 1: he was, you know, upset about about how his children,
- 3:51Speaker 1: all the other children are going crazy. So he started
- 3:53Speaker 1: looking at all these European studies and what European countries
- 3:56Speaker 1: were doing, and the New York Times would simply refuse
- 4:01Speaker 1: to print that. Well, it's the same thing with the
- 4:03Speaker 1: pot studies. It's a big problem pot in setting off schizophrenia,
- 4:09Speaker 1: particularly in young men, though not limited to young men.
- 4:13Speaker 1: It happens in older people too, And surprisingly enough, New
- 4:18Speaker 1: York Times has a story today saying, Canadian researchers, you know,
- 4:21Speaker 1: they're ten years, ten years late, have found the exact
- 4:25Speaker 1: same thing.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Huh. And what do we do about that? This spread continues,
- 4:29Speaker 2: it's growing, it's worse, its behaviors, it's going to get
- 4:32Speaker 2: even worse. There's no way to stop it now.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Well, you know, I've done some podcasts on this. I
- 4:37Speaker 1: keep meaning to write a full article. One thing is
- 4:41Speaker 1: these fads from the left of what you're I think
- 4:46Speaker 1: they're mostly from the left what you should eat. I mean,
- 4:50Speaker 1: consider the fact that the truth about the food pyramid
- 4:54Speaker 1: is that it has been exactly upside down for what
- 4:58Speaker 1: the past twenty thirty years, and that probably does have
- 5:02Speaker 1: a lot to do with how Americans have gotten so fat,
- 5:06Speaker 1: telling people to avoid to avoid fats and consume a
- 5:11Speaker 1: lot more carbohydrates. No, no, you're supposed to avoid carbs
- 5:16Speaker 1: and fats are just fine for you. The Atkins diet.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I don't particularly practice it, but that is the ideal diet.
- 5:24Speaker 1: And similarly, I'm sorry, I'm going a long way to
- 5:27Speaker 1: get back to pot. Similarly, this thing about how alcohol
- 5:31Speaker 1: is so bad for you, I mean, you can check
- 5:33Speaker 1: with our very very smart doctor friends in New York.
- 5:37Speaker 1: They have a misleading way of stating it, so it
- 5:40Speaker 1: would be something like, you know, drinking any amount of
- 5:44Speaker 1: alcohol will increase this, that and the other cancer increases
- 5:49Speaker 1: it by like twenty percent. But what they mean is
- 5:51Speaker 1: it increases the odds of twenty percent, which actually ends
- 5:56Speaker 1: up being something like a fraction of one percent. And
- 6:01Speaker 1: if you're going to tell kids no alcohol, no alcohol,
- 6:03Speaker 1: no alcohol, they're going to start smoking a lot more
- 6:06Speaker 1: pop which is obviously much much much worse for them
- 6:09Speaker 1: and makes them stupid. And we don't need a stupid populace.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I mean, the entire all of Western civilization was built
- 6:16Speaker 1: on coffee, cigarettes, and alcohol. Unless you're an alcoholic and
- 6:21Speaker 1: only about ten percent of people who drink become alcoholics.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Alcohol really isn't bad for you, it's it's the social lubricants.
- 6:29Speaker 1: And it was Biden's Attorney general, that Indian guy who
- 6:32Speaker 1: wanted warning labels on alcohol. And meanwhile, you know with
- 6:38Speaker 1: one hand, they're doing that with the other hand, and
- 6:40Speaker 1: let's legalize pot. Oh, it's just medicinal, which is a
- 6:46Speaker 1: nonsense ruse. But yeah, I think I think the unjustified
- 6:51Speaker 1: attack on alcohol has a lot to do with the
- 6:54Speaker 1: massive increase in pot consumption. And also when states start
- 6:59Speaker 1: legal even under the rules of it being medicinal, or
- 7:03Speaker 1: legalizing it for recreational use, that does send a message
- 7:09Speaker 1: to young kids that it's fine, Oh, it can be medicine.
- 7:13Speaker 1: It's natural. Yeah, arsenic is natural.
- 7:17Speaker 2: So you should we point out this is not nineteen
- 7:19Speaker 2: sixties woodstock hippie pot. This is a much much, much
- 7:24Speaker 2: stronger form that we have nowadays, much much worse.
- 7:27Speaker 1: So yes, yes, stunningly so. Yes, that's an important point.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Absolutely right. Hey, I really liked your tweets on Don Lemon.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Oh, don't you feel bad for our buddy Don Lemon.
- 7:44Speaker 1: He's ridiculous. It is so obvious that he broke the lawyer.
- 7:47Speaker 1: The defense of him is preposterous. He was not acting
- 7:51Speaker 1: as I did. I mentioned him in my five Stories
- 7:55Speaker 1: podcast this weekend, I do the stories of the week.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I just loved the idea that he's this newsman. He's
- 8:03Speaker 1: got he's got such a nose for news. He just thought, well,
- 8:06Speaker 1: if I hang around this church with my with my camera,
- 8:09Speaker 1: maybe something won't happen. No, he was involved with the
- 8:12Speaker 1: activists from the beginning. He's talking about we're going in
- 8:16Speaker 1: the videos, which I highly recommend people watch. You got
- 8:19Speaker 1: to play some clips from it. I did it, and
- 8:21Speaker 1: I played some clips in my podcast. For one thing,
- 8:23Speaker 1: they're all chanting. They really take over the church in
- 8:27Speaker 1: an ugly, ugly, really violent way. I mean, imagine doing
- 8:32Speaker 1: that an abortion clinic, which is the other part of
- 8:35Speaker 1: this law. And I feel so sorry for There's some
- 8:39Speaker 1: old people standing there and they just look terrified. All
- 8:41Speaker 1: the families with their kids are leaving. They're heckling the kids.
- 8:44Speaker 1: One of the great things the protesters are yelling, yes
- 8:48Speaker 1: they are hands up, don't shoot, the most famously disproved
- 8:54Speaker 1: claim by a criminal conspirator of Michael Brown, who, by
- 9:00Speaker 1: the way, when he was all Doring and Johnson. I
- 9:02Speaker 1: remember him. He was my safe. He was all over
- 9:05Speaker 1: TV after that. That was the Ferguson incident with Big
- 9:08Speaker 1: Mike Brown, the gentle giant, and he was the one
- 9:10Speaker 1: who invented the claim of Brown getting on his knees
- 9:14Speaker 1: putting up his hands up, don't shoot. At that time
- 9:17Speaker 1: he was facing trial for perjury. Yeah, and he's the media's.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Go to guy, hands up, don't you turned out to
- 9:26Speaker 2: be totally false.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Never happened, so, as proved by both the Attorney General
- 9:32Speaker 1: of Missouri and the Obama Justice Department. They had the
- 9:36Speaker 1: forensics on how the bullet went in, et cetera, et cetera,
- 9:39Speaker 1: and actually a lot of the witnesses, witnesses that were
- 9:42Speaker 1: good enough for Laurence O'Donnell on MSNBC. When they got
- 9:45Speaker 1: before the grand jury, they admitted they were lying.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Yes, But the problem is this could revive Don Lemon's career.
- 9:51Speaker 2: He might actually even get a job out of this.
- 9:55Speaker 1: I don't think so. You see my defense form on Twitter.
- 9:59Speaker 1: I said he should say, I'm a DEI higher, I'm
- 10:03Speaker 1: not that intelligent. I had no idea what the law is.
- 10:08Speaker 1: How can the jury reject that. I like that.
- 10:11Speaker 2: That's actually pretty good. But you're right, guys, he's a
- 10:15Speaker 2: newsman who's never broken a single story in his entire life.
- 10:19Speaker 2: He's basically a talk show host anchorman. He looked good
- 10:21Speaker 2: on TV. That's about it.
- 10:23Speaker 1: But he was behaving as an activist. I mean he's talking,
- 10:26Speaker 1: they're harassing. The pastor was surprisingly lovely and calm and
- 10:31Speaker 1: talking to these activist lunatics. And Lemon is harassing the
- 10:37Speaker 1: pastor at some point that's just talking to him, and
- 10:39Speaker 1: he touches Lemon's arm, and Lemon does the actives thing.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Don't touch me.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Well, he's a journalist, he's working, he's busy, so well.
- 10:50Speaker 2: And culture great stuff. Everybody follow and culture on Twitter.
