- 0:14Well, well, well.
- 0:17In what can be not a surprise to anybody at this point that I have to address the biggest story this week.
- 0:27My plan originally was not this, but here we are.
- 0:33There's so much going on, but the Eric Swalwell situation is it cannot be ignored.
- 0:39And it's not being ignored anywhere, which is good news.
- 0:43The bad news is why now.
- 0:46Or I should say the most interesting question is why now.
- 0:50And I have a little insight insight on that only because of what I've seen in the past and kind of with the Chinese spy situation.
- 0:57As you can imagine, that was a huge topic in my house when Mike was first arrested for being a Chinese spy in October of 2020.
- 1:06And then all this information came out that Eric Swalwell was apparently allegedly been compromised by a Chinese spy.
- 1:14Also, Diane Feinstein's uh driver was a Chinese spy for 30 years.
- 1:21Nobody's arrested, nothing happens.
- 1:25That is two of I can say countless stories that I found in my last five years of a investigation into the relationship between the Department of Justice, the Congress, Senate, whatever you want to call it, all of it, to China.
- 1:39Many of you have heard my stories through the years and my outrage at how everyday Americans are treated completely differently than members of Congress, celebrities.
- 1:53I mean, Leonardo DiCaprio was in the movie The Wolf of Wall Street, which was funded by dark money, and this Malaysian billionaire gave him a Picasso, and he had to get the Picasso back, and he testified against.
- 2:44Countless people attached to that case that have never been charged.
- 2:50Names we'll never hear.
- 2:52Names I know through my research, big people who's a Rolling Stone article out there about Pros Michelle regarding his arrest and his straw donations, which is means you get a bunch of money and then you splinter it out.
- 3:10It's illegal, you can't do it.
- 3:13And Pros Michelle from the Fuji's was the only one that was arrested in that case, from what I understand.
- 3:19And there were endless people involved in that.
- 3:24So for someone like our family, and my husband, who again would never, you know, has never had a speeding ticket to be wrapped up as a Chinese spy and used by our government to distract from all the other things that they were doing with the Chinese uh CCP is disgusting.
- 3:43And Swalwell was number one.
- 3:47And I don't know how much you know about Eric Swalwell or his past with Fang, which is the woman who infiltrated his uh political life.
- 3:57Uh we don't know what relationship they had.
- 4:01I don't know.
- 4:02I don't know.
- 4:03I wasn't there, but I do know that she was a spy, and I do know that she had infiltrated local governments across the country and mayors.
- 4:12So this is not a new phenomenon about Fang.
- 4:15So when Fang gets to Swalwell and he's smitten or whatever he is by her, these, you know, Chinese spies are are, you know, they call it a honeypot.
- 4:27Uh there are many, I'm sure many politicians on the hill right now which are are shaking a bit uh which with what happened with Eric Swalwell this past week.
- 4:38So the FBI in the Swalwell case actually did their job there.
- 4:51And with Diane Feinstein.
- 4:54They went to Eric Swalwell and said, hey, dude, you've been compromised by a Chinese.
- 4:59Did you realize what you were doing with this Chinese spy?
- 5:04He goes, Oh, I had no idea.
- 5:06So he claims, I had no idea.
- 5:09But miraculous, Feng was able to flee the country.
- 5:16How does that happen?
- 5:19If the FBI knows she's a spy, knows she's been canoodling with multiple politicians, but gets out of the country.
- 5:30And she is one of many.
- 5:34Why I know this stuff, why this comes into my life, only God knows why.
- 5:39But can you imagine our family seeing that?
- 5:43And that's one of countless stories.
- 5:46Diane Feinsey, this was her driver for 30 years.
- 5:53Driver.
- 5:56Where's he?
- 5:57Oh, look at that.
- 6:00Fled.
- 6:02I got almost I didn't even have to finish reading these cases about Chinese spies in the United States before I got to the last paragraph where he said they're they are no, they're not in the country.
- 6:14They're they're whatever.
- 6:19They fled on our watch.
- 6:22But there's a reason for that.
- 6:23That's not an accident.
- 6:24That's not an accident.
- 6:26That was a much bigger story that I, again, uh 99.9% of it.
- 6:33I'll never know.
- 6:34But we lived it.
- 6:36We lived with the fact that our FBI was talking to CCP officials who they claimed were victims of my husband and giving them favor.
- 6:49And nobody wrote the story.
- 6:51Nobody talked about it.
- 6:54The media ignored it.
- 6:58Fang, gone.
- 7:02The real people involved in whatever operation was going on in my husband's situation.
- 7:02The real people involved in whatever operation was going on in my husband's situation.
- 7:07He had nothing to do with it.
- 7:07He had nothing to do with it, but there were people here who were involved in some sort of shady business gone.
- 7:08But there were people here who were involved in some sort of shady business gone.
- 7:16Clearly working with the FBI, obviously.
- 7:16Clearly working with the FBI, obviously.
- 7:19I mean, come on.
- 7:19I mean, come on.
- 7:23Chinese agents, CCP will lie, cheat, steal, do whatever it takes to follow the orders of the CCP in the United States.
- 7:23Chinese agents, CCP will lie, cheat, steal, do whatever it takes to follow.
- 7:32They'll do it in the United States, they'll do it in every country around the world.
- 7:35This is not new.
- 7:38When Swalwell was compromised, this was not new to the FBI.
- 7:44To the intelligence divisions.
- 7:48But what happens to him?
- 7:50Oops.
- 7:52He's on the intelligence committee.
- 7:55So he's getting these like high-end briefs.
- 7:58Are you are these it listen?
- 8:01This is not a one-off, okay?
- 8:03I have seen it.
- 8:04There are people in my husband's case who clearly were compromised by the CCP.
- 8:14Who are their friends?
- 8:16They go out drinking, carrying on, they've got a hard drive, they throw it in.
- 8:21What happens?
- 8:23The drinking, the the the shenanigans.
- 8:27You're making it so easy.
- 8:33So what happens to Swalwell?
- 8:36Does he stay in Congress?
- 8:37Of course.
- 8:38Does he stay on the Intel?
- 8:40Of course.
- 8:41Of course he does.
- 8:42Because Nancy Pelosi was okay with it.
- 8:46He was a useful person to her.
- 8:49He did her bidding.
- 8:51He was a very loyal soldier to her.
- 8:54But why would she keep him on the intel committee?
- 8:58Would have been a very easy fix for her to just say, you know, something not a good look for us.
- 9:03But it didn't matter because they knew there's so much dirty business that goes on.
- 9:11So many people are compromised.
- 9:13Not just by China.
- 9:17So Swalwell's like sitting pretty.
- 9:20He thinks he is like, yeah, he was.
- 9:22He was protected.
- 9:23He was protected for a very, very long time.
- 9:27And then, and Diane Feinstein passed away.
- 9:30We will never know.
- 9:32But there is something about Diane Feinstein.
- 9:37And her, let's call allegiance to China.
- 9:46We could do a whole show on that.
- 9:50There's a book called Fool's Gold, written by Jed McFadder.
- 9:56Susan Carabtree about California and China.
- 10:01I I encourage you, if you're interested, we all should be educating ourselves because they think we're stupid.
- 10:07And we're in the day and age now where we have these people working so hard to make sure we're not stupid.
- 10:13And we're and we're where we're educated on what's really going on now.
- 10:19This is interesting.
- 10:20So then what happens?
- 10:24Joe Biden happens.
- 10:26And Nancy decides, no, we can't have that.
- 10:31After the debate with Trump, not good.
- 10:34It's gotta go.
- 10:35And Nancy admits that she goes in and talk, they have a heart to heart.
- 10:40And the one of the stories I heard was that they prayed the rosary together.
- 10:44Now part of me hopes that's true, and part of me hopes it's not for reasons I think are obvious.
- 10:58You know, when your enemy is coming at you, who claimed to have been your friend, that you were on the same side.
- 11:07We're and then just totally kneecaps you.
- 11:14But let's say a prayer first before you go.
- 11:18And Joe said that he wasn't speaking to her after that, after that incident.
- 11:22That, and and Dr.
- 11:24Jill was clearly not happy with the what happened.
- 11:28So in goes Kamala Harris, of course, she loses completely not unelected, appointed, you know, with the bait and switch, boom, you're done.
- 11:42This is who you're voting for now.
- 11:43Completely against everything our country stands for.
- 11:45It doesn't matter, they don't care.
- 11:47And she loses.
- 11:48Oh boy.
- 11:49Now, in the 2016 election, when Trump won, all hell broke loose.
- 11:56Russia, spying, they went, they went nuts.
- 12:01Nuts.
- 12:04They had to get him out.
- 12:06Now remember, it wasn't that they had to get Trump out because of any other reason than he had.
- 12:11Now he's coming on it on the inside.
- 12:13Now he's part of the system.
- 12:15He's part of the machine.
- 12:16And nobody likes when a newcomer comes in when the machine is working very well for them.
- 12:23The relationship between China and Obama was very hostile.
- 12:28It was very Obama wanted to be a you know we're friends, we're bros, we're hanging out, we're chilling, we're going out, we're rolling up the sleeves, you know.
- 12:36Look at us, having a good time.
- 12:37And then all of a sudden, Xi Jinping's like, huh.
- 12:40That's not how we roll.
- 12:42We do what our way.
- 12:44And went behind Obama's back, embarrassed him.
- 12:47He didn't like that.
- 12:49Hillary's supposed to win.
- 12:51She didn't win.
- 12:52Oh boy.
- 12:57Now, what does China think about old Donald Trump?
- 13:03They don't know.
- 13:04They don't know.
- 13:05They don't know how to handle him.
- 13:07But the relationship to the CCP and the government, I mean, that was a machine, right?
- 13:11That's that is something that, you know, we again, we will know very minuscule amounts about that.
- 13:17But it was a machine.
- 13:19Obama tried to make it that we're all on the same page, didn't work out, and then Trump gets in.
- 13:26Uh-oh.
- 13:28The CCP panics.
- 13:30Everybody's, they're all panicking about what to do.
- 13:38Meanwhile, Swalwell's still on the Intelligence Committee.
- 13:43No one's paying attention to what he's doing.
- 13:47Too busy.
- 13:49Finally, he gets taken off.
- 13:52Finally, he gets taken off of the he ransom, he tries to run for president.
- 13:56That's another whatever.
- 13:58That didn't work out.
- 13:59Shocker.
- 14:04And then he's back to business.
- 14:04And then he's back to business.
- 14:05He's back to.
- 14:06Back to.
- 14:06But what happens is Nancy has anointed him to be the voice to go.
- 14:06But what happens is Nancy has anointed him to be the voice to go.
- 14:12He was all in.
- 14:12He was all in.
- 14:14He was threatening people recently.
- 14:14He was threatening people recently.
- 14:17Swalwell.
- 14:17Swalwell.
- 14:18And when we get when we get back in power, we're going after you, your family.
- 14:18When we get when we get back in power, we're going after you, your family.
- 14:23Schumer, family, your child.
- 14:23Schumer, family, your child.
- 14:25What?
- 14:25What?
- 14:26What is happening?
- 14:26What is happening?
- 14:27What?
- 14:27What he's following orders.
- 14:28He's following orders, Swalwell.
- 14:32Like a good little boy.
- 14:34And Nancy's throwing him out there.
- 14:36Hakeem is kind of not paying, just kind of going off to the side.
- 14:40Swallow went out front and center.
- 14:42Well, what does that do to someone's ego?
- 14:46Yep.
- 14:46You haven't caught me before.
- 14:48You guys all know what I do, right?
- 14:49Okay, you all know that what I've done before in the past.
- 14:52You know.
- 14:55The someone said to me once.
- 15:01Washington, DC is like high school with money.
- 15:05I see that.
- 15:09Why?
- 15:10Many reasons.
- 15:12They're behaving like high school boys, frat boys.
- 15:17But to get to that position, to even get to that position.
- 15:22As someone said that in DC, they go through your underwear drawer.
- 15:25They know everything about you.
- 15:27They know everything about you before you even step foot in the Capitol.
- 15:35And I the joke is everybody's got a file.
- 15:37Everybody's got a binder.
- 15:39Yep, you need it.
- 15:40Pull it out.
- 15:41Swalwell's binder must have been, he must have two binders.
- 15:45Because there's no doubt the FBI, the DOJ, the intelligence community.
- 15:51I'm sure Fang may have been debriefed before she was allowed to flee the country to tell the FBI, and they probably believed her what she had done.
- 16:00Oop, she better go.
- 16:01I don't know.
- 16:02I wasn't there.
- 16:03I'm just saying it has happened in my husband's case where they interviewed people in the United States and let them flee.
- 16:10Let them go back to China.
- 16:13What were they hoping for?
- 16:16There was a relationship.
- 16:18See what I'm saying?
- 16:18Okay.
- 16:19So that doesn't happen by accident.
- 16:22You don't lose a Chinese spy.
- 16:25Maybe you lose one.
- 16:27You don't lose all of them.
- 16:31Especially ones that have been with multiple politicians, including Diane Feinstein.
- 16:38Who's in California?
- 16:39Who's in a district which is compromised?
- 16:45Clearly.
- 16:47I mean, we didn't, you don't need you don't have to have two brain cells to know that when Xi Jinping comes into California and Gavin Newsom cleans up the streets of the homeless for Xi Jinping and allows Chinese dissidents who are protesting his arrival, get beaten up to the point of bloodied and no one gets arrested.
- 17:08You know whose side he's on.
- 17:10And the fact that Gavin Newsom is running, he's gonna run for president.
- 17:16Talk about cocky.
- 17:19But things are upside down now, guys.
- 17:22Okay.
- 17:23But here's why.
- 17:29There's some big problems with this Swalwell situation.
- 17:39Let's start with why he feels that he's entitled to run for governor of California.
- 17:47They created a monster.
- 17:50And he went with it.
- 17:52But he doesn't think he's a monster.
- 17:54He's like, ah, they know what they know who I am.
- 17:56They know what I do.
- 17:57They all do it.
- 17:58This one does it, that one does it, we're all doing it.
- 18:01Maybe.
- 18:02I'm just saying culture, the culture of it.
- 18:07He got very comfortable in his bad behavior.
- 18:11He's a married man, he's got small children.
- 18:13So on the on the postcard, he fits the you know the visual.
- 18:19But the reality is that's not who he is.
- 18:22And they knew that.
- 18:23And they knew that these women had been harassed.
- 18:33So let's go back.
- 18:37So he decides he's gonna run for governor.
- 18:40Okay.
- 18:42Nancy and the crew.
- 18:44Call them the crew.
- 18:45Let him run.
- 18:47Let him run.
- 18:48We we need him down and we need him to be trashing all the you know, Patel.
- 18:52We need him down there.
- 18:53Let him have his fun with the governor.
- 18:55He's not gonna win.
- 18:56He's not gonna get the nomination.
- 18:59Don't worry about it.
- 19:00Because they have a plan.
- 19:02They have a backup plan if he does end up getting some traction.
- 19:08He was on Jimmy Kimmel.
- 19:10He was on MBSM.
- 19:12He was everywhere, Swalwell.
- 19:14Because he would say anything.
- 19:15He didn't, he knew he was protected.
- 19:17And the and Congress has immunity when they're sitting at their table when they're questioning people in Congress.
- 19:25It's a terrible rule.
- 19:27It's a terrible rule because you can't hold them accountable when they lie to the American people.
- 19:33Knowingly lie.
- 19:35They have immunity.
- 19:37They did it to my husband.
- 19:39Don't think that that's over either, by the way.
- 19:43You put up a big poster of my husband and call him a Chinese spy and the China, China Committee back in 2022, I think it was, or 23.
- 19:51I don't even remember anymore.
- 19:5223.
- 19:53And I, and I went to the office and I called them out on it in DC, and I let them have it.
- 20:01We were in the middle of deciding whether or not my husband, the judge was going to overturn the verdict, and they did that.
- 20:08That was not an accident.
- 20:11And I'm not stupid.
- 20:13But see what I'm saying?
- 20:15Why?
- 20:15Why, why protect China?
- 20:17Why protect the CCP?
- 20:19Why are they so ingrained in our country?
- 20:23Money, power, greed, whatever.
- 20:25It's always the same thing.
- 20:26They want to destroy us from within, blah, blah, blah.
- 20:29We all know it.
- 20:29Buying property next to the military bases, property here, property there, blah, blah, blah.
- 20:34Yeah, whatever.
- 20:35But that's going to change.
- 20:41It's going to change.
- 20:42So he's cocky.
- 20:44He decides I'm going to run.
- 20:46And he's doing the videos, which are so cringy and so uncomfortable.
- 20:50He's he's he's so phony.
- 20:54He's he's terrible.
- 20:56He's terrible in front of the camera.
- 20:58He's not relatable.
- 21:00He's a phony.
- 21:00He's a phony.
- 21:01But it didn't matter.
- 21:01But it didn't matter.
- 21:02It doesn't matter because if people vote D, they vote D.
- 21:02It doesn't matter because if people vote D, they vote D.
- 21:04That's I've had friends of mine go, I just vote Democrat.
- 21:05That's I've had friends of mine go, I just vote Democrat.
- 21:07I don't care.
- 21:07I don't care.
- 21:07That's what I do.
- 21:07That's what I do.
- 21:08That's fine.
- 21:08That's fine.
- 21:08That's your choice.
- 21:08That's your choice.
- 21:09So they know that.
- 21:09So they know that.
- 21:10A lot of people, they don't care.
- 21:10A lot of people, they don't care.
- 21:11Put anybody in there.
- 21:11Put anybody in there.
- 21:12It doesn't matter.
- 21:12It doesn't matter.
- 21:12You know, toilet paper.
- 21:12You know, toilet paper.
- 21:14It doesn't matter.
- 21:14It doesn't matter.
- 21:15I vote D.
- 21:15I vote D.
- 21:18You would hope that you'd have somebody to feel confident in.
- 21:18You would hope that you'd have somebody to feel confident in.
- 21:21And trust me, I am not a political person.
- 21:21And trust me, I am not a political person.
- 21:24If I felt a Democrat was had the best interest of our country and my family and our everything, absolutely, I would vote.
- 21:24If I felt a Democrat was had the best interest of our country and my family and our everything, absolutely, I would vote.
- 21:30I don't care.
- 21:30I don't vote party.
- 21:31I vote policy.
- 21:33And their policies are awful.
- 21:35And now you have people leaving the Democratic Party, running away from it because of that.
- 21:40But not Eric.
- 21:41He's all in.
- 21:42He's all in on all the extremism, all the bad policies.
- 21:46He's, you know, yeah, whatever.
- 21:47Up California and blah, blah, blah.
- 21:49So he's the he's like the poster child.
- 21:52And Nancy obviously had no problem with that.
- 21:54But here's what happened.
- 21:59They did not want him to get the nomination.
- 22:03And it looked like he was going to get the nomination.
- 22:07And two Republicans were leading the polls in California.
- 22:12And again, I am no scholar on elections, but apparently, if there's two Republicans in the lead, they're the ones that go to the vote.
- 22:22Because that's the way California has it set up.
- 22:24So uh-oh.
- 22:26We don't want him to.
- 22:28We don't, we don't want no, that does that's not what that wasn't the plan.
- 22:33I have never in my life.
- 22:35I've been following politics now for five over five years.
- 22:41The pace that that guy was taken down was like whiplash.
- 22:46Holy smokes.
- 22:50Now it started, supposedly, from what I can gather with one of his former interns or somebody work with staff posting something.
- 23:05That she was so upset that this guy could possibly be governor.
- 23:10She posted something somewhere.
- 23:13And it grew momentum.
- 23:15Now that happens.
- 23:16That happened in me too.
- 23:18That it happens.
- 23:22But apparently it was in a small in the San Francisco Chronicle, like in the paper.
- 23:28Trust me, there's been stories all over the country that you wouldn't you'll never hear because they're in small publications across the country.
- 23:35They kind of go away.
- 23:36Even in my husband's case, there was a story in California that was tied to this case that if anybody actually looked at it, would go, wait a minute, there's something weird here.
- 23:45Nope, doesn't happen.
- 23:46Poof, gone.
- 23:49So within someone said, uh, by in a hundred hours.
- 23:58He was gone.
- 24:06At first, the Democrats were saying he's got he can't, he can't, he can't be governor.
- 24:12That was it.
- 24:12First they went, nope, can't run because he got to drop out of the race.
- 24:16Gotta drop out of the race.
- 24:17Nobody was saying he had to leave Congress.
- 24:19Which in that moment showed exactly what was going on.
- 24:27Because in their playbook, all they wanted to do is get him out of the governor's race.
- 24:32Because they knew who he was.
- 24:36But he got a little too close to the sun.
- 24:39So he had to go.
- 24:41But only because the governor, these governor races across the country are everything.
- 24:46California is everything.
- 24:50They are the most progressive state next to like New Jersey or Massachusetts.
- 24:57And it's it's there's so much going on there that they've worked, the Democrats have worked so hard.
- 25:04So many people have fled.
- 25:06So many left.
- 25:08The state is in a shambles, but that's what they want.
- 25:11They want chaos.
- 25:12They burnt down the Palisades.
- 25:14They, you know, I I guess, I mean, I don't know.
- 25:17But I'm saying is that we can't be naive and think these things just happen by accident.
- 25:25Why was a Chinese spy from the military hauled up in the Chinese consulate in San Francisco when she was clearly spying, and then she was allowed to leave.
- 25:42So there's a whole other thing going on.
- 25:47And then more and more people came out.
- 25:49And those women were very credible.
- 25:51I've seen other accusers in the past.
- 25:54I go, okay, I always want to be very open-minded because I think that's you shouldn't judge people on their emotional reactions.
- 26:03Because it's complicated.

- 30:03So first, Eric Swalwell comes out and says, absolutely not true, makes a video.
- 30:08I'm I'm blah.
- 30:09And then poofy gone bond.
- 30:11And he was staying at a billionaire's house in California.
- 30:16And I love this guy.
- 30:17I forget his name.
- 30:18It doesn't matter.
- 30:20Somebody found him on the street.
- 30:22He was walking his dog or something.
- 30:24He was really angry with Eric.
- 30:26He's like, the genuine reaction of like, no, I had no idea.
- 30:30Well, why would he have an idea?
- 30:33He's been sold the package.
- 30:36He's the guy.
- 30:37This is the one we're gonna get behind.
- 30:39Woo-hoo!
- 30:40He doesn't know.
- 30:43Yeah, the Chinese spy.
- 30:44He could he could excuse that.
- 30:48Why, I don't know, but he did.
- 30:52I can't, but so he goes.
- 30:56It was a great interview on the street of Beverly Hills, I think it was, and he said, I I this is he your friend?
- 31:01Are you kidding you kidding me?
- 31:03Bye.
- 31:04And he says, I'm gonna be a libertarian Republican now, a billionaire.
- 31:08Just jumped ship.
- 31:11Do you realize what that means?
- 31:16The money that went out the door.
- 31:19So much money went out the door with this.
- 31:22This guy.
- 31:24It's embarrassing.
- 31:25But Nancy didn't care.
- 31:30Now, maybe it wasn't her.
- 31:32But this is her playbook.
- 31:33She's done it before.
- 31:36She rules the ruse.
- 31:37She is.
- 31:38She's still the boss.
- 31:41And then she goes on television and she says, I didn't know anything about this.
- 31:45I had no idea.
- 31:45That is such.
- 31:47Well, she lies right to your face anyway.
- 31:50The Catholic.
- 31:55And stop using Catholic, Joe and Nancy, okay?
- 31:59I know you can't, but you should.
- 32:02You don't do that to people.
- 32:05Your friends.
- 32:07Because the bottom line is it's it you can't say you're Catholic, and then your policies are anything but you're not using your position to further your moral compass for the country to make family friendly, you know, get back to whatever, whatever that is.
- 32:29You know, support family values.
- 32:31She is the opposite of that.
- 32:33So is Joe.
- 32:33Joe just doesn't know it anymore.
- 32:36You know, they really really took advantage of Joe.
- 32:39But Joe wanted the job, and there he was.
- 32:42So, you know, anyway.
- 32:43I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm going off topic, but the bottom line is why was he removed completely?
- 32:55We're gonna find out because the next one in line, Porter.
- 33:01Jesse Waters calls her potatoes because she threw potatoes at her husband allegedly or something and burned them or something.
- 33:05Sounds like a lovely woman.
- 33:07Um, you see her videos, she's horrific.
- 33:09She's nasty.
- 33:11She is entitled, um, miserable person.
- 33:14She seems like a horrible person.
- 33:16I mean, I have no problem saying that.
- 33:19Because they have her on camera and they have her off camera footage, and she's just yelling at her staff.
- 33:24I mean, horrible, nasty person.
- 33:27So is she gonna stick around?
- 33:28No.
- 33:30She's next.
- 33:31That's what I think.
- 33:32I think the Nancy will uh I can say Biden her.
- 33:36Uh, next.
- 33:36And then there's this other guy, he's a billionaire, and he's like far left, but maybe he they're gonna try to throw him in there.
- 33:42But that's not really my whole, you know, that's the the short version of what went on, but that the the speed of it.
- 33:53They didn't have time, just like Joe.
- 33:57They didn't have time because the the primaries are coming to be subtle.
- 34:06And they threw subtle out the window after Joe.
- 34:08I mean, they were desperate, but they did it in 16 too, 2016.
- 34:13But the difference there was people were in shock that Hillary didn't win.
- 34:19They were in shock.
- 34:21So the whole country was in shock.
- 34:23The world was in shock.
- 34:24So it was a totally different time.
- 34:26Now, and Trump's not even running again.
- 34:30This is all about the midterms.
- 34:31This is all about the governor races.
- 34:32That's it.
- 34:33That is it.
- 34:362028 is is far enough away.
- 34:40This is it.
- 34:41This is this is the the main attraction.
- 34:44So he's gone.
- 34:45She's gonna be, I think Porter's gonna be gone.
- 34:48But what's the real story here?
- 34:52What's the real meat of the story?
- 34:56Which infuriates me.
- 35:02When those women were interviewed on CBS, I believe another woman had a press conference.
- 35:02When those women were interviewed on CBS, I believe another woman had a press conference.
- 35:08It was Gloria Earlred's daughter, is her lawyer.
- 35:08It was Gloria Orlred's daughter, is her lawyer.
- 35:12Very credible, very disturbing, very disturbing details.
- 35:12Very credible, very disturbing, very disturbing details.
- 35:18I felt it I felt it was credible.
- 35:18I felt it, I felt it was credible.
- 35:22To even go out and talk about that.
- 35:22To even go out and talk about that.
- 35:25You know, the the you know, as an actor.
- 35:25You know, the the actor, as a writer, you study behavior.
- 35:37There's information out there now about people getting paid to come out against Trump and accuse him of things.
- 35:45That's out there.
- 35:46I don't have to tell you, you can go find it.
- 35:49It's it's there.
- 35:50Reed Hoffman.
- 35:52He was behind E.
- 35:54Gene Carroll.
- 35:55He is the creator and founder of LinkedIn.
- 35:57He's also got some other shenanigans going on.
- 36:00The money that is paid just to get rid of the people who are in the inside now and they don't want them there is insane.
- 36:13So what's the real story?
- 36:16The incidents that of the rape allegations.
- 36:21And apparently it has been proven that Eric Swalwell was in the hotel where she claims this happened.
- 36:28They have receipts that he was there.
- 36:29Eric Swalwell that she was there.
- 36:31She had told friends, she had told her therapist.
- 36:34She was in a relationship at the time.
- 36:37Okay.
- 36:432018.
- 36:45This happened.
- 36:46Now I believe her when she says I didn't come forward because this man is extremely powerful.
- 36:52He had a lot of connections.
- 36:53She said he has connections in law enforcement.
- 36:55He's an attorney.
- 36:57His political reach is far and wide.
- 37:02We know that.
- 37:04We know how protected he was.
- 37:08She was terrified.
- 37:10Staff members, same thing.
- 37:15But what we've heard is that these things were reported to certain people.
- 37:24And wormholed, put away for a later date.
- 37:33So many times we just sacrifice people in their culture for nefarious purposes.
- 37:53Victims, real victims, are so traumatized.
- 38:00They are vulnerable people.
- 38:03In general.
- 38:05Anyone who's had trauma, you have that part of your brain, your psyche that will always be vulnerable.
- 38:18Men in power, women in power.
- 38:20It doesn't matter.
- 38:21I'm telling you right now, I've been in this industry, entertainment industry.
- 38:24I've been, I've seen women abuse underlings, actors, just as much as men.
- 38:36Maybe not for the same purpose, but I've seen the abuse, okay.
- 38:41And the abuse of power.
- 38:44Cross didn't matter.
- 38:49So here you have women who are brave enough who have staffers who've come forward.
- 38:55And there was one girl who said, you know, I realize I really dodged a bullet when I didn't go with Eric somewhere.
- 39:03And you could see the look on her face, because she knew.
- 39:07But the interesting thing was a lot of them said, I thought it was just me.
- 39:15And that's why when I people start coming out, you get more and more and more and more and more people to come because someone broke that seal of bravery to say, yes, this happened.
- 39:26But why now?
- 39:28Meaning, did they how did this happen?
- 39:32I think you know, the media covered up for him because there's a relationship between the media and the government.
- 39:39I wrote about it in my book.
- 39:41I wrote about it in a piece I did for Medium called Is Journalism Dead or just in a politically induced coma.
- 39:50I wrote that years ago.
- 39:54Because we fail not just our country.
- 39:57We fail victims.
- 40:00When we know something, when they know something.
- 40:05You're gonna tell me there's not one journalist out there that could have written a story and done some research with facts.
- 40:14Come on.
- 40:17The culture.
- 40:20It's Hollywood with yeah.
- 40:24It's Hollywood.
- 40:25TMZ now has an office in DC now.
- 40:28Why?
- 40:29Because when the government shut down, they realized they started filming these politicians often.
- 40:36Lindsay Graham was in Disney World.
- 40:37That's weird.
- 40:38I don't know why, but okay.
- 40:40Um vacation and and people started submitting videos, and TMZ was like, wait a minute, wait a minute.
- 40:47All this time we thought it was Hollywood was the entertainment.
- 40:49No, no, no, no.
- 40:50DC.
- 40:52That's where the real stuff's going on.
- 40:56And now they have an office in DC.
- 40:58So hold on tight.
- 41:00We may now start seeing some facts from TMZ about what's really going on down there.
- 41:05And it's TMZ, so you can only imagine.
- 41:09It's probably already starting.
- 41:10I'm sure there's people tip line is by blowing up.
- 41:18But what about these victims?
- 41:21Apparently, there's an investigation going on.
- 41:22There's so many, there's investigations.
- 41:24Okay.
- 41:28And to me, the most disturbing part of all of this is that there's files all over complaints, probably photographs, testimony, even in the Epstein case in Florida, and somebody went to the FBI, I believe, in 2009 or 10.
- 41:49I don't remember.
- 41:50But like, and then the Nasser, the Larry Nasser case.
- 42:00Nobody did anything.
- 42:00Nobody did anything.
- 42:03But I can tell you right now, if Larry Nasser was a politician instead of a gymnastics coach or whatever he was, uh physical therapist, and abusing all these girls, the politician thinks, hmm.
- 42:03But I can tell you right now, if Larry Nasser was a politician instead of a gymnastics coach or whatever he was, uh physical therapist and abusing all these girls, the politician thinks, hmm.
- 42:21We can save that for later.
- 42:21We can save that for later.
- 42:28And in the Larry Nasser.
- 42:28And in the Larry Nasser case, the two FBI agents who were involved in that case who were never disciplined for it, one of them was trying to get a job in government for the U.S.
- 42:41gymnastics something or other, like some sort of you know, position.
- 42:45So he didn't invest it, he didn't, he just let it go.
- 42:47Just let it forget about it.
- 42:49So he was lobbying for that job.
- 42:51Who is he lobbying to, everybody?
- 42:55The deep dark stuff that goes on.
- 42:59And at the end, the victims are the ones that have to stand up and and take that corner of their psyche and expose it to the world, and everybody can judge them and say two cents.
- 43:11The ones that volunteer to do it because they're getting some cash in the bank and they're like, well, I'm out, I'm good.
- 43:16I'm gonna do this because you know, it's good for the country.
- 43:18I'm gonna save the country, I'm gonna go out and I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna make up, I don't know what you're gonna do.
- 43:23It happens all the time.
- 43:25Um, whatever.
- 43:26But the ones that are truly victims and taken advantage of for political purpose, there's a special kind of demonic behavior in that.
- 43:36It's like save it for later.
- 43:38I'm telling you, if those, if Larry Nassar was a politician doing what he was doing, uh there wouldn't have been any arrests, but there sure would be a file.
- 43:58And it turns out there's this slush fund in DC that pays out for people who have been accused or have participated in some sort of sexual harassment or this and that.
- 44:09A slush fund to silence them, they have to sign NDAs.
- 44:12Now, here's the thing.
- 44:16When you're a celebrity, when you're a famous person, when you're a politician, there's always going to be somebody trying to get a buck off of you, okay.
- 44:26I have firsthand knowledge of people who have tried to extort people and lied about it, okay?
- 44:36And got proven that they were lying.
- 44:37So they didn't have that was it, okay.
- 44:39I've seen it.
- 44:43It's disgusting.
- 44:46But on the other hand, you have to believe that some people are innocent and they're like, I have a family, this is not true.
- 44:52I I have I just what do I do?
- 44:59So they take that road.
- 45:01I'm not saying it's right or wrong.
- 45:02I'm saying if you're innocent, you should fight it.
- 45:04I agree with that.
- 45:06But you they start weighing.
- 45:08What's worse, this person coming out and claiming I did this when I didn't, and now the world, it's already out there then.
- 45:13Like there's this whole the innocent person must really struggle with that when they're in some sort of position of power.
- 45:21Like, I did not do that.
- 45:23Well, they said you did.
- 45:28So that put that aside.
- 45:30But there have been people who've who have committed horrible things and had payouts to people.
- 45:35And Congress voted not to expose that slush fund and who had paid out money.
- 45:41Now to protect the victims in that case, in those cases who have signed NDAs, they don't want it to go public.
- 45:55That's why they took their settlement, whatever they did, they signed an NDA, they moved on with their lives, whether or not whatever their piece is, whatever their decision making is, that's that's that's besides the point.
- 46:06But they signed an NDA.
- 46:11Maybe when they didn't sign to release it, you go, hmm, who's on it?
- 46:17You know, Swall Swallow must, I mean, I don't know, allegedly.
- 46:21I would think maybe that Swallow might be.
- 46:24Now, coincidentally, he's out.
- 46:28Right after that vote came down and they said we're not releasing who got paid out from this slush fund in DC.
- 46:36Next thing you know, the he got Biden.
- 46:41So my prediction is there's gonna be more of that, meaning everybody on the inside knows who these people are.
- 46:48They have to, they talk, they know.
- 46:50So you may see more dropping because maybe the maybe the ones involved who actually did commit some sort of horrific act will be exposed in different ways, which they should be.
- 47:03They should be gone.
- 47:05Get rid of them.
- 47:06I don't care what party you are, if you participated in anything similar or this type of behavior.
- 47:13Get them out.
- 47:15But what Nancy did is she started something, and how she finishes it and how she deals with California is yet to be determined.
- 47:23But Eric Swalwell has a wife and children.
- 47:35I feel for his wife and children.
- 47:38I would wonder at what how much his wife knew about his past or his relationships with women or how he behaves.
- 47:45I don't know.
- 47:46That's if that's between them.
- 47:47Maybe they have oh, I don't know, it's none of my business.
- 47:50But he has children.
- 47:53And he continued that behavior, even though he has his children.
- 48:02Because something was more important to him than his children.
- 48:05Power.
- 48:07Greed.
- 48:14And people said, oh, he should, he should expose everybody.
- 48:16He should just go out with a bang and expose everybody.
- 48:19He won't do that.
- 48:21They have too much on him.
- 48:24The binder, remember?
- 48:25Two binders.
- 48:28I'm speculating, of course.
- 48:40Circumstantial.
- 48:45Until we start voting policy, all of us, and stop treating these people like celebrities, they're not.
- 48:55Celebrities are barely celebrities.
- 48:57Celebrities are only celebrities because of the entertainment that they supposed to give us and their lifestyle.
- 49:00That they supposed to give us and their lifestyle.
- 49:04Congress members don't make that much money, but they're on television every day.
- 49:04Congress members don't make that much money, but they're on television every day.
- 49:07And they're making millions and millions and millions of dollars from lobbyists, and their their personal wealth grows a million times over.
- 49:07And they're making millions and millions and millions of dollars from lobbyists, and their personal wealth grows a million times over.
- 49:16It's a racket.
- 49:16It's a racket.
- 49:19There should be term limits that which would solve everything.
- 49:24But that's not gonna happen.
- 49:24But that's not gonna happen.
- 49:25I mean, again, I'm I am a realist.
- 49:25I mean, again, I'm I am a realist.
- 49:30So I am very happy that Eric Swalwell is gone.
- 49:33He should have been gone when he was compromised by the Chinese spy.
- 49:37To me, that should have been a no-brainer.
- 49:40Done because they knew exactly what happened.
- 49:43And if it was just him, I'd say, oops.
- 49:47But it wasn't just him.
- 49:49She had compromised others.
- 49:51See, this is how they work.
- 49:52The honey pots work.
- 49:54They start local, move their way up, keep going, build relationships, trust, and they climb the ladder.
- 50:04And the next thing that you know, they're they got a little thumb drive in your computer while you pass out on the couch.
- 50:14That takes a lot of effort and time and planning and and the mission is always the same.
- 50:21You work for the CCP.
- 50:24You are loyal to the CCP.
- 50:27Whatever you do on the soil of the United States of America is for the CCP, because we will find you.
- 50:44It doesn't work that way, guys.
- 50:47The University of Minnesota, I mean, is that another day.
- 50:53Tim Walls.
- 50:54I mean, come on.
- 50:55Can we please say that we're finally looking I think everything needs to explode and be more we just exposed so that it can be rebuilt, get out the bad, you know, but it's not gonna be pretty because this is some dark stuff.
- 51:09This is some we never knew about this.
- 51:12We were never aware.
- 51:14If Donald Trump wasn't president, we never would have found any of this out.
- 51:17They would have gone on.
- 51:18I don't know, God knows what would have happened to this country.
- 51:21I mean, we do know.
- 51:23We saw, we got a preview of it under the Biden administration.
- 51:31Three prosecutors were just fired because of arresting pro-lifers under the FACE Act, fired.
- 51:39Good.
- 51:42Storming churches and all this these things.
- 51:44This is to take away the the fabric of our country to break it up.
- 51:56Donald Trump comes back in and he dedicates the kind the United States of America to God.
- 52:00It's a God as a to God.
- 52:02He's you know, again, he's a flawed human.
- 52:04We all are.
- 52:06But he's the messaging is that America first, family.
- 52:14It's it's what we used to be, the fabric of this country, giving back because we were doing well.
- 52:21Us, us as a country, we were doing well.
- 52:24So we could we could embrace more.
- 52:26If you take everything away from us, then what?
- 52:31Right.
- 52:33So goodbye, Swalwell.
- 52:35May it begin a trend across party lines.
- 52:44And I feel for those victims.
- 52:47Because if there's one, there's 20.
- 52:49He's been in Congress a very long time.
- 52:58And it isn't Hollywood, guys.
- 53:01It's the government.
- 53:05You're supposed to be representing our country.
- 53:08Great work.
- 53:15But he was created, Swalwell.
- 53:19He was created and he got away with it.
- 53:22And for so long.
- 53:24And he was told he was he was great.
- 53:26He went on Jimmy Kimmel or one of them said, I'm running for governor, and the whole place, we roar, oh yay, yay.
- 53:35Come on.
- 53:39There's one thing that actors love is applause.
- 53:44When people applaud for you, you feel like you did a good job.
- 53:49If they walk out of the theater, you stink.
- 53:51Sometimes they even boop boo.
- 53:56When you get a good review in the paper, they like me.
- 54:01This guy got everything.
- 54:03I mean, like he was the second coming.
- 54:05He's gonna be governor of California.
- 54:08So he believed his own hype.
- 54:12But then he had to go.
- 54:17And I'm there may be a few reasons why that was the case, but I think it was all about California.
- 54:23Because if it was about his behavior, he would have been out of Congress a long time ago.
- 54:31And the fact that they were just calling for him to step down for the governorship, running for the governorship, and not leaving Congress for the for a minute, and they're like, no, no, no, no, I guess we gotta get him out.
- 54:41And what does he say?
- 54:42Oh, I'm I'm stepping down from Congress.
- 54:44Yeah.
- 54:45That conversation, I'm sure was something.
- 54:47You're out.
- 54:49Write through a letter.
- 54:50Bye.
- 54:53Now, do I think that that was part of the bigger plan?
- 54:56No.
- 54:57I think they thought he could they could just take him out of government.
- 54:59We just get out of the governorship.
- 55:00Get him out.
- 55:01He can stay in Congress.
- 55:02It's okay.
- 55:03But everybody, thank God, called, started calling out members, saying, so you don't have a problem.
- 55:12You don't have a problem with him staying in Congress, but you you have a problem with pay being a governor.
- 55:16And it was like we they got called out.
- 55:18And it was so overwhelming, they had to address it.
- 55:21They had to.
- 55:24So whether that backfired on them, I don't know.
- 55:29But you know, I've dealt with horrible people in the entertainment industry, power hungry, malicious, but also incredible people.
- 55:41And I think the incredible, talented people who have the best interest of whatever it is, a project, the country, the family, when they put their best foot forward and really sacrifice everything and try to be good.
- 55:53We all do better.
- 55:55So good riddance, goodbye.
- 55:58See you later.
- 55:59Bye-bye.
- 56:00Bye-bye.
- 56:00Hopefully we can um, yeah, it's gonna be it's gonna be a crazy couple months with the Mitchers, that's all I can say.
- 56:00Hopefully we can um, yeah, it's gonna be it's gonna be a crazy couple months with the Mitchers, that's all I can say.
- 56:06Uh but just keep calling them out, guys.
- 56:06Uh but just keep calling them out, guys.
- 56:10Keep calling them out.
- 56:10Keep calling them out.
- 56:13You have power.
- 56:13You have power.
- 56:14You have more power than you realize.
- 56:14You have more power than you realize.
- 56:17And there's power in numbers.
- 56:17And there's power in numbers.
- 56:20And I feel like we're winning.
- 56:20And I feel like we're winning.
- 56:23I feel like us as a country, all of us are winning when we see this kind of nonsense and we call it out.
- 56:23I feel like us as a country, all of us are winning when we see this kind of nonsense and we call it out.
- 56:28Doesn't matter party.
- 56:28Doesn't matter party.
- 56:30This is not party.
- 56:32This is right, wrong.
- 56:33Better it for the country.
- 56:35So bye, Eric.
- 56:38Goodbye.
- 56:40Whew, that was a long run.
- 56:42Too long.
- 56:44God bless.
- 56:44And good night.
