- 2:20We wanna change the world so bad, we'll get up out of bed on Saturdays and come try and help you do it. How about that?
- 2:28Here we go on Saturday
- 2:29Sabado, Spanish Sabado edition.
- 2:33Roger Sale is your host, of course, is the radio ranch, but there's something very unusual about today.
- 2:39It'll only happen once in your lifetime.
- 2:42The date stamp is June.
- 2:47June
- 2:486.
- 2:50Paul, correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't this isn't like tomorrow,
- 2:54June 7? Wasn't that d day?
- 2:57Unknown: I
- 2:59I'm not exactly sure.
- 3:01Unknown: Think it was. And then the next day, the eighth, I believe, was the USS Liberty.
- 3:08So we're right on the cusp of two really, really important. Well, it's June.
- 3:12It's the
- 3:14the calendar readout of today. I that happened very often.
- 3:18Sure done. Just looked up there this morning and went, yikes.
- 3:21Guess I'll stay home today, Paul.
- 3:24Watch baseball today.
- 3:27You go.
- 3:28So,
- 3:30Paul, if you'd be so kind, I know it's a greatly abbreviated
- 3:33list of helpers today of assistance of
- 3:36people that carry us beyond our normal reach or at least the same equal distance. Could you please give those folks the proper credit and recognition,
- 3:45Unknown: please?
- 3:46Well, it's it's not super It's white day. Today. Oh, it's not. The only the only no. The only the only platform that drops off on Mondays and Saturdays
- 3:57and Mondays
- 3:58is Radio Soapbox. All the rest of them are still there. So we're
- 4:03on eurofolkradio.com,
- 4:05thanks to Pastor Eli James.
- 4:07On Global Voice Radio Network, My Pet Project,
- 4:11both radio.globalvoiceradio.net
- 4:14and the Rumble channel, my own personal Rumble channel, rumble.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 4:21Our website is thematrixdocs.com

- 4:40Unknown: We will be. We will be. We'll be. It just takes a minute to pop up. Uh-huh. It's waiting for us to get all POed and stuff, and then it'll Yeah. Go ahead, Paul. And
- 4:50free conference call is how people join us live on the show. FCC. And
- 4:55those links are actually also on
- 4:58thematrixdocs.com.
- 5:00Or you can go to nationalsonly.com.
- 5:03That'll
- 5:05get you there too.
- 5:06Whatever.
- 5:08Mhmm. So
- 5:10Cool. And and if you're
- 5:13if one second, Lisa. If Eurofolk Radio hasn't picked up yet, it's not my fault because
- 5:19I had the stream up and running for Eurofolk to connect to it a full eight minutes before the show. So
- 5:26if it didn't work, it's not my fault.
- 5:29Unknown: That's right. That's
- 5:31right.
- 5:32So, Lisa, you had something to add there, sweetie?
- 5:35Unknown: Because you you recognize liberty.
- 5:38I've seen a headline this morning that Massey is saying he's going to recognize the liberty on Monday on the floor of congress. So, boo boo. Boy,
- 5:48Unknown: that ought to yank their chain.
- 5:52Good for Thomas Massey. They're floating Tucker,
- 5:54trial balloon to Floating Tucker for president. Good lord.
- 5:59Who knows? Thomas Massey and and and and MJT been down there with their with their families, I guess, vacationing in Costa
- 6:08Rica.
- 6:09Joan did not give us a report. I'm sorry
- 6:12to say.
- 6:14And, so we didn't know except for other people telling us. Good morning. Sabado edition. We get out of bed on Saturdays to do this
- 6:23just for new people here?
- 6:25Because back in the COVID days, there may have been some people that could avail themselves
- 6:30of getting with us on a Saturday when they might not have been able to do so so easily during the week. So that's why we
- 6:37started this. There's been a couple of excellent programs that have been generated on the Saturday edition. Just a little bit one of those different days, Paul. Like Thursday, kinda.
- 6:48But excuse me. My stomach's acting up here.
- 6:51So, anyway, if you're new, we're here for you. I don't know if,
- 6:56Aika's with us this morning. Is she still down in Miami? Is she going to the beach or whatever? So we welcome her. If if you are new, just hit star six, open up, say, hey, Roger. I got question or wanna meet you or heard you were really, really low life guy, and I wanna come by and say hello. And whatever that might be, you just hit star six and come on in. Otherwise, we're gonna talk about stuff like
- 7:20them beating the crap out of people over in jolly old England, which we didn't even hardly get to touch on yesterday.
- 7:27And I mean beating the crap out of people.
- 7:30K? So, anyway, good morning, audience. We got anybody who wants to start off, say, hey. I'm new, Roger. I wanna be free. Help me. Help me.
- 7:39Anybody like that out there?
- 7:42Paul.
- 7:44Okay. Well, that's a omen for the rest of the two hours. I don't know. Nobody knew they might be sitting out there going, I'm scared. I don't know. I'm apprehensive. I've never talked on the radio before.
- 7:57We're very gentle.
- 7:59Very gentle.
- 8:00Unknown: K.
- 8:01And if nobody shows up with a question or a comment or or a problem that they're dealing with, we still have another chapter of these Sassoon videos, so it's it's all good.
- 8:14Unknown: Good. Good. Good. Thank you, My my
- 8:17Ed McMahon.
- 8:19You know, it's funny.
- 8:21And and radio is always nicer to do when you got somebody as a as a sidekick or whatever, straight man, if you will.
- 8:28And, Paul,
- 8:30I don't know how many years ago was it? Four, three, four,
- 8:34maybe more, and he hears,
- 8:36he hears the fourth, the last segment of a very confusing
- 8:41Sarah Westall interview.
- 8:44Didn't need to hear more than that, and here he is, and he's stuck with us. He's got all this,
- 8:48technical ability and talent and stuff, which we drew we're in drastic need of.
- 8:54And it's like the lord sent you, Paul, and I'm very glad. You're grateful. The audience is too. You've been a great addition to the program. I love having you there as a side man and, you know, all that stuff, and we can have a little bit of fun with that along the way. And
- 9:09just a very serendipitous
- 9:10situation.
- 9:11We also had, Mark. Mark came to us. Now Mark hadn't been with us an awful lot lately or at all,
- 9:18because his mother needs constant care.
- 9:21Constant.
- 9:22His father had fell or something had been in the hospital. They finally got him the
- 9:28ID that he needed from the Indian tribe and stuff, and he'd be he's just been going through a whole lot of stuff, and then he gets sick himself.
- 9:35So, anyway, hopefully, one of these days, we're gonna have Mark back. He's a wonderful addition to what we do around here. I really miss him. Not only just being a nice guy,
- 9:45but having twenty plus years in the legal field, being a paralegals, worked for, you know, law firms and all that kind of stuff.
- 9:52So he always adds a bunch to the program. We miss him a lot. There's another person that came along. He, each one of you out there,
- 9:59no telling how you got here.
- 10:02I keep asking. It's funny. Somebody saw a comment on the bottom of a video in Alma.
- 10:08And then they were up at some
- 10:10confab they went to, her family, I guess, and they're talking about me in the confab, and she went searching, found us.
- 10:20Others don't know how you got here. It's always interesting to hear your story, though.
- 10:24But one thing for sure is unless you got a little Kippa a little Kippa on, you're here to,
- 10:31look into freedom and to discuss some of the forensic things that the Kippawearers
- 10:36are doing to us and have done to us.
- 10:39And, we need to put a stop to it, period.
- 10:43No more no more Jew slavery.
- 10:45Sorry. I'm not gonna be a slave to a damn satanic Jew bastard or bitch. Sorry.
- 10:51Just not gonna do it. Sorry.
- 10:53You you're asking the wrong guy because I ain't gonna do it, and I'm a fight you, and I'm a try and defeat you every step of the damn way because you're nothing but imposters.
- 11:02You're nothing but liars, thieves, murderers, and slavers,
- 11:06and you're gonna get exposed. You're getting exposed right now in the big time, in the big picture every day.
- 11:12Every day, there's some new exposure. Maybe not directly, indirectly, though.
- 11:17So, anyway, that's what we'll do here today. Does anybody have anything they'd like to bring forward, say, analyze, or state here this morning on the Radio Ranch on the triple six,
- 11:27the bewitching day,
- 11:29triple six.
- 11:32Nobody got anything to say?
- 11:36Unknown: Nobody in this audience? I I think they're just I think they're hunker sharing in the dark corner and shivering. They they just don't wanna come out on on the the Gun 666. Safe
- 11:49stay.
- 11:51Unknown: 666.
- 11:52Come on. Yeah. There's somebody who wants to come forward. Yes, sir.
- 11:57Unknown: Hey. It's Mana.
- 11:59I I
- 12:02was
- 12:05Mhmm. I was shown
- 12:07the Citizens United
- 12:10thing that Montana
- 12:12and Hawaii have
- 12:16put some
- 12:18referendums against. Have you have you heard anything about this?
- 12:21Unknown: Now hold it. You you were clipping there first. You're very strong now. You're talking about Citizens United.
- 12:28That was a case decided some decades ago about that money is free speech.
- 12:34Is that correct?
- 12:35Unknown: Is that what you're referring to? As I recall, I guess this has come up years ago, but I
- 12:41am I coming through pretty
- 12:44Unknown: You're coming through fine now. We you're coming through fine now. We saw a recent
- 12:49extremely,
- 12:50extremely notable example of Citizens United,
- 12:54and that was the Thomas Massey election in Kentucky.
- 12:58Unknown: Oh, I okay. I was I wanted to look into that and see if they were directly involved with that,
- 13:05which what I was reading.
- 13:07Unknown: Who who directly involved? The Jews?
- 13:10Unknown: Citizens United.
- 13:13Unknown: Well, they gave between Miriam
- 13:15Adelson and
- 13:16Paul Singer, a real despicable little creepy,
- 13:20and another guy named
- 13:23I can't remember his name, similar to Singers.
- 13:25Well, they contributed the estimates around 30 to $35,000,000,
- 13:30against mister Massey. Would you think that fits under Citizens United?
- 13:37Unknown: I I guess. It's kinda new to me. I just didn't know.
- 13:42I I'm just curious about what I do know is that Montana
- 13:47is,
- 13:48trying to push, some legislation
- 13:50where
- 13:51they wanna
- 13:53bring light to artificial
- 13:55corporations
- 13:57Unknown: and Yeah.
- 13:59Unknown: And make them,
- 14:02and remove their ability
- 14:04to function.
- 14:06And in all of that speech about this, I found it really interesting where they're talking about
- 14:14corporations
- 14:15are
- 14:16persons.
- 14:17Unknown: And
- 14:18We call corporate personhood.
- 14:21Unknown: Yeah. And so
- 14:24they're talking about how
- 14:27there there's a there's a certain guy in a certain video. I I I could pull it up while I'm talking, but he he
- 14:36kinda says this thing about how
- 14:43citizen like, normal, real
- 14:45people
- 14:46are
- 14:51are given
- 14:52powers
- 14:53over
- 14:55their government.
- 14:57He almost kinda says in a strange way a federal
- 15:01citizenship in a way as if we have power over the federal
- 15:07Well, technically,
- 15:08Unknown: we know. Well, hold it, man. Technically, people created the federal government.
- 15:14Unknown: Right. In the concept of the government.
- 15:17Unknown: So how did the federal government flip over and control us when we created it? The creature controls the creators now.
- 15:25K? Now you're getting into a real good can of worms here. K? You've opened up a can of worms already,
- 15:32and that's the word person.
- 15:34And how the misinterpretation
- 15:35of our community who doesn't know generally their ass from a hole in the dirt on things like this. Dirt. No, sir. And
- 15:42that that that is the miss that is the cause of a lot of miss people
- 15:47being misled.
- 15:49Put it that way. Because you ask any patriot, Mana,
- 15:53what's the meaning behind the word person?
- 15:56What's the legal concept behind the word person? They're gonna say corporation.
- 16:02Yeah. But there were persons I didn't before there were corporations.
- 16:05So that doesn't work.
- 16:09Unknown: Yeah. And so and then he so he kinda says that about
- 16:13people,
- 16:15real people. And then he's saying that corporations
- 16:19are created
- 16:22by the state
- 16:24and are controlled
- 16:26state
- 16:27entities
- 16:29that
- 16:30have kind of been allowed to just
- 16:33run wild and and and
- 16:36given all these same
- 16:39rights and
- 16:40and powers
- 16:42that
- 16:43Unknown: You missed the word beauty. Men's word. Women's word. Yeah. Well, let's go into it, man. Because, obviously, you hadn't heard this part of the lecture. It's very important.
- 16:53My my litmus test question
- 16:56to patriots whenever I've had a chance to discuss things with them is that question right there. I wanna know if I'm gonna sit down and discuss something with you, we're gonna that may get heated
- 17:07because those discussions occasionally do.
- 17:11I wanna know before we start discussing if you know what the hell you're talking about. Or am I wasting my time?
- 17:17It's like Voltaire.
- 17:19You know, Voltaire might have been a despicable character,
- 17:22but he did know what was going on evidently because one of his sayings
- 17:27was before we discuss, let us define our terms.
- 17:31So
- 17:32before I sit down with you, I want some definitions to know we're on the same page. Otherwise, I don't wanna waste your time. I certainly don't wanna waste mine.
- 17:41Okay? So when I ask those people, even people very knowledgeable like Al Atisk,
- 17:48what's the the concept behind the word person? And they always say corporation.
- 17:53Corporation's a person.
- 17:55And that's not law. That's not wrong, manna, but it's not right either
- 18:00because that's a very narrow
- 18:02definition of a very expansive term that has more stuff behind it than that.
- 18:07So what is a person,
- 18:10manna? We're saying they're corporations. This guy writing this article, he isn't quite sure. What is a person, man?
- 18:19Unknown: That's not this.
- 18:21And and
- 18:23law prescribes your identity.
- 18:25Unknown: Well, see, there you know it right off the bat. So a person, it's not are you a person? Everybody's
- 18:32a person.
- 18:33It's which person or persons
- 18:36are you.
- 18:38So you see the difference?
- 18:40It's which one are you? They're not just one. Here's the deal. A corporation's a person. It's an entity.
- 18:47Partnership,
- 18:48it's a person. It's a it's an entity.
- 18:51We're
- 18:52people. We're individuals, humans. We're we're a person literally and figuratively,
- 18:57although they have a special label for us, man. Whenever they use us in any kind of
- 19:03court case,
- 19:05statute regulation,
- 19:07we're always called individuals
- 19:09because we're a really unique kind of person in a sense.
- 19:14And so that definition goes an entity to whom the law scribes rights and duty.
- 19:19That goes back to our initial formula. It's so important that everybody
- 19:24understand.
- 19:25The formula that runs the world revolves around that.
- 19:29And it says r plus d equals r.
- 19:32Rights plus duties equal remedies.
- 19:35So
- 19:36when the scribe's
- 19:37rights and duties,
- 19:38it determines which person you are. A all persons born are naturalized in The United States, comma, and
- 19:47subject to the jurisdiction thereof are,
- 19:50citizens of The United States and residents.
- 19:52So in that, all persons born, and it's talking about fourteenth amendment persons right there.
- 19:59So they received their rights from the fourteenth amendment, the federal government. They owed them their duties, and that's the relationship.
- 20:06They're a federal person.
- 20:08Where it may be that once we file our affidavit,
- 20:11key phrase being and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
- 20:15that removes us from that. We're not subject to that jurisdiction anymore. We're now back to our original status as Whitey
- 20:24in the Jim Crow laws.
- 20:27So that's the whole deal around that. And,
- 20:31and and until
- 20:32our
- 20:34and, you know, I had well, I talk about this course on the air and teach all this. William
- 20:38had a a federal magistrate as a passenger in one of his planes,
- 20:43and he starts asking him these questions just like I told you on the air. You can go ask judges and attorneys this, man. They're not gonna know it.
- 20:51What's the legal definition and concept behind the meaning of the word person?
- 20:58They don't know that.
- 21:00Yet that magistrate's up there adjudicating
- 21:02cases,
- 21:03and that that attorney's representing or doing something with them, and they don't even know the meaning of the word person that it's in. It doesn't it used in exclusively
- 21:12every statute,
- 21:14but many of them, there are statutes are only written for persons,
- 21:19things,
- 21:20or actions.
- 21:22Those three.
- 21:23Persons, things, or actions.
- 21:24Majority of them written for persons.
- 21:27So here you got judges and attorneys
- 21:30who don't even know what the concept is. You you think they might
- 21:34should be considered somewhat illegitimate or or or or
- 21:38or ill informed in their field? I think that's pretty important.
- 21:42I mean, it's only in almost every statute and regulations. This this is how important it is, man.
- 21:48Have you ever heard me talk about Gaius?
- 21:53Man?
- 21:55Oh, man. It's muted off on me.
- 21:58You didn't fall off. You you
- 22:02Unknown: have a lot of people. I have. Yes. Okay.
- 22:06Unknown: Well, for the audience, this is how important this is.
- 22:10The guy that's accredited
- 22:12with originally writing the law in Rome
- 22:16is a fellow named Gaius, g a I u s. You can go look him up.
- 22:20G a I u s.
- 22:26Supposedly,
- 22:27he got the idea of the law by
- 22:29bending over a smooth
- 22:31pond
- 22:33and putting marbles in his mouth and talking to himself. I don't know how true that is. Sounds kinda ridiculous, but that's
- 22:40the story.
- 22:42So Gaius wrote a book, a group of books. You can go look them up too.
- 22:48They're called Gaius'
- 22:49Institutes.
- 22:51Gaius' Institutes, first law books written. I mean, outside the Babylonian stuff.
- 22:57And in that, institutes the whole first part of the whole book is all devoted to the meaning of the word person in the discussion.
- 23:05You think it might be important? The guy that developed the law that wrote some of the first law books along those lines, and the whole first part of the law book is on this subject right here of the concept behind the meaning of the word person. You think it might be important?
- 23:21I do.
- 23:25So that's how important it is, man.
- 23:27So you knew it. Entity to whom the law scribes rights and duties. So if you can
- 23:33have a discussion with some of our fellow patriots who do have their heads screwed on straight,
- 23:38and you go, well, it's more than that. It's more than a corporation.
- 23:43Because you see
- 23:45in the formula, r plus d equals r, manna,
- 23:51The corporate personhood only gets the first part.
- 23:56They don't have any duties per se.
- 23:59They got rights. They can do anything a person can do.
- 24:03They might have some duties if they get caught and and and and get their hands slapped. They're gonna have to pay a fine,
- 24:10but you can't put a corporation in jail.
- 24:13I would
- 24:15it's egregious enough, if the incident, the whatever was done is egregious enough, you can penetrate
- 24:22that and go straight. It's called penetrating the veil, and they go straight to the board of directors because the board of directors are the one that's given that person instructions.
- 24:32And if it's egregious enough, you can yank one of them SOBs off of the board and go throw them in jail. Of course, that's never gonna be done because new world order, that's all their guys, and they're not gonna let that happen to them. So you never see it happen. Should.
- 24:48By all rights and remedies,
- 24:50but we got crooked guys running us.
- 24:53So that's a little bit about person there, man. I think it's incredibly
- 24:57important for people to understand this.
- 25:03Unknown: Yeah.
- 25:04It was interesting
- 25:06kinda reading through and listening to them talk about it and about
- 25:11obviously.
- 25:13One thing that was kinda cool is why there's somebody from our
- 25:17group here was commenting
- 25:19in the comments because somebody said that in a
- 25:23YouTube video. I was watching
- 25:25underneath it. They were saying, well, a
- 25:28person is
- 25:30is
- 25:34an entity that law prescribes rights and duties. And I was like, interesting,
- 25:39and
- 25:41is this gonna clear?
- 25:44That you kind of
- 25:47a little bit by separating
- 25:50that the corporation
- 25:53doesn't
- 25:55really owe any duties,
- 25:57you're
- 25:58saying.
- 26:00Unknown: Well, if it's fines and stuff like that, those can be that can be a duty. But you can't go throw a corporation in jail for a remedy.
- 26:09It's a big point.
- 26:11Now on the opposite side of that, let's look at the opposite side of that. That's when the duties and the rights are split. Well, where they're combined in the same entity as us.
- 26:21I know others too, but us specifically to separate us from others in in in in people's recognition of this. You see, we've got rights and duties contained
- 26:31in the same entity.
- 26:34K? And that's where the word individual
- 26:38comes from,
- 26:39and the root word of the word indivisible
- 26:44or or individual
- 26:45is indivisible,
- 26:48again, because the rights and the duties are in the same entity.
- 26:52So when you see the word individual,
- 26:55that means humans.
- 26:57And where do you see it?
- 26:59You see it in 26 CFR 1.1
- 27:01dash one a, an income tax is owed by all individuals
- 27:08who are
- 27:09citizens of The United States or residents.
- 27:13Now why, manna,
- 27:15did they use individual
- 27:16there?
- 27:24Manna. Do you have a guess?
- 27:26Unknown: They wanna bypass
- 27:28the protection of the state?
- 27:30Unknown: No. It's because the other form no. It's because the other obligations on taxes are corporations,
- 27:37and they're not individuals.
- 27:39They're corporations,
- 27:40so they got their own separate
- 27:42charter and stuff on on the taxes they owe. This is the income tax owed by individuals,
- 27:48humans.
- 27:50So there's the separation. That's why they use that there.
- 27:54Unknown: I see. So yeah. Because a corporation is
- 27:58basically a group of a group of people
- 28:01no matter what.
- 28:03Unknown: Well, it doesn't matter. It's a different entity, and it's got different corporate schedules. See, corporations don't pay taxes, really, do they?
- 28:11Do they? Oh, they raise? Saying that.
- 28:15Yeah. If the corporations they raise yeah. If they raise the corporate tax rate, is the corporation going, oh, damn. That's gonna hurt our bottom line. Are they just gonna suck it up, or are they gonna take that raise and pass it on to their product price to the consumer? Which one of those you think they're gonna do?
- 28:34Unknown: Yeah.
- 28:35They were saying that,
- 28:37they can get all this money from individuals
- 28:41and then
- 28:43dump it into an election,
- 28:45basically,
- 28:47anonymously.
- 28:48Yep. And then nobody knows
- 28:50who's controlling
- 28:52this
- 28:54election,
- 28:55basically. It's
- 28:57Unknown: something that needs to be addressed very badly and very quickly.
- 29:03There weren't 35,000,000
- 29:05there weren't 35,000,000
- 29:07peep Jews supporting.
- 29:09There was one little bitch Jew with a whole bunch of money. Her 100 husband left from, yeah, from owning a no tell swindling a bunch of people, and the $2,020,000,000
- 29:18went to her, went from her to him. Was that 20,000,000 Cheryl Adams
- 29:23Mary Madelzons? No. It's one
- 29:26Mary Madelzon. That needs to stop.
- 29:29K. That needs to stop. Just like just like in the last session of the court, Manna,
- 29:35they stopped the freewheeling
- 29:37regulatory
- 29:39scheme
- 29:40of agencies.
- 29:41Well, they used to could take a piece of legislation
- 29:45and interpret it any way they wanted to, and the attitude of the court was, well, you're an agency.
- 29:53You've got the authority
- 29:54over environmental
- 29:56protection.
- 29:57So I guess that means you're the experts in it, doesn't it? Well, if you're the experts see how this is this is this non sequitur shit. If you're the experts on it, then you ought to be able to make any rule,
- 30:08or regulation,
- 30:10anything you want, any direction, 180 degrees, no matter because you're the experts.
- 30:15Well, that was overturned in the last session of the court. It's called the Chevron deference.
- 30:20K?
- 30:21And now they can't do that kind of crap anymore.
- 30:24So these things are being addressed,
- 30:28but nowhere near as fast as they need to be.
- 30:31That Citizens United
- 30:33and I think somebody is challenging it. Probably what that letter's writ that article you're talking about is written about. So Hawaii, I can't imagine, is challenging it.
- 30:44Montana,
- 30:45I can imagine, is challenging it. So I don't know much more than what you told us.
- 30:53Unknown: Yeah. No. Mon Hawaii is trying to do the same thing Montana is, and
- 30:59that's because my friends
- 31:01just visited from Hawaii,
- 31:03and their mom was like, have you I was kinda poo pooing the whole
- 31:08government
- 31:10and everything. And of course, she was like, no. We can vote and fix all this. Have you seen what Hawaii's doing? And then she started talking about that. And I was like, wow. This is interesting
- 31:20and kinda tied in with with our group.
- 31:24Unknown: Hawaii has a Jew, Zionist governor named Green,
- 31:29and I they they can do all they want as long as he's not in there. That's not gonna get passed.
- 31:34And, you know, I mean, the reason you know the reason I know this?
- 31:38It's because we had a gal down here who was looking at Ecuador to move. She had lived in Hawaii,
- 31:45and she's Jewish.
- 31:46And, and she's a very nice gal. Okay? And she went and decided no to go back to Hawaii, and she told us. She said that he used to be in our group, and then all of a sudden, he got in with all these big guys at courted him and stuff, and they turned him around. And that's where Maui got burned up and all the rest of that stuff. That's this governor Green right there.
- 32:09So just to give you a little background.
- 32:15Unknown: I
- 32:16Unknown: haven't gone into the Hawaiian one as much as and when she mentioned Montana,
- 32:21that's kinda where I've been
- 32:24focusing. I've tried to I've listened to this video twice trying to get some questions out, and I think
- 32:31I can. I can't find the articles that I wanted to have while I talked. But
- 32:37Unknown: Well, you know, the good news is you you got about an hour and hour and a half ago. Go look for them.
- 32:43Unknown: Yeah.
- 32:45Well so
- 32:47the the other thing
- 32:49was they are saying
- 32:51is that
- 32:56that the the citizens yeah. They they're the Citizens United and this corporation can be anonymous,
- 33:02and, basically,
- 33:04the corporation
- 33:05is controlled by the state,
- 33:08and so
- 33:09they wanted
- 33:11Unknown: You wanna know why? You know why?
- 33:15Because because the state creates it. Right? Correct. Correct. The secretary of state in the states, that's what they do now is create corporations,
- 33:24collect fees,
- 33:26whatever else is involved in all that, but that's what the secretary of state does. Don't even have to. In the state. So
- 33:34when people say they're gonna notify the secretary of state of the state, I don't think you need to. I don't believe they're involved in this process,
- 33:42but I may be wrong. I know the attorney general is. So go ahead, man.
- 33:47I think somebody's trying to say something else. Somebody else Well, alright. Well, let's get a little open in our ears. Jess, ma'am, who was trying to say something?
- 33:56Unknown: It's me, Lisa. What about international corporations?
- 33:59How how are they how are they done? And then you have that International
- 34:03Organization's
- 34:04Immunity Act. So these international
- 34:07organizations,
- 34:08that's why you can't put board members and stuff in prison. They give them self immunity after World War two.
- 34:14Unknown: Okay. I don't know anything about this, Lisa. I'd I'd never even thought about it. Good question, though.
- 34:20Maybe somebody do who does grant
- 34:23corporate ship to international
- 34:25corporations?
- 34:27Or somebody's
- 34:28got to originate it. Like, for instance, where's Apple?
- 34:33Apple's moved their headquarters. A bunch of them are moving it to, you know, where? Ireland.
- 34:37Because they changed the tax laws in Ireland or make it favorable for those people. That's why they're all moving over there. We ever we've talked about I know I've told you about Dean Allen's way.
- 34:49I was helping this guy for years,
- 34:52about four or five years,
- 34:53in the nineties,
- 34:55helping him sell
- 34:57offshore trust to people.
- 34:59And I think I mentioned to you that Dean,
- 35:03he was his name is Dean Allen. I'm sure he but I don't know if he's still around or not.
- 35:09Dean was
- 35:11they ran a informant in on him. We was helping somebody doing a failure to file case, and he foyed his
- 35:19privacy
- 35:20request or something guys file, and it came back. And
- 35:24the FBI or treasury had run an informant in on Dean,
- 35:28and the entire transcript
- 35:30was in this guy's administrative file,
- 35:33and they never came after him.
- 35:35So it it passed their blessing.
- 35:38Now the way they do that is quite simple, really,
- 35:41is, he used, Panama initially, then he moved over into,
- 35:46oh, the Dominica.
- 35:50But,
- 35:51in Panama,
- 35:54they would use
- 35:55trusts
- 35:56and corporations
- 35:57that were
- 35:59the beauty of Panama
- 36:01was they had no central registry.
- 36:04Same the problem with Costa Rica too.
- 36:07Maybe other countries in there. They don't have any central registry of property.
- 36:12And
- 36:13so there's nowhere for them to go back and and chase the ownership of that corporation.
- 36:19And so what those law firms would do is they'd write these corporations and they they're bare like bearer bonds,
- 36:26and they put it on the shelf and let it season for a couple of years. So when you came down and bought it, it was already there for a couple years. It wasn't something that just got created when you got down there. And so they would do two of those.
- 36:40And I I remember one guy owned a cemetery in Charleston. K? And one of Dean's good customers, and,
- 36:47so they take and they buy two corporations in Panama.
- 36:51The first one, they'll start the, let's say, the cemetery in The US
- 36:56would be put into an entity.
- 36:58Dean used to like to use, limited or general partnerships.
- 37:03LLCs
- 37:04were just coming on the scene. Only about half of the states in the country had passed laws dealing with LLCs,
- 37:12so he was still stuck on general partnerships.
- 37:15Of course, the general partnership has a limited partner,
- 37:18so he would buy the first corporation
- 37:21in Panama
- 37:23and
- 37:23and connect it to the
- 37:26corp to the partnership in The US.
- 37:29So when money came in, they would take and funnel it down to this partnership
- 37:34and then they'd buy another,
- 37:36corporation,
- 37:37excuse me, that was linked to this, the second one,
- 37:41but the key phrase in the internal revenue service is effectively
- 37:46connected.
- 37:47So
- 37:48corporation
- 37:49two,
- 37:51one, excuse me, would be connected to the partnership in in Charleston.
- 37:55So that was corporation one. So they take the funds, and they funnel it down to corporation one.
- 38:01And then corporation one funnels it to corporation two,
- 38:05which is not
- 38:06effectively connected.
- 38:08It's effectively connected with corporation one,
- 38:12but not the general partnership.
- 38:14And so you get the funds down there, and you bring them back to The US, and they're clean.
- 38:19So that's why these corporations like Apple are going over to Ireland.
- 38:25K? And they're they're
- 38:27I there's more than Apple, I think, more of them, but that's what the tax havens all over the world do. That's the loophole they wrote into the tax code for themselves.
- 38:37The reason they can't come after you is totally legitimate.
- 38:39That's the loophole they use.
- 38:42K?
- 38:43So there you go, man. There's a little more background on it for you.
- 38:47Unknown: Hey. Going along with that, can I say some ask something?
- 38:51Unknown: That sounds like Christian to me. Only if you're Christian can you ask something.
- 38:57Unknown: Boy, you are tough. You are great.
- 39:01I'm talking to two smarter guys than me and
- 39:06all of them, Julie, and all of them. You know,
- 39:10what you're saying is what I'm fighting here is an LLC
- 39:16on this,
- 39:17deal. I I put my second letter in talk talking to, telling I'm gonna tell
- 39:24as I'm talking to you, telling Paul I already put a second letter in yesterday
- 39:28telling them the same rescinding.
- 39:30But, anyway,
- 39:31LLC, there ought to be some kind of
- 39:35falsehood we could tell the court or say to the court
- 39:40if we have to go to court
- 39:44that would just scald them
- 39:46like a tar baby. Well
- 39:48I don't know what they are. They're they're
- 39:51buzzards.
- 39:52Unknown: Well, they're vultures, of course. And,
- 39:56I don't know too much about them because I just never studied them. They were just coming in. I'll tell you how ignorant I was. I thought they were limited liability corporations,
- 40:06and somebody came on here one day and said, no. No. No.
- 40:09No. No. Senor. Those are companies.
- 40:12Mhmm. They're not limited liability corporations.
- 40:15They're limited liability
- 40:17companies.
- 40:18I really don't know too much about them and been learning about them, especially in the way they're taxed
- 40:24and how we can use them in a taxing situation
- 40:28as an entity that can be used, it sounds like to me, in a very favorable manner, Christian. But I do not purse I've never studied them, really. I don't know much about them, honestly.
- 40:40If I don't know something, I'll tell you. K?
- 40:43Unknown: Yeah. You do. You're honest. And and, you know, that's just that's just, it just seemed like, you know, okay. What you just said kinda kinda kinda didn't want I didn't wanna sidetrack anything y'all are doing because,
- 40:55this
- 40:56this just just
- 40:58kinda like
- 41:00this LLC looks like it's okay. One and two, like you said.
- 41:05If I if he don't get remedy on me, he'll pass me to number two LLC, and I'll get another debt collector on me. I beg well, that could be if $2,800
- 41:15Unknown: is enough for them. I don't think that you're gonna find they're gonna waste much time on you. That's not a whole bunch of funds in this great scheme of things.
- 41:24K?
- 41:26Unknown: Yeah. And you know what? He hadn't answered me at all. They hadn't answered me on the first contract.
- 41:31Unknown: Okay. Well, that just tells you that they're they're gonna agree with you. Silence deems consent.
- 41:38Unknown: Beautiful.
- 41:39Thank you. Okay. Yeah.
- 41:40Yeah. Yield to you. I can get you're on a roll. I'm gonna, that's good.
- 41:45Unknown: Christian. Yeah. Thank you.
- 41:48Unknown: Sure, man. Happy to make your weekend. Go ahead, Paul. Why did you send them another letter?
- 41:54Unknown: Did you send it as an addendum to the original letter
- 41:58or just reiterating what the original letter said? But did you specifically state it as an addendum?
- 42:05Unknown: Hold on. Yeah. I just reiterated
- 42:07that you never
- 42:10answered my first letter, and
- 42:13I'm sending you the same letter is
- 42:17telling you
- 42:18I want an answer in ten to fourteen days.
- 42:22Unknown: Well, good.
- 42:24Alright.
- 42:25You put you put a time limit on them, which is the one thing that the other letter didn't have.
- 42:30Unknown: K. So Christian's
- 42:32obviously anxious about this. The fact that they didn't answer your first one tells me they're just gonna drop it. Now I may be wrong, but that's what that would indicate to me, Christian.
- 42:42So you gotta give them enough time to answer when did you send it to them? Two weeks ago?
- 42:47Yeah. Yeah. They Well, the standard time is thirty days. Well, the the standard time is thirty days.
- 42:53So after thirty days and they haven't answered, then you send them the thing and say, you're in default.
- 43:00Silence scheme is consistent.
- 43:02Unknown: Right. But now what you did was you sent them another letter. You sent them another communication which reset that clock,
- 43:09which reset the thirty days.
- 43:11So they they got you got a stay of execution from the court until, what, the end of June.
- 43:17Well, now you just sent a letter that will extend it beyond the end of June.
- 43:23Unknown: Sit back. You've done your action. Wait. Yeah. Christian, don't be anxious.
- 43:28Wait.
- 43:30Yeah. The tea leaves Okay. Yep. Are pointing in your favor.
- 43:35Unknown: Yeah. Wonderful. So there's William.
- 43:38Unknown: Well, there's William. Man, we got the whole gang here. You got any, any suggestions for Christian here, William? No.
- 43:45Unknown: Not not in particular. I was gonna move the the subject,
- 43:49when he was done.
- 43:51Unknown: Okay.
- 43:52Well, let's make sure. Alright. We got two we got one on the back burner. That would be
- 43:57our buddy in Montana.
- 44:00Mana,
- 44:01have we deal have we're finished with Citizens United?
- 44:07Unknown: Yeah. I I know I had a a few more things to bring up and some questions,
- 44:12but I can't I can't verify some minutes.
- 44:15Unknown: Okay. Go find the paperwork. We're gonna change the subject and go with William. If you find it and come back and want discussion,
- 44:22we're open to that. K? Now, Christian, did we get you taken care of?
- 44:29Yes. Thank you. Thank you very much. We're gonna close the door on that. William.
- 44:34Door number one. Hey, buddy. How you doing? Good.
- 44:39Unknown: I got a copy of my transcript from my hearing.
- 44:42And Yes? I wanted to read a little bit of it on the show, if that's okay.
- 44:46Unknown: Sure.
- 44:50Unknown: So this was the transcript, and
- 44:54they started with me with the plaintiff. And it says, the
- 44:58plaintiff, I purchased a motor vehicle, and I appealed the tax based on the basis that I wasn't a US citizen or resident under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment to the constitution,
- 45:08and I had proof on that on file with The United States Secretary of State when I applied for a passport application, and he accepted it and issued me a passport in that capacity
- 45:17as a national,
- 45:19as a state citizen and not a federal citizen.
- 45:22The court says, Is that it?
- 45:24The plaintiff says, The courts have held that there's two citizenship statuses.
- 45:29There's a state citizenship or a citizenship in the state, and there's a federal citizenship
- 45:33and that they're not necessarily correlated,
- 45:36you don't have to be one to be the other. And Georgia Constitution says that jurisdiction of the General Assembly extends to U. Citizens and residents in Georgia.
- 45:45A federal citizen that's in Georgia is in residence, as residence is defined as where someone dwells for a period of time for the receipt of a benefit or discharge of a duty.
- 45:55So, where you receive your right to know your duties is where your residence is. So, when a federal citizen
- 46:00is in a state, they're in residence in the state. When a state citizen is in a state, he's not in residence as it's contemplated in the fourteenth amendment.
- 46:08And the court said or the judge,
- 46:11I wouldn't suppose that you've reviewed the case of Brown v State, which is Georgia three forty six
- 46:16appellate case, a 2018 case where the court of appeals held that those asserting
- 46:21their sovereign citizens or have natural status
- 46:24are not exempt from taxes. And I said, yes, sir. The court said, it's right there, plain black and white.
- 46:31I said, yes, sir. I'm not asserting that I'm a sovereign citizen. I'm a state citizen of Georgia, and that's on file.
- 46:37And the court interrupted and said, are you afforded the guarantees,
- 46:41the rights and privileges of a state citizen? Correct?
- 46:44Yes, sir. I'm a capital c citizen, not a lowercase c citizen under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment.
- 46:50Those are citizen subjects,
- 46:52and my rights are coming from the organic constitution and not from the fourteenth amendment.
- 46:56The court said, okay.
- 46:59Privileges and immunities there. I'm not really sure what a sovereign citizen is. I don't really know. It kinda sounds like a jumbo shrimp because
- 47:07everybody's a citizen of something. Everybody gets right to owes duties
- 47:11to something, and you can't just be on your own. Nobody is stateless.
- 47:16The court says, do you have a Georgia driver's license?
- 47:18Yes, sir. A person is an entity in law who the law describes rights and duties. So when the statutes specify a person, they're specifying persons that
- 47:28a particular
- 47:29person that receives rights and duties from a particular location.
- 47:32So a US citizen receives rights and duties, civil rights under the fourteenth amendment,
- 47:37and a state citizen receives rights from God that are constitutionally protected. The court said, can I ask you this? Do
- 47:44you have children?
- 47:45Plaintiff, yes, sir.
- 47:47The court, how old are they? I said, I've got a two year old, a nine year old, and a 13 year old. The nine and 13 year old, are they in school? Yes, sir. Where do they go to school? And I told him to the schools.
- 47:57Okay. They're public schools? I said, yes, sir. And he says, you own a house in Columbia County? I said, yes, sir.
- 48:04The court, do you pay your property tax? I said, yes, sir. So why help me understand why property tax applies, but this doesn't.
- 48:10Well, mean, I kind of feel like, you know, the fire, police, the resources, you know, this but this tax on this car is just egregious in my mind. You know, the federal government understands this. The secretary of state understands this. I applied for a passport. He issued me the passport. If anything in my application had been fraudulent, if my affidavit had been fraudulent or frivolous,
- 48:31I would have been they certainly would not have issued me a passport and they probably would have prosecuted me for passport fraud.
- 48:37The IRS recognizes it. I don't owe. I'm not a non resident. I'm a non resident alien to the IRS.
- 48:43I don't owe income taxes other than those to the extent of eight seventy one B and eight seventy seven B and 26 CFR.
- 48:49The IRS accepts my non resident alien return alien returns.
- 48:54They've accepted my affidavit,
- 48:55and it's on file with the secretary, and they understand that I'm a state citizen, not a federal citizen.
- 49:00This was told in the case with Brishaber versus Union Pacific Railroad in Treasury decision twenty three thirteen.
- 49:06Brishaber was a state citizen of New York and not a federal US citizen in the court. The Treasury upheld that, and the Treasury upheld that. In Treasury decision 2313,
- 49:16they labeled Mr. Brishaber as a nonresident alien because he was a state citizen.
- 49:21However, the income from Union Pacific Railroad was federal because Union Pacific Railroad was chartered by Congress,
- 49:27and so that he did no taxes on that. And nonresident
- 49:31aliens do owe income tax on federally sourced income.
- 49:34The judge said, All right, and how is this different than defined as in OCGA
- 49:3940 two-one where a person who has a permanent home or domicile here is a resident?
- 49:44I said, Yes, sir. Well, they have to be a US citizen. That's what they're associating here. So all US citizens are in residence.
- 49:51The court says, you don't have to be a US citizen to be a resident here if you have a permanent domicile.
- 49:56There's lots of people here that live here that are not citizens.
- 50:00I said, well, you could be a resident alien, and that's why they they say US citizen or resident. And the court said, alright.
- 50:07Let me hear from mister Hudson, which is the other attorney, and I'll come back to you.
- 50:13Do you want me to keep going?
- 50:15Unknown: It's fascinating.
- 50:16I think you did a, again, a really good job.
- 50:20And do y'all wanna continue hearing William's transcript
- 50:24Unknown: here? Yes. Alright.
- 50:26Unknown: I guess Yes. From Paul. Okay. Okay. People and and folks, if you're new,
- 50:32Unknown: Paul, we have no audio on
- 50:34Radio.
- 50:37Unknown: I can There's no audio on Eurofolk?
- 50:39Unknown: I have no control over that.
- 50:43That is
- 50:44Unknown: that is Paul English. Hold on a second, William. Let's Paul's talking to the guy. I guess, Eurofolk
- 50:51hadn't picked this up. I don't know
- 50:53what all the problems are, but I like your the way you handled yourself here,
- 50:58and, good job. What I was gonna tell the audience, if you're new,
- 51:02is, that William's been around a few years. He took to this stuff very adeptly as you can tell,
- 51:09and, you ain't gonna put anything over on him. Now he's a man that's truly free.
- 51:15Okay? Because he can get up and belligerently,
- 51:17nicely,
- 51:18defend his position, not only defend it, he can explain it as he did in this transcript.
- 51:24So did we have anybody else that wanna say something before he goes forward? Hold on. Anybody wanna say something? Don't leave it don't leave it saying, and we'll go ahead and finish it.
- 51:34Unknown: Okay.
- 51:35Unknown: Okay.
- 51:37There you go. Alright. We're gonna drop the green flag again. Let's go let's go get them, William.
- 51:43Unknown: Okay. This is the county attorney and his motion for summary judgment.
- 51:47Judge, I submit you to you that the court that mister Robertson is essentially essentially admits today that he's a resident of the state of Georgia. That is the only thing that is needed for the purpose of taxation in this state, period.
- 51:59That should be the end of this discussion. But, judge, I will kinda go through a few other things just for the purposes of the wreck of the record. I think the facts are pretty clear, your honor. I don't think I need to go why why we're here from a procedural standpoint.
- 52:12Your honor touched on a few of the requirements. Some of the things that I think are certainly beyond a reasonable doubt show that he's a resident of the state of Georgia. I mean, number one, he's got a Georgia driver's license. Number two, he applied for and was granted a homestead exemption with the county,
- 52:26and he saved about $2,000 a year in property taxes.
- 52:30He's registered to vote in Georgia. He's been registered voter since 2002.
- 52:34He last voted in November
- 52:362024.
- 52:37He owns a residence in Columbia County, judge. He's lived there since 2018.
- 52:41He's admitted that he pays property taxes every year. His kids attend public school. He's got a passport, judge, which is proof of US citizenship.
- 52:49No. It's not. Pilot, and he's registered for I know. He's also registered for his license through the FAA. So he avails himself of all the benefits of the state of Georgia, your honor, but then wants to pick and choose what taxes he's allowed pay, which to me, I find a bit frankly concerning and somewhat offensive to the taxpayers here in in the county, your honor.
- 53:08Some applicable law, judge, just to support what I've talked about, is Forrester v Culpepper.
- 53:13It's a supreme court case from 1942,
- 53:16and says, quote, a resident for the purposes of taxation is someone who resides in Georgia and makes residence in Georgia on the last day of the taxable year,
- 53:26end quote.
- 53:27Note that he's been living here since 2018.
- 53:30He admitted it himself, your honor. So, again, I'd argue that the analysis here, but I'm gonna go into a couple other points. As I mentioned moments ago, he receives a homestead exemption. If you look at the specific code exemption,
- 53:42it says the exemption must be
- 53:45actually occupied as a permanent residence in a place of abode by the applicant awarded the exemption, and the homestead shall be the legal residence and domicile of the applicant for all purposes whatsoever.
- 53:57So judge, the Georgia statute is very clear. If you've got a homestead exemption, then you're a resident of Georgia. I don't think that's up for debate.
- 54:04Also, your honor, as a resident voter here in Georgia since 2002,
- 54:09OCGA twenty one two two seventeen states that a person's voter registration and voter history are significant indicators of their residence.
- 54:17In that same vein, your honor, quoting Georgia Supreme Court Dozier v Baker, a 2008 decision, the court held that registration and actual voting in the county are, quote, persuasive
- 54:28of permanent residency there, end quote.
- 54:31So I don't think there's a debate again here, judge, that he's a resident of Georgia for the purposes of taxation
- 54:36and a resident of Columbia County. We talked about Sovereign Citizens Judge, and I know he claims that that's not what he is, but the courts have asserted
- 54:44that any individual asserting national status as he has or sovereign status
- 54:50are not exempt from taxation or beyond the jurisdiction of the courts.
- 54:54Judge, there's a litany of cases out there. Your honor cited
- 54:57Brown v. State, so I'm not gonna go into that. But if you look at the case of Stockholm
- 55:02v commissioner, it's a federal case in the eleventh circuit. It specifically finds it's frivolous.
- 55:07A tax protesters claim that he was freeborn and sovereign person.
- 55:11It was therefore not subject to the income tax laws.
- 55:14Hold it. Hold it. You know? William, can I
- 55:18Unknown: I gotta interrupt you just saying I hope you and your brief address
- 55:23this
- 55:24and say, I never said I was exempt from income tax? I will pay eight seventy one and eight seventy seven b taxes as defined
- 55:33anytime I owe them. So I'm not exempt.
- 55:36That's a misnomer on your effect. Yeah. But On your side. But, anyway, just wanna interrupt that. You've done it. Yep.
- 55:44It's a great it's a great argument.
- 55:48Unknown: Yeah. I put that in my brief against, you know, my reply
- 55:52to their motion.
- 55:53Unknown: Oh, you gotta counter it. They've come to these conclusions.
- 55:56They've come to these conclusions as stated.
- 55:59They they fined you $4,500
- 56:02in attorney's fees on these same findings and and conclusions, and they're just wrong. You are a national, but here's the difference. Sovereign citizens never defined anywhere or mentioned except in these court cases
- 56:15as ridicule.
- 56:16Okay? A national is in not only legislation
- 56:20in the in the statutes at large, the nationality act of 1940, but it's also in the INA.
- 56:26Please don't forget
- 56:28to bring in the state department certificate.
- 56:31All US citizens are US nationals.
- 56:34Please don't forget to bring that into your brief. Okay?
- 56:39Unknown: Hey.
- 56:40Can I just,
- 56:41add here? Eurofocus on. Just refresh. It's in there.
- 56:46Unknown: I'm what?
- 56:49Unknown: Eurofolk radio. It is carrying me. Refresh.
- 56:53Unknown: Thank you. Thank you, Mer.
- 56:55Refresh it. She says there
- 56:58okay.
- 56:59Good job, William.
- 57:01Just these little things that I come to
- 57:04wanna make sure you put some of this stuff in your brief because they need to be addressed.
- 57:08That's the reason you're appealing Yeah. Is because of this right crap right here.
- 57:14Unknown: Right.
- 57:14Right. But the court said that, you know, essentially, that argument is not persuasive,
- 57:20and it's not reliable.
- 57:21That's been upheld in courts throughout the country, your honor. I don't think that's up for dispute. So, judge, I don't think the evidence is insurmountable.
- 57:28I think the evidence is insurmountable.
- 57:30However you look at it, whether it's from his perspective or my perspective or from the court's perspective, He's a resident of the state of Georgia, and he owes these taxes, judge.
- 57:39Unknown: Now I'm gonna can I interrupt again? I think yeah.
- 57:43To to go back and emphasize
- 57:47Shit. I lost my damn thought.
- 57:50I'll go back and emphasize that
- 57:53the residency of what we're talking about also, and I think I know you will. Also, you can bring in the Georgia code where it says the term residents rebuttable presumption.
- 58:03Yeah. All that stuff was there before. I admit I didn't understand this. It's just like slavery. I didn't know I was enslaved either, and I got out of that too. And part of it is this right here.
- 58:15Unknown: Okay?
- 58:16Unknown: The term resident. Well, you got a real good
- 58:20good scenario here. So I'm sorry to interrupt.
- 58:24Go ahead and reread it. And we'll you gotta what about another
- 58:28three weeks to get this submitted?
- 58:32Unknown: Yeah. I've submitted
- 58:34the transcript to the court.
- 58:36They gotta post that, and then they gotta transmit it all to the appeals court. Then I gotta pay them $300,
- 58:42and then they'll docket it. And then I have twenty days to
- 58:46doing a fuel brief. Okay.
- 58:49Unknown: Alright. So we got a little lead time. Go ahead. I'll stop interrupting, but there's some things, man. You we can we can work on this thing together with the whole brain trust here
- 58:59and maybe get some of the real key things in in there that are very important. I wanted to read wanted to read the
- 59:07Unknown: Yeah. I wanna read the transcript just out of this. Alright. I'll shut up. Everybody, then let's go forward. Have an idea of what their argument was. You know? Alright. And we can discuss it when you're finished. Gonna come you know, it's gonna be the same argument that they come up against us with anything. You know? Everything
- 59:24Unknown: William, I've kind of been able to deduce it down to this. All of it, instead of necessarily being citizen of The United States,
- 59:32it's this resident term.
- 59:34Then what they're doing is they're going in and applying in their,
- 59:39decisions and thinking
- 59:41the fact that it's the geographical
- 59:44definition.
- 59:45Oh, he's got a home. He's got a license. His kids are in school. All that kind of stuff. When it isn't, it's from the ambassadorial
- 59:53side,
- 59:54that they're hiding under here as to which set of laws do you wanna live under, and that's gotta be voluntary, doesn't it?
- 1:00:02This is the this is the whole ball of wax right here is them,
- 1:00:07insisting
- 1:00:08on using the resident term in that capacity and trying to buffalo you on the geographical
- 1:00:15side.
- 1:00:16Say, well, this is law. It's right here in our books, but now see,
- 1:00:20the term resident's a rebuttal presumption.
- 1:00:23Yeah. It's in your books, but you're you're working on fraud. That's not the definition. It's this one here.
- 1:00:30So that is the whole deal right there, I believe.
- 1:00:34Unknown: I bring that up at the end, and you'll like it. They just steamroll over me anyway. But
- 1:00:40Unknown: That's okay. It's on the record, sir. Yep.
- 1:00:44Unknown: And I think, your honor,
- 1:00:46it would be important for me or I would be remiss, I guess, if not to request from the court attorney's fees and having to prosecute and defend this matter. The good working people of Columbia County should not have to bear the attorney's fees to come in and defend this frivolous action, your honor. It's just not fair to them.
- 1:01:01OCGA nine fifteen fourteen is exactly on point as to why attorney's fees should be granted in this case. The court may assess reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and expenses of litigation in any civil action in any court of record if upon the motion
- 1:01:17of any party or the court itself finds that any
- 1:01:21attorney or party brought and defendant an action thereof
- 1:01:24a claim that lacks substantial justification,
- 1:01:27or that an action or any part thereof was interposed for delay or harassment,
- 1:01:31or if it finds an attorney or party unnecessarily extended proceedings.
- 1:01:35And importantly, judge, it says, as used in this code and section, lack of substantial justifications means substantially frivolous, substantially groundless,
- 1:01:43or substantially vexatious.
- 1:01:45This is exactly what we have here today, judge. An adherence of the law is no defense,
- 1:01:49and there are litany of mountain cases out there that shows that he is subject to this tax.
- 1:01:55And the fact that, your honor, he filed this action
- 1:01:58after the board of it, assessors and the board of,
- 1:02:01equalization basically said,
- 1:02:04you know, no. You're wrong, and we've made us go through these motions to file this dispos dismissive motion in response to this complaint.
- 1:02:13So, he said,
- 1:02:16I do think, your honor, that the court should award reasonable attorney's fees and allow me, if the court sees it, to do so, to submit an affidavit to the court for review in a few days.
- 1:02:25And that's all I've got in the court. Okay. Alright. Mister Robertson, anything?
- 1:02:30Okay.
- 1:02:31Unknown: I would say the vexatious argument
- 1:02:34is one that hangs its hat
- 1:02:36on a legal peg that doesn't exist like sovereign citizen.
- 1:02:40Also, please
- 1:02:42don't forget to neglect all these cases they're bringing up. I
- 1:02:46will guarantee you, 100%,
- 1:02:48none of them ever filed an affidavit with the secretary of state. They slam dumped them just like the IRS did John and Glenn. They never bring it up Right. But you've gotta bring it up.
- 1:03:01Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:03:04And then anything mister Roberts, anything further? I said, yes, sir. I've shifted my allegiance from the federal government to the state government, and that allegiance automatically invokes protection of the state, protection of my rights, my life, my liberty, and my property. And as a state citizen, that I was brought here to defend my property rights that the state should be defending for me is a little insulting as well, sir.
- 1:03:25The information is on file with the United States Secretary of State. This is totally recognized by the federal government. This isn't frivolous. It's not something that I've made up. This goes back to the founding of our country before the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:03:38We only had one citizenship.
- 1:03:40That was a state citizenship. If you were a state citizen, you were ipso facto, a citizen of The United States.
- 1:03:45Then the federal government, after the civil war, created a citizenship of their own for freedmen of color,
- 1:03:51and they had no authority to force those citizens upon the states. But what they did was they forced the states to rewrite their constitutions.
- 1:03:58In Stanton in Georgia v Stanton, that's where the Georgia Georgia sued over the Reconstruction Act and said,
- 1:04:04if you're gonna replace our legislature, you're gonna re make us rewrite our constitution. You're gonna make us redefine our sovereign body. You're basically gonna overthrow the state. You're gonna overthrow our state government as a political body. And the supreme court said, yes. That's the mischief that will happen, but it's a political question, and we can't answer it.
- 1:04:21And the judge said, what does that have to do with you paying car taxes?
- 1:04:27The plaintiff says because it's a political residency, not a Only every only everything.
- 1:04:34Right. Because it's a political residency, not a geographical residency that he alluded to,
- 1:04:39Residency and citizenship go along hand in hand in the fourteenth amendment. And if you're not a US citizen,
- 1:04:45and I've got proof on file with The United States secretary of state that I'm not a US citizen, that I'm a national,
- 1:04:50I'm a state citizen, not a federal citizen, and not subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 1:04:55So I just don't see how that can be considered frivolous in this case.
- 1:04:59The court said, mister Hudson, anything further? Mister Hudson, judge, all I've got to say
- 1:05:04that in response to this, that, of course, it's frivolous. I mean, regardless, he can call himself a nationalist. He can call himself a sovereign citizen. It doesn't matter. The law of Georgia is clear. If you reside here, you pay taxes. If you go to school here, you vote here, you're a citizen of the state for the of Georgia for the purposes of tax. It's not up for debate. That's not up for argument. That's the black letter of the law, judge. And the fact that he is not an attorney is no excuse.
- 1:05:29The fact that he filed this frivolous appeal and the taxpayers and the people actually work in this county and pay their taxes and do so without making these ridiculous arguments, they should not have to flip the bill for this nonsense, judge. And I would ask the court to order attorney's fees.
- 1:05:43Alright. Said the judge, and he looked back at me, and I said, well, you're Tiki v d'Arcy. This is a 1935
- 1:05:49case. The supreme court settled way back then that you that citizenship was not determined by a passport as a defense alleged. It's documentation and possession of the secretary that defines what your citizenship is, and I've given him documentation.
- 1:06:01He issued me a passport based on that citizenship evidence. So this is not this goes back a long way. This is not frivolous. And I gave notice to the US attorney general and the department of and the court interrupted. And, again, what does that have to do with the state of Georgia deciding
- 1:06:16you're a citizen based on Georgia law?
- 1:06:19And the plaintiffs,
- 1:06:20well, Georgia constitution says that their jurisdiction extends to US citizen
- 1:06:24I mean, who else can a tax apply to?
- 1:06:28Unknown: And here's where you bring Hudson's Okay.
- 1:06:31I'm here's where you bring that in.
- 1:06:34Citizenship
- 1:06:35exclusively
- 1:06:37by the secretary of state. This isn't a state decision.
- 1:06:40It's his decision. Therefore, it's my decision.
- 1:06:43I I can't believe a great exchange,
- 1:06:47though.
- 1:06:49Unknown: And then their attorneys the county attorney says, and, judge, let's just say for purposes of argument, he is correct.
- 1:06:55Even if he were not considered a state citizen of Georgia, if he's the resident of Georgia, the courts the judge says, yeah. And that's all that's required. And the judge said, that's my point.
- 1:07:06I said, you can't reside. If you're not a US citizen, you can't reside politically.
- 1:07:11And the judge said, alright. Enough of this. Based on the testimony here today, the evidence presented in the law of the state of Georgia, I'm gonna grant the defendant's motion for summary judgment.
- 1:07:19I do find that it's for the president for the purpose of taxation.
- 1:07:23I'm gonna award attorney's fees under $9.15 14.
- 1:07:26You'll get me an affidavit to that effect. I'll determine what the, fair amount of attorney's fees will be. Thank you, your honor.
- 1:07:33And those attorneys William. Pay within sixty days.
- 1:07:36Unknown: I'm so proud of you,
- 1:07:38about honestly, I almost feel like giving out cigars.
- 1:07:42You have just done an exemplary
- 1:07:45exemplary job here, and
- 1:07:47you've got total command of the information.
- 1:07:50And, these people don't know what to do with you. The minute you mentioned politically is when he shut it down.
- 1:07:59They they're not gonna go over.
- 1:08:02Well, they're not gonna go over on the legislature, and and the legislature doesn't wanna go over on them. It's same thing. Like you said the other day, the sixteenth amendment not being ratified. Exact same thing happens. Hot potato. Bam. Bam. Bam.
- 1:08:16Unknown: Oh, I'm so proud of you. The problem here the problem here is I paid the tax. So, like, they can't they
- 1:08:22either gotta refund it or violate the law.
- 1:08:25Unknown: Correct.
- 1:08:27It's just a real good case. I don't know of anybody that's ever taken our argument
- 1:08:32and and and and and taken it this far while it while it hits me. Please don't forget in your brief to use day at.
- 1:08:43Unknown: Okay.
- 1:08:45Unknown: Yeah. Hold it. Hold it, sir. Here's a supreme court case from Idaho.
- 1:08:50Says exactly the same thing what I'm telling you. Don't tell me this is frivolous. Bring out the
- 1:08:56show me in any statute, any regulation, or any court case besides this frivolous banter
- 1:09:02that the defense is putting out here. Show me what a sovereign citizen is. There gotta be a definition somewhere.
- 1:09:08All these people are using it. What is it? Where is it, please? Because I'm gonna show you mine,
- 1:09:14and I'm gonna show you policy from the state department
- 1:09:18that verifies what I'm telling you. According to the INA,
- 1:09:23all US citizens
- 1:09:25are US nationals. Right
- 1:09:27here. You're gonna over you're gonna override state department policy,
- 1:09:31sir?
- 1:09:35Unknown: Right.
- 1:09:36Unknown: I would look into Diet v Turner. I'd look into Diet v Turner and read that thoroughly
- 1:09:44because I don't know we don't know if it was the case,
- 1:09:48Dyette v Turner,
- 1:09:49or if it was
- 1:09:52the judge's
- 1:09:55dissertation
- 1:09:56on the outcome of the case after the fact.
- 1:10:00Unknown: Right. So
- 1:10:02Unknown: I would But that would as
- 1:10:05Unknown: even a state supreme court precedent,
- 1:10:09which wouldn't bind Georgia,
- 1:10:11but it's strongly persuasive.
- 1:10:16Unknown: Right. I have quick question. Also, there's two things.
- 1:10:19But there's two things. There's the Diet v Turner case,
- 1:10:23and then there is the dissertation that was written by the judge after the fact, which is not a matter of law. It's a judge's opinion.
- 1:10:32Unknown: Well, that'd be precedent. K? I don't know. Also, you ought to bring in for sure. I'll get you second, Brent. Title 42,
- 1:10:39which is civil rights and those sections where it talks about white citizens.
- 1:10:44What is this, sir?
- 1:10:46Who
- 1:10:47what happened to Whitey and Jim Crow? Where'd he go?
- 1:10:53Show me the legislation
- 1:10:54that obfuscated him.
- 1:10:58Unknown: Well, I was William, you got a really in my case and my and my and my brief and my my brief for to support my motion and then my counter,
- 1:11:09counter briefs.
- 1:11:10I mean, all all that information's in there, and they're gonna review the case record.
- 1:11:15So I think I just need to pound on nonresident alien and not being not being a person whom the tax applies to.
- 1:11:23Uh-huh. That's gonna be And I'd go back. Is gonna kinda
- 1:11:27Unknown: This decision hangs on that I'm a resident of Georgia, and I'm gonna ask you why this is in the Georgia code that res the term resident's rebuttable presumption.
- 1:11:39Because I if I rebut that by using that code, everything you've hung on me, I rebut.
- 1:11:46Brent.
- 1:11:47Unknown: Yep.
- 1:11:49Back to the
- 1:11:51to the transcript,
- 1:11:53where you talked about the fourteenth amendment. Who you calling colored sucker? Yeah.
- 1:12:01Unknown: You want us to send Brent over there to go? Oh, it's a paper shuffle now.
- 1:12:05You'd like to bring Brent into that little hearing room.
- 1:12:08See here? We made this guy white.
- 1:12:14Unknown: Roger. Yes.
- 1:12:16Unknown: Samuel.
- 1:12:17Unknown: Yeah. William William, how are you gonna handle the prosecutor's
- 1:12:21accusations
- 1:12:22that
- 1:12:23you're a lowercase
- 1:12:25c citizen
- 1:12:26because you're voting,
- 1:12:29your
- 1:12:30Unknown: get children in public school, etcetera, etcetera. He went on. He had, like No. He six to 12 points. He never said he never said I wasn't a citizen. He's saying that I'm a resident, and those are all indicators of residence.
- 1:12:42And that,
- 1:12:44even if at the end there, he was like, even if he's not a state citizen,
- 1:12:48even if he's not a citizen of the state or no citizen at all, if he's a resident, that's all we need.
- 1:12:54They don't need then the citizenship doesn't matter in their eyes. It's that how do we hang that residency tag on you?
- 1:13:01Unknown: Well, he's connecting you to to being a resident because of the voting and
- 1:13:06Unknown: public school would be taxed. Amendment reside.
- 1:13:10Yeah. It says right in the fourteenth amendment reside.
- 1:13:13Did they reside?
- 1:13:15Unknown: Sounds sounds like bring that up. I should Hold on, Mirka. I'm gonna get you. Hold on.
- 1:13:21Unknown: Just wanted to tell William, he it sounds like the attorney or the whoever this prosecutor is trying to
- 1:13:28decide who he is and that's a problem there that you need to also,
- 1:13:33you know, bring up in your appeal. And then he talked about American ignorance of the law.
- 1:13:39Well, surely
- 1:13:41is ignorant of the law and you need to point that out because he doesn't know the difference between the two statuses.
- 1:13:47And you're not a US citizen,
- 1:13:50is he's trying to make you
- 1:13:53subject to the United States Corporation
- 1:13:56as a resident
- 1:13:58and as as that explains in the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:14:01Unknown: Subject to the Georgia license.
- 1:14:04Aren't you in residence
- 1:14:05according to the document that you signed?
- 1:14:10Unknown: It doesn't matter. Your affidavit is there. Trump affidavit. Yeah. Right. Exactly. It's the highest That's not how they look at it. I'm sorry. You've got stay out the That's why you need to correct them. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and that's what you need to give, give that back to them.
- 1:14:26Unknown: Yep. Well, he's he's done a great job so far.
- 1:14:31So
- 1:14:32Unknown: who else do you to These are the exact same things that Randy Lee
- 1:14:37rebutted immediately
- 1:14:39when he came into district court,
- 1:14:41that he is not affiliated with any of these things at all.
- 1:14:45Unknown: Mhmm. Well, I think William kinda did a good job of that. It wasn't a district court. It was a hearing, administrative hearing.
- 1:14:53And I wonder how did Randy Lee get into district court without going through the administrative process first?
- 1:15:01Unknown: It sounds like, and this is new news,
- 1:15:04is,
- 1:15:06Julie dug up. He filed an affidavit,
- 1:15:10an affidavit
- 1:15:12process
- 1:15:13prior to court.
- 1:15:18Unknown: But we we didn't dig any deeper because we sort of got off that subject the other day. But that Well, usually, the rule is if you try and bring suits like this to the district court level,
- 1:15:29they will say, you exhausted your administrative process? If not, I can't file this.
- 1:15:35This is a two tier thing. This is the deep state. You gotta deal with it. It's the administrative agencies,
- 1:15:40court of record. But that's my that's so that's my question. Would that may have found some other way around it? I don't know.
- 1:15:46Unknown: He he he called it abandoned paperwork that he received where he does his housekeeping,
- 1:15:53and he probably responded with an abatement.
- 1:15:57And then they brought him into court,
- 1:15:59and they dismissed or didn't dismiss that to be the They said next next case. It was like the case didn't even exist.
- 1:16:05Unknown: Well, they didn't honor his abatement in that case. They just rolled on to the court.
- 1:16:11Question. Honored his abatement. They never docketed it.
- 1:16:16Yes. Question.
- 1:16:20Unknown: We who owns the MSO on the vehicle?
- 1:16:24Unknown: They
- 1:16:27Unknown: Well, that's their vehicle. And that's
- 1:16:29Unknown: well, that's what, you know, in my appeal brief,
- 1:16:33you know, they they never discussed does the
- 1:16:37transaction
- 1:16:39does the transaction
- 1:16:40create a taxable event
- 1:16:43between
- 1:16:45that transaction
- 1:16:46of me buying the car
- 1:16:48as a non resident alien,
- 1:16:50how did that create a taxable event for the state?
- 1:16:57The transaction tax is on the transaction,
- 1:16:59not not the title,
- 1:17:02even though it's attached to the title. And I had to submit the title to get a state or submit a title to get the state
- 1:17:10Unknown: title. But And it was a used car. Right? It wasn't a new car. It was a used car. Right? Yeah. See,
- 1:17:18when I lived in Georgia Florida
- 1:17:21Unknown: Florida probably had the MSO.
- 1:17:23Unknown: When I lived there, they didn't have that. When an unused car, there wasn't a tax if I remember correctly.
- 1:17:29Dave?
- 1:17:31Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:17:32William,
- 1:17:33did you is is your bill of sale say that you
- 1:17:38purchased that automobile
- 1:17:40with
- 1:17:41lawful money and other valuable considerations?
- 1:17:46Unknown: No. It's just a typical bill of sale from a car dealership.
- 1:17:49Unknown: I mean You bought it at a dealership?
- 1:17:52Yeah.
- 1:17:54In the future,
- 1:17:55if you use,
- 1:17:57you know, some silver or gold,
- 1:18:00and and it don't have to be all of it. I think it's, like, $21.02
- 1:18:05dollars or something like that, and you write. You know, I there's a is it 411
- 1:18:10or something is the code?
- 1:18:12And if you say on your bill of sale that you used lawful money and other valuable considerations, they cannot register that vehicle.
- 1:18:20They can't own it
- 1:18:23unless you use Federal Reserve bills.
- 1:18:26Unknown: The Georgia co or there's a Georgia case that says that they can
- 1:18:30that you have to have a nexus. Well, they call it nexus. You have to have a nexus between
- 1:18:35the person or property that the state seeks to tax. The state has to have a nexus.
- 1:18:40So if you're a non resident alien,
- 1:18:43the
- 1:18:44nexus isn't in your person.
- 1:18:46So now we've to look at the transaction.
- 1:18:48How did the transaction create a nexus
- 1:18:51between me and the state?
- 1:18:54See what I'm saying? So that's that's Oh, no. Absolutely. That's one of the that's
- 1:18:59one of the arguments.
- 1:19:00You know, one of the reasons that they should overturn the case
- 1:19:04is because there was no nexus, and they didn't even analyze whether the transaction created a nexus because I'm over here saying I'm not fruit, and they're trying to argue whether I'm an apple or an orange
- 1:19:15the whole time. You know? Always. I'm I'm Back. I'm not I'm not that.
- 1:19:20And we've already established that, and you're over here arguing that.
- 1:19:25So,
- 1:19:27they they didn't look at whether the transaction created a taxable event, a nexus between the state,
- 1:19:34because I'm I'm a nonresident alien. And and you can't be and I'm putting this in my appellant brief too. How can you be nonresident alien under US law
- 1:19:43and resident under Georgia law?
- 1:19:46That would be totally contradictory. That's impossibility.
- 1:19:53Unknown: Also,
- 1:19:54with the used car dealer, isn't his he isn't it his
- 1:19:59it's on the sale of the car.
- 1:20:02Isn't it his responsibility to pay the sales stocks, and they're just passing it on to you?
- 1:20:08Unknown: Yep. And I bought it in Florida.
- 1:20:10Unknown: I bought it in Jacksonville.
- 1:20:12Oh.
- 1:20:16Unknown: Yikes. Well, it's an interesting situation, William, and you've really done a fabulous job to this point. And, of course, we'd love to help you polish that thing up before you send it in. Make sure you get the you know, some of these things that you might ordinarily
- 1:20:31forget. You know?
- 1:20:34Unknown: They're gonna fight this new tooth and nail because,
- 1:20:37you know, this would upset,
- 1:20:39you know, all that. You know, if people you know what I mean?
- 1:20:44Yeah. Of course. They're gonna fight
- 1:20:47they're gonna fight every way they can to avoid
- 1:20:51Unknown: having to rule in my favor. You you you think the judge has already given them a signal that this is coming their way?
- 1:20:59Unknown: I don't know. I doubt it. He's a
- 1:21:03Okay. I got a friend that's a neighbor that's a neighbor with him and says he's a bozo.
- 1:21:07Unknown: Okay. William.
- 1:21:11Who's the one say something? The the
- 1:21:13Unknown: state it's Mirka.
- 1:21:15The state of California I mean, the state of Georgia is United States.
- 1:21:21There's no difference.
- 1:21:22Unknown: So It's a pretty under District of Columbia.
- 1:21:26Unknown: They're District of Columbia.
- 1:21:28They're all District of Columbia.
- 1:21:30Unknown: You are not AIDS. You're aliens. Well, that's what that that case he quoted where they're gonna change the legislature,
- 1:21:36change everything. And and, you know, if p if those states didn't pass the fourteenth amendment,
- 1:21:42they burned their law libraries too.
- 1:21:46Unknown: Yep.
- 1:21:49Unknown: They're gonna do everything they possibly can not find in his favor because if they do,
- 1:21:56the entire
- 1:21:57double dipping taxation
- 1:21:59system on used cars in the state of Georgia and the 49
- 1:22:03other states
- 1:22:04will crumble like a house of cards.
- 1:22:08Unknown: On top of that, they'll have to refund the attorney's fees from the lower decision, won't they?
- 1:22:14Unknown: That's if the judge I put a stay on those, but I requested a motion to stay those. But Uh-huh.
- 1:22:20If the judge doesn't sign it, I'll have to pay it, you know, regardless. They're another they're under no obligation,
- 1:22:27but Georgia does allow them to stay.
- 1:22:30Know, like, Alex Jones in Texas? You know, they in Texas, they could continue going to stay the charges on Alex. Correct. You know? Correct. And Connecticut too, I believe. Can.
- 1:22:42Okay. In Georgia, you can, but you don't they don't have to, but they can. The court has the authority to do that.
- 1:22:48Unknown: Okay, Raj.
- 1:22:50Unknown: Yes.
- 1:22:51Unknown: It's not necessarily that they gotta give him his $4,000
- 1:22:55back because once a precedent is set,
- 1:22:58then they well, have to re
- 1:23:01once it's once this case
- 1:23:04is actually decided,
- 1:23:05if he wins,
- 1:23:07then anybody who has paid taxes
- 1:23:11on a used or new car
- 1:23:13in the last seven years can make a claim against the state for a refund,
- 1:23:18Unknown: plus interest in penalties. If they're Unless they've got an affidavit in in on file when they fit the same person as William is.
- 1:23:27Otherwise, that wouldn't be right, I don't think, Paul.
- 1:23:31Unknown: Okay. Right.
- 1:23:34And what's interesting, the the appellate court said, I normally have three judges,
- 1:23:40Unknown: but they can bring all 15 judges in. That's called en banc, and, yes, they can.
- 1:23:48Was that Tom? Tom d did I hear in the background?
- 1:23:53Unknown: That is me in the virtual
- 1:23:55flesh here.
- 1:23:57Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:23:58I thought so.
- 1:24:01Unknown: Yeah. I've been I've been listening every day. I'm just, you know, doing other stuff.
- 1:24:06So,
- 1:24:07but this,
- 1:24:08I have a question about who is the attorney that he was facing?
- 1:24:14Unknown: He's the he's the county attorney.
- 1:24:17Unknown: Okay. Alright. And they wanna hit you with,
- 1:24:21wanna hit you with, legal fees. Right?
- 1:24:24Unknown: That's right. Yep.
- 1:24:26Unknown: Okay. So so whether this
- 1:24:29county attorney
- 1:24:31is he, like, a private attorney? Is he, like, have his own law practice, and he just does this, like, part time? He work he works he works for a law firm, and the county retained that law that law firm to defend them.
- 1:24:45Okay. So he's an outside attorney. He's not he's not a a county employee?
- 1:24:51Unknown: No.
- 1:24:53Unknown: Okay. Because I've seen where they have these county employee where they try to get lawyer fees
- 1:24:59for an employee of the county or the state or whatever.
- 1:25:02And, you know, whether this guy is, you know, writing up a
- 1:25:07defending you know, prosecuting a murder charge or if he's sitting at his desk sharpening pencils,
- 1:25:12he's getting paid.
- 1:25:14So when you try to say you're gonna charge me attorney fees because of the cost,
- 1:25:18well, he's getting paid no matter what. So why would there be any extra? You know, why are you making me pay his salary when that's his job he's being paid there? So that was what I didn't understand. And and this was over a this was over the tax the sales tax on a on a buying a car?
- 1:25:36Unknown: Ad valorem tax.
- 1:25:39Unknown: It's a oh, Ad valorem? Okay.
- 1:25:41Alright. And where'd you buy that in Jacksonville at?
- 1:25:45Unknown: At a Toyota dealership there.
- 1:25:48Unknown: Oh, cool. Yeah. I used to live in used to live on the West Side Of Jacksonville years
- 1:25:53ago back in the back in the seventies.
- 1:25:57So, anyway okay. Alright. I did that's why I wanted to clarify. I didn't know whether this guy was a county employee because how you gonna repay his his salary when he's already being paid? Well,
- 1:26:08Unknown: had to pay in the in the affidavit,
- 1:26:10he put his invoice in there, and he's got a few hours researching how to tax nonresidents on or how the tax applies to nonresidents.
- 1:26:20Oh.
- 1:26:21But there's there's no information that, you know, out there about nonresident aliens.
- 1:26:25So Yeah.
- 1:26:27Unknown: Because it takes I think as as Roger said as Roger said, you gotta hammer them on this residence.
- 1:26:33You know, get them to define it. And, you know, so I think that's that's where it
- 1:26:38Unknown: hinges. Yeah. Right. Right. Exactly. The whole this is the whole game right here.
- 1:26:44It's not just this incident. That's what I've been is it me as of late?
- 1:26:48This is the whole game that they're playing. They're attaching the ambassadorial
- 1:26:53law definition
- 1:26:55or the geographical,
- 1:26:56and they're using underneath the other one.
- 1:27:00Unknown: It's really What can can you
- 1:27:06and have you submitted any kind of discovery to them? Have you asked Well, he's not working in the early stages.
- 1:27:13Unknown: He's gonna appeal it, and and we're helping him kinda in our minds in this discussion. I know. I just wonder if he did it prematurely. That all these points are
- 1:27:22see, here's the one I don't understand.
- 1:27:24How can they make a decision
- 1:27:26and then charge you $4,500
- 1:27:29for legal research
- 1:27:31on a fiction
- 1:27:32because this doesn't exist.
- 1:27:36Yeah. Now, well, show me the definition. Oh, is this court case and that court case? Well, did those court cases have an affidavit on file? Well, I don't know. Well, I'd say they probably didn't. I do.
- 1:27:50Well, you know, what what's
- 1:27:52how are you charging me almost $5,000
- 1:27:55on something that you cannot define in law?
- 1:27:59No legislature
- 1:28:00passed a definition on what a sovereign citizen is. No. No. No court judge. People have had and claimed it, and they've been ruled against, but we don't know if that anything about that except it's not defined. What were the definitions they used in there?
- 1:28:17Where's the definition
- 1:28:19you're charging me $5,000
- 1:28:21for?
- 1:28:23Unknown: I've gotta I've gotta go here in a minute because I gotta jump in the simulator for the next three or four hours. But I'd I'd love to read I'd love to read that if you could give that to, Mir and have her post it or something. Well, we're he he he's not due for a month or so. That's why we're talking about it. No. I mean, his his transcript right now, the one he's got. I'd love to read that over and over.
- 1:28:44Unknown: Yeah. And anything future too. That would be really great. Listen. Just go listen to the, replay. We read the whole thing today. And that and and
- 1:28:53Unknown: that hearing, I was in that hearing, I was shooting off the hip. I didn't have hardly any I didn't know I was gonna have to go in there and give him a whole argument. I mean, I was You did a great job, man. From the hip, so thought it was pretty good to do it by memory.
- 1:29:06Unknown: Very good job, Danny. You're excellent. Excellent.
- 1:29:09Unknown: Hey, William.
- 1:29:11When they put you in the simulator
- 1:29:13at the end of it, have them run the, nine one one scenario for you, the World Trade Center. Right.
- 1:29:22Unknown: We need a court simulator. Yeah.
- 1:29:26Unknown: Hey. You know, that's not that's not far from wrong, Samuel.
- 1:29:30See, that's the that's the advantage they've got on. We don't have just like William said. I walked in. You don't do that every day and start shooting off the hip when they start doing running the whole thing. It's it's unnerving if you've never done it before. Once you've done it a couple of times,
- 1:29:46settles a lot of that out.
- 1:29:49Unknown: Roger. Right.
- 1:29:51Unknown: Yes. That's sketch sketch?
- 1:29:54Unknown: Yes.
- 1:29:55Two things.
- 1:29:56One thing is
- 1:29:58them using sovereign citizen,
- 1:30:01that is an example of operating under color of law. So I might
- 1:30:06don't know if, the way they acted fits fits all the bills
- 1:30:11for acting in color of law, but you might look into that. And
- 1:30:15I don't think you mentioned one word of saying objection.
- 1:30:19You did object,
- 1:30:21but you didn't say the word. So I just wanted to point that out. I yield.
- 1:30:26Unknown: Yeah. I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing. We're not used to that setting. We're not accomplished it at all. The judge
- 1:30:33is supposed to give William deference
- 1:30:36over the bozo attorney. But he did. Yeah. I understand that. Yeah. And Roger and William,
- 1:30:43Unknown: he he I was gonna tell him that I forgot because I was waiting for you to finish. I'll I'll come back. Yeah.
- 1:30:49Unknown: Okay. And this is I I still wonder, Roger, how we how we get over
- 1:30:55Unknown: let's say, okay. You're signing
- 1:30:58a document like, say, a driver's license under penalty of perjury,
- 1:31:03but that thing says,
- 1:31:05in order for you to do that, you have to be a resident.
- 1:31:10Unknown: And got it back, Roger.
- 1:31:12Unknown: Yes.
- 1:31:15That's where you come in with the law of necessity with Samuel and all that stuff.
- 1:31:20Unknown: Well, that's what I would do. Yeah. That's that's my wicked
- 1:31:25Unknown: in the whole deal is this driving traveling stuff.
- 1:31:29Unknown: Yep. Marco. Roger, for for for the judge to make a judgment on that
- 1:31:35with that false false false
- 1:31:38information.
- 1:31:40It wasn't factual.
- 1:31:41So it isn't that falsification
- 1:31:44of documents,
- 1:31:45falsification?
- 1:31:46I
- 1:31:47you know, a complete false information because it's not I don't know. Factual, and William was giving them all the facts.
- 1:31:54Unknown: He was giving them facts. They were bringing out bullshit like you're a sovereign claiming to be a sovereign citizen. That should have been challenged right there. No
- 1:32:02objection. I'm not bad. Strike that. Show me the definition for that. Where is it defined?
- 1:32:08Oh, you gotta go to Montgomery, Alabama and the Southern Poverty Law Center to get the definition, do you?
- 1:32:16Unknown: Wasn't that his jumbo shrimp comment?
- 1:32:19Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:32:21Yeah. That was great.
- 1:32:23Unknown: I am putting in my appellate brief that, you know, the people have a right. The Georgia constitution says the people have a right
- 1:32:29to petition their government without fear of reprisal,
- 1:32:32punishment, or retaliation.
- 1:32:34And
- 1:32:35for me,
- 1:32:37you know, asserting that I'm a national under the INA
- 1:32:40and being punished for that
- 1:32:42with these attorney's fees for that conduct Mhmm. Yep. Is plate is blatant violation of the Georgia constitution.
- 1:32:50Unknown: I think of the of The United States constitution too.
- 1:32:54That's the there's your you got access
- 1:32:57to that.
- 1:32:58Yep.
- 1:32:59Unknown: I think when they're calling you a sovereign citizen, they're committing slander and if and liable if they write it down.
- 1:33:07Unknown: Well, apparently, did write it down. Well, the court wrote it down.
- 1:33:11William, what I would do is I would take that transcript
- 1:33:14and I would upload that to your favorite
- 1:33:17legal AI engine
- 1:33:20and have it run the numbers and give
- 1:33:24give you grounds for an appeal
- 1:33:27and and a tactic,
- 1:33:29a strategy for appeal.
- 1:33:33Unknown: Aren't you assuming that the AI
- 1:33:35understands
- 1:33:36all of our nuances and the things we do? It doesn't. I would dare say it does.
- 1:33:41William, you say it does?
- 1:33:44Unknown: No. It doesn't. No.
- 1:33:45No. I put Absolutely not. Put my put my emotions in there, and, you know, Eddie even wants to tell me, be be careful. This is frivolous.
- 1:33:53Unknown: You know? Like
- 1:33:55Unknown: because it's gonna Be careful. This is sovereign citizen.
- 1:33:57Unknown: Right. Yeah.
- 1:34:00Unknown: Well, it is going off of, you know Doesn't court cases out there. Doesn't your whole doesn't
- 1:34:06your whole case hang
- 1:34:08on them calling you that
- 1:34:11and and doing a ruling and a and a decision on it and then charging you attorney's fees for it, and they can't even show you a definition of it? Seems like to me that's where you y'all reverse this on them.
- 1:34:24Unknown: You can bet that counterintuitively
- 1:34:26used AI.
- 1:34:27You can bet that counterintuitively
- 1:34:29AI.
- 1:34:30Unknown: You know what? I don't know with that. AI regarding sovereign citizen,
- 1:34:35Unknown: and I'll tell you what. I can get it to back off.
- 1:34:38Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:34:40You can get it to back off on a lot of things, but you gotta know enough to confront it in the first place.
- 1:34:46You
- 1:34:47gotta be ahead of it to do to get it to straighten out, but you can get it to straighten out. I've seen bunch of people talk about it. So,
- 1:34:56William, you're over here in really interesting territory,
- 1:34:59and I applaud you. And let's make sure that people are listening. Now they're this isn't somebody coming after William because of what we do. It's William trying to go back and show them the validity of what we do and the fraud in what they're doing.
- 1:35:19Unknown: Roger, they're also violating the thirteenth amendment with the resident stuff. A second, Mirka. Here's what William's doing.
- 1:35:26Unknown: He's speaking
- 1:35:27truth
- 1:35:28to power.
- 1:35:30That's what we all do when we file the affidavit.
- 1:35:34You don't look at it that way necessarily. Some people do, I guess. But isn't that what we're doing? We're speaking truth to power. Now Williams going back and holding power's feet to the fire on it.
- 1:35:45Now
- 1:35:46and I just applaud you, buddy. And for anybody listening, this is an offensive move, not a defensive move.
- 1:35:54K?
- 1:35:55They're pressing the envelope. I have found over all these years
- 1:35:59that the way we really get answers generally is to press the object of the envelope on an issue.
- 1:36:06So, man, I applaud you, William. William knows this stuff in his
- 1:36:11hey, buddy.
- 1:36:13See if you Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:36:15You woken up I gotta punch out. Night. You're okay. And your wife's going, are you talk quit talking about that stuff?
- 1:36:22And and you wake up. Go go do your simulator. We'll see you soon. Good job. Alright. Alright. Alright. Thank you, Roger. Bye. Don't crash. Oh. Roger,
- 1:36:35Unknown: I put a link in the chat. You guys.
- 1:36:38It's a pro se
- 1:36:40AI. I've never played with it, but if anybody wants to play with it, it's in the chat. Pro se AI.
- 1:36:47Unknown: Pro se AI.
- 1:36:51Yikes. Everybody's saying this AI thing's gonna crash.
- 1:36:55Saw the guy They murdered? Why
- 1:36:58yes?
- 1:36:59Unknown: Merck Mercker, what do you mean he's, they violating
- 1:37:02the thirteenth amendment?
- 1:37:08Unknown: Well, they're they're assigning him a position. See, they're not allowing William to tell him what he is. They're objecting to that. They're telling him what he is. Well, that's involuntary servitude,
- 1:37:20isn't it?
- 1:37:23It's charity.
- 1:37:26Unknown: Sounds like that to me.
- 1:37:27Unknown: Yeah. Well, I don't think there's any other conclusions you can find.
- 1:37:32So, yeah, these are the issues he's pressing. It's fantastic.
- 1:37:37And he's got, unfortunately, somebody to back him. It's the with the with the funds. He said, I'll I'll pay that with these need these issues need to be explored
- 1:37:46and pushed forward. So he's got a backer too. Cool deal.
- 1:37:51Unknown: What's,
- 1:37:52what's, to prevent William from
- 1:37:55countersuing
- 1:37:56and sue that prosecutor
- 1:37:58Unknown: and, hell, even the other fact on to Well, the fact that he's got fact that he's got a job and a wife and three kids and, no all the other shit to do, and you get into this kind of stuff. It's just all consuming.
- 1:38:12People who've never done it don't understand. It takes over your life.
- 1:38:16Unknown: Well, if you can't prove it's not frivolous, you're really getting yourself in deeper.
- 1:38:21Unknown: You're you're setting yourself up for thousands of dollars in these, attorney's fees. That that attorney's fees are probably frivolous. I got an idea.
- 1:38:32Unknown: Got an idea. William could take up crop dusting for about a month and,
- 1:38:37you know, just, spray the properties around them, guys.
- 1:38:43Unknown: Okay. We got all kinds of, creativity flowing, don't we?
- 1:38:47So, anyway, I'm pretty much we'll all learn from this, and maybe some people learn not to be so scared
- 1:38:54and,
- 1:38:55see something they can take
- 1:38:58and and turn the screws on these folks with this a little bit. Otherwise, you can just be placing you know?
- 1:39:04There is a side of this that says don't do that, but, boy, I sure applaud William doing it. And,
- 1:39:12and he's you can see how much he understands this information.
- 1:39:16And when you do that, you're free. So in a sense, by doing this on a pretty frivolous issue,
- 1:39:22he's in he he he he continuing
- 1:39:25to free himself,
- 1:39:27and I I love it. So
- 1:39:30any y'all wanna do it, go have fun.
- 1:39:33You might not think it's fun by the time you're you're finished with it, but
- 1:39:39it's available to us.
- 1:39:43Certainly, the $2,000
- 1:39:44certainly, the $2,000 on the ad valorem tax of the car isn't the big issue here. There's big principles behind it or he wouldn't be doing it. Who was saying something?
- 1:39:55Unknown: I was telling Dave that
- 1:39:57crop dusting is sold yesterday.
- 1:39:59We drop
- 1:40:00ticks nowadays.
- 1:40:06Unknown: Oh my lord. The the the age we live in.
- 1:40:11All this, foolishness
- 1:40:13in England,
- 1:40:16haven't seen I guess I saw some stuff on it yesterday. It's not pretty. I mean, to the point that there's a big riot. It's over this kid that got killed.
- 1:40:27There's a veteran who got wounded in the war,
- 1:40:31had three pins in his ankles, and the cops with their shields and their, you know, electric yellow vests are coming move. Move. Move. Move. Move the crowd. The guy's been sitting there. The camera showed for thirty minutes.
- 1:40:44He they came over after the crowd and moved. He he said, I well, he said afterwards, he said, I can't get up and move that fast. And they were trying to get him to move at a big rate,
- 1:40:56and there were five or six cops that jumped on this guy with their shields, banging him with their shields, kicking him in the head,
- 1:41:04all kinds of shit beat the absolute shit out of this guy. Many of you have seen the video I'm talking about. I mean, they swarmed him and stomped him. He's in the hospital now.
- 1:41:17It's just foolishness that's going on. He the the inversion
- 1:41:22of the of people's world.
- 1:41:24And, boy, I sure hope it's
- 1:41:27where's the line?
- 1:41:28Are are they about to reach it over there in y'all's opinion? We're just gonna have to have even Harrison Smith's calling for it yesterday's
- 1:41:35show. He said there's no other answer for this than outright revolution.
- 1:41:41That's a public statement
- 1:41:43on a venue
- 1:41:44that has between thirty and fifty million viewers.
- 1:41:51There's no other answer for this than open revolution.
- 1:41:55And
- 1:41:57I think he's right.
- 1:42:00So, anyway, those are the times we're in, guys, and we're lucky. Again, hadn't come to The US. Why?
- 1:42:07We've
- 1:42:08got the guns. They hadn't been able to get them.
- 1:42:11They can't move forward, and they can't do that kind of crap right there until they get the guns.
- 1:42:17They are, they are proceeding
- 1:42:20to bring in the huge allotments of Indians.
- 1:42:25What are the other?
- 1:42:26Particularly Punjab,
- 1:42:27they're bringing I don't know if they're bringing sheiks in like they in Canada and England, but I'm sure they are.
- 1:42:34We got Haitians. We we you all know we I don't think we gotten any of these Somalians deported.
- 1:42:41Ilhaar Omar, whatever her name, she's still a house representative member up there, best of my knowledge, and the other, quote, unquote, squad.
- 1:42:53So,
- 1:42:56it it is not far off. The the economic thing can't be far off.
- 1:43:01So what a time to be alive. With this audience right here, I know you're probably prepared as you can be, I hope. I hope you've been doing it for years.
- 1:43:10But, boy, keep your head on a swivel. Yes. Who was trying to say something?
- 1:43:15Unknown: It was me.
- 1:43:16Right. I hope people know the difference between the Sikhs and the Dats.
- 1:43:21That's what we call the Hindus, the Dats. Yes. Yes. The the Dats tend to be
- 1:43:28a problem.
- 1:43:29The Sikhs seem to be nice folks.
- 1:43:33They tip. That's the Dots. That's the sheep.
- 1:43:36Unknown: Well, that's the consensus, but it was a sheikh that's that stabbed and murdered this guy. Did you know that, Brent?
- 1:43:43Unknown: See, they're considered a warrior religion. I I worked with some of, you know, all three, and they're kind of a cross between the Hindu and Muslim, in my opinion. And they They can do some nice ones, but they can be brutal too.
- 1:43:57Unknown: You know, there's 12 different ethnicities
- 1:44:00over there that are permitted to carry knives because of their religion,
- 1:44:04but the Englishman can't buy a set of kitchen knives without a license or permit or jumping through hoops or all kinds of crap.
- 1:44:12So they got the knives license.
- 1:44:15Are the cars next?
- 1:44:17Are the cars next? Right.
- 1:44:20Unknown: Well, Indira Gandhi
- 1:44:22and her son were killed by Sikhs.
- 1:44:25So
- 1:44:26Unknown: I guess you guys may that. What
- 1:44:29about, the main Gandhi? Was it a Sikh that murdered him, snuck in the garden, and murdered him that morning?
- 1:44:37Unknown: Not sure of that.
- 1:44:39Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:44:40Unknown: Well, anyways, one of the three you get yeah.
- 1:44:44Unknown: Also remember
- 1:44:47measured response.
- 1:44:49Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 1:44:50Unknown: I yield. I yield. Yeah. Thank you, Brent. Oh, you got the Sikhs, you got the Hindus, and you got the Muslims and the, you know, Muslims
- 1:44:59and the Hindus.
- 1:45:00They've been fighting since they split India back in the forties,
- 1:45:04and that one
- 1:45:05millions of people went each way and murdered and all the dissension sense, and they hate each other, and both of them got nukes. And it's probably Pakistan that gave helped Iran
- 1:45:17put together this nuke that they say they have now. K?
- 1:45:22Unknown: Here's who killed
- 1:45:24do you wanna know who killed killed Gandhi?
- 1:45:26Unknown: Who could yes, please.
- 1:45:29Unknown: Natharam Gozi from Pune Maharashtra,
- 1:45:33a right wing Hindu nationalist
- 1:45:36with a history of association
- 1:45:38with the Rashtriya
- 1:45:39Suayama
- 1:45:40Sevek
- 1:45:41Thang,
- 1:45:42a right wing Hindu paramilitary
- 1:45:44organization
- 1:45:45and with membership in the Hindu
- 1:45:47Unknown: Mahas Baha. That that probably
- 1:45:50wanted the split of the countries, and Gandhi was probably for leaving it where they commingled.
- 1:45:57Just a guess.
- 1:46:00Unknown: Just a guess. Well, you know, it's funny though when they kicked out the Brits. Right? And I think I've said this here before, but
- 1:46:07I just happened to pick up a because it was UHF,
- 1:46:11you know, because there were a lot of Indians being brought in Atlantic City to work.
- 1:46:15And they would all live, like, in one apartment, but sleep in shifts.
- 1:46:20Yeah.
- 1:46:21And and so, anyway, they had this channel,
- 1:46:23probably more than one channel, but I have to cap to the very end of a movie, an Indian movie with a
- 1:46:29a closed caption. Right? And they're, like, all cheering and everything because they chase the Brits out. And they said,
- 1:46:36you use paper. We use water.
- 1:46:42You know what To wipe their behind. Notes.
- 1:46:44Unknown: Yeah. Uh-huh. Okay.
- 1:46:46Water's
- 1:46:47far better.
- 1:46:49Do you know what the symbol of that revolution was, Myrrh?
- 1:46:54Unknown: I forget what.
- 1:46:57Unknown: A spinning loom.
- 1:47:00Unknown: Oh, yes. Yes. Yes. Because Gandhi was yeah. He was
- 1:47:04spinning his own cloth.
- 1:47:06Unknown: Yeah. And that's what they the Brit, they were taking away from the Brits. That's how they beat the Brits, who's spinning their own cloth.
- 1:47:14Unknown: Right. Because they were taking the cotton and
- 1:47:16yeah.
- 1:47:18Unknown: Yep. So what interesting history our little monsters have?
- 1:47:23All over the world with their mischief and their, Babylonian
- 1:47:26tack techniques and tactics and approaches,
- 1:47:30and, they always seem to come out on top, and the other folks always seem to be there on the bottom. Well, we're we can switch that. We can't we switch it for whoever wants to volunteer to switch it.
- 1:47:43You gotta be receptive. You gotta wanna be out of slavery. You gotta be seeing the enemy as he is getting defined and exposed more slice by slice day by day. Every day, they get something else exposed
- 1:47:56and, just beat keep beating the drums, folks.
- 1:48:00We would have never thought that we'd hear all this talk on Jews and all the exposure and everything else twenty
- 1:48:06twenty five, thirty years ago, you never thought.
- 1:48:09And so we come a long way.
- 1:48:11And now we got the mojo.
- 1:48:14So just keep banging the drum, folks. All I only answer I got. I love talking with you folks every day. I love discussing this. I absolutely almost wet my pants when we get a new person and get them on here and get to have the show like we did earlier this week, couple of days, Monday and Tuesday,
- 1:48:31and with Haika
- 1:48:33and and others,
- 1:48:35and get the feedback of people like
- 1:48:37Azana
- 1:48:38and what he's doing with his son and William and what he's doing over there as he just described us on this ad valorem tax and taking the offensive and all that just
- 1:48:49you warm the cockles of my heart, folks. I love you. I wanna be here with you every day. I do literally
- 1:48:56consider you to be my personal family because you're the only family I got. And in all honesty,
- 1:49:02you're the only family I want.
- 1:49:06So,
- 1:49:09I'm just tickled to death that we've been able to build this. And,
- 1:49:14again, out of drive and determination and commitment all these years,
- 1:49:18ups and downs,
- 1:49:20three to four ex wives,
- 1:49:22here here we are. We've withstood the whole thing, and I still
- 1:49:26don't owe any child support
- 1:49:28or other fees.
- 1:49:31It's been quite a learning experience. I've really met some really cool people who love you to death, and some folks hang like to hang around, Lisa,
- 1:49:40Brent, others,
- 1:49:42Sam down in Hughes down in Houston,
- 1:49:46and others drift off on their lives with whatever's
- 1:49:49affecting them.
- 1:49:51But, you're still part of the family. It's an indelible effect. I don't know. It does take effect
- 1:49:58in degrees, it seems,
- 1:50:00but I don't know that you would ever, even if it was negative, walk away from it, not think about it.
- 1:50:06Do you still want to remain? And now you because the way you could ask people this now is being commonly discussed enough. Do you still want to be a slave to these absolute satanic Jews no matter what they call themselves?
- 1:50:22Is and that's the last question you can ask other people. Do you wanna remain a slave to these people here that do this stuff you see? Well, you don't have to be beholden to them. There's a way out. We can show it to you. Oh. It works. They recognize it, and we can get you out of this. Whether you believe it or not, I promise you we can prove it to you. Yes, Murr. As an as an addendum,
- 1:50:47Unknown: this, guy did four years earlier tried to kill him with a knife.
- 1:50:52So you're right.
- 1:50:54Unknown: Same guy?
- 1:50:57Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:51:00Unknown: The same kid he murdered, he tried to murder four years earlier, this new information to me.
- 1:51:06Unknown: Yeah. The the guy that shot him,
- 1:51:10he had tried earlier with a knife,
- 1:51:12but was stopped from doing it.
- 1:51:19Unknown: Yikes.
- 1:51:20Well, if I I trust all of you are armed with something,
- 1:51:25some kinda I don't guess they can have pepper spray over there probably,
- 1:51:30but pepper spray,
- 1:51:32one of these
- 1:51:33it's it's not a gun. It's a
- 1:51:36it fires those little round pellets, but it evidently has got some
- 1:51:41particular stopping power with their gas and stuff. Y'all I can't remember the name of it. It works off c o two.
- 1:51:48It's called Burna.
- 1:51:51You're scared to have a gun, a female,
- 1:51:53this is it looks just like a gun. It'll keep stop them with either a hard pellet or one with gas. I think they've got another one. They're not too expensive, couple $100,
- 1:52:05but
- 1:52:06I I would suggest all of you be armed.
- 1:52:10The white pepper
- 1:52:11Unknown: rounds Yeah. Are Okay. Big fun at parties.
- 1:52:15Unknown: Oh, yeah. I'll bet.
- 1:52:17I I think that If I might add they use has a stopping power that's pretty pretty profound. Yes, Brent. Please. You're you've got a lot of expertise in this area.
- 1:52:27Unknown: Well, in the corps, we were imbued with this five pound weapon between our ears.
- 1:52:35Unknown: Okay.
- 1:52:37Unknown: That's where it starts with.
- 1:52:39Unknown: Yeah. It sure does. Yep.
- 1:52:41Unknown: Keeping you cool. I suggest I
- 1:52:44wonder if they have a wasp and hornet spray
- 1:52:48that they sell over there. Well, that's what Because I said prefer that? Bear spray.
- 1:52:52Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:52:53Unknown: Okay. We're getting different. Bear spray. It shoots a lot further.
- 1:52:58Unknown: Yes. It does in a real concentrated stream.
- 1:53:01I bet they do, but you know what? They might have already banned it, Gregory.
- 1:53:06I mean, it's I don't know what they've done. That's why I wanted to get on the show Thursday with Paul. And, we just had all those technical problems. We're gonna reschedule it. No telling what's gonna happen between now and them. So, really, is it is this the
- 1:53:22we're looking for the wall, the wall you know, the where the irresistible force meets the immovable object.
- 1:53:28Is that here?
- 1:53:29Are we just about there in England, do y'all think?
- 1:53:33Past observers.
- 1:53:38Unknown: We can only hope and pray.
- 1:53:41Unknown: And, boy, is one of them when it starts somewhere? Is it gonna trigger the,
- 1:53:47all of them around the globe like we saw a few years ago with the blockades and the resistance
- 1:53:53back before COVID started when it was all in Hong Kong and in Europe with the yellow vests and all over the place.
- 1:54:02We should be getting to that point. It's getting so ridiculous in some of these places. We'll see. It's interesting time to be alive, is it not?
- 1:54:13Unknown: Oh, and how did What else Say ahead.
- 1:54:15Yeah. Go ahead. Does anybody remember that little country,
- 1:54:20outside of Europe or around that area? And they threw out their government where they were chasing the guys down and
- 1:54:28even in the rivers and pulling them out and and just kicking the living crap out of them. Does anybody remember that Sierra
- 1:54:38Unknown: Leone
- 1:54:40or so on?
- 1:54:43Unknown: I don't think so. I think it was Okay. I don't have been vaguely remember it, but I'm not specific,
- 1:54:50Unknown: Gregor. Sorry. Did somebody else?
- 1:54:53Unknown: Iceland,
- 1:54:54went and jailed a lot of bankers.
- 1:54:58Unknown: Yeah. Think was Sierra Leone.
- 1:55:02Unknown: No. That there who was that female there?
- 1:55:05It's me, Julia. I think it was Sierra Leone. My next door neighbor's from there. That's what I said Sierra Leone after they let the UN, the WEF in there, and starve them and all that stuff, and they riots it. And I I think it might have been over there, Greg. But if not, they had a similar experience.
- 1:55:22Unknown: Hey, Julie. They they went in. They actually stormed the Presidential Palace. There were millions of them, and they and they scared them out of there, and he went running.
- 1:55:31Unknown: There you go. Yeah.
- 1:55:33Unknown: Okay. Yeah. That's a flip. That that's Well coming to
- 1:55:36coming to a neighborhood near you, Julie.
- 1:55:42Unknown: And least we not forget the Chinese hung a bunch of their bankers that they found to be corrupt. And
- 1:55:49what we do, we give them a raise and pat them on the back. Right? Yeah. And bonus.
- 1:55:54Unknown: And a big bonus.
- 1:55:56Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:55:58Unknown: Oh, you can't pick stupid.
- 1:56:00Unknown: Did y'all I I I remember seeing the story on this. It was a number of years ago, six, eight, ten, maybe. I don't remember. Some mayor, one of the Chinese towns over there,
- 1:56:11and they they
- 1:56:13he was involved in Graft, and they raided him.
- 1:56:16And they found
- 1:56:17I don't remember how many tons of gold, more than most countries.
- 1:56:22And then they found so much cash
- 1:56:24that they they went and brought 14
- 1:56:27counting machines
- 1:56:29to count all the cash,
- 1:56:31and two or three of them broke
- 1:56:34during the process accounting the cash. I can't remember how much is under there, but this guy had embezzled, like, you know, more than a country's riches.
- 1:56:43This is incredible.
- 1:56:44Yep.
- 1:56:46Unknown: Oh, I wanna say it was Sri Lanka
- 1:56:49in 2022.
- 1:56:51Unknown: Okay. Sir Not Sierra Younger. That's You're right. I stand corrected. Thank you, Murr.
- 1:56:56Unknown: Alright. Leave leave it to, to our researcher, head researcher Murr.
- 1:57:01So, anybody else, we're gonna hear the whistler in just a short short of a shake shake of a lamb's tail.
- 1:57:08And,
- 1:57:09I and I guess you are gonna have an abbreviated weekend except for Murr, and she works tomorrow, right, or this afternoon, Murr. Does tomorrow It's tomorrow.
- 1:57:19Unknown: Yeah. Tomorrow, two to 4PM
- 1:57:21Unknown: central. Yours truly, Murr. Yeah. Yep. You can tune in. I love listen to the Murr. When you yes. There's Shane. Hi, Shane. Hey.
- 1:57:31Unknown: Hey. I was just actually introduced Clara.
- 1:57:34Clara to the
- 1:57:36to the forum.
- 1:57:37Oh. So I was just interested in that.
- 1:57:40Unknown: Yeah. Thank you, Clara. Welcome.
- 1:57:43And you're right at the end of the forum. You're not gonna get too much of it here, but we welcome you. You can come back next week. We'll be here six days next week, and we're habitually here on a regular predictable basis.
- 1:57:57And then we leave
- 1:57:58when this whistling thing starts.
- 1:58:01Now you might note that this is a whistler of some skill.
- 1:58:06Okay? This is not your average whistler on the back porch.
- 1:58:10So, anyway, that's how we close out and say, hope you got something out of the show. It was a good show today. William
- 1:58:18bringing his
- 1:58:20his abilities as in in the legal realm, not just the flyboy
- 1:58:25realm to the table.
- 1:58:27Interesting situation. I appreciate him doing that,
- 1:58:31and I know y'all do too. And we can all learn from that, and he might learn from some of us.
- 1:58:36So,
- 1:58:37anyway, that's what we did today. We'll find out what goes on Monday
- 1:58:42with the over the weekend. Hopefully, nothing of any great event, but these days, you never know. People are backed into corners.
- 1:58:50And
- 1:58:51who knows day to day, they just keep that crap up for another month or two,
- 1:58:57and and it it may not be retrievable,
- 1:59:00the damage.
- 1:59:02So
- 1:59:03we'll see.
- 1:59:04Elva, I hope you're aware you
- 1:59:07find yourself protectable and comfortable,
- 1:59:11and we will continue to pursue the cost of freedom here in our country worldwide.
- 1:59:17Next week, we'll see if we can find some new folks. We scare them up every now and then.
- 1:59:23And then we all learn together again and get stronger, and
- 1:59:28our family grows.
- 1:59:30Welcome to it if
- 1:59:31you're new,
- 1:59:33and we'll, see you again soon.

- 2:00:00Yeah. Sounds like a plan. Yeah. Sounds like fair. Do you have popcorn right here? Okay.
- 2:00:05Thank you, Bory. Good to know you're out there. Do what? What was the other comment?
- 2:00:11Unknown: Do you have popcorn?
- 2:00:15Unknown: You have have?

- 2:00:17I got some. I hadn't cooked it in a while, but I got some.
- 2:00:20Unknown: Popcorn popcorn is Cracker Jacks are more baseball food.
- 2:00:26Beer and Cracker

- 2:00:28and hot dogs. There's
- 2:00:30Unknown: so much poison and crap in there, but damn it. I'm sure. Oh
- 2:00:35my god. Okay. See y'all next week. Have a fabulous weekend. Love you. Bye.

- 2:00:53thanks, everyone.
- 2:01:01Unknown: Hi, Claire. Please press
- 2:01:03941.
- 2:01:11Impress
- 2:01:136.
- 2:01:16Unknown: Hey, Julie. What's the latest on crypto nowadays?
- 2:01:23Unknown: Very volatile right now.
- 2:01:27Unknown: Yeah. Here.
- 2:01:28That's why I'm staying away from it.
- 2:01:31Unknown: Very manipulated. Everything
- 2:01:33is.
- 2:01:34Markets are extremely manipulated.
- 2:01:36You guys need to go to Dana Love PhD on YouTube.
- 2:01:40Man, that guy's smart. He wrote the token track track book that I just ordered.
- 2:01:46Unknown: Dana Love?
- 2:01:48Unknown: Dana Love. Yep. PhD from Harvard. The dude is smarter than Sam Hill.
- 2:01:55Unknown: Appreciate it.
- 2:01:57Yeah.
- 2:01:59Unknown: Exxon and Mobile are saying that
- 2:02:02their
- 2:02:03strategic
- 2:02:04supplies
- 2:02:05worldwide
- 2:02:06on oil
- 2:02:07are getting very low.
- 2:02:10Trump's been draining the national and international
- 2:02:15oil that we have
- 2:02:17in order to keep prices down.
- 2:02:20Pretty soon, this is gonna break, and we're gonna pay be paying double what we are right now. Yep. They're they're destroying everything
- 2:02:27Unknown: on purpose, the g seven. If you saw this documentary,
- 2:02:31what they're doing to The States and then what they've done to Canada,
- 2:02:34oh my god. Canada has, like, negative GDP now for the last two quarters. The g this is what Catherine Austin Fitt told me in 2020.
- 2:02:45She said they're what they met at Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
- 2:02:49In 2019,
- 2:02:50the g seven agreed to completely and utterly crash and decimate their economies.
- 2:02:59Unknown: Oh, Rosenbaum,
- 2:03:00otherwise known as Ayn Rand, wrote for her
- 2:03:05when she was a mistress of Victor Rothschild
- 2:03:08in act at Atlas Shrugged that they would bring down everything even their
- 2:03:14all their holdings and be able to withstand it.
- 2:03:18Yeah.
- 2:03:21Unknown: Beehaw.
- 2:03:25Unknown: Gonna be hot August.
- 2:03:34Unknown: Probably
- 2:03:39Unknown: getting yourself an additional amount of oil to do an oil change or whatever is a good idea too because it looks like that's gonna be drying up.
- 2:03:48For people who do their own oil changes,
- 2:03:51it's just gonna get harder and harder to purchase it.
- 2:04:00Unknown: And they are burning all the junkyards too. If you got an older car, you pretty soon, they don't want you to buy spare parts for it.
- 2:04:12Unknown: Lord, do I know that one.
- 2:04:15Unknown: Wow.
- 2:04:18Unknown: Yeah. Of all older vehicles and getting parts for them is always a challenge.
- 2:04:29Unknown: Yeah. That's what I was just asking. Gonna ask you about because I got an older vehicle.
- 2:04:3447
- 2:04:35shooting.
- 2:04:37Unknown: Oh, shoot.
- 2:04:40Unknown: Cool.
- 2:04:41I wish I had it.
- 2:04:45Unknown: I tell you, they've tried to buy it from me for 30,000.
- 2:04:48Unknown: I won't I won't take it.
- 2:04:54Unknown: I've got a '57 Unimog. That's my oldest vehicle.
- 2:04:58Unknown: That's that's a beauty.
- 2:05:03Unknown: I got a '51 Willie too. I don't wanna let go of it.
- 2:05:07Unknown: Cool.
- 2:05:12I just have a '91,
- 2:05:15let's say.
- 2:05:20Unknown: I tell you that you're right about Parks. And you get
- 2:05:24which
- 2:05:25but, you know, I think the Lord will come back pretty soon by what's this call today. I'll tell you what. We
- 2:05:32these people that's fighting like William fighting like a lion in that court, they don't wanna give him remedy.
- 2:05:39And and,
- 2:05:41and these judges are all in bed with each other and prosecutors.
- 2:05:46I don't know. They they burn they burn people out in our town,
- 2:05:51and they've also washed them locked them up and washed them down with water hoses,
- 2:05:55shut them up.
- 2:05:57I don't know. We need prayer. Like like, I think, Brent said, we need to pray.
- 2:06:02We do.
- 2:06:06Unknown: Yes.
- 2:06:12Unknown: Yeah. We should be careful about statements like Dave, though,
- 2:06:16made. Those kinds of things can be held against us and used against us.
- 2:06:21Unknown: That's why said that's
- 2:06:24why I said measured response.
- 2:06:28Unknown: Man, that that's that's that was good. That's real good.
- 2:06:34Unknown: Well, they're putting people on jail for trying to do, like,
- 2:06:38you know, go out there and
- 2:06:41process to the government. You know? They're already putting them in jail because they don't want no people,
- 2:06:46like,
- 2:06:48getting the other ones rowdy. You know? Because some people know what's going on, but they feel lonely because
- 2:06:54everybody else going to work and acting like nothing is going on.
- 2:07:02Unknown: Yes.
- 2:07:05And and Trump said said he didn't care anything about the American people. He just don't want Iran to have a
- 2:07:13Unknown: a bomb. You know?
- 2:07:15I don't know.
- 2:07:17Unknown: Well, he might have created one for them
- 2:07:20with his stupid policies.
- 2:07:26Unknown: Yeah. You're right. But if if Iran wasn't part of the of the, they will be they would destroy
- 2:07:34Israel already because Israel is a small country.
- 2:07:38It would have been all destroyed already.
- 2:07:40You know?
- 2:07:42Unknown: It's only got two, three hundred nukes, Bory.
- 2:07:47Unknown: Yeah. I don't believe I don't believe the nukes are real, man. What happened with the camera when they they showed you the nuclear explosion?
- 2:07:54The camera,
- 2:07:55Unknown: nothing happens to it. You know? Well, it answers your question whether they're whether they're real or not. Somebody thinks they got them.
- 2:08:05Unknown: They got stuff that they you don't even see. Like,
- 2:08:08I mean, the injection that they put in out of the spraying they do in the food.
- 2:08:14You know, they got worse stuff than a nuclear bomb. In a nuclear bomb, you just die. That's it. But right now, we are suffering with everything they're doing to us. You know? We're getting sick. We have to be detoxing.
- 2:08:25We have to be taking this, doing that,
- 2:08:28fighting with them.
- 2:08:30You know?
- 2:08:32If if their bone was real, they would have killed us already with it, man.
- 2:08:38Unknown: Amen. And all the doctors all the doctors are invested in cemeteries
- 2:08:44Yeah. Hospices
- 2:08:47and hospitals.
- 2:08:50And they they,
- 2:08:52whether
- 2:08:53you do live or die, they make money.
- 2:08:57Unknown: That's why we're supposed to stay out of Babylon here.
- 2:09:01Unknown: They own the insurance companies.
- 2:09:03They own the Alzheimer's
- 2:09:05and and dementia
- 2:09:08Unknown: dementia to get companies.
- 2:09:10Unknown: All
- 2:09:11those companies
- 2:09:12are owned by the same people, the lawyers,
- 2:09:16the doctors,
- 2:09:17and they're all Jews.
- 2:09:23Unknown: Amen.
- 2:09:25Unknown: What what you're saying, we know what time it is, guys. You know?
- 2:09:29It's already time.
- 2:09:31Nothing is gonna fix this. I don't think the only thing that could fix it is the the return of Jesus. That's it. But
- 2:09:39I don't think that he's gonna come right now. It's on us.
- 2:09:43It's on the people. That's it.
- 2:09:48Unknown: If my people humble themselves and pray,
- 2:09:51and
- 2:09:52and that's what we need to that that scripture right there,
- 2:09:56the we gotta rely on the word of God to to protect us,
- 2:10:01to fight our enemies. He said, yeah, I'll be an I'll be an adversary to your adversaries.
- 2:10:08I will be an enemy to your enemies.
- 2:10:11I want God on my side. Right, brother?
- 2:10:16Unknown: Amen.
- 2:10:17But no
- 2:10:18action, no reaction. You shouldn't take action.
- 2:10:21It's not going to be any reaction.
- 2:10:26Unknown: And he he said he would deliver us out of the fiery trial that is coming on all the earth if we stay
- 2:10:33if we stay faithful.
- 2:10:37Unknown: For several years, I've been
- 2:10:40trying to goad you guys into getting gas mask and filters.
- 2:10:46Well,
- 2:10:47the one place that had a super good supply at a really that probably the cheapest price,
- 2:10:55brand new with a bag and filter.
- 2:10:59They've dried up.
- 2:11:07Unknown: Wow.
- 2:11:09Unknown: But they do have filters.
- 2:11:12They have a case of 45
- 2:11:14of them. They're 60 millimeter filters,
- 2:11:17so you need to watch out for that and what mask you get. But
- 2:11:22$99,
- 2:11:23that ends up being $2.20
- 2:11:25a filter.
- 2:11:27That's unheard
- 2:11:29of.
- 2:11:30It used to be a 199.
- 2:11:32Well, actually a little over 200
- 2:11:35because I got two of those cases.
- 2:11:39And I'm glad I got them,
- 2:11:42but I went and I ordered a third case
- 2:11:46at $99.
- 2:11:51Unknown: Well, you're proactive, I tell you. What what happens when you run out of filters?
- 2:11:58Unknown: Well,
- 2:11:59it depends on how many events you go through,
- 2:12:03how hot of a degree you're in.
- 2:12:07Unknown: So, Brent, are those are
- 2:12:10those standard size filters you're talking about that'll fit most of the mask out there? No. No. They are the comm block
- 2:12:18Unknown: filters.
- 2:12:19They're 60 millimeter.
- 2:12:21NATO is 40 millimeter.
- 2:12:24And
- 2:12:26there isn't officially
- 2:12:28an adapter
- 2:12:30for a NATO mask to a 60 millimeter,
- 2:12:35but,
- 2:12:36unofficially,
- 2:12:38it doesn't it does exist.
- 2:12:42Hey, Brent. It just needs
- 2:12:44to go into manufacture.
- 2:12:48Unknown: Brett, how come black people are so tall?
- 2:12:52Unknown: Because they're Negroes.
- 2:12:56Unknown: You
- 2:12:59Unknown: guys have
- 2:13:02Unknown: guys have too much time on your hands.
- 2:13:07Unknown: Y'all I learned that, like Yep. Forty seven years ago.
- 2:13:11Unknown: For for for me, the most practical mask would be something if California fire comes through.
- 2:13:18That's my concern and having oxygen for that.
- 2:13:22Makes more sense, and it could be used for both, but, you know
- 2:13:26Unknown: those masks will stop that.
- 2:13:33So get a gas mask, get a gas mask,
- 2:13:36get a gas mask.
- 2:13:39Mark from Michigan.
- 2:13:41Unknown: And some and some razors.
- 2:13:47Unknown: Oh,
- 2:13:48the shave. Yep. Well, I shave all the time anyway.
- 2:13:52Unknown: I don't. So I got a beard, so I got a problem.
- 2:13:56Unknown: Well,
- 2:13:58Dave around your neck and everything, you know, where the mask is gonna seal.
- 2:14:04Unknown: Yeah. I know. I know. There's a lot more to this than people realize,
- 2:14:09and
- 2:14:10I'm just saying.
- 2:14:11Unknown: Yep.
- 2:14:14Unknown: Like any subject, it's it's a lot deeper than the surface.
- 2:14:18Unknown: Well, the equipment I had been trying to get people to,
- 2:14:23usually NPC
- 2:14:25or nuclear biological chemical,
- 2:14:27is usually expensive
- 2:14:29to get into,
- 2:14:31but I had it where someone could equip per person
- 2:14:36for about $70
- 2:14:37a piece, fully
- 2:14:39equipped head to toe.
- 2:14:43Unknown: That's pretty amazing,
- 2:14:45I must say.
- 2:14:48Unknown: And I I've sent the list out to a number of people.
- 2:14:52Well, good luck finding some of it now.
- 2:15:08And I've been buying little bit by little bit.
- 2:15:13You know, you don't have to go all in at once.
- 2:15:17Well, now you do.
- 2:15:19But back then you didn't.
- 2:15:24And back then was probably up to about three weeks ago.
- 2:15:37Unknown: Yeah. All they have to do, though, for destruction on a massive scale is to kill the economies.
- 2:15:44You know, back in the Great Depression, still 90% of the population
- 2:15:49grew some of their own food.
- 2:15:51Oh, nobody does today.
- 2:15:53That's good. And it
- 2:15:55it's gonna
- 2:15:56it's gonna be and there's a lot more people.
- 2:15:59So
- 2:16:00Unknown: Well, a lot of you guys were recipients of that PDF of Furfall
- 2:16:05Aguirre's
- 2:16:06book
- 2:16:08on, you
- 2:16:10know, the,
- 2:16:12you know, financial collapse
- 2:16:15and how he endured it in Argentina.
- 2:16:23Unknown: Start getting ready. Yeah. I think that's one of I I think that's one of the most likely things, and it's it's probably not just gonna be, you know, this country. It's gonna be worldwide. What is my I don't get it. Would know. We're gonna go buy They've been planning this collapse for hundreds of years,
- 2:16:39Unknown: and, I mean, look. They got laws that you can't grow a garden in your front yard. You can't collect water
- 2:16:46from your, downspouts.
- 2:16:48You know? This is just insanity.
- 2:16:50Who could make a law like that? Right? You gotta be kidding me. Well, thing is is
- 2:16:57Unknown: when the event happens,
- 2:16:59who's gonna come in and court it? Right.
- 2:17:03Unknown: That's true. But they're all you know, they're already going after people. There's many stories in the news for the last, you know, ten or years or more about
- 2:17:12people getting arrested for having a garden in their front yard or collecting water from their dumpouts.
- 2:17:18Come here. No.
- 2:17:22Unknown: Otis comes no. No. Otis.
- 2:17:26Unknown: That PDF about the guy in Argentina sounds interesting. Where do I find that?
- 2:17:34Unknown: Get me your email address, and I'll send it to you.
- 2:17:39But Oh. My computer my computer is on the blink right now. I'm getting ready for work,
- 2:17:45so it'll be about a day or so. No
- 2:17:49Unknown: rush.
- 2:17:50Sounds like
- 2:17:53a good read. Should I
- 2:17:55should I,
- 2:17:56have Paul send that to you or, when we do the book trade?
- 2:18:01Unknown: You're going back on.
- 2:18:03Unknown: Do you have Julie's
- 2:18:05email address? No.
- 2:18:08Unknown: I haven't.
- 2:18:10I just sent all that to Paul
- 2:18:12and then
- 2:18:14told him if you guys want
- 2:18:18Unknown: to give me shopping to do Casper.
- 2:18:21Unknown: So you don't wanna go to Casper? Oh, Casper. This is stupid.
- 2:18:24Fucking idiots walking every fucking place.
- 2:18:29Unknown: Andy. Hey. Why you wait?
- 2:18:32Unknown: Hey.
- 2:18:37Unknown: How come you didn't mute that idiot, whoever was cussing? I
- 2:18:43Unknown: don't know. I feel a little better if the stream was taken down. But because he's because he's one of the moderators.
- 2:18:52Unknown: What is back up?
- 2:18:56Unknown: Just back up. Okay. I'm just doing it for a second. Alright. Well, my good job, bunny rabbit.
- 2:19:03Don't don't don't do it.
- 2:19:07Hate the fuck. I'm really not hitting you, and and then I was hit one of the fucking lane walls going to that goddamn store.
- 2:19:14Unknown: Wow.
- 2:19:16Unknown: That Yeah. It is terrible. I don't walk down the edges of the fucking lanes. I walk right down the fucking middle. Yeah.
- 2:19:23Unknown: Okay. So some more cars? Turn right. Yeah. I feel like we're almost there. I know we are.
- 2:19:29Unknown: We're point nine miles away, so she lives, like, within one mile from her.
- 2:19:36Unknown: Andy, your mic's open.
- 2:19:44Unknown: Otis and Andy.
- 2:19:46Unknown: Thank you, Andy. Are you in the Andy, are you in the box, sir?
- 2:19:53Unknown: No.
- 2:19:55He's got out of Costco. What a pain in the ass.
- 2:19:58Unknown: Oh,
- 2:20:00I went there yesterday. It wasn't so bad.
- 2:20:15Unknown: What's the price of beef in Costco's these days?
- 2:20:19Unknown: An arm and a leg and then some.
- 2:20:25A
- 2:20:26four pack of rib eyes can be between
- 2:20:3067
- 2:20:30and 80 something bucks.
- 2:20:40Unknown: Have y'all heard about this new screwworm
- 2:20:46that is
- 2:20:48becoming crazy here in Texas?
- 2:20:53Unknown: Yeah. I heard something about it.
- 2:20:56Enlighten us more.
- 2:20:58Unknown: I just I just heard about it this morning, and I'll tell you what. They said that they'll come in and they'll come in and kill your cattle.
- 2:21:08Unknown: Porn. Fair porn.
- 2:21:12The new world screwworm,
- 2:21:15the reason you haven't heard about it is because it was eradicated
- 2:21:19from The United States back in the
- 2:21:24late sixties, early seventies through
- 2:21:27their screw arm eradication program,
- 2:21:31releasing
- 2:21:32sterile flies that had been irradiated.
- 2:21:36And
- 2:21:38if you've ever been around screwworms,
- 2:21:40and I can remember them,
- 2:21:44That is some of the most vile smelling
- 2:21:48odor you'll ever come across
- 2:21:51when you encounter a wound.
- 2:21:53And they talk talking about
- 2:21:56cattle.
- 2:21:57Well,
- 2:21:58that screwworm anywhere a screwworm
- 2:22:02fly lands
- 2:22:04and deposits its eggs,
- 2:22:06and that's always in an open wound,
- 2:22:08be it
- 2:22:10cattle, sheep, hogs, dogs, cats, people,
- 2:22:15dunks, possums, you name it. If there's an open wound and those screwworm flies, deposits the eggs,
- 2:22:23they will
- 2:22:25hatch and they burrow deep into the flesh.
- 2:22:29And where they my lord. And where they get the word
- 2:22:33screwworm is because when you
- 2:22:35you can't see them,
- 2:22:38but you can darn sure smell them because of the oozing of the wound. But when you
- 2:22:45I don't even remember what we used to treat those wounds with, but those screw worms, they would screw out
- 2:22:52of the wound
- 2:22:53and flip and flop one thing another.
- 2:22:56It's treat they're treatable,
- 2:22:58but wildlife
- 2:23:00is where I see the the the big issue.
- 2:23:04You know? And they'll get in the the navel
- 2:23:07of a newborn
- 2:23:09animal, a calf, a a
- 2:23:11lamb, or whatever.
- 2:23:14And I think that's what happened in the Texas deal.
- 2:23:21Unknown: Wow.
- 2:23:22Unknown: Joe, are you getting what kind of price are you getting for beef?
- 2:23:30Unknown: I've been I've been laying off of it. I don't know what it is right now. I've just been not processing.
- 2:23:37Kinda
- 2:23:38got me worried.
- 2:23:39Unknown: What?
- 2:23:40I'll tell you what. It it it's so high. I I
- 2:23:45wouldn't I'm not even gonna say because
- 2:23:48it varies from week to week, but,
- 2:23:52you know, this is
- 2:23:54by
- 2:23:55design
- 2:23:56that this has all happened.
- 2:23:59It may have been unintentional,
- 2:24:01but they have jacked with the beef producers. See,
- 2:24:07I can't remember which, farm bill it was,
- 2:24:11but
- 2:24:14there was a referendum
- 2:24:16put forth by the National Cattlemen's Beef Association
- 2:24:21to for a mandatory
- 2:24:24$1 per head check off.
- 2:24:27And that $1 per head
- 2:24:30was collected every time an
- 2:24:35a cattle were sold. Be it a calf, a cow, bull, steer, whatever.
- 2:24:40Anytime that went through a market,
- 2:24:42they collected a dollar. Well, that went into NCBA,
- 2:24:46National Cattlemen's Beef Association,
- 2:24:50and they've collected
- 2:24:52millions and millions and millions of dollars off of that.
- 2:24:56And
- 2:25:00but the the way that came about was
- 2:25:05they had a referendum amongst the beef producers
- 2:25:10on this checkoff,
- 2:25:12and it was defeated three times.
- 2:25:16So NCBA
- 2:25:17and the packers went to congress and paid them off,
- 2:25:23and they wrote it into the farm bill.
- 2:25:26So NCBA
- 2:25:28continues to get their funding,
- 2:25:30and NCBA,
- 2:25:32my Farm Bureau,
- 2:25:34are the spokesman for the beef industry and American agriculture.
- 2:25:39And
- 2:25:40they're a bunch of damn thieves and crooks.
- 2:25:43Unknown: Yeah. You amen to that, brother. Amen to that.
- 2:25:48Unknown: So, you know,
- 2:25:49this isn't gonna get healed up anytime soon.
- 2:25:55There's a lot of beef cows in South America.
- 2:26:01I stand to be corrected on this, but I'm
- 2:26:05I think the number I remember
- 2:26:08from about ten, fifteen years ago,
- 2:26:12there were, 200,000,000 beef cows in Brazil.
- 2:26:16Unknown: Yeah. And the taxpayer here is funding them.
- 2:26:19Unknown: Well,
- 2:26:21you know, it's a
- 2:26:24it's a money
- 2:26:26grab game
- 2:26:27in Washington
- 2:26:28and the state capitals.
- 2:26:31And, you
- 2:26:32know,
- 2:26:35Catherine Austin Fence Lisa sent me a a video of Catherine Austin Fence.
- 2:26:40And the upshot I got from that video
- 2:26:45was the only way you're gonna defeat this is defeating it head on.
- 2:26:50If you if you run and hide from it, you're you're part of the problem.
- 2:27:01Unknown: And, Joe, I checked the email that I sent you, and you did get the other one. They're both in the same email.
- 2:27:07Unknown: Okay. Well, my
- 2:27:09may bad then.
- 2:27:11Unknown: Well, no. I'm just I just want you to know it is there. It's in that same email.
- 2:27:15Unknown: Thank you. Thank you very much.
- 2:27:18I'll listen to it. But that Catherine Austin says she's a good gal,
- 2:27:23and I think she
- 2:27:25she kinda knows it most of the time.
- 2:27:28And deal in cash deal in cash.
- 2:27:34Unknown: You can send the e
- 2:27:36so already reported an email and request
- 2:27:39daily or weekly
- 2:27:41updates
- 2:27:42if you want if you're interested.
- 2:27:49Unknown: The in general, if we lose our if we use our debit and credit cards less and less and stick to cash, the longer we're gonna have it.
- 2:27:59Unknown: I agree with that.
- 2:28:01But that new world screw arm deal
- 2:28:04is gonna be costly
- 2:28:06if they don't step up the eradication program again,
- 2:28:10but it's kinda like hoof and mouth disease.
- 2:28:12We now call it foot and mouth disease
- 2:28:17because
- 2:28:19it scares people.
- 2:28:23The technical term is hoof and mouth disease because
- 2:28:27cloven hoofed animals
- 2:28:29are the only ones that can get it.
- 2:28:32That's basically
- 2:28:34cattle,
- 2:28:35sheep, hogs, deer,
- 2:28:37elk, moose,
- 2:28:41goats,
- 2:28:42and the like, but people can't get it.
- 2:28:46But
- 2:28:48where you
- 2:28:49it it it's a chronic wasting disease is what they what's really called in the veterinary sciences,
- 2:28:56And it's not fatal,
- 2:28:59but it's a wasting disease. And it it,
- 2:29:02you know, it's kinda like a continuous
- 2:29:05case of the flu.
- 2:29:08Wow.
- 2:29:10But it is transmittable among cloven hoofed animals.
- 2:29:15And, you know,
- 2:29:19they used to do all this research
- 2:29:22on an island in New York Harbor
- 2:29:24on on animals and testing and one thing or another. Well, they have since moved that to
- 2:29:30in the heart of beef country
- 2:29:33at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, right in the dead center of The United States.
- 2:29:41Unknown: Boy, you're talking about an agenda.
- 2:29:43Unknown: Well, a lot of a lot of people would argue that one of the reasons we don't fund that kind of stuff anymore, eradication programs, etcetera, is because we're putting more and more into our military,
- 2:29:55which is the biggest stupid dead hole there is because we don't even make weapons that work anymore, but they're most expensive in the world.
- 2:30:05Unknown: Well, we have Bill Gates weaponizing mosquitoes,
- 2:30:08so I wouldn't put it past them to be
- 2:30:11trimming lots of money to Kansas.
- 2:30:16Unknown: But that that that they did that
- 2:30:20animal diagnostics
- 2:30:22lab in Manhattan
- 2:30:24probably fifteen years ago.
- 2:30:26It it's an old deal.
- 2:30:29And you know, there's always escapes from those facilities.
- 2:30:34You know, like the African killer bees, they did
- 2:30:37the research deal. I don't know if it's in South America or where
- 2:30:42they got Africanized honey bees to breed with the
- 2:30:49domestic bees
- 2:30:51and to try to increase honey production because the Africanized bees make more honey.
- 2:30:57And, anyway,
- 2:31:00they've had escapes.
- 2:31:01And,
- 2:31:02you know, they've invaded the Southern United States.
- 2:31:06Unknown: Yeah. That's another amen, brother.
- 2:31:09Unknown: So, you know, there's a bunch of evil people in the world. And and that kinda goes back to
- 2:31:17I invite you all to listen to that Catherine Austin Fitts video because,
- 2:31:24Unknown: you know,
- 2:31:27Unknown: it's worth a listen to because it speaks of who people are and why they are like they are.
- 2:31:37Agreed. If you have if a person that has no empathy,
- 2:31:41and that's what we're dealing with, is people that have no empathy. It's all about the dollar.
- 2:31:48Yep. That's And,
- 2:31:50you know,
- 2:31:51those people well, people says, if I don't take the money, you know, that's a graph from at the top end. If I don't take the money, someone else will. Well,
- 2:32:03listen to the videos. It's not very long. Worth a listen.
- 2:32:09Unknown: What's the name of that video?
- 2:32:12Unknown: Catherine Austin Fetz. It's her I guess it's her latest one, isn't it, Lisa?
- 2:32:20Unknown: Actually looking in my history to get it.
- 2:32:24Maybe you can put it in the chat for him. That's what I was going to do and I don't know who asked that if they have access to the chat or not.
- 2:32:37Because it was from a it was from a different site that I had not listened to videos from. So
- 2:32:45who who asked about it?
- 2:32:53Okay.
- 2:32:54Unknown: Guess he doesn't want it very bad. But I think it was Christian. I I I can I can put it in the chat if people want it?
- 2:33:03Unknown: Yeah. It was it was Christian.
- 2:33:06Unknown: But you don't have access to the chat, do you?
- 2:33:09Unknown: No.
- 2:33:10No, sir. Well,
- 2:33:13Unknown: can
- 2:33:14you get to 2radioranchtotango.com?
- 2:33:18Yes. I can put it in there and look for
- 2:33:22DJ sketch post.
- 2:33:26Unknown: Okay. Thank you, sir.
- 2:33:29Unknown: So, Joe,
- 2:33:31that wasting disease, was that not created by
- 2:33:36grinding up the waste of the byproduct of the animals that they were slaughtering and putting it back into the feed and having the animals eat themselves like cannibals.
- 2:33:47Unknown: Oh, you're talking about chronic wasting disease, and that's exactly what
- 2:33:52causes it is cannibalism.
- 2:33:55Mhmm.
- 2:33:56See, what they were doing, they were taking
- 2:33:59bone meal.
- 2:34:01This is an a set oversimplification
- 2:34:04of it, but they were take taking bone meal from animal
- 2:34:09carcasses, the beef carcasses,
- 2:34:12drying it, grinding it up in powder to the powder,
- 2:34:16and feeding that bone meal back to
- 2:34:20cattle
- 2:34:21for a calcium supplement, for a mineral supplement.
- 2:34:25And
- 2:34:27that's where a lot of it got started.
- 2:34:31But it and, you know,
- 2:34:34the cannibals over in Indonesia and often over in there have suffered from it in years past.
- 2:34:40Unknown: Yeah. Karru Roe.
- 2:34:45Unknown: So,
- 2:34:48you know, the the
- 2:34:52Canadians
- 2:34:56have shipped
- 2:34:58we've gotten our
- 2:35:01that disease into our beef supply chain
- 2:35:05is from cattle that came from Canada.
- 2:35:10To my knowledge, there has been no
- 2:35:13none of that actually
- 2:35:21happened here in The United States other than the imported animals.
- 2:35:25And see that?
- 2:35:27Now,
- 2:35:30it's a big mess, and it's all about
- 2:35:33big business and
- 2:35:36going after the the dollar instead of being empathetic toward your fellow man.
- 2:35:41Unknown: Yeah. The the more we divide defy
- 2:35:45God's
- 2:35:46instructions,
- 2:35:47Unknown: the greater our pestilences are gonna be. That's I agree with that. I agree with that. Of course.
- 2:35:55Unknown: Well, yeah, we we
- 2:35:58cause our own demise,
- 2:36:00and it's all due well, not all of it, but
- 2:36:05it has to do with the
- 2:36:07religion of the currency that we're currently coerced into utilizing for trade,
- 2:36:13which is
- 2:36:14the biggest fraud that was ever perpetrated,
- 2:36:17and everybody still seems to just
- 2:36:21suck it up. I don't know why.
- 2:36:23We're moving.
- 2:36:25Max. We don't have Max. I was
- 2:36:28Unknown: was listening to some statistics the other day on
- 2:36:32lost a lot of people in this country that claim to be Christian, and they send their children and pay an extra duty,
- 2:36:39high price, go into debt for a public education
- 2:36:43in the higher education system,
- 2:36:45and their Christianity
- 2:36:47goes away through those few years that they're there.
- 2:36:51They come out atheists in a lot of cases and worse.
- 2:36:54Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:36:56I'll throw out something to you. Maxine pointed out
- 2:37:01with her medical background
- 2:37:04that
- 2:37:06you all know what gang gaseous gangrene is, don't you?
- 2:37:10Unknown: Uh-uh.
- 2:37:15Not the gaseous side.
- 2:37:17Unknown: Well I know what gangrene is. Yeah. Okay. Well, it's gas gangrene is what it is, but it's gangrene for short.
- 2:37:25But
- 2:37:26the treatment
- 2:37:28for that at one time
- 2:37:29were screw worms.
- 2:37:33Unknown: Yep. They
- 2:37:36acted as maggot therapy?
- 2:37:38Yep.
- 2:37:39Unknown: And they could go they would go deep into the test shooting to to
- 2:37:44eat it out.
- 2:37:47But, man, I tell you what, that's foul smelling stuff.
- 2:37:54Unknown: Well, one of the the the options
- 2:37:57in the civil war was amputation or
- 2:38:01maggots.
- 2:38:05Unknown: I think I think some hospitals are actually still using leeches, by the way.
- 2:38:12Unknown: Yes.
- 2:38:14Unknown: Yeah. I read a reader digest about this
- 2:38:17girl that survived the plane crash in the Amazon,
- 2:38:21and she had cuts and bruises and whatnot. And she survived by letting the maggots
- 2:38:28eat on her wounds,
- 2:38:31you know, to get rid of gangrene, and then she would eat the maggots.
- 2:38:36Yeah.
- 2:38:37Right?
- 2:38:39And guess what?
- 2:38:42I inadvertently,
- 2:38:43back in Oklahoma City trimming trees out of power lines, ate a bunch of maggots without my knowledge
- 2:38:50until I found out.
- 2:38:53Oh, man. I went back to that guy, and I damn near chopped him up with my chainsaw. Was so pissed off.
- 2:39:00But,
- 2:39:01yeah, it was
- 2:39:04that didn't kill me, so I'm figuring what the what the hell of it. You know? It just it's a gross thought, and that could give you an illness if you magnify
- 2:39:13it. But, yeah,
- 2:39:15we eat so much shit these days. It's unreal.
- 2:39:20Unknown: If you have a good immune system, it's it's amazing of what what can happen. I mean, I had a friend who who always used to make his bacon in the morning, and he had a little crock there for bacon grease, and he would just dip in there, you know, if he needed some to cook this and that and whatever. And so he's going on and on doing this in his normal life. Right? And then one day,
- 2:39:42he sees a little spot in his lard
- 2:39:45and he's he's like, I wonder what that is. And he puts his spoon in there and he goes to pull it out, and it's a bloated dead mouse.
- 2:39:57Unknown: So he had no idea how long he was eating that stuff. Well, how many if people ever knew how many mouse mice they pull out of the
- 2:40:07fryer that fried their potato chips, they wouldn't eat potato chips again.
- 2:40:13They have to skim off the mice every time they fire up the cooker
- 2:40:18and the cockroaches.
- 2:40:20Unknown: There's a story about a guy who's drinking his Budweiser beer and not much is coming out. And what the hell is going on?
- 2:40:27He opened up the can and there's a mouse in the flipping beer.
- 2:40:33Unknown: True story.
- 2:40:34True story. Coca Cola. This
- 2:40:39is the I was in high school.
- 2:40:43Our business math teacher was telling the story that
- 2:40:48somebody
- 2:40:49bought a Coca Cola,
- 2:40:51returnable bottle, drank the Coca Cola,
- 2:40:55and there was a mouse in the bottle.
- 2:40:59So he sued Coke.
- 2:41:02The
- 2:41:04defense
- 2:41:05lawyer
- 2:41:06in court
- 2:41:08drank a bottle of Coke with a mouse in it, dead mouse in it, just to prove that it wouldn't hurt you.
- 2:41:14The phosphoric acid in it
- 2:41:17took care of all the bacteria.
- 2:41:21And that he told me a very true story.
- 2:41:24Unknown: I had a cousin that swore it was a rat hair and a tube of sausage. I don't remember if it was Bob Evans or what sausage, you know? But called them and they said, according to the the FDA,
- 2:41:37they're allowed to have so many rat hairs in their sausage. Okay.
- 2:41:42Unknown: That's true. Mhmm.
- 2:41:43Yep. And just and just think about it. Maggots,
- 2:41:47not only for festering
- 2:41:49wounds, but a tasty treat too.
- 2:41:54Unknown: Always reason to have a good immune system.
- 2:41:57Unknown: Always cook your stuff good.
- 2:42:00Unknown: Well Doctor Wallach
- 2:42:02doctor Wallach also told about the hot dogs having rat
- 2:42:07rat bones in it, rat parts.
- 2:42:11Unknown: Flavoring.
- 2:42:16Unknown: What do they do with all the Brent,
- 2:42:19Unknown: we ought to pay extra for that.
- 2:42:25Unknown: Any ideas.
- 2:42:29Unknown: People meet in the meat supply
- 2:42:32regularly.
- 2:42:34Mhmm.
- 2:42:37Unknown: I have a question.
- 2:42:41Unknown: Go ahead.
- 2:42:42Unknown: Yeah. I'm on the celebrity report with Catherine Austin Fitz. Now which one are you all
- 2:42:49saying I need this to watch? The recent one? It's not on Salari report. I
- 2:42:57Unknown: can get you the channel name in just a sec here.
- 2:43:04Unknown: Right. But it could be up here. It's Free Now Foundation.
- 2:43:13Unknown: Free Now Foundation?
- 2:43:16Unknown: Yep. That's that's the channel's name.
- 2:43:19Unknown: This is Jasmine Austin Fitts, the nightmare of programmable
- 2:43:23money episode 14,
- 2:43:25e p 14. Yep.
- 2:43:31Unknown: Murray, you you just gonna rub this in our face because of the fact you're a vegetarian. Right?
- 2:43:39Unknown: No. It's your choice and my choice.
- 2:43:42You care. It's up to you.
- 2:43:46Unknown: I wish I could be one.
- 2:43:51Unknown: I think I'm going that way.
- 2:43:55Unknown: Well, it all depends on your metabolism.
- 2:43:58I I really do think that doctor Kelly had something going on. You know? Some people have a metabolism
- 2:44:04that's
- 2:44:05prone to
- 2:44:07vegetarian
- 2:44:08and or vegan diet, and some are, you know, carnivorous
- 2:44:13critters.
- 2:44:14Me, I'm I'm kinda on the boat on a on a
- 2:44:18edge, I could either do either.
- 2:44:22And right now, I I prefer soft food because I lacking in my teeth.
- 2:44:29I'm down to four and a half.
- 2:44:32And, man,
- 2:44:34I'm having problems with one right now. It just flowed up the whole right side of my face.
- 2:44:39I I could hardly see out of my right eye and can hardly hear out of my right ear.
- 2:44:47Unknown: Well, my son's yours. Of course. My my son's just been on antibiotics
- 2:44:53for that.
- 2:44:55Oh, he was he got to blow his brains out.
- 2:44:59Unknown: In that in that book that I recommend a lot, Andreas Morris, the timeless
- 2:45:04secrets of health and rejuvenate.
- 2:45:07It it it's
- 2:45:08in here, he he poses, and I'm not sure that he's right or wrong, but he poses that there's
- 2:45:14there's four, I think, main body types
- 2:45:17and that there's he does a little test on how you derive it, which one you are,
- 2:45:23and then he has a diet for that body type.
- 2:45:28Unknown: Yeah. Eating by eating by blood type. Yeah. You're right.
- 2:45:34That's a good one.
- 2:45:36Unknown: As long as you aren't carnigorous.
- 2:45:42Unknown: Well, what he's saying is that I think you mispronounced that correctly.
- 2:45:47You
- 2:45:52Unknown: guys are amazing.
- 2:45:54Unknown: You're
- 2:46:01always on the always on the nigger side, Brandon.
- 2:46:08You take offense without being offended. I love you, man. I I I just can't give you enough out of my lane. You brutal man. You're such a brutal Brent.
- 2:46:19Unknown: Well, remember, you don't have a permit.
- 2:46:25Unknown: Well, homie don't need no permit. Homie don't need no permission from no man.
- 2:46:31I'm free.
- 2:46:33And I'll say, nigger, anytime I want to, goddamn it.
- 2:46:38Unknown: Yeah. I'll come up there and whoop your ass too. Oh, bring it on, mofo.
- 2:46:46Unknown: Hey, bro. Well, we are, Brad, for calling me nasty. How about that?
- 2:46:53You might like But
- 2:46:55Unknown: but it was kinda nice to We
- 2:46:58gotta keep it clean because because
- 2:47:02Unknown: we wanna get to heaven.
- 2:47:05We're not gonna
- 2:47:07If we keep using that name
- 2:47:10in vain,
- 2:47:13we might see the the worst part of the what this world's gonna be,
- 2:47:18I yield.
- 2:47:21Unknown: In in Morris' book What are you looking at, hon?
- 2:47:25Unknown: Diffusing stuff.
- 2:47:27We're just diffusing stuff with humor.
- 2:47:30Unknown: And That's it.
- 2:47:31Unknown: In in in the book, Morris also points out that the one of the reasons science thinks that things are genetic,
- 2:47:39he makes the point that's because they're eating the same thing their parents did.
- 2:47:45Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:47:46Man, and that's that makes a hell of a lot of sense too. I mean, if you don't change your diet when you're ill, then you're gonna you
- 2:47:54you're gonna go to a doctor and get a pill and
- 2:47:57keep on staying on the pill until
- 2:48:01your funds run out. And then, well,
- 2:48:04tally ho. Be well. That's that's
- 2:48:07Unknown: that's what Walnut's talking about.
- 2:48:10Unknown: Coin a new word, etagenetics
- 2:48:12instead of epigenetics.
- 2:48:15Unknown: Euty genetics.
- 2:48:16Yeah. That's a good one, Mer.
- 2:48:22Unknown: I
- 2:48:28Unknown: said eat a genetics. I don't know what it came out as, but I just thought I thought it was.
- 2:48:33Unknown: Eating
- 2:48:34genetics,
- 2:48:35not
- 2:48:37evil genetics. What what did you say?
- 2:48:40Unknown: Eating genetics.
- 2:48:42Unknown: Yeah. E a t
- 2:48:44Unknown: instead of e p. Partying partying slip. Right, ma?
- 2:48:49Unknown: I don't know. I think the slip was on the ear side, not the voice side.
- 2:48:57Unknown: Hey, Gregory.
- 2:48:59How did how did you let your teeth go to hell? Your grinders are just almost gone, man.
- 2:49:06Unknown: How what? Who? Where?
- 2:49:09Unknown: Yeah. Your grinders. What what how'd you let them get so bad?
- 2:49:14Unknown: Oh,
- 2:49:16it was
- 2:49:17several years ago. I forget when.
- 2:49:20But I was outside the porch here, and it was just after I I was on
- 2:49:25John Stapmiller's
- 2:49:27show.
- 2:49:28And I told him about, why do you guys call them Federal Reserve notes? They're they're it's there's not a note.
- 2:49:36They're not federal. Why don't you call them Rothschild
- 2:49:41slave shekels?
- 2:49:44We should use that word or that phrase to describe the currency that we're currently under.
- 2:49:51Unknown: And Why would we after that.
- 2:49:53Unknown: Wasn't long after that that
- 2:49:55that I
- 2:49:57had
- 2:49:59this attack on my mouth.
- 2:50:01Every tooth in my head was a
- 2:50:05different tone of pain.
- 2:50:08Every tooth in my head was a different tone of pain.
- 2:50:13I I've got a bunch of morphine that I got from a a guy I was doing work for instead of slave shekels, I'd get morphine.
- 2:50:22I didn't even think about the morphine, man. I went straight to the 45.
- 2:50:27I I don't know why I'm still here because of that incident.
- 2:50:30Oh, that pain was just
- 2:50:34just bear bearable. Right?
- 2:50:37And then from
- 2:50:41Unknown: The teeth are circuit breakers for the body.
- 2:50:45Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:50:46And then
- 2:50:48I'd had my
- 2:50:50mercury fillings
- 2:50:52so called this piece of shit talky crap holy. The last dentist I saw
- 2:50:58said, yeah. I can I can take your mercury out?
- 2:51:02Well, unbeknownst to me, you're supposed to peel it off instead of grind it. And it mofo,
- 2:51:08he grinded it, you know, putting tons of mercury in my poor little cranium.
- 2:51:14And,
- 2:51:15then it got to a point where, you know, I was feeling so much pain that he just tapped it over above the gum or below the gum.
- 2:51:23I find out later, I've got strips of, teeth that are I've kept my teeth. I can prove it to you, man. It still have lines of mercury in them. I
- 2:51:33don't think I have any more mercury in my head now, but, man,
- 2:51:37that was that was a proof. If I see that mofo, I I I will I
- 2:51:43will make them suffer
- 2:51:45like it made me suffer. Right? Another piece of this shit talkie.
- 2:51:51It make me mad.
- 2:51:54Yeah. And then I pay well, I was still under insurance.
- 2:51:58Unknown: These dentists are just like doctors.
- 2:52:01Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:52:02Unknown: There ain't there ain't no poor dentist. I'll tell you that.
- 2:52:07Unknown: Well,
- 2:52:09Unknown: Dennis Malloy told us about him
- 2:52:12and the oath they had to take over at his, dental
- 2:52:15school
- 2:52:17to get their degree.
- 2:52:20Unknown: What was that, sir?
- 2:52:23Unknown: He he's a deceased listener now,
- 2:52:27but and his claim to fame was
- 2:52:30he worked on the owner of the Blackhawks.
- 2:52:33That was one of his patients.
- 2:52:35And,
- 2:52:37I guess he had a high end dental office in Chicago area.
- 2:52:41And,
- 2:52:42he told about when his son graduated from dental school
- 2:52:47that he had to take an oath that he would and signed a signed a contract
- 2:52:51that they he wouldn't,
- 2:52:54integrate,
- 2:52:55mercury use
- 2:52:58Unknown: or fluoride.
- 2:53:00Unknown: Mercury amalgam fillings are fluoride, by the way. Yep. Right. Right. Otherwise, they otherwise, they yank his degree.
- 2:53:10Unknown: That's artificial fluoride.
- 2:53:14Yeah.
- 2:53:15Natural fluoride comes from from plants. Aluminum waste.
- 2:53:19Unknown: Well, aluminum waste and also the nuclear industry.
- 2:53:25Unknown: Fertilizer.
- 2:53:27Fertilizer,
- 2:53:28aluminum, nuclear, it's and it's just waste. It's not
- 2:53:32pure fluoride.
- 2:53:34It's it's just a bunch of
- 2:53:36Unknown: Get this. Say well, they they say it's a byproduct.
- 2:53:42Unknown: Get this. The police our Oklahoma governor
- 2:53:45is
- 2:53:46they're pushing to put a $4,000,000,000
- 2:53:51aluminum smelter
- 2:53:52at Inoa, Oklahoma right along the Burdigris River.
- 2:53:58Unknown: You found the water? Hydrochlorothalicylic
- 2:54:02Unknown: acid.
- 2:54:03It is the no it is the most corrosive
- 2:54:06acid known to man.
- 2:54:08That's what they put in our water. That's what they put in all psychotropic drugs.
- 2:54:14Almost all the pharmaceutical
- 2:54:17drugs are their their base is fluoride,
- 2:54:20hydrofluorosilicic
- 2:54:21acid.
- 2:54:22Unknown: And it plays havoc with and it plays havoc with your pineal gland, by the way.
- 2:54:27Unknown: Yes. Indeed.
- 2:54:29Calcifies Have
- 2:54:31Unknown: you seen the price of aluminum foil lately?
- 2:54:34Yesterday,
- 2:54:36it was $29
- 2:54:38over at Costco
- 2:54:40for what I had paid $12
- 2:54:43for several years ago,
- 2:54:45and I'm glad I got numerous rolls.
- 2:54:50Unknown: Don't wrap your meat in don't wrap your meat in aluminum foil because that will
- 2:54:57do the same thing
- 2:55:00to the meat. Be approved.
- 2:55:02Yes. Yes.
- 2:55:04And drinking beer out of aluminum cans and all that. We we
- 2:55:10Unknown: gotta we gotta watch out. Hey. Hey, Brent. Whenever you can, use,
- 2:55:15use, that wax paper that they have.
- 2:55:21Unknown: The wrap to use in the oven?
- 2:55:24Unknown: No. You use the in the oven.
- 2:55:27Unknown: Parchment paper
- 2:55:29doesn't burn.
- 2:55:31You you wrap your meat or potatoes in parchment paper and then aluminum foil,
- 2:55:37and you can cook a steak for an hour, thirty minutes on each side. No matter what the cut is, it'll come out like fillet,
- 2:55:46Unknown: and you can make a baked potato the same way. Wrap it in parchment paper, then aluminum foil. You can eat the skin. It comes out soft and supple. You can peel the skin right off the potato, but it is edible. Most, you know, baked potatoes, you can't eat the skin because it turns into a superheated,
- 2:56:05Unknown: carbohydrate
- 2:56:06or an acrylamide.
- 2:56:09Unknown: I got a better, recipe
- 2:56:12as cast iron Dutch oven. Put put your meat in there, and it'll be it will have no effect on any
- 2:56:20poise I mean, when I'm poisoning anything,
- 2:56:23that is the most
- 2:56:25finest cookware
- 2:56:27is the cast iron Dutch oven
- 2:56:31or anything. You don't have to wrap it in anything.
- 2:56:36Unknown: Well, I don't wrap my I don't wrap my meat in foil anymore.
- 2:56:41I'll have a
- 2:56:43a metal,
- 2:56:44pan,
- 2:56:45and I'll put my meat in that and cover it with the foil.
- 2:56:51But it's probably dripping the condensation
- 2:56:54back on it.
- 2:56:57Unknown: Well, that that's a that's about a Dutch oven, a cast iron Dutch oven. It's not anything gonna be toxic
- 2:57:03to Mhmm. Go back in your meat.
- 2:57:07Unknown: I gotta go look for one. I need to find a small one because I don't cook for a bunch of people.
- 2:57:13I just cook for me.
- 2:57:17Unknown: Well, they have the lodge the lodge brand. There's a cup couple other good brands
- 2:57:22of Dutch
- 2:57:24cast iron. That's all I cook in is cast iron.
- 2:57:27Stainless steel is good too. Stain a real good stainless steel.
- 2:57:32Unknown: Woah. Yeah.
- 2:57:33Unknown: Real Teflon.
- 2:57:35Hey, Brent. Come on up here. I got three cast irons,
- 2:57:39Dutch ovens. I I'll give you one, and you can come kick my ass at the same time.
- 2:57:44Unknown: Yeah. A twofer.
- 2:57:47Great. Yeah. Well,
- 2:57:49I have a reasonable facsimile.
- 2:57:51Somebody gave me a cast iron pot and lid,
- 2:57:55and
- 2:57:57I've been wondering, what am I gonna do with it? Because I have enough pots. I could stick that in the oven,
- 2:58:03and it could do the same thing as the foil covered pan that I use.
- 2:58:09Unknown: Oh, yes. Definitely do that, sir.
- 2:58:13And you know how to season a cast iron. It you can look at look online. It's it's very, very cool the way you, use avocado oil, a high heat oil,
- 2:58:24or or
- 2:58:26not really olive oil. You can do it, but you coat that.
- 2:58:31You you take if it's got rust on it, you just take baking soda and vinegar and
- 2:58:37rub that with a Scotch Brite
- 2:58:39until you get that out.
- 2:58:41And then when you then you oil it you you wash it out, clean it out, and put it immediately on the stove and let it dry so it don't oxidize.
- 2:58:51Mhmm. Okay? And then
- 2:58:53you let that dry out, and then you take a rag and put your avocado oil on there and just rub it on the inside
- 2:59:02about 350
- 2:59:03degrees,
- 2:59:04and let that sit for about
- 2:59:08thirty minutes to an hour.
- 2:59:10And then rub it again. Rub it again. Not not slosh it in there, but just,
- 2:59:15you know, coat it.
- 2:59:17Mhmm. And you will have the best cooking
- 2:59:20utensil you ever
- 2:59:23knew.
- 2:59:25Unknown: Hey, Brent. You might want to I used to have a lot of, cast iron,
- 2:59:31types of things, but I gotten rid of them. The
- 2:59:35the the iron from that
- 2:59:39pot sort of reaches in your food. And if there's one thing we have more than enough of in our system
- 2:59:46is iron. Anybody can tell you that? Iron is
- 2:59:49a cancer promoter, by the way.
- 2:59:52Cancer loves iron. But a company called La Crusade, it's a French
- 2:59:58company, and they make it Dutch oven in this
- 3:00:01glass glazed.
- 3:00:02They're kinda pricey, though, about
- 3:00:05well, regular size one is the product, a $175
- 3:00:09cast iron, but it's
- 3:00:11it's it's worth it.
- 3:00:13Unknown: Why don't you just get a crock pot that's got the the granite inside
- 3:00:18and cook in there and and cook it slow, anything you want, and it'll cook it so tender
- 3:00:25that you can drink it if you if you wanna cook it that long.
- 3:00:30Unknown: Yeah. Well, I've I agree. Done it now. I agree with the gentleman that talked about the iron.
- 3:00:37We've
- 3:00:38Maxine's gone away from using cast iron
- 3:00:41to
- 3:00:42glass.
- 3:00:45Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:00:46Unknown: And you wanna be careful if you use glass cookware. You don't want anything made in China
- 3:00:51because
- 3:00:54their glass often contains
- 3:00:56lead,
- 3:00:58which leach out of the glass.
- 3:01:01Unknown: But Was that
- 3:01:02hey, though. Was that your wife? Was was that your wife you're talking about? Yeah.
- 3:01:11Unknown: She cooks most of the meat in an air fryer on parchment paper.
- 3:01:19That'll work.
- 3:01:20And
- 3:01:21the eggs and
- 3:01:24stuff like that, vegetables
- 3:01:27show effects in the
- 3:01:29glass cookware,
- 3:01:31American made glass cookware.
- 3:01:35Just just an opinion. And we've been doing hair tissue That'd be like corning or
- 3:01:41Unknown: anchor hockey?
- 3:01:43Unknown: Yeah. Think so.
- 3:01:46We've
- 3:01:49been doing hair tissue mineral analysis
- 3:01:53for
- 3:01:55about four years,
- 3:01:58and
- 3:01:59our
- 3:02:03diagnosis or not die our
- 3:02:06test results keep
- 3:02:07improving
- 3:02:08with time.
- 3:02:11Unknown: What lab are you using, Joe?
- 3:02:14Unknown: Johnny DeLarious.
- 3:02:16Just
- 3:02:17a minute. What's the name of the lab, Maxine?
- 3:02:20Analytical
- 3:02:21labs.
- 3:02:25Unknown: Hey, Joe. Think I'm eating them.
- 3:02:28Unknown: Joe, we got we got we got we got iron and our rice and our any flour you you're gonna have is gonna be enriched.
- 3:02:36They are trying to get us with as much iron as we can in our system because they know
- 3:02:42that what eventually, what what the damage is gonna do.
- 3:02:47Unknown: Yeah. Are they in Texas, Joe? I
- 3:02:51Unknown: can't tell you where they are. We do our our do our
- 3:02:56hair tissue and mineral analysis.
- 3:02:58We send it to Johnny Delirious,
- 3:03:01Michael Maxine? Yeah.
- 3:03:03So it's going the same place. I thought so. Alright. That that's where we get he takes it and he there's two labs,
- 3:03:11and he you have a choice between which lab, and Maxim made that decision to go with analytical.
- 3:03:19But if
- 3:03:21if you do that, it gives you
- 3:03:24the first one's a benchmark,
- 3:03:27And from there on, it gives you an idea
- 3:03:31a real good idea
- 3:03:33what you're doing right or what you're doing wrong over time.
- 3:03:40Unknown: It well, I was wondering if Dave is Dave is still here and whether,
- 3:03:45you know, Wallach has a view on broiling. I I like to broil things.
- 3:03:53Unknown: Well, I don't disagree with that, and
- 3:03:56an air fryer basically does that.
- 3:03:59And it's on parchment paper,
- 3:04:02and
- 3:04:05I've seen her scorched
- 3:04:06some of the paper, but I've never seen any of it burn.
- 3:04:13Unknown: That is the best way, by the way, to put a make a turkey
- 3:04:17is to put it in a Weber and wrap it in parchment paper. It'll be
- 3:04:23Unknown: That's it for the Radio Ranch with Roger sales for
