- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with I our radio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hey guys, welcome to the Almost as podcast. Today we
- 0:08Speaker 2: are recapping episode five of Bachelor in Paradise and guess
- 0:11Speaker 2: who we have doing so with us. It is one
- 0:14Speaker 2: of our favorite Bachelor in Paradise alums, taj Wan Hawkins. Yeah, Tajwan,
- 0:22Speaker 2: you're a Paradise icon. I mean when people think about you,
- 0:26Speaker 2: I guess people think about like how you just were
- 0:28Speaker 2: so hot all the time, Like physically you actually felt sweating.
- 0:31Speaker 3: So hot personally like both like how much would you
- 0:39Speaker 3: have loved to have a C like these people are having.
- 0:41Speaker 4: The second I heard that they had a C, my
- 0:46Speaker 4: jaw hit the floor, kidding. I would have done so
- 0:50Speaker 4: much better.
- 0:51Speaker 2: This would have been a time for you to thrive.
- 0:53Speaker 2: You should have. So you were on Paradise twice, you're
- 0:55Speaker 2: on season six and seven. If only you had skipped
- 0:58Speaker 2: one of those, then you could have been perhaps on this.
- 1:01Speaker 4: I know my timing was bad.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Yeah. One of the reasons you're here today is because
- 1:07Speaker 3: you do have some very strong opinions about Paradise right now,
- 1:10Speaker 3: and that's what we're having about Paradise right now. I
- 1:12Speaker 3: think that's what everybody needs when it comes to Paradise.
- 1:16Speaker 3: We don't need this like lukewarm, wishy washy. Yeah, I
- 1:19Speaker 3: don't know if it's good or not. I feel like
- 1:21Speaker 3: at this point you have to make a decision. Do
- 1:23Speaker 3: you like the new Paradise or you don't? I say that,
- 1:26Speaker 3: And as we've been known here recently, we're hypocrites because
- 1:30Speaker 3: there's parts of this new Paradise I do enjoy, I say,
- 1:34Speaker 3: but there's also parts I really dislike. So how are
- 1:38Speaker 3: you feeling towards the whole season now?
- 1:40Speaker 4: Overall? With the new season unpopular opinion? I think it
- 1:45Speaker 4: needed a shake up, like it was time, and I
- 1:49Speaker 4: feel like it was overdue. But I do miss the
- 1:53Speaker 4: nostalgic pieces of Paradise. It's just like you miss the
- 1:57Speaker 4: entrances coming down the stairs, you know, you miss all
- 2:01Speaker 4: the chirons and the funny bits. I don't know. That's
- 2:05Speaker 4: kind of where I've landed. I think it needed to happen,
- 2:08Speaker 4: so I think it'll take the rest of America some
- 2:11Speaker 4: time to get used to it.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Here's the part that nobody's talking about that I really
- 2:15Speaker 3: want the two of your opinions on before we break down.
- 2:17Speaker 3: This episode which you're going to break down this episode
- 2:19Speaker 3: of Paradise. We've already been confirmed that when there is
- 2:24Speaker 3: the next Bachelor, whoever that may be, the same production
- 2:28Speaker 3: team will be doing the Bachelor, which means it's probably
- 2:33Speaker 3: gonna look very similar in a lot of ways, with
- 2:35Speaker 3: the high def cameras and the editing and the cutting.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Are we excited for that or do we feel like
- 2:43Speaker 3: The Bachelor should not change from what it was?
- 2:47Speaker 2: Actually I feel like the Bachelor could use that shake up.
- 2:50Speaker 2: I'm down for that. I think Paradise people just like
- 2:53Speaker 2: never had any complaints about Paradise. Nobody was there like, oh,
- 2:56Speaker 2: Paradise is tired. But I'm loving it now. I'm just
- 2:59Speaker 2: telling you you we had our complaints earlier on the season,
- 3:03Speaker 2: but this episode marked like my like three episodes totally
- 3:07Speaker 2: in It feels far more familiar again to me, the
- 3:11Speaker 2: flashy style editing was is just coming across more subdued.
- 3:16Speaker 2: I don't know if I'm just used to it or
- 3:18Speaker 2: maybe because the storylines are evolving more, but I am
- 3:21Speaker 2: finding myself watching it the way that I used to.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I think it takes some time to get used to.
- 3:27Speaker 3: I'm not I'm not.
- 3:28Speaker 2: I don't like it, So I don't like it. Why
- 3:31Speaker 2: what's distracting you? Is it just like the slow motion sexiness?
- 3:35Speaker 3: It's a slow motion, it's the editing. It's location. Really
- 3:39Speaker 3: for me, I think is even when I think it
- 3:42Speaker 3: was Jonathan pulled somebody away to have like a one
- 3:46Speaker 3: on one conversation at some point, like early on in
- 3:49Speaker 3: this episode, and probably Cat, they had to walk like
- 3:54Speaker 3: it looked like twenty minutes to find any sort of privacy,
- 3:58Speaker 3: Like they just kept walking and running in to people
- 4:01Speaker 3: along the way if you remember this, But it just
- 4:04Speaker 3: felt like this, this whole resort isn't set up for
- 4:07Speaker 3: a Paradise vibe to me, and I don't I liked
- 4:10Speaker 3: Paradise being what it was. I have said this and
- 4:13Speaker 3: I'll stick to it, and I'm not mad at the
- 4:16Speaker 3: show for trying something new. I think it's always a
- 4:18Speaker 3: great thing to do, and it takes some courage and
- 4:20Speaker 3: it takes some guts. I miss beautiful people sweating and
- 4:24Speaker 3: being uncomfortable all the time. I miss it. It's something
- 4:28Speaker 3: I enjoyed. I think the fans enjoyed it. We like
- 4:31Speaker 3: seeing the Tajuans like go down being a beautiful human
- 4:36Speaker 3: and sweating her brains out for five days, being like
- 4:39Speaker 3: I hate every second of this, and we're like, it's relatable.
- 4:42Speaker 2: It's really everything takes place in the same set, you
- 4:47Speaker 2: know how. Sometimes you'll go to a Broadway show, not
- 4:49Speaker 2: sure if you guys frequent them, but some some have
- 4:53Speaker 2: sets where like it's constantly in motion, and then sometimes
- 4:56Speaker 2: it's a set set and that can get kind of
- 5:00Speaker 2: boring to watch, and I feel like that's kind of
- 5:04Speaker 2: what's happening. And I'm also feeling that the resort is
- 5:06Speaker 2: looking a little cheaper, like even where the rose ceremonies are,
- 5:10Speaker 2: it's just not lush. It looks like it could be
- 5:13Speaker 2: like just like a Standard. I mean, I love a Hilton, okay,
- 5:17Speaker 2: but like it looks like it could just like be
- 5:19Speaker 2: a Hilton.
- 5:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I miss the bunk beds. Like it's too it's
- 5:23Speaker 4: too posh. It's too posh. I'm looking at the food
- 5:26Speaker 4: they're eating. It's just they're they're having they're enjoying themselves
- 5:31Speaker 4: a little too much for my liking.
- 5:32Speaker 2: No One, Yeah, we want them to struggle. But what
- 5:34Speaker 2: I liked about this episode, because let's get into this episode,
- 5:37Speaker 2: is we saw a lot of behind the sort of
- 5:39Speaker 2: like behind the curtain moments where the guys were talking
- 5:43Speaker 2: in their rooms and we saw that we were talking
- 5:47Speaker 2: to Hakeem today earlier and he said that every bedroom
- 5:51Speaker 2: has a camera, and there was one really interesting conversation
- 5:55Speaker 2: that happened between was it Brian and Jeremy, where Jeremy said,
- 6:01Speaker 2: I love a moment like this. I wish they would
- 6:04Speaker 2: do it more often. He goes, I don't want to
- 6:06Speaker 2: say what I'm gonna say with my mic on and
- 6:09Speaker 2: then he like tried to like say, I don't know,
- 6:12Speaker 2: like what, I don't know whether they caught it on
- 6:14Speaker 2: a different mic that's like maybe also in the room,
- 6:17Speaker 2: but they had it pretty clear that he said I
- 6:20Speaker 2: should have given my rose to Susie. I'm like not
- 6:23Speaker 2: that interested in Bailey.
- 6:25Speaker 4: He messed up.
- 6:26Speaker 2: That was a big moment.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a big moment, especially because rumors on social
- 6:31Speaker 3: media right now are that Jeremy and Bayley are together
- 6:33Speaker 3: somewhere and like vacationing. What mm hmm, it's happening right
- 6:38Speaker 3: now as we speak. This is the rumors spoiler alert,
- 6:41Speaker 3: they might make it and now she's having to watch
- 6:43Speaker 3: his back being like you really liked me.
- 6:46Speaker 4: Huh, I'd be very upset.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Very was the case, very upset. All Right, here we go,
- 6:53Speaker 3: We're gonna start this thing out. It is uh. Before
- 6:56Speaker 3: we go, though, uh, Tajuan, I want to talk to
- 6:58Speaker 3: you about your real estate career. You're co hosting with
- 7:01Speaker 3: us today because you have strong opinions on this year paradise,
- 7:05Speaker 3: and we need those strong opinions from you. We want
- 7:08Speaker 3: those strong opinions from you. We want you to share
- 7:10Speaker 3: as honestly as you want to be honest. But you're
- 7:14Speaker 3: also very successful right now in the Denver real estate market.
- 7:18Speaker 3: I want to give you a second to shout that
- 7:21Speaker 3: out for anybody looking and wanting what's going on.
- 7:24Speaker 4: Yeah, there's so much happening. I feel like you see
- 7:27Speaker 4: so many different headlines in the news, and like it's
- 7:30Speaker 4: really hard to keep up. I would say, if you're
- 7:33Speaker 4: in the market to buy or sell, just give me
- 7:35Speaker 4: a call and I'll help you out. I think the
- 7:37Speaker 4: biggest thing right now is calling me to negotiate seller
- 7:41Speaker 4: concessions for you so you can get into a home.
- 7:44Speaker 4: So that's a really big thing that we're seeing right now.
- 7:46Speaker 4: So it's been very busy. I've been negotiating contracts all day.
- 7:51Speaker 3: So where's the best way to reach you?
- 7:53Speaker 4: I would say, just go to my Instagram and click
- 7:57Speaker 4: on the link in my bio has my I phone
- 8:00Speaker 4: number email information there and you can get in touch.
- 8:03Speaker 4: That's the best way.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a it's a wild time, especially because it
- 8:08Speaker 3: feels like most people under the age of thirty right
- 8:12Speaker 3: now will have a very hard time finding a home.
- 8:14Speaker 3: And you need a good agent to find a home,
- 8:17Speaker 3: to help negotiate and to help navigate the process. If not,
- 8:21Speaker 3: you're going to be a thirty eight year old person
- 8:24Speaker 3: wanting to find a home that will never have owned
- 8:26Speaker 3: a home. And that's a dream I think of all
- 8:28Speaker 3: of ours. So yeah, we should reach out. Find her
- 8:30Speaker 3: on Instagram. But today she is a co host of
- 8:34Speaker 3: the almost famous podcast It's Day nine of Paradise. The
- 8:37Speaker 3: Men have the Roses and Faith Martin shows up to
- 8:40Speaker 3: the beach, which is still one of the most confusing
- 8:42Speaker 3: things that ever happen on Paradise to me, because now
- 8:45Speaker 3: we have six golden women and three golden men and
- 8:51Speaker 3: the men have the roses just to remind everybody.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess they like don't want the golden to
- 8:55Speaker 2: find love, especially, it doesn't make it also a moment
- 8:59Speaker 2: where they had go on the date with Kathy and
- 9:03Speaker 2: like not wait for Captain Kim to come back. I
- 9:06Speaker 2: was like, do they just want us to see like
- 9:09Speaker 2: ladies out on a lady date because it'll be more interesting,
- 9:13Speaker 2: or like do they really not really care?
- 9:15Speaker 3: Can ladies give ladies roses?
- 9:18Speaker 2: So true? Why couldn't they just wait? I guess the
- 9:21Speaker 2: horseback riding actually had an appointment time anyway? All right,
- 9:26Speaker 2: so yeah, Faith comes in, but the and she says
- 9:30Speaker 2: that she might become the hoe of the season. She's
- 9:33Speaker 2: looking forward to kissing many guys, she says, but it's
- 9:36Speaker 2: then disappointed to see only three, and everybody wants Gary.
- 9:41Speaker 4: He's a hot commodity.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I know, Hey, what about cute little Keith? Why is
- 9:47Speaker 2: Keith not being a hot commodity?
- 9:50Speaker 4: I have no idea. I feel like, especially for the Goldens,
- 9:54Speaker 4: this is a different environment. I feel like we're used
- 9:57Speaker 4: to seeing everyone else. This is like they're playground, and
- 10:00Speaker 4: now that the Goldens are here in Paradise, I feel
- 10:03Speaker 4: like they don't know what's coming.
- 10:06Speaker 3: The other side of this is the women, and the
- 10:09Speaker 3: Golden women seem to be having a lot better time
- 10:12Speaker 3: with this than the Golden Men. I mean, the Golden
- 10:14Speaker 3: Men seem like they want to be there. I'm not
- 10:17Speaker 3: saying they don't. They definitely want to be there. But
- 10:20Speaker 3: the Golden Women are kind of like diving headfirst into it.
- 10:23Speaker 3: They are our biggest partiers up to this point, which
- 10:28Speaker 3: is very obvious when it comes to April and Dale.
- 10:33Speaker 3: I mean, Dale takes a body shot off of April.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Everybody seems cool with it, so there must have been
- 10:38Speaker 3: more conversation behind the scenes. Nobody's threatened by April, but
- 10:42Speaker 3: she's just since day one, she is part of my
- 10:47Speaker 3: friends and she can quote me on the question on this.
- 10:50Speaker 3: It just feels like she's trying to get a lay.
- 10:55Speaker 4: No, you're right, I just want some action.
- 10:58Speaker 3: She's a little discouraged, she's lonely. She just she's out
- 11:02Speaker 3: there saying I'm gonna wear a bikini, I'm gonna look
- 11:04Speaker 3: good and faunt my stuff, and if anybody's interested, I'm
- 11:07Speaker 3: more than happy to be there.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Oh that's funny, Ben, I'm gonna be honest. I don't
- 11:13Speaker 4: know if I like the Goldens mingling with everyone else.
- 11:16Speaker 4: It feels like something just that should be separate. It
- 11:20Speaker 4: feels wrong.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Honestly, I've been saying that the Goldens are bringing like
- 11:25Speaker 2: a levity and making it actually feel like more normal
- 11:28Speaker 2: paradise to me. But I understand like wanting a little
- 11:32Speaker 2: separation there. My biggest the storyline that intrigued me the
- 11:39Speaker 2: most here during this episode was Dale and Kat and Jonathan.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I just don't understand. Dale just looks like a really
- 11:47Speaker 2: bad guy right now, do we not agree?
- 11:51Speaker 4: He does. He's saying things and then not unsaying them,
- 11:55Speaker 4: and I feel like honesty is the best policy and
- 11:59Speaker 4: he might crash and.
- 12:00Speaker 3: With Kat, it's going to catch up with him. I mean,
- 12:03Speaker 3: he's caught on camera saying the things he said, he
- 12:05Speaker 3: didn't exactly and they're.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Re airing that. They were like, you know, bigger rot,
- 12:11Speaker 2: and they're showing it because they want to get him caught.
- 12:15Speaker 2: They don't have to do that, they so often don't
- 12:18Speaker 2: they can. This is just a demonstration on how the
- 12:22Speaker 2: edit can be. Like they didn't have to show and
- 12:26Speaker 2: they could have left it up to us to speculate,
- 12:28Speaker 2: but they wanted us to know that he really did
- 12:30Speaker 2: say these things.
- 12:31Speaker 3: But I'm in agreeiance. Why not just be honest, like
- 12:35Speaker 3: This whole thing gets easier if he's honest with Kat
- 12:37Speaker 3: from the beginning, where it's a hey, I'm into you,
- 12:41Speaker 3: that's clear to everybody, but I'm not settling down with you.
- 12:45Speaker 3: I am still open and interested in other people. However,
- 12:49Speaker 3: I am loving every moment we get to have together
- 12:52Speaker 3: to get to know each other better. But instead he
- 12:55Speaker 3: says these things like, hey, we've turned into the corner.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Were committed, it's all And then as soon as another
- 13:01Speaker 3: pretty girl walks and he's like, okay, all right, I'm
- 13:05Speaker 3: I have no commitments here. It it's questionable to me
- 13:10Speaker 3: and I don't know Dale. But he says things like
- 13:13Speaker 3: I know I'm going to be a great father, zero
- 13:15Speaker 3: doubt you're gonna be a great father. That's a wild
- 13:17Speaker 3: thing to say, Like you like I am a dad.
- 13:20Speaker 3: I never once told anybody, Hey, I'm gonna be a
- 13:23Speaker 3: great dad. I said. I hurt so sure, Hope to God,
- 13:27Speaker 3: I'll pray to the Lord above. I'm gonna work my
- 13:29Speaker 3: damnedest to not mess up this child like dad. Like
- 13:32Speaker 3: just to go into any situation be like you know
- 13:34Speaker 3: what I've got it. I don't know what it's like.
- 13:37Speaker 3: I haven't been there. I have no experience with the matter,
- 13:40Speaker 3: but I'm going to be great at it. It's a
- 13:42Speaker 3: wild statement.
- 13:43Speaker 2: My alert went off. It was like Ben Higgins is disturbed.
- 13:46Speaker 5: Ben Higgins is disturbed when he said that, because I
- 13:50Speaker 5: was like, way to self describe and then like somehow
- 13:54Speaker 5: see into the future and then also think incredibly highly
- 13:58Speaker 5: of yourself and then say that you think incredibly highly
- 14:01Speaker 5: of yourself.
- 14:02Speaker 3: It is the that right there was like, hey man,
- 14:06Speaker 3: I don't have any doubt. I don't want to tell
- 14:07Speaker 3: You're not gonna be like I don't have that ability
- 14:10Speaker 3: nor desire to tell you. But to be so confident
- 14:14Speaker 3: in something so difficult and unexpected.
- 14:16Speaker 4: He's like a walking resume. Honestly, Yes, he's trying to
- 14:20Speaker 4: pitch himself in this like certain light, thinking that's what
- 14:24Speaker 4: you know. Kat wants to hear. Everyone wants to hear.
- 14:27Speaker 4: But it's like, you got to make that connection, and
- 14:30Speaker 4: I think there's a disconnect.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I help needy kids, I want to be a
- 14:34Speaker 3: great dad, I'm empathetic, I have great family. Like it's
- 14:39Speaker 3: like it is it's a walking resume that anytime anybody
- 14:42Speaker 3: does that, it makes me just take a step back
- 14:44Speaker 3: and be like Hey, maybe maybe some humility is necessary
- 14:49Speaker 3: in this moment. Also, on top of that, when you
- 14:53Speaker 3: are we'll say like it is when you are lying
- 14:57Speaker 3: to the person that you're most intimate with on the
- 14:59Speaker 3: show currently, which if he did right, we can all
- 15:01Speaker 3: agree he lied. He said I never said that. Yeah,
- 15:05Speaker 3: we have him on camera saying it, so I think,
- 15:08Speaker 3: you know, even it's a little white lie and things
- 15:11Speaker 3: got weird. I'm not blaming him for trying to get
- 15:14Speaker 3: out of the situation in the best ways possible. I
- 15:17Speaker 3: just would say it might be a time to check yourself.
- 15:20Speaker 3: So maybe ask yourself self, reflect, go internal and say,
- 15:25Speaker 3: maybe I need to understand that I am not who
- 15:28Speaker 3: I claim to say I am at every second.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Yeah, and the way that he describes who he wants
- 15:33Speaker 2: to be with sounds to me like he just wants
- 15:36Speaker 2: somebody to obey him.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Yeah, that's going to go so well in America. Yeah, obeying. Hey, Jessica,
- 15:45Speaker 3: listen to me. Watch what happens.
- 15:51Speaker 2: There's a lot to say already. So then let's talk
- 16:04Speaker 2: before we go further into them, because they do come
- 16:07Speaker 2: about again later in the episode, Leah and Jonathan. Leah
- 16:11Speaker 2: comes in, She comes in, did she come in with Faith, yeah,
- 16:16Speaker 2: or did she come up with Nancy last week? She
- 16:17Speaker 2: came in with Nancy last week. Yeah, but she has
- 16:20Speaker 2: the date card for He's just still give out.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Yo.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Jonathan and Leah have absolutely no chemistry. He does not
- 16:30Speaker 2: like her. Are we all in agreeance for this? Yeah?
- 16:33Speaker 4: I was giving friend zone.
- 16:35Speaker 2: The most friend zone. He kept spitting out his freaking
- 16:38Speaker 2: coconut if he had a true coconut in his mouth,
- 16:41Speaker 2: which is fine, like just like go like this. I
- 16:43Speaker 2: don't know, it's like use your finger for a second.
- 16:45Speaker 2: The spit constantly was like also screaming friend zone. I'm
- 16:49Speaker 2: not trying to be like sexy and turn you on
- 16:51Speaker 2: right now. And then oh, there were just some awkward
- 16:56Speaker 2: moments where like she was over laughing and then he
- 16:59Speaker 2: would look at her like, oh god, you're really over laughing.
- 17:02Speaker 2: It wasn't that funny. They do not have it. I
- 17:07Speaker 2: do think that Jonathan is still trying to play for
- 17:10Speaker 2: Kat's a Rose or like for that kind of relationship
- 17:14Speaker 2: right now, but it is like not gonna be Leah.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Well, that's my question to both of you is if
- 17:21Speaker 3: he's not into her, what is he into Because he
- 17:24Speaker 3: has been friend zoned throughout this whole entire season, and
- 17:27Speaker 3: since he got friend zoned during his time on The Bachelorette.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Is he picky or is this just his vibe and
- 17:34Speaker 3: he doesn't know how to flirt? What are you guys reading.
- 17:37Speaker 4: I think it's the vibe. The vibes are off.
- 17:40Speaker 2: His vibe is off. Yeah, I think that he's super charming.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Just let's be clear, Ashley has always.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Been like I've always been like, he's so cute.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Yeah. So, like she's coming at this trying to protect
- 17:51Speaker 3: what she has said and stated, I'm with you.
- 17:54Speaker 4: I get it.
- 17:55Speaker 3: I've met him. I think he's a nice guy. I
- 17:57Speaker 3: think he's agreed. I have nothing wrong with the guy.
- 18:00Speaker 3: But I think his vibe is, Hey, I'm here to
- 18:03Speaker 3: be like a friend, and I don't know how to
- 18:07Speaker 3: initiate a flirtation towards anybody because I'm way more comfortable
- 18:13Speaker 3: just being liked by everyone in like this friendly type way.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Interesting.
- 18:18Speaker 4: I feel like that can happen too, Like a lot
- 18:20Speaker 4: of times you want to go in and be friends
- 18:22Speaker 4: with everyone in the group and be supportive, you know,
- 18:25Speaker 4: and people are going through the things and their connections,
- 18:29Speaker 4: but at the same time, it's like, are you there
- 18:31Speaker 4: to find love or are you just there for vacation
- 18:34Speaker 4: and to hang out with your friends.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Well, my inside sources say that he is an absolutely
- 18:40Speaker 2: no way ready to have a relationship. So maybe it
- 18:43Speaker 2: was just his way of not getting in trouble.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Maybe, Ashulely, can you elaborate on that, please, There's not
- 18:53Speaker 3: much else to say.
- 18:54Speaker 2: I just hear that, like he's definitely not ready to
- 18:58Speaker 2: settle down.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Sure, well, when you have a body like that, it's
- 19:03Speaker 3: gonna be hard to slow things down. We're not feeling
- 19:07Speaker 3: it with the two of them, but we do have
- 19:09Speaker 3: a date that happens that I am excited about and
- 19:13Speaker 3: confused by. Gary is the hot commodity on the beaches
- 19:16Speaker 3: of Paradise right now. The golden women are flocking towards
- 19:20Speaker 3: this man, even with a margarine in his hand and
- 19:22Speaker 3: a casadea in his mouth. They're saying, that is the
- 19:24Speaker 3: man I want, and I get it. He's a nice
- 19:28Speaker 3: guy and he comes in with a big personality. Nancy
- 19:30Speaker 3: and Gary go on a date. They participate in a ritual.
- 19:34Speaker 3: These people are both people of the Christian faith tradition,
- 19:39Speaker 3: so they mentioned that this is uncomfortable for them at
- 19:42Speaker 3: some level. However, they're both willing to try it because
- 19:44Speaker 3: goodness gracious, as you get older in life, why not
- 19:47Speaker 3: try something it feels like to me? I mean, I
- 19:52Speaker 3: think that drink was just pretty much like pure chocolate, right?
- 19:55Speaker 3: Is that like it's the it came from the chocolate plant? Right?
- 20:00Speaker 2: No? No, it's a different kind of play. Oh, cocow
- 20:04Speaker 2: like the cocoa what I like to think of it,
- 20:07Speaker 2: Like that's the chocolate being Yeah, yeah, that's.
- 20:10Speaker 3: A raw chocolate. And yet they're acting like they just
- 20:13Speaker 3: took ayahuasca, Like they just simply went in and took
- 20:19Speaker 3: like the sam Pedro ayahuasca. We're tripping our balls off,
- 20:23Speaker 3: having the best time ever. I'm confused. Did they really
- 20:27Speaker 3: take it edible? Did they do something extracurricular here? How
- 20:31Speaker 3: is chocolate in a drinking form? Am I missing something?
- 20:38Speaker 2: You are missing something?
- 20:40Speaker 5: The line where the woman says that they can't have
- 20:42Speaker 5: penetration here, what does that mean?
- 20:49Speaker 3: Like?
- 20:49Speaker 2: I know what that means?
- 20:54Speaker 5: Is this like something that often is a desire when
- 20:56Speaker 5: people take cocow?
- 20:59Speaker 3: Does anybody know that? Y? Do you have any background
- 21:03Speaker 3: or like scientific evidence that like chocolate in its rawest
- 21:08Speaker 3: form made into a drink all of a sudden makes
- 21:10Speaker 3: us so excited for each other that we are tempted
- 21:14Speaker 3: to have sexual relations on camera in front of millions
- 21:18Speaker 3: of people at sixty plus years old.
- 21:20Speaker 4: It honestly should go on the list as an aphrodisiac.
- 21:24Speaker 3: I've never heard of it.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Never, No me neither, like you always hear about oysters, right,
- 21:30Speaker 2: But anyway, they're tripping guys and then they come back
- 21:34Speaker 2: and of course there's some very trippy thing happening. It's
- 21:37Speaker 2: a compatibility, a chemistry test. It's a compatibility a chemistry
- 21:42Speaker 2: test where we all dress up like sexy birds. It
- 21:48Speaker 2: is a little weirdly erotic in like a demented you know,
- 21:53Speaker 2: weird dark sort of what's the Tom Cruise movie.
- 21:58Speaker 3: There's movies that have play this.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, do I shut? I do I shot? Yeah?
- 22:03Speaker 2: I think so. It is interesting. My takeaways here is
- 22:11Speaker 2: that it made Jill feel very very bad because her
- 22:15Speaker 2: guy Sean seems more into April and Ali Aliisha. Do
- 22:21Speaker 2: we say Alisha or is it al just Alicia?
- 22:25Speaker 3: Right?
- 22:25Speaker 2: Are some people saying it weird?
- 22:27Speaker 4: Probably?
- 22:28Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, Alisha. She walks in in the midst of this,
- 22:32Speaker 2: and he's all into that too. Dale's all into Alicia
- 22:35Speaker 2: and Jill is just like Wow, I couldn't be more
- 22:39Speaker 2: friend zone here. Nobody wants to like pick my feathers,
- 22:42Speaker 2: so she decides to leave, and it's actually a really emotional,
- 22:47Speaker 2: really relatable moment to a lot of girls out there.
- 22:51Speaker 2: I'm sure it spoke to my twenty something soul.
- 22:55Speaker 3: They gave her a lot of They gave her a
- 22:56Speaker 3: lot of screen time for this. Yeah, and I think
- 22:59Speaker 3: it was beautiful. Ji's great. I will agree with you.
- 23:04Speaker 3: This bird dancing thing was like funny but like very sensual. Yeah,
- 23:09Speaker 3: are we the only two that are like feeling this
- 23:12Speaker 3: way almost.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Dark like twisty sexual too? Yeah, like people are putting
- 23:17Speaker 2: on like a facade. They felt like they could like
- 23:19Speaker 2: do a little bit more, Like Andrew.
- 23:22Speaker 4: Was there with like giving black Swan Like it really was.
- 23:25Speaker 4: Everyone was kind of playing into being birds and it
- 23:29Speaker 4: was kind of nice to see like everyone was kind
- 23:31Speaker 4: of letting loose and having run together.
- 23:35Speaker 3: It was a great date. It's so much better than
- 23:37Speaker 3: the five like sinces dates that we've had so far
- 23:40Speaker 3: this season. To mix it up and make people dress
- 23:44Speaker 3: up and to have a good time together. There there
- 23:49Speaker 3: really wasn't like a standout performance. There was definitely couples
- 23:53Speaker 3: that felt like to me connected the most during it.
- 23:57Speaker 3: I was surprised the winners because I did feel like
- 24:01Speaker 3: Alex and Andrew, if you're looking for the most compatibility,
- 24:05Speaker 3: it seemed like they really stood out above everybody else.
- 24:08Speaker 2: To this point, I really want them to do well together.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Do you know what was a red flag to me?
- 24:14Speaker 2: I think this was in the last episode and not
- 24:17Speaker 2: this episode.
- 24:18Speaker 4: Was it?
- 24:18Speaker 2: I get all mixed up when I watched them the
- 24:21Speaker 2: same day. So she said something along the lines of like,
- 24:26Speaker 2: I go to bed every night and I can't wait
- 24:29Speaker 2: to wake up in the morning.
- 24:30Speaker 3: To see you last episode.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Okay, and then he kind of made a face when
- 24:36Speaker 2: he was in an interview like like holy shit, that
- 24:38Speaker 2: was intense, and not like holy shit, this is so
- 24:41Speaker 2: cute and exciting. It was more of like, eh, I'm
- 24:44Speaker 2: not there yet.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Rachel explains it to me she was co hosting last
- 24:49Speaker 3: week's episode. She knows Andrew, and that's just who he is,
- 24:52Speaker 3: that he is like into a but hesitant. It's kind
- 24:56Speaker 3: of his demeanor towards any girl. What's he just doesn't
- 25:01Speaker 3: dive in head first. It does feel like Alex and
- 25:03Speaker 3: Andrew have a very strong thing going, but Brian and
- 25:06Speaker 3: Parisa win the date, then something happens. It feels like
- 25:11Speaker 3: this is one of those moments where we're not getting
- 25:13Speaker 3: the whole story.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Oh, I think I know what's going on. You tell
- 25:17Speaker 2: me your theory first.
- 25:19Speaker 3: I have no theory. I just said I don't know
- 25:20Speaker 3: what's going on.
- 25:22Speaker 4: Yeah, what's your theory? Actually?
- 25:24Speaker 2: Oh, my theory is that he was getting very tired
- 25:27Speaker 2: of production being around and he wanted to have a
- 25:32Speaker 2: conversation off camera. And he was like, Oh, when we
- 25:35Speaker 2: go to the room, it'll be like us time. And
- 25:38Speaker 2: then when they were like no, no, we're going to keep
- 25:40Speaker 2: the cameras here for the pool time and then like
- 25:42Speaker 2: you guys will get the bedroom time by yourself. And
- 25:45Speaker 2: I think when he found that out, he was like,
- 25:47Speaker 2: I do not want to have a conversation. I want
- 25:50Speaker 2: to actually talk about things that were not comfortable talking
- 25:52Speaker 2: about on camera. I yeah, I just think that he
- 25:56Speaker 2: was annoyed. I think he was annoyed at the production
- 25:58Speaker 2: at that moment, because that's why she like, what's your
- 26:00Speaker 2: favorite color? Because they were like, you know, chat a
- 26:03Speaker 2: little big get to know each other a little bit more,
- 26:05Speaker 2: and then he was like, holy shit, we already talked
- 26:07Speaker 2: about this.
- 26:08Speaker 4: I think he did a really poor job of handling
- 26:12Speaker 4: the situation.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Well, me too. This is not to excuse him at all.
- 26:16Speaker 2: He has made me nervous since day one. There's something
- 26:20Speaker 2: about him that makes me uncomfortable. He seems he could
- 26:25Speaker 2: be like quite grouchy, and this further made me feel
- 26:30Speaker 2: uncomfortable with him.
- 26:32Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 26:32Speaker 4: I just felt for Parsa like it just came off rude. Yeah,
- 26:36Speaker 4: And when you're trying to establish a connection with someone,
- 26:39Speaker 4: you can't go about it in that way, even if
- 26:42Speaker 4: you are annoyed, Like everyone's annoyed, right, there's cameras, you're
- 26:46Speaker 4: it's it's uncomfortable, and you're just trying to get to
- 26:49Speaker 4: know people. So I don't think her questions were misplaced,
- 26:52Speaker 4: even if it's a question of what's your favorite color.
- 26:55Speaker 3: I'm with you. I a counter person agree. I think
- 26:58Speaker 3: you signed up for a television show. If you got
- 27:00Speaker 3: five minutes off camera, that is a gift when it
- 27:03Speaker 3: comes to your agreement to be on a television show.
- 27:06Speaker 3: So the fact that you have one on one time
- 27:08Speaker 3: with your girl in a pool and that they're saying
- 27:11Speaker 3: later on, when you guys close that door, we're not
- 27:14Speaker 3: going to come in there and follow you. You got
- 27:17Speaker 3: to give it what you got in those moments to
- 27:20Speaker 3: be supportive of the situation because you're not promised anything
- 27:24Speaker 3: when it comes to this show. We all know that
- 27:26Speaker 3: you don't have a loane time. This is a rare
- 27:29Speaker 3: gift to expect it is crazy.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Well, I'm just coming up with theories here, and I
- 27:34Speaker 2: also want to agree with you guys that if that
- 27:36Speaker 2: was indeed the situation, that he did not handle it
- 27:39Speaker 2: well at all. He and Jeremy I got red fox
- 27:45Speaker 2: with them sometimes.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Really why Jeremy, Well we do should we lead into
- 27:52Speaker 3: the Jeremy thing or is that later in the episode?
- 27:55Speaker 2: No, it actually is right there right now.
- 27:57Speaker 3: I mean, why does Jeremy give you a red fla Ashley?
- 28:00Speaker 3: Is it because he's talking about other girls when he's
- 28:03Speaker 3: with us with another girl and she doesn't know that
- 28:06Speaker 3: he's talking about other girls? Is that why you're nervous?
- 28:09Speaker 2: Yeah? He and Bailey seems so strong right like we
- 28:13Speaker 2: would put them like top tier of compatibility in chemistry
- 28:16Speaker 2: right now, But apparently it's like all an act to
- 28:19Speaker 2: him because he and Brian in their room. He says,
- 28:22Speaker 2: like I mentioned earlier in the podcast, I want to
- 28:25Speaker 2: say something, but I don't want to talk with the
- 28:27Speaker 2: mic gun. I don't want to win with Bailey because
- 28:31Speaker 2: of Susie. Was this the bird compatibility test? Or is
- 28:35Speaker 2: this just like in general doesn't want to leave with
- 28:38Speaker 2: with her in general? Yeah? I thought so, okay, okay,
- 28:41Speaker 2: So in general I don't want to win with Bailey
- 28:43Speaker 2: because of Susie. She's a great girl, but I efed
- 28:46Speaker 2: up not giving Susie the rose. And then Jeremy tells
- 28:50Speaker 2: Brian that he called Susie in the interview room, and
- 28:53Speaker 2: he says that if Susie were to come back, he
- 28:55Speaker 2: would give her a rose. And he also Joe that
- 29:01Speaker 2: he would.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Propose her goodness and Susie would say no. Just to
- 29:06Speaker 3: be clear.
- 29:07Speaker 2: And then in the other room, Alex and Bailey are
- 29:10Speaker 2: talking and Bailey says she's ready to get engaged. She
- 29:14Speaker 2: feels a really strong connection. And then she said that
- 29:17Speaker 2: she feels love for Jeremy, and it's like, oh my god.
- 29:21Speaker 4: They're on complete opposite ends of where they stand.
- 29:26Speaker 3: Is Jeremy batting out of his league here? Just with Bailey,
- 29:29Speaker 3: like completely, no matter what.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Taj want, I'll let you do.
- 29:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:35Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'm just like we all agree once that
- 29:38Speaker 3: Bailey is a catch here.
- 29:40Speaker 4: She is a serious catch. So but but also everyone
- 29:45Speaker 4: is a catch, right, So like everyone comes in, Susie
- 29:49Speaker 4: comes in, there's Bailey, and it's like, who do you
- 29:52Speaker 4: go with? I think everyone's a catch. But Jeremy is
- 29:56Speaker 4: saying one thing to Bailey and then saying another thing.
- 30:00Speaker 4: So I think she also thinks that they're peachy Keene
- 30:03Speaker 4: and everything's fine and doesn't seem like they are.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Would you be fired up? Okay, let's just play the
- 30:10Speaker 3: scenario out that those two are still together to this day,
- 30:12Speaker 3: they make it to the end. You're watching the season back.
- 30:17Speaker 3: If you're Bailey, are you upset?
- 30:19Speaker 4: Oh? Oh I'm fuming?
- 30:24Speaker 3: Yeah? I would think so.
- 30:27Speaker 2: If they're together right now and he didn't warn her
- 30:32Speaker 2: about this, which he may not have because it's on
- 30:36Speaker 2: like the room camera and he thought.
- 30:39Speaker 4: He was, you know, holding his mic to his chest,
- 30:42Speaker 4: thought it was gonna be lost footage.
- 30:44Speaker 3: Yeah, what a fun episode to watch together on vacation.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Be awesome. It'd be so fun to be a part
- 30:52Speaker 3: of that. I mean Bailey. Here's the thing. Bailey is
- 30:57Speaker 3: on her own if an insanely desirable person on the
- 31:02Speaker 3: beach to so many people, she has locked herself up
- 31:06Speaker 3: with a guy who thinks who she thinks is totally
- 31:09Speaker 3: committed to her, and he cannot get Susie's name out
- 31:14Speaker 3: of his mouth at any point. It has been confusing
- 31:17Speaker 3: to us from the very beginning that he has not
- 31:23Speaker 3: told Bailey that, yeah, he called Susie and that he
- 31:26Speaker 3: still had somewhat of a feeling for her. It is
- 31:28Speaker 3: odd to me and this and this is where you
- 31:31Speaker 3: two need to come in and help me. I've always
- 31:34Speaker 3: said in Paradise you should date around. It's what it's for.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Be careful settling down too quickly, but at some point
- 31:40Speaker 3: you'll want to because if it's the right person, it
- 31:43Speaker 3: makes sense. Why has he not told her? Does it
- 31:49Speaker 3: feel like he would lose everything he's built to this point?
- 31:52Speaker 3: Is he trying to win? What is the motivation to
- 31:55Speaker 3: not letting Bailey know that he has still had he
- 31:59Speaker 3: still has feelings for.
- 32:00Speaker 4: He wants to eat his cake and have it too perfectly.
- 32:05Speaker 4: But yeah, that's the only thing that makes sense.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Yeah, he wants to stick around he wants to get airtime,
- 32:12Speaker 2: he wants to see who else walks in, and he
- 32:14Speaker 2: wants to be certain then he'll get a rose every
- 32:15Speaker 2: time there's a ceremony where the girls how the roses?
- 32:18Speaker 3: Is this a common like trait of people in Paradise? Like,
- 32:23Speaker 3: do you see this path often?
- 32:25Speaker 4: Super common?
- 32:26Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:26Speaker 4: I think because the person that you were hoping was
- 32:29Speaker 4: going to be there might show up next week exactly,
- 32:33Speaker 4: and you want to be there next week to meet them,
- 32:36Speaker 4: so you kind of have to tread lightly.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Was I talking to Jade you guys on the podcast
- 32:42Speaker 2: and I'll just tell you really briefly. You can listen
- 32:44Speaker 2: to the podcast episode. But she was saying that it
- 32:47Speaker 2: would be smart if they were to mix it up,
- 32:49Speaker 2: if they were looking to it for a way to
- 32:51Speaker 2: mix up Paradise. You put all of them in at once,
- 32:55Speaker 2: and then there's no like entrances because that way, you're like,
- 32:58Speaker 2: if the person's not there, they're not there.
- 33:00Speaker 3: When you have a forty extra rooms at a resort
- 33:03Speaker 3: wide open with air conditioning, you have the ability to
- 33:06Speaker 3: put everybody in there at once. Why not?
- 33:08Speaker 2: Sure? That's different.
- 33:09Speaker 3: That makes it different, makes it a lot different. Hey,
- 33:22Speaker 3: as we kind of wrap up this episode, obviously we
- 33:25Speaker 3: have the dal kat Alisha like scenario happening. We've talked
- 33:30Speaker 3: about a little bit on what we feel about Dale's
- 33:33Speaker 3: behavior so far. I just I think we all agree
- 33:38Speaker 3: right that honesty would be his best pathway forward is
- 33:42Speaker 3: to be honest with everybody instead of saying to one person, hey,
- 33:44Speaker 3: we're good, we're committed, but you know right away going
- 33:49Speaker 3: to the prettiest girl that just comes into the beach
- 33:51Speaker 3: and saying, hey, I'm also not that committed and I'd
- 33:55Speaker 3: love to be into you. Where does this spit him out?
- 33:59Speaker 5: Oh?
- 33:59Speaker 2: Wait? He says to her, Hey, I want to go
- 34:03Speaker 2: on the date with you. He like literally looked at her,
- 34:06Speaker 2: I want to go on the date with you, and
- 34:08Speaker 2: then denies it tokat. And then he also said to
- 34:12Speaker 2: the guys, I really want to go on a date
- 34:15Speaker 2: with Kat and I really want to go on a
- 34:17Speaker 2: date to watch Cat's Sweat, And we get this confirmed
- 34:21Speaker 2: in the flashback footage and it's just like the greatest
- 34:24Speaker 2: TV Like, I love it. And then the fact that
- 34:27Speaker 2: like Jeremy was trying to make it seem like Jonathan's
- 34:31Speaker 2: being a liar title tale in that moment and not
- 34:34Speaker 2: saying like, yeah, well dude, you did say that he
- 34:36Speaker 2: was defending down, trying to cover up his ass, and
- 34:39Speaker 2: we all know that Jeremy may not be wanted to
- 34:40Speaker 2: be trusted.
- 34:42Speaker 4: Is this Dale's first time in paradise?
- 34:44Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 34:45Speaker 4: It shows Yeah, watch.
- 34:50Speaker 3: What do you mean by that? Though?
- 34:52Speaker 4: Oh he's going around. He's like, you know, there's someone
- 34:56Speaker 4: new coming down on the beach, and hey, I.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Go on a date with you.
- 35:01Speaker 6: But then is it he's denying it on the other end,
- 35:05Speaker 6: Just say you want to go on the date, say
- 35:07Speaker 6: it loud, say it proud, and then go enjoy your
- 35:09Speaker 6: date and come back and mingle.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm with you. It's paradise, Like, why have we
- 35:15Speaker 3: gotten so committed so early? But I'm only saying that
- 35:19Speaker 3: he is loyal to one because he's saying he's lid
- 35:22Speaker 3: to one. If your words tell somebody, hey, I'm into
- 35:24Speaker 3: this and we've turned a corner and we've got it
- 35:26Speaker 3: and it's I'm debting it or whatever that word was
- 35:29Speaker 3: that he used.
- 35:30Speaker 2: Oh my god, it's so cringe and so gross all
- 35:33Speaker 2: the things that he says. Oh, he said, I want
- 35:36Speaker 2: my woman to be on ten toes like my my
- 35:40Speaker 2: family the women and my family are on ten toes.
- 35:42Speaker 3: I'm like, what is that like?
- 35:44Speaker 4: Standing tin toes down on business on business?
- 35:48Speaker 2: Yeah, standing standing, still standing strong. Okay, Well, I don't know.
- 35:55Speaker 2: He's just like so critical of Kat already that I'm
- 35:58Speaker 2: just like gross.
- 36:00Speaker 3: But Alicia makes an amazing decision. She sees all this
- 36:04Speaker 3: playing out, and we don't get to see all the
- 36:06Speaker 3: conversations that had. But we have to give Alicia credit here.
- 36:09Speaker 3: She doesn't choose to ask Dale on this date because
- 36:12Speaker 3: it seems of a conversation she had with Kat that
- 36:14Speaker 3: made her go, hey, I'm going to not step on
- 36:18Speaker 3: the toes of Kat here. Even though I might want to,
- 36:21Speaker 3: I fully want to, I'm not going to do it.
- 36:24Speaker 3: It does. I have to give her credit for the
- 36:26Speaker 3: decision she made to bring Sean on this date. And
- 36:28Speaker 3: this date does turn sensual fast. It feels like the
- 36:33Speaker 3: two of them are drinking kakau leaves or whatever it was.
- 36:36Speaker 2: There was a lot of tongue action in those kisses.
- 36:39Speaker 3: They liked each other, they're into each other.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Well, so we thought, until he comes back, sorry my alarm,
- 36:48Speaker 2: So we thought until she comes back from the date,
- 36:51Speaker 2: and she's like, well, actually, like Dale's still number one.
- 36:55Speaker 4: She entered on a classy note, Like anyone in that position,
- 36:59Speaker 4: you don't want to up all too many feathers pun
- 37:02Speaker 4: intended right like. I think she made the right move.
- 37:07Speaker 2: I think so too, But I think there's a lot
- 37:08Speaker 2: of story to be told, a lot.
- 37:10Speaker 3: To come, a lot to come. For the preview of
- 37:13Speaker 3: the rest of the season, we don't see a rose
- 37:15Speaker 3: ceremony this episode. We kind of get the build up
- 37:19Speaker 3: to the rose ceremony. It does to my shock to
- 37:23Speaker 3: everybody listening. It is my shock that no other Golden
- 37:27Speaker 3: dudes came to the beach. It has to be a
- 37:29Speaker 3: casting issue. If they had one dude sitting in that
- 37:32Speaker 3: resort waiting for his turn, they would have sent him
- 37:34Speaker 3: to the beach this week. They didn't. I don't think
- 37:37Speaker 3: we see any other Golden men come to the beach
- 37:39Speaker 3: for the rest of the season. I think after this
- 37:43Speaker 3: week we get the whole money thing happening, and no
- 37:46Speaker 3: new or later rivals happen. We have our lockdown cast.
- 37:51Speaker 3: If we gave our predictions, take a few minutes based
- 37:53Speaker 3: on the previews, we saw, the couples that exist, the
- 37:56Speaker 3: scenarios that are happening. I want you to name your
- 38:00Speaker 3: top three couples that you think could make it to
- 38:05Speaker 3: the end of the season from what you know right now.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Golden and Youngin's.
- 38:09Speaker 4: Including this is tough man, I don't know.
- 38:12Speaker 3: I asked it.
- 38:13Speaker 4: I feel like Jess and Spenser will make it to
- 38:19Speaker 4: the end. Will but I think they will. I think
- 38:23Speaker 4: that Paradise is all about testing that connection, and I
- 38:26Speaker 4: think their connection is strong and it seems like they
- 38:30Speaker 4: can make it to the end. I think Gary will
- 38:34Speaker 4: be there. I just can't tell who he's going to
- 38:36Speaker 4: be there with.
- 38:37Speaker 3: Leslie is my guess.
- 38:39Speaker 4: Okay, Leslie, He's still on to her. And then I
- 38:42Speaker 4: would say third couple. It's up in the air for
- 38:45Speaker 4: me at this point. Like what we'll see who comes in,
- 38:49Speaker 4: you know, over the next few weeks. But there might
- 38:52Speaker 4: be a couple that we haven't seen yet.
- 38:55Speaker 3: I don't think anybody new comes in.
- 38:57Speaker 2: I don't do you think we're done with entrances. I
- 39:00Speaker 2: think you might be right, because it seems as if
- 39:02Speaker 2: it's shifting from like the are you finding people to
- 39:06Speaker 2: now we're going into the competitive zone and we're going
- 39:08Speaker 2: to test those relationships.
- 39:09Speaker 3: I don't know there's any new people That's why I
- 39:11Speaker 3: think this money thing completely changes Paradise.
- 39:14Speaker 4: That would make sense because I feel like this is
- 39:16Speaker 4: a really big pieces. This has never been done.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Yeah, so it has to be Andrew and Alex. I
- 39:22Speaker 3: mean I think, yeah, if we had to pick a
- 39:24Speaker 3: third couple there, I think we'd all agree Andrew and
- 39:27Speaker 3: Alex would be there. So right now we have Spencer
- 39:29Speaker 3: and Jesse, Gary and Leslie or somebody, Nancy somebody else,
- 39:34Speaker 3: and then we have Andrew and Alex, which this next week,
- 39:41Speaker 3: my prediction is Nancy. Nancy doesn't go home.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Nancy can't go home. Everybody wants Nancy.
- 39:50Speaker 3: Yeah. I think Faith, April and the Natasha.
- 39:57Speaker 4: Natasha, Yeah, I think those.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Three go home, leaving us with the Golden Cast. And
- 40:03Speaker 3: then when it comes to women, Jill's already left. Who
- 40:08Speaker 3: would who else would go?
- 40:09Speaker 2: Who else would go?
- 40:12Speaker 4: Well?
- 40:12Speaker 2: Alla say is like with Kathy, Oh, Kathy might go
- 40:15Speaker 2: home because Keith might want to give his roast to
- 40:18Speaker 2: Nancy because obviously he really wanted that. Now I understand
- 40:22Speaker 2: that Nancy and Kathy are such good friends that Nancy
- 40:25Speaker 2: didn't want to go there. As far as the Youngins, though,
- 40:30Speaker 2: I think, like did Jill, it's gonna be between Kat
- 40:33Speaker 2: since since Jill left, is gonna be between Cat and
- 40:37Speaker 2: Alicia on who leaves?
- 40:39Speaker 3: I think so yeah, Well, I mean, but who's Sean
- 40:43Speaker 3: giving it to?
- 40:44Speaker 5: Go?
- 40:46Speaker 4: Yeah, Sean is probably gonna give his rose to Alisha?
- 40:49Speaker 2: Are we even out? Are we getting even out? Oh? Leah, Leah?
- 40:56Speaker 2: But then she.
- 40:59Speaker 3: Has no connection? Maybe Jonathan, but.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Like, oh but Jonathan has the rose?
- 41:03Speaker 4: Right?
- 41:03Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 41:04Speaker 4: So yeah, Now I think Leo will probably exit stage left.
- 41:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I think Leea's out. It's going to be an
- 41:11Speaker 3: interesting ending to this season. Still a lot to be scene.
- 41:15Speaker 3: We're into it now, Let's be clear. Even though I'm
- 41:19Speaker 3: not like completely down with the edits and the transformation
- 41:23Speaker 3: of Paradise, I am enjoying watching it, and I can't
- 41:28Speaker 3: always say that for uh Paradise. I'm enjoying watching it.
- 41:32Speaker 3: I'm enjoying watching the dynamics form out. I wish there
- 41:36Speaker 3: was more Golden men. I want to see the Goldens
- 41:39Speaker 3: stick around for the competitions, whatever they may be. They
- 41:41Speaker 3: can't be physically, like too physical, because you're asking. I mean,
- 41:47Speaker 3: kim bal had a heart attack just thinking about the
- 41:48Speaker 3: rose ceremony. Like goodness, gracious, Like we got to keep
- 41:52Speaker 3: these people in order.
- 41:53Speaker 2: Oh, you know what I really wanted. I wanted one
- 41:55Speaker 2: of the really hot guys to be there for the Goldens.
- 41:58Speaker 2: You know, like, let's be honest, these are all sweet guys,
- 42:01Speaker 2: but we wanted a hot one who Kelsey's dad or Jonathan.
- 42:06Speaker 3: Kelsey's dad's in relationships launched.
- 42:09Speaker 2: No Jonathan's on a relationship anymore.
- 42:12Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe that was part of the problem and why
- 42:14Speaker 4: we're so limited with the Goldens.
- 42:16Speaker 3: Yeah, we've rooted for these guys to find love and
- 42:18Speaker 3: they found it and they were.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Like come on, yeah, come on, you had to wait
- 42:21Speaker 2: to have the paradise before we leave. My final thought is,
- 42:25Speaker 2: if you guys remember when Jeremy was confiding in Brian
- 42:29Speaker 2: with the mic SCENEA blah blah. Brian was like gun
- 42:33Speaker 2: ho on revealing this news to Bailey, He was like,
- 42:39Speaker 2: I don't feel right keeping this, And then in the teaser,
- 42:43Speaker 2: Brian says he could turn Paradise upside down. Could it
- 42:48Speaker 2: be that he's hinting at the conversation with Jeremy Because
- 42:51Speaker 2: Jeremy and Bailey are getting further and further in and
- 42:55Speaker 2: with the money prize, Jeremy is trying to make that
- 42:58Speaker 2: relationship go other than he would have ever intended.
- 43:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I think that's it. Yeah, Brian is gonna mess
- 43:07Speaker 4: everything up for those two.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Interesting. Well, it would be even further interesting if they
- 43:14Speaker 2: truly are in on vacation together right now.
- 43:19Speaker 3: Yeah, here's an interesting thing that just happened in Bachelor Nation. No,
- 43:25Speaker 3: Sam McKinney just posted a picture of him holding Ali
- 43:30Speaker 3: Joe from this season of Paradise closely at dinner and
- 43:35Speaker 3: sharing a bunch of picture of them kissing. It looks like.
- 43:38Speaker 2: They've hard launched.
- 43:40Speaker 3: They are hard launching a relationship.
- 43:44Speaker 2: Look at that.
- 43:45Speaker 4: We love a hard launch.
- 43:47Speaker 3: We love a hard lunch from Bachelor Nation.
- 43:49Speaker 2: Oh, the caption says, sometimes you got to do it
- 43:51Speaker 2: your damn self.
- 43:53Speaker 3: Yeah, good for him, it's Tajwan. Thank you for coming on.
- 43:56Speaker 3: We appreciate you again. Make sure you go to the
- 43:59Speaker 3: Instagram page if you are somebody looking for any type

- 44:13Speaker 3: to say I wish you were there, I don't think
- 44:16Speaker 3: it's the same with you. In air conditioning, I love
- 44:20Speaker 3: the heat, you love a meltdown, We love a meult.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Down, a smelt.
