Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Good day, Good day. How are you.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm doing all right. It's Wednesday. I'm doing all right.
- 0:15Speaker 2: It's the best day ever.
- 0:17Speaker 1: You know, every day is the best day, it is.
- 0:21Speaker 2: I was sending someone a message this morning about that, like,
- 0:23Speaker 2: you know, win of the poof things, every day is
- 0:25Speaker 2: the best day. So why not?
- 0:27Speaker 1: That's right?
- 0:28Speaker 2: This is the best day ever.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I know. I love it so good, so good. What's
- 0:35Speaker 1: on your brain?
- 0:36Speaker 2: What's on my brain? I don't know if I want
- 0:39Speaker 2: what's on my brain? It's ah, it gets kind of
- 0:47Speaker 2: busy up there sometimes. Right lately, I've just been, like
- 0:54Speaker 2: we've talked about even trying to get together for the
- 0:57Speaker 2: meetings and stuff. It's been a little bit a lot
- 1:01Speaker 2: of stuff going on. But I would still say say
- 1:03Speaker 2: the same thing that you say. It's a fulfilling schedule.
- 1:06Speaker 2: I'm enjoying myself a lot. I get to hang out
- 1:09Speaker 2: with my grandkids a lot. I get to be a
- 1:11Speaker 2: kid more days a week than not, honestly, because that's
- 1:15Speaker 2: really what's happening, is a lot of that. Even up
- 1:18Speaker 2: to the point of and I'm telling people this too,
- 1:21Speaker 2: ask yourself like, we've got this team that's around us
- 1:24Speaker 2: all the time, right, our universal team that's not seen.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Some people can see their teams, some people don't, but
- 1:29Speaker 2: they're there all the time to support us. And it's like,
- 1:32Speaker 2: we don't ask questions. I don't think we ask. We
- 1:35Speaker 2: don't communicate enough to our team, most of us don't.
- 1:39Speaker 2: And part of my whole thing was like, so Friday night,
- 1:42Speaker 2: I'm playing with my grandson and he's like, come on, Grandma,
- 1:45Speaker 2: play and I'm like thinking, in my head, I am playing,
- 1:47Speaker 2: Like what I mean this is play to me? Right? Now?
- 1:50Speaker 1: More do you want?
- 1:51Speaker 2: Exactly? But then what did that provoke? The next day?
- 1:54Speaker 2: I was or that night I was asking myself like
- 1:56Speaker 2: what could I do different? Like how can I show
- 1:58Speaker 2: up differently? How can I show up better for myself
- 2:00Speaker 2: and for him? How what does playing look like for that?
- 2:03Speaker 2: Because I don't know. All I know is the experiences
- 2:06Speaker 2: that I've had or I've seen, right, And so I
- 2:08Speaker 2: asked that question. And we're playing cars and now I'm like, oh,
- 2:12Speaker 2: we're going to do a good guy's car show and
- 2:15Speaker 2: we're going to show off our cars and then we're
- 2:17Speaker 2: going to go over here and have some drag racing.
- 2:18Speaker 2: So then when I asked a question, I started getting input.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Maybe his soul's giving me information. Maybe it's just my
- 2:24Speaker 2: universal team, but the information's always there. And I guess
- 2:27Speaker 2: that's my point. We don't ask enough of our soul,
- 2:32Speaker 2: of our just our team that's with us, that can
- 2:35Speaker 2: give us guidance in all moments. It's in all moments,
- 2:38Speaker 2: which direction should I go from right here? You know,
- 2:40Speaker 2: if your phone's not working and you got your navigation
- 2:42Speaker 2: system on your phone and you don't know where you're at,
- 2:44Speaker 2: it's like asking from within like should I go for
- 2:47Speaker 2: this job? Should I not go for this job? It's
- 2:49Speaker 2: a million different things, and then you get signs about
- 2:51Speaker 2: whether or not that's the place for you, or maybe
- 2:54Speaker 2: something comes up and you're like, oh, that doesn't really
- 2:56Speaker 2: Oh I wanted to go do this, but that's not
- 2:57Speaker 2: going to fit in with my schedule or my time
- 2:59Speaker 2: or what whatever whatever it is. But it's just relying
- 3:02Speaker 2: on the stuff that we have available from the inside,
- 3:06Speaker 2: the energies that we have available from the inside of
- 3:09Speaker 2: instead of outside.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and I actually I did that yesterday. I had
- 3:14Speaker 1: to go to the airport and get my mother in
- 3:16Speaker 1: law in Vegas and not thinking about the time or anything.
- 3:23Speaker 1: She got in at like, which was great number five
- 3:26Speaker 1: point fifty five. I thought that was awesome, but not
- 3:30Speaker 1: thinking about you know, Vegas rush hour traffic or an
- 3:35Speaker 1: all that. Yeah, and I'm like, I'll leave that for
- 3:39Speaker 1: no big deal. Well, uh, just probably a couple hours
- 3:46Speaker 1: before I left. I was like, no, it's actually I
- 3:50Speaker 1: take that back. It was when I was getting ready
- 3:51Speaker 1: to leave, I was like, oh, holy smokes, I'm probably
- 3:55Speaker 1: gonna be late. So I'm gonna you know, And so
- 4:00Speaker 1: I sent her a text and I said, I'm just
- 4:05Speaker 1: leaving town. I'll probably be there about a half hour
- 4:10Speaker 1: after you land. Just i'll meet you in luggage. Sit tight. Well,
- 4:16Speaker 1: because her phone was either on airplane mode or turned
- 4:21Speaker 1: off or whatever it was, the message I tried to send,
- 4:26Speaker 1: I got a notice they saying that she's offline, so
- 4:30Speaker 1: the message doesn't go through. And I was like, okay, well,
- 4:38Speaker 1: I'm just gonna go. We'll see what happens, right, And
- 4:41Speaker 1: I talked to my angels and I was like, Okay,
- 4:47Speaker 1: I'm just gonna see clear traffic. It's easy flowing. I'll
- 4:52Speaker 1: get there like right on time. Everything's gonna be good.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Guess what was smooth? Most the majority of the traffic
- 5:04Speaker 1: was going in the opposite direction of me all the
- 5:08Speaker 1: way there. And I actually arrived just a few minutes
- 5:15Speaker 1: after six, and I beat her to the luggage claim
- 5:21Speaker 1: and I was and I was sitting there, I'm like,
- 5:25Speaker 1: because I looked at the board for the flight number,
- 5:28Speaker 1: and you know, it'll tell you where the which baggage
- 5:32Speaker 1: turntable to go to. I had gotten there and it
- 5:36Speaker 1: said arrived. The flight arrived. They hadn't even put the
- 5:40Speaker 1: baggage turntable number on there yet, So I was like what.
- 5:46Speaker 1: I was like, what in the heck is happening right now?
- 5:51Speaker 2: And see all the stuff that I heard right now
- 5:54Speaker 2: was And we do this a lot. Your soul knew
- 5:58Speaker 2: that leaving at four o'clock is not going to be
- 5:59Speaker 2: a them at all. But then all of a sudden
- 6:02Speaker 2: we start taking in consideration traffic and all these other things.
- 6:05Speaker 2: So we start thinking, right, yeah, but you were going
- 6:08Speaker 2: to be on time no matter what. It didn't matter
- 6:10Speaker 2: like we try to orchestrate those things. We try to,
- 6:13Speaker 2: but spirit already knew that you were going to be
- 6:15Speaker 2: on time. It's divine timing.
- 6:17Speaker 1: And interesting enough. I left town because I had to
- 6:21Speaker 1: get fuel at almost four thirty. Nice, so I was
- 6:29Speaker 1: moving pretty good. I'm not gonna lie, I was moving
- 6:32Speaker 1: with traffic. But yeah, yeah, I was super surprised and
- 6:41Speaker 1: delighted about the especially the traffic in Vegas at that time,
- 6:48Speaker 1: because typically, you know, it's just bumper to bumper at
- 6:52Speaker 1: rush hour, and okay, most of it was going the
- 6:57Speaker 1: opposite direction. I'm like, this is so cool.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Yeah, this is the best day ever. That's so awesome.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Yeah, it was fun. It was good. So yeah, just
- 7:09Speaker 1: noticing the things like that and having fun with it,
- 7:15Speaker 1: for sure.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Yeah, And that is the whole idea, to have fun
- 7:19Speaker 2: with it, right, It's not just to be all these
- 7:20Speaker 2: It's not to be We don't have to be in
- 7:22Speaker 2: our dress to start asking our team for you know,
- 7:24Speaker 2: assistance or guidance, or we don't have to be at
- 7:27Speaker 2: our all time lows.
- 7:28Speaker 1: We can.
- 7:28Speaker 2: It's every day. It's in all moments.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:33Speaker 2: You know. I was listening to a gal this morning
- 7:34Speaker 2: and she was talking about her energetic hygiene and she
- 7:37Speaker 2: says that she cuts cords every single day, that this
- 7:41Speaker 2: is part of it. She said, it's just like me
- 7:42Speaker 2: going in and brushing my teeth. It's no different than
- 7:45Speaker 2: taking that a few minutes for that to cut cords
- 7:48Speaker 2: or to whatever. And that's her plan. But so someone
- 7:50Speaker 2: else is energetic processes might be a little bit different
- 7:56Speaker 2: than that, which is fine. But it's like it's it's
- 7:58Speaker 2: honoring ourselves. It's like there's so many ways to honor ourselves.
- 8:03Speaker 2: It's like I was talking to someone or well one
- 8:05Speaker 2: of my daughters about a thyroid thing, and it's like
- 8:08Speaker 2: it's like, really, that's the three D perspective, it's a thyroid,
- 8:12Speaker 2: but on energetic perspective, it's it's our throat chakra. And
- 8:16Speaker 2: there's a lot of stuff that we don't express or
- 8:19Speaker 2: or maybe for me, like a lot of times it
- 8:21Speaker 2: was expressing myself harshly demanding, you know, with my voice,
- 8:27Speaker 2: not being respectful or honoring of my power or you know,
- 8:30Speaker 2: my energy in that space. Or there's people that bite
- 8:34Speaker 2: back all the time and try not to say the
- 8:35Speaker 2: things like like they get this inkst and they don't
- 8:37Speaker 2: want to rock the boat, so they just keep all
- 8:40Speaker 2: this stuff inside. So it's like all the stuff that
- 8:42Speaker 2: we hold within this vessel, it's it's it's so freeing
- 8:46Speaker 2: to go and free yourself listening to tones, you know,
- 8:50Speaker 2: color therapy, sound therapy, humming, singing, writing in your notebooks,
- 8:56Speaker 2: like all these things that can go clear all that.
- 8:58Speaker 2: So we just kind of went down that process, which
- 9:01Speaker 2: both of us are familiar with that process. A lot
- 9:03Speaker 2: of people aren't. But it's like, there's so many more
- 9:05Speaker 2: things that you can do and not identifying with a label.
- 9:11Speaker 2: If you're told you have grades, or you're told that
- 9:14Speaker 2: you have you know whatever, it's not identifying with a label. Basically,
- 9:17Speaker 2: it's you know, just look at it as a symptom
- 9:20Speaker 2: of a disease in the body that's trying to get
- 9:22Speaker 2: your attention because you've been you, not you, but you know,
- 9:26Speaker 2: whoever has been putting so much focus on everybody else,
- 9:29Speaker 2: their body is screaming for their own attention.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, it's interesting you mentioned tones because they just
- 9:35Speaker 1: listened to a podcast and it's aid the Diary of
- 9:39Speaker 1: a CEO and his guests. His name is Vin. It
- 9:44Speaker 1: was talking about communication and they were talking about how
- 9:52Speaker 1: Vin was telling him, you know, to to really one
- 9:57Speaker 1: of the techniques to get better at your commun munication
- 10:00Speaker 1: is to record a podcast or record something and then
- 10:06Speaker 1: go back and listen to it and he goes, But
- 10:10Speaker 1: majority of the people won't do that process because they
- 10:14Speaker 1: don't like to hear their voice. And they were talking
- 10:18Speaker 1: about a little more, and he explained that when we're speaking,
- 10:24Speaker 1: we're speaking through the muscles and the bones, and we're
- 10:29Speaker 1: hearing our voice from that perspective. But when it's outside
- 10:35Speaker 1: of us on a recording, we're hearing it differently because
- 10:39Speaker 1: it doesn't have all that other stuff attached to it,
- 10:45Speaker 1: and it's a different filtration of how we're hearing it.
- 10:50Speaker 1: And so most people don't like their voice because it
- 10:52Speaker 1: doesn't sound the same from when we're saying it to
- 10:56Speaker 1: when we're listening to it. I was like, never heard
- 10:59Speaker 1: that explanation before, and I thought that was very very interesting.
- 11:04Speaker 2: It is interesting. It's just like when if anyone's ever
- 11:06Speaker 2: gotten the chiropractor, when you hear an adjustment from inside
- 11:08Speaker 2: your own body, especially when they're doing your neck versus
- 11:11Speaker 2: someone else's neck popping outside of you, it's totally different.
- 11:14Speaker 2: It is totally different. I still it still grosses me out,
- 11:17Speaker 2: but the tiny bits, not just the tiny bits.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's the tones. So I'd imagine this would
- 11:31Speaker 1: be similar like a tuning forks that when you place
- 11:34Speaker 1: the fork like on a bone or in the musk,
- 11:38Speaker 1: it's a it's a different You're gonna hear it as
- 11:41Speaker 1: a receiver differently because it's traveling through all that. Compared
- 11:46Speaker 1: to the person doing the tuning forks. They're gonna hear
- 11:50Speaker 1: it differently because they're on the external of the sound.
- 11:53Speaker 2: M H. Exactly. Yeah, it's pretty fascinating.
- 11:58Speaker 1: It's so cool it is. So you just play with tones.
- 12:04Speaker 2: I would say, play with tones. I would play with
- 12:06Speaker 2: tones all the time. If you're having any disease in
- 12:08Speaker 2: the body, I'd find tones that. I mean, there's so
- 12:10Speaker 2: many maps that are out theories days, so many charts
- 12:13Speaker 2: that are out through these days. I tell you exactly
- 12:15Speaker 2: what frequency your thyroid resonates at exactly, and now we're
- 12:20Speaker 2: all different. But hopefully, and I don't know how they
- 12:23Speaker 2: determine that. Did they determine? This is what a healthy
- 12:26Speaker 2: from my mind is like a healthy uterus sounds like
- 12:29Speaker 2: versus an unhealthy uterus. So it's like hopefully that they've
- 12:33Speaker 2: got that all figured out. But to me, it's like
- 12:35Speaker 2: it's tones I can fill in the body. So I
- 12:38Speaker 2: like to listen to a hurtz or HEMI sync or
- 12:42Speaker 2: any of those kind of things because I like to listen,
- 12:44Speaker 2: but I like to feel where it shows up in
- 12:46Speaker 2: my body. I like to feel what that tone, Where
- 12:48Speaker 2: is that tone showing up in my body? And I
- 12:50Speaker 2: know some people can actually they see in color, so
- 12:54Speaker 2: when they hear the sounds, they hear colors or they
- 12:57Speaker 2: see colors when they hear the sounds. So there's like
- 13:00Speaker 2: many different things that we're we're capable of doing that
- 13:03Speaker 2: we have zero idea because we've learned about our five senses, right,
- 13:07Speaker 2: and we're those that's limiting because there's so much more
- 13:10Speaker 2: to us than those five senses. But on the other
- 13:12Speaker 2: side of that, we can use those senses for everything.
- 13:15Speaker 2: When I'm listening to a speaker, when I'm when I'm
- 13:18Speaker 2: turning on, when I turn the system on, and if
- 13:20Speaker 2: I'm really like focused on listening to something that someone's
- 13:22Speaker 2: saying because they're talking about the three D world and
- 13:26Speaker 2: I really listen with my body, how does it resonate
- 13:28Speaker 2: to what they're saying right now? And that's how I live.
- 13:32Speaker 2: That's really how I live my life in a lot
- 13:33Speaker 2: of ways. Really, I don't sit here in the fear
- 13:36Speaker 2: space of stuff I really listen to. I love it
- 13:40Speaker 2: when people come in with this doom and gluten because
- 13:42Speaker 2: I can stop for a second. I say I love it,
- 13:44Speaker 2: But that's not even a true story. It's an opportunity
- 13:47Speaker 2: for me for my growth. So I when it comes
- 13:49Speaker 2: into my experience, I listen to it, and I just
- 13:52Speaker 2: listen to the body. How's my body? And I'll let
- 13:54Speaker 2: them whoever know, Like, you know, I'm not. I don't.
- 13:58Speaker 2: That doesn't vibrate with me at all. There's no residents.
- 14:00Speaker 2: I didn't get goosebumps from it. You know, I don't
- 14:02Speaker 2: feel this isn't truth for me. It doesn't mean it's
- 14:06Speaker 2: not truth for somebody else, but it's not true for me.
- 14:08Speaker 2: And how do we know? But that's the only way
- 14:10Speaker 2: I could tell you is by listening to your own body,
- 14:13Speaker 2: by listening to your sounds. Here the your your universal
- 14:17Speaker 2: team tell you ask the questions, like, there's all these
- 14:20Speaker 2: different things and I'm they're getting louder and louder, which
- 14:24Speaker 2: is nice.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I think. I think. I don't know if I would
- 14:33Speaker 1: use the terms louder, I would just say that for me,
- 14:37Speaker 1: I'm listening more and better, So it's more frequent.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, so you're more folk, you're more likely to
- 14:45Speaker 2: hear the messages that are coming through instead of missing
- 14:47Speaker 2: them like like I would have in the past. And
- 14:49Speaker 2: that makes sense too. But it's it feels like it's louder,
- 14:52Speaker 2: but it's just I'm more aware of it. I'm more
- 14:54Speaker 2: I'm I'm listening to that child, that inner voice that
- 14:57Speaker 2: is my that's my focus instead of so much outside
- 15:00Speaker 2: of myself. And then when I am focused outside of myself,
- 15:03Speaker 2: it's really just feeling those feelings, Like whatever feeling you're
- 15:06Speaker 2: feeling in that moment, it's like, well, that's interesting, why
- 15:08Speaker 2: is that showing up? And how can I feel in
- 15:09Speaker 2: that way? It's like it's like a constant. It's a constant.
- 15:12Speaker 2: But that's where I'm at though, because that's my evolution.
- 15:15Speaker 2: I want to if the more that I can kill
- 15:18Speaker 2: everything withinside of myself and for myself, it's for everybody
- 15:22Speaker 2: else too, so mm hmm.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Yeah, Because when I think, when I think like the
- 15:28Speaker 1: universe is getting louder, I think about when I'm not
- 15:31Speaker 1: listening and it's trying to get my attention, but I
- 15:35Speaker 1: am not listening, and it gets louder and that louder
- 15:39Speaker 1: doesn't usually turn out so well for me, so.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Gotcha.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Yeah, the cold meaning slow down, chill out, take care
- 15:51Speaker 1: of yourself. But no, we ignore that and it's a Okay,
- 15:56Speaker 1: now you're gonna have the flu. Nope, still super important.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I have a lot to do and I need to
- 16:02Speaker 1: show up for everybody else, so I'm going to keep
- 16:04Speaker 1: pushing through this. And then it's like, okay, fine, then
- 16:08Speaker 1: pneumonia and you're going to be in the hospital until
- 16:11Speaker 1: you get over this.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Yep.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Rest that's what I hear when it's louder like.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Don't so I would say stronger because it just seems
- 16:21Speaker 2: like it's more readily available. It's a it's not the
- 16:26Speaker 2: subtle whisper that I would be at one time. Sometimes
- 16:29Speaker 2: it is still, but it's not so subtle. And maybe
- 16:32Speaker 2: it's because I'm building a better relationship with it.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we're just we just keep getting better and better.
- 16:38Speaker 2: It's that's true, more, better, more and better.
- 16:41Speaker 1: And it takes a lot, a lot of a lot
- 16:43Speaker 1: of practice, it does.
- 16:46Speaker 2: And when you wake up every day, that's your opportunity
- 16:49Speaker 2: and a choice to go kicking and screaming or go
- 16:54Speaker 2: along with the journey. And see what it's gonna surprise
- 16:56Speaker 2: and delight you with.
- 16:58Speaker 1: So true. All right, friends, Well, talking to your universal
- 17:06Speaker 1: team and asking for help, talked about that, listening to tones,
- 17:13Speaker 1: talked about that, and listening to those message divine messages.
- 17:20Speaker 1: So it all goes hand in hand. And we just
- 17:23Speaker 1: asked that if any of this resonated with you, that
- 17:26Speaker 1: you implement something at least one thing. Don't have to
- 17:29Speaker 1: be all of it, just start with one, because that's
- 17:33Speaker 1: what matters, and that's what where change starts to happen
- 17:36Speaker 1: if that's what you desire. So also, you can be
- 17:41Speaker 1: a resource. People are wanting to have these conversations and
- 17:45Speaker 1: maybe you're the resource. Maybe you're the person to link
- 17:47Speaker 1: them with the podcast, with the book, with the author,
- 17:51Speaker 1: with the teacher, and help somebody else who's looking for
- 17:57Speaker 1: this type of content. Then you find our content on
- 18:01Speaker 1: many platforms. There's YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, iHeartRadio, podcast, attic Speaker,
- 18:09Speaker 1: and Spotify, so we're in multiple places to be found.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Any final words.
- 18:17Speaker 2: I'd say, sit back, relax and listen to your team
