  Who did it and what do I think is going to happen because of

  it. All right, so I did a live show

  on Saturday, 9:00 PM last Saturday 9:00 PM.

  Just look at the date on the video and I had a couple

  Youtubers come in. One of them was called Mr. Stump

  and on his video you could see him on camera with his

  microphone and an image of the earth behind him.

  That was it. On my video, my obs started

  acting up. I did have a thumbnail of

  myself, so I turned off my camera because it was causing

  the show to lag. So I just did an avatar which

  was just simply of my face. That's it.

  Still image of my face. And we talked about everything,

  about Israel and Gaza, and we talked about many religious

  beliefs. We spent a lot of time on Adam

  and Eve and temptation and lust in the world and sin and all

  that. And some people ask me about my

  views on the video game Starfield.

  I gave some views. I was told that the person
• 1:27
  appreciated my * field review that I have up on YouTube.

  OK, Then I people asked me if there was any new movies that I
• 1:36
  was thinking about watching, and I mentioned a couple titles and
• 1:42
  gave a little bit of a brief explanation of what the movies
• 1:45
  were about that I wanted to watch in the future.

  And that was pretty much a show. I was just hanging out with buds
• 1:53
  and we were just talking about, you know, the different things
• 1:56
  we do as hobbies. So what happens is is, and I

  completely believe that this is automated, I believe this is
• 2:04
  done by AI, that a human didn't even watch my show or any part
• 2:09
  of it. But the AI picked up that we

  were talking about a movie that's been getting fairly
• 2:16
  popular. It's not a movie that made it
• 2:20
  into the theater. It's not a it's like a indie
• 2:23
  movie that ended up getting some some traction from Christians as
• 2:28
  well as non believers. But it's not like some big deal.

  It's not like it's a movie basically about demonic
• 2:37
  possession. I'm afraid to even mention the
• 2:39
  title of it. The title is on the picture.

  You can see that for yourself, and that the company actually
• 2:46
  automatically hit me with some kind of copyright deal.

  Now keep in mind, there was no sound and no video played at all

  from that. We didn't even show a a picture

  of the book, OK? There was no sound and no video,

  and there's absolutely no way you could watch that shit and

  come to the conclusion that any movies were to put up there in

  any kind of way. There's no way if you were
• 3:17
  watching the live show right now, you would have seen a
• 3:19
  couple guys up on the screen just having a chat and that's
• 3:22
  it. Yeah.

  So I don't believe that the company deliberately did this to

  me, and in a way, I don't believe that YouTube's actually
• 3:36
  did this to me either. The problem is, is that they

  program software to pick up certain words that are
• 3:42
  mentioned, and if you happen to mention something that's
• 3:45
  copyrighted, it's very possible that that company might have it
• 3:51
  an agreement with YouTube that they automatically just remove
• 3:55
  things. So there's no point in arguing
• 3:58
  like fair use or any of that because the movie wasn't put up
• 4:01
  there in the 1st place. It wasn't even a second of that
• 4:04
  movie being played or heard or anything.

  But what it is though. The problem here, even though I

  may end up losing this, YouTube may come along and fix this
• 4:17
  problem for me. This is scary, right?

  It's scary because a lot of you out there like reaction videos
• 4:24
  and you like videos where people play scenes from movies and
• 4:28
  music and all that kind of stuff.

  You like talking about your favorite stuff.

  Sometimes some of you are like myself, or you will make a video
• 4:37
  and talk about hobbies and things that you may want to do
• 4:40
  in the future or things you watched.

  But you don't actually show or have anybody listen to anything.

  And you can get cake just like me.

  And I'm not like these idiot Youtubers out here.

  I know a lot of them out there. Whenever they get a copyright

  strike, that's like their job and their livelihood.

  So they think that they're going to make some kind of threats at
• 5:05
  organizations or companies and say I'm going to sue and all
• 5:09
  this crap. First of all, let's let's make

  it clear I'm as poor as dirt. I don't have the money to go out
• 5:17
  and get some Perry Mason ass lawyer to do shit for me.

  And the only thing I'm asking is that it just gets fixed that a

  human being who works for Google actually gets in there and fixes
• 5:32
  it. But the problem is, is that I

  don't think that they will. I think that this is not just
• 5:40
  the first thing. I've been hit with something
• 5:42
  before where they took my whole channel down and then decided
• 5:46
  later on to just make it a warning.

  You see, the rules of YouTube is if you violate your shit three
• 5:52
  times and once you get a warning and three times after you
• 5:57
  completely lose your channel. Well, the warning that I got
• 6:01
  wasn't originally a warning. It was a complete takedown of my
• 6:04
  channel. I didn't even get three chances.

  No, nothing. OK, it was this.

  Bam, you're garn. And then I was able to appeal it
• 6:14
  through e-mail and apparently somebody put my channel back up
• 6:18
  and my stuff. Now what?

  Did I get a warning for what cost me my entire channel?

  It was because in a live show long ago, I mentioned something
• 6:31
  having to do with the transgender issue that's going
• 6:35
  on with culture. I'm not going to get any deeper
• 6:37
  than that or specifics because I don't want to get caked again,
• 6:40
  right? But let's just say it had to do
• 6:43
  with me disagreeing with the way people handle things in society
• 6:48
  when it comes to that topic. And that was enough for YouTube
• 6:52
  to just obliterate my entire channel. 2 years of work down
• 6:58
  the tube just because somebody up at Google doesn't like
• 7:03
  certain words being used. So they programmed artificial
• 7:06
  intelligence to basically crawl all over people's videos, and if
• 7:13
  you mentioned something that triggers them or gets the A is
• 7:17
  attention that they put into it, it's like a blacklist.

  It just automatically shuts you down.

  They never did fix that, ladies and gentlemen.

  They never did get rid of my warning, even though my appeal
• 7:30
  was good and I suggested they actually watch the video.

  They didn't bother doing it, They didn't care.

  And now I got a strike. And I'm not really sure if

  they're going to get around to fixing that, even though it's
• 7:43
  clear as day that I've done nothing wrong.

  Whether they do or not, though, the problem is, is I doubt that

  they're going to do anything about it.

  Thousands of people have lost their channels.

  You've lost your videos, some of you've lost your monetization,

  and you've given up on YouTube. Many of you don't make any money

  and you do better work than a lot of the people that YouTube

  deliberately and intentionally features and you got screwed.

  And I'm tired of seeing people get screwed.

  I'm tired of for the last 20 years.

  I keep telling myself, maybe YouTube will fix this, Maybe

  YouTube will do that or you do that.

  It doesn't. So I have to make a decision to

  myself. Do I want to continue to put

  myself to torture? Am IA masochist?

  Do I want to continue to put myself in a position where a

  bunch of shallow, easily triggered, political,

  politically retarded people can make a decision to push a button

  and just knock my ass off or have a computer do it for them

  as I've seen it do to thousands of other people?

  Or do I stick around because I love talking to you all and I

  love having these live shows and conversations with you people.

  And let's face it, folks, for the last 20 years, YouTube

  hasn't wanted to pay me shit. They don't.

  They tell you that you got to make up to 100 bucks before they

  send you a check. Well, I've done this three times

  and I've never received any money from YouTube.

  The only way I'll receive any money from anybody is if they

  use PayPal, or they buy one of my shirts or one of my products

  for my merchandise site, or buy one of my books.

  That's the only way I've ever made any kind of viable income.

  And I can assure you it's not enough to survive on.

  It's not enough to pay bills. It's not even enough to get a

  new computer to keep doing this crap.

  So that's where I find myself and a lot of you end up getting

  screwed because you don't have any money in the 1st place and

  you can't sue people. I'm not going to sue.

  The last thing I want to do is be sitting in a damn courtroom

  getting our into a company who's decided to use artificial

  I'm working my way up towards over the hill 50 years old and I

  don't know if I enjoy sitting in front of my computer all fucking

  day re uploading shit and making content, wondering that the next

  minute that I do something I must say something that'll make

  somebody of a fucking sad and then my shit's gone.

  Now a lot of you are going to advise why don't you go to this

  video site or this video site. Already been there, done that

  everything out there from Twitter to rumble to even a

  couple of my friends out there. Like TTOR has a fucking video

  site. But he knows just as well as I

  is that it's a slow process. And even if I started like just

  hitting that site over and over with videos, unfortunately

  Google has made it to where him and many others like him who

  have video sites are not getting the love and attention that they

  deserve. They're being destroyed just as

  much as Rumble and the bigger sites out there that are really
• 12:32
  putting a lot of money into it. There's just no competition.

  YouTube and Google has systematically and deliberately
• 12:40
  killed every competition out there.

  It's not even close. It's not even like Xbox versus

  PS4. Ladies and gentlemen, the

  company owns everything and they basically free speech is in

  their hands. Don't even bother telling me I

  doesn't even matter if fair use because it wasn't up there in

  the 1st place to even be fucking in, discussed or debated.
