- 1:23[SPEAKER_02]: Today we're exploring a simple but powerful question.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_02]: What becomes possible when people feel safe enough to use their voices?
- 1:32[SPEAKER_02]: Our guest is Rhonda Liebig, also known as Rhonda Lou Maxi.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_02]: She's a speaker, vitality coach, media host, and founder of the Fresh Talks Global Vision Project, and the humanitarian movement, hashtag, speaker locking arms.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_02]: Ronda believes that everything tethers together are health, confidence, voice, leadership, relationships, and businesses are deeply connected.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_02]: When we strengthen one, we begin strengthening them all.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_02]: Through coaching, speaking, media, and community building, Ronda is on a mission to open voices to stop blaming and shaming, so humanity can heal together.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_02]: She believes that emotionally safe conversations don't just change individuals.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_02]: They change families, businesses, communities, and ultimately the world.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_02]: Ron, we're honored to have you with us.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome to Daily Influence.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so happy that you invited me with Get to Have This Conversation.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so excited to have you here.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, your professional journey has included business, accounting, health and wellness coaching, speaking, and media.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_02]: What experiences most shaped the woman and leader you are today?
- 2:48[SPEAKER_02]: And how did those experiences lead to the creation of fresh talks, global vision, and speaker locking arms?
- 2:55[SPEAKER_01]: That's such a big question, huh?
- 2:57[SPEAKER_01]: Because when you look at the various things that I do, and it can be very confusing, like, what are you doing all that?
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like everything tethers together.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: So one thing that I believe that really kind of woke that up is something very personal.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: And again, if I open one area, I'm thinking, you know, you're opening up everything for yourself.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_01]: And so maybe something that you may be surprised that I say, but it's really learning how to open my voice.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_01]: I have a background of really being really good at shaming myself
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: it's a healing journey of being on thyroid medicine for 20 years and being off of medicine for over a decade now.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_01]: If I'm not in truth and don't open my voice, then it's going to affect everything, but literally I will go back on medicine, it'll shut me down, and so every day I'm in truth about everything that I'm doing.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_01]: And instead of feeling like I have to, here are many things are tethering out there that I get to.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like I'm serving in a higher purpose and somehow that is where everything starts really coming alive.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_02]: That's wonderful.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: And your story demonstrates how our experiences can become more than personal lessons.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_02]: They can become the foundation for how we serve and influence others.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: Can you share a specific moment when someone told you that your voice, your platform, or one of your conversations, help them make a meaningful change?
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: I have one specific, but I just want to generalize this first, it's the conversation around leadership.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: I find that there's people that really are hiding from that they are number one in their world, and the person next to them is number one in the next person.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_01]: So it comes to leadership, sometimes people can be really shy.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_01]: And so when I heard, it was probably today about 8 a.m. when I was
- 4:56[SPEAKER_01]: And there's just beautiful woman, I've been coaching her for five years.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_01]: And she's just an incredible person.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm learning more and more about her throughout the years.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: And what we had conversation with was that, oh, I, oh yeah, I'm always number two because number one is this person and it was like the person in the ego.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: And so thinking about the leadership thing and talking to someone specific and opening their voice, I was like, here at this is a point where I just want to take a step back.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just doing this for the audience, too, is that where are you feeling there's an ego thing about being forward and being able to serve?
- 5:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's that leadership that really pulls us back.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_01]: So when I heard that my client was going through this, who probably had many times who were talking about her voice opening up and her standing up for like all these experiences and she has a robust background, but you wouldn't feel it in her birth because she's thinking if I'm a leader, then I'm loud and I'm doing all these things for the ego.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: So when I got to have this conversation today, it was a lot of love around, let's take a step back and let's listen to what you're saying so that you can feel that you really are a leader and with this quiet leadership, you really don't give people opportunity to lean in and really know all these pillars, silos that you worked in.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_01]: And so your telemirs in your brain which is speaks to the life and the growth
- 6:21[SPEAKER_01]: of years left in life.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of studies around these telomeres that were really split in your body by keeping these silos instead of sharing with everybody.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's incredible for your health and wellness.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_01]: Your brain will be more clear.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: And the conversation became more human because I just kind of gave some information around it and she was like, thank you.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so that's the next thing we want to work on is how can we bring that together?
- 6:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, yes, because it's about healing the body.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_01]: And so you realize it's not the ego that it's one thing, that it's like, you get to heal and serve in every way, every time you serve a person, or you bring stuff together for you.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: And one more thing, Greg, is sometimes we are told that it's all about us, especially when we're doing interviews or out there coaching, that we're kind of out there, you know?
- 7:09[SPEAKER_01]: But if we have something in us that we're trying to heal from, people around us will start saying stuff, like, it's all about you, it's all about you.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: Dang it.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: What's going on?
- 7:21[SPEAKER_01]: And you start or you fight it?
- 7:23[SPEAKER_01]: And you realize, no, it's not all about me.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: I'm in my bubble trying to heal from the stuff I'm healing from.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's hard for me to show up for everybody because I'm just trying to figure out what my next step is by they to fix me first.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: And so when I hear that somebody's not opening their voice, they're in that healing space and people around them are probably shaming them.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_01]: And they don't realize it because they have their used to hearing the shaming coming towards them,
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: So it's about healing the body and healing what their journey is.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_01]: See how that all really tethered together and that's why I felt, I felt so special this morning at eight having this conversation with somebody because I used to try and step away from it and go darn how do I talk to this person how do I change your mind and then with the heart and spirit opening up I was like oh this is lovely I can't wait to hear her heart in this situation.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_02]: You've had a positive influence on her but she also had one on you.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you will.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_01]: It is relationship, because when we're talking about leadership, it wasn't me talking down to her.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, come and partner with me, because once you see that, you could fulfill all this love about yourself, and that love in that cohesiveness is what the partnership is.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: We could have good communication where you may be leading something because you're the visionary, but everybody around you are visionaries, but they're supporting that specific vision for that.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_01]: And then everybody really comes together as a collective more than anything else.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_01]: So that cohesiveness and conversation is where it really is right here and now we need that right here now.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and that positive influence can.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_02]: really change someone's direction, the responsible influence requires us to consider not only what we say, but also how our words may affect the person receiving them.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_02]: In your mission, focuses on opening voices and stopping blaming and shaming.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: How do we create emotionally safe spaces without removing personal accountability?
- 9:19[SPEAKER_01]: Perhaps we think we need to have a little
- 9:25[SPEAKER_01]: The accountability actually comes in the safety.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_01]: So I believe it's all cohesiveness.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_01]: So once your heart starts opening up, you start feeling safe.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_01]: And when you start feeling safe, everything you say and you're gonna do, you do because you can feel that you don't have a mask on, you're authentically being yourself, the accountability happens where you tell somebody, hey, you told me I'm gonna be accountable for that, but
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: I want to suggest, let's have a conversation here because I was seeing it through your eyes.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_01]: And I want to serve what you're saying.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_01]: This could be a husband, a wife, a best friend, a partner, and business, anything.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to make sure that I hear what you need because I said I would do that.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm not being a partner with the exercise that I was going to do that.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_01]: But can we take a step back as I'm realizing that I'm starting to be able to see myself more?
- 10:20[SPEAKER_01]: but can you please hear me too?
- 10:22[SPEAKER_01]: So we can come together because your vision's gonna be different than mine.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: You know, we're always seeing it within ourselves.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_01]: So accountability is, I'm saying I'm gonna do something not through the brain, not the fight or flight, but you're doing your work in the morning and in the midday and the afternoon and whatever, you need to keep yourself in alignment, right there, you are in the calm nervous system and your nervous system all since start's calming.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: or whatever you do is exactly what you already say because that's all in the limit because you're being authentic.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_01]: If you do it from the outside, it's hard to be accountable.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_01]: So those bridge together instead of being separate, if I take this and I hold that up, and then how do I step over here and be accountable because we just took something away.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's how can we bridge it?
- 11:13[SPEAKER_01]: So it all works together once you start understanding your heart, pull off your mask, get to know yourself more.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_01]: then truth and all that kind of stuff will just be an alignment.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_01]: It'll flow you'll never be concerned about what you say because you know it's authentically coming from yourself and you can hold yourself accountable and that person that you talked to before they'll fill it to and it'll be a partnership but it takes you know some work to get there.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: And many people know they need to speak up, but fear, but the fear of judgment, rejection, or conflict keeps them silent.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_02]: Can you walk us through a practical framework someone can use to recognize what silencing them, regulating the response and communicate their truth in a constructive way?
- 11:58[SPEAKER_01]: I love these questions, great.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_01]: Let's take a breath in on that one.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, what it looks like, you as a person, this is, this is getting to know you first.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_01]: Recognize what is it that you've learned of reasons why it might be concerned that you open your voice and don't go and blame that person because we want to make sure we are accountable.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_01]: We need the information so we can actually really see us in a very safe space.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_01]: and bring the energy within ourselves instead of being a victim and trying to go and play somebody else.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_01]: The first thing is, how did I get that?
- 12:42[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm thinking going to journaling, talking, but going, if you're talking, you're going to have your guide whoever is by you to help you through those steps of our few steps ahead of you, or you're just really good at talking to yourself about this stuff.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_01]: And then you know what is happening with how do you get shut down
- 13:05[SPEAKER_01]: Then there's a way to find your voice through that because you're saying, I can feel if I'm starting to go in that area because I'm starting to learn more about myself, journaling and writing things down, you can actually walk through stuff.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I used to not think journaling was the thing.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_01]: People would say, well, I'm not going to journal.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like to bend over and write and like all these kinds of things.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, okay, we're going to talk about that because that black and white and then it can be a loof and leave you if you just,
- 13:33[SPEAKER_01]: get to that point, I like being aware.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_01]: So when you're journaling, you actually get to hold the accountability so you can see it again.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_01]: So you're gonna be looking at that.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_01]: And then you're gonna be reviewing, like what are these things I've learned yesterday because you're gonna forget, even though you've run it down.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_01]: So it's a big process to change all these patterns.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: And the older we are, the harder it is to change the patterns, the more vulnerable we are.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_01]: I know my late 57, and I'm still growing, but when did I start growing?
- 14:01[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe around 40 years old, maybe before, maybe when we had kids, you know, us women, he's also like, you know, we're gonna change yourself but like the deep work is probably about 40.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_01]: And when you start doing those steps, then you can interface with somebody and feel safe, talking to them because you got to see yourself instead of putting on a mask to try and act like, what does that person want for me?
- 14:27[SPEAKER_01]: And you always said you feel safe being yourself
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: 50%, 60%, 80% when it gets higher, can I just take a moment here?
- 14:36[SPEAKER_01]: Can we talk about this?
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: And it becomes more real.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_01]: And that's the steps to really get into being accountable and also opening your voice with somebody.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_01]: And they'll respect you, but it may be a little difficult that first of it they're like, oh, you've never, whatever, what are you talking about?
- 14:54[SPEAKER_01]: But hold your space.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_01]: Is that make sense?
- 14:59[SPEAKER_02]: It does.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, finding your voice is one part of the process using it intentionally and responsibly requires an ongoing discipline as a host speaker and community builder.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_02]: How do you prepare yourself to influence people intentionally rather than simply reacting in the moment.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_01]: running a business for 16 years.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_01]: There's many times that and I'll just get on video I start talking.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_01]: So there's many times that I wasn't fully there and reactive and stuff like that.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_01]: I've been studying, I study people almost every day and I study the brain almost every day because this is why I'm here.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's knowing that if I stay in the heart and I keep walking through my patterns,
- 15:59[SPEAKER_01]: That somebody isn't triggering me.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_01]: There's something inside me that's getting triggered.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, I need to work and create, I don't want to call it work, but I get to look at what that pattern is.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_01]: I got triggered because that person is having their issue.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_01]: And they're going through something, the empathy for that person.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_01]: If they're jumping at you, you're like, oh, okay, I can hear that person struggling.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_01]: I can think of it as a pattern, but
- 16:26[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to talk down to anybody like that, but you start getting to understand these things as you start learning more about yourself, and especially being in the industry for a while.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_01]: And then from there, I can say to myself, okay, message for me, I got affected.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_01]: It gives you space to kind of breathe when somebody jumps at you.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_01]: So it's easier to stay out of, I'd say about 80% now, I'm not jumping in and trying to appease somebody, because I haven't a problem.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just like letting them kind of release.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_01]: And almost finish their sentences.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_01]: So then I allow them to kind of hear themselves because you want them not to shame them, but you want them to hear that so that you get them in a playing space where they can be part of the community again.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_01]: And if it's an interview, another day I was being interviewed and somebody was sharing with me, well, we don't want to tell people to get up early.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_01]: There's something we were talking about and it came down to that, because we might make them feel bad and I go, oh,
- 17:22[SPEAKER_01]: I used to let that ride and go, what, no, that, you know, like I like one of the debate about it.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_01]: But I wasn't a debate at that point.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: I said, can we just take a step back and understand the pineal plan and being able to see the sunrise in this sunset and what that does.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_01]: So we're not shameing anybody because of that.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_01]: We're just saying, let's get some more information of why we might want to go to bed at a certain time because what we're talking about alignment with what you're saying, what you're doing and being all is one, but you're also talking to your vessel, what do you need?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: And that's where it all starts coming together.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_01]: And that's how I believe you start being able to be with community and you get to keep loving on them.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_01]: And you don't have as many triggers.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_02]: thank you for sharing that.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_02]: Growth often requires us to examine not only what happened to us, but also how our own decisions contributed to the outcome.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_02]: If you could go back and speak with your younger self, what would you tell her about trusting her voice, protecting her energy, and understanding the impact she could have on others?
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: I've been doing so much deep work in this.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's been so much fun.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_01]: I've been crying.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_01]: I've been laughing.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_01]: I've been hugging my little one.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't know how to really get there because I had to send them the end of my bed and try and talk to my little ones like, you know, when I was younger.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I've been like, oh, can I get in there, you know, and all that kind of stuff?
- 18:45[SPEAKER_01]: So if it doesn't happen for you right away, it's okay.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes it just takes a while to play in this and know you're ready for an adventure because you usually go in an area where it could be very sensitive.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_01]: And you don't even realize until you go in there and you start saying, what are I want to go with this?
- 19:06[SPEAKER_01]: a lot.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't know how to use my voice.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_01]: And I was afraid to use it because I felt like if I did that I may disappoint somebody or that I'm doing something wrong.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_01]: And I just thought that, you know, we're already young age.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_01]: And this was for me.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_01]: I felt very proud to take on these things like, oh, this person or somebody I'm interfacing right now,
- 19:35[SPEAKER_01]: they're dealing with this and I'm going to, I'm going to take that on because I can manage that.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: Because you don't when you're younger, you see the adults acting a certain, when you think, well, that's easy because you don't realize the life experience that they have to get there.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_01]: So a lot of shames start happening for me because I knew that I was doing all these quote unquote mistakes because as soon as I would try something, then it would fail.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was failing and I'd be ashamed that I thought,
- 20:03[SPEAKER_01]: that I could change something by opening my voice, but then it'd be shut down and I'd be like a change.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_01]: So going back and really speaking to my young and is laughing and holding and saying, hey, come here.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_01]: I get to watch over you now and we're gonna go on this adventure together.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_01]: And sometimes it's like here, I need to give you some money.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: so that you can feel that energy because this is what you're dealing with, the shaming around money as you're trying to create your business, you know, and stuff like that.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_01]: But also emotions, you know, like when I was going through some deep emotions about my voice not opening up and it was at the point where I was just giving up at that time.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's really learning how to love on yourself right here and now so you can be open to go and be in those sensitive areas.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_01]: Because when you're younger, even if it's something slightly,
- 20:54[SPEAKER_01]: off it can be big and painful and you think that is a very big, terrible memory because when you're so small you're so small.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_01]: That work is probably one of the most important things to stop and break those patterns that you have going and I know for me that it's helped me grow so much.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_01]: And these past five months I've been going through such a big transformation, big things happening in my life that
- 21:21[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even know it was going to even experience.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_01]: I had no idea it was going to ever, ever happen.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_01]: And what I'm learning is, let's go in deep front of, let's go in there.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, you're scared.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, moving.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_01]: You got this and we're learning to be more vulnerable and being okay with that but it also takes practice.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_01]: That is great advice.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_02]: And for the person listening today, who want to make a difference?
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: What is one specific action they can take in the next 24 hours to open a voice, reduce shame, or to help someone feel seen and heard?
- 21:55[SPEAKER_01]: Well, if we partner together, because this error that we're talking about is really a feminine kind of a space, but we want to say it that way, feminine masculine, but I kind of think of it that way, something new.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_01]: I used to carry this very masculine and individual.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna, I'm gonna do everything myself and I'm learning that if we get more in that sensitive spot, which is partnering and having these great conversations together, that we can find the safety and locking arms.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_01]: I call hashtags, beaker locking arms.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_01]: And that's where we're talking about like the open-to-the-voices to stop blaming and shaming.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: So,
- 22:35[SPEAKER_01]: Within my hub here, I call the Fresh Inspiration Ranch.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_01]: If I'm bringing in lots of love, because I've all my animals, then I'm helping the world out there too.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_01]: But anytime I get to talk to someone like you, you and I, with the energy we're feeling, we get to share something about energy out there.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_01]: So the more that we can not hang out with the people who have known them for years, but really create community around
- 23:00[SPEAKER_01]: The people that really see us and if you feel so lonely because maybe you only have one person or you have nobody because I felt that a few times these I'm past few months just get in there and really start learning about yourself because those people will come and they will support you we really need that from you and I need it for myself so that we can lock arms that I think the safety is really important right now.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you for sharing your stories, your lessons, and the intention behind your work, Rhonda.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_02]: If our listeners want to get in touch with you, what is the best way to do so?
- 23:33[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm, there's a couple ways.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_01]: We have a group, we have about, maybe towards 13,000, we should have about 1,000 at Commitment a month, and it's the Fresh Talks Global Vision.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_01]: It's a private group in Facebook.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_01]: And come in there.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_01]: We talk about the interviews that are going
- 23:52[SPEAKER_01]: I go on their live.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_01]: Priorities is talking about straight up things, to kind of help you have a theme going on.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_01]: And a lot about, you know, this arena, this is what I hold is about this stopping the blaming and shaming.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_01]: So we keep growing from that.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_01]: And then the rondaleabig.com forward slash tree.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like a tree of services.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_01]: So there's free step there.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_01]: If you wanna know how to connect with me in another way, because you want a specific support.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's all right there.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_01]: So my last name, it looks like lie big and so it's L-I-E-B-I-G. Ronda-libig.com forward slash tree or find us fresh talks global vision in.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be a private grid right in Facebook.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know, we'll find me anytime in social media.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_01]: If you go into that tree area, those two, one of those links you have.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_02]: Perfect.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_02]: We'll put that information in the show notes.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you so much for joining us today and sharing your stories in your advice.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I want you to be on my show too.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_01]: So let's let's talk about that.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_01]: You come out and do interviews because you have incredible questions.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_01]: So I can feel this audience.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_01]: So you know what we're talking about here.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_01]: These are really tricky questions.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_01]: If you really have to know what you're talking about and it brought such great conversation.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_01]: I respect and appreciate you.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_01]: And where you're going, I can fill the depth in you and it'd be wonderful to tether that information and bring it over to my show and hear your voice.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm really excited if we can do that together too.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_02]: I'd be happy to thank you, Rhonda.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: And to our listeners, choose one intentional action from today's conversation and put it into practice.
